- 1:34Speaker 2: You can also do that if I can subscribe on
- 1:37Speaker 2: the YouTube. All right, here we go one of the
- 1:42Speaker 2: greatest texting while driving stories I have ever heard. I've
- 1:45Speaker 2: been following it all week, and other things have pushed
- 1:48Speaker 2: it to the back burner, but not today. Today we
- 1:52Speaker 2: are going to talk deeply and stupidly about texting while
- 1:57Speaker 2: driving and what state is better suited for this than Florida.
- 2:02Speaker 2: Case in Point A, Florida, sheriff's deputy, as part of
- 2:07Speaker 2: an operation to come back texting while driving, pulled over
- 2:11Speaker 2: a woman for what he said was texting while driving
- 2:15Speaker 2: with her right hand. However, there was a major issue
- 2:20Speaker 2: with this stop.
- 2:21Speaker 4: Hey, good morning, I know where get said with the
- 2:23Speaker 4: pumps kind of shares office. There's the way you're being
- 2:25Speaker 4: pulled over in the city of Labors today we're doing
- 2:27Speaker 4: an operation for the stricted driver and you drove past
- 2:29Speaker 4: me holding the phone with right hand populated that phone.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Uh oh. This is the greatest police officer citizen interaction
- 2:41Speaker 2: I have ever witnessed, and I have seen a lot. Okay, ma'am,
- 2:46Speaker 2: I pulled you over because I saw you texting with
- 2:50Speaker 2: your right hand while driving. And then she casually raises
- 2:54Speaker 2: her right arm, which doesn't have a hand. No, he's
- 2:59Speaker 2: an empty she is an amputee. So unless Florida has
- 3:04Speaker 2: a law on the books that says no nubbing while driving,
- 3:07Speaker 2: I think he should let her go. But this is
- 3:11Speaker 2: Palm Beach County, Florida, and apparently their deputies don't let go.
- 3:20Speaker 2: So she raises her hand and builds it back down,
- 3:23Speaker 2: said so obviously not obviously I was not texting and driving.
- 3:27Speaker 2: But this is where deputy doubles down.
- 3:30Speaker 5: So you want to call this a day. I don't
- 3:33Speaker 5: want to call a day.
- 3:33Speaker 3: You had a hand on money, I thought.
- 3:36Speaker 6: I can't believe this deputy is refusing, refusing to back
- 3:47Speaker 6: down on this, even after she showed.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Him her missing hand, not her missing hand, but the
- 3:52Speaker 2: fact she doesn't have a hand.
- 3:57Speaker 3: In his defense, we are hang.
- 4:00Speaker 2: On, start that sentence over. I want to make sure
- 4:02Speaker 2: this audio is good and clear.
- 4:03Speaker 1: In his defense, we are on the heels of a
- 4:07Speaker 1: story about a quadruple amputee shooting somebody.
- 4:13Speaker 3: So you know things have okay, all right, you know what?
- 4:17Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, I had not thought about that.
- 4:21Speaker 1: And that guy, that guy could climb a tree and
- 4:23Speaker 1: shoot a gun and and and play.
- 4:25Speaker 3: Cornhole, So.
- 4:28Speaker 2: Championship corn hole, he's not he's he's just not a
- 4:31Speaker 2: He's not just a hobbyist. He's not on vacation at
- 4:33Speaker 2: the beach doing something, or he's not doing it on
- 4:35Speaker 2: the shore of a lake. I mean he's out there
- 4:38Speaker 2: champion corn holing.
- 4:39Speaker 3: Nor is he the bag?
- 4:41Speaker 2: Okay, thank you?
- 4:42Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 4:43Speaker 2: Also see we're full of hard hitting information outside the treehouse.
- 4:51Speaker 2: Is it Dustin Weber or Dayton Weber was his name?
- 4:54Speaker 3: His name?
- 4:55Speaker 2: So he rose to fame, not on his own two legs,
- 5:00Speaker 2: but he rose to fame because he is a quadruple
- 5:04Speaker 2: amputee and became a champion cornhole player. Then then he
- 5:13Speaker 2: murdered a guy and we all wondered how, And then
- 5:18Speaker 2: all these videos come out of him shooting guns with
- 5:21Speaker 2: his nubs, and then that my favorite video is the
- 5:24Speaker 2: one where he's doing cocaine and he takes a rifle
- 5:29Speaker 2: and manages to fire it out of a window at night. So, Trey,
- 5:36Speaker 2: you do bring up a valid point. Maybe this lady
- 5:40Speaker 2: can text with that nub. Ye you never know.
- 5:46Speaker 3: I just I.
- 5:52Speaker 2: Unless she had a fake hand that she can use,
- 5:55Speaker 2: and when she got pulled over, she chucked it into
- 5:57Speaker 2: the back seat and he didn't see it. I think
- 6:01Speaker 2: this is not going to go anywhere.
- 6:05Speaker 3: You did not and to got you to have.
- 6:07Speaker 2: Oney had Really, dude, Now I feel like this is
- 6:14Speaker 2: just him hosing us. Mm hmm, it's got to be right. No,
- 6:18Speaker 2: he still issued her a ticket with a fine attached
- 6:23Speaker 2: one hundred and sixteen dollars for using a handheld device
- 6:26Speaker 2: while driving. Mm hmm.
- 6:29Speaker 7: So now she's got to go to court, she's got
- 6:31Speaker 7: to do all that again in front of a judge.
- 6:35Speaker 1: She had, she had to make a public information regarded
- 6:37Speaker 1: to this video, and just absolutely fog that.
- 6:42Speaker 2: Where is this Florida. This is Palm Beach County, Florida,
- 6:46Speaker 2: which I know. I know Palm Beach County, Florida at
- 6:50Speaker 2: least partly encompasses Fort Myers, Florida because uh, Tara and
- 6:54Speaker 2: I were watching a documentary the Last couple of Nights
- 6:57Speaker 2: called Worst x Ever that was based in this area.
- 7:01Speaker 2: So that's how I know that.
- 7:04Speaker 6: Hand of God the other hand to God.
- 7:06Speaker 4: You have one hand.
- 7:09Speaker 2: This is so great. When he says hand to God,
- 7:12Speaker 2: she raises her nub and says hand to God, and
- 7:14Speaker 2: she's like, oh wait. And then he says hand to
- 7:16Speaker 2: God again, and she's like hand and she raises her
- 7:18Speaker 2: left hand, which is actually there saying, hand to god,
- 7:22Speaker 2: I was not texting and driving. And again he doesn't care.
- 7:24Speaker 2: He still is. She's hurt the ticket.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Yeah, this is when when you're too entrenched in your person.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Because clearly he had to know he's gonna lose in
- 7:35Speaker 1: court unless he has video of her somehow, like maybe
- 7:41Speaker 1: with her left hand with a phone otherwise, because he
- 7:48Speaker 1: said had he just said, you were holding a phone texting,
- 7:51Speaker 1: but he had to say the right hand.
- 7:52Speaker 3: I mean, he's.
- 7:54Speaker 2: He really backed himself into a corner here, You're right.
- 7:58Speaker 2: He should have just said, but he didn't know. He
- 8:01Speaker 2: wasn't expecting the surprise of a lifetime when he said,
- 8:05Speaker 2: I saw you're texting with your right hand, and she's like,
- 8:09Speaker 2: what your hindsight, he probably would have said, I pulled
- 8:12Speaker 2: you over for a texting while driving. Had he just
- 8:15Speaker 2: said that, it might have stood a chance. But he
- 8:19Speaker 2: was very specific right hand. He probably pulled over the
- 8:24Speaker 2: one woman in southwest Florida that doesn't have a right
- 8:27Speaker 2: hand for him to say that too. So how did
- 8:31Speaker 2: this all end? What is the disposition of this case?
- 8:35Speaker 2: Because this interaction where the officer pulled her over happened
- 8:37Speaker 2: all the way back in February. So what happened in
- 8:42Speaker 2: this landmark case. Let's go to the young woman and
- 8:46Speaker 2: she'll let us know.
- 8:47Speaker 5: Okay, So we had court this morning and dismissed. So
- 8:52Speaker 5: apparently it was dismissed over the weekend. Yesterday night, when
- 8:55Speaker 5: I went and checked the time to make sure that
- 8:57Speaker 5: I was going to be there on time, all that jazz,
- 9:00Speaker 5: it showed dismissed. But I am not one for taking
- 9:05Speaker 5: a chance. So I went ahead and went to court
- 9:07Speaker 5: this morning and got a handy dandy paper that says
- 9:10Speaker 5: dismiss And you guys, I cannot make up the reason
- 9:13Speaker 5: behind why it was dismissed. It says lack of evidence. Bro,
- 9:21Speaker 5: we knew that already.
- 9:28Speaker 2: Oh beautiful different. I mean, it is the most accurate
- 9:31Speaker 2: box to check if you're going to get a case dismissed.
- 9:33Speaker 2: Lack of it. Well, yeah, we we couldn't. We lost it.
- 9:38Speaker 2: That's we went to the evidence locker.
- 9:40Speaker 3: We didn't find it.
- 9:42Speaker 7: You you, you can't write anything any better than that.
- 9:45Speaker 1: You just and you know a lot of times the
- 9:47Speaker 1: district attorneys, they they see these cases ten minutes before court.
- 9:52Speaker 3: Yeah, and you know, the DA went and looked at.
- 9:56Speaker 2: This and really, yeah, is this deputy dumb? Dumb? And
- 10:04Speaker 2: keep in mind, we are massive supporters of law enforcement
- 10:07Speaker 2: here inside the Treehouse. We we love the men and
- 10:10Speaker 2: women who wear the badge, our first responders, firefighters, police officers,
- 10:16Speaker 2: but we will also tell our friends when they're being dumb.
- 10:19Speaker 2: This is one of those times we expect them to
- 10:21Speaker 2: tell us when we're being dumb, which is easy because
- 10:23Speaker 2: that's most of the time. But when they do it,
- 10:26Speaker 2: you got to be able to call your friends out.
- 10:28Speaker 2: And this is one time where it's like.
- 10:29Speaker 1: I think generally there would be a collective face palm
- 10:32Speaker 1: on this when the minute she resed up her nub,
- 10:38Speaker 1: the copgo should have gone.
- 10:40Speaker 3: Will hell.
- 10:42Speaker 2: B write yourself a ticket for being stupid, apologize and
- 10:49Speaker 2: sulk your ass back to that squad car.
- 10:52Speaker 3: Just another keep this between us.
- 10:56Speaker 7: The worst thing that could have happened is should have
- 10:58Speaker 7: been featured on the you know Christmas party film.
- 11:03Speaker 2: Yeah, this is one of those. This is one of
- 11:05Speaker 2: those times. Had the deputy just owned it, had he
- 11:08Speaker 2: just owned it in the moment instead of doubling, tripling,
- 11:14Speaker 2: quadruple amputeeing his way down on this stupid premise that
- 11:19Speaker 2: she was texting while driving with a right hand that
- 11:21Speaker 2: does not exist. It could have been over, and this
- 11:26Speaker 2: may never have seen the light of day. It might
- 11:30Speaker 2: have just been you know, I don't know how often
- 11:33Speaker 2: these body cams like roll over with the footage. I
- 11:38Speaker 2: don't know if it's twenty four, forty eight hours whatever.
- 11:42Speaker 2: It might have just been gone. You're like, oh, it
- 11:44Speaker 2: was a quick thing. I pulled a lady over. I
- 11:46Speaker 2: thought she was texting while driving. She wasn't. I went
- 11:50Speaker 2: about my day. Boom. There's no story, there's no filings,
- 11:53Speaker 2: there's nothing. At best, she can tell friends at a
- 11:56Speaker 2: dinner party something happened, but there might not be proof
- 11:59Speaker 2: of it. Because he cited her. Then it became a
- 12:03Speaker 2: court thing. And then when it's a court thing, now
- 12:07Speaker 2: that's public information. And that video got out from the
- 12:12Speaker 2: Palm Beach County Sheriff's office. They had to post that.
- 12:17Speaker 2: Mm hmm.
- 12:20Speaker 1: I'm sure there was a record's request for the video,
- 12:23Speaker 1: and I'm sure when they went back and reviewed it
- 12:25Speaker 1: they went.
- 12:27Speaker 2: Yeah, oh, the irony of a face palm when you
- 12:33Speaker 2: pull someone over who doesn't have one, so.
- 12:39Speaker 3: Can only do cover one eye.
- 12:44Speaker 2: That's the only thing missing from this When she said
- 12:46Speaker 2: when she's raising her nub on her right arm, when
- 12:49Speaker 2: he says I saw you texting with your right hand,
- 12:52Speaker 2: she should have said, are you missing an eye? Because
- 12:56Speaker 2: clearly you didn't see that.
- 12:59Speaker 3: That just or she said, give me a hype.
- 13:07Speaker 2: Fist book. That would have been great, just stick it
- 13:13Speaker 2: out the window fib. When he hands her the actual ticket,
- 13:20Speaker 2: she should have reached out with her nub right there.
- 13:26Speaker 3: How about a thumb war.
- 13:30Speaker 2: P knuckle to decide the case. Oh my god, I'm
- 13:35Speaker 2: getting a call from floridaere I really am? They know

- 15:34Speaker 2: turns out the phone call was not the pissed off
- 15:36Speaker 2: Palm Beach County Sheriff's Department. It was DHL letting me
- 15:41Speaker 2: know that a package has been delivered. It's good service,
- 15:44Speaker 2: Thank you, DHL. Jerry, your dad? Your dad only has
- 15:49Speaker 2: one hand as well.
- 15:51Speaker 7: Yes, due to exposure to flonamide in the womb. Okay, yeah,
- 15:56Speaker 7: he's a child with fuldomide. But he's right hands and nub.
- 16:04Speaker 7: Has he ever been pulled over for texting while driving?
- 16:08Speaker 7: I don't know if he's ever been pulled over for that.
- 16:11Speaker 7: I know he's got he must have some kind of
- 16:13Speaker 7: story similar to that. But in his defense, I mean
- 16:18Speaker 7: that nub is fairly dexterous. I mean, how so you
- 16:21Speaker 7: can open a beer can with it, he can hammer
- 16:24Speaker 7: nails with it. It sounds like a good bar trick, right.
- 16:30Speaker 7: If he ever sticks, that's some bitch in your ribs.
- 16:32Speaker 2: You're gonna know it. You know it's a it's it's
- 16:37Speaker 2: it's a handy dandy.
- 16:39Speaker 3: There you go.
- 16:40Speaker 2: Well, I'm glad he's been able to make the most
- 16:42Speaker 2: out of an unfortunate situation. It's like what it sounds like,
- 16:47Speaker 2: what he makes up for not being able to grab
- 16:49Speaker 2: he makes up for with, you know, blunt force. Yeah,
- 16:57Speaker 2: in that case, good for him, and I'm glad that
- 16:59Speaker 2: you don't have that problem, So thumbs up, sorry to you.
- 17:05Speaker 2: All right, let's jump into birthdays. Today is Thursday, June fourth,
- 17:09Speaker 2: twenty twenty six. Birthdays today. Oh this is a man.
- 17:14Speaker 2: It's a busy day, all right. Angelina Joe Lee is
- 17:17Speaker 2: fifty one today. Oscar winning actress known for Tomb Raider,
- 17:22Speaker 2: Mister and Missus Smith, and to some degree Maleficent, at
- 17:25Speaker 2: least according to the Prep Service. Mister and Missus Smith,
- 17:28Speaker 2: by the way, is the film where she and Brad
- 17:30Speaker 2: Pitt hooked up while Brad Pitt was still with Jennifer Anderston.
- 17:33Speaker 2: And my wife has still not forgiven Angelina Jolie for that.
- 17:39Speaker 2: I don't know about anybody else, but to be fair,
- 17:46Speaker 2: and I feel bad for Jennifer Aniston. But if you're
- 17:50Speaker 2: gonna lose a man, I mean, Angelina Joe Lee is like,
- 17:55Speaker 2: I got a certain point, you gotta be like I
- 17:58Speaker 2: get it.
- 18:00Speaker 3: M Yeah, Tune Raider or if you really want to go.
- 18:05Speaker 2: Uh.
- 18:06Speaker 3: She was in a movie and it was Gia Rolls.
- 18:10Speaker 2: Yeah, it is Gia Karnji mm hmmm.
- 18:13Speaker 3: She was just she was smoking hot, I mean otherworldly
- 18:20Speaker 3: mm hmm.
- 18:22Speaker 2: Like absolutely. I'm trying to think if there are any competitors.
- 18:30Speaker 2: This is a really weird hypothetical, but if aliens came
- 18:34Speaker 2: down and said give us, not give us, but show
- 18:37Speaker 2: us your most beautiful version of yourselves, what is the
- 18:42Speaker 2: most beautiful person of humanity? It would probably be late nineties,
- 18:49Speaker 2: early two thousands, turn of the century, Angelina Jolie and
- 18:53Speaker 2: I don't know, at least on the female side, I
- 18:55Speaker 2: don't know who else you could draw on to compete.
- 19:02Speaker 1: M I pure hotness, like Jennifer Anderson was cute, I
- 19:07Speaker 1: mean like, I mean beautiful, but more on the cute side.
- 19:10Speaker 1: There was just something sultry about Angelina.
- 19:15Speaker 2: Jo Lee that there's an X factor there. There's there's
- 19:19Speaker 2: some sort of equality you can't quite put your finger on,
- 19:22Speaker 2: especially us. There's no way we're going to there. There
- 19:26Speaker 2: it is.
- 19:26Speaker 3: That's it.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Yeah, Yeah, it's the crazy hot matrix right tray off
- 19:32Speaker 2: the scale. He's the apex of both, which we all learned,
- 19:37Speaker 2: by the way, with when she was with Billy Bob
- 19:39Speaker 2: Thornton and they were talking about I think it was
- 19:41Speaker 2: before the MTV Movie Awards or something before award show.
- 19:46Speaker 2: They're on the red carpet talking about how they like
- 19:49Speaker 2: they were in the after glow. They were talking about
- 19:51Speaker 2: how they just left in the limo right before showing up.
- 19:55Speaker 2: You could tell because they were all sorts of happy,
- 19:58Speaker 2: and that was when they had traded blood vials that
- 20:00Speaker 2: they kept her on each other's.
- 20:02Speaker 3: But but you know, here's the thing. At least there's
- 20:04Speaker 3: one thing.
- 20:05Speaker 1: About Billy Bob Thornton that you at least understand how
- 20:10Speaker 1: he got her is he went to LA to be
- 20:14Speaker 1: a musician. He just ended up acting, and musicians can
- 20:18Speaker 1: always get the hot chicks.
- 20:20Speaker 3: We always know.
- 20:21Speaker 2: It's it's not fair. I don't know that that is
- 20:24Speaker 2: one of the greatest pulls of the turn of the century.
- 20:27Speaker 2: He can't just say one because it was kind of both.
- 20:30Speaker 2: So anyway, Happy birthday to Angelina and Lyle.
- 20:32Speaker 3: Love it. I think will always be that forever.
- 20:34Speaker 2: Oh yeah, he's going to TF Yeah, that's I think
- 20:38Speaker 2: he is the goat about kicking your coverage.
- 20:40Speaker 1: Yeah, because Julia Roberts that now late nineties or or
- 20:45Speaker 1: just nineties.
- 20:45Speaker 3: Julia Roberts also.
- 20:48Speaker 2: Yeah, muh, the only time. And I think I've told
- 20:51Speaker 2: you this before. I've never not that it matters. I've
- 20:53Speaker 2: never been one to see Julia Roberts and think, uh, sexy,
- 20:57Speaker 2: not the way that you might with Angelina Jolie and
- 21:00Speaker 2: in for Aniston. You know, I've always I've always recognized
- 21:03Speaker 2: the fact that she's beautiful. But again, it doesn't matter
- 21:07Speaker 2: because but she didn't necessarily do it for me on
- 21:09Speaker 2: that level, except in the movie My best Friend's Wedding
- 21:15Speaker 2: with Dermot mulrooney when she's when they're in the box
- 21:17Speaker 2: at the baseball game and she grabs that tray of
- 21:19Speaker 2: drinks and her tummy showing just a little bit and
- 21:22Speaker 2: she's walking and just like that actually melted me. I
- 21:24Speaker 2: was like, oh, I get it now. And then the
- 21:27Speaker 2: other time, the other time, and we have talked about this.
- 21:34Speaker 2: Julia Roberts in Hook as tinker Bell.
- 21:40Speaker 1: Yep, that pretty woman's still pretty out like m She's
- 21:47Speaker 1: always been one of my favorites.
- 21:51Speaker 2: Uh, Happy birthday, Angelina Showley. Noah Wiley is fifty five.
- 21:56Speaker 2: I can't believe he's actually older than she. Is best
- 21:58Speaker 2: known as doctor John Carter on Er and second best
- 22:02Speaker 2: known as doctor John Carter on The Pit. I know,
- 22:06Speaker 2: technically it's a different name, I guess of his character.
- 22:08Speaker 2: I haven't watched The Pit yet, I planned to, but
- 22:11Speaker 2: it's just interesting how his career has been bookended by
- 22:13Speaker 2: two massively successful emergency room television shows.
- 22:16Speaker 1: Well, and actually what's interesting is and The Pit is
- 22:20Speaker 1: an excellent show. But yeah, he swore up and down
- 22:23Speaker 1: he would never do another medical show after Er because.
- 22:29Speaker 2: And then he didn't.
- 22:31Speaker 1: Right, and then yeah, this script came along and it
- 22:35Speaker 1: was so good because a lot of it, just the
- 22:38Speaker 1: technical jargon you have to memorize to do those shows
- 22:42Speaker 1: is just an ass whipping.
- 22:43Speaker 2: Yeah, and kudos to him. He's knocking it out of
- 22:47Speaker 2: the park. And it's not like he's done nothing in between.
- 22:50Speaker 2: You have the show I think it was The Librarians
- 22:52Speaker 2: that was that was very successful for a number of years.
- 22:54Speaker 2: He's done some stuff, but he didn't get that George
- 22:58Speaker 2: Clooney fact that he he didn't get. He didn't get
- 23:03Speaker 2: the George Clooney outcome that I think he expected when
- 23:06Speaker 2: he left Ear.
- 23:10Speaker 3: He wasn't George Clooney.
- 23:11Speaker 2: That's that's the problem.
- 23:13Speaker 3: But I believe Noah Wiley's all stent. A lot of directing.
- 23:17Speaker 2: Okay, So Russell Brand is fifty one and last I checked,
- 23:23Speaker 2: he is still looking for that Bible verse on the
- 23:25Speaker 2: Piers Morgan program from a few weeks ago. Did you
- 23:28Speaker 2: see that? Oh God? So he goes on Piers Morgan show,
- 23:33Speaker 2: and you know Russell Brand at the times a few
- 23:35Speaker 2: weeks ago, he's on this quasi apology tour because this
- 23:40Speaker 2: is after new allegations came out against him about sexual
- 23:43Speaker 2: assault and this one I think was from an underage girl.
- 23:47Speaker 2: At the time, he goes on Piers Morgan talking about
- 23:50Speaker 2: the trial that he went through and how his new
- 23:53Speaker 2: found faith and Christianity has helped him through it, and
- 23:57Speaker 2: Piers Morgan asked, was like, so there was a specific
- 24:00Speaker 2: you said, there was a specific Bible passage that helped
- 24:04Speaker 2: you through that time, and Russ is like yes, and
- 24:06Speaker 2: he's like, well, you have your Bible with us there
- 24:08Speaker 2: in front of you. Would you mind sharing that with us?
- 24:10Speaker 2: And then for the next minute and a half, hand
- 24:13Speaker 2: to God, he awkwardly goes back and forth page front,
- 24:17Speaker 2: page back, trying to find the one scripture that he
- 24:23Speaker 2: said saved him and he couldn't find it. Tough, I know,
- 24:29Speaker 2: Bruce Dern is ninety Wow. I didn't know of him
- 24:37Speaker 2: in anything before The Burbs, and I didn't really see
- 24:40Speaker 2: him in much after the Burbs until he started doing
- 24:42Speaker 2: some Tarantino stuff. I loved him in the Burbs. It
- 24:48Speaker 2: was so good as the military neighbor with the hot wife.
- 24:53Speaker 2: There was a story that was going around pretty hot
- 24:55Speaker 2: a couple of weeks ago where so Bruce Dern had
- 24:59Speaker 2: a small heart in Not Every Which Way to Die
- 25:04Speaker 2: in Los Angeles Once upon a Time in Hollywood. He
- 25:06Speaker 2: had had a small role in that, and there's a
- 25:08Speaker 2: scene he's in with Brad Pitt and he decided to
- 25:11Speaker 2: improvise in this scene and he starts out the scene saying,
- 25:15Speaker 2: I don't feel good because his character is waking up
- 25:18Speaker 2: from a nap basically, and Brad Pitt says cut. Quentin Tarantino,
- 25:24Speaker 2: so director, and he's like, you doing you don't call cut?
- 25:28Speaker 2: And he's like, well, he said he didn't feel good.
- 25:30Speaker 2: He's like, you don't call cut on my set. He's like,
- 25:32Speaker 2: you will be dead in this business if you call
- 25:34Speaker 2: cut on someone else's movie. And that was the story
- 25:38Speaker 2: that was going viral, and because it was what he
- 25:41Speaker 2: referred to as a Dernsey. It was just an improv line,
- 25:44Speaker 2: Brad Pitt thought, because it's an old dude. He was
- 25:47Speaker 2: worried about him, so he called cut and then he
- 25:49Speaker 2: got his asstude by Quentin Tarantino for anyway, there you go.
- 25:53Speaker 2: Keith David is seventy also a legendary actor from The
- 25:57Speaker 2: Thing They Live Community and hundreds of voice roles. Former
- 26:02Speaker 2: Saturday Night Live cast member Horatio Sans is fifty seven.
- 26:06Speaker 2: Israeli's supermodel and TV personality by Rafaeli is forty one
- 26:11Speaker 2: today and although she passed in twenty twenty four, if
- 26:17Speaker 2: she were still alive, doctor Ruth Wesheimer would be celebrating
- 26:20Speaker 2: her birthday today. America's sex therapist. It's odd to say it,
- 26:26Speaker 2: but I grew up with her member, seeing her on
- 26:29Speaker 2: talk shows and TV all the time, this little Austrian
- 26:33Speaker 2: woman talking about this little old lady talking about sex
- 26:36Speaker 2: everywhere she went, hmm, okay, that's a thing. Good for her.
- 26:42Speaker 2: Oh and King George the Third, he would be two
- 26:45Speaker 2: hundred and eighty eight years old today, but you know
- 26:47Speaker 2: he died and also lost America. Which, by the way,
- 26:53Speaker 2: even if you're not into musicals, if you've never seen Hamilton.
- 26:56Speaker 2: I'm not saying you have to, but if you watch
- 27:01Speaker 2: nothing else in celebration of the two hundred and fiftieth
- 27:04Speaker 2: anniversary of our country, watch the King George the third
- 27:09Speaker 2: song in Hamilton. It is hysterical and outstanding tray. Have
- 27:14Speaker 2: you seen it? Uh No, It's a song titled You'll
- 27:19Speaker 2: be back trust me watch it. It's worth like the
- 27:25Speaker 2: eight and a half minutes.

- 28:51Speaker 2: things left for today. The second thing is is that
- 28:55Speaker 2: a rat in your pants? Or you're just happy to
- 28:57Speaker 2: see me? But we're going to start with the question
- 29:00Speaker 2: I asked you early in today's episode, and that is,
- 29:06Speaker 2: if I can remember it, what is the weirdest reason
- 29:12Speaker 2: that you would not date somebody? What is the weirdest
- 29:16Speaker 2: reason that you would not date someone? This is something
- 29:19Speaker 2: that was asked on Reddit recently on the ask reddit forum,
- 29:24Speaker 2: and some of the answers are interesting, but I wanted
- 29:28Speaker 2: to see what you guys would say. What is the
- 29:32Speaker 2: most unusual reason that you would not date somebody? Jerry?
- 29:37Speaker 2: Do you have an answer? I'm pretty easy going in
- 29:46Speaker 2: that you're just a happy You're just happy if they
- 29:50Speaker 2: say yes.
- 29:51Speaker 7: Right right, happy to be here. Give me a minute
- 29:59Speaker 7: for that one.
- 30:00Speaker 2: Okay, Trey, is there any weird reason that you will
- 30:03Speaker 2: not date somebody is what is a no go for you?
- 30:08Speaker 2: What is a non starter? What is an immediate deal breaker?
- 30:16Speaker 3: I mean weird reasons I'll tell.
- 30:20Speaker 2: Let me give you a few examples here. Maybe this
- 30:21Speaker 2: will inspire you some of the responses to the most
- 30:25Speaker 2: unusual reason why you won't date someone same first name
- 30:30Speaker 2: as my sister or mother? That is a deal breaker.
- 30:33Speaker 2: I agree. I love my mom, but there is absolutely
- 30:39Speaker 2: no way in hell I could ever date or anything
- 30:43Speaker 2: romantically with anyone named Becky or Rebecca. It's nope, not
- 30:47Speaker 2: gonna happen. That was my mom's name too. And have
- 30:52Speaker 2: you dated any Becky's or Rebecca's not really officially No,
- 31:01Speaker 2: I don't want to know the answer to. I don't
- 31:02Speaker 2: want to ask any more questions on that, Trey. Could
- 31:04Speaker 2: you date someone with the same name as your mom?
- 31:10Speaker 1: Uh?
- 31:15Speaker 3: Now, there's so many lees I've probably I don't think
- 31:20Speaker 3: I ever have.
- 31:22Speaker 2: Like, maybe it depends on the name. Right. Let's say
- 31:25Speaker 2: your mom's name is Ashley. Would that actually turn you
- 31:30Speaker 2: off of all Ashley's because it's your mom's name, or
- 31:33Speaker 2: would you be like, Eh, no big deal? Or maybe
- 31:36Speaker 2: it just depends on the Ashley.
- 31:38Speaker 1: I think at this point, I'm trying to swear off
- 31:40Speaker 1: any girls that name end in an E sound.
- 31:43Speaker 2: Ooh, that's good. I like that. So there's your weird
- 31:48Speaker 2: thing right there, Trey. You're not going to date anyone
- 31:50Speaker 2: who whose name ends in an E sound.
- 31:53Speaker 1: I mean, I the weirdest reason I to not date someone.
- 32:00Speaker 1: I had been on a few dates. And this is
- 32:02Speaker 1: twenty something years ago. I had been on a few
- 32:05Speaker 1: dates with somebody and cool girl.
- 32:11Speaker 3: But we got into bed and.
- 32:17Speaker 1: I was trying to take her bra off and she
- 32:19Speaker 1: said she was like, no, you shouldn't do that, and
- 32:25Speaker 1: she was right, but I did. And she and like
- 32:29Speaker 1: she had not had a kid or anything else. She
- 32:30Speaker 1: just had there was no consistency to her boobs, like
- 32:35Speaker 1: it was like literally just water and yeah, they just yeah,
- 32:39Speaker 1: it was they literally just took off and I was like, so.
- 32:46Speaker 2: Her bro you unsnap her bra and then there they go.
- 32:51Speaker 1: I mean they were big too. I mean, this wasn't
- 32:52Speaker 1: like like we're talking about d cups and they immitiately
- 32:56Speaker 1: just fell to the sides like oh it was yeah.
- 33:00Speaker 2: It's so interesting that she was like I wouldn't do that.
- 33:05Speaker 2: It's not like you were like a light socket.
- 33:10Speaker 7: All right, so I was reminded I have a similar name. Thing, Okay,
- 33:14Speaker 7: I have to avoid Kelly's.
- 33:16Speaker 2: I think sister, mother, cousin, and X that done you wrong, two.
- 33:26Speaker 7: Key and two of them have gone horribly, horribly wrong,
- 33:30Speaker 7: to the point of injury and like near successful sabotage,
- 33:39Speaker 7: like it was bad. One became a stalker for quite
- 33:44Speaker 7: some time.
- 33:45Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, like your stalker or somebody else's, which made
- 33:49Speaker 2: the relationship between the two of you awkward. Well mine, okay,
- 33:53Speaker 2: but subsequently other people attached to me too.
- 33:56Speaker 7: I mean she was she was relentless. The last one
- 34:01Speaker 7: happened while I was on the on the show with
- 34:04Speaker 7: you guys on.
- 34:05Speaker 2: The radio show. Yeah, Kelly, not her old boss Kelly.
- 34:10Speaker 7: No no, no, no, no, no, no no.
- 34:13Speaker 2: She was nice because I never tried to date her.
- 34:15Speaker 2: I'm sure. I'm sure that. I'm sure that's where the
- 34:19Speaker 2: line has to be. Yeah, I'm sure that that never happened.
- 34:26Speaker 2: Some of the other responses that people gave for the reasons,
- 34:29Speaker 2: the weird reasons why they won't date somebody. One person
- 34:32Speaker 2: said they used way too much moose in their hair
- 34:34Speaker 2: and it was crunchy to the touch. At all times
- 34:37Speaker 2: completely turned me off. The thing that's weird about this
- 34:40Speaker 2: one is I don't know if they're talking about a
- 34:42Speaker 2: girl with crunchy moose hair or a guy with crunchy
- 34:44Speaker 2: moose hair.
- 34:46Speaker 3: I didn't even know they still people still use moose.
- 34:49Speaker 7: If some women do. I don't know if any guys
- 34:51Speaker 7: really do, but I know some women do. I had
- 34:54Speaker 7: the crunchy moose hair once.
- 34:57Speaker 2: If look, we all lived through the nineties, we all
- 34:59Speaker 2: had some point had crunchy moose hair, and if it
- 35:02Speaker 2: wasn't moose hair, it was Lae looks Jill. Yeah, and
- 35:09Speaker 2: then it just got replaced by palm aid and stuff.
- 35:11Speaker 2: It's just a yeah. Another person said she shaved her
- 35:15Speaker 2: eyebrows as a joke, then they never grew back.
- 35:20Speaker 1: I'm talking about going all the way for a punchline,
- 35:22Speaker 1: because right, Yeah, that's a real scary proposition.
- 35:27Speaker 2: That was a backfire of all backfires. This is the funny. Oh.
- 35:33Speaker 2: Another one says I wouldn't date a girl because she
- 35:37Speaker 2: was a bad eater. I mean she would eat like
- 35:39Speaker 2: three things. It was impossible, and travel was totally out
- 35:43Speaker 2: of the question. That's gotta be.
- 35:47Speaker 3: I can totally see that though, it's.
- 35:49Speaker 2: Like dating an adult with the mentality of a child,
- 35:52Speaker 2: only wanting chicken nuggies. And then the last last someone
- 36:00Speaker 2: said smell, saying I'm not talking body order. I am
- 36:03Speaker 2: a super smeller, and there are just some people who
- 36:06Speaker 2: have a musky scent to them. Even if I find
- 36:09Speaker 2: every other thing attractive, I just can't get past this.
- 36:13Speaker 2: I don't think that makes you unique. I think that's everybody.
- 36:17Speaker 2: I can't think of anyone that would date anyone if
- 36:19Speaker 2: they smelled bad.
- 36:21Speaker 7: Smells very important. There are very few. I think that's
- 36:25Speaker 7: like the biggest thing that your brain attaches memory too
- 36:29Speaker 7: is smell.
- 36:30Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean, if you have twins in front of
- 36:36Speaker 2: you and they're both beautiful, you're physically attracted to both.
- 36:39Speaker 2: One smells like fresh baked cookies. One smells like a
- 36:42Speaker 2: hot bag of sweaty onions. You know what, I'm going
- 36:47Speaker 2: to alter this scenario just a little bit. Let's go
- 36:49Speaker 2: with hot twins. One of them smells like a bag
- 36:53Speaker 2: of hot, sweaty onions. The other one smells like fresh
- 36:58Speaker 2: baked cookies but has no legs. Which one are you
- 37:00Speaker 2: going with? MM? I shouldn't have asked two men this
- 37:05Speaker 2: question because you're both like analyzing this really hard. I'm like,
- 37:10Speaker 2: I don't know, do I want legs, legs and onions
- 37:15Speaker 2: or no legs and cookies.
- 37:19Speaker 7: Mmm, you guys are literally taking I think I would
- 37:23Speaker 7: have to go with onions, wow, just because I don't
- 37:29Speaker 7: want them to ever feel like they can't get away.
- 37:33Speaker 3: And I'm going no legs just so that they couldn't
- 37:35Speaker 3: ghost me.
- 37:39Speaker 2: You know what, I'm giving you a pass tray because
- 37:42Speaker 2: you still have a fresh wound there, and Jerry, I'll
- 37:48Speaker 2: give you a passage out of it. Okay, is that
- 37:50Speaker 2: a rat in your pants? Or you're just happy to
- 37:52Speaker 2: see me? You might think the last place anyone would
- 37:56Speaker 2: want to see a rat is in their underwear, but
- 38:01Speaker 2: an Australian lingerie designer strongly disagrees. A boutique known as
- 38:06Speaker 2: rat Oddity Gizzard This is Real, by the way, specializes
- 38:12Speaker 2: in odd items and they're sparking backlash with a bizarre
- 38:15Speaker 2: new fashion item Women's lingerie Decorated with real taxidermid rats.
- 38:22Speaker 2: The boutique has stitched preserved rats onto underwear in a
- 38:26Speaker 2: line dubbed lounger At. The pieces were not actually meant
- 38:32Speaker 2: to be worn, but they've course gone viral. Some fans
- 38:38Speaker 2: say they would wear them just for shock value, while
- 38:42Speaker 2: many others have reacted with disgust. Reasonably, the company says, again,
- 38:47Speaker 2: while they're not actually meant to be warn it's more
- 38:49Speaker 2: of a novelty item, they are actually selling them. They
- 38:52Speaker 2: are real and if you want to buy a pair
- 38:55Speaker 2: of rat Lungurat rat underwear, they'll say you one hundred
- 39:00Speaker 2: and thirty seven dollars.
- 39:03Speaker 1: So if you're a chick buying the like, people are
- 39:06Speaker 1: either gonna think your trans or you have rat toe.
- 39:10Speaker 2: Oh. I just think it would be too expensive to
- 39:15Speaker 2: sew an actual beaver in there. That'd be too big.
- 39:23Speaker 2: I think we have a new answer to what's the
- 39:25Speaker 2: weirdest reason you wouldn't date somebody? Just imagine tray with
- 39:36Speaker 2: that girl twenty years ago when you were trying to
- 39:38Speaker 2: undo her bra set. I wouldn't do that. Imagine if
- 39:40Speaker 2: she had said not to do that with the underwear.
- 39:42Speaker 2: And it's because there's a rat dommer.
- 39:48Speaker 3: She was a big fan of Chuck E Cheese.
- 39:52Speaker 2: Yeah, she wanted to go to your ball pit for
