House GOP investigators say ActBlue's "passport check" was little more than a character count, fraud staff were told to give suspicious overseas donations the benefit of the doubt, and foreign IP and red-flag gifts still cleared. Steil's committees released the third interim report this week. ActBlue denies illegal foreign cash and says nearly all 2023 dollars came from U.S. addresses or passport numbers.
