- 1:56Speaker 6: what people want as a gift this year for the holiday,
- 2:00Speaker 6: people were asked.
- 2:01Speaker 5: What is it.
- 2:01Speaker 6: You know, so people want cash?
- 2:03Speaker 5: You got cash?
- 2:04Speaker 6: You don't say want cash? Fifty eight percent people said
- 2:08Speaker 6: they just prefer to receive money.
- 2:10Speaker 5: That's a gift.
- 2:11Speaker 7: Pay my bills.
- 2:12Speaker 6: The average person is hoping for a round six hundred dollars.
- 2:17Speaker 8: I would hope that that's one hell.
- 2:20Speaker 5: Of a gift.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Uh yeah.
- 2:23Speaker 6: So as far as what they want, let's see here.
- 2:26Speaker 6: I had it all broken down for you. Cash and money,
- 2:30Speaker 6: that's number one. Fifty eight percent wearables, so accessories, clothes, shoes, shoes, jewels,
- 2:35Speaker 6: stuff like that. Twenty nine percent member getting clothes as
- 2:38Speaker 6: a kid. It was like a punishment.
- 2:40Speaker 5: I hated that it was the worst.
- 2:42Speaker 6: Stupid belts and stuff, essentials so rent utilities, sure, you know,
- 2:47Speaker 6: things like that and maybe you need a new appliance,
- 2:50Speaker 6: you need a new refrigerator, a new Washington driver, stuff
- 2:54Speaker 6: like that. Gifted experiences people would love to get as
- 2:58Speaker 6: a present of full trip with airfare and hotels.
- 3:03Speaker 5: I'm down.
- 3:05Speaker 6: Concert tickets, yeah, or like a like a staycasion, like
- 3:08Speaker 6: a local travel experience kind of close to home.
- 3:11Speaker 7: Those gonna be very fun.
- 3:12Speaker 6: And then after that you got gadgets and techs, so
- 3:14Speaker 6: gaming systems, smart devices and computers. And then uh, way
- 3:19Speaker 6: down in the list after that's like more of the
- 3:21Speaker 6: trendy stuff, the Stanley mugs, the skincare products, the La
- 3:24Speaker 6: Boo Boos.
- 3:25Speaker 9: My God switch for for Christmas this year for them
- 3:30Speaker 9: to play. It's but they want to have one at
- 3:34Speaker 9: their house. They can learn how to play with their grandkids.
- 3:38Speaker 5: Ye, Mario car, that's easy.
- 3:40Speaker 6: They can't. Actually, yeah, I mean you guys buy yourself anything.
- 3:45Speaker 10: Usually, if I set out to do Christmas shopping, the
- 3:48Speaker 10: first thing I buy is for myself. It's like the
- 3:51Speaker 10: only time of the year, though, find something and think
- 3:53Speaker 10: I'm getting.
- 3:54Speaker 6: This from me.
- 3:55Speaker 7: I'm not looking for it, like I know what I'm
- 3:56Speaker 7: buying myself this year. But there's something want I'll be like, yeah,
- 3:59Speaker 7: look at me.
- 3:59Speaker 6: But it's a little yeah. I mean that's how most
- 4:02Speaker 6: people are just kind of like throughout the year.
- 4:04Speaker 7: I just call it a little treat.
- 4:05Speaker 6: But if there's like like any one bigger thing, you know, yeah.
- 4:08Speaker 11: I mean there is, but I'm in the middle of moving,
- 4:11Speaker 11: so I don't even know if I'm gonna have the
- 4:13Speaker 11: space for it.
- 4:13Speaker 6: But I do want a simulator. Sim I knew already, like.
- 4:18Speaker 5: I already saw the one I want.
- 4:20Speaker 6: Why not just get you and that I can come
- 4:21Speaker 6: over because I've always wanted to have one of these.
- 4:23Speaker 6: Remember the old like stand up arcade games. Let's get
- 4:28Speaker 6: pole positioned. Yeah, hell yeah, there you go down.
- 4:32Speaker 5: That's super fun.
- 4:33Speaker 6: Pole position close enough, super.
- 4:36Speaker 7: The best driving games.
- 4:39Speaker 5: Yeah that's a shifter.
- 4:47Speaker 11: But you know, like just with like a flight simulator, dude,
- 4:50Speaker 11: they go from like affordable to like, why I just
- 4:53Speaker 11: buy a car?
- 4:56Speaker 6: I'm actually looking at a flight simulator?
- 4:58Speaker 2: Really?
- 4:59Speaker 6: What how big are they? You can get different it depends.
- 5:03Speaker 6: You can get like a desktop kind of version of it.
- 5:05Speaker 6: You can get like a full on it where you're
- 5:08Speaker 6: surrounded by screens and something. First of all, take up
- 5:11Speaker 6: a whole room. That's a ton of room. It's a
- 5:14Speaker 6: boatload of money for stuff like that, and for the
- 5:17Speaker 6: purposes that I would I would want it for. You know,
- 5:21Speaker 6: I don't I don't need something super big like that
- 5:23Speaker 6: because I have an actual plane.
- 5:24Speaker 12: Exactly you want it for since you have an actual plane.
- 5:26Speaker 6: Because before, like for flying at least it's the same
- 5:29Speaker 6: avionics that I would have in the plane. So it's
- 5:32Speaker 6: the exact same stuff. So uh, let's say I'm planning
- 5:35Speaker 6: on taking a trip and it's an airport to a
- 5:38Speaker 6: flight that I've never done before. I can, Oh, you
- 5:40Speaker 6: could practice. You can get familiar, get familiar with the routing,
- 5:43Speaker 6: you can get familiar with the airport. You can get
- 5:45Speaker 6: familiar with all the stuff, all the different approaches and
- 5:48Speaker 6: departures and things like that before you even go, which
- 5:51Speaker 6: makes it a lot. It actually makes it. It makes
- 5:53Speaker 6: it a lot safer. And also you can use it
- 5:55Speaker 6: for you can use it for your for your currency.
- 5:57Speaker 6: With instrument training, you can do a certain amount of
- 6:00Speaker 6: like hours.
- 6:01Speaker 11: And Sammy with the race simulator, it's like if there's
- 6:05Speaker 11: a race happening this weekend, I could do the same
- 6:07Speaker 11: track and it's like I did the race too.
- 6:11Speaker 6: Yeah, it's basically just it's it's another form of gaming.
- 6:16Speaker 9: Really, yeah, yeah, for sure. What he is as functional,
- 6:18Speaker 9: like hello, sir, you're welcome to New York. We're happy
- 6:21Speaker 9: to have you here.
- 6:22Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 6:22Speaker 6: Well, these flight simulars are pretty like a friend of
- 6:25Speaker 6: mine he does like the Microsoft Flight Simulator, And there's
- 6:28Speaker 6: all kinds of cool stuff that you could do with that.
- 6:30Speaker 6: Just for people who have like a casual interest in
- 6:32Speaker 6: loops and stuff.
- 6:34Speaker 7: What I'm saying like, don't waste it on real things,
- 6:36Speaker 7: like just do barrel rolls and fight people. I mean,
- 6:38Speaker 7: you could so fun, do top gun.
- 6:41Speaker 5: You could.
- 6:42Speaker 6: As far as what the kids are asking for for Christmas,
- 6:45Speaker 6: this this one mom she posted a video and it
- 6:48Speaker 6: was talking about what her eleven year old Christmas look
- 6:51Speaker 6: list looks like and she and she started with calling
- 6:54Speaker 6: it very reasonable. Okay, all right, so I'll read you
- 6:57Speaker 6: what the eleven year old wants and you tell me
- 6:58Speaker 6: this sounds reasonable?
- 7:00Speaker 5: Okay.
- 7:00Speaker 6: And I don't know what the brand of the sweatshirt is,
- 7:02Speaker 6: but I know what it is because like my daughter
- 7:04Speaker 6: talks about it every once in a while. But it's
- 7:06Speaker 6: like a ninety dollars sweatshirt, which which which also sounds No,
- 7:11Speaker 6: it's not that, but it also sounds crazy until you
- 7:15Speaker 6: go to like a concert and you see what they
- 7:17Speaker 6: charge for a hood merch right, yeah, ninety eight dollars
- 7:21Speaker 6: Lululemon leggings.
- 7:23Speaker 7: Oh yeah, over that.
- 7:24Speaker 12: Wait, how old is the girl level?
- 7:27Speaker 6: Is there any difference between like regular leggings and the
- 7:29Speaker 6: Lulu Lemon ones?
- 7:30Speaker 5: Yea, I appreciate.
- 7:33Speaker 6: I'm saying like if somebody the logo, if you're standing
- 7:36Speaker 6: there and you had a pair of Lululemons on, I
- 7:39Speaker 6: would be able to sit there and like from across
- 7:40Speaker 6: the room, notice that, Oh those are the Lulu lemonsing
- 7:43Speaker 6: the logo.
- 7:44Speaker 7: Well, they're tighter and spanksier.
- 7:46Speaker 12: Right, they are tighter. They're going to last longer, and
- 7:48Speaker 12: they're not going to be see through last. Yeah, they
- 7:51Speaker 12: will there.
- 7:52Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 7:52Speaker 5: Same.
- 7:52Speaker 7: Remember that whole controversy that people were bending over at
- 7:55Speaker 7: yoga cars go, I see you're smart.
- 7:57Speaker 12: Yeah, years ago. There, it's a little debacle with that.
- 8:00Speaker 5: But to this point, isn't Alo the new Lulu Lemon.
- 8:02Speaker 13: Yes, but anything that's a little bit higher end is
- 8:05Speaker 13: going to be nicer than something that you get at Target.
- 8:07Speaker 12: It's gonna last longer. You're gonna feel better in it.
- 8:09Speaker 11: The problem is with Alo though it got super big,
- 8:12Speaker 11: super quick, now it's already fallen off.
- 8:14Speaker 9: Good because that's the way over every basic bitch. I
- 8:17Speaker 9: see now it has used to have. Ten years ago,
- 8:19Speaker 9: they had little Lemon. I'll tell you in just two
- 8:22Speaker 9: seconds here what the sweatshirt is. Yeah, I'm dying to
- 8:24Speaker 9: out these girls. They love these these stupid shirts.
- 8:27Speaker 12: And ninety dollars is how much a sweatshirt is?
- 8:30Speaker 5: God shop?
- 8:32Speaker 6: Really, she's not going to pick up well measy, and
- 8:35Speaker 6: who's and she should know what I'm calling from work?
- 8:37Speaker 6: It usually means there's something important, and who's wearing through leggings?
- 8:44Speaker 5: Sorry?
- 8:44Speaker 6: Sorry, I think I hung it just as she Hello, Hi, Hey,
- 8:48Speaker 6: what's the what's the those sweatshirts that she likes? What
- 8:51Speaker 6: are those sweatshirts?
- 8:52Speaker 5: Like? They're crazy expensive and she talks about them all
- 8:55Speaker 5: the time.
- 8:57Speaker 7: Oh, are we the air?
- 9:00Speaker 5: Yeah, it's.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Right hold on.
- 9:06Speaker 6: Oh yeah, I have it right here, which means we're
- 9:08Speaker 6: buying one. It's on her list, yeah, because she wants
- 9:13Speaker 6: on her.
- 9:14Speaker 14: List only because she decided to try a bleach pen.
- 9:18Speaker 5: Oh is that the one? So she already had one
- 9:20Speaker 5: of those?
- 9:21Speaker 2: Yeah, she's got two of them.
- 9:22Speaker 5: Oh my one. So what what's it called? Pink palm
- 9:28Speaker 5: palm pops?
- 9:29Speaker 6: Pink palm puff? Yeah, like Jeff palm, like.
- 9:36Speaker 7: Palm tree palm pop.
- 9:39Speaker 14: I mean it's like whatever is cool on TikTok with
- 9:42Speaker 14: all these like tweens and like young teenage girls.
- 9:44Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean it's like, I mean, they're like these
- 9:47Speaker 6: crazy thick because now I know the one she's talking
- 9:49Speaker 6: about with that she used she tried to get a
- 9:51Speaker 6: stain off it with a tide pen and justle Yeah,
- 9:55Speaker 6: but they're like these super heavy.
- 9:58Speaker 5: I mean they are a really good quality.
- 10:00Speaker 14: They are good quality, but yeah, it's you know, that's
- 10:02Speaker 14: ridiculous gift. I think two years ago said this was
- 10:09Speaker 14: one of two that she bleached. So the first one
- 10:11Speaker 14: is still standing.
- 10:12Speaker 5: Yeah, would you say menace. The designs are pretty gaudy.
- 10:15Speaker 7: Yeah, they're pretty basic.
- 10:17Speaker 12: It looks yeah, it looks like Roxy to me.
- 10:19Speaker 5: Yeah, like Roxy.
- 10:21Speaker 14: These giant like the big giant pond and some of
- 10:24Speaker 14: them take.
- 10:25Speaker 5: The entire back of the sweatshirt. Yeap. What do they
- 10:29Speaker 5: go for? How much do they go for? Eighty bucks?
- 10:32Speaker 15: Okay, this says ninety plus tax of course, or twenty
- 10:37Speaker 15: five bucks on she and yeah the link loud love.
- 10:42Speaker 6: Yeah, those those of you cancer and are super flammable.
- 10:45Speaker 6: But so all right, well thanks for picking up.
- 10:49Speaker 2: Okay, I don't know.
- 10:50Speaker 5: These are not super cute sweat No, these girls love
- 10:54Speaker 5: it old time. It just looks so bay giant wine flowers.
- 10:57Speaker 6: Yes, this this woman's eleven year old. She wants the
- 10:59Speaker 6: ninety dollars sweatshirt, the ninety eight dollars Lululemon leggings. She
- 11:03Speaker 6: wants the new iPhone seventeen, and a bunch of makeup
- 11:07Speaker 6: and skincare products, which that stuff is also super huge
- 11:10Speaker 6: with these young girls, like the tweens and teens. And
- 11:14Speaker 6: so her Christmas list told U up to about eighteen
- 11:17Speaker 6: hundred bucks. Oh, a lot of people are flipping out.
- 11:20Speaker 5: Imagine, yeah, sure she's worse that much. Let's work eighteen
- 11:22Speaker 5: hundred dollars.
- 11:23Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, no, probably that's that's a lot of chores, man, Yeah,
- 11:26Speaker 6: that's a lot of choice. And again going back to
- 11:28Speaker 6: I think we brought this up last week. I keep
- 11:30Speaker 6: seeing these videos where parents are asking their kids name
- 11:33Speaker 6: something you got for Christmas last year, and they can't
- 11:35Speaker 6: do it, and they say, name something that we did
- 11:37Speaker 6: as a family last year, like where did we go
- 11:39Speaker 6: last year? And right away, and they can tell you
- 11:42Speaker 6: about a thousand things from it. Something the experience stuff
- 11:45Speaker 6: seems to be way better, Like we just went on
- 11:46Speaker 6: this cruise, you know, like that's way better than whatever
- 11:49Speaker 6: this sweatshirt that she just ruined, you know.
- 11:53Speaker 5: Eight seven seven forty four.
- 11:54Speaker 6: Woodie hit us up with the text over to two
- 11:57Speaker 6: two nine eight seven.

- 12:57Speaker 6: card day.
- 12:58Speaker 7: Oh yeah, I gotta get those send those out.
- 13:00Speaker 6: What do you mean get those going? Isn't it too late?
- 13:04Speaker 5: Certainly less than a week?
- 13:06Speaker 7: Easy?
- 13:07Speaker 6: Yeah, this would be the week to do it.
- 13:08Speaker 9: You can even you can put them off like per.
- 13:10Speaker 9: What I do is for my grandmother all the time.
- 13:12Speaker 9: Like per, I could do a single custom card with
- 13:14Speaker 9: a single custom text.
- 13:15Speaker 5: Have it.
- 13:16Speaker 6: I'll be here at her house in four days.
- 13:17Speaker 7: Yeah that.
- 13:18Speaker 12: But you send your grandma Christmas cards, I will.
- 13:20Speaker 5: Send her yeah yeah, ye. What's on the car?
- 13:23Speaker 9: It's usually a picture of her great grandkids from Christmas.
- 13:29Speaker 9: And then I've got a bunch of.
- 13:30Speaker 5: So you see.
- 13:30Speaker 6: You send her the same picture every year, like you mean.
- 13:34Speaker 9: Of yours or of my nieces and nephews enjoying their
- 13:39Speaker 9: Christmas presents, and then I'll send it to their great grandmother,
- 13:43Speaker 9: my grandmother.
- 13:44Speaker 7: Their parents don't do that.
- 13:45Speaker 5: Oh yeah, but this is.
- 13:46Speaker 9: Like a special like for me, you know, because she's
- 13:47Speaker 9: because my great great great my grandmother is she's like
- 13:50Speaker 9: big into photography and art and stuff like that.
- 13:51Speaker 5: So you're bonding and more. Yeah, it's actually rather thoughtful. Yeah,
- 13:59Speaker 5: was routing. I'm in there too as well.
- 14:01Speaker 6: Yeah, forgot my Christmas tick brought on?
- 14:04Speaker 9: Am I still get from her every Christmas and birthday?
- 14:08Speaker 9: Fifty dollars check handy?
- 14:11Speaker 6: Oh nice? Yeah, I think I told you my grandfather
- 14:15Speaker 6: every year for your birthday, you would just get however
- 14:17Speaker 6: old you were, So if you were like twelve, if
- 14:19Speaker 6: you got twelve bucks.
- 14:20Speaker 5: Oh wow, that's cute. Yeah, it's kill.
- 14:22Speaker 6: Today's National pastry Day. Yes, it's National Lama Day, sure,
- 14:27Speaker 6: and a techno day ocho. Yeah, it was Today in
- 14:33Speaker 6: history nineteen nineteen seventeen ninety.
- 14:37Speaker 5: Two, Yes, French Revolution something other.
- 14:42Speaker 6: The first recorded cremation in America was conducted the guy.
- 14:48Speaker 6: He was a colonial statesman who specified in his will
- 14:51Speaker 6: how he wished his body to be disposed of. He
- 14:53Speaker 6: asked her body to be burned and his ashes scattered
- 14:57Speaker 6: over his plantation in North Carolina. I'm sure sure by
- 15:00Speaker 6: the help.
- 15:00Speaker 7: Oh yeah.
- 15:03Speaker 6: Also today in history, this is nineteen nineteen sixty Domino's
- 15:09Speaker 6: Pizza was found in Menace. So today I've got the
- 15:14Speaker 6: birthdays of the port of birthday coming up here in
- 15:16Speaker 6: just a second. First Menace gonna tell us what's happening
- 15:18Speaker 6: in the world of entertainment.
- 15:20Speaker 11: Well, old school actor Dick Van Dyke is being talked
- 15:22Speaker 11: about a lot this week because his birthday is finally
- 15:25Speaker 11: on Saturday. He's gonna be turning one hundred years old,
- 15:27Speaker 11: and he believes that he lives so long because he
- 15:30Speaker 11: ditched two things. What were those two things, Greg.
- 15:33Speaker 5: Gotta be cigarettes, I would guess probably drinking.
- 15:37Speaker 7: Definitely alcohol.
- 15:38Speaker 6: Yeah, I was thinking that, but I don't want to
- 15:40Speaker 6: say it's cigarettes and Mustang.
- 15:42Speaker 5: Yeah, he went low carb.
- 15:48Speaker 11: Your keto, Well, you are pretty much correct, because he
- 15:51Speaker 11: said that ditching booze and cigarettes helped him, and he
- 15:55Speaker 11: said that he was like super hardcore in the fifties
- 15:58Speaker 11: of drinking and smoke, and by nineteen seventy two he
- 16:02Speaker 11: checked himself into a hospital because he was just having
- 16:06Speaker 11: too much fun blown alcoholic and he admitted that quitting
- 16:11Speaker 11: those was really hard, but he's still today at one
- 16:15Speaker 11: hundred that the smoking was so hard to cut that
- 16:19Speaker 11: he still choose a nicotine gum.
- 16:21Speaker 5: Really, yeah, I.
- 16:23Speaker 6: Know people that kicked heroin and cigarettes on the same
- 16:25Speaker 6: day and they said heroin was way easier.
- 16:28Speaker 9: Oh my god, And we should have seen the drinking
- 16:31Speaker 9: thing the whole time. She was always like falling over
- 16:32Speaker 9: furniture and stuff. Well also all of his old interviews,
- 16:37Speaker 9: he was like drinking and smoking.
- 16:39Speaker 6: Everybody was America and the American because a while cigarettes
- 16:43Speaker 6: were healthy for.
- 16:44Speaker 5: You, they would prescribe for stress.
- 16:47Speaker 11: Yeah, amazing back when America ruled. Yeah, all right. Moved
- 16:51Speaker 11: on to Bethany Frankel. She is a Bravo TV and
- 16:55Speaker 11: alcohol mogul from Skinny Girl Vodka vodka.
- 16:59Speaker 5: But she says that.
- 17:01Speaker 11: She shouldn't begin hate because she's been racking up millions
- 17:04Speaker 11: of dollars in real estate profits from all the houses
- 17:07Speaker 11: that she's been buying and selling. But the reason, because
- 17:11Speaker 11: I'm getting into it, the reason that she responded like
- 17:14Speaker 11: this is because she is in Architectural Digest.
- 17:18Speaker 5: Do you have that right?
- 17:19Speaker 6: I get the print copy of it.
- 17:23Speaker 11: She's getting a lot of hate because she's actually in
- 17:26Speaker 11: the latest issue and her Florida home is just getting
- 17:30Speaker 11: roasted by these people saying what were some of the quotes.
- 17:34Speaker 5: The quotes were, what is this home?
- 17:36Speaker 11: Goods all happening in one place, made in China dupes
- 17:41Speaker 11: featured in arch Now Architecture Yet we call it arc
- 17:48Speaker 11: ad not even bad taste, just no taste.
- 17:53Speaker 5: You can look at up. They got a thing on
- 17:55Speaker 5: Entertainment Tonight's YouTube page.
- 17:57Speaker 11: Rolling blind and accent wall paper, coffee tables made as
- 18:02Speaker 11: side tables.
- 18:03Speaker 6: Dude.
- 18:04Speaker 5: Yeah, wow, people are just scorching.
- 18:06Speaker 6: I'm sure you'll read all about it, Greg and your
- 18:08Speaker 6: subscription to how About how About Greg gets any physical magazine?
- 18:13Speaker 10: Still, I know it's pretty Yeah, it's a gift every
- 18:16Speaker 10: year from my father.
- 18:17Speaker 6: Did you write a check and put it in the
- 18:18Speaker 6: envelope and send.
- 18:19Speaker 10: It in for your gift from my dad? And he
- 18:22Speaker 10: renews it every year. But the thing I love.
- 18:25Speaker 5: It to defend Greg.
- 18:25Speaker 9: Yeah, Architectural Digest is this kind of thing you would
- 18:27Speaker 9: want a large, glossy photo of exactly.
- 18:30Speaker 5: This is not just this is not people, you know.
- 18:33Speaker 11: I just do see Greg roasting her house.
- 18:35Speaker 10: Though I have gone on their Instagram page and I'll
- 18:38Speaker 10: criticize people's houses, just require a design her.
- 18:42Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 18:44Speaker 11: She also followed up that she paid to sorry four
- 18:47Speaker 11: point two million dollars for this home, and she got
- 18:50Speaker 11: it at a discount because it was in foreclosure it's
- 18:52Speaker 11: actually worth six million dollars.
- 18:54Speaker 7: You know, I don't. I've never really seen her on Housewives,
- 18:57Speaker 7: but I like her. She always pops up on my
- 18:59Speaker 7: Instagram and she's always calling out big companies for being
- 19:02Speaker 7: a holes and like like big brands like air, Mais
- 19:05Speaker 7: and Prada. I like her. She's a she's sassy, ballsy.
- 19:09Speaker 11: Yeah, I'm off and on on Bethany. I mean, I
- 19:12Speaker 11: can't deny like she made something out of nothing and
- 19:16Speaker 11: became a multi millionaire of with this vodka company. But
- 19:20Speaker 11: sometimes like it's just too many comments on too many things.
- 19:24Speaker 6: Her soho apartment looks sub home goods. It looks like.
- 19:30Speaker 5: We're judging, yeah.
- 19:32Speaker 11: Thinking in the kind of in the same realm. Moving
- 19:34Speaker 11: on to Zoey Deschanel. Who is h who is she?
- 19:39Speaker 11: It's a new girl, but she's also engaged to one
- 19:42Speaker 11: of the property brothers, Yeah, Jonathan Scott. And she was
- 19:45Speaker 11: asked on a red carpet just recently like, hey, uh,
- 19:48Speaker 11: why aren't you guys married yet? Because I thought they
- 19:50Speaker 11: were married, But they have had a long engagement since
- 19:54Speaker 11: twenty twenty three, so a couple of years, you didn't.
- 19:57Speaker 5: I thought they're just boyfriend girlfriend really.
- 19:59Speaker 11: Yeah, and she says, well, the bar is very high.
- 20:03Speaker 11: I'm putting our wedding together, so it's taking a long
- 20:06Speaker 11: time and we're in no rush because we're practically married already.
- 20:09Speaker 7: So does I mean the bar is high on her
- 20:11Speaker 7: stupid wedding, like just get married?
- 20:14Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 20:14Speaker 11: Yeah, people are expecting like a super elaborate wedding for
- 20:18Speaker 11: some reason.
- 20:19Speaker 6: We don't know, I would think, because you know, they're
- 20:21Speaker 6: just stupid money.
- 20:22Speaker 11: Yeah, I don't know, but she says it's taking time
- 20:25Speaker 11: to put it all together. She's also it's her third marriage,
- 20:27Speaker 11: so I mean she's no rush.
- 20:29Speaker 5: Yeah, she is married the guy from Ben Gibbert and
- 20:32Speaker 5: then Joe Jacob chigak narks.
- 20:34Speaker 11: Oh sure, I don't know the Joe guy, but Ben
- 20:37Speaker 11: from the band job for Cutie Go, there you go.
- 20:41Speaker 9: So she's like a total salute. Oh geez, she doesn't
- 20:46Speaker 9: know what death does his part means?
- 20:48Speaker 2: Right?

- 24:12Speaker 11: Show.
- 24:13Speaker 5: All right, welcome back everybody.
- 24:15Speaker 6: Hey, all right, So if you still think Sebastian Maniscalco
- 24:19Speaker 6: is funny. Here's some more therapy for that awesome. This
- 24:24Speaker 6: is another clip that somebody hitped us too. This is
- 24:27Speaker 6: another one from his Hulu special It Ain't Right, which
- 24:31Speaker 6: is just came out this year, and it's about couples
- 24:34Speaker 6: watching TV. And this is a really great example of it.
- 24:37Speaker 6: When you listen to what he says and you took
- 24:41Speaker 6: out the audience laughing, would you once crack a smile?
- 24:47Speaker 6: This cured me, cured me. Would you crack a smile
- 24:50Speaker 6: or a laugh? Because I don't know what they're laughing
- 24:53Speaker 6: at here, and I'm not just trying to knock the
- 24:56Speaker 6: guy to knock him at this point, like I'm literally
- 24:59Speaker 6: s like I'm literally curious, Like I'm baffled. I love
- 25:03Speaker 6: all right, here we go, so again Sebastian Maniscalco from
- 25:07Speaker 6: his Hulu special It Ain't Right. This is about couples
- 25:09Speaker 6: watching TV.
- 25:10Speaker 4: We're not the TV couple. My wife and I we
- 25:13Speaker 4: don't watch a lot of TV. I'm sure everybody knows
- 25:16Speaker 4: a couple. That's that's all they do, telling you what
- 25:19Speaker 4: to watch. Why didn't you see him?
- 25:22Speaker 8: They're like, oh my god.
- 25:29Speaker 11: Rorris, why Probably he's probably doing something physical to.
- 25:36Speaker 5: He's doing Doc Brown.
- 25:37Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 25:38Speaker 11: But also and a lot of comedians talk about this too.
- 25:41Speaker 11: When they become super famous, they don't even know even that.
- 25:45Speaker 11: They asked themselves, did they think that they're what they're
- 25:49Speaker 11: doing is even funny.
- 25:50Speaker 5: Because everyone's here to see me, they already love me.
- 25:53Speaker 6: Yeah, alright, they got away till the fifth off or someone?
- 26:00Speaker 2: Well, what.
- 26:05Speaker 5: Sometimes we don't end up on random stuff.
- 26:07Speaker 1: We're watching this Jeffrey Dahmer.
- 26:10Speaker 17: If you don't know who Jeffrey Dahmer was, he was
- 26:13Speaker 17: eating people in the late eighties.
- 26:16Speaker 5: Oh, will turn it on.
- 26:20Speaker 3: Now.
- 26:20Speaker 4: My wife is the positive wife, constantly asking me to
- 26:24Speaker 4: pause the program.
- 26:27Speaker 5: Twenty minutes since she's like, could you pause it?
- 26:30Speaker 2: Okay?
- 26:30Speaker 5: What is it?
- 26:31Speaker 1: What are we gonna talk about?
- 26:33Speaker 4: She's like, I don't understand what's going on here.
- 26:36Speaker 2: He's eating people.
- 26:39Speaker 5: There's not a lot of plot, twist, fame. I don't
- 26:42Speaker 5: know what to tell you. He Got Hungry? That's the movie.
- 26:48Speaker 6: Who doesn't know who Dahmer is?
- 26:51Speaker 5: What just happened?
- 26:53Speaker 2: Again?
- 26:53Speaker 10: She put that into the AI program that you use
- 26:56Speaker 10: and take out the laughter. It would make it even
- 26:58Speaker 10: funny and it would be fun.
- 27:00Speaker 6: Have you seen that where they do that with episodes
- 27:01Speaker 6: of Friends.
- 27:02Speaker 5: Yes, it's weird, it's disturbing.
- 27:04Speaker 6: There was this one episode I just saw, well, part
- 27:07Speaker 6: of an episode I saw where it was Ross and whoever.
- 27:12Speaker 5: It was.
- 27:12Speaker 6: Wasn't it the boss of Rachel's boss, who was played
- 27:15Speaker 6: by famous act Paul Rudd. Oh, Paul, Yeah, so yeah
- 27:20Speaker 6: it was. It was a scene between Ross and whoever.
- 27:22Speaker 6: Paul Rudd was Phoebe's boyfriend. And it was the most
- 27:25Speaker 6: awkward because man, nothing was funny and it was just
- 27:31Speaker 6: dead silent.
- 27:32Speaker 11: It was so bad, but you thought it was funny
- 27:34Speaker 11: at the time because people were laughing.
- 27:36Speaker 5: Oh yeah, you had the Q laugh.
- 27:38Speaker 11: That's also what's happening in the arena. It was like, well,
- 27:40Speaker 11: other people are laughing, so I'm laughing.
- 27:42Speaker 6: Yeah, it's like sympathy po game.
- 27:43Speaker 5: Yeah. Eight seven seven forty four Woodie look.
- 27:48Speaker 2: At it was just his look all right?
- 27:57Speaker 6: And into another new hour in Stoctivity, Training for a
- 28:00Speaker 6: Politically Correct World. Wood Greg mannis Gina gram Seabath, Sammy
- 28:05Speaker 6: Morgan's here, what's up?
- 28:06Speaker 5: Phones open?
- 28:07Speaker 6: Eight seven seven four Woody text us over to nine
- 28:14Speaker 6: eight seven.
- 28:16Speaker 5: I love a good Greg Gory confession.
- 28:19Speaker 6: This is so gross, Greg Greg tells us stuff and
- 28:22Speaker 6: then immediately regrets, right, And I've never learned.
- 28:27Speaker 10: Yeah he doesn't. It's been but it's weird. It's like
- 28:30Speaker 10: cathartic to something, and then you feel maybe normal.
- 28:36Speaker 6: All you know is Greg said even he even grossed
- 28:39Speaker 6: himself out also, But God knows what this about. The regret,
- 28:43Speaker 6: it lasts for years and it never comes back to you.
- 28:48Speaker 6: I've heard a lot about it, you know, gross stuff
- 28:50Speaker 6: from Greg. Like he was trying to get that dog
- 28:53Speaker 6: turd out of the wood chips the landscaping, and the
- 28:56Speaker 6: wood chip kind of got stuck as he was trying
- 28:58Speaker 6: to like fling it, fling it in and all of
- 29:00Speaker 6: a sudden it released and the turd or part of
- 29:03Speaker 6: the turd went like right into his mouth.
- 29:07Speaker 11: You can't recover from that dogs poop because that makes it,
- 29:12Speaker 11: it makes it a little better.
- 29:13Speaker 6: Have you ever picked up a stranger's dogs poops?
- 29:16Speaker 16: Nobody?
- 29:17Speaker 2: I know.
- 29:17Speaker 12: I've thought about it when I see it, and then I'm.
- 29:19Speaker 5: Like, no, I'm not touching that.
- 29:20Speaker 6: I've got I've got a really strong stomach. I've got
- 29:23Speaker 6: a very strong visual constitution, Like I can look at
- 29:26Speaker 6: a lot of stuff. You told one thing I cannot
- 29:29Speaker 6: do man, I cannot pick up dog pooper. I could
- 29:33Speaker 6: do it with the I could do it with the
- 29:34Speaker 6: scooper thing, but like getting down.
- 29:37Speaker 5: You can't just do the bag and just I can
- 29:40Speaker 5: do it.
- 29:40Speaker 6: But that is something that actually grosses me out. It
- 29:44Speaker 6: grossed out about stuff, but that grosses me out warm
- 29:47Speaker 6: I thought about you and then and then I thought
- 29:50Speaker 6: about you menace, because there was this post that popped
- 29:53Speaker 6: up and it was they were looking at uh at
- 29:56Speaker 6: stones under a microscope, like kidney stones under a microsco
- 30:00Speaker 6: and that grossed me out about how that just kind
- 30:02Speaker 6: of naturally formed these perfect ninety degree angles. It looked
- 30:05Speaker 6: like it looked like the Fortress of Solitude from Superman.
- 30:10Speaker 2: It does.
- 30:11Speaker 6: I'm like, yeah, gusting enough if somebody had sculpted, like, oh,
- 30:15Speaker 6: that's cool. But the fact that it just formed naturally.
- 30:21Speaker 7: Found out about you what he is you're afraid of
- 30:23Speaker 7: or grossed out by dots?
- 30:25Speaker 6: Not afraid it's growth the tripophobia thing. Yeah, it's not afraid,
- 30:29Speaker 6: it's just it's it's gross, Like you never learned about that.
- 30:33Speaker 7: Yeah, my kid has that. I thought it was fake
- 30:34Speaker 7: until what he's like, No, I have it.
- 30:36Speaker 6: But most things gross. Greg got but the fact that
- 30:39Speaker 6: he even grossed himself.
- 30:41Speaker 10: Yeah, it's and it's there's some I guess, level of
- 30:44Speaker 10: shame to it that it's so it's twofold. My parents
- 30:48Speaker 10: recently visited. They stay in the guest room and when
- 30:50Speaker 10: they leave, when when any guest leaves my house, I
- 30:53Speaker 10: start cleaning immediately, so within one hour it looks like
- 30:57Speaker 10: nobody had been there. So I was doing this simple
- 31:00Speaker 10: chore of stripping the bed of the sheets, washing them,
- 31:03Speaker 10: and then making the bed. And what did that chore
- 31:06Speaker 10: make me do? Sweat Like it's not even that hot,
- 31:10Speaker 10: and I was sweating, and I thought, Okay, first of all,
- 31:13Speaker 10: that's disgusting. Why am I sweating by doing a simple chore?
- 31:18Speaker 10: Make it probably making the bed? And I thought, that
- 31:21Speaker 10: is disgusting. I'm so gross. How am I sweating doing simple.
- 31:25Speaker 6: But still it's a you're doing some kind of like
- 31:27Speaker 6: physical activity.
- 31:28Speaker 10: But barely disproportionately sweaty to the point where I thought,
- 31:35Speaker 10: you know what, I should probably take another shower. That's
- 31:38Speaker 10: how sweaty I am?
- 31:39Speaker 5: Gross?
- 31:40Speaker 10: How gross is that? So I take a shower and
- 31:43Speaker 10: then I shortly after that time to go to bed.
- 31:46Speaker 10: So I'm still not damp from the shower. But I'm
- 31:48Speaker 10: freshly showered and I'm lying in bed, and I have
- 31:51Speaker 10: an itch right around my belly button. So I start scratching,
- 31:55Speaker 10: and I end up putting my finger into my belly
- 31:58Speaker 10: button and I scoop out what felt like four pounds
- 32:03Speaker 10: of wet junk. I don't know if it was just
- 32:08Speaker 10: lint or lint or cotton.
- 32:12Speaker 6: Or it was an indescribable like lint ball.
- 32:16Speaker 5: I guess lint would be cotton kind of well, yeah,
- 32:18Speaker 5: I guess so cotton shirts kind of grayish wet because
- 32:23Speaker 5: it just showered, and so what do I do with it?
- 32:25Speaker 5: Of course I had to smell it.
- 32:27Speaker 6: Yeah, anytime for whatever reason, anytime you like you scratch
- 32:31Speaker 6: your balls or put your finger in your belly button.
- 32:33Speaker 5: I don't know if it's just a dude thing.
- 32:35Speaker 11: The women do that too, like you smell it, smell it. Oh,
- 32:37Speaker 11: I had to smell it, and it was vile. You
- 32:40Speaker 11: gotta check if you're clean.
- 32:42Speaker 5: So gross? Do you do that right?
- 32:43Speaker 1: Menace?
- 32:43Speaker 5: Of course?
- 32:44Speaker 6: Yeah, Like if you have you scratched behind your ear
- 32:46Speaker 6: or you guys fellas, do you guys do that? Like
- 32:48Speaker 6: you put your finger in your belly button, scratch your
- 32:50Speaker 6: nuts or something like that. You gotta smell your fingers,
- 32:52Speaker 6: smell it.
- 32:53Speaker 5: I don't do that, Tyler, how about you.
- 32:54Speaker 6: I'm sure Tyler does it. God, no, monster, I don't
- 32:57Speaker 6: want to.
- 32:57Speaker 5: Of course he does.
- 33:00Speaker 6: Every five minutes, rub the back of your ear and
- 33:02Speaker 6: smell it. You ever get like an inch like maybe
- 33:04Speaker 6: the top of your ass, and you scratch that and
- 33:06Speaker 6: then you smell that.
- 33:07Speaker 7: Well, I guess it's like a caveman thing, like to
- 33:08Speaker 7: see if you're healthy.
- 33:10Speaker 6: I'm sure that's what it is. It goes back to caveman.
- 33:13Speaker 5: Sorry, you just like it again. It's testing like how.
- 33:17Speaker 6: Clean you are? An extra I know.
- 33:20Speaker 10: I almost did too, and I was like making myself
- 33:23Speaker 10: ill by smelling. It smelled so bad and it was,
- 33:26Speaker 10: uh it kept going. I thought, how deep is the
- 33:30Speaker 10: belly button? So I do the scoop and I get
- 33:32Speaker 10: a good chunk of it out to the point where
- 33:35Speaker 10: I I ball it up, you know, and I like
- 33:38Speaker 10: went like I kind of like less of a flick
- 33:42Speaker 10: and more like a little tossed to the floor.
- 33:44Speaker 6: And I have that you would do that.
- 33:47Speaker 10: And I have a rug on my bedroom floor and
- 33:50Speaker 10: when it hit the rug, it kind of went like
- 33:52Speaker 10: you could hear it Land, You hear it Land?
- 33:54Speaker 5: Wow?
- 33:55Speaker 6: Is that bad you when you shower you don't clean
- 33:58Speaker 6: your belly button?
- 33:58Speaker 5: I thought, I did you know?
- 34:00Speaker 6: I dig in there now because I had kind of
- 34:02Speaker 6: the similar experience with you, Like there was one point
- 34:04Speaker 6: where I did have an itch and I itched it
- 34:06Speaker 6: and I felt like a you know, like kind of
- 34:08Speaker 6: like a like a like a belly button booger. Yeah,
- 34:10Speaker 6: And I got it out there. And from that point
- 34:12Speaker 6: on it was like, man, I really get in there.
- 34:14Speaker 6: I make sure there's a ton of soap in there.
- 34:17Speaker 6: And it hurts though. And also as a fat guy, Uh,
- 34:20Speaker 6: your belly button's deep, yeah, but it's not clean.
- 34:24Speaker 5: It can get like really itchy, and then it gets
- 34:26Speaker 5: itchy and.
- 34:26Speaker 10: Then it gets red after you scoop everything out. So
- 34:29Speaker 10: now in the shower, I do make a point to
- 34:31Speaker 10: kind of get in there. But this particular time, I
- 34:34Speaker 10: was like, have I ever cleaned? Have you ever cleaned
- 34:36Speaker 10: your house? And you think, especially you would, you're a
- 34:39Speaker 10: clean guy, And then you move a table or a
- 34:42Speaker 10: couch and you think, have I ever cleaned?
- 34:45Speaker 7: Field of dust bunnies?
- 34:46Speaker 10: That's how I feel about my body. I'm a clean guy.
- 34:50Speaker 10: Until I did this, I thought, what the hell have
- 34:52Speaker 10: I ever cleaned myself?
- 34:54Speaker 6: And even when you do clean your belly button after
- 34:57Speaker 6: during showers or whatever, like, man, it could be the
- 35:00Speaker 6: middle of the day and you scratching there and you
- 35:03Speaker 6: could smell like for whatever reason, it creates a funk.
- 35:07Speaker 6: Dig your finger in your belly button right now and
- 35:08Speaker 6: then take a whip and swirl it around around. Remember
- 35:12Speaker 6: I used to have to do COVID test with a
- 35:13Speaker 6: little swabby.
- 35:16Speaker 7: It doesn't okay, it doesn't smell like anything, but I'm
- 35:18Speaker 7: also getting over cold, that's anything.
- 35:22Speaker 3: Greg.
- 35:22Speaker 12: So how long did you play with this thing before
- 35:24Speaker 12: you finally put it in.
- 35:24Speaker 10: The I had to make sure that I was empty,
- 35:27Speaker 10: so like there was nothing in there. So let's just know,
- 35:30Speaker 10: let's say five minutes.
- 35:31Speaker 5: I can't believe you put it on the floor.
- 35:32Speaker 6: That's like I would vacuum it. But when you had it,
- 35:34Speaker 6: you were rolling in your fingers. Did you hold onto
- 35:36Speaker 6: it for a while because you kept like.
- 35:38Speaker 10: You know, you got to make sure it's throwable because
- 35:41Speaker 10: it sometimes you roll it around and then it just
- 35:43Speaker 10: sticks to your finger. So I made sure it was
- 35:45Speaker 10: dry enough to throw it. I do that when I
- 35:47Speaker 10: get like a really good booger. Sometimes like I'll just
- 35:51Speaker 10: like like, man, this thing is massive. I almost like
- 35:53Speaker 10: just keep not admiring it, but you just keep like
- 35:55Speaker 10: looking at it before you toss it. Have you ever
- 35:58Speaker 10: done it where it's like so goofy and wet that
- 36:00Speaker 10: you kind of stretch your fingers apart and it's like
- 36:02Speaker 10: pizza dough.
- 36:05Speaker 6: And then you balllet ballt.
- 36:08Speaker 11: Or if you have like a really big toenail that
- 36:11Speaker 11: you remove, yeah, piece of toe skin and it's like
- 36:16Speaker 11: you're like you're kind of proud of it, so you
- 36:18Speaker 11: kind of display it and look at it.
- 36:19Speaker 5: I don't have like we're like, like you have toe
- 36:24Speaker 5: heel toe heels get dry and I'll like scrape them off.
- 36:27Speaker 6: With You get a little big piece and you're like, oh,
- 36:31Speaker 6: that's huge Minnesota, like super thick, almost like a shoe.
- 36:37Speaker 5: Yeah, like thickness, callous.
- 36:41Speaker 10: It's kind of like an oil change for your car.
- 36:42Speaker 10: You kind of forget about it and then until it's due.
- 36:45Speaker 10: So this is let this be a reminder clean out
- 36:48Speaker 10: your belly button, okay, because it's foul. It was gross
- 36:53Speaker 10: and I and I felt disgusting. I felt like that's
- 36:55Speaker 10: such a loser.
- 36:56Speaker 7: Is this a gender thing? Because mine, I really don't
- 36:59Speaker 7: believe it smell.
- 37:01Speaker 2: Smelling.
- 37:02Speaker 12: I mean I have more of like an any OUTI
- 37:03Speaker 12: stuff can't get stuck in it.
- 37:05Speaker 5: Any audi, in any audi, I.
- 37:07Speaker 7: Don't smell anything you want to smell it?
- 37:09Speaker 6: No, there there, And you got big nails too, like
- 37:14Speaker 6: you could really do the yeah yeah, get yeah, she
- 37:17Speaker 6: samples get.
- 37:18Speaker 5: Down into her soul. Yea with those things, I feel
- 37:22Speaker 5: I feel you it was gross.
- 37:23Speaker 6: Yeah, I feel it was never ending eight seven seven
- 37:27Speaker 6: forty four. What a lot of people are you know,
- 37:30Speaker 6: relating to you on the text now that some people said,
- 37:33Speaker 6: you know, just getting older is the worst, you know,
- 37:35Speaker 6: Like Greg, I feel you stuff like that. Maybe you're
- 37:38Speaker 6: going through menopause. It's you're sweating so easily.
- 37:40Speaker 5: Maybe these are the hot flash manopause, male menopod.
- 37:45Speaker 7: Well, I'm sure your hormones are changing really yeah.
- 37:48Speaker 6: Are becoming more chicklike. I mean like chicks become more
- 37:51Speaker 6: dude like, and dudes become more chick like.
- 37:53Speaker 5: I walk from the washing machine to the bedroom and
- 37:57Speaker 5: make a bed and I sweat.
- 37:59Speaker 7: Well aesthetic were you sick?
- 38:01Speaker 3: Did you have?
- 38:02Speaker 12: It could also be like vitamins. I started getting night
- 38:05Speaker 12: sweats and it was because I was low on iron.
- 38:08Speaker 7: Eat more stakums.
- 38:09Speaker 5: I mean, you are pretty fat. I know.
- 38:11Speaker 6: Well you can said you were text to two dine
- 38:13Speaker 6: seven use a Q tube of peroxide for your belly
- 38:15Speaker 6: button because you can actually get a yeast infection in there.
- 38:17Speaker 5: Thank oh my god.
- 38:21Speaker 11: Atologieslogy and it Seizonology show.
- 38:29Speaker 6: Ratings come out every week and if they're not good
- 38:31Speaker 6: or good enough, Greg mentioned his parents, we're here visiting
- 38:41Speaker 6: and what to go, you know, clean the room and
- 38:46Speaker 6: pulled the sheets off the bed and everything as soon
- 38:47Speaker 6: as they left. Yeah, So it got me thinking because
- 38:50Speaker 6: I've been wanting to bring this up because I saw
- 38:53Speaker 6: this this clip, and man, can I relate to this?
- 38:58Speaker 6: Do your parents? And I'm a grown ass man, I'm
- 39:01Speaker 6: pushing fifty years old, and my parents and it's all parents.
- 39:06Speaker 6: It's it's both my mom and my stepdad, and my
- 39:10Speaker 6: dad and my step mom and even my wife's parents.
- 39:13Speaker 6: They're the biggest secret keepers. Like oh yeah, like when
- 39:19Speaker 6: there's stuff going on, stuff that they would if I
- 39:22Speaker 6: didn't share the stuff with them that they're not sharing
- 39:25Speaker 6: with us, they would be so upset. Yeah, Like if
- 39:29Speaker 6: there was maybe like a health concern I was looking into,
- 39:34Speaker 6: or things of that nature, or something going on with
- 39:36Speaker 6: one of the kids, or something going on with Jen.
- 39:39Speaker 5: They probably preface it with we didn't want to worry you,
- 39:42Speaker 5: right right.
- 39:43Speaker 6: I'm almost fifty years old. Yes, I can take like
- 39:47Speaker 6: I'm a grown ass person, Like do your parents keep
- 39:51Speaker 6: stuff from you? And then you find out out like
- 39:53Speaker 6: what do you mean you've been like going through test
- 39:56Speaker 6: four whatever?
- 39:57Speaker 5: Or why are you just telling me this now?
- 40:00Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 40:01Speaker 10: I mean if my parents do that, they're doing it
- 40:03Speaker 10: well because I don't know of any examples. Yeah, yeah,
- 40:06Speaker 10: I think that's a lot.
- 40:07Speaker 5: With my in laws. My in laws are super secretive.
- 40:10Speaker 6: Really oh really, Also, I would say, yeah, if I
- 40:13Speaker 6: had to power rank, I would say I would say
- 40:16Speaker 6: that my in laws are the most secretive, followed by
- 40:19Speaker 6: my mother and my stepfather their vaults.
- 40:22Speaker 5: And then what do you think they're hiding though?
- 40:24Speaker 6: Just oh like for a while, Yeah, I found out
- 40:26Speaker 6: that my you know, my stepfather was like undergoing like
- 40:28Speaker 6: all this stuff for like a possible heart condition and
- 40:31Speaker 6: was wearing like a Wolter monitor, and there's like this
- 40:33Speaker 6: big concern and I'm like.
- 40:35Speaker 5: What I talk to you every week, every week. Yeah,
- 40:39Speaker 5: and she never once brought that up, never brought it up.
- 40:41Speaker 7: Is she one of these Well you didn't ask, Oh,
- 40:43Speaker 7: I was supposed to know.
- 40:44Speaker 6: And even when I do ask things sometimes I get
- 40:48Speaker 6: a run around, like they clearly just aren't interested. But
- 40:51Speaker 6: it doesn't work the other way, Like if I did
- 40:54Speaker 6: share something correct, they.
- 40:55Speaker 5: Would be so mad. Yeah.
- 40:58Speaker 6: I just at what point do you become an adult enough? Yeah,
- 41:01Speaker 6: because you're just concerned, like you care or you want
- 41:04Speaker 6: to be able to help, or you want to be
- 41:05Speaker 6: able to I don't know.
- 41:07Speaker 11: I support the heart I mean, did it end up
- 41:09Speaker 11: being anything serious with the heart monitor thing?
- 41:13Speaker 6: He's got some kind of thing, but it's super manageable.
- 41:16Speaker 6: It's not super concerning, is.
- 41:18Speaker 5: That when they shared it with you?
- 41:19Speaker 6: When they found out?
- 41:20Speaker 5: No, you know what I found out. I remember.
- 41:23Speaker 6: I had that whole thing where the Urgent Care put
- 41:27Speaker 6: me on like two steroid packs back to back for
- 41:29Speaker 6: those gnarly sinus infections, right, and I had these crazy
- 41:34Speaker 6: heart palpitations. I was convinced I was having like some
- 41:36Speaker 6: kind of heart attack or whatever, because I'm very rarely
- 41:38Speaker 6: on any kind of medication, and so I freaked out
- 41:41Speaker 6: and my doctor's like, no, no, no, it's just the
- 41:43Speaker 6: side effect of this. But I'm like, are you sure,
- 41:45Speaker 6: because I've never felt like he's like, look, you're at
- 41:48Speaker 6: the time I was forty, They're like, we'll put you through,
- 41:51Speaker 6: I'll put your stress test, we'll do whatever, just to
- 41:53Speaker 6: kind of get in. It's a good time to do
- 41:54Speaker 6: a baseline for your heart health at forty. That way,
- 41:58Speaker 6: going forward will have something, you know, as an adult
- 42:01Speaker 6: to kind of comparative, right, And so I did the
- 42:03Speaker 6: Halter monitor, and then that's when I got the information
- 42:06Speaker 6: that the previous year, oh well, you know John, uh,
- 42:10Speaker 6: you know had this hard thing Like what are you
- 42:12Speaker 6: talking about hearts since when?
- 42:14Speaker 5: Yeah, they just want to protect you, yeah.
- 42:16Speaker 6: Or I find out that you know, my uh, you know,
- 42:18Speaker 6: my stepmother had like some kind of like cancer scare
- 42:21Speaker 6: or like you know, yeah, yeah, you don't hear anything.
- 42:24Speaker 11: I mean, I I mean, your parents are divorced as well,
- 42:28Speaker 11: but so like, I don't know, I have two different sides.
- 42:30Speaker 11: I have one parent that just like shares everything with
- 42:34Speaker 11: not much information. So it's like the end of the
- 42:37Speaker 11: world every single day. And then I've called the next
- 42:40Speaker 11: day and like what about the thing that was going on.
- 42:42Speaker 11: Oh no, no big deal, you know. So it's like
- 42:45Speaker 11: everything is like nine one one emergency every time it
- 42:49Speaker 11: comes up, no matter what it is. Well, and then
- 42:51Speaker 11: so that's just like I don't even know what to
- 42:53Speaker 11: take serious anymore. Yeah, on that kind of stuff. And
- 42:55Speaker 11: then the other one doesn't really want to share anything
- 42:58Speaker 11: unless it's something because.
- 42:59Speaker 6: Again I saw all this this clip. It's a therapist.
- 43:01Speaker 6: Her name is Mary Beth so Much, and she made
- 43:04Speaker 6: a post about this that's gone viral, this one specifically
- 43:08Speaker 6: about boom er parents, which my parents are, Yeah, baby
- 43:11Speaker 6: boomers who keep news secret from their grown kids.
- 43:15Speaker 3: We're going to play the part of the parent. Well,
- 43:16Speaker 3: grandma's been on life support for the last week and
- 43:19Speaker 3: it's not looking good. So we wanted to wait until
- 43:21Speaker 3: we knew for sure that it wasn't looking good, till
- 43:24Speaker 3: we called okay, we're back now. I understand protecting your
- 43:27Speaker 3: children from information that may not be like developmentally appropriate
- 43:31Speaker 3: when it comes to illness with family members, but these
- 43:33Speaker 3: are adult children now. The lack of communication regarding important
- 43:38Speaker 3: family health events has not only increased their anxiety now
- 43:41Speaker 3: because they don't trust that you'll tell them, but it's
- 43:43Speaker 3: resulted in a fracture in your relationship or a breach
- 43:46Speaker 3: of trust.
- 43:47Speaker 6: I would tell you that is absolutely honest. Yeah, and
- 43:50Speaker 6: that is true. That is exactly what my reaction was.
- 43:53Speaker 6: My reaction was like, you know what, FM, I'm not
- 43:54Speaker 6: telling them anything. I know, you'll tell them how my
- 43:56Speaker 6: day was. And so like when I and for a
- 43:59Speaker 6: while there, Mike calls were very much yeah, good, good,
- 44:03Speaker 6: and whatever was going on.
- 44:05Speaker 5: Didn't even bring it up?
- 44:05Speaker 7: Did they notice?
- 44:07Speaker 3: Like what do you mean?
- 44:08Speaker 5: Because the calls were the calls.
- 44:09Speaker 6: Were pretty short because you don't get into anything, there's
- 44:11Speaker 6: nothing to really talk about it. They're not sharing what's
- 44:13Speaker 6: going on in your life. Then you're taking away your
- 44:15Speaker 6: own ammo of I share with you? Why didn't you
- 44:17Speaker 6: because because I've always done that?
- 44:19Speaker 5: But I you know, it was again, this is a
- 44:21Speaker 5: this is a petty react. I was going to say,
- 44:24Speaker 5: but oh yeah, you're not petty.
- 44:26Speaker 6: Petty. I mean, I'm not going to tell you, but
- 44:29Speaker 6: I'm saying, but I got mad about it.
- 44:30Speaker 7: I get that, And like she said, what else are
- 44:33Speaker 7: you not sharing with me? What else do I have
- 44:34Speaker 7: to stress about that You're not gonna, you know, let
- 44:37Speaker 7: me in on that would drive me insane.
- 44:39Speaker 6: And I have said before, I'm like, hey, when stuff
- 44:41Speaker 6: like this happened, like in whatever it was, and when
- 44:43Speaker 6: stuff like this in particular happens, like, you gotta.
- 44:46Speaker 5: Let me know.
- 44:47Speaker 12: Is it typically?
- 44:48Speaker 13: And I'm asking out of experience for me, is is
- 44:50Speaker 13: it your reaction that makes them not want to say
- 44:53Speaker 13: anything right away?
- 44:54Speaker 6: Because I'm super supporting.
- 44:55Speaker 12: My parents have done that to me before, where it's
- 44:56Speaker 12: like we're gonna not maybe tell her.
- 44:59Speaker 7: I'm opposite they oh, no, trauma dump on me every day.
- 45:02Speaker 13: Oh well, I just mean like my childhood dog when
- 45:04Speaker 13: they were gonna put them down the next day. My
- 45:07Speaker 13: mom didn't want to tell me because she didn't want
- 45:09Speaker 13: me to get upset.
- 45:09Speaker 5: But at this point, I'm in, you do cry very easily,
- 45:12Speaker 5: so I could see maybe I didn't.
- 45:13Speaker 12: I didn't as much back that, but yeah I did.
- 45:15Speaker 13: It was a very traumatizing thing, obviously, and my mom
- 45:18Speaker 13: didn't want to tell me at all, but my dad
- 45:20Speaker 13: was like, we should tell her. They told me the
- 45:21Speaker 13: night before, and I mean I went and I went
- 45:24Speaker 13: with them, but their initial decision was to just not
- 45:26Speaker 13: tell me and all of a sudden not come home.
- 45:28Speaker 6: I'm actually not a very even emotionally even keeled when
- 45:32Speaker 6: it comes to because I'll take stuff, I'll analyze it,
- 45:34Speaker 6: I'll think about it, and then how you know I
- 45:36Speaker 6: I do enjoy a good problem solver type situation. And
- 45:40Speaker 6: so that's typically what I go right into. So when
- 45:42Speaker 6: my mom was, you know, having all these issues with
- 45:45Speaker 6: you know, hip replacement, and that got screwed up because
- 45:47Speaker 6: the surgeon did something wrong and she had to have
- 45:49Speaker 6: a revision surgery and blah blah blah blah.
- 45:50Speaker 5: Blah, and she had to go these tests.
- 45:52Speaker 6: But the tests and the insurance companies are not getting
- 45:55Speaker 6: back to I go, hey, and she's losing her mental
- 45:58Speaker 6: you know, uh, you know, her her mind's exploding because
- 46:01Speaker 6: you know, all this anxiety. I said, hey, just go
- 46:04Speaker 6: get the test. And where does this where? I go, Hey,
- 46:06Speaker 6: just go get the test if you need like, I'll
- 46:08Speaker 6: cover it. I'll cover it and then we'll figure out
- 46:11Speaker 6: the insurance part later. For your peace of mind, go
- 46:13Speaker 6: get it done, Like why are you waiting around for me?
- 46:14Speaker 5: Just go get it done.
- 46:15Speaker 6: So that's that's more of my approach, right, And you know,
- 46:18Speaker 6: sometimes people just need to also hear you know what
- 46:21Speaker 6: that does suck and said, you know what, I'm sure
- 46:23Speaker 6: it's gonna be fine. That's one thing I learned when
- 46:27Speaker 6: my mom was going through her her cancer treatments. She's like,
- 46:30Speaker 6: you know, I really appreciate everybody's like, well wishes and
- 46:32Speaker 6: they're raw, raw and everything else, because sometimes you just
- 46:35Speaker 6: want someone to say, you know what, this.
- 46:37Speaker 7: Really sucks, validate when I'm going like, yeah, commiserate with
- 46:41Speaker 7: you exactly.
- 46:41Speaker 6: So I try to do knowing for her. I try
- 46:44Speaker 6: to get you know, a little bit of that in there,
- 46:47Speaker 6: but also like some type of you know, help that
- 46:49Speaker 6: I can provide well in.
- 46:50Speaker 5: Your next conversation with her, maybe end the talk with
- 46:53Speaker 5: anything else you want to share.
- 46:55Speaker 6: Ye, well, even just like the last conversation I have,
- 46:59Speaker 6: because I, you know, uh, had experienced a couple of
- 47:01Speaker 6: friends who lost parents and they had no idea like
- 47:05Speaker 6: how anything was set up.
- 47:06Speaker 5: So like who do I even talk to?
- 47:08Speaker 6: Because now they were because now they were in charge
- 47:10Speaker 6: of like cleaning things up, tying up blue sends.
- 47:14Speaker 5: And I realized that, man, I really don't know anything.
- 47:17Speaker 6: Yeah, I don't know who I would go to. I
- 47:20Speaker 6: don't know, like is there a person in contact like
- 47:22Speaker 6: and so and so. I sat them down at one
- 47:26Speaker 6: point and I asked them the question, and man, you
- 47:29Speaker 6: would have thought I was asking about intimate details of
- 47:33Speaker 6: their bedroom life. And I got the biggest blowoff and
- 47:36Speaker 6: I go really, oh yeah, and almost like and I said, hey,
- 47:41Speaker 6: I don't want a dime of your mind. I don't
- 47:44Speaker 6: want anything. I don't need anything from you.
- 47:45Speaker 5: I don't want to.
- 47:47Speaker 6: I guess all I'm asking. I just want to know
- 47:49Speaker 6: what I would do or what am I? What am
- 47:51Speaker 6: I supposed? Am I supposed to do anything in that situation?
- 47:53Speaker 6: Or is it if it's handled, tell me it's handled. Yes, yeah,
- 47:56Speaker 6: that's all I need to know. But if there's like
- 47:58Speaker 6: a key under a math that opens a box that
- 48:00Speaker 6: has instructions, I just can I have that?
- 48:02Speaker 16: Yes?
- 48:03Speaker 5: Exactly.
- 48:03Speaker 7: When I went through this with my dad, it was
- 48:06Speaker 7: everything that could go wrong did go wrong. It was
- 48:08Speaker 7: horrible from every single and I was losing my mind
- 48:11Speaker 7: and my mom goes, what can I do to help?
- 48:12Speaker 3: I go?
- 48:13Speaker 7: You cannot put me through this again? Yeah, so we
- 48:15Speaker 7: got everything sorted out.
- 48:17Speaker 6: Yeaheah, I wish I had that. I just want I
- 48:19Speaker 6: want to know the plan.
- 48:20Speaker 3: You have to know?
- 48:21Speaker 11: Well, I'm asking, what did they say? Is because is
- 48:24Speaker 11: it put on another sibling?
- 48:26Speaker 6: Uh No, I was just told that I would get
- 48:28Speaker 6: I would get a phone call from somebody. I don't
- 48:32Speaker 6: know who that somebody is, right, you'll.
- 48:34Speaker 5: Know when it's so I'm sure.
- 48:36Speaker 6: I'm sure it's like a lawyer of some kind or
- 48:39Speaker 6: can you have a name, right, Like, That's what I'm saying.
- 48:42Speaker 6: And it's not because my sister will pretty much go
- 48:45Speaker 6: around the whole house with like little like green dots
- 48:47Speaker 6: and put the stickers on stuff she wants.
- 48:49Speaker 5: Like I am the opposite.
- 48:50Speaker 6: I don't want anything that has nothing to do with
- 48:53Speaker 6: Like I'm not digging in to find out like what,
- 48:55Speaker 6: I just want to know what I'm supposed to do
- 48:57Speaker 6: if that got it when that time happened.
- 49:00Speaker 7: And you know, well you're supposed to answer the phone
- 49:02Speaker 7: when it rings.
- 49:02Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, that's okay.
- 49:04Speaker 6: If that's the case, fine, But man, like I guess
- 49:07Speaker 6: the phone is just to let them know that they
- 49:10Speaker 6: they passed.
- 49:11Speaker 5: Let you know, well, I would know that they passed.
- 49:13Speaker 5: That's what I'm saying.
- 49:14Speaker 6: As far as like the affairs and things.
- 49:16Speaker 5: Like that, go, like what do you want?
- 49:18Speaker 7: You got to push harder?
- 49:19Speaker 2: Do we have?
- 49:20Speaker 3: Do we have?
- 49:20Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 49:21Speaker 6: Are there any kind of like directive, right, like what
- 49:24Speaker 6: do you want after the fact? Yeah, even even before
- 49:26Speaker 6: you die. If you're in the hospital and you're you're
- 49:28Speaker 6: on a machine, like am I supposed to and they
- 49:30Speaker 6: ask me because I'm your your son?
- 49:31Speaker 5: Like what do I tell them?
- 49:33Speaker 7: You need to appeal to their sense of guilt and
- 49:35Speaker 7: like why would you do this to me?
- 49:36Speaker 5: Right? What about me?
- 49:38Speaker 2: No?
- 49:38Speaker 7: Seriously, like you're not going to be responsive and I'm
- 49:41Speaker 7: just supposed to make the decisions, like, don't do that
- 49:43Speaker 7: to me. That's so I said to my mother. It worked.
- 49:46Speaker 6: Yeah, So I mean, look, I'm trying, you know, to
- 49:50Speaker 6: keep it in my mind when kids ask questions as
- 49:53Speaker 6: long as it's age appropriate.
- 49:54Speaker 5: I saw that.
- 49:55Speaker 6: I'm like, that's really good. That's a really good point,
- 49:57Speaker 6: because you don't you do trust them us, like they're
- 49:59Speaker 6: not telling you something.
- 50:00Speaker 5: Yep.
- 50:00Speaker 6: And if you're already that person who's wired that way
- 50:03Speaker 6: to feel that people are keeping stuff from you or
- 50:05Speaker 6: you know, you can't trust somebody, which I certainly have.
- 50:08Speaker 6: I suffer from that big time. You know, it makes
- 50:11Speaker 6: it more different. I don't I don't want that for
- 50:13Speaker 6: I don't want my kids to feel that way. Yeah,
- 50:15Speaker 6: about me or about you know, my wife and I.
- 50:18Speaker 7: Although if I was your kid, I'd be like, yeah,
- 50:19Speaker 7: he's got to figure it out, like all your stuff.
- 50:22Speaker 5: Like I would know you, like I would assume. I mean,
- 50:24Speaker 5: just look at me, you know exactly got everything figured out.
- 50:28Speaker 5: This is a guy that's got stuff figured out. Okay,
- 50:31Speaker 5: sure he knows if he wants the plug polled or not.
- 50:34Speaker 6: Yeah, eight seven seven forty four wooding you kids set
- 50:37Speaker 6: us a text over to two two ninety seven so
- 50:38Speaker 6: much What was the name of that that therapy at
- 50:41Speaker 6: the clip from that lady?
- 50:42Speaker 5: Her name is Mary Beth so much s O M
- 50:45Speaker 5: I C H.
- 50:47Speaker 6: And yeah again, if you're just tuning in and you
- 50:49Speaker 6: got parents that keep stuff from you, this is what
- 50:51Speaker 6: she had to.
- 50:51Speaker 3: Say, going to play the part of the parent. Well,
- 50:53Speaker 3: grandma's been on life support for the last week and
- 50:55Speaker 3: it's not looking good. So we wanted to wait until
- 50:58Speaker 3: we knew for sure that it was looking good, till
- 51:00Speaker 3: we called, Hey, we're back now.
- 51:02Speaker 6: I understand protecting.
- 51:03Speaker 3: Your children from information that may not be like developmentally
- 51:07Speaker 3: appropriate when it comes to illness with family members, but.
- 51:09Speaker 7: These are adult children now.
- 51:11Speaker 3: The lack of communication regarding important family health events has
- 51:15Speaker 3: not only increased their anxiety now because they don't trust
- 51:18Speaker 3: that you'll tell them, but it's resulted in a fracture
- 51:21Speaker 3: in your relationship or a breach of trust.
- 51:23Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 51:24Speaker 7: True.
- 51:24Speaker 6: Interesting, and Mary Beth so much. And that that clips
- 51:28Speaker 6: going viral, It keeps popping up. Maybe it's a my algorithm,
- 51:31Speaker 6: you know, Yes, send that to your mom.
- 51:33Speaker 5: Okay, my hands are around.
- 51:36Speaker 2: Do you feel each individual pomp?
- 51:42Speaker 5: Yeah, a lot of people in the text understanding.
- 51:44Speaker 6: Then that last conversation we're having about parents keeping secrets
- 51:47Speaker 6: from their adult kids, things like they should tell you,
- 51:51Speaker 6: they should know if you should be hip and said, man,
- 51:53Speaker 6: what do you keep asking questions?
- 51:55Speaker 5: Because it's so hard to figure out after the facts.
- 51:57Speaker 7: It's true, it's almost impossible.
- 51:59Speaker 6: And then this textas came over to two two ninety seven.
- 52:01Speaker 6: I wasn't expecting to wake up to a heavy topic,
- 52:03Speaker 6: but I needed to hear it because I was beginning
- 52:05Speaker 6: to feel that I was the only one going through this. Now. Yeah,
- 52:09Speaker 6: both my parents passed away, but they would never tell
- 52:11Speaker 6: us anything that was going on until it was over
- 52:13Speaker 6: or too late. My mom would have surgery and tell
- 52:16Speaker 6: us after Yes, exactly, that's my that's my dad and stepmom.
- 52:20Speaker 6: Like my stepmom had some like kind of like surgic
- 52:22Speaker 6: cool thing going and I had no idea to have
- 52:24Speaker 6: to the fact my dad had aggressive skin cancer that
- 52:27Speaker 6: required radiation and didn't know until the doctor called me
- 52:30Speaker 6: to tell me and schedule the radiation treatments because someone
- 52:33Speaker 6: needed to drive him.
- 52:34Speaker 5: Oh horribly secretive.
- 52:36Speaker 7: That's crazy.
- 52:37Speaker 10: Yeah, Well, instead of being petty and doing what they
- 52:40Speaker 10: do to you, to them like, I'm not going to
- 52:42Speaker 10: tell them anything now, just have that conversation with your mom.
- 52:45Speaker 5: Mom.
- 52:45Speaker 6: From here on out, I want to be in the loop.
- 52:48Speaker 6: I have had that conversation. That's exactly what I did.
- 52:50Speaker 6: I mean for I'm saying for. It didn't last very long,
- 52:53Speaker 6: but for a few weeks there, I'm like, you know what,
- 52:55Speaker 6: forget it. I'm not telling them anything. Yeah, Like why
- 52:57Speaker 6: am I expected to share every little detail? Because they
- 53:00Speaker 6: want to know everything? You know, That's how parents are.
- 53:01Speaker 6: They want to know.
- 53:02Speaker 5: They want to know everything.
- 53:04Speaker 6: Are you taking solid BMS?
- 53:06Speaker 5: They want to know everything? Maybe the what was the
- 53:10Speaker 5: reaction when you have that conversation a lot of stonewalling.
- 53:14Speaker 6: Really, Yeah, well, you know, we we were we wanted
- 53:18Speaker 6: to know what was going on, and you know, some
- 53:21Speaker 6: things are just not necessary because it turns out to
- 53:24Speaker 6: be nothing, and.
- 53:25Speaker 5: Like, okay, well, no, I do understand that.
- 53:28Speaker 6: But at the same time, as parents get older and
- 53:31Speaker 6: you're an adult, I'm damn near fifty again, you know,
- 53:35Speaker 6: I'm concerned and I want to make sure that they
- 53:37Speaker 6: are okay and they have for doing what they need
- 53:40Speaker 6: to do.
- 53:41Speaker 5: Yeah, the same way. It's weird.
- 53:42Speaker 6: It's a it's a role reverse totally after a certain point,
- 53:46Speaker 6: and I feel like I'm at that tipping point and
- 53:49Speaker 6: from here on out it's going to be more of
- 53:51Speaker 6: my looking out for them.
- 53:52Speaker 5: Oh you know, absolutely.
- 53:54Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 53:54Speaker 6: I tell my parents to text me when they get home. Yeah,
- 53:57Speaker 6: this story I love. I'm sure you've seen something about it.
- 54:00Speaker 6: The eighty eight year old dude in Detroit ed bombas
- 54:03Speaker 6: he was working at the grocery store, and that influencer
- 54:06Speaker 6: asked him about his story. He's an army vet. He
- 54:09Speaker 6: had retired, but he's back to working forty hours a
- 54:12Speaker 6: week because you know, wife died and then his old
- 54:15Speaker 6: job went bankrupt and they eliminated his pension. He had
- 54:18Speaker 6: a pension and the company that he worked for he
- 54:20Speaker 6: had the pension for went bankrupt and so now no pension.
- 54:23Speaker 6: Can you imagine that all you're in retirement?
- 54:24Speaker 5: A god?
- 54:25Speaker 6: Anyway, So the video went viral and people donated money
- 54:29Speaker 6: to help get him retired. Well, how much do they
- 54:33Speaker 6: bring in? One point seven million dollars? Damn? I still
- 54:39Speaker 6: believe in society. I know, every once in a while
- 54:41Speaker 6: you see a really cool story like that. And yeah,
- 54:43Speaker 6: he started crying when he was presented the check. He said,
- 54:46Speaker 6: he just feels like his wife is looking down on
- 54:48Speaker 6: him and that this weight has been lifted off his shoulders.
- 54:51Speaker 18: There's a little bit this may be overwhelming, but we
- 54:53Speaker 18: do have a little surprise for you. So if you
- 54:56Speaker 18: would like to come with me, I want to reveal
- 54:58Speaker 18: that this is one of the largest individual fundraises and
- 55:02Speaker 18: go fundme history. If you want, you will be able
- 55:05Speaker 18: to retire because we've raised you one point seven seven
- 55:10Speaker 18: million dollars.
- 55:12Speaker 5: Can I express it in any words?
- 55:16Speaker 3: Oh?
- 55:16Speaker 2: Thankful I am to all the people.
- 55:19Speaker 6: Well, you can start by getting on your knees and
- 55:20Speaker 6: opening your mouth. Yeah you know what I'm saying. I
- 55:24Speaker 6: would That's how I would say thank you. Smile like,
- 55:28Speaker 6: can you can figure your own way?
- 55:30Speaker 5: To do it, I guess.
- 55:30Speaker 6: But you know, if anybody's given me one point seven
- 55:33Speaker 6: seven million.
- 55:33Speaker 5: Dollars, I'm giving them anything they want. Yeah, I might
- 55:35Speaker 5: suck it as a thank you.
- 55:39Speaker 7: Okay, keep that mind.
- 55:40Speaker 5: Pray.
- 55:40Speaker 6: Yeah, I never have to have the embarrassment because you've
- 55:42Speaker 6: never seen me again. True eight seven seven forty four
- 55:46Speaker 6: Woody text over to two two nine eighty seven.
- 55:50Speaker 2: God eight seven seven forty four.
- 55:52Speaker 19: Woody's where you came out up because you're gonna live
- 55:58Speaker 19: in internal life and the HELLISHO.
- 56:06Speaker 5: Okay, I think I know what that is.
- 56:09Speaker 2: Yeah, this is the Woody Show.
- 56:11Speaker 6: Well, ladies, gentlemen, boys and girls, please welcome to the
- 56:14Speaker 6: Woody Show Studio.
- 56:15Speaker 5: The machine berg Kreischer Tom Sgurga gets you a shout out.
- 56:21Speaker 5: I was talking to him to this to him this
- 56:22Speaker 5: morning on the car. Yeah, he said, what are you doing?
- 56:24Speaker 5: I said, I'm going into radio and he goes, radio radio,
- 56:29Speaker 5: who are you doing? And I said Woody and he goes,
- 56:31Speaker 5: oh that makes sense. He goes, yeah, Well, we still
- 56:39Speaker 5: have a goal.
- 56:40Speaker 6: We just crossed off a bucket list item for menace
- 56:44Speaker 6: going first class to Dubai on Emirates Airlines. We still
- 56:48Speaker 6: have a bucket list item for the show is to
- 56:49Speaker 6: get Tom in here like we've.
- 56:51Speaker 5: Never had that.
- 56:51Speaker 6: I know he doesn't do it last Stuf and he
- 56:53Speaker 6: probably will never come in I'm saying, but it's on there,
- 56:55Speaker 6: and so whenever you have one of those conversations, please
- 56:57Speaker 6: mention to him.
- 56:58Speaker 5: I'm gonna have to include ecstasy. Fine, I'm sure you
- 57:02Speaker 5: to do is get him on a bender Tuesday night bender, Yeah,
- 57:06Speaker 5: where we take ecstasy around four in the morning, Okay,
- 57:08Speaker 5: and I'll be like, let's stop by Woody.
- 57:10Speaker 6: Yeah. Well we'll tell Tom we said hi, and he
- 57:14Speaker 6: still counts because we love him.
- 57:16Speaker 5: He just finished his tour, his specials coming out Christmas Day. Yeah,
- 57:20Speaker 5: and it's going to be so good. Nice.
- 57:22Speaker 6: Well, let me let me talk real quick about what
- 57:25Speaker 6: Bert's got going on, because man, there's so much stuff
- 57:27Speaker 6: happened in all these different Woody Show cities. Well, we'll
- 57:30Speaker 6: start with just this week. So Sunday, Bert's going to
- 57:33Speaker 6: be in Saint Louis, so for friends listening on one
- 57:36Speaker 6: O five seven point, he'll be at the Enterprise Center.
- 57:39Speaker 6: And then January twenty second, twenty third, Austin, Texas, So
- 57:43Speaker 6: everybody listening on one oh one X there in Austin.
- 57:46Speaker 6: He'll be at the Moody Theater on February twenty sixth,
- 57:49Speaker 6: Fort Wayne, Indiana at the Allen County War Memorial Colisseum.
- 57:54Speaker 6: And then uh, let's see you got March twentieth, Pittsburgh
- 57:57Speaker 6: at PPG Paints Arena. So one of five nine the
- 57:59Speaker 6: X listener get ready to go see Bert there. April third,
- 58:02Speaker 6: Atlantic City, New Jersey, so our friends listening to one
- 58:05Speaker 6: of four five. And then Indio, California, so all ninety
- 58:08Speaker 6: eighty seven or Palm Springs affiliate. May twenty second, you
- 58:12Speaker 6: can go see Bert there. But even before, not before
- 58:15Speaker 6: all that. But in addition to all of that, he's
- 58:18Speaker 6: hosting this full throttle festival, which I've seen you talk
- 58:21Speaker 6: about it on your Instagram. It's like a pre party
- 58:24Speaker 6: at the Daytona five hundred. That's on Valentine's Day. It's Saturday,
- 58:28Speaker 6: February fourteenth. Tell us more about that, because this sounds
- 58:30Speaker 6: pretty crazy, bads.
- 58:32Speaker 5: So I have a great relationship with NASCAR, and we've
- 58:34Speaker 5: worked with him with Something's Burned in on two Bears,
- 58:36Speaker 5: and I enjoy Nascar, and so I and I and
- 58:40Speaker 5: oddly enough, you know they're kind of my people. If
- 58:42Speaker 5: I go to a NASCAR event, I'm.
- 58:44Speaker 2: Like, I.
- 58:47Speaker 5: Mean you are Florida Me. Yeah.
- 58:48Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 58:48Speaker 5: So I said, you know, let's do something in this
- 58:51Speaker 5: comedy medium. Marre, who puts on all the big events,
- 58:53Speaker 5: was like, let's do like a pre party. And I
- 58:56Speaker 5: was like, they're like, comedy. I go, you gotta do
- 58:58Speaker 5: music too. Here's the thing about NASCAR. You go in
- 59:01Speaker 5: and you bring your camper and you unpack everything and
- 59:04Speaker 5: you and that is your spot kind of locked down,
- 59:06Speaker 5: and you have planned events for you not to leave.
- 59:08Speaker 5: So I go, if you go there, you've got to
- 59:10Speaker 5: make an event that's big enough for someone to pack
- 59:13Speaker 5: up the bikes, put everything down, put the grill away,
- 59:17Speaker 5: and come over. And so they're like, what do you mean.
- 59:19Speaker 5: I was like, there's only one name that comes to mind.
- 59:20Speaker 5: It's Leonard Skinnered. If I can get Leonard Skinnered and
- 59:25Speaker 5: get Diplo, Diplow is gonna do the after Leonard Slendard
- 59:28Speaker 5: Skinnered and Diplos. And then I just sent it back
- 59:32Speaker 5: to all my comedy friends and I was like, I
- 59:33Speaker 5: was like, if you want to be on the show
- 59:35Speaker 5: Favored Nations, I'll I'll bring you out I'll pay you,
- 59:37Speaker 5: but like, I'm not gonna promote it with comics. I'm
- 59:39Speaker 5: gonna put all the music out and then we'll just
- 59:41Speaker 5: go up and like in between acts about the day
- 59:44Speaker 5: and just everyone does sets. We'll mess around. We'll make
- 59:46Speaker 5: it fun and loose. We got barbecue we bring in Ernest.
- 59:49Speaker 5: There's an amazing talent. Uh barbecue beer. It's gonna be
- 59:53Speaker 5: a blast.
- 59:53Speaker 11: That's awesome and the medium rare people that those are
- 59:57Speaker 11: the best parties I've ever been to in my lifet
- 1:00:00Speaker 11: they locked.
- 1:00:01Speaker 5: Down the best corporate partners in the world. No, you'll
- 1:00:06Speaker 5: have the best time any of these parties that they
- 1:00:08Speaker 5: put on. But I mean we went to Shacks Funhouse
- 1:00:11Speaker 5: and it was they do Shacks House, they do Ronx
- 1:00:14Speaker 5: Beach Party. They we know, we know about all those
- 1:00:18Speaker 5: ye dude, yeah over the top. Yeah yeah.
- 1:00:20Speaker 6: So when you buy a ticket to this, like you
- 1:00:23Speaker 6: also see the race or is like I honestly, so
- 1:00:27Speaker 6: this is like the day before of.
- 1:00:29Speaker 5: Course everyone gets everyone goes to NASCAR and gets there
- 1:00:32Speaker 5: the day before, two days before. I mean as far
- 1:00:35Speaker 5: as a weekend event, and it's.
- 1:00:38Speaker 6: So for tickets for the again, it's the pre party
- 1:00:41Speaker 6: for the Daytona five hundred Saturday February fourteenth. Just go
- 1:00:45Speaker 6: to Bert Bertburt dot com. And then the other thing
- 1:00:48Speaker 6: that looks super fun is the fully Loaded at Sea.
- 1:00:51Speaker 6: It's a it's a cruise, which is happening. It's next year.
- 1:00:55Speaker 6: It's twenty twenty sixth November, so nineteenth through the twenty
- 1:00:58Speaker 6: third out of Miami. Me goes to like Cosamel and
- 1:01:02Speaker 6: a bunch of your other comic friends and stuff will
- 1:01:04Speaker 6: be I know, Whitney Commings is part of that. There's
- 1:01:07Speaker 6: gonna be some music on there.
- 1:01:08Speaker 5: And the crazy thing is I look at these events
- 1:01:10Speaker 5: I put together so like we're talking about being an
- 1:01:12Speaker 5: adult the other day or just earlier, and I've always
- 1:01:15Speaker 5: had I've always had a crisis with like the kind
- 1:01:17Speaker 5: of adult I am. Like all my friends invested in companies,
- 1:01:20Speaker 5: you know, like they're like, oh, we need and you invested,
- 1:01:23Speaker 5: like in an ice machine or something. Can I tell
- 1:01:25Speaker 5: you a company I didn't invest in that my that
- 1:01:27Speaker 5: I really regret? Uh? Was it fifteen years ago? A
- 1:01:32Speaker 5: cody called Pallenteer. Pallenteer, what do they make or what
- 1:01:36Speaker 5: do they do? They're running the world?
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: Right?
- 1:01:41Speaker 5: They changed their name or they changed fair in general.
- 1:01:45Speaker 5: P l A and T are Peter Company. Oh yes,
- 1:01:52Speaker 5: and now he does this company. No no, no, that's
- 1:01:54Speaker 5: the new one, the new one. I could have invested
- 1:01:56Speaker 5: in that too. Damn I'm friends with his billionaire who
- 1:02:01Speaker 5: just likes my comedy.
- 1:02:03Speaker 6: Any software powers, real time AI driven decisions and critical
- 1:02:06Speaker 6: government and commercials.
- 1:02:09Speaker 5: Okay, well, fifteen years ago, can I tell you even
- 1:02:12Speaker 5: a bigger miss? You ready for even a bigger miss?
- 1:02:14Speaker 5: One day, I'm on Rogan and Brian Redband goes, we
- 1:02:18Speaker 5: should buy this thing called bitcoin. Yeah, and I didn't
- 1:02:23Speaker 5: have any money and Joe's like, what is it? We
- 1:02:25Speaker 5: were breaking it down. This is at the beginning of
- 1:02:27Speaker 5: bitcoin and do you understand it now? I still don't it,
- 1:02:31Speaker 5: But I also don't get Picasso right, like I don't
- 1:02:36Speaker 5: get I remember. Do you remember the craze when everyone
- 1:02:38Speaker 5: was doing what was the h Art thing? Like Tom
- 1:02:46Speaker 5: came to me, this is this is the crisis I'm
- 1:02:49Speaker 5: having with my identity. Tom came to me and he's like, Yo,
- 1:02:52Speaker 5: n f T s We're gonna go big on him.
- 1:02:54Speaker 5: I'm gonna sell NFTs from the show. So I want
- 1:02:56Speaker 5: to sell the kool aid. N f T and I
- 1:02:58Speaker 5: was like, what is it Someone will own the moment
- 1:03:02Speaker 5: you said I drink thirty chounds of kool aid. I
- 1:03:05Speaker 5: how can that happen? He goes, We'll make like a
- 1:03:08Speaker 5: picture and we'll send it to them and then they
- 1:03:09Speaker 5: own it. But it's like, really, like do they're paying
- 1:03:14Speaker 5: like ten thousand dollars for it? I was like, for
- 1:03:17Speaker 5: the time I said something, whatever they want, Tom made
- 1:03:23Speaker 5: a killing on NFTs, I refused to do it. So
- 1:03:25Speaker 5: I was like, I don't understand it, and I feel
- 1:03:27Speaker 5: like people are gonna get upset one day when they
- 1:03:29Speaker 5: go you keep saying kool aid, I own that. You
- 1:03:31Speaker 5: can't say kool aid or what. I don't know exactly.
- 1:03:34Speaker 6: I'm the same I got what do you actually even
- 1:03:38Speaker 6: when you get explained it, it doesn't make sense right.
- 1:03:40Speaker 11: Yeah, But I mean the NFT art thing was obviously
- 1:03:43Speaker 11: it was really stupid, but the NFT like access thing
- 1:03:46Speaker 11: was actually really cool. And that's the thing that kind
- 1:03:48Speaker 11: of like has stood out so like somebody could maybe
- 1:03:51Speaker 11: buy NFT to be to go to every mean greed
- 1:03:54Speaker 11: that Bert ever does for the rest of his life.
- 1:03:56Speaker 6: So it's like a golden ticket.
- 1:03:58Speaker 5: Yeah, basically, it's transform into that cancer. Yeah, I have
- 1:04:04Speaker 5: so many people with cancer on my phone right now. Yeah,
- 1:04:06Speaker 5: I have so many people with cancer on my phone.
- 1:04:09Speaker 7: To make a wish gune.
- 1:04:10Speaker 5: No, Okay, So I had this one time. This is
- 1:04:12Speaker 5: what happened. I had a joke. I'm not I'm not
- 1:04:13Speaker 5: telling them on staging works. It really messed me up.
- 1:04:16Speaker 5: I was doing I was doing crowd work when I
- 1:04:18Speaker 5: was younger comic ikind of do CrowdWork clips because crowd
- 1:04:21Speaker 5: work when I was doing it was was only when
- 1:04:22Speaker 5: you were in trouble on stage. And now I'm working
- 1:04:25Speaker 5: on it because I'd like to get better at it,
- 1:04:27Speaker 5: but I'm also working on it now. We're special Anyway.
- 1:04:30Speaker 5: So I was in Cincinnati and there was a group
- 1:04:32Speaker 5: of black women. They're all wearing the same shirt, and
- 1:04:36Speaker 5: I'm like, Hey, what's up, sisters? Is there is there
- 1:04:39Speaker 5: a family reunion this week? And they're like huh, I
- 1:04:42Speaker 5: when's the cookout? And they're like what are you talking about?
- 1:04:44Speaker 5: I go, where's Big Mama And they're like we're not related?
- 1:04:48Speaker 5: And I was like, oh, I'm sorry. You guys are
- 1:04:50Speaker 5: all wearing the same colored shirt and they're like, it's pink.
- 1:04:53Speaker 5: I was like, and and they're like, we have breast cancer.
- 1:04:55Speaker 5: I was like, oh my god. I was like, what
- 1:04:58Speaker 5: an unlucky family. And they're like, we're not related, we're
- 1:05:01Speaker 5: just all black. And I'm like, oh bad. So the
- 1:05:05Speaker 5: show goes horribly. I cannot get out of the hole.
- 1:05:09Speaker 5: I'm like, you guys are doing good right now, and
- 1:05:10Speaker 5: the one girl's like, no, mine came back and it
- 1:05:14Speaker 5: doesn't look good. I'm stage four and I'm like how
- 1:05:17Speaker 5: many stages are there? And she's like four. And I
- 1:05:19Speaker 5: was like, oh, that doesn't sound good. So I go
- 1:05:22Speaker 5: can you do it? S oud of tequila? And she
- 1:05:23Speaker 5: was like, oh yeah, I'm dying do whatever I want.
- 1:05:25Speaker 5: I can ride a motorcycle tomorrow. So I was like
- 1:05:27Speaker 5: all right. The end of the show, the woman comes
- 1:05:29Speaker 5: up to me. She goes, hey, that sucked. I want
- 1:05:33Speaker 5: my money back. I was broke and I was like, listen,
- 1:05:37Speaker 5: I can't give you your money back. I don't make
- 1:05:39Speaker 5: that much money. I say, here's what I'll do. I
- 1:05:41Speaker 5: owe you, so I'm gonna give you my number. And
- 1:05:43Speaker 5: then any time you're feeling down, you get feeling lonely,
- 1:05:46Speaker 5: you're feel inside, you feel scared, you call me. I'm
- 1:05:49Speaker 5: gonna write jokes just for you, just for you. I'm
- 1:05:52Speaker 5: gonna write a ton of jokes just for you that
- 1:05:53Speaker 5: I think you'll like, and I will start telling you
- 1:05:56Speaker 5: jokes you.
- 1:05:56Speaker 6: Just don't want jokes that kill. Yeah, get out now
- 1:06:00Speaker 6: that's a good one, thank you.
- 1:06:02Speaker 5: So two weeks later, I'm in my backyard. I'm having
- 1:06:04Speaker 5: red wine and my phone rings and I look at
- 1:06:06Speaker 5: it and it says black cancer. I didn't. I didn't.
- 1:06:10Speaker 5: I wanted to be prepared, Burt, that's what you put
- 1:06:12Speaker 5: her in the phone? Yeah, I don't. Yeah, what am
- 1:06:15Speaker 5: I gonna put Latifa? And then how places where they
- 1:06:18Speaker 5: put on the receiving Yeah, exactly, they get fired. That
- 1:06:24Speaker 5: would be a funny Starbucks just described you. Yeah, double
- 1:06:28Speaker 5: chin smells like whiskey black cancer as black cancer calls.
- 1:06:32Speaker 5: So black cancer calls, and I go, I knew it.
- 1:06:35Speaker 5: It wasn't gonna go well. When I go, hey, you're
- 1:06:36Speaker 5: still alive, she went, start with the jokes. So the
- 1:06:40Speaker 5: first joke I told her, I was like, what did
- 1:06:43Speaker 5: mister tisay after he pushed fifty cent in the pool?
- 1:06:46Speaker 5: It's quiet for saying? She goes, what now? I go,
- 1:06:48Speaker 5: I fitted the.
- 1:06:48Speaker 6: Pool and she hung up.
- 1:06:54Speaker 5: She hung up. This is like fifteen years ago, so
- 1:06:57Speaker 5: I was thinking of putting that in the New Hour.
- 1:06:58Speaker 6: So I'm messing went on.
- 1:07:00Speaker 5: I was like going to the front row Abby, shout
- 1:07:02Speaker 5: out to Abby, I hope you're listening. She goes, I
- 1:07:05Speaker 5: have cancer. I said what. She goes, I have cancer?
- 1:07:09Speaker 5: And I said, well, Abby, give me your phone number,
- 1:07:11Speaker 5: and I go, have you ever sad or if you
- 1:07:13Speaker 5: ever feel like I go, you can call me? It
- 1:07:16Speaker 5: works great. Abby's beating her cancer. She went in for
- 1:07:19Speaker 5: it's great by start doing that at my shows and
- 1:07:22Speaker 5: not everyone beats cancer. Yeah, and you're and you're dealing
- 1:07:25Speaker 5: with I have this. I mean not to get like
- 1:07:27Speaker 5: too deep, but I have like a fourteen year old
- 1:07:30Speaker 5: that I'm texting with and I am not equipped to
- 1:07:33Speaker 5: deal with what he's going through.
- 1:07:34Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 1:07:34Speaker 5: And it's like two morons. I was like, I mean,
- 1:07:39Speaker 5: I was like, have you been laid yet?
- 1:07:42Speaker 6: Like can we get you laid?
- 1:07:43Speaker 5: And might make this happen. I know you're trying to
- 1:07:47Speaker 5: be nice, but you may end up in jail. I don't.
- 1:07:49Speaker 5: I don't I know, And I'm like, I don't know
- 1:07:50Speaker 5: what to say to him. He's sixteen. He's sixteen. He
- 1:07:53Speaker 5: gets he just his dis it's bad and he can't
- 1:07:55Speaker 5: drive enough. I hope he's not listening. If he is,
- 1:07:58Speaker 5: are you guys in the organ Yeah yeah, yeah yeah,
- 1:08:02Speaker 5: but uh, it's not out to Colton. He's a great kid.
- 1:08:06Speaker 5: He's a great kid. But I realized I'm ill equipped
- 1:08:08Speaker 5: to deal with what these what people are going through.
- 1:08:11Speaker 5: You're I'm trying the kids.
- 1:08:14Speaker 2: Man.
- 1:08:16Speaker 5: I'll tell you what the Gangster movie. I'm really into hats, right,
- 1:08:20Speaker 5: I'm really into hats. But I'm also very uh, I'm
- 1:08:23Speaker 5: very cheap. So I have this company, clink Room, who
- 1:08:26Speaker 5: sends me custom hats. They it's made by designers, no
- 1:08:29Speaker 5: one else. They're one offs. No one ever else gets them.
- 1:08:32Speaker 5: I mean you can buy them on this clink Room site.
- 1:08:33Speaker 5: But they're dope and they're fitted. And they send me
- 1:08:36Speaker 5: like twelve hats at the beginning of every month, and
- 1:08:39Speaker 5: they're really sick. So I say to my office, I go, yo,
- 1:08:43Speaker 5: Colton is losing his hair. He loved his hair. Colton,
- 1:08:47Speaker 5: if you're listening, I hope you know. I'm just giving
- 1:08:48Speaker 5: you love, buddy. He's losing his hair. He loved his hair.
- 1:08:51Speaker 5: He's little getting a little insecure. I want you to
- 1:08:53Speaker 5: send him a ton of hats because we have we
- 1:08:55Speaker 5: have snapback hats that I'll never wear, and we have
- 1:08:57Speaker 5: a lot of cool ones. So Colton text me a
- 1:08:59Speaker 5: picture sure, and it's him with like fifteen clink Room hats.
- 1:09:04Speaker 5: And my first instinct, where ago were those my hats?
- 1:09:09Speaker 5: They send him my hat? I go, those are good hats.
- 1:09:12Speaker 5: I'm really upset. I go, I go, hey, guys, don't
- 1:09:15Speaker 5: send him my hats. Those are my hats. And then
- 1:09:19Speaker 5: they're like, no, we reached out to clink Room. They
- 1:09:21Speaker 5: sent him his fitted sized hats, and I went, oh, okay,
- 1:09:26Speaker 5: I have other hats.
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: You know.
- 1:09:29Speaker 5: Well, Burt Crier, the machine is here.
- 1:09:31Speaker 6: He's hanging out with us for the hour. We're gonna
- 1:09:34Speaker 6: take a quick break and then we'll come back here
- 1:09:36Speaker 6: on the Woody Show more with Bert next.
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: My cancer around my ankle? Do you feel each individual
- 1:09:43Speaker 2: pump pump?
- 1:09:47Speaker 6: We've spent so much money over the past at a
- 1:09:50Speaker 6: handful of months on these prizes and stuff.
- 1:09:53Speaker 5: You'd be shocked and be shocked that my wife is
- 1:09:56Speaker 5: so and I don't know if the word is cheap
- 1:09:59Speaker 5: or good with money, that our mortgage I think is
- 1:10:01Speaker 5: like three grand. Wow. Nice, that's insane. Yeah. Yeah, and
- 1:10:04Speaker 5: it's a we live on an acre. And when La
- 1:10:08Speaker 5: put like down, okay, right, I think she paid for
- 1:10:11Speaker 5: the I think she paid for the lot in cash. Yeah,
- 1:10:14Speaker 5: and then paid for the rent of I think we
- 1:10:16Speaker 5: were just paying off the renovation.
- 1:10:18Speaker 6: That's awesome.
- 1:10:19Speaker 5: Yeah, she's just so good with it.
- 1:10:20Speaker 6: It's like MENACE's wife. MENACE's wife is really good. Like
- 1:10:22Speaker 6: she'll get free rental cars when yeah, you know, I
- 1:10:25Speaker 6: will go to the same place at the same time. Right,
- 1:10:27Speaker 6: their rental car was free. Mine was like five hundred
- 1:10:30Speaker 6: bucks for thirty one hours.
- 1:10:32Speaker 5: Yeah, you know, how did that happen?
- 1:10:34Speaker 11: Greg's wind was blown the other day. I'm like, I
- 1:10:36Speaker 11: don't even know who the mortgage company is.
- 1:10:38Speaker 5: Now, how do you not know? I'm gonna blow you away?
- 1:10:42Speaker 5: Right now, I'm going to blow you away. I found
- 1:10:44Speaker 5: out recently. We have our old house. We rent to
- 1:10:47Speaker 5: my sister's this old assistant, her family. There's a young family,
- 1:10:51Speaker 5: and it's the mortgage is literally nothing, and we don't
- 1:10:56Speaker 5: ask for more than the mortgage because a little bit
- 1:10:58Speaker 5: more just in case there are damages. So that it's
- 1:11:00Speaker 5: a great deal. It's in Valley Village. Wow. And my
- 1:11:05Speaker 5: sister Kytie goes, yeah, they're there. They don't use air
- 1:11:08Speaker 5: conditioning or lights ever. So their electric bill was nothing,
- 1:11:13Speaker 5: and I went, wait, electric bills are on how much
- 1:11:18Speaker 5: you use electricity. You didn't know that, And I go, No,
- 1:11:22Speaker 5: I had no clue. I'm gonna blow your mind. I'm
- 1:11:24Speaker 5: gonna I'm gonna make somebody was a standard. Okay, here,
- 1:11:27Speaker 5: hear me out, hear me out. I move into a
- 1:11:29Speaker 5: dorm at eighteen. I then move into a fraternity house.
- 1:11:32Speaker 5: Everything's all in one six hundred dollars a month. That's it,
- 1:11:35Speaker 5: all right. And then I move into apartment with a
- 1:11:37Speaker 5: bunch of guys six hundred dollars a month. That's it.
- 1:11:39Speaker 5: I go then move to New York eight hundred dollars
- 1:11:42Speaker 5: a month. That's it, it's all inclusive. I then move in.
- 1:11:46Speaker 5: I moved out to l A.
- 1:11:47Speaker 6: I sublet a room twelve hundred dollars a month.
- 1:11:50Speaker 5: That's it. Thirteen hundred dollars a month in the next place.
- 1:11:52Speaker 5: That's it. It's one cover. I then get Leam pregnant.
- 1:11:55Speaker 5: We move in together. She runs the apartment building. I've
- 1:11:57Speaker 5: never paid a bill in my life. I had no
- 1:11:59Speaker 5: clue the whole I thought it was a wives tale
- 1:12:01Speaker 5: when they go when they go, uh hey, turn the
- 1:12:04Speaker 5: light off when you leave a room. I was like, oh,
- 1:12:08Speaker 5: what a friend it goes. I'm gonna blow your mind
- 1:12:10Speaker 5: this one. Okay, all right, everyone started zero and I'm
- 1:12:15Speaker 5: gonna I'm gonna hear something. So someone told me that
- 1:12:18Speaker 5: there's four time zones in America, in continental or continental US. Okay,
- 1:12:24Speaker 5: you didn't know that. No, you travel, if you do,
- 1:12:29Speaker 5: if you if you tell me the math, I go, oh, yeah, yeah,
- 1:12:31Speaker 5: that doesn't make sense. You got you got Eastern, uh, Central, right, Mountain, Mountain, Pacific. Yeah,
- 1:12:37Speaker 5: but the time difference from l A to New York
- 1:12:39Speaker 5: is only three hours? Correct, So where's the fourth hour?
- 1:12:43Speaker 3: M hm?
- 1:12:45Speaker 2: Oh?
- 1:12:46Speaker 12: Like how is there? How can there be four times?
- 1:12:49Speaker 12: There's three hour difference total?
- 1:12:52Speaker 5: All right, that's a really good question.
- 1:12:54Speaker 6: But aren't three in the contiguous and then you have
- 1:12:56Speaker 6: like Alaska and Hawaii?
- 1:12:57Speaker 2: No?
- 1:12:57Speaker 6: No, no, no, you're talking about just are ye.
- 1:13:00Speaker 5: So, by the way, by the way, I just want
- 1:13:02Speaker 5: to thank everyone in this room for being as stupid
- 1:13:05Speaker 5: as I was.
- 1:13:06Speaker 6: Eastern is three three hours, Central is two hours behind.
- 1:13:10Speaker 6: One mountains.
- 1:13:12Speaker 7: Yeah, and then there's there's ours I mean yeah, then
- 1:13:14Speaker 7: there's specific where's the fourth hour?
- 1:13:17Speaker 6: What do you mean the fourth? Oh yeah, hour's time difference?
- 1:13:19Speaker 6: What time is it right now?
- 1:13:20Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 1:13:21Speaker 6: All right, so yeah I got seven thirty seven thirty.
- 1:13:24Speaker 6: What time is It's tenth ten thirty. So where's the
- 1:13:27Speaker 6: fourth It's nine thirty in central eight thirty.
- 1:13:32Speaker 5: It's just the fourth is wherever you're yeh zero.
- 1:13:43Speaker 3: Like that.
- 1:13:43Speaker 5: Oh I got, I figured the ricle out. Okay, it's
- 1:13:47Speaker 5: like I got. I figured out time travel. Wherever the
- 1:13:51Speaker 5: fourth I was with the scholar brothers and they're like,
- 1:13:55Speaker 5: hold on, you're confusing us. Now it worked called Yeah,
- 1:14:02Speaker 5: you're in an time zone. Yeah, you're in two.
- 1:14:05Speaker 10: That's right, Three, then four then b yeah you see.
- 1:14:10Speaker 10: I wish we could go back in time to where
- 1:14:12Speaker 10: I was now adding.
- 1:14:13Speaker 5: Because he's an idiot film dumb while the machine. Bert
- 1:14:18Speaker 5: Kreischer is here.
- 1:14:20Speaker 6: We talked about the Tona five hundred party that's happening,
- 1:14:24Speaker 6: the Full Throttle Festival that's not until February. Then he's
- 1:14:27Speaker 6: got the fully Loaded at Sea twenty twenty six cruise.
- 1:14:31Speaker 6: Information about both those events you can get by going
- 1:14:34Speaker 6: to Bert bert bert dot com. Also, Bert's got a
- 1:14:37Speaker 6: new Netflix series it's going to be released on January
- 1:14:40Speaker 6: twenty seconds called Free Bert Nice And I've seen you
- 1:14:44Speaker 6: posting different things when you were filming and doing that stuff.
- 1:14:46Speaker 6: But it's six episodes, right, It's basically it's a it's
- 1:14:49Speaker 6: a scripted version of like your.
- 1:14:53Speaker 5: Life, fictionalized fictionalized life. I don't think I've ever lived
- 1:14:57Speaker 5: a life in my life.
- 1:14:59Speaker 6: I can say it's kind of like everybody loves Rayment
- 1:15:01Speaker 6: and not really that. It's more like a curb you're
- 1:15:03Speaker 6: enthusias because it's not Larry David, but it's a fictionalized,
- 1:15:07Speaker 6: you know, version of It's.
- 1:15:09Speaker 5: It's it's a it's a it's. I mean, it's tough
- 1:15:11Speaker 5: to explain, but it's because it's a really wild series.
- 1:15:14Speaker 5: Is it much like time Zone? It's hard to explain. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:15:18Speaker 5: it's uh, it takes a wild turn. It's it's a
- 1:15:21Speaker 5: it's it is. It's about the time of my life
- 1:15:24Speaker 5: when I was at an identity crist I'm always in
- 1:15:26Speaker 5: an identity crisis. But it was like the girls were
- 1:15:28Speaker 5: going to school. I kind of felt like a loser
- 1:15:30Speaker 5: because all the dads had jobs, and I was like
- 1:15:32Speaker 5: this guy in flip flops and yeah, workout shorts and
- 1:15:35Speaker 5: a sleeveless sweatshirt. And I always smelled like booze and
- 1:15:40Speaker 5: I just was an outsider. And and then there was
- 1:15:43Speaker 5: a period where I tried to like I tried to
- 1:15:45Speaker 5: reinvent myself and fit in and it it did not
- 1:15:47Speaker 5: work in real life. It put back where horrifically. I
- 1:15:50Speaker 5: just started dress trying to dress the part and and
- 1:15:53Speaker 5: like I you know, like grow up. Yeah, and it
- 1:15:55Speaker 5: just did not work. And and so it's based on
- 1:15:58Speaker 5: that period and much like my regular life. I mean,
- 1:16:02Speaker 5: I'll give you a little hint, but the story arc
- 1:16:04Speaker 5: is I overshare about my daughters on a podcast or
- 1:16:08Speaker 5: on a TV show, Like when I told about Isla's
- 1:16:10Speaker 5: period on Conan. We wanted to use that exact one,
- 1:16:14Speaker 5: but it was it was too close to home, and
- 1:16:16Speaker 5: I have said no. And so it's I overshare about
- 1:16:19Speaker 5: my daughters and I mess everything up for my daughters
- 1:16:21Speaker 5: in school, and I try to fix it and I
- 1:16:23Speaker 5: make it worse and it turns into a wild spiral.
- 1:16:27Speaker 5: And so it's it's very enjoyable. I really hope people
- 1:16:30Speaker 5: like it.
- 1:16:30Speaker 7: It's a cautionary tail.
- 1:16:32Speaker 2: It is.
- 1:16:32Speaker 5: And it's a hard R comedy. Great, so I mean
- 1:16:37Speaker 5: aggressive family, like a nice hard one like like like,
- 1:16:43Speaker 5: and the little girl the little girls in at Eva
- 1:16:45Speaker 5: and Leelu are monsters. But I will say that little
- 1:16:48Speaker 5: girl Leelu like she steals it. It is she plays Isla.
- 1:16:53Speaker 5: And imagine if you lived with a child for eighteen
- 1:16:57Speaker 5: nineteen years and then you willed it down to six episode,
- 1:17:00Speaker 5: You're like, this kid is insane.
- 1:17:03Speaker 6: Well, it's called Free Bert. It's gonna be on Netflix
- 1:17:06Speaker 6: on January twenty second. Is it one of those where
- 1:17:09Speaker 6: all six episodes will be released at the.
- 1:17:11Speaker 5: Same time, or is it like one a week? And
- 1:17:13Speaker 5: we made made so that you you watched the very
- 1:17:17Speaker 5: end of one and you're dying to see what happens
- 1:17:19Speaker 5: in two. And you watch the very end of two
- 1:17:20Speaker 5: and you're like, oh my god, what happened to ye school?
- 1:17:26Speaker 5: Jeff G. Yeah, it's good Jeff G. Good morning.
- 1:17:30Speaker 2: What are you?
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: Good morning?
- 1:17:31Speaker 5: Squad?
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: What a wild ending to last night's Chargers Eagles game.
- 1:17:34Speaker 5: Hurts keats, throws.
- 1:17:37Speaker 6: Picked up.
- 1:17:41Speaker 17: And the Chargers win for once, My Chargers didn't charger
- 1:17:45Speaker 17: the ending man, God bless the Chargers defense. They kept
- 1:17:48Speaker 17: us in the game and helped us win it. And
- 1:17:50Speaker 17: you can't say enough about the toughness of quarterback Justin
- 1:17:52Speaker 17: Herbert broken hand got sacked seven times, but was still
- 1:17:56Speaker 17: the team's leading rusher man. And before we move on,
- 1:17:59Speaker 17: I gotta play you this audio from Chargers coach Jim
- 1:18:02Speaker 17: Harbaugh on how much this win means to him.
- 1:18:05Speaker 9: Didn't I put in the discussion the birth of my
- 1:18:07Speaker 9: seven children, my marriage, You know, in the conversation.
- 1:18:13Speaker 17: Dude is so goofy man. But what a great coach
- 1:18:15Speaker 17: Chargers and Chiefs. Next weekend hockey Kings beat the Mammoth
- 1:18:19Speaker 17: four two. You got the Ducks and Penguins this afternoon
- 1:18:22Speaker 17: at four, and check this out.
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: What you show.
- 1:18:24Speaker 17: Mike Tyson is fighting Floyd Mayweather in an exhibition match
- 1:18:27Speaker 17: in March in Africa, matches being sponsored by AARP and
- 1:18:31Speaker 17: Icy Hot. Just kidding, And let's go ahead and end
- 1:18:34Speaker 17: this morning on a positive note. Dodgers manager Dave Roberts
- 1:18:37Speaker 17: spoke with Japanese media this week and told a great
- 1:18:40Speaker 17: story about show Hal.
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: Tany helping out his ailing teammate's mother.
- 1:18:45Speaker 6: Listen to this.
- 1:18:45Speaker 8: We had a couple of years ago his mom was

- 1:20:05Speaker 16: I don't know.
- 1:20:06Speaker 5: You really are a man's man, a man.
- 1:20:08Speaker 7: You're definitely going to have an answer.
- 1:20:10Speaker 6: I didn't cry. You cry more than the average guy
- 1:20:13Speaker 6: does cry. You try more than anybody.
- 1:20:17Speaker 2: I know.
- 1:20:19Speaker 5: What is that? Is it always been that way? No,
- 1:20:21Speaker 5: it's just I was just gonna say, because dude, I
- 1:20:23Speaker 5: don't know what's going on?
- 1:20:24Speaker 2: Man?
- 1:20:25Speaker 5: How old are you again? You're okay? So I'm forty nine?
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: Is it low? T?
- 1:20:29Speaker 2: No?
- 1:20:29Speaker 5: Because he does right mystery? Twenty five pounds?
- 1:20:32Speaker 3: Bro?
- 1:20:32Speaker 5: Yeah? Maybe has it? Has it chilled since you started with?
- 1:20:36Speaker 2: No? No?
- 1:20:36Speaker 5: No? If there are certain stories that if I start
- 1:20:39Speaker 5: telling you, I'll start crying, And there are stories that
- 1:20:41Speaker 5: don't matter that if I tell, like if we watched
- 1:20:44Speaker 5: our we watched the pilot or the trailer to my
- 1:20:48Speaker 5: new show, and uh Leanne can tell when I start crying,
- 1:20:52Speaker 5: then no one sees it. She I cry watch it.
- 1:20:57Speaker 5: Just put herand on my leg and I was like, sorry,
- 1:21:00Speaker 5: I cry so much. My wife will ridicule me. You're
- 1:21:03Speaker 5: getting soft. It's fun to cry, It's nice but it's
- 1:21:07Speaker 5: weird when you cry. It like weird things. It's like, uh,
- 1:21:11Speaker 5: the end of Endgame, right with when when Spider Man
- 1:21:16Speaker 5: starts to disintegrate and he looks and he looks at
- 1:21:20Speaker 5: Iron Man and he goes, iron Man tell me, I
- 1:21:22Speaker 5: don't want to die. And I started sobbing, and my
- 1:21:26Speaker 5: daughter goes, I know you're a big Spider Man fant.
- 1:21:30Speaker 5: I was like, no, it's it's like I feel. I'm
- 1:21:33Speaker 5: going to tell you a video of me crying. I'll
- 1:21:35Speaker 5: get it.
- 1:21:36Speaker 6: I'll get it loaded, I'll give you to you.
- 1:21:37Speaker 5: I did not want to. I was driving down the street.
- 1:21:40Speaker 5: It was last Saturday, and uh widespread panics. Sak song
- 1:21:44Speaker 5: came on and I just heard the lyrics clearly for
- 1:21:48Speaker 5: the first time, and I started crying on the corner
- 1:21:51Speaker 5: of UH, in the corner of Woodman and Chadler, I
- 1:21:54Speaker 5: just sobbing, crying, And then I was like, what what's
- 1:21:57Speaker 5: the what's the song? Uh? Uh hooking up the Pieces? No, No,
- 1:22:04Speaker 5: it's uh ain't like grand Uh No, it's Plane.
- 1:22:09Speaker 2: No.
- 1:22:10Speaker 5: Wait wait, I didn't know you were watched for a
- 1:22:11Speaker 5: Pana fan. No, I just know a few songs. Oh well,
- 1:22:16Speaker 5: look it up. Is very important. Yeah, it's a man's
- 1:22:21Speaker 5: man kind of question.
- 1:22:22Speaker 6: Yeah, and uh, we'll see, we'll see what all the
- 1:22:24Speaker 6: fellows in the room thing and everybody listen, of course,
- 1:22:26Speaker 6: fellaws chime in on the text over to two two
- 1:22:28Speaker 6: nine eight seven.
- 1:22:28Speaker 7: Because I think we all think we know the answer,
- 1:22:30Speaker 7: but I want to hear it from you guys. We
- 1:22:32Speaker 7: who ladies, Yeah, ladies, Okay, what has been consistently the
- 1:22:37Speaker 7: best throughout your life? Hand parties, mouth parties, or sexistently consistently?
- 1:22:48Speaker 7: What's because I think women would just be like, oh, sex,
- 1:22:50Speaker 7: but I've heard from guys that that is not the case.
- 1:22:53Speaker 7: And I'm curious.
- 1:22:54Speaker 6: All right, So either handy, mouth party or or sex
- 1:22:57Speaker 6: or what's been consistently the best.
- 1:23:00Speaker 5: I'm gonna I'm gonna take this one. And as a
- 1:23:02Speaker 5: man that's going through a lot of issues with this,
- 1:23:04Speaker 5: I will say mouth parties wildly dropped off. Yeah, I
- 1:23:09Speaker 5: mean quantity, No, no, no, I'm.
- 1:23:14Speaker 2: I was.
- 1:23:15Speaker 14: I was.
- 1:23:15Speaker 5: I thought you were asking which maintained its enjoyment the most.
- 1:23:19Speaker 5: Man Like, the first time you got a hand party,
- 1:23:22Speaker 5: You're like, You're like, this is pretty good. It was
- 1:23:27Speaker 5: nothing compared to a mouth party.
- 1:23:29Speaker 6: Big wheels are cool until you get a bike. Bike
- 1:23:31Speaker 6: is cool until you get a car. The car is
- 1:23:33Speaker 6: good until you have like a private jet or something, right,
- 1:23:35Speaker 6: I mean like it's it's just a based on your experience,
- 1:23:39Speaker 6: but it's it's it's more.
- 1:23:40Speaker 5: You can't go big wheels, all right, you gotta think,
- 1:23:42Speaker 5: you gotta think all equal forms of transportation tricycle, Okay.
- 1:23:45Speaker 5: So like, uh, let's just say a hand party is
- 1:23:49Speaker 5: a car, okay, what it is? All right? A mouth
- 1:23:52Speaker 5: party is a motorcycle?
- 1:23:53Speaker 7: Okay, dangerous?
- 1:23:56Speaker 5: And then the first time you have sex, it's like
- 1:23:59Speaker 5: it's like a hoverboard. I mean, unprotected sects is better
- 1:24:04Speaker 5: than cocaine the first time. The first time you have
- 1:24:09Speaker 5: it is like there is a lord and I live
- 1:24:15Speaker 5: in here.
- 1:24:16Speaker 16: Dangerous.
- 1:24:16Speaker 6: Well, I think I think we all, I think we
- 1:24:18Speaker 6: all agree that. Okay, So can we all eliminate as fellas?
- 1:24:20Speaker 6: Can we all eliminate hand party?
- 1:24:24Speaker 7: Keep the handy on the table.
- 1:24:25Speaker 5: I'll tell you right now. I'll tell you right now
- 1:24:27Speaker 5: if if if mouth parties are motorcycles, I've seen the
- 1:24:31Speaker 5: fatality numbers and I'm not getting on.
- 1:24:33Speaker 6: Them, and I'll tell you.
- 1:24:34Speaker 5: I'll tell you.
- 1:24:35Speaker 6: So what's the problem with hold on, what's so, what's
- 1:24:37Speaker 6: the problem with the mouth party?
- 1:24:38Speaker 2: Now?
- 1:24:39Speaker 5: It's just not as they're still nice. But I can't
- 1:24:44Speaker 5: if the first one I ever got, first mouth party
- 1:24:46Speaker 5: I ever got, I was in Room one eleven in
- 1:24:48Speaker 5: Sally Hall, in a bunk bed, in a bunk bed,
- 1:24:53Speaker 5: and her head was hitting the ceiling and I remember going,
- 1:24:56Speaker 5: I'm gonna get absbestos from the But I remember that
- 1:25:01Speaker 5: feeling was overwhelming and I was in and out in
- 1:25:05Speaker 5: a matter of seconds. I mean, I think, I mean really,
- 1:25:08Speaker 5: it was like watching a kid play with a loaded gun.
- 1:25:10Speaker 5: You just didn't know what happened, and then next you know,
- 1:25:13Speaker 5: she was like back into the left, like JFK. But
- 1:25:17Speaker 5: now I look at those and if you said to me, hey, listen,
- 1:25:21Speaker 5: I need you to You're gonna get a mouth party
- 1:25:23Speaker 5: from your wife, and you need to complete said mouth
- 1:25:26Speaker 5: party before the end of this Game of Thrones episode,
- 1:25:29Speaker 5: I'd be like, good luck. Really, yeah, I just they
- 1:25:31Speaker 5: don't is.
- 1:25:32Speaker 6: That I don't know that sounds like a criticism of
- 1:25:36Speaker 6: style points.
- 1:25:37Speaker 5: First time I got a mouth party from my wife,
- 1:25:39Speaker 5: I was like, this chick might be a slut. She
- 1:25:43Speaker 5: is so good.
- 1:25:44Speaker 6: I mean, how many of these she's.
- 1:25:49Speaker 5: Like watching there they go can you break into the mainframe?
- 1:25:53Speaker 5: And the guy goes, give me your computer? WHOA. But
- 1:25:58Speaker 5: but I will say, if we're talking consistency, yes, a
- 1:26:02Speaker 5: hand party has always delivered the same exact way. It
- 1:26:06Speaker 5: is not changed.
- 1:26:07Speaker 6: It's not better or worse. It is like pasta. It's
- 1:26:10Speaker 6: always good.
- 1:26:11Speaker 5: So you cheeseburger. Hand party is a cheeseburger. It's hard
- 1:26:15Speaker 5: to play with a cheeseburger. A mouth party is sushi. Yeah,
- 1:26:18Speaker 5: you're rolling the dice on it sometimes.
- 1:26:20Speaker 2: Wow.
- 1:26:21Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 1:26:21Speaker 6: I feel like consistency would be the mouth party, right,
- 1:26:25Speaker 6: I have a vastly different answer. I think I think
- 1:26:28Speaker 6: the one that's like hit or miss could be the
- 1:26:30Speaker 6: hand party.
- 1:26:31Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:26:32Speaker 10: Maybe you haven't had the right hand party that it's
- 1:26:35Speaker 10: it's it's so, it's it's almost interesting. It's like, yes,
- 1:26:38Speaker 10: it's fun.
- 1:26:40Speaker 5: Aggressive party, like a surprise hand party. Yeah. But when
- 1:26:44Speaker 5: I was.
- 1:26:46Speaker 10: When I was a surprise when chicks, I would just
- 1:26:48Speaker 10: say sex but consistently good throughout life.
- 1:26:52Speaker 6: Mouth party, Wow, Yeah, sure that would be the top
- 1:26:56Speaker 6: mouth party.
- 1:26:57Speaker 7: I just heard horror stories about hand parties.
- 1:27:00Speaker 6: Yeah, because.
- 1:27:02Speaker 5: Dry aggress like you get what you can get.
- 1:27:06Speaker 6: Listen, but they usually start unexpected. Hand party is kind
- 1:27:09Speaker 6: of like dry humping and like like it's like that
- 1:27:13Speaker 6: that seems to be the training wheels of your of
- 1:27:16Speaker 6: your sex life.
- 1:27:17Speaker 5: I just said to my wife the other day, like,
- 1:27:20Speaker 5: there's so like when I hand party myself, there's certain
- 1:27:23Speaker 5: things I can't watch porn anymore. I don't know why,
- 1:27:26Speaker 5: it just doesn't. It's I don't know, everyone's too young,
- 1:27:28Speaker 5: and it's just not not what I I'm used to doing,
- 1:27:31Speaker 5: you know, crying too much, Yeah, crying black dudes. So
- 1:27:38Speaker 5: and so I said to her, I said, there's three
- 1:27:40Speaker 5: things I think of in our in our sex that
- 1:27:43Speaker 5: I go back to moments where you got a little
- 1:27:45Speaker 5: unbridled where it caught me off guard and I loved it.
- 1:27:47Speaker 5: And she goes really and one of them is a
- 1:27:49Speaker 5: hand party. One of them was just I mean, I'll
- 1:27:53Speaker 5: give you the details so that you understand what I'm
- 1:27:55Speaker 5: talking about. We do we do her mouth party first,
- 1:27:58Speaker 5: right a little bit, and so normally we go straight
- 1:28:01Speaker 5: to sex and that's what happens. But there's something on
- 1:28:03Speaker 5: this woman. There's like the there's a full moon and
- 1:28:06Speaker 5: she changed, she got she caught side guard on me okay,
- 1:28:13Speaker 5: side guard, meaning I'm in like a uma plata like
- 1:28:16Speaker 5: it's a it's a it's She went jiu jitsu on me,
- 1:28:19Speaker 5: you making it like and just like from one from
- 1:28:21Speaker 5: her and then right not to sex and got on
- 1:28:24Speaker 5: me and just started going to town and within minutes
- 1:28:27Speaker 5: I went, whoa hand party and caught me off guard.
- 1:28:30Speaker 5: I tapped so quick, really, and I and I go.
- 1:28:35Speaker 5: I didn't expect that. I didn't want that, but it's
- 1:28:37Speaker 5: what I needed. Yeah. See, totally agree with Bert.
- 1:28:42Speaker 6: Hand party is all reliable, reliable.
- 1:28:45Speaker 5: You Hey, listen, when you're in the car and you
- 1:28:47Speaker 5: get a you get a hand party out of nowhere,
- 1:28:49Speaker 5: You're like, what the come on? It always shows up,
- 1:28:52Speaker 5: it always delivers. He's like your high school coach. He's
- 1:28:54Speaker 5: never gonna let you down.
- 1:28:55Speaker 7: So you're saying that a hand party always can add
- 1:28:58Speaker 7: the element of surprise. Looks sex sex is it's a.
- 1:29:03Speaker 5: Family dinner for Thanksgiving, a lot of set up, a
- 1:29:06Speaker 5: lot of mood. Both of you have to be into it.
- 1:29:08Speaker 5: Both of you have to be into it right. If
- 1:29:10Speaker 5: her adds on into it, then all of a sudden
- 1:29:12Speaker 5: you're having sex and she's got a weird look. On
- 1:29:13Speaker 5: her face like, and then you feel creepy, and then
- 1:29:16Speaker 5: you feel creepy and then she breaks a sweat and
- 1:29:18Speaker 5: you're like, uh oh dude, a surprise hand surprise party.
- 1:29:24Speaker 5: You're driving back from the beach, and then all of
- 1:29:26Speaker 5: a sudden she just leans over. You're like, oh, okay, yeah, context, yeah, contact.
- 1:29:33Speaker 5: If you're watching TV and all of a sudden, somebody's
- 1:29:36Speaker 5: playing down there, and then you realize we're taking this
- 1:29:39Speaker 5: all the way.
- 1:29:40Speaker 6: It makes it better.
- 1:29:41Speaker 5: And then a surprise mouth party sometimes is a little
- 1:29:45Speaker 5: much like the cars next to us.
- 1:29:49Speaker 6: You're like, oh, god, did I she's you know, yeah,
- 1:29:52Speaker 6: I worked out this morning. Text says, uh, their votes
- 1:29:55Speaker 6: for sex. Women aren't great at hand parties and mouth
- 1:29:58Speaker 6: parties have dropped off for me over the years. Okay,
- 1:30:01Speaker 6: I see that's I don't know. That's always the welcome
- 1:30:02Speaker 6: guest is the mouth party. The hand party is kind
- 1:30:04Speaker 6: of inconsistent. Sex seems to be more like kind of
- 1:30:07Speaker 6: old reliable because as a dude from way, I could
- 1:30:09Speaker 6: see where it's very hit or miss, because you know
- 1:30:11Speaker 6: that you guys are more complicated.
- 1:30:13Speaker 5: But mouth parties are like camping. They're fun when you're young,
- 1:30:15Speaker 5: but when you're older. You're like, this is very interesting. Wow, wow,
- 1:30:22Speaker 5: all right, well no, this is helpful, this is really
- 1:30:27Speaker 5: but you're also talking to a married man. Yeah, I
- 1:30:29Speaker 5: only shop at one store, get it now. If we're
- 1:30:33Speaker 5: in a car, it's some sweetish chick. My wife's dad,
- 1:30:38Speaker 5: my wife dad dad in peace. I don't know if
- 1:30:44Speaker 5: I want the eye contact from a stranger.
- 1:30:49Speaker 6: Well, I think that's a good place to end.
- 1:30:51Speaker 5: Thank you absolutely, Bert Kreischer.
- 1:30:54Speaker 6: Ladies and gentlemen at Bert Kreischer on all the social
- 1:30:56Speaker 6: media platforms you can find them Bert bird bird dot com.

- 1:31:01Speaker 6: Daytona five hundred, the Full Throttle Festival happening in February,
- 1:31:05Speaker 6: the Fully Loaded at Sea cruise next November. Of course
- 1:31:09Speaker 6: all the shows. The guy just can't be home. It's
- 1:31:13Speaker 6: like minutes, can't bet. I'm gonna see if I can
- 1:31:15Speaker 6: sneak home and get a hand party in now. She
- 1:31:18Speaker 6: just got out of bed. Always got to be on
- 1:31:21Speaker 6: the run. And then the Netflix series Free Bert will
- 1:31:23Speaker 6: be released on January twenty second six episodes.
- 1:31:27Speaker 5: Check it out. The Machine Burt Christy, we love you
- 1:31:33Speaker 5: so much. I'm gonna send you a gift box for
- 1:31:35Speaker 5: free Bert when it comes out, but I need you
- 1:31:37Speaker 5: to open it on air.
- 1:31:38Speaker 6: Oh sweet, okay, yeah, you know what, we never get those.
- 1:31:41Speaker 6: I know obviously all the other shows to get those
- 1:31:43Speaker 6: like these cool gifts and they post them on their
- 1:31:45Speaker 6: social media. We don't get an We'll get one for Bert.
- 1:31:48Speaker 5: Getting on and boy, you're gonna love it and it's
- 1:31:50Speaker 5: gonna live in this studio for the rest.
- 1:31:53Speaker 6: Well, we love you man, Thank you, guys, I love
- 1:31:55Speaker 6: you coming in and say hi to Tom for us
- 1:31:57Speaker 6: and like legitimately and uh you know I'm not I'm
- 1:32:01Speaker 6: not saying that because he hates radio. He said we counted,
- 1:32:04Speaker 6: so yeah, that's a legitimate Hello. All right, we got
- 1:32:08Speaker 6: to take a quick break. More Woody show his next Hanging.
- 1:32:11Speaker 2: The Woody Show. We'll be right back.
- 1:32:15Speaker 6: Show Moses Martin.
- 1:32:20Speaker 2: Do you know who that is?
- 1:32:21Speaker 5: Oh?
- 1:32:21Speaker 7: Yeah, uh no.
- 1:32:24Speaker 6: He is the son of Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrock.
- 1:32:29Speaker 6: And he's got a band, because of course he does,
- 1:32:32Speaker 6: wouldn't he. It's called People I've Met and they released
- 1:32:35Speaker 6: a new song. It's called Promise. Do you want to
- 1:32:38Speaker 6: hear a little clip? Yeah, that's all right, So you
- 1:32:40Speaker 6: know from the loins of Chris Martin.
- 1:32:43Speaker 5: Can you just speak.
- 1:33:09Speaker 6: This is kind of like a similar kind of you know,
- 1:33:12Speaker 6: cold is yeah right, yeah, it kind of sounds low.
- 1:33:17Speaker 6: They call it low fly, low fly, low low fly,
- 1:33:21Speaker 6: low fi. A low five fie that was fly Mena
- 1:33:26Speaker 6: said something like that, I think it's like some new
- 1:33:27Speaker 6: cool term like that. I'm you know, to might understand. Yeah,
- 1:33:31Speaker 6: this is low fly low fly, like low fi. But
- 1:33:34Speaker 6: it kind of like the same kind of vocal style. Yeah,
- 1:33:37Speaker 6: a little bit of like I'm me quite mellow.
- 1:33:41Speaker 5: Yeah, right, that's what I was nineteen years old.
- 1:33:44Speaker 6: I just wanted to because you never hear. Last time
- 1:33:46Speaker 6: we had Chris martin in he said he was going
- 1:33:49Speaker 6: to the mall to go spy on his daughter because
- 1:33:50Speaker 6: she was working at the at the clothing store, right,
- 1:33:53Speaker 6: and he just wanted to see her at work. It's
- 1:33:55Speaker 6: so funny the idea of like Chris Barton going into
- 1:33:57Speaker 6: like a mall to you go spy and his daughter
- 1:33:59Speaker 6: and he's like pretending it's like all women's clothes, but
- 1:34:01Speaker 6: he's like pretending to be interested in stuff. See now
- 1:34:04Speaker 6: that that was that's an example of a story that
- 1:34:07Speaker 6: as he's telling the story, like not. I didn't start crying,
- 1:34:09Speaker 6: but like I start like, you know, getting like oh,
- 1:34:11Speaker 6: because I think about like, you know, I'll probably do
- 1:34:13Speaker 6: like my daughter gets a job, I'll totally.
- 1:34:15Speaker 5: Go spy on her. For sure. I'll go check out
- 1:34:18Speaker 5: and see what she's doing. I think I can sully stuff.
- 1:34:22Speaker 3: You know.
- 1:34:23Speaker 5: Yeah, And that's the thing.
- 1:34:24Speaker 6: It's like Dad, she was like, go away, yeah, yeah. Now,
- 1:34:31Speaker 6: definitely a song that I did a lot in the
- 1:34:33Speaker 6: band that I did a lot of that band, Dogma Society.
- 1:34:36Speaker 6: Oh yeah, I played for a while back and Gina
- 1:34:42Speaker 6: grad with the trending news headlines.
- 1:34:44Speaker 7: Well, after another drawing, there is still no winner in
- 1:34:47Speaker 7: the Powerball jackpot. One lucky person in Florida did take
- 1:34:50Speaker 7: home a million bucks, but the prize now moves up
- 1:34:53Speaker 7: to about nine hundred and thirty million dollars. The lump
- 1:34:56Speaker 7: sum on that's going to be around four hundred and
- 1:34:58Speaker 7: twenty nine million.
- 1:34:58Speaker 6: I'm telling you, man, they're gonna have somebody right for Christmas.
- 1:35:01Speaker 6: It given me the Christmas miracle. There will be a
- 1:35:02Speaker 6: whole thing they've got it planned.
- 1:35:04Speaker 4: Now.
- 1:35:04Speaker 7: That would be a nice yeah, that'd be a nice
- 1:35:06Speaker 7: little side bet. But that number is going to drop
- 1:35:08Speaker 7: to like two hundred and seventy million after taxes. The
- 1:35:11Speaker 7: next drawing for the power Ball will be tomorrow night,
- 1:35:13Speaker 7: and you think your prediction it's a no go because
- 1:35:16Speaker 7: we're waiting to get closer to Christmas.
- 1:35:18Speaker 5: Okay, yep, so.
- 1:35:19Speaker 6: Got another week before somebody wins. It'll be like one
- 1:35:22Speaker 6: of the highest how he already is. But even ve interesting,
- 1:35:26Speaker 6: don't I want somebody to win because I'm sick of
- 1:35:28Speaker 6: the story?
- 1:35:29Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:35:29Speaker 7: Same, very much.
- 1:35:30Speaker 5: So well.
- 1:35:31Speaker 7: Last night's Monday night football game between the Chargers and
- 1:35:34Speaker 7: the Eagles went into overtime after tying nineteen nineteen. Both
- 1:35:37Speaker 7: teams made a lot of mistakes, especially Eagles quarterback, who
- 1:35:40Speaker 7: threw several interceptions and even lost the ball on one play.
- 1:35:44Speaker 7: In overtime, the Chargers scored first with a field goal
- 1:35:47Speaker 7: to take a twenty two to nineteen lead. The Eagles
- 1:35:50Speaker 7: got one last chance to score, but through another interception
- 1:35:53Speaker 7: near the end zone that finished the game. The Chargers
- 1:35:56Speaker 7: now have nine wins and four losses. The Eagles fall
- 1:35:58Speaker 7: to eight wins and five loss and have lost three
- 1:36:01Speaker 7: games in a row by the way, but they're still
- 1:36:03Speaker 7: leading their division and the finalists for the Heisman trophy
- 1:36:07Speaker 7: were announced yesterday, and the favorite to win is Indiana
- 1:36:10Speaker 7: quarterback Fernando Mendoza. He led his team to an undefeated
- 1:36:13Speaker 7: season and their first conference championship in sixty years. Almost
- 1:36:18Speaker 7: Vanderbilt quarterback Diego Pavia He's also a finalist after leading
- 1:36:22Speaker 7: his team to the best season in school history. Ohio
- 1:36:25Speaker 7: State quarterback Julian Sayan made the list for leading his
- 1:36:28Speaker 7: team to one of the top playoff spots this year,
- 1:36:31Speaker 7: and Notre Dame running back Jeremiah Love is the only
- 1:36:35Speaker 7: non quarterback finalist after an outstanding season with over thirteen
- 1:36:38Speaker 7: hundred rushing yards and eighteen touchdowns.
- 1:36:41Speaker 6: So, so just the trophy, is there any kind of
- 1:36:44Speaker 6: like a cash prize with that close you get when
- 1:36:48Speaker 6: you win the Heisman.
- 1:36:49Speaker 5: That could be built into some mini and yeah, yeah,
- 1:36:52Speaker 5: it's not back.
- 1:36:54Speaker 7: Yeah, you know, it's like they say, like, once you're
- 1:36:57Speaker 7: an Oscar nominee or an Oscar winner, your price Well yeah.
- 1:37:00Speaker 6: Of course, yeah, yeah, yeah, that that goes without saying.
- 1:37:03Speaker 6: But I know, like sometimes there's like a.
- 1:37:05Speaker 7: You know, not huge, but they're still some some Well,
- 1:37:08Speaker 7: the winner will be named on Saturday.
- 1:37:10Speaker 11: Went to the USC like a couple of years ago,
- 1:37:12Speaker 11: and they still had OJ's heisman.
- 1:37:15Speaker 16: Probably still happened.
- 1:37:18Speaker 5: You wouldn't stand at anybody back then.
- 1:37:19Speaker 2: Nah.
- 1:37:21Speaker 7: Last week, Netflix announced that they had come to an
- 1:37:23Speaker 7: agreement with Warner Brothers, you know, to buy the studio
- 1:37:25Speaker 7: for eighty three billion dollars. Well, the deal hasn't been finalized.
- 1:37:29Speaker 7: It's under a ton of scrutiny. Scrutiny rather, and to
- 1:37:32Speaker 7: make things even more complicated, Paramount has announced that they're
- 1:37:35Speaker 7: putting a bid on Warner Brothers.
- 1:37:37Speaker 6: How does that work though, because I thought Netflix they had.
- 1:37:40Speaker 5: A deal trade company, which means you can do a
- 1:37:44Speaker 5: hostile bid.
- 1:37:44Speaker 9: Yeah, you can do a hostile bid, because you can
- 1:37:46Speaker 9: then if you own enough, if you enough, if you
- 1:37:48Speaker 9: convince enough shareholders that your price is a better price.
- 1:37:52Speaker 9: Those shareholders holders can, because the publicly traded, vote out
- 1:37:55Speaker 9: the old board and then approve your deal.
- 1:37:58Speaker 7: And that's exactly what's going on, SeaBASS, thank you. While
- 1:38:01Speaker 7: Netflix was offering Warner Brothers showholders twenty seven dollars and
- 1:38:05Speaker 7: seventy five cents a share, Paramount is offering thirty bucks
- 1:38:09Speaker 7: a share. That makes their bit worth over one hundred
- 1:38:12Speaker 7: and eight billion.
- 1:38:13Speaker 6: So it goes from like eighty three billion, one hundred
- 1:38:15Speaker 6: and eight billion exactly. But again, it's like when you
- 1:38:17Speaker 6: buy a house and let's say i'm i'm I'm in
- 1:38:21Speaker 6: agreement to buy Greg's house right for X number of
- 1:38:23Speaker 6: dollars right, at what point does it become finally where
- 1:38:29Speaker 6: like Gina just can't come in at the last second
- 1:38:31Speaker 6: and say, well, Greg, I'll give you giv.
- 1:38:34Speaker 7: Well, they're not nscro yet.
- 1:38:35Speaker 5: The Warner Brothers, Okay, this is how this is how
- 1:38:38Speaker 5: Elon got Twitter essentially.
- 1:38:40Speaker 7: Well, Paramount says their public offer is the same one
- 1:38:43Speaker 7: they gave Warner Brothers in private and then it provides
- 1:38:45Speaker 7: quote superior value and a more certain and quicker path
- 1:38:48Speaker 7: to completion. And Warner brother says they got the offer,
- 1:38:51Speaker 7: they're considering it.
- 1:38:52Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:38:53Speaker 6: I know, like there's a lot of people, like the
- 1:38:55Speaker 6: traditional Hollywood people that would like to see Paramount keep
- 1:38:58Speaker 6: Warner Brothers because it keeps the tradition people kind of together.
- 1:39:01Speaker 6: And who was it Martin Scorsese or whatever he was
- 1:39:05Speaker 6: talking about how this is really the truly the death
- 1:39:07Speaker 6: of the industry of Netflix gets Warner Brothers that it's over,
- 1:39:10Speaker 6: the industry is dead. Yeah, did you see the meme
- 1:39:12Speaker 6: most Okay, but I'm saying that's the difference between the
- 1:39:14Speaker 6: old school and the news school, right, Like the old
- 1:39:17Speaker 6: school people don't want to see, like the the streamers
- 1:39:19Speaker 6: come in and take over a Hollywood institution produced that.
- 1:39:26Speaker 5: For Netflix.
- 1:39:27Speaker 7: Well, and did you see the meme where it's in
- 1:39:30Speaker 7: a screen. It's on a movie screen and it says
- 1:39:32Speaker 7: like Netflix, this does not know is not compatible with
- 1:39:35Speaker 7: your WiFi.
- 1:39:38Speaker 5: I guess you had to see it.
- 1:39:42Speaker 7: All eyes up here. Okay, Anyway, everybody was doing their
- 1:39:45Speaker 7: own little thing. Anyone sick of hearing about Luigi Mangioni
- 1:39:49Speaker 7: or is it just me?
- 1:39:50Speaker 6: Yep?
- 1:39:50Speaker 7: Okay, Well let's talk about him.
- 1:39:51Speaker 5: He's back in.
- 1:39:53Speaker 7: Back in court for more pre trial hearings. Police bodycam
- 1:39:57Speaker 7: video showed the moment cops opened up his backpack when
- 1:40:00Speaker 7: he went and when he was caught in Pennsylvania, that's
- 1:40:02Speaker 7: when they found a fully loaded gun magazine hid in
- 1:40:04Speaker 7: a pair of wet underwear, and that was enough for
- 1:40:07Speaker 7: the cops to arrest him. Later at the station, police
- 1:40:09Speaker 7: discovered a nine millimeter handgun, a silencer, a phone, and
- 1:40:13Speaker 7: a manifesto, along with notes and items that suggest a
- 1:40:15Speaker 7: potential escape plan and hatred toward health insurers. Mangioni's defense
- 1:40:20Speaker 7: is arguing, of course that this is all this all
- 1:40:23Speaker 7: needs to be thrown out because the search of the
- 1:40:25Speaker 7: backpack was unconstitutional. But this is, of course, can be
- 1:40:29Speaker 7: another decision the judge is going to have to make
- 1:40:30Speaker 7: before the actual trial begins.
- 1:40:32Speaker 5: Well, yeah, they were saying they checked the backpack because
- 1:40:34Speaker 5: they feared there might be a bomb in there.
- 1:40:36Speaker 7: Well that sounded reasonable reason to check it. Or is
- 1:40:39Speaker 7: that like when you know in South Park when they
- 1:40:41Speaker 7: shoot an animal and it was coming right for us,
- 1:40:43Speaker 7: Like you just say what you're supposed to say.
- 1:40:45Speaker 6: But I mean again, if all the evidence is there
- 1:40:47Speaker 6: that this guy did it, which we all know that
- 1:40:50Speaker 6: he did it, right.
- 1:40:51Speaker 7: I feel like he's a well I guess we know
- 1:40:56Speaker 7: that he like opinion.
- 1:40:58Speaker 5: Knows, Yeah, correct, we know that he did it. Yeah,
- 1:41:01Speaker 5: I don't I don't know.
- 1:41:01Speaker 6: I'm just again of the mind. I don't care how
- 1:41:04Speaker 6: they got it, because everybody once we'll find some evidence
- 1:41:07Speaker 6: and it's whether the question is did you do it
- 1:41:09Speaker 6: or not?
- 1:41:10Speaker 5: True?
- 1:41:10Speaker 6: And if you did it and there's a smoking gun,
- 1:41:12Speaker 6: there's all this hardcore evidence, I don't care how you
- 1:41:14Speaker 6: got it.
- 1:41:14Speaker 10: But but but for somebody else paranoid is going to
- 1:41:17Speaker 10: jail as you are for something that you didn't do.
- 1:41:20Speaker 10: I get that, but you have to follow certain protocol
- 1:41:24Speaker 10: and it's.
- 1:41:24Speaker 5: Called the constitutions called I don't know being an American.
- 1:41:27Speaker 6: But again, did you really do it? My paranoid is
- 1:41:29Speaker 6: that's something you honestly didn't do and you get convicted
- 1:41:33Speaker 6: of it.
- 1:41:34Speaker 10: Right, but maybe you got convicted of something you didn't
- 1:41:36Speaker 10: do because they didn't follow the rules on this side
- 1:41:39Speaker 10: of the case and it aimed at you. You never know,
- 1:41:42Speaker 10: you should be even support of this.
- 1:41:44Speaker 11: And my thing is from the evidence, I believe that
- 1:41:47Speaker 11: he did it, but again, like his uh he was
- 1:41:51Speaker 11: masked in the video and things like that, you have
- 1:41:54Speaker 11: to make it like one clear before you just.
- 1:41:57Speaker 6: Say he did it.
- 1:41:58Speaker 5: Yeah, you know, juries incredibly stupid he did it.
- 1:42:02Speaker 6: I can't stand the people who are like you know this,
- 1:42:05Speaker 6: this free Luigi. That drives me nuts. Just imagine if
- 1:42:11Speaker 6: your family what this person did for a living, they
- 1:42:13Speaker 6: weren't like, quote breaking the law or you know what
- 1:42:15Speaker 6: I mean, like we always root for the bad guy. Yes,
- 1:42:20Speaker 6: you know, I think that's a lot with the true
- 1:42:22Speaker 6: crime stuff that people get into, and you know, they
- 1:42:25Speaker 6: they start twisting reality with you know, TV shows or
- 1:42:28Speaker 6: maybe the things that they watch, and so they love that.
- 1:42:31Speaker 7: Well, that's the thing I hate about true crime. I
- 1:42:32Speaker 7: hate people who glorify serial killers and.
- 1:42:34Speaker 5: Stuff like that.
- 1:42:35Speaker 7: I think it's disgusting.
- 1:42:36Speaker 6: Just think about it, like if it's somebody that you
- 1:42:38Speaker 6: knew horrible. You know, your dad goes to work with
- 1:42:40Speaker 6: the insurance company and then you know, here's this guy. Oh,
- 1:42:43Speaker 6: but he's cute.
- 1:42:44Speaker 7: On that note, Greg and I, I think the thing
- 1:42:45Speaker 7: that we take the most offense too is that he's hot.
- 1:42:48Speaker 6: He's not hot like all I can see. I think
- 1:42:51Speaker 6: I said it to you, Gena, because you worked with
- 1:42:52Speaker 6: the guy for so long. I said, if they were
- 1:42:54Speaker 6: going to do like some kind of like biopic on
- 1:42:55Speaker 6: Adam Carolla, he like this one picture, if he could
- 1:42:59Speaker 6: be cast as young Adam.
- 1:43:02Speaker 12: Reckon.
- 1:43:02Speaker 7: I do not understand why people think he's hot.
- 1:43:04Speaker 9: Where did bad air okay greatly the body guys the
- 1:43:07Speaker 9: body shot, yeah, which I don't know.
- 1:43:09Speaker 7: I wasn't staring at his body that was all over
- 1:43:11Speaker 7: the New Weird.
- 1:43:12Speaker 10: How his lawyers want those pictures to be admissible? Can
- 1:43:15Speaker 10: we have our client forget suit and tie?
- 1:43:17Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 1:43:17Speaker 6: Shirtless.
- 1:43:18Speaker 5: Forget how you search his backpack? Yeah, the blow hair
- 1:43:24Speaker 5: and the thick eyebrows.
- 1:43:24Speaker 11: Yeah, I just proved that if people think you're really
- 1:43:28Speaker 11: good looking, you can be a whole horrible person and
- 1:43:30Speaker 11: just get a pass.
- 1:43:31Speaker 5: Yeah, of course.
- 1:43:32Speaker 7: Well remember Cinnabon lady, you know, the super racist cinabunch chick.
- 1:43:35Speaker 7: Well she's the ex employee now at Cinnebon. She's the one,
- 1:43:38Speaker 7: of course, went viral on tic shop for her racist tirade,
- 1:43:41Speaker 7: and she's coming out saying she's not racist at all,
- 1:43:44Speaker 7: you guys. She went to social media and made a
- 1:43:46Speaker 7: post saying, quote, ps to the racism. If you look
- 1:43:50Speaker 7: at my Facebook from twenty ten, you'll see on there
- 1:43:52Speaker 7: that I have a blended family and my son was
- 1:43:55Speaker 7: colored colored.
- 1:43:56Speaker 5: Hold on, there's more.
- 1:43:58Speaker 7: She then backtracked.
- 1:43:59Speaker 5: I know you're allowed to use.
- 1:44:01Speaker 7: She then backtracked in another comment, saying that her son
- 1:44:03Speaker 7: had darker skin because he suffers from Addison's disease and
- 1:44:07Speaker 7: that he was discriminated against by being called chocolate.
- 1:44:09Speaker 5: So he had color.
- 1:44:11Speaker 7: Yeah, he had a little extra color, not.
- 1:44:13Speaker 5: Using colored as in like oh this colored boys, who knows.
- 1:44:17Speaker 7: It's also come out that she has a long rap
- 1:44:20Speaker 7: sheet featuring charges of child and endangerment, disorderly conduct, domestic abuse,
- 1:44:24Speaker 7: and drug possession. And that cherry on the Sunday is
- 1:44:27Speaker 7: the fundraiser for this loser lady has grown to over
- 1:44:31Speaker 7: one hundred and twenty seven thousand dollars. Good god, Ye
- 1:44:36Speaker 7: what kind of society is this? Anyway? That's what's going on, Woodie.
- 1:44:39Speaker 5: Well, thank you very much, Gina grad We are the
- 1:44:42Speaker 5: Woody Show. Is the Woody Show.
- 1:44:49Speaker 6: So I had some exciting news for Grego because you know,
- 1:44:54Speaker 6: days have been getting shorter since the clocks were changed
- 1:44:56Speaker 6: back in November.
- 1:44:57Speaker 5: Still haven't gotten used to it.
- 1:44:59Speaker 6: Sunday, December twenty first is the winter solstice. That's the
- 1:45:04Speaker 6: shortest day of the year. The sun will rise at
- 1:45:07Speaker 6: seven fifteen in the morning and set at four twenty
- 1:45:10Speaker 6: three pm.
- 1:45:12Speaker 5: That is a nine hour and eight.
- 1:45:14Speaker 6: Minute day to sure. And then from there the days
- 1:45:18Speaker 6: will start.
- 1:45:18Speaker 5: To get longer.
- 1:45:19Speaker 6: In some areas they gain an extra hour of daylight
- 1:45:23Speaker 6: before February really ok, and then the trend of longer
- 1:45:26Speaker 6: days continues until the summer solstice, which is on June twentieth.
- 1:45:30Speaker 5: Let's go to that now, yeah, let's go because Greg,
- 1:45:34Speaker 5: just this it's not a fact.
- 1:45:36Speaker 6: This year especially, I can't get used to it.
- 1:45:39Speaker 5: Yeah, I agree with Greg. Access has shifted.
- 1:45:43Speaker 10: It is completely different. Every single night I'm thinking, like,
- 1:45:47Speaker 10: I guess it's time to call it a day.
- 1:45:48Speaker 5: Oh it's six fifteen. Yeah, I love it.
- 1:45:52Speaker 6: Can't man, My sleep scores have been so good because
- 1:45:55Speaker 6: my body gets into that like you know mode. Yeah,
- 1:45:58Speaker 6: whatever it does where it starts to wind down, that
- 1:46:01Speaker 6: wind down face.
- 1:46:02Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:46:03Speaker 6: I mean, I'm a fan of lazy, but this just
- 1:46:05Speaker 6: promotes laziness too much. Like during the week it's it's great.
- 1:46:09Speaker 6: During the weekend, I'm like, oh yeah, wow dark, it
- 1:46:12Speaker 6: seems incredibly early. Something I wanted to bring up. This
- 1:46:15Speaker 6: news reporter in New Zealand was filming a segment and
- 1:46:19Speaker 6: she was setting up for another take when out of nowhere, man,
- 1:46:21Speaker 6: this seagull came flying in real low and hit her directly.
- 1:46:24Speaker 5: In the face.
- 1:46:25Speaker 7: It was crazy.
- 1:46:26Speaker 5: Did you see it?
- 1:46:27Speaker 6: Like yeah, here's the aftermath, Like, yeah, I love those
- 1:46:32Speaker 6: comments where you see him on on social media. But
- 1:46:36Speaker 6: did this hurt the seagull or something? But did this
- 1:46:41Speaker 6: hurt the you know whatever? So anyway, it got back,
- 1:46:46Speaker 6: it took it took off it's back in this guy.
- 1:46:48Speaker 6: So yeah, the reporter's a little cut above her eye. Otherwise,
- 1:46:51Speaker 6: okage clean to the blood, went right back to work,
- 1:46:53Speaker 6: which is cool.
- 1:46:53Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:46:54Speaker 6: Yeah, unlike a baseball player where a hangnail, they'll be
- 1:46:58Speaker 6: out for like two months or I didn't thinking about that.
- 1:47:00Speaker 6: Aaron Rodgers playing with a broken wrist and then you know,
- 1:47:04Speaker 6: Justin Herbert playing with a surgically repaired hand in a
- 1:47:08Speaker 6: contact sport, you get stitches and then you're back on
- 1:47:12Speaker 6: the ice.
- 1:47:12Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:47:12Speaker 6: And yet we had we had a coworker that called
- 1:47:15Speaker 6: out because she was anxious about a concert that we
- 1:47:20Speaker 6: were going to have to attend, like a really awesome
- 1:47:22Speaker 6: concert that we were going to have to attend for work. Yeah.
- 1:47:26Speaker 6: And and and she called out that day because of
- 1:47:28Speaker 6: that event, Yeah, because she was anxious about the event.
- 1:47:31Speaker 5: Damn the following day. Yeah. But again going back to.
- 1:47:36Speaker 6: Going back to you know, athletes like baseball players are
- 1:47:39Speaker 6: the worst. They have the most simple injuries and it
- 1:47:43Speaker 6: keeps him on the sidelines for so long. And meanwhile,
- 1:47:46Speaker 6: you see hockey players, you know, football players, although they
- 1:47:50Speaker 6: got to change the I never understood exactly what it
- 1:47:53Speaker 6: was turf toe when they say oh yeah, and they're
- 1:47:56Speaker 6: out for ecending period of time. It's it's a pretty
- 1:47:59Speaker 6: gnarly injured. That's why it keeps them out for so long.
- 1:48:01Speaker 6: They changed the name because it doesn't sound tough enough
- 1:48:04Speaker 6: turf to sounds like something that like a baseball. Yeah,
- 1:48:07Speaker 6: they stubbed their anyway, here's here's a little audio when
- 1:48:10Speaker 6: the seagulls smoked.
- 1:48:11Speaker 5: This chick in the face is going to be short
- 1:48:13Speaker 5: lived in.
- 1:48:18Speaker 6: Sounded like it and also warning warning fun accent ah
- 1:48:23Speaker 6: is going to be short.
- 1:48:24Speaker 2: Lived to in.
- 1:48:28Speaker 12: Yeah, yeah, oh my god, my eyes.
- 1:48:38Speaker 2: Yeah, am i am?
- 1:48:43Speaker 6: You didn't even realize?
- 1:48:44Speaker 5: Am I blat? Yeah?
- 1:48:46Speaker 6: Just rub a good on you. Yeah, this is a
- 1:48:49Speaker 6: nice Yeah when you get home. Yeah, just put a
- 1:48:53Speaker 6: couple on the bobbie. I know it's New Zealand, it's
- 1:48:56Speaker 6: not Australia, but it's the same thing. So if it's
- 1:48:59Speaker 6: how you your pot for Australia, it's got to be
- 1:49:01Speaker 6: how's your cake for New Zealand? How's your.
- 1:49:07Speaker 5: It's all the same, all accents. Yeah, we love him
