- 4:38a lot of stuff that you know I've been through.
- 4:40There's a lot, so a lot of this stuff I've blacked,
- 4:43I've blocked out of my mind. You know, really, I
- 4:46haven't really thought about it, so you're trying to pick
- 4:48apart things that just really, you know, if I can't remember,
- 4:51I can't remember. I'm giving you the best. I'm hearing
- 4:54good faith and giving you the best knowledge that I have.
- 4:57Question Okay, was your memory better about in twenty ten? Answer?

- 10:21Answer yes. So sometime around two thousand and eight is
- 10:24when you started doing heroin? Answer yes, question and oxy
- 10:28codone answer correct? Question okay? And you blame your heroin
- 10:32and oxycodone use on Jeffrey Epstein. Answer, I believe that's
- 10:36like the root you know the root issue here? Question okay?
- 10:40When you say the rut issue, what do you mean
- 10:42by that? I don't understand that answer. I believe that
- 10:45the first traumatic event that happened in my life. At
- 10:48age fourteen, I started eating the xanx and stuff like
- 10:51that to go to Jeffrey's to make me feel more comfortable.
- 10:54And I feel like ever since then, once I started
- 10:56taking the xanx, ever since then, it's just been a
- 10:59real down word thing for me, my whole life. Question
- 11:02what other traumatic events have occurred in your life that
- 11:05have caused you to use heroin and oxy cotone and
- 11:08other illegal illicit drugs. Answer besides just you know the
- 11:12drug use, like like stuff that I once I started
- 11:16doing drugs, you know, traumatic events I really don't have. Besides,
- 11:21she gets cut off. I mean things have happened to
- 11:24me when I was like young, a young girl, and
- 11:25stuff like that. Answer tell me about those. Answer It
- 11:29starts with Jeffrey Epstein going and taking you know, bringing
- 11:32girls to Jeffrey Young girls like myself, who you know
- 11:35suffer with the same things that I suffer with, are
- 11:38drug addicts. Half of them. Now, since I've been in prison,
- 11:41I've met three girls that I brought to Jeffries. You know,
- 11:44since I've been here here in this prison. Answer, yes,
- 11:47here in this prison. Question. Okay, who are they Answer
- 11:51one of the girl's names is Jacqueline Miller. Question yes,
- 11:54who else? Answer? I don't feel comfortable. I don't want
- 11:57to give those people's names if they don't want me to.
- 12:00Questions the question, So scrolla, excuse me, let's just take
- 12:04a moment. Goldberger. Can she answer? Do you have some
- 12:08sort of objection? Scrolla, pardon me? Goldberger? Can she answer?
- 12:13Do you have an objection? Scrola, we haven't raised an objection?
- 12:17Answer okay. Do you recall the names of anyone else? Answer?
- 12:21I don't know their first and last names. No question okay,
- 12:23So Jacqueline Miller is the only one you know? Answer
- 12:26yes the first one. Question okay, so when you say
- 12:30three others, there are three? There are others? Answer there's
- 12:34two others besides Jackie Miller that I've met since I've
- 12:37been here. Yes. Question okay, and you brought them to
- 12:40Jeffrey Epstein's house. Answer I haven't, but they had been.
- 12:44Question okay, and you don't remember their names? Answer no?
- 12:48All right, folks, we're gonna wrap up right here, and
- 12:50in the next episode dealing with the topic, we're gonna
- 12:53pick up where we left off. All of the information
- 12:55that goes with this episode can be found in the
- 12:58description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode
- 13:02of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to
- 13:05pick up where we left off with a courty wild deposition. Question.
- 13:11Do you ever remember telling the FBI agent that you
- 13:14started stripping at age sixteen? Answer? No, I don't remember that.
- 13:19Question Okay, do you know what the non prosecution agreement is?
- 13:23Do you know what I'm talking about when I talk
- 13:25about that? Answer? Yes? Question Okay, what does that mean
- 13:28to you? Answer? It's where it's not. I can't really
- 13:32explain it into words. Question Do your best to tell
- 13:36me what it means to you? Answer? I can't even
- 13:39really explain. Question okay, answer what is it? Question? Well,
- 13:43whatever it is? Is it your testimony that you did
- 13:46not know a non prosecution agreement existed? Answer? Right? Question?
- 13:50You never knew about that? Answer? No question? Is that correct? Answer?
- 13:54Right question? Okay? Before the non prosecution agreement was signed,
- 13:59No one told you about that? Answer No, somebody came
- 14:02to my work. The FBI agents came to my work
- 14:04and told me that they were considering settling. You know
- 14:08that Jeffrey was going to plead out to charges and
- 14:11everything else. I didn't understand that he was pleading out
- 14:14to the state. I thought that there was a federal
- 14:17case that he was still going to be charged for.
- 14:19That's how under it. Question where were you working when
- 14:24they came to see you? Answer Sally's beauty supply? Question Okay,
- 14:28So FBI agents came to Sally's beauty supply? Answer yes,
- 14:31question was it a female agent? Answer yes? Question kirkandall?
- 14:36Does that ring any bills? Answer? I think it was
- 14:39nesbit question nesbit, Kirkandall answer yeah, question okay, And your
- 14:44recollection is that she came to you at this beauty
- 14:47salon store. Answer correct. Question. And what is it that
- 14:52you remember her telling you? Answer? She told me that
- 14:56it was good news that they were considering Jeffrey Atte
- 15:00signing an agreement to plead guilty for whatever charges. I
- 15:03can't remember, she said, but that was going It wasn't
- 15:06something that was going to happen right away, but it
- 15:08was something that had been brought up. She wanted to
- 15:11come and tell me about. Question okay, And it was
- 15:14your understanding that mister Epstein was still going to be
- 15:17prosecuted for a federal offense. Answer right, because the federal
- 15:21because they were involved, and when they were investigating me
- 15:24asking questions, they were telling me, how you know he's
- 15:27done this internationally to all these women. I didn't think
- 15:31that it was just pom Beach County, you know, pom
- 15:33Beach County was just going to charge them. I thought
- 15:36he was being charged, you know what I mean, federally.
- 15:38So I was confused. It was a misunderstanding of exactly
- 15:42of what and who was charging him. I didn't understand
- 15:45that question, so it was a misunderstanding. Answer. I mean,
- 15:49the Feds came to my work and told me that
- 15:52he was being charged. It was possibility that he would
- 15:55be charged by the state. I didn't think that anything
- 15:58to do with their federal case that they had on them.
- 16:01Question was that before or after you met with Agent
- 16:04Nesbit Kirkandahl at a Public's grocery store in Palm Beach Gardens.
- 16:08Answer that was the same day. I worked at Sally's
- 16:11Beauty Supply and I walked out during my break, I
- 16:14went to the Publics to talk to her. Question I see,
- 16:18and that was in October of two thousand and seven.
- 16:20Answer yes, question okay, and you deny that miss Kirkandall.
- 16:24Agent Kirkandall told you that there would never be a
- 16:27federal prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein. Answer she said, I don't
- 16:31think she said that to me. Question Okay, were you
- 16:34doing drugs at that time? Answer no, Question that was
- 16:39a period of time when you were not doing drugs?
- 16:41Answer when I was at work. I was not on
- 16:44drugs when she told me. Question all right, but during
- 16:47that period of time, not the specific time that you
- 16:49met with the agent, were you one of the periods
- 16:52where you were doing drugs? Answer yes? Question okay, answer sure.
- 16:57Question And do you have a recollection of the agent
- 16:59kirkand All telling you that there would not be a
- 17:02federal prosecution of mister Epstein. Answer no, I don't remember
- 17:06her saying that to me. Question I see. Do you
- 17:09remember having a discussion with the federal agent as part
- 17:13of Epstein's agreement, he had made some concessions that would
- 17:16make it easier for you to collect damages? Scrolla objection
- 17:20leading wild No Goldberger, Okay, you don't recall that. Answer
- 17:26meeting with who? Question when you met with the agents,
- 17:29do you recall whether they told you that is part
- 17:31of mister Epstein's plea agreement. He had reached an agreement
- 17:34to make concessions that would make it easier for you
- 17:37to obtain damages scrolla objection leading wild No, I don't
- 17:42remember that. Question okay. Answer I don't remember that Goldberger. Okay.
- 17:48How many times did you meet with Agent Kirkinball Answer?
- 17:52I met with her a couple of times. I can't
- 17:54remember exactly how many times I met with her, but
- 17:58I met with her probably a handful of times, maybe
- 18:01three or four times. Question okay, And did you meet
- 18:04with any other special agents of the FBI prior to
- 18:07mister Epstein entering his plea? Answer? No, question okay. Did
- 18:11you meet with any US attorney assistant United States attorneys
- 18:15at any time during the pendency of mister Epstein's case? Answer?
- 18:19At one point, I met with a lady Maria. Question Marie,
- 18:23correct answer Marie. But I can't remember if he had
- 18:26already taken the plea or not. I don't know if
- 18:30when I found out if he had already plaed out.
- 18:32I didn't even know that it had been so long. Afterwards,
- 18:35I know that I met with a group of women
- 18:37at a table, and I know Marie told me that
- 18:40she was sorry for, you know, me being a victim
- 18:42of Jeffreys, and that if there was anything she could
- 18:45do to help me as far as victim services and
- 18:47stuff like that, she would, and they did. They helped
- 18:51me get the lady. I would go to talk to
- 18:53Randy Special like a counselor. Question how many times did
- 18:58you see scrolla? Excuse use me, Goldberger, You can finish
- 19:02the answer, Goldberger, anything else you want to tell me
- 19:05before the witness? No? Question, okay, how many times did
- 19:09you see this Randy was her name? Answer? Yeah, I've
- 19:12seen her a bunch of times. I can't remember how
- 19:14many times. Question less than ten? Answer, No, more than ten?
- 19:19Question more than ten? Answer yeah, question okay, did you
- 19:23ever answer that question differently? Answer? I can't remember. SCROLLA
- 19:27objection improper impeachment, Goldberger. Were you told that prior to
- 19:32mister Epstein entering is guilty strike that were you told
- 19:35that any time that mister Epstein, as part of his
- 19:37plea agreement, would be required to register as a sex
- 19:40offender for life? Scrolla, pardon me, I'm going to object
- 19:44to that question to the extent that it may call
- 19:47for attorney client privilege communication, Goldberger, were you told by
- 19:51anyone from the FBI or the US Attorney's Office as
- 19:54part of mister Epstein's plea agreement he was going to
- 19:57be required to register as a sex offender for life. Answer.
- 20:01I was never told. I was kept in the dark
- 20:04when he pled out. I didn't know that my case
- 20:06had anything to do with what he was pleading out to.
- 20:09So I was never told anything to him about himpleting
- 20:12out and what was going on. I didn't know anything
- 20:15about it. Question do you recall a meeting with Special
- 20:18Agent Nesbit Kirkandahl and Special Agent Jason Richards on October
- 20:22twenty sixth, two thousand and seven and being told that
- 20:25mister Epstein was going to be required to register as
- 20:28a sex offender for life? Scrolla objection, Courtney Wilde. And
- 20:34that was at Publix, Goldberger pardon. Answer. That was at
- 20:38Publix that we met, because that was the only time
- 20:41they ever came to me and told me that he
- 20:45was possibly going to be prosecuted. It was up in
- 20:48the air. Goldberger. My specific question was whether, mister whether
- 20:53we were told by agents of the FBI special agents
- 20:56with the FBI that mister Epstein was going to be
- 20:59a real quoad to register as a sex offender for life. Answer.
- 21:04I don't remember ever being told that question. Okay, And
- 21:07I want to make sure I understand what the agent's
- 21:09told you about whether mister Epstein. Whether they told you
- 21:12that mister Epstein was entering a guilty plea to stay
- 21:15charges and would not be prosecuted federally. Your testimony is
- 21:19that you were never told that. Answer. She told me
- 21:22that it was a possibility he was going to be
- 21:24prosecuted and plead guilty to the state charges. I didn't
- 21:27understand how that had anything to do with me, being
- 21:30that you know, there was many more victims he was
- 21:33pleading out the two counts a solicitation of prostitution of
- 21:36a minor. It didn't even make sense. I explained that
- 21:40to both the people that came and seen me nesbit
- 21:43and the guy that makes that charge. Doesn't even make
- 21:46sense for me. You know That's why I didn't. I
- 21:48didn't think it had anything to do with me. I
- 21:51know that when I see it on the news and
- 21:54his mugshot, I said that, you know he was being
- 21:57it was two young girls under the age of fourteen.
- 22:00I thought that's what it had to do with I
- 22:02had no idea that it had to do with me
- 22:04or any of the other victims that he did sexually abuse. Scrolla,
- 22:09excuse me, I'm going to interrupt for just a moment.
- 22:11Do you have other questions relating to the Crime Victims
- 22:14Rights that case? Goldburger, I do, Scrolla, Okay, I'm going
- 22:18to object to your examination of Miss Wilde on issues
- 22:21relating to another case. Those matters don't have any relevance
- 22:25or materiality to this lawsuit in which he's being deposed.
- 22:29Her counsel has not had the opportunity to prepare her
- 22:32for a deposition in the Crime Victims Rights that case.
- 22:35I'm going to instruct her not to answer any additional
- 22:38questions regarding the Crime Victims Rights that case. You may
- 22:42profer the additional questions that you'd like to ask for
- 22:45the record, but you will not answer those pending our
- 22:47ability to obtain a protective order. Goldburger, Well, we have
- 22:52lots of questions that we intend to ask about the
- 22:54Crime Victim Rights Act, and based on your cause of
- 22:57action and your theory that you've explained to the court
- 23:01as to why mister Epstein filed a claim against your client,
- 23:04it's relevant. And I recognize that you are advising your
- 23:07client not to answer questions Scrolla. She is not my client.
- 23:11This is a witness, Goldberger, and you're instructing Scrolla, and
- 23:16I am instructing her. I am informing you that additional
- 23:19questions relating to the crime victims rights that case, beyond
- 23:22those that have already been asked and answered, are not
- 23:24relevant or material or reasonably calculated to lead to relevant
- 23:29and material information. Goldberger, Well, I he gets cut off
- 23:33by Scrolla. You are excuse me, Goldberger, finish your profit,
- 23:37Finish whatever you want to say for the record, Scrolla,
- 23:40thank you. You are annoying, harassing this witness, and we
- 23:44will seek a protective order. Obviously that can't be done
- 23:47right now. So profer your questions. If there's any among
- 23:50them that I believe to be an exception to the
- 23:52position that I just stated, I'd be happy to allow
- 23:55her to answer. Otherwise, I'm telling you generally that additional
- 23:59questions regarding the victims rights that case we can consider
- 24:03to be entirely inappropriate. Goldburger, Well, I need to understand
- 24:07what your objection is. Is it irrelevant or is it
- 24:10because she hasn't had opportunity to speak to her council. Scrolla. Well,
- 24:14he gets cut off by Goldberger. Two different issues, let
- 24:17me finish. Okay, I need to know specifically what you're
- 24:20saying so I can determine how I'm going to reply
- 24:24to what you're telling someone who is not your client
- 24:26to not answer. So he gets cut off by Scrolla
- 24:30again both Coldberger? Okay? Both? What Scrolla? Both of the
- 24:34grounds that you have inquired about? Colberger? Are there any
- 24:38other grounds that you're using to advise someone who is
- 24:40not your client to not answer questions? Scrolla, Well, that
- 24:44really depends on what the additional questions are. Goldburger. Well,
- 24:48we may have additional questions. Scrolla. Go ahead and ask them,
- 24:52proffer them for the record. Goldburger Okay, Scrolla. I'll raise
- 24:56my objection and instruct the witness not to answer, and
- 24:59we'll move on from there. Goldberger, all right, SCROLLA, And
- 25:03just so that things are abbreviated, I will simply say
- 25:06Sam objection, Sam instruction. Goldberger Okay, Well, I'd like if
- 25:11you have any additional objections other than she doesn't have
- 25:14an opportunity to consult with her attorney, or you think
- 25:16it's irrelevant then please state them SCROLLA, and you are
- 25:21improperly seeking to take discovery in a case other than
- 25:24the case that is presently pending before the court. Mister Goldberger, Okay,
- 25:29fair enough, all right, folks, We're gonna wrap up this
- 25:32episode right here, and the next episode dealing with the topic,
- 25:35we're gonna pick up where we left off. All of
- 25:38the information that goes with this episode can be found
- 25:41in the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to
- 25:44another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're
- 25:48gonna pick up where we left off with the Courtney
- 25:50Wild deposition. Mister Goldberger, at any time did the FBI agents,
- 25:57Did any FBI agent tell you that mister Epstein was
- 26:00pleading guilty in state court to avoid federal prosecution SCROLLA
- 26:05same objection, Sam instruction, Goldberger. Did you ask the FBI
- 26:10at any time to speak to prosecutors prior to mister
- 26:13Epstein entering into his guilty plea SCROLLA, same objection, Sam instruction, Goldberger,
- 26:19did you have the prosecutor's phone numbers so you could
- 26:21call her? Scrolla Sam objection, Sam instruction, Goldberger, did you
- 26:27in fact receive a victims notification letter scrolla same objection,
- 26:31same instruction, Goldberger. And on that letter, did it not
- 26:35have the prosecutor's direct dial number? Scrolla same objection, same instruction, Goldberger.
- 26:41And did the prosecutor in the in fact tell you
- 26:44in person that you could call her at any time
- 26:46to discuss this matter? SCROLLA same objection, Sam instruction, Goldberger.
- 26:52Do you recall receiving a letter from his Villa Fauna
- 26:54when you met with her at the FBI at publics
- 26:57in two thousand and seven? SCROLLA same objection, Sam instruction, Goldberger.
- 27:02Do you deny that you had miss Villa Funa's direct
- 27:04phone number to call her if you so decided, mister Scrola,
- 27:08Sam objection, SAM instruction. Mister Goldberger, do you know whether
- 27:13the non prosecution agreement made it easier for you to
- 27:16seek damages against mister Epstein? Scrolla SAM objection, SAM instruction Goldberger?
- 27:23How many times did you meet with the FBI at
- 27:25publics to discuss the non prosecution agreement involving Jeffrey Epstein?
- 27:29Scrolla SAM objection, SAM instruction. Also repetitious, mister Goldberger, Well,
- 27:36I want to make sure I have a record, Scrola.
- 27:39You do, Goldberger, Okay, I don't think you're wearing a robe,
- 27:42so I'm going to decide whether I have a record. Okay.
- 27:45Do you recall being interviewed by Special Agent Nesbit Kirkandahl
- 27:49in August of two thousand and seven the witness, I
- 27:52can't remember the exact dates when I met her, Goldberger,
- 27:56Do you recall when you did meet with her? At
- 27:58no time did you ask to confirm with anyone from
- 28:00the government about any potential criminal charges decisions, or about
- 28:04any partial resolution of the matter involving Jeffrey Epstein scrolla
- 28:09same objection Sam instruction, also leading Goldberger. Is it true
- 28:14that between the time of that interview in August of
- 28:17two thousand and seven and September of two thousand and seven,
- 28:19when mister Epstein signed his non prosecution agreement, you never
- 28:23contacted either Agent Nesbit, Kirkandahl or coagent asking for information
- 28:28about the investigation or asking to confer with anyone from
- 28:32the government about potential criminal charges decisions, or about the
- 28:35resolution of the matter. Scrolla same objection Sam instruction leading
- 28:40compound Goldberger. Do you recall being interviewed by Agent Nesbit
- 28:44Kirkandahl Marie Villafauna assist in the United States Attorney and
- 28:49Maisha Braden from the Justice Department in January, specifically January
- 28:53thirty first of two thousand and eight. Answer, now, who
- 28:59was it that I met with Goldberger? While I'm asking
- 29:01you whether you did meet with them? First of all, Okay,
- 29:04January thirty first, two thousand and eight, did you participate
- 29:07in an interview with Marie Villafauna that's the Assistant United
- 29:12States Attorney, Special Agent Nesbit Kirkandaal and Maysha Mayesha Braden
- 29:17from the Justice Department. Answer? I think that's the time
- 29:20I met with I told you that I met with
- 29:22a group of people and they were just going over
- 29:24the victim service like stuff that could they offer me
- 29:28to get therapy and stuff like that. I believe that's
- 29:30the time. I'm not even one hundred percent sure, and
- 29:33I can't remember the people's names that I met with.
- 29:36Question I understand that. Do you also remember, by the way,
- 29:39meeting with Villy Ferrer, the US Attorney, the acting US Attorney? Answer?
- 29:44Uh huh question No answer, No, I don't question. Okay,
- 29:49do you recall getting a letter from Special Master Judge
- 29:52Davis identifying Robert Josephsberg, an attorney that the court would
- 29:56find to help sue mister Epstein for restitution. Answer. I
- 30:01believe I did receive a mail or a letter stating
- 30:04something like that that they would give me an attorney,
- 30:07but I can't remember exactly what it said. Question Okay,
- 30:11you elected not to take advantage of that you use
- 30:13mister Edwards as your attorney. Answer yeah, I think by
- 30:16the time you might have been my attorney already. Yeah.
- 30:19Question okay, And the lawsuit that mister Epstein filed SCROLLA,
- 30:23the record will reflect that the you in that response
- 30:27is a reference to mister Edwards Goldberger. Okay. By the way,
- 30:31I'm done. I think I'm done with the areas that
- 30:34I want to proffer about the NPA, so we're going
- 30:36to move on to some other stuff. Have you ever
- 30:39actually reviewed the complaint that mister Edwards filed on your
- 30:42behalf Answer what complaint? Question the lawsuit? Answer? Yeah, question okay,
- 30:48you reviewed it. I'm going to read you part of
- 30:51the complaint that you said that you've reviewed. The plaintiff
- 30:55is included in the list of victims identified by the
- 30:57Federal SCROLLA. Excuse me, would you identify what you were
- 31:02reading from Goldberger the complaint that your client filed SCROLLA.
- 31:06You mean the complaint that mister Edwards filed on behalf
- 31:09of Miss Wild Goldberger, the complaint that your client, Brad
- 31:13Edwards filed on behalf of Miss Wild. Yeah, SCROLLA. And
- 31:16the complaint had subsequent amendments Goldberger, Right, SCROLLA. So are
- 31:21you reading from the original complaint or the amended complaint? Goldberger?
- 31:25It's the same whether it's in the complaint or the
- 31:27amended complaint. The paragraph that we're going to talk about
- 31:31is in both. So you could use the amendic complane
- 31:35or you could use the original complaint. Edwards, what paragraph Goldberger?
- 31:39Paragraph twenty SCROLLA. I'm sorry which one Goldberger? Twenty? And
- 31:44it may be twenty two in the amended complaint, but
- 31:46it's the same exact paragraph. SCROLLA. Well, I have it
- 31:50in front of me, of the third amendicanplane, Goldberger. Can
- 31:54I take a look at it. Maybe I can make
- 31:56the record better if I take a look at it. Okay.
- 31:58Mister Edward's on your filed several complaints, amended several complaints
- 32:04answer right question, okay, And you're aware of the federal lawsuit.
- 32:08He also prepared. Answer right, answer the CVR. Question no answer.
- 32:15Which lawsuit are we talking about? Question? Well, let's hold
- 32:18that thought. Well, come back, I'm not talking about the
- 32:21CVR A case. Answer okay, I'm talking about another lawsuit
- 32:25that he prepared, and we'll come back to that in
- 32:27a minute. By the way, when you worked at the
- 32:30strip clubs before you were eighteen, did you have an
- 32:32adult entertainment card? Answer? No? Question do you know what
- 32:36that is? Answer? Yeah? Question okay, what is it? Answer?
- 32:41It's a license that you have to have to dance.
- 32:44They made it that you have to have it now,
- 32:46but before you didn't have to have it, but some
- 32:48people did if they would go out of the county,
- 32:50like out of Palm Beach County. Question yeah, And how
- 32:54old do you have to be to get that adult
- 32:55entertainment card? Answer eighteen? Question okay, so you were a
- 33:00answering without a card before you were eighteen? Answer? I
- 33:03was dancing without a card before I was eighteen. Question okay,
- 33:08how about before you were eighteen, were you dancing without
- 33:10a card? Answer? No, question, No you were not. Answer
- 33:15I wasn't dancing before. A couple times that I would
- 33:18go dance like one night I went to a strip
- 33:20club with a bunch of my friends, and I got
- 33:22on the stage and made some money, and that was it.
- 33:25But I wasn't like working there. I wasn't even supposed
- 33:28to be on stage or anything like that. Question all right,
- 33:31At any time when you went to Jeffrey Epstein's house,
- 33:34were you there ever any drugs there? Answer no question.
- 33:38Did you ever see any drugs there? Answer no question.
- 33:42Were you ever given alcohol when you were at mister
- 33:44Epstein's home? Answer no question. Did you ever see mister
- 33:48Epstein drink? Answer no question. When I say drink, I
- 33:52mean alcohol? Answer right. Question Okay, were you ever given
- 33:56any pills or drugs at mister Epstein's home? Answer no question.
- 34:01Did mister Epstein ever give you advice about not using
- 34:04illegal drugs? Answer no question. Are you sure of that?
- 34:08Answer not? To my knowledge, I can't remember him saying
- 34:12anything about it. Question Okay, do you remember telling the
- 34:15FBI agents that you were interviewed on August seventh of
- 34:18two thousand and seven that mister Epstein counseled you not
- 34:21to use any drugs? Answer? I don't remember. Brad Edward's
- 34:26objection improper impeachment if the witness can see the statement, Goldberger,
- 34:31you don't remember? Would you read the memorandum of interview
- 34:34dated August seventh, two thousand and seven. I'm going to
- 34:37direct you. I only have one copy. You want to
- 34:40look at it first? SCROLLA, Yeah, thank you. Is there
- 34:43a particular section you want to call attention to? Goldberger? Yeah? Actually, maybe?
- 34:49Do I have another copy? No? Different interview. SCROLLA. Do
- 34:53you want to to mark the section that you'd like
- 34:55us to look at? Goldberger? I might. Here you go.
- 35:01Do you have the first two pages that go with
- 35:03the document? Goldburger? I do not. Maybe I do? Yeah, No,
- 35:07different interview. We have not the complete document. But I'm
- 35:10concerned about a specific reference in the memorandum of interview
- 35:14concerning whether mister Epstein advised the witness to not use
- 35:18controlled substance and showing her the document to refresh her recollection.
- 35:22Mister Scola and both we and the witness have a
- 35:26right to review the document in its entirety. I'm going
- 35:29to object to its use in partial form. Goldberger, Here
- 35:33you go. Here's the whole document? SCROLLA, thank you. Do
- 35:36you have this document in unredacted form? So we can
- 35:39identify who these people are. Goldberger, it has never been provided.
- 35:44As you know as a former prosecutor, mister Scrola, certain
- 35:47items are privileged and protected, and that is what we
- 35:51receive from the FBI. Scrolla. But that's not a response
- 35:54to my question. Goldberger. Yeah, well, Scrolla, do you have
- 35:58this document in unredacted form so that we can identify
- 36:02who the interviewee and interviewers are? Goldberger, I've given you everything. Actually,
- 36:07we probably took it off the discovery. You provide it
- 36:09to us, so you have everything that we have Scrolla. Okay,
- 36:13thank you. And you would like the witness to look
- 36:16at three lines that are highlighted. Well, you have one
- 36:19line highlighted, actually, but do you want her to look
- 36:21at all three lines in that very short paragraph? Mister Goldberger.
- 36:25If I've highlighted one line and you think the question
- 36:28is or requires her to look at the three lines,
- 36:30she may look at the three lines. Scrolla. Well, the
- 36:33one line you highlighted for the record read Epstein with
- 36:36massages said that Epstein tried to provide her Goldberger, Okay,
- 36:41is there more there? I mean, I don't want to
- 36:44play games if you think there's more? Scrolla I don't
- 36:47want to play games either. I just want to know
- 36:49what it is you want to call the witnesses. Attention
- 36:51to Goldberger. I'm highlighting the entire paragraph redacted use the
- 36:56legal drugs during the year. I'll read it into the record,
- 37:00used illegal drugs during the year she provided Epstein with massages,
- 37:04where dacted said that Epstein tried to provide her with
- 37:07advice regarding controlled substance. That's what I'm asking you. Whether
- 37:11it refreshes your memory as to whether mister Epstein ever
- 37:14gave you advice about using illegal drugs. Answer, I can't
- 37:19remember that. SCROLLA. I would like this document marked as
- 37:22an exhibit to the deposition. Goldberger. We can do it
- 37:26in a moment. We'll put it over there. SCROLLA. Do
- 37:29you mind if I just write exhibit number one on
- 37:31the bottom right hand corner. Goldburger. Well, let me make
- 37:34sure my notes. SCROLLA. There's no notes on it, Goldberger.
- 37:39Let me take a look at it, SCROLLA, except for
- 37:41your yellow highlighting. Goldberger. Let me take a look at it.
- 37:45One copy. I think I put some notes on sure, SCROLLA.
- 37:48Thank you for the record. I am marking this document,
- 37:51consisting of five pages and I'm placing exhibit number one
- 37:54in the lower right hand corner, whereupon Exhibit number one
- 37:58was marked for identification. All right, folks, we're gonna wrap
- 38:02up this episode right here, and in the next episode
- 38:04dealing with the topic, we're gonna pick up where we
- 38:06left off. All of the information that goes with this
- 38:09episode can be found in the description box.
