Sex Charge Dropped, Prop 1 Plan Countywide, CA Clean Air Vehicle Program
A sex charge brought against a local Marine has been dropped, just one week before the expected start of his general court-martial. San Diego County leaders are starting to put into motion Proposition 1. The California Clean Air Vehicle program is set to expire later this year.
