- 0:01Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to Vinnie and Me. My website is
- 0:16Speaker 1: Jasonnewland dot com. Please only listen when you can safely
- 0:22Speaker 1: go to your eyes. This is Friday, whispers Whisper Friday,
- 0:39Speaker 1: Whisper Wednesday, Whisper Friday. I think he's making the little
- 0:44Speaker 1: squeaky sounds. And Daddy, hey, daddy. I woke up just
- 0:51Speaker 1: now and Vinny wasn't in the bed. He list in
- 0:55Speaker 1: the living room saying, well, my fastest sleep on this scene.
- 1:03Speaker 1: I don't know if i'm 'a maybe I'll work him up.
- 1:07Speaker 1: I was I spaking too much noise, snoring. I don't know.
- 1:16Speaker 1: It's just about five in the border. I went to
- 1:23Speaker 1: bed about nine, and yeah, I'm okay. Had a few
- 1:44Speaker 1: very strange dreams, very strange dreams. I was. I think
- 2:02Speaker 1: I was a holiday camp. But it was just weird.
- 2:14Speaker 1: So I said, this place again in motodome with dreams
- 2:19Speaker 1: I've had before. But there's a place Star was going
- 2:27Speaker 1: to regularly. But for some reason there was bears, the
- 2:36Speaker 1: big black bears, which we generally don't have in this country,
- 2:42Speaker 1: roaming around. Yeah, very weird, and I knew some of
- 2:55Speaker 1: the big one who seemed to know quite a lot
- 2:58Speaker 1: of people at this holiday camp, and I was learning.
- 3:11Speaker 1: I was quite believed with myself because I was learning
- 3:14Speaker 1: some social skills, learning from my mistakes, previous mistakes. There
- 3:24Speaker 1: was one boy where I was.
- 3:30Speaker 2: Cleaning the floor.
- 3:35Speaker 1: For some reason, and I realized maybe it was the
- 3:43Speaker 1: carpet or whatever about I was enjoying cleaning the floor,
- 3:49Speaker 1: which is kind of joke, is I quite enjoyed using
- 3:53Speaker 1: those scrubbing machines to make the floor nice and sexy buffers.
- 4:02Speaker 1: They got it buffers, but then the floor turned in
- 4:09Speaker 1: to grass, which was weird.
- 4:18Speaker 2: That.
- 4:18Speaker 1: There was another part where I remem going to lie
- 4:21Speaker 1: in but I need to get ready to back up
- 4:26Speaker 1: and catch the plane. For some reason, there was a
- 4:30Speaker 1: plane to this place, and I realized that my bed
- 4:38Speaker 1: is in the reception and all these new people coming
- 4:41Speaker 1: in for their holiday performing a bigger line past my bed.
- 4:56Speaker 1: So I get out of bed and started to pack
- 5:01Speaker 1: my stuff, and and this this kind of happened. Near
- 5:06Speaker 1: the end of the dream.
- 5:09Speaker 3: There was a a man, I guess a manager or something,
- 5:17Speaker 3: and he was moaning because my stuff was there and
- 5:21Speaker 3: I'd left my stuff last time.
- 5:28Speaker 1: So I was a regular visitor, but I was leaving
- 5:32Speaker 1: bits and bobs like books and DVDs, hypnosis courses, things
- 5:41Speaker 1: like that for some reason. And I said, don't worry, Uglearum.
- 5:52Speaker 1: So I packed my back of my normal stuff and
- 5:58Speaker 1: I started to collect the stuff, and I was connect,
- 6:06Speaker 1: just put it in the bin. So that's what I did.
- 6:08Speaker 1: I collected it all, walked to the public bin, dropped
- 6:13Speaker 1: it in the bin. Then the manager came out and said,
- 6:17Speaker 1: what are you doing? That's the coplor in the blades?
- 6:21Speaker 1: Why are you checking out blades away? And I'm more confused.
- 6:30Speaker 1: I said, well, what you wanted me.
- 6:31Speaker 2: To get rid of it?
- 6:38Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm trying to think of what else happened. Yeah,
- 6:52Speaker 1: that's that's a couple of big black bears. One was
- 6:56Speaker 1: in the ocean and it was well, I was on
- 7:01Speaker 1: I was near a beach and I was watching it
- 7:04Speaker 1: and it was way out and I said, either of
- 7:08Speaker 1: the tides really like, I don't know, some kind of
- 7:16Speaker 1: weird thing going on where the the wall was really
- 7:20Speaker 1: really really shallow, or that bears wearing stilts. So I
- 7:29Speaker 1: didn't really know how to figure that one out. I
- 7:32Speaker 1: shouldn't ask it. It was too far away, too far away,
- 7:41Speaker 1: and see I visited this stream before. There's been other
- 7:52Speaker 1: times when I've gone and it's been some kind of
- 8:02Speaker 1: dormitory situation, sharing a big, massive room with other people,
- 8:11Speaker 1: which is why I used to do when I was
- 8:13Speaker 1: a kid. I have done since as well, when I've
- 8:19Speaker 1: been on Buddhista treats, shared a room. Never liked to
- 8:25Speaker 1: never ever, ever, ever, ever, although it's one thing people
- 8:37Speaker 1: complain about scoring, so I used to ask to be
- 8:49Speaker 1: in the storing dorm, the storing dorm where everyone's snored,
- 9:01Speaker 1: and also everybody complained about snoring. One of ironic is
- 9:09Speaker 1: people that complain about snoring are the ones that snare themselves.
- 9:21Speaker 1: Always learning and always learning. That Friday, the first of
- 9:35Speaker 1: August two thousand and twenty far fu Yeah, today's the
- 9:53Speaker 1: the beginning of the month. Is well. I have bills,
- 9:58Speaker 1: bills on bills, so I had a few things taken
- 10:03Speaker 1: out my bank, a few more to come. I got
- 10:10Speaker 1: the electric and gas bill went out to day or
- 10:15Speaker 1: early hours in the morning. TV license went out, and
- 10:22Speaker 1: then I've got the water bill which put it be
- 10:29Speaker 1: in the next day or two. Then I got the
- 10:35Speaker 1: mobile phone and internet bill fifty seven pound I think,
- 10:41Speaker 1: or fifty nine pound, so I'll come out the next
- 10:46Speaker 1: few days as well. Then I've got the website bill,
- 10:54Speaker 1: which is fifty fifty three sixty cred something like that.
- 11:09Speaker 1: A few bits and bobs. I physiced uncle sausages yesterday,
- 11:22Speaker 1: and it's really weird because it's not he's really not well.
- 11:28Speaker 1: So I'm gonna focus on that. But where he's staying,
- 11:33Speaker 1: he's a nursing name, and it's lovely. The crowns of themselves.
- 11:41Speaker 1: I mean, it's peacocks there. I've actually took a little
- 11:44Speaker 1: video and took a picture. In fact, I might try
- 11:51Speaker 1: and use that picture as the the cover for this recording.
- 12:00Speaker 1: The thick was nearly as big as me, absolutely huge.
- 12:07Speaker 1: I thought it was going to be all kind of shaky,
- 12:10Speaker 1: and you know, I didn't want to go outside in
- 12:16Speaker 1: case it flew away. I don't know if peacock's gonna fly,
- 12:26Speaker 1: but this they didn't. They just sat there now bearing
- 12:33Speaker 1: it might.
- 12:34Speaker 2: How huge is.
- 12:39Speaker 1: I don't think peacocks can fly, can't they They're too big,
- 12:44Speaker 1: love ostriches, they're just too big. I didn't give a
- 12:51Speaker 1: bird kids past a certain size the hard for it
- 12:54Speaker 1: to fly. I mean, I know some birds aren't big.
- 13:01Speaker 2: Which do fly?
- 13:04Speaker 1: Mean eagles, swans they fly and they are huge vultures
- 13:18Speaker 1: they fly. Does ones fly? I think they do, dar
- 13:34Speaker 1: dary deck tary ductles, taro dactyles, darren ductiles. They used
- 13:41Speaker 1: to fly, don't they? Swans? Do one's fly? I think so?
- 14:03Speaker 1: But this pheasants a pheasant not a pheasant? What do
- 14:16Speaker 1: they call it?
- 14:17Speaker 4: You know?
- 14:17Speaker 1: And so as being pride for peacock, guess it? Beautiful
- 14:23Speaker 1: beautiful bird. And yeah, I took some pictures of the
- 14:31Speaker 1: bird and took a little video over it, and it
- 14:34Speaker 1: was just outside down the sausages door he's got, I
- 14:39Speaker 1: mean you can get in the door. He walked through
- 14:44Speaker 1: the place to get into his room. But he's got
- 14:47Speaker 1: a door that goes outside as well. Unfortunately, he got
- 14:54Speaker 1: to the care home, the nursing home too late to
- 15:02Speaker 1: be able to appreciate.
- 15:04Speaker 2: When I'm.
- 15:07Speaker 1: Appreciate, it's probably not the correct word. But two, he
- 15:13Speaker 1: didn't get to see how nice it is because it's
- 15:20Speaker 1: pretty much unconscious most of the time.
- 15:25Speaker 2: All the time. Really, so that was weird.
- 15:32Speaker 1: So, I mean, this really nice little room the staff
- 15:37Speaker 1: for really nice. I mean it's a little bit our
- 15:43Speaker 1: of the way. This place as is where I live,
- 15:49Speaker 1: but this is even more out of the way, a
- 15:53Speaker 1: really nice area. It's about an hour walk from where
- 15:59Speaker 1: I still the same postcode, and funny enough, well the
- 16:05Speaker 1: same you know, not exactly the same, but the same
- 16:10Speaker 1: sort of area postcode. And it's a really nice little area.
- 16:26Speaker 1: In fact, it's kind of somewhere that I could live,
- 16:35Speaker 1: you know. It's just nicer than the air loads of
- 16:43Speaker 1: places to.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Walk your dog.
- 16:47Speaker 1: It's ahole. They've got this park or this forest, which
- 16:56Speaker 1: is called a nine hundred and ninety nine years at least, sorry,
- 17:05Speaker 1: was the last hundred and fifty years off cause she
- 17:10Speaker 1: used to be a mess. Now apparently I was reading
- 17:13Speaker 1: this black and that turned into this realy beautiful place.
- 17:29Speaker 2: See.
- 17:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, it's nothing to stop me from taking
- 17:33Speaker 1: it would not be up there. But think it's part
- 17:38Speaker 1: time I get down. I'm gonna be naked cause it's
- 17:40Speaker 1: an hour walk. I'm not gonna be wanting to walk
- 17:43Speaker 1: through the fields. Am I through a little forest? Yeah,
- 17:59Speaker 1: it's nice. And then on the way back, I got
- 18:04Speaker 1: a lift. It's like, wow, I got a left back.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Not right all the way home, but one of the nurses, okay,
- 18:17Speaker 1: workers just came he left.
- 18:21Speaker 2: Here where I will living.
- 18:29Speaker 1: It was Yeah, very strange, very strange being in there.
- 18:42Speaker 1: And see, that's the kind of work that I would
- 18:50Speaker 1: have liked to have been unable to do. But at
- 18:58Speaker 1: the same time, it's kind of work that I don't
- 19:05Speaker 1: think I'll be able to do emotionally. So it's certain
- 19:18Speaker 1: skill set, you know, you need to be to do
- 19:25Speaker 1: that kind of work. I'm saying. It's like, I know
- 19:28Speaker 1: what I'm talking about, but I think it's kind of obvious.
- 19:34Speaker 1: You need to be caring, like really caring. You know,
- 19:44Speaker 1: you need to want to do the job as a
- 19:50Speaker 1: kind of vocation, as a life ambition, or I don't know,
- 20:07Speaker 1: a calling maybe so I could probably tap into that
- 20:16Speaker 1: side of things, although it's never been my life's ambition
- 20:22Speaker 1: to be with people at the end of life, so
- 20:25Speaker 1: that's otherwise paths I probably would have attempted to do,
- 20:30Speaker 1: so that's never been my life's ambition. By calling, but
- 20:37Speaker 1: I would I would argue that I do care. I'm
- 20:40Speaker 1: a caring person. Okay, here we come on. There's a
- 20:48Speaker 1: hero if you look inside my pats. But the other side,
- 20:58Speaker 1: and I'm really minimizing it cause I don't know enough
- 21:03Speaker 1: about the job. But from what I can see is
- 21:07Speaker 1: the other side, which is being able to emotionally deal
- 21:11Speaker 1: with that situation and continually deal with it. And I don't.
- 21:29Speaker 1: I don't have it. I don't have what it takes
- 21:32Speaker 1: for that. I don't believe I have. So maybe I'll
- 21:46Speaker 1: just continue making recordings. Maybe maybe that's where my my thing.
- 22:00Speaker 1: Maybe that's what I'm supposed to be doing. Maybe this
- 22:04Speaker 1: is what I'm supposed to be doing. This and so
- 22:08Speaker 1: many other things. Maybe you never know. I did like
- 22:26Speaker 1: the idea of being a nurse when I was shock
- 22:31Speaker 1: at being like muffet Raiser, devoting my life to helping people.
- 22:52Speaker 1: I mean, in my own way, I have done that.
- 22:57Speaker 1: It's just a little less dramatic, a little less noticeable,
- 23:11Speaker 1: perhaps a little less helpful. I loved the idea of
- 23:19Speaker 1: feeding hungry people, and I've done that. I did that
- 23:25Speaker 1: time Land, and it was brilliant. Buyer was the one
- 23:33Speaker 1: buying the food. I got ripped off by the people
- 23:38Speaker 1: cooking the food. And once the food was gone and
- 23:48Speaker 1: the money was gone, that was it was not very
- 23:55Speaker 1: sustainable by a great experience. Maybe in some kind of
- 24:19Speaker 1: small way, what I do this, you know, making recordings
- 24:30Speaker 1: is my way of helping others. That's why I'm doing it,
- 24:48Speaker 1: That's why I've divided nineteen years of my life to this.
- 25:00Speaker 1: It's just sometimes I think, especially when I do these
- 25:05Speaker 1: type of recordings, like you know, non therapeutic, non hypnotic recordings,
- 25:18Speaker 1: it feels a little bit like I'm just being self indulgent,
- 25:25Speaker 1: just talking about myself, and I wonder how that could
- 25:33Speaker 1: be of any use to anyone. But this is also
- 25:42Speaker 1: you know, let me boy to sleep or whisper, and
- 25:49Speaker 1: I don't do many of these. I was trying to
- 25:54Speaker 1: a weekly one on a Wednesday.
- 26:00Speaker 2: Burn.
- 26:01Speaker 1: Over the last few weeks, the little routine I had
- 26:08Speaker 1: has gone the pot it's gone, it's crumbled, it's shrunk.
- 26:19Speaker 1: So I haven't met, not really been very regular recently.
- 26:30Speaker 1: I tried to keep it going, but it's been sporadic
- 26:40Speaker 1: over the last six weeks, not very regular, although I
- 26:44Speaker 1: did keep the QUNE Fridays bumping out until last Friday
- 26:54Speaker 1: and this Friday, so I have not asked for any
- 26:58Speaker 1: questions the last two weeks. All being well, I will
- 27:15Speaker 1: continue with the QDA Friday's next Friday, all being well,
- 27:29Speaker 1: and the other regular let Me Boy to sleep days
- 27:38Speaker 1: such as Monday's boring Objects, Trivia Tuesday, and I suppose
- 27:46Speaker 1: that QDA Friday and Whisper Wednesday they will all be
- 27:52Speaker 1: back hopefully.
- 27:55Speaker 2: Now I don't know.
- 28:01Speaker 1: Because as far as the Whisper, where this stay goes,
- 28:09Speaker 1: this new.
- 28:14Speaker 2: Thing, this.
- 28:18Speaker 1: New routine that for some reason I started, where I
- 28:27Speaker 1: get out of bed, I take my acid reflux doublin,
- 28:38Speaker 1: and then I make a recording and a whisper flop where.
- 28:43Speaker 2: I just.
- 28:45Speaker 1: Update on what's going on, what happened yesterday, what did
- 28:50Speaker 1: I dream about, and then talk for maybe twenty minutes,
- 29:02Speaker 1: half an hour, and that's it. Then I had my breakfast.
- 29:16Speaker 1: So I've been doing this for I think three days
- 29:22Speaker 1: in a row, and I might continue. I always feel
- 29:44Speaker 1: different when I just wake up compared to how I
- 29:53Speaker 1: feel a few hours in or big day or in
- 29:58Speaker 1: the evening. First of all, I'm awake, but probably providing
- 30:09Speaker 1: I had enough sleep, this is the most awake I am.
- 30:25Speaker 1: It's also pretty quiet. I can hear the pigeons, but
- 30:35Speaker 1: other than that, I let someone going out of the
- 30:39Speaker 1: front door earlier. I'm trying to think it has quite early,
- 30:52Speaker 1: so it's probably yeah, someone unstairs.
- 31:04Speaker 2: Set.
- 31:04Speaker 1: The council of taken back uncurse sausages is council fla.
- 31:12Speaker 1: They're not officially taken it back. They're getting a month
- 31:15Speaker 1: to get the place sorted before they move in or
- 31:18Speaker 1: before they take over. But they had to be done
- 31:25Speaker 1: because you can't you can't have to rent paid on
- 31:30Speaker 1: the council flaw and have the cost of a nursing
- 31:38Speaker 1: I'm paid cause that has to be financed as well.
- 31:43Speaker 1: So I think if you move into if someone moves
- 31:48Speaker 1: into a nursing home, they have to get a notice
- 31:53Speaker 1: for the council property. It's a month's notice or something
- 31:59Speaker 1: like that. There's not much in a way of boxing
- 32:14Speaker 1: going on this month. In fact, there's only one. It
- 32:22Speaker 1: gets the sixteenth of August and that's stilling Way against
- 32:30Speaker 1: Moses a dinner. That's it. I mean, it's a couple
- 32:39Speaker 1: of others, but no big big vacations. There's a big
- 32:55Speaker 1: one in September, which uh Crawford against Canelo. That's in
- 33:10Speaker 1: I think September twelfth. I think other than that there yeah,
- 33:27Speaker 1: Chris of Olu Bank Junior and Connaban I think they're
- 33:35Speaker 1: fighting again in September and in November or maybe October,
- 33:53Speaker 1: there's some boxing. There's a good night. It's David Benavidez.
- 34:01Speaker 1: He's defending his LI heavyweight title against Callum Smith. It
- 34:28Speaker 1: David Benevidez is one of my favorite boxes. They call
- 34:35Speaker 1: him the Mexican Monster.
- 34:38Speaker 2: Now my own.
- 34:41Speaker 1: It's not criticism of him, but he doesn't fight enough.
- 34:47Speaker 1: But he's been hanging around waiting to get his hands
- 34:52Speaker 1: on what's his name, can But Canelo didn't want him,
- 35:03Speaker 1: but he didn't want to fight him and David Pennelder's
- 35:09Speaker 1: he he held the world title two times at Super
- 35:18Speaker 1: mid Away and it was also at the interim World
- 35:21Speaker 1: champion at Super mid Away as well. And he waited,
- 35:29Speaker 1: then he waited, then he waited, then he waited, and
- 35:35Speaker 1: Canello wouldn't fight him. He ended up fighting other people
- 35:42Speaker 1: who were also waited, and it got to the point
- 35:47Speaker 1: where it was almost just for those who wanted to
- 35:51Speaker 1: be world champions. There's no point sticking around the Super
- 35:56Speaker 1: mid aweight division because Canello has it were tied up.
- 36:04Speaker 1: And also if he decides to go up and wait
- 36:09Speaker 1: while the belts still stay around. He because he's a
- 36:16Speaker 1: superstar boxer. The different organizations banded, they let him do
- 36:30Speaker 1: way ever he once, so if he doesn't defend his
- 36:34Speaker 1: title for every year or a year and a half,
- 36:38Speaker 1: they just allow it because he's where the money is.
- 36:53Speaker 1: I am looking forward to that fight with Crawford because
- 36:58Speaker 1: Crawford is a special fighter. Yeah, I'd be an interesting fighter, kay.
- 37:23Speaker 1: I'd be interested to find out what uh Fabia Waldley
- 37:31Speaker 1: is gonna do next. David not David Price, wow of
- 37:50Speaker 1: Philosophic got his name David David David David David, David
- 37:56Speaker 1: David t His surname's gone out of my head. He
- 38:10Speaker 1: beat Bosh Dice the Rumford ball. David David, David David.
- 38:23Speaker 1: It's not David A, it's not David Price, David something. Anyway,
- 38:37Speaker 1: he's gonna be fighting and mention her off. So I
- 38:41Speaker 1: can't remember the hat. I can't remember David. And so
- 38:47Speaker 1: that's I think in October. So there's a few occasions,
- 38:54Speaker 1: but the biggest one really recently was the last weekend
- 39:02Speaker 1: to the weekend before, which was Daniel to bar against
- 39:13Speaker 1: Basic And it was a bit of an empty climax,
- 39:24Speaker 1: just how easily Basic one like e easily one wasn't. Yeah,
- 39:50Speaker 1: that's it. Really, I'm gonna have my breakfast cause I
- 39:57Speaker 1: deserve it. I deserved to happen my to me rewarded.
- 40:05Speaker 1: I don't know what I'm going to do today because
- 40:09Speaker 1: I didn't my lawn be last night. I didn't realize
- 40:13Speaker 1: that i'd run out of tracksuit bombs, so I did
- 40:19Speaker 1: them last night, and I don't think they're dry enough
- 40:23Speaker 1: to wear, and I can't go out with these. I
- 40:30Speaker 1: have to go.
- 40:30Speaker 2: If I'm going to go to.
- 40:32Speaker 1: A place like that, I need to be clean and
- 40:35Speaker 1: I need to be wearing clean clothes.
- 40:39Speaker 2: It's just.
- 40:41Speaker 1: Yeah, if I don't go today, maybe i'll go tomorrow. Yeah,
- 41:10Speaker 1: that's quite peaceful. Well that my stomach. My stomach is now.
- 41:14Speaker 2: Let me know. I feed to be.
- 41:19Speaker 1: So I'm gonna go. Thank you for listening. Remember to
- 41:23Speaker 1: be kind to yourself because you do deserve to be happy.
- 41:29Speaker 1: Be gentle with yourself. You deserve to feel safe. Lots
- 41:36Speaker 1: of love.
- 41:39Speaker 2: Bye.
- 41:57Speaker 5: Relax in a more deep and.
- 42:08Speaker 4: Meaningful way, Maybe in a way that can not just
- 42:15Speaker 4: allow you to feel calmer now and throughout the time
- 42:26Speaker 4: we spend together here, not just relaxed at the end
- 42:34Speaker 4: of the recording when it's finished, and you can enjoy
- 42:39Speaker 4: that sense of comfort and peace.
- 42:48Speaker 1: But also.
- 42:56Speaker 4: I think it would be nice to have those feelings
- 43:03Speaker 4: of relaxation continue.
- 43:13Speaker 1: For longer.
- 43:17Speaker 2: After the recording has ended, so that you can.
- 43:26Speaker 1: Still benefit.
- 43:31Speaker 4: From listening to my voice, maybe in a few hours time,
- 43:40Speaker 4: perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly, especially if you
- 43:54Speaker 4: find like some people do and myself as well. I
- 43:58Speaker 4: sometimes I find particular recording that really resonates with me,
- 44:10Speaker 4: and I just listened to it over and over again
- 44:14Speaker 4: every morning, every evening. There was this recording from We're
- 44:27Speaker 4: going back to about nineteen ninety nine. It was it
- 44:32Speaker 4: wasn't hypnosis, but it was a guided visualizations that kind
- 44:37Speaker 4: of was hypnosis really, and I managed to find it
- 44:44Speaker 4: again and it still has the same effect on me,
- 44:51Speaker 4: And part of it was the person's voice relaxed me.
- 45:04Speaker 5: She just felt so peaceful, and I'd look forward.
- 45:10Speaker 1: To listening to her.
- 45:15Speaker 2: In the morning and in the evening.
- 45:23Speaker 4: And I knew before even pressing the play button that
- 45:33Speaker 4: since I've done that pressed the play button.
- 45:37Speaker 1: This is in the days of CD players.
- 45:47Speaker 4: Pressed the play button. In fact, it might have even
- 45:53Speaker 4: been a tap tape recorder. I'd lie down on the
- 45:57Speaker 4: bed and then even without necessarily listening to her words
- 46:14Speaker 4: because I had them memorized. Really, it was as if
- 46:23Speaker 4: my body knew exactly what to do, and the muscles
- 46:35Speaker 4: just almost went into automatic relaxation, and I remember my mind.
- 47:00Speaker 2: Would slow down. Now.
- 47:08Speaker 4: Now, I was listening to this recording in the early
- 47:15Speaker 4: days of learning hypnosis, and long before.
- 47:22Speaker 2: I ever made any videos or audio recordings.
- 47:28Speaker 4: Myself, because I didn't start doing that till two thousand
- 47:33Speaker 4: and six, I knew, I knew how helpful I found
- 47:56Speaker 4: being able to just let go, to have that trust
- 48:05Speaker 4: in the person that I'm listening to, knowing that it's
- 48:15Speaker 4: going to be just as relaxing, if not more so.
- 48:26Speaker 4: Each time you hear my voice, you may feel the same.
- 48:39Speaker 1: Some people.
- 48:43Speaker 4: Have been listening to me for over a decade, maybe
- 48:55Speaker 4: not solidly, obviously not twenty four hours a day, but.
- 49:03Speaker 2: Maybe people come back. Some people maybe listen every day.
- 49:19Speaker 2: That's something that I do which you may not realize
- 49:27Speaker 2: by listening, is.
- 49:37Speaker 4: When I record these recordings. Now, for example, I also
- 49:53Speaker 4: am affected by the words.
- 49:57Speaker 1: That I say. So if I.
- 50:07Speaker 4: Set you focus on your feet, notice your feet relaxing.
- 50:18Speaker 2: I will be focusing on my feet. I will be noticing.
- 50:29Speaker 4: My feet relaxing. If I said, focus on your hands
- 50:47Speaker 4: and maybe notice the difference between each hand. Perhaps notice
- 50:56Speaker 4: the air in the room, the temperature of the room.
- 51:04Speaker 4: On the backs of your hands, you may start to
- 51:15Speaker 4: notice what almost feels like a very light breeze, even
- 51:23Speaker 4: though there may not be any type of breeze at all.
- 51:29Speaker 1: Where you are right now.
- 51:39Speaker 5: And as you become aware of your hands, I'm also
- 51:50Speaker 5: aware of how relaxed my hands our feeling now and
- 52:18Speaker 5: when it comes to.
- 52:21Speaker 4: Potentially drifting off to sleep, which may be the reason
- 52:27Speaker 4: you're listening, I also feel drowsy when I make these recordings.
- 52:48Speaker 4: I also notice.
- 52:52Speaker 1: My mind.
- 52:55Speaker 5: Drifting.
- 53:03Speaker 4: In fact, at times I've actually fallen asleep without even noticing,
- 53:21Speaker 4: and then I carry on talking and it's suddenly where I.
- 53:32Speaker 1: Listen back to do the editing, I.
- 53:38Speaker 4: Hear snoring, and I think I don't remember snoring. I
- 53:47Speaker 4: remember talking, and snoring was a pick turned up. That's
- 53:58Speaker 4: why I sound like when I now I get read.
- 54:06Speaker 1: Into a whole experience.
- 54:18Speaker 4: I don't know how you feel, how relaxed you feel
- 54:28Speaker 4: in your feet, how relaxed.
- 54:36Speaker 5: You feel in your hands. I have noticed.
- 54:57Speaker 2: More and more.
- 55:04Speaker 4: That the more relaxed deeper level of comfort you feel,
- 55:20Speaker 4: the easier your breathing becomes so almost like that additional
- 55:39Speaker 4: muscle relaxation. So this allows you to breathe easier without
- 56:02Speaker 4: necessarily focusing on your breath, however, being able to notice
- 56:33Speaker 4: the ease.
- 56:38Speaker 2: In which.
- 56:46Speaker 4: You breathe so naturally. You breathe so very easily and smoothly.
- 57:36Speaker 4: Whenever I imagine my breathing improving. When I've got my
- 57:54Speaker 4: eyes closed, I tend to visualize beautiful field of trees
- 58:14Speaker 4: and flowers producing all that life giving oxygen. It feels
- 58:48Speaker 4: nice too, if nothing else, just taking.
- 59:02Speaker 2: Some time away from everything, enjoying that feeling of.
- 59:39Speaker 5: Peace, serenity with a joyful heart. Time seems to just.
- 1:00:28Speaker 4: Drip by, so very slowly, relaxed, so deeply peaceful, completely
- 1:01:18Speaker 4: unattached to any thoughts whatsoever. In this moment, completely free,
- 1:02:20Speaker 4: You'd like to say that.
- 1:02:29Speaker 2: Your mind.
- 1:02:38Speaker 5: Slowed down. Slowed down because nothing really requires your attention.
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: You can enjoy.
- 1:03:40Speaker 4: The physical sensations of allowing the stress to drip out
- 1:03:52Speaker 4: of your body, to repair and outs of every part

- 1:37:57Speaker 4: opportunity to take a break from the day, take a
- 1:38:05Speaker 4: break from your life, as it is, to give yourself
- 1:38:13Speaker 4: a rest, giving yourself permission to take some time off
- 1:38:24Speaker 4: and to allow your body to relax and allow your
- 1:38:29Speaker 4: mind to slow down, which in turn releases the tension

- 1:41:23Speaker 4: as if your mind and your body are sinking together,
- 1:41:32Speaker 4: almost mirroring each other with that growing positivity and calmness.
- 1:41:47Speaker 4: And it feels nice, really does feel nice to know
- 1:41:55Speaker 4: that you are the one that has allowed yourself to

- 1:42:45Speaker 4: Becomes even more relaxed. Just by focusing on it.

- 1:45:05Speaker 4: as you focus lonely on my voice and that part
- 1:45:14Speaker 4: of your body. Moving down to your eyes, focusing on
- 1:45:25Speaker 4: your eyes, noticing how your eyelids feel so heavy he

- 1:48:49Speaker 10: All the way.
- 1:48:50Speaker 5: Down to the bottom of your back, down.
- 1:49:03Speaker 4: To your lower back. As you move up and down
- 1:49:13Speaker 4: your spine, you can feel the muscles either side of
- 1:49:19Speaker 4: your spine.
- 1:49:22Speaker 5: Relaxing even more.
- 1:49:32Speaker 2: And as those.
- 1:49:33Speaker 4: Muscles relax, that sense of comfort starts to spread.

- 2:09:16Speaker 4: just walking down some steps.
- 2:09:20Speaker 15: And each step or twenty steps, and each step represents
- 2:09:26Speaker 15: a level of comfort, each step represents.
- 2:09:36Speaker 2: A deepening.
- 2:09:39Speaker 4: Of that comfort, and the furthes you walk down those
- 2:09:49Speaker 4: steps that Diger likes you feel. So starting with number

- 2:31:14Speaker 4: your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes, your eye wolves themselves,
- 2:31:24Speaker 4: a whole area.
- 2:31:28Speaker 2: That makes up your eye. As we count down ten

- 2:31:57Speaker 2: your all become.
- 2:32:00Speaker 4: Twice is relaxed with each number counting down, that you
- 2:32:12Speaker 4: may find.
- 2:32:17Speaker 2: The what you want to do is just.
- 2:32:22Speaker 5: To drift off to sleep. And if that's what you want, then.
- 2:32:32Speaker 11: Just allow yourself to do that.
- 2:32:41Speaker 2: Now focusing on your eyes and to begin counting down.
- 2:32:52Speaker 4: Ten down to one right now, nine eighth seven.

- 2:42:11Speaker 2: So count down ten to one.
- 2:42:23Speaker 5: Ten nine eight seven six five.
- 2:42:38Speaker 2: Four three two one. And maybe that was a bit
- 2:42:56Speaker 2: too quick in order to relax. Maybe it's a look.
- 2:43:00Speaker 4: Too fast for you to notice the calming of your body,
- 2:43:10Speaker 4: maybe even a little bit of pressure there, Like you're
- 2:43:15Speaker 4: counted down from ten to one.
- 2:43:16Speaker 2: Would you expect me to do?
- 2:43:18Speaker 4: Man?
- 2:43:19Speaker 5: Expect me just to go with floppy just because you're
- 2:43:23Speaker 5: counted down.
- 2:43:29Speaker 4: If you try again, but this time go bit slower,
- 2:43:36Speaker 4: this time that you focus on the whole of your
- 2:43:41Speaker 4: body before we focus on your legs.
- 2:43:47Speaker 2: Just notice.
- 2:43:49Speaker 4: How your body does start to feel more relaxed every
- 2:44:03Speaker 4: number that I count down ten nine, eight, seven, six, five, four.
- 2:45:03Speaker 2: Three one. Just notice how.
- 2:45:54Speaker 4: How you feel, generally, how your body feels. It's not
- 2:46:03Speaker 4: necessarily even about counting down from ten to one. It's
- 2:46:14Speaker 4: that space.
- 2:46:16Speaker 2: Do you have that.
- 2:46:21Speaker 5: Space between being active physically or mentally, just.
- 2:46:41Speaker 4: Sitting and lying down, just being there, not doing anything,
- 2:46:47Speaker 4: not saying anything, oreding.
- 2:46:50Speaker 5: To think about anything. So it opens up a space,
- 2:46:56Speaker 5: you know, a.
- 2:46:57Speaker 19: Bit of a space, a gap. And the more I
- 2:47:07Speaker 19: came down from ten to one, the bigger that gap becomes.
- 2:47:15Speaker 19: So there's that gap of calmness, of comfort, relaxation.
- 2:47:28Speaker 5: It's a nice feeling.
- 2:47:34Speaker 2: And it moves.
- 2:47:37Speaker 4: Those stresses or discomforts physically or emotionally, moves.
- 2:47:46Speaker 2: Away.
- 2:47:53Speaker 1: Allows you.
- 2:47:57Speaker 4: To just.
- 2:48:01Speaker 2: Slow down.
- 2:48:05Speaker 20: Someoney, count the game from ten down to one, and
- 2:48:08Speaker 20: notice that gap widening, the gap.
- 2:48:17Speaker 2: And they said.
- 2:48:17Speaker 4: Widens this almost slight the stress and attention falls into
- 2:48:24Speaker 4: the gap, gives you that distance, that space.
- 2:48:44Speaker 2: Now ten nine, eight, seven, six.
- 2:49:34Speaker 5: Five three, How.
- 2:50:51Speaker 2: Did you what you feel.
- 2:51:10Speaker 5: Can you notice that do you fit a calm.
- 2:51:22Speaker 2: Then you feel relaxed.
- 2:51:49Speaker 4: Now focus on the legs, just two legs. I'm just
- 2:52:09Speaker 4: gonna start with focusing on your thighs. Of course, it's
- 2:52:30Speaker 4: not the most exciting thing to be done, because.
- 2:52:38Speaker 2: I'm sure, like most of your body is not a
- 2:52:40Speaker 2: lot going on right now.
- 2:52:51Speaker 4: Just focusing on the whole of your thighs, the tops
- 2:52:57Speaker 4: of your thighs, the side your thighs, the bottoms of
- 2:53:03Speaker 4: your thighs, outer thighs, inner thighs, basically.
- 2:53:11Speaker 5: The whole of your thigh that leads into your hip
- 2:53:18Speaker 5: and it goes down to your.
- 2:53:23Speaker 2: Knee joint.
- 2:53:29Speaker 5: And this is a big area. It's a very heavy area.
- 2:53:36Speaker 4: It's very strong, probably the strongest muscles in your body
- 2:53:43Speaker 4: in your thighs.
- 2:53:54Speaker 2: But I don't think we.
- 2:53:57Speaker 4: Perhaps enough attention to her thighs. Perhaps we don't and
- 2:54:11Speaker 4: acknowledge how important our thighs are.
- 2:54:19Speaker 5: To our lives, how much they actually do for us.
- 2:54:40Speaker 4: All through our lives. And it may seem sound really weird.
- 2:54:54Speaker 4: I think that all our body parts, especially our ad thighs,
- 2:55:01Speaker 4: needs some TLC, a bit of love shown, a bit
- 2:55:08Speaker 4: of acknowledgement, thank you gratitude for what an thighs do
- 2:55:27Speaker 4: for us. And I know this makes sound as strange.
- 2:55:40Speaker 2: Maybe you think, why am I short?
- 2:55:42Speaker 4: How should be out in the garden hugging a tree
- 2:55:45Speaker 4: or something it's hard to sell, like a phone up
- 2:55:53Speaker 4: on a tree.
- 2:55:55Speaker 2: Why I'm doing to see doors?
- 2:55:56Speaker 4: I was, I wouldn't be outside in a tree. I
- 2:56:00Speaker 4: can't see the television from dream. You move down to
- 2:56:09Speaker 4: your knees gain such an important part, and I think
- 2:56:19Speaker 4: we don't necessarily I'll speak for myself here, I don't
- 2:56:26Speaker 4: necessarily appreciate.
- 2:56:29Speaker 2: All that I needs to do for me until I
- 2:56:34Speaker 2: have a problem with my need.
- 2:56:37Speaker 4: Occasionally, if I ever, maybe i'll bash it. It's aching
- 2:56:42Speaker 4: for some reason. It's then that I realize how much
- 2:56:49Speaker 4: it does. You know the benefit of being able to
- 2:56:54Speaker 4: use my legs without an you can't physical discomfort.
- 2:57:03Speaker 2: Is a beautiful thing.
- 2:57:06Speaker 5: That's possibly not appreciated too.
- 2:57:10Speaker 4: It's temporarily removed. You know that's comfort. But as you
- 2:57:19Speaker 4: focus on your knees, regardless of how your knees feel,
- 2:57:28Speaker 4: you can have that sense of gratitude.
- 2:57:33Speaker 2: And love to your needs for all they do for you.
- 2:57:46Speaker 4: You can still have that attention on your thighs, or
- 2:57:50Speaker 4: maybe notice how your thighs feel. Maybe notice that name
- 2:57:58Speaker 4: are relax in, warm, deeply as you focus now on
- 2:58:15Speaker 4: the bottoms of your legs and your sheets. Your calf muscles,
- 2:58:20Speaker 4: the bones between your knees, on your feet incorporates, and course,
- 2:58:29Speaker 4: your ankles.
- 2:58:32Speaker 8: So important.
- 2:58:39Speaker 2: Anyone that's had.
- 2:58:40Speaker 4: Even like the slightest spray of an ancle knows how
- 2:58:47Speaker 4: how much should we take our ankles for granted. And
- 2:58:58Speaker 4: it's kind of strange in a way when you think that.
- 2:59:02Speaker 4: You know, logically, our wrists are a lot of thinner
- 2:59:06Speaker 4: than the rest of our arms, which is okay, it
- 2:59:10Speaker 4: doesn't you can't see any problem with that because we're
- 2:59:14Speaker 4: just picking stuff up.
- 2:59:17Speaker 5: By our ankles.
- 2:59:20Speaker 2: So much thinner than the rest of our legs. And
- 2:59:30Speaker 2: from a physics perspective or logical even it doesn't really
- 2:59:34Speaker 2: make sense that all this weight will ultimately be resting
- 2:59:43Speaker 2: on your ankles then lead to your feet a thin area,
- 2:59:54Speaker 2: thick bone. Yeah, it does so much great work.
- 3:00:03Speaker 5: Supports us, supports our body for a lifetime, helps us
- 3:00:13Speaker 5: to balance, It helps.
- 3:00:16Speaker 2: You to.
- 3:00:21Speaker 5: Get around, to be mobile.
- 3:00:29Speaker 2: There's the calf muscles.
- 3:00:30Speaker 4: Of course, when I was younger, I couldn't see the
- 3:00:38Speaker 4: pointing calf muscles didn't seem to do anything.
- 3:00:42Speaker 5: Okay, if I walked around, my tiptoes.
- 3:00:46Speaker 4: And my calf muscles get some work. But of course
- 3:00:50Speaker 4: that's not true. The calf muscles are being used whenever
- 3:00:54Speaker 4: we use our legs. In your shins, there to protect
- 3:01:08Speaker 4: your lower legs, shaped in a way almost as a
- 3:01:17Speaker 4: protector for the bone, leading of course to your ankles.
- 3:01:32Speaker 2: And your feet.
- 3:01:38Speaker 5: I'm not going to focus on your feet. I'm just
- 3:01:40Speaker 5: going to focus on the legs. I realize.
- 3:01:46Speaker 2: Now that I've.
- 3:01:47Speaker 5: Mentioned your feet, you'll probably focus on anyway, So maybe I.
- 3:01:52Speaker 2: Should focus on your feet a little bit. You can
- 3:01:59Speaker 2: have them, and you're aware.
- 3:02:02Speaker 5: The same as you have your thighs in your awareness.
- 3:02:07Speaker 4: Even though we haven't been focusing on your thighs a
- 3:02:11Speaker 4: few minutes, we're focusing on your ankles, there's still that sensation.
- 3:02:24Speaker 21: Of comfort in your thighs. There's that movement.
- 3:02:39Speaker 2: Of energy.
- 3:02:42Speaker 4: Because the thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course,
- 3:02:49Speaker 4: there's the muscles, the big strong muscles that we have
- 3:02:54Speaker 4: in our thighs, but the skin.
- 3:03:06Speaker 2: On the outside of the thighs, as in the outside
- 3:03:11Speaker 2: of all of our body. It can be very sensitive,
- 3:03:20Speaker 2: sensitive to a touch.
- 3:03:24Speaker 4: Sensitive to temperature. And inside your thighs the bones, there's
- 3:03:38Speaker 4: the muscle, is, the blood, vessels, the arch trees, to
- 3:03:43Speaker 4: all this stuff inside of thighs. I guess sometimes it'd
- 3:03:53Speaker 4: be nice if you could actually put your fingers inside
- 3:03:57Speaker 4: your thighs and message, so you can message on the
- 3:04:03Speaker 4: outside of the course, but be able to get deep
- 3:04:06Speaker 4: into the muscles, to be able to just massage inside
- 3:04:12Speaker 4: your thighs. Message in the bones if you like massage
- 3:04:22Speaker 4: the veins just gently, healing thighs.
- 3:04:32Speaker 2: You can move down.
- 3:04:35Speaker 4: Message inside your knees, just a message in those bones
- 3:04:42Speaker 4: with healing fingertips, spreading the healing energy deep into the
- 3:04:49Speaker 4: joints of your knees.
- 3:04:57Speaker 2: Of course, it's the back.
- 3:05:00Speaker 5: And the inside crease.
- 3:05:03Speaker 2: Real need is.
- 3:05:06Speaker 11: It's a very sensitive area.
- 3:05:11Speaker 4: It feels really nice when it's striking. That might be
- 3:05:15Speaker 4: because it's an area that's not really touched very often.
- 3:05:21Speaker 2: It's almost like a hidden part, a crease.
- 3:05:27Speaker 5: Less almost.
- 3:05:31Speaker 2: Like a part that.
- 3:05:33Speaker 4: Has a sensitivity, which is a little bit different. Of course,
- 3:05:44Speaker 4: it's protected by legs.
- 3:05:54Speaker 5: Legend.
- 3:05:55Speaker 4: Put in your fingers into the increase lex and fold
- 3:06:06Speaker 4: between your legs. You can just message with your fingertips.
- 3:06:11Speaker 4: Your fingertips going inside, massage in the muscle tissue. You
- 3:06:22Speaker 4: can cause fielder bones of your knees heading through your fingertips,
- 3:06:37Speaker 4: and then as you go down.
- 3:06:41Speaker 10: T calf muscles.
- 3:06:43Speaker 5: And that's the part I'd like to be outside. Really
- 3:06:47Speaker 5: put my.
- 3:06:47Speaker 4: Fingertips, step inside the calf muscles, massage.
- 3:06:53Speaker 2: In every single tissue, the muscle, healing every part. They
- 3:07:08Speaker 2: do the same for my shields.
- 3:07:13Speaker 4: Message gently stroking the bones, gently stroking them, healing and
- 3:07:22Speaker 4: loving way because they deserve to be treated. There's the
- 3:07:29Speaker 4: precious bones.
- 3:07:30Speaker 2: That they are.
- 3:07:33Speaker 4: Our legs are so precious that they all other parts
- 3:07:36Speaker 4: of our body, the more precious of any chub.
- 3:07:44Speaker 1: Planet.
- 3:07:53Speaker 5: When you start to think about legs in its way,
- 3:08:06Speaker 5: it can change your perspective.
- 3:08:11Speaker 2: It might sound.
- 3:08:16Speaker 11: It's silly to.
- 3:08:17Speaker 4: Start with the idea of family love. Felix showing appreciation
- 3:08:27Speaker 4: with your thighs. Wanted to be able to be your
- 3:08:33Speaker 4: hands in your thighs, passage the muscles and the parents.
- 3:08:43Speaker 4: And do you get your fingers deep in there, releasing tension,
- 3:08:51Speaker 4: just to show.
- 3:08:54Speaker 2: How much you care about legs. What do you care
- 3:09:02Speaker 2: for what your legs do for you.
- 3:09:06Speaker 1: Regularly.
- 3:09:09Speaker 2: You these your cards.
- 3:09:12Speaker 5: Your ankles, the strength of your ankles.
- 3:09:22Speaker 4: Considering how thin they are compared to the rest of
- 3:09:27Speaker 4: your legs, especially your thighs. Ye, they're so strong, so flexible,
- 3:09:41Speaker 4: absolutely amazing things.
- 3:09:45Speaker 2: Ankles are.
- 3:09:50Speaker 5: Truly a gift because of what they do for you,
- 3:10:00Speaker 5: supporting all that weight, regardless of how what weight.
- 3:10:07Speaker 2: You are, even if you're only at stony still a
- 3:10:13Speaker 2: long weight for these little angles, how is a lot heavier.
- 3:10:20Speaker 5: The mainste.
- 3:10:23Speaker 4: Doubled in my course support my body all the time.
- 3:10:36Speaker 4: What they do give off a sigh of relief to
- 3:10:39Speaker 4: sit down. That's my old licks though my feet feeble s,
- 3:10:52Speaker 4: my toes clap.
- 3:11:15Speaker 2: Your legs.
- 3:11:17Speaker 5: Really are amazing.
- 3:11:22Speaker 2: And I have been talking about talking about your legs
- 3:11:26Speaker 2: is probably.
- 3:11:29Speaker 4: Possibly the most most boring things you ever heard anyone say, possibly.
- 3:11:39Speaker 10: Boring on on.
- 3:11:41Speaker 5: Everything I said is true. Your legs are amazing.
- 3:11:57Speaker 2: Your legs deserve not just respect, they deserve to relax deeply.
- 3:12:17Speaker 2: They deserve to take some time out of the day
- 3:12:22Speaker 2: to just let completely relax. Really can relax.
- 3:12:59Speaker 4: Because the eggs are so such a nice, very important
- 3:13:05Speaker 4: part of your body.
- 3:13:08Speaker 5: When you relax Maggs.
- 3:13:09Speaker 2: The rest of your body also naturally follows in that
- 3:13:20Speaker 2: journey of comfort.
- 3:13:30Speaker 4: Like I'm feeling my hips, my hips feel really nice,
- 3:13:38Speaker 4: and also my lower back as well.
- 3:13:42Speaker 2: My lower back.
- 3:13:43Speaker 4: Really feels it feels stretched, even though I'm just sitting
- 3:13:49Speaker 4: in a chair and there's no stretching as far as
- 3:13:55Speaker 4: more way that I'm doing. It's almost as if the
- 3:13:58Speaker 4: muscles just relax and there is a natural stretch. As
- 3:14:05Speaker 4: a tension has reduced. About about count down ten downs one,
- 3:14:35Speaker 4: you can continue.
- 3:14:37Speaker 11: To feel.
- 3:14:40Speaker 2: Wonderfully amost ten nine.
- 3:14:52Speaker 5: Eight seven, six, five.
- 3:15:08Speaker 2: Four three.
- 3:15:21Speaker 5: One relax. So I'm just gonna count down.
- 3:15:39Speaker 4: From five down to one, and as a countdown, and
- 3:15:44Speaker 4: just focus on the numbers, just the numbers.
- 3:15:50Speaker 5: Counting down, and notice how you feel.
- 3:15:58Speaker 2: In this moment.
- 3:16:00Speaker 5: As you hear the numbers counting down, knowing that those
- 3:16:05Speaker 5: numbers counting down represent you feeling.
- 3:16:15Speaker 2: Calmer, not just in your body, but also relaxing the mind.
- 3:16:26Speaker 2: Just notice how you feel.
- 3:16:28Speaker 4: There's nothing to do, there's nothing to say, there's nothing
- 3:16:34Speaker 4: to think about.
- 3:16:38Speaker 5: Starting with number five.
- 3:16:50Speaker 2: Four three two one. As you notice the gradual letting go.
- 3:17:38Speaker 4: With the tension in your body, you may also begin
- 3:17:45Speaker 4: to notice and be aware of how your mind is
- 3:17:52Speaker 4: starting to slow down. This is just a natural thing
- 3:18:01Speaker 4: that happens.
- 3:18:04Speaker 5: It's not really a special procedure. It's just natural.
- 3:18:09Speaker 4: Because it's your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax,
- 3:18:17Speaker 4: and a more micro relaxes the more your body relaxes.
- 3:18:21Speaker 4: It's just a continuous circle of relaxation. And there's that
- 3:18:32Speaker 4: calmness that comes from.
- 3:18:36Speaker 1: Relative quietness.
- 3:18:39Speaker 2: You know, even if this background sounds either your side online,
- 3:18:47Speaker 2: it's still going to be quite calm.
- 3:18:52Speaker 4: You know, you haven't got the television on, there's no
- 3:18:55Speaker 4: music in the background, unless you're listening to the recording music.
- 3:19:00Speaker 2: Of course, you are very likely not going to be
- 3:19:07Speaker 2: sitting in a room with other people, of course you
- 3:19:10Speaker 2: white people generally.
- 3:19:13Speaker 4: It's the idea if you can do this on your own,
- 3:19:18Speaker 4: so no distractions, and when you stop thinking about stuff, relaxation.
- 3:19:37Speaker 2: Automatically rises. The sense of comfort starts to grow, and.
- 3:19:51Speaker 4: Without trying to build it up into something fantastical, something magical,
- 3:20:03Speaker 4: this is just a natural process, something.
- 3:20:08Speaker 2: That's easy.
- 3:20:12Speaker 1: To accomplish.
- 3:20:16Speaker 4: In fact, it's almost you know, the sense of relaxing
- 3:20:21Speaker 4: completely happens really when you put no effort into it.
- 3:20:28Speaker 4: It's not something that you can really force. It's something
- 3:20:33Speaker 4: that happens naturally. A part of the process of this
- 3:20:44Speaker 4: recording and others.
- 3:20:48Speaker 5: Is simply two allow you to take advantage of this space,
- 3:21:03Speaker 5: this time.
- 3:21:06Speaker 4: To just let go, to just be here, to be
- 3:21:18Speaker 4: in tune with how you feel, yet with the intention
- 3:21:34Speaker 4: of wanting to relax deeply, that.
- 3:21:42Speaker 2: Maybe even.
- 3:21:44Speaker 5: To fall asleep, depending on what it is that you
- 3:21:50Speaker 5: wish for yourself.
- 3:21:53Speaker 22: In this moment.
- 3:22:01Speaker 4: As we know, relaxing is the majority of the process
- 3:22:11Speaker 4: of fallen asleep the actual fall. The sleep part is
- 3:22:16Speaker 4: the tiny bit at the end. The deeper relaxed you.
- 3:22:23Speaker 5: Become, the easier.
- 3:22:32Speaker 1: You find.
- 3:22:34Speaker 4: Yourself drifting. You can also, if you choose stay focused
- 3:22:51Speaker 4: on my voice and really try the process.
- 3:23:08Speaker 5: Congratually relaxing each possible in your body effortlessly and just observing.
- 3:23:46Speaker 2: The sensation of letting go.
- 3:24:06Speaker 4: This time may count from six down to one. You
- 3:24:15Speaker 4: can notice your mind calming down.
- 3:24:24Speaker 5: Each number that you hear me saying, actually.
- 3:24:35Speaker 2: Feeling calm, so.
- 3:24:44Speaker 4: Peaceful, sex, fivehhhhhhhhhhhhhh, being aware.
- 3:27:42Speaker 5: How you might slide write down.
- 3:27:51Speaker 4: Sinking deeply, its relaxation as you focus on your why.
- 3:28:18Speaker 2: I notice that there some thoughts still there, maybe some
- 3:28:28Speaker 2: stubborn thoughts that for some reason perhaps need your attention.
- 3:28:45Speaker 2: You can do is send love to those thoughts. Sprinkle
- 3:28:58Speaker 2: those thoughts with love.
- 3:29:05Speaker 4: My door battles for a flower. Just sprink over battles,
- 3:29:11Speaker 4: feel good love towards those thoughts. To let those thoughts
- 3:29:19Speaker 4: mow them not bad an.
- 3:29:24Speaker 2: You just need them. You require them.
- 3:29:31Speaker 5: To just calm down, slow down, quiet down.
- 3:29:42Speaker 2: Are now.
- 3:29:51Speaker 4: So as you focus on those remaining thoughts as we
- 3:29:56Speaker 4: count down this time from.
- 3:29:58Speaker 2: Seven down to a.
- 3:30:01Speaker 4: Each number, just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love, kindness, gratitude.
- 3:30:21Speaker 5: Both of those thoughts.
- 3:30:27Speaker 2: You will allow them to just not away, relax deeply.
- 3:30:38Speaker 2: Every number, those thoughts will become more and more relaxed.
- 3:30:58Speaker 5: Starting seven.
- 3:31:22Speaker 2: Six, that is how relaxed. Wat you focus on your heads.
- 3:34:07Speaker 4: It's the more extray, hands on moreatra body and my doge. Yes,
- 3:34:33Speaker 4: you focus on my hands, your fingers. It's nothing needed
- 3:34:44Speaker 4: to be done with my clenching. The fists dens and
- 3:34:50Speaker 4: the fingers were hid with the just like to.
- 3:35:02Speaker 10: Focus on your hands. Let to see feel.
- 3:35:29Speaker 2: The kiss the.
- 3:35:32Speaker 5: Belts, joy hands, feel.
- 3:35:38Speaker 10: My calm my.
- 3:35:40Speaker 4: Mind feels confidence, your body tist starting.
- 3:36:46Speaker 9: Said.
- 3:36:50Speaker 4: Just experience a real deepening of e relaxation in your heads, fingers.
- 3:37:26Speaker 2: More relaxed, feached number.
- 3:37:41Speaker 4: Eight dot one west, feel a healing relax in the

- 3:39:40Speaker 5: Seven shhhhhhhhh.
- 3:42:49Speaker 4: Just be here, nothing to think about, nothing to do,
- 3:43:00Speaker 4: nothing to say, and everything just feels calm. This is
- 3:43:15Speaker 4: your natural state of being. This is how you just
- 3:43:23Speaker 4: normally you feel when you take away.
- 3:43:28Speaker 5: And that stuff add that stress and way.
- 3:43:40Speaker 2: I think an science take that away.
