ADA G: My whole life I had received signs, seen things, hearing things in a way that I knew things happening. Now... I put it aside to try to fit with society and friends and kids to play with me because when I say something I scare them all the time. So I put it aside. Then later I lost people that I love and one of them sent me signs immediately, right away, even before to their past. they were not verbal. I receive signs like I should do this. I and I follow everything from recollection I could not even express to you how that happened that night. But now I know it was my guidance, my guides telling me, Deb Snyder: anyone who follows my work knows that energy communication is a large part of my life with the living, just like just like you. my own daughter is nonverbal and profoundly disabled and was able to utilize the same type of energy communication to speak with me. I am a million percent behind what you're talking about, and I fully, fully believe in that ability to make make it useful in our life to be able to utilize energy communication, Spirit communication to improve our waking life and the fact that you were already committing to taking care of this person and that this was the help that you were getting along the way. So you had mentioned that you you thought it was a sign from her. So do you think it was the from the your loved one departing or do you feel that it was from up above, like an angel or both. ADA G: I would say both because I have never experienced a thought like that. I mean, yes, but I put it aside. In that moment I could not put it aside in in in continue to go to like doing my plan like take a nap for thirty minutes. No, I couldn't. So I immediately got up and went back and then I couldn't find my facemask and then I thought okay, this is what is nudging me and I went back and I hold her hand until she passed peacefully and I had that big opportunity to tell her that I love her and you know that gave me the strength to continue i with my life. And you know, in that part of the grief, you have that wound that crack your world open. So I was like just wondering, questioning what would happen. And one day I saw an ad of a famous medium coming to my town. And I went online and looked out like, mm, that kind of kind of mm interesting. I didn't think about it more and then I started to to do more research on internet looking for that and then I came across with the name of Suzanne Giesemann And I click on that and since then I have those experience that understanding what was happening to me with her teachings with her books I was like this is what it means. This so many things start to click. Together and that what made me go to mediumship All the signs, the things that I could no longer ignore because every single day it was something different out of the blue, I'm like, okay. I listen and I've been guided and has changed my life like to freedom. Shellie McLeod: I started this story years ago when I'd had several things in my life just kind of land the way that they should, and it was magical to me, and I thought this needs to be written down. So I just wrote it down maybe for myself and for my children someday, and then I had some tragedy happen and eventually realized that My life is still magical. even though it doesn't always work out the way that I had hoped, it has never worked out the way I expected, right? in good ways. It's like wow, And then it's also I never expected to be here. But in all of that, I have learned that beautiful signs, beautiful synchronicities. continue to happen through it all. Deb Snyder: Now you're referring, you you talk about the tragedies that that you experienced. I know that you dealt with the loss of of a business and also tragically with the loss of your own son. Tell us a little bit more Shellie McLeod: Well, some of them were v just in nature, you know. I mean, people talk about seeing hummingbirds or butterflies or different things that that their parent or their loved one used to love and then all of a sudden those things are visiting them, right? Deb Snyder: Right. Shellie McLeod: well I would see things that reminded me of Derek It gave me comfort. you know, I saw we were on vacation and there was a a rock formation out in the water that was off a tip of a little peninsula and it looked like a person sitting in the water just looking out and you know It was always there. It's not like Derek put that there, but it gave me this sense of peace. Like that's what he's doing. He's just calm and comfortable. and so those little signs in nature and also in music, I just felt like they were comforting to me and that he was with me, you know, giving me comfort through those natural signs. And and then eventually I just had more and when I say eventually, I just mean within a couple of months, you know, this isn't years out, but within a couple of months. there were more synchronicities where, you know, I decided I want to seek out a medium. And so that's the magic part. Deb Snyder: Those the best days. But all of a sudden, like a movie, like a movie screen coming across, all of a sudden was I call it my dead people parade. In-Person: But all of a sudden, like a movie, like a movie screen coming across, all of a sudden was I call it my dead people parade. I wasn't sleeping, not crazy, and I was just Deb Snyder: I wasn't sleeping, not crazy, and I was just the movie playing. So it started with grandfather, uncles, my dad, and they again would just walk past and I could just feel that In-Person: the movie playing. So it started with grandfather, uncles, my dad, and they again would just walk past and I could just feel that absolute love. And I was also thinking like this is so Deb Snyder: interesting. This dead people parade In-Person: Interesting. This dead people parade Deb Snyder: parade is not for you to join. In-Person: is not for you to join. Deb Snyder: And she said so you can get back in your little body In-Person: And she said, so you can get back in your little body. Deb Snyder: And here's the thing she said. In-Person: And here's the thing she said. Deb Snyder: So the first time was during COVID. So I had COVID really badly and In-Person: So the first time was during COVID. So I had COVID really badly and Deb Snyder: So, you know, had seizures and passed out and super high fever and luckily l luckily they sent me home from the hospital without treating me. Story for another day. But I say luckily because it brought me here. So through that process, which was about six weeks, there was a night that I was in my bed and it was I was did not have a high fever. In-Person: So, you know, had seizures and passed out and super high fever and luckily luckily they sent me home from the hospital without treating me. Sorry for another day. But I say luckily because it brought me here. So through that process, which was about six weeks, there was a night that I was in my bed and it was I was did not have a high fever. Deb Snyder: I was not delirious and I no longer actually felt like I was going to die because I did I was that sick, you know, for six weeks and but at this particular night I I was kind of like okay, I don't think I'm gonna die anymore. But what happened was I was not sleeping and not awake and again not delirious with medication or fever. In-Person: I was not delirious and I no longer actually felt like I was going to die because I did I was that sick, you know, for six weeks and but at this particular night I I was kind of like okay, I don't think I'm gonna die anymore. But what happened was I was not sleeping and not awake and again not delirious with medication or fever. Deb Snyder: But all of a sudden, like a movie, like a movie screen coming across, all of a sudden was I call it my dead people parade. So all every single dead person that I had known was lined up and in kind of like a parade version and like a movie. In-Person: But all of a sudden, like a movie, like a movie screen coming across, all of a sudden was I call it my dead people parade. So all every single dead person that I had known was lined up and in kind of like a parade version and like a movie. Deb Snyder: They just started walking past me. they were lined up from eldest to youngest, and they all just started to walk past me. And in they all said the same thing. They all walked by and they said, with such love and such adoration, they just said, She was such a precious. In-Person: They just started walking past me. they were lined up from eldest to youngest, and they all just started to walk past me. And in they all said the same thing. They all walked by and they said, with such love and such adoration, they just said, She was such a precious. Deb Snyder: that I have a solid belief in the afterlife because I don't fear death. Right. I I really don't. I mean it would be a bummer and it would be unfortunate for my family and loved ones. And I myself have been treating for cancer the past couple of years, so I had to sort of face some of those issues. In-Person: That I have a solid belief in the afterlife because I don't fear death. Right. I I really don't. I mean, it wouldn't it be a bummer and it would be unfortunate for my family and loved ones. And I myself have been treating for cancer the past couple of years, so I had to sort of face some of those issues. But I was talking to my my doctor, my primary care physician, and Deb Snyder: But I was talking to my my doctor, my primary care physician, and he's a very sweet man, has his own spiritual beliefs, unlike mine, but his own solid beliefs. And I said that to him because he was like, How are you doing with all this? How's your husband doing with all this? And I told him, I said, My husband is petrified because he wants to go first because he doesn't want to be left with all that. Yeah. And I said, and I In-Person: And he's a very sweet man, has his own spiritual beliefs, unlike mine, but his own solid beliefs. And I said that to him 'cause he was like, How you doing with all this? How's your husband doing with all this? And I told him, I said, My husband is petrified 'cause he wants to go first because he doesn't want to be left with all that. And I said, And I I know it's pretty good up there And up there, down there, out there, whatever way you wanna say it. Deb Snyder: I know it's pretty good up there and up there, down there, out there, whatever way you want to say it. But to me, it gives me a great joy for life this is a wonderful journey that we're already on. And we'll have our time when it's our time to cross over. Right. But for now, it helps us make the most of what we have now. In-Person: But to me, it gives me a great joy for life this is a wonderful journey that we're already on. And we'll have our time when it's our time to cross over. Right. But for now, it helps us make the most of what we have now. Right. That's what I ca that's what I came away with too, Deb, was not so much that it was about, you know, this death experience, that it was really about the living Deb Snyder: Right. That's what I ca that's what I came away with too, Deb, was not so much that it was about, you know, this death experience that it was really about the living. In-Person: that we have left to do. Deb Snyder: that we have left to do. Jane Macomber: when COVID came along, I supplemented my income by driving for Uber And I had Reiki on my license plate spelled R, with a double E at the end. I would find that young men in their early 30s, late 20s, they'd be like, Could you tell me a little bit about this Reiki stuff? I literally, Deb, Deb Snyder: Ha ha ha. Jane Macomber: would be sitting in a Cumberland driveway at 2 a.m. and they'd be like, Could you do five Deb Snyder: Yeah. Jane Macomber: minutes on my shoulder from an old football injury? I had one young woman, she she got in the front seat and she had three friends in the back, and they're like, you do Reiki and do you read do readings? And this one young woman in the front, she said, is there anybody around me? I had picked up that her grandfather was there, and she just burst into tears. She's like, I miss him so much. And so it was like I can't tell you how many Uber rides I gave where it was just so interactive and and people would get out and they'd be like, This is the best part of our night, So my brother had said that he had been trying to do some automatic writing, but as he called it, he was getting hen scratchings. And it was an instant Deb Snyder: Ha ha ha. Jane Macomber: knowing. I just knew I could do it. And so I didn't try it for probably two or three weeks. And I couldn't sleep one night, so I just got up, I got some pen and paper, and my hand just started going. It just started, it's it's often just scribbles and figure eights, which when people are learning to rewrite, if they've lost the ability to write, figure eights is one of the ways they train people. So and then my sister and I, we sat down and she said, Let's ask it a question. And so it just started writing. Deb Snyder: Ha ha Jane Macomber: And and what I found were the thoughts were coming into my head. as I was doing the automatic writing. too. So that's that's how it began. Deb Snyder: I was driving down the road, I was stopped at a stop sign and I was on the phone, hands free. I was on the phone and I'm like, I'll I applied for this other job, you know, hopefully. And as I'm sitting there, the bus for that other place went by and I said, There's my sign. So, you know, God gives you those signs, you just have to pay attention, you know, keep your eyes open. It can be just the tiniest sign. Or it can be a big blaring sign. They're going to tell you. They you know, follow your gut because your gut tells you. And the way it gets there is through God or the universe. It's a How did you start putting the pieces together for yourself? So it wasn't until I was in my forties and I was going to well she was kind of a family member of my ex-husband and she was doing Reiki on me and she kept saying there's something there's something I can't put my finger on about you and I'm like, okay. And so, you know, we would we would talk and stuff like that. And this is when the tidal wave hit me and went, you know, it's that old saying, be careful what you wish for because I literally felt like I was hit by a tidal wave. Think about just our regular waking world right now. All the communication that's coming through right now, just think about the radio, the TV, all the different channels, everything going through. Only certain receivers that are tuned in to pick up those certain signals get it. But when you're you remember back in the day where we used to sort of dial in a radio, or especially if like maybe our granddad or dad was on those specialty, like ham radios and things, so they could pick someone up on the other side of the world. They had to get to the certain thing, but you heard all this other static and you heard all these other rogue voices going on at the same time. So this is literally how it can be, not always how it can be for people when you're figuring out how you receive. Yes. And so some of it will be totally yours. It'll be people that you are choosing to link to. Others of it is more like a passing thing. once you're getting further and further in your mediumship development, you'll know, okay, you'll set your space, you'll set your stage, and you'll invite who you want to talk with. Beth Lynch: I could mention Deb Snyder: show. Beth Lynch: the Amy Winehouse. I mean, I did a channeling. Deb Snyder: Well, why don't you? What Beth Lynch: I was doing a channeling for this wonderful woman. Her name was Jody. I just She was on a gallery. I said something about Kobe her hand came up, so they put her on with me. And she said that was her son's name and his nickname was Kobe Man or something like that. And I go, we're definitely with you. So we start chatting and you know, he was a musician and I kept pushing about drummer boy. she goes, No, but he was a guitarist. And then all of a sudden it clicked. my God, his best friend wrote a song for him after he passed and called him the drummer boy. And she goes, my God. so we had that moment. And then I go, there's this girl, he's at a piano, but I feel this girl hugging him. And there's something about, you know, the piano and some Amy. And I go, Did he have a friend? and she said, Amy Winehouse, and I think I went, What? We're all like, I was I'm a fan, Deb Snyder: Yeah. Beth Lynch: It every single one of us were consciousness, right? We could get into the whole quantum physics things, but that's who that's deep. And Deb Snyder: Yeah. Beth Lynch: but our spiritual nature Is intuitive, which is not just the connection to our divinity or the excuse me, the universe, God, whatever you terms our source, but is a survival mechanism. Our intuition wants to guide us, protect us from whether it's a relationship to what road not to go or don't go there, and then something happens. Everybody's had those kind of experiences, I think, you know? And so our intuitive nature is a part of our spiritual energy. or our higher frequencies. Okay. It is intuitive. It is creative. Our creativity is how we're going to express ourselves, how we're going to create abundance to survive and eat on this planet, right? Have a roof over our head. And just the pleasure of creative expression. It's meditative. It is also our compassion. Compassion is a above and beyond the human ability. Patience run out. Compassion will not run out. Deb Snyder: And one's like, meditate one hour a day for a month and then you open up to the universe. Well I meditated two hours every morning. And at the end of the month, it was kind of like, Okay, so let's have a conversation. And then like the first conversation we're gonna have is to show you how you can do that meditation in one breath. yes. So I was like, Take a breath and was like I could just feel it, like, wow. It was amazing. It is amazing, when that shifts So I wasted Sixty hours for nothing. You should have stopped me along the way. It's like, no, we were having fun. But you but you didn't miss They were having fun. I was in a children's hospital with my daughter in Portland, Maine, and she was going through some of her medical challenges and a good friend of mine decided I needed to break from the hospital and that there was a mind body Spirit fair going on in town So she and I headed out and left my daughter with my husband and family at the hospital, and off we went. Well, we're walking around the fair, and I come across this gentleman here. Who's sitting at a table with a dowsing rod just sort of going that's right, just sort of going back and forth, back and forth. And I'm and I just felt like this. This is how I felt like pulled toward. It's like almost, I almost like I couldn't control myself. And so I put my name on the list. And just as I was like writing my name on the list, the person who was sitting with him almost like they were like, so I didn't have to I didn't have to wait very long. So we sat down for a reading and Bill does what's called spiritual life readings. Greg: He said, I was speaking with my guides and they're telling me what's going on with your voice. He says, It's more than just a beautiful operatic voice that you've been gifted with. You have the ability to bring in the energies, the sounds that are not always heard by people, and blend them with your voice and bring in these healing energies. So he initially referred to them as the singing spheres of the celestial realm. And then I would act as sort of a conductor Like a telephone where I was the medium. I was passing it through. It wasn't me, although my my voice was used as a carrier wave for it. it was all about bringing in these energies. So the singing spheres of the celestial realm basically we could say they're angels, healing angels. they were contacting me. They wanted to make a connection and say, hello, we are here. you have a connection with us. it was after that that I started incorporating their energies into my work. And so I call them a star family. The star family is from a constellation that's not yet known here on Earth. It's not one of the more popular ones like the the Pleiades or or those, but it is unknown. But they are here and they are working through me to bring in these energies to help with the global transition to the shift of consciousness on on the planet. So I went from working with with angelic beings and then shifted to the the energies from the star beings. Ben Dorfman: the body is incredibly wise and it's energetically sensitive. And so there's this whole invisible world that's always here with us, this world of energies. And and and we know that this is the case, even if you don't have practice with it, because like say you walk into an environment And it's a brand new environment, you start to feel things immediately, whether it's like a comfortable place, and you're like, wow, I can really relax here, or whether it's like this place that kind of gives you a little bit of like anxiety of like, ew, I don't know how I feel about being here. You know, how would you know that? just walking into a place. the body knows the body's picking up energies, Whether it's energies from the past, like what's happened in this space before you got there, or energies of the people that are there, And it comes through the body as a feeling, And so you know helping people land deeper in their feelings and to begin to trust that those feelings are not random. But that they're a guidance system. And if we give that stuff more credit in any moment in our day, it opens up a lot of opportunity for awareness, You know, I I think our Western culture does not encourage us to trust our body this much. You know, it's it's we we get taught like to dominate the body. The body is not like an ally, it's we should be able to control it and do it, should do what we want. And so that relationship then mixes this all up, right? Versus the body who's like a team player who's like, no, I have things for you. I want you to know some stuff, you know. so I think Deb Snyder: That's right. Ben Dorfman: people really doubt like what they're picking up, you know, and or or or emotions get in the way, right? I mean, I think the classic stereotype is like you're lonely, you go on a date, you're hoping for connection, they're nice enough and they're handsome enough, right? And so you're just kind of like, This is good, right? But like the body is like, we don't this is not the person we wanna be with, you know, it's like you can feel it, right? And so we override that stuff Deb Snyder: Above. Ben Dorfman: for other reasons, you know. And so Deb Snyder: Absolutely. maya: I look at it as kind of a pivotal turning point year. So we know that the nodes just recently changed signs. The North Node I describe as your guiding light and this is a universal thing and it's to me another stage of moving into the age of Aquarius, like we are shifting into a more universal phase. And I don't know if you've noticed this Deb I feel like I see it when I look at people, when I'm out in public, that I feel like people are looking quite Aquarian to me. I call it get in tune with the moon. So get in tune with the lunation cycles. Consistently, always at new moon, the sun and the moon are in the same sign. That's why it's you know new moon. start living your life in accordance with that. Very simple, basic astrological cycles. New moon, a fresh start, time to kind of begin again, reset, and then always consistently full moon. The full moon will be in the sign opposite the sun. Like there's there's few things in life nowadays that are predictable, but this is one cycle that is always predictable. Full moon is always opposite sign of the sun. And again, having an awareness of these basic cycles that we live with. Deb Snyder: I was sitting at my computer and I got this invitation through the computer and I went, Okay, So it was like a a cattle call for actors. And so it was a little bit leery. I didn't know anything about Reiki. So I went in the back door and looked in and there were about thirty people in the room. all sitting there waiting with the teacher in the front and I looked around and I said, Hey, nobody's got three heads. All right, I'll step in. So I sat at the back And the second this teacher started to get into what Reiki was, I recognized the energy that is used in Reiki. Universal life force energy was the energy that I'd been using without a name. So finally had a name for part of what it was I did. I feel like there were lots of little bits collected pieces for me, but now I can call myself a Reiki and people will understand it. we joined an arts fair that was going on and we took the Reiki table out and took it to the streets. And some of my favorite things, as I always say, the best compliment for a Reiki is when they fall asleep on your table. Because that means they're absolutely relaxed. And in this case, it was packed full. The entire street had people all over the place, vendors, things going on, music, clowns, you name it was going on. And we would have perfect strangers come up who hadn't tried before, and we put them on the table, and they would fall asleep. And everyone around them could see, hey. This is something pretty cool. I mean, who's gonna fall asleep in the middle of a street? With all that going on, you know, but they would wake up refreshed and feeling better even from a very short amount of Reiki And it was a delight and it was just really nice to be able to put that out there where people could observe as well as try it. Vincent Van den Broeck: ultimate goal for by the way everyone listening for you also that should be in life no matter what you're chasing no matter what is important for you but should be that on the last moment on this earth you're able to tell yourself and people around you I did everything I wanted to do and I said everything I want to say which could have been by the way when I was 32 That should Deb Snyder: That's right. Vincent Van den Broeck: be the only goal. And you know what? That changes through our life. But when you're able to tell yourself, could you even imagine last moment, very last moment, what an amazing life you're gonna have. And you told everyone that you love, yeah, I love you. Thanks for being you. That's the goal. I told my wife, don't forget you're the best thing that ever happened to me. leaving that to the people you love that's the last memory they have of you it's everything I've always, like I've been telling this for, again, ask anyone around me, I've been telling this for so long that I have this feeling that I've been put on earth to make people around me happy. Like, for real, Deb I genuinely... from the bottom of my heart. Again, no pretending, no hidden agenda. I want people to win. I want people to get the most out of life. And I will do, even if it's not asked for, I will do everything in my power. So when, I can give you a couple of examples. So when they would ask me in the morning, and I was still missing part of my skull, so I had a big hole in my head, they would ask me, hey Vincent, how you doing? I'm doing amazing, thanks, how are you? nurses and doctors. Of course I wasn't... You know what? I was doing pretty okay cool. There was indeed the skull missing. Yeah thanks I'm doing amazing.
