- 0:00Speaker 1: This was the final Wednesday Night residency here the twenty
- 0:05Speaker 1: three hundred Arena for a while. Actually, I guess Collision
- 0:09Speaker 1: would be, but the final Dynamite at the twenty three
- 0:11Speaker 1: hundred Arena. This this is I think the third week
- 0:14Speaker 1: that they have had this building packed in nine hundred
- 0:17Speaker 1: people whatever it is. And so we end up with
- 0:21Speaker 1: another All Star main event tag team match, but this
- 0:26Speaker 1: time we had money on the line. Oh boy, yeah,
- 0:32Speaker 1: we had five hundred thousand dollars up for grabs in
- 0:36Speaker 1: the All Star eight was eight man? How many people
- 0:40Speaker 1: were in there? Ten man? I don't fucking know. There
- 0:44Speaker 1: were a lot of people in there. You would think
- 0:47Speaker 1: that Tony Kahan might have taken something away from the
- 0:50Speaker 1: fact that last week's show did record low numbers for
- 0:54Speaker 1: Dynamite with another one of these All Star multi person
- 0:57Speaker 1: main event matches, but instead, evidently not, because we got
- 1:00Speaker 1: it again here in the main event, only this time
- 1:02Speaker 1: with five hundred thousand dollars on the line. And when
- 1:05Speaker 1: it was over, it was all to build to Daniel
- 1:09Speaker 1: Garcia joining the Death Riders, the man who tried to
- 1:13Speaker 1: do things the right way and it just didn't work
- 1:17Speaker 1: out for him. He kept losing and losing and losing,
- 1:21Speaker 1: until finally he was corrupted by the evil John Moxley,
- 1:27Speaker 1: who has convinced him to join the Death Riders, which
- 1:31Speaker 1: means the Death Riders have grown by one. We are
- 1:36Speaker 1: now officially adding new members to the Death Riders. When
- 1:39Speaker 1: we submede we should be subtracting from the Death Riders.
- 1:42Speaker 1: We are only growing this group now, which is terrible news.
- 1:47Speaker 1: And also Daniel Garcia proceeds to deliver a curb stomp
- 1:51Speaker 1: that was supposed to be onto a chair. Darby moved,
- 1:55Speaker 1: he moved to the right or the left or whatever
- 1:58Speaker 1: it was. It was bad that they had to redo
- 2:01Speaker 1: the spot. This was supposed to be like the big
- 2:03Speaker 1: impactful spot where he was going to drive this man
- 2:05Speaker 1: face first right down into a steel chair. And then
- 2:08Speaker 1: Darby just goes down into the mat and Garcia is
- 2:12Speaker 1: standing there and he's looking at Moxley like, I think
- 2:15Speaker 1: we need to redo the spot. So they redid the
- 2:17Speaker 1: spot and then they got it done the right way
- 2:19Speaker 1: and then they flet and that is how the show
- 2:21Speaker 1: went off the air tonight. You know, my thoughts on
- 2:25Speaker 1: adding new members to the Death Riders. I am not
- 2:27Speaker 1: a fan of it Daniel Garcia coming out of the
- 2:31Speaker 1: end of the show, pulling his hood down to reveal
- 2:33Speaker 1: himself to you know, the most mild reaction that you
- 2:38Speaker 1: could possibly ask for. I would say it was funny
- 2:42Speaker 1: if it wasn't just kind of deflating honestly. As a
- 2:47Speaker 1: show closing angle does beg the question though, is Chris
- 2:50Speaker 1: Statlander going to follow, because we've had teases of her
- 2:53Speaker 1: being recruited by the Death Riders as well. They got
- 2:56Speaker 1: their one new male member. We might get a new
- 2:58Speaker 1: female member as well to the Riders very soon. We
- 3:02Speaker 1: also have our AW World Championship match now official for
- 3:06Speaker 1: All Out. He's going to be Hangman Adam Page, and
- 3:10Speaker 1: I think we kind of knew this is what I
- 3:12Speaker 1: said last week. Some people thought maybe Kenny Omega would
- 3:16Speaker 1: be back in time. We get Omega and Fletcher. They
- 3:19Speaker 1: did the angle last week to write him off TV.
- 3:22Speaker 1: As we now know, it'll be Hangman Page defending the
- 3:25Speaker 1: AW World Championship in Toronto on September twentieth against the
- 3:30Speaker 1: Proto Star TNT champion Kyle Fletcher. They're putting him in
- 3:34Speaker 1: a position to challenge for the world title that he
- 3:36Speaker 1: will not win obviously, it's a big spot for him
- 3:40Speaker 1: to be in. It's a big opportunity for him to
- 3:42Speaker 1: go out there show what he can do against the
- 3:45Speaker 1: world champion. So that match is now official. Most of
- 3:49Speaker 1: the other matches on the show tonight did what I
- 3:51Speaker 1: would say was a perfectly serviceable, perfectly average job of
- 3:59Speaker 1: building to you know, some of the other matches that
- 4:02Speaker 1: are coming up on the pay per view. Nothing that
- 4:05Speaker 1: had me terribly excited, though for this All Out show
- 4:08Speaker 1: coming up. We get great matches on every AW pay
- 4:11Speaker 1: per view. I can't say that this show that's coming
- 4:15Speaker 1: up as it currently stands. We don't have the final
- 4:17Speaker 1: card yet, of course, but the card as it currently stands,
- 4:22Speaker 1: there's really nothing about it that jumps out at me
- 4:25Speaker 1: that that screams, you know, anything different than I would
- 4:28Speaker 1: get from you know, some of the more recent AW
- 4:31Speaker 1: pay per views, and less so because at least some
- 4:33Speaker 1: of those there were some major stories that they were
- 4:36Speaker 1: building to, especially in Texas at All In, and I'm
- 4:40Speaker 1: not really feeling that right now for All Out. There's
- 4:43Speaker 1: still you know, a little bit of time left and
- 4:46Speaker 1: the card is not yet complete. But again, I can't
- 4:49Speaker 1: say that I'm gonna sit here and say that I'm
- 4:51Speaker 1: as excited as I was, you know, going into all
- 4:53Speaker 1: out in previous years. They're assembling a card. You know,
- 4:58Speaker 1: we've got certain stories playing out, certain feuds playing out,
- 5:01Speaker 1: Ricochet and the Gates of Agony and the Hurt Syndicate. Okay,
- 5:05Speaker 1: MJF and Mark Briscoe, we're not going to know what
- 5:07Speaker 1: the stipulation is for their match until Collision this Saturday.
- 5:10Speaker 1: MJF was not on the show tonight. Copeland and Christian
- 5:15Speaker 1: against FTR. I don't know what we're doing here. There
- 5:18Speaker 1: was no Copra Christian on the show tonight, but there
- 5:21Speaker 1: was a segment with FTR and Stokely Hathaway. I'm still
- 5:25Speaker 1: confused as to exactly what this was supposed to be,
- 5:29Speaker 1: other than FTR and Dax's Harwood going out there and
- 5:31Speaker 1: trying to play tough guy with the with the big
- 5:34Speaker 1: bad fans in the old ECW arena. I have no
- 5:37Speaker 1: fucking idea what the point of that segment was. I mean,
- 5:39Speaker 1: it was just a bizarre segment that did nothing to
- 5:44Speaker 1: further the story with them in Copeland and Christian. So
- 5:47Speaker 1: that was very weird, But what more can they do?
- 5:53Speaker 1: The tag team titles are not on the line in
- 5:55Speaker 1: that match. It's a grudge match, right, Cope and Christian
- 5:59Speaker 1: banding together to take on Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Sure it'll be a great match, but what more can
- 6:07Speaker 1: be done between now and then? It feels like there's
- 6:12Speaker 1: not much left to do at this voice. Then you
- 6:15Speaker 1: end up with segments like the one that we had
- 6:17Speaker 1: on the show tonight. One person who was not on
- 6:20Speaker 1: the show, and I do want to address this. His
- 6:21Speaker 1: name was never mentioned. He was not on the show tonight.
- 6:25Speaker 1: He was not on the show last week, and that
- 6:27Speaker 1: is Wardlow. And I asked the question last week, I said,
- 6:31Speaker 1: have you seen this man? Where is this man? He
- 6:35Speaker 1: made his big return after a year and a half
- 6:38Speaker 1: at Forbidden Door. He joined the don Kallis family. He
- 6:41Speaker 1: showed up on that first Dynamite coming out of Forbidden Door,
- 6:44Speaker 1: but he was fixing his cup links and he was
- 6:46Speaker 1: adjusting his suit jacket and he was standing like the
- 6:49Speaker 1: hired help in the background. What are we doing here?
- 6:53Speaker 1: And then we find out this past week and again
- 6:55Speaker 1: aw and Tony Kann have not made any kind official
- 6:57Speaker 1: announcement generally on this stuff. They don't. They keep it
- 7:01Speaker 1: very close to the vest, but there was a report
- 7:04Speaker 1: from Fightful. Others have confirmed it that there is an
- 7:09Speaker 1: injury with Wardlow. Wardlow has not wrestled the match yet.
- 7:14Speaker 1: He made one that one appearance at Forbidden Door, and
- 7:18Speaker 1: the fear is that he may have torn his pectoral muscle,
- 7:22Speaker 1: which if he did, depending on the severity of the tear,
- 7:25Speaker 1: means we're not going to be seeing Wardlow at least
- 7:27Speaker 1: not in the ring, but we may not be seeing
- 7:29Speaker 1: Wardlow for a while. He may go right back on
- 7:33Speaker 1: the shelf where he was before. If this guy didn't
- 7:37Speaker 1: have bad luck, he would have no luck at all.
- 7:39Speaker 1: I don't even know what to say. Like when I
- 7:41Speaker 1: read the report and I saw the Fightful report about this,
- 7:45Speaker 1: I had to do a double take because I thought
- 7:47Speaker 1: it was a joke. I thought it was like KFE
- 7:50Speaker 1: news or something. I'm like, injured, he just came back.
- 7:57Speaker 1: What has he even done? What do you mean injured?
- 8:01Speaker 1: Evidently he got injured on the first move that he
- 8:03Speaker 1: did when he closedlined Prince Nana at Forbidden Door, after
- 8:08Speaker 1: which he hit an F five on someone, he hit
- 8:11Speaker 1: a power bomb on someone, He did some stuff. No
- 8:15Speaker 1: indication that he was injured in any way, adrenaline is
- 8:19Speaker 1: a hell of a drug until it wears off. But
- 8:23Speaker 1: apparently that's where the injury took place. The specific nature
- 8:28Speaker 1: of it not yet confirmed, but that was the fear.
- 8:31Speaker 1: The fear is that it could be a peck tear.
- 8:34Speaker 1: I guess we'll wait to see what the update on
- 8:36Speaker 1: that is. But evidently we're not going to be seeing
- 8:39Speaker 1: Wardlow for a while. And what that means for, you know,
- 8:43Speaker 1: his future, I don't know. I honestly don't know. Because
- 8:47Speaker 1: before we saw Wardlow at Forbidden Door, I had completely
- 8:51Speaker 1: forgotten about him. He was forgotten. Then he showed up
- 8:56Speaker 1: and I was happy to see him, and I was
- 8:58Speaker 1: happy for him, and I'm sure he was happy to
- 9:01Speaker 1: be back. And then you hear about this and I
- 9:04Speaker 1: feel bad for him, and I wish him well and
- 9:07Speaker 1: you know, happy healing, and hopefully he can come back.
- 9:11Speaker 1: At this point, I think the idea of him eventually
- 9:15Speaker 1: reaching what I thought his potential would be in aw
- 9:19Speaker 1: I don't see it happening. I just don't see it happening.
- 9:23Speaker 1: I My hope for him is that he can come back.
- 9:25Speaker 1: If he wants to wrestle, he can come back, and
- 9:28Speaker 1: he can have a productive career. You know, he can
- 9:31Speaker 1: have a solid, productive career in the ring. But I
- 9:36Speaker 1: think this idea that one day he's going to reach
- 9:38Speaker 1: the pinnacle, you know, no pun intended, or you know,
- 9:42Speaker 1: be a top champion in AW with each passing year
- 9:46Speaker 1: and each injury, and it just seems less and less likely.
- 9:51Speaker 1: Kind of, if it's within reach, it gets farther and
- 9:54Speaker 1: farther away. And I hate that for him, but that's
- 9:58Speaker 1: just that's just the way it is. You know, these
- 10:00Speaker 1: are the circumstances that have befallen him, So hopefully he
- 10:04Speaker 1: could just come back and just produce for them in
- 10:07Speaker 1: some way. I've given up on wondering, you know what
- 10:12Speaker 1: his ceiling is. His ceiling is whatever his ceiling is
- 10:15Speaker 1: going to be. But he's got to be healthy in
- 10:18Speaker 1: order to be able to get back in the ring
- 10:21Speaker 1: and actually do that. So it sucks. But that's why
- 10:25Speaker 1: we don't see him on the show now, and we
- 10:27Speaker 1: will not be seeing him on the show for a while.
- 10:30Speaker 1: This is your AW Dynamite review. It is Wednesday, September tenth,
- 10:34Speaker 1: twenty twenty five. I am the Solemn Monster. Thank you
- 10:36Speaker 1: for being with me. Brian Danielson. He is now a
- 10:40Speaker 1: full time official member of the Dynamite broadcast team. We
- 10:44Speaker 1: found out about this last week. The only question was
- 10:47Speaker 1: were they going to make it a four man team,
- 10:49Speaker 1: which would have been ridiculous, or was he going to
- 10:51Speaker 1: replace someone. If you replace someone, that someone would have
- 10:55Speaker 1: to be Tony Shamani, because you're not going to get
- 10:57Speaker 1: rid of X caliber. If he's your play by play
- 10:59Speaker 1: guy and Taz is great, why are you going to
- 11:02Speaker 1: replace Taz? Tony Shavani is already doing play by play
- 11:05Speaker 1: on Collision. Just keep him on Collision and on Dynamite.
- 11:10Speaker 1: He can do in ring interviews, backstage interviews probably the
- 11:15Speaker 1: odd in ring interview because backstage is pretty much that's
- 11:19Speaker 1: Renee's realm. She's pretty much doing all the backstage stuff
- 11:23Speaker 1: and every now and then Alicia Toot will pop up,
- 11:26Speaker 1: but I think she's on her honeymoon right now. So
- 11:28Speaker 1: Brian Danielson came out. I think this is a great move.
- 11:31Speaker 1: I thought he was very good tonight. You know, he
- 11:34Speaker 1: brings an insight to it as somebody who not only wrestled,
- 11:37Speaker 1: but wrestled at a very high level. It was a
- 11:39Speaker 1: very big name, and it gives him an opportunity since
- 11:42Speaker 1: he's done wrestling forever. No, I mean forever is a
- 11:46Speaker 1: long time, but he's basically when I say he's retired,
- 11:51Speaker 1: I don't mean that we're never going to see him
- 11:52Speaker 1: back in the ring again, but he's basically retired. So
- 11:55Speaker 1: this gives him an opportunity to still be a part
- 11:58Speaker 1: of it in some active way. And I think that,
- 12:01Speaker 1: you know, he's able to contribute certain things on commentary
- 12:05Speaker 1: that you won't get from a Tony Shavanni. So I
- 12:08Speaker 1: like the move, and he did indeed replace Shavanni. So
- 12:11Speaker 1: we only have a three man booth, which is fine,
- 12:14Speaker 1: But as soon as Danielson sat down, what did they do?
- 12:16Speaker 1: They trotted out don Kallis for the opening match, so
- 12:20Speaker 1: we ended up with a four booth anyway here, and
- 12:24Speaker 1: the opening match was Hangman Adam Page, the aw World champion,
- 12:28Speaker 1: opening the show one on one and what they billed
- 12:31Speaker 1: as a grudge match. This was advertised all week as
- 12:35Speaker 1: a grudge match against Josh Alexander. Now it was Hangman,
- 12:41Speaker 1: so I was thinking grudge match. It was Hangman who
- 12:45Speaker 1: beat Alexander when Alexander made his debut back in April
- 12:49Speaker 1: in the owen Hart Tournament. So This man evidently has
- 12:52Speaker 1: been harboring a grudge for about five months now, but
- 12:55Speaker 1: also on the Hangman side after what happened to Kenny
- 12:59Speaker 1: Omega la week, even though it was Kyle Fletcher really
- 13:03Speaker 1: who did it to him, Alexander being a part of
- 13:05Speaker 1: the same crew, they called it a grudge match. Fine
- 13:09Speaker 1: Hangman dodged a running crossbody from Alexander, tried to moon
- 13:14Speaker 1: Salt off the apron into a tombstone, but Alexander slid
- 13:17Speaker 1: out into an ankle lock. Page escaped, clotheslined him over
- 13:21Speaker 1: the barricade into the front row, and Alexander, though he
- 13:24Speaker 1: got in some brief offense after this, got sent back
- 13:28Speaker 1: to the floor. Page hit a slingshot plancha. Alexander created
- 13:32Speaker 1: enough space to recover. He dragged Hangman outside and successfully
- 13:36Speaker 1: connected with a brainbuster to the apron. He did this
- 13:39Speaker 1: while standing on the floor, so it wasn't as devastating
- 13:44Speaker 1: as if he were standing on the apron doing that.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Later in the match, Alexander fought off a dead eye
- 13:50Speaker 1: and a buckshot, countering into rolling Germans until Hangman pulled
- 13:55Speaker 1: them both to the apron. Alexander held on with another
- 13:58Speaker 1: German still maintained the grip. He wanted one more German
- 14:03Speaker 1: in the aisleway. Hangman, though, was able to flip over
- 14:06Speaker 1: lands on his feet and then dropped him with an
- 14:08Speaker 1: exploder into the guardrail. Both men beat the count back
- 14:12Speaker 1: in before ten Alexander ran into a pop up lagerbomb
- 14:16Speaker 1: for a near fall, and then as both men fought
- 14:18Speaker 1: up the ropes, Alexander managed an avalanche rolling fireman's carry
- 14:23Speaker 1: that's a mouthful. Only got two though before sinking in
- 14:27Speaker 1: the ankle. Lock Page got the ropes. Both men went
- 14:31Speaker 1: back to the apron. Alexander wanted to see four spike.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Page though countered into a dead eye and then hit
- 14:37Speaker 1: the Orijara moonsalt out on the floor. So Don Kallas
- 14:45Speaker 1: is running distraction now on the referee Lance Archer and
- 14:49Speaker 1: Rocky Romero. They tried to intervene. They failed too successfully intervene.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Romero got back dropped off the apron onto Archer. Yeah,
- 14:59Speaker 1: they remind me of those cartoon villain henchman. You know,
- 15:03Speaker 1: you tell them like get him, and they can never
- 15:05Speaker 1: do it. It's like the gang that can't shoot straight.
- 15:08Speaker 1: They always fuck up. That's basically their role here in
- 15:11Speaker 1: the callous family. Page connected with the buck shot Lariyot
- 15:14Speaker 1: and he pinned Alexander to put the match away. So
- 15:17Speaker 1: it was a good opener, predictable finish. I mean, we
- 15:21Speaker 1: knew coming into this show that Alexander was not the
- 15:24Speaker 1: one who was getting the championship match in Toronto. They
- 15:27Speaker 1: didn't make it official until actually this next segment, but
- 15:32Speaker 1: I think we knew coming in that he was not
- 15:33Speaker 1: going to be the callous member who was challenging for
- 15:36Speaker 1: the title. It all out. He was somebody that hangman
- 15:39Speaker 1: can beat before he gets to the actual challenger. And
- 15:43Speaker 1: on that note, we had an angle here. When the
- 15:44Speaker 1: match was over, Page took the microphone. He said that
- 15:48Speaker 1: he didn't spill a gallon of his blood to win
- 15:51Speaker 1: the aw World title just to have someone like MJF
- 15:55Speaker 1: change the stipulation to his matches. He didn't give everything
- 15:59Speaker 1: he's had to this title to have someone associated with
- 16:02Speaker 1: the Don Kallis family getting involved. The most important word
- 16:07Speaker 1: in aw IS Wrestling Page is the All Elite Wrestling
- 16:12Speaker 1: Men's World Champion. Kyle Fletcher walked out with Don Kallus
- 16:17Speaker 1: saying that it was a nice sentiment to have, but
- 16:20Speaker 1: it doesn't matter. While Page holds the title the callous
- 16:23Speaker 1: Family runs AW sure feels like it, and he brings
- 16:27Speaker 1: up his challenge on Collision Fletcher he threw down the
- 16:31Speaker 1: gauntlet on Collision for a championship match. It all out,
- 16:36Speaker 1: so Page said, Fletcher is lucky to not have his
- 16:39Speaker 1: ass flighted out of here after what he did to
- 16:42Speaker 1: Omega last week, but he understands it. Fletcher wanted to
- 16:45Speaker 1: make a point, so Page told him to get in
- 16:48Speaker 1: the ring and face him eye to eye, and Fletcher
- 16:50Speaker 1: whispered to don kallis I got this and he got
- 16:54Speaker 1: into the ring. Page said that when he looks at Fletcher,
- 16:57Speaker 1: he sees potential, but he also see someone who can't
- 17:01Speaker 1: put on a pair of socks, and they showed that
- 17:04Speaker 1: he was wearing loafers with no socks. This guy thinks
- 17:08Speaker 1: he's the rock. Page put over Fletcher for being built
- 17:13Speaker 1: like a brick shit house, someone who has all the
- 17:16Speaker 1: tools to be the future, even seeing himself and him
- 17:20Speaker 1: like when he stood across the ring from Chris Jericho
- 17:22Speaker 1: in the early days of AW Chris Jericho nam Drop.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Page said that Fletcher isn't ready though, which Fletcher said, Oh,
- 17:30Speaker 1: I've heard this before. I've heard this my entire life.
- 17:32Speaker 1: He goes, I'm twenty six years old. My prime is
- 17:35Speaker 1: when I say it is, and that's right now. Page said,
- 17:39Speaker 1: if Fletcher truly wants it, he'll give him a shot.
- 17:42Speaker 1: He will give him the shot at all out. But
- 17:44Speaker 1: he needs to do it himself. If he's going to
- 17:47Speaker 1: do it, he needs to earn it without the Callus family.
- 17:50Speaker 1: So Fletcher said, you know what, Hangman might think that
- 17:52Speaker 1: makes a difference, but he doesn't need anybody to beat him.
- 17:56Speaker 1: So he has his word that it all out. It'll
- 17:59Speaker 1: be one on one and he will not fail time
- 18:03Speaker 1: after time like Hangman did before he finally won the championship.
- 18:08Speaker 1: And he said that Hangman will say his full name.
- 18:13Speaker 1: So as we sat, as we saw later on in
- 18:15Speaker 1: the show with Ricochet and the Gates of Agony, a
- 18:19Speaker 1: heel giving their word is completely worthless. It doesn't mean anything.
- 18:26Speaker 1: So the fact that he's saying, you have my word,
- 18:29Speaker 1: I'm not gonna have anybody from the Kallus family at
- 18:32Speaker 1: ringside to help me out, it doesn't mean shit. Okay,
- 18:35Speaker 1: but let's take him at his word. Let's say he's
- 18:37Speaker 1: telling the truth. If anything, I think they actually in
- 18:40Speaker 1: the eyes of some may have made the match less
- 18:42Speaker 1: interesting now because while I could appreciate there being no interference,
- 18:46Speaker 1: it's almost like Continental rules. Nobody believes that Kyle Fletcher
- 18:52Speaker 1: is going to win the championship. Less people believe that
- 18:56Speaker 1: Kyle Fletcher is going to win the championship in a
- 18:58Speaker 1: fair fight. If he was to have any chance of
- 19:02Speaker 1: winning the championship, it would be because somebody would interfere
- 19:04Speaker 1: on his behalf. So I don't know that that's necessarily
- 19:09Speaker 1: going to inspire people to think that maybe we're gonna
- 19:14Speaker 1: have a title change here. If anything, I think it
- 19:16Speaker 1: does the opposite. But for Kyle Fletcher, you know, if
- 19:18Speaker 1: he goes in there, then he has a competitive match,
- 19:21Speaker 1: a great match twenty five minutes, thirty minutes, and fall short, right,
- 19:27Speaker 1: it doesn't do damage to him. Him working with the
- 19:30Speaker 1: world champion, going out there and having a competitive match
- 19:33Speaker 1: is only going to raise his stock that much higher.
- 19:36Speaker 1: It is not the most attractive World Championship match they
- 19:39Speaker 1: could be doing. It really isn't the right time for
- 19:43Speaker 1: Kyle Fletcher to be wrestling for the world title. That's
- 19:45Speaker 1: a shoot, But he is, and so he gets to
- 19:49Speaker 1: go out there now show the world what he can do.
- 19:52Speaker 1: He's not going to win, but hopefully he'll be able
- 19:55Speaker 1: to come out of it in a better position than
- 19:57Speaker 1: he was going into it. It's not what I would do.
- 20:00Speaker 1: I would not be taking my TNT champion in this
- 20:02Speaker 1: situation and putting him up against the world champion in
- 20:05Speaker 1: a match that he has no chance of winning. But
- 20:08Speaker 1: this is the match that they're doing because they're putting
- 20:11Speaker 1: off the MJF stuff in the contract for a little
- 20:14Speaker 1: while longer, so it's an opportunity for him to go
- 20:17Speaker 1: out there and have a great show because throughout the
- 20:20Speaker 1: year they've been taking steps with him, going back to
- 20:23Speaker 1: the cage match with Osprey. When this year is over,
- 20:26Speaker 1: we will look back at it as the year that
- 20:27Speaker 1: Kyle Fletcher really did come into his own as a
- 20:31Speaker 1: single star. This was really the year that launched him
- 20:34Speaker 1: to that next level. Right, he's not yet at the
- 20:36Speaker 1: top level, but if he was down here, now he's here,
- 20:40Speaker 1: and then in twenty twenty six, that'll be a year
- 20:42Speaker 1: for him to go up, you know, climb up to
- 20:44Speaker 1: the next rung of the ladder. Take your time with him,
- 20:48Speaker 1: because they really have created and again I don't mean
- 20:51Speaker 1: this in a derogatory way, but they've created something out
- 20:54Speaker 1: of nothing. Kyle Fletcher was one half of a tag team.
- 20:59Speaker 1: Now he is a legitimate single star in this company.
- 21:03Speaker 1: He never has to go back to being a tag
- 21:05Speaker 1: team wrestler ever again. Now they aired footage of Kenoski
- 21:10Speaker 1: Takeshta defeating I'm gonna talk about him later, but they
- 21:13Speaker 1: aired footage of Takeshta defeating Mark Briscoe on Collision with
- 21:18Speaker 1: the surprise assist from MJF who showed up on the
- 21:21Speaker 1: Saturday show. As I said what I said last week,
- 21:25Speaker 1: I said, I'm guessing that MJF is going to show
- 21:28Speaker 1: up as a surprise on Collision. And this whole thing
- 21:30Speaker 1: about Kyle Fletcher defending the TNT title against Mark Briscoe.
- 21:34Speaker 1: If Briscoe can just beat Takeshta, he already beat Lance Archer.
- 21:37Speaker 1: Now he's just got to beat Takeshta. He was never
- 21:40Speaker 1: getting a shot at the TNT title. This was always
- 21:44Speaker 1: going to be designed to get us to Briscoe and
- 21:47Speaker 1: MJF one more time, and so they shot the angle
- 21:50Speaker 1: on Saturday. Now we come back with footage from MJF
- 21:53Speaker 1: after the show. This is not live, but it was
- 21:56Speaker 1: after the show on Saturday. He's pacing around in the
- 21:58Speaker 1: parking lot. He said his wedding was the day before,
- 22:02Speaker 1: and his wife asked him, where are you going? Because
- 22:05Speaker 1: he was headed out the door, and you know, she's wondering,
- 22:09Speaker 1: where are you going. We're supposed to go on our honeymoon,
- 22:12Speaker 1: and he told her their honeymoon can't start until Mark
- 22:14Speaker 1: Briscoe is dead. His wife said, if you leave right now,
- 22:19Speaker 1: we're done. They just got married, and MJF started laughing
- 22:25Speaker 1: and he told and I quote that silly little bitch
- 22:29Speaker 1: that he was married well before he ever met her,
- 22:32Speaker 1: because he's married to the game and he's ready to
- 22:35Speaker 1: make Mark Briscoe's life a living hell. Whatever stipulation Briscoe
- 22:38Speaker 1: chooses for their match, it all out this Saturday on
- 22:42Speaker 1: Collision is when we're going to find out what that is.
- 22:44Speaker 1: MJF will say exactly what he told his wife on
- 22:47Speaker 1: their wedding day. I do, I do, By God, I do,
- 22:54Speaker 1: And I throw it out to you. What do you
- 22:55Speaker 1: think the stipulation is going to be. I'm sure it'll be.
- 22:58Speaker 1: I'm sure it will be some hardcore Exactly what it is, though,
- 23:04Speaker 1: I don't know we do know Darby Allen and John
- 23:07Speaker 1: Moxley are wrestling it all out in a coffin match,
- 23:11Speaker 1: so that match is now official. Rene was backstage. She
- 23:15Speaker 1: was in catering along with many other aw talents and
- 23:21Speaker 1: catering I should say it was basically it looked just
- 23:23Speaker 1: like a tent in the parking lot. That's how it
- 23:26Speaker 1: is at the old ECW Arena. I guess actually it
- 23:29Speaker 1: looked like if you were going to a wedding reception
- 23:31Speaker 1: for someone. It was kind of set up that way.
- 23:35Speaker 1: But she's with the Young Bucks, who said that when
- 23:37Speaker 1: they win the five hundred thousand dollars tag team match tonight,
- 23:40Speaker 1: they're not going to be eating awful food anymore. They're
- 23:43Speaker 1: going to be traveling first class. They're going to be
- 23:45Speaker 1: eating Caviarenck Jackson said he's going to be hitting the
- 23:49Speaker 1: casino to try to double his money. So they tried
- 23:52Speaker 1: to sit down then at they have like these cafeteria
- 23:54Speaker 1: tables like they're back in high school or prison, and
- 24:00Speaker 1: they're trying to sit down. The Dark Order. The Dark
- 24:02Speaker 1: Order is there. It was the last time we saw
- 24:04Speaker 1: them on Dynamite. They're sitting around. Actually, this is real
- 24:08Speaker 1: life shit. Right here. This is exactly where you would
- 24:10Speaker 1: expect them to be during Dynamite, sitting in catering. So
- 24:13Speaker 1: they try to take a seat next to the dark
- 24:15Speaker 1: order they get rejected. So then they spot their old pal,
- 24:19Speaker 1: Brandon Cutler sitting there and they try to be chummy
- 24:24Speaker 1: with him, and he says, you know, I've been waiting
- 24:26Speaker 1: to say this for a long time. Shut up, young Bucks.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Then he got up and he walked off, so he
- 24:33Speaker 1: doesn't want to have anything to do with him either.
- 24:35Speaker 1: John Moxley then walks in, takes a seat next to them,
- 24:39Speaker 1: puts his feet up on the table. All the extras
- 24:44Speaker 1: in the background, all the enhancement guys. They start scurrying
- 24:47Speaker 1: around and leaving like they're scared shitless that John Moxley
- 24:50Speaker 1: has showed up. And Moxley reminds the Bucks who the
- 24:55Speaker 1: hell they are, and he promised them two hundred and
- 24:57Speaker 1: fifty thousand dollars apiece, so basically giving up the death
- 25:02Speaker 1: Riders share of the of the winnings in the main event.
- 25:04Speaker 1: Because the main event is a five hundred thousand dollars match,
- 25:07Speaker 1: He's willing to give all five hundred thousand to the
- 25:10Speaker 1: two of them. And they just split it if they
- 25:12Speaker 1: show up for the main event and they show up
- 25:15Speaker 1: as the old Young Bucks. So, look, I will say this,
- 25:19Speaker 1: at least here with the Bucks, they were incorporating the
- 25:23Speaker 1: money because it's very look, it's very dumb. Whenever Tony
- 25:28Speaker 1: Kahn advertises these random fucking matches four hundred thousand dollars,
- 25:32Speaker 1: this six hundred thousand dollars that two hundred thousand. Who
- 25:35Speaker 1: gives a shit. It's not like it's ever played up
- 25:38Speaker 1: in any major, meaningful way. But here it does play
- 25:41Speaker 1: into the Young Bucks story because they've been down on
- 25:44Speaker 1: their luck, right, They've they've just been down in the
- 25:47Speaker 1: dumps ever since they got stripped of their EVP titles,
- 25:51Speaker 1: and they're not traveling in the way they use to travel.
- 25:53Speaker 1: They're not living this extravagant lifestyle anymore. And so now
- 25:57Speaker 1: they have hope because oh my god, half a million
- 25:59Speaker 1: dollars is on the line in this main event. This
- 26:02Speaker 1: could be just what we need, you know, to turn
- 26:04Speaker 1: our fortunes around. At least it feeds into their storyline.
- 26:11Speaker 1: Now we had Mercedes Monet and Emmy Soaker teaming up
- 26:15Speaker 1: to take on Alex Windsor and ReHO ReHO returned on
- 26:20Speaker 1: Dynamite last week. We had not seen Riho in about
- 26:24Speaker 1: fourteen months. She returned on Dynamite. Within two minutes, we
- 26:28Speaker 1: had a graphic. Tony Kahn had the graphic ready to
- 26:31Speaker 1: go for all out Riho and Mercedes Mone for the
- 26:35Speaker 1: TBS Championship. Sure doesn't make any sense, no, but sure,
- 26:44Speaker 1: as I've been saying, she's a warm body, she's a
- 26:48Speaker 1: warm body to go in there and lose to Mercedes
- 26:51Speaker 1: the next victim on the list, that you can add
- 26:53Speaker 1: her name to the list and get her that much
- 26:57Speaker 1: closer to being the longest rating TVs champion of all
- 27:00Speaker 1: time because she's already beaten most of the other women
- 27:04Speaker 1: on the roster. So Mercedes and Emmy came out together.
- 27:07Speaker 1: Emmy was carrying and wearing half of mercedes titles because
- 27:12Speaker 1: she cannot carry them. She cannot physically carry all of
- 27:15Speaker 1: them around all the time, so at least here she
- 27:18Speaker 1: had somebody else who could carry half of her belts.
- 27:21Speaker 1: So they came out and Emmy Soccer by the way,
- 27:23Speaker 1: they dusted her off. We have not seen Emmy Soccer
- 27:27Speaker 1: in a long time. But the reason that she was
- 27:28Speaker 1: here and Mercedes wanted her as her partner is because
- 27:32Speaker 1: Emmi Sokra is the one who trained ReHO, hence the
- 27:36Speaker 1: reason why they they blew the dust off and pulled
- 27:40Speaker 1: her down off the toy shelf to use here in
- 27:43Speaker 1: this match. So this was Riho's first match on Dynamite
- 27:47Speaker 1: since March of last year, So that's a trivia question.
- 27:53Speaker 1: What do Wardlow and ReHO have in common? The last
- 27:58Speaker 1: time they both wrestled on Dynamite in March of twenty
- 28:01Speaker 1: twenty four. That's about the only thing that Wardlow and
- 28:04Speaker 1: ReHO have in common. They also mentioned that this was
- 28:09Speaker 1: Emmy Soccer's first match on Dynamite since October, ironically enough,
- 28:15Speaker 1: against Mercedes Monet. Now they're tag team partners, so Soccer
- 28:19Speaker 1: applanted ReHO with a slam early on. Riho was able
- 28:22Speaker 1: to bridge out. She delivered a drop kick and a
- 28:25Speaker 1: Tiger faint kick before tagging in Alex Windsor. She baited
- 28:30Speaker 1: Mercedes in. They doubled up on her for a little bit.
- 28:34Speaker 1: Riho was back in with a half crab on Emmy
- 28:37Speaker 1: Monette pulled her partner to the floor during the commercial break.
- 28:41Speaker 1: Mercedes in Emmy, they isolated Riho, who fought free, she dove.
- 28:46Speaker 1: She made the hot tag Windsor ran wild with a
- 28:50Speaker 1: lariat on the Mercedes, who kicked free from a sharpshooter attempt,
- 28:55Speaker 1: could not avoid a stun gun. With Monette hung up
- 28:58Speaker 1: in the ropes, ReHO delivered a top rope double stomp
- 29:01Speaker 1: and then a sliding drop kick for two. We got
- 29:04Speaker 1: an awkward leg sweep slammed by Riho on soccer Mercedes
- 29:09Speaker 1: done made the save. Soccero wanted her finish. ReHO escaped
- 29:14Speaker 1: sank in a half crab. At the same time, Alex
- 29:17Speaker 1: trapped Mercedes in the ropes with a sharpshooter, and meanwhile
- 29:23Speaker 1: Emmy was trapped in her own submission and she tapped
- 29:27Speaker 1: out to ReHO. So not only is Riho back, Riho
- 29:32Speaker 1: is tapping people out. She's a dangerous woman. I didn't
- 29:36Speaker 1: realize Riho was so dangerous. Ninety eight pounds of fury
- 29:41Speaker 1: here now. At the same time that Emmi Soccero was
- 29:44Speaker 1: tapping out, so was Mercedes. Mercedes was not the legal woman,
- 29:48Speaker 1: but as she was trapped in the ropes and the sharpshooter,
- 29:50Speaker 1: she was tapping out. In case you missed it, this
- 29:54Speaker 1: was what you would expect given the fact that Riho
- 29:57Speaker 1: is the one challenging for the TBS title at the
- 30:00Speaker 1: the pay per views, of course, and made sense for
- 30:02Speaker 1: her to go over here in this match. Once they
- 30:04Speaker 1: announced that Emmy Soccer was randomly returning on Dynamite, It's like, Okay,
- 30:09Speaker 1: you have one job. Your only job in this match
- 30:13Speaker 1: is to show up and do the honors for Rijo
- 30:15Speaker 1: and put her over. And that's what she did. Beyond that,
- 30:19Speaker 1: I have nothing else to say about this now. Renee
- 30:22Speaker 1: was backstage with Ricochet and the Gates of Agony and
- 30:25Speaker 1: he spoke about the Hurt Syndicate, calling them cowards, but
- 30:31Speaker 1: he wanted a gentleman's agreement. They just wanted one on
- 30:35Speaker 1: one match. That's what he wants tonight. He wants it
- 30:38Speaker 1: one on one with Shelton, Benjamin and himself at all out.
- 30:41Speaker 1: When their hands are raised in victory, the Hurt Syndicate
- 30:44Speaker 1: will have no choice but to respect them. And that
- 30:46Speaker 1: is not a choice, that is a demand. And Renee
- 30:51Speaker 1: also delivered a video package on the FTR Christian Cage
- 30:54Speaker 1: Adam Copeland feud. She narrated it stokely half theway then
- 31:00Speaker 1: marches out of the end of the video package. He
- 31:03Speaker 1: marches out. This was the weird segment of the night.
- 31:07Speaker 1: He marches out, Dax is there with him, Cash is
- 31:12Speaker 1: there with him. Stokely said that video package was bullshit.
- 31:16Speaker 1: FTR is the greatest tag team in the world. They're
- 31:19Speaker 1: gonna win it all out and every week, Stokely says
- 31:23Speaker 1: he hears the same thing. Shut up, Stokely, you don't
- 31:26Speaker 1: get any hose despite hearing that everyone in the twenty
- 31:30Speaker 1: three hundred arena looks like extras from Roseanne, so no
- 31:34Speaker 1: one ain't getting no hose, which is probably very true.
- 31:39Speaker 1: Dax Harwood then speaks up and he says, you know,
- 31:42Speaker 1: this could have and it should have been a dream match,
- 31:46Speaker 1: But he said that he's heard enough of the fans
- 31:47Speaker 1: wanting to fight, so let's fight. And he gets up
- 31:53Speaker 1: in the face of one fan in the front row
- 31:56Speaker 1: who's right up in his face, looks like he's ready
- 31:59Speaker 1: to throw down, and you know, basically this was Dax's
- 32:02Speaker 1: Harwood trying very very hard to play the role of
- 32:07Speaker 1: Bubba Ray Dudley in the ECW arena back in nineteen
- 32:10Speaker 1: ninety seven, when Bubba would try to get the fans
- 32:13Speaker 1: all riled up and he would get right up in
- 32:15Speaker 1: their face. It was like he was trying to incite
- 32:17Speaker 1: a riot, right. But you talk about hardcore. The shit
- 32:21Speaker 1: that he was saying, right, I mean, the stuff that
- 32:24Speaker 1: he was saying is a lot worse than anything you'll
- 32:28Speaker 1: hear on this Dynamite show. But this is Dax's trying to,
- 32:31Speaker 1: you know, rile up the fans as much as he
- 32:33Speaker 1: possibly can. For whatever reason, I was assuming that he
- 32:37Speaker 1: was going to go around and they had like a
- 32:40Speaker 1: planted fan, either a wrestler or just a fan that
- 32:45Speaker 1: they were going to beat up. And they never did
- 32:48Speaker 1: anything like that. He just went from one fan to
- 32:50Speaker 1: the next, jawing with them and getting up in their
- 32:53Speaker 1: face and talking shit, acting like, oh go ahead, hit me,
- 32:56Speaker 1: you know, come on, jump over the jump over the garbub, which,
- 32:59Speaker 1: by the way, you know, one of these days somebody
- 33:01Speaker 1: will and it could be bad news, so be careful
- 33:05Speaker 1: what you wish for because there's a lot of crazy
- 33:07Speaker 1: people out there. So he's getting up in front of
- 33:10Speaker 1: you know, people's faces, and the referees come out and
- 33:12Speaker 1: security comes out, and he's in the aisleway now and
- 33:19Speaker 1: he knocks down one of the cameramen and then he
- 33:22Speaker 1: knocks down one of the assistants who's holding the cords
- 33:25Speaker 1: with the TV cameras. So now FTR is just randomly
- 33:28Speaker 1: beating up a couple of the production crew members. And
- 33:33Speaker 1: this is where referees and security come out to try
- 33:35Speaker 1: to intervene and break all this up. Brian Danielson his
- 33:40Speaker 1: first night here on commentary, he's very very astute he's
- 33:45Speaker 1: watching all of this unfold that he says he's not
- 33:48Speaker 1: sure what any of this was about. And I would
- 33:51Speaker 1: agree this was a very odd way to send a
- 33:54Speaker 1: message to Adam Copeland and Christian Cage going into your
- 33:59Speaker 1: match here at all out by beating up members of
- 34:02Speaker 1: the production crew. I don't know what the point of
- 34:05Speaker 1: any of this was. I have no idea why this
- 34:09Speaker 1: segment was even needed. What was the point of this.
- 34:14Speaker 1: I mean, Dax was out there, he was trying so
- 34:16Speaker 1: hard to play tough guy, getting up in front of
- 34:19Speaker 1: the fans' faces, and it went nowhere. And I think
- 34:22Speaker 1: what they were trying to do. They look what they
- 34:27Speaker 1: were doing. I think they thought that they had more
- 34:29Speaker 1: heat than they really did. This was not heat. This
- 34:34Speaker 1: was just them trying to play tough guy, expecting I
- 34:37Speaker 1: think more of a reaction maybe than what they got.
- 34:41Speaker 1: They were trying to also play it off as this
- 34:42Speaker 1: big chaotic thing. It didn't come across that way at all.
- 34:47Speaker 1: I just thought this segment was just bizarre. Whatever they
- 34:50Speaker 1: were going for, at least for me, didn't accomplish it.
- 34:55Speaker 1: This was a waste of time. If you don't have
- 34:57Speaker 1: anything better to do to help promote this tag match
- 35:00Speaker 1: for All Out, better to just keep them off the show.
- 35:03Speaker 1: Try again next week. Next week is going to be
- 35:05Speaker 1: the final dynamite, the go home dynamite before All Out.
- 35:09Speaker 1: I know it's kind of played out to do a
- 35:11Speaker 1: contract signing. You could do a contract signing, you could
- 35:14Speaker 1: do no physicality. Get all four men in the ring
- 35:17Speaker 1: and let them go out there, put a mic in
- 35:20Speaker 1: their hand, and let them give the final hard sell
- 35:22Speaker 1: for the show and talk about why this match is
- 35:25Speaker 1: so important to them, why this is a dream match,
- 35:29Speaker 1: why this match is so special. Let them go out
- 35:32Speaker 1: there and articulate that there was no need for them
- 35:35Speaker 1: to be on the show tonight. This was just dumb.
- 35:42Speaker 1: Now Renee was backstage with the Hurt Syndicate. Benjamin cuts
- 35:48Speaker 1: off MVP and says, if Ricochet keeps gates of agony
- 35:50Speaker 1: in the back. He will keep MVP and Lashly backstage
- 35:54Speaker 1: as well, and he'll put Ricochet's goofy ass on his back.
- 35:58Speaker 1: And that led to rikosh one on one again Shelton
- 36:01Speaker 1: Benjamin attacking right at the bell. Ricochet sent Benjamin outside
- 36:06Speaker 1: with a dropkick, hit a Fosberry flop. It was quickly
- 36:10Speaker 1: back inside with a springboard four fifty. Benjamin, though, returned
- 36:13Speaker 1: fire with a big kick. He goozled Ricochet, chucked him
- 36:18Speaker 1: to the corner, hit a running step up knee, and
- 36:20Speaker 1: then was rag dolling him outside the ring, back and
- 36:22Speaker 1: forth from the apron to the barricade, back and forth
- 36:26Speaker 1: back inside. Benjamin nosol the forearm. He launched Ricochet with
- 36:30Speaker 1: a pump handle drop. After a commercial bred, Benjamin caught
- 36:34Speaker 1: a springing Ricochet with an overhead belly to belly and
- 36:38Speaker 1: then took him to Supplex City. Another step up knee
- 36:43Speaker 1: in the corner that led to a float over snapped
- 36:46Speaker 1: supplex for two by Benjamin. Shelton swung Ricochet's legs through
- 36:50Speaker 1: the ropes. He delivered a pump kick. Took too long
- 36:52Speaker 1: though to follow up, and Ricochet scaled the ropes. He
- 36:55Speaker 1: hit a Spanish fly for a two count. Ricochet pulled
- 36:58Speaker 1: out the golden scissors and Benjamin put a stop to that.
- 37:03Speaker 1: Turned Ricochet inside out with a lariat. Then he grabbed
- 37:05Speaker 1: the scissors, which got chance of e c w from
- 37:09Speaker 1: the crowd. They wanted him to use the scissors, They
- 37:11Speaker 1: wanted him to stab this man with the scissors. Instead,
- 37:14Speaker 1: Benjamin rips the scissors apart and then throws him aside,
- 37:18Speaker 1: and he actually got booed for doing that. Bishop Kahn
- 37:22Speaker 1: showed up, distracted the referee long enough for Total Leona
- 37:25Speaker 1: to appear. He decked Benjamin with a head butt. This
- 37:28Speaker 1: was like one of those Elgrande Americano headbutts, the one
- 37:31Speaker 1: he gave aj Styles last week where he head butted
- 37:36Speaker 1: him in the chest and somehow aj was knocked out
- 37:39Speaker 1: and then pinned. So here he kind of you know,
- 37:42Speaker 1: he head butted him kind of in the chest and
- 37:45Speaker 1: that allowed Ricochet to get the roll up to steal
- 37:48Speaker 1: the wind. Blah leh, cheap finish and what a shock.
- 37:54Speaker 1: The Heels go back on their word. Ricochet says, it's
- 37:56Speaker 1: gonna be one on one. I'll leave the gates of
- 37:58Speaker 1: agony in the back, except I won't. That's what heels do.
- 38:02Speaker 1: That's what they do. They lie. That's why you shouldn't
- 38:04Speaker 1: believe a fucking word out of Kyle Fletcher's mouth when
- 38:07Speaker 1: he tells, hang man, oh, I promised, no members of
- 38:09Speaker 1: the Kylas family will come out to help me. They're heels.
- 38:13Speaker 1: You can't believe a word they say. I was gonna say, actually,
- 38:18Speaker 1: you can't believe the heels. But aren't they both heels?
- 38:20Speaker 1: Are they hurt syndicate like officially babyfaces? I don't even
- 38:23Speaker 1: know anymore. I don't know. I mean that the fans
- 38:25Speaker 1: cheer for them, so we'll call them babyfaces. The action
- 38:29Speaker 1: before the shitty finish was good. Then the finish happened
- 38:34Speaker 1: and it was like eh. But before that it was good.
- 38:37Speaker 1: MVP and Lashly hit rings. They brawled with goa total
- 38:41Speaker 1: Leona and lash Leona was not backing down from Lashly
- 38:46Speaker 1: and they went at it. Security had to separate them all.
- 38:49Speaker 1: You know again, Look, they're building to a mid car
- 38:51Speaker 1: trios match at the pay per view. What they did
- 38:54Speaker 1: here was serviceable. It was fine. We got some good
- 38:58Speaker 1: action from Ricochet and Benjamin before the cheap finish, and
- 39:02Speaker 1: after this we got a vignette. We got a vignette
- 39:06Speaker 1: with Hook was sitting on a rooftop somewhere in the city,
- 39:10Speaker 1: I presume New York City. I've seen some of those
- 39:14Speaker 1: rooftops before. That's what it looked like to me, saying
- 39:17Speaker 1: he's sitting on a couch. And he says that he's
- 39:22Speaker 1: always respected Samoa, Joe and the ops, appreciates that they
- 39:28Speaker 1: have his back. He appreciates them always having his back,
- 39:31Speaker 1: but they replaced him before the body was cold, and
- 39:34Speaker 1: after Joe explained it to him last week. Now he
- 39:37Speaker 1: gets it when one gets hurt, someone will step up.
- 39:40Speaker 1: That being said, maybe it's time for a Hook to
- 39:43Speaker 1: stand on his own. And then he pulled off his shades.
- 39:48Speaker 1: I don't know why he's wearing shades anyway at night,
- 39:50Speaker 1: but he pulls off his shades for dramatic effect and says,
- 39:56Speaker 1: then again, maybe not, and they flashed the Hook logo
- 40:00Speaker 1: on the screen. I do love how they had to.
- 40:04Speaker 1: You know, he had to pull the glasses off for
- 40:06Speaker 1: that little bit of extra dramatic effect. Okay, then, I
- 40:13Speaker 1: don't know what else to say about this. He's sort
- 40:15Speaker 1: of intimating that either he will link up with another
- 40:19Speaker 1: crew or form his own crew, is what I get
- 40:22Speaker 1: out of this. We could be looking for an OPS versus.
- 40:28Speaker 1: I don't know what he's gonna call it. But if
- 40:30Speaker 1: Hook ends up having his own group, Hook's group against
- 40:33Speaker 1: the Ops maybe coming out of this, and then Hook
- 40:36Speaker 1: can win the trios titles. I don't know who the
- 40:37Speaker 1: other two would be. I have no idea, but that
- 40:42Speaker 1: was it. That's what we got here from Hook on
- 40:46Speaker 1: the show. At least we didn't have to hear the music,
- 40:49Speaker 1: no music, just Hook. We had Tony Storm. Oh boy,
- 40:56Speaker 1: we had timeless Tony Storm against Skyblue in what was
- 41:00Speaker 1: billed as a Philly street fight. Because when you do
- 41:03Speaker 1: a show at the twenty three hundred Arena, you have
- 41:06Speaker 1: to pay homage to ECW and have your prototypical I mean,
- 41:11Speaker 1: you're mandated to do at least one hardcore garbage match
- 41:15Speaker 1: on the show. This was your hardcore garbage match of
- 41:17Speaker 1: the night. I don't know what Tony was supposed to
- 41:21Speaker 1: be dressed up as when she came out. I guess
- 41:23Speaker 1: this was her street fight gear. She had her hair
- 41:26Speaker 1: slicked back, all wet. She also had a Kendo stick
- 41:30Speaker 1: that was signed by the Sandman. I saw their video
- 41:32Speaker 1: together backstage earlier today, she was Sandman was a kneeling.
- 41:37Speaker 1: It's actually pretty impressive that he can do that with
- 41:39Speaker 1: his knees. Think of the abuse these ECW guys took
- 41:43Speaker 1: back in the day. But he's down on like one
- 41:45Speaker 1: knee and Tony has this Kendo stick and she's knighting
- 41:48Speaker 1: him like sir Sandman. So I guess he was the
- 41:52Speaker 1: special guest of honor. Wasn't on the show though, but
- 41:56Speaker 1: the kendo stick was signed. It was autographed by the Sandman,
- 42:01Speaker 1: so of course we got some kendostick spots. Tony smacked
- 42:06Speaker 1: sky Blue with a sign. Sky Blue smacked her on
- 42:10Speaker 1: the butt with a baking pan. Then she stapled Tony's
- 42:15Speaker 1: ass with a staple gun. Yes, we got the obligatory
- 42:18Speaker 1: staple gun, which I just whatever. Then she stapled the
- 42:23Speaker 1: champions Nipples and Nether Regions. I'm trying. I'm trying with
- 42:33Speaker 1: the show, I really am. This certainly is for the sickos,
- 42:38Speaker 1: I will say that. Then it was Tony's turn to
- 42:40Speaker 1: use it on sky Blues Nether Regions. Taz told someone
- 42:44Speaker 1: to get Tony a beer. Someone get me a drink,
- 42:48Speaker 1: a stiff jack and coke would be welcome. I could
- 42:51Speaker 1: use one later on. Outside of the ring, Tony flipped over.
- 42:55Speaker 1: There was a cover like like a lid on a table. Outside.
- 42:58Speaker 1: She flipped over the cover to reveal a table covered
- 43:02Speaker 1: in mousetraps. They're all lined up, one right next to it,
- 43:05Speaker 1: probably twenty mousetraps on this table. And she has cheese
- 43:11Speaker 1: in her hand. She has pieces of cheese, and she
- 43:14Speaker 1: is eating a piece of cheese, and then she hands
- 43:17Speaker 1: it to ex Caliber to take a bite, which he did.
- 43:21Speaker 1: You know, if I ate that, I'd shit myself, So
- 43:23Speaker 1: I would kindly say thank you, but no thank you.
- 43:27Speaker 1: Storm places Sky's finger in a mousetrap and it snaps
- 43:31Speaker 1: and she screams in pain. Storm tries to power bomb
- 43:36Speaker 1: her through the table because here on the apron. Now
- 43:39Speaker 1: Sky Blue reverses it power bombs Tony onto the mousetrap
- 43:43Speaker 1: covered table. Sky then grabs a chair. She wedges it
- 43:48Speaker 1: in the corner, but that backfires when Tony, after she recovers,
- 43:53Speaker 1: throws her face first into the chair. Tony takes the
- 43:56Speaker 1: chair and proceeds to channel her inner Ball's mahoney with
- 43:59Speaker 1: it and starts hammering Sky across the back. Well, actually, okay,
- 44:04Speaker 1: in that case, I don't want to sully the good
- 44:07Speaker 1: name of one Ball's mahoney. Now, if this was Ball's mahoney,
- 44:11Speaker 1: he wouldn't be hitting anybody across the back with the chair.
- 44:15Speaker 1: He'd be doling out CTE to anybody within ten feet
- 44:18Speaker 1: of him. So this wasn't quite that. So then after that,
- 44:25Speaker 1: Tony has I don't know where the hell she got
- 44:27Speaker 1: this from, but she had an electric fly swatter. At
- 44:30Speaker 1: least that's what ex Caliber said it was. She has
- 44:33Speaker 1: an electric fly swatter. She smacks Sky Blue on the
- 44:36Speaker 1: ass with it. Tony puts Sky on the top rope.
- 44:39Speaker 1: Storm was thinking about a superplexed Sky though slipped out
- 44:43Speaker 1: and then power bomb Tony onto a trash can. Sky
- 44:46Speaker 1: looked for Code Blue, Tony avoided it, smacked her in
- 44:50Speaker 1: the face with a chair to the siko in row four. Look,
- 44:55Speaker 1: I know you're excited to be a dynamite tonight at
- 44:57Speaker 1: your first show. Still pulling that thing out. Okay, you
- 45:00Speaker 1: gotta put that away. Don't think I didn't see that
- 45:03Speaker 1: sign that you brought that said I came to see
- 45:06Speaker 1: ade W that's sick. Thank you. Will they ever learn.
- 45:12Speaker 1: Will they ever learned their lesson? Bobert reviews with another
- 45:15Speaker 1: forty Thank you, Bobera. That's beer money, all that liquor
- 45:20Speaker 1: I just talked about. I'm gonna go buy some onen.
- 45:23Speaker 1: We're done here. Well, the sickos ever learned? I don't
- 45:28Speaker 1: think so. But they were loving this. I'm sure they
- 45:30Speaker 1: were loving the shit out of this. So Sky went
- 45:33Speaker 1: for code blue, Tony avoided it, smacked her in the
- 45:36Speaker 1: face with a chair hit, a hip attack, and then
- 45:39Speaker 1: a storm zero onto the chair, and Tony wins the match. Now,
- 45:44Speaker 1: after the match was over, Julia Hart and Tecla attacked Tony.
- 45:49Speaker 1: Chris Statlander came out to help Tony, but she was
- 45:53Speaker 1: outnumbered and so Jamie Hayter ran down to the ring
- 45:58Speaker 1: and she helps that land. While Tony was still down,
- 46:01Speaker 1: Hayter wound up for her finish on Julia, but Julia
- 46:05Speaker 1: duckt Guess what happened? Guess what happened next? Yes, Jamie
- 46:11Speaker 1: Hayter took out Chris stat Lander by accident with the clothesline.
- 46:15Speaker 1: So Julia then put Hayter down with an awkward leg
- 46:18Speaker 1: sweep sends her to the floor. Tekla got Storm up
- 46:22Speaker 1: and then did her spider creepy little spider pose that
- 46:27Speaker 1: she does, and then she delivered a spear. Yes, because
- 46:34Speaker 1: that's a move we don't get enough of in wrestling today.
- 46:36Speaker 1: The spear. We need another one, you know. I don't
- 46:39Speaker 1: think enough people do the spear. I think we need
- 46:42Speaker 1: more people doing the spear. In fact, I think when
- 46:46Speaker 1: Tony Shavanni comes out to do the play by play
- 46:48Speaker 1: on Collision, before he comes down and takes his seat,
- 46:51Speaker 1: I think he should spear somebody just to get in
- 46:53Speaker 1: on the fund. Why should he be left out? So
- 46:58Speaker 1: what was this? This was a love letter to the
- 47:01Speaker 1: old ECW, which to them was just violence and just
- 47:07Speaker 1: dumb violence, which is what this was. This was dumb
- 47:09Speaker 1: violence that was not really needed. But based on where
- 47:14Speaker 1: they were in the setting and what those bloodthirsty fans
- 47:17Speaker 1: were looking for and what Tony Kahn loves. This was
- 47:20Speaker 1: his love letter to ECW and Tony Storm. And I
- 47:23Speaker 1: will say the women worked hard here, not a knock
- 47:26Speaker 1: on the women. I love Tony. Tony's great. She tried
- 47:30Speaker 1: to make this entertaining. I thought sky Blue held her own.
- 47:34Speaker 1: It looked good here. I just didn't care for this,
- 47:39Speaker 1: didn't care sorry, I'll tell you what I do care
- 47:42Speaker 1: about that we have a four way coming up. It
- 47:44Speaker 1: all out. It was confirmed on Collision this past weekend
- 47:47Speaker 1: because I wasn't sure who Tony Storm was going to
- 47:49Speaker 1: be defending her championship against, and then we found out
- 47:52Speaker 1: that it's going to be in a four way match,
- 47:54Speaker 1: because why not. But then you look at the lineup
- 47:57Speaker 1: for the match, this would be a hard match to
- 47:59Speaker 1: f You've got Tony Storm, You've got Jamie Hayter, You've
- 48:03Speaker 1: got Chris Statlander, and you've got Tecla hater and Tecla
- 48:07Speaker 1: obviously have had their issues, and then you'd throw in
- 48:10Speaker 1: stat Lander and Tony and I think it would be
- 48:13Speaker 1: impossible for these four to go in there and have
- 48:15Speaker 1: anything less than a really good match. I don't necessarily
- 48:20Speaker 1: like the idea of putting Tony and Jamie in the
- 48:23Speaker 1: ring against each other like out of nowhere, as opposed
- 48:27Speaker 1: to doing a one on one, which they weren't ready
- 48:30Speaker 1: to do anyway. Maybe this will eventually lead to that
- 48:33Speaker 1: down the road, but you know, look, in the absence
- 48:37Speaker 1: of any obvious number one contender, this is a hell
- 48:41Speaker 1: of a match to put together. And I would not
- 48:43Speaker 1: say that it's a guaranteed win for Tony Storm, especially
- 48:48Speaker 1: given what's been going on lately with the Death Riders
- 48:50Speaker 1: stuff and them trying to recruit stat Lander and dropping
- 48:54Speaker 1: little hints if there was going to be a title
- 48:57Speaker 1: change in that match at all out and I think
- 48:59Speaker 1: they're very well could be. But if there was going
- 49:02Speaker 1: to be the one who's gonna win that championship, it's
- 49:04Speaker 1: not Jamie Hayter, it's not Tekla, it's Chris Statlander. If
- 49:09Speaker 1: they do a title change, because I could see her
- 49:12Speaker 1: joining and enjoining she brings with her the aw Women's
- 49:18Speaker 1: World Championship, and maybe that's not a bad idea. You know,
- 49:22Speaker 1: Tony Storm has no obvious challengers left. The only thing
- 49:26Speaker 1: that's obvious at this point is that when Mercedes eventually
- 49:29Speaker 1: loses the TBS title in due time, she will win
- 49:33Speaker 1: the World Championship. I'm sorry the idea that well we
- 49:37Speaker 1: got we can give the title on Tony so that
- 49:38Speaker 1: Mercedes could get her win back. Fuck that. Okay, at
- 49:42Speaker 1: some point soon you're gonna have to make a move
- 49:44Speaker 1: here because people get bored and sometimes the babyface needs
- 49:49Speaker 1: to be back in chase mode to make things interesting again.
- 49:53Speaker 1: So if they wanted to do a title change here. Yeah,
- 49:56Speaker 1: I wish there was a more focused story here for Tony,
- 49:58Speaker 1: but taking the title off for her to put it
- 50:01Speaker 1: on someone like Statlander would not be a terrible idea,
- 50:04Speaker 1: just to shake things up a little bit in that division.
- 50:07Speaker 1: This week's episode is sponsored by Express VPN. Did you
- 50:11Speaker 1: know that there are over eighteen thousand titles on Netflix worldwide?
- 50:16Speaker 1: Yet if you live here where I am in the
- 50:18Speaker 1: United States, you're only seeing about seven thousand of those titles.
- 50:22Speaker 1: That's less than half. If you want to watch the
- 50:24Speaker 1: other eleven thousand, you'll have to find them on another
- 50:26Speaker 1: streaming service, and you pay for enough of those as
- 50:29Speaker 1: it is. It's almost like paying a tariff just because
- 50:32Speaker 1: you want to see a movie. Only difference is you
- 50:34Speaker 1: have a way to get around these tariffs and get
- 50:37Speaker 1: the full experience that you deserve. That is, with ExpressVPN,
- 50:41Speaker 1: Netflix actually hides content from you. Believe this, They hide
- 50:45Speaker 1: content from you based on your location. ExpressVPN allows you
- 50:49Speaker 1: to change your virtual locations so that you control where
- 50:52Speaker 1: you want Netflix to think you're located. They have servers
- 50:55Speaker 1: in over one hundred countries in all fifty states, so
- 50:58Speaker 1: you can gain access to of news, shows and movies
- 51:01Speaker 1: and never run out of stuff to watch. You could
- 51:03Speaker 1: just keep adding to your playlist. And it's not just
- 51:06Speaker 1: Netflix that it works with. You can use it with
- 51:08Speaker 1: other streamers like Disney Plus and BBCi Player and more.
- 51:12Speaker 1: ExpressVPN is the best VPN because it's easy to use.
- 51:16Speaker 1: With the simple tap of a button in the app,
- 51:18Speaker 1: you can change your location if you ever wish that
- 51:21Speaker 1: you could just teleport somewhere. How much easier that would be.
- 51:24Speaker 1: You no longer need to wonder, you can now. It's
- 51:27Speaker 1: also blazing fast with zero buffering when you stream in HD,
- 51:31Speaker 1: and it works across all of your devices, phones, laptops, tablets,
- 51:35Speaker 1: smart TVs, you name it. There's a reason ExpressVPN is
- 51:39Speaker 1: ranked number one by top tech reviewers like c Net
- 51:42Speaker 1: and The Verge. Two of my favorite movies of all
- 51:45Speaker 1: time are The Shawshank Redemption and The Dark Knight. And
- 51:48Speaker 1: a lot of you know about The Dark Knight because
- 51:50Speaker 1: I talk about it a lot. I can't watch either
- 51:53Speaker 1: one of them on Netflix in the US right now,
- 51:55Speaker 1: but with my ExpressVPN, I tap one button to connect
- 51:58Speaker 1: to a server in Australia and I'm watching Shawshank it again.
- 52:02Speaker 1: I mean, I'm running around with the kangaroos and stuff,
- 52:04Speaker 1: and I'm watching Shawshank Redemption on my phone. It worked
- 52:07Speaker 1: like a charm the Dark Night. I can watch that
- 52:10Speaker 1: movie over and over again, never get bored of it.
- 52:13Speaker 1: Not on Netflix here. But when I connected to a
- 52:16Speaker 1: server in Japan, I got me some Batman and Joker.
- 52:20Speaker 1: I always wanted to visit Japan. This may be as
- 52:22Speaker 1: close as I ever get, but at least now I
- 52:24Speaker 1: have access to my favorite movie. And again it's super easy.
- 52:27Speaker 1: I just open the ExpressVPN app, I type in Japan,
- 52:30Speaker 1: the server comes up, I click one button to connect
- 52:33Speaker 1: to it, and in less than three seconds, I'm transported
- 52:37Speaker 1: halfway across the world. Then I just refresh my Netflix
- 52:40Speaker 1: and the movies are there. So be smart. Stop paying
- 52:43Speaker 1: full price for streaming services and only getting access to

- 53:03Speaker 1: That Renee interviewed Willow Nightingale backstage, who said that she
- 53:07Speaker 1: stands up for good. She said that when people defy that,
- 53:10Speaker 1: she punches them in the face and then does it
- 53:13Speaker 1: again if they don't get it. She was about to
- 53:16Speaker 1: address Marina Shaffir, who she says she hates and love
- 53:19Speaker 1: to get her hands on Marina Shaffir when she was
- 53:23Speaker 1: interrupted by Harley Cameron wearing her cat makeup and she
- 53:28Speaker 1: had a guitar on her and she was here to
- 53:32Speaker 1: sing a song about Willow. Willow said that Harley is lovely,
- 53:37Speaker 1: but she couldn't be on a team with Chris Statlander,
- 53:40Speaker 1: and she Warren Harley, watch your back around Statlander. After this,
- 53:47Speaker 1: they announced that this talk about coming out of nowhere.
- 53:50Speaker 1: Here on the subject of all out, they announced a tournament,
- 53:57Speaker 1: a small tournament for a universal Unified Championship match. It
- 54:05Speaker 1: all out. We're getting a three way for Okata's title,
- 54:08Speaker 1: It all out if Okada has his title, because this
- 54:12Speaker 1: is what they announced on Collision. We're getting Kazuchka Okada
- 54:18Speaker 1: against Michael Oku, the same Michael Oku who The only
- 54:24Speaker 1: time we've seen Michael Oku recently was on the pre
- 54:26Speaker 1: show at Forbidden Door where he almost died Okay when
- 54:29Speaker 1: he got pounced over the top rope and almost landed
- 54:32Speaker 1: right on the top of his head. Scariest spot of
- 54:35Speaker 1: the entire night. Michael Oku is wrestling Okada and what
- 54:38Speaker 1: I can only assume is going to be a championship match,
- 54:41Speaker 1: because why the fuck would Okada be in a tournament
- 54:46Speaker 1: to crown number one contenders for his championship at the
- 54:51Speaker 1: pay per view. He's in the tournament, so he's wrestling
- 54:55Speaker 1: Michael Oku. It's got to be a title match. The
- 54:58Speaker 1: winner of that will go on on to the championship
- 55:01Speaker 1: match in Toronto. Kenoski Takeshta on Collision will be wrestling
- 55:05Speaker 1: Anthony Bowen's gee. I wonder how that's gonna go. And
- 55:09Speaker 1: then the what is that? Oh, that's a I think
- 55:12Speaker 1: that's Dynamite Next week, right, Oh god, next week? That's right? Yeah,
- 55:17Speaker 1: next week is uh. They've bumped up Collision to a
- 55:22Speaker 1: one hour show, so it's a three hour block next Wednesday.
- 55:27Speaker 1: I don't know that I'm watching all three hours. We
- 55:30Speaker 1: might just do the Dynamite portion, but they're calling it
- 55:33Speaker 1: September to Remember on that show. Next week it'll be
- 55:38Speaker 1: the Beast More Toasts against Mascerri Dorada, So the winner
- 55:42Speaker 1: of all three of those matches will go on to
- 55:44Speaker 1: all Out to wrestle in a triple threat for the
- 55:47Speaker 1: Unified Championship. I don't know why this needs to be
- 55:49Speaker 1: a three way. Why does this need to be a
- 55:52Speaker 1: three way? Why can't you just do Okata and takesh Dave,
- 55:56Speaker 1: that's what you're gonna do. I mean really, not that
- 56:02Speaker 1: it's gonna be a bad match. I mean I'm looking
- 56:03Speaker 1: at this and I'm thinking, Okay, we're getting Okata, Takeshta
- 56:07Speaker 1: and the Beast Mortos, and that's gonna be great, right.
- 56:12Speaker 1: Beast Mortos never wins a fucking thing, but it's gonna
- 56:15Speaker 1: be a great match. I just don't know why this
- 56:18Speaker 1: needs to be three way. And it was a little
- 56:20Speaker 1: weird that Okada was actually in the tournament. So I
- 56:24Speaker 1: guess in theory, if Michael Oku were to beat Okada
- 56:26Speaker 1: he would be the champion, then he would be in
- 56:28Speaker 1: the three way get all out. I don't know this
- 56:34Speaker 1: is what they came up with. I don't know. I
- 56:39Speaker 1: don't know. The main event, we had the tag team
- 56:44Speaker 1: champions Brody King and Bandido teaming up with the Ops Samoa, Joe, Kotsiori,
- 56:49Speaker 1: Shabata and Powerhouse Hobbs to take on John Moxley, Claudio Castignoli,
- 56:54Speaker 1: Wheeler Da and the Young Bucks in a five hundred
- 56:57Speaker 1: thousand dollars all star ten men team main event. Wow
- 57:05Speaker 1: say that five times fast. So the Bucks walked out
- 57:09Speaker 1: to the old Dynamite music. This was like the original
- 57:11Speaker 1: aw Dynamite theme song, and we had them coming out
- 57:18Speaker 1: also with their ID photos on the screen to their
- 57:22Speaker 1: government names, so it said Matthew Ron John Massey and
- 57:27Speaker 1: Nicholas Lee Massey. Brian Danielson was blown away after discovering
- 57:30Speaker 1: Ron John was apparently the legitimate middle name for Matt Jackson.
- 57:37Speaker 1: I didn't know that. Apparently that's apparently that's his legitimate
- 57:42Speaker 1: name there. So there was a Duffel bag that was
- 57:48Speaker 1: filled with half a million dollars in cash just sitting
- 57:51Speaker 1: on top of the announced desk. The ops fought the
- 57:55Speaker 1: death Riders while the Bucks shied away from King and Bandido,
- 57:58Speaker 1: but they eventually got caught. Ban and Adido hit a
- 58:00Speaker 1: moon salt off the top rope onto the Bucks. Moxley,
- 58:03Speaker 1: also at ringside. Bandido went up top frog splash Claudio
- 58:07Speaker 1: for a near fall that took us into the final
- 58:09Speaker 1: picture and picture break Later in the match, Matt broke
- 58:12Speaker 1: up Bandido's attempted at twenty one plex to his brother.
- 58:16Speaker 1: Bandido shoved Matt into Nick, who fell off the apron
- 58:19Speaker 1: and then went for a monkey flip on mat, but
- 58:21Speaker 1: Nick held his brother and Matt covered Bandido and Nick
- 58:25Speaker 1: held Matt's legs down across the middle rope for leverage,
- 58:28Speaker 1: and Matt Jackson got the pin to win the prize
- 58:31Speaker 1: money and to win it here for the Heels, so
- 58:34Speaker 1: the Bucks. When the match was over, they grabbed the
- 58:37Speaker 1: duffel bag full of cash. Brody King though chopped them both.
- 58:41Speaker 1: Some of the money went flying fucking uh Andre and
- 58:45Speaker 1: stud at the first WrestleMania, so Bandido joined Brody in
- 58:51Speaker 1: working over the bucks. They both fought off to the back. Meanwhile,
- 58:54Speaker 1: the Death Riders worked over the ops in and around ringside.
- 58:58Speaker 1: Darby Allen's music hit and Darby went after Moxley while
- 59:02Speaker 1: the ops pulled Claudio and Uda out to the floor.
- 59:05Speaker 1: So Darby was getting the better of Moxley when a
- 59:07Speaker 1: man in a hoodie entered the ring and ambushed him.
- 59:10Speaker 1: Attacked him from behind, and when the man pulled down
- 59:14Speaker 1: the hood he revealed Daniel Garcia and the crowd goes mild.
- 59:24Speaker 1: Then they chanted you sold out at Garcia. You know
- 59:29Speaker 1: I would sell out too if I lost every fucking
- 59:31Speaker 1: match that I was in. So Mariita Shaffir placed a
- 59:35Speaker 1: chair in the ring. Garcia locked Darby in a dragon
- 59:37Speaker 1: tamer and then pulled his arms behind him. He was
- 59:41Speaker 1: going to curb stomp him face first down onto the chair,
- 59:44Speaker 1: and he went to do it, and Darby, I don't know,
- 59:48Speaker 1: he turned away at the last second and he stomped
- 59:51Speaker 1: him on the mat right next to the chair. It
- 59:53Speaker 1: was like, oh, okay, oops. So that he stood there
- 59:58Speaker 1: for a little bit like I gotta do this over
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: again because this just looked like complete shit. So he
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: redid the spot and this time he hit it. This
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: time he nailed the spot, and then Garcia started to
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: beat the hell out of Darby to the point where
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: Moxley actually motioned for uh Marina Shafir to stop him,
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: like calm him down and stop him. And then they
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: fled into the crowd and that was how the show ended.
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: What can I say about the match? I mean, look,
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: it was identical to every other six men, eight man,
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: ten man, twelve man, sixteen man, twenty man thirty man,
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: forty man, fifty man all star tag team match that
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: we get on this show every single week, except this
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: time they added five hundred thousand dollars to the match
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: as prize money, which went to the Young Bucks. Bandido
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: was still awesome. I'll put him over. Bandido's fucking great.
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: But the rest of the match was just a blur.
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: It's like every other fucking match they do every single week.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: Throw as many people out there as you possibly can,
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: let them do a bunch of big spots. Everybody will cheer.
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: This is awesome. Okay, great, I mean, what else is
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: there to say about it? Again, Bandido's great, but we
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: got the same all Star match we get every single week.
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: Garcia joining the Death Riders about two years too late.
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: He would have been a good fit for this shit
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: two years ago. He's joining them now. Do we really
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: need to be adding new members to this group? I
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: don't think so, but it looks like that's where we're headed,
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: and Chris Statlander is probably going to be next to me.
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: At least that's what they want you to believe. Chris
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: Statlander very well could be another new addition to the group,
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: which again is what makes me think if Tony is
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: going to lose her title it all out, stat Lander
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: may end up being the beneficiary of that. We shall see.
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: So again, they did, you know, a fine serviceable job
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: of building up some of the mid card matches that
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: are coming up it all out. We have our World
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: Championship match that is now official between Hangman and Kyle Fletcher,
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: Copeland and Christian FTR. We already knew about that, MJF
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: and Brisco. We'll find out what the stipulation for that
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: is on Collision this weekend, and we'll find out some
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: of the members of the three way match for the
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: unified title that'll be coming up at the pay per
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: view as well. So the card is filling in. It
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: is filling in trying to think what championships. Well, the
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: TNT title obviously is not being defended. We have Mercedes
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: in Rijo, so that takes care of the TBS title.
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: Brody King and Bendido have no match at this point.
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: I assume they will at some point, but right now
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: they don't have an official match. We have Ricochet in
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: the Gates of Agony against the Hurt Syndicate, and we
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: have the four way for the women's Championship with Tony
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: defending in that match. So that's where All Out stands
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: at this point. We have one more Dynamite left that'll
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: be next week's show and then that directly into All
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: Out where we also know that one of the app
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: it might be the final hour of the Zero Hour
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: pre show for the first time, is going to be
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: airing live on television as well. They've never done that before,
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: so I think that'll be at two pm, and then
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: the pay per view itself kicks off at three on
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: the twentieth. So that was your aw Dynamite for tonight.
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: Take a look at the Twitter poll, what did you
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: think of Dynamite here from Philly, we have thirty nine
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: point two percent thumbs up, sixty point eight percent thumbs down,
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: and that is the score thumbs up thumbs down. At
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: Solemn Monster, you can go vote. We got a tailgate
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: brawl out. Yes they're calling it like a Tailgate Saturday.
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: It's got some weird name. It's basically it's a Zero Hour.
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: It's the same thing. Let's get to your messages. This
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: is what I like to call the All Star portion.
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: This is the All Star super Chat portion of the street.
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: I'm gonna start doing that every single week. You are
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: now my all stars. Everybody who drops a message, you
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: are officially a sound off All Star. Yeah. The funny
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: thing is, like we used to get matches on the
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: like remember when WWE had the Free for All. I
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: mean that's going back, like that's when they first started
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: doing pre shows, they had the free for all, and
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: then it became the kickoff show. And one of my
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: favorite matches to this day actually was a kickoff match.
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: One of my favorite kickoff matches, I should say, I'm
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: pretty sure it was at the show that I was
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: at in Philly, because I went to Money in the
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: Bank in Philly one year and it was Roman Reigns
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: and seth Rollins against the usso's. So, I mean, the
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: more things change, the more they stay the same. This
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: was like twenty thirteen, but now like today, WWE has
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: no matches on the pre shows. You know, aw will
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: try to like flood the pre show with as many
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: matches as they could possibly fit in. They'll throw the
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: Costco guys in there if they can, and then WWE
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: doesn't do anything. There's gotta be like a happy medium,
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: you know, find that like one or two there's one
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: or two matches that didn't quite fit on the main card,
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: you know what I mean that you could kind of
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: fit on the because WWE's pre shows are at least
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: two hours long, you know, and sometimes they'll even stretch
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: it out to like three. I'm just waiting on the
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: announcement that the Wrestle Palooza pre show is going to
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: start at three pm Eastern time. It'll be some kind
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: of weird like expanded, you know, pre show, but there's
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: no matches on them. There's just no matches. They're just
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: going over the same you know, bullshit to promote each
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: match that they always do. And then Wade Barrett makes
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: a comment that isn't offensive in the least and then
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: people get their undies in a bunch because they think
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: he insulted Nikki Bella. Maybe they should just do away
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: with the pre shows altogether. Oh man, I think I
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: lost some of the early ones, but we'll pick up
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: from here. I don't think I lost too many of them.
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: We got a couple here from Terrible Dried Chicken. Every
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: time I see the prize money on the line at
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: aaw Tony Khan is actually onto something. I'll give aw
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: a B grade for imagination. I know it's ridiculous to
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: some people, but aw can always turn the prize money
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: match into a story angle we need. Yeah, you can,
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: you can. They generally don't. Somebody might comment on it
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: in a backstage PROMBA, but when you do it all
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: the time and it generally doesn't lead anywhere, it's pretty
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: fucking dumb. At least with the Bucks tonight, and we'll see.
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: Maybe I'm wrong, but the Bucks won the money right. Actually,
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: that makes me kind of sad because if that means
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: the Bucks aren't going to get their bum ass entrances anymore,
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: I'm actually kind of pissed that they did that. That
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: tended to be one of the more entertaining parts of
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: the show when they would come out and their music
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: would be all fucked up and their intro would be
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: all fucked up. If they just go back now to
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: being the Bucks of old, that's kind of lame. Bass
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: Beers says, these high profile wrestlers need security. Well, I
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: mean the women certainly do. I think they do. Some
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: of them do now. Some of them do have security now.
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: I saw video at Roxane Perez a couple of weeks ago.
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: She had security the moldy cheeseburger. Yes, the moldy cheeseburger
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: to go with that piece of cheese that Tony Storm
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: had on the show tonight. I was listening to episode
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: nine eight of the sound Off, and you had a
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: list of venues for AW to run. What if AW
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: ran an episode of Dynamite or a pay per view
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: at Madison Square Garden. I am sure the WWE would
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: do everything in their power to block them from doing
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: so you could try it. I think it's a very
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: expensive building to run, and I think that I mean
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: you would have to put together a pay per view
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: quality card. If it was going to be a Dynamite,
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: you would have to put together like a Grand Slam
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: kind of card. It's very ambitious for AW to do that.
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: You know, they run New York, never the Garden, and
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: it's not like they're packing in the houses in New York.
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: This is why they're not on the road running bigger
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: buildings to begin with. You know, running Madison Square Garden
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: if you are only going to put four thousand people
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: in the building, would be pretty fucking dumb. You would
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: have to put together a card that you know is
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: going to draw at least double that. Otherwise, I wouldn't
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: bother running. It's not even financially worth it to run there.
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: That's why WW stopped running there because it's too expensive
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: for them. So they run there now, but they don't
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: run nearly as often as they used to. They just
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: go to Barclays over in Brooklyn. Joseph Stewart, I will
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: be going to see Batman Forever next week in theaters
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: for its thirtieth anniversary. I figured you would be first
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: in line. That's very cool. Also, who are your two
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: favorite Raven flock members? Mine is Raven and Billy Kidman.
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: I'm gonna go Horace, Horace Hogan and Ron Reese. How
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: about Sick Boy? Maybe Sick Boy Terrible Dry Chicken. I
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: cannot wait to hear Booker T doing commentary for Stephanie
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: Vcaer on NXT next week. Booker T's personality is better
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: than Corey Graves's personality. I don't think Corey Graves is
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: even doing commentary anymore on NXT right, I don't think
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: he's done it in a few weeks. Food Hive ex
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: Caliber said, Taz carries water for the Bucks reminds me
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: of when you were accused of carrying water for both
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: AW and WWE at the same time. Hashtag nine days. Yeah,
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: carrying all this water. It's no wonder I have these guns,
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: some heavy pails. Thank you, food Hive. What's cooking tonight?
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: Food Hive? See you all forgot about sick boy? Didn't you?
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: Terrible dried chicken says the street profits talk about we
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: want the smoke, FTR said, hold our beers. They kick
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: the hornets and pick a fight with the Philly crowd.
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: I don't know, man, can you imagine like they piss
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: off a bunch of the Philly fins and they all
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: just jump jump the uh the barricaded, and FTR is like,
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: oh shit, they all just start kicking their ass. I
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: don't know if they have atleas security there still, see,
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: I wouldn't want to mess with atless security. What's that
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: guy's named Ronnie? Yeah, I wouldn't be uh, I wouldn't
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: be jumping the barricade there. He also says, you know
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: what they say, bald is beautiful. No, I don't know
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: actually sees with the four ninety nine is EO Sky
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: you're Women's Wrestler of the Year. Yes, do you agree
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: that from top to bottom. WWE's women's division is significantly
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: better than AAW's. No, no, it is not significantly better
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: than aw's. Terrible Dried Chicken Sometimes in life you gotta
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: say fuck it says he enjoyed the Street Fighter Peaches
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: and Cream match with Tony and Sky. I'll bet you did.
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: You enjoyed it for everything but the wrestling though. Also
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: imagine Nikki Bella stealing Ocatta's rain maker. Yeah, I'd love
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: to see that, sees. Did you know that EO. Sky
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: has not taken a clean loss, meaning no interference since
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: December thirty, twenty twenty four. Good, she shouldn't keep the
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: streak going. Terrible Dried Chicken says the Death Riders told everyone,
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: Hey guys, we're adding more members, So fuck you, mister Rod.
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: Daniel Garcia is now in the Death Riders. Why funny
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: but unnecessary. I just love it when like he revealed
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: himself and before they started chanting, you sold out like it.
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: It's like no nobody cared. Who could care? I mean really,
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: of all the things that combine the Death Riders and
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: Daniel Garcia, Yeah, that's that'll light it up. Terrible Dried Chicken.
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: Wardlow needs a new Japan just to reinvent himself. I
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: think Wardlow needs like a shaman or something at this point.
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: Birthday boy, it's my birthday today. I have a Tony
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: Kahan cake. Well, happy birthday to the birthday boy. I
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: hope it's a great one. Terrible Dried Chicken, the Young
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: Bucks going to buy some McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, popeye'es, RB's,
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: and Taco Bell to celebrate their birthday. You forgot Subway,
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: You forgot Jersey Mike's. You forgot Chipotle, Chipotle? Chipotle? Where
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: are we on the likes? By the way, it doesn't
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: look like we're doing be the Booker tonight. I think
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: we're like eighty five likes away. That ain't gonna happen.
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: That ain't gonna cut it. Terrible Dried Chicken says I. Hmm.
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: Terrible dried Chicken disappeared on me. Where is he? There?
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: He is? I double Doug there, Seth Rollins and Becky
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: Lynch take a picture with Jack Perry. I don't know
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: where Jack Perry is. Jack Perry is in the Witness
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: Protection program. He is nowhere to be found. Ray Warfield
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: Junior Solo the Goat what's your favorite O write AW
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: of all time? My favorite? I have no idea? What
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: oh what's your favorite AW of all time? There's only
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: one AW? I so I mean, I'm not sure that
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: could mean so many different things. Ray, I don't know
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: what you're trying to ask me, brother, but thank you.
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: I appreciate it. Bobert, with the other forty men, you
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: are the man. Thank you, Bobert. Dry check and see
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: I'm punking aj Lee Bad idea number thirty one. They
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: will steal one of Seth and Becky's expensive clothes and
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: give it to Larry the dog so you can chew
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: and piss. You know what's worse than that cat piss.
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: You can't get that shit out. It's like a skunk.
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: Oz and Glorious acknowledge him. Fifty one months fifty one
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: months of channel membership. Oz and Glorious is I will
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: never forgive Danielson for convincing Tony that Garcia and Yuda
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: were the second Coming. It's been four years and Tony
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: is still trying to convince us every week that these
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: two are on Fletcher Takeshta and Kids level. You know,
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: I would be lying if I didn't briefly think of you.
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: When I saw what happened with Garcia at the end
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: of the show, I could just picture you throwing furniture around.
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: I'm sorry, Brother Dried Chicken says, if Chris stat Lander
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: wins the women's world title, we'll use Moxley as a
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: death rider on Tony or Willer you to interferes and
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: attacks Tony for more heat. Yeah, that would be fucking terrible.
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: So let's not involve Wheeler you to please in the
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: women's match. I don't want to see Wheeler you to
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: in the men's matches, let alone in the women's match,
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: So let's not do that. Yuki oh rules. Hey Solom Monster,
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: do you remember when the Undertaker brought up the learning
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: tree in a promo? I don't that sounds like something
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: he would have said though when he was Big Evil.
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: But that's not a promo of his that stands out
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: to me. Ofman with fifty three months of membership past
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: midnight on the East Coast, it is officially my birthday,
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: forty four years young. How about that? That deserves a
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: yes chair, Happy birthday, Uffman. Here's through at least forty
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: four more. I hope you have a great birthday on
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: what is officially now Thursday. Uffman always helping hold down
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: the fort around here, much appreciated, and we got more.
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: Daniel Garcia looked like he was hesitating at first at first.
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: Spot to me, well, he may have looked like he
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: was hesitating at first, but then again he stomped Darby
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: onto a chair, he was kicking his ass, and he
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: left with Shaffir and Moxley. So that tells me that
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: there wasn't a whole lot of hesitation there in joining
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: the death Riders there at the end. And more also
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: says have you ever checked out Don Kallis's tweets? His
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: tweets occasion. I don't follow him, but his tweets occasionally
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: pop up on my timeline and he types in all caps,
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: which is very annoying. Not quite as annoying as Rick Flair,
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: where the first letter of every word is capitalized for
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: some reason that annoys me more, But as far as
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: like reading his tweets occasionally if they happen to pop
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: up on my timeline, I might. Yeah, you two can
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: be part of the Green World Order, the GWO. You
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: become a member of our little crew here when you
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: become a channel member, so that's something you should get
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: in on. Appreciate all my members. You guys are awesome.
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: It was actually for a little little sneak pie you
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: are on the Legends tier. I was doing some work
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: today on uploading the next retro classic episode of the SoundOff,
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: picking up where I left off some time ago, because
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: the first thirteen episodes of the SoundOff that I ever
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: did two thousand and seven, two thousand and eight, those
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: have been up there for Legends Heier members. Episode fourteen
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: is coming your way soon from February of two thousand
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: and eight. It's it's like a time capsule, so keep
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: your eyes peeled. I'll let you guys know once that's
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: up and some of the other stuff I'm working on.
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: But I appreciate it. If Garcia is joining the Dick Riders,
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: does that mean you to may start winning matches? Well,
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: I having the better question might be who gives a shit?
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: I too, I'm more interested when it comes to the
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: Taqushta's and the Fletchers of the world here in aw Bandido.
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: I can't say that at the moment that those guys
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: rank pretty high up on my list, not high on
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: my list of interest. All right, next time I'm with
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: You is going to be on Friday. We're going to
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: be talking SmackDown Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre or wrestling
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: on Friday Night. We're going to get the return I
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: am sure of Cody Rhodes to set up that match
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: for wrestl Palooza. It'll probably be Cody and Drew for
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: the championship. Tiffany is going to defend her WWE Women's
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: title against Jade Cargill and Brock Lesnar will hopefully give
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: some sort of explanation as to why he's been doing
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: what he's been doing, because John Cena will not be
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: on that show, but Brock will. What other possible purpose
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: could there be for him to be there if not
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: offer some sort of explanation. So that is what we'll
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: be talking about on Friday night. Dry Chicken says, pick
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: your poison, Death Riders or House of Torture. Can you
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: imagine if they combined the two, that would be the
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: worst faction ever, be like the Death Riders of Torture. Yeah,
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: I mean, I'll just I'll poison myself like I'm not
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: gonna pick. I'll poison myself without choosing oh Man and
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: the Juliet WrestleMania in Saudi Arabia. Yes, I tweeted if
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: you follow on Twitter, which you should be doing. I
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: mentioned that earlier and we will talk about that more
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: later in the week as well. Nobody should be surprised
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: by this. Not one person should be shocked. I do
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: feel bad for all my listeners over there in the UK,
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: boy John Cena, Man, what a cock tase that was? Huh?
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: A couple of years ago at Money in the Bank,
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: you got everybody all riled up. Make your voices heard
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: if you want WrestleMania here in the UK. Man, they
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: took their dick and they smacked it right across your face,
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: didn't they? And poor New Orleans too, They were supposed
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: to get WrestleMania next year and then it was literally
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: they had the Rock announced it on TV, and then
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: they took it away from them. They said, here, we'll
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: give you money in the bank next year. So I'm like, well,
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: maybe they'll make up for it in twenty twenty seven. Nope, Nope.
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: You want WrestleMania back in New Orleans, which is what
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: I was looking forward to. You're gonna be waiting a while.
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: Fuck that we got Fox. I wish you were still
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: doing gaming content. Enjoy those very much. I would like
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: to to. I just time gets away and there's other
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: things on the channel and before you know what it's like. Man,
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: it's been a while since I've been able to do
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: one of those, but we It's on the list of
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: things I would like to do. For sure. People tended
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: to enjoy how terrible I generally was at these things.
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: Have a nice laugh at my expense. Does Jay White
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: come back? It all out? Next challenger for Hangman? I mean,
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: I'd like to see j White come back. I have
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: absolutely no idea what his status is. Last I heard,
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: which was not that long ago, was that we weren't
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: going to see Jay White for a while. So no,
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: I don't think we're going to see him there. I
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: think he's still hurt and he's going to be out
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: for a while. Yet. Oh we got Oz the Wonderful Wizard.
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: I don't watch the FED, haven't in twenty five years,
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: but I listened to the streams in the sound off.
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: Is everything just based on legends and part time or
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: return pops? Uh? For the most part, Yeah, more so,
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: I feel like this year than maybe ever there is
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: a heavy reliance on, you know, getting the moment, the
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: moment the pop. And also you got to keep in
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: mind now they're booking for that Netflix reality series because
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: they're bringing back that Unreal reality series, and so some
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: of the shit that we're seeing is also designed to
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: get footed for the reality show. So they're booking for
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: that as well, not just the pop. But it does
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: feel that way. It does feel like this year especially,
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: they've been very they've been leaning very heavily into that.
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: I love how he gets all of his FED update.
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: You could tell he has a watch in twenty five years,
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: he still calls it the FED. Imagine if you were
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: in a coma, you only first woke up this year,
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: but you've been in a coma since two thousand and one,
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: You're like, what is w w ee? What is that?
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: And you still go around calling it the Fed. Arabia
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: Knight mentions Adam Cole. Yeah, you know, I said that
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: on TNT the other night. I said the terrible triad Wardlow,
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: Jay White and Adam Cole. I mean, they've just been
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: snake bitten when it comes to the injuries and just
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: the awful streak of luck that they've had Jay White
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: was another one. He was injured, he came back, he
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: got injured again. Adam Cole terrible concussion and then what
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: happened to his ankle. I mean he literally has like
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: a cadaver bone in his ankle. You know we're heading
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: into Halloween. It's like he's got like a haunted ankle.
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: And then this latest concussion, which could be career ending
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: for him. And then the stuff with Wardlow. It's like
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: it says, the terrible triad, find me three guys with
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: worse luck. Morris Is. Have you seen Wressell Paluza only
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: moving ten thousand tickets in a seventeen thousand capacity venue.
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: The greed is getting to them. I don't think it's
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: getting to them just yet, but the greed will get
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: to them. It's the greed will be their downfall. The
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: greed will absolutely be their downfall. This is not sustainable.
- 1:26:29Speaker 1: This hot streak they've been on at the prices they
- 1:26:31Speaker 1: charge for their tickets is not sustainable. They will they
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: will crash back down to Earth at some point. And
- 1:26:38Speaker 1: the thing is like the and I'll talk more about
- 1:26:40Speaker 1: this on Sunday, but like the thing is the Mark
- 1:26:43Speaker 1: Shapiros and the Aria manuals of TKO like, they're not
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: gonna be damaged by it. They're not gonna be the
- 1:26:51Speaker 1: ones on the hot seat. It's gonna be people like
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: Levek and Nick con Like. They're the ones that are
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: gonna be on the hot seat when that happens. Because
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: when heads roll, it ain't gonna be the heads of TKO.
- 1:27:02Speaker 1: I could promise you that. And I don't think they're
- 1:27:04Speaker 1: gonna be very patient to wait for the turnaround to come.
- 1:27:09Speaker 1: So I don't know when that's gonna happen, but you
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: can bet your ass it's gonna come back to bite
- 1:27:15Speaker 1: them at some point. Oz says, it'll always be the FED,
- 1:27:22Speaker 1: because fuck the Fed. It's interesting to know everything happening
- 1:27:27Speaker 1: about dozens of wrestlers I've never seen wrestle even once.
- 1:27:33Speaker 1: You've never seen rear Ripley wrestle. This fascinates me. West
- 1:27:42Speaker 1: Coast James fifty one months, he's a legend. There he is,
- 1:27:46Speaker 1: sound up legend. I must have started watching the FED
- 1:27:49Speaker 1: when Oz stopped watching the Fed year two thousand. Man,
- 1:27:54Speaker 1: look at this. Wrestling's a weird thing where you never
- 1:27:58Speaker 1: really you never really get out of it, right. You
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: might stop watching like week to week. But there are
- 1:28:04Speaker 1: you'd be surprised how many wrestling fans I hear from
- 1:28:07Speaker 1: over the years who send emails to me in tweets saying,
- 1:28:10Speaker 1: I don't watch it anymore, I don't watch a WWE,
- 1:28:13Speaker 1: or I never got into aw but I listen to
- 1:28:15Speaker 1: every SoundOff, you know, because they want to. They want
- 1:28:19Speaker 1: to follow with what's going on, like they can't completely
- 1:28:22Speaker 1: pull themselves away, or maybe they just love the sound
- 1:28:26Speaker 1: off that much that they don't really give a shit
- 1:28:28Speaker 1: as long as I'm talking about something, but they just
- 1:28:30Speaker 1: don't watch it anymore. You know, there's a lot of
- 1:28:32Speaker 1: people who don't watch anymore because it's either there's too
- 1:28:36Speaker 1: much of it. They feel like they can't keep up
- 1:28:37Speaker 1: with all the content, or it's too expensive, or it's
- 1:28:40Speaker 1: fucking boring. But they do want to keep up with
- 1:28:44Speaker 1: what's going on, you know, who's the big star and
- 1:28:47Speaker 1: what's the big story in wrestling, And maybe they'll check
- 1:28:50Speaker 1: out some YouTube clips, but like that's the extent of it.
- 1:28:54Speaker 1: There's a lot of people out there like that. And
- 1:28:55Speaker 1: I'll tell you what what TKO. We were just talking about,
- 1:28:59Speaker 1: TKO price people out of these shows. You're gonna have
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: more fans like that. It's gonna get worse where certain
- 1:29:06Speaker 1: people are just gonna drop off, or maybe they just
- 1:29:08Speaker 1: find the product to be boring and just not very interesting,
- 1:29:12Speaker 1: but they'll probably still listen. I would hope many of them,
- 1:29:16Speaker 1: not all of them, will still listen, and they'll keep
- 1:29:18Speaker 1: up with wrestling through podcasts, you know, and YouTube channels
- 1:29:21Speaker 1: like this one. So as long as you stick with me,
- 1:29:26Speaker 1: I got you covered. Dried Chicken, says Marishka Harktay is
- 1:29:30Speaker 1: a beautiful actress. She's always been beautiful. She's a beautiful woman.
- 1:29:40Speaker 1: And I says TK will be buying WWE via TKO bankruptcy. Trustee,
- 1:29:46Speaker 1: Well that's not gonna happen. That won't happen. He says.
- 1:29:53Speaker 1: I've never seen seen a wrestle lesnar Rhea Seth Roman
- 1:29:57Speaker 1: had never seen a single cm punk move until he
- 1:29:59Speaker 1: were turned to AW. When Vince McMahon killed WCW, I
- 1:30:05Speaker 1: was done. Well, I got news for you. WCW killed
- 1:30:12Speaker 1: WCW more than Vince McMahon killed WCW, but he did.
- 1:30:16Speaker 1: He did kill it once. He once he bought it,
- 1:30:19Speaker 1: then he killed it off. But like the original ECW,
- 1:30:25Speaker 1: they did more to kill themselves than anything Vince McMahon did,
- 1:30:32Speaker 1: calling it WWE completely lost that wrestling aura. Well, the
- 1:30:37Speaker 1: word wrestling is still in it. If it wasn't because
- 1:30:43Speaker 1: I hang out with my best butt and eat junk
- 1:30:45Speaker 1: food watching the pay per views and plees, I would
- 1:30:48Speaker 1: not be watching wrestling sing. Brett Hart agrees Marishka is great,
- 1:30:57Speaker 1: but she's no Jennifer love Hewitt also a beautiful woman.
- 1:31:02Speaker 1: But there's something about Marishkamn, especially in those early seasons
- 1:31:07Speaker 1: of SVU, Oh my god, she was just so attractive
- 1:31:14Speaker 1: and just also like, if you ever like watch interviews
- 1:31:17Speaker 1: with her, she just seems like a fun person, you know,
- 1:31:21Speaker 1: good sense of humor. Yeah, I've always been a fan
- 1:31:26Speaker 1: of hers. Blame the panda people for being called WWE. No,
- 1:31:33Speaker 1: you can blame Vince McMahon for that. They had an
- 1:31:37Speaker 1: agreement with the World Wildlife Fund, the panda people that
- 1:31:40Speaker 1: they clearly violated. This is something that people just sort
- 1:31:43Speaker 1: of gloss over. It's like, oh, it's the pandas, those
- 1:31:46Speaker 1: damn pandas. Like, actually, Vincent WWF at the time clearly
- 1:31:54Speaker 1: violated the agreement and the understanding that they had, so
- 1:31:58Speaker 1: not the first time he violated something. Anyway, I will
- 1:32:02Speaker 1: be back with you on Friday. We fell short of
- 1:32:06Speaker 1: our be the book or goal. This has been. This
- 1:32:08Speaker 1: has been something that's happened here on Wednesdays a few times.
- 1:32:11Speaker 1: It's all up to you, guys. I'm sure we won't
- 1:32:14Speaker 1: have that issue on Friday. I hope we'll try again
- 1:32:16Speaker 1: on Friday talking SmackDown and then of course this weekend
- 1:32:21Speaker 1: episode nine of the sound Off. Always have content for you,
- 1:32:27Speaker 1: Emperor Comet, says Kristen Melody is my celeb crush. I
- 1:32:35Speaker 1: don't think I've seen her. I don't think I've seen her.
- 1:32:40Speaker 1: And drive Chicken? Would you love to see see I'm
- 1:32:42Speaker 1: punk do a drop coffin. I don't know what that is.
- 1:32:50Speaker 1: I'm gonna say no. It sounds like something that he
- 1:32:52Speaker 1: would get injured doing so at the at at forty
- 1:32:56Speaker 1: eight years old or forty six, whatever he is, I'm
- 1:32:59Speaker 1: gonna say no. Probably better to not do that, all right,
- 1:33:03Speaker 1: Hit that leg button on your way out. It still
- 1:33:06Speaker 1: helps the video even though we didn't hit the goal.
- 1:33:08Speaker 1: And back here with you on Friday for smack Them.
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: Until then, take care, guys,
