Vanessa Bright had an idea. What if formerly incarcerated individuals would not have such a tough time when they were released? And with that, the Maryland Re-Entry Resource Center (MDRRC) was born. There are so many barriers for formerly incarcerated people that often they end up committing more crime to figure a way to survive.
