- 0:00Speaker 1: We have some news out of Judge Presca's courtroom, and
- 0:04Speaker 1: it looks like it is exactly as we expected. It's
- 0:07Speaker 1: going to be a long process for these documents to
- 0:12Speaker 1: be unsealed. Now. Presca already stated previously that she was
- 0:17Speaker 1: going to do this in a rolling fashion, and she
- 0:21Speaker 1: has now laid out the groundwork for the two sides
- 0:25Speaker 1: and how things are going to proceed as far as
- 0:30Speaker 1: documents being unsealed. Now, there are a lot of things
- 0:34Speaker 1: that she had to take into account, right, the fact
- 0:38Speaker 1: that some people are going to be named and they
- 0:40Speaker 1: have to be made aware that they're going to be named,
- 0:43Speaker 1: you know, just a whole bunch of legal stuff. So
- 0:47Speaker 1: it's going to take some time for this to happen.
- 0:50Speaker 1: The article we're going to read tonight from Law and
- 0:53Speaker 1: Crime will give us a better idea on just exactly
- 0:57Speaker 1: what that process is going to be. Now. As you
- 1:01Speaker 1: all know, I like to use LNG Crime whenever we
- 1:04Speaker 1: can when it comes to this sort of legal type situation,
- 1:08Speaker 1: considering that's what they do. They always, this is what
- 1:11Speaker 1: they report on. This is their bread and butter, and
- 1:14Speaker 1: they have done good work here on the Epstein case.
- 1:17Speaker 1: So let's jump into the article and see if Law
- 1:21Speaker 1: and Crime can add a little bit of meat to
- 1:23Speaker 1: the bone and put a little context in this for
- 1:26Speaker 1: US judge reveals process for releasing for releasing more secret
- 1:32Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein files, this is going to take a while.
- 1:36Speaker 1: The author of this article is Colin Kombacher. A federal
- 1:41Speaker 1: court in New York City determined the categories of people
- 1:45Speaker 1: whose names will appear in the latest tranch of materials
- 1:48Speaker 1: related to Jeffrey Epstein and how they will be able
- 1:51Speaker 1: to object. The process is complicated and time consuming. Yeah, Unfortunately,
- 1:58Speaker 1: just about anything that goes on in federal court especially
- 2:01Speaker 1: is going to be time consuming and complicated. And like usual,
- 2:08Speaker 1: I am not a lawyer, right, so I'm just muddling
- 2:10Speaker 1: my way through this stuff just like you. And that's why, again,
- 2:14Speaker 1: I use Law and Crime and not some other website
- 2:18Speaker 1: where you just get a basic idea of what's going on.
- 2:21Speaker 1: At least they give you a little bit of context here,
- 2:24Speaker 1: and Colin is somebody who obviously knows what they're talking about,
- 2:28Speaker 1: so it makes it a little easier to understand, right,
- 2:31Speaker 1: So that's what we're gonna try and do. But again,
- 2:34Speaker 1: I most certainly am not a lawyer, and some of
- 2:37Speaker 1: this stuff just makes your head spin and your eyes
- 2:40Speaker 1: roll back in your head. Right, just all the legalies nonsense.
- 2:46Speaker 1: US District Judge for the Southern District of New York,
- 2:49Speaker 1: Loretta Presca, outline those categories in a five page order
- 2:53Speaker 1: released Thursday afternoon. The names will include A Persons who
- 2:58Speaker 1: produced or at discovery based upon the representation or understanding
- 3:04Speaker 1: that the discovery would be subject to the protective order
- 3:08Speaker 1: previously issued in this action. All right, So that sounds
- 3:12Speaker 1: like whoever gave a discovery deposition and thought that it
- 3:19Speaker 1: was going to be concealed under the protective order, they're
- 3:24Speaker 1: going to be notified that their name is going to
- 3:27Speaker 1: be released in these unsealed documents. B Persons who are
- 3:33Speaker 1: identified as having allegedly engaged in sexual acts with Virginia
- 3:38Speaker 1: Roberts or other alleged victims, or allegedly facilitated such acts.
- 3:44Speaker 1: All right. So that portion is people who are having
- 3:49Speaker 1: the finger pointed at them by Virginia or other survivors,
- 3:54Speaker 1: naming them directly as people who took part in the
- 3:57Speaker 1: crimes or who helps facilitate those crimes. So those people
- 4:04Speaker 1: who are named in the documents that are going to
- 4:07Speaker 1: be released, must also be made aware that their names
- 4:11Speaker 1: are mentioned and that they are in jeopardy of having
- 4:16Speaker 1: them their information put on blast. So they will be
- 4:21Speaker 1: notified and then they will be given I think two weeks.
- 4:25Speaker 1: I believe two weeks. I'm sure it'll tell us in
- 4:27Speaker 1: this article. I believe they have two weeks to answer
- 4:30Speaker 1: the charges or answer the fact that their information is
- 4:36Speaker 1: involved in these documents that are being unsealed. See persons
- 4:43Speaker 1: whose intimate, sexual or private conduct is described in the
- 4:46Speaker 1: sealed materials. So obviously anyone who talks about any intimate
- 4:52Speaker 1: situation they were involved in in regards to the Jeffrey
- 4:55Speaker 1: Epstein criminal enterprise, those people will also be identif defied
- 5:01Speaker 1: and not identified, but they will be contacted and they
- 5:05Speaker 1: will be told that their names are going to be
- 5:09Speaker 1: coming out as well, and if they object, then now
- 5:13Speaker 1: is the time to do so. D Persons who are
- 5:18Speaker 1: alleged to have been victimized by Epstein and Gilain Maxwell again,
- 5:22Speaker 1: same situation. If those names come up in documents that
- 5:26Speaker 1: are going to be unsealed, then they must be contacted
- 5:30Speaker 1: first them and their lawyers and told that their names
- 5:34Speaker 1: are going to be brought up in these documents and
- 5:37Speaker 1: they'll have a chance to object to that. The slate
- 5:42Speaker 1: of names is being sourced from filings made by attorney
- 5:46Speaker 1: for both roberts and Maxwell. Each side presumes that the
- 5:50Speaker 1: people on their perspective lists are likely to suffer privacy,
- 5:55Speaker 1: reputational or other damage when and if their names are
- 5:59Speaker 1: revealed in the Epstein files. So this is where it
- 6:03Speaker 1: gets a bit confusing, right, So both sides are saying
- 6:08Speaker 1: that certain names shouldn't be released without those people being
- 6:17Speaker 1: told first because they could suffer privacy, reputational or other damages. Now,
- 6:24Speaker 1: for me, I think the most interesting part is, and
- 6:26Speaker 1: I guess for everybody probably is what those names are,
- 6:30Speaker 1: who those people are, and if they object to their
- 6:34Speaker 1: names being revealed in these documents that get unsealed, then
- 6:39Speaker 1: I'm sure that there will be some sort of process
- 6:41Speaker 1: for the judge to decide if she is going to
- 6:46Speaker 1: keep their names private with redactions or if she will
- 6:50Speaker 1: go through and just release the documents as is. I
- 6:55Speaker 1: guess that will be up to PRESCA and it will
- 6:58Speaker 1: be at her discretion. Not positive about that, but I
- 7:01Speaker 1: believe that is how it works. Because the original parties
- 7:07Speaker 1: robertson Maxwell did not agree on one or more non
- 7:11Speaker 1: parties to be included in the list. The Court has
- 7:14Speaker 1: resolved all such disagreements and shall issue to the original
- 7:19Speaker 1: parties a court approved non parties list, which shall be sealed.
- 7:24Speaker 1: The order notes explaining that each non party will be
- 7:27Speaker 1: identified by his or her name, which correlates to a
- 7:31Speaker 1: unique a pseudonym identifier, ie. DO number one, Do number two,
- 7:37Speaker 1: and DO number three. So it looks like Virginia's lawyers
- 7:44Speaker 1: and Maxwell's lawyers couldn't come to an agreement on one
- 7:48Speaker 1: or more of the non parties that should be included
- 7:51Speaker 1: in the list. So the court stepped in and they
- 7:53Speaker 1: have resolved those disagreements, and now the court is going
- 7:57Speaker 1: to issue the original party with the non party's list.
- 8:02Speaker 1: So again, this is confusing stuff, right. This is definitely
- 8:06Speaker 1: the kind of situation where we have to stay on
- 8:09Speaker 1: top of it because it's a lot for those of
- 8:12Speaker 1: us who are not lawyers to you know, you know,
- 8:17Speaker 1: manage to wait our way through because there's just, i
- 8:20Speaker 1: mean a bunch going on here, right. So, but basically
- 8:25Speaker 1: what is going on is the court had to step
- 8:27Speaker 1: in because the lawyers couldn't come to an agreement and
- 8:30Speaker 1: now the court is going to facilitate the process. Presca
- 8:36Speaker 1: plans to review several sealed filings at a time in
- 8:39Speaker 1: order to facilitate the review on a rolling basis and
- 8:42Speaker 1: in a manageable fashion that will take stock of each
- 8:46Speaker 1: name as it appears in the secret Epstein files. Well,
- 8:49Speaker 1: that's not really new. We knew that Judge Presca planned
- 8:52Speaker 1: on doing this on a rolling basis, that she planned
- 8:55Speaker 1: on doing it in increments. I have one tranch of
- 9:01Speaker 1: documents released, go through the next, make sure everything's legit,
- 9:05Speaker 1: release that trench. And that's the way she has said
- 9:09Speaker 1: from the beginning that this was going to occur. But
- 9:14Speaker 1: now with the Court having to facilitate all of this
- 9:17Speaker 1: as well, it should get pretty interesting and it's probably
- 9:21Speaker 1: going to be a bit of a drawn out process.
- 9:23Speaker 1: But again, when it comes to the federal court system,
- 9:26Speaker 1: I expected nothing less. The order notes how this will
- 9:30Speaker 1: work in real time. For example, for dough number one,
- 9:34Speaker 1: the court would review each sealed item that mentions dough
- 9:38Speaker 1: number one, and would do the same for dose number two,
- 9:41Speaker 1: number three, etc. This will allow the Court more easily
- 9:45Speaker 1: to manage and review any objections from non parties. So again,
- 9:50Speaker 1: remember this doesn't mean that their names are going to
- 9:55Speaker 1: be redacted and nobody's going to know who they are.
- 9:57Speaker 1: They have a chance to object to their names being
- 10:01Speaker 1: released in these documents, and then it will be up
- 10:04Speaker 1: to Judge Presca ultimately to decide one way or the other.
- 10:10Speaker 1: Robertson Maxwell will be alerted via judicial minute order notifications
- 10:16Speaker 1: that any given person stands to have their name revealed
- 10:19Speaker 1: in any given set of documents. Both Roberts and Maxwell's
- 10:24Speaker 1: attorneys will then be tasked with confidentially altering each of
- 10:28Speaker 1: the people named in the materials, So if somebody has
- 10:34Speaker 1: to get their name redacted, the court will let the
- 10:40Speaker 1: attorneys know so that they can take the steps that
- 10:43Speaker 1: are needed to be taken to make sure that things
- 10:47Speaker 1: remain as confidential as the protective order demands that they remain.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Service shall be affected via first class certified mail return
- 10:58Speaker 1: receipt requested. The order notes after service the party causing
- 11:03Speaker 1: the service, so the party who is sending the mail
- 11:08Speaker 1: a certificate of service stating the Dayton method of service
- 11:11Speaker 1: and identifying the non party by his rehearse pseudonym identifier,
- 11:18Speaker 1: so obviously not by name by pseudonym identifier that's the key.
- 11:23Speaker 1: It's about privacy here, is what's going on. It's to
- 11:27Speaker 1: make sure that people's privacy is respected in both areas,
- 11:32Speaker 1: to make sure that people who are mentioned within these
- 11:35Speaker 1: documents have their chance to object. And there is a
- 11:42Speaker 1: good chance that a lot of these people will object, right,
- 11:46Speaker 1: I mean, you would think, and then it moves on
- 11:49Speaker 1: to the next step where PRESCA ultimately will decide. Various
- 11:55Speaker 1: timelines begin to toll once a named person has served
- 11:58Speaker 1: notice of their presence in the Epstein files. Within fourteen
- 12:02Speaker 1: days of service of the non party notice, a non
- 12:05Speaker 1: party identified by his or her pseudonym, may submit to
- 12:09Speaker 1: the court or request for excerpts of the sealed materials
- 12:13Speaker 1: pertaining to him or her. The order notes given a
- 12:17Speaker 1: named person two weeks from the date of service to
- 12:20Speaker 1: request context about why they were included in the sealed materials,
- 12:25Speaker 1: all right, So they have basically a month when they
- 12:30Speaker 1: get noted, when they get noticed that they're going to
- 12:32Speaker 1: be mentioned in this and then it gives them the
- 12:36Speaker 1: two weeks from the date of the service to request context.
- 12:41Speaker 1: So once they get served, once they get this information,
- 12:48Speaker 1: they have that two weeks from the date that they
- 12:51Speaker 1: are served to request all the information that's involved that
- 12:56Speaker 1: has to do with them and why they were included
- 12:59Speaker 1: in the sealed materials. Upon receiving the excerpts, those people
- 13:06Speaker 1: will then be granted an additional two week period to
- 13:09Speaker 1: file objections. All right, So that's a month, right, So
- 13:13Speaker 1: that's how it's That's what it's gonna be like. So
- 13:15Speaker 1: I would guess that something like this will happen. We'll
- 13:19Speaker 1: see a tranch of documents dumped one month, then we'll
- 13:23Speaker 1: have a month or two off, a tranch dumped, a
- 13:25Speaker 1: month or two off, a tranch dumped, a month or
- 13:27Speaker 1: two off, until there are none left. That is the
- 13:29Speaker 1: way I think it's going to break. But again I
- 13:33Speaker 1: don't have any inside information. That's just speculation on my part.
- 13:40Speaker 1: That's already one month from notice of being served that
- 13:42Speaker 1: they're mentioned in the Epstein files to mount the case
- 13:45Speaker 1: against the public ever knowing of their affiliation with the
- 13:49Speaker 1: Epstein saga. So that's where it gets dicey, Right, these
- 13:52Speaker 1: people are going to have a chance to keep their
- 13:55Speaker 1: names off the record. That cannot occur. I mean, there
- 13:58Speaker 1: is no there's no way that that should ever occur.
- 14:03Speaker 1: At this point. I don't want to hear no redactions.
- 14:05Speaker 1: I don't want none of that bs, none of it
- 14:07Speaker 1: at all, because at this point, if you're named in
- 14:11Speaker 1: those documents, my friend, you should not have been associating
- 14:17Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein. And if you're close enough to be
- 14:20Speaker 1: named in these documents, well you were probably pretty close
- 14:26Speaker 1: to Epstein and Maxwell. After filing their initial objection, there
- 14:32Speaker 1: are three additional seven day periods that allow one attorneys
- 14:36Speaker 1: for Robertson Maxwell to object to that objection, two attorneys
- 14:41Speaker 1: for the named people to file an opposition, and three
- 14:45Speaker 1: attorneys for Robertson Maxwell to file additional support for their opposition.
- 14:50Speaker 1: So it becomes even more convoluted, right That's why I
- 14:54Speaker 1: said a month or two and then another dump, So
- 14:57Speaker 1: you're looking at it could be another three weeks right there.
- 15:00Speaker 1: You're looking at about two months of time between each
- 15:04Speaker 1: one of these tranches of information getting dumped, and that
- 15:08Speaker 1: is after all of the legal wrangling. But again, folks,
- 15:11Speaker 1: I told you you have to set yourself up and
- 15:14Speaker 1: be prepared for this to occur, where you know, this
- 15:17Speaker 1: is a federal battle with high profile people and lawyers,
- 15:22Speaker 1: and there's going to be a lot of wrangling there's
- 15:24Speaker 1: going to be a lot of dragging of the feet.
- 15:26Speaker 1: These people are going to try and drag this out
- 15:28Speaker 1: as long as possible. That's just what they do. Those
- 15:34Speaker 1: multiple timelines already stake out at least two months worth
- 15:38Speaker 1: of waiting for the next tranch of files related to
- 15:40Speaker 1: Epstein's alleged global sex trafficking empire for the elite. But
- 15:45Speaker 1: that's all essentially just the first step in the process.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Per Judge Presca's order. After objections, responses and replies have
- 15:55Speaker 1: been submitted, and any evidentiary hearing held, the Court will
- 15:59Speaker 1: ender or a minute order setting the date and time
- 16:02Speaker 1: it will decide in open court the objections lodged as
- 16:06Speaker 1: to each set of motions. Well, that does sound like
- 16:10Speaker 1: it could take a long time. I will say this.
- 16:12Speaker 1: PRESCA has been pretty solid with keeping to a schedule
- 16:16Speaker 1: here and keeping things moving in a fourth right manner
- 16:20Speaker 1: because she has really unclogged things here, so I would
- 16:25Speaker 1: expect PRESCA not to take too long going over these documents.
- 16:29Speaker 1: After all of the objections have been turned in, appearance
- 16:34Speaker 1: by any of the parties or non parties is optional.
- 16:38Speaker 1: The court will determine whether each sealed item shall be
- 16:41Speaker 1: one unsealed in its entirety, two unsealed in redacted form,
- 16:46Speaker 1: or three kept under seal. Thereafter, the court will issue
- 16:51Speaker 1: a notification of the next set of sealed items to
- 16:54Speaker 1: be decided. So again, look, let me just prepare you
- 16:57Speaker 1: folks out there for the fact that some of the
- 17:00Speaker 1: stuff might not end up breaking the way we want
- 17:04Speaker 1: it to break, right, We have to expect that, we
- 17:06Speaker 1: have to expect that these high profile lawyers are gonna
- 17:09Speaker 1: catch some w's along the way. They're going to get
- 17:12Speaker 1: some victories along the way, and there might be some
- 17:16Speaker 1: pieces of this information that are not brought to light
- 17:19Speaker 1: right away. But there are the appeal there's the appeals process,
- 17:23Speaker 1: there are several other steps. It doesn't mean that it
- 17:26Speaker 1: will never be brought to light. It just means that
- 17:30Speaker 1: this time around, for whatever reason presca, the judge has
- 17:35Speaker 1: decided not to release it unredacted or to keep it
- 17:39Speaker 1: sealed completely. So just prepare yourself for stuff like that
- 17:43Speaker 1: to happen, because it's going to. In other words, the
- 17:49Speaker 1: names that will be revealed, if they are revealed at all,
- 17:52Speaker 1: shouldn't be expected anytime soon. And for us here on
- 17:56Speaker 1: the podcast, we knew that we knew that we shouldn't
- 17:58Speaker 1: expect more documents anytime soon. PRESCO has been very clear
- 18:02Speaker 1: about how she's going to go about this, how these
- 18:05Speaker 1: documents are going to roll out, and how she plans
- 18:08Speaker 1: on unsealing them, and how she plans on having that
- 18:14Speaker 1: process build. Because there are a lot of documents, right,
- 18:19Speaker 1: a ton of documents, So I think that the plan
- 18:22Speaker 1: that she has is a good plan. Obviously, all of
- 18:25Speaker 1: this red tape is a bunch of bs. But at
- 18:29Speaker 1: the end of the day, you know, like I always say,
- 18:32Speaker 1: everybody's entitled to the same rules under the law. At
- 18:36Speaker 1: least that's the way it should be. And if the
- 18:38Speaker 1: law allows for this to be the case, well, then
- 18:42Speaker 1: the defendant, which is Gilan Maxwell in this case, has
- 18:46Speaker 1: every right to try and go down these roads. It's
- 18:50Speaker 1: up to the prosecution to make sure that she is
- 18:54Speaker 1: cut off at the knees every time she hits an intersection.
- 18:59Speaker 1: And so are so good for the prosecution in the
- 19:02Speaker 1: criminal case, right and in the civil case. PRESCA has
- 19:05Speaker 1: done a very good job here and I expect her
- 19:08Speaker 1: to continue to release these documents. Now. Again, I'm not
- 19:13Speaker 1: sure when it's going to happen, but in my opinion.
- 19:16Speaker 1: We will see a majority of these documents released, but
- 19:20Speaker 1: there will be some of them that will not see
- 19:23Speaker 1: the light of day. So make sure you're prepared for that.
- 19:27Speaker 1: You know, we talk about it all the time here
- 19:29Speaker 1: about how when you're dealing with the federal court system
- 19:32Speaker 1: and you're dealing with the federal government, it's a long process, right,
- 19:37Speaker 1: and you're in a federal case like this, and you
- 19:40Speaker 1: have high profile lawyers, Well, they're going to get a
- 19:44Speaker 1: couple of victories along the way, there is zero doubt
- 19:46Speaker 1: about it. So just be prepared for that, and you know,
- 19:51Speaker 1: understand that this is going to be a very long process.
- 19:54Speaker 1: There are still many ups and downs left on this
- 19:58Speaker 1: roller coaster ride. But I think that things are moving
- 20:01Speaker 1: in the right direction, and I think that the house
- 20:05Speaker 1: of cards will most certainly be tumbling down the second
- 20:09Speaker 1: we see the next arrest. All right, everybody, if you'd
- 20:13Speaker 1: like to contact me, you could do that at Bobby
- 20:15Speaker 1: Capuci at ProtonMail dot com. That's bo Bby c ap
- 20:19Speaker 1: u Cci at ProtonMail dot com. You can also find
- 20:24Speaker 1: me on Twitter at Bobby Underscore cap u Cci. All
- 20:30Speaker 1: of the links that go with this episode can be
- 20:32Speaker 1: found in the description box. All right, what's up everyone,
- 20:36Speaker 1: and welcome back to the Epstein chronicles. Judge Presca has
- 20:42Speaker 1: made a ruling on the sealed documents that were still
- 20:45Speaker 1: before her, and she has ruled overwhelmingly in the favor
- 20:50Speaker 1: of transparency. And all of these other judges out there
- 20:53Speaker 1: should take a look at how Judge Presca has handled
- 20:56Speaker 1: the way she's released these documents, and they should think
- 20:59Speaker 1: about doing things the same exact way, because sometimes the
- 21:04Speaker 1: public interest outweighs the privacy of scumbags who are caught
- 21:08Speaker 1: up in situations like this. So I don't really care
- 21:13Speaker 1: about the privacy of Jeffrey Epstein's buddies. Okay, I don't care.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Why are you hanging out with him in the first place,
- 21:19Speaker 1: Why are you going to his house, Why you're breaking
- 21:21Speaker 1: bread with him? Why are you doing anything with a
- 21:24Speaker 1: convicted sex offender. So I don't care if you get
- 21:28Speaker 1: blown up in legal documents, and Judge Presca well doesn't
- 21:33Speaker 1: look like she cares either. So let's get to this
- 21:35Speaker 1: article from the Daily Mail and let's get caught up
- 21:39Speaker 1: headline dozens of court documents relating to eight of pedophile
- 21:44Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's associates, including billionaire hotel magnate and female britt
- 21:49Speaker 1: will be unsealed after judge rules public interests outweighs right
- 21:53Speaker 1: to privacy. Now, I'm hoping that, like I said a
- 21:57Speaker 1: second ago, the rest of the judges following this case
- 21:59Speaker 1: are paying attention because this is the way you do this.
- 22:03Speaker 1: As a judge. You should always put the right of
- 22:07Speaker 1: the public to know what's going on above nonsensical requests
- 22:11Speaker 1: by people who might be embarrassed by their behavior. Here's
- 22:15Speaker 1: an idea. You don't want to be embarrassed, don't act
- 22:18Speaker 1: like a fool. This article was authored by Daniel Bates.
- 22:25Speaker 1: Dozens of court documents relating to Jeffrey Epstein's associates, including
- 22:29Speaker 1: a billionaire businessman, will be made public after a judge
- 22:32Speaker 1: ruled the public interest outweighs the right to privacy. Judge
- 22:37Speaker 1: Loretta Presca on Friday ruled that the material concerning eight
- 22:40Speaker 1: people should be unsealed, despite one subject claiming it could
- 22:44Speaker 1: wrongfully harm his privacy and reputation. Among those names that
- 22:49Speaker 1: are mentioned in the documents are Emmy Taylor, Glene Maxwell's
- 22:53Speaker 1: former personal assistant, who was accused of taking part in
- 22:56Speaker 1: the sexual abuse of minors. Now we've talked about Emmy
- 22:59Speaker 1: here on the podcast before. You can go into the
- 23:02Speaker 1: catalog and find episodes and get caught up. Judge Preska
- 23:07Speaker 1: overrode objections from Tom Pritzker, the billionaire executive chairman of
- 23:12Speaker 1: the Hyatt Hotels, and ordered material related to him to
- 23:16Speaker 1: be made public. Now you might recognize the name Pritzker
- 23:20Speaker 1: because his brother JB. Pritzker is the governor of Illinois. Oh,
- 23:26Speaker 1: another Jeffrey Epstein associate who has tied to politicians or
- 23:29Speaker 1: people at the very top of the food chain. Come on, you,
- 23:32Speaker 1: conspiracy theorists, Take off that tinfoil hat. The documents are
- 23:39Speaker 1: part of a defamation case brought against Maxwell by accuser
- 23:42Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts in twenty and sixteen that was later settled.
- 23:47Speaker 1: The troph of material has been released on a rolling
- 23:50Speaker 1: basis after with the first set coming in twenty nineteen,
- 23:54Speaker 1: two days before Epstein killed himself, after numerous requests from
- 23:58Speaker 1: media organizations. So this has been an ongoing theme with
- 24:02Speaker 1: Judge Presca and this is how she has done it.
- 24:05Speaker 1: And we knew from the beginning it was going to
- 24:07Speaker 1: take time. There was objections, there were people trying to
- 24:10Speaker 1: get their names taken out of it, like JB. Pritzker.
- 24:13Speaker 1: But now that his name's in the documentation and out there,
- 24:16Speaker 1: well we might as well talk about them, huh. And
- 24:19Speaker 1: it's no wonder he'd be trying tooth and nail to
- 24:22Speaker 1: keep his name from being released. Here. If you listened
- 24:25Speaker 1: to what was going on, you already knew his name,
- 24:27Speaker 1: But once it's in the court documents takes it to
- 24:30Speaker 1: a different level. Right. A total of sixteen non party
- 24:35Speaker 1: does objected to the release of the files being made public,
- 24:38Speaker 1: and the first set of eight have already been dealt
- 24:41Speaker 1: with by the Federal court in New York. The latest
- 24:44Speaker 1: batch related to the remaining eight, referred to as Doze
- 24:47Speaker 1: twelve twenty eight, ninety seven, one oh seven, one forty four,
- 24:51Speaker 1: one forty seven, one seventy one and one eighty three.
- 24:55Speaker 1: Judge Presca said that much of the purportedly sensitive information
- 24:59Speaker 1: had already been made public last year during Maxwell Maxwell's
- 25:03Speaker 1: trial for trafficking underage girls to Epstein, which led to
- 25:07Speaker 1: her being jailed for twenty years. There's no doubt that
- 25:10Speaker 1: most of this stuff is well known. But what it
- 25:12Speaker 1: does that puts a bow on things like with Pritzker,
- 25:15Speaker 1: because you know, he's been able to relatively lay low
- 25:19Speaker 1: here because nobody really knows about him. If you don't
- 25:22Speaker 1: follow the case, obviously you have no idea who he is.
- 25:25Speaker 1: But he's certainly been somebody who's been mentioned, and obviously
- 25:29Speaker 1: somebody who's mentioned in court documents. She ran through dozens
- 25:35Speaker 1: of documents and ordered them to be unsealed. They included
- 25:39Speaker 1: material related to Taylor, who has strongly denied any wrongdoing
- 25:43Speaker 1: in relation to her work for Maxwell. Judge Presca said
- 25:46Speaker 1: that Taylor, who is British, claimed to be the victim
- 25:49Speaker 1: of serious abuse by Jeffrey Epstein. While the court generally
- 25:53Speaker 1: inclined is well, the court is generally inclined to protect
- 25:57Speaker 1: the identity for sexual abuse victims. Taylor filed the lawsuit
- 26:01Speaker 1: against Miami Herald journalist Julie Brown in July about her
- 26:05Speaker 1: book on the Epstein scandal. Judge Presca noted that the
- 26:09Speaker 1: lawsuit repeated some of the allegedly defamatory statements made in
- 26:13Speaker 1: the book, and that Taylor has been referred to in
- 26:16Speaker 1: other publicly available material. This document will be unsealed, Judge
- 26:21Speaker 1: Presca said. Yo Judge Presca is unleashed here. She's not enough.
- 26:25Speaker 1: She's on an unsealing party. She's like, look, it's Friday.
- 26:29Speaker 1: I know you ain't got no job. I know you
- 26:31Speaker 1: ain't got shit to do, So I'm gonna release these
- 26:34Speaker 1: documents and I'm gonna get you high. I mean, that's
- 26:37Speaker 1: basically what she's doing here on a Friday, right, a
- 26:41Speaker 1: little Friday side release. Nobody's you know, paying attention. For
- 26:44Speaker 1: the most part, it almost slipped by me as well.
- 26:49Speaker 1: Documents related to Doe one eighty three were to be
- 26:52Speaker 1: made public, as they have been the subject of intense
- 26:54Speaker 1: media coverage and cropped up in Maxwell's trial. However, Judge
- 26:59Speaker 1: Presca put a stay on the release of this material
- 27:01Speaker 1: to November twenty eighth, so that Doe could appeal if
- 27:04Speaker 1: they wanted. Doe one oh seven claimed that sealing their
- 27:07Speaker 1: material would connect them to the to Epstein and unnecessarily
- 27:12Speaker 1: invade their privacy. Judge Presca disagreed and ordered their material unsealed,
- 27:17Speaker 1: noting that the public's right to access outweighed any generalized
- 27:21Speaker 1: concerns about privacy and the material was not particularly salacious.
- 27:26Speaker 1: In his submission to the court, Pritzker claimed it would
- 27:29Speaker 1: wrongfully harm his privacy and reputation if material related to
- 27:33Speaker 1: him was made public, but Judge Presca said that there
- 27:37Speaker 1: was no basis for keeping the material under seal, adding
- 27:40Speaker 1: that it was just a fleeting mention. Judge Presca did
- 27:43Speaker 1: make some consensions to the objectors, so Pritsk, even though
- 27:47Speaker 1: it was just a mention, didn't even want that out there.
- 27:51Speaker 1: He's another one of these smarmy dudes that's been high
- 27:53Speaker 1: out in the shadows for quite some time here. In
- 27:55Speaker 1: this case, she said, certain detail contained within certain documents
- 28:02Speaker 1: that are not public, objecting those have set forth a
- 28:05Speaker 1: sufficient interest to preserve sealing. Documents related to Dough twelve
- 28:09Speaker 1: remain sealed, as Judge Presca said they were a classic
- 28:12Speaker 1: outsider Dough twelve is peripheral to the events at issue
- 28:17Speaker 1: and is neither a victim nor associated with Epstein or Maxwell. Well,
- 28:21Speaker 1: I could see that then, and to tell you the truth,
- 28:23Speaker 1: the way that the way Judge Presca has handled things here,
- 28:27Speaker 1: I'd be inclined to give her the benefit of the
- 28:29Speaker 1: doubt when she does keep something like this sealed. And
- 28:32Speaker 1: that doesn't come easily for me to say. You all
- 28:34Speaker 1: know how I feel about the justice system. The Bureau
- 28:37Speaker 1: of Prisons and how the courts run, especially in this case.
- 28:41Speaker 1: But Presca has been an outlier and she has done
- 28:44Speaker 1: a very good job as far as I can tell,
- 28:47Speaker 1: at managing this case as a judge. Documents relating to
- 28:52Speaker 1: Dough twenty eight will remain sealed as they are a
- 28:55Speaker 1: victim of sexual assault who continues to experience trauma as
- 28:59Speaker 1: a result both of these events, So those definitely should
- 29:02Speaker 1: stay sealed. Whenever somebody's experienced trauma or they get caught
- 29:06Speaker 1: up in a case like this and they're not actually
- 29:09Speaker 1: part of it and they've been victimized, they should definitely
- 29:13Speaker 1: have their name sealed, and that shouldn't be public information,
- 29:19Speaker 1: but material related to Doe one forty seven, who Judge
- 29:22Speaker 1: Presca identified as Epstein survivor Sarah Ransom, should be unsealed.
- 29:27Speaker 1: Judge Presca said that Ransom was a victim of sexual
- 29:31Speaker 1: trauma and abuse by Epstein and Maxwell, but she testified
- 29:35Speaker 1: publicly at Maxwell's sentencing. She published a book about her
- 29:38Speaker 1: experience and wrote an op ed in The Washington Post
- 29:41Speaker 1: about it. So at that point, you really can't expect
- 29:46Speaker 1: any more privacy, right, And Judge Presca says that you know, hey,
- 29:50Speaker 1: the public interest outweighs all of that. At this point,
- 29:53Speaker 1: Judge Presca noted that Ransom had put herself out in
- 29:56Speaker 1: the public forum relating to these issues. The judge did
- 29:59Speaker 1: not set of timeline for when the materials should be public,
- 30:03Speaker 1: but it will likely be weeks away. Unlike with previous
- 30:06Speaker 1: batches of documents, Maxwell did not oppose them and made
- 30:10Speaker 1: no representation to the court, and that signals that Maxwell
- 30:14Speaker 1: has completely given up on trying to keep any of
- 30:16Speaker 1: these sideway secrets secret anymore. Anything that doesn't pertain to
- 30:20Speaker 1: her personally. She's not going to fight it in court.
- 30:23Speaker 1: She doesn't have the money, so it was a foregone
- 30:27Speaker 1: conclusion that she wouldn't be objecting here. What's going to happen?
- 30:30Speaker 1: What is she going to end up in prison? Among
- 30:36Speaker 1: the revelations and documents already made public were two depositions
- 30:39Speaker 1: given by Maxwell in twenty sixteen as part of the
- 30:42Speaker 1: defamation case. Over seven hours, Maxwell was questioned about everything
- 30:47Speaker 1: from her sex life to her relationship with Andrew and Epstein.
- 30:51Speaker 1: At one point, she denied keeping a laundry basket of
- 30:54Speaker 1: sex toys at Epstein's mansion in Palm Beach, Florida. Well,
- 30:57Speaker 1: we all know how that ended up for U. Huh.
- 31:00Speaker 1: Maxwell was asked about having three way sexual massages with
- 31:03Speaker 1: Epstein and his sexual idiosynchronsies such as nipple pinching. God,
- 31:09Speaker 1: the idea of Epstein touching any other human being is
- 31:13Speaker 1: just so gross to me. When asked if she ever
- 31:17Speaker 1: provided Roberts with schoolgirl outfits for her to wear with
- 31:20Speaker 1: a massage, Maxwell responded, I have no idea what you're
- 31:24Speaker 1: talking about. Elsewhere in the deposition, Maxwell called Roberts an
- 31:28Speaker 1: awful fantasist, and at one point she became so angry
- 31:32Speaker 1: she banged her hand on the table. Among the other
- 31:35Speaker 1: material already unsealed was Robert's draft of her memoir, which
- 31:39Speaker 1: detailed how she had flown around the world by Epstein
- 31:42Speaker 1: and loaned out to his powerful friends. She detailed how
- 31:46Speaker 1: she was forced to have sex with Prince Andrew in
- 31:48Speaker 1: London when she was seventeen, at Epstein's New York mansion
- 31:52Speaker 1: and his private island in the Caribbean. Earlier this year,
- 31:56Speaker 1: the Duke settled a civil lawsuit brought by Roberts for
- 31:59Speaker 1: a report twelve million dollars. All right, so there you
- 32:03Speaker 1: have it. Folks. They tried to slip one by us
- 32:06Speaker 1: on a Friday, but I'm not having it. I was
- 32:09Speaker 1: going through different articles as I was preparing for tomorrow,
- 32:13Speaker 1: and this one popped up, and I was like, what
- 32:15Speaker 1: the wait a minute, when did Judge Presca make these rulings?
- 32:19Speaker 1: With everything else going on in the world. I haven't
- 32:21Speaker 1: really been expecting a Judge Presca drop to come in
- 32:24Speaker 1: and get things moving on a Friday. So there you
- 32:27Speaker 1: have it. There's where we're at with these Dos and
- 32:30Speaker 1: Pritzker and Emmy Taylor, all names we've heard before. But
- 32:34Speaker 1: once you get those documents out there and people can
- 32:36Speaker 1: look at the court documents themselves, it hits a different way. Right.
- 32:40Speaker 1: It's one thing to hear about it rumor or it's
- 32:43Speaker 1: one thing to hear about it as an allegation. Once
- 32:45Speaker 1: you see it in court documentation, whole different ballgame because
- 32:48Speaker 1: people are saying this stuff under oath and if you're lying, well,
- 32:52Speaker 1: you're gonna get hit with the perjury charge. So very interesting.
- 32:56Speaker 1: And once they are released, obviously I'll be going through
- 32:59Speaker 1: them like I have with the other batches, and we'll
- 33:01Speaker 1: see where we're at. All right, folks, that's gonna do
- 33:04Speaker 1: it for this one. If you'd like to contact me,
- 33:06Speaker 1: you can do that at Bobby Kapuci at ProtonMail dot com.
- 33:10Speaker 1: That's Bo Bby c apu Cci at ProtonMail dot com.
- 33:15Speaker 1: You can also find me on Twitter at Bobby Underscore
- 33:20Speaker 1: c ap u Cci. The link that I discussed can
- 33:23Speaker 1: be found in the description box. This article is from
- 33:28Speaker 1: Law and crime dot com. The author of the article
- 33:31Speaker 1: is Jerry Lamb. Headline Judge accelerates process for unsealing Jeffrey
- 33:36Speaker 1: Epstein documents, naming names on a rolling basis. Again, that
- 33:41Speaker 1: is like the kind of headline that makes you want
- 33:44Speaker 1: to do handstands, backflips and cartwheels, right, because we haven't
- 33:48Speaker 1: seen too much good news like this coming out of
- 33:50Speaker 1: the Federal court in regards to this case, hell, in
- 33:53Speaker 1: regards to anything at this point, but in this case especially,
- 33:56Speaker 1: it's been you know, setback after setback for these survivors.
- 34:01Speaker 1: When it's obvious to anyone paying attention that this whole
- 34:04Speaker 1: entire process should be expedited, it should be moving forward.
- 34:08Speaker 1: And all of these people who were involved, all of
- 34:11Speaker 1: these people who were named in the court documents, etc. Etc.
- 34:14Speaker 1: If they had a role to play. They should all
- 34:16Speaker 1: be slapped with a Rico charge and this ball should
- 34:19Speaker 1: get rolling. A federal judge in New York on Friday
- 34:24Speaker 1: amended the protocol the court will follow in releasing a
- 34:28Speaker 1: trove of documents concerning deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. This will
- 34:32Speaker 1: allow for documents that include the names of non party
- 34:35Speaker 1: individuals to be released on a rolling basis. The documents
- 34:40Speaker 1: in question are part of a defamation dispute involving Epstein's
- 34:43Speaker 1: alleged madam you mean, co conspirator and partner in crime, right,
- 34:48Speaker 1: Keylane Maxwell, and alleged victim Virginia Roberts. Now, we know
- 34:53Speaker 1: that there is a lot of names to be named
- 34:56Speaker 1: in this case. We've already seen some of the names
- 34:59Speaker 1: that have rolled out. We've seen some of the dumps.
- 35:02Speaker 1: We've seen people like Glenn Dubin get named, et cetera,
- 35:05Speaker 1: et cetera. And we know that with these other documents
- 35:09Speaker 1: that are still in the possession of the court that
- 35:11Speaker 1: have not been released, we know for a fact that
- 35:14Speaker 1: it's going to out many, many more powerful people. And
- 35:19Speaker 1: that is why these documents have still not been released,
- 35:23Speaker 1: because these powerful people will do anything, anything that they
- 35:28Speaker 1: possibly can to keep the public from knowing what was
- 35:32Speaker 1: happening behind the curtain, and they're usually able to do
- 35:35Speaker 1: that with help from their lapdogs in the legacy media.
- 35:38Speaker 1: But nowadays, well, that whole entire party has come to
- 35:42Speaker 1: a screeching halt. Though. Though Robert's defamation case against Maxwell
- 35:48Speaker 1: ended in twenty fifteen, Roberts attorneys have fought a protracted
- 35:53Speaker 1: legal battle seeking to unseal documents initially filed under seal
- 35:57Speaker 1: that may contain allegations against other public figures from Epstein's
- 36:01Speaker 1: infamous elite social circle. And I you know what may
- 36:07Speaker 1: contain allegations. I understand Law and Order being a you know,
- 36:12Speaker 1: a law type of blog here, law type of outlet,
- 36:14Speaker 1: they're going to definitely cover their ass, but may contain allegations,
- 36:18Speaker 1: let's be honest, definitely contain allegations. It's definitely going to
- 36:22Speaker 1: be explosive stuff. And we know that there are going
- 36:25Speaker 1: to be some people who have never even been brought
- 36:27Speaker 1: up in the case that get brought up in those documents.
- 36:31Speaker 1: So as soon as they start being released, I can
- 36:34Speaker 1: only imagine how quickly they're going to be devoured by
- 36:38Speaker 1: interested parties. Myself included considering, we have all of this
- 36:41Speaker 1: time on our hands right now, so let's get the
- 36:44Speaker 1: documents released, Judge Presco, let's start tomorrow. Senior US District
- 36:51Speaker 1: Judge Loretta Presca previously ruled that only those motions which
- 36:55Speaker 1: now deceased US District Judge Robert Sweet ruled on when
- 36:58Speaker 1: he presided over the litigation and documents relevant to those
- 37:02Speaker 1: motions will be released to the public after the court
- 37:05Speaker 1: conducts an individualized review of each sealed item. Presca issued
- 37:11Speaker 1: a brief order on Monday clarifying how the court will
- 37:15Speaker 1: proceed with the document review process, how it will notify
- 37:18Speaker 1: non parties to the litigation who are named in the
- 37:21Speaker 1: documents but may wish to argue against the release of
- 37:24Speaker 1: all or some of the documents. So Judge Presca has
- 37:28Speaker 1: revised her rulings, and she has issued an order that
- 37:34Speaker 1: clarified what those rulings are, stipulating what the process will be,
- 37:37Speaker 1: how they will name the people who will be named
- 37:40Speaker 1: in the documents or those parties that are named in
- 37:43Speaker 1: the documents, what they can do going forward, etc. Etc. So, basically,
- 37:48Speaker 1: she is issued a ruling releasing the parameters of how
- 37:52Speaker 1: this documentation is going to be released to the public.
- 37:57Speaker 1: The non parties include a person or persons who produced
- 38:02Speaker 1: or answered discovery based upon the representation or understanding that
- 38:06Speaker 1: the discovery would be subject to the productive order previously
- 38:10Speaker 1: issued in this action. B Persons who are identified as
- 38:14Speaker 1: having allegedly engaged in sexual act with plaintiff or other
- 38:18Speaker 1: alleged victims or allegedly facilitated such acts. Persons whose intimate,
- 38:24Speaker 1: sexual or private conduct is described in the sealed materials,
- 38:28Speaker 1: and D persons who are alleged to have been victimized. Wow,
- 38:33Speaker 1: So that is who the non parties include in this case.
- 38:37Speaker 1: And if for the purposes of this case, if they're
- 38:40Speaker 1: named in those documents and they're considered a non party
- 38:44Speaker 1: and they fall into one of those categories ABC or
- 38:47Speaker 1: D while they can expect their documentation to be released
- 38:50Speaker 1: in this case. So that's pretty insane. That's a pretty
- 38:55Speaker 1: far reaching ruling here, and it's going to give the
- 39:01Speaker 1: public a real good look behind the scenes. Now, I
- 39:04Speaker 1: will say I'm skeptical how much of it won't be
- 39:10Speaker 1: redacted still, and only for the simple reason that we
- 39:14Speaker 1: know the government loves to do that. So I'm really
- 39:16Speaker 1: hoping for completely complete transparency, completely unredacted documentation for the
- 39:22Speaker 1: most part, and a real good look at the people
- 39:26Speaker 1: who participated in not only enabling Jeffrey Epstein's behavior, but
- 39:30Speaker 1: partaking as well. And what it will do is it
- 39:35Speaker 1: will clarify for a lot of other people who might
- 39:39Speaker 1: be following the case from AFAR, just how deep and
- 39:42Speaker 1: how far this case reaches. And I just don't know
- 39:47Speaker 1: how anybody who is provided with all of the evidence
- 39:50Speaker 1: that we have been provided with so far in this
- 39:52Speaker 1: case can look at it and just shrug their shoulders
- 39:55Speaker 1: and say, ah, just a sick guy, because there is
- 39:57Speaker 1: obviously so much more here. There is obvious leaves so
- 40:00Speaker 1: many more layers to it than that, And when it's
- 40:03Speaker 1: presented as such, when it's presented as just some sick
- 40:06Speaker 1: guy you know, got caught being a sick bastard, it
- 40:09Speaker 1: takes away from the true nature and the true essence
- 40:17Speaker 1: of how evil this whole entire trafficking organization was, this
- 40:21Speaker 1: criminal enterprise. And what it does is it makes people
- 40:26Speaker 1: think that it just happened and it was a one off, right,
- 40:30Speaker 1: when in reality we know that this is happening a
- 40:32Speaker 1: lot more than any of us would ever want to believe,
- 40:35Speaker 1: and I know that definitely goes for me. Before I
- 40:38Speaker 1: started researching this case, I always shrugged off the rumors
- 40:42Speaker 1: and the innuendo and the you know, the basic narrative
- 40:47Speaker 1: that these people in power were this sick. Well. I
- 40:49Speaker 1: knew they were sick, right, I knew there were thieves,
- 40:52Speaker 1: I knew there were crooks, but I never knew the
- 40:55Speaker 1: true depths of their evil. And the further you get
- 41:00Speaker 1: into researching this case and branching off and looking underneath
- 41:04Speaker 1: all the different layers and finding out how sick the
- 41:08Speaker 1: people that are associated with Epstein were or are, and
- 41:12Speaker 1: how sick the entire ruling class or so called ruling classes,
- 41:18Speaker 1: it's really an eye opening experience. And for the last
- 41:21Speaker 1: ten or eleven months or so for me, it has
- 41:24Speaker 1: been one wild ride. The court will review the material
- 41:29Speaker 1: and groups determined by the non party individuals and in
- 41:32Speaker 1: the documents, beginning with all documents mentioning dough number one
- 41:37Speaker 1: and Dough number two. So it will be like the
- 41:40Speaker 1: ruling stated, a rolling release. So PRESCA and the lawyers
- 41:46Speaker 1: will get together and they'll decide what they want to
- 41:49Speaker 1: put up for release, and then the court will approve
- 41:51Speaker 1: it and get it out into circulation. At least that's
- 41:55Speaker 1: what I'm getting from this. Again, I am not a lawyer, right,
- 41:58Speaker 1: so I don't you know it comes to the fine
- 42:01Speaker 1: details of this kind of stuff. I just try and
- 42:03Speaker 1: give you guys the basic outline here, and you know,
- 42:05Speaker 1: there are much more qualified people to talk about the
- 42:09Speaker 1: legal aspects than me. But when you look at the
- 42:13Speaker 1: overall presentation for how Presca's going to go forward with this,
- 42:19Speaker 1: her outline and her blueprint is very apparent on what
- 42:23Speaker 1: she wants to do here. According to PRESCA, that means
- 42:27Speaker 1: only dose one and two will be notified in the
- 42:29Speaker 1: first instance, that they are named in the documents and
- 42:33Speaker 1: have a chance to argue why all or some of
- 42:35Speaker 1: the documents should not be made public. All right, So
- 42:38Speaker 1: what that means is she's going to definitely contact the
- 42:41Speaker 1: people who are named here do one and two, and
- 42:43Speaker 1: they'll have a chance to make their case why this
- 42:46Speaker 1: information should not be made public, and PRESCO will listen
- 42:49Speaker 1: to it, and then she'll make a ruling one way
- 42:51Speaker 1: or the other if they should have their information sealed
- 42:56Speaker 1: or if the public is entitled to see who these
- 43:00Speaker 1: people are. Because several non party individuals may appear in
- 43:04Speaker 1: a single document. This potentially meant it could take several
- 43:07Speaker 1: rounds of litigation before a single document was made public. However,
- 43:12Speaker 1: in order to accelerate the release process, PRESCA agreed to
- 43:15Speaker 1: unsealing portions of documents mentioning non parties, rather than waiting
- 43:20Speaker 1: to unseal the entirety of a given document until all
- 43:23Speaker 1: non parties have provided input. That will make the process
- 43:26Speaker 1: move a lot quicker. And I think what it does,
- 43:29Speaker 1: it shows you what Presco's thinking is here at this
- 43:33Speaker 1: point in the case. Now, I was very unsure of
- 43:36Speaker 1: how Presco was going to proceed previously, and in fact,
- 43:39Speaker 1: I was pretty critical of the fact that this stuff
- 43:41Speaker 1: wasn't released earlier. But it looks like she's following a
- 43:45Speaker 1: game plan here, and it looks like this stuff is
- 43:48Speaker 1: going to be released. And it also looks like she's
- 43:52Speaker 1: going pretty hard in the paint with it. Right. She
- 43:54Speaker 1: wants to accelerate the process. She's had enough of the
- 43:57Speaker 1: feat being dragged around here, and she wants to get
- 44:00Speaker 1: some movement in the case. It looks like so that's
- 44:02Speaker 1: definitely a good thing, and it definitely favors the survivors
- 44:06Speaker 1: here because I have a funny feeling that Presca might
- 44:10Speaker 1: go scorched earth. She might just go ahead and release
- 44:13Speaker 1: all of this stuff and just let it take on
- 44:16Speaker 1: a life of its own. And that's what should really happen. Right,
- 44:19Speaker 1: We're the tax payers of this country. We paid for
- 44:21Speaker 1: all of this information to be you know, put together
- 44:25Speaker 1: in the court system, all of that, and it is
- 44:30Speaker 1: important that the public gets to see in full transparency
- 44:35Speaker 1: what occurred in this case and just what kind of
- 44:38Speaker 1: deal Epstein and his friends received, not only the first time,
- 44:42Speaker 1: but after that. I mean, you know, we got the
- 44:44Speaker 1: reports out now about Harvard, which we're going to get
- 44:47Speaker 1: we're going to get into later on. But look, this guy,
- 44:52Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and his crew, they were involved in some serious, serious,
- 44:58Speaker 1: high level, high level operations. And I don't think that
- 45:07Speaker 1: that fact has fallen flat on Presca. She has seen
- 45:11Speaker 1: the evidence, she's seen all of this stuff, and now
- 45:13Speaker 1: it looks like to me that she is really gonna
- 45:17Speaker 1: go and release as much of this stuff as possible.
- 45:20Speaker 1: So I'm really hoping that that's where we're at, and
- 45:23Speaker 1: I hope that's what we see from Judge Presca. Presca
- 45:27Speaker 1: reiterated that if the process proves unworkable or inefficient, the
- 45:31Speaker 1: court can revisit the review protocol. The review protocol a call,
- 45:35Speaker 1: so that gives her the option to go back and
- 45:38Speaker 1: review what's going on and to make sure the program's working,
- 45:41Speaker 1: make sure that it's running correctly, make sure that all
- 45:45Speaker 1: parameters are being met, et cetera, et cetera. And that's
- 45:48Speaker 1: a good move on her, behalf right. That shows that
- 45:51Speaker 1: she's willing to adjust on the fly and she's not
- 45:54Speaker 1: just locked into one way of doing things, and that
- 45:56Speaker 1: is definitely going to be a good thing moving forward. Now,
- 46:02Speaker 1: in the description box when you download this episode, you'll
- 46:05Speaker 1: be able to find this article. Make sure you click
- 46:08Speaker 1: on it if you want to read the whole entire
- 46:10Speaker 1: order below. It's on U scribed and it's in this article,
- 46:15Speaker 1: so you can definitely check out the two pages of
- 46:17Speaker 1: that here. And if you want to go ahead and
- 46:20Speaker 1: read through the article again, we can do that as well.
- 46:23Speaker 1: But this order by Presca and the movement we see
- 46:26Speaker 1: in the court here is a big deal, and I
- 46:29Speaker 1: think it's proceeding what's going to happen down in the
- 46:32Speaker 1: Virgin Islands very soon. I think that we're going to
- 46:35Speaker 1: see that come to a bit of a head down there,
- 46:39Speaker 1: and I think you're going to see Indyke and Khan
- 46:41Speaker 1: be forced to relent a bit, and I think that
- 46:44Speaker 1: George will be able to get some of the stipulations
- 46:48Speaker 1: that she was seeking and get the estate to move
- 46:54Speaker 1: towards a more fair and you know, quick payment procedure,
- 47:02Speaker 1: because we know that they love to drag their feet.
- 47:04Speaker 1: We know that con and Indyke they don't want to
- 47:07Speaker 1: serve up any of this money. If it's up to them,
- 47:09Speaker 1: they'd love to sit on it forever, right, why do
- 47:12Speaker 1: they want to pay it out? So again, folks, this
- 47:16Speaker 1: case has many different layers. It's happening in many different
- 47:20Speaker 1: courtrooms around the nation and in fact around the world
- 47:23Speaker 1: at this point. And all we can do right now
- 47:26Speaker 1: is continue to follow it as closely as possible and
- 47:29Speaker 1: make sure that we're staying on top of things as
- 47:32Speaker 1: best we can. Because you look at this article and
- 47:36Speaker 1: they released it on a Friday. Right. What have I
- 47:38Speaker 1: talked about here on the podcast before about their Friday
- 47:41Speaker 1: dumps when they're trying to bury information, And that's what
- 47:44Speaker 1: it looks like here. They're trying to bury this on
- 47:46Speaker 1: a Friday. But that's okay. We're here to make sure
- 47:48Speaker 1: that it does not get buried. The other content creators
- 47:51Speaker 1: out there, they're here to make sure it does not
- 47:53Speaker 1: get buried. And in fact, it didn't get buried, and
- 47:57Speaker 1: it will not get buried. This kind of stuff is
- 48:00Speaker 1: way too important to the case. And what it does
- 48:03Speaker 1: is it shows people who are following and people who
- 48:06Speaker 1: are really rooting for justice in this case that hope
- 48:09Speaker 1: is not lost. I seen a lot of people feeling
- 48:12Speaker 1: down and out after the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals ruling,
- 48:16Speaker 1: and I was telling people then that you know, this
- 48:19Speaker 1: isn't the end. It's just, you know, another bump in
- 48:21Speaker 1: the road, and there's gonna be a lot of them.
- 48:23Speaker 1: There's even going forward. There is still a long way
- 48:26Speaker 1: to go before justice has had in this case. But
- 48:29Speaker 1: it's a road worth traveling, it's a journey worth taking,
- 48:33Speaker 1: and it's certainly a fight worth waging. If you'd like
