- 0:24Oh, hey guys, welcome to Inspirations for Your
- 0:26Life.
- 0:27It's me, it's John C.
- 0:28Morley, your serial entrepreneur.
- 0:29So I am right outside of Finley Hall
- 0:32here at Montclair State University, and I'm also
- 0:34right outside of Sprague Library, which adjacent to
- 0:38me also is the Starbucks cafe that they
- 0:41have here.
- 0:42So great to have you here with me
- 0:43today.
- 0:44It is tax day.
- 0:45It's April 15th, and it is 2026, and
- 0:48it is great to be with you.
- 0:49Today the weather is good.
- 0:50I usually don't talk about the weather when
- 0:51I'm on the show, but I got to
- 0:52tell you, today is absolutely gorgeous.
- 0:55No jacket, nice breeze.
- 0:57We are on a public campus, so we
- 0:59never know what's going to happen.
- 1:00Something could explode.
- 1:01Somebody could yell and scream, like we just
- 1:03had somebody before that was crying because a
- 1:05bee was like 20 feet away from them,
- 1:07and they thought they were going to die
- 1:09from the bee.
- 1:09I don't know.
- 1:10So again, we just don't know what we're
- 1:11going to get here.
- 1:12Maybe we'll have nothing.
- 1:13Maybe we'll have some action, who knows.
- 1:15So it's great to have you here.
- 1:16If this is your very first time with
- 1:18me, I want to say thank you.
- 1:19And I want to say welcome.
- 1:20If you've never been here before, well, of
- 1:21course, I want to say thank you.
- 1:23And I want to say, of course, I
- 1:25want to say thank you.
- 1:25But if you've been here before, welcome back.
- 1:27It's great to have you with me.
- 1:29Very excited, guys, because this Friday, can you
- 1:33believe that, a little more than 48 hours,
- 1:37I will be, yes, a published public author.
- 1:41And I am really excited about that.
- 1:43My book is coming out on Audible, on
- 1:47hardcover, six by nine, and also, yes, on
- 1:51eKindle for those of you that want to
- 1:52read on eKindle.
- 1:53All right, guys, great to have you here.
- 1:55Thank you so much for being here with
- 1:56me.
- 1:57If you have not checked out my great
- 1:59stuff, what are you waiting for?
- 2:00Go check that out later at BelieveMeAchieve.com.
- 2:04Without any further ado, guys, let's jump into
- 2:07the show.
- 2:08This is Inspirations for Your Life.
- 2:09It is Wednesday, and our granular topic is
- 2:12why people delay action.
- 2:15This is series five, show 16, and it's
- 2:17episode number five.
- 2:19The master topic for the entire week is
- 2:22how people actually change their direction without even
- 2:27realizing it.
- 2:28This week breaks down how behavior, exposure, pressure,
- 2:31and systems quietly shift outcomes into real life.
- 2:35Hey, everyone.
- 2:36I'm John Seymour, a serial entrepreneur, engineer, marketing
- 2:39specialist, video producer, podcast host, coach, keynote speaker,
- 2:42graduate student, and a passionate lifelong learner.
- 2:44Yes, soon I will be a published author.
- 2:47If you are watching this after the 17th,
- 2:50well, then that means I'm already an author.
- 2:51If it's before that, well, then we've got
- 2:53a little time to wait.
- 2:55Most people don't fail because they can't act.
- 2:58They fail because they don't act soon enough.
- 3:01They wait.
- 3:01They hesitate.
- 3:02They overthink things.
- 3:03You know the people I mean, right?
- 3:04And in that delay, they lose momentum, clarity,
- 3:08and opportunity because waiting feels safe, but it
- 3:13comes at a cost, all right?
- 3:15And we'll learn more about that as the
- 3:16show progresses.
- 3:18Like I said, we are at a public
- 3:19campus here, Montclair State University, where I go,
- 3:22and we never know if people are going
- 3:23to be yelling, screaming, talking, shouting, who knows?
- 3:27It's a university and students are students.
- 3:31Number one, uncertainty slows decisions.
- 3:33When the path isn't clear, hesitation will inevitably
- 3:37take over.
- 3:39So let's understand that right from the get
- 3:41-go.
- 3:41Number two, a lack of clarity creates hesitation.
- 3:45Confusion makes action feel, well, a little bit
- 3:48risky.
- 3:49Number three, guys, too many options create paralysis.
- 3:53More choices often reduce the movement.
- 3:56And I think when our movement is reduced,
- 3:59it's like we feel like our freedom to
- 4:03expand, to grow, to create has been stifled.
- 4:08Number four, guys, fear of wrong choices delays
- 4:12action.
- 4:13People avoid mistakes by avoiding decisions.
- 4:16And they think that if they avoid a
- 4:18decision today, that they can get around it.
- 4:21Truth of the matter is, just because you
- 4:23put something off today doesn't mean you're going
- 4:25to have to not come back later and
- 4:26actually deal with it.
- 4:28Because you are.
- 4:28You are going to have to do that.
- 4:29Number five, delay feels safe in the moment.
- 4:33And waiting reduces immediate discomfort.
- 4:35And I've said to you guys before that
- 4:37people want to feel comfortable.
- 4:39They don't want to feel uncomfortable.
- 4:41But that's where success starts to break its
- 4:44head.
- 4:44And that's when we are feeling a little
- 4:46bit discomfort.
- 4:46I'm not saying pain and agony.
- 4:49I'm saying discomfort.
- 4:50So number six, guys, waiting lowers perceived risk.
- 4:55Doing nothing feels less dangerous.
- 4:58Yes, it does.
- 4:59But when we do nothing, it's like the
- 5:04world just passes us by and we miss
- 5:08all the potential opportunities that we could be
- 5:11partaking in.
- 5:12Number seven, guys, overthinking replaces movement.
- 5:16Analysis becomes an excuse for inaction.
- 5:20Yeah, let's sit here and analyze things for
- 5:23a million hours and think about why we
- 5:26shouldn't take action.
- 5:27Yeah, that's a real great strategy, isn't it?
- 5:30Number eight, guys, confusion blocks progress.
- 5:33Unclear thinking prevents forward motion.
- 5:36So when we're unclear, when we are fuzzy
- 5:40with something, we don't want to proceed.
- 5:42We want to take a little time out.
- 5:43We want to break, come back, and approach
- 5:47that with a clear head in mind, right?
- 5:49So number one, nine, no urgency equals no
- 5:52action.
- 5:53Without pressure, movement kind of stalls.
- 5:57Very similar to the way instructions stall in
- 6:02the pipeline of a millions of instructions per
- 6:06second code for a processor.
- 6:12When an instruction is there and it needs
- 6:15a value and that value is not there,
- 6:17well, then it stalls.
- 6:19Number 10, guys, delay compounds over time.
- 6:24So waiting makes starting harder later.
- 6:29Yeah, waiting makes starting harder later.
- 6:33And that sounds interesting because nobody wants to
- 6:36wait, but yet people are so impatient today,
- 6:39right?
- 6:39You know, the people that are on the
- 6:41parkway or on the highways, they can't wait
- 6:45five more minutes.
- 6:48Forget five minutes, they can't even wait two
- 6:49minutes, they are so impatient.
- 6:52Number 11, guys, time increases resistance.
- 6:56The longer you wait, the more effort it
- 6:59actually takes.
- 7:01This is because we're burning energy, we're becoming
- 7:05more frustrated, and our level of anticipation is
- 7:08growing.
- 7:10Number 12, guys, the longer you wait, the
- 7:14harder it feels.
- 7:15Hesitation grows with time.
- 7:18And when I say hesitation grows with time,
- 7:19I mean that when we get a frustration,
- 7:23it's like, what do we do now?
- 7:25How are we supposed to bridge this gap?
- 7:27What are we supposed to do right now?
- 7:32And what you guys are going to learn
- 7:34from my show and also from my book
- 7:36is that when we learn to become aware
- 7:39of things, our life changes.
- 7:42Now, not overnight, but our life changes.
- 7:45Awareness makes things more pleasurable, makes us enjoy
- 7:51everything from our food to the experiences we're
- 7:53having in life.
- 7:55So quit rushing and enjoy the moment.
- 7:59Number 13, guys, action requires clarity, but clarity
- 8:03is often created through action.
- 8:06So that's a chicken before the egg, egg
- 8:09before the chicken scenario.
- 8:10And what does it mean?
- 8:11It means that we've got to take action,
- 8:15but we can't take action unless we are
- 8:17clear about what it is we want to
- 8:19do.
- 8:19We want to set a goal.
- 8:20How do we set that goal?
- 8:22And how do we take action on it
- 8:24if we don't know what it is we
- 8:25want to move toward?
- 8:27Otherwise, we're going to go nowhere.
- 8:29Have you ever got in the car and
- 8:30said, I want to go here, but you
- 8:31have no clue how to get there?
- 8:33And you either A, get there, B, you
- 8:36don't get there, C, you get somewhere totally
- 8:39different.
- 8:40Of course, there's D, you get extremely frustrated,
- 8:42and of course, you don't bother to ask
- 8:44for directions.
- 8:45Number 14, guys, clarity reduces hesitation.
- 8:49So once you see the path, movement sort
- 8:52of speeds up.
- 8:53It's like if you're in a room and
- 8:55there's no lights and I put a light
- 8:57on, now you have not only the insight,
- 9:01but you have the vision to see your
- 9:04pathway, right?
- 9:05We've talked about the light at the end
- 9:06of the tunnel.
- 9:07Well, if there's darkness, we add light, we
- 9:11get clarity, we get purpose, and we get
- 9:15movement, and we get success.
- 9:18Number 15, guys, decisions remove uncertainty.
- 9:22Choosing creates direction.
- 9:24If you don't choose, I can answer you
- 9:26guys, you're still choosing.
- 9:28So no decision is a decision.
- 9:31Yeah, I know that's an interesting conundrum, but
- 9:32it's the truth.
- 9:33Just because we don't act, just because we
- 9:35don't decide, just because we don't do something
- 9:37doesn't mean we haven't decided.
- 9:39It means that we have decided.
- 9:42Number 16, movement creates feedback.
- 9:47Action gives you real information.
- 9:51Action gives you real information.
- 9:54The action gives us feedback, and that feedback
- 9:57allows us to take it and to analyze
- 10:02it, but then to move slowly toward what's
- 10:07going to help us more, right?
- 10:09And sometimes people don't want to react and
- 10:11feedback is like, oh, I don't want to
- 10:13react because it's not perfect, and we are
- 10:16not perfect, but practice doesn't make us perfect.
- 10:19Practice just makes us a little better than
- 10:21we were the day before.
- 10:22Now, number 17, feedback builds confidence.
- 10:26Results replace guessing.
- 10:28Yes, when you are sure and you know
- 10:31that you know that you know, everything in
- 10:33life becomes so much easier.
- 10:36Your path just unfolds.
- 10:39You know where to go, you know what
- 10:40to do, and that level of stress kind
- 10:45of just vanishes into thin air.
- 10:50So confidence speeds action.
- 10:53Belief increases the moment.
- 10:57Number 19, guys, action reduces fear, false hearing
- 11:01real.
- 11:02Doing removes imagined outcomes.
- 11:07I was walking on my way here to
- 11:09this table outside.
- 11:10I was passing somebody by the Starbucks cafe,
- 11:14and I saw a shirt, I always see
- 11:15these shirts, and the shirt said, don't let
- 11:19the fear of striking out keep you from
- 11:22playing the game.
- 11:23Let me say that again.
- 11:24Don't let the fear, which is false, evidence
- 11:26appearing real, right, of striking out prevent you
- 11:34from playing the game.
- 11:36Let me say it one more time.
- 11:37Don't let the fear of striking out prevent
- 11:40you from playing the game.
- 11:41Life is a big game, and if we
- 11:44think we're going to get everything right on
- 11:46day one, then we're completely wrong, but we'll
- 11:48soon find that out after we've done enough
- 11:51things.
- 11:52Number 20, guys, delay increases doubt.
- 11:56Waiting strengthens uncertainty.
- 12:00So although we say there's no rush, the
- 12:04more that we do nothing, the more that
- 12:06we grow stronger in, am I sure I
- 12:10should do that, maybe I shouldn't, and we
- 12:13keep second guessing ourselves.
- 12:15And I think that's a big problem that
- 12:18just soars to fester more that we don't
- 12:21do anything.
- 12:22My favorite is the people that are the
- 12:24couch potatoes, you know, the ones that sit
- 12:25on the couch and they do absolutely nothing,
- 12:28and they hope that by sitting on the
- 12:30couch that they are going to just make
- 12:34an amazing success.
- 12:36That doesn't happen, guys.
- 12:38We need to take action with our minds,
- 12:41and those actions with our mind give us
- 12:44the inspiration to take physical action in life.
- 12:47Nothing ever happens to a man or woman
- 12:50that didn't first take the thought and take
- 12:52the inspired action.
- 12:53That is a really important point.
- 12:54Number 21, guys, doubt creates stagnation.
- 13:00Uncertainty locks progress.
- 13:04Uncertainty locks progress.
- 13:08And so if we're not sure about something
- 13:12when we go in, and we don't get
- 13:14clarity, and we keep moving in, it's like
- 13:17somebody has put the brakes on us, and
- 13:22we're not sure what to do, so we
- 13:26slow down eventually until we halt.
- 13:31So we need to figure the things out.
- 13:33Number 22, guys, stagnation reinforces delay.
- 13:37Lack of movement becomes a pattern.
- 13:40When we get into that comfort zone of,
- 13:43oh, I'm just going to sit, I'm going
- 13:44to chill, I'm going to do nothing, what
- 13:48does that do?
- 13:48That tells our brain to say, okay, we're
- 13:51going to sit here, it's comfortable, but you're
- 13:54also not going to grow.
- 13:55You're not going to become successful from sitting
- 13:57somewhere and doing absolutely nothing.
- 14:00I'm sorry, guys, I don't mean to bust
- 14:01your bubble, but it's the truth.
- 14:02Number 23, breaking delay requires movement.
- 14:08Yeah, there's an interesting one.
- 14:09Breaking the delay or ending the delay requires
- 14:12one to take a movement.
- 14:14Action interrupts the cycle.
- 14:16If I sit here with my hands folded
- 14:18until I take an action and move, I
- 14:23haven't broke the delay.
- 14:26Many people don't break the delay because they're
- 14:28scared.
- 14:29That could be because they don't know what
- 14:33it will be like, so they're fearing how
- 14:36other people might see them.
- 14:37Unfortunately, they haven't developed enough confidence in themselves,
- 14:40so they're worried about what other people are
- 14:42going to think, and based on that, they
- 14:44just don't want to go anywhere.
- 14:46They think it's easier to just basically not
- 14:49do something.
- 14:50As I mentioned, we have people walking by
- 14:52all the time here on campus.
- 14:53It is a live campus, so we get
- 14:55people.
- 14:56I think if I was here at night,
- 14:57I probably wouldn't get people, so we never
- 14:58know who's going to walk behind me or
- 15:01around side me, but again, the environment is
- 15:03kind of nice.
- 15:04Number 24, guys, small action breaks hesitation.
- 15:09That's all we need to do.
- 15:10We just need to take a small action,
- 15:13nothing big.
- 15:14It could be something as simple as picking
- 15:16up the phone, sending an email, sending out
- 15:20a smile, taking a walk.
- 15:24Being conscious of the things we eat.
- 15:28A small action starts out from basically our,
- 15:38let's say our motivation, but it doesn't stay
- 15:41from motivation.
- 15:42It stays from the discipline and the fact
- 15:44that we get used to it, it becomes
- 15:46a habit.
- 15:47That's when it becomes part of who we
- 15:48are.
- 15:50Number 24, guys, small actions break hesitation.
- 15:54So starting small will lower resistance.
- 15:57So I encourage you to start with something
- 15:58small.
- 15:58Don't start with the Brooklyn Bridge.
- 16:00Don't start with something that's so gigantic.
- 16:07Start small.
- 16:09Start small, it's easier to manage and it
- 16:14doesn't put a big strain on you, but
- 16:16as that small change affects who you are
- 16:19and what you're doing and becoming, you might
- 16:22decide to up it a little more.
- 16:24When it becomes natural, that's when a change
- 16:28is starting to happen in your life.
- 16:30Now the whole change does not happen overnight,
- 16:32gotta tell you that.
- 16:33Number 25, momentum reduces overthinking.
- 16:36Movement replaces analysis, which we all know leads
- 16:39to paralysis.
- 16:41So momentum, keep going, reduces the overthinking.
- 16:44Too many people overthink their decisions, who they
- 16:48want to go out with, what they want
- 16:49to do, what they want to eat.
- 16:50They overthink their entire life and then they're
- 16:53here wondering why they're not anywhere because they're
- 16:56overthinking everything.
- 16:57So we don't want to have analysis paralysis
- 17:00again.
- 17:01We want to think, but we want to
- 17:04take an action.
- 17:05Number 26, guys, progress builds clarity.
- 17:10It does.
- 17:11Results make direction visible.
- 17:15When the results become visible, our life starts
- 17:19to change.
- 17:21Our life starts to change.
- 17:25I think that's an important one to acknowledge
- 17:27and to definitely understand.
- 17:31Number 27, guys, clarity drives speed.
- 17:36Knowing what works will inevitably accelerate the action
- 17:41you take toward it.
- 17:43You know, I'll give you an example.
- 17:45When I first learned to drive a boat,
- 17:47because driving a boat is a little different
- 17:48than driving a car.
- 17:49There is no gas pedal and there is
- 17:53no brake, okay?
- 17:55There is a throttle, so you have a
- 17:58throttle and you push the lever forward and
- 18:01you add throttle to it, similar to like
- 18:03accelerating.
- 18:04You pull the lever back, the center is
- 18:06neutral, you go back, the boat will go
- 18:08in reverse.
- 18:10First time I drove a boat, I'm like,
- 18:12where's the gas?
- 18:13So you have to perceive how the boat's
- 18:18going to stop.
- 18:20That's not the easiest thing, especially if you're
- 18:22going fast.
- 18:23So just like in a car, you can
- 18:24judge your stopping distance.
- 18:25On a boat, there's a lot more that
- 18:27can go wrong.
- 18:28You have buoys, you have weather conditions, you
- 18:32have other boats and wake, and this can
- 18:34all cause you to lose the perception of
- 18:39when you should actually stop.
- 18:43So you want to allow yourself more time
- 18:45because let's face it, there's no way to
- 18:47jam on your brakes with a boat.
- 18:49The only thing you could do is swerve
- 18:51out of somebody's way.
- 18:53But learning to drive a boat, I have
- 18:54to tell you, was an interesting experience and
- 18:56opened me up to the concept that we
- 18:58need to be aware of things around us.
- 19:01Like I said, driving a boat is not
- 19:03easy.
- 19:03But when you start to realize what's around
- 19:06you, it becomes second nature to you.
- 19:09Not overnight, of course.
- 19:11Number 28, guys, speed creates results.
- 19:15Faster movement increases outcomes.
- 19:17Now the problem is most people turn on
- 19:20the speed because they're under pressure to turn
- 19:23on the speed, not because they want to
- 19:25turn up the speed.
- 19:26They're doing it because of somebody saying, you
- 19:28have to do this.
- 19:30It just becomes a nightmare.
- 19:32You know, when you're on a boat and
- 19:35like I said, you're a captain and you're
- 19:37steering that boat and you're pushing that boat
- 19:41forward, we use the expression some boats can
- 19:44turn on a dime.
- 19:45But you've also got to be very careful
- 19:47with a boat.
- 19:47If you turn a boat too fast, you
- 19:49know what happens?
- 19:50You can flip the boat.
- 19:52So you've got to be knowledgeable of the
- 19:55center of gravity.
- 19:56In fact, to drive a boat, you need
- 19:58to have a boat license.
- 19:59If you have a regular license, you can
- 20:01get a boat license, which basically adds on
- 20:03to your regular license.
- 20:05And that is a pretty cool thing.
- 20:07So knowing that to ride a car, but
- 20:11to ride a boat requires even more awareness
- 20:14than being in a car.
- 20:15Now, of course, you can get people that
- 20:18just decide to cross the street just because
- 20:19they feel like they own the road.
- 20:21On a boat, people are a little more
- 20:24cautious because they don't necessarily know how the
- 20:27stop is going to happen, where it's going
- 20:30to be safe.
- 20:30So people are constantly adjusting in the water
- 20:35more than they are in a car.
- 20:38But our perceptual awareness of the wind, our
- 20:43boat, its weight, the weight conditions of the
- 20:48water, whether they're flat, whether they're rough with
- 20:50waves, are we in the bay or are
- 20:53we in the sea?
- 20:54What are the wind conditions like?
- 20:59And this goes back to that phrase that
- 21:01I saw on that guy's jacket, which is,
- 21:06don't be afraid to play the game because
- 21:13of your fear to strike out.
- 21:16So don't let your fear of striking out
- 21:18prevent you from playing the game.
- 21:19Let me say that again.
- 21:20Don't let your fear of striking out prevent
- 21:22you from playing the game.
- 21:23Don't let your fear of striking out prevent
- 21:26you from playing the game.
- 21:27So many people never get into their own
- 21:29arena or get into their true potential because
- 21:31they're always fearful that they're not going to
- 21:33be the best.
- 21:34I got news, guys, for you.
- 21:36You don't have to be great or the
- 21:38best to start, but you have to start
- 21:40if you want to become great or become
- 21:42the best.
- 21:43Number 28, guys, speed creates results.
- 21:47And as I said, faster movement will increase
- 21:50the outcomes, but we have to be more
- 21:52aware and responsible that speed causes more potential
- 22:01that can harm people if we're not careful.
- 22:06Number 29, guys, results reduce delay.
- 22:12Success builds confidence to continue on your journey.
- 22:15You're studying for a test, you get a
- 22:17few problems right, you feel good, you're ready
- 22:19for the test.
- 22:24If you think about life and you think
- 22:26about, you know, people always wanting a pat
- 22:29on the back, and I'm not saying a
- 22:29pat on the back is bad, I'm saying
- 22:31that if you're expecting a pat on the
- 22:33back all the time and that pat on
- 22:34the back never comes to you, don't shut
- 22:37yourself down.
- 22:38Don't go into a shell because, oh my
- 22:39gosh, he didn't say hello to me, she
- 22:41didn't say hello to me, they didn't praise
- 22:43me.
- 22:44Who gives a darn if they didn't say
- 22:45hello or praise you?
- 22:47Not everyone out there, guys, is going to
- 22:50be nice.
- 22:50Not everyone out there is going to be
- 22:53the person that you are, I'm just being
- 22:56honest.
- 22:57And so if you run your whole life
- 23:00expecting it to be the way you do,
- 23:04and when somebody else does a return, they'd
- 23:05be like, oh my gosh, I can't believe
- 23:06this.
- 23:07Let's jump right into number 30, okay?
- 23:10Number 30 is action resets the cycle.
- 23:16Action resets the cycle.
- 23:22That's an important one, guys.
- 23:25Movement restarts progress.
- 23:28Action restarts the cycle, and movement restarts the
- 23:32progress.
- 23:34Hmm, that's extremely powerful.
- 23:39So take an action, and the cycle begins
- 23:42again.
- 23:44Make movement, now you restart the potential of
- 23:50progress.
- 23:51I think the reason why most people don't
- 23:54progress is they're too busy looking in their
- 23:56back mirror.
- 23:57You know, when you're driving, right, you're looking
- 23:59at your mirror, but you're not turning your
- 24:01back around to look in the mirror while
- 24:03you're driving.
- 24:03You're looking at the mirror front to the
- 24:05back.
- 24:07Too many people are looking in the back
- 24:09mirror the wrong way.
- 24:11They're not looking at it focused with a
- 24:14front mirror to look at the back.
- 24:17You don't want to look to the back,
- 24:19you want to look in the rearview mirror
- 24:20at your front.
- 24:22So this is important, guys, and here is
- 24:24the shift.
- 24:25You know there's always a shift.
- 24:27Stop waiting for perfect clarity.
- 24:30It's never going to arrive.
- 24:32Stop waiting for the right moment.
- 24:35It's not coming.
- 24:36Stop waiting to feel ready.
- 24:39That's not going to happen either, because none
- 24:42of this creates movement.
- 24:47What creates movement?
- 24:48Action.
- 24:50You want to be successful?
- 24:52Take action daily.
- 24:55Not because you're trying to impress somebody.
- 24:57In fact, a lot of times when I
- 24:58set goals, the goals are not even public.
- 25:01The goals are things that I know, and
- 25:04I think that's a difference.
- 25:05When you're setting a goal for you, you're
- 25:07not setting it to impress somebody.
- 25:10It means more, and you tend to be
- 25:14accountable, and you own that goal.
- 25:20Action is the key, guys.
- 25:21Action is the key.
- 25:22The movement you make or move through in
- 25:25life allows everything to change.
- 25:31Let's take a pool, for example.
- 25:32You get into a pool, and you move
- 25:35your hands around in the water, and the
- 25:38water ripples to people around you.
- 25:39You move your hands faster, the water ripples
- 25:41even faster.
- 25:42What happens if I stay on the side
- 25:44of the pool, and I jump in the
- 25:45pool on the deep end?
- 25:47Let's say I'm about to jump in the
- 25:50air, and I basically hold my legs, and
- 25:52I do like a cannonball.
- 25:54I jump in the air, I hold my
- 25:55legs, go down, and we call that a
- 25:56cannonball.
- 26:00The moment you move, everything changes.
- 26:05You get feedback.
- 26:07You gain clarity.
- 26:09You build confidence, and what once felt seemingly
- 26:15difficult becomes natural and easy.
- 26:20You see, most people stay stuck, not because
- 26:24they can't move, but because they wait too
- 26:28long to start, and that doorway, that opportunity
- 26:32that was there for them has already moved
- 26:35on.
- 26:41And yes, you can make change every day,
- 26:42but sometimes there is a moment that you
- 26:46can have a greater level of success.
- 26:48So ladies and gentlemen, if you want to
- 26:52change your direction, if you have a choice
- 26:57to make, that choice is up to you.
- 27:02You can start now, or you can keep
- 27:05laying out on the couch and waiting for
- 27:09something to change, which it never will.
- 27:11Even small action, guys, is enough.
- 27:14You don't need to do something, you know,
- 27:16like a grand gesture, because action is what
- 27:19resets everything.
- 27:23And when we know that action resets everything,
- 27:28our world around us starts to change.
- 27:31The people show up differently.
- 27:33The opportunities are different.
- 27:39What you learn is different.
- 27:42Ladies and gentlemen, for more insights, strategies, and
- 27:44clarity, please do visit BelieveMeAchieved.com.
- 27:48Your next level, ladies and gentlemen, starts when
- 27:51you stop waiting.
- 27:53My only question for you, ladies and gentlemen,
- 27:55is why are you still waiting?
- 27:57When are you going to start on your
- 28:00journey to become successful?
- 28:01Have a great one, everyone, and be well.
