- 0:13Speaker 3: I made cookies, guys.
- 0:15Speaker 2: Quality set to maximum, quality set to maximum.
- 0:17Speaker 1: Let me see if my quality is set to maximum. Yeah,
- 0:20Speaker 1: it's on maximum.
- 0:22Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 0:24Speaker 3: I'm gonna muck bang right now.
- 0:26Speaker 1: Monk bangs bang.
- 0:29Speaker 5: Yeah, dude, somebody these muck bangs go get like millions
- 0:32Speaker 5: people are turned on by the sound of chewing.
- 0:36Speaker 2: It's true. Well there's there's there's two sides of it.
- 0:38Speaker 2: There's the turned on by chewing, and there's the mesophonia
- 0:40Speaker 2: crowd that has to throw their headphones on the ground
- 0:42Speaker 2: whenever they hear it.
- 0:44Speaker 3: I can't stand it.
- 0:45Speaker 2: There you go.
- 0:46Speaker 1: But I don't think I don't think our audience.
- 0:49Speaker 5: I think our audience wants to.
- 0:51Speaker 3: I think they do.
- 0:52Speaker 5: And so for those of you who don't, just tune
- 0:54Speaker 5: out for five seconds.
- 0:55Speaker 1: But okay, let me see.
- 0:57Speaker 3: I made this delicious cookie.
- 0:59Speaker 1: Let's see if I like it.
- 1:00Speaker 3: It is a.
- 1:03Speaker 5: Chocolate chip mm hmmm, carmel m cookie.
- 1:08Speaker 1: You made it from scratch from scratch ship he cooking.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Let's see let's hear the muck bang. I have the
- 1:19Speaker 1: weirdest boner right now. All right, thank you. That was
- 1:27Speaker 1: the muck bang section of our program. Audience, welcome back.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Sorry we haven't done a show in a minute. We
- 1:32Speaker 1: we've been busy doing stuff. How fun was the live show?
- 1:36Speaker 1: How fun was the live show?
- 1:39Speaker 3: Really?
- 1:39Speaker 1: I really been looking back on and thinking, that was
- 1:41Speaker 1: the hardest I've laughed in a very long time.
- 1:44Speaker 6: Oh for sure, for sure.
- 1:46Speaker 7: We were.
- 1:47Speaker 5: We were in such a safe space with so many people.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Yeah, thank you Seattle, thank you.
- 1:53Speaker 3: First of all. Yeah, thank you, more theater.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Thank you Seattle, thank you, thank you T Mobile, Thank
- 1:59Speaker 2: you T Mobile.
- 1:59Speaker 1: That was the greatest audience. I gotta say, I'm not
- 2:02Speaker 1: just saying this everyone who showed up. There were two
- 2:04Speaker 1: thousand people there on three levels, and they laughed so
- 2:09Speaker 1: hard and created such an energy for us to have
- 2:12Speaker 1: to be, hopefully be funny, and I think we were.
- 2:16Speaker 1: And Bill came and it was just so funny and
- 2:20Speaker 1: I had so much fun.
- 2:22Speaker 8: My favorite part was when you got the audience to sing.
- 2:24Speaker 8: I thought that was really entertaining and funny.
- 2:26Speaker 1: And we sang guy Love, we sang everything comes down
- 2:29Speaker 1: to poop. We had Chad from Laslo Baine come sing
- 2:32Speaker 1: the theme song live. That was awesome.
- 2:35Speaker 5: We had a wonderful super guest star with Bill Lawrence.
- 2:39Speaker 1: Yeah, Bill was hilarious. You were funny. Donald, you were
- 2:42Speaker 1: you were like his second Donald gets from an audience,
- 2:45Speaker 1: he just be crimes you. You're just so funny and
- 2:50Speaker 1: you're crazy one one person, one person says yeah, you're
- 2:53Speaker 1: a laugh for but who isn't uh? One person? Bill
- 2:57Speaker 1: asked the audience, what's the most medically accurate uh comedy?
- 3:00Speaker 1: The medical comedy and uh? And one person said house
- 3:04Speaker 1: and Donald got up and tried to escort them out
- 3:06Speaker 1: of the theater.
- 3:06Speaker 3: Was I was literally on my way.
- 3:08Speaker 5: He was on his way out if his sister hadn't
- 3:11Speaker 5: begged for me to please let him stay and say
- 3:13Speaker 5: that he was just being funny. So there were so
- 3:16Speaker 5: many listen before we go, Before we go on, I
- 3:19Speaker 5: need to apologize. There's a humming in the background, and
- 3:23Speaker 5: that is because of a sofa being fixed in my
- 3:26Speaker 5: house right now. That's one also too. I'm a bit
- 3:29Speaker 5: under the weather. So if I sound a little different
- 3:32Speaker 5: and I don't sound as sexy as I normally do,
- 3:34Speaker 5: and you miss my and you missed and you missed
- 3:37Speaker 5: the muck bang, but you kind of are like the
- 3:41Speaker 5: voice isn't really there today.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Yeah, you sound like give a cold, but we at
- 3:46Speaker 1: least got to hear you muckbang.
- 3:49Speaker 3: Would you like to hear it again?
- 3:50Speaker 1: No, I think we're good in terms of just one
- 3:52Speaker 1: more bite. Sure, all right, hold on, I have to shift. Uh. Yeah,
- 4:01Speaker 1: that was a blast, so we're gonna do more because
- 4:03Speaker 1: this was sort of our test pilot to see if
- 4:06Speaker 1: it was if we thought it would be good, and
- 4:09Speaker 1: if it came out well and we all had such
- 4:12Speaker 1: a fun time, right, guys.
- 4:13Speaker 6: I was way to do it again.
- 4:16Speaker 2: Yeah, for sure.
- 4:17Speaker 5: You know, I want to give a shout out to
- 4:21Speaker 5: our one and only Joel Monique, who really put it
- 4:24Speaker 5: all together, put the show together.
- 4:25Speaker 1: Yeah, thank you, Joel.
- 4:26Speaker 3: You deserve your flowers, young lady.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Joel, get your flowers.
- 4:31Speaker 3: I know you I you know.
- 4:32Speaker 5: I'm not going to say anything, but you know, some
- 4:34Speaker 5: people were supposed to come on board and do some stuff.
- 4:39Speaker 3: Leaving it all up to you.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Joel did it all and Mark helped a lot my assistants.
- 4:46Speaker 5: Let's give it up on top of it.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Mark means flowers too, because that became his full time
- 4:51Speaker 1: job with Joel.
- 4:52Speaker 5: Let's give it up with Joe also, because you know,
- 4:55Speaker 5: crushed it. He directed to it. We all had call
- 4:58Speaker 5: times and stuff.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Yeah, Joe, Joe put a crew together and he directed
- 5:02Speaker 1: the whole thing. So we are going to release the
- 5:05Speaker 1: audio for this. By the way, eventually we just got it.
- 5:08Speaker 1: We kind of just now now it was such a
- 5:09Speaker 1: success and it was so much fun. We're all kind
- 5:12Speaker 1: of lit up, and now we're going to figure out, like, Okay,
- 5:14Speaker 1: we're gonna do more obviously, and tell us where you
- 5:17Speaker 1: want us to come, because we're gonna come. Well, start
- 5:19Speaker 1: domestically obviously, but then one day I.
- 5:21Speaker 3: Really think we should hit Australia.
- 5:23Speaker 1: I really, yeah, one day that would be so fun
- 5:25Speaker 1: to do. I think I think I think just logistically,
- 5:28Speaker 1: will probably start in North America.
- 5:31Speaker 3: No doubt. But I just want you to know.
- 5:34Speaker 1: I would love to go to Australia, kidding me, and
- 5:38Speaker 1: in London and Land down Under and Germany. London, Austria, sorry,
- 5:45Speaker 1: is a good one.
- 5:46Speaker 8: More shout out to Carmen who was our social producer
- 5:49Speaker 8: on the show.
- 5:49Speaker 6: She did a lot of work well she was there.
- 5:51Speaker 5: Carmen Dido did a great job to go.
- 5:54Speaker 1: It was so fun, you guys. I really I've been
- 5:56Speaker 1: I've just been laughing. I find myself laughing at something
- 5:59Speaker 1: that was said, and and the audience just was I
- 6:03Speaker 1: just want to thank the audience. They were so supportive
- 6:05Speaker 1: and they were just they created an environment. We were
- 6:07Speaker 1: just like, Okay, they want us to be crazy, we'll
- 6:09Speaker 1: be crazy.
- 6:10Speaker 5: It was just so safe.
- 6:12Speaker 1: It was like a rock concert.
- 6:13Speaker 5: Dude. The most unsafe I felt was Zach behind you.
- 6:18Speaker 5: That was the most less safe I felt.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Yeah, well, the audience that wasn't there. We'll hear that
- 6:24Speaker 1: when you hear the show.
- 6:26Speaker 5: But there was a little inside joke for that's an.
- 6:28Speaker 1: Inside joke for the people in Seattle. But you'll hear
- 6:30Speaker 1: it all when you when we played for y'all. But
- 6:34Speaker 1: it was it was so fun and I it's such
- 6:37Speaker 1: a high making that many people laugh and singing. It
- 6:39Speaker 1: was like a variety show. We sang Donald, did a
- 6:42Speaker 1: little dancing.
- 6:44Speaker 6: We did a killing Daniel dj at the time the.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Way, a shout out to Daniel for djaying at the
- 6:49Speaker 1: top of the show.
- 6:50Speaker 2: That's my pleasure.
- 6:51Speaker 6: Fucking killed it.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Although Daniel, you had a couple morements for jokes that
- 6:55Speaker 1: are gonna have to go next time.
- 6:58Speaker 6: I loved that.
- 6:59Speaker 1: I know Joelle loved. I'm like a proud sister. I
- 7:03Speaker 1: turned to Donald once or twice. I was like, no,
- 7:05Speaker 1: next time.
- 7:06Speaker 2: He's not doing their problem.
- 7:09Speaker 1: But your your songs were amazing though. It was a
- 7:11Speaker 1: great job, thank you, And he was doing all the ship.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Donald wanting to do the turning and the all the
- 7:16Speaker 1: all the all the flair look like he was in
- 7:19Speaker 1: It was like Tom cruising cocktail, but instead of making
- 7:21Speaker 1: a cocktail, he was spinning music.
- 7:22Speaker 5: What can I say, DJ Daniel's a real DJ.
- 7:25Speaker 3: Y'all.
- 7:25Speaker 5: Yeah, don't don't, don't don't think that this should fake.
- 7:29Speaker 1: And I like the wide array of music you were playing.
- 7:33Speaker 2: Thank you, trying to play a little bit of everything.
- 7:35Speaker 1: You really you really jumped around. There was music that
- 7:37Speaker 1: Donald and Joelle loved, the new that I didn't. And
- 7:41Speaker 1: then you dropped some ship. I knew it was my pleasure.
- 7:45Speaker 1: It was a good crowd. Everybody was really crowd was amazing.
- 7:49Speaker 1: They were so wonderful and fun. We gave him a
- 7:52Speaker 1: good show. We put it all. I was so nervous,
- 7:54Speaker 1: I really was. I was just anxious to like you know,
- 7:57Speaker 1: I wanted to deliver for everybody. I wanted it to
- 7:59Speaker 1: be funny. It was the first time we're trying this.
- 8:01Speaker 1: It was nerve wracking, and then by the time we
- 8:04Speaker 1: walked off stage, I just felt so high and happy.
- 8:07Speaker 6: It was a good time.
- 8:08Speaker 2: Man, it really was.
- 8:10Speaker 3: To go back to it.
- 8:11Speaker 5: Even however many weeks this is later, it's still kind
- 8:15Speaker 5: of puts a warm feeling and smile on my face,
- 8:19Speaker 5: you know what I mean. Yeah, you know I've experienced
- 8:22Speaker 5: love like that. We've all experienced love like you know,
- 8:25Speaker 5: oh my god, that's or oh my god, aren't you
- 8:28Speaker 5: and that feels good. There's part of you that's like, Okay,
- 8:32Speaker 5: I'm doing something right because I just touched somebody and
- 8:35Speaker 5: they just had the they just couldn't help it and
- 8:37Speaker 5: they had to just blurt that out just now, right.
- 8:40Speaker 5: That was one of those moments where it was like, Yo,
- 8:43Speaker 5: we're putting on a show. Who wants to come? That's
- 8:46Speaker 5: a very vulnerable feeling. As an entertainer, that's a very
- 8:50Speaker 5: very vulnerable feeling. And to know that we've not only
- 8:53Speaker 5: not only did we sell out, we gave them a
- 8:56Speaker 5: good show and they had a good time when they
- 8:58Speaker 5: left yeah, man, I'm so appreciative to all of you
- 9:01Speaker 5: that came and and those of you who are gonna
- 9:04Speaker 5: get the chance to listen to this and uh and
- 9:07Speaker 5: those of you you are listening now. Man, we never
- 9:10Speaker 5: really get that opportunity. We do get the opportunity to
- 9:12Speaker 5: say it, but we don't.
- 9:13Speaker 3: Say it enough.
- 9:14Speaker 5: And I want to say it now, because that live
- 9:16Speaker 5: show was banging, dude. That ship was fire man.
- 9:20Speaker 1: It was so fun. And by the way, you know,
- 9:22Speaker 1: when you're a performer, whether you're a singer, you're a comedian,
- 9:25Speaker 1: you're sketch, comic, whatever you're doing in front of people,
- 9:28Speaker 1: the audience's energy fuels the show. And they came with
- 9:34Speaker 1: such amazing positive energy, ready to laugh that that that
- 9:39Speaker 1: fed all of us to put on an even better show.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Because I don't think Donald I can speak, I can
- 9:45Speaker 1: speak for us all that. We weren't expecting that kind
- 9:48Speaker 1: of reaction and so that just made us go crazy.
- 9:50Speaker 5: Yo. Joel walked across the stage in the background, trying
- 9:53Speaker 5: to hide from the audience, and they started screaming that
- 9:57Speaker 5: shit was weird.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Yell, why why are you like a kid at the
- 10:03Speaker 1: school play? Peeking their head out from the curtain. Why
- 10:05Speaker 1: are you walking across the state?
- 10:07Speaker 6: We're in makeup.
- 10:08Speaker 8: There's makeup rooms in the back, and it was quiet
- 10:11Speaker 8: and cooler than it was in a lot of the
- 10:13Speaker 8: other spaces. I was like, we'll just go over here
- 10:15Speaker 8: and I'll just have my makeup lady finish me off
- 10:17Speaker 8: before we go on stage. And then I forgot that
- 10:19Speaker 8: we did not have a curtain or anything blocks till
- 10:21Speaker 8: it came out.
- 10:22Speaker 6: I was like, I'll just like try.
- 10:23Speaker 1: To slidell the audience a spoiler peak at her fit.
- 10:32Speaker 5: It was, you know.
- 10:33Speaker 8: The other moment that sort of elicited that reaction was
- 10:36Speaker 8: the end of Guy Love, which felt like a full
- 10:40Speaker 8: band stand like I don't know, what's the rolling Stones
- 10:44Speaker 8: like standard, where they like play the first notes in
- 10:46Speaker 8: the audience like besides themselves so excited.
- 10:49Speaker 6: It was for sure one of those moments.
- 10:52Speaker 5: It was like John Legend came out on stage and
- 10:54Speaker 5: was about to sing like, you know, weird just ordinary people.
- 11:01Speaker 1: I'd rather hear Guy Love myself.
- 11:05Speaker 3: I do like that we crushed it.
- 11:06Speaker 1: The other song. I fucked up a couple of times.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Everything comes down to pooh, but the audience liked it
- 11:10Speaker 1: when we fucked up I think they did.
- 11:11Speaker 2: They loved it.
- 11:12Speaker 1: I shouldn't say we fucked up. I fucked up.
- 11:14Speaker 5: I was about to say, dog, don't love me into that.
- 11:16Speaker 3: Ship you tried to.
- 11:18Speaker 1: It was great. You guys really crushed it. Yeah, Dan,
- 11:21Speaker 1: you are gonna cut that so we can have an
- 11:24Speaker 1: episode for our listeners.
- 11:26Speaker 2: Right absolutely, I got all the audio already.
- 11:28Speaker 1: You guys aren't gonna believe it. It was so I mean,
- 11:31Speaker 1: this show that we're just doing in front of our
- 11:32Speaker 1: zoom monitors, but in front of two thousand of the
- 11:35Speaker 1: most raucous, fun ready to laugh people. It was amazing.
- 11:39Speaker 2: It was really great.
- 11:42Speaker 3: It's going on.
- 11:43Speaker 5: Really came with it.
- 11:44Speaker 1: Man, Bill was hilarious. We gotta have a guest. We
- 11:49Speaker 1: gotta have a guest every time. I feel like every
- 11:51Speaker 1: every episode we'll have a different Scrubs cast member or
- 11:56Speaker 1: you know, it could be someone like Brendan Fraser or
- 11:58Speaker 1: Johnny C or Christa Miller or Sarah Chalk.
- 12:01Speaker 5: Or I think Sarah Chalk, Judy Rayes and Johnny C
- 12:05Speaker 5: should be the first three.
- 12:06Speaker 1: Like, right out, do you think we should do Sarah
- 12:08Speaker 1: Chalk in Vancouver?
- 12:10Speaker 3: I think we oh make it real.
- 12:13Speaker 1: I just feel like, you know, you got it. There
- 12:15Speaker 1: has to be a little story behind each.
- 12:18Speaker 5: My guest, that's fire idea. That's a fire idea. Everybody,
- 12:26Speaker 5: everybody in Vancouver, everybody in Vancouver right now just got
- 12:30Speaker 5: a little bit of movement. There was just like a
- 12:31Speaker 5: little bit of shifting shift. It was a shift.
- 12:34Speaker 1: Yeah. I was thinking like we could do like I
- 12:37Speaker 1: don't know, I was thinking that we with each guest
- 12:40Speaker 1: like this is just random. But I was thinking like,
- 12:43Speaker 1: all right, so Neil comes on, right. Neil's an improv
- 12:45Speaker 1: sketch comedian genius. So like we could do a segment
- 12:47Speaker 1: with Neil where he teaches you and I how to
- 12:50Speaker 1: do like I mean, we know the basics obvious, but
- 12:52Speaker 1: like he walks us through like an improv thing, right,
- 12:54Speaker 1: and then we get call outs from the audience and
- 12:57Speaker 1: the three of us do an improv sketch with Neil,
- 12:59Speaker 1: like something that would that be funny?
- 13:01Speaker 3: That'd be great? Is Chicago sure that one?
- 13:05Speaker 8: Well?
- 13:05Speaker 1: And also it's like the improv capital of the country.
- 13:09Speaker 1: There you go, Donald thinking it's gonna be fun. We
- 13:13Speaker 1: got to pull out a planet now, Joel, I'll you
- 13:15Speaker 1: know how any other jobs We're gonna get your help.
- 13:21Speaker 1: We're gonna get it now that we're doing it for real.
- 13:24Speaker 1: Now that we're doing it.
- 13:25Speaker 5: For done, that's it, yo, Yo, your lives are.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Over, no, Joel, Joel, I want you to know that
- 13:31Speaker 1: that was kind of the pilot, and we're going to
- 13:33Speaker 1: get like a proper tour manager when we tour.
- 13:35Speaker 8: I'm so looking forward to it working with somebody who
- 13:39Speaker 8: knows what they're doing.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Well, I'm gonna say, Joel, and you're and you're not
- 13:42Speaker 1: to give you your flowers. You you really you really
- 13:48Speaker 1: took on something you didn't know much about and did
- 13:50Speaker 1: a fantastic job.
- 13:52Speaker 8: It was a learning curve, but it was exciting to
- 13:54Speaker 8: learn it. So I'm glad it all worked out. I'm
- 13:57Speaker 8: so glad. Uh Mark showed up and was like, let
- 14:00Speaker 8: me just handle this portion of it real quick.
- 14:01Speaker 6: I was like a genius.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Yeah, Mark helped a lot. I got to say, Mark
- 14:05Speaker 1: really stepped up.
- 14:06Speaker 5: And you know how we like it, Zach and I
- 14:10Speaker 5: like to walk in, do that thing, walk out.
- 14:13Speaker 1: That's what you did. I participated in some planning. That's
- 14:16Speaker 1: what you did.
- 14:17Speaker 3: Well, that's.
- 14:19Speaker 1: No idea what happened, Joel.
- 14:21Speaker 5: You know, Joel, you know how I like it? Yes,
- 14:26Speaker 5: I do try to Donalds just shows up.
- 14:28Speaker 1: He's like, oh ship, It's like lid and there's furniture.
- 14:31Speaker 3: H god.
- 14:33Speaker 5: I was just as surprised as the audience was on
- 14:38Speaker 5: a show. Oh Ship, we were gonna sing.
- 14:41Speaker 1: Donald's like Donald's like Donald's like somebody made a call sheet.
- 14:49Speaker 1: We sounded good too on Guy Love.
- 14:51Speaker 5: Yeah, well we sounded, we sounded we we we improvised
- 14:55Speaker 5: a little bit like everything was just beautiful.
- 14:58Speaker 1: It was that next time we sing I'll I'll be
- 15:02Speaker 1: I'll be off book. I was holding the lyric sheet,
- 15:04Speaker 1: which I which I which I don't, which is just good.
- 15:07Speaker 1: It was insecurity about fucking up the lyrics. I just
- 15:09Speaker 1: held it, but then I then I fucked up because
- 15:11Speaker 1: I was overthinking the lyrics. Obviously I know the words
- 15:14Speaker 1: to those songs. I just tried to not have the
- 15:17Speaker 1: crutch of the lyric sheet. But we I didn't suck
- 15:19Speaker 1: up Guy Love, and that sounded perfect. So I want
- 15:22Speaker 1: to tell you. I did Pete Holmes's podcast, and I
- 15:25Speaker 1: find Pete Holmes to be one of one of the
- 15:26Speaker 1: funniest stand ups there is Bill and I went to
- 15:29Speaker 1: see him rehearse his hour long special That's Gonna be
- 15:31Speaker 1: Coome on Netflix that he shot since and we were
- 15:35Speaker 1: just belly laughing. It was so funny. And he went
- 15:37Speaker 1: into his podcast and he has two things that told
- 15:39Speaker 1: we were going to steal for our podcast. He goes,
- 15:42Speaker 1: when someone says something, he goes, speed agree, I speed
- 15:45Speaker 1: agree on that. Speed agree. That just means like you
- 15:49Speaker 1: agree so fast, like you don't even finish your thought
- 15:54Speaker 1: like that that's good. And the other one is scandal noted.
- 15:57Speaker 1: So let's say you want to talk about someone who
- 15:59Speaker 1: has problem, you can talk about them. You just got
- 16:01Speaker 1: scandal noted. But I do want to say that that's
- 16:06Speaker 1: good cover. I like that because we were trying to
- 16:08Speaker 1: talk about some people that have been canceled or have
- 16:11Speaker 1: you know, issues, But you still want to be able
- 16:12Speaker 1: to make your point, so you say, like think about
- 16:16Speaker 1: Cosby scandal noted. Was that he.
- 16:23Speaker 7: Right?
- 16:23Speaker 1: So if it's right with you, I'd like to introduce
- 16:25Speaker 1: I'd like to steal from Pete Holmes a speed degree
- 16:27Speaker 1: and scandal noted. Did beget in the showdownes about show
- 16:35Speaker 1: we made about.
- 16:38Speaker 5: A bunch of dogs and nurses. He said, he's the stories.
- 16:47Speaker 8: So yea.
- 16:49Speaker 1: YEA very funny episode, very funny episode really hur issues,
- 17:00Speaker 1: some real HR issues.
- 17:02Speaker 3: Yes, but I will say that. Yes. Scandal noted.
- 17:09Speaker 5: Scandal noted that's funny.
- 17:11Speaker 1: See, you already got it. Donald Scandal noted JD and
- 17:15Speaker 1: Turk would have been fired for their behavior on this
- 17:17Speaker 1: talent show.
- 17:18Speaker 5: Real cool, my gosh, from back in the day, from
- 17:22Speaker 5: back in the day when they were interns to when
- 17:26Speaker 5: they decided to do to make their own interns do it,
- 17:30Speaker 5: they would have been completely.
- 17:33Speaker 1: I just kept cremated. I kept cringing. I mean, like.
- 17:38Speaker 3: One joke, I only cringed it one.
- 17:39Speaker 1: But the asking the two women to lube themselves up. No,
- 17:43Speaker 1: well you should have cringed at that one. Brady, that
- 17:48Speaker 1: was crazy. Didn't you get mad at you for that?
- 17:54Speaker 5: Understandabaye?
- 17:55Speaker 3: I apologize and I apologize.
- 17:57Speaker 1: You did apologize, I remember, yeah, I did to.
- 17:59Speaker 5: His face after he stepped to me, like Yo, what
- 18:02Speaker 5: the fuck did you say?
- 18:03Speaker 3: I was like, oh, Wayne, I'm so sorry, I am
- 18:06Speaker 3: so sorry.
- 18:07Speaker 1: Well you know I think you you were. You were
- 18:08Speaker 1: not at a point yet and you are now. We
- 18:11Speaker 1: both are where you were. We we were still wide
- 18:15Speaker 1: eyed enough to be like, oh yeah, if he wants
- 18:17Speaker 1: me to say that, I'll say that like now I
- 18:19Speaker 1: would say like I would never, I'm not going to say.
- 18:20Speaker 3: That, right.
- 18:22Speaker 5: I mean, we were just trying to be funny too,
- 18:24Speaker 5: you know what I mean. And that was what I
- 18:25Speaker 5: was trying to you know. It was like, I'm just
- 18:27Speaker 5: trying to be funny, dude, I'm just trying. It was
- 18:29Speaker 5: like at your expense, at your you know what I mean.
- 18:32Speaker 5: That's not really funny, that's just stupid. And I apologize
- 18:35Speaker 5: to him. Then I apologize now too. I think that
- 18:38Speaker 5: was a taste.
- 18:39Speaker 1: I'm sure he's forgotten you, forgotten that. He's forgotten me too,
- 18:44Speaker 1: He's forgotten you your alleged. He's such anyway, let's talk
- 18:46Speaker 1: about the show.
- 18:47Speaker 5: He's an amazing let's give him his flowers too while
- 18:49Speaker 5: we're since we're here, he is amazing performer, amazing Broadway performer.
- 18:56Speaker 3: Yeah, all that stuff.
- 18:57Speaker 1: No Johnny C in episode This must be Johnny C's
- 19:02Speaker 1: turn to take a break.
- 19:05Speaker 5: But they bring in Sonny and Joe.
- 19:08Speaker 1: It's a big This really feels like, you know, in hindsight,
- 19:11Speaker 1: there's Billy. In hindsight, we really see Bill teeing up
- 19:15Speaker 1: what he's gonna try and do for season nine, which
- 19:17Speaker 1: is make these interns the start. This one is really
- 19:20Speaker 1: about Sonny and Joe.
- 19:22Speaker 5: I really feel like this was the path right here.
- 19:27Speaker 5: This was the blueprint, the handoff. I feel like this
- 19:31Speaker 5: was the blueprint. Bill said it, Look, this is how
- 19:34Speaker 5: we should do the show. We could still have the
- 19:37Speaker 5: main characters of the show, but let's phase them to
- 19:40Speaker 5: the background and put them in the mentorship part. Johnny
- 19:44Speaker 5: ces Kelso, will have you guys play the mentors, and
- 19:49Speaker 5: let's just make the show about the young guys, you
- 19:52Speaker 5: know what I mean, the young ones. And it really
- 19:55Speaker 5: does work. Sonny and Joe were actually a great That's
- 20:00Speaker 5: a great.
- 20:01Speaker 3: I don't know what happened.
- 20:02Speaker 5: I don't know why the two of them didn't why
- 20:06Speaker 5: that wasn't season nine, but that would have.
- 20:08Speaker 3: That was really funny.
- 20:09Speaker 1: They were a part of season nine, weren't they.
- 20:11Speaker 5: Well, Joe Denise is a part of season nine. Sony's
- 20:15Speaker 5: only in one episode.
- 20:17Speaker 1: Okay, Well, they walk in and they called Joe Denise
- 20:23Speaker 1: dude chick, dude chick. Elliott tells her that, you know,
- 20:28Speaker 1: because Joe is so dedicated to being there all the time.
- 20:31Speaker 1: And Elliott says, look, you gotta blow off some steam.
- 20:33Speaker 1: You gotta you gotta you can't just stay, you know,
- 20:37Speaker 1: because Joe's staying all night long and the other interns
- 20:39Speaker 1: are going and having drinks and at least having some
- 20:41Speaker 1: social life.
- 20:42Speaker 3: Well, I was going to say that.
- 20:43Speaker 5: Also, this is the episode that we're learning Joe's actually
- 20:48Speaker 5: Denise is actually a really good uh intern slash doctor.
- 20:54Speaker 5: She's actually one that cares, even with this exterior of
- 20:59Speaker 5: of you know, this hard exterior that she has. The
- 21:02Speaker 5: show opens up with her warming someone's bedpants so they
- 21:05Speaker 5: can go take a shit.
- 21:06Speaker 1: Yeah, she does care. She just and her bedside manner
- 21:10Speaker 1: is still a bit gruff, but she's working on She's
- 21:12Speaker 1: making strides with that.
- 21:15Speaker 3: Everything's tracking.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Elliott says that some babies smell like ham. She thought
- 21:22Speaker 1: this was related to how she used to warm up
- 21:24Speaker 1: her sandwiches in the Nick You and then and the
- 21:29Speaker 1: baby incubators, but then she realized that some babies do
- 21:33Speaker 1: in fact smell like ham and she calls them Ham babies.
- 21:38Speaker 1: She runs into one the way out of this first
- 21:40Speaker 1: scene and she smells it and she goes, ham baby.
- 21:43Speaker 5: So I've never smelled a ham baby, but I do
- 21:47Speaker 5: love the way a baby's breath.
- 21:48Speaker 1: Smells a baby's breath.
- 21:50Speaker 5: There's nothing fresher in the baby's breath. Listen, it's even
- 21:57Speaker 5: a line in the most deaf song. But look, check
- 21:59Speaker 5: this out out. It smells like, uh, breast milk, but
- 22:03Speaker 5: vomit rights exactly. All of you out there, all of
- 22:09Speaker 5: you out there who have kids and remember when they
- 22:12Speaker 5: were babies, know exactly what I'm talking about. You could,
- 22:15Speaker 5: I mean, I didn't do this, but I could literally
- 22:18Speaker 5: take my nose if just stick it.
- 22:21Speaker 3: In my kid's take.
- 22:22Speaker 1: That's so sweet.
- 22:24Speaker 5: And I can't do it right now because I'm stuffed up.
- 22:26Speaker 1: Yeah, right now, you wouldn't be able to get that
- 22:28Speaker 1: beautiful breast milk vomit sent.
- 22:30Speaker 5: Yeah, you can't beat it. I wish I could. I
- 22:32Speaker 5: wish I could. I wish I could sit that in
- 22:34Speaker 5: a candle.
- 22:35Speaker 1: So, for the second time in Scrubs history, we know
- 22:39Speaker 1: that we learned that Karla has whiskers on her on
- 22:41Speaker 1: her areolas, but this one was great the first time
- 22:46Speaker 1: and this thick as a thorn. The first time was
- 22:51Speaker 1: when Turk drew a drawing of it and it looked
- 22:54Speaker 1: like a walrus. And now she plarks a giant I mean,
- 22:59Speaker 1: it's a giant.
- 23:00Speaker 3: Did she get thorn from a cactus?
- 23:02Speaker 1: How did she let that get so long? I mean
- 23:05Speaker 1: that's not that was that almost needed brushing.
- 23:09Speaker 5: It's clear that her breast area is not part of
- 23:12Speaker 5: her intern sex life. Like ever since well ever since
- 23:16Speaker 5: he saw the walrus.
- 23:18Speaker 7: He was like, no, no, no, no no no no
- 23:19Speaker 7: no no no no, let's do it a different way. So, well,
- 23:25Speaker 7: that's quite a hair. I mean that hair sh.
- 23:28Speaker 5: Look like it was from a cactus. Man, if there's
- 23:31Speaker 5: multiple down there, she's freaking. It's like she's protecting, like
- 23:36Speaker 5: the nipple is being protected with thorns like that.
- 23:39Speaker 1: I mean that was to the point where she if
- 23:41Speaker 1: she's going to keep it, it needs conditioning. I mean
- 23:44Speaker 1: it's uh, it was quite a long hair.
- 23:47Speaker 3: I don't think conditioner will do anything with him.
- 23:50Speaker 1: Well, she could have just like pulled on it with
- 23:51Speaker 1: some shampoo and then pulled on it with some conditioner.
- 23:55Speaker 5: I don't think that would curl it. I think that
- 23:57Speaker 5: thing was just a straight up like tusk. It was
- 24:02Speaker 5: like a tusk and it didn't even fall. It was
- 24:06Speaker 5: just it was it was just a straight air.
- 24:09Speaker 1: I think they went too long with it in the
- 24:11Speaker 1: directorial choice. It wasn't believable. All right, So then Kelso
- 24:18Speaker 1: and the janitor both witnessed this, right, but Carla doesn't
- 24:23Speaker 1: see that the janitor.
- 24:24Speaker 5: Notices no, she sees that he notices No, she doesn't
- 24:28Speaker 5: she does. I thought he popped up and was like,
- 24:32Speaker 5: what the heck? And then Kelso so she just act
- 24:36Speaker 5: like you didn't see it, and then Kelso goes what
- 24:39Speaker 5: the heck and she's like, oh.
- 24:40Speaker 1: Shit, okay, you're right. So she just knows she's going
- 24:43Speaker 1: to gaslight the janitor for the whole episode. She really
- 24:46Speaker 1: sucks his mind up. She fucking successfully gaslights him that
- 24:49Speaker 1: he's questioning everything, even the fact that he was in
- 24:51Speaker 1: the fugitive.
- 24:52Speaker 5: Right, this is guy to come back around. This guy
- 24:54Speaker 5: has to come back around full circle. I love that
- 24:57Speaker 5: the fugitive callback, isn't it though?
- 24:59Speaker 1: Yeah? He's a was was that even in the.
- 25:01Speaker 5: Field of under his breath he says it. She doesn't
- 25:03Speaker 5: even hear him say it, So his secret's still safe.
- 25:06Speaker 3: It's a fucking hilarious dude.
- 25:08Speaker 1: Yeah, because the secret he told to JD.
- 25:10Speaker 3: You're tell anybody you're dead.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Right and then and then oh he Judy doesn't Carly
- 25:16Speaker 1: doesn't hear him say at this time.
- 25:18Speaker 5: No, she doesn't hear him say maybe I his secret
- 25:21Speaker 5: is his secret is still saved. She's she's still trying
- 25:25Speaker 5: to figure out a way to freaking console him after
- 25:29Speaker 5: she's mind fucked him so good.
- 25:31Speaker 1: You know, I just realized something I didn't realize with
- 25:34Speaker 1: regards to Neil's cameo and shrinking that I didn't really
- 25:39Speaker 1: I just thought it was sweet that Neil was Harrison
- 25:43Speaker 1: Ford's character's patient. I didn't realize that they have that
- 25:47Speaker 1: that connection back to the Fugitive, did you?
- 25:50Speaker 3: Yeah? And Indiana Jones.
- 25:52Speaker 1: What it's Indianiana Jones.
- 25:54Speaker 5: He's at Kingdom Skull, Crystal Skull.
- 25:55Speaker 1: I made Neil is Yeah, wow, I didn't know that.
- 26:00Speaker 1: But I just feel it's funny. That's such a blind
- 26:02Speaker 1: spot because I went, oh, it's just cool Neil's doing
- 26:05Speaker 1: a cameo because he's part of the Bill universe. And
- 26:08Speaker 1: and then I went, oh, no, they have that moment
- 26:09Speaker 1: in Fugitive together. That's so cute.
- 26:11Speaker 3: Kembo, Cambo. Let's take a break.
- 26:14Speaker 1: We'll be right back after these fine words. Okay, so
- 26:24Speaker 1: the interns are going to put on a sketch show.
- 26:26Speaker 1: I guess every year the interns put on a sketch
- 26:29Speaker 1: show and they roast the senior staff. And this year
- 26:32Speaker 1: JD and Turk are in charge, and unlike most years
- 26:36Speaker 1: where the interns are allowed to write their own sketches,
- 26:39Speaker 1: JD and Turk decide that they're going to write all
- 26:41Speaker 1: the sketches for them because they're hilarious.
- 26:44Speaker 5: Because they're funnier than anybody else in the hospital.
- 26:46Speaker 1: Yes, and they're very excited to this. I've never seen
- 26:50Speaker 1: them so excited about anything.
- 26:51Speaker 3: Well, here's what it comes down.
- 26:52Speaker 1: They're like giddy schoolgirls.
- 26:54Speaker 3: Here's what it comes down to.
- 26:55Speaker 5: Their senior staff now, so they get to do what
- 27:00Speaker 5: ever the fuck they want. Matter of fact, their mentor
- 27:03Speaker 5: the dude that they go and get beers with and
- 27:05Speaker 5: shit like that, and the dude that used to fucking
- 27:08Speaker 5: h haze them and stuff and then became their friend
- 27:12Speaker 5: and has giving them the best advice is now the
- 27:14Speaker 5: chief of medicine. So they're like, yo, this is our hospital, man,
- 27:18Speaker 5: we run this thing. Turk and JD are running the show.
- 27:23Speaker 5: It's that thing and they know it.
- 27:25Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 27:26Speaker 5: And the flashback, Oh no, oh my god, there's so
- 27:30Speaker 5: many moments.
- 27:31Speaker 1: Flash that way before you get to the flashback, which
- 27:33Speaker 1: is one of the funniest fucking things I've ever seen
- 27:34Speaker 1: in my life. But this is the first moment they
- 27:37Speaker 1: would have been fired when they ask for two volunteers
- 27:39Speaker 1: who are willing to go full frontal. Now, they don't
- 27:42Speaker 1: specifically say that they need to be women, but they
- 27:45Speaker 1: do say that whomever it is is going to be
- 27:47Speaker 1: rubbing oil on each other. And I don't even know
- 27:49Speaker 1: why that was. It was related to a sketch that
- 27:51Speaker 1: they had written.
- 27:54Speaker 3: I don't I think. I think we've tried to and
- 28:00Speaker 3: what is that.
- 28:02Speaker 1: I have no clue, no scandal noted. I'm just saying
- 28:04Speaker 1: that this is uh, we would have been as as
- 28:07Speaker 1: as as doctors quickly fired for asking our interns to
- 28:11Speaker 1: rub lube on each other at the talent show.
- 28:14Speaker 5: Male female them they or whatever you want to say,
- 28:19Speaker 5: my friend, yes, like, so.
- 28:23Speaker 1: I apologize for Jadie and Jerk's behavior during the talent
- 28:26Speaker 1: show in whatever year this was.
- 28:28Speaker 3: That's okay.
- 28:29Speaker 5: You come out of being like that's like, oh man,
- 28:31Speaker 5: that's horrible.
- 28:32Speaker 1: Flashback when you come out as a Loma. Now mind
- 28:35Speaker 1: you Aloma. This is Aloma by the way, playing Nurse
- 28:38Speaker 1: Roberts again in the flashback. She's back to Nurse Roberts.
- 28:41Speaker 3: Now, not not right, that's not Shirley, and.
- 28:46Speaker 1: You are so fucking funny, and she's.
- 28:48Speaker 5: Enjoying Jesus and Jesus.
- 28:51Speaker 3: He loves me.
- 28:54Speaker 5: Jesus, you're some right now.
- 28:57Speaker 1: Aloma, the character Nurse Roberts is enjoyed it at first.
- 29:01Speaker 1: She's like, you love Jesus, I do love me some Jesus.
- 29:04Speaker 1: She's not offended at all. She thinks it's funny. She's
- 29:07Speaker 1: down to be teased. She's like, yeah, until Jesus comes
- 29:10Speaker 1: out and Jesus comes out and goes shaloman I now
- 29:15Speaker 1: knew my Friends.
- 29:22Speaker 3: Verse is not like that at all.
- 29:24Speaker 1: Nurse Roberts is not playing with that. Nurse robertson and
- 29:28Speaker 1: she tackled Jesus. Jesus. Nurse Roberts went from enjoying this
- 29:37Speaker 1: show to getting on stage and tackling jad because he's
- 29:41Speaker 1: playing Jesus.
- 29:41Speaker 5: And he said before she tackled Jesus, was I don't
- 29:45Speaker 5: love me some Jesus?
- 29:46Speaker 1: The line before was coloman I knew, now knew my Friends.
- 29:50Speaker 5: The line from Nurse Roberts before she tackled Jesus was
- 29:54Speaker 5: I do love me some Jesus.
- 29:55Speaker 1: Yeah, but we'll put her over the edge was shalom
- 30:03Speaker 1: and I'm given the peace, sons. I wonder what the
- 30:08Speaker 1: end of that schedule was. That schedule was hilarious.
- 30:16Speaker 7: Ye.
- 30:17Speaker 8: Did you guys like really miss each other, because it
- 30:19Speaker 8: was if I remember Donald was off and then you
- 30:22Speaker 8: were off, right.
- 30:25Speaker 1: We missed each other if we were just wrapped at
- 30:27Speaker 1: dinner time and didn't see each other until the morning,
- 30:31Speaker 1: like another level.
- 30:32Speaker 8: In this episode, though, it seems like you guys were like, yes,
- 30:34Speaker 8: finally we're back.
- 30:37Speaker 5: I would. I mean at this point we had just
- 30:39Speaker 5: I mean, it just had been it's polished.
- 30:42Speaker 3: At this point, we had done it so much that
- 30:44Speaker 3: it was like, well.
- 30:45Speaker 1: We're having fun. We were clearly in this episode, you
- 30:47Speaker 1: and I are clearly cracking each other up.
- 30:49Speaker 5: There's a point where we're making this stuff up, dude.
- 30:52Speaker 1: Yeah, there's a lot of improv here in this one.
- 30:54Speaker 1: And I also remember, I can see in your face
- 30:57Speaker 1: when you think you're holding it together, but when Jimmy,
- 31:00Speaker 1: the overly touchy intern is massaging your breasts, you are
- 31:03Speaker 1: cracking up on the inside. Yeah, Darren was so funny
- 31:09Speaker 1: in this Oh.
- 31:11Speaker 5: My god, this is all a prelude to Matt TV.
- 31:15Speaker 5: This is all a prelude to shouting that live.
- 31:19Speaker 1: Yeah. I laughed out loud when you after Alma tackles
- 31:22Speaker 1: JD as Jesus, you go, there will be a twenty minute.
- 31:29Speaker 5: I know that was improv because I remember that just
- 31:32Speaker 5: being from theater, being at my parents' theater and freaking
- 31:36Speaker 5: somebody coming out on stage because they needed to be
- 31:39Speaker 5: in the show and they didn't have no other part,
- 31:41Speaker 5: and so you'll beat the intermission.
- 31:43Speaker 3: Motherfuck all right, that's who you're gonna be.
- 31:45Speaker 5: So they do that first act right at the National
- 31:48Speaker 5: Black Theata in Harlem.
- 31:49Speaker 3: Shout them out.
- 31:49Speaker 5: They got a show on broad Raid right now called
- 31:52Speaker 5: fat Ham.
- 31:53Speaker 1: Oh that's doing really well.
- 31:55Speaker 5: Yeah, National Black Theata shouts you out. Shot eh oh me.
- 32:01Speaker 1: Bath Ham is really popular. That was one of the
- 32:02Speaker 1: shows everyone was talking about.
- 32:04Speaker 5: Marcel Spears, shout him out. Picasso at the Lapani's yield
- 32:09Speaker 5: Baby for Life, Baby Anyway Life. He and I did
- 32:14Speaker 5: a play together, and he's on Broadway right now as
- 32:17Speaker 5: fat Ham.
- 32:17Speaker 1: I got to digress for a moment. I saw four
- 32:20Speaker 1: one person shows in New York when I was just there. Wow,
- 32:24Speaker 1: it was my one person show trip. For some reason,
- 32:27Speaker 1: I saw Jody Comer in Prima Faci. That was amazing.
- 32:30Speaker 1: Then I saw the best magic show I've ever seen
- 32:33Speaker 1: called Inner Circle, which you have to go see. It's
- 32:35Speaker 1: like close up magic in a theater, but a very
- 32:39Speaker 1: small theater. Again, I got a magician, Israeli magician named
- 32:43Speaker 1: Assi Winn. Incredible. Then I saw One Woman Show, which
- 32:47Speaker 1: is a spoof of one person shows, that was hilarious.
- 32:51Speaker 1: And then I saw Alex Edelman, who's a comedian and
- 32:57Speaker 1: he did he He's a really really funny to me,
- 33:00Speaker 1: and he's a Jewish guy, and he went and attended
- 33:04Speaker 1: an alt right meetup in Queens and so the story
- 33:09Speaker 1: the show is the story of him attending an alt
- 33:12Speaker 1: right gathering and uh, it's so crazy and insane and
- 33:17Speaker 1: but also hilarious.
- 33:20Speaker 2: Rather than I, Yeah, I couldn't do that.
- 33:24Speaker 3: There's no way in hell.
- 33:28Speaker 5: I mean, I would have to be blind, like freaking
- 33:30Speaker 5: Dave Chappelle was in that sketch.
- 33:35Speaker 1: No, you you couldn't go because you.
- 33:37Speaker 5: And not know that I was black, Because I would
- 33:41Speaker 5: There's I mean, I just imagine some of the things
- 33:43Speaker 5: you hear somebody say and that ship. Yeah, I don't
- 33:48Speaker 5: know if my heart, I don't know if my heart
- 33:49Speaker 5: could take it.
- 33:51Speaker 1: I know it was insane, but he's presented in a
- 33:53Speaker 1: in a in a in a really comedic way. And
- 33:57Speaker 1: I recommend all four shows of people. That was really good.
- 34:00Speaker 1: We're gonna take a break and we'll be right back,
- 34:02Speaker 1: right Donald, Yes, we will. We'll be right back, all right,
- 34:12Speaker 1: back to our show scrubs, Donald, my love. So that
- 34:18Speaker 1: was so funny. We talked about that. So Joe ignores
- 34:22Speaker 1: Elliot's advice. So they have a patient named Brianna, and.
- 34:27Speaker 3: She has heart issues.
- 34:29Speaker 1: She has some issue where she's she has immune immune
- 34:33Speaker 1: immune disorder where she's very vulnerable to getting sick.
- 34:36Speaker 3: Right, that's what it is.
- 34:37Speaker 5: And she's so sick almost every month and she almost
- 34:40Speaker 5: dies almost twice to three times four times a year.
- 34:45Speaker 1: Or something, right, she has, So she's her mom is
- 34:47Speaker 1: very protective of her. The kid is complaining about it.
- 34:51Speaker 5: And never been out, never gone outside of the house
- 34:55Speaker 5: because of her ailment.
- 34:57Speaker 1: Right, and.
- 35:00Speaker 5: So never seen no parts of another person's body is
- 35:05Speaker 5: pretty much what we're trying to say.
- 35:07Speaker 1: She has no experience with anything. I don't know how
- 35:12Speaker 1: old she is. She's she like a she's at least
- 35:14Speaker 1: an older teenager.
- 35:15Speaker 5: All I know is they're trying to get her out
- 35:17Speaker 5: so she could at least dance with another person.
- 35:21Speaker 1: They want to take her out, and the mom is
- 35:23Speaker 1: saying no, and Joe says.
- 35:26Speaker 5: Because she could get so sick if she dances with somebody,
- 35:30Speaker 5: or even just SIPs a beer next to somebody, that
- 35:33Speaker 5: she could wind up back into ICU.
- 35:35Speaker 3: Of course, could die.
- 35:37Speaker 1: And it's just the thing between like the moms saying, look,
- 35:39Speaker 1: I know it's best for her, and both Elliott and Joe,
- 35:43Speaker 1: independent of each other, are trying to get her to
- 35:46Speaker 1: have a chance to get outside and feel like a
- 35:48Speaker 1: normal kid.
- 35:52Speaker 3: Right, But some of these people are taking their own advice.
- 35:56Speaker 1: Right because Elliott goes and talks to her even though
- 35:58Speaker 1: she advises Joe not to.
- 36:01Speaker 3: Well, we find that out later.
- 36:03Speaker 1: How funny is that fantasy? Is it a fantasy or
- 36:06Speaker 1: or a hallback? When I go, this is our sketch show,
- 36:09Speaker 1: and I keep slapping.
- 36:10Speaker 5: It and keep slapping our sketch show, our sketch show.
- 36:13Speaker 5: It's a fantasy, and then you slap them. Then you
- 36:15Speaker 5: snap out of it and you're like, oh, it's all
- 36:17Speaker 5: right if you're late our sketch show. I remember shooting that.
- 36:21Speaker 5: I do remember shooting that.
- 36:22Speaker 1: That was funny.
- 36:23Speaker 5: I remember getting slapped and looking into the camera and
- 36:25Speaker 5: all of that stuff.
- 36:26Speaker 1: And each time you go, oh.
- 36:32Speaker 5: Yeah, our sketch show, This is our sketch show.
- 36:37Speaker 1: No One picks Denise as a scene partner. The janitor
- 36:41Speaker 1: tells Carla that he did see her pluck.
- 36:43Speaker 5: Out her hair, and she's like, no, you didn't, and he.
- 36:46Speaker 1: Makes all these noises. He does a whole shtick with
- 36:48Speaker 1: the hair, like moing moying, and then he plays it
- 36:50Speaker 1: like a violin.
- 36:51Speaker 5: I wasn't here yesterday. That's Carla's excuse forever I was
- 36:54Speaker 5: here yesterday.
- 36:56Speaker 1: She really commits to the gas lighting route.
- 36:59Speaker 5: I mean, if you're going to gas light, you might
- 37:01Speaker 5: as well commit, right, She goes, You can't half ass
- 37:05Speaker 5: no gas light. You can't be like, you know, I
- 37:09Speaker 5: wasn't here yesterday, or maybe I was, and then expect
- 37:13Speaker 5: to win. He's all baked and I'm just sick, man,
- 37:19Speaker 5: I'm on that fucking uh.
- 37:21Speaker 1: What's taking weed as part of your medicine?
- 37:23Speaker 5: Know that D was that not the dick? But was
- 37:26Speaker 5: the other that th D? No, not that vitamin d
- 37:30Speaker 5: D Vitamin D. No, it's that over the counter medicine quill,
- 37:36Speaker 5: not day quill D. But uh, what's the other one
- 37:39Speaker 5: that they got, Duke Madame musinx.
- 37:45Speaker 2: D D what you think of I think you may
- 37:53Speaker 2: have added some GANDA to your regimen.
- 37:56Speaker 5: No, but that's what the name of it, because there's
- 37:57Speaker 5: also the clarity dye.
- 37:59Speaker 2: No, you're totally right.
- 37:59Speaker 5: Next d's a bunch of ds advil.
- 38:03Speaker 1: Did you add anything to your regimen?
- 38:05Speaker 3: Who tanked forever? Who tanked forever?
- 38:09Speaker 5: I mean, if I'm gonna keep.
- 38:10Speaker 1: It one hundred, yeah, please keep it one hundred.
- 38:12Speaker 5: I felt like I could dry out some.
- 38:14Speaker 3: Of that mucus.
- 38:15Speaker 1: Yeah, was wrong.
- 38:18Speaker 5: I probably inflamed that motherfucker a little bit more. The
- 38:22Speaker 5: point is, yeah, I'm on that D.
- 38:26Speaker 1: Yeah, you're on that D.
- 38:28Speaker 5: I got some of that big fat D up in me.
- 38:31Speaker 1: The janitor says that he wants Judy Carla's nipplehair. He
- 38:36Speaker 1: wants to he collects things, he says, and he wants
- 38:38Speaker 1: to put it between his molars and a snug which
- 38:42Speaker 1: is a snail slug hybrid that he was able to
- 38:45Speaker 1: splice together unsuccessfully. Yes, that had to be Neil, just
- 38:51Speaker 1: making it up. Absolutely that smells of Neil riffing.
- 38:57Speaker 5: But I can't imagine that too. Just the two animal
- 39:00Speaker 5: sliced and then tried to stick them together.
- 39:02Speaker 1: I like that. He says he was able to splice
- 39:04Speaker 1: together unsuccessfully.
- 39:06Speaker 5: Yeah, a slug and a snail, he commits. You know, dude,
- 39:12Speaker 5: he has like straight up uh, murderer tendencies.
- 39:17Speaker 3: The janitor does.
- 39:18Speaker 1: But again we don't know if it's all lie. We
- 39:20Speaker 1: don't know. I mean, we have seen him with his
- 39:22Speaker 1: squirrel army, so we know that's.
- 39:23Speaker 5: True, right, and he captured those squirrels and killed some
- 39:30Speaker 5: of them too, if I do remember correctly, I think, all, wow,
- 39:34Speaker 5: see there are no squirrels around the hospital anymore.
- 39:39Speaker 1: That's true. They don't have issues with squirrels.
- 39:42Speaker 5: I mean, these are these are murderer tendencies.
- 39:44Speaker 3: These are things that people who.
- 39:49Speaker 1: He wants to kill me. He says it lots of times,
- 39:53Speaker 1: all because I put a penny in the door. Why
- 39:55Speaker 1: did I put a penny in the door?
- 39:57Speaker 3: I don't know, you just but you did it. JD
- 40:01Speaker 3: did it.
- 40:01Speaker 1: I know we never analyzed that though, we haven't gotten
- 40:04Speaker 1: there yet. But when JD admits to putting the penny
- 40:07Speaker 1: in the door. But why would JED put it?
- 40:09Speaker 3: It doesn't make any sense, j asshole.
- 40:11Speaker 1: No, it's his first day and he gets accused of
- 40:13Speaker 1: putting a penny in the door.
- 40:14Speaker 3: Why is it just like Cobra Kai.
- 40:16Speaker 5: Man, the janitor is fucking Johnny and you are fucking
- 40:21Speaker 5: LaRusso and you come into the new area and you
- 40:25Speaker 5: just fucking up all of his shit because you're the
- 40:29Speaker 5: new guy and you have this entitled feeling and you
- 40:32Speaker 5: decide to put a penny in the door and mess
- 40:35Speaker 5: up his day, and because of that, he's now viewed
- 40:38Speaker 5: as the bad guy. It's Cobra Kai.
- 40:40Speaker 1: I don't believe this narrative. I don't believe the narrative
- 40:44Speaker 1: that JD on his first day is of Why didn't
- 40:46Speaker 1: in turn, purposefully put a penny in the door to
- 40:49Speaker 1: break the emergency door in the emergency room? What the
- 40:53Speaker 1: fuck is I think JD if he does admit to that,
- 40:57Speaker 1: like I think he does, right, I think he was
- 41:00Speaker 1: just trying to find some closure with the janitor. Why
- 41:04Speaker 1: would he do that?
- 41:05Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 41:05Speaker 5: We got to go back and figure it. Can't It
- 41:08Speaker 5: has to be some for some malicious reason.
- 41:10Speaker 1: I've never really thought this out. Ever, we're gonna.
- 41:14Speaker 8: Learn soon, or we'll at least get the reason very
- 41:17Speaker 8: specific reasoning soon, you know.
- 41:20Speaker 1: But but he does admit it, right, That's why I
- 41:22Speaker 1: do recall that. But that doesn't make any sense. He
- 41:26Speaker 1: must be just saying like, hey, let's have some closure.
- 41:28Speaker 8: I did, yeah, because Wikipedia says JD accidentally stuck a
- 41:33Speaker 8: penny in the door. And I don't know how somebody
- 41:35Speaker 8: accidentally sticks a penny in a door.
- 41:38Speaker 5: Hold that door? He probably they should. I got it. See,
- 41:43Speaker 5: this is why weed. This is why weed sometimes.
- 41:45Speaker 1: Is for weed.
- 41:50Speaker 5: This is what happened. J D was running extremely late
- 41:55Speaker 5: that day, and he was excited, if I do remember correctly,
- 41:59Speaker 5: and he would trying to get through the door, but
- 42:03Speaker 5: it was closing. His macguiver like instincts. He pulls out
- 42:09Speaker 5: a pinion.
- 42:10Speaker 1: He doesn't have mcguy for like instincts. He's John Dorian to.
- 42:14Speaker 5: Try and for musical angle it into the sensors so
- 42:18Speaker 5: the automatic door slides open. It's broken. He flees the scene,
- 42:25Speaker 5: knowing that.
- 42:25Speaker 3: He broke it.
- 42:27Speaker 5: Comes back later the janitor's there. JD, like all people
- 42:33Speaker 5: when they're guilty of something, admit it in some way.
- 42:37Speaker 3: Well, maybe there's a pen. Maybe somebody put a penny
- 42:39Speaker 3: in it.
- 42:40Speaker 1: I think, if anything, a penny fell out of JD's
- 42:42Speaker 1: pocket and and and he realized it must have come
- 42:46Speaker 1: from my pocket. He is not purpose.
- 42:48Speaker 5: I like my story better. My story is way more heroic. Yeah,
- 42:51Speaker 5: your story is just like Indiana Jones esque, and you
- 42:54Speaker 5: need to run with it.
- 42:55Speaker 1: Your story is weed based, but it's.
- 42:57Speaker 5: Very Harrison Ford Indiana. Joe. JD's not Jackson slash mcguy Burrish.
- 43:05Speaker 1: All right, let's get back to the show. So then
- 43:09Speaker 1: there's another hr nightmare. We're trying to make sure that
- 43:14Speaker 1: the whoever the woman who's playing Elliott has a flat
- 43:16Speaker 1: enough ass.
- 43:18Speaker 5: Yeah, we wanted to go get some cardboard.
- 43:21Speaker 1: And we're examining the woman's ass and we're like, it's
- 43:24Speaker 1: not flat enough. JD says, I've chewed on that day
- 43:28Speaker 1: and it's flatter than Dale Beard. By the way, Sarah
- 43:34Speaker 1: has a very nice bum for what it's worth.
- 43:37Speaker 3: Yes, Sarah has a very nice bump.
- 43:41Speaker 1: Yeah, Sarah has a very nice bump. So scandal noted.
- 43:43Speaker 1: But I want the record to reflect that Sarah does
- 43:47Speaker 1: not have a flat bump. Speed degree, Oh my god,
- 43:52Speaker 1: Pete Holmes is gonna be so happy. So yeah, I'm
- 43:57Speaker 1: sorry that jd are yelling at an inn that her
- 44:00Speaker 1: ass needs to be flatter. Turket's massage by Jimmy Lee,
- 44:05Speaker 1: I can never say it. Jimmy the overly touchy, orderly
- 44:09Speaker 1: and he just calmly says no, thank you. But if
- 44:11Speaker 1: you look, if you go back and look at Donald's eyes,
- 44:14Speaker 1: he is holding in a laugh. I can just know
- 44:17Speaker 1: that face. Yeah, and then when it's over, you're so
- 44:21Speaker 1: proud of yourself that you got through it. You're like
- 44:22Speaker 1: you got You're like I did it, and you're.
- 44:24Speaker 5: Like, he's very difficult, and you know, especially back then
- 44:29Speaker 5: when he was just starting to hone his.
- 44:32Speaker 3: Craft to not laugh around.
- 44:35Speaker 5: I remember, I mean, look some of the scenes with
- 44:37Speaker 5: Taren in this show and Sam Lloyd on the floor
- 44:43Speaker 5: when he's breathing in his ear and stuff like that.
- 44:47Speaker 5: I don't know how Sam was able to keep a
- 44:49Speaker 5: straight face.
- 44:50Speaker 3: We laughed very hard at that just by watching it.
- 44:53Speaker 1: And so you know, there were so many bloopers. Whenever
- 44:57Speaker 1: Tarren was massaging you, there was no in and I'll laugh.
- 45:00Speaker 5: There's because he really one. He really massaged you. So
- 45:05Speaker 5: it feels good.
- 45:07Speaker 1: No, it was so intense. I remember being really intense.
- 45:10Speaker 3: But I like intense. You don't like an intense.
- 45:13Speaker 1: Love but not from Jimmy the overly touching injur And
- 45:15Speaker 1: I like one from a massuse or do I like
- 45:19Speaker 1: it hard? I don't like it when they come and
- 45:20Speaker 1: just basically rub lotional.
- 45:21Speaker 3: You don't do that. Don't do that.
- 45:23Speaker 1: I want the elbow in my back. Yeah, I want
- 45:26Speaker 1: to be like, oh why.
- 45:28Speaker 5: I want to I want I want to be like,
- 45:30Speaker 5: please a little softer. Yes, I do like that.
- 45:34Speaker 1: I want to get to the point where I'm like, whoa, whoa, whoa. Okay, okay,
- 45:37Speaker 1: mercy a little bit.
- 45:37Speaker 5: So you got it, you got it, you got it,
- 45:38Speaker 5: you got it. I want to say my my safety word.
- 45:42Speaker 1: Yeah, let's have a let's have a what do you
- 45:45Speaker 1: call it? A safe word? Yeah?
- 45:46Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 45:46Speaker 1: What is your safe word with your messuse?
- 45:50Speaker 5: Please stop? I mean okay, I don't know.
- 45:53Speaker 1: That's clear.
- 45:54Speaker 5: Yeah, it's very it's very transparent.
- 45:56Speaker 1: Mine's ouch.
- 45:59Speaker 3: Same thing.
- 46:00Speaker 1: So Bill is obviously trying to buy back his two
- 46:05Speaker 1: largest breaks in reality of the series Scrubs. When Carlos
- 46:10Speaker 1: says you lied about building a giant sand castle and
- 46:14Speaker 1: JD flying like a flag because those things defy the
- 46:17Speaker 1: laws of physics.
- 46:20Speaker 5: Why do you think he was trying to buy that back?
- 46:22Speaker 1: Because I think Bill has spoken openly in the years
- 46:25Speaker 1: since and laughed about it that he didn't always nail
- 46:32Speaker 1: the world of when something was a fantasy and when
- 46:34Speaker 1: it was reality. Like JD being in that backpack is
- 46:37Speaker 1: a real world. You stuff JD into a normal sized
- 46:43Speaker 1: backpack and closed it in the real world.
- 46:47Speaker 3: Dude, it's a sitcom, you know.
- 46:49Speaker 1: But there's a balance of reality.
- 46:52Speaker 5: Well, I mean, even come on, man, these guys blew up.
- 46:54Speaker 5: We've blown up cars. We freaking like, come on, man,
- 47:01Speaker 5: I don't know, I don't know.
- 47:02Speaker 1: I agree with Bill that he was pretty he's pretty
- 47:05Speaker 1: good at keeping the insane insane stuff in fantasies and
- 47:10Speaker 1: then occasionally like the janitor building a sand castle that's
- 47:13Speaker 1: livable in the in the in the in the parking lot.
- 47:18Speaker 1: I mean, Bill said, Bill said in the past that
- 47:21Speaker 1: he said like he showed up one day, which is
- 47:25Speaker 1: cannot true because that think parts are.
- 47:26Speaker 5: A week time hell right about to say they had
- 47:29Speaker 5: to dump all of that sand.
- 47:31Speaker 1: No, they well wasn't even it was it was literally
- 47:34Speaker 1: it was two stories too. It was just like it
- 47:36Speaker 1: was just coated thinly with it was like it was
- 47:38Speaker 1: like it was it was built like a two story
- 47:41Speaker 1: house and they just put sand on the outside of
- 47:44Speaker 1: So Bill saying that he didn't know his bullshit because
- 47:46Speaker 1: they would have had to build that ship for a
- 47:48Speaker 1: long time.
- 47:49Speaker 3: Sorry, it's uncomfortable, it's gone.
- 47:51Speaker 1: Why don't you just lean forward, bro.
- 47:53Speaker 5: It's just so uncomfortable in here, dude.
- 47:55Speaker 3: And this is the only room that I have that
- 47:57Speaker 3: I can do this and right.
- 47:58Speaker 1: Now, why don't you go back to your closet life.
- 48:01Speaker 5: Because my closet has a bunch of fucking generators and
- 48:04Speaker 5: all of that ship is so it sounds like a
- 48:05Speaker 5: fucking dum What.
- 48:08Speaker 1: Does it sound like? Does it sound like this? No?
- 48:15Speaker 1: Does it sound like this?
- 48:18Speaker 2: You honor me?
- 48:19Speaker 6: No, Donald, if you want, we can set you up
- 48:24Speaker 6: with the studio too, like we can.
- 48:26Speaker 1: He's not gonna do that, he does.
- 48:27Speaker 3: I don't want to go to a studio.
- 48:29Speaker 5: But what I do, what I am going to look
- 48:31Speaker 5: into is getting a little box because I do do
- 48:33Speaker 5: a lot of Uh I did, I did your right,
- 48:39Speaker 5: but I do And he said do doo, Yeah I did,
- 48:43Speaker 5: And so I'm thinking about because remember those little studios
- 48:46Speaker 5: back in the day that you could buy and you
- 48:48Speaker 5: could close the door and open the door. Sure, I
- 48:51Speaker 5: think they're a lot cheaper than they used to be.
- 48:53Speaker 2: Yeah, for sure. Do you have one that you're already
- 48:55Speaker 2: looking at?
- 48:56Speaker 5: I don't, not yet, But this was just an idea
- 49:00Speaker 5: split second, just now.
- 49:01Speaker 1: Sarah bought one of those because she does what's it
- 49:04Speaker 1: called Rick and mortyry scandal, scandal noted rick and.
- 49:08Speaker 5: Morty, scandal, noted scandal, noted.
- 49:13Speaker 1: Sarah bought one of those because she does scandal, noted
- 49:16Speaker 1: rick and Morty. And you should get one, since you
- 49:18Speaker 1: clearly had never have a quiet home, not anymore. Your
- 49:22Speaker 1: kids are cute. I saw Donald's kids the other day
- 49:25Speaker 1: at my mom's house. My mom had a little pool
- 49:27Speaker 1: party for all my friends.
- 49:30Speaker 5: None of the adults got in the pool. All of
- 49:32Speaker 5: the kids did, though.
- 49:33Speaker 1: Ye well, I thought I was gonna swim too, but
- 49:37Speaker 1: Donald was wearing a sweatsuit in like ninety degree heat
- 49:39Speaker 1: for some reason. Go off, No the kid. The adults
- 49:44Speaker 1: just had a great conversation and the kids swam. I
- 49:47Speaker 1: was good. It gave the kids something to do while
- 49:48Speaker 1: the adults chatted.
- 49:50Speaker 5: Yeah, I really do love your mom.
- 49:53Speaker 1: My mom's the best. My mom's so sweet. She planned
- 49:56Speaker 1: a pool party for all my friends, and she planned
- 49:58Speaker 1: it far out. She made it sure everyone had it
- 50:00Speaker 1: on their calendar, like two months out.
- 50:04Speaker 2: Smart.
- 50:04Speaker 3: She hit us up in April.
- 50:06Speaker 1: That's so sweet though. I was like, I was like,
- 50:08Speaker 1: you guys gotta turn up because my mom was like
- 50:10Speaker 1: planning this like a wedding.
- 50:11Speaker 3: Yeah you yeah.
- 50:15Speaker 5: Casey was like, there's no way you can ever miss this.
- 50:19Speaker 5: That's the That was the smartest thing ever. If you
- 50:22Speaker 5: want to make sure everybody shows up, put that ship
- 50:25Speaker 5: two months out. There's no way that anybody.
- 50:28Speaker 1: I'm gonna start doing shit longer out, Like Yo, my
- 50:30Speaker 1: birthday twenty four.
- 50:32Speaker 5: Right, come on, you got counted six months to get
- 50:35Speaker 5: it together.
- 50:36Speaker 1: She got everyone, man, everybody turned up.
- 50:38Speaker 3: Yeah they did.
- 50:40Speaker 1: It was amazing. All Right, we're gonna take a quick break.
- 50:42Speaker 1: We'll come back and we'll finish the show. It's called
- 50:44Speaker 1: Scrubs and it stars Donald Faison, Zach braw He'll be right.
- 50:49Speaker 4: Back, the famous ever back evergle Remember the gogle Google guys,
- 51:06Speaker 4: Do you guys.
- 51:07Speaker 1: Remember We're not gonna talk about the gurgle doesn't make
- 51:11Speaker 1: it back. No, the gurgle's over.
- 51:14Speaker 3: What about cluck?
- 51:15Speaker 5: Cluck?
- 51:15Speaker 1: No, no, no more gurgle. Okay, So the janitor says
- 51:26Speaker 1: that that that Carla has a comically large hair on
- 51:32Speaker 1: her baby feeder. He gulls her breast a baby feeder.
- 51:37Speaker 1: He says, I saw you take a comically large I
- 51:40Speaker 1: guess it was intentionally large, comically large hair off of
- 51:44Speaker 1: your baby feeder. Then they cut to us in the
- 51:49Speaker 1: in the cafeteria. This was so funny. Donald, when we
- 51:51Speaker 1: go you, I'm so nervous, and I go, Welcome to
- 51:54Speaker 1: Live Theater. Sounds like waiting for God.
- 52:00Speaker 5: I was about to say this, just like waiting for Goman.
- 52:04Speaker 1: I made me want to see a whole movie with
- 52:07Speaker 1: us as like, yes, waiting for Guffman theater directors, you're
- 52:12Speaker 1: the Donald Gay, Zach and Donald Wait, Zach and Donald
- 52:16Speaker 1: Gay newlyweds in House Arrest, Zach and Donald that what House.
- 52:21Speaker 5: Arrest was about, though, wasn't like one of them, like
- 52:24Speaker 5: he did pitch something where we did try to put
- 52:26Speaker 5: on a show.
- 52:28Speaker 1: I don't know, but Zach and Donald. Someone did, But
- 52:30Speaker 1: Zach and Donald, Yeah, did someone pitch something like this
- 52:35Speaker 1: that we that we run an amateur theater.
- 52:37Speaker 6: Yes, that was one of our pitches.
- 52:39Speaker 1: I really after watching this episode, I like.
- 52:41Speaker 5: I agree, I agree.
- 52:44Speaker 1: Donald's the Donald's the choreographer, I'm the director, and we're
- 52:48Speaker 1: and we're putting on a show. I watched the ship
- 52:52Speaker 1: out of that.
- 52:55Speaker 5: Oh my gosh, sh it.
- 52:58Speaker 1: Welcome to Live.
- 52:59Speaker 5: The you have it's a live theater, all right.
- 53:07Speaker 1: So the first impersonator is doing Kelso and he said,
- 53:11Speaker 1: I'm Bob Kelso. I do nothing but sit around here
- 53:13Speaker 1: all day, and I like prostitutes. And then Kelso finds
- 53:17Speaker 1: it hilarious. He's in the audience and he.
- 53:19Speaker 5: Says, I do like prostitute, and he goes, it's funny
- 53:23Speaker 5: because it's true. Right, that was a cringe moment right there.
- 53:28Speaker 5: Why because all of the prostitute stuff that Kelso's done
- 53:32Speaker 5: in the past, and.
- 53:34Speaker 1: He does like he likes hiring sex workers. Is that wrong?
- 53:38Speaker 1: I don't know. I suppose that he particularly is into,
- 53:42Speaker 1: specifically into Asian sex workers. Maybe is cringe and scandal noted.
- 53:47Speaker 5: Well, that's where I was going to go with it,
- 53:48Speaker 5: but I don't want to take it there.
- 53:50Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, well, now we have scandal noted, so we
- 53:51Speaker 1: can address these things.
- 53:52Speaker 3: Okay, scandal noted. I really like scandal noted. I really
- 53:59Speaker 3: liked noted.
- 54:00Speaker 1: Now, Joell, do you like scandal noted?
- 54:02Speaker 6: I do like scandal noted I do.
- 54:05Speaker 8: It allows us to not just address, but also it
- 54:08Speaker 8: doesn't you know, you can't talk around it like.
- 54:11Speaker 1: I like, yeah, and it makes you it's telling the
- 54:15Speaker 1: audience like, yes, we get that that is inappropriate and
- 54:18Speaker 1: it's scandalous a bit, and yes we we hear you
- 54:20Speaker 1: and we note it. But we need to we do
- 54:23Speaker 1: need to do.
- 54:23Speaker 5: To push forward and continue our wonderful show.
- 54:26Speaker 1: We need to keep going with the podcast.
- 54:30Speaker 3: We have to push forward.
- 54:31Speaker 1: But also, and in Peter Holmes's case, you know, on
- 54:34Speaker 1: his podcast, they just you know, he has people on
- 54:37Speaker 1: and they just go all over the place. They're not
- 54:38Speaker 1: following like redoing rewatching a show, so they go in
- 54:41Speaker 1: all directions, especially talking about other comedians and stuff. So
- 54:45Speaker 1: it's just sort of a quick way of him saying like, yeah,
- 54:47Speaker 1: we hear you. We're not gonna we know that you
- 54:49Speaker 1: have feelings about X, Y or Z. We it's noted,
- 54:51Speaker 1: but we we're going to finish the sentence. You know what,
- 54:53Speaker 1: I mean.
- 54:56Speaker 6: Finish the sentence.
- 54:58Speaker 1: That's perfect. U. He's really it's called you made it
- 55:03Speaker 1: weird with Pete Holmes. He's he's a very funny guy,
- 55:06Speaker 1: you guys. And he has a Netflix Netflix special coming
- 55:09Speaker 1: that when when you when you see it out, recommend
- 55:11Speaker 1: I recommend it because Bill and I saw the final
- 55:13Speaker 1: rehearsal and it was so good.
- 55:16Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 55:17Speaker 1: So then the beard face beard fa say comes out
- 55:20Speaker 1: and JD says that he was up all night sewing
- 55:23Speaker 1: the costumes.
- 55:27Speaker 6: Great costume.
- 55:28Speaker 3: And then Jimmy comes out.
- 55:30Speaker 1: Jimmy comes and does all his Saturday Live Edition impressions, and.
- 55:34Speaker 5: The last thing he does is Dane Cook.
- 55:36Speaker 1: He does a good Brad Pitt.
- 55:39Speaker 5: He does a good Dang Cook too, and then and
- 55:41Speaker 5: then he went too far and then it was too
- 55:44Speaker 5: much Jimmy. And then we're both like, too much Jimmy.
- 55:47Speaker 1: Yeah, we said we over Jimmy. Did you guys watch
- 55:49Speaker 1: Brad Pitt is so funny? I don't know if you
- 55:51Speaker 1: guys watched Dave, but on the Dave finale so hilarious
- 55:54Speaker 1: yet okay, good, Yes, everybody watched Dave and watched the
- 55:57Speaker 1: Dave finale where Brad Pitt get stars as himself and
- 56:00Speaker 1: it's really fun. But anyway, not a lot of people
- 56:01Speaker 1: do a Brad Pitt impression, and I thought that Terarran
- 56:03Speaker 1: does a pretty good one.
- 56:04Speaker 3: That's a very good one.
- 56:06Speaker 1: So then Joe and Sonny show up and they don't
- 56:08Speaker 1: have any plan. They ignored rehearsals because they were obsessed,
- 56:11Speaker 1: rightfully so, with their patient and they're playing Jad and Turk.
- 56:15Speaker 1: We have no idea what they're gonna do. And they
- 56:17Speaker 1: make out and that instantly makes us self conscious about
- 56:22Speaker 1: our love.
- 56:23Speaker 5: Guy love all of a sudden is in jeopardy.
- 56:28Speaker 1: Now this ship, this second act ship with us trying
- 56:31Speaker 1: like preventing ourselves.
- 56:36Speaker 5: This ship was so funny.
- 56:40Speaker 1: I laughed so hard at the second act of the show. Yeah, yeah,
- 56:46Speaker 1: when I have the fantasy that were actually sitting on
- 56:49Speaker 1: the same side of the table thirty and we're so flirty.
- 56:53Speaker 1: I'm like, I thought you're off carbs.
- 57:05Speaker 5: She was hilarious.
- 57:06Speaker 3: And then and then you get a.
- 57:07Speaker 1: Big something good happens to you and I rush.
- 57:09Speaker 5: Over right and and then you turn to walk away.
- 57:14Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm not allowed to hug you. I got a
- 57:16Speaker 1: new Turk want to do. There's like this like like
- 57:18Speaker 1: fucking frosted lens on the outside, shallow focus, and Dolly
- 57:22Speaker 1: pushing on both of us like a fucking rom com.
- 57:25Speaker 5: Right, because Turk and JD have said, look, because of
- 57:28Speaker 5: this kiss, and this is how everybody perceives us, we
- 57:31Speaker 5: need to take a step back. You turn around, and
- 57:35Speaker 5: JD turns around and Turk is gone, and he feels
- 57:39Speaker 5: like he's missed his opportunity to to to look back
- 57:43Speaker 5: and tell Turkey he loved him and he was proud
- 57:47Speaker 5: of him. And when before JD can turn back around,
- 57:50Speaker 5: we see Turk right, and he goes. I read all
- 57:57Speaker 5: the way around. I read all the way.
- 57:59Speaker 1: Around that she is so funny and cute.
- 58:02Speaker 5: That ship reminded me of way to go, Paula. I
- 58:05Speaker 5: don't know why, but for some reason, I write it
- 58:08Speaker 5: the way around, I wade it the way around.
- 58:10Speaker 1: They love each other so much. You skipped one part
- 58:13Speaker 1: where Todd is congratulating uh Turk, and he says, I
- 58:15Speaker 1: shaved my my private's ball like your head. Yeah, and
- 58:21Speaker 1: as a tribute to you, the Todd shaves his scronum.
- 58:25Speaker 3: And scandal noted.
- 58:27Speaker 5: And Turkeys very appreciative too.
- 58:31Speaker 1: Yes, Turk appreciates it, sincerely, Okay, so you don't know, Joel, Joelle,
- 58:43Speaker 1: I don't think it's a scandal that Rob Sha shaves
- 58:45Speaker 1: his balls.
- 58:46Speaker 5: Joelle shave, Yeah, I don't know.
- 58:51Speaker 6: It would be weird.
- 58:51Speaker 8: It was like an honor of your bald head shaved.
- 58:54Speaker 8: My general's like, that's an hr cup.
- 58:57Speaker 2: In the real life scenario.
- 58:59Speaker 1: Okay, Well, anyway, JD and Turk they can't last fifteen minutes,
- 59:03Speaker 1: and all of a sudden, the Eagle and sing Guy
- 59:06Speaker 1: Love that Chyl comes on, Dylub comes on the soundtrack.
- 59:11Speaker 3: And they hug.
- 59:12Speaker 1: Singing Dylave was so fun. I think we're gonna have
- 59:14Speaker 1: to sing Guy Love at each show. I agree, even
- 59:17Speaker 1: though even though that we won't be doing the musical
- 59:20Speaker 1: each time, I feel like the audience for each show
- 59:23Speaker 1: deserves a rendition of live Guy Love. They would freak out.
- 59:28Speaker 1: We gotta do it. I love singing it so much.
- 59:30Speaker 1: I've been walking around the house singing it. This Donald
- 59:33Speaker 1: doesn't text me back, unlike Turk and JD. I can't
- 59:36Speaker 1: get a fucking text back.
- 59:38Speaker 3: Okay, let's change the subject.
- 59:40Speaker 5: The Eagle in this episode where you jump on my
- 59:44Speaker 5: back and we fly off one. First of all, who
- 59:46Speaker 5: was ever on a Dolly on a steady cam. Great shot.
- 59:49Speaker 5: It was almost like you were on one of those things.
- 59:52Speaker 5: It looked like we were flying, almost right when it
- 59:54Speaker 5: pulls back and we run off the camera and everything. Yeah,
- 59:56Speaker 5: not only that, it's a very very popular me of us.
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: I forgot that that's where that gift meme is from.
- 1:00:04Speaker 5: Yeah, and uh so when I see I see it
- 1:00:08Speaker 5: all the time, and I forgot what season it was.
- 1:00:10Speaker 5: I thought we had missed it. But here we are,
- 1:00:13Speaker 5: and it's it's it really is shot beautifully. It does
- 1:00:16Speaker 5: look it feels like you know, you know how I am.
- 1:00:19Speaker 5: It feels like fucking Superman John Williams taking off.
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: There's a new Jewish Superman in town.
- 1:00:27Speaker 6: Yeah, it is.
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: And I believe there's a new Jewish American. I believe
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: there's a new Jewish Jewish Lois Lane to go along
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: with him. Sorry, America, she's not. Oh she just plays
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: one on TV. Yes, Scandal, noted him. I don't like
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: that that anymore. I've been watching that show and she
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: plays she really leans into the Jewish New Yorker stereotype.
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: So this is my protests protest noted anyway. Uh, yeah,
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: you get a new you got a new Superman.
- 1:01:01Speaker 5: Donald, Yeah, we'll see what's up. They're doing a really
- 1:01:04Speaker 5: good one too. It's All Star Superman, right or is
- 1:01:07Speaker 5: it Kingdom Come? Which what are they doing.
- 1:01:09Speaker 6: They're doing like closer to an all Star like very
- 1:01:12Speaker 6: classic kind of Lewis Lane And yeah.
- 1:01:15Speaker 5: That was that's a that's a great comic. All Stars
- 1:01:18Speaker 5: are really good comic.
- 1:01:19Speaker 3: You know what I mean?
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: Nothing O G the O G.
- 1:01:22Speaker 3: It's not an og comic, but it's a it's a it's.
- 1:01:25Speaker 5: A it's a homage to what the comics were back
- 1:01:30Speaker 5: in the day.
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: Oh so they're not doing like the one we saw
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: with Christopher Reeve episode one.
- 1:01:35Speaker 5: Way further than that. They're doing like it's more like
- 1:01:38Speaker 5: All Star Superman is more like, uh, what was the
- 1:01:41Speaker 5: first Superman?
- 1:01:43Speaker 7: Uh?
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: Reeve? George Reeves?
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, everybody, that's our show. We love you
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: very much. We appreciate you spending some time with us.
- 1:01:54Speaker 5: We gotta be we gotta give the girls the props
- 1:01:57Speaker 5: Sonny and Joe. First of all, at the end, tricks
- 1:02:00Speaker 5: Joe into finally seeing how she's being a hypocrite trying
- 1:02:07Speaker 5: to get this young lady out even though she's not
- 1:02:12Speaker 5: going and what she does what she does. It built
- 1:02:18Speaker 5: the bridge that is built between her and Sunny from
- 1:02:21Speaker 5: this adventure that they've gone on together trying to get
- 1:02:26Speaker 5: this young lady out of the ICU. It pays off
- 1:02:31Speaker 5: at the end with the two of them see each
- 1:02:32Speaker 5: other and I think it's a really cute moment, and
- 1:02:35Speaker 5: I think this is where Bill really stuck the landing again, like, look,
- 1:02:39Speaker 5: this is what Scrubs could be if you wanted it.
- 1:02:42Speaker 5: We've got our guys being silly, you still got all
- 1:02:45Speaker 5: of that, but these are now new, fresh stories with
- 1:02:48Speaker 5: new characters and everything like that, and we can go
- 1:02:51Speaker 5: this direction. I wish he would have stuck around and
- 1:02:55Speaker 5: did it, but you know, he had Cougartown, no Bill,
- 1:03:00Speaker 5: but he had Cougar Town and the people that did
- 1:03:03Speaker 5: do it. You know, we got a full season out
- 1:03:05Speaker 5: of it, and we're very.
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: Grateful he didn't. You got twelve episodes.
- 1:03:09Speaker 3: That's a full season nowadays.
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: In today's numbers. Yeah, that's funny. Also, I was happy
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: they didn't bring the girl. I thought the end was
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: gonna be they snunk the girl out, the teenage girl
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: out to a bar, and I was like, that's gonna
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: be a weird and I thought I saw her for
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: a second, and I was really relieved when that wasn't her.
- 1:03:25Speaker 5: That would have been a really bad ending. That's not
- 1:03:27Speaker 5: the I mean, we have endings like that. Let's keep
- 1:03:30Speaker 5: it one hundred. We've done shit like that.
- 1:03:31Speaker 3: I know.
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: But I was like, oh, please tell me they didn't
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: sneak the girl out to a bar. And I was say, okay, good,
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: they didn't.
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: They snuck that kid out to his graduation whenever.
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: She's like a compromise and like she shouldn't be like that.
- 1:03:44Speaker 5: Motherfucker couldn't stand.
- 1:03:46Speaker 3: The kid couldn't stand.
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: That was really bad when they took the kid through
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: his graduation.
- 1:03:50Speaker 5: Yeah, he couldn't stand.
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: Doesn't he collapse?
- 1:03:53Speaker 5: Pretty much does not.
- 1:03:54Speaker 8: Make it to the stage. No, I'm not a worthwhile trip.
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: They meant, well, their heart was in the right place. Absolutely,
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: all right, that's our show. We love you very much,
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: Joelle Daniel. You want to say.
- 1:04:06Speaker 8: Anything, no, thank you guys for more information on the tour.
- 1:04:11Speaker 6: It's coming.
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: Yeah, really really excited.
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: More more of well diets on tour will come. Donald
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: give me you want to say.
- 1:04:18Speaker 5: I just want thank everybody for listening. I am so grateful,
- 1:04:22Speaker 5: especially after experiencing, uh, what we experienced in Seattle. Uh,
- 1:04:28Speaker 5: to know that you guys really really do like us.
- 1:04:31Speaker 5: I mean you like us, You really really like us.
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: You're doing the Sally Field Oscar speech.
- 1:04:36Speaker 3: No doubt. It just feels.
- 1:04:37Speaker 5: It feels really good, especially around my birthday time.
- 1:04:40Speaker 3: So thank you very very much.
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: Do you want to tell everyone you when I gave
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: you for your birthday?
- 1:04:44Speaker 5: He gave me a picture of two of my favorite things,
- 1:04:47Speaker 5: the notorious big and marijuana.
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: Well, you didn't really describe it very well.
- 1:04:52Speaker 3: It's big smoking weed.
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: It's a beautiful photograph print that I got of a
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: really shallow picture picture of a biggie with a with
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: a with a blunt dangling from his lips and the
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: smoke is clouding in front. It's awesome. That's very cool.
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: And I said to Donald, I combines two of your
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: favorite things into one picture.
- 1:05:14Speaker 5: It's beautiful and it hangs in my house.
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: Oh is it already on the wall.
- 1:05:19Speaker 5: Well, we have to have the frame guy come, but
- 1:05:21Speaker 5: we already have the space where we want.
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: Are all right?
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: We love you, guys? Kind of shout Donald stories.
- 1:05:28Speaker 5: I'm not sure we made about a bunch of.
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: Dogs and nurses.
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: I said, he's a stories
- 1:05:41Speaker 5: So Yetta here yea here swe
