⛔ SILVER Stackers! ⛔ THIS Is UNBELIEVABLE!... (Gold Price Too!)... TRUMP, Elon Musk, Bitcoin, China · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

0:00
Major warnings from Elon Musk. The United States is in a
0:03
critical situation, but we're also going to talk about
0:07
information charts that will show us that we, as silver and
0:12
gold investors happen to be in pretty good shape.
0:14
So while we're going to get real scared, at the same time, we're
0:18
going to feel that warm and fuzzy feeling that only us
0:21
silver, gold, precious metals, stackers, precious metal mining
0:25
stock investors can know that we are safe, that we have an
0:30
insurance policy. Let's start with what Elon is
0:33
warning us about, and it gets more and more interesting from
0:37
there. Elon said this again recently.
0:41
If we don't tackle the national debt, all tax revenue, all tax
0:47
revenue will go to paying interest and there will be
0:50
nothing left for anything else. And he retweeted this from the
0:55
Wall Street map. It was only July 28th of 2024,
1:00
just a few short months ago guys, that we reached $35
1:04
trillion in national debt. Now, just 100 days later, that's
1:08
when we crossed that $36 trillion threshold.
1:12
Interest on the national debt is on pace for 1.4 trillion for the
1:17
fiscal year 2025. That'll be about 25% of U.S.
1:21
government government revenue going to pay interest alone.
1:26
Yes, that's right. If you're a taxpayer in the
1:29
United States, every dollar, every one of these paper dollars
1:34
that you send in to Uncle Sam, out of each one of those, $0.25,
1:41
not one of these because this is a 90% constitutional.
1:45
But hold on, you get the point. $0.25 will go to paying interest
1:51
alone. This is a critical, critical,
1:54
stunning situation that we have going on right now in our
1:58
country. Then we get this from the rabbit
2:02
hole. This is crazy.
2:04
This is absolutely crazy. It took 200 years for the US
2:07
debt to reach 12 trillion dollars. 200 years to build up
2:14
to $12 trillion. Twelve trillion is how much we
2:18
added in four years between 2020 and 2024.
2:23
And if this chart does not send shivers down your spine, shiver
2:28
me Timbers like the old silver loving pirates used to say,
2:32
nothing will. 221 years is this big red box from before 1800 all
2:39
the way up to, well, whatever year that is.
2:42
But it was 221 years. That's how long it took all that
2:46
time. Then look up here from 2020
2:51
through present. That's all it took.
2:54
It took all this time to add the 1st 12 trillion.
2:57
It took this little bitty bitty bit of time, four years to add
3:01
the the the most recent 12 trillion.
3:04
Guys, it is going parabolic. It is not a good thing.
3:07
The only result from this will be silver and gold, precious
3:12
metals going much, much higher because the government is going
3:16
to have no choice but to monetize the debt, to print
3:20
money to buy our own debt. That's the biggest smoke and
3:24
mirrors of bubble gum and duct tape, whatever you want to call
3:28
it, Unicorn fart dust, fiscal and monetary.
3:31
This is and it's not, it's not unique.
3:33
This has happened many, many times throughout history.
3:36
I know, I understand, I know it, it feels like it's never going
3:40
to happen. Like, and look, I could be
3:42
wrong, but I know I'm not because if we look at math and
3:46
we look at history, it definitively shows us that this
3:51
is what happens. But we feel like, oh, it's never
3:54
going to happen. Even very smart guys, One of my
3:56
best friends who's a super successful CPA, he's retired,
4:01
but he, I mean, he's multi millionaire smart guy.
4:03
And, and he used to be all upset about the national debt like
4:07
decades ago. Now when I talked to him, he's
4:09
like, it's not a big deal. It'll it's not, you know, they
4:12
can just print money, blah, blah, blah.
4:14
People are asleep, right? It's called recency bias.
4:17
It can happen. It will happen, and when it
4:19
does, do you think you'll be really happy that you own
4:24
precious metals? I think undoubtedly you will.
4:27
Let's go run out since we're on the subject and take a quick
4:30
look. Go on our morning field trip to
4:33
the US debt clock, where indeed we see that the US national debt
4:36
continues to skyrocket. I wanted to show you this really
4:41
interesting thing on the US debt clock.
4:43
It's called the dollar. I'm sorry, the where'd it go?
4:47
The dollar to silver show. I'll circle it here with my
4:50
yellow cursor guys. That measures for each one ounce
4:55
of silver that's being produced this year.
4:58
That tells us that there's over $1000 now, $1010.00 being added
5:05
to the USM 2 money supply. Paper money being created for
5:09
each one ounce of silver, $1010.00.
5:13
Of course, since we have a little keen interest in tracking
5:17
this number, we'll add that I mean, it just continues to go
5:21
up. Today is 11/20/24 and what did I
5:29
say? It was $1010.00.
5:32
What does that tell us about the creation of paper money going on
5:36
right now, right? They can print that money out of
5:39
nowhere without without. So we do have big warnings now.
5:44
What else do we know about Elon? He's also warning to send shock
5:48
waves. Had to show it again through the
5:52
through the US economy. He's now he tweeted this
5:55
himself, the Doji father Department of government
5:59
efficiency. All right, now guys, this is
6:02
crazy news. Just to show you how much things
6:06
are going to be changing. Now they're talking about and
6:09
I've been, you've heard me, I've ranted about this.
6:11
We won't go on this does this, this has to do with your life
6:16
and my life. So I'll talk about it briefly.
6:18
And that is pharmaceutical advertising.
6:20
I have anyone who knows me knows I have ranted for years.
6:23
Why the pharmaceutical? Why when I turn on the
6:26
television, why are we subjected to, to add after add from
6:31
pharmaceutical companies? And have you ever noticed
6:33
they're all they're in a park, they're at their neighbors
6:36
backyard having a party, they're all having fun.
6:39
And then you get the warning that warning this drug can cause
6:42
thoughts of depression or suicide.
6:44
You know, it's like, OK, great. But we Ozempka, remember that
6:48
guy Jed or Jake that comes out of the theater and he's got
6:52
plaque. I don't know, you know, but
6:55
they're going to get rid of pharmaceutical advertising.
6:58
And, and what always got me so upset about it was like, why do
7:04
pharmaceutical companies have to advertise?
7:07
I mean, and not just advertise, but like they advertise more
7:10
than the darn car insurance companies that all claim they
7:13
can get you the best deal. And why do pharmaceutical, who's
7:16
paying for it? You are, you should be angry.
7:20
I'm angry. You should be angry, right?
7:24
Pharmaceutical companies don't need to advertise.
7:27
Think about it. If you're an eye doctor and you
7:29
deal with problems with eyes, right, wouldn't you think that
7:33
your eye doctor would know about the different pharmaceuticals
7:36
that are available to treat your specific situation?
7:39
Why on earth? And I promise I'll stop and
7:42
we're going to get back strictly to gold and silver.
7:45
But why on earth did we have to have pharmacy?
7:47
So apparently, well, here I got a tweet, something to show you
7:53
that's not it. There it is.
7:55
Elon says no advertising for pharma in that Robert F Kennedy
8:02
guys going to lead the charge. And if they do, I will become a
8:05
big believer because it's absolute BS that the
8:09
Pharmaceutical industry advertises.
8:12
I'm sorry I went up on A and you know why Here, I'll show you
8:15
why, because you're paying for it.
8:17
You're absolutely paying for it. Hold on here.
8:22
That's not it. Here it is.
8:25
This is going to make you angrier. the United States has
8:27
one of the highest per capita expenditures for healthcare.
8:32
This chart, and then we will get, this is not silver or gold,
8:35
we're going to get back to it. But this chart shows life
8:38
expectancy versus health expenditures.
8:41
So on the left over here, I don't think you can see, but on
8:44
the up and down the what is that vertical line is life
8:48
expectancy. The horizontal line is per
8:51
capita per person on average how much is spent per person on
8:55
healthcare. Look at all these countries
8:57
where average life expectancy, the red lines the United States
9:01
by the way is way higher. Germany, Netherlands, Japan,
9:04
Switzerland, Spain, Italy. They all on average live much,
9:07
much longer than us. Look how much we spend on
9:10
average per person on healthcare in the United States, $10,000.
9:15
Look how much they spend here's 5 thousands right in the middle
9:19
5 thousands about average. It's a joke.
9:22
It's a it's a crying shame. And when it comes to Trump,
9:26
right? And I said this during his last
9:27
president, he says, I said, if he's really a businessman, he's
9:31
going to fix the healthcare system because it's bankrupting
9:33
Americans, average Americans, people like you and me, right?
9:37
And I have a family of four. You know how much it cost for
9:40
healthcare. It's ridiculous.
9:43
It's absolutely insane. OK, And This is why and I'll
9:46
tell you why. And then the gosh, this is not
9:49
this is not a healthcare, but I'll tell you why, because you
9:52
got pharmaceutical companies spending billions of dollars
9:55
advertising to you. Don't you think you're
9:58
dermatologist? Don't you think you're whatever
10:02
other kind of doctors there are? Your gastrointestinal Dr. knows
10:06
about the different drugs. That's their job, right?
10:09
You're the patient. The doctor should know.
10:12
I could see if they maybe advertise a little bit in
10:14
medical journals, whatever, I understand.
10:16
Go to conventions, give talks, but I don't need to watch some
10:21
crazy pharmaceutical. And they're all and then they
10:23
all warn you that you're going to create commit suicide if you
10:26
take the drug. It's like, oh, yeah, I'm going
10:29
to ask my doctor about that. I digress.
10:32
Trump is going to, is going to be the best president for gold
10:35
and silver in the history of the universe.
10:39
You watch and I'm going to tell you why.
10:41
I'm going to tell you who else like the king of gold and silver
10:47
is saying it as well. OK, Talk is cheap.
10:50
And I just want to, you know, remember right what he's talking
10:52
about. I thought if he does 1/3 of what
10:55
they're talking about, we're going to have shock waves going
10:58
through the economy, through the markets, uncertainty and and if
11:02
gold and silver price love two things, OK, inflation and
11:07
uncertainty and Donald J Trump is going to deliver.
11:10
I forgot, maybe it's not Donald. Anyway, Donald Trump is going to
11:14
deliver both of those in spades. Massive uncertainty and massive
11:20
inflation. You watch, right?
11:22
And remember one thing, right? To talk about cutting the thing
11:25
I just want to give talk is cheap.
11:28
Talk is cheap. All this talk about, oh, we're
11:31
going to cut 2 trillion from the, I want to remind you of
11:34
something. Back in 2016, Donald Trump ran
11:36
on a platform that he was going to rejuvenate the coal industry.
11:40
If you look at what happened to the coal industry during his
11:43
four years as president, it went, continued to go down the
11:47
tubes. So, you know, look, not a
11:50
political statement. You probably can can discern
11:54
where my political who I would have voted for, but I'm not
11:57
going to tell you, but you can probably figure it out, right?
12:01
Let's just say, well, anyway, I was happy with the outcome.
12:05
But I understand everybody's different.
12:07
But we got to be real about what's going on.
12:10
This guy is the king of debt, the king of inflation, the king
12:14
of of spending. OK now mining legend Pierre
12:18
Lassand. You've ever heard of the Lasonde
12:21
curve? Pierre Lasonde was the Co
12:24
founder, Co founder of Franco Nevada, one of the biggest gold
12:28
and silver royalty companies in the world.
12:30
He's probably in his 70s or 80s. He's the king of gold and
12:35
silver, super highly regarded. He said this, he said this.
12:40
Trump's election is the best thing in the world that could
12:45
have ever happened for gold and silver, OK?
12:49
Trump's policies are inflationary.
12:51
Things like tariffs, things like mass deportations, right, To get
12:56
rid of a big section of our labor market here in the United
13:00
States. The tax cuts are massively
13:03
inflationary, OK? And, and people have been
13:08
pointing out that like the government, whatever Budget
13:11
Office had projected that Kamala Harris's plans would have added
13:16
like 3 trillion to the national debt.
13:19
And they're saying that Trump's plans at minimum at this point
13:22
could, could add $7 trillion. Pierre Lasson said this.
13:28
And we've been talking about this guy's, this is the best
13:30
news ever for you as a gold and silver investor, Pierre Lasson.
13:36
You hear me say it. You probably hear me say it too
13:39
much, but Pierre Lassan said that the period of time that
13:42
we're going into right now is almost identical to the 1970s.
13:48
And then he pointed out all those fantastic stats about gold
13:51
and silver going up multiple multiples higher.
13:54
Let's look at some crazy charts. This one is going to make you
13:59
very, very happy as a silver and gold investor.
14:02
But let's go check the gold and silver price 1st.
14:05
And I woke up this morning, I checked the silver price, it was
14:09
down like 3540 cents per oz. And I thought no gold was about
14:14
level, but I think maybe it's made a bit of a comeback.
14:17
So let's go out to channel sponsor Pinbacks and do our
14:20
daily update of the silver and gold price.
14:22
Pi MB EX guys, we love to get together.
14:26
We love to talk about silver and gold.
14:28
I love to have you guys here, but it wouldn't be possible
14:31
without the support of PEMBAC. So I'll ask you to please not
14:34
going to tell you what to do or say you should.
14:36
I'm just going to mention to you that you may greatly benefit by
14:39
checking out Pembacs next time you are thinking about buying
14:42
gold, silver or platinum group metals online.
14:46
And I'll tell you why, because what you'll find I believe is
14:50
that they will offer you the most competitive pricing, a
14:53
great selection, OK? And most importantly, a company
14:58
that you can trust, a company that I've, I've had overwhelming
15:02
positive response from you, the basement dweller community in
15:06
regards to your experiences dealing with them.
15:10
Excuse me. All right, let's do the update.
15:13
We like to call this little golden triangle here.
15:15
You can do this yourself, by the way, the the Pembacs magic
15:19
button. Let's press it.
15:20
Take a deep breath. Take your blood pressure
15:22
medicine. These are not the updated
15:24
prices. And OK, silver's down $0.18, but
15:28
gold is up almost $9 per oz. Now let's, let's talk about why
15:32
you don't have to worry about that because I got a chart that
15:35
we're going to look at that is super to me.
15:40
To me says it all about what's going on right now and where we
15:45
could be heading in the silver and gold market.
15:48
This is a chart that came from uh oh, uh oh, Where's my chart?
15:55
Oh, shoot. OK, sorry guys, I know where it
15:58
is. There it is.
15:58
Let's pull it up. It was in a different place.
16:03
The Silver Academy had this in one of their recent post on
16:07
Substack. Guys, look, this is precious
16:10
metals industry remains very small with silver.
16:15
If you're a silver bug, this is music to your ears with silver
16:18
mining hardly visible. So this chart compares the
16:22
silver mining industry, the size of the gold mining industry to
16:26
the size of the crypto market to the S&P 500 energy sector and
16:31
the Apple computer. Look down here on the left on
16:34
the bottom. That tiny, almost invisible
16:38
segment is the silver mining industry, currently valued at
16:42
only $19 billion. You know how small that is.
16:48
And why is that important? That's important to you as a
16:51
silver investor. And gold's basically the same
16:54
thing for both of these. It's important, right?
16:57
Because that's the future supply of silver.
17:00
There's no money going into the silver mining sector.
17:04
That means right as we, as we are already, we're already knee
17:09
deep into a silver shortage. We know how big the deficits
17:13
are. There's not going to be a ton of
17:15
new silver coming available because this sector has just
17:19
been ignored and under invested for decades, right?
17:24
There's some companies out there that are doing some development
17:27
work. Companies like Dolly Vardon,
17:29
Capitan Silver, one of my favorites, Zuma Silver, one that
17:34
I own, BlackRock Silver, another one that I own, Silver Mountain
17:40
Resources down in Peru, another one that I own.
17:42
But really this is a there's just a handful of companies.
17:45
Look at how crazy this is when you compare the entire silver
17:49
mining industry and even the gold mining industry to the
17:52
crypto market. I mean, is it just insane or
17:56
what, right? Look how much bigger now the
17:58
crypto market is $2 trillion. That's like what 100 times
18:05
bigger than the silver mining industry.
18:07
Let's see, yes, basically and the gold mining industry total
18:12
value as well. It's, and it's crazy.
18:15
It's just look at Apple computer, $3.5 trillion market
18:20
cap, one company compared to 20 billion for the silver mining
18:27
industry. I think that's like what, 170
18:30
times bigger? I mean, the entire silver mining
18:33
industry, guys, this just shows us where how much room for
18:39
improvement there is not just in these mining stocks, but also in
18:43
the metals, right? When the world wakes up to the
18:47
real value of silver and gold, we could be in we could be we
18:52
will be in for some very, very violent moves to the upside.
18:56
OK, and let's just look at silver and, and take a look at
18:59
what you know, this is silver, but look how it's traded.
19:04
Look how look how silver's traded.
19:05
We're going to do an update on the paper silver trading.
19:09
Here we go. This is from the dude.
19:12
It's not stopping guys. It's the silver market
19:14
yesterday. This is data from Tuesday,
19:18
November 19th. Today's Wednesday the 20th, the
19:21
silver paper market traded 9 of 391 million paper paper oz
19:28
yesterday. OK, So what does that tell us?
19:33
That tells us that even under normal market conditions
19:36
yesterday, the paper market traded darn near half, Yeah, in
19:41
one day of the entire year's mining output.
19:45
What does that tell you? I mean, you know, and we've got
19:49
the, we've got the entire silver mining industry.
19:54
I mean, if you think about it yesterday, 400 million ounces,
19:59
they, they traded almost the half the market cap of the
20:02
entire silver mining in industry.
20:04
They traded half of the entire year's output of silver.
20:08
It doesn't make sense. And this is silver.
20:10
Look at this, look at this, this is silver.
20:13
This is something that is becoming make gold great again.
20:18
Put this one up right. Silver is so critical for
20:21
computer chips, medical, military energy, four years of
20:25
big deficits past peak mining supply.
20:29
Right. Four years of big silver
20:31
deficits, we're way past peak mining supply and ain't nobody
20:35
got a strategic reserve. So this was his, this was his
20:39
little meme, right? Oil critical applications 10,000
20:43
plus and there is a strategic reserve of oil silver critical
20:48
applications 10,000 plus. There is not a strategic reserve
20:54
of silver, OK. And if we go back, this gets
20:59
interesting now because we're going to talk about some we're
21:01
going to, I'm not anti Bitcoin, but but I want to talk some
21:08
facts about silver and gold and how it is now, I think being so
21:13
unfairly valued. And if we look at this chart, we
21:17
go back to this, Doji Coin has a $54 billion market cap.
21:22
OK, so Doji Coin has a market cap almost three times the size
21:28
of the entire silver market. Let me remind you, Doji Coin is
21:32
a joke. Doji Coin was made-up as a
21:35
complete utter joke. Elon Musk did some tweeting
21:39
about it years back. It got this like cult following.
21:42
But guys, this is a joke crypto from what I understand, I'm not
21:47
a crypto guru, but the joke crypto now has a market cap
21:52
almost three times the size of the silver the entire silver
21:58
mining industry. Are you trying to are they
22:01
trying to tell us something really right?
22:05
Really. Doji Coin valued three times of
22:09
the entire silver mining sector. What if Bitcoin?
22:14
OK, now we're hearing people talk about the bitcoins all the
22:17
rage digital gold. What if Bitcoin goes to $13
22:21
million? And then I thought about this.
22:24
Who cares if Bitcoin? What if Bitcoin goes to $13
22:28
million? But what if neither of them are
22:33
worth anything? Because now they're, they're
22:36
guys, we got some, there's some, there's some speculation about
22:40
some interesting things going on with the crypto market in the US
22:43
Treasury market. We're going to get to that
22:45
later. But just what if Bitcoin goes to
22:47
$13 million And, and, and what if neither That dawned on me
22:53
last night. I was like, this is critical
22:55
that I need to communicate this because maybe I'm wrong, right?
22:59
But what if it goes to $100 million?
23:02
You know that guy sailor whatever talks about but neither
23:05
are worth anything. Who cares, right?
23:08
Bitcoin could be worth 15 quadzillion Zimbabwe dollars.
23:12
Bitcoin could be worth, you know, whatever they want to call
23:15
it. What if it goes up there?
23:16
But but but neither are worth anything.
23:19
And I want you to think about that, OK?
23:21
Cuz like on one hand over here you can have paper dollars and,
23:26
and, and bitcoins and all that kind of cryptos, all that stuff.
23:30
But what if they're all just because now you have tethered.
23:34
I wait till you hear about this. But over here, right, maybe it's
23:37
five years, maybe it's 50 years, maybe it never happens.
23:40
I could be dead wrong, right? Trust me, the crypto people
23:43
would tell me I'm dead wrong. But what if, what if bitcoins
23:47
and dollars are just whatever, they're worthless.
23:51
But over here you still have your silver and your gold,
23:55
right? Did it been around for 5000
23:57
years, not 15 years like crypto, OK.
24:01
And if we look at it on a longer time frame, I wrote this out
24:04
last night. I felt so strong about this.
24:06
Are you going to tell me think about, let's just think about 50
24:10
years from now, OK? Is the what's the US dollar?
24:14
The, the, the the Federal Reserve has a stated goal for
24:18
the dollar to lose 2% of its value per year.
24:22
OK. So wouldn't that mean that in 50
24:25
years, I think about 50 years from now, how much is this gonna
24:28
be worth? And, and think about how much a
24:30
Bitcoin is gonna be worth. I'm just not buying it, OK,
24:34
because they're depreciating the dollar and we know that
24:36
technology changes Bitcoins, the new technology, bitcoins, the
24:41
new blah blah, blah. And again, I'm not anti Bitcoin.
24:44
I'm just going through my thought process.
24:47
I could be dead wrong, right? I could be absolute dead wrong.
24:50
But what about new technology that comes out OK?
24:54
And again, then I want you to think about silver and gold.
24:57
Now there's this new this, this gets interesting and I'll say
25:02
it's speculation, but I'm hearing several people talk
25:06
about this idea that that the that that the crypto world is
25:12
now being used to basically subsidized the United States
25:16
government. OK, Vince Lanchy put out, I
25:19
thought probably a very brief, but I thought a tweet that
25:22
really summed up this idea. He said Tether may as well be a
25:29
nation on Mars. You're saying like Tether,
25:31
that's which is one of the cryptos, that it might as well
25:34
be its own nation on Mars, OK. Because it's buying all of our
25:39
treasuries. Tether is this crypto that's
25:41
tied to the US dollar and has to buy U.S.
25:44
Treasuries. So Tether is buying all of our
25:47
U.S. Treasuries and using them to
25:50
pump Bitcoin and hide our deficit.
25:53
It's perfect, OK, And not just dense that I've heard mention
25:57
this in the last few weeks, right?
26:00
So I begged, I asked the question.
26:02
I have to ask the question, OK, It feels like crypto is becoming
26:07
aligned with Fiat in the dollar, in the US government, in the
26:11
Treasury, in the, in the in, in subsidizing our debt.
26:14
It feels that way almost embedded with it.
26:17
OK, it feels like also, isn't it interesting that at the same
26:22
time crypto is totally aligned with the main, like crypto was
26:27
supposed to be like, like digital gold, right and and
26:31
outside of the mainstream financial system.
26:34
But now what I'm hearing could be wrong, but it makes sense is
26:39
that they're using Tether and Bitcoin to indirectly subsidized
26:43
the United States treasuries and the and the deficit.
26:47
And is it also interesting that at the same time, any, every
26:50
main that that, that, that Bitcoin, which was supposed to
26:53
be this alternative store of value outside of the mainstream
26:58
financial system has been totally embraced by by companies
27:03
like Fidelity Investments, BlackRock, right?
27:06
Does that make you wonder what's really going on out there?
27:09
I think we need to to think deeply about this in from a
27:11
silver and gold investing perspective.
27:15
There's nothing changed for us. We're still the completely in
27:19
that. I guess that's the good news.
27:20
We are still, it just feels like crypto and Bitcoin is getting
27:25
sucked in to the mainstream and they're OK with that, right?
27:29
As long as the price of Bitcoin goes to 100,200 thousand,
27:33
whatever the case may be. But the reality is, I believe
27:37
right now that if you really want to be and it just it pumps
27:40
the thing up more and more. Crypto potentially is becoming
27:45
part of the big bubble, right? Part of the big U.S. debt bubble
27:50
and gold and silver are maintaining their independence,
27:54
right? I wonder why?
27:57
You know why, Because Mother Nature, right?
28:00
The laws of nature are what created silver and gold.
28:03
Now what about China? This is interesting.
28:05
I had no idea. I had no idea.
28:08
But do you know the crypto in China loves silver and gold?
28:12
Let's let's this is all about silver and gold.
28:14
China loves silver and gold. Bitcoin and crypto are illegal
28:21
in China. I think I knew that, but maybe I
28:23
didn't know that, so I did more research on it last night.
28:27
So that's the economic powerhouse of the world right
28:31
now. China, right?
28:34
The IMF, I think, said it's the world's biggest economy.
28:37
OK, they love gold and silver. Crypto, Bitcoin, illegal.
28:41
OK, the world's factory, right? China makes real things right?
28:46
And they're and they're doing a real good job of doing it.
28:49
They love physical gold and silver, OK, And China wants all
28:54
the world's gold and silver. China does have 200,000 Bitcoin,
28:58
which they seized from, you know, the over on legal terms
29:03
from people in their country that were illegal crypto
29:07
operators. OK, that's $20 billion worth.
29:10
I just like to throw in that if they decide to sell all that
29:14
crypto that would take up, that would eat up about roughly
29:18
almost almost a year's production of silver.
29:21
OK, but China is the world's biggest economy.
29:25
Think about it. Think about this then in the
29:27
context of what we just talked about.
29:29
China, Russia, All right, we're not going to go into the bricks
29:32
thing, but the eastern countries that are making big, big moves,
29:37
right, to shore up their finances with precious metals.
29:40
They love gold and silver. And then you have the United
29:42
States, right, that hates gold and silver, not you and me, but
29:46
our government. And on top of that, the it's
29:51
like the United States is becoming paper Fiat crypto,
29:55
right? Especially now with what Donald
29:57
Trump is saying. So the United States is paper
29:59
Fiat debt crypto. China, right, has debt, but they
30:04
have real assets and their silver and gold.
30:07
I don't know, like the they say this about the Chinese.
30:10
They are long term planners. We'll see how that mark works
30:14
out. We got one more crazy chart to
30:17
look at and this one will again give you some solace as a silver
30:22
and gold investor. This came from Garrett Coggins
30:25
for those who think that the gold price is too high right
30:30
now. This is crazy guys.
30:34
In 2011, the GLDETF, that's the ETF that you can buy that
30:40
supposedly buys physical gold. It's market cap rose to match
30:45
the SPY. That's the S&P 500 ETF market
30:49
cap today. GL DS market cap is currently
30:53
11% of the SPYETF. So if we pull this chart up,
30:58
make sure we got you on the right screen, which we do.
31:01
You can see in 2011 this ratio was one to one the GLD.
31:07
The amount of money in the GLDETF as compared the market
31:11
cap as compared to the SPYETF. Now we are all the way down to
31:18
almost 10%. That would mean 11%.
31:21
That would mean that that to get back to that one to one ratio,
31:25
we would need 9 times the amount of money going into the GLDETF.
31:32
What does that tell us about the goal about Westerners in their
31:36
investments in gold and silver? It tells US1 Very simple thing,
31:41
the Western investor, your neighbors, my neighbors still
31:45
have yet to show up to the party for gold and silver.
31:49
It's a good thing. And you might think why is that
31:51
a good thing, Ron? It, it needs to go up nine times
31:54
because the path of least resistance is to the upside.
31:59
Even if we got back to 50% in the GLD to the S&P 500 guys,
32:04
that would be that would be an unbelievable increase in demand
32:10
for physical gold. And I'm sure the same thing is
32:13
true with silver and it would drive the price higher and
32:18
higher and higher. We've got to realize the good
32:21
news that's embedded in all this, you know, suppressed
32:26
Western investor, a data that we get for silver and gold.
32:29
And that is that when that changes, when that improves,
32:33
right? We're going to see massive, big,
32:36
big flows of, of funds coming into gold and silver related
32:41
investment products. And it's going to be it's going
32:43
to be a wild, wild time. We got three fed speakers today.
32:46
Buckle up, right? It's time for the Fed to go out
32:49
and talk, talk, talk, talk, talk.
32:51
Who knows what they'll do to the market.
32:53
So let's go take a do a quick update on the silver and gold
32:56
price. See if it got better or worse
32:58
here in the last 10 minutes. Take a deep breath.
33:01
I'm going to update it. And OK, got a little better.
33:03
Silver down $0.13 gold, silver still holding above $31.00 per
33:11
oz. Let's go out and take a look at
33:12
the silver chart because I think that that we've got some some
33:16
kind of key levels that we need to keep an eye on.
33:20
Obviously staying above $30 is critical.
33:22
There's the futures market out tonight, guys.
33:24
The big NVIDIA, the big NVIDIA earnings announcement that's
33:30
going to be and that's going to be big news could, could send
33:34
shock waves through the through the financial markets.
33:37
I mean, I don't know, Nvidia's market cap is something like God
33:43
only knows, you know, 100 million times that of the entire
33:47
silver mining sector. So let's pull up the silver
33:50
chart and just look at look at how we're how we're how we're
33:54
playing out here. We'll start with six months.
33:57
OK, Looks pretty good. All right, Can you, if you see
34:00
from down here, hold on, There we go.
34:05
Sorry about that. All right, we're still we're
34:07
still in a let's draw a line here.
34:10
Let's get the crayons out real quickly.
34:13
Look, guys, if we start down here and draw a line, all right,
34:19
I would say we're still definitely in that uptrend, even
34:22
if we go out to two years on the silver chart.
34:28
Yeah, I mean, it's look, shoot, hold on here.
34:34
Sorry, guys. Moved you all over the screen
34:36
there. Hopefully you're not too dizzy.
34:39
OK, there we go. Yeah, we still have this
34:43
uptrend. Let's go to a five year and see
34:46
if there's any. Oh, yeah, Got the maximum.
34:55
I don't know. We'll see how this plays out,
34:58
but the silver market is, is remaining resilient to this
35:02
point. OK, we do.
35:05
I think it's critical that we stay above $30 per oz.
35:08
And if we can get through, you've heard it a zillion times,
35:12
$3435 range. Again, what's so exciting about
35:18
that is we, we broke through the 32 range.
35:20
We beat up against it, beat up against it a number of times.
35:24
The more times you have beat up against and then get you know,
35:28
and then eventually once it gets through, typically the move
35:31
higher is much, much, much more aggressive.
35:35
Let's go check on. I heard that the the odds of an
35:37
interest rate cut next at the next fed meeting had dropped.
35:42
Let's go take a quick look at that and see we're going to go.
35:46
Here's how you do it. If you guys want to do this
35:48
yourself, go to Google, type in CCME Fedwatch tool, go to the
35:55
CME Fed watch tool. I got this little ticker at the
35:59
top that'll tell you that the next Fed meeting is in 28 days.
36:04
But if we go down, yeah, wow. So what this is telling us here
36:09
is that the the odds of a quarter .25 basis point rate cut
36:14
at the next meeting have dropped to only 55.
36:17
It's almost 5050 at this point. That's interesting.
36:20
There's a 45% chance that the Fed won't cut rates, Huh?
36:25
That's interesting, right as we're heading into the
36:28
inauguration of Donald Trump is our next president.
36:32
Let's look at January and see what they're saying.
36:34
January, they're saying there's a 52% chance that will be 1/4
36:41
point lower, 30% chance even in January that will be at the same
36:46
thing. Let's go out, let's go out.
36:48
Why don't, why don't we go out to October of next year?
36:53
OK. This shows us that they're
36:57
saying there's a where are we 4.500?
37:01
That's interesting. So October of next year, there's
37:03
only a 2% chance that rates will be where they are right now,
37:06
looks like a 30% chance that rates will be about 3/4 of a
37:13
percent lower or 75 basis points and a 20% chance that it'll be a
37:19
full point lower and another 25% chance that it'll be 1/2 a point
37:24
lower. So the market right now, and
37:26
again, that's the smart money is saying that rates are going to
37:30
be lower pretty significantly a year from now.
37:34
It's going to be a crazy, crazy year.
37:36
I want to say thank you to the moderators, Jake from Jake's
