  From the time of this recording, we're starting a new week fresh right

  out the box. Right. Yesterday is gone. So whatever you've been through,

  whatever you had to endure, whatever you faced yesterday, today it's a
• 0:21
  new start to face it again. Whatever the situation is, good or bad.

  But now you have the opportunity in real time to see the Word of
• 0:30
  God activate things in your life that you thought were dormant, that you thought
• 0:35
  were not there anymore, that you thought there was hope that was disappearing on
• 0:41
  you and you were hopeless. No, you have hope, you have another
• 0:45
  chance. You have victory, You have authority. You have the knowledge and
• 0:49
  wisdom and understanding that God will provide you with today if you ask him for
• 0:54
  it, Amen, he will give it to you. So are you convinced?
• 0:59
  Are you convinced yet? That's the question today, a Man on the
• 1:03
  Morning Devo. Because you could be maybe attending church services for two years,
• 1:11
  ten years, fifteen years, and deep down inside you may not still be
• 1:17
  convinced. And that's an honest thing that you have to do with the Lord.
• 1:23
  Answer honestly that question. Are you convinced that Jesus rose from the dead?
• 1:29
  Very important? Are you convinced about that? Have you? Have you
• 1:34
  yourself researched the evidence for yourself? And the reason why I say have you
• 1:40
  researched the evidence for yourself? Is because a lot of people do research for
• 1:44
  other people. They say, oh, let me let me see if I
• 1:48
  could get you evidence or proof or anything like that, and I'll get back
• 1:52
  to you. So I'm like, well, what about for yourself? Right?
• 1:56
  Does it make a difference in your life? So if you ask someone
• 2:01
  right now why they believe that Christianity is true and that Jesus is the Son
• 2:07
  of God, probably get a whole variety of answers. Right, especially when
• 2:15
  we're talking about Christianity the way we see in America from where I'm broadcasting from,
• 2:23
  you'll get all kinds of different slants and bents on Christianity. Never have
• 2:27
  this movement of the debunking the gospel and debunking this and debunking that right and
• 2:32
  deconstructing I should say, So you'll get all different type of answers. Answers
• 2:38
  you'll even hear people saying, speak your truth, that's your truth, this
• 2:43
  is my truth, and they'll start saying that there's different amounts of truths.
• 2:46
  That's how telling you that there's more than two genders. It's not telling you
• 2:51
  that there's more than one way to the Lord. You'll hear all variety of
• 2:54
  answers, So some of these answers that you're gonna hear are likely to be
• 3:00
  convincing to a non believer than others. For example, let me give you
• 3:06
  one example and then we'll start this moned evo. If you respond, well,
• 3:12
  I just know in my heart to be true, that might be enough
• 3:19
  for you to continue to believe, But it might not be overly compelling to
• 3:25
  a skeptic. In other words, that might be like, that's it.
• 3:30
  You're convinced that Jesus rose from the dead, that Christianity is true, that
• 3:32
  the Bible is true, just because a heart feeling that you're feeling in your
• 3:37
  heart. I think that will stand up when times get rough, because a
• 3:44
  heart feeling is kind of like an emotion, right, A heart felt truth
• 3:52
  is very circumstantial. In other words, I'm feel in my heart that I'm
• 3:58
  convinced that God is and then when stuff starts happening to your heart and you're
• 4:03
  not guarding your heart when life happens, that might not stand even in your
• 4:08
  own system of belief, let alone the people that are skeptics. But anyway,
• 4:13
  I wanted to just put that in there real quick so you could know
• 4:16
  kind of like where I'm going with this today in the morning, devo.
• 4:19

  no good, it would do your bet. It's just to stick to the

  scriptures, amen. And I believe that's the best bet for anyone that's seeking

  truth is stick to the scriptures. Amen. We have the Word of God.

  We have what we need, and it's amazing what we have. What
• 4:57
  we have is so amazing that if you stick to it, and you have
• 5:02
  reason not to believe, or you're skeptical or you know, you're going through
• 5:06
  things that are outside of your control. Right, how many people are going
• 5:11
  through things that are outside of your control? We all are, I believe,
• 5:15
  and you can rely on these scriptures. Amen. You can rely on
• 5:18
  the word. You can really rely on what God is saying to you,
• 5:23
  speaking through his word, inspiring you to understand by way of His Holy Spirit.

  God is that faithful? God is that good? Amen? And God
• 5:31
  is real? And that's not because I feel that way, it's not at
• 5:36
  all. Why are you convinced? Sam? Oh, just have faith?
• 5:40
  I'm never going to give you that. Amen. There's facts that I rely
• 5:46
  on because of my faith. Amen, I'm not having faith and faith.
• 5:50
  I'm relying on the facts and evidence and experience positionally experienced here physically on this
• 5:58
  earth that I have relationship with the true, living, holy, righteous,
• 6:01

  chapter number twelve, Versus nine through eleven. John Chapter twelve, verses nine

  to eleven. Lord God, I thank you so much that your Holy Spirit,

  the spirit that you sent Lord Jesus, is doing all the convincing.

  Thank you, Lord God, that we as believers don't have the responsibility of
• 7:16
  trying to convince people that You are real, that Jesus rose from the dead,
• 7:20
  that the scriptures are reliable and true. That is not our job.
• 7:26
  The job of Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord does the convincing and the convicting
• 7:30
  convinces people that you do exist, Lord, and convince people of their own
• 7:35
  personal sin and that they need to repent from that and they need to ask
• 7:41
  you, Lord God, for forgiveness. Thank you, Lord God for the
• 7:44
  wisdom and understanding that you allow us to have and the revelation of who you
• 7:48
  are in your word to those who are inspired by your spirit. So I
• 7:53
  pray Lord God, those who are uninspired, that you would do or work
• 7:57
  in their hearts and minds today, right now, and they will be convinced
• 8:00
  of who you are by way of your word, by way of your Holy
• 8:03
  Spirit, and then will feel a touch from Heaven today right now. I
• 8:07
  pray, Lord God, that you continue to guard God and protect the minds
• 8:11
  of my loved ones, from my family members from the very youngest to the
• 8:15
  very oldest. Thank you so much, Log God for protecting my son through
• 8:18
  a heart and crazy fire that he fought weeks ago. I thank you,

  Lord God, that you are continuing to do a work in the hearts and
• 8:26
  individuals and guiding and protecting those on the other side of the screen and on
• 8:31
  the other side of this MC in a powerful way that you have done it.

  Lo, God, in the powerful name of Jesus, I prayed.

  It's by faith, knowing that you hear these prayers and you answer these prayers

  according to your will and your purpose for every single person's life. Individually and

  get into what is the scripture John chapter number twelve, verses nine through eleven.

  I'm sharing, and I'm like, God, You're gonna touch somebody today with

  this word, with this morning DEVO, and it's forever gonna change their life.

  That's an amazing feeling to know that you don't have to try so hard
• 10:48
  to convince people that God is real. You know for sure in your heart
• 10:54
  and then your life to experience that God is real. So when you share
• 10:58
  something like this to another person that you never probably will meet on this side
• 11:03
  of eternity, because we probably will never meet, right, But you know
• 11:07
  and you realize that, Wow, they're gonna meet the living Word of God
• 11:11
  through the Word. And all you basically have to do, right is open
• 11:18
  up the scriptures and read it and allow God's word to do the work He's
• 11:24
  done already. He's finished work through Christ. A man does all the heavy
• 11:28
  lifting. We don't have to force anything. God's word is the word that
• 11:33
  delivers, says Redeems, restores responds Amen to what he wants to do.
• 11:41
  And every individual life that's going through different things individually right now at this moment,
• 11:48
  there's no other word or another scripture that I could think of that has
• 11:54
  the power to do that, right. And I'm saying that with confidence knowing
• 11:58
  that you can read whatever you want to read, self help books, you
• 12:03
  could read other scriptures, other religions, Amen, And you might have some
• 12:07
  kind of religious experience or some kind of move emotionally. But a lasting,
• 12:15
  transformative, renewing, restoring word. You will only get that from the holy
• 12:20
  scriptures that we call the Bible. And the Bible doesn't just contain the word
• 12:24
  of God. The Bible is the word of God. Think about that.
• 12:28
  Amen, So let's get into it. But put this on the screen for
• 12:31
  those who are just listening, not watching, just listening, Amen, No
• 12:35
  worries today. And every time I go on, I really read what we're
• 12:41
  seeing on the screen, word for words, so you don't miss a beat.

  something here. I guess you can't do that while we're live. I was

  trying to do something through my social media platform to see if I could do

  something while we're live, and it looks like you can't. So I'm just

  thinking out loud. So are you convinced? John Chapter twelve, verses nine
• 13:20
  through eleven. And this is what happened in the scriptures. When the crowd,
• 13:26
  a large crowd of the Jews learned that Jesus was there, they came
• 13:33
  not only on account of him, but also to see Lazareth, whom he
• 13:39
  had raised from the dead. So this is the story, if you're familiar
• 13:45
  or not. Jesus had a friend named Lazarus that died, and he got
• 13:52
  word that Lazabus was dead, and he was about doing something and he said,
• 13:58
  I'm on my way there, but right now, I have to do
• 14:01
  this, that and the third because he knew when he got there that Elizabeth
• 14:05
  was only sleeping, and because he is the god man, all he had
• 14:09
  to do was wake Lazarus up raise Lazarvis from his death. But Jesus called
• 14:20
  it his sleep because he was going to wake him up. So that's where
• 14:24
  we are in this account. When the large crowd of the Jews learned that
• 14:28
  Jesus was there, they came not only on account of him, but also
• 14:33
  to see Lazarus, whom he had raised from the dead. So the chief
• 14:37
  priests made plans to put Lazarus to death as well. So they wanted to
• 14:43
  kill the miracle maker, and they wanted to kill the person who received the
• 14:48
  miracle for whatever reason. Right, people have this thing in their heart to
• 14:56
  destroy and kill the things that they don't understand, people that they don't understand,
• 15:01
  because they don't want this thing to get beyond them. Some people want
• 15:05
  to be so much in control in the spiritual realm, religiously, you know,
• 15:11
  governmentally, positionally, they have this powerish trip that they don't want nobody
• 15:16
  to get any kind of recognition or any glory if it's not them. So
• 15:20
  people to this very day are still the same like these people we see these
• 15:24
  chief priests doing so. The chief priests made plans to put Lazarus to death
• 15:30
  as well, because on account of him, many of the Jews were going
• 15:35
  away and believing in Jesus. And they knew if people started believing in Jesus,
• 15:41
  just like it is today, if people start believing in Jesus, it's
• 15:43
  going to be a radical transformation in our family, in our community, in
• 15:50
  our neighborhood, and our nation states, and our families and our churches.
• 15:56
  And the enemy that convinces people that that can't be the enemy will convince people
• 16:06
  to do these crazy things to other people who are experiencing a life changing,
• 16:11
  transformed life because they don't want that if it's outside of their control. They
• 16:18
  don't want people to follow a god prove themselves to be God. The evidence
• 16:26
  is here through the scriptures and people who could testify to this very day of
• 16:33
  this moving and changing the way that God has on a person and a person's
• 16:38
  life. I can testify, but you already know that, amen, that
• 16:44
  I'm a believer. But the question today is are you convinced? Are you
• 16:48
  convinced? A man, Have you checked out the evidence and the claims of
• 16:52
  the Lord Jesus for yourself, not just for others, not just because you're
• 16:57
  doing maybe school report, going to a Christian school and they're asking you to
• 17:03
  do this assignment, and part of that assignment is going and checking the scriptures
• 17:07
  for yourself the evidence behind the claims of Jesus resurrection, of what he did,
• 17:11
  the miracles. Amen. If it's if the scriptures are reliable, all
• 17:15
  that which is great, go ahead and find out amen. But when you
• 17:19
  give back those reports, make sure you know that you yourself, are convinced
• 17:26
  that this is true and this is real. Like I said earlier, I
• 17:29
  can't convince anybody. So it's amazing how I see people going back and forth
• 17:33
  on TikTok. For instance, They'll put a live up and the question is
• 17:38
  convinced me that Jesus is not real or Jesus not God and all that,
• 17:42
  And I give it to them, though, if they have resilience that have
• 17:47
  enduring, they can endure it through that. While people are taking all kinds
• 17:49
  of shots, ridicule and mocking, saying some erroneous things that the scriptures don't
• 17:56
  say, and putting science in there and to smash people with their intellect.
• 18:02
  And these people are just absorbing it, assorbing and taking Amen and all the
• 18:06
  comments that come up because that subject is a big subject, you know,
• 18:10
  try to convince me that God is not really trying to convince me, you
• 18:12
  know what I mean. And a lot of debating, a lot of going
• 18:17
  back and forth for scriptures all that. But people are annointed to do that.
• 18:22
  Amen, It's just not me. But people could do that if they
• 18:26
  want to. But they're not responsible for changing someone's heart. They're not responsible
• 18:32
  for saving someone's life. Amen. That is the work of Holy Spirit God.
• 18:37
  So some people, you could give them good evidence and they'll look at
• 18:42
  the evidence for themselves. And if they're skepticals, if you give them enough,
• 18:48
  if they're skeptics, if you give a skeptic some good, valuable information
• 18:56
  and some convincing evidence, they'll think about Amen, and then that'd be a
• 19:02
  stepping stone. Maybe that'd be in the little push they needed to go in
• 19:06
  the direction of God. But other people, you could give them groundbreaking evidence,
• 19:11
  Amen, archaeological findings apps that you could see the places that Jesus was
• 19:21
  at and people are finding, you know, these places still you can give
• 19:25
  them the scripture. Of course, you can give them other writings outside of
• 19:29
  the scriptures. Are the writers that wrote outside of the Bible testifying that Jesus
• 19:33
  was real and they were there at the rest you know, all kinds of
• 19:37
  stuff. They were there at the resurrection, they saw Jesus. And if
• 19:41
  their heart is not there, because remember, this is not this is not
• 19:45
  about emotions and feeling. Is about having a life changing, transforming touch from
• 19:52
  God and eye opening revelation that only the Lord by way of Holy Spirit can
• 19:57
  do in the life. You could go through all of that and do research
• 20:02
  for someone else, and you yourself might not even be convinced. Amen.

  But from experience first, because of course I wasn't a Bible scholar. I'm
• 20:11
  still not a Bible scholar. But from experience when I called upon the Lord
• 20:15
  way back in two thousand and one to this every day, I'm totally one
• 20:19
  undred percent convinced that Jesus is real, that he rose from the dead.
• 20:25
  Because why the test was, if God could change my life, amen,
• 20:30
  I'll be sold out for him. And I am because I'm like, who
• 20:34
  could do that? If there's no God, I won't there won't be no
• 20:40
  change in my life. I knew that. I don't know how I knew
• 20:42
  that. I just knew that only God could do the change in my life.
• 20:47
  Are you convinced about that? In your life? If you're going in
• 20:49
  a totally different direction, maybe even a totally different type of religion that speaks
• 20:56
  against what I'm teaching right now, have you ever dared to ask the Lord
• 21:02
  of the Scriptures, the Holy Bible, the God, the Father, the
• 21:06
  God, the Son, God, the Holy Spirit to come and change your
• 21:08
  life. That'd be enough evidence for you, Amen. I think so,
• 21:14
  because you know yourself and you know where you're going, you know where you're
• 21:17
  headed, you know what you believe, you know where your heart is,
• 21:19
  you know what religion you're following. So if Jesus himself comes in and changes
• 21:26
  your heart and changes your mind and changes your direction, wouldn't that be enough
• 21:30
  evidence for you to convince you to believe that Jesus rotes from the dead.
• 21:36
  Because if that's true in your life, then you look at the scriptures differently.
• 21:38
  Right If in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth, is
• 21:45
  there the scriptures. After you're born again, you can believe that God created
• 21:49
  the heavens and earth uninspired, you go look at it. You're gonna try
• 21:53
  to use science to debunk that creation story in the scripture and you're never gonna
• 22:00
  get it. But when you have inspiration about Holy Spirit, you're gonna get
• 22:04
  these scriptures and they're gonna pop out of the page and they're gonna speak to
• 22:08
  you. Because the Word of God is alive. That's why every time you
• 22:12
  read the scriptures, the author himself is right there with you. All the
• 22:18
  book could do that, and it's not about your emotions. Emotions are not
• 22:22
  really made to be fixed. Your emotions are really meant to be felt.
• 22:26
  So you could be feeling emotional Amen, when you read the scriptures when you're
• 22:30
  at a church service or an event. But the convincing part is that God
• 22:34
  gives you something. Amen. There's an exchange happening, and it's more than
• 22:38
  just an emotional thing. It's actually a transactional thing. Amen. You get
• 22:45
  a new heart, a man that's beyond emotions. You get a new mind,
• 22:48
  the mind of Christ that's beyond emotions. That's a spiritual thing, supernatural
• 22:52
  thing. Amen. And it could go on in your life right now.
• 22:56
  Not everyone was convinced of course that Chief Frees when we spoke about that we
• 23:02
  read about it, who had already decided to kill Jesus, didn't back down
• 23:07
  from their decision. Instead, they decided to add Lazarus to the hit list
• 23:14
  for whatever reason. Right, they didn't want this to be true, even
• 23:18
  though they heard someone that were there when Jesus said Lazarus come forth. Some
• 23:23
  Jews were there and they went back and told the Chief pres and they were
• 23:27
  like, no, we can't have this, and man, we need to
• 23:32
  be in charge. There's people like that today. Religious people are out there
• 23:34
  right now today that are still the same way. You see, Lazarus was
• 23:38
  literally living proof of Jesus's mighty power. Many people rightly recognized lazarus resurrection as
• 23:48
  irrefutable proof that Jesus is who he said he is, the Messiah. Right,
• 24:00
  but all these people believing in Jesus threatened the power and the authority,
• 24:06
  like I said before, of the religious elites, the religious leaders, those
• 24:11
  who wanted to be looked upon as close to God. And we still have
• 24:15
  that in a very popular dominating denomination. Right. I'm not going to mention
• 24:19
  it, but it's a popular denomination, especially you know, a European thing
• 24:26
  that's going on, that they have one person in place that they say is
• 24:30
  the next thing to Jesus, closest to God on earth. Right, So
• 24:36
  Jesus is not the is not the main person in that denomination, that religion,
• 24:42
  because they want the power to go back to man, and they rather
• 24:47
  look up to man other than look up to the God of man. It's
• 24:49
  an amazing thing how people's hearts are deceived in those areas, especially the most
• 24:56
  important area, I believe is with your eternity, where you're going to spend
• 25:00
  eternal life. A man that people are betting their eternal life on a YouTube
• 25:07
  channel that talks about evolution and apes that we evolved and this that the third
• 25:11
  And they're not investigating the evidence that we have in the scriptures. So in
• 25:18
  their minds they see that if their authority is challenged, they couldn't refute the
• 25:27
  evidence that Lazabus was raised from the dead by the Lord Jesus. He was
• 25:33
  once dead and then suddenly he was alive. So in their minds, their
• 25:37
  best option was to destroy the evidence. You destroy the evidence, then people
• 25:45
  won't know about this anymore. Get rid of the original right, and then
• 25:51
  you could call everybody else a copycat, and they're not real and not authentic.
• 25:56
  So that's the only option they had. We're going to kill both of
• 25:59
  them, Jesus and Lazarus. Will kill both of them because we don't want
• 26:03
  other people to be convinced of who Jesus is and what Jesus did. And
• 26:10
  if they kill the evidence, they'll be like Lazarus. Who there's no Lazarus,
• 26:14
  Lazarvus, not even with us anymore. Right, that's the only option
• 26:18

  evidence, kill Jesus, kill Lazarus, kill this whole new movement, a

  man that was happening right in front of their faith face. Their plan would

  be put would put the whole Jesus business to rest. And people are still

  trying to put this whole Jesus business to rest. Christianity should be over by
• 26:55
  now. According to some up to the evidence that people have against us,

  right, and yet two thousand years later, we're still here believing in Christ

  because it's true. There's no other way that the scriptures go hold up to
• 27:10
  the test of time and to the scrutiny that people are putting it through.

  And people still have now found enough evidence to tell a believer of borning a
• 27:18
  believer that Jesus is not real amazing, But yet people think Christianity is over
• 27:23
  because they said they have these groundbreaking evidence and they find the bones every Easter.

  You notice that they find something about Jesus every Easter and they put it
• 27:33
  on National Geographic on the other channels. So I'm thinking, wow, Christianity
• 27:37
  should have been over if that was all true. So are you convinced that
• 27:41
  Jesus rose from the dead? Have you researched the evidence for Jesus for yourself?

  We were John chapter number twelve Versus nine to eleven. So my suggestions

  take the Book of John rechapter twelve, the whole chere otter for yourself.
