- 0:00Major warnings from Elon Musk. The United States is in a
- 0:03critical situation, but we're also going to talk about
- 0:07information charts that will show us that we, as silver and
- 0:12gold investors happen to be in pretty good shape.
- 0:14So while we're going to get real scared, at the same time, we're
- 0:18going to feel that warm and fuzzy feeling that only us
- 0:21silver, gold, precious metals, stackers, precious metal mining
- 0:25stock investors can know that we are safe, that we have an
- 0:30insurance policy. Let's start with what Elon is
- 0:33warning us about, and it gets more and more interesting from
- 0:37there. Elon said this again recently.
- 0:41If we don't tackle the national debt, all tax revenue, all tax
- 0:47revenue will go to paying interest and there will be
- 0:50nothing left for anything else. And he retweeted this from the
- 0:55Wall Street map. It was only July 28th of 2024,
- 1:00just a few short months ago guys, that we reached $35
- 1:04trillion in national debt. Now, just 100 days later, that's
- 1:08when we crossed that $36 trillion threshold.
- 1:12Interest on the national debt is on pace for 1.4 trillion for the
- 1:17fiscal year 2025. That'll be about 25% of U.S.
- 1:21government government revenue going to pay interest alone.
- 1:26Yes, that's right. If you're a taxpayer in the
- 1:29United States, every dollar, every one of these paper dollars
- 1:34that you send in to Uncle Sam, out of each one of those, $0.25,
- 1:41not one of these because this is a 90% constitutional.
- 1:45But hold on, you get the point. $0.25 will go to paying interest
- 1:51alone. This is a critical, critical,
- 1:54stunning situation that we have going on right now in our
- 1:58country. Then we get this from the rabbit
- 2:02hole. This is crazy.
- 2:04This is absolutely crazy. It took 200 years for the US
- 2:07debt to reach 12 trillion dollars. 200 years to build up
- 2:14to $12 trillion. Twelve trillion is how much we
- 2:18added in four years between 2020 and 2024.
- 2:23And if this chart does not send shivers down your spine, shiver
- 2:28me Timbers like the old silver loving pirates used to say,
- 2:32nothing will. 221 years is this big red box from before 1800 all
- 2:39the way up to, well, whatever year that is.
- 2:42But it was 221 years. That's how long it took all that
- 2:46time. Then look up here from 2020
- 2:51through present. That's all it took.
- 2:54It took all this time to add the 1st 12 trillion.
- 2:57It took this little bitty bitty bit of time, four years to add
- 3:01the the the most recent 12 trillion.
- 3:04Guys, it is going parabolic. It is not a good thing.
- 3:07The only result from this will be silver and gold, precious
- 3:12metals going much, much higher because the government is going
- 3:16to have no choice but to monetize the debt, to print
- 3:20money to buy our own debt. That's the biggest smoke and
- 3:24mirrors of bubble gum and duct tape, whatever you want to call
- 3:28it, Unicorn fart dust, fiscal and monetary.
- 3:31This is and it's not, it's not unique.
- 3:33This has happened many, many times throughout history.
- 3:36I know, I understand, I know it, it feels like it's never going
- 3:40to happen. Like, and look, I could be
- 3:42wrong, but I know I'm not because if we look at math and
- 3:46we look at history, it definitively shows us that this
- 3:51is what happens. But we feel like, oh, it's never
- 3:54going to happen. Even very smart guys, One of my
- 3:56best friends who's a super successful CPA, he's retired,
- 4:01but he, I mean, he's multi millionaire smart guy.
- 4:03And, and he used to be all upset about the national debt like
- 4:07decades ago. Now when I talked to him, he's
- 4:09like, it's not a big deal. It'll it's not, you know, they
- 4:12can just print money, blah, blah, blah.
- 4:14People are asleep, right? It's called recency bias.
- 4:17It can happen. It will happen, and when it
- 4:19does, do you think you'll be really happy that you own
- 4:24precious metals? I think undoubtedly you will.
- 4:27Let's go run out since we're on the subject and take a quick
- 4:30look. Go on our morning field trip to
- 4:33the US debt clock, where indeed we see that the US national debt
- 4:36continues to skyrocket. I wanted to show you this really
- 4:41interesting thing on the US debt clock.
- 4:43It's called the dollar. I'm sorry, the where'd it go?
- 4:47The dollar to silver show. I'll circle it here with my
- 4:50yellow cursor guys. That measures for each one ounce
- 4:55of silver that's being produced this year.
- 4:58That tells us that there's over $1000 now, $1010.00 being added
- 5:05to the USM 2 money supply. Paper money being created for
- 5:09each one ounce of silver, $1010.00.
- 5:13Of course, since we have a little keen interest in tracking
- 5:17this number, we'll add that I mean, it just continues to go
- 5:21up. Today is 11/20/24 and what did I
- 5:29say? It was $1010.00.
- 5:32What does that tell us about the creation of paper money going on
- 5:36right now, right? They can print that money out of
- 5:39nowhere without without. So we do have big warnings now.
- 5:44What else do we know about Elon? He's also warning to send shock
- 5:48waves. Had to show it again through the
- 5:52through the US economy. He's now he tweeted this
- 5:55himself, the Doji father Department of government
- 5:59efficiency. All right, now guys, this is
- 6:02crazy news. Just to show you how much things
- 6:06are going to be changing. Now they're talking about and
- 6:09I've been, you've heard me, I've ranted about this.
- 6:11We won't go on this does this, this has to do with your life
- 6:16and my life. So I'll talk about it briefly.
- 6:18And that is pharmaceutical advertising.
- 6:20I have anyone who knows me knows I have ranted for years.
- 6:23Why the pharmaceutical? Why when I turn on the
- 6:26television, why are we subjected to, to add after add from
- 6:31pharmaceutical companies? And have you ever noticed
- 6:33they're all they're in a park, they're at their neighbors
- 6:36backyard having a party, they're all having fun.
- 6:39And then you get the warning that warning this drug can cause
- 6:42thoughts of depression or suicide.
- 6:44You know, it's like, OK, great. But we Ozempka, remember that
- 6:48guy Jed or Jake that comes out of the theater and he's got
- 6:52plaque. I don't know, you know, but
- 6:55they're going to get rid of pharmaceutical advertising.
- 6:58And, and what always got me so upset about it was like, why do
- 7:04pharmaceutical companies have to advertise?
- 7:07I mean, and not just advertise, but like they advertise more
- 7:10than the darn car insurance companies that all claim they
- 7:13can get you the best deal. And why do pharmaceutical, who's
- 7:16paying for it? You are, you should be angry.
- 7:20I'm angry. You should be angry, right?
- 7:24Pharmaceutical companies don't need to advertise.
- 7:27Think about it. If you're an eye doctor and you
- 7:29deal with problems with eyes, right, wouldn't you think that
- 7:33your eye doctor would know about the different pharmaceuticals
- 7:36that are available to treat your specific situation?
- 7:39Why on earth? And I promise I'll stop and
- 7:42we're going to get back strictly to gold and silver.
- 7:45But why on earth did we have to have pharmacy?
- 7:47So apparently, well, here I got a tweet, something to show you
- 7:53that's not it. There it is.
- 7:55Elon says no advertising for pharma in that Robert F Kennedy
- 8:02guys going to lead the charge. And if they do, I will become a
- 8:05big believer because it's absolute BS that the
- 8:09Pharmaceutical industry advertises.
- 8:12I'm sorry I went up on A and you know why Here, I'll show you
- 8:15why, because you're paying for it.
- 8:17You're absolutely paying for it. Hold on here.
- 8:22That's not it. Here it is.
- 8:25This is going to make you angrier. the United States has
- 8:27one of the highest per capita expenditures for healthcare.
- 8:32This chart, and then we will get, this is not silver or gold,
- 8:35we're going to get back to it. But this chart shows life
- 8:38expectancy versus health expenditures.
- 8:41So on the left over here, I don't think you can see, but on
- 8:44the up and down the what is that vertical line is life
- 8:48expectancy. The horizontal line is per
- 8:51capita per person on average how much is spent per person on
- 8:55healthcare. Look at all these countries
- 8:57where average life expectancy, the red lines the United States
- 9:01by the way is way higher. Germany, Netherlands, Japan,
- 9:04Switzerland, Spain, Italy. They all on average live much,
- 9:07much longer than us. Look how much we spend on
- 9:10average per person on healthcare in the United States, $10,000.
- 9:15Look how much they spend here's 5 thousands right in the middle
- 9:195 thousands about average. It's a joke.
- 9:22It's a it's a crying shame. And when it comes to Trump,
- 9:26right? And I said this during his last
- 9:27president, he says, I said, if he's really a businessman, he's
- 9:31going to fix the healthcare system because it's bankrupting
- 9:33Americans, average Americans, people like you and me, right?
- 9:37And I have a family of four. You know how much it cost for
- 9:40healthcare. It's ridiculous.
- 9:43It's absolutely insane. OK, And This is why and I'll
- 9:46tell you why. And then the gosh, this is not
- 9:49this is not a healthcare, but I'll tell you why, because you
- 9:52got pharmaceutical companies spending billions of dollars
- 9:55advertising to you. Don't you think you're
- 9:58dermatologist? Don't you think you're whatever
- 10:02other kind of doctors there are? Your gastrointestinal Dr. knows
- 10:06about the different drugs. That's their job, right?
- 10:09You're the patient. The doctor should know.
- 10:12I could see if they maybe advertise a little bit in
- 10:14medical journals, whatever, I understand.
- 10:16Go to conventions, give talks, but I don't need to watch some
- 10:21crazy pharmaceutical. And they're all and then they
- 10:23all warn you that you're going to create commit suicide if you
- 10:26take the drug. It's like, oh, yeah, I'm going
- 10:29to ask my doctor about that. I digress.
- 10:32Trump is going to, is going to be the best president for gold
- 10:35and silver in the history of the universe.
- 10:39You watch and I'm going to tell you why.
- 10:41I'm going to tell you who else like the king of gold and silver
- 10:47is saying it as well. OK, Talk is cheap.
- 10:50And I just want to, you know, remember right what he's talking
- 10:52about. I thought if he does 1/3 of what
- 10:55they're talking about, we're going to have shock waves going
- 10:58through the economy, through the markets, uncertainty and and if
- 11:02gold and silver price love two things, OK, inflation and
- 11:07uncertainty and Donald J Trump is going to deliver.
- 11:10I forgot, maybe it's not Donald. Anyway, Donald Trump is going to
- 11:14deliver both of those in spades. Massive uncertainty and massive
- 11:20inflation. You watch, right?
- 11:22And remember one thing, right? To talk about cutting the thing
- 11:25I just want to give talk is cheap.
- 11:28Talk is cheap. All this talk about, oh, we're
- 11:31going to cut 2 trillion from the, I want to remind you of
- 11:34something. Back in 2016, Donald Trump ran
- 11:36on a platform that he was going to rejuvenate the coal industry.
- 11:40If you look at what happened to the coal industry during his
- 11:43four years as president, it went, continued to go down the
- 11:47tubes. So, you know, look, not a
- 11:50political statement. You probably can can discern
- 11:54where my political who I would have voted for, but I'm not
- 11:57going to tell you, but you can probably figure it out, right?
- 12:01Let's just say, well, anyway, I was happy with the outcome.
- 12:05But I understand everybody's different.
- 12:07But we got to be real about what's going on.
- 12:10This guy is the king of debt, the king of inflation, the king
- 12:14of of spending. OK now mining legend Pierre
- 12:18Lassand. You've ever heard of the Lasonde
- 12:21curve? Pierre Lasonde was the Co
- 12:24founder, Co founder of Franco Nevada, one of the biggest gold
- 12:28and silver royalty companies in the world.
- 12:30He's probably in his 70s or 80s. He's the king of gold and
- 12:35silver, super highly regarded. He said this, he said this.
- 12:40Trump's election is the best thing in the world that could
- 12:45have ever happened for gold and silver, OK?
- 12:49Trump's policies are inflationary.
- 12:51Things like tariffs, things like mass deportations, right, To get
- 12:56rid of a big section of our labor market here in the United
- 13:00States. The tax cuts are massively
- 13:03inflationary, OK? And, and people have been
- 13:08pointing out that like the government, whatever Budget
- 13:11Office had projected that Kamala Harris's plans would have added
- 13:16like 3 trillion to the national debt.
- 13:19And they're saying that Trump's plans at minimum at this point
- 13:22could, could add $7 trillion. Pierre Lasson said this.
- 13:28And we've been talking about this guy's, this is the best
- 13:30news ever for you as a gold and silver investor, Pierre Lasson.
- 13:36You hear me say it. You probably hear me say it too
- 13:39much, but Pierre Lassan said that the period of time that
- 13:42we're going into right now is almost identical to the 1970s.
- 13:48And then he pointed out all those fantastic stats about gold
- 13:51and silver going up multiple multiples higher.
- 13:54Let's look at some crazy charts. This one is going to make you
- 13:59very, very happy as a silver and gold investor.
- 14:02But let's go check the gold and silver price 1st.
- 14:05And I woke up this morning, I checked the silver price, it was
- 14:09down like 3540 cents per oz. And I thought no gold was about
- 14:14level, but I think maybe it's made a bit of a comeback.
- 14:17So let's go out to channel sponsor Pinbacks and do our
- 14:20daily update of the silver and gold price.
- 14:22Pi MB EX guys, we love to get together.
- 14:26We love to talk about silver and gold.
- 14:28I love to have you guys here, but it wouldn't be possible
- 14:31without the support of PEMBAC. So I'll ask you to please not
- 14:34going to tell you what to do or say you should.
- 14:36I'm just going to mention to you that you may greatly benefit by
- 14:39checking out Pembacs next time you are thinking about buying
- 14:42gold, silver or platinum group metals online.
- 14:46And I'll tell you why, because what you'll find I believe is
- 14:50that they will offer you the most competitive pricing, a
- 14:53great selection, OK? And most importantly, a company
- 14:58that you can trust, a company that I've, I've had overwhelming
- 15:02positive response from you, the basement dweller community in
- 15:06regards to your experiences dealing with them.
- 15:10Excuse me. All right, let's do the update.
- 15:13We like to call this little golden triangle here.
- 15:15You can do this yourself, by the way, the the Pembacs magic
- 15:19button. Let's press it.
- 15:20Take a deep breath. Take your blood pressure
- 15:22medicine. These are not the updated
- 15:24prices. And OK, silver's down $0.18, but
- 15:28gold is up almost $9 per oz. Now let's, let's talk about why
- 15:32you don't have to worry about that because I got a chart that
- 15:35we're going to look at that is super to me.
- 15:40To me says it all about what's going on right now and where we
- 15:45could be heading in the silver and gold market.
- 15:48This is a chart that came from uh oh, uh oh, Where's my chart?
- 15:55Oh, shoot. OK, sorry guys, I know where it
- 15:58is. There it is.
- 15:58Let's pull it up. It was in a different place.
- 16:03The Silver Academy had this in one of their recent post on
- 16:07Substack. Guys, look, this is precious
- 16:10metals industry remains very small with silver.
- 16:15If you're a silver bug, this is music to your ears with silver
- 16:18mining hardly visible. So this chart compares the
- 16:22silver mining industry, the size of the gold mining industry to
- 16:26the size of the crypto market to the S&P 500 energy sector and
- 16:31the Apple computer. Look down here on the left on
- 16:34the bottom. That tiny, almost invisible
- 16:38segment is the silver mining industry, currently valued at
- 16:42only $19 billion. You know how small that is.
- 16:48And why is that important? That's important to you as a
- 16:51silver investor. And gold's basically the same
- 16:54thing for both of these. It's important, right?
- 16:57Because that's the future supply of silver.
- 17:00There's no money going into the silver mining sector.
- 17:04That means right as we, as we are already, we're already knee
- 17:09deep into a silver shortage. We know how big the deficits
- 17:13are. There's not going to be a ton of
- 17:15new silver coming available because this sector has just
- 17:19been ignored and under invested for decades, right?
- 17:24There's some companies out there that are doing some development
- 17:27work. Companies like Dolly Vardon,
- 17:29Capitan Silver, one of my favorites, Zuma Silver, one that
- 17:34I own, BlackRock Silver, another one that I own, Silver Mountain
- 17:40Resources down in Peru, another one that I own.
- 17:42But really this is a there's just a handful of companies.
- 17:45Look at how crazy this is when you compare the entire silver
- 17:49mining industry and even the gold mining industry to the
- 17:52crypto market. I mean, is it just insane or
- 17:56what, right? Look how much bigger now the
- 17:58crypto market is $2 trillion. That's like what 100 times
- 18:05bigger than the silver mining industry.
- 18:07Let's see, yes, basically and the gold mining industry total
- 18:12value as well. It's, and it's crazy.
- 18:15It's just look at Apple computer, $3.5 trillion market
- 18:20cap, one company compared to 20 billion for the silver mining
- 18:27industry. I think that's like what, 170
- 18:30times bigger? I mean, the entire silver mining
- 18:33industry, guys, this just shows us where how much room for
- 18:39improvement there is not just in these mining stocks, but also in
- 18:43the metals, right? When the world wakes up to the
- 18:47real value of silver and gold, we could be in we could be we
- 18:52will be in for some very, very violent moves to the upside.
- 18:56OK, and let's just look at silver and, and take a look at
- 18:59what you know, this is silver, but look how it's traded.
- 19:04Look how look how silver's traded.
- 19:05We're going to do an update on the paper silver trading.
- 19:09Here we go. This is from the dude.
- 19:12It's not stopping guys. It's the silver market
- 19:14yesterday. This is data from Tuesday,
- 19:18November 19th. Today's Wednesday the 20th, the
- 19:21silver paper market traded 9 of 391 million paper paper oz
- 19:28yesterday. OK, So what does that tell us?
- 19:33That tells us that even under normal market conditions
- 19:36yesterday, the paper market traded darn near half, Yeah, in
- 19:41one day of the entire year's mining output.
- 19:45What does that tell you? I mean, you know, and we've got
- 19:49the, we've got the entire silver mining industry.
- 19:54I mean, if you think about it yesterday, 400 million ounces,
- 19:59they, they traded almost the half the market cap of the
- 20:02entire silver mining in industry.
- 20:04They traded half of the entire year's output of silver.
- 20:08It doesn't make sense. And this is silver.
- 20:10Look at this, look at this, this is silver.
- 20:13This is something that is becoming make gold great again.
- 20:18Put this one up right. Silver is so critical for
- 20:21computer chips, medical, military energy, four years of
- 20:25big deficits past peak mining supply.
- 20:29Right. Four years of big silver
- 20:31deficits, we're way past peak mining supply and ain't nobody
- 20:35got a strategic reserve. So this was his, this was his
- 20:39little meme, right? Oil critical applications 10,000
- 20:43plus and there is a strategic reserve of oil silver critical
- 20:48applications 10,000 plus. There is not a strategic reserve
- 20:54of silver, OK. And if we go back, this gets
- 20:59interesting now because we're going to talk about some we're
- 21:01going to, I'm not anti Bitcoin, but but I want to talk some
- 21:08facts about silver and gold and how it is now, I think being so
- 21:13unfairly valued. And if we look at this chart, we
- 21:17go back to this, Doji Coin has a $54 billion market cap.
- 21:22OK, so Doji Coin has a market cap almost three times the size
- 21:28of the entire silver market. Let me remind you, Doji Coin is
- 21:32a joke. Doji Coin was made-up as a
- 21:35complete utter joke. Elon Musk did some tweeting
- 21:39about it years back. It got this like cult following.
- 21:42But guys, this is a joke crypto from what I understand, I'm not
- 21:47a crypto guru, but the joke crypto now has a market cap
- 21:52almost three times the size of the silver the entire silver
- 21:58mining industry. Are you trying to are they
- 22:01trying to tell us something really right?
- 22:05Really. Doji Coin valued three times of
- 22:09the entire silver mining sector. What if Bitcoin?
- 22:14OK, now we're hearing people talk about the bitcoins all the
- 22:17rage digital gold. What if Bitcoin goes to $13
- 22:21million? And then I thought about this.
- 22:24Who cares if Bitcoin? What if Bitcoin goes to $13
- 22:28million? But what if neither of them are
- 22:33worth anything? Because now they're, they're
- 22:36guys, we got some, there's some, there's some speculation about
- 22:40some interesting things going on with the crypto market in the US
- 22:43Treasury market. We're going to get to that
- 22:45later. But just what if Bitcoin goes to
- 22:47$13 million And, and, and what if neither That dawned on me
- 22:53last night. I was like, this is critical
- 22:55that I need to communicate this because maybe I'm wrong, right?
- 22:59But what if it goes to $100 million?
- 23:02You know that guy sailor whatever talks about but neither
- 23:05are worth anything. Who cares, right?
- 23:08Bitcoin could be worth 15 quadzillion Zimbabwe dollars.
- 23:12Bitcoin could be worth, you know, whatever they want to call
- 23:15it. What if it goes up there?
- 23:16But but but neither are worth anything.
- 23:19And I want you to think about that, OK?
- 23:21Cuz like on one hand over here you can have paper dollars and,
- 23:26and, and bitcoins and all that kind of cryptos, all that stuff.
- 23:30But what if they're all just because now you have tethered.
- 23:34I wait till you hear about this. But over here, right, maybe it's
- 23:37five years, maybe it's 50 years, maybe it never happens.
- 23:40I could be dead wrong, right? Trust me, the crypto people
- 23:43would tell me I'm dead wrong. But what if, what if bitcoins
- 23:47and dollars are just whatever, they're worthless.
- 23:51But over here you still have your silver and your gold,
- 23:55right? Did it been around for 5000
- 23:57years, not 15 years like crypto, OK.
- 24:01And if we look at it on a longer time frame, I wrote this out
- 24:04last night. I felt so strong about this.
- 24:06Are you going to tell me think about, let's just think about 50
- 24:10years from now, OK? Is the what's the US dollar?
- 24:14The, the, the the Federal Reserve has a stated goal for
- 24:18the dollar to lose 2% of its value per year.
- 24:22OK. So wouldn't that mean that in 50
- 24:25years, I think about 50 years from now, how much is this gonna
- 24:28be worth? And, and think about how much a
- 24:30Bitcoin is gonna be worth. I'm just not buying it, OK,
- 24:34because they're depreciating the dollar and we know that
- 24:36technology changes Bitcoins, the new technology, bitcoins, the
- 24:41new blah blah, blah. And again, I'm not anti Bitcoin.
- 24:44I'm just going through my thought process.
- 24:47I could be dead wrong, right? I could be absolute dead wrong.
- 24:50But what about new technology that comes out OK?
- 24:54And again, then I want you to think about silver and gold.
- 24:57Now there's this new this, this gets interesting and I'll say
- 25:02it's speculation, but I'm hearing several people talk
- 25:06about this idea that that the that that the crypto world is
- 25:12now being used to basically subsidized the United States
- 25:16government. OK, Vince Lanchy put out, I
- 25:19thought probably a very brief, but I thought a tweet that
- 25:22really summed up this idea. He said Tether may as well be a
- 25:29nation on Mars. You're saying like Tether,
- 25:31that's which is one of the cryptos, that it might as well
- 25:34be its own nation on Mars, OK. Because it's buying all of our
- 25:39treasuries. Tether is this crypto that's
- 25:41tied to the US dollar and has to buy U.S.
- 25:44Treasuries. So Tether is buying all of our
- 25:47U.S. Treasuries and using them to
- 25:50pump Bitcoin and hide our deficit.
- 25:53It's perfect, OK, And not just dense that I've heard mention
- 25:57this in the last few weeks, right?
- 26:00So I begged, I asked the question.
- 26:02I have to ask the question, OK, It feels like crypto is becoming
- 26:07aligned with Fiat in the dollar, in the US government, in the
- 26:11Treasury, in the, in the in, in subsidizing our debt.
- 26:14It feels that way almost embedded with it.
- 26:17OK, it feels like also, isn't it interesting that at the same
- 26:22time crypto is totally aligned with the main, like crypto was
- 26:27supposed to be like, like digital gold, right and and
- 26:31outside of the mainstream financial system.
- 26:34But now what I'm hearing could be wrong, but it makes sense is
- 26:39that they're using Tether and Bitcoin to indirectly subsidized
- 26:43the United States treasuries and the and the deficit.
- 26:47And is it also interesting that at the same time, any, every
- 26:50main that that, that, that Bitcoin, which was supposed to
- 26:53be this alternative store of value outside of the mainstream
- 26:58financial system has been totally embraced by by companies
- 27:03like Fidelity Investments, BlackRock, right?
- 27:06Does that make you wonder what's really going on out there?
- 27:09I think we need to to think deeply about this in from a
- 27:11silver and gold investing perspective.
- 27:15There's nothing changed for us. We're still the completely in
- 27:19that. I guess that's the good news.
- 27:20We are still, it just feels like crypto and Bitcoin is getting
- 27:25sucked in to the mainstream and they're OK with that, right?
- 27:29As long as the price of Bitcoin goes to 100,200 thousand,
- 27:33whatever the case may be. But the reality is, I believe
- 27:37right now that if you really want to be and it just it pumps
- 27:40the thing up more and more. Crypto potentially is becoming
- 27:45part of the big bubble, right? Part of the big U.S. debt bubble
- 27:50and gold and silver are maintaining their independence,
- 27:54right? I wonder why?
- 27:57You know why, Because Mother Nature, right?
- 28:00The laws of nature are what created silver and gold.
- 28:03Now what about China? This is interesting.
- 28:05I had no idea. I had no idea.
- 28:08But do you know the crypto in China loves silver and gold?
- 28:12Let's let's this is all about silver and gold.
- 28:14China loves silver and gold. Bitcoin and crypto are illegal
- 28:21in China. I think I knew that, but maybe I
- 28:23didn't know that, so I did more research on it last night.
- 28:27So that's the economic powerhouse of the world right
- 28:31now. China, right?
- 28:34The IMF, I think, said it's the world's biggest economy.
- 28:37OK, they love gold and silver. Crypto, Bitcoin, illegal.
- 28:41OK, the world's factory, right? China makes real things right?
- 28:46And they're and they're doing a real good job of doing it.
- 28:49They love physical gold and silver, OK, And China wants all
- 28:54the world's gold and silver. China does have 200,000 Bitcoin,
- 28:58which they seized from, you know, the over on legal terms
- 29:03from people in their country that were illegal crypto
- 29:07operators. OK, that's $20 billion worth.
- 29:10I just like to throw in that if they decide to sell all that
- 29:14crypto that would take up, that would eat up about roughly
- 29:18almost almost a year's production of silver.
- 29:21OK, but China is the world's biggest economy.
- 29:25Think about it. Think about this then in the
- 29:27context of what we just talked about.
- 29:29China, Russia, All right, we're not going to go into the bricks
- 29:32thing, but the eastern countries that are making big, big moves,
- 29:37right, to shore up their finances with precious metals.
- 29:40They love gold and silver. And then you have the United
- 29:42States, right, that hates gold and silver, not you and me, but
- 29:46our government. And on top of that, the it's
- 29:51like the United States is becoming paper Fiat crypto,
- 29:55right? Especially now with what Donald
- 29:57Trump is saying. So the United States is paper
- 29:59Fiat debt crypto. China, right, has debt, but they
- 30:04have real assets and their silver and gold.
- 30:07I don't know, like the they say this about the Chinese.
- 30:10They are long term planners. We'll see how that mark works
- 30:14out. We got one more crazy chart to
- 30:17look at and this one will again give you some solace as a silver
- 30:22and gold investor. This came from Garrett Coggins
- 30:25for those who think that the gold price is too high right
- 30:30now. This is crazy guys.
- 30:34In 2011, the GLDETF, that's the ETF that you can buy that
- 30:40supposedly buys physical gold. It's market cap rose to match
- 30:45the SPY. That's the S&P 500 ETF market
- 30:49cap today. GL DS market cap is currently
- 30:5311% of the SPYETF. So if we pull this chart up,
- 30:58make sure we got you on the right screen, which we do.
- 31:01You can see in 2011 this ratio was one to one the GLD.
- 31:07The amount of money in the GLDETF as compared the market
- 31:11cap as compared to the SPYETF. Now we are all the way down to
- 31:18almost 10%. That would mean 11%.
- 31:21That would mean that that to get back to that one to one ratio,
- 31:25we would need 9 times the amount of money going into the GLDETF.
- 31:32What does that tell us about the goal about Westerners in their
- 31:36investments in gold and silver? It tells US1 Very simple thing,
- 31:41the Western investor, your neighbors, my neighbors still
- 31:45have yet to show up to the party for gold and silver.
- 31:49It's a good thing. And you might think why is that
- 31:51a good thing, Ron? It, it needs to go up nine times
- 31:54because the path of least resistance is to the upside.
- 31:59Even if we got back to 50% in the GLD to the S&P 500 guys,
- 32:04that would be that would be an unbelievable increase in demand
- 32:10for physical gold. And I'm sure the same thing is
- 32:13true with silver and it would drive the price higher and
- 32:18higher and higher. We've got to realize the good
- 32:21news that's embedded in all this, you know, suppressed
- 32:26Western investor, a data that we get for silver and gold.
- 32:29And that is that when that changes, when that improves,
- 32:33right? We're going to see massive, big,
- 32:36big flows of, of funds coming into gold and silver related
- 32:41investment products. And it's going to be it's going
- 32:43to be a wild, wild time. We got three fed speakers today.
- 32:46Buckle up, right? It's time for the Fed to go out
- 32:49and talk, talk, talk, talk, talk.
- 32:51Who knows what they'll do to the market.
- 32:53So let's go take a do a quick update on the silver and gold
- 32:56price. See if it got better or worse
- 32:58here in the last 10 minutes. Take a deep breath.
- 33:01I'm going to update it. And OK, got a little better.
- 33:03Silver down $0.13 gold, silver still holding above $31.00 per
- 33:11oz. Let's go out and take a look at
- 33:12the silver chart because I think that that we've got some some
- 33:16kind of key levels that we need to keep an eye on.
- 33:20Obviously staying above $30 is critical.
- 33:22There's the futures market out tonight, guys.
- 33:24The big NVIDIA, the big NVIDIA earnings announcement that's
- 33:30going to be and that's going to be big news could, could send
- 33:34shock waves through the through the financial markets.
- 33:37I mean, I don't know, Nvidia's market cap is something like God
- 33:43only knows, you know, 100 million times that of the entire
- 33:47silver mining sector. So let's pull up the silver
- 33:50chart and just look at look at how we're how we're how we're
- 33:54playing out here. We'll start with six months.
- 33:57OK, Looks pretty good. All right, Can you, if you see
- 34:00from down here, hold on, There we go.
- 34:05Sorry about that. All right, we're still we're
- 34:07still in a let's draw a line here.
- 34:10Let's get the crayons out real quickly.
- 34:13Look, guys, if we start down here and draw a line, all right,
- 34:19I would say we're still definitely in that uptrend, even
- 34:22if we go out to two years on the silver chart.
- 34:28Yeah, I mean, it's look, shoot, hold on here.
- 34:34Sorry, guys. Moved you all over the screen
- 34:36there. Hopefully you're not too dizzy.
- 34:39OK, there we go. Yeah, we still have this
- 34:43uptrend. Let's go to a five year and see
- 34:46if there's any. Oh, yeah, Got the maximum.
- 34:55I don't know. We'll see how this plays out,
- 34:58but the silver market is, is remaining resilient to this
- 35:02point. OK, we do.
- 35:05I think it's critical that we stay above $30 per oz.
- 35:08And if we can get through, you've heard it a zillion times,
- 35:12$3435 range. Again, what's so exciting about
- 35:18that is we, we broke through the 32 range.
- 35:20We beat up against it, beat up against it a number of times.
- 35:24The more times you have beat up against and then get you know,
- 35:28and then eventually once it gets through, typically the move
- 35:31higher is much, much, much more aggressive.
- 35:35Let's go check on. I heard that the the odds of an
- 35:37interest rate cut next at the next fed meeting had dropped.
- 35:42Let's go take a quick look at that and see we're going to go.
- 35:46Here's how you do it. If you guys want to do this
- 35:48yourself, go to Google, type in CCME Fedwatch tool, go to the
- 35:55CME Fed watch tool. I got this little ticker at the
- 35:59top that'll tell you that the next Fed meeting is in 28 days.
- 36:04But if we go down, yeah, wow. So what this is telling us here
- 36:09is that the the odds of a quarter .25 basis point rate cut
- 36:14at the next meeting have dropped to only 55.
- 36:17It's almost 5050 at this point. That's interesting.
- 36:20There's a 45% chance that the Fed won't cut rates, Huh?
- 36:25That's interesting, right as we're heading into the
- 36:28inauguration of Donald Trump is our next president.
- 36:32Let's look at January and see what they're saying.
- 36:34January, they're saying there's a 52% chance that will be 1/4
- 36:41point lower, 30% chance even in January that will be at the same
- 36:46thing. Let's go out, let's go out.
- 36:48Why don't, why don't we go out to October of next year?
- 36:53OK. This shows us that they're
- 36:57saying there's a where are we 4.500?
- 37:01That's interesting. So October of next year, there's
- 37:03only a 2% chance that rates will be where they are right now,
- 37:06looks like a 30% chance that rates will be about 3/4 of a
- 37:13percent lower or 75 basis points and a 20% chance that it'll be a
- 37:19full point lower and another 25% chance that it'll be 1/2 a point
- 37:24lower. So the market right now, and
- 37:26again, that's the smart money is saying that rates are going to
- 37:30be lower pretty significantly a year from now.
- 37:34It's going to be a crazy, crazy year.
