  SPEAKER_03: She was one of the most beautiful beings that I've had the great fortune to meet.

  SPEAKER_03: But also just so fantastically ordinary.

  SPEAKER_03: I feel that archetypically speaking, she's coming back to help us.

  SPEAKER_03: I don't mean that she will reincarnate, but her energy will be with us.

  SPEAKER_00: Today I am joined by a truly magical human being who's, well, maybe not so human, more angelic human, whose life is an absolute intersection of voice, consciousness, embodiment, and and and the angelic kingdom.

  SPEAKER_00: Oh, I I yeah, I'm all hearts.

  SPEAKER_00: Just I can feel as we connect together, my heart's expanding with this joy and this love.

  SPEAKER_00: I would love to start at the beginning with the the harmonic convergence in 1987.

  SPEAKER_00: Please will you share what happened there with us?

  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 2:49
  SPEAKER_03: So I was very awake as a child, very awake to the multidimensional universe.
• 2:55
  SPEAKER_03: In fact, that was more real to me than 3D.
• 2:58
  SPEAKER_03: Um and and I found schooling very challenging.
• 3:02
  SPEAKER_03: I found the educational process very challenging.
• 3:05
  SPEAKER_03: Um, I now know that I'm profoundly dyslexic and also a synesthete.

  SPEAKER_03: So I have this crossover of senses, I see sound.

  SPEAKER_03: Um, and then it was very troubling.
• 3:16
  SPEAKER_03: So I couldn't read and I couldn't just didn't understand math whatsoever.

  SPEAKER_03: Um, and this was all in the post-war years, the post-second world war, and of course they just what they did was to beat you basically, until you know they beat it beat intelligence into you, which seems so stupid.

  SPEAKER_03: But anyway, um, so I shut I I shut shut off.

  SPEAKER_03: Um, and I actually I I self-muted for nearly two years, and my brother, who's a year older, became my codebreaker.

  SPEAKER_03: You know, he we he he we could read each other psychically.
• 3:47
  SPEAKER_03: So I would look at him and he would say, What Stuart means is, and then it would be interpreted.
• 3:52
  SPEAKER_03: Fortunately, we had the custodium of the most beautiful mother who was a paragon of unconditional love.
• 3:58
  SPEAKER_03: So, although the world was very challenging and in its patriarchal context, um, there was all of that.

  SPEAKER_03: Anyway, so I switched off and tried to try to learn a 3D language and try to discover the fact that, you know, I was confused by you are nothing and you will always be nothing, and yet something was happening inside me.

  SPEAKER_03: And then at high school, um, somebody said to me, Why don't you join the drama group?
• 4:25
  SPEAKER_03: So I thought, oh well, why not?
• 4:27
  SPEAKER_03: You know, maybe it will help me because I was so hypersensitive that I thought maybe it will allow me to discover my creativity, whatever.

  SPEAKER_03: And so there I was engaging in whatever we were doing, improv, you know, improvisation, whatever.

  SPEAKER_03: And somebody said, I want you to play the lead in the school play.
• 4:45
  SPEAKER_03: And then I uh an energy took over, a flow moved through me, and everybody was saying, But you are an actor.
• 4:53
  SPEAKER_03: And I, up to that point, this was what, 15, 16, 17, I had not been announced as being anything.

  SPEAKER_03: I was just a fool and an idiot and as thick as two short planks.
• 5:04
  SPEAKER_03: And suddenly I had approbation, I had approval.
• 5:07
  SPEAKER_03: So, of course, when there's approval, it's light, isn't it?
• 5:10
  SPEAKER_03: It's love.
• 5:11
  SPEAKER_03: So I moved towards it.
• 5:13
  SPEAKER_03: And uh it seemed that the the best thing to do was to become an actor.
• 5:17
  SPEAKER_03: So, to cut a long story short, I did.

  SPEAKER_03: Um, and I worked as an actor through the 70s, but then a huge shift took place, and I won't go into the story because it'll take us off on a tangent, but a huge shift took place, and basically a big door opened through an opportunity in life, and I walked through it and became a voice coach.

  SPEAKER_03: By that time, I'd worked with the Royal Shakespeare Company and was taken under the wing of the voice director of the company, who was my mentor, and suddenly she reappeared in a very magical way in my life after my dear mother died.

  SPEAKER_03: And um she said, Well, why don't you come and teach for me?
• 5:55
  SPEAKER_03: And there's this woman I want you to go and work with.
• 5:57
  SPEAKER_03: She's just become the first female prime minister of the Conservative Party, so a big door opened and I walked through.

  SPEAKER_03: So I became a voice coach.
• 6:05
  SPEAKER_03: But as I as I moved into voice coaching, because our voices are really at the core of our inner beings, and that we mask our voices that we're trying to hide through trauma, through pain, through suffering, that I was stepping in and helping people on a very, very deep subatomic level with sound and healing all of these traumas, firstly by identifying and then by alchemicalizing.

  SPEAKER_03: And somebody said, You know, all of this information that you have, I don't know, why do why are you talking about my dead mother?

  SPEAKER_03: This is extraordinary.
• 6:40
  SPEAKER_03: So obviously, my psyche was opening, and then I thought, I better get training in this.

  SPEAKER_03: So I went off to a very uh august establishment that we have here in the city of London, the College of Psychic Studies, and I trained as a medium, and they all wanted me to become a platform medium, but it didn't feel precise.

  SPEAKER_03: However, I was developing the muscle of my intuition, of my psyche, and the you know, the conscious awareness of what was taking place at that time, and meeting a lot of people, and a friend decided to open during the summer of 1987 a crystal store, you know, selling crystals in Glastonbury.

  SPEAKER_03: And he said, You know, this weekend is going to be the harmonic convergence.

  SPEAKER_03: I didn't know what he was talking about, but he described to me what was happening this particular weekend.

  SPEAKER_03: He said, You're really good at these 30-minute readings.

  SPEAKER_03: Why don't you come down?
• 7:31
  SPEAKER_03: Because the world and his wife are going to arrive on Glastonbury.

  SPEAKER_03: So I went to engage in readings.
• 7:38
  SPEAKER_03: And during my lunch break on the Saturday of, what was it, August 15th, I believe, 1987, I climbed Glastonbury Tool, the heart chakra of the world, to meditate because I thought, well, I must regain my energy for the rest of the afternoon.

  SPEAKER_03: And as I meditated, I heard these extraordinary sounds, these high harmonic overtones, a seraphic chorus, if you like, and I opened my eyes, and in front of me, way up, there were these huge orbs, twelve orbs of light, different colours.

  SPEAKER_03: And I heard the voice that I remember when I was a wee child.

  SPEAKER_03: And it was Archangel Michael saying, We are the angels of Atlantis, and we're going to give you a temple of sound healing that you will call the alchemy of voice.

  SPEAKER_03: And a beam of light shot through me, and I passed out.

  SPEAKER_03: I was out for about two or three minutes, thinking as I went into this process that I was having a heart attack.

  SPEAKER_03: Well, I wasn't, but evidently I was receiving a charge of force, a charge of pure light, that literally allowed all of my cells to move in an ecstatic synergy.

  SPEAKER_03: And when I when I when I woke through, and I was surrounded by a lot of people who were fanning me and so on, bless them, I recovered and I realized that a huge aspect of my consciousness had reopened so that my seership was so crystal clear.

  SPEAKER_03: And that began that began the journey with the angels.

  SPEAKER_03: Of course, I was like a lovesick teenager.

  SPEAKER_03: I wanted to start communicating, teaching, workshopping, and I heard categorically, you will not.

  SPEAKER_03: We're going to prepare you.
• 9:29
  SPEAKER_03: And I said, Well, what does that mean?
• 9:31
  SPEAKER_03: Because I'm essentially very impatient.
• 9:34
  SPEAKER_03: And um Michael said, We're going to prepare you.

  SPEAKER_03: And when the student is ready, the masters will come.
• 9:42
  SPEAKER_03: And I said, Well, what does that mean?
• 9:45
  SPEAKER_03: I have this rebellious, I'm an indigo, so I have this rebellious side of me, as well as you know, being in deep homage and devotion to the beings that are our lightkeepers, our light bringers.

  SPEAKER_03: Um, and indeed that's what happened.

  SPEAKER_03: Remarkable teachers popped up on the path of life, and I worked with them, and they were all initiatic.

  SPEAKER_03: You know, there was a Native American shaman in Santa Fe, whom I worked with for about three years.
• 10:14
  SPEAKER_03: Then there was a Sufi elder in Egypt, because I've been going to Egypt since I was 15.
• 10:20
  SPEAKER_03: Um, and then also a wonderful rabbi.
• 10:23
  SPEAKER_03: And I was allowed to understand the technology, so the spiritual technology, the supernatural technology of the angel's kingdom.

  SPEAKER_03: These beings, um, these 12 beings, 12 because of the universal resonance frequency, which I believe that we're all beginning to gravitate towards or generate towards because of our cosmology opening.

  SPEAKER_03: So we're becoming much more aware of the fact that we're not just Homo sapien, we're actually cosmological beings.

  SPEAKER_03: And of course, at the moment, the whole idea of disclosure is so extraordinary because we know that our star nations are with us and they will soon appear, you know, etc.

  SPEAKER_03: etc.

  SPEAKER_03: So there's a tremendous amount of information about opening up the cosmology of our being, and um, they come as orbs rather than human beings with wings, because they say that the orb is the easiest way in wait, space, and time, to transport themselves because they're they're incandescent crystallizations of plasmic light and sound, which is why we always see angels with their mouths open singing, or we talk of the hallelujah chorus, you know, and and um instruments like this.

  SPEAKER_03: So that's why they arrive as orbs, and so I'm you know, I'm I have orbs teeming around me all the time and have many photographs of of orbs.

  SPEAKER_00: I can feel something happening with the left ear and left side of the throat chakra, and the message that I'm getting is that an opening is happening in the left side to receive messages deeper for everyone who's listening and watching.

  SPEAKER_00: So this is an activation of us coming together, the angels, and you sharing as you as you were sharing their frequency through your experience, it's just done an activation, an opening for all of us.

  SPEAKER_00: And I'm I'm just you know, when you go underwater or like one ear blocks and the others open, this is what I'm experiencing.

  SPEAKER_00: It's like so much energy in the left side, it feels like it's it's underwater.

  SPEAKER_03: Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.

  SPEAKER_03: And of course, the left side we traditionally see in many healing practices is is the um area of our bodies that is in alignment with our yin force, our feminine force.

  SPEAKER_03: And you know, you are this wonderful being of the feminine persuasion, so to speak, bringing it, you know, not just simply from a literal point of view, from from a metaphoric point of view, so that would make sense.

  SPEAKER_03: And I noticed that my left ear is developing a lot of high frequency.

  SPEAKER_03: It's been this has been happening since I was in Egypt in December of last year, because I go twice a year and run retreats.

  SPEAKER_00: Well, tell me more about Egypt because um like my own personal experience when I meditate, often I just go into the body and and rest in stillness, not um trying anything, but rather in an openness.

  SPEAKER_00: And then often I will start to sense something happening in my feet, and this golden light comes, and and where it's come from is from the pyramids in Egypt.

  SPEAKER_00: And and in 1111, 11 at 1111 a.m.

  SPEAKER_00: I was with the Diana Cooper School meditating um in Egypt.
• 14:13
  SPEAKER_00: So I've got a deep connection, and I would love to hear your understanding about what Egypt's all about, what's what's there for us, what's hidden, what's opening.

  SPEAKER_03: Oh gosh, what a wonderful question.

  SPEAKER_03: Um my first experience of Egypt was when I was 15.
• 14:35
  SPEAKER_03: And I was there on a bondy exercise with my father, with whom I had a very challenged relationship.

  SPEAKER_03: Um, and while we were there, magic started happening.
• 14:46
  SPEAKER_03: We were actually staying in the Mina House Hotel right on the Giza Plateau, and so I wanted, you know, I wanted to run, wasn't allowed to, of course, but I wanted to run onto the Giza Plateau.

  SPEAKER_03: My father wasn't interested in the mysteries at all.
• 14:59
  SPEAKER_03: But fortunately, about three days before we were due to leave, we were having another meal in a restaurant, and a man walked in, and I saw him walk into the restaurant, and his eyes met mine, and I knew that I knew him.

  SPEAKER_03: And he walked up to my father who was sitting in front of me, put his hands on my father's shoulders, and my father jumped up, Zuck! And they embraced, you know, and this was an extraordinary man uh who I found fascinating.

  SPEAKER_03: Anyway, to cut a long story short, he after the second day he he took us onto the Giza Plateau and had a lot of information about the Great Pyramid.

  SPEAKER_03: And then he said, Wait a minute, when do you go back to school?
• 15:44
  SPEAKER_03: Because I was on a school vacation, I was 15.
• 15:48
  SPEAKER_03: And I said, Oh, not for another week.
• 15:50
  SPEAKER_03: And he looked at my father and said, Why don't I take why don't I take Stuart when you leave?

  SPEAKER_03: Because we were leaving in two days to come back to the United Kingdom, and he said, I will take Stuart down the Nile.

  SPEAKER_03: And so we did.

  SPEAKER_03: It was amazing, so many things happened.
• 16:13
  SPEAKER_03: However, the point of the story is that when we walked into the Valley of the Kings, a being came and stood next to me, a supernatural being who has been my master since then, who announced himself as Tuhuti or Jehuti, that is Thoth or Thoth.

  SPEAKER_03: And so the teachings that I have are largely through Thoth.

  SPEAKER_03: I know that Thoth led me to the Twelve Angels, and the teaching is that I was part of the completion of the Atlantean civilization, and that we were part of the Shemsu Hor.

  SPEAKER_03: The Shemsu Hor were the followers of Horus.

  SPEAKER_03: Because obviously during the end times of Atlantis, there was each of the communities decided upon a particular area of the world that they would move to for the next stage of creation, whilst Atlantis sank to the ocean floor.

  SPEAKER_03: And the followers of Horus moved to Egypt because Egypt was almost a mirror image of Atlantis.

  SPEAKER_03: Through the center of Atlantis flowed the river Atla, and of course, through the center of Egypt flows the longest river of the world, the Blessed Nile.

  SPEAKER_03: And that's why along the body of the Nile are these extraordinary jewels, these sacred sites that are an earth nodes that hold the great temples.

  SPEAKER_03: And so I've been going for years and years and years on retreat, initially as a pilgrim myself, but then for the last 30 odd years or so running retreats there twice a year.

  SPEAKER_03: So we we go into these sacred places because I know the guards, the police, because after all it's an Islamic nation, so you're not supposed to meditate or pray.

  SPEAKER_03: You know, you mustn't do anything too unusual, otherwise it upsets them.

  SPEAKER_03: It's very male-dominated.
• 18:20
  SPEAKER_03: But they they allow me to run these extraordinary meditations where we often chant in these extraordinary acoustic chambers.

  SPEAKER_03: And as a result of the chanting, we open up the membrane of the like body of the temple and are gifted amazing codes.

  SPEAKER_03: So that's a bit of a sketch.

  SPEAKER_03: It's a huge subject, and of course, it is the omphilus of the world.

  SPEAKER_03: It is it is the navel of the world, particularly the Giza Plateau and the Great Pyramid.

  SPEAKER_03: And so there are huge awakenings taking place at the moment, which I'm sure you've heard all about, particularly in relation to the halls of Amenti, which is where Thoth has a hall of records, which is right underneath the Sphinx.

  SPEAKER_03: And that's where the Emerald Tablets are, that's where a lot of energy is held, but particularly held in harmonic frequencies.

  SPEAKER_03: So they're not necessarily materialized, they're held within the ethers there.

  SPEAKER_00: And we can access them because when we meditate, we're we're expanding into from third to fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, we're expanding into the other dimensions.

  SPEAKER_00: So then do you find um that those who are on the retreat they start to hear messages, see, like experience through their five senses, but in in a way that's not what they're used to.

  SPEAKER_03: Oh gosh, yes, yes, yes, yes.

  SPEAKER_03: And you know, supernatural healing takes place.

  SPEAKER_03: So often I take people, I've I've been working with female cancer for over 40 years, and often women come with cancer with an understanding that they've only got three months to live.

  SPEAKER_03: They move into complete remission.

  SPEAKER_00: Because of the frequencies.

  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.

  SPEAKER_03: So the Star Temples are light computers that have codes of healing, healing meaning a movement back to wholeness.

  SPEAKER_03: And this is why the retreat, the the the loving retreat, I'll be doing one in December, and I actually have a few places if people are interested.

  SPEAKER_03: It's called the resurrection retreat.

  SPEAKER_03: So initiatically, we die to our old selves and are reborn to our divine blueprint by being re-re-established, reinforced, re-vivified by the light of the temples.

  SPEAKER_00: So it this is how I'm also like sharing and teaching is that um, so I'm also running a retreat in Costa Rica in November, and it's called returning to source, because when we return back to presence, which is which is where the source of what we are is, it's all this incredible infinite light.

  SPEAKER_00: It's return, that's what healing is.

  SPEAKER_00: I love that you are in resonance with me.

  SPEAKER_00: Healing is returning back to wholeness, which is here in the present moment.

  SPEAKER_00: And when you tap into this light, miracles can happen.

  SPEAKER_00: You like I've got goosebumps and tingles running through my body as I share this because it's so true.

  SPEAKER_00: And then I also I'm just getting this feeling, and I'm getting this pump from the angels, um, for us to talk about like the physical disease because some people in my community are going through such physical stuff, like disease, illness, um, like the body's just kind of uh collapsing.

  SPEAKER_00: And what I'm picking up from the angels is that it all begins as energy and then condenses into physical, which means it can return back to energy.

  SPEAKER_00: It can clear from the body.

  SPEAKER_00: But it does take awareness.

  SPEAKER_00: It does take practice and being consciously aware because otherwise we're run by our thoughts, our beliefs, and we're acting from them, which then kind of compacts that energy so the physical symptoms stay.

  SPEAKER_00: Also, what I've picked up is that sometimes we've just got to help the physical body too, because the physical body holds the memory of our traumas and our mental and emotional patterns.

  SPEAKER_00: And so sometimes it just wants to be hugged and held and nourished and nurtured as well.

  SPEAKER_00: Because we we we some what I notice is sometimes we're we're raising our frequency and becoming so spiritual and dissolving the mental emotional patterns, but we forget the physical and it needs to be supported.

  SPEAKER_03: So I uh my statement is that we're in a cusp at the moment, energetically speaking, between the old paradigm and the new creation of the brave new world.

  SPEAKER_03: And we're beginning to see that there is a force, a systemized force in the old paradigm, which is all about the head, it's all about the intellect, it's all about cerebralization.

  SPEAKER_03: And so we've been educated and conditioned and socialized into doing, doing, doing, doing, doing, doing, doing, doing, doing.

  SPEAKER_03: And most of the time we're not doing what we could be doing because they say so, whoever they may be.

  SPEAKER_03: Meaning our teachers, our critics, our parents, our siblings, our peer group, who have authoritized or criticized or denounced us.

  SPEAKER_03: Is what, you know, hence my subtle, gentle story earlier on about I was told constantly that you are nothing who will always be nothing.

  SPEAKER_03: But then I was confused because I had this wonderful loving mother who said, you know, it's all going to be okay.

  SPEAKER_03: Who do I believe?

  SPEAKER_03: Do I believe that or do I believe this?

  SPEAKER_03: Well, of course, I went towards the light because I could see, you know, one of the things that happened when I when I self-muted is that I began to see the light around the auric field, around those people over there that were mostly the ladies who were the caretakers, the caregivers who were looking after uh we kids.

  SPEAKER_03: I couldn't play with the kids in the playground because they were all running around beating one another.

  SPEAKER_03: So I would stand and just watch, because I just found it so terrifying.

  SPEAKER_03: Anyway, and I noticed that their energy, they were and they were always full of laughter, they were always full of joy, and the pastel colours were huge.

  SPEAKER_03: But these people over there, who were my aggressors, the teachers who were frightened basically about who I was, what I was, even though I was an innocent, they were surrounded in very, very dark colours.

  SPEAKER_03: And I realized that there was a level of mental displacement or depression or anger that was holding them in this contusion.

  SPEAKER_03: So, back to your question.

  SPEAKER_03: I believe that we have so many inappropriate stories that we've adapted as scripts within our bodies that corrupt our emotional body, because feeling is the language of the soul.

  SPEAKER_03: It's not about thinking, it's not about clever cerebralization, it's about the superlative higher vibrational feelings of love, of delight, of liberation, of ecstasy, of wonder, of awe, of playfulness, the innocence that comes forth, etc.

  SPEAKER_03: And that what we're slowly beginning to realize is that our physical bodies are showing us where our emotions, or where, you know, emotion being energy in motion, where all of them, where all of that energy is being stuck in the density of our physical bodies, because we're preparing in this cusp for developing the crystalline nature of our bodies, so that we become light beings, we become shining ones or human angels.

  SPEAKER_03: But we can, there's, you know, we can learn from the influential regard of these extraordinary beings of light.

  SPEAKER_03: And it is that simple, it's just that we love getting caught up in the stories and the dramas because we're caught in the neuroses of separation rather than in the glory of diversity.

  SPEAKER_03: We know that we're living duality, but we get caught up in the fact we feel we're separate from everybody because we've been made to feel separate.

  SPEAKER_03: Well, if we go back into the glory of diversity, automatically we become levitated into love.

  SPEAKER_03: Hence my subtle story about some of the women who come have cancer, who come with me to Egypt, and then they go through these extraordinary remissions because this the statement and the conviction is I want to continue living, because I believe that what I've created in my body is a karmic process, and I want to reach into a position of resolution, and I feel that this is the way to do this, and that's when we step in as guides to help, because we can provide a different perception from the one that is hosted within the being.

  SPEAKER_00: Like just earlier today, when I was doing yoga, I realized, oh wow, um, there's a collective energy of shit feels like shame, but I'm gonna try to feel into it and describe it to you.

  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's it's like in the heart, and it's it's that we've been told that um we're not good enough or our efforts aren't right, and it's it's that energy.

  SPEAKER_00: And I feel like we're doing a big shedding of that from the heart.

  SPEAKER_00: And the a I can hear the angels singing, and I am seeing such a pink light of Archangel Chemuel coming in around this.

  SPEAKER_03: And you know, I feel that the divine instrument is being offered to us because she passed into spirit 30 years ago, and I mean Diana.

  SPEAKER_03: But we all looked at Diana and we saw a transcendent human being who moved from being, I call the prisoner of Windsor into, she moved from victim into victor.

  SPEAKER_03: And I had this extraordinary honor of meeting her through the last two years of her life and coaching her.

  SPEAKER_03: She was emblematic of the arousal of the divine feminine, and so we saw the compassion, we saw the empathy, we saw the absolute simple, humble authenticity of Diana, as well as seeing her as a superbeing, because she had this presence, meaning, I believe, that she was invested as a vessel of divine reckoning for us to see.

  SPEAKER_03: But then she decided to go back into source so that she could continue her journey in source as a Pleiadian with the six other sisters of the daughters of Atlas, Mary, Mariam, Sophia, Quan Yin, etc., etc., so that she could assist with the awakening of what's taking place.

  SPEAKER_03: And now we're on the verge of celebrating the 30th year next year of her passing.

  SPEAKER_03: And Earl Spencer, her brother, who is a very special individual, has written this book all about Diana called The Swan Song, which has just come out and has created this furore in the media world because he, Earl Spencer, Charles Spencer, her younger brother, is speaking transparently, truthfully, about actually what took place.

  SPEAKER_03: But then, 30 years ago, the record suggests that two-thirds of the planet wept when she passed.

  SPEAKER_03: And what I discovered when I brought the book out is that when I was invited to speak, in sometimes in front of large groups of people, mostly ladies, um, I would have a meeting with some of the members of the audience afterwards, and they were really interested in telling me about their experience with Diana, even though they'd never met her, it was very extraordinary.

  SPEAKER_03: So, although they were jubilant about the nature of Diana, they weren't feeling how she was trying to reach deep into their solar plexies or their heart chakra to heal them.

  SPEAKER_00: Because so you said you were her co her voice coach and with her during the final years of her life.

  SPEAKER_00: And I was um I was young, but I was very aware, I was very conscious and awake at that time.

  SPEAKER_00: That's what I felt inside.

  SPEAKER_00: I was like, she knows the truth, she knows the light, she's shining it for us.

  SPEAKER_00: So could you share like what you're allowed to share about her transformation and um what you what you learned and anything else that comes into your heart?

  SPEAKER_03: Well, she was extraordinary.

  SPEAKER_03: She was the one of the most beautiful beings that I've had the great fortune to meet, um, but also just so fantastically ordinary.

  SPEAKER_03: So she was extraordinary on one level, but really ordinary, so just amazing to be with.

  SPEAKER_03: I mean, we were always laughing, you know, with so much joy.

  SPEAKER_03: But the point was that she was a sensitive, she was an empath, and didn't know she was one of the first precursors of the empathic movement, so to speak, but she didn't know how to center her energies.

  SPEAKER_03: So she was literally spilling out all over the place.

  SPEAKER_03: So her energy field was a chwu because of her desire to help, to heal, to transform, to love, to show delicacy in the face of the human spirit.

  SPEAKER_03: And uh, one of the first jobs that I realized I needed to do was to conduct a series of exercises, awarenesses, whereby she could create boundaries to protect her field.

  SPEAKER_03: So we she was immensely sensual and sensorally open, very kinesthetic.

  SPEAKER_03: So, you know, she was a cancer and a water baby.

  SPEAKER_03: She had to swim once a day.

  SPEAKER_03: If she didn't swim, she fell crazy.

  SPEAKER_03: So she would swim, and then she would come to me after swimming, and I would see that she was fluid and that her energy field was very, very open, and then we would work through sound and other arcane practices to really allow her to feel that her field was becoming absolutely formulated within her skin suit and protected by codes of light around her so that she could walk into a situation but not sponge up to a point of becoming disempowered.

  SPEAKER_03: So she found limits to the way that she was able to utilize, observe, and dispatch her healing love, her healing sensitivity.

  SPEAKER_00: So, did you find that she she responded really well to this, that she could actually sense and feel the boundary, the outer edge of it, and be present with wherever she was going into and let the infinite love flow through her rather than spilling her own energy?

  SPEAKER_03: I mean, she was she was piqued because after when I met her, was just post the Martin Bashir interview for the BBC Panorama program, where she said there were three people in this marriage, and that was a resonance that went ping around the world, and all sorts of other revelations were made.

  SPEAKER_03: So she was doing she divorced Charles, and she realized that now she was freer, that she needed to develop craft skills to elicit her voice and to elicit her presence.

  SPEAKER_03: Up to that point, she was just simply flowing organically, and so what I would what I did was to provide her with points of definition, which is really really what the craft skills are all about.

  SPEAKER_03: Of what do we do when we're most natural?

  SPEAKER_03: Because after all, all of my work has been principally with actors, and then I've taken the great stagecraft of the actor into a situation where public personalities can experience the same thing.

  SPEAKER_03: And actors are athletes, you know, they're shapeshifters, they're they're shamans, and right at the core of great acting is a truth of feeling statement.

  SPEAKER_03: So we literally athletically explore what is it to be truthful, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

  SPEAKER_03: And that's why they can center themselves and then radiate a field that becomes magnetic for two and a half thousand people, or however many people are standing there, or sitting there rather, they can be drawn into the unique experience of what's taking place within the individual, within the relationship, and within the situation.

  SPEAKER_03: So I transposed all of those craft skills and shared them with Diana, and particularly through our voices, because we each have a note, we each have a core sound, which is the signature tone of our beings.

  SPEAKER_01: And Diana wasn't making Diana was producing a very light, slightly breathy sound, and her head was often bowed, and she would look out of the top of her eyes like this.

  SPEAKER_03: So the first thing I needed to do was to get her to feel the extraordinary nature of her spine, which was very easy because she was physically so alive, so sexy and sensual, very, very, very live, alive, feeling constantly, and then to breathe really fully, opening the ribs and the diaphragm, so that she could support her voice.

  SPEAKER_03: And when this happens, we find our note, which is very simply, if words arise from the heart, they enter the heart.

  SPEAKER_03: And if there's heavy-duty stuff that still needs to be explored, it's so much easier to see it because we know that we're, you know, that there was shame, there there was guilt, there there was denial, there there was jealousy, there there was envy, there there was anger.

  SPEAKER_03: So we begin to see what those powerful emotions are, and then we can begin to understand how we can transmute them so that our guilt becomes innocence, because guilt is really contaminated innocence.

  SPEAKER_00: Being in the the sacral, the sacred center of the belly, and then growing tall in the spine, and just seeing if I'm understanding right, and and also relaxing the muscles in the belly.

  SPEAKER_00: And even if the darker emotions come and you're in the space, it just meets and transmutes and becomes its polarity.

  SPEAKER_03: And I feel that the angels are really teaching us this because they're really not interested in our dramas.

  SPEAKER_03: But what they're waiting for is for us to move into the higher vibrational energies of love, of unconditionality, of empathy, of compassion.

  SPEAKER_03: And then their energies become so illuminated, become so amplified that we literally have incandescent light cascading through us, which automatically allows us to configure with the energy because we can feel our bodies are designed to experience these levels of ecstasy.

  SPEAKER_00: What I've noticed is the more I accept whatever arises in the moment, whatever emotion, whatever thought, I just accept it, but it's not me, it just is a flowing through.

  SPEAKER_03: So when they came in and we settled, and I was able to be with them and honor them and see them, and they began to relax, suddenly the entity within their field showed itself, and I saw all of this dark, dark, dark purple light.

  SPEAKER_03: And so I called in Archangel Michael, and Michael came in and introduced the violet flame because when Michael comes to me, Michael is always violet, never blue.

  SPEAKER_03: And so there immediately is the instrument of transmutation, alchemy takes place.

  SPEAKER_03: And so the darkness of, and the dear one in front of me was weeping, the darkness of the of the dark purple began to evaporate, and automatically this beautiful pink came into their aura, pastel colours, silver white light, um, yellow, and then they were grounded into their base chakra, and the red was pure, it wasn't vicious, it wasn't livid, it was absolutely pure, and the tears ceased, and there was this wonderful moment of stillness, and then she opened her eyes and said, This is the first time that I've really felt who I am.

  SPEAKER_03: Another person tried to push past her to move through the door that I was opening, and I just did that and smiled, and they were cautioned, and so we waited for the lady to pass through, and she looked up at me and said, You're an angel.

  SPEAKER_03: So we're reminding people of co-creation, we're reminding people of mutual respect and common decency.

  SPEAKER_03: I know you're in a rush, we're all in a rush, but just be patient for a moment and let's just observe and honor this remarkable human being who is moving very closely towards her point of departure on the planet.

  SPEAKER_03: I believe that what we're describing are essential frequencies, the essential frequencies that we're part of that have their own resonances.

  SPEAKER_03: So it's just in the in the for me, in the um in the kaleidoscopic nature of what we're describing, there are so many different features.

  SPEAKER_03: We also need to find the zero point, which I believe is what you were talking about in terms of presence, and that when we come into presence, we feel a remarkable stillness, and the stillness leads us to an awareness, not just of self, but the fact that we're all in it together.

  SPEAKER_03: And then we feel the unified field of light, and then when we expand our auric field, we can feel all of our spirit guardians, all of the angels, all of the elemental guardians from nature.
