- 0:53SPEAKER_01: And I'm so excited.
- 0:54SPEAKER_01: I was on her podcast, which we will link down below.
- 0:57SPEAKER_01: But she has this saying that God signs her seven-figure paychecks.
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: So I think it's going to be such a great episode.
- 1:03SPEAKER_01: Come on, let's head to the studio.
- 1:13SPEAKER_01: Hey everyone, welcome back to the Beyond Limits podcast.
- 1:16SPEAKER_01: I am giddy with excitement.
- 1:18SPEAKER_01: I have been laughing for the last 10 minutes as our guest came in.
- 1:21SPEAKER_01: We're having a little chit-chat.
- 1:23SPEAKER_01: Welcome to the show, Jacqueline Shaw.
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: Hello.
- 1:27SPEAKER_00: Oh my gosh.
- 1:27SPEAKER_00: I am so ready to dive into this conversation today.
- 1:31SPEAKER_01: I feel like this has been divine time.
- 1:33SPEAKER_01: Like I get these feelings about like certain interviews that I have with people.
- 1:37SPEAKER_01: And this one I feel is just going to be like out of this world.
- 1:40SPEAKER_01: So where I want to dive in and jump off with, which is probably the thing that drew me to you the most, and it's probably the thing that everyone mentions and you're kind of known for, but is God signs my seven-figure paychecks.
- 1:54SPEAKER_01: Love it.
- 1:55SPEAKER_01: Can we just go into that?
- 1:57SPEAKER_01: How did that come into your mind?
- 1:59SPEAKER_01: What does that mean to you?
- 2:01SPEAKER_01: How did you start believing in this?
- 2:03SPEAKER_01: And what do you really feel like that represents?
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: Oh my gosh.
- 2:07SPEAKER_00: I it was so interesting, actually.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: I've been in the online industry for quite a while.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: And I used to say I like fell into the online industry.
- 2:15SPEAKER_00: Like I really didn't know what existed online.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: And I started off online and I just like loved it.
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: It felt like I got to express myself.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: I got to lead women, like everything.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: Like I remember running my first thing that was$44.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: And I was like, pinch me, pinch me, pinch me.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I just get to do this.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: And then I got really lost in this industry.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: I was like, oh, I have to sound a certain way.
- 2:37SPEAKER_00: I've got to do things a certain way.
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: Other people know better than me.
- 2:40SPEAKER_00: This is how you have to scale.
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: Like, listen to all the experts.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: And I got lost for a while.
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: I lost my voice.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: I started to hide.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: And then when I came like back to myself, it really was, I had this moment where it's like, what if you like you lead with God in your life?
- 2:55SPEAKER_00: Why not bring God into your business?
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: Why are you listening to all the outside noise?
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: Why are you getting so distracted?
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: And I had been leading a lot with like money conversations, like money, a money coach, like success, abundance, business coaching.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: And I was like, the missing piece is for me is God.
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: Like that's how I leaded my life.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, I just started questioning myself, why am I not leading that with God in my business?
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: And then I started leading with God in my business, but secretly.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: I was like, well, that's He's like my secret weapon behind the scenes, but I didn't talk about God.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: I was like, I can't talk about money and God.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: Like that is a little bit scary, like to bring both into the conversation.
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: And so I kind of kept swinging the pendulum.
- 3:36SPEAKER_00: I'd be like, okay, I'm talking about money.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: Now I'm talking about God.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: But it was like, I'm a I'm a money teacher, I'm a spiritual mentor, I'm this, I'm that.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: And I was like, what really is it for me?
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, yeah, God is my CEO.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: God does like make the appointments for me.
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: Like, God connects me with women like you, brings and I started like everything was like clients.
- 3:57SPEAKER_00: I was like, I don't need to go find clients and chase clients and say things a perfect way on social media so that these clients find me.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: I'm like, God already has this sorted out.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: I just need to be more of who I am.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: I need to speak the truth of who I am and trust in the unraveling, trust in the unfolding from there.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: And so it really was leading and the God signs my paychecks is when I'm in faith, when I'm in trust, when I'm being more of who I am, God's in deliverance.
- 4:21SPEAKER_00: He's giving me the ideas, the like, do this, go here, move this way, connect with this person.
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: This is the offer.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: And it's way easier, I'm gonna say, in the sense of like not needing to constantly be in my mind and figure out how am I gonna scale, what am I gonna do next?
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: It's like I get inspiration, I get the hit, I move with it, and then trust in the unfolding and what comes next and the clients that come and the magic we get to create, and then the next idea that comes.
- 4:47SPEAKER_01: It sounds so simple, which is funny, because it's like, oh, just trust.
- 4:50SPEAKER_01: And there's so many threads that I want to go into with you because we align on so much of what you just said.
- 4:55SPEAKER_01: But the first thing I want to dive into is why do you think people separate God and money or like God and wealth?
- 5:01SPEAKER_01: Because also it what you say is not just that God signs my paychecks, but God signs my seven-figure paychecks.
- 5:08SPEAKER_01: And I have full-body chills as I say this because I think there's also an important line for people where maybe they can get behind God signs my paychecks, but not that much money.
- 5:18SPEAKER_01: Oh, I could lead with intuition and follow my knowing and make a little bit of a cash injection, but not that amount of money.
- 5:24SPEAKER_01: So why do you think it is that people really separate it?
- 5:28SPEAKER_01: And why is it that they maybe can trust God a little bit, but when it comes to that amount of money, it's like they need to get in their head or they need to start performing or going to that pattern.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: Well, most people that I encounter that trust God, that they're like, I lead, I'm I'm like God mode, like God driven, like I have faith.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: It's like until it comes to money.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: And this is why it became so important for me to bring this conversation forward.
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: It's like, okay, you trust God with this idea, you trust him in your life in certain ways, but you don't trust them when it comes to providing.
- 5:58SPEAKER_00: You don't trust them when it comes to money.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: And so then that's where, and that was my experience too.
- 6:03SPEAKER_00: It's like, okay, so I can trust them with all of these things and like some big things in my life.
- 6:07SPEAKER_00: But when it's money, it's like I go to my head.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: I've got to figure it out.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: And I feel like, I mean, there's many reasons as humans, we love certainty.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: We love to control things.
- 6:18SPEAKER_00: And it's like that that jump into the unknown.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: It's like, okay, there's there's ways that we're willing to jump into the unknown because we're like, I can figure it out.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: But with money, it's like if I just hand over my paychecks to God, if I really trust in this, what happens if it doesn't work?
- 6:33SPEAKER_00: That's one lane way I think it really goes down.
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: And then I do work with a lot of spiritual entrepreneurs, and it does come up quite a quite a bit that it's like, it's not, it's, it's ungodly.
- 6:43SPEAKER_00: It's ungodly to make a lot of money.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: It's greedy, it's selfish, it's this, it's that.
- 6:48SPEAKER_00: And it's like, it is for me, it's like it is godly.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: It is godly to let abundance pour through you, to let truth pour through you, to be willing to speak it.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: To, you know, I just finished writing my second book.
- 7:00SPEAKER_00: Oh wow.
- 7:01SPEAKER_00: And it's getting, it's, it's in the publishing stages, but the editor of that book, well, not the not the final editor, but the first editor of that book, she was like, You can't speak about God like this.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: You can't, like, she was very uncomfortable and said that to me.
- 7:16SPEAKER_00: She's like, I'm uncomfortable with these words, I'm uncomfortable with the way that you talk about God.
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: And most people like talking about God as like God gets to serve me.
- 7:25SPEAKER_00: I get to serve God and God gets to serve me.
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: It's not a one-way street for me.
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: It's not just, okay, I've got to serve God and I'm in obedience to him.
- 7:33SPEAKER_00: It's like I listen to, I obey his commands and I also command him.
- 7:38SPEAKER_01: I think often that comes from seeing God as something outside of you or something separate, not as like God within.
- 7:45SPEAKER_01: So then they think they're it's like pleasing.
- 7:48SPEAKER_01: And I heard someone say this once, and it was like, if you stopped trying to please me, you'd realize I was like already proud of you and you'd have everything.
- 7:56SPEAKER_01: Because sometimes when and I'm all for service, I feel like people are an ego or in self, and then they're distracted by that.
- 8:04SPEAKER_01: Then they maybe pendulum swing to service, but then they misunderstand service.
- 8:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 8:08SPEAKER_01: And it's more from like an obedience, service, trying to please, and then instead of looking to earn through money or chase money, now it becomes almost like a spiritual version of if I do it well enough, if I say it well enough, God will reward me.
- 8:23SPEAKER_01: But it becomes like a different kind of cage, just wrapping paper is different, but like the actual cage is the same.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: And then that's where we get into it's like, okay, so then if God, if if I receive money, it's because I've done something to make myself worthy.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: I've some done something to deserve it.
- 8:39SPEAKER_00: And so that keeps us separate from knowing that you are worthy.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: Like you already are worthy.
- 8:44SPEAKER_00: And so being more of who you are, being willing to move in that way, being willing to speak your truth, that's where you meet, like that's where we meet God, like where God can meet you in that frequency and where God can sign your paychecks.
- 8:54SPEAKER_00: And God doesn't care if he's signing a six-figure paycheck, a seven-figure paycheck, when when you're standing in the truth of who you are, when you're willing to speak the words that are sometimes, I mean, truth is just disruptive in nature, you know?
- 9:07SPEAKER_00: So when you're willing to speak that, when you're willing to stand in conviction of what's true for you, that's what we're here to do.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: We're here to be the expression of who we are, not to dilute our voice and to dim our message and to, you know, hold back in our medicine because we think like, what if someone doesn't get it?
- 9:22SPEAKER_00: Or what if someone misunderstands me?
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: Or what if, again, this doesn't please God.
- 9:27SPEAKER_00: Like, if you have the desire within you, if you have the idea within you, again, like it is God given.
- 9:33SPEAKER_00: So you're meant to act on that.
- 9:35SPEAKER_01: And we're definitely gonna go into the owning of your truth and conviction.
- 9:38SPEAKER_01: I want to hop back for a second to when you spoke about, you know, having that much money is ungodly.
- 9:44SPEAKER_01: And I don't know if you've seen lately on Instagram there now is this trend where, you know, people were materialistic and then they went more spiritual and then like renounced everything and are now coming back to like, oh, when you actually hear heal, you realize that wanting material things is not bad, wanting money is not bad, or beautiful experiences, or to be quote unquote rich is actually not bad.
- 10:07SPEAKER_01: Can you talk about and kind of go a bit deeper for us that that line and why so many people then kind of think the material isn't good or they view rich as like, well, I should be happy only with what I have.
- 10:21SPEAKER_01: And what I tell people is like, well, you didn't come here for just enough.
- 10:25SPEAKER_01: Like, in what world did you think God placed you here to have just enough or only what you need and not more?
- 10:30SPEAKER_01: So I'd love for you to dive in because I feel like you probably see a lot of it in the more of like the spiritual space.
- 10:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 10:35SPEAKER_01: With people, you know, I know even some of my clients, they feel guilty or bad for wanting more when they already make six figure months, maybe even seven figure months.
- 10:44SPEAKER_01: They're like, how could I is that is that bad?
- 10:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: And I think this idea with like wanting more where it really comes in.
- 10:51SPEAKER_00: Well, one, the energy of like we've been taught being selfish is a bad thing.
- 10:55SPEAKER_00: And when I think of the word selfish, I'm like, I'm willing to like self first, put my frequency first.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: And then, I mean, this kind of ties in what you just said about service.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: It's you're not in service of other people if you're self-sacrificing in order to do so.
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: And so when I think of selfish, it's like I'm I'm I look at this from an energetic perspective, like my frequency first.
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: What does this do to my energy field?
- 11:19SPEAKER_00: That also ripples out into my kids, my husband, my clients, the collective.
- 11:23SPEAKER_00: And so there's a piece of this where I feel like it's owning that like you get to have desires, wants more on top of more from that place that might feel like it is it selfish?
- 11:34SPEAKER_00: I'm putting myself first.
- 11:35SPEAKER_00: Is that greedy?
- 11:35SPEAKER_00: So we get faced with all of these, you know, questions that we have to be willing to look at and come to the place of like, no, like I'm allowed to want what I want.
- 11:44SPEAKER_00: And again, those wants, those desires are also God given.
- 11:49SPEAKER_00: But that one piece there that I feel like um connects with the, you know, with with the wanting more.
- 11:58SPEAKER_00: It's like we then think that what we have is not enough.
- 12:00SPEAKER_00: And so it's like, does that make me ungrateful?
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: It's like you can be like so in love with your life right now.
- 12:07SPEAKER_00: You can be so grateful and still desire more.
- 12:11SPEAKER_00: I have a seven-figure a year business.
- 12:13SPEAKER_00: I've been making seven figures a year for like many years.
- 12:15SPEAKER_00: And I, like you said, experience it there.
- 12:18SPEAKER_00: I love experiences.
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: Like experiences are my love language.
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: I love to go have cool experiences with my kids.
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: I love to, we've just moved across the country to be closer to my sisters and my nieces and nephews.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: I love to have cool experiences with them, do things that like they would never have the opportunity to do.
- 12:35SPEAKER_00: Well, guess what it takes to have those experiences?
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: More money.
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: And so can I be unapologetic for my want for more and not make it mean that what I have right now isn't enough in the sense of like like I love my life now and I want more.
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: And I just became unapologetic about that.
- 12:52SPEAKER_00: Like that gets to be because, like you said, we're not put here.
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: And I think this is actually a big piece, is like we will experience, you know, pain on our human journey, but you're not put here to suffer and sacrifice.
- 13:05SPEAKER_01: Why do you think people think they are?
- 13:07SPEAKER_01: And I think that's even like in entrepreneurship, people really believe this and they think to grow and go higher.
- 13:14SPEAKER_01: But you're an example, and we've already spoken about this in this episode, that like that's not true.
- 13:19SPEAKER_01: And like, why is it so present in the conditioning?
- 13:22SPEAKER_01: Like, even now.
- 13:22SPEAKER_00: I mean, one, we're taught it, we're taught it through what we've been modeled, through the evidence that we have, what we've many of us have seen, you know, our parents, people close to us, like experience.
- 13:32SPEAKER_00: We're taught it through religion.
- 13:34SPEAKER_00: We're also, I mean, have a lot of evidence.
- 13:37SPEAKER_00: So a lot of us have evidence where we have grown from rock bottom.
- 13:40SPEAKER_00: This was actually a huge thing I had to break through because I was like, I've I've mastered the, I mean, the rise from the rock bottom.
- 13:48SPEAKER_00: I call it the spiritual smack down.
- 13:49SPEAKER_00: So you have a spiritual smack down and then there's the growth.
- 13:52SPEAKER_00: But it's like, and what if there's what if there's not?
- 13:55SPEAKER_00: This was actually a huge thing for me.
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: I was like, can I just grow from greatness on top of greatness?
- 14:00SPEAKER_00: And I was working with a mentor once.
- 14:02SPEAKER_00: I was like at a plateau in my business, and I was like, I feel like I want the more, but it was kind of in what we're talking about.
- 14:08SPEAKER_00: It's like, but I have everything that I like prayed for before.
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: I have the things that I said I want.
- 14:12SPEAKER_00: Like, what, what would I even want more?
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: And then when I owned that there was a desire to make more money, I was like, well, how can I do that?
- 14:19SPEAKER_00: Because things are already great.
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: And I literally said to her, it was, it was kind of a joke, but also kind of real in the sense of, I was like, do I need to go fuck some shit up in my marriage so I can have a growth edge?
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: Like I was like, somewhere something's gotta give.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: I've got to fuck something up somewhere.
- 14:33SPEAKER_00: There's gotta be a rock bottom so I can grow.
- 14:35SPEAKER_00: And I was like, and I heard those words come out of my mouth.
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: And again, I wasn't really gonna go do that, but I was like, oh, your belief is like my own belief was in order for me to grow, something's gotta like drop first.
- 14:49SPEAKER_01: I love that you brought this up because I think it's so real for so many people.
- 14:53SPEAKER_01: Because then if there's no nothing to push against, no chaos, no conflict, no contrast, it's like, who are you without that?
- 15:01SPEAKER_01: And so many people, I mean, it I think most people when you get to the seven-figure business, we've grown.
- 15:07SPEAKER_01: I mean, different rock bottoms can obviously look different.
- 15:09SPEAKER_01: Some people have more traumatic pasts, but either way, you've probably built from nothing, you've gone through some shit to get here 100%.
- 15:17SPEAKER_01: It's like you feel like it needs to be either more of that or in direct proportion to how you want to grow.
- 15:22SPEAKER_01: It's like, why can't we receive simply to receive?
- 15:26SPEAKER_01: It becomes almost like a spiritual earning of like, well, now I went through a dark night of the soul, so now I can earn more.
- 15:32SPEAKER_01: Oh, my marriage is falling apart, so now I've earned the ability for something else to like come up.
- 15:37SPEAKER_01: Oh, my health isn't like it's crazy how we create these like weird constructs in our minds about what needs to happen.
- 15:44SPEAKER_01: It's like we create the loops and then we wonder why the loops are there, and then we get upset that the loops are there.
- 15:50SPEAKER_01: I'm like, but you weren't the ones creating the loops.
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: Well, it's what you just said there, though.
- 15:53SPEAKER_00: It's like, because then what does that equal?
- 15:55SPEAKER_00: So we we look at things so transactionally.
- 15:57SPEAKER_00: So I've done this, now I'm deserving, now I've earned it, now I'm worthy.
- 16:02SPEAKER_00: And so when you go through something like a rock bottom moment, a dark night of the soul, you're like, okay, well, now, you know, now on the other side, I'm deserving of this.
- 16:10SPEAKER_00: I actually had this was like years and years and years ago in my business.
- 16:13SPEAKER_00: I was leading a course around New Year's, and I was asked each person who was live to come on and just like claim what they like their desire was for the next year, like claim what they want.
- 16:23SPEAKER_00: And each person had two minutes, one minute or two minutes.
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: And my instructions was like very specific.
- 16:28SPEAKER_00: Do not give us a backstory, do not tell us why you're deserving of this.
- 16:32SPEAKER_00: There was about 40 people on, and I let it go like one after another after another until there was about two people left.
- 16:38SPEAKER_00: Every single person gave a, well, this is what I did last year.
- 16:43SPEAKER_00: And so this is why.
- 16:44SPEAKER_00: And I was like, the instruction was literally, do not tell us why you're worthy.
- 16:48SPEAKER_00: But people couldn't help themselves.
- 16:50SPEAKER_00: Like they needed, they couldn't just show up in a room full of people and be unapologetic and claiming and what they wanted because it was like they needed to know, they needed the rest of us to know.
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: I think they needed themselves to know, like, okay, I've been through something.
- 17:02SPEAKER_00: I've I've put I've put in like my sweat and tears and blood.
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: So now I should be able to receive this.
- 17:07SPEAKER_00: And I was like, no, this is what we're and I started off the conversation that way because I was like, this is what we're gonna recode today, that you don't have to do in order to receive.
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: Again, we've been taught this since we were young.
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: Give the more you give, the more you get.
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: So we're really tangled in of like, we have to do certain things in order to receive.
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: And then that takes us out of that flow state of receiving because we're divine beings.
- 17:31SPEAKER_01: I want to go very kind of deep in this.
- 17:34SPEAKER_01: I want to hear your perspective on where is that line?
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: Because obviously you've been in business for a long time.
- 17:38SPEAKER_01: Like you said, you've had consecutive seven-figure years.
- 17:41SPEAKER_01: How does someone listening know if they're creating more work?
- 17:45SPEAKER_01: If they're like, okay, I need to learn, I don't know, better email marketing.
- 17:49SPEAKER_01: I need to learn funnels.
- 17:51SPEAKER_01: I need to now learn how to yap on Instagram.
- 17:54SPEAKER_01: How do they know this is something I need to know versus, oh, I don't actually need to know or work on my skill sets.
- 18:01SPEAKER_01: I can just be exactly who I am and show up on the internet and the the paychecks will come.
- 18:06SPEAKER_01: I'd love for you to like, because I feel like you're you're spiritual, but you're also very grounded, your perspective on that whole thing.
- 18:12SPEAKER_01: Because I don't think you're saying you're so enough, you just sit on the couch, do absolutely nothing, and the millions will come.
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: No, absolutely not.
- 18:20SPEAKER_00: And I love to answer your question, but before there, just to like that touch on that one piece, you said, I mean, we are natural receivers, but we're also natural givers.
- 18:29SPEAKER_00: We're natural doers as well.
- 18:31SPEAKER_00: And so it's not like just sit back and receive.
- 18:34SPEAKER_00: It's when you're allowing God to move through you, you're gonna get hit with inspiration.
- 18:38SPEAKER_00: You're gonna have this idea to give in this way, to serve in this way, to do this thing.
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: And it's following that thing.
- 18:44SPEAKER_00: It's like you get that hit of inspiration, you get that idea, you have words that want to move through you, you say them and you don't hesitate on it and you don't negotiate with yourself.
- 18:54SPEAKER_00: Cause this is often what happens.
- 18:56SPEAKER_00: People are getting like the God-given ideas, but then they're like, Well, who am I to say that?
- 19:00SPEAKER_00: Who am I to speak that?
- 19:01SPEAKER_00: Who am I to do that?
- 19:03SPEAKER_00: I need another credential, I need this, I need that.
- 19:05SPEAKER_00: And it's like, no, you don't.
- 19:07SPEAKER_00: You need to actually move with that.
- 19:09SPEAKER_00: You need to, and and oh God, like this is like one of the things that drives me the most insane when people are like, I'm just waiting for more clarity.
- 19:16SPEAKER_00: Guess where the clarity comes?
- 19:18SPEAKER_00: Clarity comes when you do the thing.
- 19:20SPEAKER_00: You're not meant to have all the pieces of the puzzle, but this comes back into we want certainty, we want to know.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: And yet we say we want to have a quantum leap, we want the next thing.
- 19:29SPEAKER_00: Well, that doesn't come from you operating in the realm of the known.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: You have to be willing to jump into the realm where it's unknown and trust that it's known to God.
- 19:37SPEAKER_00: It's unknown to you, but it's not unknown to God.
- 19:39SPEAKER_00: So can you just move in that, in that way?
- 19:42SPEAKER_00: And it's it's fascinating.
- 19:44SPEAKER_00: I often have clients ask me, like, do you just have no strategy in your business?
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: I'm like, of course I have strategy in my business.
- 19:49SPEAKER_00: I'm also a smart businesswoman, but now my strategy is God-led.
- 19:55SPEAKER_00: And so it's not coming from my mind of, okay, I need to start a TikTok channel.
- 20:01SPEAKER_00: I need to yap.
- 20:02SPEAKER_00: I need to put in funnels, I need to do emails, I need, I need, I should, I should, because that's where we get really caught up when it's like, I need to do this.
- 20:10SPEAKER_00: There's not one right way.
- 20:11SPEAKER_00: There's not one strategy, there's not one way it works.
- 20:14SPEAKER_00: So what lights you up?
- 20:16SPEAKER_00: What excites you?
- 20:17SPEAKER_00: What makes you be like, oh my gosh?
- 20:19SPEAKER_00: Like if you're like, I hate the idea of writing emails, well, why are you deciding that that's the only way for you to be successful?
- 20:27SPEAKER_00: Now, there's a difference between like, I'm just, I don't want to meet myself at these edges.
- 20:31SPEAKER_00: I'm uncomfortable.
- 20:32SPEAKER_00: I don't want to go on Instagram and yeah, because I don't want people like I'm hiding.
- 20:36SPEAKER_00: But at the same time, I mean, for me, there's lots of things that I said I would never do in my business.
- 20:43SPEAKER_00: And then I get that nudge and I'm like, oh yeah, here, here we go.
- 20:46SPEAKER_00: We're starting a TikTok channel.
- 20:48SPEAKER_00: Oh, here we go.
- 20:49SPEAKER_00: Like, I, when I first came into my business, I did a lot through funnels and ads.
- 20:54SPEAKER_00: And I was like, I will never do that again.
- 20:56SPEAKER_00: Like, I was just like, that's that's actually where, like I said, I got really lost in my voice because I started listening to like the ad experts and the funnel experts, and all of a sudden the ads didn't sound like me, the emails didn't sound like me.
- 21:07SPEAKER_00: I was like, no, no, no, no, no.
- 21:09SPEAKER_00: And then when I was writing my first book, this feeling came in of like, have a place for people to go after your book.
- 21:17SPEAKER_00: And that's was like, okay, so start a funnel from your book.
- 21:20SPEAKER_00: And then I did that.
- 21:21SPEAKER_00: And I was like, okay, and bring people into this funnel in this way.
- 21:24SPEAKER_00: And I was like, oh boy, like here we go again.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm gonna do this thing that I said I would never do again.
- 21:29SPEAKER_00: And again, it just feels like God presented that to me.
- 21:32SPEAKER_00: I was like, can I say yes?
- 21:33SPEAKER_00: Can I say yes, even though I don't want to, even though it's uncomfortable, even though it doesn't, I don't see exactly how it's going to pan out.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: But it's like that's where I'll put strategy in when it literally feels like I feel this pull and I doesn't make sense.
- 21:47SPEAKER_00: I feel the calling to do this.
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: That's that obey obeyance frequency for me.
- 21:52SPEAKER_00: Can I just obey?
- 21:53SPEAKER_00: Can I can I do it?
- 21:54SPEAKER_00: Can I do it and not know why I'm even being called?
- 21:56SPEAKER_00: And then that's usually when it's like six months later.
- 21:59SPEAKER_00: I look Back in hindsight, I'm like, oh, that's why I felt called to do that thing, to say that thing, to lead in that thing, to put that piece in the back end of my business.
- 22:08SPEAKER_00: But for me, it really is like soul led.
- 22:11SPEAKER_00: It's guided.
- 22:12SPEAKER_00: It's not me sitting in my mind with a piece of paper behind my computer.
- 22:16SPEAKER_00: Like, what do I need to do?
- 22:18SPEAKER_00: And I think it's that question there.
- 22:19SPEAKER_00: Like, what do I need to do?
- 22:20SPEAKER_00: What do I have to do?
- 22:21SPEAKER_00: What should I do next that keeps us caught in our mind and in this loop of just like you taking the, you know, control, you in the driver's seat.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: There's no room for God if you're always in control.
- 22:31SPEAKER_01: You're micromanaging and it's so linear.
- 22:33SPEAKER_01: And then if I feel like nothing is right and you can't even hear.
- 22:37SPEAKER_01: Like you're never actually going to find the right answers.
- 22:39SPEAKER_01: Like the more you obsess over the micromanaging and the control, the actual less clarity you have.
- 22:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 22:44SPEAKER_01: Because it ends up getting so much more noise and jumble.
- 22:47SPEAKER_01: Then you end up searching for more.
- 22:49SPEAKER_01: Cause in that space, you're like, oh, I think I need this shiny thing.
- 22:53SPEAKER_01: Oh no, is it this?
- 22:54SPEAKER_01: Is it that?
- 22:54SPEAKER_01: And before you know it, you're even more confused.
- 22:58SPEAKER_01: You're even more unsure.
- 23:00SPEAKER_01: Then you really start trying to get it right.
- 23:02SPEAKER_01: And then everything you do from trying to get it right, oh, that didn't work.
- 23:06SPEAKER_01: And maybe it's not that thing.
- 23:07SPEAKER_01: It's just the frequency with which you met it from.
- 23:09SPEAKER_01: It's like, well, funnels aren't bad, but the frequency you met it from gapping's not bad.
- 23:12SPEAKER_01: It's the frequency you met it from.
- 23:13SPEAKER_01: Like whatever it is you want to do, it's the frequency you met it from.
- 23:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 23:16SPEAKER_01: And I think this is what I talk about a lot.
- 23:18SPEAKER_01: I'm sure you'll agree.
- 23:20SPEAKER_01: It's not so much the action itself, it's the frequency you're coming from.
- 23:24SPEAKER_01: But so many people are coming from a distorted frequency that they end up burning so much energy doing all these actions that don't get the result, but it's not the action's fault because those aren't bad, but it's the frequency you're coming from because you're so micromanaging control and there's no room for God.
- 23:37SPEAKER_01: And then you wonder why you can't quantum leap or you're operating linearly.
- 23:40SPEAKER_01: I'm like, but you're thinking linearly.
- 23:42SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 23:43SPEAKER_00: And this is one thing.
- 23:43SPEAKER_00: It's like we think linearly linearly.
- 23:46SPEAKER_00: We know what I mean.
- 23:47SPEAKER_00: Linearly.
- 23:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we think from a linear perspective.
- 23:50SPEAKER_00: We look at things, we strategize in a linear way, and then are surprised when we have linear results.
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: So I really look at everything as circular.
- 23:59SPEAKER_00: I look at, okay, my ecosystem, my sales are circular.
- 24:03SPEAKER_00: And I don't put a lot of emphasis on any one thing.
- 24:07SPEAKER_00: I see it all working together as this ecosystem.
- 24:11SPEAKER_00: And so it's not like this one launch.
- 24:13SPEAKER_00: Was this one launch successful?
- 24:14SPEAKER_00: Was this one ad successful?
- 24:17SPEAKER_00: Was this one Instagram post successful?
- 24:19SPEAKER_00: It's like, it's all part of it.
- 24:22SPEAKER_00: It's all adding to it.
- 24:24SPEAKER_00: And so even if one thing's not working, I'm like, if it's working for me and I love doing it, it's actually working because energetically it's shifting the energy that I put into other things as well.
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: And so sometimes I think people really look so transactionally.
- 24:38SPEAKER_00: It's like, okay, did this podcast lead to more followers?
- 24:42SPEAKER_00: Did it lead to paying clients?
- 24:44SPEAKER_00: If it didn't, maybe I shouldn't go on more podcasts.
- 24:46SPEAKER_00: And it's like, well, what wait?
- 24:48SPEAKER_00: But like this is the thing I fucking love to do.
- 24:50SPEAKER_00: Why would I stop doing it?
- 24:53SPEAKER_00: Because oftentimes it's like I'll leave the podcast studio today.
- 24:56SPEAKER_00: I'll go yap on Instagram.
- 24:58SPEAKER_00: And then more clients come in because my energy is so just like boom, boom, boom.
- 25:03SPEAKER_00: Because like this is what I love to do.
- 25:04SPEAKER_00: Like I could sit here and have a conversation with for with you for 10 hours today.
- 25:08SPEAKER_01: Well, yeah, because we we jump.
- 25:09SPEAKER_01: I have like everything I'm intentionally setting up the questions, kind of knowing your perspective matches mine, but I just I love when other people match my perspective.
- 25:18SPEAKER_01: And I love that you said about I call it a scoreboard in my world.
- 25:21SPEAKER_01: People have this scoreboard that they take score way too soon.
- 25:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 25:25SPEAKER_01: So it's not like this launch, but people go, This week, what are the sales doing?
- 25:29SPEAKER_01: I posted a story now, an hour later.
- 25:31SPEAKER_01: Have sales come in?
- 25:32SPEAKER_01: Did the content convert today?
- 25:34SPEAKER_01: It's not even just one launch, it's like today, this week.
- 25:36SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, if you zoomed out and you just did it because you know it's compounding and it's building the ecosystem, and you weren't so transactional of like, did this thing do this thing now?
- 25:46SPEAKER_01: You would gain so much more momentum.
- 25:48SPEAKER_01: But it's that classic like plant the seed and dig it up an hour later to see if it's growing.
- 25:52SPEAKER_01: And I'm just like, can we give the seed time to like grow?
- 25:57SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and that's that stop start, right?
- 25:58SPEAKER_00: Like when you said it, then there's no momentum for God to meet you.
- 26:01SPEAKER_00: And it's just like one step forward, one step back.
- 26:03SPEAKER_00: Why is it not working?
- 26:04SPEAKER_00: I'm like, because it's been five seconds.
- 26:06SPEAKER_00: That's why it's not working.
- 26:08SPEAKER_01: I want to go deeper into this following your knowing.
- 26:10SPEAKER_01: And I know recently you were talking on Instagram about your 220k cash month following your knowing.
- 26:17SPEAKER_01: And for people are gonna be like, all I have to do is follow my knowing.
- 26:20SPEAKER_01: How can people get more clear and really start to not only listen to that knowing, but decipher that knowing for them if they've perhaps either been in spaces where, you know, their knowing has been taken away.
- 26:35SPEAKER_01: And I know we've spoken about that.
- 26:36SPEAKER_01: I've had that experience sometimes where unfortunately mentorship, whether it's, you know, partly my fault, maybe partly theirs, both responsibility, but get lost in the noise of the online space of what you need or mentorship or what people say online and really coming back to that.
- 26:51SPEAKER_00: Well, this is a fascinating conversation because it actually brings in an element that we talked about earlier of like needing to hit that rock bottom.
- 27:00SPEAKER_00: And so I had a massive transition in my business in March of this year, so about three months ago.
- 27:06SPEAKER_00: And everyone around me kind of said, like, well, you're gonna have a rock bottom here.
- 27:12SPEAKER_00: Like your sales are gonna need to slow down here.
- 27:14SPEAKER_00: It was very much like you've made this decision, and it's like there's gonna be, you know, a rebuilding phase.
- 27:20SPEAKER_00: And to be honest, I've I've had a lot of success in my business, but I've actually never led.
- 27:25SPEAKER_00: My personal brand has always been my secondary brand.
- 27:27SPEAKER_00: It's always I call it my side hustle.
- 27:29SPEAKER_00: It's been, I was in a business partnership, then I was in a collaboration.
- 27:33SPEAKER_00: And so it was like, okay, you're closing down these doors, these opportunities.
- 27:36SPEAKER_00: Like your business is likely gonna take a hit before it grows.
- 27:40SPEAKER_00: And I was honestly like, and what if it doesn't?
- 27:42SPEAKER_00: Like I was really, I am not available for that story.
- 27:46SPEAKER_00: And that's when I actually really went like next level with like God in my business.
- 27:52SPEAKER_00: I launched a free offering called Get Paid by God, then my mastermind called Employed by God.
- 27:56SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I'm just gonna go like full, like double down on my mission.
- 28:00SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna get distracted by all this noise around me.
- 28:03SPEAKER_00: By, I mean, there was a lot of I was misunderstood.
- 28:07SPEAKER_00: I was, you know, there was, I mean, and then I'm in a place where I'm being misunderstood.
- 28:11SPEAKER_00: And then I launched things called get paid by God, employed by God.
- 28:14SPEAKER_00: And then people are like, you're gonna be tortured for eternity.
- 28:16SPEAKER_00: You can't talk about God that way.
- 28:18SPEAKER_00: And so everyone's like, Yeah, you're gonna take a hit here.
- 28:21SPEAKER_00: And I was like, I'm gonna just keep doing what I feel called to do.
- 28:25SPEAKER_00: I am gonna get louder in my mission, louder with my voice.
- 28:28SPEAKER_00: Meta then deleted all my social media accounts.
- 28:31SPEAKER_00: What?
- 28:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I was like, now what am I gonna do?
- 28:34SPEAKER_00: Am I gonna be like the victim here?
- 28:36SPEAKER_00: Am I gonna?
- 28:37SPEAKER_00: It was very much three months of can you actually practice what you preach?
- 28:41SPEAKER_00: Can you be the role model of this?
- 28:44SPEAKER_00: Like, what are you gonna do when all of a sudden people are like, your business is gonna crash?
- 28:48SPEAKER_00: It doesn't, but then your social media gets gets like deleted overnight and like no, like there is no way to access.
- 28:54SPEAKER_00: And like within a couple hours, I'm like, why am I gonna try to fight this and figure out how to get it back?
- 28:59SPEAKER_00: I'm just gonna start again.
- 29:00SPEAKER_00: Like, I am gonna double down here.
- 29:01SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna get louder.
- 29:02SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna trust that God's hand is in this.
- 29:05SPEAKER_00: And this is where it really comes to for me.
- 29:07SPEAKER_00: It's like, I trust God was like, it is time to clean house here.
- 29:10SPEAKER_00: Again, there was some big transitions.
- 29:12SPEAKER_00: It's like God's cleaning house here.
- 29:14SPEAKER_00: I need to get louder.
- 29:15SPEAKER_00: And not even louder in like, I mean, louder in my vibration, louder in speaking the words, like not diluting, being unapologetic about it.
- 29:24SPEAKER_00: And then that's what compounded into.
- 29:27SPEAKER_00: I mean, I had a 110K month in April, a 110K month in May, and then a 220K month in June because I was willing to keep moving.
- 29:38SPEAKER_00: It's that piece that we were talking about.
- 29:39SPEAKER_00: I didn't wait for clarity.
- 29:40SPEAKER_00: I didn't listen to the noise of this is what it's gonna be.
- 29:43SPEAKER_00: I didn't know what was offer was coming next.
- 29:45SPEAKER_00: I didn't know what I was, it was just like each time I was like, okay, I'm gonna do it.
- 29:49SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna lead that thing.
- 29:51SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna say yes to this stage.
- 29:52SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna say, like, there was a lot of just like, I am gonna say yes.
- 29:55SPEAKER_00: Anything that feels like a yes, I'm gonna say yes to.
- 29:58SPEAKER_00: And I'm just gonna keep going.
- 30:00SPEAKER_01: I love it's so interesting when people think their first instinct was like, oh, you're it's gonna be bad.
- 30:05SPEAKER_01: It's gonna go down.
- 30:07SPEAKER_01: My first instinct when someone releases something, whether that's like a business release, a marriage, or you know, a partnership release, to me, my first thought is so much energy gets freed up that there's so much space to flow in.
- 30:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 30:19SPEAKER_01: So it's so interesting that some people think, oh, it's gonna go down.
- 30:21SPEAKER_01: I'm like, no, my first thought is it's gonna flow in because there's so much space that gets created.
- 30:27SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 30:27SPEAKER_01: And it's such another great example of conditioning.
- 30:31SPEAKER_01: But I think the key in what you did is when people release things, well, A, they believe it's gonna go down.
- 30:37SPEAKER_01: And so if you believe it's gonna go down, there's gonna be a dip, there's going to be.
- 30:40SPEAKER_01: And B, they create so much pressure in that void state or in that newness that then they either don't say yes or they operate a bit distortedly.
- 30:51SPEAKER_01: And then that creates almost like a self-fulfilling prophecy of like, C, it went down.
- 30:56SPEAKER_01: You're just like, no, I'm not available for it.
- 30:58SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna listen.
- 30:58SPEAKER_01: Discernment blinders up, say yes and go.
- 31:01SPEAKER_01: And I think that's the important caveat where people like okay, I'm going to like try to believe it's not going to, versus there actually needs to be certainty in the frequency you're admitting.
- 31:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 31:15SPEAKER_01: Or there's actually like fear underneath it.
- 31:18SPEAKER_01: And I'm gonna try to convince myself it's not going to.
- 31:20SPEAKER_01: It's like, no, I'm not available.
- 31:22SPEAKER_01: This is what's happening.
- 31:23SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna listen.
- 31:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 31:25SPEAKER_00: And then I was like, and I'm willing to be the creator of this evidence.
- 31:28SPEAKER_00: Like, if I don't have this evidence, if all the evidence is showing me that it needs to dip or needs to do this, what if I am the evidence?
- 31:34SPEAKER_00: What if I am the one who's like willing to stand in that conviction and her power and her truth?
- 31:39SPEAKER_00: And again, like this double down frequency was really it for me as well.
- 31:43SPEAKER_00: But it didn't come from a like I started to see where I had been, you know, in yeah, consistent six-figure months, consistent six figure months.
- 31:53SPEAKER_00: I was doing the same thing.
- 31:53SPEAKER_00: It was like rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat.
- 31:55SPEAKER_00: And I was like, am I even really like activated by that anymore?
- 31:59SPEAKER_00: So I started doing things in a different way.
- 32:01SPEAKER_00: I started exploring what does it feel like if I do this?
- 32:04SPEAKER_00: What if I, you know, stop just posting on Instagram every day to post?
- 32:09SPEAKER_00: And then this was a bit of a gift of my Instagram being shut down.
- 32:12SPEAKER_00: I was like, well, now this is such a blank canvas.
- 32:15SPEAKER_00: And I was like, I have so much to say.
- 32:18SPEAKER_00: And so I started posting like two, three times a day on Instagram, but not because I was like, well, that's what's gonna trip the algorithm or that's what is gonna get more eyes on me.
- 32:26SPEAKER_00: I was like, I actually have so much to say right now.
- 32:28SPEAKER_00: Like, I wanted to start posting more.
- 32:30SPEAKER_00: Well, that just shifted my energy immediately from in doing like the same thing I've always done and post once a day or do this.
- 32:37SPEAKER_00: I was like, when I have something to say, I'm gonna say it.
- 32:39SPEAKER_00: And then there's days that I'll go silent on Instagram, and then I'm like, and then I have a lot to say, but it really was in that I would write things and I was like, Well, I've already posted today.
- 32:47SPEAKER_00: I should wait to post this tomorrow.
- 32:48SPEAKER_00: And I was like, I posted two hours ago.
- 32:50SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna post again because like I've got something to say right now.
- 32:53SPEAKER_01: We're just so the same living.
- 32:54SPEAKER_01: I love what everything you're saying.
- 32:55SPEAKER_01: I'm just like nodding.
- 32:56SPEAKER_01: I'm like, yes, I feel the same.
- 32:58SPEAKER_01: Do you you got your Instagram?
- 32:59SPEAKER_01: You must have, right?
- 33:00SPEAKER_00: No.
- 33:01SPEAKER_01: The Jacqueline Chant I'm following is a new account.
- 33:04SPEAKER_02: It is.
- 33:04SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, that's crazy.
- 33:05SPEAKER_01: Six weeks old.
- 33:06SPEAKER_01: Oh, I didn't know that.
- 33:07SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 33:08SPEAKER_01: Oh my God.
- 33:09SPEAKER_01: That because I know that sometimes it's happened.
- 33:11SPEAKER_01: I've seen it happen to other people where their Instagram gets taken away or shut down, but they get it back.
- 33:15SPEAKER_01: So you you just rebuild.
- 33:17SPEAKER_01: Wow, that is a clearing house.
- 33:19SPEAKER_01: Like I don't think I've ever heard of before.
- 33:23SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 33:23SPEAKER_00: Well, and it was interesting too, because I I will say I would still love to get my social media back.
- 33:30SPEAKER_00: But I actually, if I do, I won't go back to my old Instagram, even though it has more followers, even though it gets more story views and engagement.
- 33:38SPEAKER_00: I won't go back to it because of the way that I feel energetically from the new one.
- 33:42SPEAKER_00: I'd love to get it back because like I my life has been documented on Instagram.
- 33:46SPEAKER_00: Like every year I like record, like my kids, I like post videos and this and and like that writing's all disappeared.
- 33:53SPEAKER_00: So I'd love to get it back for me to have that, but I actually wouldn't go back to using it.
- 33:59SPEAKER_01: I think it's so it's so crazy.
- 34:02SPEAKER_01: You started technically new, and I'm sure you have people on like your email list or everything else, but you didn't get it back and it didn't slow down versus some people would freak out, my business is gone, I'm never gonna make money.
- 34:14SPEAKER_00: And you're like, no, we doubled our income even with that, like and and I will be honest, and most of my sales do come from Instagram.
- 34:21SPEAKER_00: Like, I do have an email list, but it's not huge.
- 34:24SPEAKER_00: So the fact that it was, I mean, it was May 14th that I lost my social and my Instagram and Facebook, and those are the only two social media accounts I've had until tomorrow.
- 34:34SPEAKER_00: But um that I just again wasn't available for the and and now what?
- 34:41SPEAKER_00: Like that means like people aren't gonna be able to buy from me.
- 34:44SPEAKER_00: I was like, nope.
- 34:45SPEAKER_00: And we're starting, you know, with this blank canvas.
- 34:47SPEAKER_00: So I was like, I've just got like I've just got like new people to reach here.
- 34:52SPEAKER_00: And it was like it felt actually just like a release of like, I mean, people who had been following me for years and seen all the transitions.
- 34:58SPEAKER_00: I was like, because the biggest thing I was like, when I was growing, and as I'm growing the new account, I'm like, all of these people are choosing to be here with me right now.
- 35:06SPEAKER_00: They're here for the conversations I'm having right now, they're here for God and money, they're here for this level of power, they're here for this level of truth.
- 35:12SPEAKER_00: Like, if you're finding me right now, I'm like, because you want to be here right now, you want to move with me right now.
- 35:17SPEAKER_00: And so having this, these belief codes, having this conviction, having this like feeling for me is what allowed me to stay in the of course.
- 35:24SPEAKER_00: So it doesn't mean that my income needs to dip, even though I just, you know, lost all my followers.
- 35:29SPEAKER_00: It's like because the people who are finding me right now, they're ready to move with me.
- 35:33SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna actually use it, you as one of my new examples sometimes when I pull, like when people like, oh, the algorithm, oh, the followers, I'll be like, Well, do you know Jacqueline Shaw?
- 35:43SPEAKER_01: Because it's such a good high contrast example when people have these like limitations or excuses of followers' algorithm.
- 35:51SPEAKER_01: Like, you can start a new account, the people will find you, and you like you can.
- 35:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and so it's so funny.
- 35:56SPEAKER_01: But sometimes I think we need to hear these stories that kind of pull us back from like the the noise of like, oh, oh, I'm actually that powerful.
- 36:05SPEAKER_01: Oh, it is actually my frequency.
- 36:07SPEAKER_01: Oh, my frequency can have people follow me and and stumble upon me, and they'll come.
- 36:13SPEAKER_00: Because people can like know and trust you in an instant when you're speaking your truth, when you're willing to like really be unapologetic in who you are.
- 36:21SPEAKER_00: And I mean, I'm usually not a big numbers person, but I think for this conversation, like looking at, I mean, I don't have a huge email list, it's 2,000 people on my email list.
- 36:30SPEAKER_00: My my social media, so my Instagram at that point in the month of June was 2,400 people on Instagram and I think 400 people on Facebook.
- 36:41SPEAKER_00: I also wasn't because my ad account got shut down along with so there was no ads in the month where it was the 220k month.
- 36:48SPEAKER_00: It was, it was literally purely from showing up on Instagram and using my email list.
- 36:55unknown: I love this.
- 36:55SPEAKER_01: And so everyone knows it is cash.
- 36:57SPEAKER_01: We're not talking sales, we're talking cash, which I like to distinguish because sometimes people say sales that could be over the next 12 months.
- 37:03SPEAKER_01: And so I feel like it adds a little like, no, guys, this is cash.
- 37:07SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 37:07SPEAKER_01: Why do you think people are loyal to old versions themselves?
- 37:13SPEAKER_01: Because you've been talking about being loyal to old versions or loyal to old things that you know.
- 37:19SPEAKER_01: What is it about you, or what is it that you either operate by that allows you to not really fall into that trap?
- 37:29SPEAKER_00: One of the things that I feel so deeply is that our truth grows and evolves and shifts and changes.
- 37:36SPEAKER_00: So truth isn't, you know, just truth and that's forevermore.
- 37:39SPEAKER_00: And so I find people are so resistant and they stay loyal to past versions of themselves because they don't want to make a past version of themselves wrong.
- 37:48SPEAKER_00: And so we think like, okay, because I thought this before and I don't think it now, well, does that mean I was wrong?
- 37:53SPEAKER_00: Did I lead people astray before when I used to like speak about that?
- 37:57SPEAKER_00: It's like, no, it's part of your growth and evolution.
- 37:59SPEAKER_00: And so when we allow ourselves to grow and evolve and allow truth to grow and evolve, it means even though I talked about something five months ago, five years ago, like I'm also allowed to have a different thought, feel, opinion today and lead in that.
- 38:13SPEAKER_00: And so we stay loyal out of like almost obligation.
- 38:16SPEAKER_00: And again, we don't wanna, we don't want to make that version of ourself wrong.
- 38:20SPEAKER_00: Another big thing is when we recognize like how powerful we are as divine creators, that can be confronting to look at, oh wait, so I didn't need to suffer in that way.
- 38:31SPEAKER_00: I didn't need to have this, this, and this.
- 38:34SPEAKER_00: And so it almost like validates if we can like hold on to that version of ourselves.
- 38:38SPEAKER_01: I love that you just brought that up because I actually think, in my experience of everyone I've coached, that can actually be so that that confronting piece is so much more overwhelming because when they realize, oh my God, I'm actually that powerful, they either go into shame of like, okay, then it's all my fault and I'm horrible and I'm awful, and they can't take responsibility without also going to shame.
- 39:03SPEAKER_01: And then there's the overwhelm of like, oh, I guess I didn't have to do on it.
- 39:07SPEAKER_01: The the tension is so much in their body, in their system that they have to revert back because it's just too much to be able to hold that they are that powerful.
- 39:17SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 39:18SPEAKER_00: But then when things like shame comes in, like when you feel shame, when you feel guilt, instead of like going and hiding and contracting, I always look at feelings like shame, guilt, fear as an opportunity to expand.
- 39:32SPEAKER_00: It's like this is where I normally hide.
- 39:33SPEAKER_00: This is where I normally dilute my voice, this is where I normally go back to the version of me that I'm comfortable with.
- 39:38SPEAKER_00: And what if I see like, I mean, I see like fear as like a gift from God.
- 39:42SPEAKER_00: God's like, here, I'm showing you where you usually limit yourself.
- 39:45SPEAKER_00: Like, here's where you can actually grow.
- 39:47SPEAKER_01: I think I I don't know if it was a podcast or a real.
- 39:49SPEAKER_01: I literally said those exact words.
- 39:50SPEAKER_01: It's like fear is like this big giant sign.
- 39:52SPEAKER_01: I think I was actually sitting on this couch when I said it.
- 39:54SPEAKER_01: Fear is like this giant sign saying, this way, go this way.
- 39:57SPEAKER_01: This is where your expansion is.
- 39:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 39:59SPEAKER_00: And I and I think the same about shame and guilt because it's showing you again where you normally contract instead of like, what do I choose?
- 40:05SPEAKER_00: Who do I choose to be with in this, within this?
- 40:07SPEAKER_00: Like, who am I gonna be with in this experience of shame when I have guilt?
- 40:10SPEAKER_00: Do I go into people pleasing?
- 40:13SPEAKER_00: Do I follow what should?
- 40:14SPEAKER_00: Do I retract my energy field?
- 40:16SPEAKER_00: Or do I like double down here?
- 40:17SPEAKER_00: Do I go deeper in?
- 40:19SPEAKER_01: Deeper into that, knowing into that truth.
- 40:22SPEAKER_01: And I want to bring in kind of this final element of people are so self-aware or they're so like performative, very aware about how they look, how they're saying things, what they should say, what they shouldn't say.
- 40:37SPEAKER_01: And you said I give zero fucks because I give a million fucks, or I give a thousand fucks, something like that.
- 40:44SPEAKER_01: Can you explain that to people and how you show up with this?
- 40:50SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna say everything, I'm gonna say what's on my heart.
- 40:52SPEAKER_01: It's this is my truth in the full, and it's not diluted, but it's and I think you do a beautiful job of this.
- 40:58SPEAKER_01: It's not like, well, I don't give a fuck, I'm gonna do what uh like that's kind of like rude, arrogant, like you know, those people are like the I don't give a fuck is actually arrogance, detractive.
- 41:10SPEAKER_01: But yours feels like such pure love, and maybe I think this also because I'm like this, so I know that the most direct form is actually the biggest form of love.
- 41:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but yeah, explain that to people the zero fucks is because you actually care a lot, but not caring in the way that people think that means.
- 41:27SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I think this is where I mean, people want to be liked, people want to be understood, people want to people to like get it.
- 41:35SPEAKER_00: And my version of giving zero fucks because I give a million fucks is exactly what you're saying here.
- 41:42SPEAKER_00: It's not like I give zero fucks because I don't give a fuck, it's like I give zero fucks because I give so many fucks, because I care so deeply about this work, because I care so deeply about the words that God wants to move through me, because I care so deeply about other women rising and creating money and speaking their truth.
- 42:00SPEAKER_00: And so because I care about that, it's like I can't care.
- 42:04SPEAKER_00: I can't be distracted by the noise.
- 42:06SPEAKER_00: I can't give fucks to what people think about me.
- 42:09SPEAKER_00: I can't get distracted in that space.
- 42:11SPEAKER_00: And so it's like I'm I'm willing to be, I'm so willing to be misunderstood.
- 42:15SPEAKER_00: I'm willing to at times like sound like I contradict myself.
- 42:18SPEAKER_00: I'm willing to have people.
- 42:20SPEAKER_00: I mean, I I once had a someone who's really close to me.
- 42:23SPEAKER_00: She's like, I love following you on Instagram, but I feel like you're speaking a foreign language sometimes.
- 42:27SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, like, I'm I'm okay with you not getting it.
- 42:30SPEAKER_00: I'm okay with all of that because because what I'm actually here to do is more important than me trying to convince anyone, me needing to sit down and like convince you, like drag you, bring you here.
- 42:42SPEAKER_00: It's like, if my work is for you, my work is for you.
- 42:44SPEAKER_00: And if it's not, like also like bless and and whoever's here to serve you gets to serve you.
- 42:50SPEAKER_00: And so it's really this like not trying to get people on my side, not trying to, I mean, my recent experience that I just mentioned, not trying to defend myself.
- 43:01SPEAKER_00: It's like I just am who I am, and because I care about that, there's a lot of things that I'm just not gonna care about.
- 43:08SPEAKER_00: I don't care if you tell me I'm gonna be tortured for eternity, you know?
- 43:11SPEAKER_00: I can't believe someone told you to be tortured for eternity.
- 43:14SPEAKER_00: I mean, that that that was actually one of the tame ones.
- 43:17SPEAKER_02: I just when I hear that stuff, I'm just like, what?
- 43:21SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like people sometimes, I don't know if you feel this way.
- 43:25SPEAKER_02: I just get like the face I'm making now is just very like, what?
- 43:29SPEAKER_02: Like the perplexity.
- 43:30SPEAKER_00: I mean, do you want to do you want to know the bigger one?
- 43:34SPEAKER_00: And I will say, like, I need a giggle.
- 43:36SPEAKER_00: You will laugh.
- 43:36SPEAKER_00: I mean, because this is like the most deranged, is that um it was on a comment.
- 43:41SPEAKER_00: It was a comment on Facebook on an ad for my get paid by God free masterclass.
- 43:48SPEAKER_00: And they said the if you talk about God and money like this, you're worse than Epstein.
- 43:58SPEAKER_01: I don't mean can you do anything but like like really like that's you know it's like it's like shocking, but at the same time, it's it's confusing and you just send them compassion and love, and I'm like, oh my god.
- 44:12SPEAKER_01: But it's just like yeah, how can you be so lost?
- 44:18SPEAKER_01: And like I'm all you can do is compassion, but at the same time, sometimes it is funny and it's like giggleable because I think when you're in your power, you see those comments like the torture by eternity, and you're like, what?
- 44:29SPEAKER_01: That's ridiculous.
- 44:29SPEAKER_01: But someone who's not in their power would be like, oh my God, what I'm doing is wrong.
- 44:33SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, I should fear.
- 44:35SPEAKER_01: They would actually take that as something to follow.
- 44:37SPEAKER_01: So I do think like the power part is so important because I'm sure it you said this from a big business transition.
- 44:46SPEAKER_01: That could have gotten in your head and you could have second guessed yourself whether it was that, and I'm sure it was similar comments or people making all these things that that would have derailed someone who isn't in their power like you are.
- 44:56SPEAKER_00: Well, and I think the thing with it too is like there's I think this is also there's different layers and levels of this.
- 45:02SPEAKER_00: Like those were from strangers on the internet, you know.
- 45:04SPEAKER_00: That I'm like, of course, like I talk about God and money.
- 45:06SPEAKER_00: I talk about a lot of things that I mean, I wrote a book about infidelity.
- 45:09SPEAKER_00: Like I talk about things that people are, you know, not happy to talk about.
- 45:14SPEAKER_00: And so there's one thing of like getting that from strangers.
- 45:16SPEAKER_00: I think what a lot of people tend to like fear, and I also have received a lot of this, but what happens when it's people that are close to you?
- 45:23SPEAKER_00: What happens when it's, you know, clients that you've served, when it's family members, when it's friends, when it's, you know, in my first book, I I also both both books had very similar experiences of like, don't publish this.
- 45:36SPEAKER_00: Like, this is like, why would you put your family through this?
- 45:39SPEAKER_00: It's too shameful.
- 45:41SPEAKER_00: And that's again where it's like, my my mission's gotta be bigger than any of it.
- 45:46SPEAKER_00: That's again goes back to that, like because I care.
- 45:49SPEAKER_00: Like, I give so many fucks, and I'm willing to like not give a fuck.
- 45:55SPEAKER_01: I have loved this conversation.
- 45:56SPEAKER_01: I know I could keep, I feel like we could just jam, we could talk all the time.
- 45:59SPEAKER_01: We could just talk for hours and just nod at each other, be like, yep, yep, yep.
- 46:03SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much for coming down here today, for just gracing us with like your power, your presence, your perspective.
- 46:10SPEAKER_01: You gave everyone kind of like a kick in the butt, an activation, a remembrance into themselves.
- 46:15SPEAKER_01: So thank you so much for coming on.
- 46:17SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 46:17SPEAKER_01: Thank you for having me.
- 46:19SPEAKER_01: I hope you guys enjoyed this podcast.
