- 0:02Speaker 1: Hello and welcome to Outspoken. It's your dose of the
- 0:06Speaker 1: hottest influencer and pop culture news twice a week. I'm
- 0:10Speaker 1: Sophie Torber and coming up on today's show, Jaz Han
- 0:13Speaker 1: confirms obvious breakup, Tully Smythe opens up about how couples
- 0:18Speaker 1: counselling helped her relationship, the mystery surrounding Sarah's Day's latest
- 0:22Speaker 1: business venture and Tammy Hembrough's hair extensions. But first, we
- 0:27Speaker 1: want to give a big shout out to Amber from
- 0:30Speaker 1: Influencer Updates for Getting us the goods. So we put
- 0:33Speaker 1: a bit of a desperate call out for anyone who
- 0:35Speaker 1: had Sofodofa's Tropicca matches because in little old Adelaide, we
- 0:40Speaker 1: have no 7-Elevens and we can't purchase them because that's
- 0:42Speaker 1: the only place they're sold at. She has sent us
- 0:45Speaker 1: a box of them to try. Like what an absolute legend.
- 0:48Speaker 1: She is an absolute sweetheart. We were like, can we
- 0:50Speaker 1: please pay for it? Can we please cover the cost
- 0:52Speaker 1: of the postage? And she was like, no, no, no.
- 0:53Speaker 1: So Big thank you to Amber. It is so generous
- 0:56Speaker 1: of you. And I'm so excited to try them because
- 0:59Speaker 1: Amy is the one that is obsessed with matcha. She's
- 1:01Speaker 1: actually not on the show today because she's getting her
- 1:03Speaker 1: iron infusion. We're hoping that makes her feel a lot better.
- 1:06Speaker 1: But I feel like I've.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Become a bit of a connoisseur over the last couple
- 1:09Speaker 2: of months. So I'm very excited to try them. I
- 1:12Speaker 2: think we need to do them justice though and have
- 1:14Speaker 2: them chilled and over a lot of ice.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Imagine if Plot Twist, we really liked them because I
- 1:19Speaker 1: know Amber was a bit of a fan. So I
- 1:20Speaker 1: think that she wanted to hear our honest opinion because
- 1:23Speaker 1: For those who haven't listened to the episode, I think
- 1:25Speaker 1: it was last week's Friday episode, they've had a pretty
- 1:28Speaker 1: bad reception on TikTok. There's a lot of people saying
- 1:31Speaker 1: that they taste like Play-Doh and that they smell like fish.
- 1:34Speaker 1: So we will film a little taste test. We'll put
- 1:37Speaker 1: it on TikTok and Instagram for you.
- 1:39Speaker 2: Maybe because we've got such low expectations, they're going to
- 1:41Speaker 2: taste all right.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Wake up, millennial girlies.
- 1:44Speaker 3: One of our millennial queens, Lauren Conrad, has posted to
- 1:47Speaker 3: social media.
- 1:48Speaker 1: This week, Lauren Conrad made a lot of us feel
- 1:51Speaker 1: old by celebrating her 40th birthday party. The Laguna Beach
- 1:55Speaker 1: star celebrated with an aptly chosen theme, Kate.
- 1:58Speaker 2: I love that Elsie knew that this news was going
- 2:00Speaker 2: to shake a lot of millennials because she added as
- 2:02Speaker 2: a bit of a disclaimer the comment about, sorry if
- 2:04Speaker 2: this made anyone feel old. I certainly felt old when
- 2:08Speaker 2: I saw the post. I'm a couple of years younger
- 2:10Speaker 2: than Lauren. But I was like, how the hell is
- 2:12Speaker 2: she 40? Like Laguna Beach and the Hills, it doesn't
- 2:15Speaker 2: seem like that long ago. It seems still relevant to
- 2:18Speaker 2: this culture now.
- 2:19Speaker 1: Laguna beach came out when we were also in year
- 2:22Speaker 1: 12 because it was shot like, you know, a year
- 2:23Speaker 1: in advance or whatever. So I feel like our lives
- 2:26Speaker 1: have been pretty parallel. I want to point out the
- 2:28Speaker 1: 40 isn't old for anybody who's in their forties listening,
- 2:31Speaker 1: because I, that's one thing that I, as I've gotten
- 2:34Speaker 1: older that I can't stand is ageism. 40 is not
- 2:37Speaker 1: old by any means, but I think when you're reflecting
- 2:39Speaker 1: on the fact that we literally saw this girl graduate
- 2:41Speaker 1: year 12 and suddenly it's like the blink of an
- 2:43Speaker 1: eye and she's 40, you're like, what the hell is
- 2:45Speaker 1: going on?
- 2:46Speaker 2: It reminded me of when we were in our late
- 2:48Speaker 2: 20s and everyone started turning 30 and there were all
- 2:51Speaker 2: these 30s coming up and you're like, oh, okay, is
- 2:54Speaker 2: this happening again? Like, it's just crazy the way time
- 2:57Speaker 2: flies by. I actually went to three 40s last year,
- 3:00Speaker 2: so it's definitely happening.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm actually looking forward to our 40th. I mean,
- 3:03Speaker 1: I'm not looking forward to being 40, but It's kind
- 3:06Speaker 1: of an excuse to celebrate for our 30th. It's actually
- 3:09Speaker 1: when we started the podcast. I remember doing a couple
- 3:12Speaker 1: of episodes about how scared I was to turn 30
- 3:14Speaker 1: and we went to Bali for our birthday instead of
- 3:17Speaker 1: having a big party. I think that's the way to go.
- 3:18Speaker 1: I think you want to go on an epic holiday away,
- 3:21Speaker 1: sort of try and escape it a little bit, but then,
- 3:23Speaker 1: you know, enjoy yourself.
- 3:25Speaker 2: See, I was like tossing up whether we wanted to
- 3:27Speaker 2: have a party, but then I was like, hang on,
- 3:29Speaker 2: we've just had weddings, hens parties, all of that recently.
- 3:33Speaker 2: And I'm like, It's a lot of stress and a
- 3:35Speaker 2: lot of hassle. I think, yeah, I agree. An overseas
- 3:38Speaker 2: trip or an interstate one works well.
- 3:40Speaker 1: Now we need to talk about the theme of Lauren's
- 3:42Speaker 1: 40th because it was pretty iconic. So her 40th was
- 3:45Speaker 1: prom themed. It was a bit of a nod to
- 3:48Speaker 1: her high school days, which of course we all had
- 3:50Speaker 1: a front row seat too.
- 3:51Speaker 2: It's funny when you think that her actual prom was
- 3:53Speaker 2: broadcast on global television. I mean, I've personally watched that
- 3:56Speaker 2: episode numerous times.
- 3:58Speaker 1: I thought for a second it might have been a
- 3:59Speaker 1: black and white affair because that's also another school sort
- 4:02Speaker 1: of dance that they had. I'm disappointed they.
- 4:04Speaker 2: Didn't do that. No, that wasn't a school dance.
- 4:06Speaker 1: That was the party that they held at the hotel.
- 4:08Speaker 1: That's right. That was their own theme. That was pretty iconic.
- 4:12Speaker 2: Yeah, and everyone turned up in black except Kristen Cavallari
- 4:15Speaker 2: who turned up in white. Before I saw the photos,
- 4:17Speaker 2: I assumed that Lauren's party would have early noughties vibes
- 4:21Speaker 2: seeing as she had the blueprint for her prom from
- 4:23Speaker 2: 2004 and but it was actually more 90s vibes. So
- 4:27Speaker 2: she called it a senior, senior prom. And she shared
- 4:30Speaker 2: the photo of a guest book that had the tagline,
- 4:32Speaker 2: party like it's 1999, recover like it's 2026.
- 4:36Speaker 1: I'm looking at these photos and she literally doesn't look
- 4:39Speaker 1: like she's aged a day. Like she looks exactly the
- 4:41Speaker 1: same as when she was on the hills.
- 4:44Speaker 2: Oh, she looks incredible. I didn't realize that her husband's
- 4:46Speaker 2: a guitarist. So he performed on stage. It was actually
- 4:48Speaker 2: a joint party with Lauren and her husband and a
- 4:51Speaker 2: couple of their friends.
- 4:52Speaker 1: You've got to love that Kristen Cavallari has commented under
- 4:55Speaker 1: the post, yes, with a wink, as in it made
- 4:58Speaker 1: her feel old. They've clearly gotten over the fact that
- 5:01Speaker 1: they both wanted the same boy in high school and
- 5:03Speaker 1: must be now friends.
- 5:04Speaker 2: Well, Lauren appeared on Kristen Cavallari and Stephen Coletti's podcast
- 5:08Speaker 2: that they did where they watched the series of Laguna
- 5:10Speaker 2: Beach and kind of reflected on it. And, you know,
- 5:13Speaker 2: it was clear that she was completely over the beef.
- 5:15Speaker 2: It was really dramatized for the TV show. In terms
- 5:18Speaker 2: of the party, it's actually unclear whether any of Lauren's
- 5:21Speaker 2: high school friends were actually there in attendance. Morgan Smith
- 5:25Speaker 2: wrote under the photo dump, prom queen, happy birthday beauty,
- 5:28Speaker 2: can't believe this year is here. And Talon also added
- 5:31Speaker 2: happy birthday LC, but there were no photos of them
- 5:33Speaker 2: actually at the party.
- 5:35Speaker 1: It's quite ironic because Lauren doesn't post that often on Instagram.
- 5:39Speaker 1: And the post before her 40th was actually her prom
- 5:42Speaker 1: photos that she had reshared. So maybe that was a
- 5:44Speaker 1: bit of inspiration. She shared that back in September. I
- 5:48Speaker 1: think it was when they were doing a reunion special
- 5:51Speaker 1: for the cast of Laguna Beach.
- 5:52Speaker 2: Does it surprise you that Lauren Conrad wore a short
- 5:55Speaker 2: dress to her original prom in 2004? So she actually
- 5:58Speaker 2: wore this sort of red short dress. It kind of
- 6:01Speaker 2: looks like the red dress in that emoji except short.
- 6:04Speaker 1: It actually doesn't surprise me because remember in the early
- 6:08Speaker 1: 2000s there was that formal show in Australia and they
- 6:11Speaker 1: would basically gift girls families like a thousand bucks and
- 6:15Speaker 1: the girls would go out and pick their formal dresses
- 6:17Speaker 1: and they'd always pick those really short dresses that were
- 6:19Speaker 1: like absolutely hideous now that you look back on. But
- 6:22Speaker 1: they were all sort of short numbers.
- 6:24Speaker 2: I remember a lot of people wearing mullet dresses at
- 6:26Speaker 2: our formal.
- 6:27Speaker 1: I think mine was a mullet dress for both the
- 6:29Speaker 1: semi-formal and the actual formal.
- 6:31Speaker 2: What, the green one?
- 6:32Speaker 1: Remember the black dress? I reckon it was a bit
- 6:34Speaker 1: of a mullet, like not as obvious as some of
- 6:37Speaker 1: the others, but it had a bit of a sort
- 6:38Speaker 1: of layering thing going on.
- 6:40Speaker 2: See, the dress I ended up picking out for my
- 6:42Speaker 2: formal was I remember that Kate DeRouge from Australian Idol
- 6:45Speaker 2: wore it on like the red carpet or something.
- 6:50Speaker 1: I mean, I don't want to post my formal photos anywhere.
- 6:53Speaker 1: I don't want those to see the light of day.
- 6:55Speaker 1: But maybe in our Facebook group, if other people are
- 6:57Speaker 1: more game, put what you wore to your school formal
- 7:00Speaker 1: in there. See if there's any other shorter dresses.
- 7:02Speaker 2: See, if we end up doing the 40th, I actually
- 7:04Speaker 2: like this theme because I'd like to redo my formal look.
- 7:08Speaker 4: Being 32 and single was not on my bingo card. So, yeah.
- 7:14Speaker 1: After months of speculation, Jazz Hand confirmed she has split
- 7:17Speaker 1: from her longtime partner, Peter Lizzie. The jewelry designer broke
- 7:21Speaker 1: the news in a recent vlog, admitting she knew it
- 7:24Speaker 1: wouldn't come as a surprise to her followers. Kate, it's
- 7:27Speaker 1: about time she's broken the news. Can you tell us more?
- 7:30Speaker 2: Well, as Jazz said, it has become pretty obvious that
- 7:32Speaker 2: the couple were no longer together. While Peter was never
- 7:36Speaker 2: a main character on her social media, he was a
- 7:39Speaker 2: constant in the background for almost 10 years. However, that
- 7:42Speaker 2: all changed in December. when he was noticeably absent from
- 7:45Speaker 2: key events like Christmas and Jazz's birthday celebrations. Now, if
- 7:49Speaker 2: that wasn't enough, Jazz also moved into a new apartment,
- 7:53Speaker 2: despite months earlier sharing that her and Peter had narrowly
- 7:56Speaker 2: missed out on purchasing a home together. The real nail
- 8:00Speaker 2: in the coffin of the relationship was when fans noticed
- 8:02Speaker 2: that Peter's mum had removed Jazz's name for her Instagram bio,
- 8:06Speaker 2: which lists all her family members.
- 8:08Speaker 1: That's just brutal, isn't it? I felt really bad for
- 8:11Speaker 1: Jazz when she addressed the breakup in her video. She
- 8:14Speaker 1: said that the last few months had been really difficult
- 8:16Speaker 1: on her and she was waiting until she was in
- 8:18Speaker 1: a good place to share the news, which I think
- 8:21Speaker 1: is completely understandable. She also got very emotional when she
- 8:25Speaker 1: thanked her followers for their support. Let's take a listen
- 8:28Speaker 1: to more of what she said.
- 8:30Speaker 4: I feel like I'm in a good place now, but
- 8:34Speaker 4: it definitely comes and goes in ways. Some days aren't.
- 8:41Speaker 4: as good and then some days I'm happy but I
- 8:43Speaker 4: feel like that's part of the process but obviously I
- 8:49Speaker 4: am no longer with my partner um yeah I'm not
- 8:55Speaker 4: gonna go into it I just feel like I kind
- 8:58Speaker 4: of kept that part of my life private so I
- 9:02Speaker 4: probably won't be sharing much on it but um yeah
- 9:06Speaker 4: I just feel like I needed to kind of say it,
- 9:09Speaker 4: even though it was quite like evident in my content.
- 9:12Speaker 4: I just, I literally get DMs every single day about it.
- 9:17Speaker 2: I am the first person to demand all the juicy
- 9:20Speaker 2: details from influencers when they break up because I'm that
- 9:23Speaker 2: nosy person. But I think this instance feels different because
- 9:28Speaker 2: Jazz really kept her relationship with Peter mostly private. It's
- 9:31Speaker 2: clear he didn't like being on socials and their relationship
- 9:34Speaker 2: wasn't a main feature of her content. So While I
- 9:38Speaker 2: think it's natural for her followers who have built this
- 9:40Speaker 2: parasocial relationship with her and Peter to want to know more,
- 9:44Speaker 2: I actually respect her decision for keeping it private and
- 9:47Speaker 2: also choosing to speak on it when she felt like
- 9:49Speaker 2: the time was right for her.
- 9:51Speaker 1: Yeah, I think that now she's addressed it, it'll shut
- 9:53Speaker 1: down a lot of the speculation and rumours that have
- 9:56Speaker 1: been circulating and people will move on. Speaking of Valentine's Day,
- 10:01Speaker 1: I actually do have a valentine.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Tammy Hambro's hair extensions made headlines this week for all
- 10:07Speaker 2: the wrong reasons. The OG influencer was papped returning home
- 10:11Speaker 2: to the Gold Coast with her blonde locks looking worse
- 10:14Speaker 2: for wear. Soph, can you tell us more?
- 10:16Speaker 1: Gosh, we've all been there, haven't we? I mean, these
- 10:19Speaker 1: photos have been doing the rounds of a lot of
- 10:21Speaker 1: tabloid papers. So news.com.au ran with the headline, Tammy Unrecognizable
- 10:26Speaker 1: at Airport. While the Daily Mail's headline was Big Weekend,
- 10:30Speaker 1: Tammy Hembrough reveals her very disheveled hair extensions as she
- 10:34Speaker 1: and Ruby Tuesday Matthews look worse for wear after partying
- 10:37Speaker 1: at Live Golf in Adelaide. Now, for those who haven't
- 10:41Speaker 1: seen the photos, Tammy did look like she partied hard
- 10:44Speaker 1: at Live Golf. It looked like she had a fantastic time.
- 10:47Speaker 1: Her hair extensions, which had only just been put in
- 10:50Speaker 1: last week for the Wuthering Heights premiere, appeared to be
- 10:53Speaker 1: very matted and the tapes were very visible. So you
- 10:57Speaker 1: could see the hair extensions. It was very obvious. That's
- 11:00Speaker 1: my worst nightmare as someone who wears, I don't wear
- 11:04Speaker 1: permanent hair extensions, but I just wear a, what is
- 11:06Speaker 1: it called?
- 11:06Speaker 5: The halo.
- 11:07Speaker 1: I wear a halo and I just hate it. If
- 11:10Speaker 1: anyone can see them. Yeah.
- 11:11Speaker 2: See, I had this traumatizing moment on Christmas day.
- 11:14Speaker 1: I think it was in.
- 11:17Speaker 2: 2018, 2019. And I was sitting, no, it was 2018.
- 11:20Speaker 2: I know for a particular reason, but I remember sitting
- 11:24Speaker 2: at the table and my hair extension, the like hook
- 11:28Speaker 2: on the halo fell off and they literally dropped.
- 11:30Speaker 1: Out of my head.
- 11:31Speaker 2: And it was so humiliating.
- 11:33Speaker 1: You had a Christmas hat on, didn't you? So you
- 11:35Speaker 1: kind of could hide a little bit.
- 11:38Speaker 2: No, I didn't. I didn't have a Christmas hat on. No,
- 11:41Speaker 2: it was horrendous. I quickly sort of caught them. I
- 11:44Speaker 2: don't think too many of the family members really knew
- 11:46Speaker 2: what was going on, but now I always check to
- 11:49Speaker 2: make sure that they're hooked in properly. Anyway, back to
- 11:52Speaker 2: these photos of Tammy. Not only were her hair extensions showing,
- 11:55Speaker 2: but she looked quite unhappy in the photos. I mean,
- 11:59Speaker 2: to be fair, I would be if paparazzi were following
- 12:01Speaker 2: me around after I'd been partying hard at Live Golf.
- 12:05Speaker 2: A lot of people are saying that this is Tammy
- 12:07Speaker 2: Hembrough's Britney Spears early 2000s moment.
- 12:10Speaker 1: Well, she looked very 2000s in what she was wearing
- 12:13Speaker 1: as well and the sunglasses and everything.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Well, did you notice what her t-shirt said?
- 12:17Speaker 5: No.
- 12:17Speaker 2: It was this crop top that said, but daddy, I
- 12:20Speaker 2: love him. Now that's a Taylor Swift lyric.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Is this a subtle or not so subtle reference to
- 12:25Speaker 1: her new boyfriend, Grayson? Because I mean, he hasn't been
- 12:27Speaker 1: getting a good rap in the media. Well, that's what
- 12:29Speaker 1: I thought.
- 12:29Speaker 2: A lot of people thought she was also wearing Grayson's sunglasses.
- 12:33Speaker 2: So she had those sort of speed dealer sunnies that
- 12:35Speaker 2: he was wearing on the red carpet at the Wuthering
- 12:37Speaker 2: Heights premiere. I have a bone to pick with you
- 12:39Speaker 2: on that, Sophie, because off air, we had a bit
- 12:41Speaker 2: of a debate back and forth before we recorded Tuesday's episode,
- 12:44Speaker 2: where I thought that Grayson was in Adelaide for Live Golf.
- 12:48Speaker 2: And you said, no, he wasn't. Now, when I listened
- 12:51Speaker 2: to Tammy's interview with Emily Hembrough, I was like, oh yeah,
- 12:55Speaker 2: she's referencing that she's got a Valentine this year because
- 12:57Speaker 2: she's going to be spending Valentine's Day with him.
- 13:00Speaker 1: At Live Golf.
- 13:01Speaker 2: However, you thought she was saying, I've got one, but
- 13:04Speaker 2: I'm not seeing him.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Yeah. So what's your point?
- 13:06Speaker 2: Well, the point is that photos have emerged of Grayson
- 13:10Speaker 2: in Adelaide at Live Golf with Tammy. So it was
- 13:13Speaker 2: actually the account Tammy Hembrough Funnies that uploaded the photo.
- 13:17Speaker 2: So Grayson shared the photos on his Instagram story on
- 13:22Speaker 2: Saturday or over the weekend and And then quickly deleted them.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Maybe when she recorded that interview with her sister, she
- 13:28Speaker 1: wasn't planning on going public with him. And maybe because
- 13:31Speaker 1: she had, she was like, oh, fuck it. I'll just
- 13:33Speaker 1: invite him to this influencer event as well.
- 13:35Speaker 2: Well, he certainly was there, but Tammy was working in
- 13:37Speaker 2: overdrive to make it look like he wasn't there.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Interesting. Now I wish that we went to Live Golf
- 13:42Speaker 1: purely just so we could be on Tammy Hembrough watch
- 13:44Speaker 1: and get a bit of, you know, a scoop there.
- 13:47Speaker 1: A couple of people have asked if we could now
- 13:49Speaker 1: release the vision of Tammy Hembrough and Rhys Hawkins canoodling
- 13:53Speaker 1: at the beach, seeing as they're not actually together. Look,
- 13:56Speaker 1: I mean, maybe. I mean, the real reason that we
- 13:59Speaker 1: didn't want to do it was because their kids were
- 14:02Speaker 1: in the vision and we felt a little bit uncomfortable
- 14:04Speaker 1: that they weren't aware that they were being filmed.
- 14:07Speaker 2: I'm still on the fence about releasing that. I think,
- 14:09Speaker 2: I mean, maybe if we could blow the kids' faces
- 14:11Speaker 2: or something, but There definitely was an energy between the two.
- 14:14Speaker 2: So the relationship timeline still isn't really adding up there
- 14:18Speaker 2: for me. Back to Tammy's hair, it's quite funny because
- 14:20Speaker 2: obviously she saw a lot of the commentary about it
- 14:23Speaker 2: and it didn't take her long to fix her hair extension.
- 14:25Speaker 2: She posted a TikTok with the caption, the sound that
- 14:28Speaker 2: plays when my hairdresser sees me coming after a big
- 14:31Speaker 2: weekend and her hairdresser looks absolutely shocked. And later she
- 14:35Speaker 2: revealed that she had her hair extensions cut back down.
- 14:38Speaker 2: I think she suits short hair so much better.
- 14:40Speaker 1: I like the fact she took the piss out of herself.
- 14:42Speaker 1: You know, she obviously saw the comments, that'd be your
- 14:44Speaker 1: worst nightmare, but she thought, no, I'll run with it.
- 14:46Speaker 1: I'll have a bit of a laugh about it, which
- 14:48Speaker 1: I think is the only way you can react sometimes.
- 14:50Speaker 2: Yeah, she had to do that.
- 14:52Speaker 5: When the words couples counsellor or whatever gets dangled in
- 14:56Speaker 5: front of you, you're normally thinking, oh God, you know,
- 14:59Speaker 5: relationships on the rocks.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Fresh from sharing their pregnancy news, Tully Smythe and Ned
- 15:04Speaker 1: Rort have opened up about how couples counselling has strengthened
- 15:08Speaker 1: their relationship. The couple who have been together for two
- 15:11Speaker 1: and a half years revealed on the Inherited podcast that
- 15:14Speaker 1: they started couples counselling last year, soon after Tully was
- 15:18Speaker 1: diagnosed with ADHD. Let's take a listen to what Ned said.
- 15:22Speaker 5: When the words couples counsellor or whatever gets dangled in
- 15:26Speaker 5: front of you, you're normally thinking, oh God, you know,
- 15:29Speaker 5: relationships on the rocks and whatever. But from my experience,
- 15:33Speaker 5: I can wholeheartedly say that, I mean, we're in a
- 15:37Speaker 5: good spot and Bec, our counsellor often said it's the
- 15:42Speaker 5: hardest to see a counsellor and you get more out
- 15:45Speaker 5: of it when you're actually in a pretty good position.
- 15:49Speaker 2: I got a lot of respect for Tully and Ned
- 15:51Speaker 2: for actually opening up about this because it's very rare
- 15:54Speaker 2: to see a couple in the public eye speak so
- 15:57Speaker 2: candidly about going to couples counselling, particularly when they've just
- 16:01Speaker 2: announced that they're pregnant and obviously are in a good
- 16:03Speaker 2: place in their relationship.
- 16:04Speaker 1: I was glued to this interview. I found it really fascinating.
- 16:07Speaker 1: I think because Tully is really good at painting this
- 16:10Speaker 1: sort of picture perfect relationship online. And then you actually
- 16:13Speaker 1: heard the reality of what was going on behind the scenes.
- 16:16Speaker 1: It just showed that they're just like everyone else.
- 16:18Speaker 2: Well, even just hearing Ned speak, because I mean, we've
- 16:21Speaker 2: spoken about on the podcast before, sort of tongue in
- 16:24Speaker 2: cheek that we would love to come back as one
- 16:26Speaker 2: of Tully's boyfriends because she really pumps their tires and
- 16:30Speaker 2: speaks so lovely about them. And it was interesting to
- 16:32Speaker 2: actually hear what Ned had to say and how he
- 16:36Speaker 2: carried himself and He seems genuinely like such a lovely guy.
- 16:40Speaker 2: It seems like he actually deserves the pump up that
- 16:42Speaker 2: Tully has been giving him.
- 16:43Speaker 1: I love him. He just seems like a sweetheart, doesn't he?
- 16:46Speaker 1: Like he just seems like a nice, normal guy with
- 16:49Speaker 1: great intentions.
- 16:50Speaker 2: I don't get how he's been single for 10 years
- 16:52Speaker 2: because on paper he looks perfect as well. He's a dentist.
- 16:56Speaker 2: He's got this golden retriever. Seems to live in a
- 16:59Speaker 2: nice spot in Melbourne.
- 17:00Speaker 1: He's good looking. Yeah. Well, in terms of the couple's counselling,
- 17:05Speaker 1: Tully said that at different points, of their lives. She
- 17:08Speaker 1: and Ned had both seen psychologists and they found it
- 17:11Speaker 1: really beneficial. So they thought, well, why not speak to
- 17:13Speaker 1: someone about their relationship? And Tully said the reason why
- 17:17Speaker 1: they wanted to speak to someone was because they both
- 17:20Speaker 1: have very different communication styles. So Tully said that she's
- 17:23Speaker 1: always been a talker and been really good at communicating
- 17:27Speaker 1: while Ned wasn't very good at expressing himself.
- 17:30Speaker 2: Well, that kind of came across in the podcast because
- 17:32Speaker 2: Tully being Tully, she had a lot to say and
- 17:35Speaker 2: Ned would try and sort of say something and interject.
- 17:37Speaker 2: And then at one point she's like, oh, okay, you
- 17:39Speaker 2: can say something now.
- 17:40Speaker 1: Well, she said that he literally frothed the counseling because
- 17:44Speaker 1: she had to sit there and listen to him while
- 17:46Speaker 1: he had the floor and he was able to speak.
- 17:48Speaker 1: And the counselor really encouraged them to have a lot
- 17:50Speaker 1: of conversations that they'd been putting off having. So those
- 17:53Speaker 1: were around future money, babies and marriage. And it was
- 17:56Speaker 1: quite interesting because they were saying that It's actually most
- 17:59Speaker 1: beneficial to go to a couples counsellor when you are
- 18:02Speaker 1: in a good place in your relationship rather than a
- 18:04Speaker 1: bad place because they're giving you all of these things
- 18:07Speaker 1: to work on.
- 18:08Speaker 2: As much as it does sound beneficial, it would really
- 18:11Speaker 2: throw you off if you were in a good place
- 18:13Speaker 2: and your partner suggested you do couples counselling. I think
- 18:16Speaker 2: that would knock you for six.
- 18:18Speaker 1: I think you can still have a happy relationship and
- 18:20Speaker 1: a good relationship but need outside help, particularly outside. The
- 18:24Speaker 1: fact that Tully had just been diagnosed with ADHD, they
- 18:27Speaker 1: were clearly on different pages with how they were able
- 18:30Speaker 1: to communicate with one another. I think that more couples
- 18:32Speaker 1: should be doing this and there shouldn't be such a
- 18:34Speaker 1: taboo around it.
- 18:35Speaker 2: Oh, I totally agree. But I'm saying there definitely is
- 18:38Speaker 2: a taboo. So it would throw you off a little bit.
- 18:40Speaker 2: But I mean, I'm glad that they've had this conversation
- 18:43Speaker 2: publicly because it might open up people's eyes to see
- 18:46Speaker 2: that it is a positive thing.
- 18:48Speaker 1: I really loved also in this interview because they discussed
- 18:51Speaker 1: how Tully and Ned met. And this was part of
- 18:55Speaker 1: Inherited's new love story editions, which conveniently is sponsored by
- 18:59Speaker 1: the dating app Bumble. I don't actually think that they
- 19:02Speaker 1: met on Bumble. I reckon they met on Hinge because
- 19:04Speaker 1: they were talking about all of these different dating, what
- 19:08Speaker 1: is it, dating prompts and, you know, the fact that
- 19:10Speaker 1: Tully put in a lot of effort with her dating profile,
- 19:13Speaker 1: which is sort of commonplace on Hinge.
- 19:15Speaker 2: Well, despite them not actually meeting on the app that
- 19:18Speaker 2: sponsored the episode, I did think it was a really
- 19:20Speaker 2: good branded segment, like to bring.
- 19:22Speaker 1: These love stories.
- 19:23Speaker 2: I mean, I haven't listened to Inherited for a while.
- 19:26Speaker 2: I kind of dip in and dip out depending on
- 19:27Speaker 2: the guests. But when I saw that Tully was joined
- 19:30Speaker 2: by Ned, I was like, oh my gosh, that dynamic
- 19:32Speaker 2: I want to hear. So I'm really interested to hear
- 19:34Speaker 2: who else they have on there, what other couples. I'm
- 19:37Speaker 2: guessing Steph Clare Smith and Josh Miller might appear. I
- 19:39Speaker 2: would listen to that in a heartbeat.
- 19:41Speaker 1: Yeah. I reckon they're actually doing an interview for the
- 19:43Speaker 1: kick pod with the two of them, like a new one. Yeah.
- 19:45Speaker 2: But that might be off the back of this one.
- 19:47Speaker 2: Then we don't think that we'll put ours out first.
- 19:49Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 19:49Speaker 1: Well, getting back to how they met is quite interesting
- 19:51Speaker 1: because they actually matched twice on the apps, but the
- 19:56Speaker 1: first time around, it was actually one of Ned's friends
- 19:58Speaker 1: who ruined his chances. So Ned was asking his mate
- 20:01Speaker 1: for advice on an opening line to Tully and he
- 20:04Speaker 1: took the phone and wrote, Hey, are you Tully from
- 20:06Speaker 1: Big Brother? And Ned said that he now realizes that
- 20:09Speaker 1: was quite possibly the worst thing he could have actually
- 20:11Speaker 1: said to her because one of her biggest fears was
- 20:14Speaker 1: someone trying to date her for the wrong reasons because
- 20:16Speaker 1: she'd gone out on a lot of dates with guys
- 20:18Speaker 1: who just wanted to get invited to a movie premiere
- 20:21Speaker 1: or they were trying to boost their profiles.
- 20:23Speaker 2: It's funny that Tully didn't actually remember this first exchange
- 20:26Speaker 2: happening at all because it was only once they started
- 20:29Speaker 2: dating and were deeper into their relationship that Ned revealed
- 20:33Speaker 2: that he'd actually matched with her before.
- 20:35Speaker 1: God, imagine Ned. He was probably sitting on that for
- 20:37Speaker 1: so long thinking like, oh my God, is she going
- 20:39Speaker 1: to remember that I asked her about being on Big Brother?
- 20:41Speaker 2: Oh, it would be so awkward, particularly when you reflect
- 20:45Speaker 2: on their first date. So I can't believe this. But
- 20:48Speaker 2: the first time they physically met in person was at
- 20:51Speaker 2: Ned's grand final party. Now, this wasn't just a casual
- 20:55Speaker 2: grand final party with a couple of mates. His family
- 20:58Speaker 2: members were there. So his brother and sister and his
- 21:00Speaker 2: nieces were in attendance. Fortunately, his parents weren't there, but
- 21:03Speaker 2: I could not believe it.
- 21:04Speaker 1: Yeah, that's what I found a bit confusing because Tully
- 21:06Speaker 1: said that Ned kept asking her on these impromptu walk
- 21:10Speaker 1: dates with his golden retriever. And She was like, no, no,
- 21:14Speaker 1: I can't catch up with you just, you know, like that.
- 21:16Speaker 1: I need time to mentally prepare for the date, et cetera.
- 21:19Speaker 1: But then she was happy to go to a barbecue
- 21:21Speaker 1: with all of his friends and family. She said she
- 21:23Speaker 1: walked in and she first met his sister who was
- 21:25Speaker 1: making a salad and she was just like, hello.
- 21:28Speaker 2: I just can't believe anyone would actually put themselves in
- 21:31Speaker 2: that situation. Like it gives me anxiety even thinking about it.
- 21:34Speaker 2: But obviously they hit it off because Tully said she
- 21:37Speaker 2: ended up staying the night and I don't think left
- 21:39Speaker 2: for another week.
- 21:40Speaker 1: Yeah, she said that they literally spent the next two
- 21:43Speaker 1: weeks together. And I was really surprised to hear that
- 21:46Speaker 1: they said, I love you after knowing each other only
- 21:49Speaker 1: for 10 days.
- 21:51Speaker 2: Yeah, me too. But I mean, we have to remember
- 21:53Speaker 2: that they're in their mid to late 30s. I feel
- 21:56Speaker 2: like when you're that age, it's kind of like, if
- 21:59Speaker 2: you know, you know.
- 22:00Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, the fact that they were inseparable for
- 22:02Speaker 1: that amount of time, you could see how it could
- 22:04Speaker 1: happen really quickly. I feel for Tully because the host, Ruby...
- 22:09Speaker 1: brought up the fact that she is constantly being bombarded
- 22:13Speaker 1: with followers asking when she and Ned are going to
- 22:15Speaker 1: get engaged. And Ruby was like, oh, I'm not going
- 22:18Speaker 1: to ask you when, but how do you feel about
- 22:21Speaker 1: the constant bombarding? And I think Tully actually took it
- 22:24Speaker 1: quite well because she's like, yeah, well, when are we?
- 22:26Speaker 1: When are we? Ask him and all this.
- 22:28Speaker 2: See, I found this really awkward because the whole interview,
- 22:32Speaker 2: Tully was really pumping up Ned's tires and saying what
- 22:35Speaker 2: an absolute prince charming he is, which It's certainly how
- 22:39Speaker 2: he came across. But then you could tell that she
- 22:42Speaker 2: is annoyed that he hasn't proposed yet. Like she didn't
- 22:45Speaker 2: hold back. It was almost like she had the opportunity
- 22:48Speaker 2: to grill him in front of other people.
- 22:50Speaker 1: Well, she explained that early on in their relationship, because
- 22:52Speaker 1: of her age, she is four or five years older
- 22:55Speaker 1: than Ned, that their plan of attack was that they
- 22:57Speaker 1: would move in together, he would put a ring on
- 23:00Speaker 1: her finger, they'd have a baby, and then they'd have
- 23:02Speaker 1: a wedding afterwards.
- 23:03Speaker 2: Which is what was agreed upon at the counsellors.
- 23:06Speaker 1: Maybe.
- 23:06Speaker 6: Maybe.
- 23:06Speaker 1: Well, she said that neither of them are actually in
- 23:08Speaker 1: a rush to have an actual wedding, but she said
- 23:11Speaker 1: she wanted the damn ring before the baby, which hasn't happened.
- 23:14Speaker 1: Here's what she said.
- 23:16Speaker 6: Well, I wanted the damn ring. Like if I can't
- 23:18Speaker 6: have the wedding first, can I at least have the
- 23:21Speaker 6: goddamn ring?
- 23:22Speaker 1: And it's not for any.
- 23:23Speaker 6: Reason other than I just, again, I've had to compromise
- 23:27Speaker 6: already and I would have liked to have been married first,
- 23:30Speaker 6: but it's not going to happen because of my age and.
- 23:32Speaker 1: Kids is more important to us. Can I just have
- 23:35Speaker 1: the ring?
- 23:36Speaker 6: And now he's managed to get me pregnant and now
- 23:40Speaker 6: I'm telling him I don't want to be the size
- 23:43Speaker 6: of a house when you propose. So now he thinks
- 23:46Speaker 6: he's got nine months up his sleeve.
- 23:48Speaker 1: I'm just as confused as Tully. I mean, they have
- 23:51Speaker 1: been on numerous overseas trips, a lot of romantic getaways.
- 23:56Speaker 1: What is he waiting for?
- 23:57Speaker 2: Well, particularly when they explain that the pregnancy was planned
- 24:00Speaker 2: because originally the way Tully announced it, I thought it
- 24:04Speaker 2: was this surprise event But she said that they had
- 24:07Speaker 2: agreed to start trying for a baby. Their plan was
- 24:09Speaker 2: to try for a year and see how they went.
- 24:12Speaker 2: So yeah, it didn't really make a lot of sense.
- 24:14Speaker 2: Maybe they fell pregnant a lot earlier than they thought.
- 24:17Speaker 1: I think he is waiting to surprise her. I think
- 24:20Speaker 1: he knows how important this is to her and he
- 24:22Speaker 1: wants it to be a genuine surprise.
- 24:24Speaker 2: I just don't get it because as Tully said in
- 24:26Speaker 2: the interview, having a baby with someone is a much
- 24:29Speaker 2: bigger commitment than proposing. I just think he needs to propose.
- 24:34Speaker 2: It clearly means a lot to her.
- 24:36Speaker 3: I don't want to be dramatic, but honestly, I could
- 24:39Speaker 3: be walking into the biggest meeting of my life right now.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Sarah's Day has revealed that she has a new business
- 24:46Speaker 1: venture in the works. In a recent YouTube video entitled
- 24:49Speaker 1: Things Are Changing, Updates on Fitness Goals, New Business and Family,
- 24:53Speaker 1: Sarah revealed that she has been working on a brand
- 24:56Speaker 1: new business and has a new business partner on board.
- 25:00Speaker 1: Here's what she said.
- 25:02Speaker 3: I don't even know if I'm going to include this
- 25:03Speaker 3: part in the vlog because I feel like Kurt's going
- 25:05Speaker 3: to get me in trouble because I always overshare.
- 25:08Speaker 1: I'm just really excited.
- 25:09Speaker 3: Oh my goodness. That's really heavy. I don't want to
- 25:13Speaker 3: be dramatic, but honestly, I could be walking into the
- 25:17Speaker 3: biggest meeting of my life right now. I don't want
- 25:20Speaker 3: to share too much because nothing's in writing and I
- 25:23Speaker 3: don't know if this is going to happen. But since 2024,
- 25:25Speaker 3: I've been working on a new brand, a new concept
- 25:28Speaker 3: and product. I've actually teed up with new business partners
- 25:31Speaker 3: for this idea.
- 25:32Speaker 2: It sounds like she's got a bit of a hangover
- 25:35Speaker 2: from sharing too much about the Who is Elijah deal
- 25:38Speaker 2: last year.
- 25:39Speaker 1: Yeah, I feel like there's a bit of that going on.
- 25:41Speaker 1: But then I also feel like that has motivated her
- 25:45Speaker 1: to want to share that she's got big things coming.
- 25:47Speaker 1: So she did show snippets of the meeting that she
- 25:50Speaker 1: had with her new business partner, which took place at
- 25:53Speaker 1: her content studio, House of Groms. And she ended up
- 25:56Speaker 1: blurring the Zoom screen on numerous occasions when they were
- 26:00Speaker 1: showing what the product or products were. But she included
- 26:03Speaker 1: herself saying that she wants something that oozes elegance, but
- 26:06Speaker 1: it's not too in your face. She also said she
- 26:09Speaker 1: wants it to be quite airy, but also moody. To me,
- 26:12Speaker 1: it sounds like she's talking about perfume.
- 26:14Speaker 2: I think you could be on the money with a
- 26:16Speaker 2: perfume or a scented candle because she has been posting
- 26:20Speaker 2: a lot about these particular scented candles from Dominica Formulations.
- 26:25Speaker 2: Sarah never posts a brand without somehow being involved with it.
- 26:28Speaker 2: I mean, we saw that with Hyro, the hydrolite company
- 26:32Speaker 2: that she ended up doing a collaboration with. I mean,
- 26:35Speaker 2: she's not big on disclosing partnerships, so it's always a
- 26:37Speaker 2: bit murky.
- 26:38Speaker 1: She's also not one to just randomly spotlight small businesses
- 26:41Speaker 1: just to be nice. Like she's always doing it because
- 26:43Speaker 1: she's got a finger maybe in a few pies there.
- 26:47Speaker 1: It's quite interesting because Influencer Updates reported that the owner
- 26:50Speaker 1: of Dominica Formulations commented under one of Sarah's videos. So
- 26:55Speaker 1: it was her Valentine's video where she was holding this
- 26:57Speaker 1: massive bouquet of flowers and it had the caption, thank
- 27:00Speaker 1: goodness he knows what I actually mean when I say
- 27:03Speaker 1: don't buy me anything for Valentine's Day. So the owner
- 27:06Speaker 1: who is called Leah O'Connor wrote, would you believe dot, dot, dot,
- 27:09Speaker 1: Sam got me dot, dot, dot perfume. And Sarah wrote,
- 27:12Speaker 1: ha ha ha ha ha, read the room, Sam.
- 27:15Speaker 2: Oh, so Kurt did end up getting her flowers. I
- 27:17Speaker 2: didn't actually see that post, but I saw her Instagram
- 27:20Speaker 2: stories the night before Valentine's day. And she was talking
- 27:24Speaker 2: on there about how every year she says to Kurt, oh,
- 27:27Speaker 2: don't worry about Valentine's day. Let's not do anything. And
- 27:30Speaker 2: then she said, If Kurt actually follows that, she ends
- 27:33Speaker 2: up crying on Valentine's Day and wishing that they did
- 27:35Speaker 2: do something.
- 27:36Speaker 1: Well, it was a very obnoxiously big bunch of flowers.
- 27:39Speaker 1: Like they were sort of like a few roses in there.
- 27:41Speaker 1: It also looked a bit tropical. It was very her. Well, yeah,
- 27:44Speaker 1: I just think that this has to be some sort
- 27:46Speaker 1: of perfume collab. My only other thought is maybe an
- 27:49Speaker 1: activewear brand. I mean, for so many years, she worked
- 27:52Speaker 1: with White Fox Boutique to bring out a pretty successful
- 27:55Speaker 1: line with them.
- 27:56Speaker 2: Well, the last few obviously flopped.
- 27:59Speaker 1: Yeah, but that being said, I think because she's moved
- 28:01Speaker 1: into a different stage and her demographic of followers aren't
- 28:05Speaker 1: White Fox's demographic now. I mean, I always see teenagers
- 28:08Speaker 1: walking around in their big hoodies and now Sarah's market
- 28:12Speaker 1: are young mums.
- 28:14Speaker 2: Yeah, but it doesn't match up with her saying like
- 28:16Speaker 2: she wants something that oozes elegance and is quite airy
- 28:19Speaker 2: but also moody. Like that doesn't suit active wear. It's
- 28:22Speaker 2: definitely something centred. Let's get into our Friday debrief. And
- 28:26Speaker 2: I'm sorry for anyone who doesn't like Hilary Duff because
- 28:28Speaker 2: this is turning into a bit of a Hilary Duff
- 28:30Speaker 2: fan club, but we need to debrief after her tickets
- 28:33Speaker 2: went on sale.
- 28:33Speaker 1: Look, people are probably stoked that it's about someone other
- 28:36Speaker 1: than Tammy Hembrough seems to be a bit of the advice.
- 28:40Speaker 2: It's ironic because we got a message saying, oh my God, girls,
- 28:43Speaker 2: can you just have a break from talking about Tammy Hembrough?
- 28:46Speaker 2: Like she has been in literally every episode. I'm sick
- 28:48Speaker 2: of it. And we were like, oh, maybe we should
- 28:50Speaker 2: pull back and stop talking about her. And then She
- 28:53Speaker 2: stepped out on the red carpet with Grayson. So, you know,
- 28:56Speaker 2: we couldn't not cover that story. But back to Hilary Duff.
- 29:00Speaker 2: My goodness, Tuesday was stressful because we got access to
- 29:03Speaker 2: the pre-sale because we bought her album. Oh my God.
- 29:08Speaker 2: I was literally refreshing my emails constantly that morning because
- 29:12Speaker 2: they were meant to send out your code. I think
- 29:14Speaker 2: it was after 8am and I'm like, oh my God,
- 29:16Speaker 2: they're not sending it.
- 29:17Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 29:18Speaker 1: I was getting really mad because I splashed out and
- 29:20Speaker 1: bought her $ 86 record. You guys did the CD, which
- 29:24Speaker 1: I think was only $ 25. But I'm like, I don't
- 29:27Speaker 1: have a CD player. Like, what am I going to
- 29:28Speaker 1: listen to this on? I have a record player. Anyway,
- 29:32Speaker 1: we finally did get the code sent through and we
- 29:35Speaker 1: had all of our laptops set up in different houses.
- 29:37Speaker 1: We were on the phone just waiting for it to hit.
- 29:40Speaker 1: to hit 11 30 our time for the tickets to
- 29:42Speaker 1: go on sale.
- 29:43Speaker 2: What an extra element being a mum adds into purchasing
- 29:47Speaker 2: tickets because two years ago we had the same setup
- 29:51Speaker 2: for taylor swift's concert except we didn't have children to
- 29:54Speaker 2: look after God, it was stressful.
- 29:56Speaker 1: I mean, thank God there weren't as many people after
- 29:59Speaker 1: Hilary Duff tickets. But I've been quite surprised at how
- 30:02Speaker 1: popular they've been because something different that I don't think
- 30:05Speaker 1: that they did for the Taylor Swift era's tour was
- 30:07Speaker 1: that they say how many people are in front of
- 30:09Speaker 1: you in the lines. Wasn't there like 55,000 people in
- 30:12Speaker 1: front of you when you decided to just click on
- 30:14Speaker 1: today to see?
- 30:15Speaker 2: Yeah, because they've just announced that she is doing a
- 30:19Speaker 2: second show in Melbourne. And so we got tickets to
- 30:23Speaker 2: her Melbourne show on the Monday night, I think it is.
- 30:27Speaker 2: And I was a bit cheeky and I was like, oh,
- 30:29Speaker 2: do we be greedy and try and get a second
- 30:31Speaker 2: load of tickets? But then I was like, I'd feel
- 30:34Speaker 2: bad if people miss out on going. That was with
- 30:37Speaker 2: the Iris tour. I mean, it was a nightmare to
- 30:38Speaker 2: get those tickets.
- 30:38Speaker 1: Oh, Kate, you're so lovely, aren't you, doing that?
- 30:40Speaker 2: I mean, they go on sale to the general public
- 30:42Speaker 2: when this podcast goes out. So I might have second
- 30:44Speaker 2: thoughts and maybe book some tickets to the other show
- 30:48Speaker 2: if I could get my hands on them. Anyway, but
- 30:50Speaker 2: it's crazy because people were saying, Hilary, you have really
- 30:54Speaker 2: underestimated how many fans you have in Australia. You could
- 30:56Speaker 2: be filling out the MCG. In saying that though, people
- 30:59Speaker 2: are being thrown by the numbers a little bit because
- 31:02Speaker 2: you all have to sit in the same waiting room
- 31:04Speaker 2: no matter what show you're going to. So, you know,
- 31:07Speaker 2: for the Perth, Sydney, Melbourne show, Auckland shows you have
- 31:12Speaker 2: to sit in the same waiting room so that number
- 31:14Speaker 2: is dispersed across the different cities.
- 31:16Speaker 1: I really hope that everyone who wants tickets gets tickets
- 31:20Speaker 1: because it's really hard if you are an OG fan
- 31:23Speaker 1: you've been waiting for this for 20 years and you
- 31:26Speaker 1: don't know if she's going to tour again after this.
- 31:28Speaker 2: Well that's where we're going to leave things today but
- 31:30Speaker 2: if you want to hear more from us we drop
- 31:32Speaker 2: a bonus episode of Outspoken to our subscribers every Thursday
- 31:36Speaker 2: and It costs $ 5. 99 a month and you get an
- 31:39Speaker 2: episode every week. I think it's really good value. I
- 31:43Speaker 2: am so keen to tune into this week's episode. So
- 31:45Speaker 2: if you still haven't sent me the link, because as
- 31:48Speaker 2: you can probably tell from my voice, I lost it
- 31:50Speaker 2: during the week. I came down with a cold from
- 31:53Speaker 2: my toddler.
- 31:54Speaker 1: I thought you were going to say you lost it
- 31:55Speaker 1: at one of us. That's why you've lost your voice.
- 31:57Speaker 2: No, I lost my voice and I was like, I
- 32:00Speaker 2: can't be in the subs episode. And apparently you and
- 32:04Speaker 2: Amy went on a bit of a rant about Olivia
- 32:06Speaker 2: Mathis and her Blue Tick Brigade friendship group.
- 32:09Speaker 1: We did go pretty rogue because we felt quite under
- 32:12Speaker 1: attack for what we thought, well, what we know was
- 32:14Speaker 1: a pretty reasonable segment on their engagement. We won't give
- 32:19Speaker 1: too much away, but yeah, we kind of let it
- 32:22Speaker 1: all hang out during that. We also discussed why Molly
- 32:25Speaker 1: May and Tommy Fury waited six months to reveal their
- 32:29Speaker 1: pregnancy news. Yes.
- 32:30Speaker 2: Well, if you can send me the link after this recording,
- 32:32Speaker 2: I'd like to have a listen. Now, this podcast was
- 32:35Speaker 2: recorded on the traditional land of the Kaurna people of
- 32:38Speaker 2: the Adelaide Plains. We pay respect to elders past and present.
