  Speaker 1: lesson today is facing challenges. Consider it pure joy, my

  Speaker 1: brother and sister, whenever your face trials of many kinds,

  Speaker 1: because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance,

  Speaker 1: That perseverance finish its work so that you may be
• 7:04
  Speaker 1: mature and complete, not lacking anything. Again that it's James
• 7:09
  Speaker 1: one verses two through four, and that come from the
• 7:12
  Speaker 1: NIV version. Y'all challenges are inventable. Sometimes they come like waves,
• 7:22
  Speaker 1: crashing resentless. Other times their steady, unexpected tests that shake
• 7:27
  Speaker 1: our comfort and routine. Yet in God's Kingdom, trials are
• 7:32
  Speaker 1: never wasted. Their divine opportunity opportunities disguised, they invite us
• 7:38
  Speaker 1: to a deeper faith and develop a resilient character. What

  Speaker 1: if instead of resisting, we lean in with open hearts,
• 7:48
  Speaker 1: allowing trials to refine us, mold us, and bring us
• 7:52
  Speaker 1: closer to God's purpose in our life. Our word of
• 7:56
  Speaker 1: today is preserve vere. The word of God tells us

  Speaker 1: that perseverance isn't just enduring, It is an active, hope
• 8:05
  Speaker 1: feeling process that produces spiritual maturity, truth, and strength. As

  Speaker 1: you travel throughout today's lesson, Hold this word close and

  Speaker 1: ask yourself, how can I allow God to cultivate perseverance

  Speaker 1: in me right here, right now. Trials reveal and strengthens

  Speaker 1: the authenticness of our faith. If you go over to

  Speaker 1: Proverbs seventeen and thirteen, it says fire test the purity

  Speaker 1: of silver and gold, But the Lord tests our heart

  Speaker 1: always goes back to the heart, y'all. Just as heat

  Speaker 1: reveals the quality of precious metals, life trials reveal the
• 8:52
  Speaker 1: autentiveness and depths of our faith. When we face the heat,
• 8:57
  Speaker 1: our trusts moved from theory to experience and anchoring us
• 9:02
  Speaker 1: deeper in God's truth. Are you allowing God to use
• 9:08
  Speaker 1: difficult and revealing areas of weakness to build your faith
• 9:13
  Speaker 1: or are you resisting his refining process. Sometimes we think
• 9:18
  Speaker 1: that the things that come against us are always of
• 9:21
  Speaker 1: the devil, but when it's sometimes it's God trying to
• 9:25
  Speaker 1: build and refine us. He's trying to turn that lump
• 9:30
  Speaker 1: of cold into a diamond. So in order to turn
• 9:34
  Speaker 1: that lump of cold to a diamond, it's got to
• 9:37
  Speaker 1: go through some things. It's got to go through some pressure,
• 9:39
  Speaker 1: it's got to go through and endure some things in
• 9:42
  Speaker 1: order for it to shine like a diamond. So go
• 9:45
  Speaker 1: through the process. Go through the process and see if
• 9:48
  Speaker 1: your perseverance isn't just about surviving, y'all, it is preparation
• 9:54
  Speaker 1: for God's greater purpose in your life. If you go

  Speaker 1: over to Romans eight and twenty eight, it says in
• 10:01
  Speaker 1: we know that in all things God works for the
• 10:05
  Speaker 1: good of those who love Him, who are called according

  Speaker 1: to his purpose. God uses every challenge to prepare us
• 10:14
  Speaker 1: for what's next. With every trial, He's lining up the
• 10:18
  Speaker 1: greater work, the stronger character, the new callings. Instead of
• 10:23
  Speaker 1: asking why me what, if we ask God, what do
• 10:28
  Speaker 1: you want me to build through this? Well? What what
• 10:32
  Speaker 1: stepping stone would you like me to garner from this
• 10:36
  Speaker 1: setback or this this let down that we sometimes experience.

  Speaker 1: We should be asking how can we grow from this?

  Speaker 1: Maturity grows in the soul of endurance. If you go

  Speaker 1: over to Romans five, three and foursts not only soul,

  Speaker 1: but we are we are so glory in our suffering
• 10:58
  Speaker 1: because we know that suffering produces perseverance, and perseverance produces character,

  Speaker 1: and character produces hope. Lasting hope and spiritual maturity can
• 11:11
  Speaker 1: only grow through the consistency of endurance of hard seasons. Y'all.

  Speaker 1: Sometimes we got to go through, and we got to
• 11:19
  Speaker 1: go through and not want to jump through, but go
• 11:21
  Speaker 1: through the trial so that we can get to the
• 11:24
  Speaker 1: other side. So we'll be able to tell somebody how

  Speaker 1: we endure it and how we got through trials. When
• 11:29
  Speaker 1: partner with faith promised a harvest of hope, we may
• 11:34
  Speaker 1: not see it in the beginning, but know that it
• 11:37
  Speaker 1: is always working together for our goods. What if today's
• 11:42
  Speaker 1: pain is a foundation for tomorrow's purpose and unshakable hope.

  Speaker 1: What if what you're going through right now is building
• 11:50
  Speaker 1: you for something that God has in store for you
• 11:52
  Speaker 1: for Sunday, Because what you're dealing with now is preparing
• 11:56
  Speaker 1: you for tomorrow and the next day after that. That

  Speaker 1: it's necessary, know that it's necessary. How can we apply

  Speaker 1: this word to our life? So now we got this scripture,

  Speaker 1: now that we know that He's told us to consider

  Speaker 1: it pure, My brothers and sister, when you face trials
• 12:19
  Speaker 1: of many kinds, because you now know that the testing
• 12:23
  Speaker 1: of your faith produces perseverance. Now that we know that,
• 12:27
  Speaker 1: how can we apply that word to our life and
• 12:31
  Speaker 1: watch it manifest in our life. See, it's all about
• 12:34
  Speaker 1: us seeing these things come off the pages. Because we
• 12:37
  Speaker 1: can read the Word every day. We can read the
• 12:39
  Speaker 1: Bible every day, but a lot of us we don't
• 12:43
  Speaker 1: actually believe believe it until we actually see it happening
• 12:47
  Speaker 1: in our life. We see we read Mary, we meet Mark,
• 12:50
  Speaker 1: we meet John, we read all these people that's in
• 12:53
  Speaker 1: the Bible. But until we put ourselves in the place
• 12:56
  Speaker 1: of those individuals, it's like we don't see it. And
• 13:00
  Speaker 1: I'm just gonna speak for me because there was a
• 13:02
  Speaker 1: point when I question, you know, I was like, Okay,
• 13:05
  Speaker 1: I hear everybody saying how good God is, Well, well
• 13:07
  Speaker 1: he gonna be good like that to me because I'm
• 13:09
  Speaker 1: looking for some things that happen in my life. And boy,
• 13:12
  Speaker 1: when I opened my mouth and said that, I tell you,
• 13:15
  Speaker 1: things begin to happen. Yeah, I went through some stuff.
• 13:18
  Speaker 1: But then I begin to see him. I begin to
• 13:21
  Speaker 1: see him. He said, rejoice, always, pray, continually, give thanks
• 13:27
  Speaker 1: and all circumstances, for this is God's will for us.
• 13:31
  Speaker 1: It's not a command, it's not a just a thing
• 13:35
  Speaker 1: that he wants. It's a commandment, it's a scripture, it's
• 13:38
  Speaker 1: a commandment if you go over the first test alone
• 13:40
  Speaker 1: five sixteen through eighteen. He tells us to rejoice and
• 13:44
  Speaker 1: to give him praise through all circumstances. Y'all, no matter
• 13:47
  Speaker 1: what it looked like, no matter what you're going through,
• 13:50
  Speaker 1: know that it's just a test. It's just a test
• 13:53
  Speaker 1: for a moment. So that you can have that test
• 13:55
  Speaker 1: the moment, y'all, find one thing that you can think
• 14:00
  Speaker 1: God for in the midst of your current circumstance. I

  Speaker 1: can tell you one thing. Thing. You woke up this morning,

  Speaker 1: You got breath in your body. That's two. You're able
• 14:10
  Speaker 1: to come on this live. Somebody didn't get somebody didn't
• 14:13
  Speaker 1: get that chance. Somebody didn't get to walk out their
• 14:15
  Speaker 1: dreams and their aspirations because a million people didn't make
• 14:19
  Speaker 1: it this morning. But you're a part of the megion
• 14:22
  Speaker 1: that did. So that's one thing that you can be
• 14:25
  Speaker 1: grateful for. That's one thing that you can give him
• 14:27
  Speaker 1: praise for. And then not only that, y'all, He's given
• 14:30
  Speaker 1: us the power to speak life of death. We can
• 14:33
  Speaker 1: speak faith fill affirmations over our life. Every day. We
• 14:38
  Speaker 1: got that power. See a lot of us wonder what
• 14:40
  Speaker 1: we go through because we not speaking nothing into our lives.
• 14:43
  Speaker 1: You can stand in that mirror, that mirror and speak
• 14:46
  Speaker 1: to yourself. Speak to yourself. That's what you should be
• 14:48
  Speaker 1: doing before you go out and face this world. You
• 14:51
  Speaker 1: should pray over yourself and speak life to yourself before
• 14:54
  Speaker 1: you go out into this world, because that prepares you
• 14:59
  Speaker 1: for what may come. Who all in LOUI, it prepares
• 15:02
  Speaker 1: for you for what may be coming at you. You
• 15:04
  Speaker 1: don't know what's coming when you go out into this world,
• 15:07
  Speaker 1: because you don't know who you may encounter. But when
• 15:10
  Speaker 1: you got something in you already, and you already prepared,

  Speaker 1: if you already put on your happy face and you
• 15:16
  Speaker 1: put on your happy game, you go out there, can't
• 15:19
  Speaker 1: nobody come at you. Because you got something in you.

  Speaker 1: You can begin to speak that word over whatever situation

  Speaker 1: that comes up. Today. I say, affirm this word affirmation
• 15:32
  Speaker 1: challenges strengthen mind faith and build my character. God's growing
• 15:39
  Speaker 1: something new in me. Speak that over your life today,
• 15:41
  Speaker 1: Say these challenges come to strengthen my faith and to
• 15:47
  Speaker 1: build my character. God is growing something new in me.

  Speaker 1: I dare you just stand in the mirror and speak
• 15:53
  Speaker 1: that over your life? Because he said in Proverbs eighteen
• 15:56
  Speaker 1: and twenty one. He said, death and life are in
• 15:58
  Speaker 1: the power of the tongue, and those who love will
• 16:02
  Speaker 1: eat the fruit of it. You better learn how to
• 16:06
  Speaker 1: speak over your life. You better learn how to speak
• 16:09
  Speaker 1: those things not as you see them, but as you
• 16:12
  Speaker 1: want to see them. You better learn how to speak them.

  Speaker 1: And then not only that, we got to learn how
• 16:19
  Speaker 1: to support. We gotta learn how to support each other.

  Speaker 1: Reach out for support if you need it, and give
• 16:27
  Speaker 1: support if you see someone else in need of it.

  Speaker 1: Know that you're not on this journey by yourself. This
• 16:33
  Speaker 1: journey is not meant for you to go through myself.

  Speaker 1: And Galations six and two, he said, carry each other's burdens.
• 16:42
  Speaker 1: I repeat he say, carry each other's burdens. In this
• 16:46
  Speaker 1: way you will fulfill the law of Christ. Y'all is

  Speaker 1: a commandment the relations six and twelve six and two
• 16:55
  Speaker 1: he commanded that he say, carry each other's burdens, and
• 16:59
  Speaker 1: in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.

  Speaker 1: Share your struggles with a trusted friend or mentor and

  Speaker 1: invite them to pray with you. Connect with other individuals,

  Speaker 1: other prayer warriors, other individuals that may be on this journey,

  Speaker 1: that may have experienced some of the things that you
• 17:21
  Speaker 1: have experienced, or somebody that you know is strong in
• 17:24
  Speaker 1: faith that you can pull on, y'all. That's what we
• 17:29
  Speaker 1: gotta do. We gotta know that we're not on this
• 17:31
  Speaker 1: journey alone. Let me share. I want to share with
• 17:33
  Speaker 1: you a story in a Bible, Paul and Solace in Prison.
• 17:38
  Speaker 1: It comes out of Acts sixteen and sixty four. It
• 17:41
  Speaker 1: said Paul and Silas were faithful preaching the gospel when
• 17:45
  Speaker 1: they were seized, severely beaten, and thrown into prison, facing
• 17:50
  Speaker 1: the challenge that would have crushed most people. Yet instead
• 17:53
  Speaker 1: of despairing, they chose joy in their trial. At midnight,
• 18:00
  Speaker 1: with their feet and stock and wounds still fresh, they
• 18:04
  Speaker 1: prayed and sang himn or praise unto God. Their perseverance
• 18:09
  Speaker 1: and worship and faith even in suffering set the stage
• 18:13
  Speaker 1: for a miracle. Suddenly, a violent earthquake shook the prison,
• 18:17
  Speaker 1: opening every door and loosening every chain. The jailer witnessed
• 18:22
  Speaker 1: their faith and the supernatural event and came to faith
• 18:25
  Speaker 1: in Christ alone with its entire household. What does this story,
• 18:31
  Speaker 1: What does this story say? And why does this story
• 18:36
  Speaker 1: hit with this lesson faith with trials and opposition for
• 18:43
  Speaker 1: their faith. They chose joy and worship in the midst
• 18:50
  Speaker 1: of suffering. Preverance led not only to their own maturity
• 18:56
  Speaker 1: and hope, but also to the salvation of many. That
• 19:00
  Speaker 1: story illustrates that trials or opportunity for God's power and
• 19:06
  Speaker 1: glory to be revealed for us to become more mature
• 19:10
  Speaker 1: and complete in Him. Paul in Silas teaches us that
• 19:16
  Speaker 1: rejoicing on trials is not about denying hardship, but about
• 19:20
  Speaker 1: trusting God's greater purpose. When you persevere with faith, you
• 19:26
  Speaker 1: don't just endure, You invite the heaven to move and
• 19:30
  Speaker 1: inspire others around you. Beloved, you are not alone in
• 19:37
  Speaker 1: this challenge. God is with you, working and shaping and
• 19:42
  Speaker 1: refining you. The very trials you are facing can become
• 19:47
  Speaker 1: a birthen around birthen ground for a deeper faith and
• 19:51
  Speaker 1: greater person than you ever imagine. Don't shrink back, don't
• 19:58
  Speaker 1: but lean forward. Let perseverance finish its work. The world
• 20:04
  Speaker 1: needs a version of you that is mature, complete and
• 20:10
  Speaker 1: lacking nothing. Not in spite of what you've been through,
• 20:15
  Speaker 1: but because you have endured. Your story is standing firm
• 20:21
  Speaker 1: and will be a testimony for generations yet to come.

  Speaker 1: Today is your day. Don't wait for the storm to pass.

  Speaker 1: Praise God in the rain, take action, speak life, reach out,
• 20:37
  Speaker 1: rise stronger, and you're being shaped, strengthen and prepared by
• 20:42
  Speaker 1: God who will never waste a battle. Affirmation for today.

  Speaker 1: Challenging strengthen my faith and character. Embrace them with joy

  Speaker 1: and knowing that God is perfecting you. Speak that over
• 20:59
  Speaker 1: your life today. Challenges are strengthen my faith in character.
