- 0:01Speaker 1: World-famous Phil Henry Show at the El Pacifico here in
- 0:04Speaker 1: Southern California, along with General Galen Shaw, Margaret Gray, and
- 0:07Speaker 1: Bud Dickman. I'm Phil Henry. And tonight we're going to
- 0:10Speaker 1: deal with actually a variety of people that we've had
- 0:13Speaker 1: on the show before. I don't think they've ever been
- 0:14Speaker 1: on together. We have Bobby Dooley at the Western Estates
- 0:18Speaker 1: Homeowners Association. We'll also be talking with Robert Green from
- 0:22Speaker 1: Bob Green's Meats and Greens. And we'll have as well
- 0:25Speaker 1: Miles Flanagan, who is a wholesaler that does a lot
- 0:27Speaker 1: of business with Bobby's Wholesales Meats. primarily. And let me
- 0:33Speaker 1: just see who I have. Bobby, you there?
- 0:34Speaker 2: Yes, Phil. Bob Green here in Anaheim. And Mr.
- 0:37Speaker 1: Flanagan?
- 0:38Speaker 2: Right. Miles Flanagan here, Phil.
- 0:40Speaker 3: And Bobby.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Okay.
- 0:41Speaker 3: Bobby, you there?
- 0:42Speaker 2: Yes, Phil. I'm hearing some music or something in the background. Right.
- 0:46Speaker 1: We can pot that down, bud.
- 0:48Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 0:48Speaker 3: I'm going to pot it down right now.
- 0:50Speaker 2: Because I'm hearing... Yeah, I can hear you fine. Okay.
- 0:54Speaker 1: What I wanted to talk with all of you guys about,
- 0:56Speaker 1: if I could, is this... There's a lot of.
- 1:01Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Who should lead off? Because I'm not even... Margaret? Let
- 1:04Speaker 1: me say this. Bobby, are you there?
- 1:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I've been here for the last 15 minutes. All right.
- 1:08Speaker 2: I'm sorry. I'm sorry.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Um, you are having a barbecue of sorts at Western Estates, correct?
- 1:16Speaker 2: Yes, we're going to be having our annual homeowners Halloween Spook-O-Rama.
- 1:20Speaker 2: And what we have along with Spook-O-Rama is we have
- 1:23Speaker 2: the barbecue.
- 1:24Speaker 1: All right, and so Bobby, I think, was ordering steaks
- 1:27Speaker 1: from Mr.
- 1:27Speaker 2: Green.
- 1:28Speaker 1: Okay, Bob, you're there.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm right here, Phil.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Okay, Ms. Dooley ordered steaks from you, but you ordered
- 1:33Speaker 1: steaks from Miles Flanagan?
- 1:35Speaker 2: Phil, it's Miles Flanagan. Hold on, Miles. He asked me.
- 1:38Speaker 2: I know, but I'm the one that delivered the... I
- 1:40Speaker 2: delivered the steaks. Well, that's where we got into a problem,
- 1:43Speaker 2: because he said to me, you want me to deliver
- 1:46Speaker 2: a load of meat to this woman, Dooley? No, no,
- 1:49Speaker 2: I did not. No, I did not.
- 1:50Speaker 1: Okay, hold on for a minute.
- 1:52Speaker 2: That's what I heard. Steve Dooley, I don't want a
- 1:55Speaker 2: load of meat delivered to my wife unless, of course, I.
- 1:57Speaker 3: Hold on.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Everybody just hold on.
- 1:59Speaker 2: Mr. Dooley, this guy was a pain in the ass, right?
- 2:02Speaker 1: Hold on for a minute, everybody. Put them all down.
- 2:04Speaker 1: Get them under control.
- 2:05Speaker 3: Yeah, everybody. It's Bud Dickman, yeah. Producer of the Mr.
- 2:08Speaker 3: Henry Show. Producer of the Mr. Henry Show? Producer of
- 2:11Speaker 3: the Mr.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Henry Show?
- 2:12Speaker 1: Give me the phone, will you, for crying out loud.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Who do I have on the phone right now?
- 2:16Speaker 2: It's Bobby Dooley, Phil.
- 2:17Speaker 1: Okay. I also want to get on the phone here, Mr. Flanagan,
- 2:21Speaker 1: who I know is at the Cromer.
- 2:23Speaker 3: No, not the Cromer building.
- 2:24Speaker 1: That's in Chicago.
- 2:25Speaker 2: Uh....
- 2:27Speaker 1: Is that Mr.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Flanagan?
- 2:29Speaker 1: Is that you?
- 2:30Speaker 2: This is Bob Green, Phil. Bob Flanagan right here, Phil.
- 2:33Speaker 2: All right.
- 2:34Speaker 1: Everybody, let's just calm down. I want to get the
- 2:36Speaker 1: story straight here.
- 2:38Speaker 2: Ms.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Dooley, who is the homeowners association president at Western Estates
- 2:43Speaker 1: in West Hills, California, Ms. Dooley wanted to order some steaks.
- 2:49Speaker 1: Am I right about that?
- 2:51Speaker 2: Well, Phil, what I... Hold on.
- 2:52Speaker 1: If you wouldn't mind, Ms. Dooley, let me just.
- 2:55Speaker 2: My wife wants to know why the load of meat.
- 2:57Speaker 1: Would you guys just hold on and let me talk
- 2:58Speaker 1: to them?
- 2:58Speaker 2: This is a problem we had, Mr. Henry. This man, Mr. Dooley,
- 3:01Speaker 2: he kept screaming about a load of meat getting delivered
- 3:04Speaker 2: to his wife. That was the joke that we traded,
- 3:08Speaker 2: and Ms. Dooley unfortunately overheard it. I heard these gentlemen say, yeah,
- 3:11Speaker 2: her name is Bobby Dooley. Let's go ahead and deliver
- 3:14Speaker 2: a load of our meat. Yeah, I heard that too. Steve,
- 3:17Speaker 2: would you just come? All right, so how is it
- 3:20Speaker 2: that Ms.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Dooley overheard this? Were you guys talking? What was going on?
- 3:24Speaker 2: We were on a conference call with Ms. Dooley to
- 3:26Speaker 2: order steaks, chops, some seafood for this spook-o-rama. barbecue they
- 3:32Speaker 2: were going to have. And most unfortunately, the conference call
- 3:36Speaker 2: line stayed hot as Miles said. No, no, no, no.
- 3:40Speaker 2: Miles didn't say. You said, do we deliver the load
- 3:43Speaker 2: of meat? And I said, yes. Let's give Ms. Dooley
- 3:47Speaker 2: a load of meat she'll never forget. And both of
- 3:50Speaker 2: us laughed. I admit to laughing, yes. And I did, too.
- 3:54Speaker 2: I overheard all of this.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Okay, well, there's your problem right there. the fact that
- 3:58Speaker 1: you two guys are so unprofessional, you don't know how
- 4:00Speaker 1: to do a conference call and how to mute people.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Mr. Henry, I didn't come on here to be lectured.
- 4:04Speaker 1: You guys requested the airtime so you could get this
- 4:07Speaker 1: out on the table so that you don't suffer any
- 4:10Speaker 1: kind of a public relations problem, so that you can
- 4:12Speaker 1: let everybody know what's going on, so that you can
- 4:14Speaker 1: continue doing business, that Ms. Dooley, who is threatening to
- 4:18Speaker 1: go to the media anyway, will be, you know, will
- 4:21Speaker 1: be satisfied. Is that correct, Bobby?
- 4:23Speaker 2: What do you mean by satisfied? I just... Steve. I'm
- 4:27Speaker 2: going to give you a load of meat. Sit down
- 4:29Speaker 2: over there. Oh, my God. Sit down over there before
- 4:32Speaker 2: I kick your ass.
- 4:34Speaker 3: Okay. Yeah, Miss Dooley, you went butch. You got pissed off, Mr.
- 4:38Speaker 2: Dooley.
- 4:39Speaker 3: You got pissed off at Mr. Dooley, the guy you're
- 4:41Speaker 3: married to. Give me the phone, will you?
- 4:42Speaker 1: Bobby, we can't have that, okay? Are the other two
- 4:45Speaker 1: gentlemen there?
- 4:46Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm right here. I'm right here, Mr. Henry. Was
- 4:50Speaker 2: that a woman? Yes, it was me. I was getting
- 4:52Speaker 2: angry at my husband.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Okay, everybody calm down.
- 4:55Speaker 3: Ms.
- 4:55Speaker 1: Dooley can get angry sometimes, and it does change the
- 4:57Speaker 1: tenor of her voice.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Is Mr.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Dooley not anywhere near the phone?
- 5:01Speaker 2: Steve, just stay there. I'll never do anything again. Yeah,
- 5:06Speaker 2: he's over there. He's licking his wounds. He's licking something.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Look at that. You know, I'm the only woman in
- 5:10Speaker 2: the world who, after I chastised my husband, I wheel about,
- 5:14Speaker 2: look back at him, and he's licking his own balls.
- 5:16Speaker 2: I'm only kidding. All right.
- 5:19Speaker 1: If they're not serious. I think she is, Phil. I
- 5:21Speaker 1: think she was trying to tell a joke to sort
- 5:24Speaker 1: of get the pressure off. Yeah, it sounds like everybody's nervous.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Ms. Dooley. So she said lick his own balls? Yeah,
- 5:31Speaker 2: that's what I heard.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Gentlemen, we're on the air now.
- 5:33Speaker 2: I'm sorry. Sorry, Phil. Phil, I'm very sorry. I should
- 5:37Speaker 2: have been a lot more judicious in the way what
- 5:40Speaker 2: I told the joke about Steve.
- 5:42Speaker 1: We got it, Ms.
- 5:43Speaker 2: Dooley.
- 5:43Speaker 1: We got it. Bobby Dooley, who is the president of
- 5:46Speaker 1: the Homeowners Association at Western Estates, ordered some barbecue meats
- 5:51Speaker 1: that you were going to use at the Spook-O-Rama barbecue, correct?
- 5:54Speaker 2: Yeah, Spook-O-Rama barbecue is coming up in a couple of weeks.
- 5:58Speaker 2: It's something that we celebrate around Halloween, and then we
- 6:02Speaker 2: have Spook-O-Rama.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Well, this Spook-O-Rama is when you break into homes.
- 6:07Speaker 2: I'm not going to debate this with you. What was
- 6:10Speaker 2: your name again?
- 6:11Speaker 1: Spook-O-Rama is when you break into homes.
- 6:13Speaker 2: I don't want to debate.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Oh, wait a minute. We're not going to debate that.
- 6:16Speaker 1: We've been down the road with Spook-O-Rama. It's what they do.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Apparently the homeowners are okay with it. So let's just
- 6:22Speaker 1: get to the barbecue. Now, you ordered these steaks.
- 6:25Speaker 2: We ordered, yeah, we ordered, I'd say, about 50 pounds
- 6:28Speaker 2: of steaks, chops, some seafood, some flounder, some swordfish steaks.
- 6:35Speaker 2: They also, Mr. Flanagan, this business, Miles Flanagan's, Mr. Flanagan,
- 6:40Speaker 2: as well as Bob Green's Meats and Greens, they advertise ceviche.
- 6:46Speaker 2: That's correct. We have shrimp cocktails, ceviche, things like that. Right.
- 6:49Speaker 2: So we ordered, I don't know how many, Quartz of Ceviche.
- 6:54Speaker 2: This was to be delivered to Western Estates. While I
- 6:58Speaker 2: am talking with Steve, these gentlemen tell me that they're
- 7:01Speaker 2: going away from the phone for a minute to talk
- 7:03Speaker 2: over the specifics of the delivery.
- 7:07Speaker 1: Let me jump in just one thing. Why were you
- 7:10Speaker 1: involved in this conversation, Bob?
- 7:12Speaker 2: Because I'm the one that facilitated... Get a load of
- 7:14Speaker 2: this guy.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Bob, it's a serious question.
- 7:17Speaker 2: Okay. Mr. Green knows Ms. Dooley from past interactions, and
- 7:23Speaker 2: so they introduced us. I introduced the two of them.
- 7:25Speaker 1: Okay, all right.
- 7:26Speaker 2: I know Bob Green from your show, Mr. Henry, and
- 7:29Speaker 2: some Ted of Beverly Hills. I've never purchased anything from him.
- 7:33Speaker 2: He's in Anaheim. But I understood that Bob Green's greens
- 7:37Speaker 2: and meats, you know... was the way to go.
- 7:40Speaker 1: Okay, so Bob Green put you in touch with Miles Flanagan.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Well, basically, Bob and Miles both contacted me. Yep, it
- 7:47Speaker 2: was a conference call. I know, Steve. Sit down. They
- 7:52Speaker 2: contacted me and conferenced me in.
- 7:54Speaker 1: All right, you guys are having this conference call about
- 7:56Speaker 1: how much product you need for your Spook-O-Rama barbecue.
- 8:00Speaker 2: Yes, and they said, would you excuse us for a minute?
- 8:03Speaker 2: We're going to go on hold and talk, try to
- 8:05Speaker 2: iron out some details. If I may, Phil. Go ahead.
- 8:09Speaker 2: I was talking to Carol and my secretary as to timetable,
- 8:13Speaker 2: as to delivery, and because you are a friend of
- 8:16Speaker 2: the Phil Henry show and because you knew Ted Bell
- 8:19Speaker 2: and we considered you to be someone that we had
- 8:22Speaker 2: an acquaintance with, Ms. Dilley, we were talking about expediting
- 8:25Speaker 2: the delivery and taking it to Western Estates with what
- 8:29Speaker 2: we call... The Bob Green Express. And all that is,
- 8:33Speaker 2: is we use a truck. It's got a picture of
- 8:34Speaker 2: me on the side. I'm waving. We have a big
- 8:36Speaker 2: sign that'll say, Bobby Dooley, it takes a load of... Yeah,
- 8:40Speaker 2: that was the plot there. Bobby Dooley takes a load
- 8:42Speaker 2: of meat. All I heard was... Okay, so all I
- 8:47Speaker 2: heard of that was you guys did not go on hold.
- 8:51Speaker 2: And you say, we're going to be giving her a
- 8:52Speaker 2: load of meat. And I heard Mr. Flanagan laugh. Laughing
- 8:56Speaker 2: because that was what they... We were talking about.
- 8:59Speaker 1: You guys really screwed this up.
- 9:01Speaker 2: Wait a minute. Hold on for a minute. We were
- 9:02Speaker 2: talking about putting on the LED sign on the side
- 9:08Speaker 2: of the truck that Bobby Dooley's going to take a
- 9:11Speaker 2: load of my... In retrospect, it wasn't very bright. I
- 9:16Speaker 2: heard this. We didn't see it.
- 9:17Speaker 1: Okay, so there was no truck that... There's been no delivery.
- 9:21Speaker 2: No, there's been no delivery. We're not scheduled to have
- 9:24Speaker 2: the barbecue for a couple of weeks. And I can
- 9:27Speaker 2: assure you, if I see a truck pull up in
- 9:29Speaker 2: front of this place with an LED readout that says,
- 9:33Speaker 2: Bobby Dooley taking a fresh load. I want to apologize, Ms. Dooley.
- 9:39Speaker 2: I find it to be very unprofessional.
- 9:42Speaker 1: It's entirely sexist as well and insulting.
- 9:45Speaker 2: Yes, sexist, unprofessional. And my husband, I had a hard
- 9:50Speaker 2: time holding him back. What does that mean? What does
- 9:53Speaker 2: that mean Hold you back? That's a funny one. Let
- 9:56Speaker 2: you go back to licking your balls.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Hey, listen, guys, I'm going to hang up and let
- 10:00Speaker 1: you guys work this out in a courtroom if you
- 10:02Speaker 1: want to.
- 10:02Speaker 2: I'm sorry. Let you go back to licking my balls.
- 10:06Speaker 1: All right, everybody be quiet.
- 10:08Speaker 2: I'm sorry, Phil. We did not want this to go juvenile,
- 10:12Speaker 2: but apparently it has.
- 10:13Speaker 1: So far, so as far as I can tell, what's
- 10:16Speaker 1: been worked out here is, Bob, where are you?
- 10:19Speaker 2: I'm in the store right now. I'm sorry. That's pretty
- 10:22Speaker 2: loud there. Thank you. I know that. I'm in the bathtub,
- 10:26Speaker 2: or at least I was trying to enjoy a tub,
- 10:28Speaker 2: but I've been having to deal with all of this.
- 10:31Speaker 1: I understand, Ms.
- 10:32Speaker 3: Dooley. You want some hot water?
- 10:34Speaker 2: Yeah, if you wouldn't mind, hit me again, will you? Oh,
- 10:37Speaker 2: God almighty, that feels good. All right, Ms.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Dooley, if you don't mind, we want to continue talking
- 10:42Speaker 1: to you. All right, so what I'm getting here now
- 10:44Speaker 1: is the fact that you guys have.
- 10:48Speaker 1: You understand that this was a mistake. Why did you
- 10:51Speaker 1: want to go on the air with us?
- 10:52Speaker 2: I wanted known, and I want your listeners to know,
- 10:55Speaker 2: that Bob Green, who is a sponsor of yours, and
- 10:58Speaker 2: Miles Flanagan, who also is in the wholesale business, was
- 11:03Speaker 2: there on that phone talking about me taking a load. Yes,
- 11:07Speaker 2: talking about the load of me. Well, what's the difference?
- 11:10Speaker 2: There's a big difference, honey, between taking a load. Oh,
- 11:13Speaker 2: my God, are you kidding me? All right, okay, so
- 11:15Speaker 2: he's talking about Bob.
- 11:16Speaker 1: I think we got it.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Mr.
- 11:18Speaker 1: Green, Mr. Flanagan, what have you got to say?
- 11:20Speaker 2: I want to apologize from the bottom of my heart
- 11:23Speaker 2: to you, Ms. Dooley, and to you, Mr. Dooley, and
- 11:25Speaker 2: everyone at Western Estates. Bob Green's Greens and Meats has
- 11:28Speaker 2: always been about the freshest meats and greens, has always
- 11:31Speaker 2: been about the great grocery section that we have. our
- 11:36Speaker 2: great deli section, and just the courtesy and the great
- 11:40Speaker 2: service that we've delivered to our customers over the years.
- 11:43Speaker 2: Back when we were Fraser Foods, and now it's Bob
- 11:45Speaker 2: Green's Bean Meat. I'm sorry, I'm nervous. Bob Green's Green Meat.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Bob Green's Green Meat and Greens. Bob Green's Green Meat
- 11:54Speaker 2: and Greens? No, Bob Green's Meat and... I'm sorry, I interrupted. Yes,
- 11:59Speaker 2: he did. I want to say I'm sorry, Ms. Dooley.
- 12:01Speaker 2: What was meant by that was nothing... I can guarantee you,
- 12:05Speaker 2: nothing perverse. There was no sexual intent. It was just
- 12:09Speaker 2: a bad joke. It was a bad joke. It was
- 12:12Speaker 2: a bad joke, and my husband got a hold of that.
- 12:14Speaker 2: That was all I could do to hold him back.
- 12:17Speaker 2: From licking his balls? Okay, Mr.
- 12:19Speaker 1: Green, I'm going to get rid of you, and I'm
- 12:20Speaker 1: going to get rid of Mr. Flanagan, and I'll just
- 12:22Speaker 1: get on the line here with Ms. Dooley and just
- 12:24Speaker 1: have Ms. Dooley wrap this up. I'm awfully sorry, Bobby.
- 12:28Speaker 2: Well, this is what I've been dealing with here with
- 12:31Speaker 2: this man, Mr. Green. And talking about Steve, I made
- 12:34Speaker 2: a joke just a moment ago about Steve.
- 12:37Speaker 1: Okay, can we knock off with that?
- 12:41Speaker 2: I made a joke. These two jokers, this Miles Flanagan
- 12:44Speaker 2: and Bob Green picked it up. The point that I'm
- 12:46Speaker 2: making here is I'm a married woman. I'm a mother
- 12:49Speaker 2: of three sons. And I don't need these two monkeys
- 12:52Speaker 2: down there at Bob Green's Meats and Greens. And I
- 12:56Speaker 2: can only imagine what they do when the sun goes down.
- 13:00Speaker 1: Let's not turn this around and make it crude. You know,
- 13:03Speaker 1: let's not turn this around and turn it into some
- 13:04Speaker 1: kind of a juvenile back and forth.
- 13:06Speaker 2: I'm not. I'm dead serious. Whatever he and Miles Flanagan
- 13:09Speaker 2: get up to when the sun goes down and there
- 13:12Speaker 2: ain't no one around to talk about it. Yeah, no kidding. Yeah,
- 13:15Speaker 2: you know.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Okay, Bobby, thank you very much. So you accept their apologies?
- 13:18Speaker 2: What, are you pushing me off the air?
- 13:21Speaker 1: We don't need any more juvenile comments.
- 13:23Speaker 2: All right, I'm sorry. Yes, I accept their apologies. And
- 13:27Speaker 2: we will expect that load. I'll let my husband do this.
- 13:31Speaker 2: We do expect a load of their meat for our
- 13:35Speaker 2: Spook-O-Rama barbecue, but the load of meat that we expect,
- 13:38Speaker 2: they're going to deliver the load.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Deliver the load to you?
- 13:43Speaker 2: You know what, General?
- 13:44Speaker 1: All right, they're going to deliver a load of meat.
- 13:46Speaker 2: They can deliver a load of meat. And, General Shaw,
- 13:49Speaker 2: that was uncalled for.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Well, what are you talking about, Dooley?
- 13:51Speaker 2: I'm talking about how we expect Bob Green and Miles
- 13:54Speaker 2: Flanagan to go ahead and bring me a load of meat. Oh,
- 13:59Speaker 2: that sounded bad. I'll do it. Jesus H. Christ. Okay, Ms.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Dooley, I think we got it all in. You know,
- 14:04Speaker 1: you just took the Lord's name, and a lot of
- 14:06Speaker 1: people get pissed off about that.
- 14:07Speaker 2: You're kidding me. I'm talking to Phil Henry, where we
- 14:10Speaker 2: hear every kind of vulgarity, and you are upset about that.
- 14:13Speaker 1: We're trying to clean up the act around here, Bobby,
- 14:15Speaker 1: if you don't mind.
- 14:16Speaker 2: All right, I'm sorry. I will just simply say I
- 14:19Speaker 2: accept their apologies. We will expect... Yeah, okay, I'll say it.
- 14:23Speaker 2: I expect a load of your meat, Miles, delivered to me.
- 14:27Speaker 2: For our Spook-O-Rambo barbecue, that'll be coming.
- 14:31Speaker 1: Well, you did your best.
- 14:33Speaker 3: You did your best, but it is the Dooley's.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Yeah, it's the Dooley's, all right.
- 14:39Speaker 2: Unreal.
- 14:39Speaker 3: Now, I know that.
- 14:41Speaker 1: What do you got?
- 14:41Speaker 3: I got Bob Green and Miles Flanagan. They want to
- 14:43Speaker 3: talk about something completely different.
- 14:45Speaker 1: What is this, the Bob Green and Miles Flanagan show?
- 14:46Speaker 3: They wanted to.
- 14:47Speaker 4: No, they talked to me about this fellow has to
- 14:49Speaker 4: do with a grievance that Miles Flanagan has with Bob Green.
- 14:53Speaker 1: I'm not here to mediate all of their problems. What
- 14:57Speaker 1: is it? It has to do with the Indigenous Peoples Day.
- 15:00Speaker 3: All right.
- 15:02Speaker 2: All right.
- 15:03Speaker 1: Hey, Bob?
- 15:04Speaker 2: Yeah, Phil, listen, I did mean to apologize to Miles
- 15:07Speaker 2: for something. It was originally a joke, but also I
- 15:13Speaker 2: was upset about something. You there, Miles? Yeah, I'm right here.
- 15:16Speaker 2: What happened was Miles today was on the phone with me,
- 15:20Speaker 2: and he said, Happy Columbus Day. And I screamed at him,
- 15:24Speaker 2: it's not Happy Columbus Day, it's Indigenous Peoples Day, you blank, blank, blank. Right, right. Well,
- 15:30Speaker 2: let me just, I'll take it over. Go ahead. I
- 15:33Speaker 2: took the phone call from Bob Green this morning. We
- 15:35Speaker 2: were going to talk about this Dooley situation. And he
- 15:38Speaker 2: said to me, I said, well, hey, Bob, good morning,
- 15:41Speaker 2: Happy Columbus Day. And at the top of his lungs...
- 15:45Speaker 2: This guy, Bob Green, who's no more than 5'6. Okay,
- 15:49Speaker 2: don't rub it in, pal. I'm not rubbing it in.
- 15:51Speaker 2: I'm just saying at the top of his lungs, he
- 15:53Speaker 2: screamed down the phone, it's Indigenous Peoples Day. You limey F,
- 15:58Speaker 2: you know.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Oh, you're kidding, Bob.
- 16:01Speaker 2: I didn't mean it to sound as harsh as it sounded.
- 16:04Speaker 2: You know, you screamed at me. You said, this is
- 16:08Speaker 2: Indigenous Peoples Day. It's not Columbus Day. You limey F.
- 16:13Speaker 2: And then you hung up, and then he calls back
- 16:14Speaker 2: five minutes later laughing. And I found it was not
- 16:18Speaker 2: in good taste. Well, why did you have to bring
- 16:20Speaker 2: it up here on this show? Because I wanted people
- 16:22Speaker 2: to know that when it comes to these kinds of
- 16:24Speaker 2: interactions with the public, Bob, your instincts are way off.
- 16:28Speaker 1: Okay, Bob, I got to agree with Bob on this one, though, Miles.
- 16:31Speaker 2: Why?
- 16:32Speaker 1: Because it really is just something between the two of you.
- 16:35Speaker 1: You were kidding around, Bob?
- 16:36Speaker 2: Absolutely I was kidding around, Brian. You're calling me a
- 16:39Speaker 2: limey FU. You know what? I didn't think it was
- 16:42Speaker 2: going to be broadcast out over the air like this.
- 16:45Speaker 1: Why did you bring it up with the smiles?
- 16:47Speaker 2: Because I want people to know the nature of this man.
- 16:49Speaker 2: Everyone talking to me about delivering a load of meat.
- 16:51Speaker 2: I'm going to take a load of Bobby Dooley's meat.
- 16:54Speaker 2: You want to get right down to it. Whatever that means.
- 16:56Speaker 2: I'm basically taking a load of her meat, of her
- 17:01Speaker 2: pissed off meat. I don't know. Yeah, see, there you go.
- 17:04Speaker 2: That's what happens when one of these, well, I didn't
- 17:06Speaker 2: mean to say Limey. Yeah, see that? That's on the
- 17:08Speaker 2: tip of his tongue.
- 17:08Speaker 1: Let's not call people names, Bob, if you don't mind.
- 17:11Speaker 1: So you called up, you called him.
- 17:13Speaker 2: I called Bob this morning. We're going to talk about
- 17:15Speaker 2: the duly audit. I said, hey, happy Columbus Day. And
- 17:18Speaker 2: he goes, it's Indigenous People's Day. You Limey, F you,
- 17:23Speaker 2: and you can smell the rest.
- 17:25Speaker 1: Oh, my God, Bob. What are you, just looking to
- 17:28Speaker 1: shake people's day up?
- 17:29Speaker 2: I thought it would be funny just to say, hey,
- 17:32Speaker 2: you limey, I'm sorry. Yeah, you're sorry. Ever since I
- 17:36Speaker 2: started doing business with you, I've had problems. If it
- 17:38Speaker 2: isn't somebody delivering a load of someone's meat, it's got
- 17:41Speaker 2: you calling me up and calling me a limey this
- 17:43Speaker 2: and that and screaming at me about it. There's always
- 17:46Speaker 2: something going on. There's always a delivery of load, delivering
- 17:50Speaker 2: a load of meat thing. It never ends with this.
- 17:53Speaker 2: I've had more problems, Mr. Henry, and all it had
- 17:55Speaker 2: to do with was delivering a load of meat. I
- 17:59Speaker 2: don't know. Originally, you thought it was pretty good that
- 18:01Speaker 2: we differentiate those things. I didn't know it was going
- 18:03Speaker 2: to turn into a three-ring circus. You'll be able to
- 18:06Speaker 2: take care of it with one phone call and say, look,
- 18:08Speaker 2: let's not reference it as someone taking a load of meat.
- 18:12Speaker 2: But you just keep stretching it out and stretching it out. No,
- 18:15Speaker 2: I'm not. Yes, you are.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Bob, it seems to me that, yeah, you do. You
- 18:18Speaker 1: just keep that, you love that running joke of taking.
- 18:21Speaker 3: A load of meat.
- 18:22Speaker 2: I don't take, let me tell you what. See this?
- 18:25Speaker 2: What is it? You don't take a load of meat?
- 18:26Speaker 2: I don't take a load of anybody's meat, no. This
- 18:29Speaker 2: is what I'm talking about, Phil. This is what I'm
- 18:30Speaker 2: talking about, Mr. Henry.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Okay, Bob, why don't you grow the hell up with
- 18:33Speaker 1: this and forget it and get back to business and
- 18:36Speaker 1: get back to good relations with Mr. Flanagan and Ms.
- 18:39Speaker 1: Dooley and all the other customers?
- 18:41Speaker 2: Boy, I tell you what, I've never had anybody talk
- 18:43Speaker 2: to me like that.
- 18:44Speaker 4: You've got to be kidding, Green. People have given you
- 18:46Speaker 4: a lot of crap over the years because you deserve it.
- 18:49Speaker 2: I never had anybody talk to me on the air
- 18:52Speaker 2: and tell me not to keep taking a load of meat. See,
- 18:57Speaker 2: there he is.
- 18:57Speaker 1: All right, I'm going to, you know, here's what we'll do.
- 19:00Speaker 1: We'll just 86 both of you guys from the show
- 19:02Speaker 1: from now until whenever. I don't care, Bob. You know,
- 19:05Speaker 1: we have you on infrequently as a sponsor.
- 19:07Speaker 2: Yeah, there you are. You like my money, though. My
- 19:09Speaker 2: money's good and green, isn't it?
- 19:10Speaker 1: I don't need your money, okay? We can cancel your advertising.
- 19:13Speaker 2: You threatened to cancel my advertising. Okay.
- 19:17Speaker 1: Bud, get in touch with Hoagie and tell him we
- 19:20Speaker 1: don't want the Bob Green account and whatever time that
- 19:23Speaker 1: we've promised him, we'll go ahead and air the commercials,
- 19:26Speaker 1: but that's it.
- 19:27Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, you got it.
- 19:28Speaker 2: Wait a minute. Are you Bob? No, I'm not.
- 19:32Speaker 1: So you've canceled Bob Green?
- 19:34Speaker 2: Yes, I have.
- 19:35Speaker 1: Phil, that guy's been with you for over 20 years.
- 19:37Speaker 1: I don't care. I don't care at all. You know,
- 19:41Speaker 1: this thing started out as Bobby Dooley takes a load
- 19:43Speaker 1: of our meat and then all of a sudden he's
- 19:45Speaker 1: screaming at Miles Flanagan about Indigenous Peoples Day and then
- 19:50Speaker 1: he just seems to think he owns the place. And
- 19:53Speaker 1: that Bob Green Today.
- 19:55Speaker 3: Yeah, that was the news program that we were supposed
- 19:58Speaker 3: to carry.
- 19:58Speaker 1: I was told I was supposed to carry this Bob
- 20:00Speaker 1: Green Today news show where he walks down the street
- 20:02Speaker 1: in a pair of chaps with his ass hanging out. Oh, yeah,
- 20:06Speaker 1: that was the news. Yeah, Bob Green delivers the news.
- 20:10Speaker 3: Yeah, along with a load of meat.
- 20:11Speaker 1: Okay, can we knock that crap off? Did you get
- 20:13Speaker 1: in touch with him?
- 20:14Speaker 3: Yeah, I got him on the phone now. Hoagie, yeah. Yeah,
- 20:17Speaker 3: we're going to cancel Bob Green. Yeah, outright, yeah. Yeah, huh?
- 20:20Speaker 2: Yeah, huh?
- 20:22Speaker 3: Well, it seems that.
- 20:23Speaker 1: Talk to him in another room.
- 20:24Speaker 2: Sorry.
- 20:25Speaker 3: Yeah, Hoagie.
- 20:26Speaker 2: Man. What?
- 20:28Speaker 1: I got Bob Green over here. Are you answering phones now? Yes,
- 20:30Speaker 1: as long as Bud is preoccupied, yes. Well, all right,
- 20:33Speaker 1: I'll take the call.
- 20:34Speaker 2: God. Yeah, Bob. Phil, I'm calling you to tell you
- 20:39Speaker 2: two things, okay? When you canceled my advertising, I got
- 20:44Speaker 2: so angry, I turned around and I walked right into
- 20:46Speaker 2: a door, all right? And I've got a very severe
- 20:51Speaker 2: swelling of my mouth. As well, if I call it
- 20:54Speaker 2: up to say to you, I'm sorry for offending you,
- 20:57Speaker 2: but you'd be happy to know that my mouth, I
- 21:00Speaker 2: probably am going to lose a couple of teeth.
- 21:02Speaker 1: What happened to you, Bob?
- 21:03Speaker 2: You want me to go through it again?
- 21:04Speaker 1: Yes.
- 21:05Speaker 2: I turned, I got so angry after Phil hooked the
- 21:07Speaker 2: phone up on me, I turned around real fast and
- 21:10Speaker 2: I ran into a door.
- 21:11Speaker 1: You did this once before at our show, didn't you?
- 21:14Speaker 2: No, I did not do that once before.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Oh, I heard you. No, you had been in a
- 21:19Speaker 1: wrestling match or someone had strangled you or something?
- 21:22Speaker 2: That's right. Yeah, one of my customers because of coronavirus.
- 21:26Speaker 3: All right, Bob.
- 21:27Speaker 1: I accept your apologies. We would like to keep you
- 21:30Speaker 1: as an advertiser. You sound bad.
- 21:32Speaker 2: That's right. I should go to a doctor, shouldn't I?
- 21:35Speaker 1: It sounds like it.
- 21:36Speaker 2: But I've held off going to the doctor to test
- 21:39Speaker 2: out you. I'm sorry. Even if I lose teeth, even
- 21:42Speaker 2: if I lose teeth, even if I have to take
- 21:44Speaker 2: stitches up my mouth, I just want you to know.
- 21:51Speaker 2: What did you just say? I'm talking to my secretary.
- 21:55Speaker 1: Okay. Bob, you better get to the doctor.
- 21:58Speaker 2: You got a bag of ice in your mouth? You
- 22:03Speaker 2: make me sound like I'm a 24-karat dipshit. All right, great.
- 22:07Speaker 1: Bob Green's back on the air. He ran into a door,
- 22:10Speaker 1: messed up his mouth. How's Miles Flanagan? I don't know.
- 22:13Speaker 1: Can we get him on the phone? I guess we could.
- 22:15Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 22:16Speaker 3: He's just in his office, right?
- 22:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 22:18Speaker 1: Hey, Miles, Phil Hendry.
- 22:19Speaker 2: Yeah, Phil. You know what happened to me? I bit
- 22:22Speaker 2: my tongue.
- 22:24Speaker 1: You bit your tongue. Bob Green ran into a door.
- 22:26Speaker 2: I saw him run into the door, and I bit
- 22:29Speaker 2: my tongue. Because I was laughing all out.
- 22:33Speaker 1: I wonder if Bobby Dooley's okay. Okay, thanks, Miles.
- 22:35Speaker 2: Well, what are you trying to do?
- 22:37Speaker 1: Get Bobby Dooley on the phone.
- 22:38Speaker 2: What?
- 22:38Speaker 1: Get Bobby Dooley on the phone. Well, Phil, what is this?
- 22:40Speaker 1: Some kind of a joke? Yes, it is. It's starting
- 22:42Speaker 1: to be really funny to me. What happened? You sounded.
- 22:46Speaker 2: What happened was, is I tripped and my chin hit
- 22:49Speaker 2: the tub when I heard Bob Green say I take
- 22:51Speaker 2: a load of meat. Yeah, my wife tripped and her
- 22:54Speaker 2: chin hit the tub, Mr. Henry. She's got a bag
- 22:55Speaker 2: of ice on her mouth. She's going to have to
- 22:57Speaker 2: go to the doctor in the morning. Well, I've got
- 22:58Speaker 2: to go to urgent care. Go to urgent care.
- 23:01Speaker 1: That sounds like a pretty serious injury, Bobby.
- 23:03Speaker 2: I'm okay. I just, I've got a bag of ice
- 23:06Speaker 2: on it. That's why I do it the other way.
- 23:08Speaker 2: That's why I do do it.
- 23:10Speaker 1: Bobby, what exactly happened?
- 23:12Speaker 2: I tripped, and my chin hit the tub when I
- 23:14Speaker 2: heard him say, take a load of the meat. The
- 23:16Speaker 2: guy said, take a load of my meat. My wife
- 23:18Speaker 2: looked at me, laughed, and then tripped, and her chin
- 23:21Speaker 2: hit the tub.
- 23:22Speaker 1: Bobby, be more careful in the future. Do you realize
- 23:25Speaker 1: that you, Miles Flanagan, and Bob Green, all three of
- 23:27Speaker 1: you guys suffered injuries to your mouths as a result
- 23:31Speaker 1: of doing this show?
- 23:32Speaker 2: Well, I don't know. What were they doing, sucking each
- 23:34Speaker 2: other's dick or something?
- 23:36Speaker 1: Would you edit that out, please?
- 23:37Speaker 2: Yes, sir.
- 23:38Speaker 3: Unreal.
- 23:39Speaker 1: Well, Phil, this is what you get when you invite
- 23:40Speaker 1: those three gibbering, hopping, and skipping chimps onto your show.
- 23:47Speaker 1: Onto your show. I don't even know. What business did.
- 23:50Speaker 3: We get done here? First of all, you cooled it
- 23:54Speaker 3: out between Bobby Dooley and Miles Flanagan.
- 23:57Speaker 2: Yes.
- 23:57Speaker 1: All right, we cooled out Bobby Dooley being upset because
- 24:00Speaker 1: Miles Flanagan and Bob Green said that she was taking
- 24:02Speaker 1: a load of their meat. They were supposed to be
- 24:04Speaker 1: on hold, and they weren't. Then we had a fist fight,
- 24:06Speaker 1: not a fist fight, we had a... We had the
- 24:08Speaker 1: fight between Bob Green and Miles Flanagan about it being
- 24:10Speaker 1: Indigenous Peoples Day.
- 24:11Speaker 4: Yeah, and then the three of them suffered mouth injuries
- 24:15Speaker 4: when they got upset and ran into doors, tubs, or
- 24:18Speaker 4: whatever the hell.
- 24:21Speaker 1: I think Miles Flanagan bit his tongue.
- 24:23Speaker 2: Yeah, that's it.
- 24:26Speaker 3: This is it, fuck.
- 24:28Speaker 1: And so did you.
- 24:29Speaker 3: So did you, bud.
- 24:29Speaker 2: That's right.
