- 0:00Speaker 1: You just heard the news. Now you'll find out what
- 0:03Speaker 1: it all means. Hey, smart simone on seven tor.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Hey, well, I forget to We'll get to the president's speech.
- 0:14Speaker 2: It's gonna happen tonight. What's that all about. We'll get
- 0:16Speaker 2: to the fake Susie Wilds controversy. We'll get to Nick Reiner.
- 0:21Speaker 2: More details coming out, We'll get to Milania. We'll get
- 0:24Speaker 2: a Cardinal Dolan who we love, maybe leaving. We'll get
- 0:29Speaker 2: to that coming up in more. Oh, Jack Smith and
- 0:33Speaker 2: Merrick Garland. I've been caught again in just total law
- 0:37Speaker 2: fair corruption. We'll get to that just ahead. So hey,
- 0:42Speaker 2: let's just talk about the Nick Reiner for a second now.
- 0:46Speaker 2: If you were listening Monday and Tuesday and we went
- 0:48Speaker 2: over the story, what was known about the case and
- 0:52Speaker 2: the big problem with LA I don't know why, but
- 0:54Speaker 2: they're just not very forthcoming. The disc attorney, the police chief,
- 0:58Speaker 2: they speak, they hold presscot but they don't give you
- 1:01Speaker 2: the details. So we've been depending on police sources to
- 1:05Speaker 2: leak stuff out. And the original story we got leaked
- 1:09Speaker 2: out being reported was that the daughter who lives on
- 1:15Speaker 2: the property in a guest house, heard loud arguing and
- 1:18Speaker 2: at some point went over to check and found the bodies. Well,
- 1:22Speaker 2: now there's a whole different story being leaked out of
- 1:25Speaker 2: the police department. So again, these are from good police sources,
- 1:28Speaker 2: but you know, I can't guarantee everything because it's not
- 1:32Speaker 2: official on the record. But it's also the fog of war,
- 1:36Speaker 2: you know, you get all kinds of reports. But the
- 1:38Speaker 2: latest version coming out of the police department is the
- 1:43Speaker 2: daughter lives in the guest house and a massuse comes
- 1:48Speaker 2: to the winers' house on Sundays to give them massages.
- 1:52Speaker 2: The masseuse could not get in. They didn't answer, they
- 1:55Speaker 2: didn't answer the gate. House open the gate, they didn't answer,
- 1:59Speaker 2: the didn't answer. Anything highly unusual for them. So the
- 2:03Speaker 2: masseuse got concerned, called the daughter, who lives with a roommate,
- 2:07Speaker 2: and the two of them went over to check. And
- 2:10Speaker 2: the story is when the daughter walked in, she found
- 2:12Speaker 2: Rob Reiner's body there on the floor somewhere. Obviously went
- 2:18Speaker 2: into shock and had the roommate call nine to one
- 2:21Speaker 2: pint one. The roommate calls the police, while the daughter
- 2:25Speaker 2: calls Billy Crystal, who it turns out is Rhiner's closest friend.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Crystal and his wife race over to the scene, and
- 2:32Speaker 2: the police arrive at about the same time, and the
- 2:36Speaker 2: daughter and roommate are waiting outside while the police. Everybody's
- 2:39Speaker 2: in there now. The daughter didn't know that the mother
- 2:42Speaker 2: had also been stabbed. The police had to come out
- 2:45Speaker 2: and tell her it's not just your father. Apparently he
- 2:47Speaker 2: was outside the bedroom, and when they went in the bedroom,
- 2:50Speaker 2: they found the mother dead, throat slit, and they had
- 2:54Speaker 2: to tell the daughter it's just a horrible, horrible, horrible story.
- 3:00Speaker 2: I was saying that it looked like rigor mortis had
- 3:03Speaker 2: had started setting in. That means they'd been dead for
- 3:05Speaker 2: a few hours. So the new version that's coming out
- 3:10Speaker 2: of the police department is that the night before they're
- 3:14Speaker 2: at this Conan O'Brien Christmas party, Nick Reiner gets into
- 3:18Speaker 2: a huge fight with his father. He'd been getting into
- 3:21Speaker 2: fights with a lot of people around the room, a
- 3:27Speaker 2: lot of people disturbed by his behavior, his appearance. He
- 3:29Speaker 2: came in with a sweatsuit and a hoodie over his
- 3:32Speaker 2: head and at one point got into fights with people.
- 3:37Speaker 2: We've got into arguments with people, looked really really weird
- 3:40Speaker 2: with people, and some of them even left the party.
- 3:44Speaker 2: They didn't want to deal with him. Bill Hayter was
- 3:46Speaker 2: one of them. Hayter was talking to somebody and Nick
- 3:49Speaker 2: Reiner came over with that psycho look. I guess hater
- 3:53Speaker 2: didn't know who he was and said, excuse us, this
- 3:55Speaker 2: is a private conversation. Chased him away. Well, then Nick
- 3:58Speaker 2: Reiner came over and just glared at him with a scary,
- 4:01Speaker 2: scary looking stare, so scary that the hater left the party.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Nick Reiner then got a huge screaming fight with his
- 4:11Speaker 2: father in the party. It got so out of control
- 4:14Speaker 2: and alarmed the other guests. It got so out of
- 4:16Speaker 2: control that Rob Ryner and his wife decided they should
- 4:19Speaker 2: leave the party. The crazy son, Nick Reiner left, So
- 4:24Speaker 2: it now looks like it's possible that it was later
- 4:27Speaker 2: that night, in the middle of the night, that he
- 4:29Speaker 2: went and maybe maybe that's when it happened stabbed his parents,
- 4:33Speaker 2: because he then at four point thirty in the morning
- 4:36Speaker 2: showed up at this hotel to check into the hotel.
- 4:39Speaker 2: So if he had later that night gone to the house,
- 4:41Speaker 2: stabbed them, killed them, obviously he wouldn't continue to stay
- 4:45Speaker 2: in the guest house right on the property, so that
- 4:47Speaker 2: could be why at four thirty in the morning, he
- 4:49Speaker 2: went and checked into a hotel. Police found him the
- 4:53Speaker 2: next day. He was dressed all in dark clothes, wearing
- 4:55Speaker 2: a baseball cap. They had pictures of him, a description
- 4:58Speaker 2: of him. He was at a Metro station. This is
- 5:01Speaker 2: fifteen miles away from the Reiner house. Two police cars
- 5:05Speaker 2: saw him. They pulled up, surrounded him. He didn't resist.
- 5:08Speaker 2: He put his arms up in surrender, and they've taken
- 5:14Speaker 2: him into custody. He's been in a protective custody. He's
- 5:16Speaker 2: been on suicide watch. Was supposed to appear in court yesterday.
- 5:21Speaker 2: He's got a top top LA lawyer, one of the
- 5:23Speaker 2: biggest best LA lawyers, the guy who had defended Harvey
- 5:28Speaker 2: Weinstein's defended other high profile murderers. Now here's the District
- 5:33Speaker 2: Attorney of Los Angeles.
- 5:35Speaker 3: Their loss is beyond tragic, and we have we will
- 5:41Speaker 3: commit ourselves to bringing their murderer to justice.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Yeah, no, they could charge him. They're going to charge
- 5:46Speaker 2: him with two counts of murder, with aggravated this, aggravated that.
- 5:50Speaker 2: So he is facing the death penalty.
- 5:52Speaker 3: Rob Reiner was a brilliant actor and director, an iconic
- 5:56Speaker 3: force in our entertainment industry for Deck Gates. His wife,
- 6:01Speaker 3: Michelle Singer Reiner was inequally iconic photography.
- 6:06Speaker 2: One thing I don't like the secretornity. He's great with
- 6:08Speaker 2: all these long speeches, but why has he given us.
- 6:11Speaker 2: He should be given us actual specific details of what happened.
- 6:14Speaker 3: Now, prosecuting these cases involving family members are some of
- 6:19Speaker 3: the most challenging and most heart wrenching cases that this
- 6:22Speaker 3: office faces because of the intimate and often brutal nature
- 6:26Speaker 3: of the crimes involved.
- 6:29Speaker 2: We know all this, but again not very open about details.
- 6:32Speaker 3: These charges will be two counts of first degree murder
- 6:36Speaker 3: with the special circumstance of multiple murders.
- 6:40Speaker 2: Yeah, so he will. Obviously he's got a really, really
- 6:44Speaker 2: top lawyer. I know exactly who's paying for it. But
- 6:48Speaker 2: hopefully he's convicted. Hopefully he's eligible for the death penalty.
- 6:52Speaker 2: I would give it to him if I run a jury,
- 6:54Speaker 2: but he's facing life in prison otherwise, and I'm sure
- 6:59Speaker 2: they'll be a convictim.
- 7:00Speaker 3: Our office will be filing charges against Nick Reiner, who
- 7:05Speaker 3: was accused of killing his parents, actor director Rob Reiner
- 7:08Speaker 3: and photographer producer Michelle Singer Reiner.
- 7:12Speaker 2: Our office hopefully comes into court today. It was supposed
- 7:17Speaker 2: to be yesterday. They couldn't what they call medically clear him.
- 7:20Speaker 2: We have to have a medical clearance to be taken
- 7:22Speaker 2: to court, just a procedural thing. So hopefully that happens today.
- 7:26Speaker 2: Hopefully he comes to court today and gets officially charged. Now,
- 7:30Speaker 2: the President Trump will make a big speech to the
- 7:34Speaker 2: nation tonight at nine o'clock. You know, years ago, it
- 7:37Speaker 2: was quite a big deal when the president did that.
- 7:39Speaker 2: They would call all the networks and ask for a
- 7:42Speaker 2: time at eight o'clock or nine o'clock or whenever they wanted,
- 7:46Speaker 2: and every network would stop what they were doing and
- 7:49Speaker 2: broadcast the president's speech. It was on all the networks,
- 7:52Speaker 2: which meant in nineteen seventy eight or nineteen eighty seven
- 7:57Speaker 2: or nineteen ninety three, when they put it on all
- 7:59Speaker 2: the networks, it meant sixty million people would see it. Well,
- 8:03Speaker 2: nobody watches network TV anymore, so if you got all
- 8:06Speaker 2: three networks to carry your speech, you'd be lucky. If
- 8:08Speaker 2: you got eight million people, it's all much much smaller audience.
- 8:12Speaker 2: And if you get the cable networks, well maybe then
- 8:14Speaker 2: you get six or seven million. But when you total
- 8:18Speaker 2: it all up, it's just not that big an audience anymore. Now,
- 8:22Speaker 2: these networks have all agreed tonight at nine o'clock to
- 8:25Speaker 2: carry the speech. It's standard procedure that would a White
- 8:28Speaker 2: House ask you for the time you carry the speech.
- 8:31Speaker 2: Now with Trump, you know it's different. They might not. However,
- 8:33Speaker 2: I think the network's are a little afraid of Trump.
- 8:35Speaker 2: You know, he does come after them, he does sue them,
- 8:38Speaker 2: he does threaten them. So I think they're afraid not
- 8:41Speaker 2: to carry the speech. So we'll see. I will carry
- 8:44Speaker 2: the speech. We'll have it tonight at nine. Now. Obviously Fox,
- 8:48Speaker 2: very responsible network, will carry it. I would think CNN
- 8:51Speaker 2: will carry it because they got their panel of thirty
- 8:54Speaker 2: two liberals who want to trash them after the speech. Now,
- 8:57Speaker 2: MS now is not a really it's not really a
- 9:00Speaker 2: network anymore. It's not part of NBC. They threw MSNBC out,
- 9:05Speaker 2: took their name off it, so it's just a little
- 9:07Speaker 2: mom and pop shop.
- 9:08Speaker 4: Now.
- 9:08Speaker 2: I know they can do whatever the hell they want.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Will they carry it, I don't know. I don't know.
- 9:13Speaker 2: We'll see. The President can threaten them, but there's not
- 9:17Speaker 2: much he can threaten them with. They're not really anything anymore.
- 9:20Speaker 2: But the speech tonight, the agenda is nobody knows. It's
- 9:24Speaker 2: being kept secret. I would imagine the one thing we
- 9:28Speaker 2: do know, he'll go over his accomplishments, a couple of
- 9:32Speaker 2: things he might want to do now. Normally you wait
- 9:34Speaker 2: till the State of the Union speech in January, but
- 9:37Speaker 2: I guess he feels the need to do it now. Also,
- 9:39Speaker 2: it's good to do it right now tonight, right before
- 9:42Speaker 2: the holidays, because everybody's going to get all distracted for
- 9:45Speaker 2: a couple of weeks. But one of the things he'll do,
- 9:47Speaker 2: they created this whole fake myth of affordability, crisis, economy
- 9:52Speaker 2: and crisis. The economy is doing a hell of a
- 9:55Speaker 2: lot better than last year. It's not perfect, but the
- 9:58Speaker 2: improvement over the last year is amazing. Inflation hitting nine percent.
- 10:03Speaker 2: Under Biden it averaged five point six percent. Well it's
- 10:07Speaker 2: down to two point five percent. There's been a huge
- 10:10Speaker 2: improvement in inflation. The job numbers are up, and actually
- 10:14Speaker 2: up more than the numbers actually show because under Biden,
- 10:18Speaker 2: when you saw those jobs, there were government jobs. They
- 10:20Speaker 2: were hiring government people to make the job numbers go up.
- 10:23Speaker 2: In this case, it's all private sector jobs. So you've
- 10:26Speaker 2: had a big improvement. Gas prices are down all over
- 10:29Speaker 2: the place, not New York or California where the locals
- 10:33Speaker 2: are keeping the gas prices high, but the gas prices
- 10:35Speaker 2: are averaging like two dollars and fifty cents. You know,
- 10:38Speaker 2: in one state, I think it's Colorado, they finally went
- 10:40Speaker 2: under two dollars. Oil is fifty five dollars a barrel,
- 10:43Speaker 2: down from one hundred and ten. So gas prices everything
- 10:48Speaker 2: is better, much better. But people don't know that because
- 10:50Speaker 2: of the fake news. But he'll have a chance to
- 10:54Speaker 2: go over the actual numbers tonight. I imagine he'll do that.
- 10:58Speaker 2: He'll probably talk about the narco terrorists and those boats,
- 11:01Speaker 2: blowing those boats up. It's something people like. They really
- 11:06Speaker 2: like the idea of wiping out the drug supply and
- 11:09Speaker 2: stopping it. Obviously, he'll go over the border, and the
- 11:12Speaker 2: actual numbers of the success at closing the border are
- 11:16Speaker 2: pretty amazing, So he'll go over that, and I don't
- 11:19Speaker 2: know what else we'll see. Hey, the other thing, if
- 11:24Speaker 2: you're watching that crazy MS NOW or CNN or the
- 11:28Speaker 2: late night shows, you know all the left wing cooks,
- 11:31Speaker 2: all they're talking about is Susie Wiles, the White House
- 11:34Speaker 2: Chief of staff, very disciplined, doesn't ever do interviews, stays
- 11:39Speaker 2: under the radar, very quiet, very respected. All they're talking about.
- 11:44Speaker 2: She gave an interview to Vanity Fair and she said
- 11:47Speaker 2: all kinds of things. She was so blunt and said,
- 11:50Speaker 2: you know, jd Vance is a conspiracy theorist and all
- 11:53Speaker 2: of that. Well, nobody in the White House is upset
- 11:56Speaker 2: about it for two reasons. One, nobody reads Vanity Fair.
- 12:00Speaker 2: It's a tiny audience. The only people that read it
- 12:02Speaker 2: are the ms now people that live in the echo chamber,
- 12:06Speaker 2: the only ones that read it. And also, it's not
- 12:08Speaker 2: an issue anywhere. It's a Beltway DC issue, it's a
- 12:13Speaker 2: CNN ms NOW issue. This is not the American public.
- 12:16Speaker 2: This is these left wing kooks who live in this
- 12:18Speaker 2: echo chamber. For them, it's a parlor game. They're all
- 12:21Speaker 2: talking about this Susie Wilds story. The old Washington test,
- 12:26Speaker 2: the old DC test is if you went to Green Bay,
- 12:29Speaker 2: Wisconsin and went into a diner, would anybody be talking
- 12:32Speaker 2: about it. No, there's nobody in a diner in Green Bay,
- 12:36Speaker 2: Wisconsin discussing Susie Wilds or the Vanity Fair piece. So
- 12:40Speaker 2: it is totally meanless with the public. Even the people
- 12:43Speaker 2: she criticized just laughed it off. She said, JD. Vance
- 12:49Speaker 2: has always been a conspiracy theorist. Here is Vance yesterday.
- 12:51Speaker 4: I haven't looked at the article.
- 12:52Speaker 1: I of course have heard about it, but conspiracy theorist.
- 12:57Speaker 4: Sometimes I am a conspiracy theorist, but I only believe
- 12:59Speaker 4: in the conspiracy theories that are true.
- 13:05Speaker 2: Presidents spoke about that. He couldn't care less about the
- 13:07Speaker 2: article meant nothing. Here's the Caroline loved.
- 13:09Speaker 5: This is, unfortunately another example of disingenuous reporting, where you
- 13:15Speaker 5: have a reporter who took the chief of staff's words
- 13:18Speaker 5: wildly out of context, did not include the context those
- 13:21Speaker 5: conversations were had within. And then further, I think the
- 13:25Speaker 5: most egregious part of this article was the bias of omission.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Yeah, well there was a lot of that and this guy,
- 13:31Speaker 2: why would you do an interview with this guy? Well,
- 13:33Speaker 2: this guy's supposedly a respected journalist who has a long
- 13:36Speaker 2: history of doing profiles of White House chiefs of staff,
- 13:40Speaker 2: all the great White Houses. He's done massive profiles of
- 13:44Speaker 2: the chiefs of staff. So that's why she did it.
- 13:46Speaker 2: But he's a very biased reporter. If you read them
- 13:49Speaker 2: all it's hysterical. Every Democratic white House, the chief of
- 13:53Speaker 2: staff is a genius. It's a glowing piece about how
- 13:56Speaker 2: wonderfully is every Republican white House. The chief of staff
- 13:59Speaker 2: is terrible, he's awful. Everything's in chaos. So pretty obvious
- 14:03Speaker 2: slanted bias. Hey, we'll get to Jack Smith coming up.
- 14:08Speaker 2: This is pretty interesting the raid on mar A Lago.
- 14:11Speaker 2: You know, there were no classified documents at mar A Lago.
- 14:13Speaker 2: It was all a fake, made up hoax. In the end,
- 14:17Speaker 2: they did find thirty five classified documents if you put
- 14:19Speaker 2: them in a folder. The folder is one inch thick
- 14:23Speaker 2: one inch, So what the hell were those five hundred
- 14:26Speaker 2: boxes in the pictures each? None of them contained any
- 14:29Speaker 2: classified documents and there was no reason to do the raid.
- 14:32Speaker 2: Emails have been discovered and released in Congress. They've released them.
- 14:40Speaker 2: It turns out the FBI itself said there's absolutely nothing
- 14:45Speaker 2: to justify his search. There's no real source that there's
- 14:47Speaker 2: classified documents there. It was one guy in the Archives Department.
- 14:51Speaker 2: They couldn't confirm it with anybody, and they kept telling
- 14:54Speaker 2: them Justice Department, there's no justification for a search. But
- 14:58Speaker 2: it turns out, according to these emails, were ordered to
- 15:01Speaker 2: do it. The Biden administration ordered them, we don't care
- 15:04Speaker 2: if you don't know, if you just you're going to
- 15:06Speaker 2: do this raid. Now, there could be criminal charges over this.
- 15:11Speaker 2: President Trump could sue, he'd have a great lawsuit against
- 15:13Speaker 2: the Department of Justice and they'd have to pay him
- 15:16Speaker 2: a ton of money. But he could also find there
- 15:19Speaker 2: could be criminal charges here. Now. Jacksmith had not yet
- 15:22Speaker 2: been appointed on this, but it could be Merrick Garland.
- 15:26Speaker 2: For the first time ever, he's possibly in some legal
- 15:29Speaker 2: jeopardy ordering this when the even the FBI was saying
- 15:33Speaker 2: there's no justification for a search. Hey, some terrible, terrible news.
- 15:38Speaker 2: It's not confirmed, but Cardinal Dolan may be leaving. We
- 15:41Speaker 2: love Cardinal Dolan. He's seventy five. You know, when you're
- 15:45Speaker 2: seventy five, you're supposed to resign and retire as the
- 15:48Speaker 2: cardinals seventy five, it's a mandatory thing in the church.
- 15:51Speaker 2: He turned seventy five last year turned into his resignation.
- 15:56Speaker 2: But sometimes they just don't take it for a while.
- 15:59Speaker 2: And you remember, the pope died and we had a
- 16:01Speaker 2: new pope, so that put everything on hold for a while,
- 16:05Speaker 2: and sometimes they cannot accept the resignation right away. But
- 16:08Speaker 2: there's rumors and word coming out of the archdiocese that
- 16:12Speaker 2: they're going to accept the resignation. Who would be the
- 16:16Speaker 2: new cardinal, Well, it looks like according again according to sources,
- 16:20Speaker 2: So it's not one hundred percent. It's the bishop from
- 16:23Speaker 2: Chicago's name is Hicks. Very good resume for this sort
- 16:28Speaker 2: of stuff with including a lot of management experience, which
- 16:32Speaker 2: is important. So keep an eye on that. Hey, we'll
- 16:35Speaker 2: take some calls next. Eight hundred three to two one
- 16:38Speaker 2: zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three to
- 16:41Speaker 2: two one zero seven ten.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Mar's simone show on sevent ten wor.
- 16:49Speaker 2: Hey, let's take some calls. Eight hundred three to two
- 16:52Speaker 2: one zero seven ten is the number. Let's go to
- 16:54Speaker 2: Jacqueline in Brooklyn. Jacqueline, how you doing?
- 16:57Speaker 3: Hi?
- 16:57Speaker 6: Mark Good? A little cold, but okay, I have a
- 17:01Speaker 6: question for you. Nick Reiner, the son of the late
- 17:06Speaker 6: Rob and Michelle Reiner. I don't know if you knew
- 17:10Speaker 6: them at all. No one is talking at all about
- 17:12Speaker 6: whether or not he had any type of mental illness
- 17:14Speaker 6: or whether he was on the spectrum Asperger's anything like that, ye,
- 17:20Speaker 6: Nick Reiner, Yeah, obviously.
- 17:21Speaker 2: He was completely psycho had a million mental problems. I
- 17:25Speaker 2: never met I knew Rob Reiner, and I didn't know
- 17:27Speaker 2: the wife. I never met Nick. But just looking at
- 17:30Speaker 2: pictures and behavior, yeah, exactly completely psycho this kid, yep, yep.
- 17:34Speaker 6: He looked like there was something very wrong with him.
- 17:37Speaker 6: And everyone keeps talking about his drug addiction, his homelessness,
- 17:41Speaker 6: but no one ever mentioned anything. And there's no information
- 17:44Speaker 6: available online about whether or not he had any type
- 17:48Speaker 6: of problems.
- 17:49Speaker 2: No, no, no, no, no, of course there is. And he
- 17:50Speaker 2: was in rehab seventeen times, and he was treated by
- 17:53Speaker 2: all kinds of healthcare professionals. And you could look back
- 17:57Speaker 2: and say Rob Reiner should have done more, done something differently,
- 18:00Speaker 2: but he Rob Reiner said, you know, I'd meet with
- 18:04Speaker 2: these experts at the clinics and the doctors, and he
- 18:06Speaker 2: said they had all their diplomas on the wall. So
- 18:08Speaker 2: I just listened to them. I don't know if you're
- 18:11Speaker 2: if you had a kid who was homeless, sleeping on
- 18:15Speaker 2: the streets, if you were a wealthy person and your
- 18:18Speaker 2: kid was sleeping on the streets, and apparently he was
- 18:21Speaker 2: homeless many different times through the years, and you know
- 18:24Speaker 2: why he was homeless in Texas, he was homeless. In Maine,
- 18:26Speaker 2: he was homeless. I don't know, would you leave your
- 18:29Speaker 2: kid out there? Would you do something which you haven't
- 18:31Speaker 2: committed in some I mean, whatever Rob Reiner did, and
- 18:35Speaker 2: I'm sure he did a lot, it just obviously wasn't enough.
- 18:38Speaker 2: He didn't do enough. Let's go to Mike in Florida.
- 18:41Speaker 7: Mike, how you doing, Good morning, Mark, Yes, Mike, No,
- 18:45Speaker 7: just talking about what you were just speaking about.
- 18:49Speaker 8: You know, many drug addicts are self medicating because of
- 18:52Speaker 8: their mental illness. They go, they get treatment, they don't
- 18:55Speaker 8: like the drugs that the traditionally prescribed, and they like
- 18:59Speaker 8: to self medicate. So that's sort of like the vicious
- 19:01Speaker 8: cycle many of them in it's mental illness that causes
- 19:04Speaker 8: drug addiction. But you know the other thing about this
- 19:07Speaker 8: story that besides the gruesome nature of it and the circumstances,
- 19:12Speaker 8: is the plaudits he's receiving.
- 19:14Speaker 7: Deservedly of course, But I wonder sometimes if the gods
- 19:17Speaker 7: have been the president were killed, he would receive the
- 19:20Speaker 7: same growing. I know it's a macabre thought, but it's
- 19:25Speaker 7: it's I can't help thinking about it in those times.
- 19:28Speaker 2: No, it's a good point, you know, obviously, if President
- 19:33Speaker 2: Trump died, you'd see them calling him every name in
- 19:35Speaker 2: the world, these same people. How could he speak like
- 19:38Speaker 2: that about Rob Reiner after he died. They do the
- 19:40Speaker 2: same thing with Donald Trump. And by the way, most
- 19:42Speaker 2: of them did the same thing to Rush Limbaugh. If
- 19:46Speaker 2: you go to my Twitter, we have a clip up
- 19:48Speaker 2: of the view where everyone on the panel. This is
- 19:50Speaker 2: the day after Rush died. Trashism calls them all kinds
- 19:54Speaker 2: of things, I mean, just awful, and you could find
- 19:57Speaker 2: a million of these same people said horrible things is
- 20:00Speaker 2: about Rush right after he died. So to be outraged
- 20:02Speaker 2: about what President Trump said. Again the hypocrisy Democrats are
- 20:06Speaker 2: famous for. Let's go to Pam and Patterson. Pam, how
- 20:09Speaker 2: you doing hi?
- 20:12Speaker 9: I think the other members of the Christmas party at
- 20:17Speaker 9: Conan's house can consider themselves lucky because I think he
- 20:21Speaker 9: was gearing himself up at that moment, and Bill Hayter
- 20:26Speaker 9: seems to have gotten his attention, and he wearing that hoodie,
- 20:30Speaker 9: so I think he was raging right then and there.
- 20:33Speaker 9: And I think when his parents decided to leave, you know,
- 20:37Speaker 9: that broke his momentum for that.
- 20:39Speaker 2: Yeah, well, it's interesting, you know, had he not killed,
- 20:45Speaker 2: his parents, gotten arrested. Who knows that this kid would
- 20:48Speaker 2: have done? Who knows who he might have killed, hurt, maimed.
- 20:51Speaker 2: Who knows what this kid might have done had he
- 20:54Speaker 2: just been left to be walking out on the streets
- 20:57Speaker 2: and be free, he should have obviously been committed someplace.
- 21:02Speaker 2: I mean, he was just a time bomb waiting to
- 21:04Speaker 2: go off, waiting to kill somebody. Just unbelievable story. The
- 21:09Speaker 2: most people have been checking into this. The most famous
- 21:13Speaker 2: murder of anybody in Hollywood, I mean, the most famous
- 21:15Speaker 2: victim murdered in Hollywood ever. Anyway, when we come back,
- 21:18Speaker 2: Bill O'Reilly will be with us and we'll talk to
- 21:20Speaker 2: him about all of this. Coming up next on seven
- 21:22Speaker 2: to ten WR Mark Simone.
- 21:26Speaker 1: Come on a seventen WR.
- 21:30Speaker 2: Well Bill O'Reilly, the number one TV anchor for decades,
- 21:33Speaker 2: the number one best selling non fiction author on Earth. Hey,
- 21:36Speaker 2: by the way, if you're looking for Christmas presents, his
- 21:38Speaker 2: books Great Idea Book is a Great Christmas Present, and
- 21:41Speaker 2: his big best sellers. You can get everything at billo'reilly
- 21:45Speaker 2: dot com. Also, you can get his TV show, The
- 21:50Speaker 2: Column Everything, and make sure you check out his YouTube channel.
- 21:52Speaker 2: A lot of good stuff there, Bill O'Reilly, how you doing?
- 21:56Speaker 4: You know I'm wrapping presents that well.
- 22:02Speaker 2: Don't you get them wrapped at the store, don't. Don't
- 22:04Speaker 2: you get him.
- 22:06Speaker 4: I'm not rapping. I actually hired people to do that
- 22:10Speaker 4: because I can't wrap anyway. Even if I could wrap,
- 22:13Speaker 4: I can't wrap. But you know, it's a crazy time,
- 22:17Speaker 4: as you know. This is uh our last chat I
- 22:20Speaker 4: think before Christmas and New Yeah right, yeah, so you know,
- 22:24Speaker 4: anywhere fun.
- 22:25Speaker 2: I don't know. I haven't decided yet.
- 22:27Speaker 4: Oh last minute kind of guy.
- 22:29Speaker 2: Definitely always so, well will you be around Christmas? You're
- 22:34Speaker 2: going away here?
- 22:35Speaker 4: Yeah, I like to stay in the area. You know.
- 22:39Speaker 4: That's a tradition for my family, Uh in Levittown, and
- 22:44Speaker 4: we had great Christmases there when I was growing up.
- 22:48Speaker 4: Everybody in the neighborhood got together and it was a
- 22:52Speaker 4: much lighter time and history than it is now. Uh,
- 22:56Speaker 4: that's for sure. But I've kind of extended that and
- 23:01Speaker 4: we'll be on Long Island and hopefully everybody will be happy.
- 23:06Speaker 2: Yeah. Hey, I mean your Message of the day. You
- 23:10Speaker 2: go to Bill O'Reilly dot com every day there's a
- 23:12Speaker 2: message of the day. But you're talking about Trump you've
- 23:15Speaker 2: known forever. I've known this guy from millions a year.
- 23:17Speaker 2: I just got used to it. I think you haven't
- 23:19Speaker 2: gotten used to it yet, because you said I don't
- 23:21Speaker 2: understand why he likes to walk on the wild side.
- 23:24Speaker 2: That's him, that's part of him.
- 23:27Speaker 4: Yeah, but there's a calculation that you have to make.
- 23:30Speaker 4: And I think the President made a mistake with the
- 23:34Speaker 4: Rob Ryaner stuff and not so much a Vanity Fair
- 23:38Speaker 4: stuff it was. That was just a foolish move. Why boy,
- 23:41Speaker 4: and why not give the time to Mark Simon or
- 23:44Speaker 4: Bill O'Reilly. You know who's going to give you a
- 23:47Speaker 4: fair assessment. Why do you want to go to Vanity
- 23:50Speaker 4: Fair out in Hollywood where they all hate you and
- 23:53Speaker 4: you know they're not going to write anything good about you.
- 23:56Speaker 4: I don't understand that. But there comes a point, and
- 24:02Speaker 4: I know this to be true, where Donald Trump wants
- 24:06Speaker 4: his legacy in history to be cemented in a positive way.
- 24:11Speaker 4: And he has got an amazing story to tell. Nobody's
- 24:15Speaker 4: ever done what he's done as far as getting elected,
- 24:19Speaker 4: as far as trying to solve as many problems as
- 24:22Speaker 4: he's taken on. He's really got a good story to tell.
- 24:26Speaker 4: But it goes over the cliff with the Rob Reiner stuff,
- 24:30Speaker 4: and that is yes, you're correct, he's playing buoyant. He's
- 24:34Speaker 4: going to say he wants to say, and all that
- 24:37Speaker 4: has worked for him. It has all worked for him.
- 24:42Speaker 4: But now he's in a different stage of his life.
- 24:47Speaker 4: That's what I'm trying to get across when we speak. Now,
- 24:50Speaker 4: you've got to start cementing your legacy, and the first
- 24:54Speaker 4: step to that is winning the midterm elections next year.
- 24:57Speaker 4: If you lose, your legacy is going to be don Yeah.
- 25:01Speaker 2: Well, of course, you're one hundred percent right, totally right.
- 25:05Speaker 2: But again, I've known the guy for millions of years
- 25:07Speaker 2: and I've been hearing people say this forever and I
- 25:10Speaker 2: can't tell you why, but this is what he does.
- 25:13Speaker 2: He enjoys it. It's like when you see a normal,
- 25:15Speaker 2: distinguished guy and every night he goes out and gets
- 25:17Speaker 2: drunk out of his mind. Why does he do it?
- 25:19Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 25:19Speaker 4: I mean this is you know. Look, Trump likes the action. Yeah, okay,
- 25:26Speaker 4: he likes just like somebody goes to casino. He's been
- 25:30Speaker 4: in fifteen football games. He likes the action, and he
- 25:36Speaker 4: knows when he throws something out on social media that
- 25:41Speaker 4: the next day or two is going to be dominated
- 25:43Speaker 4: by what he says and that engages him. Absolutely true,
- 25:50Speaker 4: but there is a selective process. You're going to have
- 25:54Speaker 4: the action without hurting yourself, and that's what I'm trying
- 25:58Speaker 4: to get across.
- 25:59Speaker 2: Oh, you're right, but I've you know, It's like I
- 26:01Speaker 2: love to watch the football game and then there's a
- 26:02Speaker 2: guy next to me who bet fortune on it and
- 26:04Speaker 2: he's having an art attack during the game. I don't
- 26:07Speaker 2: know how you can enjoy that, but there are guys
- 26:09Speaker 2: that enjoy that, and that's trump you like that.
- 26:11Speaker 4: No, I mean, look, I'm not a psychiatrist. All I'm
- 26:15Speaker 4: doing is trying to say, look, and this is my
- 26:17Speaker 4: whole career, more than fifty years. And you know, I
- 26:21Speaker 4: was at immediate party. Again, I never go to these things,
- 26:24Speaker 4: but Dan abrams through it and he's a good guy,
- 26:27Speaker 4: and so I did go. And you know, I'm the icon, No,
- 26:31Speaker 4: a last man standing, five year old, fifty years in
- 26:36Speaker 4: this business and the reason I've lasted so long and
- 26:40Speaker 4: continue to do well is because i want the best
- 26:46Speaker 4: for the country. That is what I do. And I
- 26:53Speaker 4: clearly spell out why I say what I say, and
- 26:59Speaker 4: I think that Donald Trump has been a very good
- 27:02Speaker 4: president policy wise, you know, and I understand his anger
- 27:07Speaker 4: because the same thing happened to me at a much
- 27:09Speaker 4: more limited thing. But I've been attacked, you know, thirty
- 27:14Speaker 4: out of the fifty years, the first twenty were being
- 27:16Speaker 4: a reporter. So I was attack being a reporter once
- 27:19Speaker 4: I came into the news analysis area and my family, me, everybody,
- 27:25Speaker 4: and you are furious when that happens, and bitter, and
- 27:30Speaker 4: that is what Donald Trump is consumed by these people.
- 27:35Speaker 4: Just yesterday, the Grass Leaders Center from Iowa puts out
- 27:41Speaker 4: that there's no probable cause to raid my a lago
- 27:44Speaker 4: for the top secret documents. Then he did it anyway,
- 27:49Speaker 4: and nobody will be held to account. Well, he drives
- 27:53Speaker 4: Trump nuts, and it should. He's a human being. I
- 27:58Speaker 4: got a list of people that I'd like to visit
- 28:01Speaker 4: and I wouldn't be bringing Christmas presents to him, but
- 28:05Speaker 4: I'm a little bit more restrained.
- 28:08Speaker 2: Well, but that's you, and you've always done a great show.
- 28:11Speaker 2: You don't cross the limb. But there I've seen other hosts,
- 28:13Speaker 2: and you know who some of them are. They've always
- 28:15Speaker 2: got to cross the line. They've always got to do
- 28:17Speaker 2: something outrageous. They've always got to get in a little trouble.
- 28:20Speaker 2: They enjoy it, but.
- 28:21Speaker 4: That's because they don't have anything else. They got to
- 28:24Speaker 4: live and die on controversy. That's when they make their money.
- 28:28Speaker 4: But Trump's got other stuff, and that's when we speak.
- 28:34Speaker 4: That's what try to across to him, because he knows that.
- 28:37Speaker 4: You know, I wrote infronting the Presidents, and I didn't
- 28:40Speaker 4: rank him, but you can clearly see which presidents were
- 28:44Speaker 4: successful and which presidents weren't. And then Trump inherent's the
- 28:48Speaker 4: second worst president in our history. Joe Biden, all of
- 28:52Speaker 4: that mess he has to deal with, and he's dealt
- 28:55Speaker 4: with it pretty effectively. But you really need Rob Reiner.
- 28:59Speaker 4: You don't. You can be in the action without hurting yourself.
- 29:06Speaker 4: That is my message.
- 29:07Speaker 2: That's a good message, but it's not him. The only
- 29:10Speaker 2: guy I've ever seen change maybe Howard Stern, who was,
- 29:14Speaker 2: you know, always getting himself into trouble and then a
- 29:16Speaker 2: couple of years ago decided, I'm gonna clean all that up,
- 29:18Speaker 2: I'm gonna be woke, I'm gonna be That's the only
- 29:20Speaker 2: one of those guys I've ever seen switch and actually change.
- 29:24Speaker 4: And I don't think Trump has to change, He just
- 29:28Speaker 4: has to modify a little bit. I think it would
- 29:34Speaker 4: be bad for him to change because he gets a
- 29:38Speaker 4: lot done by sheer force of personality, by just his presence.
- 29:44Speaker 4: So why would you change that. I wouldn't, But you
- 29:48Speaker 4: have a selective menu of things that you can tweet about,
- 29:53Speaker 4: and when somebody's throat is cut, I don't know if
- 29:57Speaker 4: I would go into that precinct.
- 30:00Speaker 2: No, of course I wouldn't either. But and he should modify,
- 30:03Speaker 2: but let's not hold our breath waiting for it. I
- 30:07Speaker 2: don't think it's God.
- 30:08Speaker 4: Look, it's not my job to be his campaign manager.
- 30:12Speaker 4: I'm not Colonel Tom Parker with hols Okay. I'm looking
- 30:17Speaker 4: out for the country. And he's a strong president who's
- 30:22Speaker 4: done a lot of good and a lot of Americans
- 30:25Speaker 4: will never admit it because they believe what they want
- 30:27Speaker 4: to believe. But he has. He's brought a lot of
- 30:34Speaker 4: different approaches to solving problems and has been successful more
- 30:39Speaker 4: than he's not been successful. So you don't want to
- 30:43Speaker 4: blunt that. I don't think like creating unnecessary barriers for yourself.
- 30:51Speaker 4: But you're right, I mean again, I mean I can
- 30:54Speaker 4: only do what I can do. I can talk to
- 30:57Speaker 4: guys like you. I can do the no spin news
- 31:00Speaker 4: as I can go on news Nation. I can write
- 31:02Speaker 4: my books. I can't do any more than that. But
- 31:06Speaker 4: I am I have to tell the truth. I'm compelled
- 31:10Speaker 4: to tell it, and that I think has worked for me.
- 31:15Speaker 2: Well again, you're not wrong, You're not wrong. But it's
- 31:19Speaker 2: always going to be this way with him. Hey, by
- 31:21Speaker 2: the way, Christmas book is a great Christmas present. You
- 31:25Speaker 2: don't have to go in the store and look for
- 31:27Speaker 2: a book is a perfect present people.
- 31:29Speaker 4: Yeah, you know, life in this very troubling age where
- 31:33Speaker 4: evil seems to be overwhelming us, people need to know
- 31:38Speaker 4: about how it assembles, how it gains power, and how
- 31:44Speaker 4: what you can do as a human being a good
- 31:46Speaker 4: person to mitigate it. Because as much as evil in
- 31:50Speaker 4: a Bondai Beach or Brown University, it's in your neighborhood
- 31:56Speaker 4: and sometimes in your own family, as the Whiners found out,
- 32:00Speaker 4: And when you see it, you can't turn away. That's
- 32:03Speaker 4: the theme of the book. But what I've done is
- 32:06Speaker 4: to save people money, because I know money is tight
- 32:09Speaker 4: with the insurance payments you got to make and we
- 32:12Speaker 4: all have to make, and the food I put all
- 32:14Speaker 4: my books together, fifteen of them, thirteen killing, two Confronting
- 32:20Speaker 4: for a very very reasonable price on Bill O'Reilly dot com.
- 32:24Speaker 4: You get those books away as presents. You will save
- 32:27Speaker 4: yourself hundreds of dollars by doing that. And these books
- 32:31Speaker 4: are in demand. People want them. Sound like a tie
- 32:35Speaker 4: or something, you know, you give to me a tie
- 32:37Speaker 4: because in a draid of a seat again. No, so
- 32:42Speaker 4: you know, we're all we can make a lot more
- 32:44Speaker 4: money than we make, but I'm not in business to
- 32:46Speaker 4: do that. I'm in business to try, as I said,
- 32:48Speaker 4: to make the country a little bit better, a little
- 32:51Speaker 4: bit more comfortable.
- 32:52Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, it's a great Christmas visent. You get one book,
- 32:54Speaker 2: but the best deal is the fifteen best sellers, and
- 32:57Speaker 2: you got all your Christmas shopping done right there dot com,
- 33:01Speaker 2: Bill O'Reilly dot com. Well, Bill O'Reilly, we'll talk to you,
- 33:04Speaker 2: I guess in the new year. Have a great holiday
- 33:06Speaker 2: and thanks for being with us.
- 33:07Speaker 4: Yeah, you had a great people should know. Simone had
- 33:09Speaker 4: a great twenty twenty five, very strong ratings. So you
- 33:13Speaker 4: deserve your time off. I hope you have, you know,
- 33:16Speaker 4: fun and first thing twenty six we'll be back.
- 33:21Speaker 2: All right, Bill O'Reilly, thanks for being with us. Take care, Hey,
- 33:25Speaker 2: don't forget coming up at noon, Buck Sexton, Klay Travis,
- 33:28Speaker 2: great show here on seven to ten, wor, Hey, you've
- 33:32Speaker 2: got another hour to go, a lot to get to
- 33:35Speaker 2: right after the news here on seven ten wor.
- 33:39Speaker 1: Mister New York Mark Simone on wr.
- 33:45Speaker 2: Hey, Well, there's a lot going on the video of
- 33:50Speaker 2: the Narco terrorist boats being attacked. You know you've seen
- 33:54Speaker 2: the video of the bomb hitting the boat. Democrats stilt
- 34:00Speaker 2: to convinced people, Well, there were fishing boats. You can
- 34:02Speaker 2: always tell a fishing boat. You don't have to be
- 34:05Speaker 2: Columbo to figure it out. You can tell it's a
- 34:07Speaker 2: fishing boat when it has fishing equipment on it. You
- 34:11Speaker 2: can tell it's a Narco terrorist boat when it's got
- 34:14Speaker 2: fifty oil drums of chemicals on it. That's not a
- 34:17Speaker 2: fishing boat. You can also tell a Narco terrorist boat
- 34:20Speaker 2: if you've seen the pictures of these boats. Six outboard engines,
- 34:26Speaker 2: big high speed, big huge outboard Sometimes you see two
- 34:30Speaker 2: on a boat or three. When you see six outboard engines.
- 34:34Speaker 2: That so it can go one hundred and forty miles
- 34:36Speaker 2: an hour through the water in the middle of the night.
- 34:39Speaker 2: Fishermen don't go one hundred and forty miles an hour
- 34:42Speaker 2: through the water in the middle of the night. So
- 34:44Speaker 2: narco terrorist boats. The video shows them being blown up.
- 34:49Speaker 2: Now there was a second shot, a third shot, and
- 34:53Speaker 2: it killed all the people. When you make the decision
- 34:57Speaker 2: to blow up these boats, and they had those JA
- 35:00Speaker 2: officers with them. These are the legal lawyers, these military lawyers,
- 35:04Speaker 2: making the decisions, and they told them this is perfectly legal.
- 35:09Speaker 2: Blow up the boats. And the reason you fly over
- 35:13Speaker 2: the boat and drop these bombs is to destroy the
- 35:16Speaker 2: boat and kill everybody on it. That's the mission. So
- 35:20Speaker 2: why would there be a controversy over firing a second shot?
- 35:23Speaker 2: In most cases, that first bomb just obliterates the boat
- 35:29Speaker 2: and kills everybody. Sometimes you need a second shot. But
- 35:32Speaker 2: what normal, sane, rational person would say, well, one bomb,
- 35:37Speaker 2: that's okay, second bomb that's getting a little pushy. Of
- 35:40Speaker 2: course you can bomb it again. But fake news and
- 35:44Speaker 2: Democrats have to make a controversy out of anything. Why
- 35:47Speaker 2: did they have to fire that second shot? You know,
- 35:50Speaker 2: it's like saying to a mob guy, oh, one bullet
- 35:52Speaker 2: in the head, Okay, I could see that too. That
- 35:55Speaker 2: was excessive. So they want this video released. I guess
- 35:58Speaker 2: because they think it'll look gruesome or something.
- 36:03Speaker 10: You know.
- 36:03Speaker 2: The problem is people like seeing narco terrorist boats filled
- 36:08Speaker 2: with drugs blown up. They like that. And remember I
- 36:12Speaker 2: mentioned last hour in Washington they used the Green Bay
- 36:15Speaker 2: diner test. If you went to Green Bay, Wisconsin into
- 36:18Speaker 2: a diner, would people before this or against this? Would
- 36:21Speaker 2: they be talking about it? Yeah, if you go anywhere
- 36:24Speaker 2: in America, anywhere, you can go up to New Hampshire,
- 36:27Speaker 2: anywhere in America, Colorado. A lot of these people have
- 36:30Speaker 2: seen friends, family members, They've seen people have their lives
- 36:35Speaker 2: ruined by drugs. So they'd like to see the flow
- 36:38Speaker 2: of drugs stop. And if this helps, obviously it would.
- 36:42Speaker 2: If there's a boatload of massive amount of drugs coming
- 36:45Speaker 2: on a boat and you blew it up and took
- 36:48Speaker 2: it out and stopped it from coming to America, people
- 36:50Speaker 2: love that. But Democrats still can't get this through their head.
- 36:55Speaker 2: They're still trying to make a controversy over it. So
- 36:57Speaker 2: Pete Hagsith announced they're not going to release anymore video.
- 37:00Speaker 2: You can see the first shot, and I understand that.
- 37:04Speaker 2: You know, sometimes they release a video of a bombing
- 37:07Speaker 2: mission or something in war. But they don't release every
- 37:10Speaker 2: second of everything. They just don't do it. HEXA explains,
- 37:13Speaker 2: they're not going to release anything, and.
- 37:14Speaker 11: Keeping with long standing Department of War policy, Department of
- 37:17Speaker 11: Defense policy, of course, we're not going to release a
- 37:20Speaker 11: top secret, full unedited video of that to the general public.
- 37:25Speaker 2: Okay, that makes sense, makes sense. Hey, By the way,
- 37:28Speaker 2: hexsth's been doing a great job. You know, they keep
- 37:30Speaker 2: trying to drill this into your head. You know, they
- 37:33Speaker 2: make up some fake thing and then just try to
- 37:35Speaker 2: drill it into your head. This is the way that
- 37:37Speaker 2: propaganda works, you know, especially that Soviet style stuff. Just
- 37:40Speaker 2: repeat it over and over and over and over and
- 37:43Speaker 2: over and over, just keep repeating it day and night
- 37:45Speaker 2: for weeks until everybody believes it. So if you watch
- 37:49Speaker 2: fake news, even the Sunday shows, top officials, big Democratic leaders,
- 37:54Speaker 2: so on the Sunday shows with that same hex of
- 37:57Speaker 2: this the least most Unqualifiedcondary Defense ever, the single most
- 38:02Speaker 2: unqualified secretary of They kept repeating that till people believe it,
- 38:07Speaker 2: and the anchors are totally corrupt. Not one of them
- 38:10Speaker 2: jumped in and said, well, wait a minute, he's got
- 38:12Speaker 2: a lot of military on his resume big military background.
- 38:17Speaker 2: We've had plenty of secretaries of Defense with no military
- 38:21Speaker 2: experience with Chuck Hagel was just a congressman. Les Aspen
- 38:25Speaker 2: was a college professor when he became secretary. We've had
- 38:27Speaker 2: plenty of plenty of secretaries of Defense with a lot
- 38:31Speaker 2: less experience than Pete Hexit. And if you just look
- 38:34Speaker 2: at the record, Hexath has been actually pretty successful as
- 38:38Speaker 2: a Secretary of Defense. His military operations have been highly successful,
- 38:44Speaker 2: from the bombing of the nuclear reactor in Iran, even
- 38:47Speaker 2: that seizing the big, big big tanker, oil tanker, whatever
- 38:52Speaker 2: that was in the Remember that video of the helicopters
- 38:56Speaker 2: over at the Navy seals repelling down seizing that big
- 38:59Speaker 2: tank I mean, there's these are pretty successful military operations.
- 39:04Speaker 2: Isn't that one failure Secretary of Defense? But they want
- 39:09Speaker 2: that video and here comes the cheap, hustling, pandering, low,
- 39:14Speaker 2: low end, cheap politician, Chuck Schumer.
- 39:17Speaker 12: Every Senator is entitled to see it if there is
- 39:21Speaker 12: no problem with sources and methods, because the senators will
- 39:26Speaker 12: see it in the skiff. I also believe that every
- 39:29Speaker 12: American should see an appropriate version of this.
- 39:34Speaker 2: What the hell is he talking about you got to
- 39:37Speaker 2: see this video. Hey, guy went out, he paid who
- 39:40Speaker 2: knows how much he paid for those big, big new glasses.
- 39:43Speaker 2: Let them see the video. They have said they will
- 39:46Speaker 2: show the video to ranking members of Congress, the committees
- 39:49Speaker 2: that need to see them, they'll see it. Okay, well
- 39:51Speaker 2: that's good enough for me. Hey, there's a Milania film
- 39:55Speaker 2: coming out. It's a big documentary about Malania. She's been
- 39:58Speaker 2: a part of it, involved, did it. You know. They
- 40:02Speaker 2: obviously have Trump derangement syndrome, so they never cover the
- 40:06Speaker 2: first lady. If you're the first lady in the United States,
- 40:09Speaker 2: if you're Laura Bush, if you're a Jill Biden, excuse me,
- 40:13Speaker 2: doctor Jill Biden. But Laura Bush is a good example
- 40:16Speaker 2: of a very nice woman. Didn't do much of anything,
- 40:18Speaker 2: was basically just a housewife. Michelle Obama the same thing,
- 40:22Speaker 2: just a housewife, didn't really do anything, didn't have any
- 40:25Speaker 2: sort of job or career or anything. Housewife like Laura Bush.
- 40:29Speaker 2: But boy did they get coverage. It'd be on magazine covers,
- 40:34Speaker 2: big profiles, articles that come interviewed, Why don't you give
- 40:37Speaker 2: us a tour of the White House and tell us
- 40:39Speaker 2: about your kids and it's wonderful, glowing profiles. Milania Trump
- 40:44Speaker 2: nothing nothing, no mention. She's actually the best looking first
- 40:50Speaker 2: Lady ever because she's the only fashion model professional model
- 40:55Speaker 2: that ever became a first lady. So she'd be perfect
- 40:59Speaker 2: for magazine cover. But no magazine covers the average looking
- 41:05Speaker 2: Delaware housewife Jill Biden thousand magazine covers the gorgeous Milania Trump.
- 41:10Speaker 2: Nothing no magazine covers. So they've decided to do it themselves.
- 41:14Speaker 2: They've made a documentary about Milania, what she does, how
- 41:17Speaker 2: she carries herself, and hey, give her credit, she's raised
- 41:21Speaker 2: a wonderful son. So the documentary will be released soon,
- 41:25Speaker 2: first in theaters and then streaming. It looks pretty good.
- 41:28Speaker 2: They put the trailer out, you can find it online.
- 41:30Speaker 2: Looks excellent. I think it'll do very well. Hey, Brown University,
- 41:38Speaker 2: it's a terrible situation. And Brown University's one of these
- 41:42Speaker 2: Ivy League, very very expensive. You pay eighty thousand a
- 41:46Speaker 2: year in tuition. It looks like it's a badly run place.
- 41:50Speaker 2: They have a security director who probably isn't the best qualified.
- 41:56Speaker 2: He's got a long resume of being a college campus
- 42:00Speaker 2: security guy. But you know, usually you want an ex
- 42:02Speaker 2: police guy x FBI, a guy with the real serious
- 42:06Speaker 2: professional law enforcement skills. They didn't have that. And for
- 42:10Speaker 2: paying all this money, I mean, you're paying a fortune
- 42:13Speaker 2: to go to Brown. They don't seem to have an
- 42:16Speaker 2: adequate security system. They can't find any real video of
- 42:20Speaker 2: this guy. You know, they got the one it's like
- 42:23Speaker 2: an Amazon ring video from two blocks away of the guy.
- 42:27Speaker 2: But this campus apparently wasn't equipped with surveillance cameras any
- 42:32Speaker 2: just small business, A lot of houses have more surveillance
- 42:35Speaker 2: video than this campus had really inadequate stuff. Total lack
- 42:40Speaker 2: of security cameras, and that's one reason they can't find
- 42:42Speaker 2: the shooter. Disaster makes Brown look very very bad, you know.
- 42:47Speaker 2: And it's interesting when they cover the victims of a shooting.
- 42:51Speaker 2: You notice you've seen no mention, no mention of the
- 42:56Speaker 2: people that were shot at Brown. Well, one of the
- 42:58Speaker 2: reasons is they're conservatives. One of them, a female student
- 43:02Speaker 2: who's apparently very very impressive, was the head of the
- 43:05Speaker 2: Republican club. They're a conservative. People really admired her. But
- 43:10Speaker 2: you'll notice you'll see no mention of her. You're not
- 43:13Speaker 2: going to cover her, not going to mention her, just
- 43:18Speaker 2: covering up who the victims were. Just horrible situation. So
- 43:21Speaker 2: you got that terrible Australia situation, anti Semitic, it was
- 43:25Speaker 2: a Muslim terrorist attack. And then yesterday in New York
- 43:29Speaker 2: you've got this very disturbing anti Semitic attack new York subways.
- 43:36Speaker 2: A group of eight boys, young Jewish men, heading back
- 43:39Speaker 2: to the Lebavich headquarters in Brooklyn from Mahonka Celebration Union
- 43:43Speaker 2: Square Orthodox and they're on the train and two, I
- 43:49Speaker 2: don't think that they don't appear to be Muslim, but
- 43:51Speaker 2: they just appear to be ugly anti Semitic bigots, hurling
- 43:55Speaker 2: slurs at them. One of them yell killed the Jews.
- 43:59Speaker 2: The Jews, I mean, just the worst, most disgusting thing.
- 44:03Speaker 2: Somebody took out a phone and started video recording, and
- 44:08Speaker 2: then that aggravated the whole situation and they went nuts.
- 44:11Speaker 2: One of the aggressors grabbed one of the Jewish boys
- 44:14Speaker 2: by the collar of the coat. This is absolutely disgusting stuff.
- 44:18Speaker 2: The NYPD apparently has access to all kinds of video
- 44:21Speaker 2: from the train cars, the train stations. Hopefully they'll identify
- 44:24Speaker 2: these guys very soon and really, really really give them
- 44:31Speaker 2: the maximum consequences from the justice system. Unfortunately, got Alvin
- 44:35Speaker 2: Bragg and left wing kooks running this. But the MTA
- 44:41Speaker 2: chair Jano Lieber, is usually a bad guy. But hopefully
- 44:44Speaker 2: they'll do the right thing here. Got a good police commissioner.
- 44:47Speaker 2: Hopefully these guys get the maximum sentence. There's more and
- 44:51Speaker 2: more of these incidents. It's really frightening stuff. You remember
- 44:54Speaker 2: Biden and the Democrats made up a whole fake story
- 44:56Speaker 2: about the greatest threat as white supremacists. He has seen
- 45:00Speaker 2: a white supremacist in New York and not this commissioner.
- 45:04Speaker 2: Previous commissioner said, he checked the record. He said, they've
- 45:08Speaker 2: never encountered a white supremacist anywhere. But this is the
- 45:11Speaker 2: real threat. It's not the white supremacist, it's this anti
- 45:14Speaker 2: semitic crap. You got to hunt these guys down and really, really,
- 45:18Speaker 2: really go after them. Oh now, the FBI, now all
- 45:26Speaker 2: sorts of stuff is coming out about the marl Lago raid.
- 45:29Speaker 2: Senator Grassley Chuck Grassley, Iowa, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee,
- 45:34Speaker 2: has posted on x He's released emails that have been discovered.
- 45:39Speaker 2: The FBI itself did not believe there was any reason
- 45:42Speaker 2: for a mar A Lago raid. They said they did
- 45:44Speaker 2: not have probable cause. Is the Archives department that keeps
- 45:50Speaker 2: track of these documents. One idiot in the department was
- 45:52Speaker 2: saying he believed maybe there were classified documents at mar
- 45:56Speaker 2: A Lago and he did turn out to be wrong.
- 45:58Speaker 2: There was nothing there of any consequence. And the FBI
- 46:03Speaker 2: kept saying to doj we don't have any grounds to
- 46:06Speaker 2: do a raid, but they were ordered to do a raid.
- 46:09Speaker 2: Word came down from the Biden administration, from Merrick Garland,
- 46:13Speaker 2: do the raid, and they cranked it up to ridiculous levels.
- 46:18Speaker 2: They put on lights and sirens, swarm the complex. Merrick
- 46:22Speaker 2: Garland gave them the order to use deadly force. Can
- 46:26Speaker 2: you imagine this, You've been to mar A Lago. It's
- 46:28Speaker 2: a one hundred old ladies in there going howe. Yeah,
- 46:31Speaker 2: it's just these old ladies wandering around looking for a
- 46:34Speaker 2: celebrity to take pictures. If you imagine authorizing deadly force.
- 46:38Speaker 2: They also authorize them to go in the master bedroom,
- 46:40Speaker 2: going Malania's room. They sent a professional safe cracker with
- 46:45Speaker 2: him to open every safe in the place. They do that,
- 46:49Speaker 2: by the way, you know when there's a raid. A
- 46:51Speaker 2: really good rating team. When they raid a place, a
- 46:54Speaker 2: business or something, they'll say open that say the guy
- 46:57Speaker 2: will say, he'll lie, Oh, I don't have the combinations.
- 47:00Speaker 2: We'll just turn to a guy and say you open it.
- 47:02Speaker 2: It's a professional safecracker they bring with them. But this
- 47:07Speaker 2: is going to result, I think in criminal charges. You
- 47:09Speaker 2: may even see Merrick Garland charge criminally. This is really
- 47:12Speaker 2: sleazy stuff. Now why would you open the safes? Well,
- 47:17Speaker 2: the documents might be in there. Well, if you look
- 47:19Speaker 2: at the Merrick Garland Joe Biden Justice Department original statements,
- 47:24Speaker 2: why do the raid? They said we were worried there
- 47:27Speaker 2: were documents and they were not being held securely. They
- 47:31Speaker 2: were just in boxes out in the open. Well, if
- 47:33Speaker 2: they're in a safe, locked up, then their whole purpose
- 47:36Speaker 2: is defeated. So this is going to result in somebody
- 47:39Speaker 2: getting charged criminal charges and they will be justified. Hey,
- 47:46Speaker 2: we'll take some calls in a moment. Eight hundred three
- 47:48Speaker 2: to two one zero seven ten is the number. Eight
- 47:51Speaker 2: hundred three to two one zero seven to ten, New York.
- 47:57Speaker 4: Mar Simone wor.
- 48:00Speaker 2: Hey, we'll take some calls. Eight hundred three two one
- 48:04Speaker 2: zero seven ten is the number. You know you're gonna
- 48:07Speaker 2: miss s Eric Adams. You get mom, Donny. I know
- 48:11Speaker 2: Adams wasn't so hot, but the last year is pretty good,
- 48:14Speaker 2: and he's been speaking out a lot about the tear.
- 48:17Speaker 2: We just talked about this horrible anti Semitic attack, but
- 48:20Speaker 2: he said when he leaves, he'll still be a voice,
- 48:23Speaker 2: and that's one of the causes he'll fight for it.
- 48:25Speaker 13: It is time for you to ask your friends that
- 48:28Speaker 13: you have been there for. Where are they now? Where
- 48:32Speaker 13: are they now? You can't be neutral in this conversation.
- 48:37Speaker 13: You cannot be a detect spectator watching these horrific actions
- 48:42Speaker 13: take place every day.
- 48:43Speaker 2: You're talking about these anti Semitica attacks.
- 48:45Speaker 13: And so we are days away from the conclusion of
- 48:50Speaker 13: this administration. But the end of the mailt means the
- 48:57Speaker 13: beginning of what we're going to do together. I think
- 49:01Speaker 13: this community. I thank the people of the city of
- 49:05Speaker 13: New York, thank you, and I thank all of us
- 49:10Speaker 13: for standing up for what is right. God bless us
- 49:12Speaker 13: all again.
- 49:14Speaker 2: You're gonna miss him. He had a pretty good year
- 49:16Speaker 2: this past year. If you could have started being good
- 49:19Speaker 2: the first year, it might have made a big difference.
- 49:21Speaker 2: He might have been reelected. Anyway, let's go to Adam
- 49:24Speaker 2: in New Jersey. Adam, how you doing?
- 49:27Speaker 4: Mark?
- 49:28Speaker 14: Listen, you got a little bit of a mistakes going
- 49:32Speaker 14: on there because mister Heckset is no longer the Secretary
- 49:36Speaker 14: of Defense. He's the Secretary of War. You know what
- 49:39Speaker 14: I mean.
- 49:39Speaker 2: All Right, thanks for clearing it up. Let's go to
- 49:42Speaker 2: Dennis in Boundbrook, New Jersey. Dennis, how are you doing?
- 49:45Speaker 10: Good morning, Mark. Today the New York Times ran a headline,
- 49:48Speaker 10: white hose, white house spins a rise in the unemployment rate.
- 49:52Speaker 10: It went from four point four to four point six, Mark,
- 49:56Speaker 10: those numbers are such a hoax. Thousands of people and
- 49:59Speaker 10: I was one of them, all across the country. They
- 50:01Speaker 10: make estimates on these things. It probably, you know, within
- 50:04Speaker 10: the twenty percent of terms of being accuracy, but it's
- 50:07Speaker 10: a big deal. There's spinning it four point four to.
- 50:10Speaker 2: The New York Times spinning something. Oh, that's not the
- 50:13Speaker 2: New York Times. I know. I can't believe they would
- 50:16Speaker 2: destroy anything. Oh the New York Times. No, they're so objective.
- 50:21Speaker 2: I can't imagine them spinning not kidding, the most corrupt,
- 50:25Speaker 2: awful newspaper in the world. You know, that's part of
- 50:29Speaker 2: what I think you might hear in the president's speech
- 50:31Speaker 2: tonight at nine o'clock you will address the nation. Hopefully
- 50:34Speaker 2: everybody carries it. We will. But I think he's going
- 50:38Speaker 2: to try to correct a lot of these myths about
- 50:41Speaker 2: this fake affordability crisis. There is to a certain extent
- 50:44Speaker 2: of crisis, some affordability problems. You can't say it's a
- 50:48Speaker 2: crisis because it was much worse last year, far worse
- 50:52Speaker 2: the year before, so it's gotten a lot better. I
- 50:54Speaker 2: think that takes the crisis label off it. And one
- 50:58Speaker 2: of the things he'll point out is the creation under
- 51:01Speaker 2: Trump is private sector jobs. Whenever it was job creation
- 51:05Speaker 2: or job numbers went up under Biden, it was government jobs,
- 51:09Speaker 2: just bloating up the government. But this is all private
- 51:13Speaker 2: sector jobs, which is what you want. Let's go to
- 51:16Speaker 2: Tony in White Plains. Tony, how you doing ta?
- 51:19Speaker 15: Good morning, Mark, Mark Mark. When I was a kid,
- 51:21Speaker 15: it was a long time ago. On a weekends, I'd
- 51:24Speaker 15: go with my mother and father to visit my aunts
- 51:26Speaker 15: and uncles Joe, their brothers and sisters. And my father
- 51:29Speaker 15: would get there and he knock on the door and
- 51:30Speaker 15: say who was it, And my father say, FBI, let
- 51:34Speaker 15: me in, and would go in and everybody would laugh.
- 51:36Speaker 15: It was like a big joke.
- 51:37Speaker 2: Well, I got to be honest, not the funniest thing
- 51:41Speaker 2: I've ever heard.
- 51:42Speaker 15: No, I mean every every day, every day is a
- 51:44Speaker 15: new investigation, a new prob of this and that, and
- 51:47Speaker 15: it goes nowhere. These sobs get away with murder.
- 51:50Speaker 4: I want to see people go to jail.
- 51:52Speaker 2: Well, all right, you might, you just might. I don't know.
- 51:55Speaker 2: It's you know, the problem is, wherever these things seemed
- 52:00Speaker 2: to come up, Letitia James, it's always in a jurisdiction
- 52:02Speaker 2: where it's heavily democratic. They hate Trump. Trump derangement syndrome
- 52:06Speaker 2: takes over. But you got to keep at it. You know,
- 52:11Speaker 2: Trump is not a vindictive guy. He's not a guy
- 52:13Speaker 2: who generally looks for revenge or anything. You saw that
- 52:16Speaker 2: in the first term he had vowed he would go
- 52:18Speaker 2: after Hillary Clinton appoint a special prosecutor. And then the
- 52:22Speaker 2: first term he gets elected, they say what happened to
- 52:24Speaker 2: the special prosecutor? He said, nah, I don't want to
- 52:26Speaker 2: hurt them. It just wasn't his nature. But in between
- 52:30Speaker 2: that first and second term, they used lawful fair against him.
- 52:34Speaker 2: They put him on trial in four different cities. You
- 52:37Speaker 2: know what it's like to be on criminal trial in
- 52:40Speaker 2: a courtroom. You imagine that. Imagine if you had four
- 52:45Speaker 2: of them going at once in four different cities, what
- 52:48Speaker 2: that would do to you. So when he came back
- 52:49Speaker 2: here was a whole different Trump. He will go after
- 52:52Speaker 2: these guys, and it's not just revenge, it's also you
- 52:56Speaker 2: got to put a stop to this. If any administration
- 53:00Speaker 2: ever is going to engage in law fair, if they
- 53:06Speaker 2: don't think they're going to face consequences, they're getting end
- 53:08Speaker 2: up tried themselves, they'll keep doing it. So the only
- 53:10Speaker 2: way to deter it is to go after them and
- 53:14Speaker 2: hopefully try to put somebody. You're right, somebody's got to
- 53:17Speaker 2: go to jail for this. You know, Komi was so
- 53:19Speaker 2: disgusting with his surveillance on Trump, with his Russia hoax,
- 53:23Speaker 2: with all the it's got to be consequences for this,
- 53:26Speaker 2: So hopefully he'll keep at it. Now it turns out
- 53:29Speaker 2: that Jack Smith raid was totally corrupt. Hopefully, hopefully they
- 53:33Speaker 2: go after Merrick Garland on this one. Let's go to
- 53:35Speaker 2: Jim in New Jersey. Jim, how you doing this is? Jeff,
- 53:40Speaker 2: It's not we've changed your name to Jim.
- 53:42Speaker 16: Oh, okay, I take that.
- 53:43Speaker 2: All right. It's gonna cost you a few bucks getting
- 53:45Speaker 2: stationary and everything changed, but.
- 53:47Speaker 16: You can do it. It's great that you know the
- 53:49Speaker 16: you know, the guy's relatives say, hey, FBI line. You
- 53:53Speaker 16: know you're right. It's not a funny joke. But let
- 53:55Speaker 16: me tell you something, Cash Betel's the biggest disappointment in
- 53:58Speaker 16: his supire administration. All right, we all look so false
- 54:01Speaker 16: for this guy to take over the FBI and do
- 54:04Speaker 16: what we all, what mega people really wanted to see done,
- 54:07Speaker 16: was to try to take the people who wanted to
- 54:10Speaker 16: lock Trump up for doing nothing, for committing no cris.
- 54:12Speaker 2: All right, all right, but it's never going to happen
- 54:14Speaker 2: in the first year. It takes a while to get
- 54:15Speaker 2: this stuff done.
- 54:16Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 54:16Speaker 16: I know he's got three years left, so but you know,
- 54:18Speaker 16: when he gets off of his hands, right.
- 54:21Speaker 2: A right, give that guy. Give the guy a chance. Hey,
- 54:23Speaker 2: Speaking of which, a word everywhere Dan Bongino, who's the
- 54:26Speaker 2: assistant FBI director, word everywhere. He's leaving. The story is
- 54:32Speaker 2: according to sources New York Times sources. But again, who
- 54:36Speaker 2: the hell would trust the New York Times. According to
- 54:38Speaker 2: New York Times, sources, Bongino has already cleaned out his office.
- 54:42Speaker 2: It's empty, it's been cleared out.
- 54:43Speaker 4: Wow.
- 54:44Speaker 2: But again New York Times sources. I wouldn't trust them
- 54:48Speaker 2: when we come back, and Culter will be with us
- 54:52Speaker 2: next on seven to ten, wore they.

- 55:15Speaker 2: sorts of stuff. Go to and Culter dot substack dot
- 55:19Speaker 2: com and culture.
- 55:20Speaker 17: How you doing funimone, I'm good.
- 55:24Speaker 2: What a week? It's been one horrible thing after another
- 55:29Speaker 2: after another.
- 55:30Speaker 17: I know, I know.
- 55:31Speaker 2: Ever meet Rob Reiner?
- 55:34Speaker 17: Yeah? I did. He was very nice to me.
- 55:37Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean I knew the guy. He was a
- 55:38Speaker 2: very warm, sweet guy. So, but when he would tweet
- 55:42Speaker 2: about Trump or whatever politics, it was checkle and hide.
- 55:45Speaker 2: It was so vile. And when he tweeted about Rush
- 55:49Speaker 2: it was so ugly. What how do you explain that
- 55:52Speaker 2: split personality?
- 55:55Speaker 17: Well, he's a liberal. I mean, they would they would
- 55:58Speaker 17: say the same thing, think about some of our tweets,
- 56:03Speaker 17: and certainly they thought the same thing about the things
- 56:06Speaker 17: I don't know Charlie Kirk was tweeting. And as for
- 56:09Speaker 17: the Rush Limbot thing, it was after Rush died and
- 56:15Speaker 17: it was, you know something about how this is a
- 56:18Speaker 17: bad person who did bad things for the country. I
- 56:21Speaker 17: think it's quite different when someone grows old and dies
- 56:25Speaker 17: of natural causes. Yes, you're not supposed to. As I recall,
- 56:28Speaker 17: Pat Buchanan wrote a sort of magnificent obituary when Justice
- 56:35Speaker 17: William Brennan died. Uh, it's quite different when the person
- 56:40Speaker 17: dies because it's a violent murder, when it's Charlie Kirk
- 56:45Speaker 17: being assassinated. When it's when it's these two Rob Reiner
- 56:51Speaker 17: and his wife being stabbed to death, having their throats
- 56:54Speaker 17: slit to say something untoored after that, I think it's
- 57:00Speaker 17: very bad.
- 57:01Speaker 2: All right. Um. Now, at Paris, France, every year it's
- 57:06Speaker 2: like bigger than New Year's even times square. A million
- 57:10Speaker 2: people come to the chausi Leise. They have an incredible
- 57:12Speaker 2: concert show. They've had to cancel it this year because
- 57:16Speaker 2: illegal migrants have completely destroyed Paris. The violence, the gangs,
- 57:20Speaker 2: they said, it's too dangerous, everybody will have to stay home.
- 57:24Speaker 2: Did you ever think you'd see that happen in Paris?
- 57:28Speaker 17: I'm thinking I still maintain our country is in a
- 57:33Speaker 17: worse situation other than the fact that, no, I don't
- 57:38Speaker 17: like what he said about Rob Reiner, other than the
- 57:42Speaker 17: fact that we have Trump as our president and Stephen
- 57:45Speaker 17: Miller as his chief of staff, I think this country
- 57:47Speaker 17: is in a much, much, much worse position. I mean,
- 57:51Speaker 17: with with with France and England, they're still about eighty
- 57:56Speaker 17: eight percent British, eighty eight percent French. They've wrecked their
- 58:02Speaker 17: country over the past ten, maybe at most twenty years.
- 58:07Speaker 17: All they have to do is throw those recent migrants out,
- 58:10Speaker 17: whereas we've been doing it since nineteen seventy. It is
- 58:15Speaker 17: deep within our culture, and I mean, all they need
- 58:19Speaker 17: is the will to do it, throw them out and
- 58:21Speaker 17: restore your culture. We need that will too. I don't
- 58:25Speaker 17: know if you saw the it's all over the internet
- 58:28Speaker 17: this Compass magazine article this week about how journalism industries,
- 58:33Speaker 17: Hollywood and academia have been so aggressively and openly engaging
- 58:38Speaker 17: in racist, anti white discrimination. Basically since Ferguson and I
- 58:46Speaker 17: was thinking of that in relation to well, not only
- 58:48Speaker 17: how much movies and streaming things, Well, it all sucks
- 58:52Speaker 17: now because they got rid of all the smart writers,
- 58:55Speaker 17: also smart showrunners, of not hiring on talent. The colleges
- 59:02Speaker 17: are are obviously a disaster, just churning out social justice
- 59:06Speaker 17: warriors by and large. I don't understand why the goods
- 59:10Speaker 17: the Red States don't don't swoop up these all these
- 59:13Speaker 17: white men who are extremely talented and being discriminated against.
- 59:18Speaker 17: I mean, that's how capitalism is supposed to work. If
- 59:20Speaker 17: you won't hire someone for illogical reasons, well your competitor will.
- 59:25Speaker 7: I think.
- 59:25Speaker 17: I think Governor DeSantis better jump on that. But the
- 59:29Speaker 17: other thing this this Compass magazine art of and I
- 59:32Speaker 17: highly recommend it to everyone. I think I'll sub second today.
- 59:35Speaker 17: It was very good, really really heavy with the numbers
- 59:40Speaker 17: and the facts and the figures. But I mean, look
- 59:43Speaker 17: at look at the brown shooting. Look at Providence, Rhode Island.
- 59:47Speaker 17: You have a school run by a woman Puerto Rican,
- 59:53Speaker 17: the chief of police, uh, the gay white male mayor. Well, yeah,
- 59:59Speaker 17: this is working great. Maybe you need to get some
- 1:00:01Speaker 17: of those competent white men in.
- 1:00:03Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: The proba of that security director. His whole resume is
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: school of security. You know, he was a patrolman in
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: a university campus. Chief of police and a university campus,
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: you really should hire a real police guy, guy with
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: real police experience, to come in and show you what
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: to do. They didn't have suriance, surveillance cameras any I mean,
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: they didn't have any of the security they should have had.
- 1:00:24Speaker 17: Well, when you're excluding forty percent, minimum forty percent of
- 1:00:28Speaker 17: the population because they're the wrong race and the wrong gender,
- 1:00:34Speaker 17: you're not going to be getting the best people.
- 1:00:37Speaker 4: It's just a fact.
- 1:00:39Speaker 17: You don't exclude people when you're looking for the absolute best.
- 1:00:44Speaker 17: The other thing that struck me about that Compass article is,
- 1:00:48Speaker 17: you know, everyone's weeping and you know I'm leaping. It's outrageous,
- 1:00:51Speaker 17: it's unconstitutional, and they're being done egregiously against destroying people's lives.
- 1:00:58Speaker 17: And that's about I think. I think men are about
- 1:01:00Speaker 17: thirty forty percent of the country. This is what conservatives
- 1:01:05Speaker 17: have been going through for far longer than you know before.
- 1:01:09Speaker 17: Ferguson in academia, in journalism, in Hollywood, Oh my gosh,
- 1:01:15Speaker 17: don't let them know you're a conservative. So okay, fine,
- 1:01:19Speaker 17: I'll leap for you liberal white men, but you might
- 1:01:22Speaker 17: want to consider that you've been doing the same thing
- 1:01:24Speaker 17: to conservatives for a lot longer.
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: So, hey, I won't be here for the next two
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: weeks taking off the age.
- 1:01:32Speaker 17: Oh that's right, Merry Christmas.
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: Christmas break. What are you going to be doing for
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: the holidays?
- 1:01:39Speaker 17: That's a good question, I think, relaxing from the Christmas party?
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: Now, these Christmas parties, I've been to six thousand them
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: in the last week and a half.
- 1:01:47Speaker 17: They yes, I saw you at once.
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: Oh that's right, Yeah, on Sunday the best one. Yeah,
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: that was a very good one. But but there should
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: be a rule. You're only allowed like one every two
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: three days. This two three a day.
- 1:02:04Speaker 17: I think that's why. That's the first thing that comes
- 1:02:06Speaker 17: to my mind. What are you going to be doing recovering?
- 1:02:09Speaker 17: You know, the last week was a little rough.
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: Yeah, and I am the healthiest eater, but forget it.
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: The last week and a half. I mean I've been
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: through ten bottles of toms. I mean it's just Hey,
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: so you mentioned the news media. It's so slanted, so biased,
- 1:02:26Speaker 2: so corrupt, and I used to think, well, what is
- 1:02:29Speaker 2: it going to go back to normal? But this is
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: like nine years of this. It's never going back to normal?
- 1:02:34Speaker 7: Is it.
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: Never going to reset?
- 1:02:41Speaker 17: That's a good question. I remember asking people, I know
- 1:02:45Speaker 17: what the New York Times who you know, admitted that
- 1:02:48Speaker 17: they had lost their minds with Trump and I and
- 1:02:52Speaker 17: I asked you, once Trump is gone this is this
- 1:02:54Speaker 17: is when he was out of office during Biden or
- 1:02:57Speaker 17: maybe in anticipation of that, are you guys can go
- 1:03:01Speaker 17: back to normal and just be be normal. I thought
- 1:03:05Speaker 17: it was abnormal before, but you know, liberals but not liars,
- 1:03:11Speaker 17: not not this this These run off on these crazy
- 1:03:16Speaker 17: conspiracy theories like Russian collusion, and they seem to think so.
- 1:03:22Speaker 17: I don't think we have really gotten back to that.
- 1:03:25Speaker 17: And of course that's that's also a function of the
- 1:03:28Speaker 17: de I uh, the DEI stuff, which wow, the New
- 1:03:32Speaker 17: York Times went into hole hoog.
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: Yeah, well we're out of time. But hey, and Culture's
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: books are big best sellers. Great books make excellent Christmas presents.
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: Go to Amazon do your Christmas shopping. A book is
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: a great present for somebody and christ. You can follow

- 1:04:01Speaker 2: dot com. So actually, the next time I talk to you
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: will be three weeks from today, first week of January.
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: We'll talk.
- 1:04:08Speaker 17: Oh, so I'll talk to you next.
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: Year, next year. All right, well and Culter.
- 1:04:12Speaker 17: Thanks, you have a merry Christmas.
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: Mark Simone, you too, and we'll talk again soon. Thanks
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: for being with us.
- 1:04:18Speaker 17: Okay, buy hey.
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: No forget coming up at noon, Buck Sexton and Clay Travis.
- 1:04:22Speaker 2: That's a very good show every day at twelve. Then
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: at three o'clock you got the most listened to radio
- 1:04:28Speaker 2: show in America, Sean Hannity. Oh, actually next week I'm
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: filling in for Sean one day. I think it's Tuesday,
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: so I'll be on next Tuesday. And then at six
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: you got Jesse Kelly and a great show every night
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: at nine o'clock Jimmy Fayla. You'll love his show. It's interesting, funny,
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: it's great every night nine to midnight. Right here on
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: seven to ten. Woer.
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: If you're listening to Mark on the iHeartRadio app, save
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: time and tap the breset button. Now now back to
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: the Mark Simone Show on wo.
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: Well, hey, later today well, noon at nine o'clock in California.
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: A little later today, you should see Nick Reiner actually
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: come to court and be formally charged. It didn't happen
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: yesterday procedural reasons, he didn't have a medical clearance. Or
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: we'll see if they pull it off today. Remember it's
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: Los Angeles where everything is a mess. Everything is crazy
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: there with the police, with the courts, with the judges.
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: You remember the oj trial. What are shambles that was,
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: so you may see the same thing here. Remember Robert Blake,
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: and I mean, it's very difficult to convict anybody of
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: anything in Los Angeles. So we'll see what happens. I'll
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: be back tomorrow ten to noon. That'll be the last
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: show before the Christmas break, but i'll be back tomorrow ten.
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: Talk to you then on seven to ten. WR
