- 0:04Speaker 1: My name is Victor Furman. Some call me the Voice.
- 0:09Speaker 1: I've always been fascinated with human nature, spirituality, science, and
- 0:15Speaker 1: the crossroads at which they meet. Join me now and
- 0:18Speaker 1: we will explore these topics and so much more with
- 0:22Speaker 1: fascinating guests, authors and experts who will guide us to
- 0:28Speaker 1: Destination unlimited. Is it possible for humans to communicate with plants?
- 0:40Speaker 1: What would plants share with us? And how might this
- 0:43Speaker 1: contribute to our personal healing? Joining me again on Destination
- 0:48Speaker 1: Unlimited this week, Laura Aversano shares her story of awakening
- 0:52Speaker 1: to the divine powers of plant spirits and the elemental
- 0:56Speaker 1: world of nature where plants are intelligent being. Laura Aversano
- 1:02Speaker 1: is a medical and spiritual intuitive and ancestral impath Descended
- 1:07Speaker 1: from an ancient lineage of Sicilian adepts and seers. She's
- 1:11Speaker 1: been communicating with the spirit world since childhood. She has
- 1:15Speaker 1: trained in plant medicine and shamanism, from various indigenous traditions,
- 1:20Speaker 1: and in many modes of healing. Her website is Laura
- 1:24Speaker 1: Aversano dot com, and she joins me this week to
- 1:27Speaker 1: share her path and book, The Divine Nature of Plants,
- 1:31Speaker 1: A Medical Intuitive's Guide to Plant spirit medicine. Please join
- 1:37Speaker 1: me in welcoming back to Destination Unlimited, Laura Aversana, Welcome back, Laura.
- 1:43Speaker 2: Thank you for having me. I'm very excited to.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Be here, Laura, for our listeners meeting you for the
- 1:48Speaker 1: first time. Please share your path and how your intuitive
- 1:52Speaker 1: and healing path opened.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Sure. Absolutely. I grew up in a family of seers.
- 2:00Speaker 2: It is a part of my Sicilian lineage and heritage.
- 2:03Speaker 2: And when I was young, I had the ability to
- 2:07Speaker 2: speak and see beings beyond the veil, which I ascertained
- 2:12Speaker 2: were real, just like you and I, just like my
- 2:15Speaker 2: family was. And my gifts grew over time and culminated
- 2:20Speaker 2: in a healing crisis at age nineteen, which expanded and
- 2:25Speaker 2: augmented those abilities, and I started training in energy medicine
- 2:30Speaker 2: and various healing modalities and it kind of took off
- 2:32Speaker 2: from there.
- 2:34Speaker 1: Wonderful. What do you offer your clients in your practice?
- 2:39Speaker 2: A myriad of things you know? Interestingly enough, my practice
- 2:44Speaker 2: has grown for almost thirty years through referral, and most
- 2:50Speaker 2: of my clients tend to refer to me as either
- 2:53Speaker 2: a medical intuitive, a medicine woman, a shaman. It's a
- 2:59Speaker 2: pleasure of of ways that I hold space. I offer
- 3:03Speaker 2: medical intuition. I offer counseling and development. I offer communication
- 3:08Speaker 2: with pets, communication with those who are in comas or unconscious.
- 3:13Speaker 2: I offer nutritional, energetic counseling. I used to offer hands
- 3:17Speaker 2: on work for plant spirit medicine work. Again, I think
- 3:21Speaker 2: the list kind of can go on and on.
- 3:24Speaker 1: And one of the things that I remember you talking
- 3:26Speaker 1: about was ancestral healing. Do you still do that?
- 3:29Speaker 2: Absolutely? That was the one thing I just remembered as
- 3:31Speaker 2: you said that, I forgot to mention, thank you.
- 3:34Speaker 1: And tell us a little bit about that.
- 3:36Speaker 2: Sure, absolutely so. Encoded in our cellular memory is ancestral DNA.
- 3:46Speaker 2: It's a field called epigenetics. It's a study of how
- 3:49Speaker 2: gene expression is altered through trauma, ancestral environments, emotions, thoughts,
- 3:57Speaker 2: and various other factors that literally express themselves through our health,
- 4:02Speaker 2: through our perspectives, through the ways in which we see
- 4:05Speaker 2: the world, through our psychic connection with the divine, and
- 4:09Speaker 2: through our spiritual let's say, in spiritual genetics is what
- 4:14Speaker 2: I like to refer to it as and many times
- 4:17Speaker 2: those ancestors are still working to resolve their challenges beyond
- 4:23Speaker 2: the veil. And when that happens, it can influence and
- 4:26Speaker 2: impact our lives in many ways. And when somebody calls
- 4:30Speaker 2: me to work with ancestral healing, I look at the
- 4:34Speaker 2: challenges that they are presenting me with, and then I
- 4:37Speaker 2: track beyond the veil their ancestors with similar challenges and
- 4:41Speaker 2: try to see where the patterns or miasms might be stuck,
- 4:45Speaker 2: might be holding, might be influencing and or attaching, and
- 4:49Speaker 2: do my best to hold space and offer tools to
- 4:52Speaker 2: help them unwind.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Now today we're going to be discussing your new book,
- 4:57Speaker 1: The Divine Nature of Plants, a Medical Intuitive's Guide to
- 5:01Speaker 1: Plant Spirit Medicine. But before we do that, the last
- 5:04Speaker 1: time you were on, we discussed your book The Light
- 5:07Speaker 1: of God, Divine Locutions on evil, Karma, reincarnation and healing.
- 5:13Speaker 1: What inspired that book and what do you share with readers?
- 5:17Speaker 2: Sure? So that book what I was inspired by the
- 5:22Speaker 2: events of nine to eleven, Actually before they happened, I remember, Gosh,
- 5:28Speaker 2: thank you for reminding me of the story. Actually I
- 5:30Speaker 2: remember it was I think a year prior to the
- 5:33Speaker 2: events of nine to eleven that in prayer, spirit guided
- 5:37Speaker 2: me to write a book on good and evil, and
- 5:40Speaker 2: I was given the title of the Light of God,
- 5:43Speaker 2: and there seemed to be a rush to write that
- 5:47Speaker 2: book and to hold space for those words to come through.
- 5:51Speaker 2: I did not know what I was getting myself into
- 5:54Speaker 2: in terms of what would come through me, and I
- 5:59Speaker 2: just remember being so hurried and everything seemed to be
- 6:05Speaker 2: hastily unfolding. I remember experiencing the energetic shifts in many
- 6:13Speaker 2: realms above me. I remember experiencing the energetic shifts in
- 6:17Speaker 2: clients literally a year before with their pulses, and so
- 6:21Speaker 2: many times I can see the collective happening in people's tissues,
- 6:26Speaker 2: in people's cells, around their aura, as above so below
- 6:30Speaker 2: before it happens actually in the physical realm, in this
- 6:32Speaker 2: realm that we are existing in. And up to the
- 6:36Speaker 2: time that I was finishing that book, I remember the
- 6:39Speaker 2: myriady of souls that would come through my home, and honestly,
- 6:45Speaker 2: they were traumatized. Some of them were screaming. They didn't
- 6:49Speaker 2: know what was going on, they didn't know what they
- 6:50Speaker 2: were doing. And from my understanding, other shamans were also
- 6:54Speaker 2: experiencing these energies or these beings months before or months
- 6:58Speaker 2: prior to the events of Note eleven. I even remember
- 7:02Speaker 2: running over to my mom's house when she lived here
- 7:04Speaker 2: in New York, and asking her what she felt because
- 7:09Speaker 2: the energies were so intense. And as I was getting
- 7:12Speaker 2: to that last chapter, I remember in my prayers they
- 7:15Speaker 2: kept saying, you need to finish, You need to finish,
- 7:18Speaker 2: because this book needs to help some of these souls
- 7:21Speaker 2: cross through. And I kept saying, cross from what's going
- 7:26Speaker 2: to happen, what collectively was going to happen. And I realized,
- 7:31Speaker 2: with all those souls that I kept seeing passed through
- 7:33Speaker 2: the walls of my home, that's something magnanimous and devastating
- 7:42Speaker 2: was going to take place in our world. I think
- 7:44Speaker 2: I just numbed myself from the visions because I couldn't
- 7:47Speaker 2: believe what I was seeing until it finally happened.
- 7:51Speaker 1: You know, it's interesting how sometimes we get a message
- 7:56Speaker 1: through synchronicity and it's not necessarily what we think it's about.
- 8:01Speaker 1: And I had a calling because I was doing reiki practice,
- 8:05Speaker 1: and back in the eighties and nineties, if you wanted
- 8:08Speaker 1: to go into a hospital and do any kind of
- 8:11Speaker 1: laying on of hands, you either had to be ordained
- 8:14Speaker 1: in a faith where that was one of the sacraments,
- 8:17Speaker 1: or you needed to be a licensed massage therapist, and obviously,
- 8:22Speaker 1: with a full time job in industrial technology, I did
- 8:24Speaker 1: not have the time to go to school for two
- 8:27Speaker 1: years to become a licensed massage therapist. However, through a
- 8:32Speaker 1: wonderful series of synchronicities, I found out about the New
- 8:35Speaker 1: Seminary of New York. I attended and graduated in nineteen
- 8:38Speaker 1: ninety seven, and my whole intention was to be able
- 8:41Speaker 1: to go into hospitals, and they're laying out of hands,
- 8:44Speaker 1: needless to say. When nine to eleven came along, another
- 8:48Speaker 1: reason for the ordination came to fruition, and that was
- 8:53Speaker 1: I was called to be a chaplain for the Red
- 8:56Speaker 1: Cross at the Family Assistance Center that they had set
- 8:59Speaker 1: up in to work with people who were either grieving
- 9:04Speaker 1: the loss of loved ones in nine to eleven or
- 9:06Speaker 1: who were waiting word of their loved ones after nine
- 9:09Speaker 1: to eleven, and also the first responders. And it was
- 9:12Speaker 1: such wonderful work between going to my day job every
- 9:15Speaker 1: day and then every evening going to this Family Assistant
- 9:18Speaker 1: Center for a matter of months. And I'm grateful for
- 9:21Speaker 1: the fact that I had that calling for the one
- 9:24Speaker 1: reason I thought it would be, but for obviously the
- 9:26Speaker 1: other reasons unfolded and they have continued to unfold throughout
- 9:31Speaker 1: my life, and I'm grateful for that.
- 9:32Speaker 2: Wow, bless you. That's wonderful. And I think there's still
- 9:36Speaker 2: challenges in New York with doing hands down without having
- 9:39Speaker 2: that massage license.
- 9:41Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't have an active breaking practice anymore,
- 9:45Speaker 1: so I'm not familiar with it. But in any event,
- 9:48Speaker 1: the other things that have unfolded and the opportunities to
- 9:51Speaker 1: serve people in many capacities, and I'm grateful for that calling.
- 9:55Speaker 1: So thank you for sharing that. Now we just talked
- 9:58Speaker 1: about You're just new just published book, The Divine Nature
- 10:02Speaker 1: of Plants. What inspired that book?
- 10:06Speaker 2: Actually this is its third iteration. I'm happy to say.
- 10:10Speaker 2: The first book was written when I was twenty eight
- 10:13Speaker 2: years old. The first iteration and published I believe when
- 10:16Speaker 2: I was thirty or thirty one, actually was supposed to
- 10:19Speaker 2: be published right after nine to eleven, and they halted
- 10:23Speaker 2: its release because of nine to eleven. So what inspired that? Again?
- 10:29Speaker 2: In prayer, I was guided to write a book on
- 10:34Speaker 2: plant spirit slash shamanic medicine. And what inspired that for
- 10:38Speaker 2: me was my own personal healing journey and my foray
- 10:44Speaker 2: into the use and relationship with nature and plant spirit medicines.
- 10:53Speaker 1: And how did your abilities come about with plants?
- 10:57Speaker 2: Sure, so again I mentioned my healing crisis. At the
- 11:00Speaker 2: age of nineteen, I started to become increasingly empathic to
- 11:06Speaker 2: people walking by me, near me, to various illnesses and
- 11:11Speaker 2: ailments that would just rush through my body. And along
- 11:15Speaker 2: with those ailments coming through my body, or somebody would
- 11:18Speaker 2: mention a person's name, and I can tell what was
- 11:21Speaker 2: making them sick, And it could be something in the present,
- 11:23Speaker 2: something in the past, something in the spiritual realm, something
- 11:26Speaker 2: in the mental realm, something in the astral field. Along
- 11:30Speaker 2: with that, I would also hear sense or see remedies.
- 11:35Speaker 2: Some of those remedies were food based. Some of those
- 11:37Speaker 2: remedies were plants. Some of those remedies might have been
- 11:41Speaker 2: visualization or other psychological tools. But nutrition and nature really
- 11:49Speaker 2: tugged at my heartstrings. And so I would go out
- 11:52Speaker 2: and I would sit. At that time, I lived in
- 11:55Speaker 2: the country upstate, and so I would sit in nature.
- 11:57Speaker 2: I would sit with the plants, and I'd be able
- 11:59Speaker 2: to pick up a plant, just like many indigenous cultures
- 12:03Speaker 2: did before language was even used. Before formal language was used,
- 12:08Speaker 2: and I could tell exactly what the plant was used for,
- 12:12Speaker 2: what ailments, what illnesses on a physiological level, on a
- 12:15Speaker 2: psychological level, and on a spiritual level. And I would
- 12:18Speaker 2: start to take notes and write things down, and then
- 12:21Speaker 2: later on I would compare my notes to traditional books
- 12:26Speaker 2: on orbology and I was correct, and that prompted me,
- 12:32Speaker 2: along with my guidance, to write a book on plant medicine.
- 12:39Speaker 2: And then years down the road, the second iteration of
- 12:42Speaker 2: the book, published by Llewellyn, a story was added. I
- 12:46Speaker 2: thought I'd add a more personal perspective of how I
- 12:51Speaker 2: used plant spirit medicine and working with the spirits in
- 12:56Speaker 2: my own journey. Well, and now here's the third published
- 13:01Speaker 2: by Inner Traditions, which I'm very pleased. It's a beautiful book.
- 13:05Speaker 1: And when did you first recognize that plants were actually
- 13:08Speaker 1: communicating with you.
- 13:11Speaker 2: During that time when I had my healing crisis at nineteen.
- 13:16Speaker 1: And how did they speak to you?
- 13:20Speaker 2: It was more clear cognizance. It was such an echo
- 13:28Speaker 2: through every tissue, through every cell, through every story. They
- 13:32Speaker 2: told stories of illnesses through my being, they told stories
- 13:37Speaker 2: of relationships through my cells. It was one of the
- 13:42Speaker 2: most incredible experiences that I ever had. And then with
- 13:47Speaker 2: that one of the elementals, because plants come with their elementals,
- 13:53Speaker 2: their fairies, the plant spirits, and along with that there
- 13:58Speaker 2: came a spirit guy who would appear to me and
- 14:03Speaker 2: also communicate the abilities and properties of plants.
- 14:10Speaker 1: You know, it's interesting. I'm a tree hugger from the
- 14:13Speaker 1: time I was a kid in the sixties, and I
- 14:16Speaker 1: always had a sense of a relationship with nature, all
- 14:20Speaker 1: forms of nature, birds and squirrels and all types of animals,
- 14:25Speaker 1: and also with trees. And I love oak trees. Something
- 14:30Speaker 1: about oak trees that just sing to me. And then
- 14:34Speaker 1: when I moved into the home that I live in
- 14:36Speaker 1: now in Queens, New York in nineteen ninety five, unbeknownst
- 14:39Speaker 1: to me, there was a bed of azaleas in the
- 14:43Speaker 1: garden and I started seeing them bloom early in spring,
- 14:47Speaker 1: and then they'd be gone in a few weeks. And
- 14:50Speaker 1: I wondered what was the nature of that, and I
- 14:52Speaker 1: researched it and I found out that's what they do.
- 14:54Speaker 1: They come, they spend three weeks or so or four
- 14:57Speaker 1: weeks here with us, and then they go to the
- 14:59Speaker 1: next iteration. And during a time of grief, a poem
- 15:04Speaker 1: came through me about the azaleas and what they represent.
- 15:08Speaker 1: I call the poem the Lesson of the Azaleas. May
- 15:11Speaker 1: share that with.
- 15:11Speaker 2: You please, I'm very excited to hear it.
- 15:14Speaker 1: They return each spring in their full glory without our hand,
- 15:20Speaker 1: intending leave in three weeks. A very short story, but
- 15:25Speaker 1: no sadness in this ending, for they grace us with
- 15:28Speaker 1: signs of summer's return, lifting our spirits with cheer, and
- 15:33Speaker 1: we'll know they'll be back and blossom again one full
- 15:37Speaker 1: turn of the wheel of the year. And the lesson
- 15:41Speaker 1: they share with beauty and grace transition is just nature's way,
- 15:47Speaker 1: a reminder we'll all return to this place and blossom
- 15:51Speaker 1: on some shining day.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Wow, that feels very jovial in my heart's face. It
- 16:00Speaker 2: was so playful and just beautiful.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Thank you. Yeah again, at a time of grief, I
- 16:06Speaker 1: was grieving the loss of my mother and that at
- 16:09Speaker 1: that time of grief, that message came through. And I
- 16:12Speaker 1: think that's one of the ways that for me personally,
- 16:15Speaker 1: the way plants speak to me. So how does someone
- 16:18Speaker 1: begin their journey with a specific plant.
- 16:22Speaker 2: I think by first and foremost going outside into nature
- 16:27Speaker 2: and just honoring that we are not the only beings
- 16:32Speaker 2: on this earth. That we are not the only creations
- 16:38Speaker 2: that have a story to tell. That the earth which
- 16:42Speaker 2: carries us, the soil which is underneath our feet, the
- 16:44Speaker 2: asphalt which may be underneath our feet, has a story,
- 16:48Speaker 2: has a lineage, has an ancestral history, and there are
- 16:53Speaker 2: narratives generations back that carry us and carry our stories
- 17:02Speaker 2: that we live in this world. And so for me,
- 17:07Speaker 2: a beginning would be just to go outside and just
- 17:10Speaker 2: for a moment, just quiet your mind, and no matter
- 17:14Speaker 2: where you are, I hope it's nature, But if not,
- 17:19Speaker 2: just hang out on the asphalts if you're in a city,
- 17:22Speaker 2: because underneath that asphalt there is still earth, and there
- 17:27Speaker 2: is still story, and just sit with it for a
- 17:30Speaker 2: while and ask it to share when it's ready what
- 17:35Speaker 2: it needs to tell you.
- 17:38Speaker 1: And for those who are not necessarily intuitive, what are
- 17:42Speaker 1: the messages? How can they hear those messages?
- 17:46Speaker 2: You know? I have many clients that will call me
- 17:50Speaker 2: and say, Laura, I can't hear like you, or may
- 17:52Speaker 2: not be able to see like you. And I don't
- 17:56Speaker 2: think it's about necessarily hearing or seeing. Sometimes it comes
- 18:01Speaker 2: through a kinesthetic feeling. It might be a twinge in
- 18:06Speaker 2: your heart. It might be a tightening or contraction in
- 18:11Speaker 2: your lungs. It might be an unwinding in various muscles.
- 18:17Speaker 2: It doesn't have to be you know, we have all
- 18:20Speaker 2: these incredible senses, but people seem to focus on site
- 18:24Speaker 2: and sound.
- 18:27Speaker 1: You know, it's interesting that everything in the universe is
- 18:33Speaker 1: actually a form of energy. Even material things are a
- 18:37Speaker 1: manifestation of energy. So if everything is energy, we're energy.
- 18:42Speaker 1: Plants are energy, all of nature is energy. The connection
- 18:47Speaker 1: should be.
- 18:47Speaker 2: Natural, absolutely, but we've lost it, as you know, we've
- 18:54Speaker 2: truly lost it. I know nature is sad about that.
- 19:00Speaker 1: How have we lost that connection?
- 19:02Speaker 2: You know, with progress there will always be positive consequences
- 19:07Speaker 2: and negative ones. I do believe how we are increasing technology.
- 19:14Speaker 2: I've seen it. I've seen it literally, I've seen the
- 19:17Speaker 2: interference of the frequencies of technology challenge the animal kingdom
- 19:24Speaker 2: and the plant kingdom. When they put up a few
- 19:27Speaker 2: cell towers near my home during the pandemic, I watched
- 19:32Speaker 2: as the behavior of squirrels changed. I watched the behavior
- 19:35Speaker 2: of my fit trees shift a little bit and grow
- 19:38Speaker 2: a little differently. I watched my grass grow differently each spring.
- 19:46Speaker 2: And I know they've done studies on this, and so
- 19:51Speaker 2: I think we're not aware of what we're doing. And
- 19:55Speaker 2: I hope to God that we become aware before it's
- 19:58Speaker 2: too late.
- 20:00Speaker 1: Kid, I grew up in Brooklyn, and I grew up
- 20:02Speaker 1: in a fairly urban area, but there were still patches
- 20:08Speaker 1: of trees and gardens and plants throughout the area. And
- 20:13Speaker 1: in those days, we didn't have cell phones, and we
- 20:17Speaker 1: didn't have all the forms of digital communications that people
- 20:20Speaker 1: spend more time on now than they do with people
- 20:24Speaker 1: incarnate and the family and friends and loved ones. And
- 20:28Speaker 1: I just remember as a kid just marveling at the
- 20:32Speaker 1: season changes and the birth and life and then the
- 20:36Speaker 1: leaving of some of the annuals that would come by.
- 20:41Speaker 1: And I think maybe today we need to reinforce with
- 20:44Speaker 1: kids of the current generation and the past generation or so,
- 20:49Speaker 1: this marveling at the beauty of nature, the miracle that
- 20:53Speaker 1: nature truly is.
- 20:55Speaker 2: I completely agree as well as I think we need
- 20:58Speaker 2: to offer. It's an understanding of what it is like
- 21:03Speaker 2: to be grateful for nature's presence in our lives. I
- 21:08Speaker 2: don't think they have that. I don't think adults have
- 21:11Speaker 2: that now.
- 21:12Speaker 1: Gratitude that's something that's missing from a lot of people's lives,
- 21:15Speaker 1: being grateful for everything and anything that has blessed their lives.
- 21:20Speaker 1: And I belong to a group called Morning Gratitude, and
- 21:23Speaker 1: every day we express what we're grateful for that day,
- 21:25Speaker 1: and many times people express gratitude for nature and all
- 21:29Speaker 1: of the gifts that this world brings to us.
- 21:32Speaker 2: That's beautiful. That's beautiful. And sometimes I used to share
- 21:36Speaker 2: in classes, just when you go outside, if you're in nature,
- 21:40Speaker 2: just lean down, put your hand on the grass, and
- 21:42Speaker 2: just say thank you. It takes a minute, it takes
- 21:44Speaker 2: a second.
- 21:46Speaker 1: Absolutely, My guest Laura Albrasano the new iteration of her
- 21:50Speaker 1: book The Divine Nature of Plants, a Medical Intuitive's Guide
- 21:55Speaker 1: to Plant spirit Medicine. Laura, please share with our listeners

- 22:00Speaker 1: out more about you and your wonderful work.
- 22:02Speaker 2: Thank you. I have a website www dot Laura Aversano

- 23:56Speaker 1: Back on Destination Unlimited. My guest this week Laura Abressano.
- 24:01Speaker 1: We're talking about her book The Divine Nature of Plants,
- 24:05Speaker 1: A Medical Intuitive's Guide to Plant Spirit Medicine. So Laura,
- 24:10Speaker 1: tell us a little bit about the plant spirits. What
- 24:13Speaker 1: are the plant spirits like?
- 24:16Speaker 2: You know, that's a really interesting question, Victor. I think
- 24:20Speaker 2: it's subjective for everyone. I know. In my book I
- 24:23Speaker 2: shared about the plant spirits or the elementals that avail
- 24:27Speaker 2: themselves to me. But as I share with people, especially
- 24:30Speaker 2: when I'm teaching classes on plant spirit medicine, the right
- 24:34Speaker 2: spirit will come for you or attracted to the plant's
- 24:39Speaker 2: vibration in the way that you need it most. And
- 24:42Speaker 2: it doesn't mean there might not be another elemental that
- 24:44Speaker 2: might not come another time when somebody calls in that
- 24:47Speaker 2: same plant.
- 24:49Speaker 1: And tell us, you know you had mentioned fairies. I
- 24:52Speaker 1: think divas is one of the words for some of
- 24:54Speaker 1: these elementals. What are they really like?
- 24:58Speaker 2: All right? I can tell you remember one time I
- 25:02Speaker 2: was working through grief and for dandelion. I remember dandelion
- 25:09Speaker 2: flowers were coming through my bedroom walls, along with little
- 25:13Speaker 2: children that were just running rampant trying to wipe my
- 25:17Speaker 2: tears off my face. It was the sweetest, sweetest experience
- 25:21Speaker 2: that I remember, just being blessed to have. And I've
- 25:28Speaker 2: never encountered an unkind plant elemental that I will say.
- 25:36Speaker 1: I had mentioned the azaleas in the first segment, and
- 25:40Speaker 1: whenever I see them blossopic, I have this sense that
- 25:45Speaker 1: there are these little fairies flying around them and watering
- 25:48Speaker 1: them and giving them love and bringing them up.
- 25:52Speaker 2: Beautiful. That is beautiful, that you know. In my last interview,
- 25:58Speaker 2: there was something that I shared that the medicine of
- 26:01Speaker 2: every plant and the spirit that attaches to it will
- 26:06Speaker 2: change as your vibration and your frequency changes, as well
- 26:10Speaker 2: as your needs change.
- 26:13Speaker 1: Absolutely, how do they peel the plants? How do they heal?
- 26:19Speaker 2: That is such a large question. They heal first and
- 26:23Speaker 2: foremost vibrationally and via frequency. They will work effortless with
- 26:30Speaker 2: much effort, not effortlessly, with much effort to match or
- 26:34Speaker 2: balance the vibration that a person or an event, a
- 26:39Speaker 2: trauma is giving off, and so they will heal and
- 26:44Speaker 2: balance various layers of the orc field as well as
- 26:48Speaker 2: tissue to the extent that they are meant.
- 26:51Speaker 1: To, so they have different levels of healing. Yes, And
- 26:58Speaker 1: if I were to lie down on the ground and
- 27:01Speaker 1: on a particular day, and let's say I was struggling
- 27:05Speaker 1: with something emotionally, those blades of grass or the accompanying
- 27:11Speaker 1: plants or trees that are in my vicinity would tune
- 27:15Speaker 1: into that energy and yes, connect to me accordingly.
- 27:19Speaker 2: Absolutely, And again I think the way I see it,
- 27:23Speaker 2: even with other forms of spiritual medicine, there's a fie
- 27:28Speaker 2: will be done energy. As far as I'm concerned, they
- 27:31Speaker 2: will work to heal you in the ways that they
- 27:35Speaker 2: are supposed to or that you are meant to heal.
- 27:38Speaker 1: Do they ask permission before they start?
- 27:42Speaker 2: I believe so.
- 27:44Speaker 1: And how do we recognize that request for permission?
- 27:50Speaker 2: I don't know if many of us do, because again
- 27:53Speaker 2: I don't know how many of us have cultivated that
- 27:55Speaker 2: relationship with nature. I think that one of the ways
- 27:59Speaker 2: that we can try to recognize it to get once
- 28:02Speaker 2: we shift our way of thinking and our purview of
- 28:06Speaker 2: the world to some form of gratitude, I think we
- 28:10Speaker 2: start experiencing the world differently.
- 28:14Speaker 1: I think you're right. I know that when I want
- 28:17Speaker 1: to ground myself, I'll take my shoes and socks off
- 28:20Speaker 1: and put my feet into the grass and just relax.
- 28:24Speaker 1: And I automatically have a sense when I do that
- 28:28Speaker 1: that not only is my energy being grounded by Mother Earth,
- 28:34Speaker 1: but that the grass, blades of grass, and the plants
- 28:38Speaker 1: around me and the trees around me are acting as
- 28:40Speaker 1: a conduit for that energy.
- 28:43Speaker 2: Yeah, it's true, it's true. I remember the last class
- 28:48Speaker 2: that I taught on plant spirit medicine. I asked the students,
- 28:52Speaker 2: let's go outside. It was in a center in Westchestern,
- 28:54Speaker 2: New York. We went outside and say, I want everybody
- 28:57Speaker 2: just to sit on the ground, sit on the grass
- 28:59Speaker 2: for a little bit, and tell me what you're feeling.
- 29:02Speaker 2: And we could actually feel. And at that point, nobody
- 29:05Speaker 2: had a relationship with the actual energies of the land
- 29:11Speaker 2: around the center, but only the center itself. So we
- 29:13Speaker 2: sat and we can feel what was going on, and
- 29:17Speaker 2: everybody pretty much was in the same opinion of the
- 29:25Speaker 2: trauma that the collector was going through. We went back
- 29:29Speaker 2: inside the center, we started working with the earth and
- 29:32Speaker 2: the collective trauma that we were struggling with. I can't
- 29:36Speaker 2: remember what was going on. It was something that was
- 29:37Speaker 2: happening in the world that time. And then when we
- 29:40Speaker 2: went back outside towards the end of the class, I
- 29:43Speaker 2: asked everybody again to sit back down. After we had
- 29:46Speaker 2: worked with the collective trauma and the earth elementals and
- 29:50Speaker 2: the difference in the land, the acknowledgement, the sense of
- 29:55Speaker 2: inner peace, the happiness. Students started to laugh, They were jovial.
- 30:01Speaker 2: They could feel the grace that was emanating through the
- 30:06Speaker 2: blades of grass that was just dancing on their feet.
- 30:10Speaker 1: It was so precious, beautiful. Thank you for sharing that.
- 30:16Speaker 1: Can anyone communicate with plants? Even people who don't? I
- 30:19Speaker 1: think we sort of touched upon this in the first segment,
- 30:21Speaker 1: But even people who don't really have any intuitive gifts,
- 30:26Speaker 1: can they communicate with plants?
- 30:29Speaker 2: Can? My answer is the same, I think they can.
- 30:32Speaker 2: I think again. The first thing you have to do
- 30:34Speaker 2: is hold a plant. And even if you can't physically
- 30:38Speaker 2: hold a plant, meditate. Meditate on a plant that's calling you.
- 30:45Speaker 2: Get a journal, write things down, see what stories it
- 30:48Speaker 2: has to tell you. You might think it's all your mind,
- 30:51Speaker 2: but how do you really.
- 30:52Speaker 1: Know it's not. Now you had taught a class for
- 30:57Speaker 1: aar of New York at our last Psychic Feure. You
- 31:00Speaker 1: had graciously come in and done a presentation and the
- 31:04Speaker 1: Spring Psychic Fair, and one of the examples you had
- 31:08Speaker 1: given was there was a situation with an herb that
- 31:12Speaker 1: a person needed to heal with. Can you do you
- 31:15Speaker 1: recall that or can you share a comparable story?
- 31:19Speaker 2: Were we talking about Basil?
- 31:21Speaker 1: Basil? That's right, it was Basil.
- 31:23Speaker 2: I'm not remembering the story, but I remembering the plans. Okay,
- 31:28Speaker 2: let me think you know what I'm going to share.
- 31:30Speaker 2: I'm going to share my own personal story. Is that okay?
- 31:33Speaker 1: Absolutely?
- 31:34Speaker 2: And I actually think it's in this book. So I
- 31:37Speaker 2: remember I was working on I'm trying to remember it
- 31:43Speaker 2: was a challenge that I was having health wise. And
- 31:46Speaker 2: this is going back probably twenty years ago, and I
- 31:50Speaker 2: remember it's a little bit of a sad story. I
- 31:53Speaker 2: went to see an incredible Caribbean herbalist that is in
- 31:57Speaker 2: Lower Westchester and she had given me an herb and
- 32:04Speaker 2: she called it god Bush. And I tried to find
- 32:09Speaker 2: out what this Godbush was. I had no idea. Every
- 32:13Speaker 2: time I researched it, I just couldn't find it. And
- 32:15Speaker 2: I thought it was really odd, and I started to
- 32:18Speaker 2: make tea out of this godbush. Now, for some reason
- 32:21Speaker 2: she had said she only told me to take a
- 32:23Speaker 2: tea spoon a day. I started to have one or
- 32:26Speaker 2: two cups a day. So I was having one or
- 32:28Speaker 2: two cups of this godbush a day, and I was
- 32:30Speaker 2: feeling like I was climbing Mount Everest. I was feeling amazing.
- 32:36Speaker 2: And at the same time, I kept noticing my cat
- 32:39Speaker 2: Alexis was lying down every night on my liver, which
- 32:43Speaker 2: was a new behavior for her. And there was a
- 32:47Speaker 2: period of I'd say about ten days where something shifted
- 32:51Speaker 2: in me. There was an incredible shift on a cellular level,
- 32:55Speaker 2: and something told me to stop, like literally right away,
- 32:58Speaker 2: just to stop. So I stopped it. And then I
- 33:01Speaker 2: noticed that my kitty, Catalyxis was starting to get sick,
- 33:04Speaker 2: and she was getting sicker and sicker and sicker, and
- 33:08Speaker 2: she was healthy before that. I took her to the vet,
- 33:10Speaker 2: and she had been to the vet like a few
- 33:12Speaker 2: months prior, and he said, she just got liver cancer.
- 33:15Speaker 2: And I said, what do you mean, he goes it
- 33:17Speaker 2: just sometimes comes out of the blue, and that's interesting.
- 33:20Speaker 2: She was lying down on my liver, and he said
- 33:22Speaker 2: she doesn't have lung. And I remember calling up the
- 33:26Speaker 2: Caribbean herbalist and I said, you know that plant you
- 33:29Speaker 2: gave me, I stopped taking it and I said, I
- 33:32Speaker 2: believe that it was toxic on some level, and my
- 33:37Speaker 2: cat ended up taking that from me. She said, well,
- 33:39Speaker 2: how much did you take? I said one to two
- 33:42Speaker 2: cups a day, and there was a pause in her
- 33:45Speaker 2: voice and she said, I've never heard of anybody taking
- 33:49Speaker 2: one or two cups a day and living. Laura. I said,
- 33:52Speaker 2: but I think you told me one or two cups
- 33:53Speaker 2: a day. She said, no, I told you a teaspoon
- 33:55Speaker 2: a day. And when I looked it up, it was mistletoe.
- 34:01Speaker 2: I actually finally found it, and I had researched it
- 34:05Speaker 2: and couldn't find anything, so it was like I wasn't
- 34:07Speaker 2: meant to find out what it was, but it was
- 34:09Speaker 2: a form of missiletoe in the same genus, and she's like,
- 34:14Speaker 2: you need to get to the doctor and get all
- 34:15Speaker 2: these tests. Interestingly enough, when I advised traditional physicians, they
- 34:20Speaker 2: did the appropriate test cardiac and liver test because of
- 34:24Speaker 2: the detriment to that genus of missletoe. I was actually
- 34:28Speaker 2: perfect my cat wasn't, but I was. It did what
- 34:31Speaker 2: it needed to do, and Alexis did what she needed
- 34:35Speaker 2: to do to help me. Interesting story.
- 34:40Speaker 1: Thank you for sharing that. Let's say that you're not
- 34:44Speaker 1: you don't have a specific condition that you're dealing with.
- 34:47Speaker 1: How do you know which plants are just generally good
- 34:50Speaker 1: for you and your overall health?
- 34:52Speaker 2: You know, sometimes I hear friends saying, wow, this plan
- 34:55Speaker 2: keeps popping up in my yard, or I keep walking by,
- 35:00Speaker 2: you know, the street, and I'm noticing all these dandelions,
- 35:04Speaker 2: or they just they're in a nursery and there's a
- 35:07Speaker 2: plant that draws to them. And that's when I say,
- 35:11Speaker 2: I think the plant chose you, just like when you're
- 35:13Speaker 2: in an animal shelter and the animal chooses you.
- 35:18Speaker 1: And then taking that one step further, if you have
- 35:21Speaker 1: some type of condition, how do you know which plants
- 35:24Speaker 1: will work for that condition.
- 35:27Speaker 2: Here's what I've personally found. When you find your signature plant,
- 35:33Speaker 2: whatever it's pharmacology is, I think that can plant, that
- 35:38Speaker 2: plant can work with you in a number of ways
- 35:42Speaker 2: to heal a number of maladies on many levels. I
- 35:45Speaker 2: truly think so.
- 35:48Speaker 1: And how do you know that that's the plant for.
- 35:49Speaker 2: You again for some reason, It'll keep showing up. It'll
- 35:55Speaker 2: just keep showing up in some way.
- 35:59Speaker 1: And other methods of communication that people will recognize that
- 36:03Speaker 1: in addition to the plant showing up for them.
- 36:09Speaker 2: Let me think about that, if I may for a moment,
- 36:13Speaker 2: so you know, besides showing up again, I think we
- 36:17Speaker 2: have to make a concerted effort to really truly go
- 36:23Speaker 2: sit in nature and be present and be still and again,
- 36:31Speaker 2: I'm going back to gratitude and appreciation. And I think
- 36:35Speaker 2: when we start holding that kind of space, we start
- 36:41Speaker 2: to see a tree being more than a tree or
- 36:45Speaker 2: something that's just taking up space. We start to see
- 36:49Speaker 2: the dandelion more than just a weed. We start to
- 36:54Speaker 2: understand that there is a lineage to what grows on
- 36:58Speaker 2: the earth, that we're not the only ones entitled to
- 37:02Speaker 2: be here.
- 37:05Speaker 1: Can you give us a couple of more examples of
- 37:08Speaker 1: specific plants that work on specific conditions. We had talked
- 37:11Speaker 1: about basil before, how about a couple of others.
- 37:14Speaker 2: Sure, Hawthorne is one I'm recommending as of late. Hawthorne
- 37:21Speaker 2: is incredible, especially for those struggling with panic attacks and anxiety.
- 37:26Speaker 2: It's really great to help with your heart cheat or
- 37:29Speaker 2: your heart pulse. It's incredible to work with in relationship
- 37:34Speaker 2: issues and challenges and struggles. It really for me and
- 37:39Speaker 2: for clients that I recommend it to helps balance the
- 37:42Speaker 2: masculine and feminine energy when there's self doubt, when there's
- 37:46Speaker 2: a lack of faith, when there's a lack of confidence.
- 37:51Speaker 2: So that's one that I really like to recommend again
- 37:53Speaker 2: as of late.
- 37:56Speaker 1: Another example, please.
- 37:58Speaker 2: Sure we can go back to dandelion. Dandelion is an
- 38:03Speaker 2: incredible livertana fire detox herb. It works incredibly well with
- 38:12Speaker 2: the lymphatic system. I love it for holding space for grief,
- 38:19Speaker 2: for child loss, for helping somebody to cross over or
- 38:23Speaker 2: who's stuck when they've just passed on and crossing over
- 38:27Speaker 2: from one realm into the next. It's one of my favorite.
- 38:32Speaker 1: And we both live in New York, New York City.
- 38:35Speaker 1: Is there one that's common to New York City for
- 38:38Speaker 1: New York City residents?
- 38:41Speaker 2: I don't frequent Manhattan anymore, but in my backyard, I think,
- 38:45Speaker 2: like in many I do think dandelion is a frequent one.
- 38:49Speaker 1: Interesting, I remember that song by the Rolling Stones, Dandelion
- 38:53Speaker 1: Don't Tell no Lies. Dandelion will make.
- 38:55Speaker 2: You wise, Yes, Amen, Amen.
- 39:00Speaker 1: True, absolutely, And we're talking about basil. What are the
- 39:03Speaker 1: properties of basil?
- 39:06Speaker 2: Basil interesting? I think emotionally, basil is really good for crankiness, irritability,
- 39:14Speaker 2: somebody who's a little off grounded, and it's kind of
- 39:18Speaker 2: like grounded, leaving your body, grounded, leaving your body, somebody
- 39:23Speaker 2: who's got a lot of resentments or regrets and has
- 39:27Speaker 2: trouble letting go of things.
- 39:31Speaker 1: Is there another common kitchen herb that will work, that
- 39:35Speaker 1: will work on this in this way.
- 39:39Speaker 2: Kitchen or for what I just mentioned about basil, just
- 39:42Speaker 2: for anything in general.
- 39:43Speaker 1: Anything in general.
- 39:45Speaker 2: Sure, rosemary is incredible on a physiological level for upper
- 39:50Speaker 2: respiratory elements, for phlegm that's stuck in your lungs and
- 39:54Speaker 2: other parts of the body. Rosemary is also good just
- 39:57Speaker 2: for balancing. And again for some people it can be
- 40:02Speaker 2: cooling and for others it can be warming. I think
- 40:06Speaker 2: it really helps quiet the mind.
- 40:09Speaker 1: Beautiful my guest Laura Aversano her book The Divine Nature

- 43:33Speaker 1: Back on Destination Unlimited. My guest this week Laura of
- 43:37Speaker 1: Versano her book The Divine Nature of Plants, A Medical
- 43:42Speaker 1: Intuitive's Guide to Plant Spirit Medicine. Laura, do plants speak
- 43:47Speaker 1: to one another?
- 43:49Speaker 2: Yes, they do. They've done studies on that, especially if
- 43:52Speaker 2: the roots of trees and other plants just have these
- 43:56Speaker 2: exchanges and conversations underneath the soil well as well as
- 44:01Speaker 2: I do believe they're petals also just a frequency and vibration.
- 44:06Speaker 2: It's the harmonies are so estheric, and it's so beautiful
- 44:13Speaker 2: and so visually when somebody might visit a garden, it's
- 44:18Speaker 2: the oric field above the plantings amidst the trees. Is
- 44:26Speaker 2: it leaves me breathless. Honestly, it's just it's a wonder.
- 44:31Speaker 2: It's a wonder.
- 44:32Speaker 1: I was going to ask, how can healing with plants
- 44:35Speaker 1: impact the earth?
- 44:37Speaker 2: It can impact it greatly. It can impact it greatly. Again,
- 44:40Speaker 2: I think when we start to connect with nature, we
- 44:44Speaker 2: are moving from what I believe on a psychological level,
- 44:47Speaker 2: spiropsychological level is entitlement to gratitude and to mutual respect
- 44:55Speaker 2: and understanding that we are not the only beings of creation.
- 45:00Speaker 2: What a story to tell, and so there's an honoring
- 45:06Speaker 2: and a reciprocity that happens. And in those patterns themselves, there.
- 45:13Speaker 1: Is healing, absolutely, you know. I'm just wondering if that
- 45:17Speaker 1: energy would extend beyond the plants into all of the earth.
- 45:22Speaker 1: We've been having so much difficulty with natural occurrences right now,
- 45:26Speaker 1: natural disasters, and I'm wondering if more people would face
- 45:30Speaker 1: the earth and face the plants with gratitude every day
- 45:33Speaker 1: and appreciation that that energy, that message would be conveyed
- 45:37Speaker 1: from the plants to Gaia, to Mother Earth and perhaps
- 45:41Speaker 1: rest her a little bit.
- 45:43Speaker 2: I think it has that potential. I've seen when I've worked,
- 45:46Speaker 2: when I've gone out into the earth, and when I've
- 45:48Speaker 2: witnessed trauma from generations back, which I have, from various
- 45:53Speaker 2: wars so on and so forth. I've sat, I've prayed
- 45:55Speaker 2: and communicated, I've made offerings, I've perhaps even planted some thing,
- 46:00Speaker 2: and I've gone back then weeks later to bear witness
- 46:04Speaker 2: to the change in the shift, so that I know
- 46:06Speaker 2: that on a psychic and a spiritual level, things have changed.
- 46:10Speaker 2: And just like with human bodies, when things start to
- 46:13Speaker 2: change as above so below, on a psychic or spiritual level,
- 46:17Speaker 2: there is potential for it to shift physically, if that
- 46:21Speaker 2: is what is supposed to happen.
- 46:24Speaker 1: Have you seen any changes in plans during the current
- 46:27Speaker 1: struggling times that we have?
- 46:29Speaker 2: Absolutely? Yep. Even with clients utilizing plant medicine, the plants
- 46:35Speaker 2: that have been their signature, plants that I've worked with
- 46:38Speaker 2: them for years, all of a sudden don't work in
- 46:41Speaker 2: the same ways or what I see it as or
- 46:45Speaker 2: how I see is they don't need those plants anymore.
- 46:48Speaker 2: Something has shifted. So plants, along with us, will evolve
- 46:52Speaker 2: and will adapt to the trauma and the collective issues
- 46:56Speaker 2: that are happening, and similar to the way that our
- 47:00Speaker 2: vibration shifts, their frequencies will work to adopt to the
- 47:05Speaker 2: changing and collective events of our world.
- 47:10Speaker 1: I remember studies by a Japanese scientist who was working
- 47:14Speaker 1: with water molecules, and when he would send positive, loving
- 47:20Speaker 1: messages to the water, it would take on a specific
- 47:24Speaker 1: shape and form the molecules with a beautiful artistic format
- 47:28Speaker 1: almost and when negativity was expressed, that would also reflect
- 47:33Speaker 1: in the molecules. So we're talking about the same thing
- 47:36Speaker 1: with plants, aren't we.
- 47:37Speaker 2: Absolutely? Absolutely? Again I mentioned when they could up cell towers.
- 47:41Speaker 2: During the pandemic, I noticed the behavior of the squirrels
- 47:44Speaker 2: and the birds in my yard had shifted, as well
- 47:47Speaker 2: as the way that my fig trees were growing that
- 47:51Speaker 2: shifted as well.
- 47:54Speaker 1: I have to ask this question because I have several
- 47:56Speaker 1: people in my family who are very allergic to and
- 48:00Speaker 1: other plant allergies. What about people who have plant allergies?
- 48:05Speaker 1: Can these be healed naturally of.
- 48:08Speaker 2: Their allergies or their other elements the allergies. Yeah, I
- 48:13Speaker 2: do believe their bodies can be supported. I've worked with
- 48:17Speaker 2: medicines or natural supplementation that are not plants to help
- 48:23Speaker 2: people balance or overcome their allergies. So yes, I do
- 48:27Speaker 2: believe that allergies can be healed. But it doesn't mean
- 48:32Speaker 2: everyone's allergies can be healed. So it's it's like if
- 48:35Speaker 2: you're constant, like I have this one client who lives
- 48:37Speaker 2: in the midst of a forest and she has an
- 48:41Speaker 2: allergy to mold, and with all the different scores that
- 48:44Speaker 2: are going around in this forest, she's not getting better.
- 48:48Speaker 2: So sometimes you need to take the person out of
- 48:50Speaker 2: the environment because there's the microbiome of the forest is
- 48:56Speaker 2: as it should be. But if your body can't handle everything,
- 49:04Speaker 2: and you've tried everything, perhaps it's time for you to
- 49:08Speaker 2: change your environment.
- 49:10Speaker 1: Tell us a little bit more about a couple of
- 49:12Speaker 1: examples of your personal experience working with clients and the
- 49:17Speaker 1: plants that you used or the plant essences that you used,
- 49:22Speaker 1: and what they were.
- 49:23Speaker 2: For sure, thank you. I remember working with one person
- 49:30Speaker 2: many many years ago, and her mother struggled with a
- 49:34Speaker 2: form of dementia, and prior to that, and this was
- 49:38Speaker 2: an elderly client. Prior to that, I remember that her
- 49:41Speaker 2: mother was institutionalized, and that mother used to endure shock
- 49:48Speaker 2: treatment therapy, which was pretty hard. And my client and
- 49:52Speaker 2: the present had struggled with migraines off and on, and
- 49:57Speaker 2: every time this client would speak about her migraines, I
- 50:01Speaker 2: would sense and see or hear her mother's spirit behind
- 50:06Speaker 2: her struggling through those shock treatments. I'm thinking it might
- 50:13Speaker 2: have been rose that I recommended, and not that it
- 50:18Speaker 2: was first. I had seen rose between the oric fields
- 50:24Speaker 2: of both the person beyond the veil, her mom, and
- 50:28Speaker 2: both my client and that rose, that beautiful pink rose
- 50:34Speaker 2: seemed to mirror the vibration that was emanating from the
- 50:38Speaker 2: trauma from her mom and from the uncertainty, doubt, and
- 50:41Speaker 2: fear from my client. So I recommended a rose tincture
- 50:47Speaker 2: or even for my client just to be around roses,
- 50:50Speaker 2: to bring them into her house every week.
- 50:52Speaker 1: You know, it's interesting. Years ago, I was teaching a
- 50:55Speaker 1: weekly meditation class in Brooklyn, and one eve before anyone
- 51:01Speaker 1: showed up, I was putting the chairs in place, and
- 51:05Speaker 1: all of a sudden, I smelled roses and I looked
- 51:08Speaker 1: around the room. I looked, the windows were all closed,
- 51:12Speaker 1: the air conditioning was on, and this essence of rose
- 51:16Speaker 1: was just so beautiful and just took me away. What
- 51:20Speaker 1: do you think that might have been?
- 51:23Speaker 2: I think that was somebody from beyond the veil trying
- 51:25Speaker 2: to give you a message. Yeah, yeah, I truly do.
- 51:29Speaker 1: I might in retrospect when I think about it in
- 51:33Speaker 1: the years past, I had a sense it might have
- 51:36Speaker 1: been the essence of Mother Mary.
- 51:39Speaker 3: Hmm.
- 51:40Speaker 2: That's beautiful. And again, I think everybody has their own
- 51:44Speaker 2: relationship with the elementals that come to them and the
- 51:48Speaker 2: reasons that they come. So for you, more than likely
- 51:51Speaker 2: it was Mother Mary. For somebody else, it could have
- 51:53Speaker 2: been their great grandmother hmm.
- 51:55Speaker 1: Absolutely. Can you give us one more example of a
- 51:59Speaker 1: plant that you've worked with a client with?
- 52:02Speaker 2: Sure? Okay. I remember a client with a neurodegenerative disorder,
- 52:08Speaker 2: and I had looked into his energy field and saw
- 52:14Speaker 2: the environmental stressors in this lifetime that were embedded in
- 52:20Speaker 2: his cellular memory. I also had asked about his mother
- 52:25Speaker 2: and father and if they also were surrounded by this
- 52:28Speaker 2: one environmental toxin that I was seeing in the miasms
- 52:34Speaker 2: around all of them, and he said yes, And I believe,
- 52:39Speaker 2: in looking at his intestinal microbiome as well as some
- 52:43Speaker 2: of the way the neurons were firing in his brain,
- 52:46Speaker 2: that this chemical toxin had made an imprint via Mom
- 52:51Speaker 2: and Dad. I didn't ask about the grandparents, so possibly
- 52:53Speaker 2: the grandparents and came through him and contributed or in
- 53:00Speaker 2: fluenced the neurododendriv disorder that he was struggling with. And
- 53:05Speaker 2: so I had to kind of sit and wait because
- 53:07Speaker 2: we had both masculine and feminine being that Mom and
- 53:11Speaker 2: Dad were around us, and he was also struggling in
- 53:15Speaker 2: his current relationship, and so I usually wait, you know,
- 53:20Speaker 2: like I do with my other work, and I wait
- 53:22Speaker 2: to see what comes through. And for some reason, burdock
- 53:27Speaker 2: seemed to be the plant of choice in helping the
- 53:32Speaker 2: emotional bodies of both my client, his mother who was
- 53:37Speaker 2: still living, his father who was deceased. It matched the
- 53:40Speaker 2: frequencies of the chemical toxin that I was seeing in
- 53:44Speaker 2: all of them, and it helped balance all of those realms.
- 53:49Speaker 1: Beautiful. What would you like readers to take away from
- 53:53Speaker 1: the divine nature of plants?
- 53:57Speaker 2: Over the years, I've heard people tell me that when
- 54:00Speaker 2: they read the book, the energies just jump off the pages.
- 54:04Speaker 2: So I really appreciate hearing that because I think the
- 54:09Speaker 2: book is alive. It's alive with joy, It's alive with
- 54:13Speaker 2: that gratitude that I keep mentioning. It's alive with love,
- 54:16Speaker 2: it's alive with spiritual medicine. Read it and absorb it
- 54:22Speaker 2: and utilize it.
