- 0:01In my mind, there's no doubt that we will have $50 silver
- 0:05much sooner than most of us can even fathom even realize.
- 0:10We got a big show today, a lot to look at.
- 0:13That to me indicates to us we are in for good times ahead.
- 0:18For the silver price and the gold price, we're going to do it
- 0:20all together. Don't forget, you can subscribe
- 0:23to the channel that's free. Leave a comment in the comments
- 0:25section. I appreciate you being here.
- 0:27This is not possible without you.
- 0:29You choose to be here. I honor your time.
- 0:32Let's dig right in. So today, and we got a ton to
- 0:36cover guys. So today the big news story was
- 0:39inflation was up. What is it PPI that's making the
- 0:43silver price and gold price go down?
- 0:45Let's go take a look at the headlines coming out right now.
- 0:50Wholesale prices rose .9% in July, much more than expected,
- 0:54yadda yadda yadda. I mean, all this data, it's all
- 0:58suspect. We know the big picture.
- 1:01I want you to bookmark this because we're going to talk
- 1:03about this more later in the show.
- 1:06But the outlook for silver and gold long term, when I say long
- 1:10term, I mean the next month, year, five years, 10 years has
- 1:15never been better. And we're going to look at the
- 1:17charts here next. But really this economic data
- 1:21that they're putting out at us, I mean, unless you're one of the
- 1:25sheeple, right, you know, it's all a bunch of bunk.
- 1:28We got to keep our eye on the big, big picture.
- 1:31And when we look at the silver price and the gold price, which
- 1:34we're going to do right now, and we look at a chart of let's say
- 1:38six months and five years, it is crystal clear to me, to me that
- 1:43we are heading higher and higher, right?
- 1:45I'm the guy who sat down here and had a blindfolded bear for
- 1:49two years saying that I thought gold would go to $2500.
- 1:53And we were, we were mocked, were made fun of by people said
- 1:57we were fools. I was called a shill.
- 1:59Okay, I was called every name in the book.
- 2:01And look at where the gold price is now.
- 2:04And let's go take a look at where the gold price is.
- 2:06And then we're going to look at some well, you know what?
- 2:08First, let's look at some crazy stuff for silver because this is
- 2:11actually quite exciting to look at.
- 2:15This one blew me away. I want to give proper credit
- 2:18here. This came from X and it was a
- 2:21post from our good friend the Gladiator.
- 2:24And he's a big account for silver and gold on X, 40,000
- 2:28followers on X. But he said if you just zoom
- 2:32out, you'll see a generational type move coming in silver.
- 2:36But there's something, there's a double whammy on this chart,
- 2:39guys that I want to show you. And he says this is where
- 2:42futures are are made. Obviously, what we're looking at
- 2:45here for anyone who's been in the basement for more than a
- 2:48week, is the cup and handle pattern a draw it on the screen
- 2:53for you. This, OK, this is a long term
- 2:56chart of the price of silver probably goes back to, I don't
- 2:59know, 1970 or something. This is 1980, this is 2011.
- 3:06This is now, OK, let's erase all of that and this is the cup and
- 3:13handle. Starting in 1980, going to 2011,
- 3:18we made a cup and this is the handle, OK.
- 3:22Now what's critical this year is that we, because these are one
- 3:27year candles is that we end the year above this level.
- 3:32I think we're going to end it somewhere up here, OK, in the 50
- 3:35to $60.00 range and be completely broken out.
- 3:39But what's double interesting about this chart, OK, we just
- 3:42looked at that long term cup and handle starting back in 1980.
- 3:46Do you see another cup and handle starting in 2011 and
- 3:51going through today? Yes, it's like one of those
- 3:55Russian nesting dolls. It's a cup and handle within the
- 3:59cup and handle. And I think, you know, everybody
- 4:01likes to talk about this quote UN quote textbook cup and handle
- 4:05that started in 1980 and it's awesome.
- 4:08It's unbelievable. Yes, no doubt about it.
- 4:10But I would argue that we also have a cup and handle within the
- 4:15handle of the long term cup and handle.
- 4:17With your head spinning right now, don't worry about it.
- 4:20Just think about one of those Russian nesting dolls and think
- 4:23about silver price going to levels that you can only only
- 4:26imagine. The other thing about silver
- 4:29that we haven't talked about for a while is the gold to silver
- 4:32ratio, which is also acting in our favor.
- 4:36Let's get that pulled up here. Here we go.
- 4:39This chart I want to give credit, I downloaded from
- 4:43goldprice.org and what we can see on this and no uncertain
- 4:48terms, still unbelievable, what color should we use?
- 4:51How about green? I think green will stick out for
- 4:54our viewing pleasure. This is a chart of a current
- 4:57chart, a three day chart of the gold to silver ratio.
- 5:00What that ratio tells us is how many ounces of silver it takes
- 5:04to buy one ounce of gold and it is at still historic high
- 5:10levels. There we are right there, guys,
- 5:13probably, but we're just going to say 88.
- 5:16Yes. Let me ask you a question.
- 5:21Are you willing to trade 88 ounces of silver for one ounce
- 5:27of gold? Here's a beautiful, beautiful
- 5:31Las Vegas silver round from our channel sponsor, First Met.
- 5:36Are you willing to give up 88 ounces of silver for one ounce
- 5:42of gold? Don't get me wrong.
- 5:44You know you know I love silver. I just love this stuff.
- 5:46This is the most beautiful here. Look at the back of this the
- 5:49back of it. This one has like a oh, the
- 5:53roulette wheel. Look at that.
- 5:56Let me get different angles for you.
- 5:59Are you going to trade 88 ounces of silver for one ounce of gold?
- 6:03Again, I love gold, no doubt about it, but man, I love silver
- 6:08as well. And to think of trading almost
- 6:1090 ounces of silver for what that tells us.
- 6:13The reason why I'm emphasizing that is the fact that that is a
- 6:17historic high ratio. You know, some people say
- 6:21historically it's been 50, some people points it's been as low
- 6:25as like 3 and two, right? When we look over whatever, it
- 6:28depends on what period of time you look at.
- 6:31But no matter what period of time you look at, that's high.
- 6:34Let's just say we get to 50, OK, And let's say we have a 33.
- 6:39Oh, I forgot to do an update of the silver and gold price.
- 6:41I'm sorry, guys. Let's do.
- 6:44We'll do it right now. We'll do it on this.
- 6:46This is Kitco. There's the current gold price.
- 6:50You can't see that, can you? Why can't you see it?
- 6:53There it is $3338 if we divide that.
- 6:59And let's look at let's do this first, then we'll look at
- 7:01silver. But if we divide 3308 $3338 /
- 7:1050, that would mean that we'd be at a silver price right now of
- 7:14$67 per oz. But what is the silver price
- 7:18right now? Oh, it is 38.
- 7:22There you go. Can you see that?
- 7:25There we go, $38 per oz. Thanks to our friends at Kikko.
- 7:29What that tells us is a when we look at the, when we look at the
- 7:32cup and handle, when we look at the the Russian nesting doll cup
- 7:36and handle within the handle of the current cup and handle.
- 7:39And when we look at things like the gold to silver ratio.
- 7:42And when we look at the the fact that the world has a silver
- 7:46deficit the last five years, when you look at the fact that
- 7:49output from silver mines is going down, how can we not get
- 7:53where is he? There he is right there, huh?
- 7:56There's the silver bear. We need to unblindfold the
- 7:59silver bear, which as you may be able to see right there, his
- 8:03blindfold says $85 per oz. Now I want to remind you, OK,
- 8:07and a lot of you long term basement dwellers know this.
- 8:10For years the Big Bear there had a blindfold on that said $2500
- 8:16per oz and we thought it would never come off.
- 8:19We were crazy. Well, guess what?
- 8:20It came off right And I don't think it's ever going back on,
- 8:24although I did keep it just in case.
- 8:26Can you imagine $2500 gold? I mean, we can't rule anything
- 8:31out. And you know what the big thing
- 8:32is? We'd be OK, right?
- 8:34Because we know long term, long term, everything is beautiful.
- 8:39The dollar index is going down. We're going to spend about 30
- 8:42seconds looking at that today. It's up.
- 8:46But guys, we are still with the dollar index.
- 8:51Wrong chart, wrong charty chart, chart.
- 8:54Hold on here one second. There it is.
- 8:58There's the DXY index and we got to get the right screen up.
- 9:02Here we go we're at 9824 big up day in stop moving screen.
- 9:09Jeez. OK, there we go 9823 big up day
- 9:13in the dollar index, right .4%. That's a pretty massive move.
- 9:17But guys, but but, and I promised you 30 seconds.
- 9:21We got to keep this in perspective.
- 9:24We broke below 100. Oh wait a minute, I wanted to
- 9:27show you this. It's been a little while and
- 9:30we're looking at a six month chart, not wrong one.
- 9:35How about 3 months? Maybe that's where Nope.
- 9:40Hold on, hold on, hold on six month.
- 9:43Try that again. One year.
- 9:47All these charts, right? The dollar index is down.
- 9:50We attempted several times to get below 100, and eventually
- 9:57that happened. Here we go.
- 9:59This is the chart. I apologize.
- 10:02I apologize. You know, we're doing this live.
- 10:05There's 100 right there. OK?
- 10:07I mean, remember, we were, we were bouncing around trying to
- 10:11get below 100 once. We almost tried twice, 3-4 times
- 10:16and maybe two or three or whatever.
- 10:18The point is, we now are below 100 and still pretty handily
- 10:23below. It's going to take a lot to get
- 10:24the dollar index back above 100. Now what I want to show you
- 10:30quickly because this is where this is where silver legends and
- 10:35gold legends are born. OK, I can't resist myself.
- 10:41Don't get mad at me. Complain to Susie.
- 10:43Send her a message if you want to complain about me.
- 10:46That red line is right about at 100 as you can see.
- 10:49OK guys, the dollar index has barely been above 100 much over
- 10:53the last 45 years. However, what is so cool, where
- 10:58silver legends are born is in this period right here from
- 11:03about 2000, 2001 through about 2011.
- 11:09During that period, the DXY went down OK, and the silver price,
- 11:13for instance, went from $5 per oz.
- 11:17Hold on, we got some issues here, some connectivity issues.
- 11:20Anyway, the silver price went from $5.00 an ounce all the way
- 11:24to $50 per oz. I wanted to pull up, darn it, I
- 11:28want to look at it. Let's just, let's look at
- 11:30something quickly. One more chart.
- 11:32We're going to look at the silver chart right now.
- 11:36We got you. There you go.
- 11:37We're on the right screen. OK.
- 11:39This is a 5 year chart of silver.
- 11:42Just to put things into perspective, I know today's a
- 11:44down day, but just go back about two, 2 1/2 years ago and look at
- 11:51this trend that we have going in the silver price, OK, We got to
- 11:57take stock on a long term basis. Now if we go and look at a six
- 12:02month chart of silver, all right, what we can see is that
- 12:09since about June, so we've been about what 3 months now, let me
- 12:14draw some lines on here for you, make it a little more clear, OK,
- 12:19we'll say about right there. All right, we broke above that
- 12:23level. This is in the futures about the
- 12:2535 level. And guys, we have been we have
- 12:29been basically consolidating since what the beginning of
- 12:33June, so June, July, August, 3 months, right, we've been
- 12:36consolidating in this area between that 35 and let's say 39
- 12:42range right about on average where we are right now.
- 12:45So we are looking good on silver.
- 12:47What's important to remember about that is consolidation is
- 12:52so critical to further upward moves because what's happening
- 12:56is all the all the short termers, all the short timers,
- 12:59the people that don't really believe in silver are selling
- 13:03and being replaced by people that do believe in silver kind
- 13:07of washes out the weak hands. And it's happening in a way
- 13:12where the price is not dropping below those critical support
- 13:15levels. Let's go look at gold here real
- 13:19quickly just to see long term what we've got going.
- 13:22Come on, gold, there we go. And OK, there's the gold chart
- 13:33again. We're going to look at a let's
- 13:36look at the five year chart of gold.
- 13:39Does that look familiar to you? Oh my gosh, again, what was this
- 13:45from about the beginning of 2023?
- 13:48What is this over the last 2 1/2 years?
- 13:50Do you see that trend? OK, that goes right up to the
- 13:54right, up to the stars. However, let's look at a six
- 13:57month chart of gold. This is even more interesting.
- 14:01Do you see what I see on this chart?
- 14:03OK, There's no doubt in my mind that this is so healthy, man,
- 14:10Look at this. OK, This is the futures market
- 14:13from about 30 to 50 and we'll draw this line here, let's say
- 14:18around 3450, man, look at that, how the price of gold has stayed
- 14:25in that Channel. April, let's see, May, June,
- 14:28July, August for the last four months essentially, right?
- 14:32And again, that is so healthy. That shows consolidation.
- 14:37People that went out there like, oh, Goldman on a great run, it's
- 14:40not going to go any higher. I'm getting out.
- 14:42They've gotten out as long as we stay above.
- 14:44When I look at this chart, that 3250 mark in the futures market,
- 14:49we are in good shape. Now.
- 14:50Look, guys, remember, I'm not a financial advisor, Don't make
- 14:54any financial decisions based on what I'm saying.
- 14:58But I can only see a brighter future for both of the metals.
- 15:03I mean, even if gold stays where it is right now, silver has a
- 15:07lot of catching up to do, massive amounts of catching up
- 15:11to do. I'm thinking by Christmas time,
- 15:13how do you feel about this, that we're going to be down here
- 15:15together celebrating $50 silver? Mark my word, I made a bold
- 15:21prediction right for April 1st of next year with the silver
- 15:24price, $60.00 silver. But I think I'm going to move
- 15:28that up to Christmas that we could see $50 silver.
- 15:32Let's see what kit goes down is because the demand for gold
- 15:36apparently is changing. Things are getting very, very
- 15:42interesting in the gold market on a worldwide basis.
- 15:46Here's the headline. Okay, oh, we got, we got
- 15:49something scared about too. Silver miners are increasing
- 15:53their production. I'll to give you the reason why
- 15:55we don't need to be concerned about that, but global gold
- 15:58demand will touch on that first up 10% year over year in the
- 16:02second quarter. And we'll just go down here to
- 16:05the important part that I pre highlighted.
- 16:08Global gold demand totaled over 1000 tons in the second quarter
- 16:12of 2025, a 10% increase over Q2 of 2024.
- 16:18That's significant for the world's most valuable asset.
- 16:22Jewelry demand fell by 14% year on year.
- 16:29Yeah, because gold jewelry is getting so expensive.
- 16:33But investment demand took made-up for that, supported by
- 16:37solid bar and coin demand and a fourth consecutive quarter of
- 16:41inflows into ETFs. Bar and coin demand was stronger
- 16:45in most regions except North America.
- 16:47However, ETF holdings in North America rose.
- 16:51OK, so the demand for gold and the demand for gold on the
- 16:54investment side, guys, you know, look, everybody else is asleep.
- 17:00You've been either you're new to this or you've been knowing this
- 17:03for years. What's going on with the Fiat
- 17:06money system and the fact that investment demand for gold is is
- 17:10skyrocketing only corroborates what we've known for a long,
- 17:14long time. Touching on silver and I'm going
- 17:16to tell you why we don't need to worry about this.
- 17:18Turning to silver, Horarious noted that primary silver miners
- 17:23are reporting increased production during Q2 after a
- 17:27week or first quarter. So the silver miners produced a
- 17:31little more silver in the second quarter.
- 17:33I got news for you guys. The silver mining industry,
- 17:39excuse me, is not going to be able to keep up with the
- 17:42increased demand. I'm so this is live.
- 17:45I'm doing the best I can. Silver miners aren't going to be
- 17:48able to keep up with the increased demand that we're
- 17:50going to see for silver in the coming decade.
- 17:54There has been minimal investment in only the smart
- 17:57people, right? People like Keith Newmeyer at
- 18:00First Majestic Silver, Dolly Varden Silver, Silver Mountain
- 18:05Resources of Silver 47, right, which which merged with Summa
- 18:10Summa Silver. But very few of these companies
- 18:13have been developing, right or exploring or building new silver
- 18:18mines. When's the last time you heard
- 18:20about a big silver mine being made?
- 18:21Hold on. I'm going to have a quick sip of
- 18:23water. Join me,
- 18:34OK, UBS bank, the big Swiss banker, the big secret Swiss
- 18:39banker. Remember the secret Swiss bank
- 18:41accounts? We're going to listen to what
- 18:43they have to say just for one second about demand for gold.
- 18:51A little quick bit of a repeat. But UBS.
- 18:57UBS, the Swiss banker, says they're raising their 2025 gold
- 19:01demand outlook as investment appetite surges.
- 19:07They raised their full year gold demand forecast following a
- 19:09stronger than anticipated buying trends, particularly within,
- 19:13like we just said, the investment segment.
- 19:15The move comes despite record high gold prices and a temporary
- 19:19slowdown in central bank accumulation.
- 19:22So this is very interesting. The central banks are not buying
- 19:28as much gold right now. However, investment demand is
- 19:31picking up. And if we look at this chart and
- 19:34we go over to the current year 2025, right, the gold is jewelry
- 19:41down, OK, tech about the same, barring coins about the same.
- 19:47But this right here is where we're seeing the big uptick, and
- 19:52that is ETFs, OK? The Gray section, which is
- 19:58central bank demand, as you can see at the top, is down a little
- 20:02bit. So investors, big money, the
- 20:05smart money, right? The sovereign wealth funds, the
- 20:08private family office funds, the wealthy people, the Ray Dalio's
- 20:13of the world. And just to name a few, are the
- 20:16ones that are moving into gold and supporting this gold price
- 20:20where it is, and I think going to be even higher.
- 20:22I think by Christmas, we're going to be sitting down here
- 20:25right now in the basement celebrating not only $50 silver,
- 20:31but we'll also be celebrating $4000 gold.
- 20:36The bank now expects total gold demand to reach 4700 metric tons
- 20:39for the year, a 3% increase over the previous year.
- 20:43And I think that's it on this article.
- 20:46I just want to bring, let's talk about the Federal Reserve, our
- 20:49old friends at the Fed, because as everything's falling apart
- 20:52out there in the world, there's a couple articles that were
- 20:55published over the last year that nobody really talks about
- 20:59too much. This one came from the Federal
- 21:01Reserve. The Federal Reserve and our good
- 21:04friend Jerome official reserve revaluations.
- 21:09And the reason this is important is because we get these other
- 21:14analyst quote UN quote out there that are saying, oh, gold could
- 21:17be revalued to 15,000 an ounce, gold could be revalued to
- 21:2020,000. And we kind of dismissed them.
- 21:23But I think there's a why I'm not, I'm not, I'm not
- 21:27speculating even, but why would the Fed be putting out these
- 21:30reports about official reserve revaluations?
- 21:34One paragraph I want to read you here, it says from the Fed.
- 21:38This note reviews the rare cases when countries used proceeds
- 21:43from valuation gains on gold and foreign exchange reserves.
- 21:48Over the past 30 years, only five countries have done so,
- 21:52Germany, Italy, Lebanon, Karako, St.
- 21:55Martin and South Africa. So the fact that they're talking
- 21:58about it even makes me maybe a little minorly suspicious.
- 22:02What do you think? But then we get this from the
- 22:05Philadelphia Fed, Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia,
- 22:11lessons learned from the gold standard, implications for
- 22:15inflation output and the money supply.
- 22:18Now, this was a year ago, but still, why is the Philadelphia
- 22:22Fed? And there's a couple things out
- 22:24here. One thing, one paragraph, they
- 22:26said when extending their analysis to the two large
- 22:30economies, they find preliminary evidence the gold standards of
- 22:35the gold standards stabilizing effect on prices will go imagine
- 22:39that if you have back money with a real asset, it stabilizes
- 22:43prices. They also extend their analysis
- 22:46to evaluate policy interventions, specifically
- 22:49government subsidies to promote gold holdings and find that
- 22:52these policies may enhance the long, long run efficiency of the
- 22:58gold standard. OK, the other big, I don't want
- 23:01to get too technical on you guys, but look, it's real
- 23:04simple. The more money they print,
- 23:08right? The more the less valuable it
- 23:10is. The more of this that's created
- 23:13paper money, right? The less valuable this is It
- 23:17makes it's simple, right? And this right essentially can
- 23:22be measured by the M2 money supply.
- 23:25And the M2 money supply is absolutely exploding.
- 23:30Let's go after the Silver Academy, who tells us of a
- 23:34silent tsunami. Why silver's moment is coming.
- 23:38As the M2 explodes to $22 trillion, record money supply,
- 23:43surging debt and industrial demand are creating the perfect
- 23:47storm for a silver breakout. OK, there's a chart of the M2
- 23:52money supply. This comes from the Federal
- 23:55Reserve, right? Remember, they printed like 40%
- 23:58of the dollars during the COVID-19 crisis.
- 24:01And then everybody was like, oh, look at that.
- 24:03It peaked. It peaked.
- 24:05Well, guess what? It didn't peak, right?
- 24:08It went down a little bit, but now it is shooting back up
- 24:12because we are in likely a debt spiral.
- 24:17OK, so it's not just another number.
- 24:19Why? What is the M2?
- 24:21The M2 basically measures like all the liquid money in the
- 24:25economy and they can make this stuff electronically again.
- 24:28It just dilutes the value of the US dollar and and further if we
- 24:34choose. If we choose.
- 24:36Let me look at you. We all make the mistake.
- 24:43Welcome. Welcome to the basement.
- 24:44We all make the mistake, right? We value our silver and our
- 24:49gold. We use the US dollar as the unit
- 24:52of measure. Guys, I'm telling you, right,
- 24:55Right. We should really benefit.
- 24:57We would benefit from valuing this in ounces.
- 25:00Same thing with gold, but we value it in U.S. dollars or we
- 25:04use the US dollar as the unit of measure.
- 25:07The more of them they print out of nowhere, right and don't back
- 25:11it with anything real, the more valuable over any period of time
- 25:17the actual physical asset will become.
- 25:19It really is simple. It truly really is simple.
- 25:24OK, and now we got some of the people on the Fed talking about
- 25:273 rate cuts. Let's go to this wrong one.
- 25:31Hold on, I had it somewhere. Here it is.
- 25:36Top Federal Reserve official says dour jobs data backs the
- 25:40case for three rate cuts. OK, Michelle Bowman was one of
- 25:44two Fed officials who voted a week and a half ago in favor of
- 25:48cutting interest rates, and now she's talking about 3 rate cuts.
- 25:51Why? Why?
- 25:52I'm going to tell you why right now.
- 25:54You know, if you invest in precious metals, there's one
- 26:01secret thing that is your number one best friend.
- 26:05It's stagflation. During the stagflation of the
- 26:0770s, excuse me, the silver price went up at least 25 X 25
- 26:15percent, 25 X. And I'm going to give you 2
- 26:20reasons why right now, right? All the data coming in and then
- 26:24when we even think about the real data that we know, the real
- 26:28numbers, what they look like, indicate to us that we're going
- 26:31to stagflation. First, I want to say thank you
- 26:33to channel sponsor First Mining Gold for supporting Ron's
- 26:37Basement, supporting my gold and silver content.
- 26:39They are development stage company in Canada.
- 26:42They have two massive gold development stage projects,
- 26:46Spring Pole in Ontario and Duparque in
- 26:48quebecyoucanlearnmoreaboutthem@firstmininggold.com. But the big, big mining
- 26:55companies are going to need to replenish their pipeline of big
- 26:59projects and there are very few in the world in favorable
- 27:03jurisdictions. I happen to think the First
- 27:06Mining Gold is a company that can fit that bill.
- 27:08You can decide for yourself. As always, I'm not a financial
- 27:11advisor. Do your own research.
- 27:14But thank you to 1st Mining Gold for sponsoring Ron's Basement.
- 27:17Gold and silver can absolutely skyrocket in a period of
- 27:21stagflation. What news have we gotten in the
- 27:24last few weeks? What did we hear this morning?
- 27:28Right, which is temporarily putting a bit of a downdraft on
- 27:31the silver and gold price. We got news that PPI, the
- 27:34wholesale price inflation numbers were way higher than
- 27:38expected. That is inflation.
- 27:40What is coming? Here's another little secret
- 27:43that nobody's talking about. We've yet to really feel there's
- 27:46a big lag impact with these tariffs.
- 27:49We've yet to really feel the impact of the Trump tariffs in
- 27:53prices. Prices will be going up in the
- 27:56next three to six months thanks to the tariffs.
- 27:59They're going to say, oh, no, there's no impact.
- 28:01There's no, no they will. So we have inflation, guys, and
- 28:05we're going to have bigger inflation.
- 28:07We're also talking about needing to cut interest rates, which
- 28:10will also, if we do what Bowman said, that will light a fire
- 28:14under inflation. So we have inflation here.
- 28:18The best way to think about this, this is the stagflation
- 28:21box. OK, on one side you have
- 28:24inflation, on the other side you have recession.
- 28:28What did we hear last week? The jobs numbers collapsed.
- 28:31Oh, and by the way, the previous two months there were 250,000
- 28:35make believe jobs that didn't really exist that we reported.
- 28:39I hope those people enjoyed cashing their make believe
- 28:42paychecks. Right?
- 28:43So we have the makings of a recession.
- 28:47We already have some form of stagflation.
- 28:49Right now. This guy hates it because
- 28:52there's nothing they can do, OK, When we have stagflation, OK, if
- 28:57he wants to fight the recession, they have to cut rates.
- 29:01But when they cut rates, that makes the inflation worse.
- 29:05And then when they raise rates to fight the inflation, that
- 29:08makes the recession worse. And we've never, when we compare
- 29:12the situation that we are in right now in this country, right
- 29:16on the on the on the early stages of stagflation, compare
- 29:21that to the 1970s, yes, gold and silver skyrocketed, OK, But but
- 29:28what's different now, big time different is back in the 70s, we
- 29:33didn't have this massive debt problem that we have.
- 29:36So that's even more fuel on the fire, right?
- 29:40That is going to just totally again, if you choose to use the
- 29:46dollar as the unit of measure for the value of your gold and
- 29:50silver, it is going to totally destroy the real value of the US
- 29:56dollar. I don't like it.
- 29:57I love my country and I hope I'm wrong.
- 30:00I hope I'm wrong, but I know how to use a calculator and I know
- 30:04basic math and I know basic economics and guys, it is coming
- 30:08OK, I believe. Again, could be wrong as the
- 30:13dollar is diluted and diluted and diluted and we're past the
- 30:18point of no return, right? There's only one thing that can
- 30:21happen. Again, if you use the dollar as
- 30:25the unit of measure for your gold and silver and that is that
- 30:27measured in dollars, the value of that gold and silver will go
- 30:30up. It is the ultimate life raft,
- 30:33right? Right now we are the people
- 30:36who've already gotten in the life raft on the Titanic.
- 30:40And we're like, lower us down, lower us down.
- 30:42Everybody else is still partying.
- 30:44They're up in the NVIDIA room. They're in the Microsoft room,
- 30:48They're in the Amazon room, right?
- 30:50They're up there partying. Jerome is spinning records on
- 30:53the DJ. But the ship is listing, right?
- 30:56And we're in the boat. We're saying lower us down,
- 30:59lower us down. That's do you like that analogy?
- 31:03I think it's a great analogy and we got craziness going on.
- 31:07Let's talk about something crazy for a little bit.
- 31:09I said thank you. I want to say I got it more,
- 31:12more to come. But you know, for a while now
- 31:17we've been getting some great support from this company.
- 31:19Dirty Man Safe, if you have something, I'm not going to ask
- 31:23questions that you want to keep safe and secure.
- 31:26Maybe you got a safe in your house, maybe you have a safety
- 31:29deposit box. But the ultimate way to keep
- 31:32things safe is what the pirates did and that is burying it in
- 31:35the ground. And that's exactly what this
- 31:37does. The Dirty Man Safe allows you to
- 31:40have a secret stash that only you know about and maybe
- 31:44somebody else buried like in your yard or wherever the heck
- 31:47you want to bury it. This goes into the ground.
- 31:49These things are so cool and think about it.
- 31:52It's totally safe from fires, floods, anything, right?
- 31:56There's a reason why those pirates stored it opens up.
- 32:00OK, It's very, very cool. And this is the smallest of
- 32:04them. This is The Dirty girl, but it
- 32:07is super robust. They've got bigger ones.
- 32:09The Dirty man, The Dirty old man.
- 32:12Great company. Oh, oh, there's a discount code
- 32:15Ron 10 that you can get. OK, You're ready for stranger
- 32:20than Fiction. I mean, and look, I talked with
- 32:23Lynette Zhang yesterday, and she brought up a great point about
- 32:26President Trump. I'm not being political.
- 32:28This is not a political show. But she said something that
- 32:32really made sense to me, and that is that Donald Trump is an
- 32:35agent of change. Donald Trump is no stranger to
- 32:39controversy, big drama, big debt, bankruptcies throughout
- 32:44his life, OK? That's just a fact.
- 32:47And as we move now into this very delicate phase in the world
- 32:53economy and the world kind of geopolitical situation, be
- 32:56prepared guys, OK? Cuz I think over the next three
- 33:00years, I hope I'm wrong, but we may have some big, big, big
- 33:05events. Be ready for some volatility, I
- 33:07guess, is what I'm saying. And I mean, look at this along
- 33:11those lines. Where is it?
- 33:15Oh, darn it, here it is. Let's pull this up.
- 33:21I mean, he's he's at he's going at it with the head of the
- 33:24Federal Reserve. You know that Jerome Powell.
- 33:27But now Trump blast Goldman Sachs CEO over tariff forecast
- 33:32tells David Solomon to quote UN quote, focus on being a DJ.
- 33:37This is almost too funny not to read.
- 33:40This is what Trump said. David Solomon and Goldman Sachs
- 33:44refused to give of credit where credit is due.
- 33:46Donald's mad because Donald Trump, our president, is mad
- 33:50because they had predicted the market wasn't going to do well
- 33:52because of the tariffs, Trump wrote on Tuesday Post on True
- 33:55Social while lauding the revenue from tariffs and a stock market
- 34:00that's hovering near record highs.
- 34:02Everything looks good here on the Titanic.
- 34:04They made a bad prediction a long time ago on both the market
- 34:08repercussion and the tariffs themselves, and they were wrong,
- 34:12just like they're wrong about so much else.
- 34:16He's saying this about Goldman Sachs.
- 34:18I think that David Solomon, who is the CEO of, of, of Goldman
- 34:24Sachs should go out and get himself a new economist.
- 34:27Or maybe he ought to just focus on being a DJ and not bother
- 34:33running a major financial institution.
- 34:36So I guess the CEO of Goldman Sachs does D Jing as a hobby on
- 34:41the side. I don't know.
- 34:42And finally, guys, let's take a look at this because it it tells
- 34:46us what's going on. This comes from our friend make
- 34:49gold. Great again, silver equals
- 34:51money. And there's Vladimir Putin.
- 34:55Reminder, Russia is re monetizing silver.
- 34:58In 2024, Russia's central bank became the first in the modern
- 35:03times to announce adding silver to their reserves.
- 35:08Everywhere we look, we see indications that there will be
- 35:13solid support for the silver price as we move into the coming
- 35:17months, quarters and years. We're going to go through it
- 35:20together, OK, We are on, we are on this trip together and we
- 35:25have been for several years. I feel like we're making a smart
- 35:30decision safeguarding whatever extent you feel safe part of our
- 35:34assets with precious metals. There's other things out there
- 35:38as well, land, commodities, cryptocurrencies, But a lot of
- 35:42the, a lot of the fear and a lot of the predictions that we're
- 35:47looking at when it comes to what we could be facing in both the
- 35:51near term and the long term can be alleviated by, let's say,
- 35:57assets that protect you from the potential devaluation of the
- 36:01Fiat currencies. OK, We talked about a lot today,
- 36:05guys. The dollar index is going down.
- 36:08We've got big demand still for gold.
- 36:11We've got big demand for silver. And when it comes to silver,
- 36:16it's just unbelievable. You know, that whole story.
- 36:18I won't rehash it, but let's just say the supply demand
- 36:22fundamentals now are crazy. And when we look out at the what
- 36:26we can see coming, let's say a year, five years and 10 years
- 36:30from now, it's only better for silver.
- 36:33And we know that the government, they're printing money like
- 36:36crazy, OK? They're doing it right now.
- 36:38The M2 money supply is going up and up and up.
- 36:42If they lower interest rates, and I mean it, it feels like the
- 36:46administration of Washington is shoving that down their throats,
- 36:50right? There's, I mean, it feels like
- 36:52the Fed and independence is in jeopardy at this point.
- 36:56It could just light a fire of devaluation for the dollar, but
- 37:01but also inflation, stagflation, right?
- 37:04We know what that means. I, I know one thing for sure,
- 37:08it's a big honor when you come down here and join me in the
- 37:10basement. Don't forget you can subscribe
- 37:12to the channel. It's free.
- 37:13OK, Leave a comment in the comment section below.

- 37:29criticism, I don't mind. I've been on YouTube for like
