- 2:17[SPEAKER_02]: access and strategy.
- 2:19[SPEAKER_02]: Today's guest has made his mission to change that.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_02]: Starting as the son of Haitian immigrants, he turned financial obstacles into opportunity and has helped every day people secure more than $100 million in funding by teaching them how to leverage credit the right way.

- 3:07[SPEAKER_02]: But when I tell you,
- 3:08[SPEAKER_02]: He is one of the goats.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_02]: greatest of all time in this credit space, like a lot of the people that you know that do, whether it's regular credit, business credit, we're gonna talk about all that, but he is the mentor of mentors.
- 3:27[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I love his brother because he's so humble, and when I say humble because I hate that word humble, but he is somebody who is like his heart is so pure, he's such a good guy, but his knowledge is impeccable,
- 3:42[SPEAKER_02]: Ladies and gentlemen, my brother man.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, so CEO.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_00]: That was a great intro.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not deserving I'm not deserving.
- 3:48[SPEAKER_02]: You're more than deserving brother.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you so much.
- 3:51[SPEAKER_02]: We finally made your I'm a crazy soul.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_02]: I said that.
- 3:54[SPEAKER_02]: I say yo.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_02]: So I've no Herman Herman Dose I've no Herman longer than anybody else that I know in this space here like like we met vending vending
- 4:07[SPEAKER_02]: exchange in book exchanges books one of the best credit books I've ever read so here's the other thing No, too, right and then we're gonna get into this because I feel like
- 4:17[SPEAKER_02]: It's like a tag team, like I was a banker.
- 4:20[SPEAKER_02]: You get what I remember.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_02]: I was a banker.
- 4:23[SPEAKER_02]: And so when I'm saying one of the best credit books I've ever read, I'm not saying that like as somebody who don't know credit, like I wrote a credit book too.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_00]: Right, right.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_02]: But when I tell you that when I left the banking world and I was getting into business banking, I read your book and I was like yo, like, oh, business funding.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_02]: I was like yo, this is one of the best books I've ever read is so dope.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_02]: You might have to re-release it.
- 4:46[SPEAKER_02]: Do you still promote that book?
- 4:47[SPEAKER_00]: So promote that book, absolutely.
- 4:48[SPEAKER_02]: It's a full, what's there in the book?
- 4:50[SPEAKER_00]: It's called Startup, the Foundations of Building Business.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yo, it's so powerful.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm happy we're here because, you know, my insiders, I love to give them value.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_02]: I love to bring the best and so being able to help fund over $100 million dollars is phenomenal.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_02]: It's basically just kind of seeing where we started.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_02]: But before we get all of that, all the secrets and everything, for those who don't know.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_02]: Who is the agency?
- 5:17[SPEAKER_00]: So the agency is Herman Dalsy Jr. son of Herman Dalsy and Catalina, born in Brooklyn, New York, moved to Philly, I guess go next.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_00]: You go, I moved to Philly when I was 11, so it was all six or three days.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_00]: But shout out to the next bro, I went to Temple University, got my undergrad master's degree at Lincoln University and I was still broke.
- 5:44[SPEAKER_00]: And then, I think I got, I think I was in social work, got my masses of human services, and bro, I got my masses and I was making 39,000.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_00]: Then I tripped into understanding what mentorship was and understanding that first you was learning and you dropped the L and I started earning.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_00]: And now, bro, I'm just addicted to mentorship I'm addicted to learning.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_00]: And I take that value and I started an amazing company called Bellisone enterprises named it after my first born daughter, Bellisone.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_00]: Started in credit repair.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_00]: I got all YouTube one day trying to learn my craft about credit, you know, the YouTube algorithm.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_00]: It dropped me into funding.
- 6:21[SPEAKER_00]: And then my life changed.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, wait a minute.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_00]: I could get $50,000 in my business name, not rewarding to my personal.
- 6:26[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_00]: I ran back to my community, gave them that game.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_00]: And my life has literally never been the same.
- 6:31[SPEAKER_00]: So it's been teaching mentorship, leveraging the banks money to buy assets, flip, and truly getting into the wealthy game at a different level.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_00]: It's an amazing journey.
- 6:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_02]: I love that, I love that, and I love that you're teaching at a scale.
- 6:46[SPEAKER_02]: I love that you are a mentor, because like you said, you got mentors, you learned about it, and then you started to mentor other people.
- 6:55[SPEAKER_02]: And now those other people are starting their own funding company here, like it's almost like, and this is why I say like you're the mentor of mentors, because you know what started
- 7:07[SPEAKER_02]: you kind of swore the opportunity and you didn't just keep the information to yourself.
- 7:11[SPEAKER_02]: You started spreading that information to your mentees and your mentees or have they mentees and now we have a whole community of people who are learning, you know, how to use the banks money.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_02]: in order to build, build, build assets, talk a little bit about that, right, and like I want some secrets on how to get funding, right, without, you know, without using your personal credit or that good stuff.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_02]: But before we go there, talk a little bit about that, the ability to, you know, get money to fund your business because, again, as a banker, a former banker,
- 7:49[SPEAKER_02]: Um, a lot of what I look at businesses that that don't succeed, um, 90% of it is because of lack of capital.
- 7:56[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 7:57[SPEAKER_02]: It's, it's literally, and I know there's people watching right now who literally have a great business idea.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_02]: They know it's going to be lucrative, but they don't have the startup capital.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_02]: right, and because they don't have the starter capital, what they want of doing is they say, all right, I'm going to I'm going to grind it out.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to raise the money and then once I raise the money, then I'm a, you know, do whatever I need to do, but then why they're grinding it out, it's so tough to do, so not to get a job, but then they never get the business of them are good.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_01]: never again.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_02]: So talk about like that that, you know, you know, getting people funding to like start up their dreams.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_00]: So that's exactly what I say.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_00]: I get people's funding to start up their dreams.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_00]: I first like to start by saying a lot of people in the space.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_00]: I see them in the comments.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_00]: I said, oh, you teaching people how to get into debt.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_00]: And I might listen, you're commenting on an application.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_00]: called Instagram where somebody raised $10 million and they sold it for a billion and you talking about getting into that is bad.
- 8:54[SPEAKER_00]: America's belt built on that strategy of leverage.
- 8:59[SPEAKER_00]: So we're doing it at a much smaller scale at $25.30, $50,000.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying?
- 9:04[SPEAKER_00]: So once I started to teach my mentees that, hey,
- 9:07[SPEAKER_00]: here's the blueprint because if you know how to play the game right if you know the rules then you could play it really well so i'm teaching him hey um when you first start out in this game you're credit got to be good right it is what it is for you to personally guarantee it the next level after that is after you got paperwork because the paperwork makes the paperwork
- 9:23[SPEAKER_00]: After you have your paperwork together, your business set of properly, you got your taxes.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_00]: Now you're not person-guarantine in anymore.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_00]: Now, hey, I got this asset.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, I got this cash flow.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_00]: What can I do?
- 9:33[SPEAKER_00]: So right now, my mentees are just playing a different game.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_00]: We got CDFI lenders.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_00]: We got SBA lenders.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_00]: We're, hey, we're buying businesses.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_00]: Right?
- 9:41[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, I like to purchase that business.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_00]: It's making a million dollars a year.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_00]: They're selling it for $3 million.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_00]: I want to purchase it.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_00]: Right?
- 9:48[SPEAKER_00]: So now I go to a CDF island.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_00]: I go to SBA in London.
- 9:51[SPEAKER_00]: We're purchasing cash flow.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_00]: So the game gets different.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_00]: And we're we're putting AI into that business.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_00]: We're sharpening it up.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_00]: And then we're selling it for six million and two to three years.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_00]: So the game is just different at that level.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_00]: So the first way I tell them is six eighty credit score.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_00]: The banks really like 700, but you want us to have to have a 68 credit score on your FICO.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_00]: All three credit bureaus.
- 10:13[SPEAKER_00]: And the second secret that people are not talking about is relationship relationship relationship.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is not 20, 20, 20, 19, where they printed six showing it as it was given it out.
- 10:23[SPEAKER_00]: The secret why people are still getting 50, 60, 100,000 in funding is because before I get Go Get Capital Bro, I'll go to Chase, I'll open up a bank account and I'll make a deposit.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_00]: I'll put a $500,000 in there.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_00]: Chase pulls from experience.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_00]: Then I'll go to Navy Federal.
- 10:38[SPEAKER_00]: Hey Navy Federal, open up an account with them, start a relationship.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_00]: Drop another $500,000 in there.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_00]: Then I'll go because they pull from Trans Union.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_00]: Then I'll go to like Key Bank, they pull from Equifax.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_00]: same play.
- 10:49[SPEAKER_00]: So I got three lending institutions that pull from three different credit reports, make a deposit, go ahead and make a relationship.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_00]: On the low end, if I'm bad at this, $10,000 is each.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_00]: That means I just raised $30,000, 0% interest in the last 30 days.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_00]: So I call that credit card stacking.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_00]: Now the better my credit is, I can go up to $25,000, $30,000 per bank.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_00]: So our mentees use that strategy 0% interest on those cars and then they leverage that to invest into their business or to go buy a business that's already cash flowing.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that that's that's
- 11:21[SPEAKER_02]: You know, great formula, great steps on and then just just clarifying right first step.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_02]: Make sure your credit is good.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_02]: Make sure your credit is good.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, credit.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_00]: So if your credit's not good, fix your credit.
- 11:33[SPEAKER_00]: Fix your credit.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_00]: The easy way to fix your credit, especially in 20s.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, credit appears.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_02]: It's a scam.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_00]: You ought to be out of finding.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_00]: You ought to go to pay with your time.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_00]: Well, you're going to pay with your money.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_00]: Pay somebody to do it or pay with your time.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_00]: The easiest way right now is you can use this AI problem.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_00]: I don't have a lot of AI specials that came on the pod.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_00]: Take your credit report from my DennyDIQ or smart credit or wherever you want to go.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_00]: Download your credit report to your desktop, upload it to Claude, or chat GBT or whatever your flavor is.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_00]: And tell it, hey, act like a credit repair specialist understanding the FCRA scam I credit report and create me my first round of letters to dispute the negative items on my credit report.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_00]: That's the first thing.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to spit out the letters for you.
- 12:13[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_00]: Some things may come off.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_00]: Some things may not.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_00]: The second round of letters.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to take a picture of what stayed on.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, chat.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_00]: You sent me these letters last month.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_00]: Here's the update updated the chat.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_00]: Rob, do my second round of letters.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_00]: So that's one way where you can do it for free.
- 12:29[SPEAKER_00]: I tell people to stop being cheap trying to get rich.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 12:32[SPEAKER_00]: So get the $20 month plan that they got because those, those, those AI models work better.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and so and so now they fixed their crazy game though, too, right?
- 12:41[SPEAKER_02]: Because a lot like I don't want to glaze over that because, you know, me, you and I know that 70% of Americans, like across racial, like black, white Spanish Asian 70% have that credit.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_02]: So it's not like, it's not exclusive to us.
- 13:00[SPEAKER_02]: It's not like 70% have that credit.
- 13:03[SPEAKER_02]: And so a lot of people who watch in this party like man, like that's why you's cat, whatever, right?
- 13:08[SPEAKER_02]: And so use that.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_02]: You uploaded to AI is free.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_02]: This free.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I'm saying?
- 13:12[SPEAKER_02]: You could do it or you don't get it.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_02]: You pay with your time because you have to do it.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_02]: Do it yourself.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_01]: If you pay like a specialist,
- 13:20[SPEAKER_02]: What does the specialist know, what does the specialist do that's different than AI?
- 13:26[SPEAKER_00]: So the specialist has a really good understanding of the FCRA and FCRA.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_02]: And what's FCRA?
- 13:31[SPEAKER_02]: That's a fair credit reporting act, right?
- 13:34[SPEAKER_02]: So they can parse to it specifically.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I see you have a charge off.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_00]: I know what three laws to use to work on this and how to sequence them in rounds of funding.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_00]: I see you have a collection, I see you have a bankruptcy, so I know which law specifically are used for that.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_00]: And with a game is going right now, it's actually litigation, because your credit report has to be 100% verifiable and 100% accurate.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_00]: So sideouts in my girl region, sideouts in my girl residual joe and Q-sharp white.
- 13:59[SPEAKER_00]: What they're doing is, bro, they send out one round of letter.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_00]: If you come back and you're like, the credit bureaus are like, hey, it's been verifiable.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_00]: Oh.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_00]: Well, now I'm taking you to get sued because this is clearly a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_00]: So now I'm taking you to litigation and now they're suing to get the things deleted and they're getting a check for the client.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_00]: that they're helping them to speed negative on their credit report.
- 14:23[SPEAKER_00]: So that part AI can't do yet.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_00]: So that's why especially this is worth to get a specialist to do it.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, all right.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_00]: And so now you get your credit fix.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_00]: You, you, you, you, and at the same time start relationships.
- 14:35[SPEAKER_00]: So why you're credit is fixed?
- 14:36[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, go open up these different bank accounts.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_00]: So when you credit is fixed, you get hit the ground right now.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_02]: simultaneously, fix your credit, start building the relationships with these letting institutions.
- 14:47[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm glad that you said that, right?
- 14:48[SPEAKER_02]: You said, you know, you know, Chase, Navy Fed, Keybank, all are using different credit bureaus from, right?
- 14:58[SPEAKER_02]: And so just just for my understanding, I'm out in the stand and for my audience.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_02]: The reason that you're doing that is that no bank is pulling from all through all three right.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_00]: They're very weird.
- 15:09[SPEAKER_00]: So I know Capital One pulls from all three.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_00]: They're very rarely do these banks full from all three.
- 15:13[SPEAKER_00]: So if you understand that you can go to a website called CreditBoards.com, they'll tell you which banks pull from what and you can come up with your own strategy on which banks to align.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_00]: And then you
- 15:25[SPEAKER_00]: You know the credit repair game remove the inquiries and go run it back assuming inquiries on your credit report.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_00]: Make you look thirsty.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't want you to look thirsty.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_00]: So I would do a first round of fun with my clients remove the inquiries.
- 15:37[SPEAKER_00]: Then I hit up some credit unions.
- 15:39[SPEAKER_00]: So you're going to type in credit unions and your zip code.
- 15:41[SPEAKER_00]: So you find a credit unions in your area.
- 15:44[SPEAKER_00]: Start the relationship with them and then go get 101520 for each of them.
- 15:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I love it.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_02]: I love it.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_02]: And so now, so that's the, that's the, so first round is that second round or second step, you get the business credit.
- 15:56[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, using your personal guaranteed, using your personal guaranteed to be good.
- 16:00[SPEAKER_02]: But then now once you start building your business up, you start making money.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's access.
- 16:06[SPEAKER_00]: You got bank statements now.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to go to the bank like, yo, you saw what I did last year here.
- 16:11[SPEAKER_00]: The taxes his bank statements.
- 16:12[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not PG and anything anymore.
- 16:14[SPEAKER_00]: My business is the asset.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_00]: I purchased a couple of real estate properties.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_00]: These are the assets.
- 16:19[SPEAKER_00]: I want to leverage those instead of my personal credit to get funding.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_00]: And now it's a different game.
- 16:24[SPEAKER_00]: Now you're talking.
- 16:25[SPEAKER_00]: now you're talking what the wealth is taught the wealthy people are taught.
- 16:28[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and then lastly you buy businesses buy and selling businesses, but here's the, here's the other piece and I was watching I was at Carnegie Hall the other night you know salute the EYL salute to John Hope Bryant
- 16:42[SPEAKER_02]: uh... salute to all of all the family there uh... so i'll be that he can't to salute to about by by chahood hero um... but john hope had mentioned something about like buying businesses right he was saying that when when you think about what's happening right now this is the largest wealth transfer that has ever happened in the history where the people who owned businesses which are mainly the baby boomers yeah on their look at her retired
- 17:11[SPEAKER_02]: Unfortunately, I was about to say unfortunately, but fortunately for us, their kids don't want the businesses, right?
- 17:18[SPEAKER_02]: And so because their kids don't want the businesses, you have trillion, not billions, not billions, trillion, trillions of dollars of assets that are on sale.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_00]: That's what I'm saying.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_00]: Depending on the dollar, bro, and the government, and you know, you guys saw that now, see what the government now instead of,
- 17:33[SPEAKER_00]: 10% down to 20% down, you go a 5% down and then the government will fund the rest with the SBA because they're on the 10 million, so now you can go buy these assets.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_00]: You go buy these businesses, literally for pennies on the dollars, just going find these deals, where these people, where their families don't want to purchase it and now you're purchasing cash.
- 17:54[SPEAKER_00]: So my, my mentees are coming like, oh, her, John by this business for 2 million, right?
- 17:58[SPEAKER_00]: I don't need 20,000.
- 18:00[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go get you a $20,000 per cent inches credit card from Chase Wellfargo Bank of America that's only reporting to your business on your personal.
- 18:06[SPEAKER_00]: We teach them how to liquidate the credit card as your percentage is they go to the SBA here you go of course do your due diligence with the business and now they when they first came in shout out to my guy Nikwan Ramsey he's a yo you purchase the building right now the business is making you 10 20 30 a month yeah
- 18:24[SPEAKER_00]: But as a good business man, I'm gonna make the business better.
- 18:27[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a higher better staff.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna make it more lean.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_00]: I'm an implement AI system, because the baby boomers, they don't run out by AI.
- 18:33[SPEAKER_00]: They don't know about marketing the business better.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_00]: Now I made the business more lean and more better.
- 18:37[SPEAKER_00]: 18 months on flipping is thing like a real estate deal.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, let's go.
- 18:42[SPEAKER_02]: And it goes.
- 18:42[SPEAKER_02]: In the beauty of this.
- 18:43[SPEAKER_02]: So here's the beauty of this, right, and I hope y'all take a notes.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_02]: I hope y'all, please rewind this if like this.
- 18:51[SPEAKER_02]: So I should have said this in the beginning, right?
- 18:53[SPEAKER_02]: This is not one of those shows that's for like information and purposes only.
- 18:58[SPEAKER_02]: If you missed anything that he just said that we just discussed, I need you to stop the show right now.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_02]: I need you to rewind it, and I need you to get some paper and pen and I need you to.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_02]: This is a masterclass.
- 19:08[SPEAKER_02]: Not even a show.
- 19:09[SPEAKER_02]: We're not even calling this a show.
- 19:10[SPEAKER_02]: It's a masterclass on how to bill well.
- 19:13[SPEAKER_02]: Literally, and I don't care where you come from on can.
- 19:15[SPEAKER_02]: You like that credit, whatever.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_02]: Like literally this is a masterclass because
- 19:20[SPEAKER_02]: The other thing that I was going to say is when you think about where we are right now, I truly believe that not everybody's built to be entrepreneur, honestly.
- 19:30[SPEAKER_02]: And what I mean by that is there are people who are designed to think of an idea, and execute on an idea and make it make it big, right?
- 19:43[SPEAKER_02]: But that's a that's like 1% that's why 1 to 10% of the population and what I again What I love about you while one is you on a platform is because your hundred million dollars of funding is every day people It's the others.
- 19:58[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, but it's not the one that 10% they said not it's every day other it's every day people and as a everyday person
- 20:06[SPEAKER_02]: If you have a non-the-five, you can run this play.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_02]: You don't have to quit your job.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_02]: You don't have to become a struggling entrepreneur.
- 20:16[SPEAKER_02]: In fact, if you listen to Herman, this could be your pathway to freedom.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_00]: Have a way to freedom.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_00]: Do this plan first, until you're ready to fire your boss.
- 20:29[SPEAKER_00]: Shout out to Stormly Roy.
- 20:30[SPEAKER_00]: Right?
- 20:30[SPEAKER_00]: Let me tell you what Storm said.
- 20:32[SPEAKER_00]: And if you guys don't know Stormly Roy, definitely tap him with him.
- 20:35[SPEAKER_00]: Right?
- 20:36[SPEAKER_00]: Your job should be your first business partner.
- 20:37[SPEAKER_00]: That's like he always says so that $500,000 you have left over at that in a month.
- 20:42[SPEAKER_00]: Start your T-shirt company.
- 20:44[SPEAKER_00]: Start whatever business you want.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_00]: Flip that to a thousand.
- 20:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 20:47[SPEAKER_00]: Then do it again.
- 20:48[SPEAKER_00]: Then do it again.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_00]: Do that for six, seven months in a row.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_00]: Once you have the game plan ready, you know what?
- 20:54[SPEAKER_00]: If I had $10,000 or $20,000 in fun, then I could put guests and lean on this.
- 20:58[SPEAKER_00]: But you have a proof of a concept, then you go get your first business partner, which is American Express, which is well-scargo.
- 21:06[SPEAKER_00]: Now you're able to fire your boss like, oh, now I'm making my 23,000 dollars a month on autopilot because I leverage my job.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_00]: Now I'm leveraging my second business partner.
- 21:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 21:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 21:17[SPEAKER_02]: And can you talk a little bit about like the importance of cash flow, right?
- 21:24[SPEAKER_02]: Because I think that again, you know, a lot of people who are starting businesses, a lot of people who want like let's let's just say we saw bad actors if you will.
- 21:36[SPEAKER_02]: Where they were getting people funding and then it's like all right you got it from here Yeah, and so which is why they'll those comments come where they're like oh you're getting people into debt But the truth of the matter is that it's not about the funding the funding is the first vehicle Yeah, but the goal is cash flow low
- 21:55[SPEAKER_02]: Talk a little bit about that, and I want this to be super layman's, so that people who are watching, because obviously there's finance jargon.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_02]: So when somebody says cash flow, somebody might even understand what that means.
- 22:12[SPEAKER_02]: And in full transparency, like,
- 22:15[SPEAKER_02]: people, you know, even myself when I first started teaching financial literacy, it was all about income income income, how much money you're making, how much money you're making, how much money you're making, which is backwards, right, because you get caught up in a cycle, even as an entrepreneur.
- 22:32[SPEAKER_02]: You get caught up in a cycle of working hard for money if I'm not working.
- 22:36[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not making money and so and so now I'm like I'm a fire my boss.
- 22:40[SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna be a I'm a BSCO I get rid of this job that I was working 60 80 I was from I create this new business that I'm still Worked 60 80 I was the only difference is I knew in my money was coming from when I was when I was the
- 23:02[SPEAKER_02]: I mean cash flow.
- 23:04[SPEAKER_00]: So this is a really good example.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_00]: I tell people all the time, cash is not king, credit is not king, cash flow is king.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_00]: Money coming in no matter what.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_00]: So what I started to do a while ago is say for instance, your number is I make $5,000 a month and work at my nine to five.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_00]: I got to get them 40 hours a week.
- 23:24[SPEAKER_00]: We're really at 60 hours because you got to drive back and forth to work.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_00]: That's another conversation, right?
- 23:28[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm giving them 60 hours a week to make $5,000 cash.
- 23:31[SPEAKER_00]: That's $100,000 a year before taxes, right?
- 23:34[SPEAKER_00]: So me,
- 23:36[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, okay, well, I got a back into 5,000 a month.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_00]: So me, one of my first properties I got was out of town and Cleveland, Ohio, I bought a duplex.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_00]: I leverage and I bought it in my business name using CDFI and DSCR loan, C-D-F-I, and DS-C-R loan.
- 23:50[SPEAKER_02]: Commit community development financial institutions.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, right.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_00]: And a desk service, a desk service.
- 23:56[SPEAKER_00]: DS-C-R, right?
- 23:59[SPEAKER_00]: So all I had to do was put 10% down and I was able to buy $100,000 property, right?
- 24:05[SPEAKER_00]: Um, now that about the $100,000 property, the rent on the top in the bottom was about $2,000 each section eight.
- 24:12[SPEAKER_00]: So now I'm making $4,000 the mortgage is about 1,500.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 24:17[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm cash $1,3,500 off of rent.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 24:20[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 24:20[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_00]: Now I'm like, okay, I'm plastering 3500 off of I leverage cash because I have to put down stamp payment.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_00]: I leverage credit.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_02]: I was in dollars.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 24:28[SPEAKER_00]: Of the tens I was in dollars.
- 24:29[SPEAKER_00]: I leveraged credit and cash because I had to put some down.
- 24:34[SPEAKER_00]: I leveraged credit so I could get the asset, both of them.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_00]: So I can get cash flow.
- 24:40[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 24:40[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm like, all right, bet I replaced 35% of my 35,000 out $100 of my income.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_00]: I need to get to $5,000, boom, let me do it again.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_00]: Right, and let me do it again.
- 24:52[SPEAKER_00]: After I got to four or five properties, making $2,000, $3,000 cash flow.
- 24:57[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I'm like, oh, I just replaced my job and I don't have to give them 40, 50, 60 hours a week now.
- 25:03[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, the moment I step back and quit my job, I freed up my time.
- 25:07[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and I got the cash, so now I have 40 hours.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_00]: to dive into entrepreneurship and go in 10x and go away bigger.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_00]: So, Clash will create a freedom that a lot of people don't understand, but it's a slow grind.
- 25:18[SPEAKER_00]: I had to save up that down payment.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_00]: I had to make sure my credit was together and I had to bet on myself.
- 25:24[SPEAKER_00]: And I had to get a mentor to cut the loss so I would have made mistakes because people have done it way before me, but listen guys.
- 25:31[SPEAKER_00]: The properties are to give you $23,000,000, even $500 a month, right?
- 25:34[SPEAKER_00]: That's pennies.
- 25:35[SPEAKER_00]: That's nothing.
- 25:36[SPEAKER_00]: That's pop that.
- 25:37[SPEAKER_02]: That's garbage.
- 25:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
- 25:38[SPEAKER_02]: There's people who are doing $1 million a month, $2 million a month.
- 25:41[SPEAKER_00]: So these are crumbs to them.
- 25:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 25:43[SPEAKER_00]: But the strat is the same paperwork.
- 25:45[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 25:46[SPEAKER_00]: It's the same deal flow, it's the same, it's the same research that they have to do to make 500 a month versus 5,000 a month.
- 25:52[SPEAKER_02]: And those people I like to stay in contact with men's where me get me to gain.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_02]: For sure.
- 25:56[SPEAKER_02]: And that's the other thing though.
- 25:57[SPEAKER_02]: True.
- 25:58[SPEAKER_02]: I'm glad you said that because I think that what social media has done also is it makes us go after.
- 26:10[SPEAKER_02]: level five when we're at level one right it makes us go after like we want the Lambo we want the color and we want the vacation we want all those things that are probably level five things where we're at level one right first focus like like you said first focus on your freedom yeah
- 26:27[SPEAKER_02]: All right, focus on the every number.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_02]: Did you figure out your freedom number?
- 26:31[SPEAKER_02]: Focus on that first.
- 26:33[SPEAKER_02]: Once you get to that level, now there's another level.
- 26:36[SPEAKER_02]: Now there's another level.
- 26:38[SPEAKER_02]: Now there's another level.
- 26:39[SPEAKER_02]: But you can't jump.
- 26:42[SPEAKER_02]: Like social media makes it feel like you could jump.
- 26:45[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 26:45[SPEAKER_02]: Two level five by just doing what you think you see me doing.
- 26:51[SPEAKER_02]: But really, it's the things that are happening behind the scenes.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_02]: It's the things that
- 26:56[SPEAKER_02]: You can't post about it, you know what I'm saying?
- 26:59[SPEAKER_02]: And so, yeah, you don't say it because it's like it's like you know, it would be tiring to, you know, to like every time you go to a bank.
- 27:09[SPEAKER_02]: Let me, let me, let me show you, let me post that I went to the bank.
- 27:12[SPEAKER_02]: Let me post that I have the relationship with the bankers.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_02]: She talked about that too, because you know, I know as a former banker, the only role and it's, I think that this is what I don't think people understand.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_02]: The only role a bank has is to lend money like money like that's the only role they make money So they want to lend them money.
- 27:34[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and so I think a lot of people Look at the economy they listen to the news.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_02]: They say oh my god, you know banks are not lending money anymore
- 27:45[SPEAKER_02]: That will never be true.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_02]: There is no other business model.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_02]: There's no other business model that they can have, but true lend money.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_02]: They get you to give them the money.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_02]: So you, and they give you a little percentage of it in, like the spread that they make between the money that they receive is on godly, right?
- 28:03[SPEAKER_02]: And the money they lend out is on godly and it's the only way they make money.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_02]: And so for me as a former banker,
- 28:12[SPEAKER_02]: I have, I had, quote is that I had them, yep, yep, yep.
- 28:17[SPEAKER_02]: And so, a lot of times I'm sitting and waiting for people to come in, so I could get qualified people to borrow, but,
- 28:27[SPEAKER_02]: If I had, I probably would still be a bacon.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_02]: If I had a hermen, right?
- 28:32[SPEAKER_02]: If I, like, I used to want to credit you.
- 28:34[SPEAKER_02]: If I, and that was one of the biggest things is like, y'all, we couldn't find qualified people for loans.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_02]: But if I had a hermen teaching the game, teaching the game, quality people would have came to you.
- 28:43[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 28:44[SPEAKER_00]: So can I talk about that?
- 28:45[SPEAKER_00]: Please, relationship managers.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_00]: I'm glad you brought that up.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 28:48[SPEAKER_00]: So I have a couple of BRMs I call them, and they call me their center of influence.
- 28:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 28:53[SPEAKER_00]: Why?
- 28:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yep, so what I do and I have to I have to I have to I'm gonna jog a jog.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I know the drug I got so I had to actually change how I started speaking on social media So I can Heart and her with different languages and letting institutions because it was cool to say you'll let me give you the four hacks that'll dot out.
- 29:10[SPEAKER_00]: Thanks hated that they needed me.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_00]: Yep, right?
- 29:12[SPEAKER_00]: because you make you seem really scammy.
- 29:14[SPEAKER_00]: So I started to sit down with my lending institutions like Yokeen Stop, saying that.
- 29:18[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, wow, it's like, now we don't like that jargon.
- 29:20[SPEAKER_00]: We want partners in relationship.
- 29:22[SPEAKER_00]: So her, instead of telling the three hacks that can you tell them the three relationships, the three partnerships, can you tell them to open up a business checking in a business savings account?
- 29:30[SPEAKER_00]: Can you tell them to make a deposit?
- 29:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 29:32[SPEAKER_00]: Can you tell them to let it season for 30 days?
- 29:34[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 29:34[SPEAKER_00]: They call me now on what to say and what to do because I want to give the money.
- 29:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 29:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 29:38[SPEAKER_00]: Here's how they're going to get money from us.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 29:42[SPEAKER_00]: I'm helping them reach their quota right hey guys go to truth is here's my banker there Here's my blood.
- 29:48[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 29:48[SPEAKER_02]: This is what you're gonna say and do.
- 29:50[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, they're giving me the script to say Yeah, because they're meeting their quota and they want to lend out the money.
- 29:55[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, because now I'm sending qualified educated people and not people were trying to run off on the on the blood Cause before I'm gonna get you out of 700 credit score.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_00]: They're gonna give you the 20,000 versus yeah Open up a business check and business savings
- 30:07[SPEAKER_00]: Right, you're getting your internal banking rate score up more that person Yeah, it's mostly gonna pay back that 20,000 and not run off on the money.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, for you guys to understand how banks work Why they like when I teach Open up a bank account make it a positive banks.
- 30:22[SPEAKER_00]: Um, I found out what the law is where they can lend out 10% of the money Factionally if I make it a positive a thousand they can lend out 10,000 dollars tomorrow
- 30:32[SPEAKER_00]: and create money out of nowhere in charge of my 30% on that credit card and that's just a credit card right they got other products that they have so they started to love me bro yeah listen these bank relationship managers have gotten promotions because I change how I taught yeah telling them to open up bank accounts making deposits and yeah I brought my district manager because you are appreciate yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
- 30:53[SPEAKER_02]: And you just gave me like some content idea and this is just me just kind of going off the top of my head because I, you know, we talked about, you know, me, you know, my beginning start, you know, doing the financial literacy stuff and financial education and me just wanting to kind of get back into that game.
- 31:10[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, you just gave me a content idea of really just doing that though really because I know a lot of the.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_01]: the banking rule, right?
- 31:16[SPEAKER_01]: You have those.
- 31:17[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and so like going there and just kind of teaching some of these rules.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_02]: But I think that that's a key point that I want people to understand too, which is why, you know, because I think there's this stigma also where people are like, well, why would I pay somebody to help me get funding when I could just go into the bank by myself?
- 31:40[SPEAKER_02]: but the truth of the matter is that you're not paying for the funding, you're paying for mentorship, but you're also paying for the relationship.
- 31:48[SPEAKER_02]: And what I was going to say too about having the banking relationship is that if somebody walks in and it's just a true story, right?
- 31:57[SPEAKER_02]: If I'm sitting at my desk as a banker, as a CEO of a credit union, somebody walks in off the street and they say they want to loan.
- 32:05[SPEAKER_02]: compared to somebody who is my sense of influence, my COI.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_02]: And so COI's could be, you know, could be a business consultant, could be lawyers, they could be a accountant.
- 32:18[SPEAKER_02]: There's different people that we know have access to quality people, and you treat them differently.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_02]: We treat them 100% differently.
- 32:26[SPEAKER_02]: So if one of my COI's comes into my bank and says they want to get their client money,
- 32:33[SPEAKER_02]: My guard is lower, because this is somebody that I've done business with before.
- 32:38[SPEAKER_02]: They've sent me people before and the quality of the person was good when we did the unwriting.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not talking to the tank to take the chance on this person.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_02]: Even if it's a situation where I have to bend my rules of unwriting, right?
- 32:57[SPEAKER_02]: Because the truth of the matter is that if somebody
- 33:02[SPEAKER_00]: There are people in the bank that can say yes, still can say yes, still, because you're going to tell the story, right, evil I listen, they got a six 80, but they got all this.
- 33:12[SPEAKER_00]: Right, Hermes Center, right, versus you who could have a 700 credit, right, not everything, but Hermes Center.
- 33:18[SPEAKER_00]: So we're going to give them the 50, and you would have got 20,000.
- 33:21[SPEAKER_00]: You got a better credit score, because you got the BRM, the bank relation and manager.
- 33:25[SPEAKER_00]: behind you, wishing, and that's why you pay for the relationship.
- 33:28[SPEAKER_02]: You pay for the relationship.
- 33:29[SPEAKER_02]: Talk a little bit about, you know, Bella Sloan Academy, because, you know, recently you had your Massamai and Philadelphia three day weekend, and it was so many people there.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_02]: The energy was great, people were, you know, testimonials about, you know, all of the stuff that.
- 33:48[SPEAKER_02]: You know, you know, you're, you and your company have been able to do, um, talk, talk, talk about Belson Academy, talk about your mastermind, talk about, um, you know, your goals also as far as like helping people.
- 33:55[SPEAKER_02]: Absolutely, bro.
- 33:55[SPEAKER_02]: I gotta get, can I tell you a long story before I get to that about the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the,
- 34:04[SPEAKER_00]: the genesis of Belloson Academy because bro, I started to believe people who teach don't do, so I didn't want to get caught up in that whole mentorship thing because I know we really do funding.
- 34:12[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and then somebody DMs me, right?
- 34:15[SPEAKER_00]: It is like, oh, how much do you charge your mentorship?
- 34:17[SPEAKER_00]: And I thought I don't really do it.
- 34:19[SPEAKER_00]: And then at the same time, somebody called me to come speak at an event in Atlanta.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_00]: And I was like, all right, this is my first, my first speaking gig and it was like, yeah, um, I was like, how many of you are going to be there?
- 34:31[SPEAKER_00]: It was like 2000.
- 34:31[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, oh, that will make a bag in the room, my clothes and deals.
- 34:35[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 34:36[SPEAKER_00]: And it was like, well, what's your speaking fee?
- 34:38[SPEAKER_00]: This is, this is early home in New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York, New York,
- 34:52[SPEAKER_00]: My Muslim brother hits me up, right?
- 34:53[SPEAKER_00]: We have different faiths.
- 34:55[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm telling him the story.
- 34:56[SPEAKER_00]: He's, I wait a second.
- 34:57[SPEAKER_00]: The universe, God asks you, how much you want to make and you said nothing.
- 35:03[SPEAKER_00]: He's, I next time God asks you, how much you want to make, tell him.
- 35:06[SPEAKER_00]: So the next time somebody DM me, bro, it's like, yo, you do want to want mentors here.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, yeah, and I reluctantly, I was like, I put, I said, when number my mom gonna put, I put 10,000.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_00]: Next DM, where do I send the money?
- 35:18[SPEAKER_00]: And I was like, oh, oh, there's a need and I want the market is requesting it.
- 35:23[SPEAKER_00]: I call my CEO, I was like, we got to come up with a product, because somebody's gonna pay us this, and not too long after that Temple University, my mom wanted to hit me out there, it's like, hey, do you want to come to speak to our freshman class about financial literacy?
- 35:33[SPEAKER_00]: The 30 minutes will give you $5,000.
- 35:36[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, oh, the market said in my mouth that I didn't even know I had it, and that's what that was the genesis of Bellison Academy, because people's like, yo, you're doing this sermon, can you teach us how to do it?
- 35:46[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 35:46[SPEAKER_00]: So I started teaching people how to get a funding, and it was like, hey, can you teach us how to start a funding company where we're we're helping people.
- 35:54[SPEAKER_00]: start consulting, setting up their LLCs, their websites, how to form relationships, and it's turned into an amazing community.
- 36:01[SPEAKER_00]: We have almost 5,000 people in Belison Academy right now.
- 36:04[SPEAKER_00]: I have a paying subscription or they're more one-on-one or high ticket level.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_00]: circle people with me.
- 36:10[SPEAKER_00]: We have 200 people come out to filly and it was great going back to the banks the bank relationship managers.
- 36:17[SPEAKER_00]: They want to partner with me.
- 36:18[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, Herman can we come speak to the people?
- 36:20[SPEAKER_00]: Vice President of the truest bro came to the event this week.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I'm saying and when she saw the person she's like, Oh, this is beautiful.
- 36:27[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, come and impact.
- 36:27[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, yes, she's like can we sponsor the next event?
- 36:30[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I was like absolutely, right?
- 36:32[SPEAKER_00]: So it's turned into an amazing thing.
- 36:35[SPEAKER_00]: Shout out to my CEO, the Maris who's helped set it up.
- 36:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, we're gonna talk about the Maris though, too, in a second, because I, and this is, so I want everybody, I want the first part to talk about, you know, I want everybody to leave this master class to understand credit to know what they need to do, but did I need to get into your business a little bit?
- 36:53[SPEAKER_02]: For personal reasons, okay, okay, okay.
- 36:56[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but that's, but that's by the Sony Academy and in nutshell, we have different levels to it.
- 36:59[SPEAKER_00]: You come in $50 a month during the community, watch all the old videos.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_00]: We meet at least 15, 20 times a month, bro.
- 37:06[SPEAKER_00]: They're the best Netflix.
- 37:07[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you can ever have and then when you're ready to go to the next level, we got the offerings for you to make sure that you're successful because like you said, entrepreneurship is not for everybody, but we're going to make sure we give you the options to do that to level up.
- 37:20[SPEAKER_02]: for sure for sure.
- 37:21[SPEAKER_02]: I love that.
- 37:22[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm actually, I mean, we, I don't know if I can ask this behind the scenes at all, let's see.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_02]: But I need a partner actually, because I thought about it.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 37:31[SPEAKER_02]: As I'm building out my, like, I don't want to do credit repair.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't want to do funding.
- 37:37[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 37:37[SPEAKER_02]: But I'm building out a community, but I need somebody to be able to fill.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_02]: To fulfill.
- 37:42[SPEAKER_02]: Mm-hmm.
- 37:43[SPEAKER_02]: Um, and so I don't know how to work it like I don't know if there's somebody within your community that's good, that What my and partner with me so when I say that I mean like They do the work, but it be under like my umbrella if you will.
- 37:58[SPEAKER_00]: I got a guy.
- 37:59[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 37:59[SPEAKER_00]: I got a guy that might be able to All right, so yeah, I got some plugs.
- 38:02[SPEAKER_02]: We could tap me.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, let's talk about that.
- 38:04[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, let's talk about that.
- 38:05[SPEAKER_02]: Let's talk about that.
- 38:06[SPEAKER_02]: And so, um, and that look so that's my ADHD because that's ADHD
- 38:10[SPEAKER_02]: And so when the thought comes in my head, you've got to say you've got to say it because I'm gonna forget it, which is why you know, I said it on camera, which is fine, right?
- 38:19[SPEAKER_01]: Because I think I think that's also a lesson in business, if you will, is that, you know, is leverage, right?
- 38:27[SPEAKER_01]: Like when you're my friend is leverage, right?
- 38:29[SPEAKER_02]: And so the beauty of what I'm asking you is that I'm already established.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_02]: I have a name, I have a brand, and I need somebody to be able who could do the work, who could just leverage, like I'll do the content, I'll get the people in, I just need somebody to leverage, so we're talking about leverage, and so that's what I wanted to talk about, right?
- 38:52[SPEAKER_02]: It's like the Maris, the Maris.
- 38:55[SPEAKER_00]: She's a verb now.
- 38:57[SPEAKER_02]: Right?
- 38:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 38:57[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 38:58[SPEAKER_02]: No, she's a noun.
- 38:59[SPEAKER_02]: I need a Demaris.
- 39:00[SPEAKER_02]: I need no.
- 39:01[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 39:02[SPEAKER_02]: Because at what point, right, did, and that's why I said you just such a humble guy.
- 39:08[SPEAKER_02]: because everybody wants to be the CEO.
- 39:10[SPEAKER_02]: Everybody wants to be the boss.
- 39:12[SPEAKER_02]: You got your own company that you started, it's your daughter's name's sake.
- 39:18[SPEAKER_02]: And you said, you know, I'm removing me.
- 39:21[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I don't even want to run the company.
- 39:23[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to find somebody.
- 39:25[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to hire somebody.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_02]: And they're going to be the CEO of the company, right?
- 39:30[SPEAKER_02]: Like, what was that to a process?
- 39:31[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not going to have a, again, mentorship.
- 39:34[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, right?
- 39:35[SPEAKER_00]: I'm watching the people who are extremely wealthy.
- 39:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 39:38[SPEAKER_00]: I'm watching the people who are playing.
- 39:39[SPEAKER_00]: Listen, Jeff Bezos stepped down, Tim Cook stepped down, Steve Jobs stepped down.
- 39:43[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, well, why are these people stepping down?
- 39:45[SPEAKER_00]: Because the end game is, well, we got ego.
- 39:47[SPEAKER_00]: Our community, we just have the ego.
- 39:48[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to say I'm a bought bro.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_00]: I'm the founder.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_02]: Sure.
- 39:51[SPEAKER_00]: So the mayor has started off working to me for free.
- 39:54[SPEAKER_00]: Right?
- 39:54[SPEAKER_00]: My brother was like, yo, you're overwhelmed.
- 39:55[SPEAKER_00]: You created a second job for yourself, Herman, when you started the company.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_00]: Um, so I was like, no, I'm going to check the emails.
- 40:01[SPEAKER_00]: I know my number is no one's going to take care of it.
- 40:03[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I take care of it.
- 40:04[SPEAKER_00]: And he's like, bro, you're never going to grow because my brother said so she came on for free just checking emails and answering phone calls.
- 40:09[SPEAKER_00]: She did such a good job job.
- 40:11[SPEAKER_00]: She became my executive assistant.
- 40:13[SPEAKER_00]: It's such a good job doing that because and I was like, oh, that's what's up.
- 40:17[SPEAKER_00]: She was working as logistics in Amazon.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_00]: So her brain was just different.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_00]: Very linear, understand operations.
- 40:24[SPEAKER_00]: Um, then they gave her promotion in Amazon.
- 40:26[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, you know it for me to go to the next level.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_00]: She has to work full time for me.
- 40:29[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 40:30[SPEAKER_00]: So I brought her an offer.
- 40:31[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, listen, what Amazon paying you?
- 40:33[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, I'll pay you the same thing.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_00]: It'll technically be more because you ain't got to spend your gas.
- 40:36[SPEAKER_00]: You'll be working from home.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 40:38[SPEAKER_00]: And she's like, let me buy a house first.
- 40:40[SPEAKER_00]: She bought her house and then I stole it from Amazon.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_00]: And that was the first time I made a million dollars.
- 40:46[SPEAKER_00]: because she put, after you pull her in after I brought her in, you have to hire good help, right?
- 40:51[SPEAKER_00]: Cause we don't want to invest back into the business.
- 40:53[SPEAKER_00]: So all the logistics, all the systems make you millions.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_00]: She put down into Bella's own enterprises.
- 41:01[SPEAKER_00]: I brought her in like January, bro.
- 41:03[SPEAKER_00]: January 1st, she's already CEO by December.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_00]: We made $1,000,000.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_00]: I made my first million dollars.
- 41:07[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so she's been an absolutely amazing.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_00]: So you need to hire people, delegate, because I want to make money.
- 41:14[SPEAKER_00]: It's not about ego for me.
- 41:15[SPEAKER_00]: So she bought in, she hired the credit repair staff.
- 41:18[SPEAKER_00]: She bought in the marketing people.
- 41:19[SPEAKER_00]: She bought in other business consultants, like, and then she turned it.
- 41:22[SPEAKER_00]: And now my brain is bigger to think of other things.
- 41:25[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, all right, Demand, I got a new idea.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_00]: Let's start a mentorship, we're going to call it Bellisone Academy.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_00]: She's like, all right, boss, and she built it out.
- 41:32[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, I'm live on a podcast right now.
- 41:35[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just leaving you a voice note.
- 41:37[SPEAKER_02]: How much do you make?
- 41:39[SPEAKER_02]: And how much is it going to cost for me to hire you full time?
- 41:43[SPEAKER_02]: So give me that number as soon as you can.
- 41:46[SPEAKER_02]: But I had to do this during the podcast.
- 41:49[SPEAKER_02]: You might watch the podcast and see me leaving you this voice note, but just let me know when you get a chance as soon as you can.
- 41:56[SPEAKER_00]: live on the pot.
- 41:57[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, because it's an executor.
- 41:59[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, because because I literally, I literally have the person, right?
- 42:05[SPEAKER_02]: I literally have the person.
- 42:07[SPEAKER_02]: We're working in some capacity.
- 42:08[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 42:09[SPEAKER_02]: But I know that I need to step away.
- 42:12[SPEAKER_00]: Bro, I showed that to my friend.
- 42:14[SPEAKER_00]: I just showed up.
- 42:15[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, this is nice.
- 42:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 42:17[SPEAKER_00]: that piece that I get with that.
- 42:18[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's, it's amazing.
- 42:20[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, there's some, you know, the colors is nice.
- 42:21[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, we, we, we sold 200 seats.
- 42:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
- 42:36[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and I think that like I think that's the like you say is mentorship.
- 42:41[SPEAKER_02]: I think that's the the missing link also, you know what I'm saying?
- 42:45[SPEAKER_01]: Because a lot of times again, a lot of us want to do a lot of things, right?
- 42:50[SPEAKER_02]: And so, you know, like even for myself and this is why I needed this because, you know, I run a podcast, I have a book coaching program, I have a publishing company,
- 43:03[SPEAKER_02]: I have a wife, kids, you know what I'm saying?
- 43:06[SPEAKER_02]: I know a miss is something.
- 43:07[SPEAKER_00]: I know there's more things that you need to see or you need an assistant.
- 43:10[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
- 43:11[SPEAKER_00]: It'll change your life.
- 43:11[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and it's funny because I, you know, I actually have, I have two virtual assistants.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 43:17[SPEAKER_02]: And I have two assistants, like two like a lot of assistants.
- 43:19[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, you're good.
- 43:21[SPEAKER_02]: But I, but I also think is partly,
- 43:25[SPEAKER_02]: I just need somebody to run it.
- 43:26[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, bro.
- 43:27[SPEAKER_02]: I just need somebody to run the business and I just need to, I just need to show up.
- 43:33[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 43:33[SPEAKER_00]: I just need to show up.
- 43:34[SPEAKER_00]: So you could be the creative that you are.
- 43:37[SPEAKER_00]: 1,000%, 1,000%, 1,000%, yeah.
- 43:40[SPEAKER_02]: What is, when you think about where you are right now, where you wanna be, like what is the future holding, like what are you looking at?
- 43:48[SPEAKER_00]: Two things, turning everything that is bellstone academy and there's a bunch of businesses under that.
- 43:54[SPEAKER_00]: turning that into an AI first company, right?
- 43:57[SPEAKER_00]: Um, and training the people that work with me.
- 44:00[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, to learn AI so they won't be let go, right?
- 44:05[SPEAKER_00]: So right now, credit repair funding a lot of it artificial intelligence can do extremely well, streamlined like people do when people come into the business, do the funnel.
- 44:14[SPEAKER_00]: AI is doing a lot of work behind the scenes, but I'm teaching people how to use it, the AI first, because quite frankly, I love what I do so much, I would do it for free.
- 44:21[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm dead serious, right?
- 44:22[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm actually working on doing it for free.
- 44:24[SPEAKER_00]: Well, how am I doing that?
- 44:25[SPEAKER_00]: Because now I'm at the level bro, between my SBA lenders, my CDFI lenders, I have assets right now that I can leverage where now I just want to flip businesses.
- 44:35[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I'm saying so, that's my game now, because less, I like to say in more money less clients.
- 44:42[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 44:43[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, more money less clients.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_02]: That's like that's literally where I'm at right now.
- 44:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, more money less clients, right.
- 44:49[SPEAKER_00]: I love my clients, but it's less headache.
- 44:51[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 44:52[SPEAKER_02]: I love you.
- 44:52[SPEAKER_00]: I'll just like and more time with my family because now literally my mentee.
- 44:57[SPEAKER_00]: I love when my mentee's lap me when they're doing so much better.
- 45:00[SPEAKER_00]: I got this one mentee came to my class seven years ago, bro.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_02]: And he left early shout out to new entrepreneur he left early.
- 45:06[SPEAKER_00]: He's I got what I need it How's that bro?
- 45:07[SPEAKER_00]: We got another six hours.
- 45:08[SPEAKER_00]: He's I got when I I know how to get the capital Yeah, 40 million dollars in assets He's seven years seven minutes a beautiful wife.
- 45:15[SPEAKER_00]: They got two kids going on the way.
- 45:16[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, going yeah, going right.
- 45:18[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so now
- 45:20[SPEAKER_00]: My other mentee, my mom and me take one, just saw him over the weekend.
- 45:24[SPEAKER_00]: He's leveraging credit to purchase a 15 million dollar business.
- 45:29[SPEAKER_00]: Right, with no money out of pocket.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_00]: And how are you doing that?
- 45:32[SPEAKER_00]: Cash flow was six figures a month.
- 45:34[SPEAKER_00]: He was there with his business partner with six ideas.
- 45:36[SPEAKER_00]: I remember you put this one.
- 45:37[SPEAKER_00]: You gave us our first 100,000 out of five months ago.
- 45:39[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, wait a bit, I'm in the wrong game because you guys are playing chess out here.
- 45:43[SPEAKER_00]: So my next level, bro, is leveraging cash and credit to flip businesses because the money is way bigger.
- 45:51[SPEAKER_00]: I could take that same $100,000 by Duplex Tropics or the Basin Building that you're in right now.
- 45:57[SPEAKER_00]: Or I can go buy a business and an 18 months flip it for two, three times what I purchased it and it's millions and it's the same paperwork.
- 46:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 46:06[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, man, that's my game number and then what what is um, you know, you know, as a married man As a father what what does a legacy mean you and let let's be clear as The son of Haitian immigrants right and I want to be clear on that that's why you know me salute You got three all the souls, you know, but
- 46:28[SPEAKER_02]: I want this because, you know, saying, right, I'm the, you know, I'm the, the son of Haitian immigrants, and when I think about like we're closer to slavery, we're closer, but, but if you know, you know, right, bully guy, what is it?
- 46:45[SPEAKER_02]: What's it?
- 46:45[SPEAKER_02]: What's it?
- 46:46[SPEAKER_02]: What's it?
- 46:47[SPEAKER_01]: What's it saying?
- 46:47[SPEAKER_01]: It's a bully guy.
- 46:50[SPEAKER_01]: Kasset that is at the right now's hit the head.
- 46:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 46:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 46:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 46:54[SPEAKER_02]: So there's a saying, right?
- 46:55[SPEAKER_02]: Because you know, a lot of people don't know that you know, 80 was the first free black public on and so a lot of times where when you when you think about the persecution when you think about how Haitians are treated.
- 47:09[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 47:10[SPEAKER_02]: It's not because we're weak.
- 47:12[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 47:12[SPEAKER_02]: It's because of the British.
- 47:13[SPEAKER_02]: We're being punished.
- 47:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 47:14[SPEAKER_02]: We're being punished.
- 47:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 47:15[SPEAKER_02]: France punished us, you know, upwards of $60 billion, right?
- 47:20[SPEAKER_02]: So people, you know, so, so first of all, most, and this is not a Haitian lesson, but it should be, Haiti is the richest country in a Western Hemisphere with resources, yeah.
- 47:32[SPEAKER_02]: Exactly, a lot of people say it's the opposite.
- 47:34[SPEAKER_02]: A lot of people are like, oh, Haiti's the poorest.
- 47:36[SPEAKER_02]: No, it's not the poorest country.
- 47:38[SPEAKER_02]: It is the richest country in the Western Hemisphere
- 47:45[SPEAKER_02]: land here acres of lands there, Bill Gates, the Clintons do the Clintons do because they are getting those natural.
- 47:51[SPEAKER_02]: So we could talk about all of that.
- 47:53[SPEAKER_02]: We want to write it.
- 47:54[SPEAKER_02]: Where does the guns come from?
- 47:55[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 47:56[SPEAKER_00]: Like all of that stuff that he came and stole all the gold out of the bank for Haiti.
- 48:00[SPEAKER_02]: No, we correct.
- 48:01[SPEAKER_02]: This billionaires that are in Haiti though.
- 48:04[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 48:05[SPEAKER_02]: This billionaires in Haiti that fund
- 48:08[SPEAKER_02]: a lot of the turmoil if you will, right?
- 48:11[SPEAKER_02]: But I say all that to say is that when you think about just like lineage, right, like when you come from the blood of the warrior, you know, in Black Panther, when he said, you know, he didn't say salute, but I'm just, this is what I, he said salute to my ancestors who thought, you know, death was better than bondage, right?
- 48:33[SPEAKER_02]: And so that's what we cut from.
- 48:36[SPEAKER_02]: But when you think about your, you know, I mean, you're the first millionaire family?
- 48:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, right?
- 48:41[SPEAKER_02]: And so as the first millionaire in your family, when you think about your wife, when you think about your kids, what does legacy mean to you?
- 48:50[SPEAKER_00]: So it was too full to me at first, right?
- 48:52[SPEAKER_00]: Because I'm a Christian, I believe, listen, once we get out of here, who cares what y'all think about me, right?
- 48:57[SPEAKER_00]: So it's, and it's probably how I do business.
- 48:58[SPEAKER_00]: I don't care what y'all think about me, we gonna make this money just me and my tribe, right?
- 49:02[SPEAKER_00]: But another part of it is you're right, the legacy is super important, especially when my children are watching what I'm doing.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, right, because the word tells us a wise man leaves riches for his children treasures and she's nice children.
- 49:14[SPEAKER_01]: His children's children.
- 49:16[SPEAKER_00]: So my children, my daughter's Bella and Olivia, they've reached already.
- 49:18[SPEAKER_00]: Just often insurance policies, they're going to be rich, right?
- 49:22[SPEAKER_00]: So now I'm I'm planning for the the kids are in the womb of my daughters.
- 49:25[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, right.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_00]: My grandchild or you just, oh no, just those two around 45 is a wrap.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, right.
- 49:30[SPEAKER_00]: So now I'm planning legacy for them.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_00]: So now I got to get as much assets as possible.
- 49:34[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, right?
- 49:35[SPEAKER_00]: Because AI is here, but AI is really, really coming.
- 49:37[SPEAKER_00]: It's about to wipe a lot of things out.
- 49:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 49:39[SPEAKER_00]: So now I'm planning for my grandchildren so that they have assets that will cash show and that they're totally good.
- 49:44[SPEAKER_00]: So that part of legacy financial literacy, right?
- 49:48[SPEAKER_00]: Freedom, time
- 49:52[SPEAKER_00]: spirituality that type of legacy blueprint.
- 49:55[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I want to give to my children is super important to me.
- 49:58[SPEAKER_00]: So that how all this happened and there's a picture of granddad on the it's because of him for sure.
- 50:02[SPEAKER_00]: Like he gave us the blueprint.
- 50:04[SPEAKER_00]: We're just we're just following this situation.
- 50:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and then and then and then told a little bit also about.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_02]: legacy, also being the knowledge that you could pass down, right?
- 50:14[SPEAKER_02]: Because I feel like, you know, by the time Bella turns 18, yes, you're going to give her assets.
- 50:21[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, she has, you know, those things in her name.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_02]: But,
- 50:26[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not a gang that you could kind of give or give or write like my my daughter just turned eighteen and you know I'm a we've already started saying that like she was on our amics my wife and I amex before eighteen yes, right?
- 50:39[SPEAKER_02]: And so people don't know that people don't people think oh you can't start building credit until you're 18 You actually build credit earlier.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_02]: You can't sign for credit, but we put all you know, we put it that's Look
- 50:52[SPEAKER_02]: message.
- 50:53[SPEAKER_02]: So we, you know, we put her on, she was a teenager when we put on the credit.
- 50:57[SPEAKER_02]: So now we, you know, when in process, you know, it's just our 18, you know, getting her first credit card, you know, you know, doing the things.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_02]: And I'll ask you actually, and so like, you know, like, we're going to be buying assets and things for that nature.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_02]: But from a credit perspective, right, she's 18.
- 51:16[SPEAKER_02]: She's still live with at home.
- 51:19[SPEAKER_02]: You know, she'll go off the college soon.
- 51:21[SPEAKER_02]: But what else, like, first credit card, what else should we be doing from scratch?
- 51:27[SPEAKER_00]: You know what's interesting?
- 51:28[SPEAKER_00]: I'll tell you exactly what I taught the Temple University students.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_00]: And I was like, hey, how many of you guys would like to be worth 250,000 about a time you graduated in four years?
- 51:36[SPEAKER_00]: And I was like, what that's crazy at the time possible.
- 51:38[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, it is.
- 51:39[SPEAKER_00]: So the first thing you already started it there's certain banks like Discover or Bank of America where you could put your teenager as an authorized user on the credit card right and you can open up a bank account With your teenager and start a relationship with them.
- 51:53[SPEAKER_00]: So for those two years they have a credit card for those two years you're building a relationship.
- 51:58[SPEAKER_00]: I put
- 51:59[SPEAKER_00]: They're allowance.
- 52:00[SPEAKER_00]: In the bank account, I don't give him the cash.
- 52:02[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not a debit card, right?
- 52:03[SPEAKER_00]: Teaching him financial literacy there.
- 52:05[SPEAKER_00]: They have a two-year experience.
- 52:06[SPEAKER_00]: And I started an LLC for them.
- 52:09[SPEAKER_00]: So by the time they're 18, they have a two-year LLC, they have a two-year relationship with the bank, right?
- 52:15[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm partnering with my kids, right?
- 52:17[SPEAKER_00]: This is a game plan.
- 52:18[SPEAKER_00]: I'm giving to my kids, right?
- 52:19[SPEAKER_00]: So now I got a two-year LLC.
- 52:21[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I can go to the bank, but I hate bank.
- 52:23[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a co-sign with my daughter, right?
- 52:26[SPEAKER_00]: I like to get a $10,000 credit card for my daughter.
- 52:29[SPEAKER_00]: Easy life work, because by this time, they got two year credit history, and they have a relationship with the bank boom.
- 52:33[SPEAKER_00]: They got the $10,000 in the business name.
- 52:36[SPEAKER_00]: liquidate the credit card.
- 52:37[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to go purchase a duplex on the college you're going to using a DSCR loan.
- 52:43[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 52:44[SPEAKER_00]: So boom, I'm doing this with my daughter.
- 52:46[SPEAKER_00]: I daughter, you're going to live.
- 52:47[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to show you credit hacking at 18.
- 52:49[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to live downstairs or free upstairs.
- 52:51[SPEAKER_00]: The college student is going to pay for the entire mortgage.
- 52:54[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 52:55[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to cash out
- 52:58[SPEAKER_00]: The 10,000 that we use, because 0% about their come out, we're going to cash out, refight at 10,000 pay off the credit card.
- 53:05[SPEAKER_00]: And guess what?
- 53:06[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to do that once a year for four years.
- 53:08[SPEAKER_00]: Now you have four rental properties, right?
- 53:12[SPEAKER_00]: All cash flowing while you was in college, up because daddy decided to start a relationship when you was 16 years old.
- 53:18[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 53:18[SPEAKER_00]: And it is a kick or daughter of mine, you beautiful daughter of mine.
- 53:21[SPEAKER_00]: Now you're 21 with four cash on properties because we did a slow we just got one a year We didn't go crazy now you got probably let's just say they're each worth a hundred twenty five thousand It probably gonna be worth more now you up you know I mean half a million dollars daughter did you know that you could liquidate and get a lot of credit for each and you could use as a down payment for your dream home Which are husband if you choose to
- 53:41[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, right.
- 53:42[SPEAKER_00]: So that's the blueprint.
- 53:43[SPEAKER_00]: I'm giving the kids on the car.
- 53:44[SPEAKER_00]: I'm calling him.
- 53:45[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god I was like, you see how simple it was for me to say it promise is that simple if you started early because the paperwork makes the paperwork Like literally like as we saw get look I like I'm taking notes.

- 56:10[SPEAKER_00]: When, when motivation runs out, discipline must take over, right?
- 56:14[SPEAKER_00]: So on January 1st, everybody was in the gym.
- 56:17[SPEAKER_00]: February 1st, I ain't seen nobody in the gym.
- 56:19[SPEAKER_00]: has they ran out of motivation and discipline must take over.
- 56:22[SPEAKER_00]: I'm down 64 pounds in a new 18 rates.
- 56:24[SPEAKER_00]: I appreciate it.
- 56:25[SPEAKER_00]: And it's not because I was motivated as I was disciplined.
- 56:28[SPEAKER_00]: And I did the reps every single day.
- 56:30[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, guys, I did this hundreds of days in a row.
- 56:33[SPEAKER_00]: Not once.
- 56:33[SPEAKER_00]: Not twice.
- 56:34[SPEAKER_00]: Not for hundreds.
- 56:35[SPEAKER_00]: When I didn't want to.
- 56:36[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 56:36[SPEAKER_00]: Because how you do anything is how you do everything.
- 56:39[SPEAKER_00]: So this transition is to my business, my relationships, my family, my marriage.

- 57:09[SPEAKER_00]: Right?
- 57:09[SPEAKER_00]: So my dad was, and I love him, right?
- 57:11[SPEAKER_00]: Rest in peace.
- 57:11[SPEAKER_00]: So my dad gave me a lot of information, a lot of game.
- 57:14[SPEAKER_00]: But my dad was in the millionaire.
- 57:15[SPEAKER_00]: He was one of the people I had to audit out my circle.
- 57:17[SPEAKER_00]: My financial circle, right?
- 57:19[SPEAKER_00]: Get mentors, get the right people in place.
- 57:21[SPEAKER_00]: A private check-in hole, like 16, 17, 18 people, right?

- 57:29[SPEAKER_02]: It's a fact, as a fact.
