Latest / Connor with Honor: AI, Real Estate and Real Life / Double Check AI Numbers Before Publishing
Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: This isn't going to take long, but whenever you're using any artificial intelligence, whether it's OpenAI's ChatGPT, Cloud's Anthropic, Microsoft Copilot, XAI's Groc, Meta, whatever it happens to be, do me a favor.
- 0:13SPEAKER_00: If you're going to be publishing anything that it spits out, especially if it's reference to numbers, percentages, or anything that you would be embarrassed, people finding out is incorrect, make sure you ask it to run it again.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: Make sure you ask it to double check what it turned out.
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: Because every, almost every single time when I'm giving it a project, even a project that we do every week together, let's say on Fridays, I'm going to be looking at a client site, I'm going to be having a crawl, looking at the AEO strategy, see if anything needs to be updated, looking at the new webmaster tools, figuring out exactly where that placement is, how many visits, what the most popular pages are, are all of that stuff, and also how these sites are interacting with artificial intelligence engines and how those large language models are showing them and then the frequency, just make sure that if they're going to be doing any kind of a comparative approach, they're going to be looking at, you know, all of these different systems that are going to be coordinating that type of traffic.
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: Maybe you have some Cloudflare data, maybe you have some NetLi-Fly data, maybe you have some other data in some kind of a system where you might have built out a blog or whatever it is.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: But whenever you're having numbers churned out, especially even for real estate agents, when you're giving sellers information on their neighborhood, or maybe you're doing a research project for a buyer looking at valuations, trying to figure out exactly what that correct offer would be, push back at least once.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: You got to ask it at least once.
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: Dollars to donuts, I mean almost every single time it says, Oh, you know, so glad you push back because I found this.
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: And right here, uh, this is one.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: It says here, when I said, you know, look at this, it says there's a corrected version, two claims fixed after cross-checking against August 5th, August 9th, and August 16th reports.
- 1:55SPEAKER_00: And that's a one-off by on the positive streak.
- 1:57SPEAKER_00: And then it responds, you were right to push.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: The cross-check found two things that would have failed her AI review.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: And what I always say is, this client that's going to get this, they're going to use it in their AI.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: They're going to dump in this report and they're going to say, is this right?
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: Is it accurate?
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: Is it true?
- 2:15SPEAKER_00: That's the pushback you need to give because it has to be correct.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: Your name is on it.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: So always push back, no matter what it takes, every single time you're using AI.
- 2:25SPEAKER_00: I'm Connor with Honor.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: You can see me at Connorwithhonor.com.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: We'll see you soon.
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: Thanks for watching.
