Fireworks erupted outside 26 Federal Plaza in lower Manhattan early Monday morning, escalating into a dangerous act when gasoline was poured on stairs and set ablaze. The suspect, carrying anti-ICE materials and what appeared to be two pellet guns, was tackled by a security officer and taken into custody. A bystander was grazed by fireworks, and the officer suffered minor injuries.
