- 0:05Speaker 1: There's always some airline flight going viral for an unruly passenger,
- 0:11Speaker 1: and the latest one that took the internet by storm
- 0:17Speaker 1: was this lady who lost her mind on the Southwest
- 0:21Speaker 1: Airline's flight. She was I think drunk is what they
- 0:24Speaker 1: said she was.
- 0:25Speaker 2: I feel like there was maybe more going on, but.
- 0:28Speaker 3: She whatever kind of drunk that was, I never want
- 0:31Speaker 3: to be that, I don't know ever in my life.
- 0:34Speaker 4: No, there's no way that was it.
- 0:36Speaker 1: There had to be something else going on, but that
- 0:38Speaker 1: video was insane. She was grabbing another passenger's hair and
- 0:42Speaker 1: wouldn't let go.
- 0:43Speaker 2: She spit on her.
- 0:45Speaker 1: She was kicking and screaming and saying some of the wildest.
- 0:50Speaker 1: I wanted us to In fact, I wanted us to
- 0:52Speaker 1: play audio of what went down. There were so many
- 0:56Speaker 1: expletives that it was like all you would hear.
- 0:59Speaker 2: Is beep beep, beep, beep, beep beep.
- 1:01Speaker 1: But this woman was out of control, and it had
- 1:04Speaker 1: me thinking, like, I've never seen something like that in
- 1:07Speaker 1: person on an airplane. If you have seven oh one
- 1:10Speaker 1: to two eight ozho one nine eight seven, if you've
- 1:12Speaker 1: seen some wild behavior on an airplane, call us, text us,
- 1:16Speaker 1: let us know what you saw. The wildest thing that
- 1:19Speaker 1: I ever saw on an airplane, and comparing the two,
- 1:23Speaker 1: maybe it's worse. I was sitting in the window seat,
- 1:27Speaker 1: and then in the two seats next to me there
- 1:29Speaker 1: was a husband who was sitting in the middle and
- 1:32Speaker 1: the wife who was sitting in the aisle.
- 1:34Speaker 2: And the way she.
- 1:37Speaker 1: Was sitting is she had her feet propped up on
- 1:40Speaker 1: her husband's lap, so her feet were kind of facing me,
- 1:44Speaker 1: and she was barefoot. Already I'm mad, because why are
- 1:48Speaker 1: you barefoot on a plane?
- 1:49Speaker 2: That's disgusting. Why did you do that?
- 1:52Speaker 1: And he's like rubbing his wife's feet, and that's I guess,
- 1:55Speaker 1: like you're in love, Okay, rub your wife's feet, I guess.
- 1:59Speaker 1: But then it comes to snack time and he pulls
- 2:04Speaker 1: out a bag of chips and he's eating from the
- 2:08Speaker 1: bag of chips with the hands that he was just
- 2:11Speaker 1: using to rub his wife's feet. So I'm supremely grossed out.
- 2:16Speaker 1: And then, in what can only be considered the worst
- 2:20Speaker 1: act of humanity, the woman dips her feet into the
- 2:26Speaker 1: chip bag to pull chips out for herself.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Now, is it a feat of dexterity that she could.
- 2:33Speaker 4: Do that with her feet?
- 2:34Speaker 5: Yes?
- 2:35Speaker 1: Maybe, but it I was horrified, and I don't know
- 2:39Speaker 1: what the look on my face must have been or
- 2:41Speaker 1: if I gasped. I don't know, but I felt at
- 2:44Speaker 1: that point that I was in a horror show. Yeah,
- 2:47Speaker 1: because what are you doing? And she like took that
- 2:49Speaker 1: and then we eat the chips and so it was
- 2:52Speaker 1: just like this foot bag of chips that.
- 2:54Speaker 2: Was being shared by this couple. I was so horrified.
- 2:58Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know what it is. Why some people
- 3:01Speaker 3: think that being on a plane it's the wild wild West.
- 3:04Speaker 1: No, your airport is the wildlid West where you can
- 3:07Speaker 1: drink at nine am and knowing judges you what's here
- 3:09Speaker 1: on the airplane?
- 3:10Speaker 2: You better show a sense of decorum.
- 3:12Speaker 3: Yeah, you are in a social situation still, you're still
- 3:15Speaker 3: in that social contract with those around you.
- 3:18Speaker 4: You'll just do whatever you want.
- 3:19Speaker 3: I've never seen anything that crazy on an airplane, the
- 3:22Speaker 3: only thing that I got to experience. But it wasn't
- 3:25Speaker 3: that wild because most people like clapped and thought they
- 3:27Speaker 3: were like, oh ha, was these this couple trying to
- 3:31Speaker 3: be a part of some club really high up in
- 3:33Speaker 3: the sky in the bath and the guys that well
- 3:39Speaker 3: this I mean not poor them, They kind of chose
- 3:42Speaker 3: this lane, but they they got caught obviously by what
- 3:47Speaker 3: do they called flight attendant?
- 3:49Speaker 4: Thank you?
- 3:50Speaker 3: And the flight attendant on the microphone now went thank
- 3:54Speaker 3: you to all the passengers for being cooperative.
- 3:57Speaker 4: The bathroom is now open.
- 4:00Speaker 2: That's fun.
- 4:02Speaker 3: These two individuals just walk a shame in it back
- 4:05Speaker 3: to the back to thirty. So everyone's just clapping and
- 4:09Speaker 3: like hoot and hollering for them. So that's about the
- 4:11Speaker 3: weirdest thing I've ever seen. I've never had anything like crazy.
- 4:14Speaker 4: That's enough. I think that's fine. This sounds pretty good. Yeah,
- 4:17Speaker 4: seven oh.
- 4:17Speaker 2: One too one nine eight seven.
- 4:19Speaker 1: What is the wildest thing you've seen on an airplane?
- 4:28Speaker 2: If you have a.
- 4:29Speaker 1: Little victory, by the way, let us know. Seven oh
- 4:31Speaker 1: one to eight o one nine eight seven. We want
- 4:33Speaker 1: to know, and we want to celebrate your little victories.
- 4:35Speaker 1: My little victory, Gabe, is that? And I'm gonna say this,
- 4:39Speaker 1: but then I'm not going to know the answer. Mike
- 4:42Speaker 1: and I found a new trail to walk.
- 4:45Speaker 4: Oh really, so we.
- 4:46Speaker 2: Usually go to Orchard Glenn.
- 4:48Speaker 1: I think it's the one that's kind of closest to
- 4:51Speaker 1: our neighborhood. Yeah, and then we found another one that's
- 4:54Speaker 1: a little bit down the way, but I don't remember
- 4:57Speaker 1: what it's called.
- 4:58Speaker 2: But I did walk it Mike yesterday. So it was
- 5:01Speaker 2: really nice.
- 5:01Speaker 1: We got some sunshine, we got some bugs, and it
- 5:06Speaker 1: was a good time. So I like having more places
- 5:08Speaker 1: where I can walk explore. Yeah, I need to get
- 5:12Speaker 1: those steps in, Gabe. We're trying to look good for summer.
- 5:15Speaker 1: What's your little victory. I'm also happy that you're back.
- 5:18Speaker 1: That wasn't a little victory too, I'm like, that's a
- 5:20Speaker 1: big victory. I'm so happy you're here.
- 5:22Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 5:23Speaker 3: Yes, I guess my little victory. I have made it
- 5:25Speaker 3: back here. It is just a very gross eighteen hours
- 5:28Speaker 3: and the house, I'll just say that now. I do
- 5:31Speaker 3: find this, for me personally a bit hilarious. As I
- 5:36Speaker 3: read through, we learned at the top of the hour
- 5:38Speaker 3: there's some listerious stuff going on in the world. That
- 5:41Speaker 3: part's not funny. That's sad, and you know, I feel
- 5:43Speaker 3: bad for those people. But I'm sitting here reading through
- 5:45Speaker 3: these symptoms and Angie and I are like waited Gamesteria. Right,
- 5:51Speaker 3: these are fairly close to what my last I don't know,
- 5:54Speaker 3: eighteen twenty four inch hours were like at the house
- 5:57Speaker 3: and it was so weird.
- 5:59Speaker 4: Yes, just like middle afternoon.
- 6:01Speaker 3: It was one of those I don't want to make
- 6:03Speaker 3: anything Corey doesn't want let's I'm just gonna go get
- 6:05Speaker 3: some food real quick, you know, come back, and then
- 6:08Speaker 3: just at I'll never forget. It was like five thirty.
- 6:12Speaker 3: I remember Corey's home, you know, and I was just like,
- 6:14Speaker 3: you know, something is not sitting right here. I don't
- 6:17Speaker 3: know what the problem is. So it was just a
- 6:20Speaker 3: gross couple hours. We'll put it that way.
- 6:23Speaker 4: But you're back.
- 6:24Speaker 3: We have made it today, that is right, and we're
- 6:26Speaker 3: gonna try to have some fun and try not I'm
- 6:28Speaker 3: gonna try not to laugh too hard. I'll put it
- 6:31Speaker 3: that way. Angie on the way, we have Paul Russell.
- 6:34Speaker 3: We'll get some tea coming up as well here on
- 6:35Speaker 3: Big ninety eight point seven. With the advancements of AI,
- 6:41Speaker 3: the advancements of technology, you never exactly know what you're
- 6:46Speaker 3: seeing online and how.
- 6:47Speaker 4: True it is or how not true it isn't.
- 6:49Speaker 3: I mean, have you ever seen one of those AI
- 6:51Speaker 3: videos where you're like double take.
- 6:54Speaker 1: Here's the thing with those, I feel like I can
- 6:57Speaker 1: always tell if it's AI. I think I have an
- 7:00Speaker 1: eye for that. And I have a buddy of mine
- 7:01Speaker 1: who'll send me things and I'll be like, okay, but
- 7:03Speaker 1: that's AI, and he's like, dang it, they got me.
- 7:06Speaker 5: Now.
- 7:06Speaker 1: If it comes to like the written word, I couldn't.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Tell you if it was written by AI or not.
- 7:14Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Yeah, when it comes to images and videos, I think
- 7:17Speaker 1: I can pick it out, especially images like the hands.
- 7:21Speaker 2: They still can't get the hands right.
- 7:23Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 7:23Speaker 3: Images videos are a little easier to tell, for sure,
- 7:27Speaker 3: but the written word definitely harder.
- 7:30Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 7:30Speaker 3: AI can be very, very useful for a lot of things,
- 7:34Speaker 3: but there are still some, you know, potentially bad things
- 7:38Speaker 3: that can happen.
- 7:39Speaker 4: And just believing every single thing that you read right.
- 7:42Speaker 1: And I just think that from like the beginning of
- 7:45Speaker 1: Internet times, people could you know what was the big thing?
- 7:48Speaker 1: Is like posting a picture of a celebrity space and
- 7:51Speaker 1: then typing whatever quote you feel like it next to it,
- 7:55Speaker 1: and then people thinking like, that's official.
- 7:57Speaker 2: Morgan Freeman did say.
- 7:58Speaker 1: That right, right, and it's like no, he didn't, No,
- 8:00Speaker 1: he didn't. And now with AI it's even more convincing.
- 8:03Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 8:04Speaker 1: I believe everything and believe nothing at the same time time.
- 8:08Speaker 3: Yeah, seven oh one two eight zero one nine eight seven.
- 8:12Speaker 3: How do you make sure that what you're seeing online
- 8:14Speaker 3: is somewhat accurate or somewhat real? For this job, put
- 8:19Speaker 3: in a lot of effort to make sure that we're
- 8:20Speaker 3: getting you the right information. When I'm laying on the
- 8:22Speaker 3: couch scroll and eat and popcorn, I put in zero
- 8:26Speaker 3: effort and believe everything I reading right.
- 8:28Speaker 4: That's exactly how that works. Yeah, Alex, what about you? Man?
- 8:31Speaker 4: What do you do? I don't trust any photo or
- 8:34Speaker 4: video ice.
- 8:34Speaker 3: Online unless it comes from a credible source. You can't
- 8:37Speaker 3: be too careful these days with AI taking over everything.
- 8:40Speaker 4: He's got a point.
- 8:41Speaker 1: But how do you know if the source we know,
- 8:43Speaker 1: if AI didn't fake being a credible source.
- 8:47Speaker 4: That's a good question. All right, we have Beth. What
- 8:49Speaker 4: about you? Beth?
- 8:50Speaker 1: I double check with legit sources and do a quick
- 8:53Speaker 1: reverse image or fact check.
- 8:54Speaker 2: If something feels off, if it looks too.
- 8:57Speaker 4: Perfect or too dramatic, I treat it like a red flag.
- 9:00Speaker 4: I can help proven real.
- 9:01Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, so I'm a red flag because I'm
- 9:04Speaker 1: too perfect and too Nick Cannon has one thousand children, No,
- 9:16Speaker 1: he has twelve children, and in a recent interview, he
- 9:19Speaker 1: was asked to name all twelve of his children.
- 9:22Speaker 2: Here's how that went.
- 9:24Speaker 5: Rock Row, Golden, Powerful, Rise, ONYX, Legendary, Zion, zillion Zin
- 9:34Speaker 5: And you see this where.
- 9:37Speaker 2: I I love that?
- 9:42Speaker 3: Wait wait wait, wait wait wait, I cannot just blow
- 9:45Speaker 3: past this. There are two names in there. Did I
- 9:47Speaker 3: hear zillion? Yeah, like a zillion dollars? Yeah, like a
- 9:52Speaker 3: made up thing, right?
- 9:53Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 9:54Speaker 4: And then the other did I hear zin? Yeah? That
- 9:56Speaker 4: would like fret bros throwing their upper lip. I don't
- 10:01Speaker 4: know what that means.
- 10:02Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 10:06Speaker 4: Back off sorts.
- 10:07Speaker 2: Well, he only got to ten names.
- 10:09Speaker 1: He couldn't finish listing all twelve. He left two out
- 10:14Speaker 1: of there, all right? So I got to thinking, maybe
- 10:17Speaker 1: we don't forget our kids' names, But have we ever
- 10:20Speaker 1: forgotten our children anywhere? I haven't forgotten my kids anywhere.
- 10:24Speaker 1: My mom hasn't forgotten me anywhere. But growing up, did
- 10:28Speaker 1: your parents leave you somewhere on accident? They just forgot
- 10:32Speaker 1: or they forgot to pick you up? I asked on
- 10:35Speaker 1: Big ninety eight point seven's Facebook page.
- 10:37Speaker 2: And let me tell you, there's a lot of parents
- 10:39Speaker 2: out here who forgot their children.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Samantha said, my parents and older brother forgot me at
- 10:46Speaker 1: frying pan while I was using the bathroom. After searching
- 10:49Speaker 1: outside for them, I ended up sitting up front waiting
- 10:51Speaker 1: for them. When they finally pulled up to the door.
- 10:54Speaker 1: They said they only realized I'd been missing because it
- 10:57Speaker 1: was too quiet.
- 10:58Speaker 5: On the car.
- 11:00Speaker 3: My older brother, my younger sister, and my mom and
- 11:03Speaker 3: I were coming home from church, and my mom forgot
- 11:05Speaker 3: my younger sister at churches.
- 11:08Speaker 4: We all got in the car. We were driving. We
- 11:09Speaker 4: got to a certain light.
- 11:11Speaker 3: I can't remember, and I might have shared this story
- 11:13Speaker 3: on here before, but and I remember going like, oh,
- 11:16Speaker 3: is Molly like going somewhere else? Maybe you know, yeah,
- 11:20Speaker 3: maybe she's going to a friend's house or something like.
- 11:22Speaker 3: Of course I didn't care. I wasn't gonna, you know, yeah,
- 11:24Speaker 3: And my mom slams on the.
- 11:26Speaker 4: Bridge, Oh my god.
- 11:28Speaker 3: And turns around and I have to go pick up
- 11:30Speaker 3: my younger sister. I don't think I ever got left anywhere,
- 11:33Speaker 3: at least I wasn't aware.
- 11:35Speaker 4: Of, right.
- 11:36Speaker 2: And you know what, you're a middle child, you would
- 11:38Speaker 2: expect that you're the one left.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Yeah, that's right, Sarah said a mall I got left
- 11:44Speaker 1: in the furniture store. Some nice lady found me, taught
- 11:47Speaker 1: me how to draw flowers and introduced me.
- 11:49Speaker 2: To the Easter bunny.
- 11:50Speaker 4: Oh that's very see kind of nice.
- 11:52Speaker 2: But this is my favorite.
- 11:54Speaker 1: This is from Laura, and this is more in the
- 11:56Speaker 1: Nick Cannon realm of forgetting the names. She said, my
- 11:59Speaker 1: parents ever left us anywhere by accident, but my mom
- 12:02Speaker 1: one time forgot what kid's birthday it was and put
- 12:06Speaker 1: Happy Birthday my sister's name on the cake instead of
- 12:09Speaker 1: mine for my birthday. She does have five girls, so
- 12:13Speaker 1: I'll give her the benefit of the doubt.
- 12:15Speaker 2: It was pretty finn.
- 12:16Speaker 3: I would have been irate, of course, child I rate.
- 12:21Speaker 3: I always got a kick out of it when Dad
- 12:23Speaker 3: would get our younger sister's name mixed up with the dog.
- 12:26Speaker 4: Once in a while, Molly got a Lola here there.
- 12:36Speaker 3: This is a wonderful story about a man with a
- 12:40Speaker 3: lot of perseverance and a lot of time spent donating blood.
- 12:44Speaker 3: On World Blood Donor Day, which was June fourteenth, there
- 12:49Speaker 3: was a man named Vinton. He's from Pennsylvania, but he
- 12:52Speaker 3: did complete a seventeen year goal of donating blood in
- 12:57Speaker 3: all fifty US states.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Oh well, so here in North Dakota.
- 13:02Speaker 3: Yes, all fifty, and his final donation was in Honolulu, Hawaii.
- 13:07Speaker 3: His mission was aimed to just raise awareness about the
- 13:12Speaker 3: life changing impact of blood donation and inspires others to contribute.
- 13:17Speaker 3: Smith got some help from the Alaska Airlines to reach
- 13:20Speaker 3: the two most remote states. He says that donating even
- 13:25Speaker 3: briefly can help restore a lifetime of moments for those
- 13:28Speaker 3: in need. His efforts were recognized by the Blood Bank
- 13:31Speaker 3: of Hawaii for their impact and a message.
- 13:34Speaker 4: How cool is that?
- 13:35Speaker 5: All?
- 13:35Speaker 3: That's amazing the states, because I know a lot of
- 13:37Speaker 3: times when you hear about like all all, I'm going
- 13:40Speaker 3: to try to do all the states, they're just talking
- 13:41Speaker 3: about the ones that are connected here the Continental fifty.
- 13:44Speaker 3: To be able to get up to Alaska and do that,
- 13:47Speaker 3: and to get to Hawaii, I mean, you know, I'm
- 13:50Speaker 3: donating blood Hawaii sounds pretty dope, to be honest with you.
- 13:53Speaker 3: I think that's why he ended in Hawaii, that's right.
- 13:56Speaker 3: And I think it's just really cool. Seventeen years he
- 13:58Speaker 3: tried to accomplish this, he did get it done.
- 14:01Speaker 2: That's amazing, and you know he saved so many.
- 14:03Speaker 3: Lives, that's right. The world is full of nice people.
- 14:06Speaker 3: If you can't find one, you gotta be one.
