- 1:02Speaker 3: Where are they?
- 1:03Speaker 2: I'm coming for?
- 1:05Speaker 1: This is an irreverent podcast in which we say stupid
- 1:08Speaker 1: things and we don't care. Honestly, we don't give a
- 1:12Speaker 1: cred if we offend anybody. We're just being honest. We're
- 1:15Speaker 1: trying to be honest. And yes, sometimes I body shame people,
- 1:18Speaker 1: but I've been critiqued. Yeah, and I'm gonna slow that
- 1:21Speaker 1: down so nobody can have a good time. Although I
- 1:24Speaker 1: was in the comments last week, honey, I was in
- 1:27Speaker 1: the comments last week after I ingratiated myself. I threw
- 1:31Speaker 1: myself on the floor of this dirty dumpster and I said,
- 1:35Speaker 1: I'm sorry because I've been coming for Kim yeah so hard,
- 1:40Speaker 1: you know, and bringing in her like wait in doing
- 1:44Speaker 1: so like and people were getting offended, and I apologized.
- 1:47Speaker 1: But then I'm like up in the comments and you
- 1:49Speaker 1: all are telling me, like, you better not stop, you
- 1:52Speaker 1: better tell the truth about that.
- 1:53Speaker 2: People thought I was seriously offended. They're like, oh my god, Bee,
- 1:57Speaker 2: what's wrong with you?
- 1:58Speaker 1: Have you been cloned like Jim Carre and Olivia Wilde?
- 2:02Speaker 1: Have you seen Olivia wild No, bitch, get your phone
- 2:05Speaker 1: right now. Do you know who Olivia Wilde is?
- 2:06Speaker 2: Course I know who Olivia wild is.
- 2:08Speaker 1: The most recent picture of Olivia wild This is going
- 2:11Speaker 1: into our Ozempe demonic conspiracies. Are you seeing it? Let's
- 2:15Speaker 1: put it up for everybody.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, she looks like a skill.
- 2:17Speaker 1: What's happening.
- 2:18Speaker 2: No, she was so pretty. I used to have a
- 2:20Speaker 2: crush on her.
- 2:21Speaker 1: She's beautiful. Just last year I saw a picture of her.
- 2:25Speaker 3: I saw a picture of her from just last year.
- 2:29Speaker 1: She looked so healthy and so gorgeous. What is happening here?
- 2:35Speaker 2: That's what you would look like if you got on
- 2:36Speaker 2: the ozempic.
- 2:37Speaker 3: I'm still thinking about I gotta drop like twenty pounds,
- 2:42Speaker 3: you do know, I'm gonna I'm gonna it's on sort
- 2:46Speaker 3: of I'm gonna commit one.
- 2:49Speaker 1: Where were we anyway? So we're gonna be talking about.
- 2:52Speaker 2: We're gonna be offensive. She's gonna body shavey what it.
- 2:55Speaker 1: Was, and that's what it is, body shaving people. They
- 2:58Speaker 1: all wanted me to body share people. It's like I
- 3:00Speaker 1: can't listen to them. Obviously we're giving them what they want,
- 3:03Speaker 1: but I'm also not going to be super sensitive about it.
- 3:06Speaker 1: I'm just gonna be me.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Yeah, Can I be me? Can we live our truth?
- 3:09Speaker 1: Thanks Jesus crackers.
- 3:13Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:13Speaker 1: So, if you're offended easily, you might want to find
- 3:15Speaker 1: yourself another dumpster. But if you're ready to be deeply
- 3:21Speaker 1: bored by the episode, not by us, Yeah no, no, no,
- 3:24Speaker 1: then welcome to this dumpster.
- 3:28Speaker 2: And if you like what we do over here and
- 3:29Speaker 2: think that we should make a trip up to Wisconsin

- 3:59Speaker 1: I have I have like tics, like you have to
- 4:02Speaker 1: be moving my body when I'm talking and or sitting.
- 4:04Speaker 1: And I apologize me too for everybody who notices, but
- 4:07Speaker 1: in particular this goddamn wig because I've got to cut
- 4:10Speaker 1: my bangs you do, and then I've got straggles?

- 4:36Speaker 1: Y'all are edging us.
- 4:37Speaker 2: It's so bad.
- 4:38Speaker 1: Turned and turned on, honey, we're almost there, almost there.
- 4:43Speaker 1: But anyway, anything you could do is truly deeply appreciated.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Do you it?
- 4:50Speaker 2: It's gonna be one of those episodes this week, y'all?
- 4:52Speaker 1: So without oh no, no no. Before we get into the recap,
- 4:55Speaker 1: I do have to ask you, after watching this riveting episode, oh,
- 5:00Speaker 1: did you have any takeaways, any thoughts, any feelings.
- 5:03Speaker 2: My takeaway is that I'm thirty. I'm gonna be thirty
- 5:07Speaker 2: in August.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Old, I'm old as fuck.
- 5:10Speaker 2: I'm old as fuck, and you know, respectfully, I don't
- 5:13Speaker 2: really want to watch nineteen year olds talk about their relationship.
- 5:16Speaker 2: Are we gonna get married?
- 5:19Speaker 1: Do you want to marry me?
- 5:20Speaker 2: I don't really. I'm not like heavily invested in their
- 5:23Speaker 2: relationship arc unless they're on a show like Temptation Hoe
- 5:27Speaker 2: Island and they're all fucking each other and they're all
- 5:30Speaker 2: being a bunch of degenerates. Yes, but like in terms
- 5:32Speaker 2: of wholesome, like normal, everyday nineteen year olds dating, I
- 5:36Speaker 2: don't want to watch it. I'm too old for that shit.
- 5:39Speaker 1: I get it.
- 5:40Speaker 2: That's my takeaway.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Yeah, so my takeaway, and I agree with your takeaway.
- 5:45Speaker 1: I am so and especially like it would be one thing.
- 5:48Speaker 1: If we're watching the unfolding love story of two truly scintillating,
- 5:53Speaker 1: beautiful and intelligent people, right who like have an ability
- 5:58Speaker 1: to dialogue or conversate. Kids say, yeah, they're conversating and
- 6:02Speaker 1: it's so it's so enlightening. Yeah, but that's not Isaac Honey,
- 6:07Speaker 1: and that's not Pooky Bear. It is hard to stay
- 6:10Speaker 1: awake watching this show is all. That's my takeaway. Yeah,
- 6:13Speaker 1: I'm falling asleep, yep. I am not only snoring, I'm twitching.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Yep.
- 6:17Speaker 1: I'm deep in an rim cycle and somebody needs to
- 6:21Speaker 1: get me the paddles bring me.
- 6:23Speaker 2: Back to the preview.
- 6:25Speaker 1: Back to the preview was pretty good.
- 6:27Speaker 2: The preview brought me out of my slumber.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Talk about edging me here yet before I could wake up.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Yeah, definitely.
- 6:35Speaker 1: So that was my takeaway. Good stuff. Yeah, without further Ado,
- 6:39Speaker 1: let's get into our entertainment. We're gonna turn this ship
- 6:43Speaker 1: into gold. Were like turns, bitch, ye turn this into
- 6:46Speaker 1: gold without any wait, Rubbel Skin, thank you, thank you.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Without any further Ado, let's get into the recap of
- 6:55Speaker 1: Welcome to Platfoll Season eight, Episode five and high Hopes.
- 7:01Speaker 2: I've got high hopes for the preview. That's what I'm
- 7:02Speaker 2: gonna say. Okay, not this episode. So we start off
- 7:06Speaker 2: in eastern Wisconsin with Ethan, who, if you recall, drove
- 7:11Speaker 2: overnight or something in his old man car to stalk
- 7:15Speaker 2: tagin literally till literally stock Teagan and try and win
- 7:20Speaker 2: her back. I guess he wants to prove to her
- 7:23Speaker 2: that he's serious about living in Wisconsin and he's serious
- 7:26Speaker 2: about her big old titties. He wants to be with her,
- 7:29Speaker 2: so this is how he's going to do it. So
- 7:30Speaker 2: we follow him to a florist shop where he's buying roses.
- 7:36Speaker 2: Who cares and I don't care at all.
- 7:38Speaker 1: He does not care.
- 7:39Speaker 2: Wants to drop off the roses somewhere where she'll pick
- 7:43Speaker 2: him up or something, but that doesn't end up happening.
- 7:47Speaker 2: And then at one point he is gonna call Kim.
- 7:52Speaker 1: He did call him.
- 7:54Speaker 2: He does call him.
- 7:55Speaker 1: He's like, I've got to call my goo goo gaga
- 7:58Speaker 1: mama so she can tell me what I should be
- 8:01Speaker 1: doing now that I'm here and I'm signing a lease
- 8:04Speaker 1: on an apartment. And Kim, shockingly, yeah, he's the voice
- 8:08Speaker 1: of reason here. She's telling Ethan like, does she know
- 8:13Speaker 1: you're in Wisconsin. No, does she know you're gonna be
- 8:17Speaker 1: signing aalise on an apartment?
- 8:18Speaker 2: No?
- 8:19Speaker 1: Don't you think maybe you should text her give her
- 8:21Speaker 1: a heads up. Maybe just say hey, tomorrow at the park,
- 8:25Speaker 1: I've got a little gifty poof for you, come and
- 8:28Speaker 1: get it, so that she at least has an idea
- 8:31Speaker 1: of what to expect of something that's going on. And
- 8:34Speaker 1: I'm like, Kim, this is the sun that you raise. Yeah,
- 8:37Speaker 1: he absolutely has no relationship skills whatsoever.
- 8:41Speaker 2: And like, you know, I could give him the benefit
- 8:44Speaker 2: of the doubt for one second where I'm like, maybe
- 8:47Speaker 2: it could be a grand romantic gesture. Maybe if you
- 8:50Speaker 2: guys ended things on good terms. And she was just like, well,
- 8:54Speaker 2: I can't like be with you if you're going to
- 8:55Speaker 2: be in kro like maybe in a Roman to See book. Okay,
- 9:00Speaker 2: in a completely made up world, this could work where Ethan.
- 9:06Speaker 1: Shows up to Wisconsin.
- 9:07Speaker 2: I've got an apartment, baby, I've decided, I've thought about it,
- 9:12Speaker 2: and I just can't be without you one more second.
- 9:17Speaker 2: But that's not what Ethan's doing. It comes off super
- 9:20Speaker 2: creepy and weird. Actually, I'm like kind of uncomfortable by it.
- 9:23Speaker 2: Because then we have Ethan like calling Teagan when he's
- 9:27Speaker 2: at the park and he's like, I've got something for
- 9:29Speaker 2: you and she's like what. He's like, well, I can't
- 9:31Speaker 2: tell you. I've just got something for you, so I'm
- 9:34Speaker 2: gonna have to see you at some point.
- 9:36Speaker 1: He doesn't tell her that. He says, you're gonna have
- 9:39Speaker 1: to come and get it. She's like, well, what do
- 9:42Speaker 1: you mean because you live in Georgia. I'm over here,
- 9:46Speaker 1: Like where am I going to come and get the thing?
- 9:48Speaker 1: And he's like, on that bench in the park that
- 9:52Speaker 1: we used to sit at. There's gonna be something there
- 9:54Speaker 1: for you. He ultimately ends up texting her because she
- 9:58Speaker 1: texts him after he calls her yeah, and she's like,
- 10:00Speaker 1: what the fuck is going on?
- 10:02Speaker 2: Can you give me like.
- 10:03Speaker 1: An in turbo creeped out dude? Yeah, So he texts
- 10:06Speaker 1: her on Kim's Advice and he's like, I've got some
- 10:09Speaker 1: flowers for you, which I bought the day before and
- 10:11Speaker 1: so now they're gonna be wilted. But I I've got
- 10:15Speaker 1: some flowers for you, going to leave it on our
- 10:16Speaker 1: special bench, and there's gonna be something else there for
- 10:20Speaker 1: you too. That's gonna be so good. It's my Dick
- 10:24Speaker 1: and my ball, my bang old I will be sitting
- 10:28Speaker 1: there with Monday and Ball. Yeah, so come and get it, honey.
- 10:32Speaker 2: This is what I'm saying. It's like if you wrote
- 10:34Speaker 2: this in like a romantic book or whatever, I'm sure
- 10:38Speaker 2: all the women on book talk would be like lapping
- 10:40Speaker 2: it up, being like it's so hot.
- 10:43Speaker 1: I r L And we're calling the popo, Like there's
- 10:48Speaker 1: this guy I used to date and he's here, I
- 10:51Speaker 1: think in Milwaukee. Why can't we say Milwaukee either?
- 10:54Speaker 4: Yeah, Wisconsin ice a lake exactly in Milwaukee, right, and
- 10:59Speaker 4: he's sleeping in his car, so like I think they
- 11:01Speaker 4: agree to meet the next day or something, right, and
- 11:03Speaker 4: like he ends up sleeping in his car.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Because the next morning, when he's got his coffee, it
- 11:08Speaker 1: feels like he's coming out of a holiday and express.
- 11:11Speaker 2: I hope so, because otherwise, if you're sleeping in your
- 11:14Speaker 2: car in this abandoned parking lot with.
- 11:15Speaker 1: A cameraman in the front seat, who's filming you sleeping
- 11:18Speaker 1: in your car? Like that's fucking weird, right, what's happening?
- 11:21Speaker 2: I just don't understand what timeline am I on?
- 11:23Speaker 1: Get me off of it. Cirn.
- 11:25Speaker 2: Can we change the time.
- 11:27Speaker 1: I need a portal, sir, open it up. I'll take
- 11:29Speaker 1: alien and everything.
- 11:30Speaker 2: I'll go to Arnica. It's fine.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Demons are okay to or the.
- 11:33Speaker 2: Miami Mall or Olivia Wilde shit. And so before Teagan
- 11:41Speaker 2: and Ethan's anticipated meeting, we shift gears to bury Plath.
- 11:48Speaker 1: Jesus, stop trying to make plaith Daddy a thing.
- 11:52Speaker 2: Oh my God, doing high intensity workouts in kro and
- 11:57Speaker 2: look his credit, God bless.
- 11:59Speaker 1: He looks right.
- 12:00Speaker 2: He looks great. He is fit. That's awesome.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Keep the hat on, keep that.
- 12:06Speaker 2: Don't show your head please. But then we have to
- 12:09Speaker 2: like interview some random like middle aged women at this
- 12:13Speaker 2: high intensity workout thing and they're like, oh my god,
- 12:16Speaker 2: Berry's so hot and he's like so muscular, and he's
- 12:19Speaker 2: a Plath Daddy. Like, we don't need that.
- 12:22Speaker 1: It's truly filler content. It really is a nothing burger
- 12:26Speaker 1: that nobody wants to see. I don't know what you're doing.
- 12:29Speaker 1: It's kind of hearkening back to those early seasons of
- 12:33Speaker 1: Sister Wives, which are just jam packed with banality. But
- 12:37Speaker 1: it was still interesting because they were polygamists and this
- 12:40Speaker 1: is their culture I'm interested.
- 12:42Speaker 2: But I am not interested when you don't have like
- 12:45Speaker 2: that culture of that like crazy religion and stuff. It's
- 12:48Speaker 2: just people doing random now.
- 12:50Speaker 1: It's just drunk people, unfaithful people. Yeah, ugly people, weird people,
- 12:54Speaker 1: robot people doing normal people things. Yeah. No, for real,
- 12:59Speaker 1: it's not it's not sinilated.
- 13:00Speaker 2: It's not entertaining TV content, not at all. So Okay, great, Berry,
- 13:05Speaker 2: that's awesome. You got big old arms guns. Great, that's fantastic. Next,
- 13:11Speaker 2: So then we move on to Mariah.
- 13:13Speaker 1: But I did want to just say that it just
- 13:17Speaker 1: irks me a little bit when you've got like all
- 13:20Speaker 1: of these people working out their CrossFit or whatever, and
- 13:24Speaker 1: then their personal trainer is morbidly obese. And I'm not
- 13:27Speaker 1: gonna be body shir I'm not gonna be. But I
- 13:29Speaker 1: think his name was Jason. He's in a bright pink shirt,
- 13:32Speaker 1: so I was drawn to the fact he's a block
- 13:34Speaker 1: of cheese, that he had a big old belly, and
- 13:37Speaker 1: you're not doing the exercises that you're telling everybody else
- 13:41Speaker 1: to do because you couldn't possibly do them. So are
- 13:43Speaker 1: we not supposed to call out Jason in the pink
- 13:45Speaker 1: shirt for being.
- 13:47Speaker 2: A lot of shape I wasn't gonna say anything because
- 13:49Speaker 2: I don't body shame people. Yeah, that's very nice and
- 13:52Speaker 2: very kind and very sensitive to other people's feelings. Okay,
- 13:55Speaker 2: but I did notice his big old cheese block of
- 13:58Speaker 2: a body. I mean he literally and like, what are
- 14:00Speaker 2: you doing?
- 14:01Speaker 1: And his assistant, the guy standing next to him, was
- 14:04Speaker 1: twice as obese. What's happening in Georgia?
- 14:09Speaker 2: Girl could not be me? But let's make Barry Plath
- 14:14Speaker 2: rotate tires around in the parking lot. Hey, I guess
- 14:17Speaker 2: we gotta get a thirst trap for mister Plath. I
- 14:19Speaker 2: love it again. I'm gonna send you his thirst traps
- 14:23Speaker 2: on Instagram because she's sending me. She's sending me the
- 14:25Speaker 2: most ridiculous thirst traps.
- 14:27Speaker 1: What well, I don't know how. I like, I get one.
- 14:30Speaker 1: What I get are like these what do you call them? Stud? Lesbians?
- 14:33Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 14:34Speaker 1: It was like tattoos, like there were mechanics something like
- 14:36Speaker 1: working on cars, but they seem hot. I mean like
- 14:39Speaker 1: if I were a lesbian, I'd be like, I'm into that.
- 14:43Speaker 1: Send it to you and I'm like, check this chick out,
- 14:46Speaker 1: And You're like, why are you sending me this fucking shit?
- 14:49Speaker 2: And I'm like, I don't know, she's hot, right, No,
- 14:53Speaker 2: And so then now I'm sending her young men thirst
- 14:56Speaker 2: traps and you're like thank you, and.
- 14:57Speaker 1: Like thank you in advance, don't stop so ridiculous.
- 15:01Speaker 2: I love it.
- 15:02Speaker 1: And so Daddy Plath is a thirst trap. He is
- 15:05Speaker 1: a thirst and I appreciate it. As a woman of
- 15:07Speaker 1: a third age, we like to see a yoked daddy.
- 15:10Speaker 2: For sure. So then we go to Montana and we
- 15:14Speaker 2: check in with Mariah. Yeah, and you know, this was
- 15:17Speaker 2: a fine segment. I don't want to be critical of Mariah.
- 15:19Speaker 2: She seems genuinely very happy. She talks about how she's
- 15:23Speaker 2: really worked on herself. She is very clear to say
- 15:27Speaker 2: like I'm not perfect, you know, I still got work
- 15:29Speaker 2: to do, like there's still improvement, but like, I'm genuinely
- 15:31Speaker 2: really happy here. I'm doing this thing all on my own.
- 15:35Speaker 2: And I loved that for her. I wish there was more.
- 15:38Speaker 2: I wish we could see where she's living, because I'm like,
- 15:40Speaker 2: are you a hobo sexual? Are you crashing on your
- 15:42Speaker 2: friend's couches? Do you got a boyfriend?
- 15:46Speaker 1: What do you do for work? Are you bartending? Are
- 15:49Speaker 1: there cowboys there? What do they look like? Be descriptive.
- 15:54Speaker 2: Can you find their Instagram handles like thank you?
- 15:57Speaker 1: But like, I want to know what's happening in her
- 15:59Speaker 1: life life. She's like in the prime of her life.
- 16:01Speaker 1: She's such a gorgeous girl. She's out there in Montana. God, like,
- 16:06Speaker 1: big Hi country. What are you doing out there? How's life?
- 16:11Speaker 1: What's the adventure look like? We get nothing. We get
- 16:13Speaker 1: her in Blackjack, who, by the way, can't walk on
- 16:15Speaker 1: a leash. I know, teach your dogs to walk.
- 16:18Speaker 2: I thought she took him to a training.
- 16:19Speaker 1: Care allegedly, but godless, Blackjack is beautiful. So she's walking
- 16:24Speaker 1: Blackjack in the forest. It does look wonderful.
- 16:27Speaker 2: It's gorgeous. It's such a jerrem.
- 16:29Speaker 1: But we learned nothing. No, we literally other than Ethan
- 16:32Speaker 1: and Isaac and their their prospective others are supposed to
- 16:37Speaker 1: be coming to Montana, yes.
- 16:38Speaker 2: Yeah, for a trip or whatever. And Mariah does say
- 16:42Speaker 2: that she did talk to Isaac about him breaking up
- 16:44Speaker 2: with Kaylin, and she basically told him in her nice,
- 16:47Speaker 2: older sister voice that hey, you fucked up, Yeah, dumbass,
- 16:52Speaker 2: Maybe get her back? Maybe do that? Okay, dummy, love
- 16:57Speaker 2: you by yep. And then we go on to where
- 17:00Speaker 2: we have Isaac and Kayln.
- 17:02Speaker 1: And I'm not buying it.
- 17:05Speaker 2: I'm just like, this is so boring.
- 17:06Speaker 1: I just feel like this is not a real storyline.
- 17:09Speaker 1: I can't be I don't feel like the original breakup,
- 17:12Speaker 1: first of all, was a big deal. I don't need
- 17:14Speaker 1: to know any of this. I don't care. But now
- 17:17Speaker 1: that you're making it my business, I don't believe it. It
- 17:19Speaker 1: seems fake, just so that you can have a storyline
- 17:22Speaker 1: where you're trying to get her back and she's already
- 17:24Speaker 1: yours for real. She loves you and she wants to
- 17:26Speaker 1: be with you, So why are we pretending that she's resisting.
- 17:29Speaker 1: I'm just like, what are we doing?
- 17:30Speaker 2: It just felt like they needed content, and so they're like, Okay,
- 17:34Speaker 2: we're going to make this storyline, but you guys breaking
- 17:37Speaker 2: up and then Isaac's going to be ruminating about it
- 17:39Speaker 2: for several episodes, and then he's going to have a
- 17:42Speaker 2: conversation with you in his truck and you guys are
- 17:45Speaker 2: gonna get back together. But like, we spent so much
- 17:47Speaker 2: time on their segment of them trying to get back
- 17:51Speaker 2: together and be like this is so stupid. It literally,
- 17:54Speaker 2: in like one sentence, Isaac's like, give me one more chance,
- 17:58Speaker 2: and she's like, I don't give second chances, but I'll
- 18:00Speaker 2: give you one.
- 18:01Speaker 1: I know my worth, I know how good I am.
- 18:05Speaker 2: You're gonna have to earn back your trips.
- 18:06Speaker 1: I'm like, yeah, I can't trust you right now, but I.
- 18:09Speaker 2: Love you though, but okay, okay, And then like the
- 18:12Speaker 2: next day they have a date in what was it
- 18:15Speaker 2: Kim's abandoned palace.
- 18:17Speaker 1: Yes, it's that that apartment that she lived in and
- 18:20Speaker 1: had Christmas in like the winter after she left Plaidaddy.
- 18:24Speaker 1: So now Isaac has a fuck pad where he can
- 18:26Speaker 1: take fooky Bear. But first we have to have a
- 18:29Speaker 1: special romantic date because he's cought on her. Yeah, he's
- 18:32Speaker 1: got to earn back her troth. So he's got roses
- 18:36Speaker 1: and he's got candle.
- 18:38Speaker 2: I did think this was sweet, like well provided, but
- 18:41Speaker 2: totally he didn't really do it. He can't be that
- 18:44Speaker 2: romantic at least. He's like twelve years old, like he
- 18:47Speaker 2: doesn't know anything about anything. But anyway, so they have
- 18:49Speaker 2: this like little paint by numbers thing that they do together,
- 18:52Speaker 2: and it's like so romantic, and Caitlin is so swooning
- 18:56Speaker 2: over him. She's like, oh my God, like he's doing
- 18:58Speaker 2: so good, it's like best. But what was interesting about
- 19:06Speaker 2: their date is that they did talk a teeny weeny
- 19:09Speaker 2: bit about Ethan and Tigan. And it was interesting because
- 19:13Speaker 2: I think it was Isaac that brought it up. Like,
- 19:16Speaker 2: you know, Ethan's been torn up about Teagan, he wants
- 19:18Speaker 2: to get back together with her, he's planning on moving
- 19:20Speaker 2: back to Wisconsin, he's gonna be sad his brother's leaving,
- 19:24Speaker 2: blah blah blah. And then we hear from Kayln that
- 19:28Speaker 2: apparently Teagan has said and done some things that she
- 19:32Speaker 2: does not agree with, but she ultimately wishes them the best.
- 19:36Speaker 2: So I'm like, Okay, are you trying to like insinuate, yes,
- 19:40Speaker 2: that Teagan is like a Veronica or all that.
- 19:45Speaker 1: I mean, absolutely insanity, But she's trying to imply that
- 19:49Speaker 1: Teagan has done something done something, which, of course, because
- 19:54Speaker 1: Kaylin didn't tell us exactly what Teagan did, I'm just
- 19:57Speaker 1: left here to think about what that possibly could be. Yeah,
- 20:00Speaker 1: And for whatever reason, I was taken right back to
- 20:03Speaker 1: some of Veronica's accusations, particularly around camgirling only fans and
- 20:10Speaker 1: sex work, which is real work. Sex work is real work.
- 20:14Speaker 1: But I'm just saying, I'm wondering whether after all of
- 20:17Speaker 1: that hullabaloo, maybe Ethan found.
- 20:19Speaker 2: Out that she had her titties.
- 20:21Speaker 1: I don't know, what do you live?
- 20:23Speaker 2: I could see that. I mean, it seemed like there
- 20:25Speaker 2: was something so like, either she did something to her,
- 20:28Speaker 2: Ethan cheated, she cheated, maybe she lied about something, or
- 20:32Speaker 2: maybe she was mean to him. I don't know. Because
- 20:34Speaker 2: Isaac also makes a comment about how like Ethan's gone
- 20:38Speaker 2: through a lot with his relationships, you know, and you know,
- 20:41Speaker 2: the family dealt with Olivia being a bitch for so
- 20:44Speaker 2: many years. That's what Isaac straight up said, which was
- 20:46Speaker 2: kind of funny to meat, but He's like, you know,
- 20:48Speaker 2: Olivia was a bitch for so many years, and now
- 20:50Speaker 2: we've got Teagan and this mess with Ethan, and I'm
- 20:53Speaker 2: just like, Okay, what happened? What happened? Though, Like because
- 20:56Speaker 2: from last year, seemed like Teagan was nice, seemed like
- 21:00Speaker 2: she was chilled, seemed like she was getting the shit
- 21:02Speaker 2: end of the stick with Veronica and all of the
- 21:04Speaker 2: rumors and stuff. So I'm kind of surprised to hear
- 21:07Speaker 2: this from Isaac and Pooky Bear, and now I'm kind
- 21:11Speaker 2: of like side eyeing Teagan. I'm like, okay, maybe you yeah, but.
- 21:14Speaker 1: I probably being filtered through Ethan maybe doesn't seem like
- 21:20Speaker 1: a very emotionally regulated person, and you would categorize Teagan
- 21:24Speaker 1: as being like the wrong one or having done something wrong.
- 21:28Speaker 1: So I don't trust that necessarily either.
- 21:30Speaker 2: And so then we go back to Wisconsin and it's
- 21:33Speaker 2: the anticipated meetup with Ethan and Teagan, which has been
- 21:38Speaker 2: dragged out all episode. Teagan arrives at the park where
- 21:43Speaker 2: Ethan has been sleeping in his car, and they meet
- 21:47Speaker 2: up in his car, but with the mics off, so
- 21:51Speaker 2: we don't get to hear their conversation. We don't get
- 21:52Speaker 2: to hear what they were saying to each other, but
- 21:55Speaker 2: we can assume that he confesses love to her and
- 22:00Speaker 2: maybe she gave him a hand job. Like I don't
- 22:03Speaker 2: know what happened in this car, but when they come
- 22:06Speaker 2: out of it, this is where it got very cringey
- 22:10Speaker 2: for me, because the vibe was off. You have Ethan
- 22:14Speaker 2: with his hair kind of ruffled and he's Brennan and
- 22:18Speaker 2: bushy tailed, like he got a hand job or something,
- 22:21Speaker 2: and he's like so happy, He's so happy for no
- 22:24Speaker 2: reason because they're not together. She doesn't want to get
- 22:28Speaker 2: back together with him. Teagan seems straight up grossed out
- 22:31Speaker 2: and disgusted.
- 22:32Speaker 1: Is the next day when they meet again at the lake,
- 22:34Speaker 1: because like it blurts, they talk in the car, Yeah,
- 22:37Speaker 1: the mics are off. They talk for an hour it
- 22:40Speaker 1: might have been the next day, and then they leave separately.
- 22:43Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 22:43Speaker 1: So then they come back the next morning and Teagan
- 22:46Speaker 1: is straight up in her pajamas, wearing like pajama slippers,
- 22:51Speaker 1: right at the lake, and she doesn't seem pleased. No,
- 22:55Speaker 1: she doesn't seem to appreciate all of the effort he
- 22:58Speaker 1: has gone to do I guess move to Wisconsin or whatever.
- 23:02Speaker 1: And so he's trying to have this conversation with her
- 23:04Speaker 1: out on the lake and it's supposed to be all romantic,
- 23:06Speaker 1: and he does look ruffled, he does, and again she's
- 23:08Speaker 1: in her pajamas. So I did wonder, like, did he
- 23:10Speaker 1: spend the night baying her place? Did they have sex?
- 23:14Speaker 1: But I don't know because based on the way that
- 23:17Speaker 1: Teagan was acting the next morning, she was not into Ethan,
- 23:22Speaker 1: not at all. She's like, yeah, no, I don't know
- 23:24Speaker 1: where he lives. He lives in Georgia.
- 23:26Speaker 2: He's supposed to be in Georgia's when she's supposed to.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Be in Georgia, like you go to Africa. I don't
- 23:31Speaker 1: know what Ethan's doing. It's Ethan Plath, like.
- 23:34Speaker 2: Okay, and she just seems like weirded out almost that
- 23:38Speaker 2: he did this, or like I would be.
- 23:41Speaker 1: I mean, how do you not talk to somebody and
- 23:44Speaker 1: tell them you're moving to their town and they're you're
- 23:47Speaker 1: gonna live there?
- 23:49Speaker 2: Well, and that's what I was saying at the top
- 23:50Speaker 2: of the episode, Like it depends on how they broke
- 23:53Speaker 2: up initially, because if they had like an amical breakup
- 23:57Speaker 2: and they just broke up because of distance, oh my god,
- 23:59Speaker 2: like I can do it, you know, like, oh I
- 24:01Speaker 2: still love you though, but like we can't do the distance,
- 24:04Speaker 2: then maybe it would not be as weird for Ethan
- 24:08Speaker 2: to make this grand gesture.
- 24:09Speaker 1: But there seems to be hard feelings on Teagan's part,
- 24:13Speaker 1: like she seems to be cold, yeah, and upset actually
- 24:17Speaker 1: that he's there. Yeah, she had no idea and like, well,
- 24:19Speaker 1: what do you expect me to do? Like I'm not
- 24:22Speaker 1: gonna believe anything you tell me. He can tell you actually.
- 24:24Speaker 2: Do it, she seemed like mad. So she says that
- 24:27Speaker 2: when they broke up, she told him there were two
- 24:30Speaker 2: deal breakers. One you need to live here otherwise we
- 24:33Speaker 2: can't be together. And two, you can't be married to
- 24:36Speaker 2: that hoe ass Olivia anymore, period. And that's fair, that's
- 24:40Speaker 2: totally fair, because she's got a kid and she can't
- 24:42Speaker 2: just be like wasting her time with this guy who's
- 24:44Speaker 2: still legally married to Olivia. And so now we have
- 24:47Speaker 2: Ethan making this grand gesture about I'm gonna get an
- 24:49Speaker 2: apartment and I'm gonna move here, but he's still married
- 24:52Speaker 2: to exactly, so it doesn't make any sense. And so
- 24:56Speaker 2: I can kind of understand why Tiga would be annoyed
- 24:59Speaker 2: with him because because it's like, why are you making
- 25:01Speaker 2: this grand gesture when you haven't done all of the
- 25:05Speaker 2: things that I am. That's it, Yeah, that's literally it.
- 25:08Speaker 2: And like, yeah, you can move here and that's fine,
- 25:10Speaker 2: but you're still fucking legally married to Olivia, So can
- 25:13Speaker 2: you get that divorce already because it's been several years.
- 25:15Speaker 2: So it just doesn't make any sense. The vibe for
- 25:18Speaker 2: me felt so uncomfortable because Ethan seems so happy, Like
- 25:24Speaker 2: I said, bride eyedem bushy tailed, he's got a smile,
- 25:26Speaker 2: on his face. He thinks that this is a good thing,
- 25:29Speaker 2: and Tacan is like disgusted. She's not even into him.
- 25:34Speaker 2: She's not happy, she's not really smiling.
- 25:36Speaker 1: Like if I'm into you, like if I want to
- 25:39Speaker 1: have a future with you, even if I'm playing a
- 25:41Speaker 1: little bit hard to get so that you can do
- 25:43Speaker 1: all the things you need to do, Like I'm not
- 25:45Speaker 1: showing up to the rendezvous in my pajamas, yeah, with
- 25:49Speaker 1: no makeup on, with my hair undig right, with my
- 25:52Speaker 1: like footy slippers. I'm gonna put my best foot forward,
- 25:55Speaker 1: but yeah, I'm gonna make you want to want all
- 25:58Speaker 1: that I got. So she just seemed like overdo And
- 26:02Speaker 1: actually I would prefer if you didn't move here and
- 26:05Speaker 1: you hauled your ass back to kro Well.
- 26:07Speaker 2: And my vibe two was like, if she's not ready
- 26:10Speaker 2: to get back together with him, and if they didn't
- 26:12Speaker 2: spend the night together after their little private meetup, maybe
- 26:17Speaker 2: she's got a boyfriend.
- 26:18Speaker 1: I was thinking, this is a woman who has moved on.
- 26:21Speaker 2: Yeah, and she's like grossed out by it now because she's.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Like, well that's how women get right, Yes.
- 26:27Speaker 2: Like I fuck somebody else and they were way better
- 26:29Speaker 2: than you. Ethan, So why are you here?
- 26:33Speaker 4: Right?
- 26:33Speaker 1: And it's never gonna have a job, yeah, place to live,
- 26:36Speaker 1: and they don't sleep in their car. They're not essentially
- 26:39Speaker 1: an unhoused person trying to court me and stuff.
- 26:42Speaker 2: Right, And they're also not like still legally married to
- 26:45Speaker 2: their ex wife.
- 26:45Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 26:46Speaker 2: Yeah, so I don't know. This very awkward is super
- 26:49Speaker 2: weird to me, awkward girdle. I thought that they were
- 26:53Speaker 2: going to get back together in this season because these
- 26:55Speaker 2: episodes were kind of leading up to that. But now
- 26:59Speaker 2: that we see them together, I'm like, ooh, big yikes.
- 27:03Speaker 2: And then we get to the preview for the rest
- 27:05Speaker 2: of the season, and this is where I woke up,
- 27:08Speaker 2: don't shit the bed, where I came back to my consciousness.
- 27:12Speaker 2: So there's a lot of things in this preview we'll
- 27:14Speaker 2: try to hit all of them. We have the family
- 27:17Speaker 2: gathering at the farm, and this kind of leads into
- 27:20Speaker 2: this like conversation or confrontation with I think Zach and Lydia.
- 27:26Speaker 1: Yeah, and Kim and Kim. And somebody asks Kim, is
- 27:31Speaker 1: this going to be a bad conversation?
- 27:33Speaker 2: Yeah? She gives Mariah and she's like, yeah, and it's
- 27:35Speaker 2: going to be a bad conversation.
- 27:36Speaker 1: So I'm like, Okay, something's happened.
- 27:38Speaker 2: What does that mean? Did you and Ken break up?
- 27:40Speaker 4: Please?
- 27:41Speaker 3: Please?
- 27:42Speaker 2: And then we also have Barry who's dating a very
- 27:45Speaker 2: attractive blonde lady or something. Well we can't see her face, yeah,
- 27:49Speaker 2: but he thinks she's very attractive, but he tells her
- 27:52Speaker 2: that she's very attractive. Then the family goes to Montana
- 27:55Speaker 2: and we have Teagan coming along with Ethan and it's
- 27:59Speaker 2: fucking awkward.
- 28:00Speaker 1: Hell, she doesn't seem happy to be there. She's on
- 28:03Speaker 1: her phone, she doesn't want to be around Ethan. She's like,
- 28:06Speaker 1: oh my god, Ethan, you're standing too close to me.
- 28:08Speaker 1: Leave me alone. Yeah, okay, Taken, why did you go
- 28:11Speaker 1: to Montana?
- 28:11Speaker 3: Then?
- 28:12Speaker 2: And I think Kaylin calls this out and she's like, well,
- 28:14Speaker 2: if you're coming on this trip with your ex boyfriend
- 28:17Speaker 2: that you don't plan on getting back together with, and like,
- 28:19Speaker 2: why are you here? Yeah? Hell? Yeah, Like what the hell?
- 28:23Speaker 2: So it seems very weird. I do look forward to
- 28:25Speaker 2: seeing that trip because I love some tension myself. Then
- 28:29Speaker 2: we have Kim going to fake therapy and she's talking
- 28:31Speaker 2: about her druma yeah, And then we also have Kim
- 28:36Speaker 2: talking to Lydia in the car. Lydia out this was wild,
- 28:41Speaker 2: this was crazy. So she kim asks Lydia, hey, I've
- 28:45Speaker 2: been here in some rumors that you're like telling people
- 28:48Speaker 2: that they're not godly enough, bitch, and Lydia is.
- 28:51Speaker 1: Like shocked, shocked. Pikachu like uh.
- 28:54Speaker 2: Oh m G. Then we have Zach saying, I guess
- 28:59Speaker 2: he's saying something about Teagan that pisses her off. It
- 29:04Speaker 2: seems like no, no, no.
- 29:05Speaker 1: He says something to Ethan about talking about money and Teagan.
- 29:11Speaker 1: Ethan takes that bone back to Teagan in the car
- 29:15Speaker 1: and says, oh, by the way, Zach said this about you,
- 29:17Speaker 1: and Tigan's like, I don't like that. That pisses me off.
- 29:20Speaker 1: And then we have some sort of a confrontation with
- 29:23Speaker 1: the family in.
- 29:24Speaker 2: Zach Yeah, because Zach needs to speak up about something,
- 29:28Speaker 2: and so they have a whole family meeting.
- 29:30Speaker 1: If it's wrong, I've got to address it.
- 29:31Speaker 2: And then he like cries about it or something. It's
- 29:34Speaker 2: so weird. Mariah in the family meeting, I think says,
- 29:38Speaker 2: you know, it's kind of hard to like have a
- 29:40Speaker 2: conversation with somebody who's like giving you a list of
- 29:42Speaker 2: everything that you're doing.
- 29:44Speaker 1: Wrong, giving us the impression as raccoon's in a dumpster
- 29:47Speaker 1: that Zach and Lydia, with their fucking Bible are just
- 29:51Speaker 1: going from family member to family member telling everybody what
- 29:54Speaker 1: they're doing wrong and the most judgment judgmental way possible,
- 29:58Speaker 1: like what under what the do you think that that's
- 30:01Speaker 1: okay to do? Oh? Yeah, the Christian theory, right, that's right.
- 30:03Speaker 2: That tracks and then Zach gets upset because he feels
- 30:07Speaker 2: like he's a problem for the whole family.
- 30:09Speaker 1: Guess it's me. I guess I'm the problem, and.
- 30:12Speaker 2: He like tears up and then he says, you know,
- 30:14Speaker 2: like what am I supposed to like wrestle all the
- 30:16Speaker 2: boys and stuff? Is that what you need for people? Yes?
- 30:21Speaker 2: Which kind of made me laugh honestly, And so he said, uh,
- 30:25Speaker 2: I think it was Ethan saying that it was hard
- 30:28Speaker 2: for them to like get to know him or something
- 30:30Speaker 2: or like that. Zach is making it hard for them
- 30:33Speaker 2: to get to know him. So this is going to
- 30:35Speaker 2: be interesting. It seems like Zach's going to be a problem.
- 30:37Speaker 1: Yeah, I think Isaac in this conversation conversation is calling
- 30:41Speaker 1: out Lydia and Zach talking about other members of the
- 30:45Speaker 1: family because if you recall what you probably don't because
- 30:47Speaker 1: you're probably not watching because it's only me and Beadrice.
- 30:50Speaker 1: But like in the first family meeting that they had,
- 30:52Speaker 1: Lydia and Zach were taking everybody to task for like
- 30:56Speaker 1: talking about other members of the family. But apparently this
- 30:59Speaker 1: entire time throughout this season, that's what Zach and Lydia
- 31:02Speaker 1: have been doing. And so they're calling Zach and Lydia
- 31:05Speaker 1: out on it, which I'm gonna love a little bit.
- 31:09Speaker 2: I've got thoughts about it because I'm like I could
- 31:11Speaker 2: see a world. Yeah, Zach and Lydia are being bitches
- 31:15Speaker 2: to everybody and being super pious and calling everybody out
- 31:19Speaker 2: for not being godly enough because they're turbo Christian and
- 31:22Speaker 2: you know, Kim's a degenerate alcoholic, and Mariah's got tattoos,
- 31:25Speaker 2: and Micah is bisexual, and you know Ethan's angered. You know,
- 31:30Speaker 2: maybe more like we were talking before we recorded, you
- 31:34Speaker 2: had talked about like the family always has a target,
- 31:37Speaker 2: So now is Zach just the new target? Is he
- 31:41Speaker 2: making himself the target?
- 31:42Speaker 1: So here's my theory and here's my vibration about it.
- 31:47Speaker 1: Your psychic Yeah, I feel like it could be a
- 31:50Speaker 1: combination of both, but I'm honestly airing on the side
- 31:54Speaker 1: of Zach is pulling some fuck shit and that both
- 31:58Speaker 1: Lydia and Zach are probably pretty judgmental. And I also
- 32:02Speaker 1: want to underscore my previous theory that he's like a
- 32:06Speaker 1: fucking clout goblin, totally like that. He is here in
- 32:09Speaker 1: Tallahassee being a tennis coach or something like that, or
- 32:12Speaker 1: working at a coffee shop, whatever he's doing, because he
- 32:14Speaker 1: truly ultimately wants to be on television and he wants
- 32:18Speaker 1: the fame of it, and so he's trying to insert
- 32:20Speaker 1: himself into all of these different things that are happening
- 32:23Speaker 1: in the family. But he's doing it by way of judgment,
- 32:26Speaker 1: which is what you learn in the church. You learn
- 32:28Speaker 1: to judge other people, although you're not supposed to do that.
- 32:31Speaker 1: So I think it's going to be great. I think
- 32:33Speaker 1: I think he's actually probably a little bit of an asshole.
- 32:36Speaker 1: But also, as soon as you show yourself to be
- 32:38Speaker 1: an asshole in this family, you will become a target.
- 32:42Speaker 2: They will call you out on it. That's what the
- 32:43Speaker 2: Plaths do, So they shy from those family meetings. No,
- 32:47Speaker 2: they are not so I'm looking forward to it. I
- 32:49Speaker 2: was bored as funny in this episode and last week too,
- 32:52Speaker 2: and last week it was super boring.
- 32:54Speaker 1: What's the raccoon to do? I mean, really besides sleep
- 32:57Speaker 1: and drink. For real, I needed to get better.
- 33:00Speaker 2: I want it to get better. The preview is giving
- 33:02Speaker 2: me some hope.
- 33:02Speaker 1: And we haven't gotten have we gotten? No, we haven't
- 33:05Speaker 1: gotten to the conversation between Kim and Ken about how
- 33:09Speaker 1: fat she is and how he's not sexually attracted to
- 33:12Speaker 1: her with his little racist penis. He's like, my racist
- 33:16Speaker 1: penis needs you to lose about one hundred pounds so
- 33:20Speaker 1: it can get excited to couple with you. But until then,
- 33:24Speaker 1: I'm going to be racist over here with my one eye.
- 33:27Speaker 2: Well maybe that's the conversation with the family.
- 33:30Speaker 1: I think it's probably verbatim.
- 33:32Speaker 2: Maybe she's Ken broke up with me because I'm fat.
- 33:34Speaker 1: As fun terrible reviews on Apple. Oh no, but it's true,
- 33:45Speaker 1: Like all of the audacity in the world is what
- 33:47Speaker 1: Ken Palmer has with his fucking jukebox dude, the audacity
- 33:52Speaker 1: that you would have to live in another man's home
- 33:55Speaker 1: after having an adulterous affair with his bowling ball of
- 33:59Speaker 1: a way, Kim getting her drum, leading her on the
- 34:04Speaker 1: pathway to indulgence and debauchery, so much so that she
- 34:07Speaker 1: wraps her car around a tree. Yeah, I mean, and
- 34:10Speaker 1: then you move into the house.
- 34:12Speaker 3: Yeah, and you needna tell her she's fat right walking
- 34:14Speaker 3: around fast?
- 34:15Speaker 1: Fuck yourself giving away her juicer, you bitch. He can't
- 34:19Speaker 1: even can get a fucking job, dude, get a job
- 34:22Speaker 1: with your little racists retired, get your own fucking house
- 34:26Speaker 1: for real. God, anyway, that's what I'd like to see.
- 34:31Speaker 1: That's that would make this show peak anything. Talk is
- 34:35Speaker 1: better than this episode.
- 34:37Speaker 2: For sure, So hopefully next week is better because maybe
- 34:40Speaker 2: we'll actually get into some of the stuff that we've
- 34:42Speaker 2: seen in the preview. I'm looking forward to seeing how
- 34:45Speaker 2: Zach is causing drama in the family.
- 34:48Speaker 1: Just his face causes drama for me. His little mouth,
- 34:51Speaker 1: it's got such a little baby mouth, like a dollmouth.
- 34:54Speaker 2: Well, I'm just like audacity of this little feminine man.
- 34:58Speaker 1: Well, I love a feminine I do too, but this like.
- 35:02Speaker 2: Feminine men to be Like, I'm not gay and I'm
- 35:04Speaker 2: gonna cause issues in the van.

- 35:07Speaker 2: I'm gonna tell you that you're not being godly enough
- 35:09Speaker 2: because I'm godly because I stick my penis.
- 35:12Speaker 1: In actual vagina, in an actual vagina, So I have
- 35:16Speaker 1: the authority to tell you guys how to live your lives. Duh,
