- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning, The Root, The Root, The Roots on Fire.
- 0:14Speaker 2: You're about to experience the most high octane, pedal to
- 0:17Speaker 2: the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
- 0:20Speaker 2: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:24Speaker 2: This is Wayne Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital
- 0:27Speaker 2: of the world, Las Vegas. What time is it?
- 0:31Speaker 1: It's time war war. Here's your host.
- 0:35Speaker 2: One hundred percent raw truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:39Speaker 2: the warrior, Wayne Alan Root.
- 0:55Speaker 3: All right, Wayne Owl Root, The Root, The Root, The
- 0:57Speaker 3: Root is on fire. Hold on a second. I know
- 0:59Speaker 3: this show is starting, and I'm just not ready yet.
- 1:02Speaker 3: I got so many articles in front of me. I
- 1:04Speaker 3: can't keep up with them. All I got light.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Blasted me in the face.
- 1:07Speaker 3: Hold on one second, all right, so much going on today,
- 1:11Speaker 3: My gosh. You know. I wrote the column on Friday
- 1:15Speaker 3: and was based on the speech I gave when I
- 1:18Speaker 3: was the speaker at the Charlie kirk kinlight prayer vigil
- 1:21Speaker 3: in Las Vegas on Thursday night. And I wrote the
- 1:24Speaker 3: column that we should not and cannot ask for unity.
- 1:27Speaker 3: That's the biggest lie ever told. The second biggest lies
- 1:30Speaker 3: that we're all the same, We're all guilty we all
- 1:32Speaker 3: want to murder each other. Lies, lies, lies, lies. Everything's
- 1:37Speaker 3: a lie. Everything I hear about Charlie Kirk's lie, everything
- 1:40Speaker 3: I hear about what happens a lie. The actual assassination's
- 1:43Speaker 3: a lie. You and I both know that kid didn't
- 1:46Speaker 3: do it by himself. This is another cover up. This
- 1:49Speaker 3: reminds me of exactly what happened in Butler, Pennsylvania. Massive
- 1:53Speaker 3: cover up. This is a massive cover up. Something is
- 1:55Speaker 3: very wrong. But the reality is when liberals say we're
- 1:59Speaker 3: all the same and that the two the state senator
- 2:02Speaker 3: was killed in Minnesota along with her husband, and we
- 2:05Speaker 3: didn't say anything. There wasn't one conservative in America who
- 2:10Speaker 3: went online and cheered the death of a Democrat state senator.
- 2:16Speaker 1: So that's a lie.
- 2:17Speaker 3: And also they say, oh, and the guy who did
- 2:20Speaker 3: it was a conservative. That's a lie. We've debuggd that
- 2:23Speaker 3: he was not a conservative. He was some sort of
- 2:26Speaker 3: crazy nutjob. I don't know what he was. Maybe he
- 2:30Speaker 3: was anti FAU, maybe he was I don't know what.
- 2:33Speaker 3: Maybe he's another transgender killer. But I know one thing,
- 2:35Speaker 3: he was not a conservative. But they lie and say
- 2:39Speaker 3: things like that, They make it up as they go along.
- 2:42Speaker 1: But let's just say he was a conservative.
- 2:44Speaker 3: There wasn't one conservative of the United States of America
- 2:47Speaker 3: who celebrated online and danced on the grave and said, yes, the.
- 2:51Speaker 1: State senator Democrat is dead.
- 2:54Speaker 3: Nobody did that because we don't do that, We don't
- 2:57Speaker 3: believe in that. It's not the We don't do it publicly.
- 3:01Speaker 3: We don't do it privately either. If Barack Obama got
- 3:03Speaker 3: his brains blown out tomorrow, I'd be as shocked as
- 3:06Speaker 3: any Democrat and sickened as any Democrat. And I hate
- 3:09Speaker 3: the man, and I despise everything he believes in. But
- 3:13Speaker 3: I don't believe in political violence, and I don't believe
- 3:15Speaker 3: in anyone's brains being blown out political or otherwise. And
- 3:19Speaker 3: I don't celebrate people's debts, let alone publicly. It's crazy, crazy,
- 3:25Speaker 3: what's been going on over the weekend. I swear to you.
- 3:27Speaker 1: The country is falling apart.
- 3:29Speaker 3: We're headed for civil war, or as I say, or
- 3:32Speaker 3: as I said on Australian TV on Friday night when
- 3:36Speaker 3: they asked me about this situation, they sit as America
- 3:39Speaker 3: breaking up and headed for civil war, and I said, well,
- 3:42Speaker 3: democrats want civil war. They'd like there to be civil war.
- 3:46Speaker 3: I do not want civil war. But if there is
- 3:49Speaker 3: civil war, you can bet we're gonna win. You can
- 3:52Speaker 3: bet I'm gonna be on the winning side. You can
- 3:55Speaker 3: bet the people that have all the guns are gonna
- 3:56Speaker 3: be the ones to win. But we don't want civil war,
- 3:59Speaker 3: and we don't want to kill a single person, and
- 4:01Speaker 3: we would never celebrate the death of a single person.
- 4:03Speaker 1: But I do believe. This is what I told Australian TV.
- 4:06Speaker 3: I do believe.
- 4:07Speaker 1: I pray we can avoid civil war.
- 4:09Speaker 3: But I do believe we're as divided as the Civil war,
- 4:12Speaker 3: and I don't believe there is any way to have unity.
- 4:14Speaker 3: And I don't believe this anyway to sing Kumbaya and
- 4:17Speaker 3: compromise with someone who hates you and wants you dead.
- 4:20Speaker 3: There's no compromise anymore. What there could be is a
- 4:23Speaker 3: divided States of America. There could be a red Republican
- 4:27Speaker 3: States of America, a blue Republican States of America. In
- 4:30Speaker 3: the next five years, this country may very well break up.
- 4:33Speaker 3: I was the first one to talk about this two
- 4:36Speaker 3: years ago. I talked about the Great American divorce that
- 4:40Speaker 3: so many people I know, including me, have been divorced,
- 4:43Speaker 3: and it's terrible, but it's not that terrible. When it's over,
- 4:46Speaker 3: you move on and everything's good. My life's fantastic now.
- 4:50Speaker 3: My ex wife is a nice lady where friends still
- 4:52Speaker 3: but she's in the rearview mirror and it doesn't bother
- 4:55Speaker 3: me at all anymore. I got a new wife and life.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Has moved on.
- 4:58Speaker 3: And so divorce is bad, but it's at the time,
- 5:01Speaker 3: but you get over it, and so it's not that
- 5:04Speaker 3: big a deal.
- 5:05Speaker 1: And the same thing is true with America.
- 5:07Speaker 3: America is going to get divorced, and we don't need
- 5:10Speaker 3: a civil war. It's not that big a deal. We
- 5:12Speaker 3: could be a loosely connected series of states that don't
- 5:15Speaker 3: agree with each other on many things but maybe share
- 5:18Speaker 3: other things, kind of like Europe. The EU is like that.
- 5:21Speaker 3: You know, the people of Hungary have nothing in common
- 5:24Speaker 3: with the liberals in UK and France and Germany. My gosh,
- 5:29Speaker 3: they're such liberal countries and Hungary is a right wing country.
- 5:34Speaker 3: But they're all in the EU and they're all part
- 5:36Speaker 3: of Europe and the European Union. But they have their
- 5:39Speaker 3: own armies and they have their own governments and their
- 5:41Speaker 3: own tax systems. I think we could have a you know,
- 5:44Speaker 3: a zero percent or a flat a low flat tax
- 5:47Speaker 3: in the red Republican States of America, and let Democrats
- 5:51Speaker 3: have all the transgenders. Let the Blue states have all
- 5:54Speaker 3: the illegal immigrants, all the transgenders, all the weirdos of
- 5:58Speaker 3: the world, all the people that don't want guns go
- 6:00Speaker 3: to the Blue states. All the people that want guns
- 6:02Speaker 3: will come to my states and will have a divided
- 6:05Speaker 3: but very good divorced states of America. Red states and
- 6:09Speaker 3: blue states. We can't live together anymore. That much is
- 6:12Speaker 3: becoming very clear. And anyone who says otherwise and preaches
- 6:15Speaker 3: otherwise is silly. Not when you've got pastors talking about
- 6:19Speaker 3: the fact that, you know, Charlie Kirk at least he
- 6:21Speaker 3: didn't say I'm glad they killed him.
- 6:23Speaker 1: He deserved to die. But there was a pastor who.
- 6:26Speaker 3: Happens to be get this, Jasmine Crockett's pastor in Texas,
- 6:31Speaker 3: who basically mocked Charlie Kirk's assassination and his Christian faith
- 6:37Speaker 3: and said, you know, it's not good that he got
- 6:40Speaker 3: shot and wanted to get shot, but you know, he
- 6:42Speaker 3: deserved it. Basically, he's so divisive and so terribly deserved it.
- 6:46Speaker 3: That was basically what he said, he takes a temporary
- 6:50Speaker 3: medical leave of absence.
- 6:51Speaker 1: Just now bye bye.
- 6:54Speaker 3: Everyone's going bye bye. They've all out of themselves as insane.
- 7:00Speaker 3: There was a nurse, beautiful nurse, by the way, she
- 7:03Speaker 3: was stunningly beautiful. She's one of the most beautiful.
- 7:06Speaker 1: Nurses I've ever seen.
- 7:08Speaker 3: And this nurse reported, I think in New Jersey, reported
- 7:11Speaker 3: her doctor celebrating Charlie Kirk's death, and the hospital suspended
- 7:17Speaker 3: the nurse, and it made national headlines. And she was
- 7:21Speaker 3: on Fox News over the weekend, and guess what just happened.
- 7:24Speaker 3: She was reinstated and the doctor has been dismissed from
- 7:27Speaker 3: the hospital. All the people who've been going crazy are
- 7:32Speaker 3: all getting fired. Thousands of people are getting fired. This
- 7:36Speaker 3: is all backfired so badly on liberals. I'm gonna give
- 7:40Speaker 3: a stand. I stand my whole show anyway, standing ovation.
- 7:43Speaker 3: When I ovate, it's standing automatically. There she is. There's
- 7:47Speaker 3: the gal standing ovation. Because uh, here's what I believe
- 7:53Speaker 3: really happened. Okay, Charlie Kirk was a man of God
- 7:57Speaker 3: and a Christian man of faith, and they assassinated in
- 8:00Speaker 3: the same way that you know people kill Jesus Christ
- 8:02Speaker 3: I'm not saying Charlie Jesus Christ, but I'm saying it
- 8:05Speaker 3: was an assassination, and it was based on his not
- 8:07Speaker 3: just his political beliefs, but his religious faith. And it's
- 8:11Speaker 3: all backfired. See, God has plans.
- 8:14Speaker 1: You could ask.
- 8:15Speaker 3: Why did God let Charlie be killed? But Charlie's in
- 8:18Speaker 3: heaven now and him and God are working on America together.
- 8:22Speaker 3: And they had what I think three five hundred chapters
- 8:26Speaker 3: of Turning Point, and I heard something like thirty five
- 8:28Speaker 3: thousand people called to ask if they could open a
- 8:31Speaker 3: chapter this past weekend. There's gonna be Turning Point's gonna
- 8:35Speaker 3: be so much bigger than it ever was. And all
- 8:37Speaker 3: these people have been outed something the devil made them
- 8:41Speaker 3: come out, and maybe Jesus is the one who made
- 8:44Speaker 3: them come out and out themselves and look like the
- 8:47Speaker 3: terrible communist enemies of America they are.
- 8:50Speaker 1: And they're all getting fired. It's amazing.
- 8:53Speaker 3: Teachers are getting fired and Secret Service agents are getting fired,
- 8:57Speaker 3: and FEMA employees are getting fired, and NFL employees are
- 9:01Speaker 3: getting fired. It's great, it's great. We didn't realize how
- 9:05Speaker 3: many terrible people it were. And I heard that thousands
- 9:08Speaker 3: and thousands of people every hour of every day now
- 9:11Speaker 3: are leaving the Democrat Party because they're so disgusted by
- 9:15Speaker 3: this celebrating of the death of a nice man with
- 9:18Speaker 3: two young kids. So this is backfiring so big time,
- 9:24Speaker 3: and it's gonna lead to a much bigger midterm win
- 9:28Speaker 3: for the GOP and much more support for President Trump.
- 9:32Speaker 3: These people are so crazy, I guess because they're all vaccinated.
- 9:35Speaker 3: They all took the vacs. They've lost their minds. Their
- 9:38Speaker 3: brains are rotting with some sort of vaccine dementia, vaccine Alzheimer's,
- 9:42Speaker 3: and their heads have hollowed out, just like Joe Biden.
- 9:45Speaker 3: They've all lost their minds. Remember Joe Biden. I mean,
- 9:48Speaker 3: I know you remember him because you don't have dementia
- 9:49Speaker 3: like Joe Biden. But do you remember how Joe Biden,
- 9:52Speaker 3: despite having dementia or Alzheimer's, despite being mindless and brainless,
- 9:57Speaker 3: he still was able to get up and give multiple
- 10:00Speaker 3: speeches where the background was bright red like the devil,
- 10:04Speaker 3: and he had things shining in the background that looked
- 10:06Speaker 3: like the devil. And he gave speeches that conservatives and
- 10:09Speaker 3: MAGA are domestic terrorists.
- 10:12Speaker 1: See this is evil, man. These people are pure evil, and.
- 10:16Speaker 3: The devil has got a hold of him. This is Satan.
- 10:19Speaker 3: Nobody says and does things like this. Nobody out loud
- 10:24Speaker 3: at least says, oh my God, somebody I don't like
- 10:27Speaker 3: got killed.
- 10:27Speaker 1: I'm glad. Nobody does that.
- 10:31Speaker 3: Unless you're the devil man, unless the Devil's got your
- 10:34Speaker 3: mind and your body. All right, So good things are happening.
- 10:38Speaker 3: I feel like this is all gonna turn out to
- 10:41Speaker 3: be great, even though it started with something horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible,
- 10:45Speaker 3: the worst thing I've ever seen maybe in my life.
- 10:48Speaker 3: I look. I watch movies all the time, Mafia movies,
- 10:51Speaker 3: war movies. People get their brains blown out. I've never
- 10:54Speaker 3: seen someone I know assassinated in front of me and
- 10:57Speaker 3: the blood pouring out of his neck and Charlie all
- 11:00Speaker 3: dead to the ground.
- 11:00Speaker 1: I know Charlie Kirk.
- 11:02Speaker 3: He's a friend and a guest on this show and
- 11:04Speaker 3: my co host on the network right on Real America's
- 11:06Speaker 3: Voice TV. Weach At shows. It's the most horrible thing
- 11:09Speaker 3: I've ever seen. I was in shock for two days,
- 11:12Speaker 3: but I've started to come out of it and really
- 11:14Speaker 3: believe that good things are gonna come of it, because
- 11:18Speaker 3: God was involved in all of it, and Charlie is
- 11:22Speaker 3: of God, and I'm telling you good things are happening.
- 11:25Speaker 3: By the way, my stock Port fobio was going up
- 11:28Speaker 3: like a rocket, like ten percent.

- 15:08Speaker 3: don't have that, Patar, so I don't know what you're
- 15:09Speaker 3: talking about. No, not here, here you go.
- 15:12Speaker 1: We're back, We're back. I'm still in my director of Petar.
- 15:15Speaker 3: We got lots of things, Oh man, doing this show.
- 15:17Speaker 3: You have no idea how many thousands of things need
- 15:19Speaker 3: to be done by a you know, by a very
- 15:21Speaker 3: small crew. I've got me.
- 15:22Speaker 1: I've got my director of Patar.
- 15:23Speaker 3: I've got Andrew Paul, my executive producer and booker and
- 15:27Speaker 3: VP of my company. I've got Daniel and Jason, who
- 15:31Speaker 3: are my audio guys. I've got guys in Denver who
- 15:35Speaker 3: handle all the cameras. And we're talking about one guy there.
- 15:40Speaker 3: One guy, either either Daniel or Jason, the handles my
- 15:43Speaker 3: radio each day. So it's like a small crew of
- 15:45Speaker 3: like four or five people at handle a very busy show,
- 15:49Speaker 3: very busy podcast lot going on.
- 15:53Speaker 1: All the different parts of the country.
- 15:54Speaker 3: All right, So before we went to the break, I
- 15:56Speaker 3: mentioned VRA, which is sponsored of this whole show, Keep Perriage,
- 15:59Speaker 3: and I met that.
- 16:00Speaker 1: You know, I try a portfolio.
- 16:02Speaker 3: I put it together, like I don't know, eight months ago,
- 16:04Speaker 3: and it's up like forty five percent.
- 16:06Speaker 1: It's all kept stocks. It's up forty five percent, but it's.
- 16:09Speaker 3: Mostly gold and gold mining and bitcoin and a gold
- 16:14Speaker 3: sword to a new all time record high today. And
- 16:18Speaker 3: here's another article, strong chance that the United States will
- 16:21Speaker 3: form a strategic bitcoin reserve this year. President Trump's going
- 16:26Speaker 3: to form a strategic bitcoin reserve. For people who know
- 16:29Speaker 3: what that means. In other words, the United States will
- 16:31Speaker 3: go out and buy let's say, one hundred billion dollars
- 16:34Speaker 3: worth of bitcoin and then just keep it like we
- 16:36Speaker 3: keep gold in Fort Knox, although there's a big debate
- 16:38Speaker 3: how much is really still there in Fort Knox. But
- 16:41Speaker 3: the idea is, no matter what happens in the world,
- 16:43Speaker 3: the United States has a reserve in case the dollar
- 16:46Speaker 3: goes to zero and the world collapses. We've got a
- 16:48Speaker 3: gold gold reserve. Now we're going to establish a bitcoin reserve. Well,
- 16:53Speaker 3: if the United States goes out and buys billions dollars
- 16:55Speaker 3: worth of bitcoin. What do you think that's gonna do
- 16:57Speaker 3: to the price of bitcoin? The day that we announced
- 17:01Speaker 3: we're actually starting the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve, Bitcoin's gonna go
- 17:05Speaker 3: to two hundred thousand from where it is now, which
- 17:07Speaker 3: is one hundred and fifteen thousand, It's gonna go to
- 17:09Speaker 3: two hundred thousand. So you gotta have bitcoin, You gotta
- 17:13Speaker 3: have gold, you gotta have gold mining stocks. Gold is
- 17:16Speaker 3: gonna keep pitting all time eyes. Kip used to say
- 17:19Speaker 3: gold his projection was ten thousand an ounce. He just
- 17:22Speaker 3: changed it over the weekend to fifteen to twenty thousand announce.
- 17:26Speaker 3: That's where gold is going. It's only at three thousand,

- 17:49Speaker 3: I was talking about all the people have ruined their
- 17:51Speaker 3: lives and been fired from their jobs. The numbers are incredible.
- 17:55Speaker 3: And I mentioned this New Jersey doctor which cheered Charlie
- 17:59Speaker 3: Kirk's murder and the nerds got suspended for telling the
- 18:02Speaker 3: world about it.
- 18:02Speaker 1: She's reinstated, he's fired. It's a big news story.
- 18:05Speaker 3: Now. I mentioned this pastor who is the pastor in
- 18:09Speaker 3: Texas for Jasmine Crockett. He's on a medical leave of
- 18:13Speaker 3: absence after basically celebrating Charlie Kurt's death. Left wing streamer
- 18:18Speaker 3: Stephen Bonnell aka Destiny calls for conservatives to be murdered
- 18:23Speaker 3: more often so they will be afraid to attend events
- 18:27Speaker 3: or speak out. This guy needs to be arrested tomorrow,
- 18:31Speaker 3: well not tomorrow, tonight, right now. An FBI rate should
- 18:35Speaker 3: hit his house and they should throw him on the ground,
- 18:38Speaker 3: and they should drag him in for interrogation, and they
- 18:41Speaker 3: should put him in prison for a long time forever,
- 18:44Speaker 3: saying you should murder anybody you notice on this show.
- 18:47Speaker 3: I hate liberals. I can't stand liberals. I want liberals arrested.
- 18:50Speaker 3: I want liberal organizations put out of business. I want
- 18:53Speaker 3: bad people deported out of the United States.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Have you ever heard me say I want to murder someone?
- 18:57Speaker 3: Have you ever heard me say someone should be murdered
- 18:59Speaker 3: by you, by someone who's listening to me, of course not.
- 19:02Speaker 3: I don't want anyone murdered. How about the MSNBC MS
- 19:07Speaker 3: thirteen scumbag?
- 19:08Speaker 1: How about that.
- 19:09Speaker 3: Guy a Brego whatever the hell his name is, Obrego Garcia. Yeah,
- 19:13Speaker 3: he is basically an MSNBC employee. He's not MS thirteen,
- 19:16Speaker 3: he's MSNBC.
- 19:18Speaker 1: Do I want him murdered, No, No.
- 19:20Speaker 3: I want him set to El Salvador, to the super
- 19:22Speaker 3: max Epcot prison for the rest of his life.
- 19:24Speaker 1: And if he happens to get murdered in his.
- 19:26Speaker 3: Cell, well I have nothing to do with that. But
- 19:28Speaker 3: I'm not rooting for it.
- 19:28Speaker 1: I wouldn't celebrate it after it happens. I wouldn't lose
- 19:31Speaker 1: any sleep.
- 19:32Speaker 3: If a horrible bad guy who's a trafficker of people
- 19:36Speaker 3: and women and drugs and maybe even sex trafficker, drug
- 19:40Speaker 3: trafficker that kills people, if he goes to jail for life,
- 19:43Speaker 3: I wouldn't lose any sleep. I wouldn't cry. I'd be
- 19:46Speaker 3: very happy he went to jail for life. But I
- 19:48Speaker 3: don't want to murder it.
- 19:48Speaker 1: I don't want anybody murdered. These people are all crazy
- 19:52Speaker 1: and they're all losing their jobs.
- 19:53Speaker 3: Employees fired, suspended for celebrating Charlie Kirk's death, airline pilots, educators,
- 19:59Speaker 3: retail worker, they're all out on social media and they're
- 20:03Speaker 3: rooting their lives. We've outed them. Thank you God for
- 20:07Speaker 3: out of these people. I think God is using Charlie
- 20:09Speaker 3: Kirk to save American, make America great again, and clean

- 24:26Speaker 3: dot org. Kimhrman, Welcome to the Waynella Root Show. How
- 24:30Speaker 3: are you.
- 24:33Speaker 4: I'm doing good? Thanks for having me?
- 24:35Speaker 3: All right? Great? To have you, Kim, you support the
- 24:37Speaker 3: Supreme Court's recent emergency rulings that support the Trump administration
- 24:41Speaker 3: because the Supreme Court's obligation is to the Constitution and
- 24:44Speaker 3: not to have the back of lower court judges. And
- 24:47Speaker 3: this has become kind of a controversy. The lower court
- 24:50Speaker 3: judges are complaining that the Supreme Court keeps overruling them,
- 24:53Speaker 3: and they're acting like this, something wrong with that? Isn't
- 24:55Speaker 3: that exactly what the Supreme Court's job is not to overrule.
- 24:59Speaker 3: But if it's supposed to be overruled, you overrule, and
- 25:02Speaker 3: if it's not, then you support the ruling. There's nothing
- 25:05Speaker 3: wrong with Supreme Court overruling fifty lower court judges in
- 25:08Speaker 3: a row.
- 25:09Speaker 5: Right, right, I mean, the only thing wrong with it
- 25:14Speaker 5: is that it's showing how wrong our district court judges.
- 25:17Speaker 4: Are in these days, right, and now we're.
- 25:19Speaker 5: Seeing just a lack of faithfulness to the Constitution overall,
- 25:23Speaker 5: you know, quite frankly, to get some policy outcomes.
- 25:27Speaker 4: Is what we're really seeing. And it's very disturbing. You know. Recently,
- 25:32Speaker 4: Amy Cony Barrett, one of our.
- 25:33Speaker 5: Supreme Court justices, made it very clear, she said, we
- 25:36Speaker 5: don't wear red or blue we wear black for a reason.
- 25:40Speaker 5: Our Supreme Court is faithful to the Constitution, and these
- 25:44Speaker 5: lower court judges need to recognize their place in the judiciary.
- 25:48Speaker 3: The only thing I'd argue with is I don't really
- 25:50Speaker 3: like amy Cony Barrett's statement because it's total bs. Because
- 25:53Speaker 3: we all know that every single liberal judge is not
- 25:56Speaker 3: wearing a black robe. They're wearing a blue robe, and
- 25:58Speaker 3: every single rules pro Democrat. And why can't my side
- 26:02Speaker 3: just openly say I'm a conservative and I'm going to
- 26:04Speaker 3: rule for the Constitution like all conservatives would.
- 26:08Speaker 1: I don't see anything wrong with that.
- 26:09Speaker 3: When I appoint you, if I'm president, I'm a Republican,
- 26:11Speaker 3: I expect you to be a conservative judge. Nothing wrong
- 26:14Speaker 3: with that, which which by the way, doesn't mean conservative,
- 26:16Speaker 3: means just follow the United States Constitution. But when a
- 26:20Speaker 3: Democrat appoints a judge, they expect them to be all liberal,
- 26:24Speaker 3: and they all are. It seems like they always are.
- 26:27Speaker 3: Our side, Kim is not always conservative. As a matter
- 26:30Speaker 3: of fact, it's kind of sixty forty. Thank god it's
- 26:33Speaker 3: sixty on our way, but it's still only about sixty
- 26:36Speaker 3: forty with like a judge Roberts Justice Roberts as an example,
- 26:39Speaker 3: he's certainly not a rubber stamp for Trump. He's clearly
- 26:42Speaker 3: doesn't like Trump. So we're like sixty forty and they're
- 26:45Speaker 3: one hundred to zero.
- 26:46Speaker 1: Do I have that about right?
- 26:50Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 26:50Speaker 5: I mean one of the things that I think we
- 26:52Speaker 5: need to look back to is really something that Edney said,
- 26:55Speaker 5: and you know this was before he was Ronald Reagan's
- 26:57Speaker 5: Attorney general, but you know, he made a really clear
- 27:01Speaker 5: that we need to be looking at the original intent
- 27:03Speaker 5: of our Constitution, and we need to be looking for jurists.
- 27:06Speaker 4: We should be only putting judges on our.
- 27:08Speaker 5: Federal bench who are going to look at the original
- 27:11Speaker 5: meaning of the Constitution.
- 27:13Speaker 4: Whether that's conservative or liberal.
- 27:15Speaker 5: You know, you can put it in either camp if
- 27:17Speaker 5: you will.
- 27:18Speaker 4: But when you look at.
- 27:19Speaker 5: The justices who typically side with a more conservative viewpoint,
- 27:24Speaker 5: it is because they are being true to the Constitution.
- 27:28Speaker 5: That is what all of these juris should be doing.
- 27:30Speaker 3: Right.
- 27:30Speaker 5: The days of the nineteen seventies Supreme Court are long
- 27:33Speaker 5: gone and they should stay in the past.
- 27:36Speaker 3: But what do you think, what do you, personally, Kim
- 27:38Speaker 3: Herman think about Amy Cony, Barrett and all the do
- 27:43Speaker 3: justices that Trump put on three of them. You put
- 27:45Speaker 3: three justices on, and I'm wondering what you think of them?
- 27:48Speaker 3: Are they Are they conservative? Or they are not conservative
- 27:52Speaker 3: and they're constitutional, or they're not even constitutional sometimes because
- 27:56Speaker 3: I thought their rulings have been very strange on certain issues.
- 27:58Speaker 3: I really do. They've been with us mostly lately, but
- 28:02Speaker 3: I've not been happy with some of their immigration and
- 28:05Speaker 3: wall rulings and title was it? Title forty two rulings.
- 28:10Speaker 3: Some of them bothered me and it didn't seem conservative
- 28:12Speaker 3: or constitutional at all. And I was kind of shocked
- 28:14Speaker 3: that these are people at Trump appointment appointed. But you're
- 28:17Speaker 3: the expert and you understand the constitution and the judges responsibility.
- 28:21Speaker 3: What do you think of those three Trump justices and
- 28:25Speaker 3: what do you think overall of Supreme Court?
- 28:29Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean, I think we need to look at
- 28:30Speaker 5: it that in the very beginning of the Trump administration,
- 28:32Speaker 5: the Supreme Court was seeinggency, an emergency docket like it
- 28:36Speaker 5: really had never seen before.
- 28:38Speaker 4: And I don't know if it.
- 28:38Speaker 5: Necessarily knew what to do with it. I don't know
- 28:40Speaker 5: what was going through their minds. I can't attribute any
- 28:43Speaker 5: characteristics to them or what they were thinking, But what
- 28:46Speaker 5: we saw in the movement and as lawyers, is an
- 28:49Speaker 5: emergency docket like we had never seen, because we saw
- 28:52Speaker 5: district court judges that were quite frankly out of hand.
- 28:56Speaker 5: You know, when you look at some of these rulings
- 28:58Speaker 5: that came out of the lower courts, especially are more
- 29:00Speaker 5: liberal lower courts, they were getting cases in front of them,
- 29:04Speaker 5: like the Harvard case. Right, we look at when the
- 29:07Speaker 5: Trump administration pulled funding from Harvard because they're not following
- 29:11Speaker 5: the law, they're violating civil rights. Emotion went before that
- 29:15Speaker 5: judge in just a mere few hours she ruled against
- 29:20Speaker 5: the administration. I don't know how anyone could have read
- 29:23Speaker 5: the you know, dozens of exhibits, this seventy Gpole documents
- 29:28Speaker 5: nearly that quickly.
- 29:29Speaker 4: I mean, I can't read that quickly. I wish I could.
- 29:31Speaker 3: I don't know anyone that can.
- 29:33Speaker 5: And so we're seeing this going up to the supremee
- 29:35Speaker 5: Court and they're having to grapple with all of this
- 29:38Speaker 5: and figure out and so what I think we've seen
- 29:40Speaker 5: recently towards the end of the term on the merits right,
- 29:43Speaker 5: these cases where they're reaching final rulings.
- 29:45Speaker 4: I feel confident in that I.
- 29:47Speaker 5: Feel that the Court is taking good cases and that
- 29:50Speaker 5: those justices are ruling with the Constitution in mind.
- 29:53Speaker 4: I hope it stays that way.
- 29:56Speaker 5: You know, we've seen justices go from one type of
- 29:59Speaker 5: you know, one way of life at the Constitution to
- 30:00Speaker 5: another throughout their long tenures. But with Justice Thomas, there,
- 30:05Speaker 5: Justice Gorsic, you know, I feel confident Justice Alito that
- 30:10Speaker 5: at the end of the day, the Constitution will win
- 30:12Speaker 5: in these cases.
- 30:14Speaker 3: Hey, Kim, I'm certainly not an anti education guy because
- 30:17Speaker 3: my daughter went to Harvard and I went to Columbia,
- 30:19Speaker 3: So I'm a pro education guy at least I was
- 30:21Speaker 3: raised away by my family. But I don't feel that
- 30:23Speaker 3: way anymore. I don't want any of my kids to
- 30:25Speaker 3: ever again go to Harvard or Columbia or Princeton or Stanford.
- 30:28Speaker 3: All of them are like brainwashing faculties or factories to
- 30:33Speaker 3: make kids come out to be ultra left Marxist. What
- 30:36Speaker 3: is it about Most judges seem to be left leaning.
- 30:39Speaker 3: Most lawyers seem to be left leaning. There's no law
- 30:42Speaker 3: that says you can't be a conservative lawyer or a
- 30:44Speaker 3: conservative judge. Why does it seem like these I'm telling you,
- 30:47Speaker 3: it seems like they're all against us. Why is every
- 30:50Speaker 3: judge against him?
- 30:53Speaker 5: You know, I mean when you look at the number
- 30:56Speaker 5: of judges that Trump put on it during his first term, right,
- 31:00Speaker 5: we would have hoped that we would have seen a
- 31:02Speaker 5: change in that.
- 31:02Speaker 4: But I mean, at the end of the day, it
- 31:04Speaker 4: all comes down to education.
- 31:05Speaker 5: Like you said, this has been baked into our educational system,
- 31:08Speaker 5: whether it's K through twelve or college. These kids are
- 31:11Speaker 5: being brainwashed. They're really brainwashed to hate. As we have
- 31:14Speaker 5: seen it in real life this past week with the
- 31:16Speaker 5: tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk.
- 31:18Speaker 1: Right, you know, they celebrate it, bring and they celebrated.
- 31:22Speaker 4: Back to our campuses. Oh, educated people celebrate absolutely appall.
- 31:27Speaker 3: Oh it's disgusting. I mean you look what are they
- 31:29Speaker 3: being educated with. Right. I'm a lifelong conservative and I
- 31:33Speaker 3: hate Obama's guts, right, but I would never be happy
- 31:35Speaker 3: and shear his death never, And I would never say, oh, yeah,
- 31:39Speaker 3: someone I hate is dead.
- 31:40Speaker 1: Who does that? These people are crazy.
- 31:43Speaker 3: There's a mental illness on the left. It's beyond belief.
- 31:47Speaker 3: I had so many of them all it's they all
- 31:48Speaker 3: read the same script to Kim. Every liberal in my
- 31:51Speaker 3: life said to me this weekend oh, okay, so Charlie
- 31:53Speaker 3: Kirk got killed. So what the Minnesota state senator got killed,
- 31:57Speaker 3: so we're even now. Well, first of all, there's no
- 32:01Speaker 3: even Charlie Kirk got killed. You should be saying what
- 32:04Speaker 3: a terrible thing, and say you're appalled, But no, they
- 32:06Speaker 3: don't say that. And the Minnesota state senator got killed,
- 32:09Speaker 3: and they were a Democrat I think was a she
- 32:11Speaker 3: if I'm not mistake, was a Democrat. No conservative I
- 32:14Speaker 3: know cheered. I don't know anybody who cheered because a
- 32:18Speaker 3: Democrat got killed. So it's not the same.
- 32:20Speaker 1: They're cheering.
- 32:22Speaker 3: Why are they cheering? They're crazy, they're making things up, Kim,
- 32:25Speaker 3: Charlie Kirk was a nice man, a good Christian, a
- 32:28Speaker 3: family meant two beautiful kids. He didn't say anything divisive,
- 32:32Speaker 3: He was polite in hiss debates. I don't get it.
- 32:34Speaker 3: It's just so weird. We're up against such an evil,
- 32:38Speaker 3: bad enemy. You know, it's amazing, we really are.
- 32:42Speaker 5: It's a spiritual war, and it's a constitutional war, right right.
- 32:45Speaker 5: I mean, at the end of the day, it's a
- 32:47Speaker 5: lot of people who hate our constitution, they hate America,
- 32:51Speaker 5: they hate the great experiment that is our country.
- 32:54Speaker 4: They hate, free speech right.
- 32:55Speaker 5: What makes us different than all of the countries institution
- 33:01Speaker 5: and it's free speed.
- 33:02Speaker 1: Right and by the way, and the ability to own
- 33:04Speaker 1: to go exactly that makes us.
- 33:05Speaker 3: Different in every country in the world. The ability that
- 33:07Speaker 3: you can fight back against your own government, against bad
- 33:10Speaker 3: guys without being defenseless. Hey, Kim, I really enjoyed this.
- 33:13Speaker 3: Can you stay for another segment?
- 33:16Speaker 4: Absolutely?
- 33:17Speaker 3: For four minute break and.
- 33:18Speaker 1: Then we'll keep you for one more eight minute segment,
- 33:20Speaker 1: So do go anywhere.
- 33:21Speaker 3: We'll be right back with Kim Herman from the She's
- 33:24Speaker 3: president of the Southeastern Legal Foundation SLF Liberty dot org.
- 33:28Speaker 3: Gom way on the route, be right back, all right.
- 33:33Speaker 1: A special treat for you.
- 33:35Speaker 3: I want to introduce you to a real hero of
- 33:37Speaker 3: the American energy industry, a legend, Mark Brunner, Founder and
- 33:41Speaker 3: CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas in the United States.
- 33:44Speaker 3: Lost Soldier is the last major BCGA basin centered gas accumulation.
- 33:51Speaker 3: This is code for a monster field where gas or
- 33:55Speaker 3: oil is in a basin, which makes the drilling and
- 33:57Speaker 3: production much easier.
- 33:59Speaker 1: Mark, a legend in.
- 34:00Speaker 3: The oil industry, in the gas industry, tell us about
- 34:04Speaker 3: your track record.
- 34:05Speaker 6: Well, I'm a second generation oil and gas guy. My
- 34:08Speaker 6: father in the early nineteen fifties started a company called
- 34:11Speaker 6: tech Star. It later became Texas Oil and Gas. When
- 34:14Speaker 6: it sold out to US Steel, it was the largest
- 34:16Speaker 6: independent in the world. Dell High Pipelines was the largest
- 34:20Speaker 6: gas distribution system in the United States when it sold
- 34:23Speaker 6: out to a US Steel. I worked with him for
- 34:26Speaker 6: four years. I've been in the oil and gas vez
- 34:28Speaker 6: ever since. You would probably know me better as this
- 34:31Speaker 6: chairman of Ultra Petroleum, and Ultra had a pretty good
- 34:35Speaker 6: track record, which you're very familiar with.
- 34:38Speaker 3: I think, well, I think ten thousand dollars investor in
- 34:41Speaker 3: Ultra turned it into thirteen million dollars. Is that correct
- 34:45Speaker 3: in the nine year run of your publicly traded company.
- 34:48Speaker 6: Yeah, at the high that's true.
- 34:50Speaker 3: Ten thousand dollars turned into thirteen million. That means one
- 34:52Speaker 3: hundred thousand dollars turned into one hundred and thirty million.
- 34:55Speaker 3: That's an incredible track record. Now tell me why this
- 34:58Speaker 3: deal lost, Soldier. This project is so special. I hear
- 35:02Speaker 3: about projects and deals all the time. What makes this
- 35:06Speaker 3: one special? Mark?
- 35:07Speaker 6: What's special about this is all the other basins of
- 35:10Speaker 6: the United States have been drilled. We've known for fifty
- 35:12Speaker 6: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 35:15Speaker 6: because there was a uranium mine out here until it
- 35:18Speaker 6: was reclimated three years ago. No one could drill it.
- 35:21Speaker 6: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 35:25Speaker 6: billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point of
- 35:28Speaker 6: eighty five percent empty. So we made this discovery. We
- 35:31Speaker 6: are the only operator in this field, and right now
- 35:35Speaker 6: we can see that we've got enough room for five
- 35:37Speaker 6: hundred horizontal wells out here with what we drilled so far.
- 35:41Speaker 6: Very exciting. It's the new basin in the United States,
- 35:45Speaker 6: and as far as I'm concerned, this is an order
- 35:47Speaker 6: of magnitude bigger than ultra petroleum, the one that I did.
- 35:51Speaker 1: All right.
- 35:52Speaker 3: The website is Lost Soldier dot com. Pretty simple stuff,

- 38:07Speaker 3: even if the tariffs make them go up because their
- 38:09Speaker 3: products are all made in America.

- 38:55Speaker 3: Kim Herman, president of Southeastern Legal Foundation, the website s
- 39:00Speaker 3: lfliberty dot org. Slfliberty dot org. Put her up on
- 39:05Speaker 3: the screen. Kim Herman is back with us. Hey, Kim,
- 39:08Speaker 3: welcome back. So let's talk about some lower courts please.
- 39:13Speaker 3: So what do you think about the lower courts trying
- 39:15Speaker 3: to block ice raids or the deployment of troops on
- 39:19Speaker 3: the streets of Los Angeles in response to anarchy? What
- 39:22Speaker 3: are your thoughts on that?
- 39:26Speaker 5: I mean, I think it's crazy that anyone's fighting this
- 39:28Speaker 5: in the first place, right, I mean, when we have
- 39:31Speaker 5: the crime that we have in so many of these cities,
- 39:34Speaker 5: why is anyone rejecting the help of the President of
- 39:36Speaker 5: the United States who wants to come in and make
- 39:38Speaker 5: our streets safer, Especially after we see what we've seen
- 39:41Speaker 5: in Raleigh recently. We're seeing this all over down in Texas.
- 39:45Speaker 5: I mean, it doesn't matter where it is. We need
- 39:47Speaker 5: to stop the crime in this country. And quite frankly,
- 39:50Speaker 5: what we're seeing from many of our district court judges
- 39:52Speaker 5: is they made clear is that they're going to rule
- 39:54Speaker 5: the way that they want to rule, whether or not
- 39:56Speaker 5: the Constitution supports that ruling or not. Now we have
- 39:59Speaker 5: to look at our reopinion separately. You got to look at,
- 40:01Speaker 5: you know, each particular situation.
- 40:03Speaker 4: I get that.
- 40:04Speaker 5: But at the end of the day, the attack that
- 40:06Speaker 5: we have seen on this administration's policies from the judiciary
- 40:10Speaker 5: in the first place and the lower courts refusing to
- 40:13Speaker 5: follow the Constitution has been absolutely troubling, and then their
- 40:17Speaker 5: rejection of the Supreme Court overturning them when they're wrong
- 40:21Speaker 5: has been even more concerning to attorneys like myself who
- 40:24Speaker 5: fight and argue and bring cases to the Supreme Court
- 40:27Speaker 5: on a regular basis.
- 40:28Speaker 3: By the way, you obviously went to law school, How
- 40:30Speaker 3: did you keep from getting brainwashed?
- 40:35Speaker 5: I had amazing parents who instilled in the amazing Christian
- 40:38Speaker 5: values from a very young age.
- 40:40Speaker 3: There you go, I thought the same thing. You could
- 40:41Speaker 3: ask me, how did I go to columb University and
- 40:43Speaker 3: not get brainwashed. I represented Reagan in the campus wide
- 40:46Speaker 3: debates in nineteen eighty and everybody hated me. And you
- 40:50Speaker 3: know what happened after the debate, they voted for me
- 40:52Speaker 3: seventy percent. I won the debate with seventy percent of
- 40:54Speaker 3: the vote. Even though they hated Reagan and hated me,
- 40:56Speaker 3: they had to admit I just destroyed the other guy
- 40:58Speaker 3: in the debate.
- 40:59Speaker 1: But it was tough.
- 41:00Speaker 3: Four years of nothing but communists. It was just incredible.
- 41:04Speaker 3: Columbia was the worst of all of them. Oh my god,
- 41:06Speaker 3: that's why to go to law school. I was pre
- 41:08Speaker 3: law and.
- 41:09Speaker 4: I didn't go I didn't imagine.
- 41:11Speaker 3: I didn't want to be around these people. I went straight.
- 41:13Speaker 3: I can't imagine I went straight into business and I
- 41:16Speaker 3: never went in business at least everyone, for the most part,
- 41:21Speaker 3: is a conservative side. Decided to go into business, and
- 41:24Speaker 3: they were all friendly with me, and I never looked back.
- 41:26Speaker 1: But I was planning to be a lawyer. So let's
- 41:29Speaker 1: talk about the big one.
- 41:31Speaker 3: How could a court decide on the economic policy of
- 41:34Speaker 3: the United States with tariffs? The president's decision as the
- 41:38Speaker 3: CEO of the country is he wants to fight they're
- 41:41Speaker 3: tariffs by hitting them with tariffs and say, look, if
- 41:44Speaker 3: you can hit us with tariffs, we can hit you
- 41:46Speaker 3: with tariffs. Let's save them middle class in the working class.
- 41:49Speaker 3: And judges think unelected judges think they knew more about
- 41:53Speaker 3: the economy even though they've never run a business. At
- 41:56Speaker 3: Trump's a billionaire than our president. It doesn't make any
- 41:59Speaker 3: sense to be they can't decide economic policy.
- 42:05Speaker 4: No, they can't decide economic policy.
- 42:07Speaker 5: And one of you know, one of the key issues
- 42:09Speaker 5: here is where where does each brand? How much power
- 42:11Speaker 5: does the executive have versus how much power should the
- 42:14Speaker 5: legislature have, and where does that kind of fall? You know,
- 42:18Speaker 5: But at the end of the day, that's what the
- 42:20Speaker 5: Supreme Court is really going to ultimately rule on.
- 42:22Speaker 3: Can you imagine that if they rule against Trump, we'd
- 42:24Speaker 3: owe back about a trillion dollars?
- 42:27Speaker 1: I mean, this is crazy. We're winning the trade war.
- 42:30Speaker 1: Trump announce station right.
- 42:32Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, I mean in a lot of times, it's
- 42:36Speaker 5: really when is the court ruling right?
- 42:38Speaker 4: The court is the lower courts are.
- 42:40Speaker 5: So quick these days to issue these preliminary injunctions, to
- 42:43Speaker 5: issue these temporary restraining orders when the issues haven't really
- 42:46Speaker 5: been fully fleshed out, and so That's another really concerning
- 42:50Speaker 5: aspect of.
- 42:51Speaker 3: All of this. They're sticking their nose where the.
- 42:53Speaker 5: Court ultimately says they don't have the power to do
- 42:56Speaker 5: it right.
- 42:57Speaker 4: Let the cases fully flesh themselves out.
- 43:00Speaker 3: I'm with you, I'm with you. We got to run.
- 43:01Speaker 3: Kim Herman, president of the Southeastern Legal Foundation SLF Liberty
- 43:05Speaker 3: dot org.
