- 0:00[SPEAKER_01]: entrepreneurs and business owners, we have more tools and more opportunities to leverage AI to multiply ourselves than ever before.
- 0:11[SPEAKER_05]: How much time and money would you say AI is saving businesses and people in general?
- 0:18[SPEAKER_01]: Ooh, a gazillion dollar.
- 0:20[SPEAKER_01]: So I think everybody would agree that we all want to work smarter, not harder.
- 0:24[SPEAKER_01]: But if you don't agree with that, then AI is not for you.
- 0:27[SPEAKER_01]: Most people that are using CHATGPT are using it to ask questions.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_01]: They're not using it to really monetize themselves.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_05]: Everybody has access to this and everybody can do it.
- 0:37[SPEAKER_05]: It's not going to have value because everybody can just do what you just did.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm going to show this to you really quickly while you were talking, I've recorded everything with Chatchee B3.
- 0:46[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, it is so amazing.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_01]: For us, there are no excuses like cereal, there are no excuses.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_05]: But to the skeptic out there, like what do you say to that person?
- 0:56[SPEAKER_01]: It's the people that are leaning in that know how to use AI that are going to have the best life, the highest income, make the biggest impact in the world, make the best change.
- 1:06[SPEAKER_01]: We're stepping into a time when work is going to be completely different.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_01]: We're teaching people what they need to know about how they can cash in on the AI revolution.
- 1:23[SPEAKER_04]: Hey, wait, wait, wait.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_04]: I know you want to watch this next video, but listen, if you are an entrepreneur, business coach, business consultant, or a small business owner who has a story and wants to learn how to create multiple strings of income from your story, I need you to text me right now.
- 1:40[SPEAKER_04]: to six, four, six, six, six, eight, seven, four, one, five, two.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_04]: That is my personal number.
- 1:45[SPEAKER_04]: I have been an author for over 12 years, I've written 10 books, four of them have been best sellers, and I've sold over 100,000 books, but I've also helped a lot of my clients, take their expertise and put it into a story, then create multiple streams of income from that.
- 2:01[SPEAKER_04]: So I wanna help you do the same thing.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_04]: So text my book to six, four, six, six, eight, seven, four, one, five, two.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_04]: I, let's go back to the video.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_05]: All right, so welcome to another awesome episode of Inside the Vault with Ashcash, the greatest money mindset show on the planet.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_05]: Listen, it's rare that we bring somebody back, but when the first conversation cracks 100,000 views, it shifts my sets and sparks real movement.
- 2:44[SPEAKER_05]: Don't run from that.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_05]: You build on it.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_05]: The last time this guest was here.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_05]: We talked about AI as opportunity.
- 2:51[SPEAKER_05]: This time we're talking about AI as ownership.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_05]: She didn't come from tech village.
- 2:56[SPEAKER_05]: She didn't wait for permission.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_05]: She learned how to turn information into infrastructure and ideas into income and if you're still thinking.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_05]: that AI is just a tool, not a leverage system you are already behind.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_05]: Today, she's back, not just a talk, but to show you how the next class of owners is being built right now and how to position yourself before the window closes.
- 3:23[SPEAKER_05]: Stay locked in because what she's about to break down could change how you see money, skills, and power in the A.I.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_05]: economy forever.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_05]: Ladies and gentlemen round of applause for the queen of AI, Alicia a little.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_05]: Thank you so much.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_05]: When I tell you, so everybody, you know, this is kind of like reminds me like back in the day we like.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_05]: You know, you know, T.I.
- 3:48[SPEAKER_05]: was like, I'm the king of the south and ludicrous is like, no, I'm the king.
- 3:51[SPEAKER_05]: No, I'm the king.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_05]: When I tell you that you have earned that title, like the queen of AI because like, I don't think that there's a day that I'm not doing something AI.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_05]: And so because like I'm so in a day, I think that I know.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_05]: And then I watch a live and then I go to a webinar they're not here here.
- 4:13[SPEAKER_05]: You had a mastermind and I'm like, bro, I don't know anything and so I'm excited to have you here.
- 4:19[SPEAKER_05]: And I don't want to waste the time that we have with you.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_05]: From the last time you were here to now talk a little bit about.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_05]: What's that next step?
- 4:29[SPEAKER_05]: What's the evolution of AI?
- 4:30[SPEAKER_05]: Where's it going?
- 4:31[SPEAKER_05]: It's moving really really fast.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_01]: It's moving fast.
- 4:33[SPEAKER_01]: So it's moving fast.
- 4:35[SPEAKER_01]: We're seeing different AI tools compete against each other to see who can build the best.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_01]: You know, be the fastest, which is good for us us users.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_01]: So we're seeing the movement really quickly.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_01]: We're also seeing more people saying yes to AI and wanting to learn.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_01]: So just from my experience, I'm getting more and more people that are coming to my free classes saying yes and being excited to learn over the fear.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_01]: But we're also getting an increase in fear in some ways because you see a lot of deep fakes being produced right now.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_01]: We can get celebrities doing almost anything.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I'm using my AI to do a lot of marketing, which is helping me a lot in business, but sometimes that AI also scares people.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_01]: So we're seeing a lot of different things.
- 5:14[SPEAKER_01]: happening in the AI space, but for me, the exciting part is that entrepreneurs and business owners, we have more tools and more opportunities to leverage AI to multiply ourselves than ever before.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_01]: Like, there's no excuses now, if you were saying before, oh, I couldn't write a LinkedIn newsletter.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't have the person to do it.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_01]: Well, now you have AI to do it.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_01]: If you're saying, oh, I couldn't do a video production shoot for my skincare line.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_01]: Well, now you can have AI creature
- 5:43[SPEAKER_01]: So the excuses have been eliminated, which is pretty excited.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_05]: And I love that because, you know, like you said, like as business owners, entrepreneurs, I remember and it's not even like a long time ago.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_05]: Let's just say five to eight years ago.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_05]: where like let's say like a click funnels comes out and I'm trying to figure out how to build the funnels and how to write ads and try to figure out all of the systems and everything that is going to take for me to be successful.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_05]: What I'm noticing now with AI and this is in any business, I don't care how great your product of service is.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_05]: If you don't have sales in marketing, you are dead.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_05]: you know, with AI, you literally could embed marketing like that is taking it.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_05]: Can you talk a little bit about like how you know, you know, entrepreneurs can use marketing.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_05]: Sure.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_05]: Use the AI.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_05]: But look, we need to see it like they can give us some.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_01]: I will show you, I can, I can prepare.
- 6:47[SPEAKER_01]: I'm ready.
- 6:47[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I got my Instagram, all right.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_01]: So what I'd love to show the entrepreneurs today is how they can take an idea.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_01]: So let's say they have a course that they want to create.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of people, we have something inside of us that other people would like to purchase from us.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_01]: We have that information.
- 7:02[SPEAKER_01]: But it's,
- 7:02[SPEAKER_01]: You know, sometimes you have difficulty getting it out and somebody sitting down saying, okay, I want to make my first course or my next course, and I have to have all these resources, a copywriter, you know, someone to fill me creating modules for my course.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_01]: Well, what if AI could do everything for you?
- 7:16[SPEAKER_01]: So I'd like to show today how AI could do everything for you.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_01]: So I have chatGBT Open and Cloud Open and Google Gemini.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_01]: So we'll use all these three tools today.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_01]: Most people have chatGBT, so we'll start off right there.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_01]: But let's say somebody wants to create a new course.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_01]: And they're staring at the screens.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_01]: OK, I don't know what I want to create, what I want it to be about.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_01]: You could simply go to chatGBT.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_01]: and say, based on what you know about me, what would be a great idea for a course I should create.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_01]: Because here's the thing, inside a chat you BT and I'm going to show this to you really quickly.
- 7:50[SPEAKER_01]: So if we click on chat you BT and then click on settings and then we click here on personalization.
- 7:57[SPEAKER_01]: So look right here.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_01]: Do you see where it says memory?
- 8:00[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_01]: Like the chat you PT memory feature has gotten better and better.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_01]: So the more you work with it, the more it knows about you, the better position you are to work with it today tomorrow in the future.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_01]: So I always tell people like, you know, the more that you're working with it, the more it's learning about you.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_01]: It's like that good assistant who every time you talk to them, they're taking such good notes and they never forget anything.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_01]: Have you ever had an assistant
- 8:23[SPEAKER_05]: Yes, one.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_01]: Once.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_01]: So most people haven't.
- 8:27[SPEAKER_01]: So now, you know, imagine that assistant is documenting everything that you do.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_01]: So they can help you create everything that you need right across anything.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_01]: So I like to tell people start off with based on what you know about me.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_01]: So you see this microphone right here.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_01]: That's the dictate button and I like to use that because I prefer to talk over typing.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm just going to tell chat to B.T.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_01]: based on what you know about me could you suggest five ideas for a course that I should create.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_01]: I would like for it to be about $497 and I would love for you to give me just really good ideas that you know people that are my audience would buy.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_01]: Like they'd be throwing their credit cards at me to buy this.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_01]: So I just press the up arrow just to stop it and it's going to transcribe type out everything that we said see how it already transcribed it done so now we can press the go button and now chat GPT is going to give me five ideas for my next course and then I can work with that and in this example today we're going to.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_01]: Create the course.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to write the email copy.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to write the social media content so that everything is done for this course that we're going to sell for 4.97.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_01]: I want to show you something else on chat GPT that's new since the last the last time I was here.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_01]: So with chat GPT and I can open up a new window to show you this with chat GPT or now on version 5.2 we were at 5.0 last time I was on the show.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_01]: we're at version 5.2.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_01]: And so if you click in the down arrow, just write up at the top where it says 5.2, there are four different ways that you can use 5.2.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_01]: So with auto, this is chatGPT deciding how long it's going to take to give you an answer, how deep it's going to go.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_01]: instant, it just gives you answers right away.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_01]: For thinking, it like thinks longer, you know, I'm saying thinking, it would like works longer and digs deeper to give you a better result.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_01]: And then for pro, they say this is research grade intelligence.
- 10:31[SPEAKER_01]: So if you have the time, click on pro and you'll get longer answers, right?
- 10:37[SPEAKER_01]: So test these different ways to use Chatchee BT to see the output that you like.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_01]: And when I say pro takes longer, it's like, okay, maybe you're waiting three minutes instead of 30 seconds.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_01]: And sometimes if this AI time we're in, people are like three minutes, that's so long.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_01]: I got to wait three minutes to get back a result, but you'll see that there is a different.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_01]: So I tell people to check it.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_01]: but we can see here in pro-thinking right here on the side.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_01]: It's breaking down how it's coming up with the answer for me, which is really cool.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_01]: So it's saying, all right, the user needs course ideas for AI related topics.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_01]: So it knows why I am.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_01]: Targeting executives, government leaders, and entrepreneurs, and knows that's my audience.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't say that, but it knows that.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_01]: The price is 497.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_01]: The course should have plenty of bang for the buck, think modules, AI prompts templates and guaranteed outcomes.
- 11:27[SPEAKER_01]: This is a chatGPT talking to itself, saying this is what you need to do.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_01]: Gotta keep the tone upbeat, friendly, and a little bit humorous.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_01]: Let's keep it energetic, but still clear, and direct.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_01]: And then it tells you, okay, I'm creating five course ideas.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, I'm fetching course ideas with strong branding.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, I'm creating the ideas.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_01]: So as it's working.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_01]: So this is the pro level.
- 11:48[SPEAKER_01]: If I now open up a new window and chat to BT, let's just put it on the auto level, right?
- 11:54[SPEAKER_01]: Here's the auto level and the drop down.
- 11:57[SPEAKER_01]: So we can see the difference.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_01]: And now we press go.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_01]: And you'll see that it's going to come up with an answer immediately.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_01]: Do you see how immediately it is?
- 12:06[SPEAKER_01]: So then, if you're like, okay, I like what it came up with and now I want to dig a little bit deeper.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_01]: You can switch between the different parts of 5.2 and say, okay, now I need research rate intelligence.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_01]: So it came back and said, number one, an AI consultant cash accelerator,
- 12:27[SPEAKER_01]: AI for government and institutions and build your AI authority edge.
- 12:32[SPEAKER_01]: So it's giving me these five ideas to come back and create a course and then I can pick one of those ideas.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_01]: And I love it how it says why this will sell like crazy.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_01]: So it's like your audience doesn't want to learn AI.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_01]: They want to get paid with a fast, you know, and they trust you because you've already done it on a high level and then what I teach.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_01]: And here's what the buyer thinks.
- 12:53[SPEAKER_01]: If Alicia says this is the fastest
- 12:55[SPEAKER_01]: path the cache I'm in.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_01]: So it tells me this is what this is the number one idea of what people will buy.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_01]: So that gives me a lot of, um, uh, you know, reassurance that it's giving me a good idea.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_01]: So let's see if pro level is done.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_01]: So pro level is done as well.
- 13:12[SPEAKER_01]: And you can see it kind of dug a little bit deeper, but the the ideas are a little bit different.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_01]: So we've got the AI roadmap
- 13:24[SPEAKER_01]: Productizing your AI consultant offers so it's an offer already have and the Gen AI department playbook So it's giving us different ideas here So then I can pick which idea that I want and then go deeper with that idea So then I make sense like I do any ideas and and so now With this new version right yeah, it's gonna be able to so that so like if you needed
- 13:51[SPEAKER_05]: video ideas, you may have very a band name as yeah, give you everything for it.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_05]: We're going to walk through that, too.
- 13:57[SPEAKER_05]: So what do you think, right?
- 13:59[SPEAKER_05]: So like right now, if everybody has access to this and everybody could do it, um,
- 14:06[SPEAKER_05]: shouldn't this saturate the market?
- 14:08[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, this good question.
- 14:10[SPEAKER_05]: Be something that you know what it is not going to have value because everybody could just do what you just didn't.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_01]: So here's two things.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_01]: Not everybody knows how to do this.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_01]: And there's it's like the point one percent of people that know actually how they can use AI to monetize their knowledge.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_01]: Not a lot of people know how to do that.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_01]: And then most people that are using chat to B.T.
- 14:32[SPEAKER_01]: are using it to ask questions.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_01]: They're not using it to really monetize themselves who they are and do this type of thing.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_01]: So I wish more people would do it, but you know, as you know, from idea to implementation to taking action, a lot of people don't know this.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_01]: So this is why I love training and teaching this.
- 14:52[SPEAKER_01]: Because once people see how to do it, it's why I like doing demonstrations.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I love doing demonstration.
- 14:58[SPEAKER_01]: Because if you see that, you see the prompt that I typed in.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_01]: You're like, well, let me try that too.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_01]: Let me type that into.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_01]: So the saturation in our content creator space is not something that I would tell anybody that they have to worry about.
- 15:13[SPEAKER_01]: But I will tell them that
- 15:14[SPEAKER_01]: to act fast, take action on it today, get ahead of any competitors that you might have, and then with AI, you could make more advertisements, more content, you can get on more podcast episodes, you can do more speaking by using AI to find all the opportunities to push your course and your product way above anything your competitors can do.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_01]: So if you really lean into it, you can dominate
- 15:43[SPEAKER_05]: you know, I coach a lot of entrepreneurs and work with small businesses and, you know, particularly authors and things in that nature, usually the biggest, you know, issue that habit is visibility, right?
- 15:58[SPEAKER_05]: Right?
- 15:59[SPEAKER_05]: They have, right?
- 16:00[SPEAKER_05]: So now you created this course, it's great.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_05]: But a lot of people don't know how to market.
- 16:06[SPEAKER_05]: They don't know social media.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_05]: They don't know how to get in front of their ideal client.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_05]: Sure.
- 16:11[SPEAKER_05]: Let's just say someone like myself, right?
- 16:14[SPEAKER_05]: I'm, you know, my ideal client is, you know, a six or seven figure entrepreneur who's just looking to build their legacy.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_05]: So it's not really about money.
- 16:24[SPEAKER_05]: It's really about building their legacy, being known for their
- 16:32[SPEAKER_05]: And they're just too busy to write the book themselves or figure out how to monetize their story.
- 16:46[SPEAKER_05]: For me, a lot of times when I'm reaching out publicly about being an author, I usually get the person who
- 16:56[SPEAKER_05]: Probably it's not the six or seven figure entrepreneur.
- 16:58[SPEAKER_05]: It's the person who has been through some type of trauma or something that they feel like they could use their story to help people, which is awesome.
- 17:06[SPEAKER_05]: So I don't downplay that, but that's just not my ideal clientele, only because.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_05]: I'm, you know, I've mastered book monetization, right?
- 17:16[SPEAKER_05]: And so I want to build ecosystems and businesses and things at that nature, how could I use AI to find, like to find my ideal client?
- 17:29[SPEAKER_05]: to the point where, like, right now, I'm very proactive in finding clients.
- 17:36[SPEAKER_05]: So I'm like, all right, where is my client hanging out and let me go there?
- 17:40[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
- 17:42[SPEAKER_05]: You know, you know?
- 17:44[SPEAKER_01]: And give me an example.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_01]: So this is a business professional who wants to tell their story.
- 17:48[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I would say it's a business professional.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_05]: It's an entrepreneur who's doing well already.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_05]: You're doing well already.
- 17:56[SPEAKER_05]: So for for for the most part, you know, I'm going into like masterminds where I know these are six or seven bigger entrepreneurs already and I'm approaching them.
- 18:06[SPEAKER_05]: and having conversations about helping them, you know, you know, you know, create their legacy.
- 18:11[SPEAKER_05]: Um, but I want to get to a point where they're looking for me.
- 18:17[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 18:18[SPEAKER_05]: Like they're knocking on my door and they say, Ash, I want you to write my book.
- 18:22[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 18:23[SPEAKER_05]: What AI tool can I use to never reverse that way?
- 18:27[SPEAKER_05]: I'm not being proactive.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_05]: I'm getting so much of my ideal clients, not going on my door telling me they want to work with me, you know, that I like that, that I turn some people away.
- 18:38[SPEAKER_01]: I love it, I love it.
- 18:39[SPEAKER_01]: So first of all, while you were talking, I recorded everything with Chatchee BT.
- 18:44[SPEAKER_01]: So now, Chatchee BT is going to transcribe everything that you said and we can ask Chatchee BT that exact question that you were asking.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_01]: But I will tell you some other ways that we could do it.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_01]: But look at that.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_01]: It transcribe everything that you said right there and we're just going to press go and we're also going to get some ideas.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_01]: But some great tools to find your ideal client is also like perplexity.ai because it does a deep research for you into like where this person would be especially at conferences.
- 19:15[SPEAKER_01]: So you say that you speak at some masterminds.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_01]: You know that when you get on stage and speak at a conference, instant authority, people come to you, have the QR code at the end, get a everybody's name and email.
- 19:25[SPEAKER_01]: So, perplexity will find upcoming call for speakers that you can apply to or, you know, speaker proposals that you're going to apply to so that you can get on those stages and be in front of your ideal customer.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_01]: And I find that doing that gives you so many of your ideal customer so quickly.
- 19:41[SPEAKER_01]: It's used to be on stage all the time.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_01]: So that's one and then we'll also ask AI some other questions.
- 19:47[SPEAKER_01]: But
- 19:48[SPEAKER_01]: All right, so it, look at this, this is just from what you said, it's like, this is a great problem to have and you're already closer than you think and it's summarizing you don't want people who just want to get their story out trauma first You want six and seven figure entrepreneurs executives founders operators.
- 20:07[SPEAKER_01]: So what we're seeing here is a chat GPT took your brain dump like you were just dumping out we are thoughts and then cleaned it up into what you actually want.
- 20:16[SPEAKER_01]: So we're looking at that right here.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't want to interrupt you long.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_00]: I know Ash Cass had given us some heat, but I just wanted to stop because I know a lot of you are looking to start grow or scale your business in 2026, alright?
- 20:27[SPEAKER_00]: You're probably either looking for some extra capital to be able to put into hiring, marketing, delegating, things like that and I hope you grow or
- 20:34[SPEAKER_00]: You're here because you're looking to learn how to add more revenue to my bottom line.
- 20:38[SPEAKER_00]: You're either looking to start a six-figure funding company part-time or you're looking to add funding as a service where you help small business owners get access to capital.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_00]: Just like I do, we're listening.
- 20:47[SPEAKER_00]: I'm doing a three-day free mastermind or I'm teaching you how to leverage AI to get funding, CQC, click qualified capital as easy as one, two, three, listen if you're interested because you know that you want to make these next six, much, and best six months.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_00]: All you have to do is go to get the bag.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_00]: Flip the bag.com and I'll see you there completely free.
- 21:06[SPEAKER_00]: Can I go to see you back to that episode?
- 21:09[SPEAKER_01]: Or in a way that is easy for us to now take that and put it back into some AI tools.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_01]: So it's like your ideal client is not searching for bookwriting help.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_01]: They're searching for, how do I cement my legacy?
- 21:21[SPEAKER_01]: How do I become an authority in my industry?
- 21:24[SPEAKER_01]: How do I scale my influence without working more?
- 21:26[SPEAKER_01]: How do I turn my IP into assets?
- 21:29[SPEAKER_01]: So now it says build a ideal client signal map.
- 21:33[SPEAKER_01]: So when Chatchee BT tells you to build something, you're like, I'm not building that.
- 21:37[SPEAKER_01]: You build that, so we'll ask it to do that for you.
- 21:41[SPEAKER_01]: And then it's giving you what to do.
- 21:43[SPEAKER_01]: Like use Chatchee BT plus LinkedIn sales navigator.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_01]: But something you can also do with Chatchee BT.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_01]: Let me see if it has it here as an idea.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_01]: One thing you can also do is if you open up chatGPT and I love this feature and this is chatGPT agent mode.
- 22:02[SPEAKER_01]: I think we talked about it on your last show, but we turn on agent mode.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_01]: We can actually tell chatGPT to scour LinkedIn for your ideal customer and then to send them an inbox message and to comment on their last post.
- 22:15[SPEAKER_01]: And it will actually go to LinkedIn and do that and read and find out what this person is about and craft a really good response for them.
- 22:22[SPEAKER_01]: to comment on their LinkedIn or to send them an inbox message.
- 22:26[SPEAKER_01]: So as me, as you in your LinkedIn account.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_01]: So there will be a point where Chatchee BT will ask to for you to log into your LinkedIn account.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_01]: And then it will take over and do this.
- 22:36[SPEAKER_01]: I recommend that you still stay in the loop and you're like before you send the comment.
- 22:42[SPEAKER_01]: Let me read it.
- 22:42[SPEAKER_01]: So it'll be like, all right, my comment for James is done.
- 22:46[SPEAKER_01]: Check it out and then you check in and you're like,
- 22:48[SPEAKER_01]: And you can go, but now you don't have to go searching for them.
- 22:51[SPEAKER_01]: So imagine if you toll LinkedIn every day, I need you to hit 20 new, if you toll chat to P.T.
- 22:58[SPEAKER_01]: Every day I need you to go to LinkedIn and hit up 20 new people, comments on their posts and send them an inbox message about what I do.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_01]: And so now your assistant is going out and doing this work and bringing the new customers to you.
- 23:10[SPEAKER_01]: So you're still doing outbound sales at the way, but it's not you.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_01]: right as your AI agent that's doing it for you.
- 23:18[SPEAKER_01]: And so a good example of this is I was on a job site.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_01]: I'm looking for a new employee.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_01]: So I was on a job site.
- 23:24[SPEAKER_01]: So Chatchee BT of course wrote my job description for me.
- 23:28[SPEAKER_01]: And then I had Chatchee BT go through the job site and read all of the resumes that were on the job site and send them
- 23:36[SPEAKER_01]: Um, like a message to inbox me if they were a good, you know, good for that job site, right?
- 23:44[SPEAKER_01]: So it's like, all right, this is an ideal job for me and, you know, a job for you.
- 23:50[SPEAKER_01]: And then it says the things that they have them on their resume and then the things that I'm looking for.
- 23:55[SPEAKER_01]: I was blown away by how it how it tied it in together.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_02]: Uh-huh.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_01]: like, come on, you're tying all this in together and sending this person in box message.
- 24:03[SPEAKER_01]: And that's something then in the past, I've done manually.
- 24:05[SPEAKER_01]: Like, red there.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_01]: And probably hadn't done a great job, but chatGBT did.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_01]: And then what I noticed is so many people started replying because they were like, you're right.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_01]: These three things that you talked about, these skills that I have do translate good into this job that you're looking for.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_01]: So I was like, I know that I'm right, but I was really chatGBT doing the work.
- 24:25[SPEAKER_01]: So you could have chat you BT do a lot of this outreach for you and perplexity find great places that you can go speak at a speaking gig.
- 24:32[SPEAKER_01]: So if you look at perplexity.ai, I'm going to show this site too really quickly.
- 24:40[SPEAKER_01]: But this is the best site for doing research and doing it quickly and bringing you back links.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_01]: So we would ask perplexity.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_01]: So first we're
- 24:54[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so I want to have some help finding my ideal client, could you describe them so that I can copy and paste it into perplexity and ask perplexity to find me speaking gigs that this ideal client would be at so I can get onstage and in front of them, thank you so much.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_05]: So wow, that's specific.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_01]: That's specific.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_01]: So even though it, um, it's giving us all this information here, you know, sometimes we don't want to read.
- 25:22[SPEAKER_01]: Just tell me the bottom line.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 25:24[SPEAKER_01]: But when you tell chat GPT give me something that I'm going to put into another AI site, right, which I would I'd be afraid of actually.
- 25:31[SPEAKER_01]: No, it's how to do that.
- 25:33[SPEAKER_01]: So well, and it wants to please you so it's like it says let's do this the right way So you can copy and paste and let perplexity get to work.
- 25:41[SPEAKER_05]: Wow And so so so I guess I guess jealousy and competence is a human trait.
- 25:47[SPEAKER_05]: I know right because for me I'm like oh, let me not and this is a true story, right?
- 25:52[SPEAKER_05]: I use chatGBT and Claude and sometimes I need chatGBT to give me a prompt for Claude, but I don't want it to be jealous, so I don't never say Claude, that's too funny.
- 26:07[SPEAKER_05]: I say, please give me a prompt so I can give it to a Ghostwriter.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_05]: No, so I might, I mean, I say it's the core because it might mess up and not because I think like a human or human is like you know, I'm not going to prepare you like like if it's almost like when you work the nine or five right about the fire you right, but they bring you in the train you never place been I'm not going to be trained in my replacement so I'm thinking in that way right you say I can be I can be that is so funny that is so funny.
- 26:34[SPEAKER_01]: No, the human that's human human.
- 26:36[SPEAKER_05]: So I don't so it's so tragedy is a jealous of glory.
- 26:39[SPEAKER_01]: It's not jealous of Claude and it knows how to create great prompts for Claude.
- 26:44[SPEAKER_01]: So if you tell chat you beat like create a great prompt for Claude, it will know how Claude likes to have its prompt and give you the prompts for Claude.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_01]: So I create a lot of things on loveable.
- 26:57[SPEAKER_01]: I was telling you about that earlier.
- 26:58[SPEAKER_01]: I create a lot of things on loveable, but I never go straight to loveable.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_01]: and ask lovable to create something for me.
- 27:04[SPEAKER_01]: I always start with chatGBT and get the information from chatGBT to put into lovable, and then done because the first time I went to lovable, you're standing at this blank screen.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_01]: So if you haven't built anything on lovable before, you go there, and lovable says build something on lovable, and you're like,
- 27:22[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_01]: I don't even know what I want to build.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_01]: But if you go to chat GPT first and say create a developer design document for me for my idea to put on loveable boom, it gives you what you need.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_01]: So that's the thing that I love about chat GPT or any of the AI tools is that they will actually create the prompts for the other AI tools.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_01]: So no, they don't get jealous.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_01]: So, and now for what you were talking about here, 10GPT says, okay, below is a clean, precise, ideal client description.
- 28:02[SPEAKER_01]: Written specifically for AI search discovery and opportunity mapping.
- 28:06[SPEAKER_01]: This is not fluffy branding language.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_01]: This is a signal based targeting that perplexity will understand.
- 28:11[SPEAKER_01]: Do you see what it said right there?
- 28:13[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_01]: It says what perplexity would understand.
- 28:15[SPEAKER_01]: So it knows the tool.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_01]: and how to use it better than you do.
- 28:18[SPEAKER_01]: So now it's going to copy and it says I'm looking for I'm looking to find speaking opportunities, conference summits masterminds, retreats and private events attended by six and seven figure entrepreneurs, business owners founders and senior executives who are already financially successful and now focused on legacy authority, thought leadership and long term.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_01]: So there's that ideal client that you want.
- 28:41[SPEAKER_01]: So then we go to perplexity, and we paste this in, and then we press go.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_01]: So could we use this in Chatchy BT, of course.
- 28:50[SPEAKER_01]: And I recommend try it, try these things in different tools.
- 28:54[SPEAKER_01]: So open up Gemini, open up perplexity, open up Chatchy BT, do them in all the tools, and you might get different results.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_01]: So then you're like, oh, this site gave me this, this site gave me that.
- 29:04[SPEAKER_01]: So that you can start to put together what you're looking for, which is to get in front of this amazing ideal customer.
- 29:10[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 29:10[SPEAKER_01]: And so look, it already came back and gave you some, um, oh, I like this one, the ink 5,000 event.
- 29:20[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_01]: That's a good one.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 29:22[SPEAKER_01]: Go to and then it's like strategic invite only IT or leadership forums and it's giving you some examples.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_01]: And then mastermind and retreats hello seven mastermind, you know, Rachel Rogers and mastermind right so it's showing some different ones here so then the legacy capacity summit like that's a real one you need to be at that one right there and legacy capacity that's everybody looking for legacy that's right and what better way wow okay okay.
- 29:50[SPEAKER_01]: And then so now it's showing you all of these different conferences and then even what you need to create the titles each one should have and that sort of stuff so and then given your profile so it's pulling it for me right now and so for you but it's also talking about the different and this is the memory feature that they all have it knows me so I should have said this is for ash cat right and then it would give some different results but
- 30:16[SPEAKER_01]: It's giving me my short list and say, go to Vault, a Bundat 360, and Inc. 5,000, and then it, and then you know, I can go dive deeper from here.
- 30:26[SPEAKER_01]: The other thing that I like perplexity does is it's going to put it all together in a table for you, so it makes it really easy.
- 30:32[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm going to say,
- 30:34[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 30:35[SPEAKER_01]: I need you to find the actual events.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_01]: Put everything together in table format.
- 30:39[SPEAKER_01]: And I need one of the columns to be the apply for speakers page that I can just click on and go directly to that page.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_01]: So I can apply to speak at these events.
- 30:49[SPEAKER_01]: Let's go.
- 30:50[SPEAKER_01]: Let's go.
- 30:51[SPEAKER_01]: So now, perplexity will give me a table to make things easier for me.
- 30:55[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, we're just leveraging these tools to help to answer your question.
- 30:59[SPEAKER_01]: How do you get in front of these ideal clients?
- 31:02[SPEAKER_01]: Let's use all of the tools to get in front of them and to find the places that we need to be in.
- 31:07[SPEAKER_05]: Wow.
- 31:08[SPEAKER_05]: Wow.
- 31:09[SPEAKER_05]: How much time and money if you were to quantify, would you say AI is saving businesses and people in general?
- 31:19[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that's such a big loaded question, a gazillion dollar.
- 31:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 31:25[SPEAKER_01]: And I would say for every use case, it depends.
- 31:28[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 31:28[SPEAKER_01]: So if I use a personal use case in my business, I have a process that I needed three humans to do.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_01]: And so, and they were busy all the time doing this process.
- 31:39[SPEAKER_01]: Overwhelming and unfortunately, the process was taking too long.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_01]: We had some upset customers, so we AIified it,
- 31:49[SPEAKER_01]: And so now AI does everything in the customer interacts with AI, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive.
- 31:58[SPEAKER_01]: People love it.
- 31:58[SPEAKER_01]: People have said, you know, I know the human's evaluated, like can I now use the AI.
- 32:03[SPEAKER_01]: So my sister had to go back and tell people, sure you have your initial evaluation, but if you'd like to get evaluated again use the AI, that's something we didn't expect everybody's like now wants to use the AI.
- 32:14[SPEAKER_01]: And the AI gives them the, you know, great responses and a great evaluation based on our core evaluation methods.
- 32:21[SPEAKER_01]: But, you know, did you know it?
- 32:23[SPEAKER_01]: It can review writing, it can review videos like part of the process is telling people to record a video of them presenting.
- 32:31[SPEAKER_01]: And we're using Gemini, but Gemini can actually watch the video.
- 32:36[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, transcribes it to read everything and says this wasn't engaging the person didn't look at the camera and it's pulling all these things to give them great feedback.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, if you look at it financially in my business, these were three Americans on American salaries that were doing this role that's now been taken over by AI.
- 32:54[SPEAKER_01]: Now, those three people didn't lose their job.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_01]: They're just doing things that are more high value in my business.
- 33:00[SPEAKER_01]: Now, so to quantify that for me and in my business is just amazing and amazing return on the investment of AI.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_01]: And my sister actually developed the tool, right?
- 33:12[SPEAKER_01]: So she knows how to use lovable as well.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_01]: She develops it on lovable two days with some beta testers and the tool was up and launch.
- 33:19[SPEAKER_01]: Solving a big problem.
- 33:20[SPEAKER_01]: So I always tell entrepreneurs like,
- 33:21[SPEAKER_01]: Look at the problems or bottlenecks that you have and AIify them, find an AI tool that can do that process and you'll see that the result for you will be, you know, enormous in your bottom line and then, you know, look at the different ways that you can also.
- 33:39[SPEAKER_01]: charge people for the different things that you're creating.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_01]: And this example we're creating of course, but you could create a software tool with monthly recurring income.
- 33:48[SPEAKER_01]: And that sort of stuff to help you in your business as well.
- 33:52[SPEAKER_01]: And we're finding that in the next, the latest report that I read said like 94% of businesses will be looking to integrate artificial intelligence into their business practices like 94% 94% in 2026.
- 34:08[SPEAKER_01]: That's like everybody, and I wonder who are the 6% of businesses that said no to the survey of not integrating down the ground the cash only business Right, maybe Right, it's like who are the 6% of businesses that said no, but if you think about that to make yourself more valuable everybody watching this
- 34:29[SPEAKER_01]: you need to improve your AI literacy.
- 34:31[SPEAKER_01]: You have to.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_01]: It's not a, maybe I'll do this when.
- 34:34[SPEAKER_01]: Let me see if AI is just trending.
- 34:36[SPEAKER_01]: No, we're in the AI revolution.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_01]: You have to be all in on AI, right?
- 34:42[SPEAKER_01]: And so the people that are, you know, seeing that they're getting laid off or that it will be struggling in the AI revolution are those people who say, I don't want to learn AI.
- 34:51[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 34:51[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_01]: So those people who said, I don't want to get on the internet, where are they now?
- 34:55[SPEAKER_01]: right where they they're all on the internet.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_01]: Exactly.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_05]: So yeah, and so as a speaking of which, right, so you have a, you know, AI business summit coming, right?
- 35:04[SPEAKER_05]: And you do offer sort of occasions in AI talk a little bit about that because you guys have the editors like I said, I'm I'm I'm going to be front and send in at the summit, right?
- 35:14[SPEAKER_03]: I love it.
- 35:14[SPEAKER_05]: Eric Thomas, Gary V, Russell Brunson, Neil Patel, are you got a lot iron gold iron gold iron gold in me and diamonds in my team as my brother.
- 35:27[SPEAKER_05]: Talk a little bit about about about the summit.
- 35:29[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so I'm really excited about it.
- 35:31[SPEAKER_01]: Say I business summit and this is where we're teaching people, you know, I'm doing live demonstration, but we're teaching people what they need to know about how they can cash in on the AI revolution.
- 35:41[SPEAKER_01]: Come on now,
- 35:43[SPEAKER_01]: And so we're teaching people, this is the, this is what you need to know.
- 35:47[SPEAKER_01]: These are the tools.
- 35:48[SPEAKER_01]: This is how you can start today.
- 35:50[SPEAKER_01]: Not tomorrow.
- 35:50[SPEAKER_01]: Today.
- 35:51[SPEAKER_01]: Let's go.
- 35:51[SPEAKER_01]: Let's go.
- 35:52[SPEAKER_01]: And then these heavy hitters are like the world's best thought leaders when it comes to business, when it comes to entrepreneurship.
- 36:00[SPEAKER_01]: I know you know all of them.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_01]: And you've heard of all of them.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_01]: So they're bringing their best insights into how we need to pay what we need to pay attention to and how we can leverage AI so the people that come on this summit they will win right and the 2% that don't show up.
- 36:17[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sorry for you right.
- 36:18[SPEAKER_01]: right, but you know, I'm saying that those who show up, they want something better for themselves.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_01]: They're ready to take things to the next level.
- 36:26[SPEAKER_01]: They want to future proof their careers.
- 36:28[SPEAKER_01]: They want to elevate their businesses.
- 36:31[SPEAKER_01]: They want to start a side hustle or turn a side hustle into a main hustle.
- 36:35[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm excited, we're at, I'm excited for it.
- 36:38[SPEAKER_01]: It's going to be the latest in AI, but nothing above anyone's head, which is how I like to teach.
- 36:44[SPEAKER_01]: Let's all open up Gemini, copy and paste this prompt in and show me what you get.
- 36:50[SPEAKER_01]: So be very interactive and it's business, but it's also fun, because for me AI is fun.
- 36:58[SPEAKER_01]: And I believe that when people do something, like they'll be turning themselves into a superhero
- 37:05[SPEAKER_01]: that they said, wow, she did that.
- 37:08[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, I can do that, this is it, I'm excited.
- 37:11[SPEAKER_01]: So I just need people to see it be in the room to get their transformation and we're gonna make a difference of those lives and Gary Vee, I don't line up.
- 37:22[SPEAKER_05]: Am I on golden?
- 37:23[SPEAKER_05]: So I'll tell you for me how and so we have the link in the description so you're gonna tap in.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_05]: But I'll tell you why this is so powerful
- 37:35[SPEAKER_05]: So, so I'll say Russell Brunson, Gary V. Myron Golden, Eric Thomas, all have changed, and near my Davis have all changed my life in some way, form a fashion, because I'll start with Gary V. Who was the first person, and I've been with, you know, when I say I've been with, like I've been watching him before he got famous, when he had the short haircut, selling wine, crushed it was the first book that I read of Gary V.
- 38:04[SPEAKER_05]: ahead of the game as it relates to marketing and what you should be doing.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_05]: And so for for someone like him and using AI is, you know, so to to to the point where now I'll say this that I'm all my way to China, to learn about the Tik Tok economy because Gary V keeps yelling that live social selling is the thing that you need to do.
- 38:28[SPEAKER_05]: I'm going to become the number one.
- 38:31[SPEAKER_05]: book publisher on TikTok.
- 38:33[SPEAKER_05]: And I said, what better way to do it than just go with the killing and already.
- 38:37[SPEAKER_05]: So I'm going to China because of what Gary Vee is saying.
- 38:40[SPEAKER_05]: So I could do that.
- 38:42[SPEAKER_05]: Click funnels, right?
- 38:43[SPEAKER_05]: I made my first million dollars on click funnels.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_05]: uh, following, you know, Russell Brunson and and following the motto, uh, dot com secrets change my life, right?
- 38:53[SPEAKER_05]: And so I read that book that was the first time I thought it was possible to be able to sell digital products on that.
- 38:59[SPEAKER_05]: Um, my golden, I mean, my first eight figures with my own golden being, you know, like he was the first person to kind of teach me, um, that you can make a lot of money fast.
- 39:10[SPEAKER_05]: Got to be honest with you, because for me, I was like, all right, I'm making a million in
- 39:15[SPEAKER_05]: And then I'm hearing people have a million dollar days and six-figure days.
- 39:20[SPEAKER_05]: I'm like, wait, this is this possible, and so my rent was able to do that.
- 39:25[SPEAKER_05]: NEO's like the motivational guy.
- 39:28[SPEAKER_05]: He's like an angel, and I don't think people really know that.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_05]: gets joy out of you succeeding.
- 39:35[SPEAKER_01]: It's true.
- 39:36[SPEAKER_05]: Like that's it.
- 39:37[SPEAKER_01]: So every so few people like that.
- 39:39[SPEAKER_05]: So few people like most people are at encounter.
- 39:42[SPEAKER_05]: They only want to help you if there's something in it for them.
- 39:45[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_05]: Like it's just so automatic.
- 39:48[SPEAKER_05]: Like every time I'll talk to them and he'll be like, oh no, you're not doing this.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 39:53[SPEAKER_05]: You're not charging enough.
- 39:55[SPEAKER_05]: So he's the guy like my battery, that's always good.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_05]: So personally,
- 40:01[SPEAKER_05]: You know, I've been offended from everybody, but I'll say this though too, which is why I think everybody should go to the summit that I will make seven figures with just AI this year.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, definitely.
- 40:16[SPEAKER_05]: Like not even, like not even
- 40:19[SPEAKER_05]: I'll give you this one thing I've done so far to your point about personnel, I had a person that I, you know, an assistant who I was just using wrong, right, and so I was having them do certain types of work that
- 40:40[SPEAKER_05]: required their brain, right?
- 40:42[SPEAKER_05]: And then I was the one spending all of my time on AI, because I had, because I couldn't teach them how to plug.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 40:52[SPEAKER_05]: So then I don't know just a light bulb came up and said, no, you set it up and then let them finish it.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_05]: When I tell you
- 41:00[SPEAKER_05]: They didn't like a month.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_05]: I got over like six figures were for work done.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_01]: Come on now.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_05]: I don't even say a month.
- 41:07[SPEAKER_05]: I think I'm exaggerating.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_05]: It had to be like a week and a half over six figures of work done because I'm using AI the right way.
- 41:15[SPEAKER_01]: Now what you just talked about is hopefully a lightball moment for everybody watching this.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_01]: And there's a way to do that.
- 41:21[SPEAKER_01]: Now it chats you be to you that I'd love to share with you.
- 41:23[SPEAKER_01]: This is what everybody can do that.
- 41:24[SPEAKER_01]: So you talked about, okay, with the assistant, now I started off and then I can let the assistant finish it.
- 41:30[SPEAKER_01]: So chat GPT has something now called group chats.
- 41:34[SPEAKER_01]: So if we go back to the course idea, so let's say you start this off for your assistant.
- 41:38[SPEAKER_01]: And you're like, all right, we got all these course ideas.
- 41:40[SPEAKER_01]: I want you to run with all five of them, right?
- 41:42[SPEAKER_01]: It's start with number one.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_01]: And instead of copying and pasting and sending the chat to them and they have to start over, you can click right here
- 41:54[SPEAKER_01]: It is so amazing so you click that right there.
- 42:00[SPEAKER_01]: You click add people and then it says start a group chat from this conversation.
- 42:04[SPEAKER_01]: Only this conversation will be shared your personal chat LGBT memory is always private and then you click start group chat and then you send them this link you can add 20 people at the same time
- 42:15[SPEAKER_01]: and what happens is so here's the link right there and you copy that link and you send it to them.
- 42:20[SPEAKER_01]: But what happens now is they can continue the conversation.
- 42:23[SPEAKER_01]: They can say, okay, we're going to go with idea number one, map out the modules.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_01]: I want seven modules, five subsections in each, and they keep this conversation going.
- 42:33[SPEAKER_01]: So all the goodness in this conversation keeps going and doesn't
- 42:37[SPEAKER_01]: And so you could add her to it and then add your social media person to see everything and your social media person's like Okay, now I need all social media created for the number one module that we're the number you know number one the course that we're creating Yeah, so you add your whole team to this and you just start the conversation off and you walk away And then they keep working with chat GPT to get everything that they want so I'm telling people if you've got a team you have to pay attention to this group chat feature because
- 43:07[SPEAKER_01]: easier.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, because like right now, I think the way I'm doing it is, I was, I gave an access to mine.
- 43:15[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 43:15[SPEAKER_05]: And so I just say, you know, finish it, right?
- 43:17[SPEAKER_01]: So now they have access to all of my and they, and you can't see what they're talking to chat to BET about.
- 43:24[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 43:25[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 43:25[SPEAKER_01]: But with here,
- 43:27[SPEAKER_01]: Every conversation they have is saved in the group chat so that you can see what they're doing, you're joining in on the conversation.
- 43:34[SPEAKER_01]: So you're assisting can say, can you log into the group chat and just look at what chat you beat, he came up with you good with that, you look at it, and you're like change number two, did it, you're also talking to.
- 43:44[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it knows who's talking, and it will tell you who's talking, and then you can say, summarize for me what my whole team has done in here, and then you're like, what, you know,
- 43:54[SPEAKER_01]: Don't know you didn't do anything in here today.
- 43:57[SPEAKER_01]: James, where are you?
- 43:58[SPEAKER_01]: You didn't even show up.
- 43:59[SPEAKER_01]: I told you to go do the social media images.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_01]: Chatchee BT will tell you who asked what and what they got and give you a summary of the team's activities.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_01]: And then you could go in here every morning and say, my deadline for this project is seven days from now.
- 44:13[SPEAKER_01]: Tell the team what they need to do.
- 44:15[SPEAKER_01]: Here's the five people that are added to this and their roles.
- 44:18[SPEAKER_01]: And chat you BTC will outline what they need to do every day to get your project create completed by the timeline.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_01]: And then every morning, it can follow up and and say, are we on time?
- 44:29[SPEAKER_01]: Everybody check in.
- 44:30[SPEAKER_01]: Tell me what you did.
- 44:31[SPEAKER_01]: So can act as your project manager and get everything done for you.
- 44:35[SPEAKER_01]: So the group chat features really great.
- 44:36[SPEAKER_01]: I love how you said that.
- 44:38[SPEAKER_01]: So like you can do that with chat to you too and take it to the next level.
- 44:41[SPEAKER_05]: What
- 44:45[SPEAKER_05]: opportunity with AI that most entrepreneurs are like missing or not even pay attention to.
- 44:52[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 44:52[SPEAKER_01]: I would say having AI act as your business strategist.
- 44:57[SPEAKER_01]: So one of the things that I did was I went to chat you BT and because I'm working with it and has a memory feature on for me, I asked it.
- 45:05[SPEAKER_01]: I said based on what you know about me,
- 45:07[SPEAKER_01]: last year what opportunities did I miss?
- 45:10[SPEAKER_01]: What revenue gaps did I have?
- 45:12[SPEAKER_01]: Where did I leave money on the table under the table on the sides of the table?
- 45:18[SPEAKER_01]: And be honest, be critical, tell me like it is.
- 45:20[SPEAKER_01]: And chat GPT came back and then I said, also tell me if I would have done it, what would the end result have been?
- 45:27[SPEAKER_01]: and it evaluated you know because it's got all the information that I did and then it told me everywhere that I left money on the table, the revenue gaps, the opportunities and what it could have been if I went all in it because Chatchee PD so nice it says but you can do
- 45:43[SPEAKER_01]: to do this, and then I said great, create a game plan for me so that everything that I missed last year, I will zone in on this year and then it gave me my projections, what that would mean to me.
- 45:57[SPEAKER_01]: And I got excited.
- 45:58[SPEAKER_01]: And so a lot of people aren't using it as an advisor or a business strategist.
- 46:03[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, they might be asking questions.
- 46:05[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, they might be working with it to get things done.
- 46:08[SPEAKER_01]: but it knows more about you than you think.
- 46:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 46:10[SPEAKER_01]: And if you feel like it doesn't, you can go to chat GBT and say, I would like for you to get to know me like really well.
- 46:17[SPEAKER_01]: Ask me 20 questions to create a personal intelligence blueprint about myself that you can save into your memory and use for everything we're going to do any rather good.
- 46:26[SPEAKER_01]: So it will ask you these 20 questions and you answer the 20 questions and then you tell chat to B.T.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_01]: Remember to save it in your memory and it will say memory updated at the end.
- 46:38[SPEAKER_01]: So you see it actually working in same memory updated and you're like, what now I have this memory and then especially for the author that you work with and as your team works with authors, one of the things that I like to do is have chat to B.T.
- 46:52[SPEAKER_01]: create a story repository.
- 46:54[SPEAKER_01]: So to get to know you even better, so I'm like, I would like for you, if you tell chat you be to, I would like for you to create a story repository for me, help me to uncover the best stories that I could incorporate into my book, into my sales copy, into my course, whatever.
- 47:09[SPEAKER_01]: And then, Chatchee BT will ask you 20 questions, tell me a time in your childhood when, tell me a time probably a lot of the questions you ask your authors to pull out stories.
- 47:18[SPEAKER_01]: Tell me a time.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_01]: So, how did you overcome this?
- 47:22[SPEAKER_01]: What was your favorite childhood memory?
- 47:24[SPEAKER_01]: So it's going to ask you all these questions.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_01]: You press that dictate button so you can just talk it out and then it will save all those stories in Chatchee BT's memory.
- 47:33[SPEAKER_01]: And it, you say, okay, now save all those stories in your memory.
- 47:36[SPEAKER_01]: I'll save memory updated.
- 47:38[SPEAKER_01]: And now when you're like, write an article about me and whatever, it will pull in those stories, it will pull in what it knows about you.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_01]: And now this is when you are way here compared to everybody else in AI.
- 47:51[SPEAKER_01]: Because you're a chatGBT and you could do this on Clotter Gemini as well.
- 47:55[SPEAKER_01]: But because it now knows so much about you.
- 47:57[SPEAKER_01]: So think about,
- 47:59[SPEAKER_01]: how you can use AI to really benefit and then before you do that I always tell people understand the terms and conditions of the tools that you're using and make sure that you have your security settings that I'm properly so in chat GPT there's two things when you go into your settings.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_01]: you're going to click on security right here.
- 48:19[SPEAKER_01]: And when you click on security, set up your multi-factor authentication.
- 48:23[SPEAKER_01]: This just keeps it to where you'll have an authenticator app on your phone.
- 48:26[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 48:27[SPEAKER_01]: Like I use Google Authenticator.
- 48:29[SPEAKER_01]: And when you try to get into Chatchee BT on another device, it's going to say it needs the code from the authenticator app.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_01]: So nobody else can get into your Chatchee BT because, you know, your Chatchee BT's got goodness in it.
- 48:41[SPEAKER_01]: You don't want somebody trying to get in it.
- 48:43[SPEAKER_01]: And then the next button is data controls, which is right above security.
- 48:47[SPEAKER_01]: And where it says, improve the model for everyone, you just want to turn this off.
- 48:52[SPEAKER_01]: And so this makes sure that your stories and all that doesn't get saved up into Chatchee BT.
- 48:58[SPEAKER_01]: unless you wanted it to, right?
- 49:00[SPEAKER_01]: If you wanted to leave that on, but you don't really want your information being used to train the model, unless we're talking about, you know, teaching the AI about you so that it can push information to other users about you.
- 49:13[SPEAKER_01]: So it is a use case for it, but in most cases you want to turn it off.
- 49:17[SPEAKER_01]: And then once you do that, now you go to chat you BT and use it as your business advisor and do that.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_01]: So you've got the security settings problem.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_05]: Wow, so, so if you say you said you said become your intelligent advisor.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_01]: So it's like a person.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_01]: So become your strategic business advisor.
- 49:35[SPEAKER_01]: So that's the role.
- 49:36[SPEAKER_01]: So you tell it to actually be key to take on the role.
- 49:38[SPEAKER_01]: Act is my strategic business advisor.
- 49:40[SPEAKER_01]: But then you ask it to create like your personal intelligence blueprint.
- 49:44[SPEAKER_05]: That's yeah.
- 49:44[SPEAKER_05]: Hold on, say it again.
- 49:44[SPEAKER_05]: Say it again.
- 49:45[SPEAKER_05]: Say it again.
- 49:46[SPEAKER_01]: personal intelligence blueprint, right?
- 49:49[SPEAKER_05]: So I want you to act as my business fatigious and create a personal intelligence blueprint for me, based on what you know about me, please give me 20 questions that I can answer to give you everything you need to know about me, correct?
- 50:09[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I got ADHD.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_05]: So I said, you know, I'm doing this right now, because that's the aha moment for me because I literally, from everything.
- 50:19[SPEAKER_05]: So, you know, you know, one of the things that I'm gonna do in God's will, in this lifetime is build the $100 billion business.
- 50:26[SPEAKER_05]: And so I've had late nights with Chad GBT like I this is what we're going to do with the empire looks like things that so it knows what I what my desires are But there's parts that I don't think chat knows and I can know how to feed it right and that's how you feed it.
- 50:45[SPEAKER_01]: But then you have to remember after you are working with it on a, you tell it to save that information into a memory.
- 50:48[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 50:48[SPEAKER_01]: And I know that you use cloth as well.
- 50:49[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 50:49[SPEAKER_01]: So you can tell chat GPT and it won't get jealous.
- 50:50[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 50:50[SPEAKER_01]: You're like, I would like to use cloth.
- 50:51[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 50:51[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:51[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:53[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 50:53[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 50:53[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 50:53[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 50:53[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 50:53[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 50:53[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 50:53[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:57[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:57[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:57[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:57[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:57[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:57[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:57[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:58[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:58[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:58[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:58[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:58[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:58[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 51:02[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 51:02[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 51:02[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 51:02[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 51:02[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 51:02[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 51:02[SPEAKER_01]: You're like, Chachy BT, I love you so much, but I'd like to use Claude today.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_01]: Could you give me a document that I can give to Claude to get to know about me, based on what you know about me?
- 51:13[SPEAKER_01]: I need you to bring Claude up to speed.
- 51:14[SPEAKER_01]: Really, really, really, please.
- 51:16[SPEAKER_01]: And thank you.
- 51:17[SPEAKER_01]: And then Chachy BT will give you a long output of who you are.
- 51:21[SPEAKER_01]: that you can upload to Claude and you'd be like, Claude, you don't know a lot about me, but here's what Chatchee BT knows about me that I want you to learn about me and save it into your memory because Claude now has a memory function.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_01]: And so it will Chatchee BT will create that blueprint about you, like your personal profile that you can give to other tools too, so you can use other tools and then keep moving quick.
- 51:42[SPEAKER_05]: And that's about, I guess my other question for you is, should I be using Gemina?
- 51:48[SPEAKER_05]: Because what you just said about it being able, I could give it videos and it could like, I mean, as a podcast, right?
- 51:55[SPEAKER_05]: Like, like, your show did 100,000 and then I'll have a show that does 300.
- 52:01[SPEAKER_05]: And so, could I?
- 52:03[SPEAKER_05]: up low your show up low the 300 show and say please tell me why this show didn't perform like a I mean obviously nothing's gonna perform like a leasing you clean it clean it Yeah, but could you at least you know right right right
- 52:18[SPEAKER_01]: So, absolutely.
- 52:19[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I use AI for everything.
- 52:22[SPEAKER_01]: But yes, you could upload the video and ask it.
- 52:24[SPEAKER_01]: I went back and uploaded the YouTube video that we did.
- 52:27[SPEAKER_01]: And I said, remind me of what we did and talked about, so I don't repeat or, you know, and so also look at the comments and see what people love the most so that I can maybe revisit some of those things.
- 52:38[SPEAKER_01]: So then it will review all of that.
- 52:39[SPEAKER_01]: So we're using it to win.
- 52:41[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 52:41[SPEAKER_01]: Like we're using it to help us because
- 52:43[SPEAKER_01]: If I had to go back to the video myself or read the transcript, it would take a lot longer than AI doing it for me and being able to analyze the comments gives me insight into what people liked and what they didn't like or what they were confused about or where we need to dig deeper.
- 52:58[SPEAKER_01]: So we're really using AI to win.
- 53:00[SPEAKER_05]: And Gemini is Google, Google, Google right YouTube.
- 53:03[SPEAKER_05]: So it's already within a family.
- 53:05[SPEAKER_01]: And then because Gemini, I just give you another use case of Gemini, we're talking a lot about being your assistant because Gemini is connected to my Gmail every morning, so automatically because I asked it to Gemini gives me a daily briefing on my day and then gives me insights into everything that's happening for the day.
- 53:31[SPEAKER_01]: So that I'm using it as an assistant who would normally give me a daily briefing, but now I'm just getting it from Gemini.
- 53:37[SPEAKER_01]: And it does it automatically every morning.
- 53:39[SPEAKER_01]: So, but yes, Gemini is good for creating graphics and infographics and analyzing videos, but chat you'd be tea's good at analyzing video too, but chat also got in and I want you to explain that a little bit because I didn't know that.
- 53:52[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I also chat got so much better with image, though, the last time.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_03]: That's how we talk.
- 53:57[SPEAKER_05]: It was like, okay.
- 53:59[SPEAKER_05]: You ever go, hey, but right now, it's great.
- 54:02[SPEAKER_01]: You know, a lot of graphic designers are incredible.
- 54:05[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, they are.
- 54:05[SPEAKER_01]: And here's the thing is that all these tools are competing with each other.
- 54:08[SPEAKER_01]: So they're the competition between them makes it better for us entrepreneurs because it's like update today, update tomorrow.
- 54:15[SPEAKER_01]: And you'll see these updates and you're like, oh, Gemini, I just updated.
- 54:19[SPEAKER_01]: And you just wait, wait, wait.
- 54:20[SPEAKER_01]: And you're like, oh, look at Chetchie, MET images is now better.
- 54:23[SPEAKER_01]: So the competition between them makes it amazing for us entrepreneurs and business owners that are using these tools.
- 54:30[SPEAKER_01]: And then like you said, graphic designers watch out.
- 54:33[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 54:33[SPEAKER_01]: Well, if you think about it, there's a lot of entrepreneurs and small business owners who could not afford a graphic designer on their team right now.
- 54:42[SPEAKER_01]: Like they couldn't pay the, let's say 80 grand a year to have a graphic designer on their team.
- 54:47[SPEAKER_01]: Now they have one with a $20 a month chat GBT account.
- 54:50[SPEAKER_01]: You can create a lot with a free Gemini account.
- 54:53[SPEAKER_01]: So what we talked about no excuses before for for us.
- 54:56[SPEAKER_01]: There are no excuses like for real.
- 54:58[SPEAKER_01]: There are no excuses.
- 55:00[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 55:00[SPEAKER_01]: One of the things I love about chat GBT is on your phone.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_01]: Like if you click on that.
- 55:06[SPEAKER_01]: The circle at the end, the black circle with the white waveform in it with the updated chatgbt if you've updated the app, it has a camera in it now and you can click on the camera and then you can ask it anything about anything in this room or was it my laptop and it will tell you what to do.
- 55:26[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm using it for troubleshooting.
- 55:28[SPEAKER_01]: So I had a problem with my Google ads account, right?
- 55:31[SPEAKER_01]: So open up my phone, chat to B.T.
- 55:34[SPEAKER_01]: put it there and I said, I can't get passes trouble on my Google ad to count and tell me exactly what's a click, what's to do everything and walk to me through it.
- 55:42[SPEAKER_01]: So it's using its knowledge base where you'd have to call a Google ads account expert.
- 55:47[SPEAKER_01]: It's using its knowledge base on what it knows to get me through the problems.
- 55:50[SPEAKER_01]: So where your bottlenecks are, where your problems are, there's an AI tool that more than likely can help you to get through it.
- 55:58[SPEAKER_01]: You just have to know how to use it.
- 56:00[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 56:00[SPEAKER_05]: And so humans will always sell sabotage.
- 56:05[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 56:05[SPEAKER_05]: because even as I hear you talk, I notice somebody right now listening like, this all sounds too good to be true.
- 56:13[SPEAKER_05]: I'll say this like, and we talk about fun, I love AI right now because it has allowed me to, like, my life is fun, right?
- 56:27[SPEAKER_05]: Like I wake up in the morning and I go play basketball.
- 56:31[SPEAKER_05]: I go, like all the time that I'm saving, that I'm saving so I'm saving so much time that I can play basketball, I can work out, I pick up my kids, I drop my kids off at school, I get to pick them up, I get to spend time on my wife, like there's so much things that I can do throughout my day and still maintain my income, right.
- 56:53[SPEAKER_05]: Right, where normally I would have to give 60, 80 hours a way of working to do that, so it's made it fun.
- 57:01[SPEAKER_05]: But what do you say to the skeptic, right?
- 57:04[SPEAKER_05]: The person who is like right now, they're watching, and they're hearing you, they're seeing, in real time, how you just, you just saved me a bunch of money, so it's in a guy go.
- 57:14[SPEAKER_05]: But you just saved me a bunch of money because,
- 57:19[SPEAKER_05]: Just a little bit, and I mean, I don't mean it by little bit, because it's been a lot.
- 57:25[SPEAKER_02]: Right, right.
- 57:26[SPEAKER_05]: But just a little that you gave me that's a lot, this moment is going to dramatically impact my income.
- 57:34[SPEAKER_05]: And so I'm a believer, and I can imagine what I'm gonna learn at the summit, but to the skeptic out there, like what do you say to that person?
- 57:44[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so I think everybody would agree that we all want to work smarter, not harder.
- 57:48[SPEAKER_01]: But if you don't agree with that, then AI is not for you.
- 57:52[SPEAKER_01]: If you prefer to work harder than smarter, then don't get into AI.
- 57:56[SPEAKER_01]: But if you're that person who says, yeah, I do want to work smarter.
- 57:59[SPEAKER_01]: I do want to spend more time doing the things that I love.
- 58:02[SPEAKER_01]: I do want to be happier.
- 58:03[SPEAKER_01]: I do want to take the creativity in my head and in my heart and make something out of it.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_01]: Then AI is for you.
- 58:09[SPEAKER_01]: That's the bottom line.
- 58:11[SPEAKER_01]: So if you prefer hard work,
- 58:14[SPEAKER_01]: Right, and you prefer to not be the smart one when it comes to getting things done, then don't open any AI tool, but I love to tell people it's about leverage because what you just talked about the examples that you gave you were leveraging a tool.
- 58:30[SPEAKER_01]: to maximize and get back your time and maximize the things that you wanted to do.
- 58:36[SPEAKER_01]: So it's about leverage, really.
- 58:38[SPEAKER_01]: And we have seen so many tools in the tech revolution, right?
- 58:42[SPEAKER_01]: So many tools come in and out of our life.
- 58:44[SPEAKER_01]: Are you still using a flip phone?
- 58:46[SPEAKER_01]: Are you still using what was that phone that had all the little buttons on it?
- 58:50[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 58:51[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, like the two eight, the side.
- 58:53[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, like yeah, like those old ones.
- 58:54[SPEAKER_01]: You still have a beeper or you're using a smartphone.
- 58:57[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 58:57[SPEAKER_01]: If you still have a beeper, AI is not for
- 58:58[SPEAKER_05]: Blackberry too.
- 59:00[SPEAKER_01]: Blackberry, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 59:23[SPEAKER_01]: this is how I can benefit from it, then they're like, let's go and let's dive into this.
- 59:28[SPEAKER_01]: So it's about the leverage that you talked about and then I like to show people how to do things and I'm like, pace this prompt and see what results you get back.
- 59:37[SPEAKER_01]: Why in the world?
- 59:40[SPEAKER_01]: And that gets people excited.
- 59:41[SPEAKER_05]: What does life look like?
- 59:43[SPEAKER_05]: with everybody embracing AI in the right way.
- 59:47[SPEAKER_01]: Good question.
- 59:48[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I'm picturing life in the near future, being instead of us doing the work, like what you just talked about, instead of us doing the work, we're managing AI that does the work, right?
- 59:57[SPEAKER_01]: We're watching the AI that does the work and giving the AI the assignment.
- 1:00:01[SPEAKER_01]: So the 40 hour work week that most people are used to, now becomes the 10 to 20 hour work week we're we're managing AI.
- 1:00:10[SPEAKER_01]: We're getting into a time.
- 1:00:11[SPEAKER_01]: time right now like there's so much that AI does for me that I just go back and manage and see what it's doing and make sure that it's doing the right things that it's the people that are that are leaning in that know how to use AI that are going to have the best life, the highest income, make the biggest impact in the world, make the best change.
- 1:00:32[SPEAKER_01]: So we're stepping into a time when work is going to be completely different and we're already seeing those changes.
- 1:00:39[SPEAKER_01]: But we're seeing two companies that so for the person out there this looking to get a job companies are not hiring people that are not AI literate So a lot of the corporations that I work with they're asking me how do I make sure that my new hire really knows how to use AI?
- 1:00:54[SPEAKER_01]: They just didn't put AI skills because we don't want to hire anybody that doesn't know how to use AI, right?
- 1:00:59[SPEAKER_01]: So they're really saying, our new hires, they have to use AI.
- 1:01:03[SPEAKER_01]: The, as people hire agencies and business owners, is that business owner using AI to get my work done?
- 1:01:10[SPEAKER_01]: Because I want the best results, right?
- 1:01:12[SPEAKER_01]: So they're leaning all into making sure that people want to work with business owners that are using AI companies want to hire people who are, who AI literate.
- 1:01:21[SPEAKER_01]: So we're really leaning into that time when it's not optional.
- 1:01:26[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:01:26[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:01:26[SPEAKER_05]: Not optional.
- 1:01:28[SPEAKER_05]: Um, I had, I had a guess one time who told me to, um, you know, to, to use this in my show and I've used it and it's been excellent.
- 1:01:39[SPEAKER_05]: Um, and, and, and I'm something to ask you, uh, is there any question that you wanted me to ask that I've been asking.
- 1:01:46[SPEAKER_05]: And you were that guess by the way.
- 1:01:49[SPEAKER_01]: you're so funny.
- 1:01:51[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, maybe ask me about, you know, that person who wants to start like well, it should be what should be like the first thing that they should do.
- 1:02:01[SPEAKER_05]: Perfect, right?
- 1:02:02[SPEAKER_05]: So somebody's watching right now and they're excited.
- 1:02:05[SPEAKER_05]: They want to start, but what is the first thing that they should be doing?
- 1:02:09[SPEAKER_01]: the way you did so good with that.
- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_01]: That was great.
- 1:02:11[SPEAKER_01]: That was great.
- 1:02:12[SPEAKER_01]: So the first thing that they should do is just get an AI tool like pick one tool, check your PT easy, the free version if you haven't started and find one problem that you have in your life and ask it to solve it.
- 1:02:22[SPEAKER_01]: I don't care how easy the problem is because once you do that you will
- 1:02:26[SPEAKER_01]: Then say, oh, what else can I do with AI?
- 1:02:29[SPEAKER_01]: You don't know what to cook tonight.
- 1:02:30[SPEAKER_01]: Open your refrigerator, open your freezer, your pantry, and your spice cabinet, take pictures and tell AI.
- 1:02:36[SPEAKER_01]: This is what I've got, and I need a meal for four, and I want to prepare it in under 30 minutes.
- 1:02:41[SPEAKER_01]: Create the recipe for me, show me what the plate should look like at the end, and boom, it's done.
- 1:02:46[SPEAKER_01]: And you're like, what if I could do that?
- 1:02:49[SPEAKER_01]: What else could I do?
- 1:02:50[SPEAKER_01]: So learn how to use it, get excited about it, and then just say, I need to focus right now on how I can benefit from AI.
- 1:02:58[SPEAKER_01]: And when you start to shift your mindset to how can I benefit, how can my family and my loved ones or, you know, if it's a company, how can my company benefit from AI?
- 1:03:08[SPEAKER_01]: How can I build the $100 million business that I want to do right now?
- 1:03:12[SPEAKER_01]: Then you start to lean in, you say,
- 1:03:14[SPEAKER_01]: Last year I made $100,000 this year I want to make a million dollars.
- 1:03:18[SPEAKER_01]: What information do you need for me to create my strategic plan to get me there?
- 1:03:23[SPEAKER_01]: Presco.
- 1:03:24[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:03:25[SPEAKER_01]: It will outline.
- 1:03:26[SPEAKER_01]: It'll ask you some questions first.
- 1:03:27[SPEAKER_01]: How did you make that 100,000?
- 1:03:29[SPEAKER_01]: What are your offers?
- 1:03:29[SPEAKER_01]: Give it all the information, boom, you've got your plan.
- 1:03:33[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 1:03:33[SPEAKER_01]: And then you're like, what?
- 1:03:35[SPEAKER_01]: What?
- 1:03:35[SPEAKER_01]: I can really get there.
- 1:03:36[SPEAKER_01]: You start to see what's possible.
- 1:03:38[SPEAKER_01]: When you see what's possible, you're all in.
- 1:03:40[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:03:41[SPEAKER_05]: How do you help the person who has the drive?
- 1:03:50[SPEAKER_05]: They want to use it, but could potentially be overwhelmed, right?
- 1:03:56[SPEAKER_05]: So I don't have this issue, but I do know my fellow, you know ADHD,
- 1:04:08[SPEAKER_05]: it could be overwhelming right so you get all this information you get the how to this is where I need to start things of that nature but but just a nature of ADHD is just like you you get paralyzed sometimes right so how do
- 1:04:25[SPEAKER_05]: help that person, right?
- 1:04:26[SPEAKER_05]: Because I know, I mean, I have this problem a little bit, but I go on a rabbit hole.
- 1:04:33[SPEAKER_05]: I have all of these different ideas, all of these different things, and then I might, I'm stuck.
- 1:04:38[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 1:04:38[SPEAKER_05]: So I didn't help that.
- 1:04:39[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 1:04:39[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, overwhelmed and also doing a lot of thing multitasking with AI is not uncommon.
- 1:04:45[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I'm known for having 50 tabs open in each window.
- 1:04:49[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:04:49[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 1:04:50[SPEAKER_01]: And on my computers.
- 1:04:51[SPEAKER_01]: and jumping from thought to thought, but even how do I say organizer, how does somebody say organized and excited about it?
- 1:04:57[SPEAKER_01]: It's just really mapping out what you could do with AI and how you need to get there.
- 1:05:02[SPEAKER_01]: And then taking a deep breath and then asking AI for a plan.
- 1:05:06[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, I have one hour a day, that's it to play with you.
- 1:05:10[SPEAKER_01]: what do I need to do in that one hour to become more AI literate?
- 1:05:14[SPEAKER_01]: What do I need to do in that one hour to increase my business?
- 1:05:18[SPEAKER_01]: And it will give you a game plan.
- 1:05:19[SPEAKER_01]: Make me a game plan for the next 30 days.
- 1:05:21[SPEAKER_01]: Keep me on task.
- 1:05:23[SPEAKER_01]: You can even tell chat you PT agent to put that time on your calendar for you.
- 1:05:26[SPEAKER_01]: So in our consultant program to service our customers who have ADHD, we have two nights a week where they can come on to a silent study hall.
- 1:05:35[SPEAKER_01]: They just come on because they need to put study time on their calendar.
- 1:05:39[SPEAKER_01]: So they come on.
- 1:05:40[SPEAKER_01]: They check in.
- 1:05:41[SPEAKER_01]: They're there.
- 1:05:41[SPEAKER_01]: They're working.
- 1:05:42[SPEAKER_01]: We've got a moderator just watching them.
- 1:05:44[SPEAKER_01]: And that while they're working, but you can get catchy BT that even put it on your calendar for you, or Gemini because Gemini's connected to your Google Calendar, put this time that I need to study AI on my calendar.
- 1:05:57[SPEAKER_01]: So the overwhelm can be real, but and this is why I like to teach AI and I just say, I do these summits once a month, come on to summit because I spend a lot of time mapping out and I test hundreds of tools.
- 1:06:10[SPEAKER_01]: to give you the five best and the best ways to use them and the prompts.
- 1:06:14[SPEAKER_01]: So you get, you get like the easy road to really learning AI and integrating it into your life by watching me help you to integrate it.
- 1:06:24[SPEAKER_01]: Everything I do is workshop style because that's how people learn the best in most cases.
- 1:06:30[SPEAKER_01]: So if you can at least spend the time coming to my summit, then you're going to
- 1:06:37[SPEAKER_01]: You know, you're going to get the hands on advice, but that's why I do it because the amount of people that I run into, that's like, oh, I heard that you teach AI.
- 1:06:45[SPEAKER_01]: I don't even know where to start or I have all of this on my computer.
- 1:06:49[SPEAKER_01]: I have accounts with three places, but I don't even know what to type in.
- 1:06:53[SPEAKER_01]: So I say, let me show you what to type in.
- 1:06:55[SPEAKER_01]: Just copy and paste people of copy and paint copy and fancy and see how it works for you.
- 1:07:00[SPEAKER_01]: And then they're like, oh, that wasn't so hard.
- 1:07:02[SPEAKER_01]: This is exciting.
- 1:07:04[SPEAKER_01]: Now I can't sleep most common thing.
- 1:07:06[SPEAKER_01]: I will not get any sleep tonight, so if you will say all right and so so many use cases for it for people take it one day at a time be excited about what to had for you in the future Take that overwhelm and transform form that into excitement and possibility and say wow this is what's possible for me if I go all in yeah
- 1:07:25[SPEAKER_05]: not love it.
- 1:07:26[SPEAKER_05]: I love it.
- 1:07:26[SPEAKER_05]: Listen, y'all, y'all got to join the AI business summit.
- 1:07:30[SPEAKER_05]: I'm putting the link in the description.
- 1:07:32[SPEAKER_05]: So just click on the link.
- 1:07:34[SPEAKER_05]: Make sure you are joined any last words that you want to, you know, words of wisdom.
- 1:07:38[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, you, you're going to give them a lot because it's what three days.
- 1:07:41[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, three days.
- 1:07:42[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:07:42[SPEAKER_01]: So it's three days and we have, as you said, an amazing lineup of speakers,
- 1:07:47[SPEAKER_01]: for day one, I do a lot of hands on activity.
- 1:07:50[SPEAKER_01]: So my advice is always to be on your computer during the summit.
- 1:07:54[SPEAKER_01]: And then I always say that friends don't let friends get left behind in the AI revolution.
- 1:07:59[SPEAKER_01]: There is not a friend or a family member that I have not pulled in, made sure they're getting certified and trained.
- 1:08:05[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not leaving anyone behind.
- 1:08:07[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm telling people do the same.
- 1:08:09[SPEAKER_01]: There's somebody you love, make sure they do not get left behind in this AI revolution.
- 1:08:17[SPEAKER_01]: to just test a tool or two, and if they're not listening to you, tell them to come on this summit and learn there because it's important for us to make sure that we're pulling along others with us.
- 1:08:29[SPEAKER_01]: That's what we should be doing.
- 1:08:30[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:08:31[SPEAKER_05]: I love it.
- 1:08:31[SPEAKER_05]: I love it.
- 1:08:32[SPEAKER_05]: The queen of AI, Alicia Littles, is in the building.
- 1:08:36[SPEAKER_05]: Make sure you're tapping the AI business summit.
- 1:08:40[SPEAKER_05]: If someone wants to connect with you, where we can find you.
- 1:08:43[SPEAKER_01]: Sure, so I'm easy to find on social media, A-L-I-C-I-A-L-Y-T-T-L-E on Instagram and on LinkedIn, the two places I'm most active, and then I'm super active during the summit.
- 1:08:54[SPEAKER_01]: So come on to the summit, and I will see you there.
- 1:08:56[SPEAKER_01]: We'll be chatting with each other in the chat.
- 1:08:59[SPEAKER_01]: So it's very interactive session that we have going on, and I'm excited about it.
- 1:09:02[SPEAKER_01]: So I'll see you there.
- 1:09:03[SPEAKER_05]: All right, y'all, look, we are closing out the vault.
- 1:09:07[SPEAKER_05]: Another awesome episode of Inside The Vault with Ashcast.
- 1:09:10[SPEAKER_05]: I promise you, between this episode and the first episode, you got a lot of information.
- 1:09:15[SPEAKER_05]: And then you add the AI business summit, I promise you, if you do not reach your dreams, your goals, your aspirations.
- 1:09:23[SPEAKER_05]: This year,
- 1:09:24[SPEAKER_05]: ass on you because every tool and some not even like this tools that she's going to teach you that you didn't even think you needed.
- 1:09:33[SPEAKER_05]: That's going to help you excel where you're going.
- 1:09:36[SPEAKER_05]: So if you don't do it this year, that's on you because not only are we giving you the information, we're also giving you the tools.
