- 4:00Speaker 4: Right?
- 4:02Speaker 3: All right, let me get myself together. Yeah, all right,
- 4:10Speaker 3: Welcome to Bad to Business. Like I said, I am
- 4:12Speaker 3: your host, Shining Saffron, Glad to see y'all tonight. That's
- 4:17Speaker 3: some things I want to talk to y'all about tonight.
- 4:19Speaker 3: So on, everybody who was tuning in to come on in.
- 4:24Speaker 3: I want to see how this goes. Usually. I got
- 4:28Speaker 3: some things, some topics I want to talk to y'all about.
- 4:30Speaker 3: But today is gonna be a little more unscripted, so
- 4:34Speaker 3: because it's been a week and I ain't had a
- 4:37Speaker 3: chance to like really recoup it. You know, it's airy season.
- 4:41Speaker 3: I had a birthday weekend boo boop, shout out to
- 4:45Speaker 3: all the aries, and we had a time last weekend.
- 4:50Speaker 3: It was a weekend to be had. We celebrated so
- 4:54Speaker 3: many things, celebrated my birthday weekend, Queen Angela her birthday.
- 5:00Speaker 3: We had a celebration of the author's movement, her anthology.
- 5:06Speaker 3: I met so many great people, so many Oh man,
- 5:11Speaker 3: it was such an experience. I just, like I said,
- 5:13Speaker 3: I haven't had a time to just recoup and get
- 5:16Speaker 3: things together. Just had some things to talk about. But
- 5:20Speaker 3: I met so many great people. Like I said, I
- 5:22Speaker 3: met some of the other hosts. Shout out to Trevida Latanya,
- 5:27Speaker 3: got to meet y'all, Shanera, Miss Shonera. It was so
- 5:34Speaker 3: great communing and getting with y'all ladies. I can't wait
- 5:37Speaker 3: to get with y'all ladies soon and just do some things.
- 5:40Speaker 3: Y'all got some great energy. It was a great connection.
- 5:43Speaker 3: I just really love being with y'all ladies. Like I said,
- 5:47Speaker 3: I just can't wait to get with y'all again, but
- 5:49Speaker 3: it was so many things going on. Queen Angela again,
- 5:54Speaker 3: it was just so great to celebrate you while you
- 5:56Speaker 3: celebrated us, which is something that you do often. So
- 6:00Speaker 3: just it was wonderful. It was wonderful. Let's see, what
- 6:05Speaker 3: do I want to talk to y'all about today other
- 6:08Speaker 3: than it is every season? Uh. Like I said, I'm
- 6:12Speaker 3: gonna be a little bit unscripted. I don't have anything jotted,
- 6:15Speaker 3: but I got some things I want to talk to
- 6:16Speaker 3: y'all about. So I'm gonna be a little more realer,
- 6:20Speaker 3: this realer this evening. I've had some constructive criticism lately
- 6:28Speaker 3: about my podcast. I've learned that, you know, I'm in
- 6:34Speaker 3: a safe space. This is my podcast, but somehow I
- 6:37Speaker 3: haven't really been able to be me. It seems like
- 6:42Speaker 3: the more on point I try to be, the more
- 6:45Speaker 3: duller I see. You know if you get that and
- 6:48Speaker 3: I don't like it. I don't like that at all
- 6:50Speaker 3: because I am one type of personality you want to
- 6:53Speaker 3: have around. Okay, let me tell you so. I just
- 6:57Speaker 3: want to reintroduce myself again. My name is Shine. I
- 7:01Speaker 3: have this podcast called Bad to Business Bad as an
- 7:03Speaker 3: acronym B A, D D. Bringing all diverse discussions to business.
- 7:09Speaker 3: I just want to bring a different perspective, different point
- 7:11Speaker 3: of view, a different everything to the business table. I
- 7:15Speaker 3: have a lot of things that are going on. I
- 7:19Speaker 3: talk to a lot of people. I deal with different
- 7:24Speaker 3: walks of life with people, and it's been an experience.
- 7:27Speaker 3: So this has been the perfect platform for me to
- 7:30Speaker 3: kind of, you know, release all that and try to
- 7:33Speaker 3: see where we as different of people can come together.
- 7:38Speaker 3: So and I'm learning a lot of that. We're dealing
- 7:40Speaker 3: with these ladies and being able to interact and just
- 7:44Speaker 3: get out there and just be me. So today I
- 7:49Speaker 3: kind of want to do that. I definitely want to
- 7:51Speaker 3: show y'all that I am that type of person. It's
- 7:55Speaker 3: a real connection when you come with me. So, like
- 7:59Speaker 3: I said, it's a little bit unscripted. I got something
- 8:03Speaker 3: together and a little something else to kind of identify
- 8:08Speaker 3: myself with. I wrote something's called who am I? Okay,
- 8:14Speaker 3: I am the change we want to see and the
- 8:17Speaker 3: radical spirit we need to have in this mundane world.
- 8:21Speaker 3: I've been led to a new path in my journey
- 8:24Speaker 3: and I look beyond what I see. My future is
- 8:28Speaker 3: as bright as my faith. My writing and podcast presence
- 8:32Speaker 3: is just the beginning, making a way for new opportunities
- 8:36Speaker 3: and new pathways. When you have the crave for realness,
- 8:40Speaker 3: come join me on Bad to Business. Okay, there is
- 8:45Speaker 3: no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside of you.
- 8:49Speaker 3: Our Queen Maya Angelo left that, and that is the truth.
- 8:53Speaker 3: There's a lot of untold stories inside of us, a
- 8:55Speaker 3: lot of untold feelings, things that we want to talk about,
- 8:59Speaker 3: and I want us to be able to share that.
- 9:03Speaker 3: I've been blessed to connect with so many different people
- 9:07Speaker 3: and just experience things in this short amount of time.
- 9:09Speaker 3: And God is moving. God is cooking, and he's serving up.
- 9:13Speaker 3: He cooking and he's serving up. He's not wasting any time.
- 9:16Speaker 3: One of the people that I had the pleasure to meet,
- 9:19Speaker 3: let me give her her flowers right now before we
- 9:21Speaker 3: move on, is a lady. I'm gonna call her a
- 9:26Speaker 3: boss by the name of Rachel L. Gary. She was
- 9:31Speaker 3: an author there. I'm gonna call her a guest because
- 9:35Speaker 3: she was new to me. Like I said, I got
- 9:38Speaker 3: a chance to meet some of the other podcast hosts,
- 9:41Speaker 3: but this one was a new person to me. She
- 9:44Speaker 3: was a fresh face and my daughter's got to come
- 9:46Speaker 3: with me to this event. And so one of the
- 9:47Speaker 3: reasons why I wanted to spotlight her is because my
- 9:49Speaker 3: daughter did. And I thought it was pretty cool that
- 9:53Speaker 3: my daughter spotlighted her for something that she does. So
- 9:56Speaker 3: let me read to you. Her title is a leadership
- 10:01Speaker 3: coach and mentor, author, inspirational speaker, podcast and radio personality.
- 10:07Speaker 3: And let me add she is on fire. She's on
- 10:09Speaker 3: her second book right now. The first book entitled Forged
- 10:14Speaker 3: in the Fire. Second book right now, poverty to six figures.
- 10:20Speaker 3: One thing I learned with talking with her is that
- 10:24Speaker 3: she's not afraid to share the business secrets. She shared
- 10:28Speaker 3: something a little gem she dropped called CEO her perspective
- 10:33Speaker 3: of CEO or excuse me, her acronym of CEO is
- 10:43Speaker 3: there we go. Okay, I'm sorry about that, y'all. I'm
- 10:53Speaker 3: trying to get my stuff together. Like I told John,
- 10:55Speaker 3: being unscripted today, I'm not trying to be so on point.
- 10:58Speaker 3: I want to see how this goes when I'm a
- 11:00Speaker 3: little more relaxed. So her points on CEO were clarity
- 11:10Speaker 3: and what's it clarity and immpowering. I'm sorry, come on here,
- 11:22Speaker 3: there we go. There go my lady's helping me. There
- 11:25Speaker 3: we go clarity, empowerment, and what was the other one?
- 11:30Speaker 3: Come on, ladies, y'all can help me out ownership. There
- 11:33Speaker 3: we go clarity, empowering and ownership. One of the things
- 11:38Speaker 3: her being a and she is an entrepreneur and business coach.
- 11:43Speaker 3: But like I said, she's not afraid to share that
- 11:47Speaker 3: her being able to inspire and help other people, and
- 11:51Speaker 3: there are top people calling her to ask her how
- 11:54Speaker 3: to get through the fiscal year. If you get what
- 11:56Speaker 3: I mean reaching out and sharing that. One thing that
- 12:01Speaker 3: I learned in this week is real success is when
- 12:04Speaker 3: you reach back and help somebody else. If you can
- 12:06Speaker 3: see them succeed, then that is success to you. You
- 12:08Speaker 3: don't have to worry about somebody you know reaching better
- 12:12Speaker 3: heights than you or whatever else. I mean. You know,
- 12:14Speaker 3: their success is your success. You shouldn't feel like that.
- 12:18Speaker 3: One thing I'm learning from her, or I learned from
- 12:19Speaker 3: her and the ladies that I work with, is they're
- 12:22Speaker 3: changing the way we look at or the way we
- 12:25Speaker 3: see the perspective of a crab mentality. That crab bucket mentality.
- 12:29Speaker 3: I've never really liked even using that, But the old
- 12:32Speaker 3: saying of the crab bucket mentality is that we tend
- 12:35Speaker 3: to bring each other down, right, somebody's always trying to
- 12:40Speaker 3: come up and then the other crab's trying to bring
- 12:41Speaker 3: him down. And I thought about that, and I said, well,
- 12:43Speaker 3: why is it like that? Why are we looking at
- 12:45Speaker 3: it like that? Why couldn't it be that, you know,
- 12:49Speaker 3: we're just all trying to make it out of the
- 12:50Speaker 3: bucket and the first one that makes it up actually
- 12:52Speaker 3: reaches back down and gets the other crab, brings him up,
- 12:56Speaker 3: and then while he jumps down, the one that helped
- 12:58Speaker 3: him up, then he reaches down and it's the other one.
- 13:00Speaker 3: Why is that not the crab mentality? So it's definitely,
- 13:05Speaker 3: again a diverse discussion. Having diverse discussions and bringing that
- 13:09Speaker 3: to business is showing me a difference of perspective on
- 13:12Speaker 3: that crab mentality. I don't look at it so, you know,
- 13:15Speaker 3: ugly anymore, because these ladies are definitely doing that. Every
- 13:19Speaker 3: height they reach, they reach back. Miss Angela, I mean,
- 13:23Speaker 3: she's connected to so many things that I know about,
- 13:26Speaker 3: and before I know it, I'm getting emails and calls
- 13:29Speaker 3: about getting connected. She stands on her word. All of
- 13:31Speaker 3: these ladies. They stand on their word of sharing the opportunity,
- 13:36Speaker 3: sharing the wealth. I am, like I said, allotted so
- 13:41Speaker 3: many opportunities and experiences because these ladies have reached back
- 13:45Speaker 3: and got me, you know, miss Angela taking a chance
- 13:49Speaker 3: on all of us, allowing us this platform, this stage
- 13:53Speaker 3: to do ourselves our realness. This is definitely an opportunity
- 13:57Speaker 3: to just be great and reach out to different people.
- 13:59Speaker 3: There's everything she's involved in, we're involved in. There's nothing
- 14:03Speaker 3: that she doesn't get an opportunity that we don't get
- 14:05Speaker 3: an opportunity in. And again, like I said, that just
- 14:08Speaker 3: changes my whole outlook on a crab mentality. And I
- 14:11Speaker 3: salute you, lady Queen. I'm sorry, I salute you ladies
- 14:15Speaker 3: for changing the changing the look on that, changing the
- 14:21Speaker 3: look on crab mentality. It would take some strong ladies
- 14:23Speaker 3: to do that, So I just want to say salute
- 14:26Speaker 3: to that. And even with that, you know, it just
- 14:34Speaker 3: reminds me of how much we are held back by
- 14:37Speaker 3: not helping each other, you know, like I said, just
- 14:43Speaker 3: looking at these ladies and looking at their successes, and
- 14:45Speaker 3: I'm wondering why it is so hard for other people
- 14:49Speaker 3: to be making it out here, miss Angela A lots
- 14:53Speaker 3: artists and poets and authors every week to come on
- 14:57Speaker 3: and present themselves. There's so many other people in high
- 15:03Speaker 3: places that could do that, and I don't understand why
- 15:06Speaker 3: that's not happening. They are truly keeping the negative side
- 15:11Speaker 3: of a crab mentality going. So while you're listening, anybody
- 15:15Speaker 3: out there, if you're in a place to help somebody,
- 15:17Speaker 3: please change the way crab mentality is going. We really
- 15:20Speaker 3: gotta do that, especially right now we're coming into a
- 15:23Speaker 3: world of we gonna need each other a lot. I
- 15:29Speaker 3: don't know how the segregation is gonna go. Like I said,
- 15:33Speaker 3: it's been a crazy week. Thank god it's Friday. It's
- 15:36Speaker 3: been a crazy work week. I went from birthday weekend
- 15:38Speaker 3: and celebration to going into work And just to kind
- 15:42Speaker 3: of give y'all little insight about what I do. I
- 15:46Speaker 3: work in imports. I work for a company that works
- 15:48Speaker 3: in imports. I help bring some stuff into the US.
- 15:53Speaker 3: So when you're looking for some stuff, I may have
- 15:56Speaker 3: it or may not. You know, I'm trying to get
- 15:58Speaker 3: it to you. But this world is really changing, the
- 16:02Speaker 3: world is very different now with these terraffs and everything
- 16:07Speaker 3: I do. Work in, like I said, international shipping and
- 16:11Speaker 3: these teriffs and these different things that's going on, and
- 16:13Speaker 3: the world is really causing some high lows. Okay, I
- 16:20Speaker 3: can tell you that it's getting harder for us to
- 16:23Speaker 3: do some trading, do some things that we are going
- 16:26Speaker 3: to need here in the US. And I just hope
- 16:30Speaker 3: that our president knows what he's doing, all his elected
- 16:34Speaker 3: officials and elected unofficials are doing what they're supposed to do. Y'all.
- 16:41Speaker 3: You really gotta chime in and know what's going on.
- 16:44Speaker 3: I was talking to a colleague of mine who also
- 16:47Speaker 3: works in imports, importing and exporting actually, and she was
- 16:51Speaker 3: telling me how hard it is for people who, you know,
- 16:54Speaker 3: these shippers and importers. It's hard for them to pay
- 16:57Speaker 3: for these things while they come over into the US,
- 16:59Speaker 3: so they're kind kind of abandoning things. What that means
- 17:03Speaker 3: is that when you're ordering things and you're wondering where
- 17:05Speaker 3: they are and they're not getting to you, it's because
- 17:07Speaker 3: they're being left because they cannot afford the tax that
- 17:13Speaker 3: our president and our officials and unofficials are charging to
- 17:17Speaker 3: get their stuff in here. And that's really about to
- 17:21Speaker 3: cause a problem, a bigger problem that you guys may
- 17:25Speaker 3: not realize right now. It's not just about your shens
- 17:28Speaker 3: and your tea moves and your cheap clothing. This is
- 17:31Speaker 3: going to get into your you know, your necessities, your foods.
- 17:37Speaker 3: It's I guess he's really trying to just make America
- 17:42Speaker 3: America again. And we haven't been like that in a
- 17:45Speaker 3: long time. So for those of y'all who are just
- 17:48Speaker 3: now coming into this, I hope you're ready, but look
- 17:52Speaker 3: into stuff like this again. This is getting to be
- 17:55Speaker 3: some serious business. Okay, it doesn't have to be bad,
- 17:58Speaker 3: but it definitely needs to be some of our business.
- 18:02Speaker 3: This stuff that's going on, this trade. You know, I
- 18:07Speaker 3: do talk to people internationally and they do tell me
- 18:10Speaker 3: things like, you know, I'm sorry, Shining, it's hard to
- 18:12Speaker 3: get stuff over there. And you know, they say they
- 18:15Speaker 3: drop little comments like with your US tariffs. As though
- 18:22Speaker 3: I'm supposed to be offended, I'm not. I didn't do it,
- 18:25Speaker 3: like I tell them, good luck to you. But I'm
- 18:28Speaker 3: noticing that some things are spiking up really high as
- 18:32Speaker 3: far as transportation. The less we can get over here
- 18:36Speaker 3: as far as cargo and things like that, the more
- 18:38Speaker 3: it's gonna go up on airfare. You know, it becomes
- 18:41Speaker 3: a domino effect and it will all fall down. I
- 18:46Speaker 3: don't know if there's anything we can do, if there's
- 18:49Speaker 3: any convincing, but I still believe in the principles of
- 18:53Speaker 3: the constitution, we the people. If we can kind of
- 18:55Speaker 3: turn some things around, if we can kind of believe
- 18:57Speaker 3: in each other, then maybe we can make some things
- 19:00Speaker 3: change for everybody. Otherwise, you got to get ready to
- 19:04Speaker 3: make some real hard internal changes on your own. It's
- 19:07Speaker 3: down to the bare necessities. Forget about the worries and
- 19:13Speaker 3: the strifes. Get back to the bare necessities. You can
- 19:16Speaker 3: forget about the the essentials, the conveniences. You definitely don't
- 19:22Speaker 3: want to leave it to AI. But good luck with everything.
- 19:26Speaker 3: So again y'all get into stuff like this and again
- 19:29Speaker 3: reach out, connect with people, get ready to trade within,
- 19:33Speaker 3: because that's I guess what he intends on doing. There's
- 19:38Speaker 3: people who can't even do business, not want but can't,
- 19:41Speaker 3: and there's people who won't. I don't blame them. You know,
- 19:45Speaker 3: when we hit them with the yes, it's gonna cost
- 19:47Speaker 3: you this much to get stuff into the US, and
- 19:49Speaker 3: they say no, we can't do that, then it is
- 19:52Speaker 3: what it is. I work in air freight, so things
- 19:56Speaker 3: that you want to get into in three days, I'm
- 19:59Speaker 3: your girl. I'm the one that's doing that behind the scenes,
- 20:02Speaker 3: me and a whole group of people. Don't let me
- 20:03Speaker 3: take all that credit. But when it gets too expensive,
- 20:07Speaker 3: because our great president is putting two hundred percent tax
- 20:11Speaker 3: on things, I'm exaggerating, but it feels like that to
- 20:15Speaker 3: our counterparts, and they can't get that stuff in, then
- 20:18Speaker 3: maybe they try to get it on the ocean where
- 20:21Speaker 3: things move slower, and then it takes you thirty days
- 20:26Speaker 3: to get your stuff, and then you hope you can
- 20:28Speaker 3: still get it in because it's all backed up. I
- 20:30Speaker 3: don't know if y'all remember a while back when the
- 20:32Speaker 3: things were all backed up at the port. Stuff was
- 20:34Speaker 3: stuck on the ocean. You know, once it gets into
- 20:38Speaker 3: the US, it's got to hurry up and clearance out
- 20:40Speaker 3: because they're trying to get everything in and out. We
- 20:43Speaker 3: just don't have the capacity to have all that stuff
- 20:46Speaker 3: at one time, So then what happens. Things got to
- 20:49Speaker 3: shut down. We don't have a use for it. It
- 20:52Speaker 3: becomes a domino effect. Y'all really got to start looking
- 20:54Speaker 3: at this stuff, and this is not just the tariff thing.
- 20:57Speaker 3: This is, this is bigger than that. This may be
- 21:00Speaker 3: one of the biggest distractions. While the stuff internally, like
- 21:02Speaker 3: the people ahead of our education, people ahead of our
- 21:06Speaker 3: and they are shutting food programs down. They have already
- 21:09Speaker 3: told the parents at some of the schools that they
- 21:12Speaker 3: will not be serving the free lunches and free breakfasts anymore.
- 21:16Speaker 3: So that's gonna hurt some people. They're shutting down where
- 21:19Speaker 3: I stay in this area. They're shutting down elementary schools,
- 21:23Speaker 3: not rebuilding them. Where are the kids gonna go? You know,
- 21:26Speaker 3: this is like I said, the tariffs and everything. Yeah,
- 21:29Speaker 3: that's the big thing going on. That's a the biggest
- 21:32Speaker 3: thing going on. But there's still little internal things that
- 21:36Speaker 3: we're not paying attention to. There's still things going on inside,
- 21:40Speaker 3: you know, things that I don't want to just have
- 21:45Speaker 3: a guess on or be assuming on. Y'all can chime in,
- 21:51Speaker 3: you know, tell me what you feel, tell me how
- 21:54Speaker 3: you feel. Bring the diverse discussions to business. Because I
- 21:56Speaker 3: could be wrong. I could be wrong. I don't see
- 22:00Speaker 3: any optimism in the way we're going right now. I
- 22:03Speaker 3: don't see it. Again, I work behind the scenes and
- 22:06Speaker 3: I'm seeing some other things, and those things are not
- 22:09Speaker 3: looking good. But I could be wrong. I asked a
- 22:13Speaker 3: couple of guests on another show, tell me what he's
- 22:16Speaker 3: doing right. If you can tell me what he's doing right,
- 22:18Speaker 3: then let me see. One of the things that I
- 22:21Speaker 3: can say that I didn't totally disagree with from the
- 22:25Speaker 3: jump was when they asked for work reports. I'm required
- 22:30Speaker 3: to give my boss a work report daily. Excuse me.
- 22:35Speaker 3: We have things that we got to turn in to
- 22:36Speaker 3: make sure that we're getting paid for what we're doing.
- 22:40Speaker 3: Excuse me. So I really didn't see a problem with that.
- 22:47Speaker 3: One thing he said is we may be giving out
- 22:49Speaker 3: money to people who are not working, not living. We
- 22:52Speaker 3: know that there are people using people's names, using people's
- 22:55Speaker 3: social Security numbers, We know things like that. So if
- 22:58Speaker 3: they're cracking down on things like that, I'm all for it.
- 23:00Speaker 3: I'm all for that. Those are things that are needed.
- 23:04Speaker 3: But while you're saving money, what are you doing with it?
- 23:06Speaker 3: Why are we still closing down schools, Why are we
- 23:08Speaker 3: shutting down programs. There are some people that are on
- 23:13Speaker 3: it right now, making sure that it's not gonna happen
- 23:15Speaker 3: as easily as people think it's gonna happen. It's not
- 23:19Speaker 3: as easy as just signing your signature on something, although
- 23:22Speaker 3: it seems that way. But I can tell you that
- 23:26Speaker 3: there is some things going on already. First twelve months
- 23:32Speaker 3: is man hot. He's coming in hot for real, and
- 23:37Speaker 3: he's got a whole team behind him. If you're for
- 23:40Speaker 3: his team, okay, but you know they gotta stand strong
- 23:44Speaker 3: and be doing something. If you're not for him, okay,
- 23:50Speaker 3: we have many reasons why not to be. But whether
- 23:54Speaker 3: you're form or against them, I mean, it don't seem
- 23:57Speaker 3: like nothing's stopping. We gotta do something that's stopping something.
- 24:01Speaker 3: And again I still stand on the Constitution with the people,
- 24:03Speaker 3: unless there's an expiration date on it. There's something we
- 24:07Speaker 3: can do. There's a lot of things we can do.
- 24:10Speaker 3: There's a lot of people we can reach back to.
- 24:12Speaker 3: There's a lot of things we can stand on. There's
- 24:14Speaker 3: a lot of things we can stop doing. There's a
- 24:19Speaker 3: lot of things we don't need to have and you know,
- 24:21Speaker 3: depend on. And the more that the powers that be
- 24:25Speaker 3: feel like that they're in control of stuff, one of
- 24:27Speaker 3: the things I said was, you know, we got to
- 24:30Speaker 3: stop showing them how much we depend on them. When
- 24:33Speaker 3: they see that they have that kind of control, then
- 24:36Speaker 3: they'll use it. I laugh at the way he said, Okay,
- 24:39Speaker 3: he the president, no more TikTok thing, he said, We
- 24:42Speaker 3: all cried about it, no TikTok, but it happened, was
- 24:44Speaker 3: going on. Okay, then I'll bring TikTok back for a
- 24:46Speaker 3: couple of days until they get it together. Then it
- 24:50Speaker 3: was okay, I'm gonna put this whole tariff thing the
- 24:52Speaker 3: first time. And then we cried about it. Don't do that,
- 24:55Speaker 3: don't do that. We're not gonna do this. We're not
- 24:56Speaker 3: gonna do that. We fought with Canada. Then he came back, Okay,
- 25:00Speaker 3: gonna do it again. It really just seems like it's
- 25:03Speaker 3: a toy on some feelings. I just don't have the
- 25:05Speaker 3: kind of time for that. God is the last say
- 25:10Speaker 3: for me. So again, whatever happens with the guy, whatever's
- 25:17Speaker 3: going to happen. I mean, you gotta be in the know,
- 25:19Speaker 3: and that's what we're here to do, trying to let
- 25:21Speaker 3: you know so that you can this is a better
- 25:24Speaker 3: Like I said, the turnaround of the crab mentality, a
- 25:27Speaker 3: lot of us are reaching back and letting you know,
- 25:29Speaker 3: come on, you gotta come up because right now it's
- 25:31Speaker 3: it's getting ready to be real hellish around here. I'm
- 25:35Speaker 3: going to continue to keep y'all in forms as much
- 25:38Speaker 3: as I can. I am just one person behind the scenes.
- 25:43Speaker 3: You know, a lot of y'all gotta get involved, reach down,
- 25:45Speaker 3: start asking questions. A lot of y'all are asking questions
- 25:48Speaker 3: within yourselves. That's not doing nothing, it's not helping nobody.
- 25:54Speaker 3: We really got to get out there. We gotta start
- 25:56Speaker 3: talking to some people. One of the the best things
- 26:00Speaker 3: to do, you know, is get on the platform. Definitely
- 26:04Speaker 3: talk to some people. I'm about to be reaching out
- 26:05Speaker 3: to some of y'all. I need to bring some of
- 26:09Speaker 3: y'all to the business table. We got some things to
- 26:11Speaker 3: work out. We got some things to talk about. We
- 26:15Speaker 3: got some bad that we're trying to bring to business.
- 26:18Speaker 3: We got some connections to be made, we got some
- 26:20Speaker 3: changes to make. There's a lot of things to do.
- 26:25Speaker 3: So I hope y'all stay tuned in. Still airy season
- 26:29Speaker 3: for me, so I still will be partying. Still is out.
- 26:36Speaker 3: Y'all will see me again. Like I said, keep checking
- 26:39Speaker 3: the page, keep checking the podcast. We got so many
- 26:41Speaker 3: things coming up. We will be celebrating the one hundred
- 26:45Speaker 3: Authors movement. We got a new thing, a new celebration
- 26:49Speaker 3: coming up. Let me see. My ladies are posting things,
- 26:53Speaker 3: so I don't forget. They know I'm unscripted today. I
- 26:55Speaker 3: love y'all for the support got I love y'all. We
- 27:01Speaker 3: got the the one hundred authors movement that's been going
- 27:07Speaker 3: on forever. I can't wait to really get involved with that,
- 27:10Speaker 3: bringing out the poets, the authors. It seems like somebody's
- 27:14Speaker 3: dropping a book every week. It's amazing what this woman
- 27:19Speaker 3: is doing, what these people are doing, what they have
- 27:22Speaker 3: to talk about the connections they're making. So we'll be
- 27:25Speaker 3: doing trips to Chicago, New York. I hear. I am
- 27:29Speaker 3: so excited, and I'm in a book, y'all. So that
- 27:33Speaker 3: was kind of cool. I can't wait to share that
- 27:36Speaker 3: with y'all. Like I said, I haven't been able to
- 27:37Speaker 3: catch up. But trust me, in this season, the due season,
- 27:41Speaker 3: I mean not just airy season, but in this due season,
- 27:44Speaker 3: y'all gonna see me. It's definitely going to be an experience.
- 27:48Speaker 3: I can't wait to share reach back to some of y'all.
- 27:50Speaker 3: Pull y'all up, let's see what we can do. So
- 27:53Speaker 3: stay tuned. I am again so kind to make sure
- 28:00Speaker 3: I ain't forgetting nothing.
- 28:01Speaker 4: Hold on y'all because, okay, all right, so I did
- 28:10Speaker 4: talk about my girl Rachel.
- 28:12Speaker 3: All right, let's see, let's see, let's see. I got
- 28:21Speaker 3: some I got some other things I could talk to
- 28:24Speaker 3: y'all about. But I really wanted to, just like I said,
- 28:29Speaker 3: tune in on what's going on right now. The birthday
- 28:33Speaker 3: celebration and everything. It was great. Getting back to work
- 28:37Speaker 3: was hard, and I just wanted to kind of let
- 28:40Speaker 3: y'all know what was going on right now between celebrating
- 28:45Speaker 3: and getting back to business. It was definitely a collaboration
- 28:49Speaker 3: this week. So y'all just stay tuned. I am your
- 28:54Speaker 3: hole shining. This is bad to business. I will catch y'all.
- 28:59Speaker 3: I am on the fourth Sunday, so don't miss me.
- 29:02Speaker 3: I know I gotta put these dates up here. I'll
- 29:04Speaker 3: be forgetting y'all. I'm so sorry, but y'all keep tuning in.
- 29:07Speaker 3: Thank y'all for joining me tonight. I see y'all join me.
- 29:10Speaker 3: I love y'all. I can't wait to see y'all again.
- 29:14Speaker 3: All right, y'all, Love y'all,
