- 0:19It's lunchtime!
- 0:21What's going on?
- 0:49Need to get an actual cowboy hat.
- 0:52You do need to get into full character,
- 0:56getting the full character next step on
- 0:58that.
- 0:58No, no lasso.
- 1:00Oh yeah.
- 1:01I get, uh, Jameson's got a, uh,
- 1:06whatever you call it,
- 1:07the horse on a stick,
- 1:08like the horse head.
- 1:09Yeah.
- 1:09Just put that like right here somewhere,
- 1:12uh, melted up against the wall.
- 1:15Just call it the whole, the whole thing.
- 1:18Oh, Stan.
- 1:19i am so sorry man yeah buddy that's

- 1:40family absolutely yeah he was a cute dog
- 1:45too
- 1:49um so yesterday i showed a clip of
- 1:55an old show i did where i did
- 1:57the hot ones challenge and i felt jason
- 2:00hopper's pain yeah i didn't see the clip
- 2:04until after you put that up of hopper
- 2:09god bless gray sand no no no we're
- 2:14not good we're not good
- 2:18She said,
- 2:20he's going to be out of commission for
- 2:21the foreseeable future.
- 2:27Yeah.
- 2:29But Sprague's right.
- 2:30If you do it, it takes like,
- 2:32fifteen to twenty minutes and then it's
- 2:34totally gone like it never happened.
- 2:36Right.
- 2:37It's crazy.
- 2:39But what I've found is since I put
- 2:41that clip of me doing it yesterday,
- 2:43I have people DMing me and messaging me
- 2:47that I should do it again.
- 2:51Should you though?
- 2:56So I...
- 2:58I really had a good time with it.
- 3:00Right.
- 3:00Because I need someone like you to be
- 3:03on with me to like,
- 3:05ask me questions while I'm going through
- 3:07it.
- 3:07That's what makes it good.
- 3:08Right.
- 3:09That you're trying to talk.
- 3:10You're trying to get through it.
- 3:14I don't think I'd ever do the ten
- 3:16again, especially on air, because like,
- 3:19that's just too much.
- 3:19It takes up too much time.
- 3:21Yeah.
- 3:22And the build up is me.
- 3:25I think I would I would do a
- 3:26five.
- 3:33Shanna says don't do it unless you both
- 3:35go together let me explain something I
- 3:40used to if you come at me with
- 3:42I can't handle spice no no it ain't
- 3:44that well it's partly that I still like
- 3:48spicy stuff I absolutely do it does not
- 3:51like me anymore like I love when you
- 3:54and I had this conversation I love hot
- 3:56sauce like
- 3:58Some of my, my, my favorite stuff.
- 4:00I really do.
- 4:01I really like high heat levels of stuff.
- 4:03It doesn't like me anymore.
- 4:05It'll like heartburn, you know,
- 4:08it burns coming back out like the whole
- 4:09nine yards and it'll, it'll, it'll, it'll,
- 4:12it'll,
- 4:13it'll wreck me for the rest of the.
- 4:16Which did not used to happen.
- 4:17Like once I hit,
- 4:20I want to say probably about six years
- 4:21ago, like, forty-two, forty-three,
- 4:23somewhere up in that area.
- 4:24Like it just went,
- 4:25it went like jalapenos dude.
- 4:28used to be like i put them on
- 4:31everything can't do it anymore dirty rice
- 4:33come on no that's denise moore that's one
- 4:37of the women in the world yeah she
- 4:40can't handle dirty rice denise dirty rice
- 4:42isn't even spicy like it's really not
- 4:48train olive give money to see that so
- 4:52so here's where where i'm at right
- 4:55I have all this stuff going on with
- 4:56my voice box and my sinuses.
- 4:59When I eat the hot stuff,
- 5:00like I get like, I get like,
- 5:01I get like, I get like,
- 5:01I get like, I get like,
- 5:02I get like, I get like,
- 5:02I get like, I get like,
- 5:03I get like, I get like,
- 5:04I get like, I get like,
- 5:04I get like, I get like,
- 5:06I get like, I get like,
- 5:07I get like, I get like,
- 5:08I get like, I get like,
- 5:10I get like, I get like,
- 5:11I get like, I get like,
- 5:11I get like, I get like,
- 5:12I get like, I get like,
- 5:12I get like, I get like,
- 5:13I get like, I get like,
- 5:14I get like, I get like,
- 5:14I get like, I get like,
- 5:15I get like, I get like,
- 5:16I get like, I get like,
- 5:16I get like, I get like,
- 5:19I get like, I get like,
- 5:19I get like, I get like,
- 5:20I get like, I get like,
- 5:20Yeah.
- 5:21Cause everything opens up and you can
- 5:22breathe.
- 5:23Right.
- 5:24Right.
- 5:24Exactly.
- 5:25But I do take a Prilosec every morning.
- 5:31I would have to do something like that.
- 5:32I would have to, I'd have to,
- 5:35I'd have to like take a, you know,
- 5:37some sort of antacid, anti whatever,
- 5:40and be ready for it,
- 5:41for me to be able to do anything
- 5:42like that.
- 5:43But I'll do, I love to go to,
- 5:45uh,
- 5:48The firehouse subs,
- 5:50the couple of times I went and they
- 5:51have like a selection of hot sauces up
- 5:54on the thing and you can put on
- 5:55your sandwich or whatever.
- 5:56I'd be like,
- 5:57it would take me longer to figure out
- 5:58which one I wanted or which ones I
- 6:00wanted to try.
- 6:01Then it would definitely for me to get
- 6:02my order and for them to make it.
- 6:06My dad is from Covington, Louisiana.
- 6:07He ate all the spicy food.
- 6:11That is an hour and ten minutes from
- 6:12me there, Denise.
- 6:15So it's forty days till my next birthday.
- 6:20Forty days today?
- 6:21Ish.
- 6:21Ish.
- 6:22May forty... Forty-two days?
- 6:25Forty... February first.
- 6:29Is it really?
- 6:30It's the day after my...
- 6:32Day after my anniversary.
- 6:34New Year's Day.
- 6:36If I'm going to do it,
- 6:36I'll do it as a birthday thing again.
- 6:42I have... I actually... I used to... So,
- 6:45for people that do hot ones,
- 6:46it's called heatnest.
- 6:48They have a subscriptions club that I was
- 6:51a member of.
- 6:51I have like five boxes of three bottles
- 6:55of hot sauce each.
- 6:57I could do just a random five because
- 6:59it doesn't tell you the heat level on
- 7:02any of them.
- 7:03So we could do like Russian roulette,
- 7:06five sauce.
- 7:07It's a Thursday.
- 7:10FYI, your birthday is on a Thursday.
- 7:13Yeah,
- 7:15but I have it off because it's New
- 7:16Year's Day.
- 7:18Yeah.
- 7:18I'm just saying.
- 7:19I'm looking at it on the calendar.
- 7:22So maybe lunch with the Clydesdale New
- 7:25Year's Day because Penn State ain't making
- 7:27it to a bowl.
- 7:29And if they do,
- 7:30it's going to be like the hefty garbage
- 7:32bag bowl on December sixteenth or
- 7:35something.
- 7:36I know the feeling.
- 7:40So maybe lunch with the Clydesdale New
- 7:42Year's Day.
- 7:44We'll go Russian roulette hot sauces.
- 7:49so we don't know the build we don't
- 7:50know anything it's just going to be throw
- 7:53it out there and see where we go
- 7:56that is a that is a bold move
- 7:57my brother i ain't mad at it i'm
- 7:59here for it so all right so we'll
- 8:04plan for it now mark it down mark
- 8:09it down there it is i've committed
- 8:16So here we go.
- 8:18Only this time I'm going to do it
- 8:19with like a chicken wing and not a
- 8:22chicken nugget.
- 8:22Yeah, that's probably a pretty good idea.
- 8:25Yeah.
- 8:28All right.
- 8:29Now we got that out of the way.
- 8:33Important business out there.
- 8:34Let's move on to the news.
- 8:38there's a lot of little stuff going on.
- 8:41I wanted to share this one thing because
- 8:43last week when we talked,
- 8:45we talked about the WFP being the
- 8:47cheesecake factory of fitness.
- 8:52And I saw this thing on,
- 8:54on Instagram over the weekend and it was
- 8:56really crazy how much it,
- 8:58it paralleled kind of what WFP is going
- 9:00through.
- 9:01And I wanted to share this and it
- 9:03has another little side piece to my, um,
- 9:07my enjoyment.
- 9:08Everybody knows I like to do Legos, right?
- 9:12This popped up on my Instagram and it's,
- 9:15it's a story about Lego.
- 9:16Wow.
- 9:18And I'm going to go through it in
- 9:20the nineteen nineties.
- 9:21Lego was untouchable.
- 9:23Everyone loved the bricks.
- 9:24Kids were obsessed,
- 9:27but winning made them cocky.
- 9:29They tried everything.
- 9:30Clothes, watches, theme parks, TV shows,
- 9:32more ideas, more distractions.
- 9:35The toy stopped selling,
- 9:36the magic was fading,
- 9:37and behind the scenes,
- 9:39Lego was quietly falling apart.
- 9:41By two thousand three,
- 9:42Lego was drowning eight hundred million in
- 9:45debt, losing a million dollars a day.
- 9:47The brand was weeks away from collapse.
- 9:51A new CEO stepped in,
- 9:53Jorgen Vig Nudestorp.
- 9:56No toy industry background.
- 9:57His brutal question is,
- 9:58what if the problem is Lego itself?
- 10:03Substitute some words in here,
- 10:05like WFP for Lego.
- 10:09First move, cut the noise.
- 10:11Thirty percent product lines gone.
- 10:14Thousand jobs cut.
- 10:15Focus over frenzy.
- 10:18He dug deeper,
- 10:19seven thousand plus unique parts.
- 10:21Production was slow, costly, messy.
- 10:24He simplified fewer parts,
- 10:26sets people actually wanted.
- 10:30Then came the fans.
- 10:32Adults were still building,
- 10:33so Lego started co-creating, listening,
- 10:36designing with their community.
- 10:41The Game Changer Partnerships.
- 10:44Star Wars, Harry Potter,
- 10:45suddenly Lego sets had stories and sales
- 10:48exploded.
- 10:50By twenty fifteen,
- 10:51Lego passed Mattel as the biggest toy
- 10:54company in the world.
- 10:57Not from doing more,
- 10:59but from doing less better.
- 11:05It's what we said about WFP last week.
- 11:09It's a fascinating concept, isn't it?
- 11:13Isn't it?
- 11:16Have you heard the story of Five Guys,
- 11:18the burger place?
- 11:23Androsnik is like a family member.
- 11:26Same concept.
- 11:29The dude opened,
- 11:30him and his brothers opened this
- 11:32restaurant.
- 11:34They sold burgers and fries.
- 11:36They did zero advertising.
- 11:39None.
- 11:40They got ready.
- 11:41They got ready.
- 11:42They got ready.
- 11:43Finally ready to open the place.
- 11:45They opened it up.
- 11:46Nobody came for the first forty five
- 11:48minutes an hour.
- 11:48Not a single soul stepped in the door.
- 11:51Right.
- 11:51Hold no one for a beat of breath.
- 11:52I just heard this the other day.
- 11:53I don't remember where it was at.
- 11:55And then the first guy came in.
- 11:58Order got his food, sat down,
- 12:00ate whatever.
- 12:01Within an hour and a half,
- 12:03the place was slammed full of people.
- 12:07This repeated, it kept going,
- 12:09it kept going.
- 12:11People would call up, hey,
- 12:12can you deliver?
- 12:13Nope, we don't deliver.
- 12:15Hey, can you?
- 12:16Nope, we don't do that.
- 12:19We don't do that.
- 12:20Didn't sell for anything less.
- 12:21They focused on doing one thing and doing
- 12:24it extraordinarily well.
- 12:27They turned down people.
- 12:28The Pentagon called.
- 12:30Hey,
- 12:31we want to put five guys in the
- 12:32Pentagon.
- 12:33Once they finally started branching out
- 12:35and putting up,
- 12:36we want you to deliver to the Pentagon.
- 12:40No, we're not doing that.
- 12:41Sorry.
- 12:42If you want our food,
- 12:42come down and get it.
- 12:44It's here at the restaurant.
- 12:46Whichever restaurant that was at the time.
- 12:48And now they're everywhere, right?
- 12:50I mean,
- 12:50there's one just open not far from my
- 12:53house.
- 12:53Same concept.
- 12:55Do one thing.
- 12:57Do it extraordinarily well.
- 13:00And just focus on that.
- 13:01That's really all you have to do.
- 13:03It's a simple plan.
- 13:06understand echoes that the the key slide
- 13:09for me is where he asks the question
- 13:12what if the problem is us what if
- 13:15it's us what if it's us it takes
- 13:19a lot of self-reflection dude that takes a
- 13:21lot of being able to say well what
- 13:24what am i doing what am i doing
- 13:26right what am i doing wrong what am
- 13:29i looking at that can apply for everybody
- 13:30in this fitness space crossfit hq wfp
- 13:35What are we doing wrong?
- 13:38What do we have to correct?
- 13:40What can we do better?
- 13:44My daughter just started playing softball.
- 13:46After every game,
- 13:47she's right home with me.
- 13:49The first question that we ask, okay,
- 13:52what went well?
- 13:54What can we get better?
- 13:56Every day.
- 13:56And it's simple stuff.
- 13:58I didn't hit the ball well.
- 13:59I didn't see the ball well.
- 14:00Okay, well, we can work on that.
- 14:02What went well?
- 14:04Well, I caught the ball.
- 14:05I caught every ball that came to me.
- 14:07I mean, she's seven.
- 14:08She's fixing to be eight.
- 14:08But small steps, right?
- 14:13Small steps.
- 14:15Virtuosity.
- 14:17We heard that somewhere before.
- 14:20Being incredibly good at the incredibly
- 14:22small details.
- 14:23And then you can – that will just
- 14:25build on itself over time until,
- 14:28holy shit, look at this juggernaut.
- 14:30They went from eight hundred million
- 14:31dollars,
- 14:32almost a billion dollars in debt to two
- 14:33to two bigger than Mattel.
- 14:36That's insane.
- 14:39That's insane.
- 14:40As lavish gifts for the athletes doesn't
- 14:42equate to better.
- 14:44It's it's where they're focusing their
- 14:46attention.
- 14:46Right.
- 14:47Right.
- 14:48It's what can we do to put on
- 14:51the best event possible?
- 14:53If we do that, if we do that,
- 14:57maybe we will attract people.
- 14:59It's not like throwing money at people.
- 15:01That's not what brings people to the
- 15:02table, right?
- 15:05Lego found out that like, Hey,
- 15:07we can have a theme park.
- 15:08Well, that wasn't bringing,
- 15:09that wasn't making people buy Legos,
- 15:11right?
- 15:13Making a better Lego kit made people buy
- 15:15Legos.
- 15:16Yes.
- 15:17Working with the community to find out
- 15:18what they wanted made people buy Legos.
- 15:24And that's what WFP is.
- 15:27They're not reaching out to find out what
- 15:28can we do to be a better event
- 15:35for the community to come support.
- 15:38No.
- 15:38No.
- 15:40They have their own ideas and that's what
- 15:41they're doing.
- 15:42They're not self-examining and they're not
- 15:47letting the community be a part of it.
- 15:50Because everything's behind a closed door.
- 15:52There is no transparency.
- 15:55Only after like a year and a half
- 15:56has there been a touch of transparency.
- 16:03Jenny says embrace the cult.
- 16:07Best cult I've ever been in.
- 16:09I think that's what CrossFit was great at
- 16:11initially.
- 16:13This is what we do.
- 16:15You guys,
- 16:17and we let you go take what we
- 16:20have put together and make it yours.
- 16:23That's not our business.
- 16:25That's up to you.
- 16:27And what Zia said on that podcast,
- 16:31make the name strong.
- 16:34Make CrossFit the name mean something.
- 16:38And that's what they did.
- 16:41Education.
- 16:44There was a sport where you could test
- 16:48and the methodology.
- 16:52But all of that was to build the
- 16:54name of CrossFit.
- 16:58Yeah.
- 16:58Get into people's heads.
- 17:00Hey, what are we?
- 17:01If you can't tell somebody what you are
- 17:04in the simplest terms available, well,
- 17:07what is CrossFit?
- 17:08It's the cure for the world's most vexing
- 17:10problem.
- 17:13What's that?
- 17:14And then you can elaborate from there.
- 17:16If you can't tell me what it is
- 17:18from the start, oh, well, it's this.
- 17:22Is it?
- 17:22Yeah.
- 17:23Okay.
- 17:24Well, it's also this.
- 17:26Oh, I wasn't aware of that.
- 17:27Well,
- 17:27that's because I just made it up two
- 17:29seconds ago whenever you asked me about
- 17:32it.
- 17:32Let me ask you this.
- 17:33Who from inside the building has said it's
- 17:37the cure for the world's most vexing
- 17:40problem?
- 17:42in the last five years nobody it's all
- 17:45the people outside the building that keep
- 17:47preaching that all the people outside the
- 17:49building who remember what it was and it's
- 17:52guys like you it's still if i go
- 17:55to crossfit polaris or i go to crossfit
- 17:57diablo it's still the cure for the world's
- 18:00most vexing problem no i see what you're
- 18:04saying one hundred percent it's not coming
- 18:06from the place it should be coming from
- 18:08it's coming from us instead
- 18:11It's not, it's not HQ saying, Hey,
- 18:14we have the cure.
- 18:16We are it right now.
- 18:17It's not that sign that was outside of
- 18:19that.
- 18:19Uh, I forget which affiliate it was at.
- 18:22Let's say we cure type two diabetes.
- 18:25That should have been on.
- 18:27That should be on product CrossFit's
- 18:28fricking motto.
- 18:29Hey,
- 18:29we cure type two diabetes because we do.
- 18:37Spot on the OGs remember,
- 18:38but clearly not HQ.
- 18:39Yeah.
- 18:43The OGs that are still affiliated with
- 18:45you, Chase remembers.
- 18:48Chase knows.
- 18:48I don't know how many of them...
- 18:52You never hear him say it on anything
- 18:56from inside the building.
- 18:58Correct.
- 18:59Correct.
- 19:00And they should be.
- 19:02We're getting there.
- 19:03We're getting with F the Quick Fix,
- 19:06We're the Cure.
- 19:08We're getting closer.
- 19:10I think they are...
- 19:13I think they're trying to get there in
- 19:16a different way,
- 19:17like saying the same things,
- 19:18but saying them at the fuck the quick
- 19:20fix, whatever the latest one is.
- 19:23Did you see that one that Pedro put
- 19:24out this morning?
- 19:26I did.
- 19:27It starts with Hiller?
- 19:30Yeah.
- 19:31Yeah.
- 19:32That one's pretty darn good too.
- 19:34And it's all saying the same thing without
- 19:36saying the same thing, right?
- 19:38So they're trying to find –
- 19:39And that's what I mean.
- 19:41That's what I feel like they're trying to
- 19:42do.
- 19:42They're trying to put out the same
- 19:43message,
- 19:44but package it in a different way.
- 19:46Just say it.
- 19:48Be bold.
- 19:49Say it.
- 19:51We have the cure.
- 19:52Freda says more focus on human,
- 19:54less on affiliates,
- 19:55and the humans will help the affiliates
- 19:57get to getting the affiliates going.
- 19:59Absolutely.
- 20:00I think that the affiliates are a weapon
- 20:02that you have and a tool that you
- 20:05can use.
- 20:06And I think they need to lean into
- 20:08that more.
- 20:11When you say world's most vexing problem,
- 20:14you need to follow that up with
- 20:15specifically that problem is type two
- 20:19diabetes.
- 20:19I don't disagree, Ken,
- 20:20but if I tell somebody randomly what that
- 20:22is, nine times out of ten,
- 20:25that's going to pique their curiosity for
- 20:26them to go, well, what is that?
- 20:29Or what do you think that is?
- 20:32I mean,
- 20:33the obesity rate in America alone is
- 20:37bananas crazy.
- 20:40It's insane.
- 20:46I'm sure it's just as bad other places,
- 20:48but I don't live other places.
- 20:49I live here.
- 20:52I see it every single day.
- 20:54On a side note,
- 20:55I got a new Lego kit.
- 20:57It is the RV Meth Lab from Breaking
- 21:01Bad.
- 21:02Get out.
- 21:04Is it really?
- 21:05It is.
- 21:05That's awesome.
- 21:11That is fantastic.
- 21:11I thought when you said RV,
- 21:12I thought you were going to say Christmas
- 21:15vacation.
- 21:16Well, no, actually,
- 21:18baseball was the first thing that came to
- 21:19mind.
- 21:19Because that's what they were flying
- 21:24around.
- 21:25Mike DeVito, obesity, chronic disease,
- 21:27loss of sex appeal.
- 21:31All that goes together.
- 21:33Ken, nice transition.
- 21:35We're known for our transitions, Ken.
- 21:36Yeah.
- 21:38We're known for going off the rails.
- 21:40That's what we're known for.
- 21:42We're known for pivoting as we do.
- 21:44I mean,
- 21:45I don't know if you know how big
- 21:45of a Breaking Bad fan I am,
- 21:47but my dog is named Walter White.
- 21:49Named Walter White.
- 21:50Yeah, I do that.
- 21:51Yeah.
- 21:53I watched every episode, dude.
- 21:55I haven't seen it in quite some time.
- 21:57The first time I tried to watch it,
- 22:00I made it through the first episode and
- 22:01I was like, what the hell is this?
- 22:03It made no sense to me whatsoever.
- 22:06And then it was probably about three
- 22:07months.
- 22:07And I was like, okay,
- 22:08I'm going to try it again.
- 22:10And I let it get going.
- 22:11And I was like, oh, my God,
- 22:13this is amazing.
- 22:14It's one of the best shows ever made.
- 22:16from where he begins as a high school
- 22:18science teacher yeah to where he ends up
- 22:23is like the how incrementally each episode
- 22:27they had to to twist him to get
- 22:30to that point and it all makes sense
- 22:33and be realistic is some of the best
- 22:36tv that's ever been on we're gonna start
- 22:39overnight and it wouldn't be
- 22:43The best part is,
- 22:44and it's been out for ten years,
- 22:46so this is not a spoiler alert.
- 22:47Spoiler alert.
- 22:49In the opening episode,
- 22:51when he's at his birthday party,
- 22:53and his brother-in-law,
- 22:54who's the DEA agent,
- 22:55is making fun of him,
- 22:58that sets up so much of what's to
- 23:00come.
- 23:01In hindsight, that scene where
- 23:05The DE agent is making fun of him
- 23:07and his place in life because he's a
- 23:09high school science teacher is so freaking
- 23:11good.
- 23:11A hundred percent.
- 23:12That was great.
- 23:19Uh,
- 23:19it's a better show than better call Saul,
- 23:21but better call Saul is a much more
- 23:22enjoyable experience.
- 23:27Never seen Better Call Saul.
- 23:28So I got into Breaking Bad a little
- 23:30late.
- 23:30And so I binged it.
- 23:32And then I binged the first couple seasons
- 23:35of Better Call Saul.
- 23:37So to me, it's one big.
- 23:39Yeah.
- 23:40It's one big.
- 23:46I enjoyed.
- 23:46I loved both.
- 23:47Oh, yeah.
- 23:50I mean,
- 23:52Bob Odenkirk is awesome in anything that
- 23:55he's in, period.
- 23:57I really did love both.
- 23:58It's just...
- 24:02You don't feel as dark or sad after
- 24:03Better Call Saul, mostly.
- 24:11It's just a different dark and sad.
- 24:15Like, Saul... Jimmy is just so self...
- 24:24does it all to himself it's yeah he
- 24:26just gets in his own way all the
- 24:28time and there is a frustration with that
- 24:33breaking bad is pure evil by the end
- 24:38and i'm not sure there's a redeeming
- 24:39character in the show by the end of
- 24:41the no no there's not yeah
- 24:48I'm going to go ahead and just tell
- 24:50you,
- 24:50there's nobody at the end of Breaking Bad
- 24:52you're like, oh yeah,
- 24:53I hope that guy makes it.
- 24:55No.
- 24:56Not one.
- 25:00My wife didn't watch it with me the
- 25:02first time and now she wants to go
- 25:04back and watch it and I'm excited to
- 25:06do that.
- 25:06I just don't know where we're going to
- 25:08fit it in.
- 25:09There is so much stuff that me and
- 25:12my wife,
- 25:12I would love for her to be able
- 25:13to sit down with me but we keep
- 25:16discussing.
- 25:16I have that seven-year-old at home and
- 25:19that's not a seven-year-old tv show no god
- 25:22no not even close she's fixing to be
- 25:26hb in two days as a matter of
- 25:28fact oh that's cool happy birthday oh yeah
- 25:32we're going to be uh wicked too wicked
- 25:39too yay
- 25:44If you've never,
- 25:45so we saw the play in New York
- 25:48when we was there for Brody,
- 25:49when Brody's band went and played at
- 25:54Carnegie Hall.
- 25:54One of the things we did like in
- 25:57the lead up to that was go see
- 25:58the play and the play was fantastic,
- 26:02absolutely insane.
- 26:04oh but jameson had to leave at half
- 26:06time intermission a sports brain right
- 26:09there she had to leave an intermission
- 26:10because she had uh her air infection and
- 26:13it was just getting worse and worse and
- 26:14worse and she was just miserable so
- 26:16jennifer brought her back so i saw the
- 26:17whole thing and it is it was fantastic
- 26:22they have managed to since the movie came
- 26:24out
- 26:26not figure out still what happened in the
- 26:29second half.
- 26:29Like Jennifer has purposely avoided
- 26:31reading anything about it or anything like
- 26:33that.
- 26:33And of course, James is seven.
- 26:34She has no idea.
- 26:35So we're going in and like, I knew,
- 26:39I know what's fixing to happen and I'm
- 26:41kind of excited about it.
- 26:42And they're watching for,
- 26:44in her second grade class.
- 26:46Um, I know most of it.
- 26:47Yeah.
- 26:49Um,
- 26:49Corey sings it to me before we come
- 26:51on the air.
- 26:51You would be surprised.
- 26:53Um,
- 26:54I also or I say I also her
- 26:57second grade class is reading the original
- 27:00Wizard of Oz this week and they're
- 27:02watching the movie on Friday in class.
- 27:06So like she is over the moon.
- 27:09It's awesome.
- 27:12Cross.
- 27:12I tried to get it.
- 27:13I tried getting my wife to rewatch the
- 27:15wire with me.
- 27:16The technology feels so dated.
- 27:18It was a hard watch.
- 27:19Shanna says you have to watch the wire
- 27:21like it's a period piece now because of
- 27:23that.
- 27:25Um, I've never seen the wire.
- 27:28I was gonna start it.
- 27:29And my nephew told me not to, he,
- 27:33he loved it.
- 27:34He said, it's just,
- 27:36he thought it was too dark for me,
- 27:42but I don't know.
- 27:43I mean, it's dark, dude.
- 27:44I don't think it's any,
- 27:45it's any worse than,
- 27:46than breaking bad to be quite honest with
- 27:48you.
- 27:48As far as that's concerned,
- 27:51the wire is the best you could show.
- 27:56Trent Olive, can't wait to see Wicked too.
- 27:57I just saw the first one this year.
- 28:03Absolutely.
- 28:03Sean in Oregon,
- 28:03casting my vote for The Wire is the
- 28:05greatest television show ever created
- 28:07after The Sopranos.
- 28:09You can't call it the greatest television
- 28:10show ever created and then say after The
- 28:12Sopranos.
- 28:14It's the best thing I've ever seen.
- 28:15That wasn't The Sopranos.
- 28:18The Sopranos used to be my favorite.
- 28:20Breaking Bad beat it.
- 28:22And here's why.
- 28:23Breaking Bad never stopped being great.
- 28:27Yeah.
- 28:28Sopranos season one may be the best season
- 28:31of TV ever,
- 28:32but then it just kind of fell off,
- 28:35in my opinion.
- 28:36It was still entertaining,
- 28:37but that last season was hard, man.
- 28:40Hard to watch.
- 28:40I'd agree to that.
- 28:43But yeah, if you can take Breaking Bad,
- 28:47you can watch a lot.
- 28:48That's a hundred percent.
- 28:54They land the plane at the end better
- 28:56than the Sopranos.
- 28:57It wouldn't take much to land the plane
- 28:59better than Sopranos did.
- 29:01That whole last season was really bad.
- 29:04I would put the Sopranos last season on
- 29:06par with the last two seasons of Game
- 29:12of Thrones.
- 29:14I never got into Game of Thrones.
- 29:16I'm just telling you, it was bad.
- 29:19It was bad.
- 29:22Breaking Bad, The Wire,
- 29:22Mad Men all owe a debt to The
- 29:24Sopranos.
- 29:25Sure, I get where you're coming from that.
- 29:28But Breaking Bad just stayed good.
- 29:33And its sequel, Better Call Saul,
- 29:35I thought kept the level even of Breaking
- 29:38Bad.
- 29:39It never fell down.
- 29:41Sopranos, after the mother died,
- 29:43it took a dip.
- 29:44And then it took another dip in the
- 29:46last season.
- 29:50laughing at winter i've never seen any of
- 29:52these shows because we're speaking greek
- 29:55to winter she's like i don't know what
- 29:57y'all i don't know what y'all talking
- 29:58about that's fantastic well just so we can
- 30:03still call ourselves a crossfit show the
- 30:07wfp put out uh their event too
- 30:11This is from the Spin Instagram account.
- 30:14Five rounds for time.
- 30:16Seven parallel handstand push-ups.
- 30:17Twenty-one toes to bar.
- 30:18Seven axle bar deadlifts.
- 30:20Time cap, eleven minutes.
- 30:23Deadlift weight,
- 30:24three forty-eight and two forty-nine.
- 30:28Everything in kilograms.
- 30:30And it's an odd number of kilograms.
- 30:32Yeah.
- 30:34What?
- 30:36What are they trying to do?
- 30:37I have absolutely no idea.
- 30:40Neither one is an even number.
- 30:43No.
- 30:45I get the seven and twenty-one because
- 30:47seven times three is twenty-one.
- 30:48Like, I understand that part of it,
- 30:49but why did we go back to seven?
- 30:51Why isn't it an eleven-minute cap if we're
- 30:56dealing with sevens?
- 30:58Why are we doing, what is it,
- 30:59a hundred and fifty-eight kilo,
- 31:01which is still an oddball number when you
- 31:04get two pounds?
- 31:06And a hundred and thirteen.
- 31:09And if the pounds,
- 31:11if it was three fifty and two fifty,
- 31:13then the kilograms rough, I'd get it.
- 31:15Or if the kilograms were one fifty and
- 31:18one fifteen, I'd get it.
- 31:20How the hell do you get both off?
- 31:25I cannot handle the weights on this.
- 31:26Say it again.
- 31:30My OCD cannot handle the weights.
- 31:31Oh, yeah.
- 31:33Not at all.
- 31:36Mine either.
- 31:36Mine either.
- 31:37I saw someone say Horvath is boned.
- 31:40Well,
- 31:40we don't know if they're strict and we
- 31:41don't know if they're deficit and if
- 31:43they're neither, she's not boned,
- 31:45but if you're on a parallette,
- 31:46I'm assuming that we're going to be
- 31:48deficit, right?
- 31:49Generally speaking.
- 31:54Um, wow.
- 31:57Hands burn.
- 32:00It's going to get grippy.
- 32:01Maybe he's, he's,
- 32:02it's wonder percent right about that.
- 32:03It's going to get grippy quick.
- 32:05Hold on to the parallettes.
- 32:07Hold on to those bar.
- 32:09Hold on to Della.
- 32:10So yeah, it's going to get grippy quick.
- 32:13The C five times.
- 32:15Twenty one is what?
- 32:17One hundred and five.
- 32:20So one hundred and five toes bar.
- 32:23Yeah.
- 32:26I wonder if the clips weigh one point
- 32:28five pounds each.
- 32:29I wonder if they're going to have the
- 32:30correct clips for the axle bar.
- 32:32How about that?
- 32:33Let's go with let's start with that and
- 32:34see if they actually have the correct
- 32:35clips for the axle bar.
- 32:39start there and then worry about the rest
- 32:41of it afterwards i don't like the rep
- 32:44scheme the workout itself wouldn't be
- 32:47terrible if we would my programming brain
- 32:51cannot look at that and go why are
- 32:53we doing seven twenty one and then back
- 32:54to seven i don't i don't get that
- 32:57and then the weights the weights are
- 32:58excuse me the weights are just wrong i
- 33:05don't know a better way to put it
- 33:08probably the axle bar it's throwing it off
- 33:11but i'd okay but you can still make
- 33:13it right like that's what they make change
- 33:16plates for that's what they make that's
- 33:18what what's coming all these different
- 33:19sizes that you can make it right and
- 33:23this is after the sprint twenty laps of
- 33:25the of the pool the two separate if
- 33:32you smash together pool workouts for some
- 33:34reason
- 33:35And then they're going to get on a
- 33:36bus and drive.
- 33:39Yes.
- 33:40Thank you, Tristan.
- 33:43Thank you.
- 33:43Thank you.
- 33:44Thank you.
- 33:46At least make the freaking kilograms
- 33:47around number for crying out loud.
- 33:48That's what we're saying.
- 33:50Why is that so hard?
- 33:53It's not.
- 33:55They don't come in odd numbers.
- 33:57FYI.
- 33:57I'm
- 34:04Yeah, it's dumb.
- 34:06It's just silly.
- 34:08It really, really is.
- 34:10I don't like it.
- 34:12Did you see where the daughters have come
- 34:14out with a new drink?
- 34:19Either they're going to sell it next to
- 34:20their next to their earbuds that they
- 34:23don't no longer sell.
- 34:25Like,
- 34:25is it going to be the same type
- 34:26there?
- 34:27I can't even find it on their stuff.
- 34:30I think it's it's it's to be
- 34:34Like it's coming.
- 34:36But yeah,
- 34:36I saw it spin had a thing about
- 34:38it yesterday.
- 34:38It's like something about Icelandic water
- 34:44and there's electrolytes in it.
- 34:47It's got electrolytes.
- 34:50And so does five hundred other items.
- 34:53Brando Brando has electrolytes.
- 34:58So the spin has it will pull up
- 35:00his thing here.
- 35:07There we go.
- 35:08The daughter drink.
- 35:09There it is.
- 35:15We got Mandarin orange,
- 35:16mixed berry and strawberry lemon.
- 35:22Oh, marine collagen.
- 35:23Icelandic marine collagen drink.
- 35:27There you go.
- 35:28In December.
- 35:30And marine collagen is different than cow
- 35:33collagen.
- 35:34Apparently.
- 35:35Did that say caffeine?
- 35:37Are they getting it from dolphins or
- 35:38sharks?
- 35:39I don't even know.
- 35:43How many seals had to die to get
- 35:46their collagen?
- 35:50Yeah.
- 35:55I don't know.
- 35:57WFP.
- 35:57I would love to know.
- 35:58I guess we could look it up.
- 35:59What is marine collagen?
- 36:01Made with great white shark collagen.
- 36:04Mmm.
- 36:05The whole shark, though.
- 36:06You can't use just the fin.
- 36:08They get really mad when you do that.
- 36:11It's got what plants crave.
- 36:13Rondo, baby.
- 36:15Rondo.
- 36:17Already so many drinks out there.
- 36:20Look, maybe it'll be fantastic.
- 36:22I have absolutely no idea.
- 36:24It will last as long as their YouTube
- 36:26show.
- 36:28Ouch.
- 36:30What was that drink that Annie was part
- 36:33investor on that lasted three years?
- 36:38And it was at every event.
- 36:43Gosh, I think it started with a Y.
- 36:46Oh, it started with a Y. Oh, man.
- 36:53Somebody will know.
- 36:54Somebody will know.
- 36:55Somebody in the chat will throw it out
- 36:57there.
- 37:00Is it Yerba?
- 37:01Yerba.
- 37:03That's it.
- 37:04That stuff was god awful.
- 37:07The yellow can?
- 37:08It depended on the flavor.
- 37:12Nasty stuff.
- 37:12Okay.
- 37:14It was god awful.
- 37:16If this is anything like that,
- 37:19it was gross.
- 37:20It was.
- 37:22It's got marine collagen.
- 37:23I know.
- 37:25Made from real seaweed or whatever.
- 37:29They've harvested great blue whales to get
- 37:35marine collagen.
- 37:36Marine collagen.
- 37:41It was not tea.
- 37:42It was like a sparkling water energy
- 37:45drink.
- 37:48It was not good.
- 37:49Hear me.
- 37:53Ken Walters.
- 37:54They had it at Granite Games.
- 37:55It was horrible.
- 37:56As you can see,
- 37:57the chat is pretty unanimous.
- 37:59The last stuff Fannie got involved in was
- 38:01not good.
- 38:04Collagen from dead beach whales.
- 38:09They hop on with the Merchant Marines and
- 38:11they travel the world harvesting dead
- 38:14beach whales.
- 38:15Only the best marine collagen.
- 38:19From the cheek of the dead whale.
- 38:22It's got to be from the cheek.
- 38:23The cheek is the most tender part.
- 38:26Yeah.
- 38:26Hold on for a second.
- 38:27I got the, I got the note.
- 38:30Marine.
- 38:31M-O-R-I-N.
- 38:34Collagen.
- 38:34Here we go.
- 38:37It's fish powder.
- 38:40It's fish powder?
- 38:42Marine collagen,
- 38:43bulk supplement cell zone.
- 38:45That is fish powder.
- 38:47Top five marine collagen.

- 40:02Daughter water made with fish scale.
- 40:08I don't have no idea.
- 40:10I have no idea.
- 40:10I'm trying to find out exactly what it
- 40:12is.
- 40:13I was like Googling it right quick.
- 40:14Like, and it just says fish powder.
- 40:18And I don't know about you.
- 40:21I'm from South Louisiana, brother.
- 40:22If you try to sell me fish powder,
- 40:24I know what that smells like.
- 40:25And I don't want any in my water.
- 40:27I really don't.
- 40:27I just don't.
- 40:28Well, to me,
- 40:29it's just ground up fish bits.
- 40:31Why can't I just eat the fish, Scott?
- 40:36Why can't I just eat the fish?
- 40:39So you remember back in the day,
- 40:41the video game Crazy Taxi?
- 40:43I do.
- 40:44And they came out with a variation that
- 40:46they use Simpsons characters and
- 40:47Springfield for it.
- 40:50And,
- 40:51and you would drive the car and there
- 40:52was, there was the chum bucket was,
- 40:57was you passed along the way.
- 40:59And every time you did Homer, we go.
- 41:02Yeah.
- 41:04And that's not all I can think about.
- 41:06That's in this water.
- 41:09So daughter water chum bucket flavor.

- 41:42I'll go check my Instagram and she'll send
- 41:44me like five of them in a row.
- 41:45Like I am a huge, huge,
- 41:49I have a problem when it comes to
- 41:50the symptoms.
- 41:50Like it's, it's insane.
- 41:52I would put it in my top ten
- 41:54video games of all time.
- 41:55So I would just a Simpsons in general
- 41:58is probably my biggest pop culture
- 41:59influence of ever.
- 42:00So there's that.
- 42:01Oh, but anyway.
- 42:06We'll put this out there one more time.
- 42:08Get your daughter water made with chum.
- 42:11Get your flavored daughter water starting
- 42:13next month.
- 42:14So in like two weeks,
- 42:16get all of it that you need and
- 42:18then some.
- 42:20Wow.
- 42:22Crazy.
- 42:23Marine collagen.
- 42:24Who knows what that is?
- 42:25Like if you're going to put something on
- 42:27a label, right?
- 42:30So ghost energy, natural caffeine, right?
- 42:35Written right there on it.
- 42:36I know what caffeine is.
- 42:39Assuming natural caffeine comes from
- 42:40natural sources.
- 42:42Marine collagen, ground up fishes.
- 42:46I don't want ground up fish in my
- 42:48water.
- 42:49I just don't.
- 42:50I don't care what you tell me it's
- 42:52going to taste like.
- 42:52I just don't.
- 42:55Daughter water,
- 42:56the hot dog of energy drinks.
- 43:03It's got caffeine fish brains.
- 43:05Oh, shut up.
- 43:09Hey, you know what's in your hot dog?
- 43:11Because I sure as hell don't.
- 43:14No,
- 43:14I don't ask what's in a hot dog.
- 43:16That's why you don't ask what's in the
- 43:18marine collagen.
- 43:20Well, it's written on the can.
- 43:21Hot dogs have been around since Jesus was
- 43:23a baby.
- 43:23And you can get all beef hot dogs.
- 43:28Yeah,
- 43:28but we don't know what part of the
- 43:29beef.
- 43:30I didn't ask.
- 43:31I don't care.
- 43:34I'm really okay with that.
- 43:36I don't want ground-up fish in my water.
- 43:38If you've ever been fishing at all once,
- 43:43just take once,
- 43:44and you get a whiff of one that
- 43:47sat out for a little bit too long,
- 43:48didn't get in the live well,
- 43:49whatever the case may be,
- 43:51and I ask you, hey,
- 43:53do you want me to put that dead
- 43:55fish in your drinking water?
- 43:58You're going to say no.
- 44:00No, thank you.
- 44:01Let's be real.
- 44:02I've taken fish oil that tasted like
- 44:06three-day-old dried fish.
- 44:07Correct.
- 44:08And it ain't good.
- 44:09No.
- 44:10Have you ever taken fish oil and got
- 44:12the fish oil burps?
- 44:13Oh, that's the worst.
- 44:17Now let's add that to your strawberry
- 44:19lemon water.
- 44:22No, thank you.
- 44:23Beef brain is dangerous.
- 44:26That's mad cow, right?
- 44:31Shannon, we don't know what primes are.
- 44:33Yeah.
- 44:36Sometimes there's people in the chat that
- 44:37are just smarter than you.
- 44:39Oh, she's definitely on that list.
- 44:40I know that.
- 44:42And you just have to admit it and
- 44:43move on.
- 44:44Yeah.
- 44:44I mean, I believe you.
- 44:45I have no idea what that is,
- 44:48but I believe you.
- 44:51Ken Walters,
- 44:51once you've eaten a Rocky Mountain Oyster,
- 44:53you don't care what hot dog is made
- 44:54out of.
- 44:55That's why I'm not eating a Rocky Mountain
- 44:56Oyster.
- 45:01Yes, prions cause mad cow disease.
- 45:04Got it.
- 45:05I'm going to leave that to CJD alone
- 45:08because I have no idea what that means
- 45:09either.
- 45:10So moving right along.
- 45:19Yeah.
- 45:19No, I know what they are.
- 45:21I just not have one.
- 45:22Testes, yes.
- 45:24Arachimelanoids and testes.
- 45:26Oh, testes brings which one is worse?
- 45:30I'm going to go.
- 45:32I'm not eating either.
- 45:38If you've ever seen which Indiana Jones
- 45:44movie was it?
- 45:45Was that Temple of Doom?
- 45:47Temple of Doom.
- 45:49Yeah.
- 45:52That ruined me right there.
- 45:55You're good enough hot sauce.
- 46:02Thanks.
- 46:03It's it's with the test.
- 46:11I think I could do the test.
- 46:12He's over the brains.
- 46:14The test is a good hot sauce.
- 46:16I just slurp and swallow.
- 46:19Get it done.
- 46:22Get it over with.
- 46:22Yeah.
- 46:23Yeah.
- 46:24Not.
- 46:24Yeah.
- 46:25Ain't no hot sauce in the world.
- 46:26Get me through brains.
- 46:30I'm good.
- 46:30I'm good.
- 46:31No, thank you.
- 46:33So, turns out he is pregnant,
- 46:34just like everybody thought.
- 46:35I'm going to get us out of here.
- 46:39Away from the testes and the cow brains.
- 46:43Just moving on.
- 46:52Raw oysters.
- 46:54Yeah, I've done those.
- 46:54Raw oysters is a whole different animal.
- 46:59A little hot sauce.
- 47:02A little horse radish sometimes,
- 47:03depending on what you got handy.
- 47:04If they're fresh,
- 47:07and now it's time to get them.
- 47:08So any month that ends with R,
- 47:10that's when you want,
- 47:11that's when raw issues are the best.
- 47:12Sean,
- 47:15this is actually the birds and the bees.
- 47:17You go from testing pregnancy.
- 47:19It's a natural slide right to Tia being
- 47:23pregnant.
- 47:25What's your reaction to that, mister?
- 47:28Unsurprised.
- 47:32Unsurprised.
- 47:34Doesn't shock me at all.
- 47:35Good for her.
- 47:37Good for her.
- 47:38I hope she has six more.
- 47:42You think she comes back?
- 47:43Yep.
- 47:44You think she comes back in twenty six
- 47:46or twenty seven?
- 47:48Once we figure out how far along she
- 47:50is,
- 47:51we'll be able to make that make make
- 47:53this prediction.
- 47:56Did you watch that?
- 47:59what is it?
- 47:59The WOD prep podcast with Claire and CJ
- 48:04and John trying to determine when she got
- 48:07pregnant, when she got pregnant.
- 48:08Yeah.
- 48:09Yeah.
- 48:09That was about,
- 48:12that would be like me trying to play
- 48:15the role of Shanna.
- 48:15Correct.
- 48:19I don't have the brain capacity to,
- 48:24and they were trying to.
- 48:25Yeah.
- 48:26So John just had a baby, right?
- 48:29so out of the three he's he's the
- 48:31one with the newest experience as far as
- 48:33that's concerned cj has kids but it's been
- 48:38forever and he's not a that kind of
- 48:40doctor whatsoever right claire's never
- 48:43been pregnant and claire's never been
- 48:45pregnant so to hear the three of them
- 48:50going well okay so
- 48:53wasn't really performing up to snuff here
- 48:55and then you know they were rumors about
- 48:58your t-shirt came out in july and yeah
- 49:00yeah no stop uh she's having in a
- 49:05couple months maybe able to come back look
- 49:09here's four months or so at socal so
- 49:14she's gonna have to do the open right
- 49:17she's gonna have to have the ability to
- 49:18do the open
- 49:21Open starts at the end of February.
- 49:22That is not very far from here.
- 49:27Yeah.
- 49:27I love the speculation that they were
- 49:29given too.
- 49:29They were like,
- 49:30she did that when she came out to
- 49:32announce whatever she did about the games
- 49:34or whatever when it was three o'clock in
- 49:35the morning.
- 49:36She only videoed herself from the waist
- 49:38down.
- 49:38Well, yeah,
- 49:39it was three o'clock in the morning, dude.
- 49:41I also only videoed myself from here up
- 49:44because that's where my laptop camera is.
- 49:57Oh, not Tabasco, Kit Walters.
- 49:59Not Tabasco.
- 50:00Tabasco tastes like hot dinner.
- 50:02You don't want Tabasco.
- 50:03Sorry.
- 50:05This comes from somebody who lives in
- 50:06South Louisiana.
- 50:07Tabasco is not a great hot sauce.
- 50:11I think she knew before the games.
- 50:13I think she knew before the games, too.
- 50:15But how far before the games,
- 50:17I have no idea.
- 50:18Right.
- 50:20It might have been the week before,
- 50:21but I guarantee you she knew before she
- 50:23went.
- 50:24to New York at Shrewsbury.
- 50:26I say guarantee.
- 50:27I'd bet on it if I was a
- 50:30betting man.
- 50:31Now,
- 50:32I was staying in the same hotel as
- 50:33them,
- 50:34and they were partying on Sunday night.
- 50:35I should have looked out the window to
- 50:37see if she was drinking.
- 50:39I wasn't thinking pregnancy at that point.
- 50:42I could have been a better investigative
- 50:44reporter.
- 50:47No, Mark.
- 50:48If you can get it,
- 50:49if you can find Crystal Hot Sauce...
- 50:52It's a Louisiana brand.
- 50:53It's that's the one thing.
- 50:54Yeah.
- 50:56If you can find it, I'm not saying,
- 51:00and not to get to those good stuff,
- 51:02but it's more,
- 51:03it's got the Mexican flavors in it.
- 51:05Um, or Spanish flavors,
- 51:06whatever you want to call it.
- 51:07Frank's Frank red hots as close to crystal
- 51:10as you're going to get.
- 51:11Okay.
- 51:11There you go.
- 51:12Crystal is, I mean,
- 51:15I will video myself from the waist down.
- 51:22Uh,
- 51:23That's what he was trying to figure out,
- 51:24Tegan.
- 51:25He should have went and looked and see
- 51:27if she was drinking out of a shoe.
- 51:28I mean,
- 51:28they were partying hard in the courtyard
- 51:34of the hotel.
- 51:37Right.
- 51:37A whole proven crew was there.
- 51:40I just didn't think that that was a
- 51:42possibility,
- 51:42so I didn't look out to see how
- 51:44much they were drinking.
- 51:45He didn't go.
- 51:47I was just trying to get some sleep.
- 51:48Yeah, I understand.
- 51:50Yeah.
- 51:51Oh, you know what else?
- 51:53While I'm thinking about it,
- 51:55what I forgot to say is that if
- 51:57you're going to get some raw oysters,
- 52:01you should probably just go ahead and
- 52:03get... Chinese ketchup.
- 52:05Your Chinese ketchup to put on it,
- 52:07because this is also good on raw oysters
- 52:09as well.
- 52:12This is not a surprise pregnancy,
- 52:13knowing them they had it planned to a
- 52:15T.
- 52:17That actually did cross my mind as well,
- 52:19right?
- 52:20Try to plan it out to where you
- 52:23have enough time or, you know,
- 52:25provide everything goes correctly as it
- 52:27should.
- 52:27Right.
- 52:27You know, uh, to where boom, boom, boom,
- 52:31boom.
- 52:32We have this baby,
- 52:33we have enough time to recover for her
- 52:35to do the opening because she'll be able
- 52:37to finish high enough to do quarterfinals.
- 52:40After you open, it doesn't matter.
- 52:42She could do them nine months pregnant and
- 52:43finish where she needs to be for the,
- 52:45for the quarterfinals.
- 52:47Finish quarterfinals, go on to semis,
- 52:50be back in time for the games.
- 52:51That doesn't.
- 52:53Crystal on a Lay's potato chip is yummy.
- 52:59Crystal on pretty much anything is pretty
- 53:03darn good.
- 53:05I could drink it out of the bottle.
- 53:07Yeah.
- 53:08I mean, it's made here, obviously,
- 53:11in the state, but stuff is fantastic.
- 53:19Jay Birch says cocktail and horseradish is
- 53:21all you need with a little lemon juice.
- 53:24He's not wrong.
- 53:25If they're fresh enough,
- 53:26I don't need anything.
- 53:28Like if they, um,
- 53:30you should get that salty,
- 53:31that briny taste,
- 53:32like they come straight out of the Gulf
- 53:34or whatever.
- 53:36I'm perfectly fine with them just like
- 53:37that.
- 53:37All right.
- 53:40Well,
- 53:40I think we dove into about every subject.
- 53:43Including like, let me talk about it.
- 53:46Roll issues and Tia in the past five
- 53:48minutes at the same time,
- 53:50which is pregnancy and testes from testes
- 53:54to pregnancy.
- 53:55I mean,
- 53:57who does transitions better than we do?
- 53:59Thank you.

- 54:29cold tonight.
- 54:31I did a hot, I liked it,
- 54:33but I'm not a hot,
- 54:34I'm not a hot drinker.
- 54:35And I just started drinking coffee like a
- 54:37couple of years ago.
- 54:39I like,
- 54:40I don't want my coffee super hot.
- 54:42I like it hot,
- 54:43but I don't want it.
- 54:44Like I want to be able to drink
- 54:45it.
- 54:46Yeah.
- 54:47Also don't drink my water cold.
- 54:48You know, you know what?
- 54:49It doesn't,
- 54:50it does not have Marine collagen.
- 54:52It has grass fed collagen,
- 54:55ten grams to help you recover after a
- 54:57tough workout.
- 54:58It doesn't have legit stuff.
- 55:02It doesn't have collagen that had been
- 55:07fish collagen.
- 55:08They haven't been eating grass.
- 55:10They've been eating probably other fish.
- 55:13This is good grass-fed beef collagen in
- 55:17the third Z to help you recover.
- 55:18From American cows.
