Austin police arrest third suspect in April Sam’s BBQ shooting: 23-year-old Kavon Deshay Carathers, nicknamed “Von,” charged with aggravated assault and deadly conduct after allegedly firing into a crowd of over 100 people during a chaotic shootout that left six injured.
