And starting off the tent talk for us 49ers receiver Ricky Piersall released from the hospital after being shot in the chest during a robbery attempt out in the open I think it's called Union Square or something like that where it took place

Middle of the day, middle of the day it was like 3 p.m. and he wasn't targeted because he's a 49ers player it was just a random robbery attempt I guess they struggled for the weapon ended up getting the robbery suspect with his own weapon

So they did they did arrest the guy Piersall's out of the hospital but just before we started recording I did look up

He is on the non football injury list so he will miss the first four games of the season is that a big loss of 49ers probably we probably don't know yet because they don't really know fully what they have in them but you know you draft a guy for a reason
