Canadian Fugitive Captured in Colombia | Edmonton News
Canadian drug kingpin Arif Jhuman, wanted for trafficking and smuggling over 100 guns from Florida to Canada — some linked to homicides — has been captured in Medellín, Colombia, after three years on the run. Arrested while working out at a gym with Interpol’s help, Jhuman had also violated his Canadian parole and fled while serving a lengthy sentence.
