- 3:39greatly appreciated, just so you know it. All right, So starting off
- 3:45this episode, we're gonna call back to the last episode. Um well,
- 3:52we were trying to figure out how the Dallas Police or the FBI for that
- 4:00name, new to go to ten twenty six North Decley. So soon after
- 4:12Oswald's arrest, and in some instances before he was even arrested, he had
- 4:17to Texas Theater according to some sources. Um, so the document I was
- 4:28looking for, I finally found it and this is the official Okay, this
- 4:33is the official Dallas police record of searches and seizures. Okay. According to
- 4:43the official police Dallas Police record, ten twenty six North Decley, specifically,
- 4:50Oswald's room was searched by officer turning pots more than single on eleven, twenty
- 4:59two sixty three, based on search Warrant two nine five issued by Judge Dave
- 5:04Johnston, searched at three p m. See attached list of property taken.
- 5:14Kay. Now remember reporting to various sources, one including Earlene Roberts and Ac
- 5:29Johnson. Police were there at least the cordine Earlian Robberts a half an hour
- 5:34forty five minutes after Oswald left his rooming house. So this is before Tippa
- 5:42even supposedly got killed. This is before Heavy got arrested at the Texas Theater.
- 5:47Oh so this is after Tippic got killed. One am I thinking,
- 5:51sorry, um, but this is before he was even arrested at the Texas
- 5:56Theater Um. And according to the official story, the police did not know
- 6:04about ten twenty six North Beckley until Sheriff Decker's men who had been sent to
- 6:17fifteen fifth Street in Irving, that'd be Ruth Payne's residents, and it was
- 6:25there that they either well, there was three different versions of the story,
- 6:29but apparently there was an address book there and there was a number for Oswald's
- 6:36rooming house, and they performed a criss cross search where they figured out the
- 6:43address of the phone number. Okay, which brings us to the next official
- 6:56searches and seizures. Twenty fifth twenty fifteen fifth Street, Irving, Texas,
- 7:03searched at three thirty pm by stove All Rose and a damn chitten. Information
- 7:13of owner see attaches list of reperty taken. Now there is no search warrant
- 7:25enlisted here. Um, so pretty much, I mean, I'm guessing they
- 7:31saying they got consent from Ruth Pine to search, but without a search warrant,
- 7:35anything they collected at Ruth Paine's probably wouldn't have been an admissible in court
- 7:42um. But again, according to their official story, Bruce Paine's residence wasn't
- 7:49searched until three thirty pm, but the Beckley Street roomy house was searched at
- 7:56three pm and they had to call. They've Judge Johnston and he had to
- 8:03issue a search warrant and they had to pick it up and they had to
- 8:07take it there. So you're telling me that given the fact that even if
- 8:15they were fast in doing this two thirty pm, ten minutes after them Oswald
- 8:28to sit down in Fritz's interview room, they're off and running. They you
- 8:35know, search warrant for ten twenty six North Beckaty half an hour before.
- 8:41And then this this Ruby house is searched a half an hour before Ruth Paine's
- 8:46house has even searched where they had literally found the address. So how does
- 8:50that work? I don't know. And again twenty five fifteen Fifth Street,
- 8:56Irving, Texas, Miss Paine's residents searched by to Morris stove All and Rose
- 9:01when they lift into twenty three sixty three, This time a warrant was issued
- 9:07by Judge Joe Baron. I'm junior officer M came with the Irving PD also
- 9:16president and then this search happened at twelve thirty pm c list attached. So
- 9:28again this stuff doesn't make sense. The timing doesn't make sense. And then
- 9:35at the very bottom no date given. It states officers obtained a search warrant
- 9:43for ten twenty six North Beckley a second time and no recovery, which means
- 9:50they didn't take anything to find anything that was on the search warrant, and
- 9:56again no dant given for that interesting in arresting. And remember how all this
- 10:07went down. So because we have here thanks to the school book Depository called
- 10:13forty PM Homicide and Robbery Bureau officers assisting in search were Captain Fritz, Sims,
- 10:20Boyd Johnson turned Sinkhole, some of the same guys who searched the ten
- 10:28twenty six North Beckley There, Montgomery and Monahan see a tached list of property
- 10:35taken. Chief Lumpkin and other officers completed search of other floors. So after
- 10:46it was determined that the whoever that the school book depository had been the source
- 10:52of the shots and it would actively being searched, Captain will Fritz went down
- 11:00to these cool book compository and was there while it was being served. He
- 11:07was there when the shells were found, He was there when the guglans found
- 11:11and all that jazz, And then word came in that Officer Tippett had been
- 11:18killed in open club. And then the course of his investigation, according to
- 11:28the official story, you know, he got with Roy Truley, the building
- 11:31administrator, who told him that he was the only one who hadn't been present
- 11:39for a roll call after the assassination was Lee Oswald. So they pulled his
- 11:43application and figured out the address on there was twenty five fifteen West fifth Street,
- 11:52Irving, Texas, which is Ruth Payn's address. Now Fritz wanted to
- 11:56go there. He started to assemble a team to go there, but then
- 12:01got a call from Sheriff Sheriff Bill Decker. So he went to meet with
- 12:09Sheriff Bill Decker and afterwards decided not to go to Irving himself, but send
- 12:20Stove, all Roles, Rose and the damn Check in his place. Now,
- 12:26what was said at this meeting, and I don't know anyway, this
- 12:30leads us back two. Okay, Now Fritz sustain in Dallas, so he
- 12:37is there when Oswald is brought in the headquarters there and his little interrogation room.
- 12:50At some point that day they had established who had been working on the
- 12:54sixth floor as part of the floor lane crew headed by TSBD supervisor Bill Shelley
- 13:05Williams Shelly. He was heading up a crew up there of people replacing the
- 13:11floor on the sixth floor. This included Karl's Gibbons, Danny r. Say,
- 13:18Billy Lovelady, Charl Bonnie Ray Williams, and a couple of others.
- 13:28Now, these individuals were arrested if you want to call it, or detained
- 13:33or thinking downtown. And we had pictures of this from William Allen from day
- 13:39when you see Bill Shelley, Danny r. Say, Bill or Bonnie Ray
- 13:46Williams and getting stuffed in the back of a cop card. We have pictures
- 13:50of Billy Lovelady at the station as Oswalt's getting walked by him. So we
- 13:56know these guys were taken in relatively quickly. Question we have from that day
- 14:03who appid David's in any fires? Given by William Shelley. Now, the
- 14:09first one we have states this approximately October tenth for twelfth man by the name
- 14:18of Lee Oswald, a white male one one came to work where I do
- 14:24now. First of all, Oswald's first day at work was October the fourteenth,
- 14:33and Oswald was not twenty one years old the time he started. I
- 14:41believe he was twenty three when he started, and he had a birthday in
- 14:46October there so, which made him twenty four at the time of his death.
- 14:52I was put in charge of him by mister Trulli to show him what
- 14:56to do. I've been working close with this man since he has been there.
- 15:01This man stayed by himself most of the time and would go for a
- 15:05wall at noontime. So apparently Oswald wouldn't go for a walk or at least
- 15:18leave the building. This was something normal that he did. Lee would bring
- 15:24his lunch and usually eat with us in the lounge and read the paper.
- 15:30He would usually read about politics. So normally Lee would come in and eat
- 15:39his lunch with everybody else, and then go for a walk before or leave
- 15:45the building whatever he was doing, and then come back and resume his work
- 15:48for the rest of the day. Today, I arrived for work at eight
- 15:54am and went about my usual duties. Lee was already filling some orders just
- 16:00outside my office. I saw him periodically all morning with the exception when we
- 16:07were on the sixth floor. So he's saying he saw him all around the
- 16:11building that morning except the sixth floor. Now, mind you, Bill Shelley
- 16:19and his crew were laying a floor new flooring on the sixth floor all morning.
- 16:29At noon, I started eating my lunch in my office and I went
- 16:33outside to see the President. After the President's accident, I started checking around
- 16:42and I missed Lee. I asked mister Trulie about him, and he told
- 16:47me that he hadn't seen him either. I didn't see Lee until the police
- 16:52brought him into the Police Homicide Europe. So he's telling you if Bill Shelley
- 16:59is at the East station, when after Oswald's arrest, he was brought in
- 17:07to the Police Homicide Bureau. Excuse me, now, His second half of
- 17:15David in any fact given on November twenty second, nineteen sixty three, says
- 17:22thus today, at approximately twelve thirty pm November twenty second, nineteen sixty three,
- 17:32I was standing on the front steps at four eleven LM. Watching the
- 17:36President in the parade. President's car was about halfway from Houston to the Triple
- 17:42Underpass when I heard what sounded like three gunshots. I couldn't tell where they
- 17:48were coming from. All right, Now, you're standing on the front steps
- 17:55of a building where five floors above him, fifty feet above you, I
- 18:03supposed rifle shots are coming out of the building and into daily plasma. You
- 18:11have no idea where they were coming from. Okay, okay. He then
- 18:18says, I ran across the street to the corner of the park and ran
- 18:23into a girl crying, and she said the president had been shot. This
- 18:33girl's name is Gloria Calvary, who is an employee of the same building than
- 18:41now, So after the shots, Kelly knew that they were gunshots, she
- 18:48ran across the street. Now, folks, I've been to the book to
- 18:55Politory in Dallas. I've been to Elm Street, and I've been on this
- 19:00front steps. I've been across the street. Now, how did this lady,
- 19:06Gloria Calvary know that the president had been shot? Bill Shelley is seemingly
- 19:11clueless as to what happened other than the fact that he heard three gunshots.
- 19:21Okay. Next, he says, I went back into the building and went
- 19:26inside and called my wife and told her what happened right this Frontor did the
- 19:38Warrant commissioned version of Advance, where it states that after the shots, he
- 19:47hooked up with Billy Lovelady and went to the rail yard to investigate. He
- 19:56doesn't mention that here in his After David in any fact, not at all.
- 20:02In fact, this is a shockingly different version of events than how the
- 20:07Warren Commission paints what Bill Shelley and Billy Lovelady did that day because they had
- 20:18to some discredit Vicky Adams testimony. Kay, he said, I went back
- 20:30to the building and went inside and called my wife and told her what happened.
- 20:33There's no way you can confuse that with I hooked up with Billy Lovelady
- 20:37and we walked down to the rail yard to see what happened, and then
- 20:41came back around the building and came in the back door. No, no,
- 20:48that doesn't make sense. Okay. Then he says, I was on
- 20:53the first floor then, and I stayed at the elevator and was told not
- 21:00to let anybody out of the elevator. Okay. So now we have Bill
- 21:08Shelley stationed by someone at the elevator, the freight elevator, and he was
- 21:21told by somebody not to let anybody out of it. He says, I
- 21:30left the elevator, so he didn't do what he was told to do.
- 21:33He says, I left the elevator and went with the police one up to
- 21:37the other floors. Kay. And here's what he says next, which is
- 21:44really interesting. I left Jack Thorty in charge of the elevator, okay.
- 21:56And that is Bill Shelley's second affidavit in any fact, given on November the
- 22:00twenty second, nineteen sixty three. This is immediately after the ship went down.
- 22:06This is immediately after he's taken to the police headquarters in the back of
- 22:10this wold car. This is immediately after this is fresh in mind. Okay.
- 22:21So unless he has something to hide, then he's not lying here,
- 22:29Okay. Now, only if he has something to hide, as then if
- 22:33he was a part of this whole mess, would he then have a reason
- 22:38to lie about what he did with Billy Lovely. But assuming that Bill Shelley
- 22:47is an innocent piece of this puzzle, he has no reason to lie at
- 22:53this point. So this is what he did. I left Jack Doherty in
- 23:04charge of the elevator. Now, according to Fritz's handwritten notice of the Oswald
- 23:12interrogation, that he wrote down, you know, a couple of days after
- 23:21the actual interrogation, after Oswald had been killed. You know, he writes
- 23:27down a whole bunch of things. And in the last episode I says that
- 23:36he did not write down anything about ten twenty six doors Beckley at all,
- 23:41at all. You know it even says okay, h first interrogation with James
- 23:52book Out and James hosting eleven twenty two sixty three, three fifteen. Okay,
- 24:02this is what supposedly, you know, Oswald's admitted to doing it.
- 24:07Um didn't own a rifle, saw one at building, mister Trulli and two
- 24:15others home by something Tangs. Bridges admits going to Russia, admits writing Russian
- 24:32embassy, and Tenkosti says lived in Russia for three years. Does write what
- 24:44it does? Write over there m something non school and fort Worth two Marines
- 24:53says god usual medals claims no political belief belongs to fair play, playing the
- 25:03second floor coke when officer came in two first floor, had lunch and then
- 25:11out Bill Shelley, the fun left work, opinion, nothing else to be
- 25:21done that day, and YadA, YadA, YadA, right Yeah. In
- 25:32Bookouts, notes, which if we know that he actually took at three fifteen
- 25:37pm at the Oswald interrogation, because it's on the back of one of these
- 25:41affidavit at any fact papers you can see the bleed through. So he just
- 25:48grabbed whatever he had handy there, which was happening to be affidavit in any
- 25:52fact paperwork, which was likely some kind of a carbon copy paper. Um,
- 26:03you know we have this. On eleven twenty two to three fifteen pm,
- 26:08Lho interviewed by Captain Fritz, bookout and host the captain something. Captain
- 26:30Fritz delivered his ranks, et cetera. Apparently he was read as right.
- 26:37Lho admitted resided at ten twenty six North Backway. That's the first thing that's
- 26:41on the letter. That's the first thing that's on the note. All right.
- 26:45So even if they got to say address from Oswald, this interview didn't
- 26:55happen until three fifteen pm. They were already officers that had a search warrant
- 27:02at ten twenty six North Beckley by three pm. Okay, you're following the
- 27:08math, you're photos, you're seeing what I'm laying down? Here? Are
- 27:15you picking up what I'm laying down? There's some inconsistencies, some major inconsistencies,
- 27:22and what the Dallas Police and the FBI are as searching is going on
- 27:27here. So even if they would have immediately stopped interrogation and Prince would have
- 27:32got on the horn and said, hey, we need a search warrant right
- 27:36now, send a team to ten twenty six North Beckley, it likely wouldn't
- 27:40have happened until four or five o'clock, as was mentioned in the last show,
- 27:51lots of inconsistencies focos. But in Bookhouse report he faced this, Oswald
- 28:00stated he was present for work at the Texas Book Depository on the morning of
- 28:04eleven and at noon went to lunch. He went to the second floor to
- 28:11get coke to eat with lunth and return to the first floor to eat lunch.
- 28:18All right, Now, this would imply that Oswald got a coke from
- 28:32the second floor lunch room before he went downstairs to the first floor to run
- 28:44and then went outside to watch the presidential parade. Now, according to the
- 28:51official version of events, Oswald was somewhere during the shots they don't specify where,
- 29:03and then on the second floor in the lnth room he was encountered by
- 29:07Officer Baker and Roy Trully. This is after the assassination has taken place,
- 29:15where Truly supposedly said, oh, don't worry he works here, don't worry
- 29:18about him. Okay, But this says something totally different. It says something
- 29:27totally different then Fritz's notices. Now I remember, Fritz's notes were written two
- 29:34days after well yeah, two days after the place after Oswald's dead, because
- 29:41he knew that he would likely be questioned about all this stuff and he wanted
- 29:45to write down things while they were still fresh in his mind. But book
- 29:53Out made these notes while the interrogation is taking place, so you can kind
- 30:03of can't go back. And in this one there is no mention of the
- 30:10second floor lunch room encounter. He says he got to cook before he went
- 30:15down to the first floor to eat lunch. Okay. Then he says he
- 30:22went outside to watch the presidential prayer. And this, folks, is why
- 30:33bart Canon has done a lot of very important work when it comes to the
- 30:37interrogations, the second floor lunch room encounter, and the whole idea of prayer
- 30:45Man right, Because when you really start looking at the inconsistencies in these reports
- 30:57and the likelihood that they had to build a narrative and pen the murder on
- 31:04Lee Oswald. That's certain things had to be tweaked a little bit, just
- 31:15tweaked a little bit to make it appear that Oswald was on the sixth floor
- 31:23at the time of the shots. They just tweaked things a little bit.
- 31:27They just moved him around like a chess piece on a chessboard to fit the
- 31:34narrative. And sorry, just to correct myself before we move on too much
- 31:40further, these are not Bookouts notes that I'm talking about here. This is
- 31:45boost The's handwritten notes the interrogation. I apologize um that you can go find
- 31:53at prayer Dashman dot com. Thank you and my boy, um. And
- 32:05to give you an example of what I mean. So on eleven, twenty
- 32:10three sixty three, which is Saturday, day after the assassination, Hoste and
- 32:17bookoutmpared a report for the FBI, and it stated this, and this is
- 32:28of course based on their notes in their own personal recollections of the interrogation.
- 32:36But here we kind of start to see the narrative turn a little bit queak
- 32:40a little bit to Lee Harvey Oswald. Ten twenty six North Beckley, Dallas,
- 32:45Texas, was interviewed by Captain will Fritz of the Homicide Bureau. Special
- 32:50agents Hoste and Bookout were present during this interview. When the agents entered the
- 32:55room at three fifteen, Captain Fritz had been previously interviewing Oswald for an undetermined
- 33:00period of time. Kay, So apparently since Fritz didn't take any notes,
- 33:13we don't know what he had been interrogating Oswald about. Apparently from the time
- 33:21Oswald came in there two twenty pm until the FBI arrived at three fifteen,
- 33:27so I'm almost an hour Fritz had Oswald and they're all to himself, not
- 33:32writing down a goddamn thing. Apparently think he was on to say. Those
- 33:40agents identified themselves to Oswald advised him that they were law enforcement officers than anything
- 33:45he said to be used against him. Oswald at this time adopted a violent
- 33:51attitude toward the FBI, and both agents made many complimentary remarks without the FBI.
- 34:00Oswald requested that Fritz removed the cuffs from him. It's being noted that
- 34:04Oswald was handcuffed with his hands behind him. Captain Fritz had one of his
- 34:08detectives removed the handcuffs and handcuffed Oswald with his hands in front of him.
- 34:14Fritz asked Oswald if he ever earned a rifle. Oswald state that he had
- 34:19observed a mister Truly, a supervisor at the school book Depository, displayed a
- 34:24rifle on November the twentieth some individuals in his office on the first floor,
- 34:30but denied ever owning a rifle himself. Oswald stated that he had never been
- 34:36in Mexico except Tier one on one occasion. However, he admitted to Captain
- 34:42Fritz to having resided in the Soviet Union for three years, where he has
- 34:45many friends and relatives of his wife. Right now, why the fuck are
- 34:52they asking Oswald about Mexico. Why are they asking him about Mexico immediately after
- 35:02he's been arrested. How would they even know this? That Oswald supposedly went
- 35:12to Mexico City. Did the FBI know this? It did if they were
- 35:24watching him and he actually went. But again, the FBI is not supposed
- 35:30to operate outside of the United States. The CIA is the ones who said
- 35:40that Oswald had been in Mexico City. Now, according to the phone call
- 35:45between Jagre Hoover and Lyndon Johnson, Hoover was pissed because he said that the
- 36:00the audio tape and a picture of Oswald weren't Oswald. That they said,
- 36:07we're Oswald in Mexico City, and then all of a sudden they mysteriously lose
- 36:16the audio that disappears by the wayside. Oh that guy recorded over king times.
- 36:25Okay, all right, Well back to the matter of hand. How
- 36:31what did they even know about Mexico this soon after Oswald is arrested. How
- 36:44is that even possible, it goes on to say. Oswald also admitted that
- 36:53he was the secretary for the Fair Play for Cuba Committee in New Orleans,
- 36:58Louisiana a few months ago. Oswald stated the fair Play for the Cubic Committee
- 37:02has the headquarters in New York City. Oswald admitted to having received an award
- 37:07from Marksmanship while a member of the US Marine Corps. He further admitted that
- 37:12he was living in ten twenty sixth North Beckley in Dallas, Texas, under
- 37:15the name of oh Lee. Oswald admitted that he was present in the Texas
- 37:21School Book Depository on November twenty second, where he had been employed since October
- 37:25fifteenth, nineteen sixty three. Eight. Oswald stated that as a laborer,
- 37:30he has access to the entire building, which has offices on the first and
- 37:36second floors, orridge on the third and the fourth, as well as the
- 37:39fifth and the sixth. Oswald stated that he went to lunch at approximately noon,
- 37:45and he claimed that he ate his lunch on the first floor in the
- 37:47lunch room. Okay, However, he went to the second floor, where
- 37:53the cocola machine was located, and obtained a bottle of Coca cola for his
- 37:59lunch. Oswald claimed to be on the first floor when President John F.
- 38:04Kennedy passed the building. Now that's not what Oswald said. You see how
- 38:12they rearrange things there. What Oswald told him was that he stopped on the
- 38:20second floor to get a coca and then he went down to the first floor
- 38:22and the lunch. Which makes sense. Normally, when you were about to
- 38:27have lunch, you've got the ship. You need to actually eat and drink
- 38:30for your lund. You wouldn't go past getting a drink to go with your
- 38:38lunch and instead go to the first floor, eat your lunch and then go
- 38:44get a drink. That makes new sense whatsoever, But that's what they want
- 38:46you to believe. But that's not what he said he did. Here's the
- 38:52first instance instance of how things are giving queaked folks quaked. And then it
- 39:00says Oswell claimed to be on the first floor when President John F. Kennedy
- 39:04passed the building. No, no, no, no, that's not what
- 39:06he said. Well, he did say that, but he said he had
- 39:10went to the second floor first, then then the first floor to eat his
- 39:15lunch, and then he went out with Bill Shelley in front to watch the
- 39:19presidential parade. Now, why is this important? Why does prayer man matter?
- 39:30If you look at the front entrance of the school Book Depository in nineteen
- 39:35sixty three, you will notice that there is a set of steps in front
- 39:42leading up to the doorway. There is a metal manister really in the middle
- 39:49of the steps. Okay, but once you get up to the top of
- 39:52the steps, there is a landing and then there is a set of double
- 39:59glass doors kay, which lead into a vestibule which you then go through two
- 40:07more glass doors, so you get into the first floor of the school book
- 40:14Depository. Now, maybe Oswald didn't go outside, because Bill Shelley doesn't remember
- 40:25seeing him out there. Bill Frasier doesn't remember seeing him out there. Billy
- 40:34Lovelady doesn't remember seeing him out there. Okay, but what if Oswald went
- 40:39into that vestibule turned the glass doors instead of going outside, when you look
- 40:49into the prayer man image, and you can go back, and I wouldn't.
- 40:53I would urge you. There's jfk Assassination Gallery dot com. Robin Ungersait
- 41:00and look up the photos of photographer William Allen. He took many photos throughout
- 41:06the Idelia throughout that day, and a lot of them was focused on the
- 41:10entrance of the schoolbook depository. And in many photographs you can see people behind
- 41:16the glass doors in the vestibule pretty damn clearly. I'm not saying you can
- 41:24see their features clearly, but I can. I'm saying that you can see
- 41:30visibly that there are people in the vestibule through the glass door, and that
- 41:37on old film, you know, a moving picture, you know, as
- 41:43it's going around the corner, it could capture the presence of a person in
- 41:46that vestibule, but not necessarily the glass. The glass, but it's the
- 41:52glass is invisible transparently. You can see right through it, but it would
- 42:00distort the image of the person inside the glass. A little bit more than
- 42:06the people if they were actually standing outside. So what if that day Oswald
- 42:15stopped working, he came down, he got a coke, he went to
- 42:21the first floor, he lunch, and then he walked out in the vestibule.
- 42:27And at the time of the shots, you know, the president's going
- 42:30by, he's watching, and then the president gets shot, right, and
- 42:35he's still standing there trying to figure out what happened, and his ghostly image
- 42:43is captured behind this glass in the entrance to the schoolbook depository. Now,
- 42:49from his position, okay, if this is Oswald, he could very well
- 42:55see who's standing on the steps. He could see Bill Shelley, he could
- 43:00see Buell Frazier, he could see Billy Lovely, Okay, But he doesn't
- 43:07mention anybody but Bill Sheller. Okay. Maybe it's a little too crowded out
- 43:14there for Oswald's liking, so he just stays in the vestibule because he can
- 43:19see from there anyway, So maybe he does go out front with Bill Shelley.
- 43:27Maybe he does go watch the presidential parade. I watched there and go
- 43:30by. But this is how they're tweaking it, folks, This is how
- 43:38they're tweaking it, and he says after hearing what had happened, he said
- 43:44that because of all the confusion, there would be no work performed that afternoon,
- 43:47so he decided to go home. Oswald stated he then went home by
- 43:52bus and changed his clothes and went to a movie. Oswald admitted to carrying
- 43:58a pistol with him to this movie, stating he did this because he felt
- 44:00like it, giving no other reason. Oswald further admitted attempting to fight the
- 44:07Dallas police officers who arrested him in this movie theater when he received a cut
- 44:09at a bowl. Oswald frantically denied shooting Dallas police officer Tippet or shooting President
- 44:19John F. Kennedy. This interview was concluded at four or five, when
- 44:22Oswald was removed for a line. So next up we have an FBI report,
- 44:37also from the November twenty third, concerning another Oswald interrogation, and this
- 44:45time it was by a special agent, Manning Clemens says, this Lee Harvey
- 44:57Oswald, interviewed in offices of the dp D, was advised that he did
- 45:00not have to make any statement, that any statement he made could be used
- 45:05against him in quarter and of his right to an attorneating he was requested to
- 45:08furnish descriptive biographical data concerning himself. The following was obtained from his responses and
- 45:16examination of the contents of his wallet. Excuse me, Oswald declined to explain
- 45:27his possession of a photograph of a selective service card in the name of A.
- 45:30Alec James Hidell. When an interview had been substantially completed and Oswald was
- 45:37asked to his present employment, he stated he thought perhaps interview to obtain descriptive
- 45:43information was too prolonged, and then he had declined to be interviewed by any
- 45:47other officers previously and did not desire to be interviewed by this agent. He
- 45:53remarked, I know your tactics. There is a similar agency in Russia.
- 45:58You were using the soft Hut, and of course the procedure in Russia would
- 46:02be quite different. Unquote. Oswald was advised questions were intended to obtain his
- 46:09complete physical description and background. Upon repetition of this question as to his present
- 46:15employment, he furnished the same without further discussion. White male birthday October eighteenth,

- 50:34book Out Now. It stated on here that the date that this report was
- 50:45typed is eleven twenty five sixty three, Okay, right now, Oswald's dead.
- 50:55It states that this report was dictated on eleven twenty four fifty three,
- 51:01and it's also stated on here support stake on eleven twenty two sixty three.
- 51:09Okay, But it's not dictating until the twenty fourth, and it's not running
- 51:16typed until eleven twenty five. Lee. Harvey Oswald was interviewed at the Homicide
- 51:22Bureau, Dallas Police Department by Captain Fritz and presidents of the Book Out.
- 51:29This is a report from Book Out. By the way, Oswald was advised
- 51:32of the identity and official capacity of said agent and the fact that he did
- 51:36not have to make any statement, that any statement he couldn't make could be
- 51:39used in a quarter law against him, and then any statement made must be
- 51:44free involuntary, and that he had to write the console with an attorney.
- 51:50Oswald stated that he did not own a rifle. He advised that he saw
- 51:53a rifle day before yesterday as the Texas school Book Depository, which mister Trulli
- 51:59and two other gentleman and having their possession and we're looking at it. Oswald
- 52:02stated in the November twenty second at the time of the server with the Schoolbook
- 52:07Depository building by a police officer, that he was on the second floor or
- 52:13building having the percase cooke in this all the machine, at which time a
- 52:16police officer came into the room with pistol drawn and asked him if he worked
- 52:21there. Mister Trulli was present, verified that he was an employee, and
- 52:25the police officer thereafter left the room and continued through the building. Oswald stated
- 52:30that he didn't took this cook to the first floor and stood around and had
- 52:35lunch and the employee's lunch room. Okay, so they want you to believe,
- 52:40Okay, did after the assassination, Oswald apparently oblivious to every fucking thing
- 52:49going on, and then people running in and out of the building, police
- 52:52officers crawling all over the building, that he doesn't give two flying fucks that
- 53:00after purchasing his drink he goes to the first floor to eat his lunch while
- 53:04all this chaos is ensuing. This is what they want you to believe.
- 53:07This is what I mean by things betting tweaked, inconsistencies, photos, unbelievable,
- 53:17incredible inconsistencies. Ah. He thereafter went outside and stood around for five
- 53:31or ten minutes with foreman Bill Shelling, and thereafter went home. Now we
- 53:40know this is a blatant lie, because while Oswald did say that he was
- 53:45out front with Bill Shelling, he meant at the time of the assassination,
- 53:51not after the assassination, not after he'd gotten his coke on the second floor,
- 53:58not after he supposedly went to the first floor and ate his lunch,
- 54:02and then not at you know, and then then he supposedly went out front
- 54:07with Bill Shelley for five or ten minutes and hung out. This is a
- 54:15blatant on James bookouts part. If this was even remotely true, we would
- 54:25have Lee Oswald on film, captured on film by some of the many many
- 54:32photographers there were in Dally Plaza and around depository after the shots to bring out
- 54:43if you can imagine the school book depository being like a giant pile of shit,
- 54:49and if you could imagine photographers as being flies that day, they were
- 54:53all over the place. They were snapping pictures all over the place. So
- 55:00by the time the assassination had occurred, okay, by the time Oswald was
- 55:08getting his coke, and by the time he sat down on the first floor
- 55:12to eat his life, and by the time he stood around for five or
- 55:15ten minutes out front of Bill Shell, the building would have been in the
- 55:24lock of dawn. He would have been just like everybody else there, wondering
- 55:31what the hell happened. Without digress, he stated that he left for work
- 55:39because, in his opinion, based upon the remarks of Bill Shelley, he
- 55:44did not believe there was going to be any more work that day due to
- 55:46the confusion in the building. He stated. After arriving at his residence,
- 55:52he then went to a movie where he subsequently was apprehended by the Dallas Police
- 55:57Department. Now we knew all this is wow, hey, because you don't
- 56:07just take a gun to a movie theater, okay, and Oswald's movements.
- 56:12If it's Oswald at the rooming house, you know he's headed in the wrong
- 56:20direction. If he's going to the theater. You don't normally go home,
- 56:25change clothes, pack your heat and go to a movie. You know,
- 56:30it's just not something you normally do. And he was not heading in the
- 56:36direction of the movie theater. All he had to do was go up to
- 56:40the end of Zayings and then you know, down Jefferson and he would have
- 56:49been at the theater. But no, he tooks this. He takes this
- 56:52weird. It's a cutious route through the residential neighborhoods and he's actually going in
- 56:59the direction Jack Ruby's a partner, but I digress. Oswald stated that his
- 57:07hours of work at the school Depository are from eight am to four or forty
- 57:10five pm, but that he is not required to punch a time clode.
- 57:15His place of work in the building is on the first floor. However,
- 57:22he is frequently required to go to the fourth, fifth, sixth, and
- 57:25seventh floors of the building in order to get books. This was true when
- 57:32November twenty second, and he had been on all of the floors in the
- 57:37performance of his duties when November twenty seco sixty three, Bill remember Bill Shelley
- 57:44said he did not see him on the sixth floor that day at all.
- 57:51So there's that. Now we move on to eleven twenty three sixty three,
- 58:00another FBI report by James Bookout in another instance for him not filing this report
- 58:12until eleven twenty five sixty three, dictated on eleven twenty four sixty three,
- 58:19and the interrogation allegedly took place on eleven twenty three, sixty three. So
- 58:28this is other report I'm about to read you from James book Out again not
- 58:32official until the day after Oswald is shot. I'm killed, Lee Harvey.
- 58:38Oswald was interviewed by Captain Fritz of the Homicide Robbery Bureau, Dallas Police.
- 58:45Oswald was advised with the identity of Special Agent Bookout and his capacity as a
- 58:50special agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He was informed of his right
- 58:55to an attorney in any statement he might make combused against him in the court
- 59:00of law, and then any statement which might make must be free involuntary.
- 59:06He furnished the following the information in the presence of Thomas Kelly of the US
- 59:10Secret Service, David Grant Secret Service, Robert Nash of the US Marshals and
- 59:16Detectives, Billy Sinkle, and Say Turner of a thumbicide bureau in Dallas Police
- 59:23Department. Okay, so by this time, at least I think during it
- 59:30was only during the very first interrogation of Oswald that James Hostie was present.
- 59:37And given the supposed relationship and hatred that Oswald had for Hostie allegedly and the
- 59:51fact that Hosti was investigating Oswald for his wife, whichever you want to believe,
- 59:55before the assassination, they made the decision to yank Kostie from any further
- 1:00:02interrogation. That's why you'll notice the last two have been done by themselves out
- 1:00:09at least by a Jeans book out of himself. So let us continue.
- 1:00:16Following his departure from the school book depository, Oswald said he bordered a city
- 1:00:22bus to his residence obtained the transfer upon departure from the bus. Instead,
- 1:00:27the officers at the time of arresting him took his transfer out of his POCKEM.
- 1:00:36Yeah, you heard me, right, folks, where is the taxicab
- 1:00:38ride? We'll get there, I promise. Oswald then advised that he had
- 1:00:46only one post office box, which was in Dallas, Texas, which he
- 1:00:52had opened under the baked address of thirty six o one North Beckley, which
- 1:00:59did not exist. He denied bringing any package to work on the morning of
- 1:01:05November twenty six, nineteen sixty three. He stated that he was not in
- 1:01:09the process of fixing up his apartment, and he denied telling Wesley Frazier that
- 1:01:15the purpose of his visit to Irving for the night November twenty first was tom
- 1:01:21Rods some maris paying. Oswald then stated that it was not exactly true as
- 1:01:30recently stated by him, that he had rode a bus from his place of
- 1:01:34employment to his residence on November twenty, nineteen sixty three. He stated,
- 1:01:40actually he did board a bus that he place of employment, but after that,
- 1:01:44about a block or two, due to the traffic congestion, he left
- 1:01:47the bus and rode in a city cab to his apartment on North Beckley,
- 1:01:52he recalled it. At the time of getting into the cab, some lady
- 1:01:57looked in and asked the driver to call her a m He stated that he
- 1:02:01might have made some remarks to the cab driver merely for the purpose of passing
- 1:02:06the time of day. At that time, he recalled his fare was about
- 1:02:10eighty five cents. He stated that after arriving at his apartment, he changed
- 1:02:15his shirt and trousers because they were dirty. He described his dirty clothes as
- 1:02:20being a reddish colored long sleeved shirt with a white or with a button down
- 1:02:27collar, and gray colored trousers. He indicated that he had placed these articles
- 1:02:34of clothing in the lower drawer of his dresser, so as we was telling
- 1:02:39them, he wore a reddish colored long sleeved shirt with a button down collar
- 1:02:49and gray trousers tour he says he indicated he had placed these articles of clothing
- 1:02:54in the lower drawer of his dressers, which is true. These were recovered
- 1:03:01from ten twenty six North Beckley. If you're going on to the photos of
- 1:03:07the exhibit, Oswald stated that Missus Paine receives no pay for keeping his wife
- 1:03:15and children. He stated that their presence in Missus Paine's residence is a good
- 1:03:21arrangement for her because of her language interest, indicating that his wife speaks Russian
- 1:03:27and Missus pain is interested in the Russian language. Oswald denied keeping a rifle
- 1:03:34in Missus Paine's garage at Irving, Texas, but stated that he did have
- 1:03:37certain articles stored in her garage, consisting of two sea bags, a couple
- 1:03:43of suitcases, and several boxes of kitchen articles. Then also kept his close
- 1:03:49at Missus Paine's residence. He stated that all the articles in Missus Pain's garage
- 1:03:53have been brought there about September of sixty three from New Orleans. Oswald's stated
- 1:04:00that he has had no visitors at his department on North Beckley. He stated
- 1:04:03he has no receipts for purchase of any guns and has never ordered any guns.
- 1:04:08That does not own a rifle, nor has he never possessed a rifle.
- 1:04:14Oswald denied he's a member of the Communist Party. Oswald stated that he
- 1:04:19did purchase a pistol which was taken off of him my police officers one November
- 1:04:25twenty six to sixty three, about six months ago. He declined to state
- 1:04:30where he had purchased it from, so he does admit to buying a handgun,
- 1:04:35but not a rifle. Oswald stated that he arrived in July sixty two
- 1:04:42from the USSR and was interviewed by the FBI and fort Worth. He stated
- 1:04:46he felt he overstepped their bounds and had used various tactics in the interviewing and
- 1:04:51have surveilling him. He further complained that on interview of Rief Pain by the
- 1:04:57FBI regarding his wife, he felt if that his wife had been intimidated.
- 1:05:02Oswald stated that he desired to contact Attorney Apped, a BT in New York
- 1:05:09City, indicating that an App was the attorney who defended the Smith Act case
- 1:05:13in nineteen forty nine. He stated he does not know Attorney App personally.
- 1:05:18Fritz advised Oswald that arrangements would be made immediately whereby he could call Attorney App.
- 1:05:27Oswald stated that prior to coming to Dallas from New Orleans, he had
- 1:05:30resided at a furnished department the forty seven or six Magazine Street in New Orleans,
- 1:05:34Louisiana. While in New Orleans he had been employed by William b Riley
- 1:05:40Company six forty Magazine Street in New Orleans. Oswald stated that he is nothing
- 1:05:47against President Kennedy personally, However, in view of the president charges against him,
- 1:05:53he did not desire to discuss this phase. Further, Oswald stated that
- 1:05:58he would I agreed to take a polygraph without the advice of counsel. He
- 1:06:03added that in the past he has refused to take polygraph examination. Interesting,
- 1:06:09I wonder where this was. Oswald stated he's a member of the American Civil
- 1:06:14Liberties Union and added that Ruth Payne was also a member. With regard to
- 1:06:19selected service card and the possession of Oswald bearing a photograph of Oswald and the
- 1:06:24name of Alex James Hydell, Oswald admitted that he carried the selected service car,
- 1:06:30but declined to state that he worked the signature of Alec J. Hydell
- 1:06:33appearing on same. He further declined to state the purpose of carrying same or
- 1:06:39any use he has made of same. Oswald stated that an address book in
- 1:06:45his possession contains the names of various Russian immigrants residing in Dallas whom he visited
- 1:06:49with. Oswald denied shooting Kennedy in November twenty second, and added that he
- 1:06:56did not know that Governor John Connolly had been shot as well, and denied
- 1:07:00any knowledge concerning this an incident whatsoever. So there you have it, folks,
- 1:07:11How they want to tweak things, how they want to frame this narrative,
- 1:07:15and they wait until he's dead to do it, or he can't say
- 1:07:21any different. They bury these original notes for thirty or forty years. And
- 1:07:28it's only by happenstance that we can get on where we can actually start to
- 1:07:34learn the truth and piece things together and see how things actually supposedly happened,
- 1:07:43where it makes sense, and not this convoluted mess of horseshit where nothing makes
- 1:07:49sense. So take that with you, Take that with you home, put
- 1:07:58that in your pipe and smoke from Dallas, Texas. Once again, it's
