Jacksons Food Stores is eyeing a massive new 6,000-square-foot convenience store in Meridian—right where Circle K once eyed land but never moved forward. With 16 gas pumps and space for big rigs, this potential flagship spot on Ten Mile and Overland Roads could be a major player. The retailer, with roots in Caldwell since 1975 and over 300 stores nationwide (including all former Circle K locations in the area), is still in early planning stages.
