- 0:00Hello and happy freaking Monday to you.
- 0:05My name is Samuel Trap. I'm coming to
- 0:06you live from the Lake Ozark real estate
- 0:08of the art studio. You can call in
- 0:11anytime. 5737468020.
- 0:14You can listen live all the time.
- 0:17damradio.comlive.
- 0:21Uh, or you can come back later and
- 0:23listen to all the podcasts by going to
- 0:26damradio.commpodcast.
- 0:29Or if you just specifically like
- 0:32internationalflavor, which we know you
- 0:34do, you're going to go to
- 0:36internationalflavor.com.
- 0:38And every once in a while we get a
- 0:40little bit uh
- 0:43I don't know, a little bit pushy with
- 0:46the powers that be and we get on Civic
- 0:50Outlaws every Friday and we uh I don't
- 0:56know, we throw out some good words about
- 0:59some uh people that I think might not
- 1:02necessarily be good people. That's
- 1:06probably a bad thing to say, but uh
- 1:09power grabbing. You got to grab that
- 1:11power. When you need your power, by God,
- 1:13you better take it because you're not
- 1:16going to get a chance twice. Need that
- 1:19power. So,
- 1:21big in the news. And uh I haven't been
- 1:23able to get the uh the full meeting uh
- 1:29transcript for you which I would uh like
- 1:33to do but uh Mr. Putin he met with a
- 1:39bunch of soldiers. So there is a bunch
- 1:41of things going on about the uh
- 1:46the war in Ukraine. Uh it is
- 1:51it is people don't uh people are getting
- 1:54frustrated by it. So there's been a
- 1:56change over the last couple of months if
- 1:58you haven't been paying attention. We're
- 2:00back in the world to uh to well the the
- 2:03proper stuff the the YouTube friendly
- 2:06variety in the uh the western media love
- 2:11uh variety would say that Russia is
- 2:16losing now based on the stuff that you
- 2:19know Russia's been winning for a long
- 2:21time if you you know it's a it's a long
- 2:23and slow slog and some people disagree
- 2:27with that with how the war is being uh
- 2:32prosecuted, I suppose, would be a good
- 2:34word to say it, by the uh the Putin
- 2:37side. Uh but you have Zalinski cruising
- 2:41the planet sending out uh threat letters
- 2:44and uh s surrender now letters and you
- 2:48have Macron and uh Mer and Starmer
- 2:53getting together in with with the Green
- 2:56Goblin and talking about um
- 3:01we're with you till the end. We have uh
- 3:04the Trumpster over the weekend on his
- 3:06his birthday, I suppose. Um um um he got
- 3:11a call. Well, I know he got a call from
- 3:13Vladimir Vladimir to wish him happy
- 3:16birthday, and he took
- 3:2040 uh 55 minutes out of his uh
- 3:26out of his
- 3:29busy birthday to meet with
- 3:33um
- 3:36to meet with
- 3:38Well, that's not right. That that is no
- 3:41way correct, you bunch of a-holes. Okay.
- 3:44Um,
- 3:46sorry. I got something being done and I
- 3:49was checking on it and I'm interrupted.
- 3:51But 55 minutes out of your day by the
- 3:54old uh
- 3:56uh Trumpster is a good deal. So 55
- 4:00minutes they talked and allegedly the
- 4:03content had a lot to do with uh Iran and
- 4:08Ukraine and uh Ukraine
- 4:13uh you know that's just empty talk. You
- 4:15know there's and at the end of it
- 4:18allegedly the geniuses that are going
- 4:20over to settle this conflict. Who are
- 4:22they? Kushner and Witkoff. Okay. They
- 4:25haven't done crap so far. And uh I don't
- 4:28I think they'd be much better off in a
- 4:30uh
- 4:32a deal for the United States. Why don't
- 4:34they work on this? How about this? This
- 4:36This is where they would shine.
- 4:38Interstellar variety shining for these
- 4:41two. If you put them to work getting rid
- 4:45of
- 4:47excess government lease property or
- 4:50government property subject to lease
- 4:52that they can't get rid of because the
- 4:54idiotic rules in the government for
- 4:57buildings that you are paying for
- 5:00anyway. And so, you know, if you were in
- 5:03your personal life, your person, you
- 5:05just declare bankruptcy and move on. Um,
- 5:08the United States can't declare
- 5:10bankruptcy. Well, they can. They
- 5:12probably should. You wouldn't surprise
- 5:14me from the drumster. Go, sorry,
- 5:17America's bankrupt. Put this in front of
- 5:19a judge and have a judge decide what
- 5:21gets paid and what doesn't. Uh, because
- 5:23that's what it happened in the
- 5:25bankruptcy code. And I wonder which
- 5:27state the United States would pick. So,
- 5:30if you know anything about bankruptcy
- 5:32law at all and in and any basically
- 5:35federal type of law like IRS law,
- 5:38bankruptcy law, pick stuff that would
- 5:40would Now, bankruptcy might not
- 5:41necessarily fit the clean variety of
- 5:44everybody else's, but uh I mean of being
- 5:49national, but it's a national rule.
- 5:52Okay? The US allows bankruptcy. a
- 5:55certain state can't go, nope, you don't
- 5:57get to go bankrupt because bankruptcy
- 6:00exists. But what a state can do and does
- 6:04is it has its own bankruptcy
- 6:08limits. So the inside of a federal law,
- 6:12when you create a federal law, you have
- 6:14a little carveout section where they
- 6:17don't finish or they leave it vague and
- 6:20then the states can come in and
- 6:22interpret that portion of the law for
- 6:25themselves. And one of it has to do with
- 6:27exemptions and whatnot where you can uh
- 6:30uh what you get to keep like and I don't
- 6:33know the rules today but years ago when
- 6:36I was practicing law you could have for
- 6:38example in Missouri $15,000
- 6:41in equity in a home. Uh $3,000 equity in
- 6:47a car. If you file bankruptcy, you want
- 6:49to do it in Texas or a state like that.
- 6:52you basically get to keep everything and
- 6:54you walk away from all your debt, right?
- 6:56And uh I went to law school in Texas.
- 6:59And it was pretty funny because there's
- 7:01a chunk on the bar exam having to do
- 7:04specifically with bankruptcy because
- 7:06everybody runs to Texas to do their
- 7:08bankruptcies. And uh so anyway, on a
- 7:12bigger picture, maybe the United States,
- 7:15Donald Trump could run to Dallas uh get
- 7:18a you know, I could point him to a
- 7:20friend of mine does bankruptcy down
- 7:22there and uh uh he could, you know, do
- 7:26bankruptcy for the United States of
- 7:28America and wipe out that 39 pushing 40
- 7:32trillion
- 7:34in debt that uh you know, we only have
- 7:36one trillionaire on the planet. it.
- 7:40Then we have one detor on the planet
- 7:44with 40 times as much debt as Elon Musk
- 7:49has income in a year. Now that is
- 7:52depressing.
- 7:54What a country we live in. Isn't that
- 7:57great? Anyway, uh on the other side of
- 8:00the planet is a country called Russia,
- 8:02mother Russia. And it's led by Vladimir
- 8:05Vladimir Putin. and Vladimir Vladimir
- 8:08gave a speech. Um they had a meeting
- 8:11with soldiers and uh the reason I bring
- 8:14it up to you is because we we started my
- 8:17my uh sort of rolling conversation with
- 8:21the fact that
- 8:25that
- 8:27the impression that people are trying to
- 8:29give over here in the west is that
- 8:31somehow Russia is losing this war. Uh
- 8:35admittedly on my part and starting to be
- 8:37on the part of the pundits on the
- 8:39Russian side of the planet is the fact
- 8:42that the continual and uh aerial
- 8:46bombardment of Russia
- 8:50isn't all that popular in Russia. Now,
- 8:53you're far more likely, you know,
- 8:55yesterday, uh, the old Green Goblin
- 8:58posted a, uh, he had new poll data from
- 9:01Russia that said that Putin's, uh,
- 9:05popularity rating has dipped. It's gone
- 9:08from like 84 85%.
- 9:11Down to 65 to 70%.
- 9:16you know, and he's parading this uh this
- 9:19around like, you know, it's his victory
- 9:22that it's working. We got him. You know,
- 9:24he's it it's working. Well, I haven't
- 9:27been there recently. Still waiting on my
- 9:29passport. Russian consulate. Please send
- 9:32it. I need to go to Russia and and get a
- 9:34temperature gauge and gauge the people's
- 9:38uh
- 9:40gauge the people's uh
- 9:43Putin love level, which I I I I tend to
- 9:46do when I go over there. And uh I'd
- 9:49really like to go to some of the places
- 9:51that are getting attacked by these uh by
- 9:53these u drones. So drone warfare has
- 9:57become uh what what we do. I mean the US
- 10:01Navy uh the US Army we are really
- 10:07disadvantaged today. The playing field
- 10:09is leveling for Iran to strategically
- 10:13defeat the United States or hold them at
- 10:16bay for as long as they have is a a
- 10:20couple of testaments to two things. And
- 10:22the first one is people are tired of
- 10:24war. And people don't like it. Americans
- 10:28don't like it. I don't think Trump is as
- 10:31popular as he was. He's certainly not
- 10:33with me with some of the things that he
- 10:35is doing, which I disagree with uh on
- 10:40have a big old something just crashed
- 10:43outside. Maybe you know how you hear
- 10:45that uh screech and then you don't get
- 10:47that satisfying crunch at the end when
- 10:49you hear all these breaks and then you
- 10:52don't hear the boom at the end. You get
- 10:54all depressed. Uh well, we heard the
- 10:56boom and today we got the boom and so we
- 11:01have it. Anyway, the the the fact is is
- 11:05that um
- 11:07drone warfare is a fact these days. And
- 11:13point number two, cuz I said point
- 11:15number one was the fact that people hate
- 11:17war. And point number two is everybody
- 11:20can play a video game. and war has
- 11:24turned into a video game and they're
- 11:27regularizing it. Next thing you know,
- 11:29somebody's going to get one of those
- 11:31robot style great big uh instead of a
- 11:34tank, you got a big robot that runs
- 11:37around and shreds thing like uh a
- 11:40transformer, you know, one of them kid
- 11:43toys. He gets to turn into a u a
- 11:49robot, a war robot to to that you can
- 11:52lead around. You know, Elon Musk could
- 11:55build one. I'm sure they got ideas to
- 11:57build one and just go in and uh and
- 11:59destroy and tear things down and uh uh
- 12:02rip them up. And so war has become far
- 12:05more abstract. and uh you know the
- 12:09people losing their lives on the front
- 12:10line. The old Green Goblin absolutely
- 12:14does not want to uh
- 12:18broadcast
- 12:20that fact, you know, that he can't fill
- 12:22the front lines. I watched uh uh 60
- 12:25Minutes Russia uh well listened to it
- 12:28whilst driving uh a long distance this
- 12:31past weekend and uh uh I listened to 60
- 12:35Minutes and they were uh interviewing
- 12:39some some people on the front lines
- 12:42and talking to him about it and there
- 12:45were horrible stories about this
- 12:49bification and they showed repeatedly ly
- 12:53uh video after video after video of
- 12:57these guys. There was a guy they picked
- 12:59up and in and his and they were
- 13:01interviewing him in the backseat of his
- 13:03wife's of of the car that took him. They
- 13:06broke the window and opened the door on
- 13:09the car that he was in and hauled him
- 13:12out and put him and he was laying in the
- 13:15back seat of his car and they took him
- 13:18out, beat the snot out of him. He had
- 13:20just come out of the hospital for God's
- 13:23sake and is I mean he was out of the
- 13:25hospital. Whatever he was doing in
- 13:27there, he was half naked right when he
- 13:30came out of the hospital. He's he's he's
- 13:32clearly groggy and they're dragging him
- 13:35out of the car and put him in the back
- 13:37of another car and and they four four
- 13:41busification officers beat the snot out
- 13:44of him. I I don't mean to laugh about
- 13:46this. This is freaking sad. and threw
- 13:49him in the back of this car. And then
- 13:53his wife is videoing in the car when
- 13:55they're there pushing her away and they
- 13:57get you. But there's the car, broken
- 14:00window. You know, these guys are beating
- 14:02the snot and they're four healthy young
- 14:06men throwing this middle-aged dude who
- 14:08just got out of the hospital in the back
- 14:11of a car and taking him to the
- 14:13busification center. This is what's
- 14:16going on. And these are not AI generated
- 14:20videos. Okay? And there's uh uh uh these
- 14:23videos they are frightening. They are uh
- 14:27the only way you can travel anymore. And
- 14:29people are starting to take uh to take
- 14:32action against them. Like bands of
- 14:35people. You can't go anywhere without
- 14:37taking a band of people. If you're a
- 14:39solitary man walking down the street,
- 14:42you better watch out. You're going to
- 14:43get some boostification right now. and
- 14:47uh time of day doesn't matter. They are
- 14:49very very short and um but nobody's
- 14:52focusing on these things. They're all
- 14:54focusing on the fact that uh Zalinski is
- 14:58not talking about this. No way. What
- 15:01Zilinski is talking about is the defeat
- 15:04that he has put upon Russia. Now these
- 15:08that is a complete lie. But the fact
- 15:11that everything is done without people
- 15:14anymore and he doesn't need people. All
- 15:17he needs is more money and he can kill
- 15:21the people on the front lines. Russia uh
- 15:24took over uh what's the name of the
- 15:26city? There's a couple there like
- 15:29Kromaturk is right there. They're
- 15:30getting ready to take over Kromaturk,
- 15:32which is a big uh I think metallurgy and
- 15:35stuff like that in Kromaturk and they've
- 15:36got these big factories over there and
- 15:39uh they are putting in and Ukraine
- 15:41meanwhile is pulling people out of these
- 15:43areas in the in the western Dawnbass
- 15:45which there's nothing left and Russia's
- 15:47almost done to the end. it's like down
- 15:50to 10% or something of what is left of
- 15:53on the Ukrainian side that they're
- 15:55fighting for. And some of these big
- 15:57cities uh that are being fought for um
- 16:01are really
- 16:04the final front line as it were for
- 16:07these people and for Ukraine I mean in
- 16:11order to keep it and they're going to
- 16:14lose. They are losing. It's um
- 16:20it's
- 16:21truly sad uh what is going on in Ukraine
- 16:25and worse still is the advertising that
- 16:30goes on on this side of the planet about
- 16:34how you know how wonderful things are
- 16:37going in Ukraine cuz they are not
- 16:41wonderful and it's
- 16:45the people are sick of war, but they're
- 16:47sick of war in Iran. They're sick of war
- 16:48in Ukraine. And uh the G7 meeting is
- 16:52supposed to be going on here. Is it
- 16:54today? I'm pretty sure it's today. It's
- 16:56probably already been going on because
- 16:58we're 7 8 hours behind them. And uh so
- 17:01Geneva ahead of the summit, the police
- 17:04were, you know, they're demonstrators in
- 17:06Switzerland big time. Riot police in
- 17:08Geneva were with uh clashing with
- 17:11protesters uh yesterday. Uh there's a
- 17:13group of seven summit that's going to
- 17:15happen in France and uh the violence
- 17:18disrupted a no G7 demonstration that
- 17:21drew thousands of people. Uh Geneva is
- 17:25about 30 kilometers from a French resort
- 17:27town on Lake Geneva where the G7 summit
- 17:31is scheduled to take place Monday
- 17:33through Wednesday and Trump is supposed
- 17:35to attend. The Swiss authorities closed
- 17:3825 of 35 border crossings citing
- 17:42security. They don't want people to go
- 17:44over there and protest. Say close a
- 17:46border. Around 60 organizations
- 17:49representing causes including feminist
- 17:52groups, trade unions, supporters of
- 17:54Palestine, Kurdish statehood uh took
- 17:57part in the Geneva March. Organizers
- 17:59said 20,000 people attended and a crowd
- 18:02of 7,000 was at the start. and violence,
- 18:05you know, did come up. The police were
- 18:07there with the big hoses. You know,
- 18:09there was windows of a bank that were
- 18:11knocked out. A Tesla car was burned out.
- 18:15Um, but it wasn't clear if it was
- 18:17deliberate or not, but it caught fire.
- 18:19Um, Elon Musk, the co-owner and CEO of
- 18:23Tesla, is the world's first trillionaire
- 18:25after SpaceX raised 75 billion. And I
- 18:28Well, if you're that close, I guess it
- 18:30really doesn't matter. What's another 75
- 18:32billion? I mean, come on.
- 18:34It's among friends. How how about
- 18:36throwing us a billion, you know, toss me
- 18:39a billion and you'll be happy you did
- 18:41it. You know, that's that's what I'm
- 18:43saying. You know, give give a little bit
- 18:46of your money to me. Give a little bit
- 18:50of your fame. No, I don't want any fame.
- 18:52I just want the money. Okay, just give
- 18:54me the money. Um apart from these
- 18:56clashes there was a 5 kilometer march
- 18:58that took along the shores of Lake
- 19:00Geneva which passed near the UN
- 19:02headquarters and uh um or quarters I
- 19:06mean where people all they lived. It's a
- 19:07whole region and it was they were loud
- 19:10and colorful but contained is what they
- 19:13say. They chanted slogans against
- 19:15fascism against imperialism and
- 19:18capitalism. One picture, a banner
- 19:22described President Trump as a dinosaur
- 19:26and he's devouring the earth. Okay,
- 19:30Donald Trump the dinosaur is devouring
- 19:34the earth. So the G7
- 19:38get this is a funny part for me and the
- 19:40reason I'm telling this the G7 was
- 19:42formed in 73 as a club of the world's
- 19:45largest economies but his influence has
- 19:49def declined because none of them are
- 19:52the largest economies. So especially
- 19:56China has gained greater weight in
- 19:58global economy. Critics argue that the
- 20:00format is very outdated and far less
- 20:04relevant than uh even the G20. But
- 20:07they're pushing toward the bricks and
- 20:09stuff like that. Uh Zalinski isn't on
- 20:12the G7 meeting list, but guess who's
- 20:14going to be there anyway? The Green
- 20:17Goblin. Um they're trying to uh he's
- 20:20expected to attend uh to seek what? more
- 20:24money, more money to fund Kiev's drone
- 20:28war because that's all they got left is
- 20:31a drone war. And Politico reports that
- 20:33Ukraine hopes to raise up to $20 billion
- 20:36on his visit. Well, if uh the old uh you
- 20:41know, we can't have um Elon Musk giving
- 20:44him too much money because then he might
- 20:46dip below the one trillion mark. You
- 20:48know, if he got below there, that would
- 20:50be he's no longer a trillionaire. or
- 20:52what? It's going to f be flexible. So,
- 20:55Green Goblin, don't expect anything from
- 20:59the old Elon Musk. But it's a pretty
- 21:04cool photo. Maybe I should post it on my
- 21:06website. The dinosaur uh Trump. I love
- 21:08his hairdo. It's very nice. And he's
- 21:10devouring the earth. So, it could be
- 21:13worth I'll save the I'll save the uh
- 21:16image. We'll save the image
- 21:20in my SAM folder because that's what we
- 21:23do here at DAM radio. We save things in
- 21:26the proper place. Isn't that right? Of
- 21:30course, I can't find it. But, you know,
- 21:32oh well. Can't have everything. Uh,
- 21:35garage isn't big enough. You know, if I
- 21:37had a bigger garage, maybe I could have
- 21:39everything. Um, let's see.
- 21:44We are going to save this dinosaur.
- 21:46we're gonna save him. And then we had uh
- 21:50here's an opinion piece for you. Uh but
- 21:54I'm not going to share it with you till
- 21:55after I tell you what happened with the
- 21:57old um Putin over the weekend. Uh so
- 22:02last week they were um Russia day came
- 22:07and went and uh he invited to the Kreml
- 22:11to they came to the Kremlin. There's a a
- 22:14a huge
- 22:16uh set of tables probably 30 40
- 22:21uh soldiers all in a big round sort of
- 22:24format but it wasn't round it was square
- 22:26sorry uh but it was all the tables put
- 22:28together so they could each look across
- 22:30and see Vladimir Vladimir and he had a
- 22:33senior a very senior department of
- 22:36defense guy in the room and basically
- 22:38they televised a uh I don't know 45
- 22:42minute um speech of uh uh uh a meeting
- 22:49of Putin to take their questions. And
- 22:54these guys were not generals. These guys
- 22:57were, you know, were
- 23:00they were frightened
- 23:02to be there speaking with Putin. One guy
- 23:05could was stuttering all over himself
- 23:08and and and he's just like he kept
- 23:10going, "Listen, excuse me. I'm very uh
- 23:13you know overwhelmed here trying to
- 23:15speak to you and uh young man you know
- 23:17maybe uh 30 if if that and uh the
- 23:21average age in the room was was was
- 23:23pretty young these young soldiers and uh
- 23:26captains um uh sergeants uh they had uh
- 23:31a couple of proper cheeky u
- 23:35uh warrant officers what that would
- 23:37would translate to those types and then
- 23:40uh uh so it's basically ally your
- 23:42frontline supervisory forces like what I
- 23:45was in the in the army as as a I was
- 23:48most I ever was was a platoon sergeant,
- 23:50right? Running 60 80 guys, right? And so
- 23:54this this is those type of people, the
- 23:57commanders of of a frontline units. all
- 24:01these guys were uh on the front lines
- 24:03and they were talking about the the
- 24:06their needs during the war and uh um
- 24:08they were they got the the chance to ask
- 24:11questions and I don't believe these
- 24:12questions were um
- 24:16propaganda were were were put together
- 24:18as questions that that were there and I
- 24:21was trying to and I thought I had
- 24:23already done it gotten the full
- 24:26translation of it but I haven't I might
- 24:28get it for you for tomorrow but the
- 24:29important point was they were all
- 24:32talking about uh technology. They were
- 24:35all talking about we're winning and they
- 24:38were also talking about but our hands
- 24:41are somewhat tied
- 24:43and uh uh you know we want to we want to
- 24:48go forward you know we want to do more
- 24:52and uh they're very all these guys were
- 24:55um
- 24:57he he said he told the minister of
- 24:59defense he said hey I want you to give
- 25:01all these guys a couple of days of of
- 25:03rest Now, for me, I thought that was a a
- 25:07weak point of the uh of the uh
- 25:12session. I I don't think I'd have
- 25:15offered that were I him. Those guys were
- 25:18clearly not there for vacation. And they
- 25:21didn't come to get a rest in Moscow. But
- 25:23he as he was going around the room, he
- 25:25he interviewed one guy, he said um he
- 25:29said that he was from whatever region
- 25:31and I didn't catch the region. And I,
- 25:34you know, and I wasn't taking notes cuz
- 25:35I was driving. And uh, but he said to
- 25:39the kid, uh, and the kid, you know, I I
- 25:41I I I the kid couldn't have been, I
- 25:44don't know, 30. He was a young man. And
- 25:46he stood up and he said, "Listen, I'm
- 25:49from and they introduced themselves. I'm
- 25:51from this area. I do this. Uh I'm a I'm
- 25:54a uh frontline
- 25:57I don't know artillery commander, you
- 26:01know, and and this is what I do. I have
- 26:03a team of of 20 guys. I do this and and
- 26:06this is this is my part in this uh war
- 26:09that's going on. And uh uh Putin
- 26:13interrupted him and he said, "Uh
- 26:16are you're from that region?" He he
- 26:18said, "Yeah." He said, "That's a that's
- 26:19our our largest coal region." And he
- 26:22said, "Yes." He said, "Uh," he goes,
- 26:24"Uh, have you worked in the coal mines?"
- 26:26And the guy goes, "Yeah, uh, my my
- 26:29family has wor." He goes, he said, "For
- 26:31generations, people have worked in those
- 26:32coal mines in our, uh, you know, you
- 26:34know, how are things there?" And they
- 26:36talked for a few minutes about, uh,
- 26:38about coal production or a few seconds.
- 26:41I mean, a few minutes. No, they didn't.
- 26:42Um, the the whole conversation with the
- 26:44guy was about four or five minutes. and
- 26:47uh and he spoke with this kid and this
- 26:48kid was like, "Yeah, uh you know, our
- 26:51our region is uh is growing. I'm glad to
- 26:53be representing my region and the and
- 26:55the coal of whatever." And uh you know,
- 26:59and uh you know, he worked in the in the
- 27:01mines. So did his family, all his
- 27:03brothers and mothers and stuff like
- 27:04that. And now he's a uh How long have
- 27:07you been in the military? He's in the
- 27:08military for four or five years. And he
- 27:10went to the command school in St.
- 27:12Petersburg or wherever. And and he did
- 27:14this with quite a few of them. which
- 27:16command school, which this and they
- 27:17have, you know, tons of command schools
- 27:18that are going over. Putin's pretty well
- 27:20informed, done where they go, what they
- 27:22do, and he was talking about it. And uh
- 27:24uh so uh this guy this guy and he tries
- 27:29to make them feel a little more
- 27:30comfortable is what I'm is what I'm
- 27:32thinking. That's what I would do if it
- 27:34was me. And and that's what it seemed
- 27:35like he was trying to do. Public
- 27:37speaking is a uh kind of a tough skill.
- 27:40Uh, you know, years ago I was in Toast
- 27:43Masters and uh surprises me how people
- 27:46can't get up and state their point of
- 27:48view. Uh, you know, that's one of the
- 27:50scariest things on the planet. And this
- 27:52guy, one of the first ones to stand up,
- 27:55not the coal miner guy, but he had a
- 27:57similar question to one of the first
- 27:58guys that stood up. And the first guy
- 28:00that stood up said, "Listen, uh, I'm I'm
- 28:03freaked out here." And he's stuttering
- 28:06all over trying to talk. And he's like I
- 28:09I excuse me excuse me Vladimir Vladimir
- 28:12Vituvi and he calls him uh they call him
- 28:15the supreme um glavna commandoi which is
- 28:19u the sup well basically supreme
- 28:22commander and in uh and he's very very
- 28:25and they they give the title and the
- 28:28reason I always say Vladimir Vladimir is
- 28:30because when you speak to someone in
- 28:33Russia that you are unfamiliar with you
- 28:37have to use the emia ova and the emia is
- 28:40the nameva is the middle name that's
- 28:43your father's name basically it'd be
- 28:45like saying son of clifford you know um
- 28:49you whoever uh uh Vladimir son of
- 28:53Vladimir basically is what they're
- 28:55saying and and it's a respectful way to
- 28:58talk and so uh you know Vladimir
- 29:00Vladimir is how they refer to him but
- 29:02for him he gets
- 29:05gloand and sometimes some other stuff is
- 29:09honored or potty would be honored and
- 29:12you've got all these other words that
- 29:13you could throw in there to make it nice
- 29:15and flowery when you're going to speak
- 29:17to someone who you respect. But a
- 29:20respectful way to deal with them is find
- 29:21out what their father's name was and and
- 29:24usually that'll be there, you know, for
- 29:26you to find out. And uh and you don't
- 29:28just get to go, "Hey Vlad, what's going
- 29:30on?" You know, that's that's rude. Okay.
- 29:33And so, uh, this guy was was up there
- 29:36and he's like, "Listen, I'm I'm totally
- 29:38freaked out." But many of the questions
- 29:41that the first guy, the second guy, they
- 29:43were talking about um drones and they
- 29:48were talking about, you know, we make
- 29:50all this progress and we get all and and
- 29:52we're we're kicking the the snot out of
- 29:54them uh up and down the thousand mile
- 29:57thousand kilometers of um front line,
- 30:01which is true. Then they are advancing
- 30:04slowly, churningly. Even Putin said it.
- 30:07He said that that it was going slow. And
- 30:09I'm only telling you this as a backdrop
- 30:10for uh for the article I'm going to
- 30:12share with you. And uh it's um you know
- 30:16the geniuses that are running Europe
- 30:18don't get it. And the Zalinskis that
- 30:21don't get these guys are not somebody
- 30:24you just roll over with a few drones.
- 30:28and the fact that uh Putin may have
- 30:30dropped some in the polls because uh
- 30:32Zalinski has nothing left to throw at
- 30:36him except drones
- 30:39is a testament to propaganda arms and
- 30:43financing arms that are giving him the
- 30:46money to do it for their own reasons.
- 30:50That's the point of all of this. And
- 30:53when when Putin started his speech and
- 30:56he and before he spoke with these guys
- 30:58and and he talked quite a bit about the
- 31:00drones because many many questions about
- 31:02the drones from a bunch of guys out
- 31:05there and what we can do and some and
- 31:07some suggestions. He suggested that one
- 31:09guy meet specifically with the head of
- 31:12the uh department of defense that one of
- 31:15the you know whoever the glo command the
- 31:17guy that was sitting right next to him
- 31:19uh from the department of defense that
- 31:21guy he was uh uh saying look you need to
- 31:24get with this guy because it looks like
- 31:26your ideas and he and he says untie the
- 31:29hands of the people on the front lines
- 31:31and and one of the conversations was let
- 31:34us buy we know how to fix some of these
- 31:37things and can do it ourselves. But just
- 31:40like in the regular army, you got to go
- 31:42up and you know in the United States I
- 31:44mean where where where our ideas
- 31:48were accepted and desired but the wheels
- 31:52of implementation go forever and you
- 31:55never get to put them in. you may have
- 31:57an idea, you know, that uh could save, I
- 32:00don't know, hundred bucks, you know, on
- 32:02every part you put out. And the waste
- 32:05that that I I saw in the military was
- 32:10ungodly waste. And I'm sure they have
- 32:13something similar in the bure any
- 32:15bureaucratic system is just a wasteful
- 32:17system. And uh you're you're
- 32:19overburdened with idiots that don't have
- 32:22jobs and they they just got to punch a
- 32:24button and they hold the the key to this
- 32:27this rubber stamp that you need to you
- 32:29know that's stuck in a box behind their
- 32:32desk. And the only way you can get that
- 32:34rubber stamp to get something stamped on
- 32:36your on your paper to give you the
- 32:38approval to go and buy this item or pick
- 32:42it up at the supply shop in uh uh the um
- 32:47in the rear, you know, where people have
- 32:50where the the supply sergeant is is you
- 32:52got to have this this particular stamp
- 32:55from this particular sergeant who
- 32:57approves all these. So, you got to go
- 32:59lick his rear end for a while. And then
- 33:02they give you the stamp and hold it out
- 33:04and know they have power over and lord
- 33:07it over you. And then you get to go to
- 33:09the guy in the back. If if there's only
- 33:12one step, you just need the one stamp.
- 33:14If you need six stamps, Jesus, you're
- 33:17you know the welcome to the United
- 33:18States Army. And then you finally get to
- 33:21go to the place where you get your stuff
- 33:24and that guy makes you wait for an hour
- 33:26and a half and has a sign on it that
- 33:28says your failure to plan doesn't create
- 33:31my emergency
- 33:33and uh basically I'll get to you when I
- 33:37get to you and how come you didn't think
- 33:39about this emergency two years ago when
- 33:42you should have and uh you know that's
- 33:45that's what these soldiers were bitching
- 33:47about was bureaucracy.
- 33:49It's like, man, I had to go to Russia
- 33:51and open an arm of civic outlaws over
- 33:54there because what do we about the
- 33:56most? Bureaucracy.
- 33:59So, I could tell you a ton of stories
- 34:02about bureaucracy, but I'll give you a
- 34:04quick one. Uh, for 4 months, let's see,
- 34:08I bought a truck
- 34:10uh I don't know, four or six months ago,
- 34:12long time ago. And uh I mailed the
- 34:15paperwork to get my license plates, sent
- 34:19them off, shipped them away, they got
- 34:23sent back, said, "Well, we don't accept
- 34:26the Missouri form. You need a Florida
- 34:28form." And here the Florida form, you
- 34:30can download it here. It's like, Jesus,
- 34:32what what the hell you Why don't you say
- 34:34that in your initial, you know, it's
- 34:37nobody ever puts all the rules out
- 34:39there. Jesus, how you going to get
- 34:40anything done?
- 34:42How you going to how you going to have
- 34:44bureaucracy with a job? You know, you
- 34:47don't have a job if you have something
- 34:49simple and by God, you can't do anything
- 34:51on. So, long and the short of it is uh
- 34:54two mailings and a trip to Florida and I
- 34:57finally got license plates on my truck,
- 35:00which has been sitting gathering dust
- 35:03because I can't drive it because it's
- 35:05got no plates. And uh uh so, but now I
- 35:08finally got the freaking plates. And uh
- 35:10it was it was a nightmare. And uh
- 35:16only because uh well not only because I
- 35:18I assume because it was going back and
- 35:20forth and uh when I went down there the
- 35:22the funny part is I got there. They're
- 35:24open on Saturdays and I went there at
- 35:26and I got there at 9:20 in the morning
- 35:29and I was number 68 that had come up uh
- 35:33you know 68 people in front 67 in front
- 35:36of me in other words. And uh so you're
- 35:40not place is packed. It's like holy
- 35:43crap. What do they sleep in here? Like
- 35:44it's a concert or something. But appar
- 35:47you know there's not a lot open. And so
- 35:49uh uh at any rate I'm in there. I get I
- 35:52get up there finally at 11:15 in the
- 35:56morning. Uh no no I'm sorry. It was
- 35:5811:35 in the morning. They uh uh at
- 36:0211:15 they said no more people can come
- 36:05in the door. And um so 11:35 I get up
- 36:10there. I give them all my paperwork.
- 36:12I've already been through this twice by
- 36:14mail, right? And I I give them all my
- 36:16paperwork, pass it over. Lady does it.
- 36:18And she looks at she goes, "I need
- 36:20this." I was like, "It's right there."
- 36:23She goes, "Yeah, but it doesn't say this
- 36:25on it. Doesn't say zero." And ba basic
- 36:28basically I needed something from the
- 36:30car dealer to uh show that I that you
- 36:35know that I paid them what was needed.
- 36:38There was a down payment number, a pile
- 36:39of money and then there was another part
- 36:42that was going to be financed and I said
- 36:44no it's got a lean. You know you just
- 36:46stamp lean and off you go. You know of
- 36:48course I paid that or I wouldn't be here
- 36:51with all that. You go. Nope. Just got to
- 36:53say got to say paid or got to say zero.
- 36:55I said, "But they don't do them that
- 36:57way." She goes, "Florid ones do." Like,
- 36:59"All right." So, I get up. It's like,
- 37:03"Oh, I got 20 minutes to figure
- 37:06this out." And sorry to swear like that.
- 37:08And I said, "20 minutes to figure this
- 37:10out." I get out. I start harassing the
- 37:11BMW dealer up in Colombia. And sorry for
- 37:16to give the name. I probably shouldn't,
- 37:18but I call him up. I was like, "Jesus,
- 37:19can you give me this? Here's the
- 37:21contract. Here's this." He goes, "Well,
- 37:22this is old. No kidding. I've been doing
- 37:25this from afar and now I finally came
- 37:28down to get this done. This is why I'm
- 37:30here. And uh uh it's I don't want to
- 37:34drive and go to jail. Jesus, I'd love
- 37:36that, you know, to to to to get you for
- 37:39no plates and throw you in prison for
- 37:41six years. That'd be great. And uh so I
- 37:45I u coerced this guy to sending me the
- 37:49paper. I go back up to the line. And
- 37:51there's still uh I go up to the same
- 37:53lady and uh uh she's got another
- 37:55customer of course and I was like she
- 37:57goes email it to this address. I email
- 37:59it to that address and I'm interrupting
- 38:01the other people cuz Jesus I only got to
- 38:03one day I flew down there for this and
- 38:05uh so she she she says um nope that
- 38:10won't work. You have to have this. And I
- 38:13it says it right there. Nope. It's got
- 38:15to say here. I said all right. So I
- 38:17called the guy back up. I said, "Hey,
- 38:19how's it going? That's not going to
- 38:22work." He goes, "Why not? It's I don't
- 38:23know. It's bureaucracy. Just put this on
- 38:26it." And he did. And he sent it back.
- 38:28And I stood there. And by the time I So
- 38:30now there the line is there. The people
- 38:32in front of me were registering like
- 38:34four cars to this lady, right? She told
- 38:36me to wait till after them. And uh so
- 38:39I'm waiting for them. And they're having
- 38:40fun. in the line and you know there's
- 38:42things going on and and it's a uh the
- 38:45place is starting to empty out. I was
- 38:48the very last person.
- 38:51I got out of there at 2:15. They closed
- 38:54at noon. I got there at 9:20 something
- 38:59and uh that was it. Anyway, that was my
- 39:01bureaucracy. Well, these soldiers that
- 39:03are talking to Putin are bitching about
- 39:06what bureaucracy. I have an idea. He
- 39:10said, "We all know." One of these guys
- 39:11stands up. He says, "I have an idea. We
- 39:13all know that these things transmit at
- 39:16the uh between the the ranges of u uh I
- 39:20don't know whatever gigahertz, 50
- 39:22gigahertz, and 250 gigahertz." And this
- 39:25band is where they are. And these guy we
- 39:28and the ones that we have don't go that
- 39:30low. They need to go a couple bands
- 39:32lower. I can go to a local shop and buy
- 39:35this sort of um uh bandwidth in enhancer
- 39:41and uh I can um uh we could probably fix
- 39:45it on the front line. We you know we we
- 39:47we you know I need these I need these
- 39:50things. I need to be able to do it but I
- 39:52can't really do it. And then I also need
- 39:54the ability to get this idea to somebody
- 39:56and tell them what we need. And uh uh
- 39:59Putin says you've spoken to your
- 40:00commander. He says, "Yes, I've spoken to
- 40:02my commander and I've gone forward." And
- 40:04uh the reason I tell you this story is
- 40:06is it's because this is what if Putin is
- 40:12losing the
- 40:14propaganda war. It's because this uh
- 40:18drone warfare is beating up things and
- 40:22blowing up uh girls uh pedagog
- 40:26pedagogical school and killing 25 uh
- 40:29young students. You know, the Ukrainians
- 40:31are brutal and uh they are just brutal.
- 40:34They attack these things on purpose.
- 40:36There ain't no way they made that
- 40:38mistake, you know, three times and you
- 40:40go and they they've done it before. The
- 40:42beaches at BH at I'm sorry, the beaches
- 40:45at um on the Crimean shoreline where
- 40:49they took uh uh what do they call those?
- 40:52uh fragmentation grenades that uh uh
- 40:56that shoot out little balls of uh of uh
- 41:00BB's and stuff and did it on a beach on
- 41:02a Sunday afternoon in Crimea. I mean,
- 41:05people don't even talk about this
- 41:07but this is what they're doing. And
- 41:09they're doing it to bring the war home
- 41:12to the Russian people. and they're
- 41:16attacking non-military
- 41:18targets because there are people that
- 41:21have suffered in Ukraine as well. Okay.
- 41:24And uh now but Russia very very very few
- 41:29have of their they they don't
- 41:31intentionally target and nobody can
- 41:34point to the intentional target. They've
- 41:36tried to, you know, with the BHA thing
- 41:37that was a fake and then they talk about
- 41:39Russian disinformation and all that
- 41:42happy crappy. But when Putin is
- 41:44listening to these soldiers,
- 41:46I I think something like that, a meeting
- 41:49like that, the reason I wanted to listen
- 41:52to it and and watch it is because that
- 41:57is reality. those guys. I I you know,
- 42:00you think about it and I'm sitting there
- 42:02thinking about it from the military
- 42:04point of view of of Sam, the young
- 42:06sergeant who was in charge of a lot of
- 42:08stuff and uh uh you know had had uh at
- 42:12one point the students in the student
- 42:15realm I had a hundred students that
- 42:18reported to me and but in the combat um
- 42:21prep in Fort Hood, Texas, you know, the
- 42:24most I ever had was I was in a regiment,
- 42:27flight regiment And and we had small
- 42:29teams. I had like 12 guys. That's it.
- 42:31And um but you know in combat I I'd had
- 42:35three helicopters and uh uh because I
- 42:38was signed for them damn things. I don't
- 42:40fly a helicopter. I never qualified but
- 42:42I can't fly the damn thing. I just jump
- 42:45out of them or or or
- 42:48anyway it's uh the bureaucracy and the
- 42:52frontline stuff. These are front line.
- 42:54You can imagine what the commanders of
- 42:57these guys are all watching. I I
- 43:00guarantee it. The the guys in charge,
- 43:02the guys at the table talking to Putin
- 43:05are definitely watching. And these guys
- 43:08have got to be careful what they say.
- 43:11and they say, you know, we we we uh
- 43:14greet you from the unit of whatever
- 43:18150th guards and and we're frontline
- 43:20unit in the uh the Saver group of forces
- 43:24or the Euji group of forces, whatever.
- 43:26And we will, you know, we we greet you
- 43:30and honor you from this unit. And now
- 43:33here's my question. You know, I and and
- 43:36trust me, the commanders are watching.
- 43:38They're go, but I hope this kid don't
- 43:39screw it up. Hope he doesn't point out,
- 43:42you know, anything bad about the unit.
- 43:44And B, you can't I guarantee you the
- 43:46boss is sitting in the back list or
- 43:48another office miles away. You know,
- 43:50obviously back back on the front line
- 43:53still going, "Hope this guy doesn't
- 43:55screw it up for me." And the guy says,
- 43:58"Uh, well, with these drone things, we
- 44:00can't work them cuz you know, Jesus, the
- 44:02stuff you give us is uh uh 200 200 hertz
- 44:06out of range and we can't uh we can't
- 44:08get there." And Putin, here's here's
- 44:10Putin's answer to him. He says,
- 44:13"Have you spoken to uh your commanders?"
- 44:16"Yes, I have. Have you passed this up?"
- 44:18He said, "Yes." He said, "Well, the
- 44:20wheels of uh uh progress, you know,
- 44:23sometimes turn slowly." He said, "What I
- 44:25want you to do is meet with this guy
- 44:27right here. He's he's the, you know,
- 44:29afterward you come meet with him." He
- 44:31said, "There may be things that you can
- 44:32do." And he said he said, "How long are
- 44:34you guys here?" You know, and he said
- 44:37something to the whole crew. Well, they
- 44:38sent him up. Has any Have you been to
- 44:40Moscow before? You know, and some of
- 44:42them yes, some of them no. And he goes,
- 44:43"Well, I you know, we're going to keep
- 44:46you here a couple of days, you know.
- 44:48How'd you like that? You know, we're
- 44:49going to keep you here a couple of days.
- 44:51You relax. You find out the city. You
- 44:53meet with this guy. I want all of your
- 44:55ideas." And uh it and the the commander
- 44:59or the the Department of Defense guys,
- 45:02uh yeah, he's right. He takes it. And it
- 45:06was such a real meeting, you know what I
- 45:09mean? It was it was a real uh a real
- 45:13event and um and for these soldiers
- 45:17obviously something huge and um it's
- 45:26I I don't know. It was worth the hour
- 45:28that it took me to watch it, you know,
- 45:31or to listen to it. And uh uh he he
- 45:36Putin is an interesting fellow no matter
- 45:38how you slice it. And uh I believe he's
- 45:41got his country's uh uh you know just
- 45:44like Trump, he's got his country's uh
- 45:47best interests at heart as he sees them.
- 45:51Is he always right? Not remotely. Is he
- 45:54doing a good job and is he liked by the
- 45:56people generally? Yeah. So, and and I
- 45:59feel similar about uh Trump with plenty
- 46:03of reservations, you know, and I got
- 46:05reservations about Putin, too. But
- 46:06Putin's not my glavna commander. He's
- 46:09not my uh my uh supreme leader, you
- 46:13know, my supreme commander. It's not
- 46:15it's not him. Mine is uh uh and I'm
- 46:18supposed to about Trump. and watch
- 46:21in that meeting with these guys. These
- 46:25are guys who were allowed to
- 46:30Uh so you bring them in and and I'm
- 46:32telling you it uh and you know how you
- 46:34start a trend like uh nobody wants to be
- 46:37the first one to and the first one
- 46:39gets up and he says, you know, my m my
- 46:41name is Simon Simonovich or whatever it
- 46:44is and I uh um am in the front lines and
- 46:47whatever. My god, I'm really I'm really
- 46:49scared to be here. I I I can't talk. And
- 46:51he's stuttering and he's and he's and
- 46:54Putin's like, "Listen, just just calm
- 46:56down. It's okay. We're we're very glad
- 46:58we're here. You we honor you. We think
- 47:00you're" and he put the guy at ease just
- 47:03like any normal uh person trying to
- 47:06solve a problem would. He put the guys
- 47:09at ease and talked to them. And the
- 47:11whole point of this meeting was that
- 47:13they could come and bring their issues
- 47:15and concerns from the front line and
- 47:17that uh uh Putin could do exactly what
- 47:20he's doing which is appear to be um uh
- 47:26listening paying attention and he was
- 47:29and uh and he listened and he talked to
- 47:31these guys and sure it's propaganda you
- 47:34know them posting that and it being
- 47:36available on YouTube which it was taken
- 47:38down you know I can't find it Now, you
- 47:41know, you could you could you have to go
- 47:43search for these things and it's crazy
- 47:45and uh this is
- 47:49it's
- 47:51the the lack of freedom of speech in the
- 47:54west or the lack or the the fact that
- 47:56they just get rid of stuff. You know, I
- 47:59still about Panchchena not being
- 48:01available anymore on YouTube that she
- 48:04got she got uh too confrontational. I
- 48:07listened to Alex Christophoru as you
- 48:09know and he put up something and he said
- 48:11he was uh he was blocked uh and what do
- 48:14they call it? Throttling. He was
- 48:16throttled
- 48:18uh by YouTube for unpopular uh you know
- 48:23he he he said some things about Ukraine,
- 48:26about Iran. You can't do it or YouTube
- 48:29will throttle you. YouTube's Google and
- 48:32uh you know if you're not arguing with
- 48:34your AI that comes from Google or your
- 48:37AI that comes from China or your a you
- 48:40know whether you're using DeepSeek
- 48:43whether you're using Claude whether
- 48:45you're using Grock whether you're using
- 48:47chat GPT all of their data and here's
- 48:51the problem if there's a problem with
- 48:53the AI this is why everybody and why
- 48:55Putin talked about in his economic forum
- 48:58last week which I brought to you why he
- 49:00talked talked about we need our own AI
- 49:03platform because otherwise you're
- 49:05getting LGBTQ crap thrown in it thrown
- 49:09at you from the West. You're getting uh
- 49:11you can't be rude to uh uh Donald Trump
- 49:14or you'll get throttled on certain
- 49:16channels. You can't uh spout anything
- 49:20that appears to be anti-Israel or you
- 49:24will get throttled
- 49:26and and that's that's what they we are
- 49:29li our freedom of speech is limited. Can
- 49:33I sit here at the and come to you live
- 49:35from the Lake Ozark real estate of the
- 49:37art studio? I sure can. And I can say
- 49:40whatever JR will allow me to say and so
- 49:42far he hasn't limited me. He hasn't said
- 49:44well you can't do that. And uh and if he
- 49:47did, I'd be pissy about it, you know,
- 49:50because my words are my words. My
- 49:52opinion are my opinion. I don't need Fox
- 49:55News, CNN, anybody else giving me my
- 49:59opinion and telling me what to think.
- 50:01I'm not telling you what to think. I
- 50:03don't care what you think. I'm telling
- 50:05you what I think. I mean, I shouldn't
- 50:07say it that way. That sounds rude. I do
- 50:08care what you think. But what you think,
- 50:11I might be able to influence, but I
- 50:14would never demand. you know that you
- 50:16bow down and go, "Oh, gee, that's Sam's
- 50:18genius. He's right." No. Sam has his own
- 50:21opinion, and you should have yours. And
- 50:22as long as it's developed and based upon
- 50:27a a healthy review of the data at hand
- 50:31about a particular thing, great. Uh, you
- 50:35know, and and you can disagree, you can
- 50:37come to a different conclusion. You
- 50:39could watch the same video that I
- 50:41watched with the old Vladimir Vladimir
- 50:44and all those soldiers coming to him
- 50:46from the front lines and interrogating
- 50:49him and come to a different conclusion.
- 50:52I get that, you know, that's that's
- 50:55freedom of speech. That's what I mean.
- 50:57But these guys were able to go and talk
- 50:59to him and you know it's not like any of
- 51:01them are going to the gool log because
- 51:03they brought up that you don't have this
- 51:05200 hertz range and they were he he he
- 51:08was truly interested in what they had to
- 51:11say and that was the important part. He
- 51:15wanted to know what they had to say and
- 51:17everybody demonizes Putin. You know I'm
- 51:20supposed to be a Putin lover. Well, you
- 51:22you that demonizing him demonize him
- 51:25haven't listened. All you're getting are
- 51:28the tiny little chunks that they
- 51:31propagandize
- 51:33over here. Okay. And uh I'm going to
- 51:37play I'm going to take a tiny song break
- 51:39and hopefully be able to get a a a
- 51:41coffee during that. But there's a song
- 51:44that I've been meaning to play over
- 51:46here. It's a Russian song, but it's
- 51:48about uh uh Pikachu. Uh you remember the
- 51:52little uh
- 51:55what are they called? The little I I
- 51:58don't know what they're called. The
- 51:59little uh stuffed animals that the kids
- 52:02play with.
- 52:04It's not a gremlin. What do they call
- 52:06those guys? I don't remember. But
- 52:09uh he's he's a little Chinese dude,
- 52:12Pikachu. And they used to have these
- 52:14cards that they would everybody had
- 52:16these trading cards with all these uh
- 52:18little warriors and Pikachu was one of
- 52:20them and Pikachu whatever his skills are
- 52:23god knows I don't know but um um maybe
- 52:26he had bow hunting skills and uh
- 52:29numchuck skills kind of like Napoleon
- 52:32Dynamite right and uh so you know he had
- 52:35skills and so anyway there's a song
- 52:37about Pikachu
- 52:39and it's a pretty funny song now oh it's
- 52:42not that long know that's not going to
- 52:43give me time to get any coffee. So,
- 52:45we'll make sure that Tanya Tatana
- 52:48Cortova is afterward. Matushka is after
- 52:52Balaya Birinka. She's going to be
- 52:55second. But first, we'll get the Pikachu
- 52:57song and I'll go grab a bottle of water
- 52:58or a coffee. Just a bottle of water is
- 53:01what I'm going to do. And then we'll
- 53:02take a break and we will come back and
- 53:06have some more entertainment. Here she
- 53:10comes.
- 53:12Well, that is a yeah, pretty popular um
- 53:18Russian song the last couple of years.
- 53:20And uh let's see.
- 53:24I wanted to share with you, you know,
- 53:26Russia is answering these drone attacks
- 53:30they're answering. And so when you watch
- 53:35uh what is going on
- 53:37financially, diplomatically,
- 53:40politically, everybody is trying still
- 53:43trying the same. You know, I talked to
- 53:44you last week about the sanctions
- 53:46package number 21. You know, today is
- 53:48going to be the G7, the the seven
- 53:52most worth except for the United States,
- 53:55of course, the seven the seven or the
- 53:57others, you know, you just wonder what
- 54:00are the changes. I mean what do they
- 54:02really get out of meeting as a G7? What
- 54:05do they get is they get Mcronone. France
- 54:09is a tiny relatively I mean when you go
- 54:12compare the rest of the world what are
- 54:14they doing in G7? G7 presumes the top
- 54:17seven. The reason they made it was the
- 54:19top seven economies. These countries
- 54:21inside the G7 aren't in the top seven.
- 54:25They're not. England's not. France
- 54:28isn't. Germany's bar if if Germany's
- 54:30there uh they're barely there and uh so
- 54:33it's the world has changed since the G7
- 54:37people in fact some of the protesting I
- 54:39was telling you about earlier is because
- 54:41it's irrelevant what's relevant is more
- 54:43along the lines of the G20 and even that
- 54:46has some problems because only the the
- 54:49chosen few get the chance to run the
- 54:52show. So people that's what people are
- 54:54bitching about. That's why they're
- 54:56protesting. That's why they're starting
- 54:58crap on fire in in places is because the
- 55:02world is changing and Trump and company
- 55:06and I don't mean Trump specifically, but
- 55:08the dinosaur metaphor probably works.
- 55:11And I'm an old dude. So there you have
- 55:13it. So Russia and answer has been doing
- 55:17what do they call them? Mirror
- 55:18engagements. your mirror engagement and
- 55:21and they're matching and in fact by far
- 55:25worse scenarios they are
- 55:29escalating and bombing the snot out of
- 55:33Ukraine right now and uh they confirmed
- 55:37strikes last night on more military
- 55:39facilities. A malfunction Patriot
- 55:41interceptor
- 55:43uh
- 55:45struck a historic monastery in Kiev. So
- 55:48they're blowing up monasteries now. Um
- 55:51they destroyed a Sevastapole yesterday
- 55:53of the big story. The Ukrainians are
- 55:56attacking things that mean something to
- 55:59Russians. Okay. Now one of the unspoken
- 56:03agreements in war is you don't destroy
- 56:07historic artifacts and buildings. You
- 56:10don't do it. And if you do, you're the
- 56:14lowest of low in my opinion. you you you
- 56:17are uh you have suddenly
- 56:21that's a line that you shouldn't be
- 56:23crossing. Do things accidentally occur?
- 56:25Sure. And but but Ukraine intentionally
- 56:30attacked a panorama of the Russian Navy
- 56:34uh which um has been an icon in
- 56:39Sevastapole forever on the Black Sea.
- 56:43And so what do you do? you destroy stuff
- 56:45that means things uh mean things to
- 56:48somebody. That'd be like destroying the
- 56:50local mosque or the local um um
- 56:55cathedrals, you know, in a lot of these
- 56:57European cities and destroying them. And
- 56:59what they're saying is is the Ukrainians
- 57:02fired their own patriot and hit hit a
- 57:05historic monastery. Uh now Ukraine's
- 57:09going to use that to twist, oh, look,
- 57:11they blew up our monastery. Well, if
- 57:13they did, and this is that's BS, too.
- 57:16But if you're going to attack historic
- 57:18targets in in Moscow and historic uh
- 57:22things that mean something to the
- 57:23people, you should expect a hit. I don't
- 57:25know the facts about whether a patriot
- 57:27malfunctioned and hit the hit the
- 57:30monastery in Kiev. Hell, if I know, but
- 57:33it wouldn't surprise me if the if the
- 57:35Russians did a mirror did a mirrored
- 57:37response. And I'm not for it. You're
- 57:40destroying history. I hate it. I don't
- 57:43want you to do that. I'd love to go to
- 57:46Ukraine and see see this historic site.
- 57:49I'd like to go to Russia. That's the
- 57:51freaking point of travel is to see these
- 57:53things that you never get to see in
- 57:55life. I want to go to India and do the
- 57:57same thing, you know, and see I've been
- 58:00to 57 countries and what do I always go
- 58:02see?
- 58:04Historic places. I try to find the
- 58:06oldest crap in the area and go see it.
- 58:08And I go to tea plantations, coffee
- 58:11plantations, and uh alcohol
- 58:14distilleries. And and those are my three
- 58:16kind of hobbies, you know. I want to go
- 58:18see these things. If I go to Mexico, I
- 58:21go to a tequila uh factory, you know. If
- 58:24I go to um a a Caribbean place, I want
- 58:27some rum and I want to figure out how
- 58:29they make it. I go to Russia, I go to a
- 58:31vodka place. I go to Kentucky, I go to a
- 58:34whiskey place. get myself a bottle of
- 58:37whiskey, uh, you know, and shop around
- 58:40at five or six other places. But his
- 58:42history, you know, whiskey bottles, you
- 58:45can replace history. You can't replace
- 58:47that You people are nuts. Um, but
- 58:50the Russians have carried out overnight
- 58:52long range attacks on
- 58:54military-industrial facilities in three
- 58:56Ukrainian cities. And they they took out
- 58:58some airfields, conscript offices.
- 59:02Uh, that's that was announced this
- 59:04morning.
- 59:06The strikes last night involved drones
- 59:08and missiles from
- 59:11air, land, and sea platforms, said the
- 59:13ministry. And uh in a followup, they
- 59:16said a total of 16 industrial targets
- 59:19were hit. There was a plant to produce
- 59:21drone warheads and boosters for the
- 59:24Flamingo cruise missiles that Ukraine
- 59:26has been trying to uh used. They're
- 59:29taking over. What they've done is
- 59:30they're calling them the flamingo and
- 59:32they've take they're starting to build
- 59:33plants based on uh French and British
- 59:36designs um storm shadow or whatever.
- 59:40They take all the design say well since
- 59:42uh the technology you know you don't
- 59:44want to share the uh technology bring it
- 59:47over here we'll build them here then
- 59:49they'll be Ukrainian missiles and not
- 59:52French or British or German and we'll
- 59:55supply them with our own Elon Musk style
- 59:59because Elon's paying for all their u uh
- 1:00:02internet
- 1:00:04we're going to get out we'll we'll boost
- 1:00:06a couple of our own satellites. I don't
- 1:00:08think Ukraine has done that yet. Uh
- 1:00:10because they still have to be targeted
- 1:00:12with Western data cuz they don't have
- 1:00:14their own. So targeting, they still got
- 1:00:17to get it from somewhere. And so that's
- 1:00:19that's that's where they're going to get
- 1:00:21it. So the 16 industrials including the
- 1:00:24Flamingo place, the uh there was a
- 1:00:27strike on a postal terminal in Kiev and
- 1:00:30uh for logistics that delivered parts
- 1:00:32for drones and electronic warfare
- 1:00:34systems. the stuff that uh these guys
- 1:00:37were talking about because the new
- 1:00:38drones fly on a different set of
- 1:00:41megahertz and Russia has the uh the
- 1:00:43drones that fly uh they're wireg guided
- 1:00:46and so they they can't be jammed and so
- 1:00:49they and that's what this guy was asking
- 1:00:51Putin. He said uh you know we can't jam
- 1:00:53at this hertz level. They've changed
- 1:00:55their hertz level. We need a different
- 1:00:56one. I know where the parts are. I mean
- 1:00:58he was pretty pretty knowledgeable and I
- 1:01:01know how to get it. So all these things
- 1:01:03tie together. So Moscow said a cinema
- 1:01:06studio in Kiev was struck because
- 1:01:08Ukrainian forces used that facility to
- 1:01:11program kamatakazi drones uh for attacks
- 1:01:14on Russia. Ukrainian sources say that uh
- 1:01:19in Kiev Kharkov and Nipper the cities
- 1:01:22named in the Russian statement they
- 1:01:24reported these attacks. The Ukrainian
- 1:01:26military said it had 70 incoming
- 1:01:29missiles and 600 drones and a partial
- 1:01:32power outage in Kiev and disruption of
- 1:01:35rail services. Ukrainian media said uh
- 1:01:38and they showed and I got a video here
- 1:01:40you could watch on X that showed a fire
- 1:01:43at one of the cathedrals at Kiev Pierk
- 1:01:46Monastery and they said the blaze was
- 1:01:49linked to the Russian operations and the
- 1:01:51Russians say that it was a uh uh Patriot
- 1:01:57uh missile that did it. The Russian
- 1:01:59Ministry said it does not target sites
- 1:02:01without military value and blames the
- 1:02:04damage on the US Patriot interceptors.
- 1:02:07And uh they suggest a uh projectile
- 1:02:10malfunction due to old age.
- 1:02:14I malfunction due to old age. Uh Kiev is
- 1:02:17complaining of a shortage of missiles
- 1:02:20and Patriots and they don't have them
- 1:02:21and they they uh they can't pay for
- 1:02:24them, which I don't understand. and you
- 1:02:25got hundreds of of billions of dollars
- 1:02:28coming to you. You b sell one of your
- 1:02:31freaking uh uh dachas, sell a um sell
- 1:02:35your uh villa in um the Caribbean.
- 1:02:41Uh the monastery has been the center of
- 1:02:43a prolonged dispute over control of its
- 1:02:46property for a long time. Ukrainians
- 1:02:48have been pushing for church assets to
- 1:02:50be transferred from the uh Orthodox
- 1:02:53church to the government Orthodox Church
- 1:02:56of Ukraine or to the state itself. So
- 1:02:59Kiev is trying to steal the to well take
- 1:03:02take over the monastery anyway. And um
- 1:03:08Russian strikes are uh you know the
- 1:03:10escalation in Russian strikes or the
- 1:03:13drone strikes is huge over the last
- 1:03:15month or so. Um we've been watching a uh
- 1:03:18very serious increase in the number. KV
- 1:03:22is wanting yet another 20 billion to
- 1:03:24pick up this week uh to you know while
- 1:03:27at the G7 meeting and he'll get it. You
- 1:03:29know they'll give him more money. Oh
- 1:03:30yeah. Okay. Let me write you a check.
- 1:03:33You know here you go Green Goblin have
- 1:03:36this and give him some more money. And
- 1:03:38it's another 20 billion from Western
- 1:03:41backers. So last week the Ukrainian
- 1:03:43strike caused damage to a museum in
- 1:03:46Sevastapole dedicated to the defense of
- 1:03:48the Crimean Peninsula during the 19th
- 1:03:51century wars with Turkey, Britain and
- 1:03:53France. And uh so an old facility and
- 1:03:58the Ukrainians blew it up. Um, so the
- 1:04:00tax on Ukrainian conscription centers
- 1:04:03came hours after the largest protest in
- 1:04:06Kiev that have that was huge sparked by
- 1:04:09force mobilization and the mass
- 1:04:11demonstration was broken up by riot
- 1:04:14police. They used tear gas and uh they I
- 1:04:18mean it was a big deal. um the
- 1:04:21anti-mobilization
- 1:04:22protesters. Basically, a crowd attempted
- 1:04:26to stop uh a gang from snatching a man
- 1:04:29off a street. Like I was telling you,
- 1:04:32the police used tear gas against dozens
- 1:04:34of protesters on Sunday night. An angry
- 1:04:38crowd gathered to defend a man who was
- 1:04:41being grabbed off the street by draft
- 1:04:43officers. And they're yelling at him,
- 1:04:45you know, they're yelling at these draft
- 1:04:46officers. Shame, shame on you for what
- 1:04:49you're doing. And they ambush
- 1:04:52military-aged men on the streets, at
- 1:04:54their workplaces, outside homes, in
- 1:04:56hospitals, and use pretty pretty massive
- 1:04:59force against these guys when they try
- 1:05:02to run. So this is uh we call it
- 1:05:05busification
- 1:05:07uh because they're shoved in into buses.
- 1:05:10The busific busification offtobus is the
- 1:05:13word. Auto they call them offtobus but a
- 1:05:17bus. So it's busification
- 1:05:20that they shove them in a bus and get
- 1:05:22them off. But it's not even a bus
- 1:05:23anymore. It's a car. So four guys stuff
- 1:05:27them in a car. You see a bus coming, you
- 1:05:29know, with booification stamped on the
- 1:05:31outside, but you don't see that on the
- 1:05:33cars. So now they just get out, beat the
- 1:05:35crap out of people in the streets, and
- 1:05:37then uh uh shove them in a car and get
- 1:05:40rid of them, send them off to die at the
- 1:05:42front line. I don't mean to laugh about
- 1:05:44that, but this is what it is. The D
- 1:05:47Deutsell uh newspaper in Deutsland uh in
- 1:05:50Germany said Ukrainian military is
- 1:05:53hooked on drugs. Big report. Big report.
- 1:05:56Drug addiction is a growing problem
- 1:05:58among Ukrainian troops. But yeah, but
- 1:06:00who wouldn't? you're losing your asses
- 1:06:02here and your lives in many uh
- 1:06:04scenarios. Uh growing problem among
- 1:06:06Ukrainian troops. Um here we are 5 years
- 1:06:10in and Deutschella reported this and the
- 1:06:13cites the experience of former Ukrainian
- 1:06:16Marine Corps officer who uh was
- 1:06:19interviewed by them cities on drugs and
- 1:06:22uh they attribute the problem to combat
- 1:06:24injuries, psychological exhaustion. Many
- 1:06:27servicemen spend months on the front
- 1:06:28line with no rest and prospects for
- 1:06:31demobilization.
- 1:06:32They all get booification and
- 1:06:34mobilization, but no demobilization.
- 1:06:39Narcotics are banned in the military,
- 1:06:41but heavy losses, lack of rotation,
- 1:06:43acute manpower shortages force wounded
- 1:06:46troops back to the front before they're
- 1:06:49fully recovered.
- 1:06:51And according to a report published last
- 1:06:53week, more than half of Ukrainian
- 1:06:56soldiers serving on the front line have
- 1:06:59great experience with drugs, alcohol, or
- 1:07:02a combination of both. Um,
- 1:07:07no army in modern history has fought
- 1:07:10four years without rotation, says
- 1:07:13psychotherapist
- 1:07:15eager Alfarov. He said this to
- 1:07:17Deutschella. He said that when
- 1:07:19commanders do not grant leave and there
- 1:07:22is nobody else to do the fighting, the
- 1:07:25troops feel a definite sense of
- 1:07:27injustice, frustration. You know, you
- 1:07:30can't do it. Family problems, I'm sure,
- 1:07:33exist that many soldiers have relatives
- 1:07:36that live abroad, you know, that live in
- 1:07:39the United States, live somewhere else,
- 1:07:41but they got to fight and uh these
- 1:07:44spouses drift. This lady, you know, one
- 1:07:46guy interviewed said, "My wife plans to
- 1:07:49stay in Europe because there are
- 1:07:50prospects there for the children, but
- 1:07:53I'm at war in Ukraine and every day, you
- 1:07:56know, I get closer to death." Basically,
- 1:07:59a former Ukrainian serviceman and a
- 1:08:01patient at a rehabilitation clinic said
- 1:08:04uh that uh drug addiction cost him his
- 1:08:08career. I had more than 200 men under my
- 1:08:11command and took part in a number of
- 1:08:14successful operations, he said. And that
- 1:08:17uh after being um his condition
- 1:08:21deteriorated and that he lost control of
- 1:08:24everything because he got addicted to
- 1:08:26drugs after he got wounded. And uh
- 1:08:29earlier this year a local resident
- 1:08:32rescued from Kras Narisk in the Detsk
- 1:08:35area was liberated by Russian forces in
- 1:08:382025. That part of the city
- 1:08:42uh told uh the newspaper that most
- 1:08:44Ukrainian troops in the city used drugs
- 1:08:47delivered by drone in the form of
- 1:08:50candies wrapped in camouflage packaging.
- 1:08:54and then in intoxicated soldiers clash
- 1:08:57with civilians and uh sometimes the
- 1:09:00incidents end in gunfire. So, the
- 1:09:03Guardian reports that Ukrainian
- 1:09:05servicemen uh in you know large numbers
- 1:09:08of them are developing drug addiction
- 1:09:10and the scale is kind of hard to assess
- 1:09:13because of no official data and uh they
- 1:09:16link it in part to post-traumatic sess
- 1:09:19stress I mean and uh anxiety from
- 1:09:23prolonged combat exposure.
- 1:09:26So, I don't know. It's uh this war not
- 1:09:30ending has effects on everybody but uh
- 1:09:33on the front lines
- 1:09:36um Constantine
- 1:09:38was taken that's a big city and the
- 1:09:40Russians are uh uh claiming that they
- 1:09:43have taken that and that really opens up
- 1:09:46the lines for the next two cities in
- 1:09:48Ukraine.
- 1:09:50My argument is that Ukraine is throwing
- 1:09:53all of these drones because that's all
- 1:09:56they have left are, you know, people
- 1:10:00sitting in um
- 1:10:03bunker style or basement style or uh
- 1:10:07metro rail style bunkers and operating
- 1:10:12drones
- 1:10:13into Russia
- 1:10:15uh or even on the front line. But uh
- 1:10:18they don't get any they're not stopping
- 1:10:20the front line. The front line isn't
- 1:10:23stopping. And and what's odd to me is
- 1:10:26they're not defending that Ukraine the
- 1:10:29the reason I believe they have nothing
- 1:10:31is because Ukraine is not defending its
- 1:10:35own country. It is on the attack in
- 1:10:39destroying historic artifacts,
- 1:10:41destroying uh destroying civilian
- 1:10:44infrastructure,
- 1:10:46trying to kill regular non-military
- 1:10:50citizens,
- 1:10:51and uh
- 1:10:54that's all they have left. You know,
- 1:10:56they can't get any more people. Their
- 1:10:58problem is manpower, and they don't have
- 1:11:03it. And all they're doing is making it
- 1:11:06worse. So you might get some limited
- 1:11:09pleasure out of bombing the snot out of
- 1:11:12Russia, you know. Well, geez, we can get
- 1:11:15anywhere in Russia. Well, good for you.
- 1:11:17What What's it going to do? What's how's
- 1:11:19that going to end in the end? How will
- 1:11:21it be? It's not going to change a damn
- 1:11:24thing because Russia's still advancing
- 1:11:28on the front lines. Russia is pushing
- 1:11:32hard in the summer uh summer offensives
- 1:11:37and Ukraine's got nothing left. They
- 1:11:39sent Sirki, the the general or the
- 1:11:42command general into Constantinovka
- 1:11:46himself was in there. So he's managing
- 1:11:51this. And if he didn't if he doesn't
- 1:11:53save that, I imagine his uh uh his uh
- 1:11:59command time will be over. Meanwhile,
- 1:12:03you have this the Green Goblin. Uh
- 1:12:06nobody talks at all anymore about the
- 1:12:08fact that he's a dictator, about the
- 1:12:10fact that there's no elections and never
- 1:12:13will be. You're not getting elections.
- 1:12:15You're done. Zilinski runs that place.
- 1:12:18Zilinski is the emperor, but you know
- 1:12:21he's going to be the the Stalin of uh
- 1:12:23the UK of well Ukraine and not the UK.
- 1:12:26He over there they think he's Churchill.
- 1:12:30He's Church Hill. That guy is not Church
- 1:12:32Hill. Church Hill was better dressed.
- 1:12:35You know, it's uh maybe if he put a suit
- 1:12:37on once in a while, maybe. But I doubt
- 1:12:40it. Um let's see here. I wanted to share
- 1:12:45with you the uh
- 1:12:49an article, an opinion piece by um
- 1:12:55Tariq Amar, a historian from Germany. Um
- 1:13:00and he works on the issues of Russia,
- 1:13:02Ukraine, Western Europe, you know, stuff
- 1:13:04like that. and he he has uh some pretty
- 1:13:07good art articles come up and uh I'm
- 1:13:10going to share that with you I think
- 1:13:12probably the end of the show here
- 1:13:14because it's it's not that long.
- 1:13:17Let's see.
- 1:13:20Um
- 1:13:22you can't argue with a man observing the
- 1:13:26obvious.
- 1:13:28Welcome, Professor Obvious. We say
- 1:13:31like that to people. Uh we are living in
- 1:13:34unusually perilous times in the Middle
- 1:13:37East. The Israeli American infernal duo
- 1:13:40have been on a rampage of war, state
- 1:13:43terror, all-purpose devastation, and
- 1:13:45genocide that with a bonus has also
- 1:13:48brought the world economy to the verge
- 1:13:51of cardiac arrest by clogging one of its
- 1:13:54vital fossil fuel arteries.
- 1:13:58Indeed, that particular risk is so
- 1:14:00obvious that even Germany's less than
- 1:14:03brilliant Friedrich Merittz has long
- 1:14:07spotted it. In the Far East, Taiwan is
- 1:14:10ruled by a government h so hellbent on
- 1:14:13antagonizing their fellow Chinese
- 1:14:16mainland that Taipe's political reflexes
- 1:14:20seem almost as perverse as those in
- 1:14:22Berlin. In the west, you have German
- 1:14:25elite, which can't find enough billions
- 1:14:28to fork over to Ukraine when Ukraine and
- 1:14:30friends blow up Germany's vital
- 1:14:33pipelines and lethally its
- 1:14:37already ailing economy.
- 1:14:42In the east,
- 1:14:44there is Taipei getting really, really
- 1:14:47angry when the Philippines and Japan
- 1:14:50start negotiating away Taiwan's maritime
- 1:14:53exclus exclusive economic zone.
- 1:14:58Angry that is at Beijing and in the EU,
- 1:15:01the garden of values that is really a
- 1:15:04swampy jungle of eternal confusion and
- 1:15:07corruption. The catastrophe that in its
- 1:15:11foreign policy is now obvious enough for
- 1:15:15several European bigwigs to gang up on
- 1:15:19the ragingly incompetent Kaja Kaya
- 1:15:22Kalis. Her tenure as the de facto EU
- 1:15:27foreign minister has been so
- 1:15:29breathtakingly blundering that her
- 1:15:31employers aren't merely itching to kick
- 1:15:34her out, but think about in essence
- 1:15:37abolishing her job.
- 1:15:40Being so horrible at something that you
- 1:15:43won't just get fired yourself, but take
- 1:15:45the whole shop down with you. Perhaps
- 1:15:48only the Baltic girl boss wonder could
- 1:15:50pull that one off. But then maybe it's
- 1:15:53really all just another power grab by
- 1:15:56the EU's German queen, the absolute
- 1:15:59queen and US viceroy Ursula line. Either
- 1:16:05way, frightful insanity abides.
- 1:16:09We could add more scary and grotesque
- 1:16:12evidence, but things are clear. It's a
- 1:16:15grim picture all around.
- 1:16:18I like how he writes. So fair enough if
- 1:16:21you feel like being a big sad downer and
- 1:16:24doommonger. Where it gets weird is when
- 1:16:27you get your scare priorities upside
- 1:16:29down. Granted, from the hapless NATO, EU
- 1:16:33European perspective, Russia may look a
- 1:16:36little unsettling. After all, you once
- 1:16:38you've waged years of proxy war,
- 1:16:41sanctions, and propaganda war against
- 1:16:44Russia, who knows what the mood really
- 1:16:46is like in Moscow. As a good NATO EU
- 1:16:50apparatic, you certainly would not know
- 1:16:53because you have displayed the foresight
- 1:16:56of a gnat by proudly not talking or
- 1:16:59listening to the Russians is what I've
- 1:17:02been saying for years. So when you feel
- 1:17:05a little insecure, that might really be
- 1:17:07your bad conscience calling in a merely
- 1:17:10professional, not moral sense, which you
- 1:17:13are likely to lack.
- 1:17:16But generally speaking, the worse the
- 1:17:19stupidity and mistakes uh have been you
- 1:17:21have produced but keep repressing, the
- 1:17:25higher the price. Old Sigman Freud
- 1:17:28called it effective dability. In
- 1:17:30essence, it means that lying to yourself
- 1:17:35makes you dim. And once you're BSing
- 1:17:38yourself for years as if there's no
- 1:17:41tomorrow, you'll turn positively
- 1:17:44imbecillic. That's the only way to
- 1:17:46explain the fresh wave of transparently
- 1:17:49hysterical scaremongering about Russia
- 1:17:51in the west in particular this time in
- 1:17:54Britain. Thus on the occasion of the
- 1:17:56recent St. Petersburg International
- 1:17:58Economic Forum centrist mainstream
- 1:18:01flagship The Independent came out with a
- 1:18:03fascinating piece of fiction
- 1:18:06masquerading as analysis under the
- 1:18:09clickbait title puffylooking Putin is
- 1:18:13acting weirder than ever and that should
- 1:18:15chill us to the bone. Readers were
- 1:18:17treated to a highly imaginative horror
- 1:18:20tale about, in essence, a terrible loose
- 1:18:23cannon in the Kremlin, pondering staged
- 1:18:25incidents and nuclear terrorism, ready
- 1:18:28to blow up the world, or at least
- 1:18:30Europe, or maybe just Britain, because
- 1:18:32Russia is losing the war. And also, he
- 1:18:36looks puffy.
- 1:18:38All of this backed up, not really, by
- 1:18:41another statement from the high British
- 1:18:43military officer that things are as dire
- 1:18:46as never before. He and his comrades in
- 1:18:50arms, plus a few tweety spy gents and
- 1:18:54dames produce these screams at least
- 1:18:56twice a month. It seems to be a standing
- 1:18:59order. Indeed, there is such an
- 1:19:01inflationary overproduction of men and
- 1:19:04women in khaki with stiff upper lips
- 1:19:06crying big bad Russian wolf that even
- 1:19:09Politico has already produced at least
- 1:19:12one best of collection gathering the
- 1:19:15five dooiest Russian warnings from
- 1:19:17Britain's military.
- 1:19:20perish the thought that any of this may
- 1:19:22have anything to do with fattening
- 1:19:24defense budgets or driving up the profit
- 1:19:26of his majesty's military-industrial
- 1:19:29complex. Generally speaking, the West
- 1:19:31has a rich tradition of declaring Russia
- 1:19:34vanquished. Its president Putin at
- 1:19:37death's door or on the verge of being
- 1:19:39regime changed. And of course, Ukraine
- 1:19:42on the cusp of winning the war. Yeah,
- 1:19:45all three the those things are
- 1:19:47completely lies. And it's funny how
- 1:19:49often they come up. At the same time,
- 1:19:51they predict that Russia will attack all
- 1:19:53of Europe tomorrow.
- 1:19:55If you're losing a war against Ukraine
- 1:19:58and you can't win, how in the hell are
- 1:20:00you going to take over Ukraine, Europe
- 1:20:02tomorrow? And I don't understand why
- 1:20:05people don't get that point. Oh,
- 1:20:07Russia's going to kill us by 2030. We
- 1:20:09better arm up. Notwithstanding
- 1:20:11occasional and intriguing anomalies when
- 1:20:13a NATO commander from Trump of course
- 1:20:16let slip a fragment of the truth such
- 1:20:19that actually Moscow isn't really
- 1:20:22looking for conflict
- 1:20:24cuz they're not. In short, we're
- 1:20:26speaking about the severe and very sad
- 1:20:31uh but also funny mental condition known
- 1:20:35as rousophrenia. The afflicted live with
- 1:20:38an imaginary Schroedering Schroinger
- 1:20:41Russia occupying their suffering mind. A
- 1:20:44Russia that is always simultaneously
- 1:20:46half dead but very alive in a kicking.
- 1:20:49So much so that it's about to roll into
- 1:20:51their living room on a tank. In that
- 1:20:53sense, the silly independent piece is
- 1:20:55merely an almost comically perfect
- 1:20:57specimen of an absurd genre. Its whole
- 1:21:00argument boils down to Russia's
- 1:21:03finished. That's why it's coming for us
- 1:21:05all.
- 1:21:06Yet, there is something special about
- 1:21:08this particular emanation of
- 1:21:10rousophrenia. It's so easy to debunk,
- 1:21:13you must wonder if the author has any
- 1:21:15relationship to or respect for empiric
- 1:21:18empirical reality at all. Don't believe
- 1:21:21it? Look for yourself. The address and
- 1:21:23panel Q&A featuring Putin at SPEF were
- 1:21:26available online because that's what the
- 1:21:28office of the Russian presidency does.
- 1:21:31publishes the full video of major events
- 1:21:34in which Putin takes part with good
- 1:21:36English dubbing. H it's it's it's
- 1:21:39respectable English dubbing. Once you do
- 1:21:41the finy tiny bit of elementary
- 1:21:44factchecking, you see the puffy must be
- 1:21:47an elastic term of contemporary British
- 1:21:50English. Let's say Sir Kier Starmer is
- 1:21:53much more obviously lobster red on most
- 1:21:56days when he doesn't look pale and pasty
- 1:21:58with fear of the last scandal or defeat
- 1:22:01he's de des desperately trying to
- 1:22:04survive.
- 1:22:06More importantly, you'll also hear Putin
- 1:22:08give a speech like I gave it to you. If
- 1:22:10anything determinally factual, even a
- 1:22:13touch dry, crammed with statistics,
- 1:22:16clearly worked out and balanced
- 1:22:18language. Whether you love or hate, like
- 1:22:20or dislike demand, the cornered loose
- 1:22:22cannon, the independent pretends to have
- 1:22:24spotted is pure shameless fiction.
- 1:22:27Likewise, Putin's Q&A response to a
- 1:22:30disingenuous public letter by Ukraine's
- 1:22:32leader was certainly not friendly, that
- 1:22:35indeed he would be disturbingly
- 1:22:37inadequate and in part deservedly
- 1:22:39costic. But it was also calm and
- 1:22:41serious, pointing out the Kiev regime's
- 1:22:43primitive behind-the-scenes maneuvering.
- 1:22:46I'm not going to have time to finish
- 1:22:47this. What we should really be afraid of
- 1:22:49is the West with respect to Russia and
- 1:22:52not one of its so-called elites.
- 1:22:55I enjoyed you being here today. Hope you
- 1:22:57had a very good day and you have
- 1:22:59continue to do so in uh wonderful
