Speaker 1: Speak to the authorities unless he's compelled to do so.
0:03
Speaker 1: But his position as a royal makes it a bit
0:06
Speaker 1: rough for anybody looking to force him to speak to them.
0:12
Speaker 1: And if the royal family doesn't cooperate, which it looks
0:15
Speaker 1: like they're not, they're going to make it even that
0:18
Speaker 1: much more difficult. But according to these reports, the United
0:22
Speaker 1: States of America is pressuring Britain to hand this jerk
0:26
Speaker 1: off over. So let's jump into the article from the
0:30
Speaker 1: Daily Mail and let's see what Katie Feehan has to say. Headline. U.S.
0:39
Speaker 1: puts pressure on Britain to hand over Prince Andrew for
0:42
Speaker 1: questioning over Jeffrey Epstein's sex abuse claims. The U.S. has
0:48
Speaker 1: put pressure on Britain in a bid to force Prince
0:51
Speaker 1: Andrew to cooperate with investigators over sex abuse claims it
0:55
Speaker 1: has been reported. Investigators probing the case of Ghislaine Maxwell
1:00
Speaker 1: and other associates of dead billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein are
1:05
Speaker 1: said to want to speak to the Duke of Pork, a.k.a.
1:08
Speaker 1: the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, about his friendship
1:12
Speaker 1: with the pedophile financier. Oh, just about his friendship, huh?
1:16
Speaker 1: We're still on that, are we? Oh, he's just a witness.
1:20
Speaker 1: That's it. We just want to ask him a couple
1:22
Speaker 1: of questions about what he saw. That's not what they're doing.
1:27
Speaker 1: Dude's a person of interest, okay? Not a witness. There's
1:30
Speaker 1: a difference. They want to sit him down. And they
1:34
Speaker 1: want to speak to him in private. Because they know
1:38
Speaker 1: that they could walk him right into a perjury trap.
1:41
Speaker 1: That's exactly what they're looking to do. That's what the
1:43
Speaker 1: FBI is looking to do every single time they sit
1:47
Speaker 1: down with somebody. They're not there to have a chat
1:53
Speaker 1: about what the weather is like. They're not there to learn...
1:56
Speaker 1: how the horseback riding at Balmoral was. They're on property.
2:04
Speaker 1: They're there looking for indictments. That's what they're there for.
2:11
Speaker 1: Officials from President Biden's government reaffirmed the U.S. and U.K.
2:15
Speaker 1: 's close relationship when it comes to offering legal assistance
2:19
Speaker 1: in criminal matters amid growing frustration over Prince Andrew's refusal
2:24
Speaker 1: to engage with investigators. Look, the United States and Britain
2:30
Speaker 1: historically have been super close as allies. I mean, very,
2:33
Speaker 1: very close going back forever, right? Right after the Revolutionary War,
2:40
Speaker 1: you know, skirmishes and stuff like that. But pretty much,
2:43
Speaker 1: the United States and the UK have been staunch allies forever.
2:49
Speaker 1: And you gotta think that relationship would help in making
2:53
Speaker 1: something like this come to fruition... If the United States
2:57
Speaker 1: really wanted to go that route, if they really wanted
3:00
Speaker 1: to exert that pressure, you would think that the British
3:04
Speaker 1: would be a bit receptive to it. I'm talking about
3:07
Speaker 1: the people in power, right? Now, when it comes to
3:13
Speaker 1: a royal, however, I don't know how much that relationship
3:18
Speaker 1: holds sway, right? Perhaps with the elected government, but with
3:22
Speaker 1: the royals themselves... We all know that they turn their
3:26
Speaker 1: noses up at everything. We all know what the royals
3:30
Speaker 1: really think about America. Come on, let's be real. Bunch
3:33
Speaker 1: of unwashed barbarians. That's what the royals think about America. Hell,
3:39
Speaker 1: that's what our own aristocrats here in America think about Americans.
3:43
Speaker 1: So we know that's what the royals think too. Unwashed, uneducated.
3:48
Speaker 1: That's how they think about you. No doubt about it. Now,
3:51
Speaker 1: don't get me wrong. We give them a lot of
3:54
Speaker 1: reasons to think about us like that. A lot of
3:56
Speaker 1: Americans do act like barbarians, uneducated morons, there's no doubt.
4:03
Speaker 1: But the royal family looks at everybody like that. So,
4:10
Speaker 1: if you think that the queen is going to be like, oh, well, yeah,
4:13
Speaker 1: the American authorities want to speak to old Andy, let's
4:16
Speaker 1: toss him on over. Yeah, right. You know that behind
4:19
Speaker 1: the scenes, there's all sorts of shit going on. To
4:22
Speaker 1: make sure that that doesn't happen. The Queen's pulling out
4:25
Speaker 1: all kinds of levers. You know, I usually keep her
4:29
Speaker 1: out of my rants here about Prince Andrew. But not anymore.
4:35
Speaker 1: She's obviously enabling this dude. She's obviously protecting him. She's
4:38
Speaker 1: paying his legal bills. I mean, what more do you
4:40
Speaker 1: want over here? Enough's enough already. Is sit here and
4:45
Speaker 1: supposed to give her a pass because she's old? Nope, sorry.
4:50
Speaker 1: I've told you guys from Jump Street, it's Scorched Earth
4:53
Speaker 1: Policy here on this podcast. If you're involved with Jeffrey Epstein,
4:57
Speaker 1: I'm coming through at Moab's. And you know how you
4:59
Speaker 1: know when you're over the target? Well, when you get
5:02
Speaker 1: censored by people like Apple. That's how you know that
5:05
Speaker 1: you're over the target. I wonder what Apple has to hide,
5:08
Speaker 1: by the way. Maybe we should do a deep dive
5:11
Speaker 1: into some of their executives and see exactly what Apple's
5:15
Speaker 1: up to as well. You know what? We're going to
5:17
Speaker 1: put that on the agenda here. Go ahead and mark
5:19
Speaker 1: that down as something we're going to do. U.S. government
5:25
Speaker 1: official told The Sun... the U.S. and the U.K. have
5:29
Speaker 1: a close, productive and resilient law enforcement... and mutual legal
5:34
Speaker 1: assistance relationship. So basically what they're saying is... yeah, we
5:39
Speaker 1: work with the United States. We're willing to help out.
5:42
Speaker 1: Let us know what you need. That's basically what they're saying...
5:46
Speaker 1: In the public sphere, right? Who knows what's going on
5:49
Speaker 1: behind the scenes? Like I said, you know the Queen
5:53
Speaker 1: is pressuring the authorities and the powers that be not
5:57
Speaker 1: to serve Andrew up on a platter. I'm convinced that
6:02
Speaker 1: this is the end of the monarchy, folks. You know
6:06
Speaker 1: how I talk about Pax Americana ending the day those
6:10
Speaker 1: planes hit those buildings? Let me tell you what, the
6:12
Speaker 1: day Jeffrey Epstein walked into Prince Andrew's life, that was
6:17
Speaker 1: the beginning of the end for the royal family, in
6:19
Speaker 1: my opinion. We're moving to a point in the world
6:22
Speaker 1: where people don't need royals to oversee them. And the
6:27
Speaker 1: people of Britain, people of the UK, people have had enough.
6:31
Speaker 1: Nobody wants this shit anymore. It's an embarrassment. An absolute embarrassment.
6:36
Speaker 1: You know, it's one thing when the royal family is
6:39
Speaker 1: there as a figurehead. And they're doing, you know, charity
6:43
Speaker 1: work and all of this great stuff. That's one thing,
6:45
Speaker 1: and that's good. That's what they should be doing with
6:47
Speaker 1: that incredible wealth they've grifted over the years. But that's
6:52
Speaker 1: not what they do. That's the facade, right? Now, don't
6:55
Speaker 1: get me wrong. I'm not saying all of the people
6:57
Speaker 1: who are in the royal family are evil. I don't
6:59
Speaker 1: really know enough about them. I'm talking about in general,
7:02
Speaker 1: monarchies in general. These kind of people are never the
7:07
Speaker 1: sort of folk you want in charge of the rest
7:09
Speaker 1: of us. Pwned deaf. Have no idea what's going on
7:12
Speaker 1: in the real world. And it's amazing that the queen
7:19
Speaker 1: is still defending this dude. It's amazing to me that
7:22
Speaker 1: she hasn't served him up yet. I already told y'all.
7:27
Speaker 1: If it was me, forget it. My mom would have
7:29
Speaker 1: had her foot so far up my ass. I would
7:31
Speaker 1: have to go to several different proctologists to get it removed.
7:36
Speaker 1: Then she dragged me by my ear to the FBI
7:40
Speaker 1: station to speak to the police. Fuck out of here.
7:43
Speaker 1: What kind of mom protects their son like this? I
7:46
Speaker 1: guess that's one of the big problems in the world too.
7:49
Speaker 1: You know, I was listening, not to digress, I was
7:51
Speaker 1: listening to the radio, this interview with this guy, Jeremiah
7:55
Speaker 1: Blackbeard from warparty.com or something like that. It's this trafficking,
8:02
Speaker 1: anti-trafficking network. Anyway, he was on the radio and I
8:05
Speaker 1: was Going through some of the channels, trying to find
8:08
Speaker 1: a baseball game to listen to a couple days ago.
8:12
Speaker 1: And this guy had a pretty good message. But one
8:15
Speaker 1: of the things he was talking about is, according to
8:18
Speaker 1: the stats, one out of three women will be abused.
8:23
Speaker 1: So that means one out of three dudes is an abuser?
8:28
Speaker 1: That really made me sit up and take note. Dudes,
8:31
Speaker 1: come on. One out of three dudes is beating up
8:33
Speaker 1: chicks and shit? Come on, guys. Step your game up.
8:36
Speaker 1: Level up. Be better. All you tough guys out there
8:41
Speaker 1: that want to hit on girls and punch chicks and
8:43
Speaker 1: beat up women? Straight bitch shit. Cowards do that. One
8:50
Speaker 1: in three? That's a crazy number. Anyway. We remain in
8:56
Speaker 1: close contact on many active cases on a daily basis.
8:59
Speaker 1: and will continue to seek assistance in criminal matters as
9:03
Speaker 1: we provide similar assistance in return. Prosecutors last year sent
9:08
Speaker 1: the British government a formal request, known as a Mutual
9:11
Speaker 1: Legal Assistance Treaty, MLAT, submission, asking for access to the
9:16
Speaker 1: Prince so they could talk to him. So, again, that's
9:21
Speaker 1: all fine and well, and even if they acquiesce to
9:23
Speaker 1: that request and the powers that be say, okay, let's
9:27
Speaker 1: do it, I'm sure the queen has to sign off
9:30
Speaker 1: on it. And from what we have seen so far,
9:34
Speaker 1: does it look to you like she's going to be
9:36
Speaker 1: willing to do that? Of course not. She's going to
9:43
Speaker 1: protect this dude, it looks like. I mean, is she
9:46
Speaker 1: willing to take the whole royal family down with her?
9:49
Speaker 1: Maybe she should just abdicate the throne and go live
9:52
Speaker 1: out the rest of her time Whatever it is doing
9:55
Speaker 1: what old women do. I have no idea. Watching the
9:58
Speaker 1: Golden Girls, I have no fucking clue. whatever it is
10:01
Speaker 1: she probably shouldn't be the leader of the nation anymore
10:04
Speaker 1: start getting to be that age no offense or anything
10:06
Speaker 1: but your cognitive faculties start to wane okay have you
10:11
Speaker 1: taken a look at president houseplant lately i mean note
10:16
Speaker 1: cards bro really Really? That's where we're at? You need
10:19
Speaker 1: note cards? Oh, well, you're not on the list, so
10:22
Speaker 1: I can't ask you a question. What the fuck is
10:24
Speaker 1: going on? I mean, I talk about a simulation all
10:29
Speaker 1: the time, but are we really living in one? Why
10:32
Speaker 1: do we need all of these archaic people in charge?
10:36
Speaker 1: Can't we elect somebody who's, you know, born like when
10:41
Speaker 1: computers were available and, you know, that kind of thing?
10:45
Speaker 1: All of these old people. leading us down a path
10:48
Speaker 1: of destruction for years and years and years, and we
10:51
Speaker 1: continue to follow them. It's the most amazing shit I've
10:53
Speaker 1: ever seen in my life. The MLAT is a procedure
11:00
Speaker 1: used in criminal investigations to gather material from foreign countries
11:04
Speaker 1: which cannot readily be obtained on a cooperative basis, but
11:09
Speaker 1: it is understood the Duke of York has yet to cooperate. Yeah, well,
11:13
Speaker 1: no shit. Guy knows he's cooked. It's like, you know,
11:17
Speaker 1: you lied to your wife, right? She knows you lied.
11:21
Speaker 1: What are you going to do? Just keep going with it?
11:24
Speaker 1: Or are you just going to withdraw back into the
11:26
Speaker 1: den and hope it blows over? That's what he's doing.
11:28
Speaker 1: That's the process he's using. Obviously, he doesn't realize that
11:32
Speaker 1: life is like an Italian woman and she's following you
11:35
Speaker 1: into that bedroom, bro. You're not getting a moment's peace.
11:38
Speaker 1: Believe that shit. This guy really believes that because he's
11:44
Speaker 1: a royal, because he is prince andrew that nobody's really
11:50
Speaker 1: willing to pursue this that nobody's willing to go after
11:53
Speaker 1: him well he's wrong virginia roberts has told the prince
12:00
Speaker 1: of england think about this for a minute folks to
12:04
Speaker 1: go fuck himself basically not only that not only am
12:09
Speaker 1: i telling you to go fuck yourself I'm saying that
12:12
Speaker 1: you're a criminal, you assaulted me, and I'm willing to
12:15
Speaker 1: do that in a courtroom under oath. Think about that
12:18
Speaker 1: for a minute. We're past the point of no return
12:22
Speaker 1: for these people now. The cat is certainly out of
12:28
Speaker 1: the bag. Andrew remains a person of interest to prosecutors
12:35
Speaker 1: in the office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern
12:37
Speaker 1: District of New York. But they do not expect to
12:40
Speaker 1: be able to interview him in the foreseeable future if
12:44
Speaker 1: ever it has been reported. And if his mom continues
12:48
Speaker 1: to protect him, that's how it'll be, right? She'll run interference.
12:52
Speaker 1: She'll run all kinds of screening tactics so that her
12:56
Speaker 1: son doesn't ever have to speak to the authorities like
12:59
Speaker 1: he should have years ago. And somehow, the Queen will
13:06
Speaker 1: avoid criticism from certain people, but Not me. Guess what? Again,
13:12
Speaker 1: I do not care about the monarchy. If the monarchy
13:15
Speaker 1: was dissolved today, I'd get up and have my energy
13:19
Speaker 1: drink tomorrow, and my life would not change one single bit.
13:24
Speaker 1: And I'm sure that's how it is for most people
13:26
Speaker 1: out there. The days of waking up and, Oh, it's
13:28
Speaker 1: a king! Oh, it's a queen! Oh, prince! It's pretty
13:33
Speaker 1: much over. The fairy tale, shall we say. Has come
13:38
Speaker 1: to its conclusion. As a person of interest. The Queen's
13:44
Speaker 1: son is viewed. At least as a potential witness. And
13:48
Speaker 1: questioning him. Would form part of the investigation. Into possible co-conspirators.
13:54
Speaker 1: Well that's nice. All this investigation into co-conspirators. Can we
13:57
Speaker 1: get some indictments? Keep talking all this shit. We're investigating
14:02
Speaker 1: the co-conspirators. Can we get some indictments please? You had
14:06
Speaker 1: some people sent to prison, please. That would be nice.
14:11
Speaker 1: Prosecutors earlier this month said Andrew, 61, had sought to
14:15
Speaker 1: falsely portray himself to the public as eager and willing
14:18
Speaker 1: to cooperate, but had given no interview to federal authorities
14:23
Speaker 1: and had reportedly, excuse me, repeatedly declined requests to talk
14:27
Speaker 1: with investigators. And all of that's factual. Dude has refused
14:32
Speaker 1: to speak to investigators. I mean, outright refused. After all
14:36
Speaker 1: of this blustery bullshit. Oh yeah I'll speak to authority.
14:40
Speaker 1: No you won't. You're a liar. You're a liar and
14:42
Speaker 1: you're guilty. So you're not going to speak to the authorities.
14:45
Speaker 1: That's right. One man's opinion. Dude's as guilty as the
14:51
Speaker 1: day is long. That is exactly how I feel. It
14:57
Speaker 1: comes as Virginia Roberts. Who has said she was abused
15:00
Speaker 1: by Epstein. What do you mean has said? Epstein and
15:03
Speaker 1: his estate. have admitted to the fact, or else they
15:07
Speaker 1: wouldn't have paid out over $ 120 million. I mean, what
15:10
Speaker 1: is this? She has said. No, pretty factual. Now, if
15:14
Speaker 1: you want to talk about the allegations against Andrew or Max, fine.
15:17
Speaker 1: That has not been litigated yet. That's fine. But there's
15:21
Speaker 1: no maybes with Epstein, all right? He did all of
15:23
Speaker 1: this shit, point blank, period. alleges Epstein forced her to
15:30
Speaker 1: have unwanted sexual intercourse with Andrew at the London home
15:34
Speaker 1: of British socialite, co-conspirator, general all-around scuzzbag, fellow child abuser,
15:39
Speaker 1: and bipedal serpent, Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's alleged madam. Ms. Roberts
15:46
Speaker 1: is now suing Andrew in a New York court for
15:49
Speaker 1: alleged rape in the first degree, sexual battery, and sexual abuse,
15:54
Speaker 1: claiming she thought she'd be murdered by Epstein if she
15:57
Speaker 1: didn't sleep with Andrew. And why would she think any different?
16:02
Speaker 1: What do you think? Jeffrey Epstein wasn't out here coercing people?
16:06
Speaker 1: Taking people's passports? Having girls thinking about swimming home from
16:10
Speaker 1: the Virgin Islands? And God knows what else when they
16:13
Speaker 1: were in that disgusting horror show in Zorro Ranch in
16:17
Speaker 1: the middle of nowhere, in the middle of desolation. So yeah,
16:22
Speaker 1: it's not above Jeffrey Epstein to use threats. Talk about
16:27
Speaker 1: using force to hurt people. definitely right in his wheelhouse.
16:34
Speaker 1: The Duke of York has strongly denied the allegations. Earlier
16:37
Speaker 1: this month, the UK's most senior police officer, Dame Cressida Dick,
16:42
Speaker 1: revealed she had told Met detectives to review the claims
16:45
Speaker 1: against the Prince, warning no one is above the law.
16:49
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell has pleaded not guilty to charges that she
16:52
Speaker 1: procured teenage girls for Epstein to sexually abuse between 1994
16:56
Speaker 1: and and 2004. She is expected to go on trial
17:01
Speaker 1: in November. Epstein died in his jail cell in 2019
17:07
Speaker 1: after being charged with sex trafficking. Well, at least they
17:10
Speaker 1: say died in his jail cell. At least they didn't
17:12
Speaker 1: say killed himself, committed suicide, because we don't know. You
17:16
Speaker 1: believe that bullshit? I need to see a full report,
17:19
Speaker 1: full transparency. Highly doubt we'll ever get that, though. Representatives
17:26
Speaker 1: of the Prince declined to comment, but have previously denied
17:29
Speaker 1: any wrongdoing of failure to assist. So, the back and
17:35
Speaker 1: forth behind the scenes is definitely heating up. We've talked
17:38
Speaker 1: about this a lot. And we don't know what's going
17:41
Speaker 1: on behind the scenes. Like, we don't have a full account, right?
17:45
Speaker 1: But we know that there is a lot of ping
17:47
Speaker 1: pong going back and forth behind the scenes between both camps.
17:51
Speaker 1: The question is, Does the U.S. have the backbone to
17:56
Speaker 1: go all the way and force the issue? If you'd
18:01
Speaker 1: like to contact me, you can do that at bobbycapucci
18:03
Speaker 1: at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find
18:13
Speaker 1: me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. All of the
18:20
Speaker 1: links that go with this episode can be found in
18:23
Speaker 1: the description box. Welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. So
18:28
Speaker 1: it looks like Prince Andrew was moved to tears when
18:32
Speaker 1: he found out that he was never coming back to
18:35
Speaker 1: royal life. And according to reports, King Charles told him
18:40
Speaker 1: in no uncertain terms that the party was over and
18:43
Speaker 1: that he was no longer welcomed in any sort of
18:46
Speaker 1: public life. Now, people around Prince Andrew, according to these reports,
18:51
Speaker 1: they're worried about his well-being. I mean, for real. Nice
18:55
Speaker 1: try to try and garner some sympathy for your boy,
18:58
Speaker 1: but it's not going to work. He has access to
19:02
Speaker 1: all of the best mental health experts in the whole
19:04
Speaker 1: entire world. Go get some help. Furthermore, you got a
19:08
Speaker 1: bunch of money, bro. Go and do some enjoyable stuff
19:11
Speaker 1: for yourself and stay out of the public light, because
19:14
Speaker 1: nobody wants to see you. Nobody wants to hear you,
19:17
Speaker 1: and you're certainly not welcomed back when it comes to
19:20
Speaker 1: representing the people of the UK. They want nothing to
19:24
Speaker 1: do with you. Have you seen the poll numbers? So
19:28
Speaker 1: the fact that this dude was moved to tears here
19:30
Speaker 1: cracks me up, honestly. When I tell you I have
19:33
Speaker 1: no empathy for these people, I truly mean it. All
19:36
Speaker 1: of these people who are around Jeffrey Epstein, enabling Jeffrey Epstein,
19:40
Speaker 1: breaking bread with him, helping them out. Sorry, no remorse,
19:45
Speaker 1: no empathy. You've all made your beds, and it's about
19:48
Speaker 1: time you have to lie in them. Today's article is
19:52
Speaker 1: from the Daily Mail. Headline Prince Andrew was left bereft
19:56
Speaker 1: and tearful when Charles told him he would never return
19:59
Speaker 1: to royal duties. Duke's meeting with older brother was emotional
20:03
Speaker 1: and fraught with those close to him becoming concerned for
20:07
Speaker 1: his well-being. Oh, poor guy. Go swim around in your
20:11
Speaker 1: millions of dollars in your 40-room estate. This article was
20:16
Speaker 1: authored by Kate Manzi. Prince Andrew was left bereft and
20:21
Speaker 1: tearful when Charles, as Prince of Wales, told him he
20:25
Speaker 1: would never return to royal duties, the Mail on Sunday
20:29
Speaker 1: can reveal. The Duke of York's hopes to returning to
20:32
Speaker 1: public life were dashed at a one-on-one meeting with his
20:35
Speaker 1: older brother that an insider has described as as emotional
20:39
Speaker 1: and fraught. And the devastating decision has left those around
20:43
Speaker 1: the Duke concerned for his well-being, a source told the newspaper.
20:47
Speaker 1: So what does that even mean? Concerned for his well-being?
20:51
Speaker 1: Nice way to try and drum up the sympathy. Go
20:55
Speaker 1: talk to a mental health expert. Go and speak to
20:57
Speaker 1: a priest. Do something. We don't care about your crying here.
21:01
Speaker 1: What are you looking for? People in the public sphere
21:03
Speaker 1: to say, oh, poor Prince Andrew. He's really had a
21:06
Speaker 1: hard go of it. Meanwhile, the dude hasn't done anything
21:09
Speaker 1: he said he was going to do, hasn't done any
21:11
Speaker 1: charity work, hasn't helped anybody out. So why should anyone
21:16
Speaker 1: feel sorry for this guy? Andrew is said to have
21:21
Speaker 1: been blindsided by the outcome of the private meeting held
21:24
Speaker 1: at Charles' Burke Hall estate in Scotland just days before
21:28
Speaker 1: the Queen's death. I don't know why he would be blindsided.
21:31
Speaker 1: Did he really think that his brother was going to
21:34
Speaker 1: be like, oh, we want you back. Everything's been forgiven.
21:38
Speaker 1: The table has been cleared. That was never going to happen.
21:42
Speaker 1: Who's advising the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family that
21:46
Speaker 1: this stuff is going to go down? He believes he
21:49
Speaker 1: could still be of value as a working member of
21:51
Speaker 1: the royal family, despite his association with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein,
21:56
Speaker 1: and has lobbied strenuously to resume his former roles. Look,
22:00
Speaker 1: it's not just his association with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
22:05
Speaker 1: That makes it sound like they were pastors in the night.
22:09
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, we met one time at the carnival when
22:11
Speaker 1: we were bobbing for apples. The fuck you talking about association?
22:17
Speaker 1: Bro threw a whole ass party for Prince Andrew that
22:19
Speaker 1: was attended by a whole bunch of famous people. Little
22:23
Speaker 1: more than an association. Oh, did I forget to mention
22:26
Speaker 1: the other charges, the other allegations? But the Mail on
22:30
Speaker 1: Sunday understands these hopes were quashed in the early morning
22:34
Speaker 1: meeting attended only by the two brothers. Andrew was totally blindsided,
22:41
Speaker 1: the insider said. He is utterly bereft. He always believed
22:45
Speaker 1: that there was a way back. There will be further
22:48
Speaker 1: evidence of Andrew's isolation next Sunday when he will be
22:51
Speaker 1: absent from the Remembrance Day service at the Cenotaph. As
22:55
Speaker 1: stripped of his official duties, he no longer has a
22:57
Speaker 1: role to play. His status has also been diminished following
23:01
Speaker 1: the death of the Queen, which robbed Andrew not only
23:04
Speaker 1: of his mother, but his chief supporter. And there's no
23:08
Speaker 1: doubt that the Queen was his number one cheerleader. She
23:12
Speaker 1: was in the background cheering for Andrew this whole time,
23:15
Speaker 1: even with all of these allegations being dropped on him.
23:18
Speaker 1: Never once did the Queen come out in a forceful
23:20
Speaker 1: manner and say, hey, look, you're a piece of garbage, buddy.
23:24
Speaker 1: Even though you're my son, you better get your shit together.
23:27
Speaker 1: We never saw any of that. Andrew was extremely close
23:33
Speaker 1: to the Queen and tried to raise the issue of
23:35
Speaker 1: his return to public life many times with her, said
23:37
Speaker 1: the source. On some occasions, she would say mildly conciliatory things,
23:43
Speaker 1: but most of the time she would change the subject
23:45
Speaker 1: immediately to avoid talking about it because she knew that
23:48
Speaker 1: it was Charles' decision overall. With her being on the
23:52
Speaker 1: backside of her career, it was going to be up
23:55
Speaker 1: to the new king to decide what was going to
23:57
Speaker 1: happen here. It is understood that most senior figures in
24:02
Speaker 1: the royal family had thought the matter settled, that there
24:05
Speaker 1: was no way back. Yet this had not been Andrew's understanding.
24:10
Speaker 1: Naive as it may sound, he always had hopes of
24:12
Speaker 1: regaining his position as a senior royal, continued the source.
24:16
Speaker 1: At the meeting, Charles told him that he can go
24:18
Speaker 1: off and have a good life, a nice life, but
24:21
Speaker 1: that his public life as a royal is at an end.
24:24
Speaker 1: He was told, you have to accept this. And guess what?
24:29
Speaker 1: He's going to have to accept this. If he wants
24:32
Speaker 1: to go off and live a public, I mean a
24:34
Speaker 1: private life, that's his best bet. If he wants to
24:38
Speaker 1: avoid all of the controversy and avoid his name being
24:41
Speaker 1: dragged through the mud on a regular basis, well, my friend,
24:45
Speaker 1: retire to a cottage somewhere where nobody knows where you're at.
24:50
Speaker 1: Take up crocheting, learn how to bowl, ride your horse.
24:54
Speaker 1: Whatever it is is perfectly fine. but you're not coming
24:57
Speaker 1: back into public life. And every single attempt that you
25:02
Speaker 1: try and make will be met forcefully with disdain. Andrew
25:11
Speaker 1: 62 was stripped of his military affiliations and royal patronages
25:15
Speaker 1: in January after he lost his bid to quash a
25:18
Speaker 1: civil lawsuit in America brought by Epstein's survivor, Virginia Roberts,
25:24
Speaker 1: who claimed she had been forced to have sex with
25:26
Speaker 1: the Duke. The Duke has denied her claims, but at
25:29
Speaker 1: the time, Buckingham Palace had said that the decision to
25:32
Speaker 1: strip Andrew of his titles was made by the late Queen.
25:36
Speaker 1: I honestly don't believe that. I believe it was Charles
25:39
Speaker 1: behind the scenes pushing for it, and the Queen just
25:42
Speaker 1: accepted the decision considering where things were headed. He also
25:48
Speaker 1: lost his right to be addressed as His Royal Highness
25:51
Speaker 1: in an official capacity. The Duke settled the civil case
25:55
Speaker 1: in February for a reported 12 million pounds without accepting
25:59
Speaker 1: liability and had believed this would allow him to return
26:02
Speaker 1: to royal duties. He continues to strenuously deny any wrongdoing. Look,
26:09
Speaker 1: that was just the first step for you making amends
26:11
Speaker 1: with Virginia. You really think the public is like, all right, well,
26:15
Speaker 1: he paid the settlement, so we don't care. That there's
26:19
Speaker 1: allegations out there that he was with a trafficked girl.
26:23
Speaker 1: Or that he was benefiting from Jeffrey Epstein's disgustingness. It's
26:28
Speaker 1: okay because you apologized. Look, this isn't one of those
26:32
Speaker 1: types of mistakes where an apology is acceptable. You've ruined
26:37
Speaker 1: it for yourself. You've ruined it for the royal family.
26:40
Speaker 1: And most importantly, you've ruined it for Virginia and other survivors.
26:47
Speaker 1: Until the face to face meeting with his brother, Andrew
26:49
Speaker 1: believed that there was a way back, that somehow he
26:52
Speaker 1: could be rehabilitated and play a role in the firm
26:55
Speaker 1: going forward, the source said. He came out of that
26:58
Speaker 1: meeting shaken. He's still in shock. He is completely lost
27:02
Speaker 1: and very depressed. Look, I don't ever wish depression on anybody.
27:06
Speaker 1: Mental illness is not a fun thing to deal with.
27:09
Speaker 1: Going through it is not fun at all. But Prince
27:12
Speaker 1: Andrew has made his own bed here, folks. So I
27:14
Speaker 1: can't drum up any sympathy for this guy when there's
27:17
Speaker 1: a lot of people out there who actually deserve my sympathy.
27:20
Speaker 1: They deserve me feeling bad for them. Airline credit card.
27:24
Speaker 1: It is understood that Prince Andrew was later reduced to
27:27
Speaker 1: tears again when, in a separate conversation, he was informed
27:31
Speaker 1: he would be barred from wearing a military uniform at
27:34
Speaker 1: his mother's funeral. Imagine being a grown-ass man and crying
27:37
Speaker 1: over that. Think about all of the disappointment you've suffered
27:40
Speaker 1: in your life. Think about all of it. Lost jobs,
27:43
Speaker 1: lost relationships, people passing away, not knowing how you're going
27:47
Speaker 1: to pay your bills, all of that shit. And this
27:50
Speaker 1: guy's crying over not being able to wear his military uniform.
27:53
Speaker 1: Not because his mom is dead, but because he can't
27:56
Speaker 1: wear his military uniform. The self-servingness and the self-righteousness of
28:00
Speaker 1: these people is enough to make me sick. Plans now
28:06
Speaker 1: appear to be afoot to add his siblings, Princess Anne
28:09
Speaker 1: and Prince Edward, to the list of counselors of state,
28:12
Speaker 1: the senior royals who can deputize for the monarch if needed.
28:16
Speaker 1: If they are promoted through a change in the Regency Act,
28:19
Speaker 1: it would further sideline Andrew and Harry, who, as the
28:22
Speaker 1: fifth and eighth in line, are technically closer to the throne,
28:25
Speaker 1: but no longer carry out any official royal duties. So
28:29
Speaker 1: it really doesn't matter how close you are to the
28:32
Speaker 1: crown if you've been disinherited. If you've been disinherited by
28:35
Speaker 1: the House Royal, then you're done. You have no claim
28:38
Speaker 1: to the crown, and it doesn't matter. Andrew is being
28:44
Speaker 1: comforted by ex-wife Sarah the Toe's Ferguson and his daughters,
28:48
Speaker 1: Princess Beatrice and Eugenie. It is understood the princesses held
28:52
Speaker 1: at least one meeting with the king to express concern
28:55
Speaker 1: for their father's well-being and plead a case for his return.
28:59
Speaker 1: But courtiers say that that there is little sympathy from
29:02
Speaker 1: Prince William or from the queen consort, both of whom
29:06
Speaker 1: firmly support Charles's decision as they should. Look, I'm sorry
29:11
Speaker 1: for his daughters, right, to have a dad as such
29:14
Speaker 1: of a such a douche as this guy. But the
29:16
Speaker 1: reality is nobody wants him back, not the royals and
29:20
Speaker 1: not the public. The Queen was said to have been
29:25
Speaker 1: so concerned about Andrew that she showed her support publicly
29:28
Speaker 1: by allowing him to escort her down the aisle at
29:31
Speaker 1: Prince Philip's Memorial Service in Westminster Abbey in March. And
29:36
Speaker 1: she caught a bunch of blowback for that, right? She
29:38
Speaker 1: shouldn't have done that. The optics were terrible there. There
29:41
Speaker 1: was no reason to do it. The thing with Prince
29:44
Speaker 1: Andrew is he's done. The party's over for him. And
29:47
Speaker 1: the queen should not have put herself out there like
29:50
Speaker 1: that and exposed herself. But I understand trying to come
29:54
Speaker 1: from her perspective. It is her son after all, right?
29:58
Speaker 1: And while we might have a lot of disdain for
30:00
Speaker 1: this man, and I know most of you do, it
30:03
Speaker 1: was his mother. So I try to keep that in
30:05
Speaker 1: perspective as well. But man, oh man, it's hard to do.
30:08
Speaker 1: Because this guy was such a self-righteous jackass and such
30:13
Speaker 1: a hateful person, really. I mean, look at the way
30:15
Speaker 1: he treated people. That if I was his mother, I'm
30:19
Speaker 1: pretty sure I would have beat his ass a few
30:21
Speaker 1: times when he was a kid. Sadly, the image of
30:24
Speaker 1: the Queen on Andrew's arm overshadowed the service, said a
30:27
Speaker 1: royal insider. It was all anyone was talking about, and
30:31
Speaker 1: there was an uneasiness among senior family members about the
30:34
Speaker 1: Queen's decision, but she insisted. Andrew now feels misled by
30:38
Speaker 1: close relatives and blames certain courtiers for ushering him down
30:42
Speaker 1: a cul-de-sac and, he believes, briefing against him. He cannot
30:46
Speaker 1: comprehend that there is no place for him in public life,
30:49
Speaker 1: said the source. He has a support system, but he
30:52
Speaker 1: is in bad shape. He is finding it hard to
30:55
Speaker 1: process the reality of how life will be from now on. Well,
30:59
Speaker 1: how do you think Virginia felt when she left those
31:02
Speaker 1: experiences that she had with you, allegedly? You think she
31:06
Speaker 1: felt great about her life, that she was just on
31:08
Speaker 1: the right track and shit was going to be moving
31:10
Speaker 1: in the right direction? So please, once again, miss me
31:13
Speaker 1: with your bullshit. The Duke was barred from wearing his
31:18
Speaker 1: military uniform during the Queen's funeral, but was allowed to
31:21
Speaker 1: wear it during the private vigil after Charles took pity
31:24
Speaker 1: on his brother and relented. Since the funeral, the man
31:27
Speaker 1: who was once dubbed Air Miles Andy because of his
31:30
Speaker 1: frequent trips abroad has been confined to his home, Royal
31:34
Speaker 1: Lodge in Windsor Great Park. He has occasionally been spotted
31:38
Speaker 1: riding in Windsor Great Park, but has become a virtual recluse,
31:42
Speaker 1: according to the source who adds, he has no idea
31:44
Speaker 1: what the future holds. and he has no real plans.
31:47
Speaker 1: He is struggling to accept that this is the end
31:49
Speaker 1: of the road for him as a royal. It is
31:52
Speaker 1: all he has ever known. Well, guess what? Sometimes you
31:56
Speaker 1: got to pick yourself up from the bootstraps, right? Isn't
31:58
Speaker 1: that what they always say? Well, now it's Prince Andrew's turn.
32:03
Speaker 1: The loss of the queen has also exasperated his isolation.
32:07
Speaker 1: Until his troubles, he always had the ability to make
32:09
Speaker 1: the late queen laugh, said a friend. They were very,
32:12
Speaker 1: very close and had a warm and loving relationship. There
32:15
Speaker 1: was no awkwardness. Andrew is denied being close to Epstein,
32:19
Speaker 1: who killed himself in jail in August of 2019, allegedly,
32:23
Speaker 1: while awaiting trial on child sex trafficking charges. Yeah, they
32:27
Speaker 1: weren't close at all. Nah, you know, he just goes
32:29
Speaker 1: and sleeps over at somebody's house just because. And that
32:32
Speaker 1: somebody happens to throw him a big ass party with
32:35
Speaker 1: a bunch of famous people, but they don't really know
32:37
Speaker 1: each other. Epstein's former girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell, you mean co-conspirator,
32:42
Speaker 1: general all-around scuzzbag, fellow child abuser, and bipedal serpent, is
32:47
Speaker 1: currently serving 20 years in a Florida jail after being
32:50
Speaker 1: found guilty last December on child sex trafficking and other charges.
32:55
Speaker 1: In an exclusive interview with the Mail on Sunday last month,
32:58
Speaker 1: 60-year-old Maxwell described Andrew as her dear friend, saying, I
33:03
Speaker 1: feel so bad for him. I follow what is happening
33:05
Speaker 1: to him. He is paying such a price for the association.
33:09
Speaker 1: I consider him a dear friend. I care about him.
33:12
Speaker 1: Last night, both Buckingham Palace and a spokeswoman for the
33:15
Speaker 1: Duke of York declined to comment. Of course they did, because,
33:19
Speaker 1: you know, no transparency from them. They run around and
33:23
Speaker 1: think they can do whatever they want, and that the
33:25
Speaker 1: British people are just going to accept it forever. Well,
33:28
Speaker 1: I don't think they're going to. I think that the
33:30
Speaker 1: British people have pretty much had their fill. And the
33:35
Speaker 1: more nonsense these people get up to, the more sickened
33:38
Speaker 1: by the BS the people are. And eventually that's going
33:41
Speaker 1: to have repercussions. All right, folks, that's going to do
33:45
Speaker 1: it for this one. If you'd like to contact me,
33:47
Speaker 1: you can do that at bobbycappucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I

34:05
Speaker 1: found in the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome
34:10
Speaker 1: back to the Epstein Chronicles. So we're getting reports that
34:15
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, aka the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family,
34:19
Speaker 1: is bewildered and in despair over the fact that he
34:23
Speaker 1: hasn't had his taste from the inheritance yet. And King Charles,
34:28
Speaker 1: it looks like, is keeping an iron grip on that money.
34:33
Speaker 1: And frankly, I find it hilarious to watch Prince Andrew
34:36
Speaker 1: once again throw a temper tantrum in public. Is this
34:39
Speaker 1: guy for real? Bro, you're the Prince of England. you're
34:43
Speaker 1: lucky that were not in the old days, your ass
34:45
Speaker 1: would be in that tower. What, you think they wouldn't
34:48
Speaker 1: put him in the tower back in the old days
34:50
Speaker 1: of England? If you think that's the case, you should
34:53
Speaker 1: go back and take a little bit of a gander
34:55
Speaker 1: at history and see how the Tudors got down. Take
34:59
Speaker 1: a look at how the Plantagenets got down and you'll
35:02
Speaker 1: see exactly what I'm talking about. Somebody like Prince Andrew,
35:06
Speaker 1: he would have had a horse riding accident. He would
35:09
Speaker 1: have been sent to the furthest province away from the monarch.
35:13
Speaker 1: Nobody wants to deal with an absolute moron like Prince Andrew,
35:18
Speaker 1: family member or not. And for this guy to continuously
35:22
Speaker 1: get up here and cry and bitch while real people
35:26
Speaker 1: out there have real problems, it's just almost too much
35:29
Speaker 1: to stomach. After we talk about this dude, I have
35:33
Speaker 1: to gun a whole bottle of Pepto-Bismol. That's how grotesque
35:36
Speaker 1: I find this dude. All right, let's dive into this
35:40
Speaker 1: article from the Daily Mail. And let's get caught up
35:42
Speaker 1: real quick. Headline, Prince Andrew is bewildered and in despair
35:47
Speaker 1: that the king has not shared the 650 million pound
35:51
Speaker 1: inheritance from the queen with his siblings after being the
35:55
Speaker 1: sole beneficiary of his mother's fortune. I mean, if you're
35:59
Speaker 1: King Charles, are you going to piece Andrew off? All
36:02
Speaker 1: this dude is doing is causing you all kinds of grief.
36:05
Speaker 1: If I was Charles, I'd say, look, bro, I'll give
36:08
Speaker 1: you a cool $ 10 million if you shut your mouth
36:10
Speaker 1: and go away and go and live on a deserted
36:13
Speaker 1: island somewhere. Besides that, you're not getting one single dollar
36:16
Speaker 1: from me unless you want a job mucking the stables.
36:21
Speaker 1: You're well adept dealing with bullshit. Let's see how you
36:23
Speaker 1: maneuver through the manure. This article was authored by Ghislaine
36:28
Speaker 1: Maxwell's homie, Daphne Barak, and Kate Manzi. Prince Andrew has
36:33
Speaker 1: told friends he is bewildered and in despair over the
36:37
Speaker 1: king's failure to share their mother's fortune. I love when
36:40
Speaker 1: they say friends. Nobody ever puts a name to it, right?
36:43
Speaker 1: It's always someone talking under the shadow of anonymity when
36:48
Speaker 1: we're dealing with Prince Andrew. Then again, who would want
36:51
Speaker 1: to put their name behind that? Especially when this guy's
36:54
Speaker 1: crying that he can't go see some guru to get
36:57
Speaker 1: some chanting therapy or whatever the hell that is. I'm
37:01
Speaker 1: sure the millions living in poverty in the UK take
37:04
Speaker 1: great comfort that Prince Andrew can go and get a
37:07
Speaker 1: treatment from this guru. The king was the sole beneficiary
37:11
Speaker 1: of the queen's estate, estimated to be worth more than
37:16
Speaker 1: 650 million pounds. We know it's worth a lot more
37:18
Speaker 1: than that. There is said to be some resentment, particularly
37:22
Speaker 1: from the Duke of York, that he and his siblings
37:26
Speaker 1: have not yet been given what they feel they are owed.
37:29
Speaker 1: And there it is right there. Prince Andrew thinking that
37:32
Speaker 1: he's owed something. You're not owed a thing, buddy, okay?
37:36
Speaker 1: Shut up, go clean the stables, go play with the corgis,
37:40
Speaker 1: and leave everybody alone. If I was Charles, I wouldn't
37:44
Speaker 1: give this dude one single dollar, not one. I'd make
37:47
Speaker 1: him get a job, and I'd make him be like
37:49
Speaker 1: the rest of us out here in the real world.
37:52
Speaker 1: A palace source said the queen's fortune had passed directly
37:55
Speaker 1: from the monarch to monarch because that was the most
37:58
Speaker 1: tax-efficient way to transfer it. A decision made in 1993
38:03
Speaker 1: means no inheritance tax is paid on assets moving from
38:07
Speaker 1: one sovereign to another. Must be nice, huh? Imagine being
38:10
Speaker 1: the king, you don't have to pay any taxes, while
38:13
Speaker 1: the rest of us make sure that tax bill is paid,
38:16
Speaker 1: or else. But that means none of the Queen's other children,
38:21
Speaker 1: including Anne and Edward, have received money. You notice Anne
38:24
Speaker 1: and Edward aren't throwing a fit, right? They have a
38:28
Speaker 1: little bit of class, and I'm sure that they know
38:31
Speaker 1: they're going to get what's owed to them at some point.
38:34
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, though, he's acting like Maury over here from Goodfellas,
38:38
Speaker 1: and he's going to end up running into Jimmy the Gent.
38:41
Speaker 1: A friend of the York said, Andrew is in despair.
38:44
Speaker 1: He's been left completely in the dark. Andrew's a member
38:47
Speaker 1: of the family, for God's sake. Yet he had no
38:50
Speaker 1: idea this was coming. I gather he's checked it out,
38:53
Speaker 1: and it's true. It's all gone. Monarch to monarch. My
38:57
Speaker 1: guess is this friend is none other than Victoria Hervey.
39:01
Speaker 1: Sounds like something she would say, right? What's he meant
39:04
Speaker 1: to do? Go cap in hand to his older brother
39:06
Speaker 1: to keep a roof over his head? Things are going
39:09
Speaker 1: to go from bad to worse. It's a disaster. Oh,
39:12
Speaker 1: I don't know. I have a novel idea. How about
39:14
Speaker 1: get a job? Two grown-ass adults, him and Fergie, and
39:18
Speaker 1: they're worried about their bills? Maybe Prince Andrew should become
39:21
Speaker 1: a rideshare driver. Do a little bit of Ubering. Maybe
39:25
Speaker 1: do some DoorDash. Something. I mean, he's going to go
39:28
Speaker 1: hat in hand to his brother, right? Well, here's an idea.
39:31
Speaker 1: Have a little bit of pride and get your own
39:33
Speaker 1: job and stand on your own two feet, you scumbag.
39:37
Speaker 1: I haven't taken a day off of work in like
39:39
Speaker 1: four years. And this guy's crying over here because mummy
39:43
Speaker 1: isn't giving him any more money. It's just so ridiculous.
39:47
Speaker 1: The news comes after it emerged yesterday. that the king
39:50
Speaker 1: is refusing to pay a 32,000 pound bill for Andrew's
39:54
Speaker 1: Indian healer, a yogi, who comes to live at Royal
39:58
Speaker 1: Lodge Windsor for up to a month at a time. Imagine,
40:01
Speaker 1: imagine the audacity of this dude. And who is this yogi?
40:05
Speaker 1: Is it Gypsy Gita? Remember that dude? I mean, come on,
40:09
Speaker 1: you have people starving to death. And Prince Andrew's out
40:12
Speaker 1: here crying because he can't have his Daslim healer come
40:16
Speaker 1: over and teach him how to spit fireballs. I can't
40:19
Speaker 1: be the only person who finds all of this absurd,
40:22
Speaker 1: can I? In need of his own income, speculation is
40:27
Speaker 1: mounting that Andrew might do a Harry, as one source said,
40:31
Speaker 1: by taking part in a primetime interview. Please, let this happen.
40:36
Speaker 1: Let this dude do another interview and make a complete
40:39
Speaker 1: fool of himself once again. That would be absolutely perfect.
40:45
Speaker 1: A palace source said, Andrew hasn't been uniquely targeted for
40:48
Speaker 1: ill treatment. Her late majesty supported her children during her
40:52
Speaker 1: lifetime and had made provisions for them already. As working royals,
40:57
Speaker 1: Edward and Anne receive a stipend from the sovereign grant
41:00
Speaker 1: to cover costs. Andrew, however, stepped down from royal duties
41:04
Speaker 1: more than three years ago when he faced accusation of
41:07
Speaker 1: sexual assault, which he continues to deny. He paid a
41:11
Speaker 1: multi-million pound fee to settle the civil case against him
41:14
Speaker 1: in America. It is thought he was helped with money
41:17
Speaker 1: from his family. Now, with no official duties and no job,
41:23
Speaker 1: Andrew is relying on his brother's generosity. I mean, I'm
41:26
Speaker 1: waiting for Smokey to show up. Look, Prince Andrew, I
41:29
Speaker 1: know you don't smoke weed. I know this. But it's Friday.
41:33
Speaker 1: You ain't got no job. You ain't got shit to do.
41:36
Speaker 1: I'm gonna get you high. I mean, this is all
41:39
Speaker 1: so absurd, that's what I expect to happen next. A
41:42
Speaker 1: grown-ass man like this in his 60s, crying because his
41:45
Speaker 1: brother won't piece him off a couple of bucks. He
41:50
Speaker 1: has finally moved out of his offices at Buckingham Palace and,
41:53
Speaker 1: as the Mail on Sunday revealed, will almost certainly be
41:56
Speaker 1: forced to quit his 30-room mansion at Royal Lodge and
42:00
Speaker 1: move into Harry and Meghan's Frogmore Cottage when they vacate
42:04
Speaker 1: later this year. A well-placed source said it was the
42:08
Speaker 1: Queen who originally proposed that Andrew move to Frogmore, and
42:12
Speaker 1: it was not, as some suggested, a vindictive move from
42:16
Speaker 1: the King. It is also understood that the Queen had
42:19
Speaker 1: thought it appropriate for William and Kate to move into
42:22
Speaker 1: Royal Lodge in due course. The King has vowed to
42:26
Speaker 1: Andrew that he will leave him with a home and
42:29
Speaker 1: will continue to pay for his private security after he
42:32
Speaker 1: lost the right to be protected by Scotland Yard. Royal
42:35
Speaker 1: expert Hugo Vickers said, the royal family have done this
42:38
Speaker 1: sort of thing before. The Queen Mother left everything to
42:41
Speaker 1: her daughter, the Queen, in 2002. As the monarch pays
42:46
Speaker 1: no tax, it's a way to avoid death duties, keeping
42:49
Speaker 1: the wealth intact. Oh, isn't that nice, huh? I wish
42:52
Speaker 1: I had a nice little loophole so I didn't have
42:54
Speaker 1: to write the government a fat-ass check. The Queen Mother
42:58
Speaker 1: gave instructions for which of her relatives should receive what gift,
43:02
Speaker 1: but her daughter was left in control. I feel a
43:04
Speaker 1: little sorry for Andrew. I don't condone what he's done.
43:07
Speaker 1: Consorting with Jeffrey Epstein was beyond unwise. But he's not
43:11
Speaker 1: a criminal and he's been left in a very difficult situation.
43:15
Speaker 1: You folks can't see me right now, but I'm playing
43:17
Speaker 1: the world's smallest violin. I don't want to hear about
43:20
Speaker 1: Andrew's difficult situation. Imagine having the whole world gifted to
43:24
Speaker 1: you on a silver platter and doing this with that gift.
43:27
Speaker 1: Talk about making your own bed. The king does not
43:31
Speaker 1: pay tax on the queen's estate. thanks to the 1993 decision.
43:36
Speaker 1: The then Prime Minister, John Major, said this was to
43:39
Speaker 1: prevent the monarchy's assets being salami-sliced away, though capital taxation
43:44
Speaker 1: over several generations. He told the Commons that it was
43:48
Speaker 1: necessary to protect the independence of the monarchy. So in
43:52
Speaker 1: other words, it was important to make sure that the
43:54
Speaker 1: monarchy is taken care of, but screw you. Should the
43:58
Speaker 1: king wish to make a cash gift to his siblings
44:01
Speaker 1: or any friends, and family apart from his heir William,
44:04
Speaker 1: this would be exempt from tax providing the king lives
44:08
Speaker 1: for seven more years. Mike Warburton, a leading accountant and
44:11
Speaker 1: tax expert, said the king would most likely be careful
44:15
Speaker 1: not to be perceived as avoiding tax. When Princess Diana
44:19
Speaker 1: died in 1997, her estate was reportedly worth 21 million pounds,
44:25
Speaker 1: but around 8 million pounds was paid out in tax.
44:28
Speaker 1: The rest was split between her sons, William and Harry. Mr.
44:32
Speaker 1: Warburton said the king, then Prince of Wales, was keen
44:36
Speaker 1: to be paying the right tax due. As monarch, he
44:39
Speaker 1: will not incur any death duties on the Queen's estate
44:43
Speaker 1: as it passes from sovereign to sovereign. He is entitled
44:46
Speaker 1: to make lifetime gifts to family members, but if the
44:49
Speaker 1: king were to die within the seven-year period, then it
44:52
Speaker 1: would be treated as if it were still part of
44:55
Speaker 1: the estate. So in other words, to break that down,
44:58
Speaker 1: they have a bunch of different rules than you or I.
45:00
Speaker 1: I'm sure you're all shocked to hear that. But as
45:03
Speaker 1: far as Prince Andrew goes, this dude continues to prove
45:07
Speaker 1: that he is not only an incompetent moron, but also
45:11
Speaker 1: the world's biggest baby. Alright folks, that's going to do
45:14
Speaker 1: it for this one. All of the information that goes
