- 0:05Once upon a time, there was a majestic Kingdom filled with
- 0:08health and prosperity. It was ruled by a magnificent
- 0:11King who was loving and wise. The King was loved by all people
- 0:15in his kingdom, but hidden inside his kingdom was an evil
- 0:19queen from another kingdom. Her name was Gothel which rhymes
- 0:23with awful and she was awful, Gothel disguised herself as a
- 0:27villager in would go around stealing and killing and
- 0:29destroying. Owing, the villagers lives and
- 0:31hopes of turning the people away from their King Gothel.
- 0:34Had a way of getting those around her to lie and cheat and
- 0:37steal which would explain why I eventually ended up stealing the
- 0:40princess's crown, but that's another story as the kingdom
- 0:44grew darker. The Magnificent King grew
- 0:46concerned for his people. Meanwhile, the king had a baby
- 0:50girl, a princess that would someday rule in his kingdom.
- 0:53Alongside the key. There was a great celebration in
- 0:56the land and the Darkness began to wane Wanting to destroy the
- 1:05king and his kingdom gospel. Kidnapped the baby princess and
- 1:08fled. The kingdom.
- 1:09The King was very saddened by the loss of his princess in
- 1:13hopes that she would someday. Find her way home each year on
- 1:16her birthday, the king, and all those in his kingdom.
- 1:18Would release lights into the evening sky but God will raise
- 1:22the princess as her own daughter.
- 1:23Keeping her hidden away from the kingdom and fear that someone
- 1:27might recognize her once. Old Enough gospel plan to use
- 1:30the princess to destroy her. Father's Kingdom.
- 1:33But unknown, to Gothel there was power in the little princess.
- 1:37A power over all the power of the evil.

- 3:46repugnant. It's, it's repugnant.
- 3:50I just just want to see the lights just once in my life.
- 3:54Look at you. You look like a ridiculous
- 3:57soldier with it on. No, I don't.
- 4:00I look, I look like a knight, a princess Knight.
- 4:06How many times do I have to tell you?
- 4:08You are not a princess. Now, look what you've done.
- 4:14You've made me the bad guy again.
- 4:16Princesses are beautiful. And you are not.
- 4:20How do you think I named you repugnant?
- 4:23I'm just trying to protect you. If anyone ever sees you, they
- 4:29will be horrified and make fun of you and be mean to you.
- 4:34Is that what you want? No mother.
- 4:36It's a cruel world out there repugnant.

- 4:52it mother knows best. I love you very much.
- 4:57Dear. I love you too.
- 5:00I tell you what since you're turning 18, I'll start teaching
- 5:04you how to destroy that Kingdom. In all those horrible people.
- 5:08What? Never mind.
- 5:10I shouldn't have said anything. I was just kidding.
- 5:14No, I I wasn't. Yes, I was.
- 5:16I have to be gone for a couple of days, but I'll be back and
- 5:20we'll celebrate your birthday. Then I'll have a nice surprise
- 5:23for you. Doesn't that sound wonderful.
- 5:26Yes. Mother, can you at least smile?
- 5:30Hmm. I'll be back.
- 5:34Mother loves you. I love you, too.
- 5:41And that's when I came into the picture, Flint Rider, I had just
- 5:45stolen the princesses Crown from the king's Palace, and was
- 5:47hiding from the king's Army. I needed a place to hide the
- 5:50crown. What am I saying?
- 5:52I needed a place to hide me. All clear.
- 5:59We should be safe here for a while.
- 6:06Wanted Flint writer. Wow.
- 6:10Where am I? I know who you are.
- 6:14You're a bad man, mr. The linked writer.
- 6:18How do you know my name? What are you doing here?
- 6:20Are you going to make fun of me and call me names?
- 6:23Why would I do that? Where are you from the kingdom?
- 6:28Just over the hill. Isn't that where everyone's from
- 6:30not me? If you say so, you know,
- 6:34something you're beautiful. I am I know you're probably
- 6:38thinking that I broke into your house and I'm just telling you
- 6:40you're beautiful to butter you up, so I can get away.
- 6:44What did you hit me with this? That frying pan just doesn't cut
- 6:47it. What you really need is a sword,
- 6:50it would go a lot better with that breastplate you're wearing
- 6:52it worked on you. Okay, true.
- 6:55And now that I think about it, I'm glad you didn't have a
- 6:57sorter. I might be dead right now.
- 7:00That was supposed to be a joke. Wow, do I know you?
- 7:03No. Are you sure we didn't go to
- 7:05school together or something? Your eyes.
- 7:08I've seen them somewhere before. I'm probably not the first one
- 7:11to tell you this but I just can't get over.
- 7:13How beautiful you are? What's your name repugnant
- 7:16repugnant? That means ugly who would name
- 7:19their child repugnant even if it was true, which is not believe
- 7:22me, who would name their child repugnant?
- 7:24Are you making fun of me? Because if you're making fun of
- 7:27me, I'll not making fun of you honest.
- 7:30Look, I can see Upset. I'll just get my bag and leave.
- 7:34You can forget, I was ever here especially if two goons come
- 7:37looking for me. Where's my bag?
- 7:39Have you seen my bag? Maybe.
- 7:41Well, can I have it back? Maybe.
- 7:43So, do you have it? Maybe I need that bag.
- 7:46My entire future is in that bag. That's my retirement fund.
- 7:50What can I do to get you to? Give me back my back, take me to
- 7:53see the lights. Do what take me to see the
- 7:56lights? Tomorrow is my birthday in every
- 8:00year on my birthday. The sky is filled with lights
- 8:03and I, yeah, I know all about the lights, I can't do it.
- 8:06If you take me, I'll give you the bag.
- 8:09I can't go back there right now, it's not safe.
- 8:11Bad people, you could say that mother was right?
- 8:14Yeah, your mother's right, mother's know, best or so they
- 8:17say it's not safe. So if you just give me my bag,
- 8:20is that why you came here? Because it's not safe?
- 8:23Yes. So but you were there in the
- 8:26Kingdom. Yeah, I've lived there.
- 8:27My whole life. What's with all the questions I
- 8:30want you to take me to see the Lights.
- 8:32But it's not safe. Remember you will protect me?
- 8:35No I won't then you will never get your bag back.
- 8:40Okay, I'll do it. You will?
- 8:42Yes, I will. Thank you.
- 8:46How can I have my bag? Take me to see the lights and
- 8:49then bring me safely back home and then I'll give you your bag.
- 8:54All right, let's go. Repugnant I rushed out of here
- 9:11and forgot my coat. It gets chilly at night, you
- 9:14know, repugnant repugnant. Where did this baby come from?
- 9:22This looks like the prince's Crown.
- 9:24It can't be a wanted poster. Well, mr.
- 9:30Flint writer. Or perhaps, you know where my
- 9:32daughter is? Who's there Easy Desert, boys.
- 9:50I'm not looking for any trouble. I'm just trying to find my
- 9:53daughter. I think she might have been
- 9:56kidnapped. Well, ain't that too bad unless
- 9:58you're offering a reward for her safe return.
- 10:01Just keep looking yourself. I didn't mean to trouble you.
- 10:04I was just wondering if he knew anyone by the name of Flint
- 10:07Rider. Oh, we know him, we're looking
- 10:10for him ourselves. He took something that belongs
- 10:13to us. Well then maybe we can help each
- 10:16other out. Why would we want to do that?
- 10:19Because I have your crown hand it over if you know what's good
- 10:23for you boys, boys? Do you really think I'm dumb
- 10:27enough to carry it with me? So what do you want from us?
- 10:30Us when you find Flynn Rider, I just want my daughter back.
- 10:35Are you saying Flint kidnapped your daughter?
- 10:38I believe. So if not, he knows who did.
- 10:41And how did you get the crown? It was left at my house and my
- 10:46daughter was missing. Something doesn't add up.
- 10:49Flint would never leave that Crown behind and he would never
- 10:53kidnap anyone. He's done some bad things in his
- 10:57life, but never kidnapping. Well, when we No, we can just
- 11:01ask him what happened. Once I get my daughter you can
- 11:05have the crown fair enough if he's hiding out around here,
- 11:08come tomorrow night, this place will be lit up brighter than the
- 11:11Noonday sun will find him. Then why what happens tomorrow
- 11:15night, the king and all the people release the lights into
- 11:19the sky. They do it every year on the
- 11:21same day the nights. That's it.
- 11:24She wanted to see the knights who wanted to see the lights.
- 11:28My daughter if you were going to see the Lights.
- 11:31Where is the best place to see them?
- 11:35What's so funny. Where Have You Been lady?
- 11:38The best place to see. The lights is anywhere and
- 11:42everywhere. Yeah, everybody knows that.
- 11:46How come you don't know that. What difference does it make
- 11:50just find this Flint writer Well, I have to say repugnance
- 11:59birthday was an interesting day. She was very cautious at first
- 12:03almost as if she were scared to death of.
- 12:05Well everyone, it was the strangest thing but after a
- 12:08while she warmed right up to everyone in the kingdom and
- 12:11before long, she was celebrating the princess's birthday right
- 12:14along with everyone else. I've never seen anyone have so
- 12:17much fun and smile. She has an amazing smile.
- 12:21This was the best day ever. People are so nice and no one
- 12:28called me repugnant. They might have if you had told
- 12:30him your name. Thank you for bringing me.
- 12:36You're welcome. Why did you and my mother?
- 12:39Think it wasn't safe, the bad. People usually come out at night
- 12:43here, hold on, to this for me. Why would I need a sword?
- 12:46Sometimes a person has to fight fight who the enemy.
- 12:50Whoever that might be, I have a couple of enemies, so stay close
- 12:53to me, but if you have To use the sword.
- 12:56It's almost time for the lights. Yes, it is.
- 13:00Where is the princess what? Well, everyone was celebrating
- 13:03her birthday but I never saw her anywhere.
- 13:05Doesn't she like birthday? I love my birthday.
- 13:09Don't you know know what the princess was kidnapped.
- 13:12When she was just a baby, she's been missing.
- 13:15The King has been looking for her for years.
- 13:17The whole Kingdom has been looking for her.
- 13:20No one's found her. Not in 18 years, that's how old
- 13:24I am. I am here. 18, look the lights.
- 13:31They're more beautiful in person.
- 13:34Your eyes I know where I've seen them.
- 13:40There's our kidnapper. Mother Flynn Rider mother.
- 13:46She's your mother. Yes.
- 13:48How did you find me? It wasn't easy.
- 13:52These two thugs are friends of your kidnapper.
- 13:54He didn't kidnap me. I made him.
- 13:57Take me to see the lights made him.
- 14:00You were pregnant. How could you make him do
- 14:02anything? It's true.
- 14:04She had something that belongs to me.
- 14:06You mean belongs? To us, actually, if I'm not
- 14:09mistaken, it belongs to her well head.
- 14:12What are you talking about, boys?
- 14:15Meet the missing princess. I'm the missing.
- 14:18Princess repugnant. Don't listen to him, he's a
- 14:22thief and a liar, your mother's, right?
- 14:26I'm a thief and a really good one.
- 14:28She taught me to steal when I was just a little boy.
- 14:30Wait, what are you saying? Tell her Gothel.
- 14:34That's your name, isn't it? Tell her how you were teaching
- 14:36the kids of this Kingdom? um, to lie and cheat and steal
- 14:39and then one day the baby princess went missing and you
- 14:41were nowhere to be seen until now is it true, calf Lynch,
- 14:46boys, and then you can have your crown Is it true?
- 14:52Mother repugnant you're not really my mother, are you?
- 14:56That's why you called me repugnant.
- 14:59You didn't want me to know. I was the princess, don't be
- 15:01ridiculous. Now, put down that sword and
- 15:04let's go. No, I will never go anywhere
- 15:09with you again. Fine.
- 15:12I'll go, but don't come crying back to me.
- 15:17Hold it, lady will be taken that back.
- 15:19Back. Now, we kept our end of the
- 15:22bargain fine Flint, I have to admit, I was a little excited at
- 15:29the thought of killing you, but since we have what we came for,
- 15:34we'll just let it go at that. I believe you have something
- 15:38that belongs to me. Oh, the crown.
- 15:42Yeah, we just want the bag here. Could I have my sword back?
- 15:52I like this thing. Go ahead, keep it.
- 15:56I really like this thing. So we're good, right?
- 16:01You and I were good. I could feel the power when I
- 16:05spoke. Could you feel it?
- 16:07Oh, I could feel it. So we're good.
- 16:10Right? Oh, no.
- 16:12What? What's my real name?
- 16:14Oh, that it's Rapunzel. Rapunzel I like It's not quite
- 16:20as much as I like this sword. Yeah, I get that.
- 16:24So the king is my father. Yes, I have to tell him.
- 16:33Aren't you coming? I was hoping you would ask.
- 16:36He's probably offering a huge reward for anyone that finds you
- 16:38well head. I'm kidding.
- 16:43I took her to the king, he was so happy to see her.
- 16:47And as it turned out, she wasn't the only princess everyone in
- 16:50the kingdom, was a princess or a prince, even me Prince Flynn
- 16:54Rider who would have known repugnant, I mean, Rapunzel
- 16:58lived, happily ever after? Well, there are a few rough
- 17:01patches, but she didn't hesitate to pull out that sort.
- 17:03She likes so much. I never did get it back.
- 17:06That's okay. As it turns out, every prince
- 17:09and princess gets a sore. Along with power over all the
- 17:13power of the enemy. Gothel lied to Rapunzel to make
- 17:18her feel weak and afraid and to make her feel unimportant and
- 17:23ugly. Just like the devil lies to us
- 17:26as God's children, to make us believe that we are not
- 17:29important to get us to be afraid and to even tell us that we are
- 17:33ugly. But God like the king loves us
- 17:37and gives each of us a crown. When we receive Jesus as our
- 17:40savior, when Rapunzel realized that she was the princess and
- 17:44the crown belonged to her. She was able to stand up to
- 17:48Gothel, by using her new sword. God has given his children.
- 17:52A sword that represents his power and authority.
- 17:56That sword is the Bible. We can resist the devil by
- 18:00speaking God's word. And the devil has to flee from
- 18:04us just like when Rapunzel resisted Gothel and she ran
- 18:08away, She was able to stand up to Gothel, by using her new
- 17:50sword. God has given his children.
- 17:52A sword that represents his power and authority.
- 17:56That sword is the Bible. We can resist the devil by
- 18:00speaking God's word. And the devil has to flee from
- 18:04us just like when Rapunzel resisted Gothel and she ran
- 18:08away,
