Two Sentenced for Teen’s Murder on Reservation | Annapolis News
Two cousins in South Dakota, Dillion Millard and Charmaine Medicine, have been sentenced to 30 years for the brutal murder of 15-year-old Alize Millard on the Rosebud Sioux Reservation in 2019. After drugging the teen, Dillion strangled him, then tied his body to a tree and set it on fire to cover up the crime. The bodies were found days later by hikers. The case took nearly five years to solve — until Dillion confessed in May 2024, leading to Charmaine’s arrest.
