Alfalfa sprouts are being recalled nationwide after being linked to at least 55 illnesses across 15 states — caused by E. coli and Salmonella. Everything Sprouts, LLC pulled their products after FDA intervention; affected items include plain sprouts and two mixes shipped between late May and mid-August in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
