- 0:20Speaker 1: Judge will Yon's gonna give you some therapy. And if
- 0:23Speaker 1: you steal from the church but you tie ten percent,

- 0:28Speaker 1: real people bookcases. Thank Justice. This is our right new
- 0:36Speaker 1: courtroom alert. N we got a new court alert. That's
- 0:39Speaker 1: exactly right.
- 0:39Speaker 3: Dan.
- 0:39Speaker 1: I'm very excited about this. Have you ever seen The
- 0:41Speaker 1: Angry Birds too?
- 0:43Speaker 3: Yes?
- 0:43Speaker 2: I love there's a there's a ten minute chunk of
- 0:46Speaker 2: that movie that I think is comedic gold. I watched
- 0:49Speaker 2: it this weekend again, you did. My kids asked for it.
- 0:52Speaker 2: Angerbirds won one of the worst movies I've ever seen.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Swamps. It's terrible. Angerbirds two.
- 0:57Speaker 2: There's ten minutes and there's funny than anything I've seen
- 0:59Speaker 2: in a cartoon a long and it gets me every time,
- 1:01Speaker 2: gets him. But it just they build this thing called
- 1:04Speaker 2: the Eagle Alert thing. It just goes there's an eagle nearby. Yeah,
- 1:07Speaker 2: that's all it does.
- 1:08Speaker 1: That's all it does, and it won't shut off for
- 1:09Speaker 1: an hour, and that made me think of it. Oh
- 1:10Speaker 1: what there? You go back to you? Yes, welcome to
- 1:13Speaker 1: Yogavil Gavel. I'm brand. This is Dan.
- 1:16Speaker 3: We are I think it's safe to say we are
- 1:19Speaker 3: TV courtroom enthusiasts, professionals. We love TV courtrooms. Ten thousand
- 1:23Speaker 3: hours we've done at least that, hope to hope to
- 1:25Speaker 3: be on one one day. Oh, I would love that.
- 1:27Speaker 3: But basically, I watch one and I tell Dan about it.
- 1:30Speaker 3: He tries against the verdicts, and then Dan's going to
- 1:32Speaker 3: do the exact same thing to me. It's going to
- 1:34Speaker 3: be a lot of fun. So thanks for joining us, Dan,
- 1:36Speaker 3: I do have a new show for you, and I'd like.
- 1:38Speaker 1: To go first for that. Would I would love that.
- 1:40Speaker 1: I would love So this is a show that was
- 1:42Speaker 1: around from twenty twenty one to twenty twenty three.
- 1:44Speaker 3: I'm very surprised. I don't know if thetification was bad
- 1:47Speaker 3: or what. But it's Relative Justice with Judge Rondo. Will's
- 1:51Speaker 3: Relative Justice, like We're gonna get close an extra an
- 1:55Speaker 3: excellent title given the fact that everybody who is on
- 1:58Speaker 3: this show is suing someone.
- 2:00Speaker 1: They're related to AHT. Yeah, I got you.
- 2:05Speaker 3: Uh so I have siblings today, you ready, Pastor Keenan,
- 2:10Speaker 3: Pastor keen Paster Keenan is suing his sister, Jervone Gervann.
- 2:17Speaker 3: I'm gonna go with Jervonne Thacker. She calls her miss
- 2:20Speaker 3: Thacker a lot. I'm sorry, Miss Hacker. Who who is
- 2:24Speaker 3: Pastor Keenan's sister. He is suing her for five thousand
- 2:27Speaker 3: dollars five grand?
- 2:28Speaker 1: All right?
- 2:29Speaker 3: Grand Judge Ronda asks Pastor Keenan how big his church is,
- 2:33Speaker 3: and he says, before I answer you, I want to
- 2:35Speaker 3: put this out there. My sister is a thief and
- 2:38Speaker 3: there's no doubt about it. Wow, that's drunk. Miss Thacker says,
- 2:44Speaker 3: excuse me, and Judge Ronda isn't having it tells her
- 2:48Speaker 3: to stop talking until she asks her.
- 2:50Speaker 1: To speaking on the law. That's exactly right.
- 2:54Speaker 3: Pastor Keenan says, I don't think. I don't think that
- 2:59Speaker 3: she's a thief. That's exactly yeah.
- 3:02Speaker 1: But they answer your question.
- 3:03Speaker 3: I have forty members in my church and we've been
- 3:07Speaker 3: around for a year or so a little over a
- 3:09Speaker 3: year where non de nom and we have an art
- 3:14Speaker 3: department which my sister.
- 3:16Speaker 1: Ran and uh.
- 3:18Speaker 3: But you know, it's clear I can't trust her anymore.
- 3:20Speaker 3: She and her husband have a past in the arts.
- 3:24Speaker 3: My my sister was an actor and whatnot. So I
- 3:27Speaker 3: decided to put her in charge of the arts because
- 3:31Speaker 3: she had the talent for church. Exactly. She had the talent,
- 3:35Speaker 3: but I didn't know that she also had a talent
- 3:37Speaker 3: to steal pretty good line by.
- 3:40Speaker 1: Bye bye bye our boy. Uh.
- 3:44Speaker 3: Dravone says that the only reason anybody came to his
- 3:49Speaker 3: church in the first place is because me and my husband,
- 3:53Speaker 3: we we did so much. Question because and uh, they
- 3:57Speaker 3: didn't come for my brother because my brother is boring.
- 4:00Speaker 3: He takes offense to this pastors boring. The pastor's boring.
- 4:06Speaker 3: Judge Ronda quickly shuts him down as well. But he
- 4:09Speaker 3: and he's like, my sister just said the word of
- 4:11Speaker 3: God is boring. And Judge Ronda says, I think she
- 4:14Speaker 3: said that you're born, which is great.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Get Rondo.
- 4:17Speaker 3: Uh. Jervaan was over anything arts related, acting classes over it,
- 4:24Speaker 3: not over it, like I'm over, like I can't do
- 4:26Speaker 3: this anymore, but like she was charge of praise and
- 4:29Speaker 3: worship over it, graphic for flyers over it.
- 4:32Speaker 1: She did everything she did everything catch all, and.
- 4:36Speaker 3: She's saying that I stole money is just incorrect. I
- 4:43Speaker 3: didn't charge for anything that I did, and he owes
- 4:46Speaker 3: me a lot of money.
- 4:47Speaker 1: Thinks he was owed it. She thinks. Pastor Keenan says,
- 4:51Speaker 1: she volunteered.
- 4:52Speaker 3: If I offer to do something for you, I don't
- 4:54Speaker 3: expect anything in return. One day, Pastor Keenan realizes that
- 4:58Speaker 3: the money from the past Neast week was not in
- 5:02Speaker 3: the bank. It's January and Javon was supposed to deposit
- 5:07Speaker 3: the donations that came in for the art departments. She
- 5:11Speaker 3: convinced the person who is in charge of the offering
- 5:14Speaker 3: money to just let her do that as well, so
- 5:18Speaker 3: she gets the offering for the week and the art
- 5:21Speaker 3: department money. Crazy that people don't trust churches, and she says,
- 5:25Speaker 3: I will deposit the money, to which Pastor Keenan says,
- 5:30Speaker 3: like the tongue of the devil. So he notices the
- 5:35Speaker 3: money's not deposited, so he goes and asks the guy
- 5:38Speaker 3: who's in charge of depositing the offering money, Hey, what happened,
- 5:41Speaker 3: and he's like, I gave it to your sister.
- 5:43Speaker 1: He goes to ask her about it. She says, I
- 5:45Speaker 1: didn't do that. So he goes to.
- 5:47Speaker 3: The bank and upon closer inspection, notices that there was
- 5:52Speaker 3: a little over two hundred dollars deposited of the supposed
- 5:56Speaker 3: to be five thousand dollars that was supposed to be depositive.
- 6:00Speaker 3: So he confronts his sister and she admits to taking
- 6:04Speaker 3: it and gave a bunch of lame excuses as to why.
- 6:08Speaker 3: Ravon says, I took the money because it was my money.
- 6:12Speaker 3: Oh boy, if you do a job, you get paid.
- 6:17Speaker 3: Judge Ronda says, so you're supposed to be doing the
- 6:19Speaker 3: Lord's work and instead you decided to give yourself a raise.
- 6:24Speaker 3: She says, I did not steal the money. I can't
- 6:28Speaker 3: steal what belongs to me. Ronda says, did you did
- 6:32Speaker 3: you take money from the church? I'm asking your point, Blaine,
- 6:36Speaker 3: did you take money from the church, And she says, no,
- 6:38Speaker 3: I took my money and I tie ten. So she
- 6:41Speaker 3: gave five hondo I less than that. Actually it was
- 6:44Speaker 3: two hundred and something dollars.
- 6:45Speaker 1: I don't know how she gave the math.
- 6:47Speaker 3: So the money she deposited was her job, which is great.
- 6:52Speaker 3: She took other people's it doesn't matter. So Pastor Keenan said,
- 6:55Speaker 3: that's crazy. Pastor keene says, I want on the record,
- 6:57Speaker 3: I'm fine with my sister coming back to be a
- 6:59Speaker 3: part of the church, but she will not be allowed
- 7:01Speaker 3: to be in charge of anything else.
- 7:03Speaker 1: Judge Ronda is right to rule.
- 7:05Speaker 2: So there's does she does, miss thatcher ever Thacker Thacker?
- 7:11Speaker 2: Miss Thacker ever.
- 7:12Speaker 3: Give any sort of list of what she used the
- 7:16Speaker 3: money for? Or she just said.
- 7:18Speaker 1: She she believes that she she's got to give the.
- 7:20Speaker 2: Money back to Pastor Keenan. But churches run volunteers in
- 7:23Speaker 2: the ground. But they're still volunteers unless they have a contract.
- 7:27Speaker 2: So you gotta give the money back to Keenan.
- 7:29Speaker 3: You sure do, Dan, Judge Ronda says, there's a special
- 7:33Speaker 3: place in the hell. Lets people that steal from a church.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Here we go.
- 7:37Speaker 3: Time's got hard, your fingers got sticky. Five thousand dollars
- 7:41Speaker 3: to Pastor Keenan, and I hope that you repent.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Oh wow, how did you? Ronda?
- 7:48Speaker 3: Love Judge Love Ron Love Ron. I'm excited to dive
- 7:51Speaker 3: into the show some more. I think it H'm gonna
- 7:53Speaker 3: I'm gonna throw it in the rotation.
- 7:54Speaker 1: It could be it could be juicy, It could be fun,
- 7:56Speaker 1: could be juicy, could be fun.
- 7:57Speaker 3: Listen to a relative pastor keenan relative justice as a
- 8:00Speaker 3: relative justice.
- 8:01Speaker 1: I love it.
- 8:02Speaker 3: Let's go to the people's court. Brand I love the
- 8:03Speaker 3: people's court. I don't typically, I really like to be
- 8:06Speaker 3: I love Judge Million. Judge Million typically says what I
- 8:09Speaker 3: would say to these people.
- 8:12Speaker 1: The time. Yeah.
- 8:14Speaker 3: Uh.
- 8:14Speaker 2: Megan Christopher is suing her ex boyfriend Corey Minster for
- 8:20Speaker 2: seventeen hundred and sixty six dollars and seven cents Munster
- 8:24Speaker 2: Minster Monster, Nope, Minster. Now, I don't know where these
- 8:28Speaker 2: two people are from, but it has to be Wisconsin.
- 8:30Speaker 3: If you do, you think he ever does he get
- 8:33Speaker 3: called mister Minster? He I don't think she ever says
- 8:37Speaker 3: mister Minster. But I could fun though, It would be fun.
- 8:41Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:41Speaker 3: They have a very thick Wisconsin accent, both of them.
- 8:43Speaker 3: We started with Meghan said, no, that's Canadian. That's this,
- 8:48Speaker 3: don't you know?
- 8:49Speaker 1: Anyway? Meghan met Corey through Facebook online. It's crazy.
- 8:57Speaker 3: She's she knew him for about a month and a
- 8:59Speaker 3: half when she decided to lend him money for a car.
- 9:03Speaker 1: Now, Million's like you knew him a month and.
- 9:05Speaker 2: A half from Facebook before you decided to lend him
- 9:09Speaker 2: money for a car? Are you kidding me? And she
- 9:11Speaker 2: was like, well, I was driving, we're dating, driving him
- 9:14Speaker 2: to work, and so he got he needed six hundred
- 9:18Speaker 2: dollars for this car. So I just lend him the
- 9:19Speaker 2: six hundred dollars you could drive himself to work. And
- 9:21Speaker 2: she goes, well, what was he doing before he met
- 9:23Speaker 2: you to get to work? Like, couldn't he have done that?
- 9:26Speaker 1: Good question? Million? And uh.
- 9:29Speaker 2: Megan's like, I don't know. Uh, Millions said, did he
- 9:32Speaker 2: sign anything saying he pay you back? She says no,
- 9:35Speaker 2: she said, but then I get him the six hundred
- 9:37Speaker 2: dollars and then we find out that his license was suspended.
- 9:40Speaker 2: He said he did not know that, and I did
- 9:42Speaker 2: believe him at the time because his reaction at the
- 9:44Speaker 2: insurance place. He was just like so shocked and surprised.
- 9:48Speaker 2: He got very, very angry about this. But he had
- 9:50Speaker 2: a lot of unpaid tickets, like roughly one thousand and
- 9:54Speaker 2: forty six bucks and some change.
- 9:56Speaker 1: What goes into unsuspending your license? I guess you got
- 9:58Speaker 1: to pay back to pay all the money.
- 9:59Speaker 3: And if it's tickets, then yet if it's because I
- 10:02Speaker 3: got to like go through some sort of that would
- 10:04Speaker 3: be if it's reckless driving.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Then it would be that.
- 10:06Speaker 3: So she also paid the thy forty six and change
- 10:09Speaker 3: in tickets.
- 10:11Speaker 2: Million says, you've known him thirty days. Why are you
- 10:14Speaker 2: doing this for him? Why are you doing this? She
- 10:17Speaker 2: just she seemed Megan seems so sweet. She's over there,
- 10:20Speaker 2: she's just checking her hand. So let's go to you.
- 10:22Speaker 2: Uh oh no, no, I'm sorry. She goes, what do you do?
- 10:24Speaker 2: Meghan answers, I'm a security guard. She said, okay, how
- 10:29Speaker 2: do you have the money to be paying for this
- 10:33Speaker 2: guy to get a car and to unsuspend his license?
- 10:36Speaker 2: And then Meghan says, I hope you're ready to feel
- 10:38Speaker 2: even sorry for sweet Sweet Megan says, I saved a
- 10:42Speaker 2: bit of the summer, but most of this was just
- 10:44Speaker 2: told my credit card. At this point, Judge Million says,
- 10:49Speaker 2: oh my god, you're nuts. You don't even have the
- 10:51Speaker 2: money to do this. You met him thirty days ago,
- 10:53Speaker 2: and you're you're subsidizing this guy who had a bunch
- 10:56Speaker 2: of unpaid tickets. Let's go over to court. Corey says,
- 11:00Speaker 2: we did meet through Facebook, but your honor, what she's
- 11:03Speaker 2: saying is not true. I have proof of insurance. I'll
- 11:06Speaker 2: pass it forward. It's in my name, it's my policy number.
- 11:09Speaker 2: Pretty cut and dry. Million goes, yeah, I looked at
- 11:12Speaker 2: that and it starts in December. When did you buy
- 11:15Speaker 2: the car? And he says November, and she goes October
- 11:18Speaker 2: is when you bought the car? He goes, yeah, October, November, whatever.
- 11:20Speaker 2: Very much has an attitude. She says, so who paid
- 11:23Speaker 2: the insurance before December? Because it says this is yours
- 11:27Speaker 2: in December. He said, I didn't have it on the
- 11:28Speaker 2: road right away. She said, well, who's your insurance company?
- 11:31Speaker 2: He said Progressive. She says, Megan, do you have proof
- 11:35Speaker 2: you paid Progressive? Megan says yes, I do and shows
- 11:38Speaker 2: a credit card statement that shows she paid Progressive. Millyon
- 11:44Speaker 2: looks at Corey and goes, hey, what am I supposed
- 11:46Speaker 2: to make of this? You said she didn't pay anything.
- 11:48Speaker 2: She just brought me paperwork saying she did. Corey says,
- 11:52Speaker 2: is my policy number on that? Is my insurance policy
- 11:56Speaker 2: number on that credit card bill? Or does it just
- 11:59Speaker 2: say she paid progres of some money? Mill Yon says
- 12:03Speaker 2: it isn't on here. There's no policy number on here.
- 12:06Speaker 2: But I can find out, and if I leave the
- 12:09Speaker 2: bench to go find out and it is your policy number,
- 12:13Speaker 2: that's not going to be good for you. Do you
- 12:15Speaker 2: just want to answer the question, He goes, no, I
- 12:17Speaker 2: do not.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Okay.
- 12:19Speaker 2: So then he says, did she pay the traffic violations?
- 12:24Speaker 2: He says, nope, she didn't. I've been paying on traffic
- 12:27Speaker 2: violations monthly before I even met her.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Does he have proof of that? He doesn't.
- 12:32Speaker 2: She says, was your license being suspended a surprise to you?
- 12:35Speaker 2: He said, yes, it was. I thought I was paying it.
- 12:37Speaker 2: I didn't know, he said. She said, how would you?
- 12:39Speaker 2: How are you able to get your car on the road.
- 12:41Speaker 3: He said, I started a new job and that allowed
- 12:44Speaker 3: me to pay the tickets and get the car.
- 12:46Speaker 1: On the road. So she thought that he was paying tickets,
- 12:48Speaker 1: but he wasn't waiting. What was he paying?
- 12:51Speaker 2: He had not paid all of them yet, that's his defense.
- 12:55Speaker 2: She says, let me see the proof you paid for
- 12:57Speaker 2: the tickets. Let me see the proof, and then we're good.
- 12:59Speaker 2: He says, I don't have any receipts. Many Megan says,
- 13:03Speaker 2: I do have receipts. I have his entire driving abstract
- 13:07Speaker 2: that they gave me which the insurance company will give
- 13:09Speaker 2: you a driving abstract or a driving record of all
- 13:11Speaker 2: the different cities in which you had these tickets.
- 13:14Speaker 1: That's abstract, So you gotta do a lot of work
- 13:16Speaker 1: yet to do that's right. She has that on her person.
- 13:18Speaker 2: She hands that, and then she has her credit card
- 13:20Speaker 2: bill that says I paid the city of whatever this
- 13:24Speaker 2: much money on this date. So she has those pieces
- 13:27Speaker 2: of information, right, so uh, Juddie Million goes, why would
- 13:32Speaker 2: she have your complete driving record each time you got
- 13:34Speaker 2: a ticket and how much? If she didn't pay for this,
- 13:37Speaker 2: you're saying she didn't pay for it. She has a
- 13:39Speaker 2: credit card receipt like to these cities and she has
- 13:42Speaker 2: your driving record. Yeah, he says, well, she came to
- 13:45Speaker 2: me with the DMV, so maybe she just got left
- 13:48Speaker 2: in her car.
- 13:48Speaker 1: She just got it from me.
- 13:49Speaker 2: That way, And Million goes, why does she have it
- 13:54Speaker 2: or not you? He goes, maybe I left in her place.
- 13:55Speaker 1: I don't know. Maybe maybe.
- 13:57Speaker 2: Uh. Then Million gets so f up with this guy
- 14:00Speaker 2: that she goes, what about this guy made you throw
- 14:03Speaker 2: your money away? Why did you do this? After meeting
- 14:06Speaker 2: this guy for thirty days? Megan says, you'r honor he's
- 14:09Speaker 2: a pathological liar. And Million's like, no kidding. She goes,
- 14:12Speaker 2: he was sweet to me. He took care of my car.
- 14:14Speaker 2: He seems sweet, and but I have proof that I
- 14:18Speaker 2: did pay these things. And then she goes back to
- 14:22Speaker 2: Corey and is like, what do you have to say
- 14:23Speaker 2: to this? He goes, she didn't pay him. He goes,
- 14:25Speaker 2: She goes, good, lord, are you a liar? Like, what
- 14:28Speaker 2: do you want me to think?
- 14:29Speaker 3: If you were the judge and she had credit card
- 14:31Speaker 3: receipts where she paid these cities and paid progressive, what
- 14:35Speaker 3: would you think as a judge if you were me?
- 14:38Speaker 1: And he goes, you can think whatever you want. I
- 14:40Speaker 1: don't care.
- 14:41Speaker 2: You can think whatever you want. She doesn't know the
- 14:42Speaker 2: policy numbers. She didn't pay him. He says, there's nothing
- 14:47Speaker 2: saying that she paid it. There's nothing there saying that
- 14:50Speaker 2: I have to pay her back anything. There's nothing they're
- 14:52Speaker 2: saying that I borrow money from her. He's basically, you
- 14:56Speaker 2: know how.
- 14:56Speaker 3: Many cases we watch, he is basically full offense is
- 15:00Speaker 3: there's nothing saying I borrowed it.
- 15:02Speaker 2: There's nothing saying she paid it. You can't prove it, Shaggy,
- 15:05Speaker 2: it wasn't me. That that is that is all he's doing, right,
- 15:09Speaker 2: and he goes, she's here because she wants attention. Her
- 15:12Speaker 2: ex before me owes more money than I do to her.
- 15:15Speaker 2: Million goes ma'am, do you have a prior boyfriend before
- 15:21Speaker 2: him that owes you money? And Megan looks down and goes.
- 15:25Speaker 3: Megan, yes, I oh sweep Megan.
- 15:30Speaker 1: Oh, Judge Billion is ready to rule. Well, it's tough.
- 15:35Speaker 1: It's tough because this guy sounds like a creep. He's
- 15:38Speaker 1: an a hole. But he's got a point.
- 15:42Speaker 3: There's no no, there's nothing, no paperwork, no nothing, and
- 15:45Speaker 3: she should have learned this lesson the th there is a.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Credit card bill that had that is paperwork technically, yeah, yeah,
- 15:50Speaker 1: but you.
- 15:51Speaker 3: Know, and he has just as much argument that it
- 15:54Speaker 3: was a gift as she has that you know that
- 15:59Speaker 3: he was going to pay her.
- 16:00Speaker 1: So unfortunately, I'm not going to give her any money.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Judgement On gives her the money she.
- 16:06Speaker 2: Gives Corey and absolute just verbal assault about how terrible
- 16:11Speaker 2: of a human being is. But then he turns to
- 16:13Speaker 2: Milon and that money comes with a cost, and that
- 16:14Speaker 2: cost is Milion verbally just takes Meghan to task. You
- 16:21Speaker 2: have a problem. It is a serious problem. You need
