Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #319: Signs, Presence & Personal Growth
Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, Welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev.
- 0:06Speaker 1: Good good, Let's talk about your experience. Which one the snake?
- 0:13Speaker 1: We need to go a little deeper into this. We
- 0:15Speaker 1: started a conversation before I hit record, and I'm like,
- 0:18Speaker 1: stop talking, we need to record this. So the snake,
- 0:23Speaker 1: the snake, Bev. Bev, you show the story of the
- 0:27Speaker 1: snake on your truck, on the truck.
- 0:28Speaker 2: So this morning of these recordings, I was called to
- 0:34Speaker 2: go look out at the vehicle or come out and
- 0:36Speaker 2: come see this.
- 0:37Speaker 3: And there was a snake, a gopher.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Snake, six foot snake on top of the truck, underneath
- 0:44Speaker 2: the light, the light bar on the roof, and we
- 0:51Speaker 2: look at things, a lot of a lot of things.
- 0:53Speaker 2: I don't know what all the message was for the
- 0:54Speaker 2: snake because I haven't done all the looking at it,
- 0:56Speaker 2: but for me, it would be a sign of protection,
- 0:59Speaker 2: not one. You're not wanting to get in your truck
- 1:01Speaker 2: to go drive it anywhere right that moment because you
- 1:03Speaker 2: don't want to disturb the snak or do any of
- 1:04Speaker 2: these things. So it's like it's keeping possibly keeping you safe.
- 1:10Speaker 2: And then you started talking about different reasons you know
- 1:12Speaker 2: of us paying attention to these things.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Yeah, so the snake, you know, as I was thinking
- 1:18Speaker 1: about it, because you shared this with me from about
- 1:20Speaker 1: an hour ago, the snake saying, I'm here, I'm fully
- 1:29Speaker 1: exposing myself and this is an opportunity for you to
- 1:34Speaker 1: step into having more awareness of your surroundings. Because we
- 1:38Speaker 1: are entering summer, hotter climate. This is when all brands are,
- 1:44Speaker 1: all species of snakes decide to come out and play
- 1:48Speaker 1: in there and in their environment that we inhabit. And
- 1:56Speaker 1: to saying hey, yes, I agree to that that animals
- 2:01Speaker 1: and such are some kind of a message to pay
- 2:07Speaker 1: attention to. I know, like snakes shed the old shed
- 2:11Speaker 1: their skin, so they're shedding the old to make room
- 2:14Speaker 1: for new. That's one. But to be like, I'm just
- 2:22Speaker 1: letting you know that we are here and it's time
- 2:26Speaker 1: for you to practice presents maybe a little more that
- 2:31Speaker 1: you know, before I go outside a door, I look
- 2:34Speaker 1: out my windows in the door window, and I'm like, okay,
- 2:38Speaker 1: and then I open the door and I look and
- 2:40Speaker 1: then I take a step. I program myself to do
- 2:43Speaker 1: that long time ago, because we also have skunks around
- 2:48Speaker 1: here and spiders and all the things. Lizards. I've had
- 2:53Speaker 1: lizards scare the daylights out of me because I've scared
- 2:55Speaker 1: them and they move and then I jump, And it's
- 2:57Speaker 1: just a whole thing. But just being are you aware,
- 3:01Speaker 1: and this isn't just about the critters, it's just life
- 3:04Speaker 1: in general. Be aware of your surroundings.
- 3:08Speaker 3: Be present.
- 3:09Speaker 1: The only the way you're aware of your surroundings is
- 3:12Speaker 1: being present. And that's kind of what I was getting to,
- 3:14Speaker 1: is being mindful. Like, look, and when you're looking at
- 3:19Speaker 1: your surroundings. A lot of times we're so busy in
- 3:22Speaker 1: where we're going or what we need to do, like oh, gosh,
- 3:26Speaker 1: I got to run to the store, so I just
- 3:27Speaker 1: run out the house, jump in the car, and go, Well,
- 3:30Speaker 1: I have no idea what was around me, right, And
- 3:36Speaker 1: but when I take a moment, I look out and
- 3:41Speaker 1: then I walk and then I'm looking around like I
- 3:44Speaker 1: practice this in parking lots, even in broad daylight. I know,
- 3:48Speaker 1: I look like under my car and look around my surroundings,
- 3:53Speaker 1: not I don't have my head down in my phone.
- 3:56Speaker 1: There are reasons that we need to be very present,
- 4:00Speaker 1: not only for the for safety of your surroundings, but
- 4:04Speaker 1: also for a divine guidance.
- 4:08Speaker 2: Yeah, and as in that practice alone is again flexing
- 4:13Speaker 2: your intuitive muscles.
- 4:14Speaker 3: It really is.
- 4:15Speaker 2: It's being in that space. And you also recognize, because
- 4:18Speaker 2: I would say I recognize how many times I'm autopiloting
- 4:21Speaker 2: moving around that I'm not really present with every step
- 4:25Speaker 2: that I'm taking, with everything that's around me, even to
- 4:28Speaker 2: the point of that I was telling you, well, I
- 4:30Speaker 2: kind of got a warning once before from a mahave
- 4:32Speaker 2: green that I surprised, and it was not able to
- 4:36Speaker 2: sink its teeth into me. It was only able to
- 4:39Speaker 2: throw its nose basically tap my leg, and I was
- 4:42Speaker 2: lucky in that instance. But again it was I present
- 4:46Speaker 2: that that night. I wasn't looking down and it was
- 4:49Speaker 2: darker outside. I was looking for the dog, and so
- 4:52Speaker 2: I was tunnel vision onto something else. Instead of looking
- 4:56Speaker 2: at that as more of an opportunity to be able
- 4:59Speaker 2: to look around more, to be able to take in
- 5:02Speaker 2: more to it's an opportunity to be present moving meditation.
- 5:07Speaker 3: To me, that's moving meditation.
- 5:08Speaker 2: If you're aware of everything that's around you, you're kind
- 5:10Speaker 2: of flowing with everything, and then I'm not having to
- 5:15Speaker 2: I don't know, having to kill anything or do any
- 5:19Speaker 2: of these other things. I have more of awareness, I
- 5:21Speaker 2: can shift easier. There's a lot of different perspectives on that,
- 5:26Speaker 2: but yeah, it just it does make life easier.
- 5:29Speaker 3: And it's been that's when we receive all of the messages.
- 5:32Speaker 2: That's how we receive the messages in that being in
- 5:34Speaker 2: that present moment, because all we have is present. If
- 5:38Speaker 2: I'm too busy focused on the past or too busy
- 5:41Speaker 2: focused on the future, I am not allowing the information
- 5:43Speaker 2: that's coming to me right that moment through my filter
- 5:48Speaker 2: for me to even receive the message, I'm not. My
- 5:51Speaker 2: choice is I'm not allowing it. And it doesn't have
- 5:55Speaker 2: to be that way. I can choose to be present.
- 5:57Speaker 2: And so all that stuff again that we just talked
- 5:59Speaker 2: about is an opportunity to remind me.
- 6:02Speaker 3: To be present. And it was cool, super cool, like
- 6:05Speaker 3: how cool.
- 6:06Speaker 2: It's a big truck. It's not like any truck, so
- 6:08Speaker 2: for to even be up there, and then then he
- 6:12Speaker 2: was still going to be leaving to go somewhere.
- 6:14Speaker 3: After we had removed it.
- 6:15Speaker 2: He had removed the snake from the roof of the vehicle,
- 6:18Speaker 2: and then it came back again and got up into
- 6:21Speaker 2: the engine and stuff, and he didn't want to hurt it,
- 6:22Speaker 2: so he knew that that was the plan that I
- 6:27Speaker 2: had for today was not going to be the plan.
- 6:29Speaker 2: After all, it is telling me that it's not the
- 6:31Speaker 2: it's not this is not the right time to leave.
- 6:33Speaker 3: I need to stay here at this time.
- 6:35Speaker 2: So protection like that's how we received those information, that
- 6:39Speaker 2: that that messaged those messages.
- 6:42Speaker 3: So it just keeps it exciting.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Yeah, it can be fun, it can be helps life
- 6:49Speaker 1: be more ease, easy, simple and well in a lot
- 6:59Speaker 1: of sense, keep you.
- 7:01Speaker 2: Yeah, And it's curiosity, right, because we're back to the
- 7:03Speaker 2: curiosity about it. Well, that's curious that I even got
- 7:06Speaker 2: up there. And so it's and it's asking questions because
- 7:10Speaker 2: we're asking questions that we're evolving because we're wanting to
- 7:14Speaker 2: know more information. Well that's why, like we could go
- 7:17Speaker 2: back a couple of recordings and it's like when we
- 7:19Speaker 2: talk about children always saying why why why they're asking
- 7:23Speaker 2: it's going to bring the answers that may not bring
- 7:24Speaker 2: them through the channel the mom, the dad, whoever, the
- 7:28Speaker 2: caretaker of it's around them, but those answers will come
- 7:31Speaker 2: to them. Now are they going to be aware that
- 7:33Speaker 2: those answers are, that those questions are being answered.
- 7:35Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 7:38Speaker 2: Possibly I can't speak for kids because they don't have
- 7:41Speaker 2: they haven't gone through all the processing or the programming
- 7:46Speaker 2: to get to the point where we've survived to get
- 7:48Speaker 2: to this age.
- 7:50Speaker 1: Yeah, and who said that we couldn't keep asking.
- 7:53Speaker 3: Questions year we were told them?
- 7:57Speaker 1: Why? Yeah? Yeah? Absolutely?
- 8:02Speaker 2: Or even sitting and being quiet, Like for me, my
- 8:04Speaker 2: reference would be when I was a child and my
- 8:07Speaker 2: mom would take us to different churches and stuff like that.
- 8:09Speaker 2: We had to sit and be quiet. You have to
- 8:11Speaker 2: sit still and be quiet. That just doesn't I mean
- 8:16Speaker 2: sit still. Maybe that's why I struggle so much with
- 8:19Speaker 2: meditation because it's like I don't like to just sit still,
- 8:22Speaker 2: but I have my moments where everything comes in. It's
- 8:24Speaker 2: it's just the perfect opportunities, and it goes along with
- 8:27Speaker 2: being present.
- 8:28Speaker 3: It's just those those opportunities.
- 8:30Speaker 2: Even being with that snake, it's like being curious about it,
- 8:32Speaker 2: because as soon as you're curious about it, you allow
- 8:35Speaker 2: for information to come in and satisfy that curiosity to
- 8:39Speaker 2: answer your questions.
- 8:42Speaker 1: And yeah, and you know you brought up the topic
- 8:47Speaker 1: of meditation to have to sit still and be quiet
- 8:53Speaker 1: and meditate. Meditation has all kinds of forms and when
- 8:57Speaker 1: people when we can release the idea that the only
- 9:00Speaker 1: way to meditate is to sit, be still, be quiet,
- 9:04Speaker 1: clear mind, and all the things, then now you're causing resistance.
- 9:08Speaker 1: And because the first thing that comes up, and I
- 9:10Speaker 1: know it did for me, is that's not going to
- 9:12Speaker 1: work for me. That now I can't do that. Now
- 9:17Speaker 1: I've already made this agreement with myself that it's not
- 9:20Speaker 1: even possible. But then when we look out other ways
- 9:23Speaker 1: of being present, being present again is just when you
- 9:27Speaker 1: are going about your days. Just look at your surroundings,
- 9:30Speaker 1: look at the objects around you, look at the clouds
- 9:33Speaker 1: in the sky, look at the bird, look at the
- 9:36Speaker 1: car next to you. It's just you can be walking,
- 9:42Speaker 1: you could be coloring, you could be humming, you could
- 9:45Speaker 1: be doing all kinds of things that creative meditative state. Artists,
- 9:51Speaker 1: people who are painters or hobbyists, they're focused on what
- 9:55Speaker 1: they are doing. They're very present with what they're doing.
- 9:59Speaker 1: Artists are allowing the vision to flow to them or
- 10:04Speaker 1: what they want that painting.
- 10:05Speaker 3: To look like.
- 10:06Speaker 1: So don't get wrapped up into the idea that the
- 10:10Speaker 1: only way to meditate or the only way to be
- 10:12Speaker 1: present is to be still and quiet songwriters. When they're
- 10:21Speaker 1: still and they are focused on their their songwriting, the
- 10:26Speaker 1: words flow and then this beautiful song comes out. Open
- 10:35Speaker 1: up the idea that there are many ways to practice presence.
- 10:42Speaker 2: There is no one way or right, and it's exploring
- 10:47Speaker 2: all the ways and seeing which one is ideal for you. Yes,
- 10:53Speaker 2: when you were saying to look at it, look at it,
- 10:55Speaker 2: look at it. Also when you're looking at it, to
- 10:58Speaker 2: even becoming more present, which is I would say, is
- 11:01Speaker 2: is quite meditative. Is if you're focused on a bird,
- 11:05Speaker 2: feel that bird, feel that tree, like Phil, what do
- 11:08Speaker 2: you when you're focused and you're tuned into that tree
- 11:11Speaker 2: right now and you feel things in your body And
- 11:13Speaker 2: that's so important to know how you feel before you
- 11:16Speaker 2: tune in.
- 11:17Speaker 3: But when you tune in, it's like what are you noticing?
- 11:19Speaker 3: Like what do you feel?
- 11:20Speaker 2: And that brings you even more present, but also brings
- 11:22Speaker 2: you into a meditative space because you're it's like contemplation.
- 11:26Speaker 2: You're just open to receiving information for anything that's around you,
- 11:31Speaker 2: whatever you're tuned.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Into, and how you got to allow yourself to receive it. Yeah,
- 11:41Speaker 1: because we have a choice.
- 11:44Speaker 2: I love that, because everything is and if you can
- 11:46Speaker 2: get busy and be like, oh, I got to hurry
- 11:48Speaker 2: up and get to work, or you can stop and
- 11:49Speaker 2: take a second.
- 11:52Speaker 3: What's coming from you right now?
- 11:53Speaker 2: The reason why time seems to be going so fast
- 11:55Speaker 2: is because we don't mostly stop and take a second.
- 11:57Speaker 2: We're all or plowing head. And I've noticed lately for me,
- 12:03Speaker 2: time seems to be slowing down. And I don't know
- 12:07Speaker 2: if it's slowing down for me, Like even getting ready
- 12:10Speaker 2: this morning, I swear I looked at the time, it
- 12:11Speaker 2: was eight thirty two. I did something, a few other things,
- 12:14Speaker 2: and I look back at the time and it's still
- 12:16Speaker 2: eight thirty two. Time is slowing down. The more present
- 12:20Speaker 2: you are and you're not. You don't have like this
- 12:22Speaker 2: agenda of things that you've got to do. So stop
- 12:25Speaker 2: and smell the roses for a second, because guess what,
- 12:27Speaker 2: it's only a couple of seconds.
- 12:28Speaker 3: It's not going to set you back. It's actually going
- 12:30Speaker 3: to put you forward.
- 12:34Speaker 1: Yep, what are you going to allow yourself to do it?
- 12:38Speaker 1: And again, this just comes back to choice and then
- 12:42Speaker 1: and it takes practice. Every day Bev and I talk
- 12:45Speaker 1: about takes practice. We we just didn't wake up being
- 12:50Speaker 1: like this or doing these things or being even able
- 12:53Speaker 1: to talk about these things, like we had to learn it,
- 12:55Speaker 1: we had to practice it, then we could could share
- 12:57Speaker 1: about it. And some things work for us, some things
- 13:00Speaker 1: they don't, but at least we have knowledge of them.
- 13:03Speaker 1: Maybe we gave it a go and the tool didn't
- 13:08Speaker 1: work out the way. Maybe I use something that didn't
- 13:12Speaker 1: work for Bev and Bev us it didn't work out
- 13:15Speaker 1: for me, but at least we shared it and we
- 13:17Speaker 1: have knowledge of it and we can share it with
- 13:19Speaker 1: other people. So don't discount things unless you actually allow
- 13:26Speaker 1: yourself to practice it for a period of time. Similar
- 13:30Speaker 1: to having a different eating plan because you want to,
- 13:35Speaker 1: you know, shrink your body. Well, it doesn't happen overnight.
- 13:40Speaker 1: You don't change your eating habits for one meal or
- 13:43Speaker 1: one day and then expect fifty pounds to come off.
- 13:46Speaker 1: You have to practice it over and over and over
- 13:48Speaker 1: and over and over and over again, and then if
- 13:51Speaker 1: it works well, it becomes part of your lifestyle. It
- 13:55Speaker 1: becomes a regular routine. It's something that if you don't
- 13:59Speaker 1: do it, missdoing it, like you're like, oh my gosh,
- 14:02Speaker 1: I didn't do that today, and I need to. I
- 14:04Speaker 1: need to fit it in at some point today because
- 14:06Speaker 1: my body is like, why are we doing this? So
- 14:10Speaker 1: give your opportunity, yourself opportunity to practice it for a
- 14:15Speaker 1: period of time and then decide is this something for me?
- 14:22Speaker 1: Or is there is there another way of doing it?
- 14:24Speaker 1: Is there a is there an option to how I'm
- 14:27Speaker 1: doing it? Is there a way to to adjust or
- 14:31Speaker 1: tweak this slightly so it feels better to me. We
- 14:35Speaker 1: also need to recognize that that the way I teach
- 14:37Speaker 1: something doesn't mean that's that's the thing. It means here's
- 14:42Speaker 1: a tool adjusted to where it works for you. That's
- 14:46Speaker 1: what I've done throughout my entire healing process. I've learned
- 14:50Speaker 1: a tool and I adjusted to make it work for me.
- 14:55Speaker 2: I like that well because it just reminds me of
- 14:58Speaker 2: someone handing you a piece of claim. It's like, okay,
- 15:00Speaker 2: show me what you what do you want to create?
- 15:04Speaker 2: It's an opportunity and it could be.
- 15:07Speaker 1: As simple as make a ball, Like just there, I
- 15:10Speaker 1: made a ball.
- 15:11Speaker 3: I made something, yeap.
- 15:13Speaker 1: But because it's so simplistic, you discount what you created,
- 15:20Speaker 1: and you're comparing yourself to other people who maybe they
- 15:24Speaker 1: created this little statue and they're just they have that
- 15:28Speaker 1: ability and well, I don't. And at this point in
- 15:31Speaker 1: my life, I will tell you I don't have that ability. Wait,
- 15:34Speaker 1: I'll rephrase that. I have the ability, I just haven't
- 15:36Speaker 1: tapped into it. And it is not something at this
- 15:39Speaker 1: point in my life that I'm excited about even attempting
- 15:42Speaker 1: to improve on. And that's okay. Here's my ball.
- 15:47Speaker 3: I made a ball perfect. That is the best ball
- 15:52Speaker 3: I've ever seen.
- 15:53Speaker 1: Maybe I'll take a pen and make a little flower
- 15:56Speaker 1: on it or something. I don't know, but it's like,
- 15:58Speaker 1: it can be that simple. And we may get so
- 16:00Speaker 1: complicated because we're trying to compare ourselves to each other
- 16:04Speaker 1: or compare ourselves to somebody else. And well, Bev and
- 16:07Speaker 1: I have been practicing these things like twenty thirty years,
- 16:11Speaker 1: whereas if you're just starting today, we are your guide.
- 16:16Speaker 1: We are not the person to compare yourself to. We
- 16:19Speaker 1: can be an inspiration, but we are not the person
- 16:22Speaker 1: to compare yourself to. Only compare yourself to who you
- 16:25Speaker 1: are and where you were and where you want to
- 16:27Speaker 1: go and how well you're getting there. That's your comparison.
- 16:31Speaker 1: Compare you with you, and that's it. Let everybody else
- 16:34Speaker 1: inspire you. Yeah, we're just information for you to create from. Yeah.
- 16:45Speaker 1: My coach reminds us of that all the time. She's like, listen,
- 16:49Speaker 1: you are stepping into your coaching business. I've been doing
- 16:52Speaker 1: this for twenty five years. I've done this day in
- 16:57Speaker 1: and day out, and I'm really good at it. So
- 16:59Speaker 1: don't compare yourself to me. There is no comparison. We
- 17:03Speaker 1: are not. You got to compare apples to apples, Orges
- 17:06Speaker 1: to orges.
- 17:06Speaker 3: Not an apple to a banana. Like, not gonna work, agreed, blended, smothy.
- 17:20Speaker 1: So look up this snake. Give us more information what
- 17:22Speaker 1: the snake means before we wrap this up, because I'm curious.
- 17:25Speaker 3: Oh, I'll have to go onto my phone.
- 17:27Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, that's right, I got my phone.
- 17:30Speaker 3: You'll have to turn your camera off, right, And.
- 17:32Speaker 2: I know Freeman was already looking it up, which which
- 17:35Speaker 2: to me is so profound in so many ways, because
- 17:37Speaker 2: it's like he's recognizing that there are messages. At least
- 17:41Speaker 2: take what you what resonates with you. Some people think
- 17:43Speaker 2: it's so silly. For me, I think everything's a freaking message.
- 17:46Speaker 3: Everything.
- 17:47Speaker 2: The roadrunner I'm talking to Freeman on the way home yesterday,
- 17:50Speaker 2: and a roadrunner across with my path. I haven't gone
- 17:52Speaker 2: to go look up that again to see what the
- 17:54Speaker 2: reference was. But all these things are coming in for
- 17:58Speaker 2: a message, for a reason, and some of them or
- 18:00Speaker 2: duplicate messages if you pay attention to it.
- 18:03Speaker 1: Okay, I'm just I love that. I'm just gonna read
- 18:05Speaker 1: this first paragraph spiritually. The snake is universally viewed as
- 18:11Speaker 1: a powerful symbol of transformation, healing, rebirth, and wisdom because
- 18:17Speaker 1: it sheds its skin, it represents shedding old habits and
- 18:20Speaker 1: embracing new life cycles, exactly what we were just talking about. Yeah,
- 18:25Speaker 1: I'm not going to go into there's more, but I'm not.
- 18:27Speaker 1: That's that's enough to get started with for anybody, even us.
- 18:33Speaker 1: Talking about a snake is a sign. It's your sign,
- 18:38Speaker 1: right that you have wisdom and it is time for transformation.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Or it's just a validation confirmation of the things that
- 18:45Speaker 1: you've been thinking or practicing or wanting to move into.
- 18:49Speaker 1: And this might just be that validation that you need.
- 18:53Speaker 1: So embrace the idea that maybe you didn't see a snake,
- 18:56Speaker 1: but we're talking about a snake.
- 19:01Speaker 3: I like it, and relax into your powers.
- 19:04Speaker 2: What's kind of coming into my mind right now, because
- 19:07Speaker 2: it's the running constantly is just old programming, it really is.
- 19:15Speaker 3: I felt the difference.
- 19:16Speaker 2: I've gone to Mexico, Maui, two different places. The energy
- 19:24Speaker 2: was always quieter, calmer, more at ease, more living the moment.
- 19:31Speaker 2: And so it's how can you rise above that?
- 19:33Speaker 3: Its spite living in your moments, it's not.
- 19:36Speaker 2: It's rising above the energy frequencies that you're in right now.
- 19:40Speaker 3: I was when I was talking to a friend yesterday.
- 19:43Speaker 2: We were talking about stuff, and I asked her, I said,
- 19:46Speaker 2: do you notice that times because we were talking about
- 19:50Speaker 2: frequencies being put out there that are controlling a lot
- 19:54Speaker 2: of people, or a lot of could be, and we
- 19:57Speaker 2: were talking about that, and I said, well, well, my
- 20:00Speaker 2: example would be, have you noticed that you're going throughout
- 20:02Speaker 2: your day and all of a sudden you start feeling angry,
- 20:04Speaker 2: You might start feeling sad. You may never even left
- 20:07Speaker 2: the home yet you're like feeling great, and all of
- 20:09Speaker 2: a sudden you feel sad, you feel all these other
- 20:11Speaker 2: these emotions that you weren't feeling. And I said, a
- 20:15Speaker 2: lot of times, I'm feeling like that's something that's being
- 20:18Speaker 2: projected by some sort of devices to put a frequency
- 20:22Speaker 2: out there and she's like, well, how do we not
- 20:26Speaker 2: be affected by that? And I said, would be rise
- 20:27Speaker 2: above it? We don't stay in the same frequency of it.
- 20:30Speaker 2: And all it is is a reminder that I'm tuned
- 20:34Speaker 2: into something an energy frequency that's not my ideal frequency.
- 20:38Speaker 2: I could be tuned into a higher frequency. So then
- 20:40Speaker 2: that takes you right back to the present moment. If
- 20:43Speaker 2: I'm present right now and I'm in this in an acknowledgment,
- 20:47Speaker 2: if I'm present, I'm in acknowledgment of how I'm feeling
- 20:50Speaker 2: right now, and I have that perfect opportunity to change
- 20:53Speaker 2: and shift higher, and then I'm unaffected by those things
- 20:57Speaker 2: by the three D what I call the three D.
- 20:59Speaker 3: So now we're now in the five D.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Now we're in a space of creating, in a space
- 21:03Speaker 2: of neutrality because we're not being controlled by fear or
- 21:07Speaker 2: anything from the three D.
- 21:11Speaker 3: You're vibrating higher.
- 21:12Speaker 2: Because you're more aware of what your frequency that you're
- 21:15Speaker 2: putting out, You're more aware of how you're feeling, you're
- 21:18Speaker 2: more you're learning more about yourself. You're in tune to
- 21:21Speaker 2: yourself so that you can be in tune to whatever
- 21:23Speaker 2: you direct your attention to.
- 21:26Speaker 1: Yeah, I love it. Thank you for sharing that, and
- 21:32Speaker 1: that is all in your control, each each of us.
- 21:36Speaker 1: When I say yours, it's mine, it's yours, the listener,
- 21:40Speaker 1: it's it's in our control on an individual basis, and
- 21:44Speaker 1: then collectively that that energy, based on the choices that
- 21:50Speaker 1: we have and or have made, collectively, that energy is
- 21:55Speaker 1: what amplifies what's happening around us. Goodbye or an indifferent
- 22:01Speaker 1: So be mindful of that as well. Also remember that
- 22:04Speaker 1: people out there are also having these conversations, whether out
- 22:07Speaker 1: loud or internally, and they're seeking the guidance. And so
- 22:10Speaker 1: if any part of this video resonated with you, this
- 22:13Speaker 1: content resonated with you, that you would be the resource
- 22:17Speaker 1: and share it with other people. Share the links, share
- 22:21Speaker 1: the book, share the share the webinar, whatever it is,
- 22:26Speaker 1: whether it's us or anybody else that you've you've connected
