As we've seen in our recent messages from Matthew's gospel, Jesus has shown himself, gentle and lowly, eager to bring true rest and restoration to any and all who come to him. But one thing he is clearly not is a negotiator or compromiser when it comes to those who oppose him. In fact, he says when it comes to our view of him and his claims, there is no middle ground, there are no fence sitters, you can't remain neutral.
