• 3:00
Speaker 4: It's a forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
• 3:03
Speaker 3: Story number one. It is a scathing report.
• 3:07
Speaker 4: It's truly unbelievable what has been uncovered when it comes
• 3:11
Speaker 4: to Biden's use of the auto pen. The House Oversight
• 3:15
Speaker 4: Committee on Tuesday asks the Justice Department to investigate former
• 3:21
Speaker 4: President Joe Biden's use of the autopen to sign executive
• 3:25
Speaker 4: orders and pardons. The request came after the committee released
• 3:31
Speaker 4: every report on its investigation into Biden's use to the
• 3:35
Speaker 4: auto pen and whether it indicated an administration cover up
• 3:40
Speaker 4: of an alleged cognitive decline. In a letter to the
• 3:44
Speaker 4: Attorney General Pam Bondi, Representative James Comer, the chairman of
• 3:49
Speaker 4: the committee, accused Biden's aides of coordinating what he described
• 3:53
Speaker 4: as a quote cover up of the president's diminished faculties.
• 3:58
Speaker 4: I want you to hear James Comra had to say
• 4:01
Speaker 4: about all of this earlier on TV.
• 4:04
Speaker 5: Describe a shadow presidency basically run through a series of
• 4:08
Speaker 5: a White House ants and the autopen What specific executive
• 4:12
Speaker 5: actions do you believe were signed without President Biden's knowledge
• 4:16
Speaker 5: and what's the evidence that supports those claims.
• 4:19
Speaker 6: Well, we just focused on the legal documents. We just
• 4:22
Speaker 6: focused on pardons and executive orders. We brought twelve of
• 4:26
Speaker 6: Biden's inner circle individuals in for depositions. They had hours
• 4:32
Speaker 6: and hours and hours Matt to explain to us how
• 4:35
Speaker 6: Joe Biden was involved in the decision making process of
• 4:39
Speaker 6: the various pardons and the various executive orders. Each staffer
• 4:43
Speaker 6: gave conflicting reports as to how the autopen use was authorized.
• 4:51
Speaker 6: But to the end of the day, one thing that
• 4:53
Speaker 6: was consistent with eleven of the twelve staffers, and that's
• 4:56
Speaker 6: everyone but Jeff Zietz, the chief of staff, in the end,
• 4:59
Speaker 6: was that they never saw Joe Biden, They never heard
• 5:02
Speaker 6: from Joe Biden. They were never in any meeting or
• 5:04
Speaker 6: policy discussions with Joe Biden. When he talked about the
• 5:08
Speaker 6: pardons or talked about the executive orders that you know,
• 5:11
Speaker 6: there was no chain of custody, There was no consistency
• 5:15
Speaker 6: in how the use of the auto pen. I think
• 5:18
Speaker 6: it's safe to say that there was a cover up
• 5:20
Speaker 6: of Joe Biden's mental decline. We gave the White House position,
• 5:23
Speaker 6: doctor O'Connor, an opportunity to come in and defend his
• 5:28
Speaker 6: all the statements that he released saying Joe Biden was
• 5:30
Speaker 6: in perfect fiscal and mental shape and he pled the
• 5:33
Speaker 6: Fifth Amendment to avoid self incrimination. So when we brought
• 5:37
Speaker 6: in people like Ian Sam's, who you know I battled
• 5:40
Speaker 6: with that, You battled with Matt when you were here
• 5:43
Speaker 6: fighting the good fight. Ian Sam's would go in front
• 5:45
Speaker 6: of the cameras every day and talk about Joe Biden
• 5:48
Speaker 6: and Joe Biden said this and that, And when we
• 5:50
Speaker 6: had him under oath, he admitted he only met and
• 5:54
Speaker 6: spoke to Joe Biden in person two times in two years.
• 5:58
Speaker 6: Near attending his executives secretary, who we see Trump's executive
• 6:02
Speaker 6: secretary with him multiple times a day, she only had
• 6:05
Speaker 6: limited communication with Joe Biden.
• 6:09
Speaker 3: They kept Joe Biden shielded.
• 6:11
Speaker 6: There was a cover up of his middle decline, and
• 6:13
Speaker 6: there's no evidence that exists, no notes, nothing that exists
• 6:18
Speaker 6: that Joe Biden was involved in any of the decision
• 6:20
Speaker 6: making process with the with the pardons and the executive orders.
• 6:24
Speaker 3: You think about how shocking that is.
• 6:26
Speaker 4: A staff that literally is not speaking or spending time
• 6:29
Speaker 4: or talking to the President of the United States of America.
• 6:33
Speaker 4: And that's part of the bombshell report exposing Biden's alleged
• 6:38
Speaker 4: misuse of the auto pen that included pardons and official documents.
• 6:44
Speaker 4: That is part of what this investigation is all about.
• 6:47
Speaker 4: James Comer also had this to say on Laura Ingram's show.
• 6:51
Speaker 7: I mean, to the regular person watching this out there
• 6:53
Speaker 7: in TV land, this stinks to how I heaven. So
• 6:56
Speaker 7: we need your gut check. You've seen all the documents.
• 6:59
Speaker 7: Is there any evidence indicating that Biden himself was involved
• 7:04
Speaker 7: in approving these pardoners real hard evidence.
• 7:08
Speaker 6: There really isn't, And it's astonishing when you're talking about
• 7:11
Speaker 6: thousands of pardons and dozens of executive orders, basically any
• 7:15
Speaker 6: legal document, especially during the last three months of the
• 7:18
  Speaker 6: Biden administration.
• 7:19
Speaker 3: That's what we focused on.
• 7:21
Speaker 6: And every person who we deposed had a different story
• 7:25
Speaker 6: on what the proper process was that they followed in
• 7:29
Speaker 6: using the autopen to sign a legal document.
• 7:32
Speaker 3: Their stories were inconsistent.
• 7:34
Speaker 6: And then when you throw in the emails from the
• 7:36
Speaker 6: from the Merrick Garland Department of Justice expressing concern to
• 7:40
Speaker 6: these very staffers about the excessive use of the autopen
• 7:44
Speaker 6: and asking point blank questions what was their process? Then
• 7:49
Speaker 6: the then the entire stories changed, so the inconsistencies are abounable.
• 7:53
Speaker 6: One thing that is consistent, Laura, is the fact that.
• 7:57
Speaker 3: No one saw Joe Biden.
• 7:59
Speaker 6: No one one who authorized the autopen or even gave
• 8:03
Speaker 6: the authorization to use the autopen, no one who authorized
• 8:06
Speaker 6: outopen or actually physically manually pressed the power button a
• 8:10
Speaker 6: Lottipen ever heard directly from Joe Biden. And furthermore, there
• 8:14
Speaker 6: are no notes, there's no chain of custody that would
• 8:17
Speaker 6: show that Joe Biden was involved in any meetings where
• 8:21
Speaker 6: they discussed the pardon process. I mean, this is a
• 8:24
Speaker 6: polligue and everyone in America saw during the debate and
• 8:28
Speaker 6: during the last few months of the Biden administration, this
• 8:31
Speaker 6: was a president in decline. The staffers confirmed that they
• 8:36
Speaker 6: would go weeks, months, and even years without.
• 8:39
Speaker 3: Communicating with Joe Biden.
• 8:40
Speaker 6: This is a massive cover up, and what we determined
• 8:43
Speaker 6: was every pardon should be declared noel and void.
• 8:47
Speaker 4: I want you to think about what you just heard.
• 8:49
Speaker 4: Not only do they say that the Biden presidency was
• 8:51
Speaker 4: on autopilot, but he wasn't the one running the show.
• 8:55
Speaker 4: No one quote ever got direction from Joe Biden. No notes,
• 9:00
Speaker 4: no meetings, no orders, just staffers running the country with
• 9:05
Speaker 4: an auto pen. And many of the people that should
• 9:08
Speaker 4: have been talking to the President didn't speak to him
• 9:10
Speaker 4: for weeks, months, or even years in positions of power.
• 9:16
Speaker 4: So who was running the country. Well, we know that
• 9:20
Speaker 4: Joe Biden was not running the show at all. But
• 9:23
Speaker 4: what we do have now is forty seven hours of
• 9:26
Speaker 4: transcripts and testimony revealing that numerous high ranking officials, numerous
• 9:33
Speaker 4: former chief of staffs, numerous former secretaries, and numerous former
• 9:39
Speaker 4: people in the press office, including the White House Press Secretary,
• 9:43
Speaker 4: are now on the record talking about the lies they
• 9:46
Speaker 4: told the American people, and many of the lies that
• 9:49
Speaker 4: the media was happy to tell as well. The other
• 9:52
Speaker 4: thing that I'm going to play for you is a
• 9:54
Speaker 4: montage put out by the House Oversight Committee Joe Biden
• 9:58
Speaker 4: was not running the show.
• 10:00
Speaker 3: Oh and their new report.
• 10:02
Speaker 4: They say expose is how Biden's decline was real and
• 10:05
Speaker 4: his aides covered it up. Take a listen to what
• 10:09
Speaker 4: they put together, proving the point that no one really
• 10:13
Speaker 4: knows who was doing the auto pen and who was
• 10:16
Speaker 4: signing what or who was even directing it.
• 10:19
  Speaker 3: Take a listen.
• 10:21
Speaker 1: Was the number one.
• 10:22
Speaker 8: Issue in the campaign, the president's business or his age?
• 10:33
Speaker 9: Did you ever see President in Biden in a wheelchair?
• 10:36
Speaker 10: I did not ever seeing President inviting in a wheelspairs.
• 10:40
Speaker 8: And new information now on the people in his inner
• 10:43
Speaker 8: circle and how the cover up actually operated.
• 10:48
Speaker 11: Senior aides that worked here until just a couple months
• 10:51
Speaker 11: ago at the beginning of this year, manipulating an ailing
• 10:54
Speaker 11: president for their own gain.
• 10:56
Speaker 9: How much were you paid for your role in the
• 10:58
Speaker 9: campaign in twenty twenty four, just sile was shot our
• 11:03
Speaker 9: fine numbers, I'm sorry? How much?
• 11:05
  Speaker 11: Four million dollars?
• 11:06
Speaker 12: You believed that the president should stay in the race,
• 11:09
Speaker 12: your own financial stake in the matter, but was a
• 11:13
Speaker 12: factor in any way your advice to the president.
• 11:15
  Speaker 10: Hi, I don't believe that I.
• 11:17
Speaker 11: Want to come to President Biden's decline. The official word
• 11:21
Speaker 11: from Biden world about all these news stories is that
• 11:24
Speaker 11: nothing has been revealed this week that shows that President
• 11:28
Speaker 11: Biden was anything but an effective president.
• 11:31
Speaker 9: Yes, I noticed that he was aging in terms of
• 11:33
Speaker 9: physical condition. I noticed that, you know, he shuffled up,
• 11:37
Speaker 9: that he was more stuckling over the origin dash than
• 11:41
Speaker 9: you did at the beginning of the term.
• 11:45
Speaker 6: His rhetorical skills were not as strong as they had been,
• 11:48
Speaker 6: and his speeches were less effective.
• 11:50
Speaker 9: I thought, we talked about age.
• 11:52
Speaker 1: We knew it was an issue, and we tried to
• 11:56
  Speaker 1: design a strategy.
• 11:57
Speaker 9: We had a discussion at the senior advisor level about
• 12:00
Speaker 9: whether the president should have a cognitivit.
• 12:04
Speaker 8: Sam flashback now to the legacy media is complete denial
• 12:07
Speaker 8: of the president's cognitive decline.
• 12:10
Speaker 1: Start your tape right now, because I'm about to tell
• 12:12
Speaker 1: you the truth and FU if you.
• 12:14
Speaker 3: Can't handle the truth.
• 12:16
Speaker 13: This version of Biden is the best Biden ever.
• 12:21
Speaker 9: His mental acuity is great, it's fine. It's as good
• 12:24
Speaker 9: as it's been over the years.
• 12:26
Speaker 2: He is sharp, he is on top of things.
• 12:28
Speaker 11: Do you regret saying that President Biden had a mental acuity,
• 12:32
Speaker 11: He had a sharpness to him.
• 12:34
Speaker 10: I said what I believe to be true.
• 12:36
Speaker 9: Do you think he was as sharp as you?
• 12:40
Speaker 10: I said I had not seen decline.
• 12:44
  Speaker 8: And I hadn't.
• 12:45
Speaker 9: He is just fine.
• 12:48
Speaker 2: I hope people interpret that it is up to them.
• 12:52
Speaker 14: We're watching the testimony of this woman here, Annie Thomas.
• 12:56
Speaker 14: She's the former senior advisor to President Joe Biden. She
• 12:59
Speaker 14: was the third person set to appear before James Cober's committee.
• 13:03
Speaker 14: She has now taken the fit. There is now a
• 13:06
Speaker 14: pattern of key Biden competent seeking the shield themselves from
• 13:10
Speaker 14: criminal liability for this potential conspiracy.
• 13:13
Speaker 13: Were you ever told to lie about the President's health
• 13:15
  Speaker 13: the Advising Council?
• 13:16
Speaker 1: I must respect he declined to answer based upon the
• 13:19
Speaker 1: physician patient privilege, and in reliance, am I right under
• 13:22
Speaker 1: the fifth Man of the Constitution.
• 13:23
Speaker 13: Let the record reflect that doctor O'Connor has invoked the
• 13:26
Speaker 13: Fifth Amendment right against self incrimination. Doctor O'Connor, did you
• 13:30
Speaker 13: ever believe the president was unfit to execute his duties
• 13:35
  Speaker 13: as president?
• 13:36
Speaker 9: And we can tell you that he will have the
• 13:38
Speaker 9: same answer with respect to any questions that are asked.
• 13:41
Speaker 13: Did any unelected official or family member of President Joe
• 13:45
Speaker 13: Biden execute the duties of the presidents that did Joe Biden,
• 13:49
Speaker 13: a member of his family or anyone at the White
• 13:51
Speaker 13: House ever instruct you to lie regarding his health on the.
• 13:54
  Speaker 5: Advice and Council.
• 13:55
Speaker 9: I respect his declining to answer the questions, are soon
• 13:58
Speaker 9: to my fifth formment vis my passages.
• 14:00
Speaker 8: And if that wasn't shocking enough, Dick Tapper claims Hunter
• 14:03
Speaker 8: Biden was basically acting like the chief of staff.
• 14:06
Speaker 3: Hunter was driving the decision making for the family.
• 14:09
Speaker 9: He was almost like a chief of staff. Did you
• 14:11
Speaker 9: notice it up to ever when Unter Biden was around, Yes,
• 14:15
Speaker 9: towards the end that he was living with the president, they.
• 14:18
Speaker 8: Were lying up just to the public, they were lying
• 14:20
  Speaker 8: to other Democrats.
• 14:21
Speaker 7: Have you ruled out a pardon for your son yes?
• 14:24
Speaker 9: Were you in favor of Hunter Biden getting a partner?
• 14:26
  Speaker 3: Yes?
• 14:27
Speaker 13: Did you ever ask Joe Biden if the allegations regarding
• 14:31
Speaker 13: the sun went drum?
• 14:33
  Speaker 10: Now?
• 14:34
Speaker 6: Ian SAMs, who was the White House spokesperson, interacted with
• 14:39
  Speaker 6: him two times.
• 14:41
  Speaker 3: Two times.
• 14:42
Speaker 13: Well, I think it's really important to take the sound
• 14:45
Speaker 13: bite and understand the context.
• 14:46
Speaker 9: How often would you say that you interacted with the
• 14:48
  Speaker 9: personal person.
• 14:49
Speaker 3: I interacted with him pretty infrequently.
• 14:52
Speaker 12: I think I met with the President a handful of
• 14:55
Speaker 12: times during my tenure.
• 14:56
  Speaker 9: In White House.
• 14:56
Speaker 8: You got to say, that doesn't look anything like the
• 14:58
Speaker 8: president that I know when I feel tempt he's sharp,
• 15:01
Speaker 8: he's asking tough questions. That's the President Biden that so
• 15:04
Speaker 8: many of us experience every single day.
• 15:06
Speaker 9: Yeah, I mean it's missing in some context.
• 15:10
  Speaker 12: I don't.
• 15:12
Speaker 6: So it raised a serious concerns and serious questions about
• 15:14
Speaker 6: who was Colin shot in the White House. If the
• 15:17
Speaker 6: White House spokesperson is being shielded from the president, that
• 15:21
Speaker 6: says who was operating that bo.
• 15:24
Speaker 9: Page wasn't an issue for you for President Bio, you
• 15:31
Speaker 9: know what it was not at this term.
• 15:33
Speaker 13: So you think President Biden is wholly in commands that
• 15:35
  Speaker 13: night during.
• 15:36
Speaker 9: The debate, I do believe that he was fully in
• 15:38
Speaker 9: command that night during the debate. I knew it was
• 15:41
Speaker 9: very difficult to get passed. Some of the visual things
• 15:44
Speaker 9: are causing people concerned about the president.
• 15:47
Speaker 12: The voter's concerns about President Biden were wrong.
• 15:51
Speaker 9: Yes, he often would confuse names. Do you think it got.
• 15:54
Speaker 13: Worse as you knew?
• 15:56
  Speaker 9: Yes?
• 15:57
Speaker 1: Are you sure you're being honest with yourself?
• 16:00
Speaker 6: Say you have the mental, physical capacity to serve another
• 16:03
  Speaker 6: four years?
• 16:04
  Speaker 12: Yes?
• 16:04
  Speaker 5: I did.
• 16:05
Speaker 9: Not have the experience that it took him longer to
• 16:07
Speaker 9: answer some of the question. He could still he was
• 16:10
  Speaker 9: still sanctistically.
• 16:11
Speaker 1: What did she say?
• 16:12
Speaker 9: It was something that we did that coin. It was
• 16:14
Speaker 9: something that the media coined.
• 16:16
Speaker 12: Did you or did anyone ever verify if the videos
• 16:19
Speaker 12: as we were talking about were impacts cheap fakes?
• 16:22
Speaker 9: I believe so. But there were instances where videos were.
• 16:25
Speaker 12: Circulated of present Biden appearing confused or freezing for a
• 16:29
Speaker 12: moment that were real, correct, Not that I recall.
• 16:33
Speaker 11: She told you this real video of Biden getting lost
• 16:35
