Speaker 2: Hi Catherine, Hi Chelsea. How are you?
• 1:17
  Speaker 3: Oh good?
• 1:18
Speaker 1: We just came back from a helly ski trip that
• 1:21
  Speaker 1: was really fun.
• 1:22
Speaker 4: Oh so, are you like dropping out of the helicopter
• 1:25
  Speaker 4: into the snow.
• 1:27
Speaker 1: Yes, yes, basically, but you're not jumping out in your skis.
• 1:31
Speaker 1: You jump out of the helicopter and then the guide
• 1:34
Speaker 1: has your skis in like a little basket on the side,
• 1:37
Speaker 1: so it's quite dramatic. Actually, you have to like sit
• 1:40
Speaker 1: there and get down while the helicopter takes off, and
• 1:42
Speaker 1: then snow swirls around and you're on the top of
• 1:45
Speaker 1: a fucking mountain once he leaves, so then you have
• 1:47
Speaker 1: to ski down and you have no choice.
• 1:49
Speaker 4: There are times I worry about your physical safety.
• 1:52
Speaker 1: And there are times where I worry about my physical safety.
• 1:55
Speaker 1: I was with my whistler starting for We went to
• 1:58
Speaker 1: Bellacoola Helley skiing. It was just so ridiculous and fun,
• 2:02
Speaker 1: and we shot my birthday video and I definitely got hypothermia,
• 2:06
Speaker 1: so there's that. And then we tore the lodge up.
• 2:09
  Speaker 5: We were there.
• 2:10
Speaker 1: It was like being on safari, but in snow and
• 2:13
Speaker 1: We had one day where we couldn't ski because of weather,
• 2:15
Speaker 1: so that led to drinking and you know other things,
• 2:18
Speaker 1: and we just really tore that place apart. And I
• 2:22
Speaker 1: just want to say thank you to Bellakula because they
• 2:25
Speaker 1: invited us and it was a home run of a trip.
• 2:28
Speaker 1: And now I'm getting ready to go home to start.
• 2:30
Speaker 1: I'm going home for LA so I can pack for
• 2:32
Speaker 1: my tour and I start this weekend with DC, Atlantic
• 2:35
  Speaker 1: City and Virginia.
• 2:37
Speaker 4: Yeah, you're doing a bunch of traveling these are you going?
• 2:40
Speaker 4: You're not going to the Olympics, are you?
• 2:41
Speaker 1: No, I'm not going to the Land.
• 2:42
  Speaker 2: I gotta pop.
• 2:43
Speaker 4: By this time, I know you had mentioned it was
• 2:45
Speaker 4: you had threatened it could happen.
• 2:47
Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm going to go for my birthday. I've decided
• 2:49
Speaker 1: to go to Finland and I'm gonna Yes, I'm going
• 2:53
Speaker 1: to go ski under the northern lights hopefully or we're
• 2:56
Speaker 1: going to see the northern lights. I'm going with one
• 2:58
Speaker 1: of my man friends, my only man friend, I shouldn't.
• 3:02
Speaker 2: Say one of my only current man friends, my.
• 3:04
Speaker 1: Current cowboy man friend. Yeah.
• 3:07
Speaker 2: That's excellent. I'm so excited for you. How are you?
• 3:10
  Speaker 1: What's happening?
• 3:12
Speaker 4: I'm good. I'm feeling better. You know, penetration is back
• 3:15
Speaker 4: in actions, so oh wow, Yeah, things are doing great.
• 3:19
Speaker 4: My marriage is wonderful good. You know, I don't know
• 3:22
Speaker 4: what happened. He's in therapy and like he's just been
• 3:24
Speaker 4: so patient with me lately.
• 3:26
  Speaker 2: It's really nice. I gotta talk you nice. That's a
• 3:28
Speaker 2: man in therapy. Green flags all around.
• 3:30
Speaker 5: We love to see it.
• 3:31
Speaker 1: Yeah, if we could only just get every man in therapy,
• 3:34
Speaker 1: then we'd be all set and every woman obviously, but
• 3:36
Speaker 1: I think men have a lot more to work out,
• 3:39
  Speaker 1: and they do.
• 3:39
Speaker 4: They need the upgrade as you have, as you have
• 3:42
Speaker 4: called it. I'm so excited about our guest today. She
• 3:45
Speaker 4: is just a wonderful human being.
• 3:47
Speaker 1: Our guest today is an author, teacher, speaker, and psychic medium.
• 3:53
Speaker 1: Her newest book is called Guided, The Secret Path to
• 3:56
Speaker 1: an Illuminated Life, which is out now. Please welcome, my
• 3:59
Speaker 1: very Are you good friend, Laura Lynn Jackson? Okay, yay,
• 4:03
Speaker 1: we're here with Laura Lynn Jackson. You guys. She has
• 4:06
Speaker 1: a new book out. It's called Guided, The Secret Path
• 4:09
Speaker 1: to an Illuminated Life. She's a New York Times bestselling
• 4:13
Speaker 1: author also signs. She wrote signs from the universe.
• 4:16
Speaker 5: Right, the special language of the universe.
• 4:18
Speaker 1: The secret language signs, the secret language of the universe.
• 4:21
Speaker 1: You've got it, okay, Laura Lyn Jackson has I've been
• 4:23
Speaker 1: friends with you for probably fifteen fifteen years. I talk
• 4:27
Speaker 1: about you on this podcast all the time. You've helped
• 4:30
Speaker 1: me in so many times in my life. I remember
• 4:32
Speaker 1: when I broke up with Joe Coy. I called her
• 4:35
Speaker 1: to see like if it was a permanent breakup or
• 4:38
Speaker 1: if it was a temporary breakup. And first of all,
• 4:41
Speaker 1: you're so comforting, but she always she said, this is
• 4:44
Speaker 1: really about you taking your highest path possible. She said,
• 4:49
Speaker 1: so any anger, anything you feel, just I just want
• 4:52
Speaker 1: you to rise up, like this is not about you know,
• 4:57
Speaker 1: reacting or or getting angry or you know. Of course
• 5:00
Speaker 1: I was upset at the time, but she gave me
• 5:03
Speaker 1: the most powerful advice. Because I literally took that to
• 5:06
Speaker 1: heart every single day. I was like, I am above
• 5:09
Speaker 1: I am above the noise of this. I am going
• 5:11
Speaker 1: to rise above this and act with grace and dignity
• 5:14
Speaker 1: and not talk badly about anybody or say anything negative.
• 5:18
Speaker 1: And then she said, and you're going to hear from him,
• 5:21
Speaker 1: And she gave me a three day window, like six
• 5:25
Speaker 1: months from that point. She gave me a three day window,
• 5:29
Speaker 1: and she goes, you're going to hear from him in
• 5:32
Speaker 1: that three day window six months later, which by the time,
• 5:34
Speaker 1: by that point, you know, I had forgot about it.
• 5:37
Speaker 1: But in that time I didn't hear from him, but
• 5:41
Speaker 1: I did hear from someone very close to him about
• 5:44
Speaker 1: him in that timeframe. And that's just one of the
• 5:47
Speaker 1: times that you have been so dead on about stuff
• 5:50
Speaker 1: with me. And we have a lot of mutual friends
• 5:52
Speaker 1: who you've helped too. And then there's other example that
• 5:55
Speaker 1: I want to share is I was going through a
• 5:58
Speaker 1: really difficult time when I started getting back going to
• 6:00
Speaker 1: stand up, like selling my specials for I did my
• 6:03
Speaker 1: first one with HBO. Then I was shopping the second
• 6:06
Speaker 1: one and everyone was passing on it and I was like, whoa, whoa, whoa,
• 6:11
Speaker 1: what do you mean you're passing on me? Like I
• 6:13
Speaker 1: feel like I'm like legends, Like what I'm like, wait, wait, wait,
• 6:17
Speaker 1: nobody thanks, nobody wants my special. I couldn't believe it,
• 6:20
Speaker 1: and I called you, and I was so upset. I'm like,
• 6:22
Speaker 1: maybe my career is over. This is like four or
• 6:24
  Speaker 1: five years ago.
• 6:25
Speaker 2: It's like the one that you self produced and everything.
• 6:27
Speaker 1: Yeah, I paid for it, and then I ended up
• 6:29
Speaker 1: paying for it and then I was like, I'll just
• 6:32
Speaker 1: sell it once it's made. And Laura said to me
• 6:35
Speaker 1: and Netflix had passed on it. Netflix said we don't
• 6:38
Speaker 1: we can't afford Chelsea's Special or something like that, which
• 6:41
Speaker 1: was whatever and I and I was like, well, I've
• 6:44
Speaker 1: got to get it on a platform. And Laura goes,
• 6:46
Speaker 1: Netflix is going to change their mind and they're going
• 6:48
Speaker 1: to come back around, and I said, they've already passed
• 6:50
Speaker 1: and she said they're going to come back around and
• 6:53
Speaker 1: guess what. Out of the blue, Netflix called and said,
• 6:55
Speaker 1: we want to buy your special. So two examples out
• 6:58
Speaker 1: of a million. So anyway, thank you and welcome to
• 7:02
  Speaker 1: the podcast.
• 7:02
Speaker 5: Thank you so much for having men here. I just
• 7:04
Speaker 5: love being in conversation with you.
• 7:05
Speaker 1: Well, you're the best. I mean, you've helped so many people.
• 7:09
Speaker 1: You're such a warm and fuzzy person to have in
• 7:12
Speaker 1: your life. You have such maternal energy and you have
• 7:14
Speaker 1: such like divine, feminine, if you will, energy, and it's
• 7:20
Speaker 1: always very it comes from such a sincere place and
• 7:23
Speaker 1: it comes from such a place of love, and I
• 7:24
Speaker 1: know you and I know that you have the gift.
• 7:27
Speaker 1: So while there are many people who claim to have gifts,
• 7:29
Speaker 1: I think many people do actually naturally have, you know, intuitiveness,
• 7:32
Speaker 1: And it's about we all do kind of honing your skills, right,
• 7:36
Speaker 1: like really understanding how to Like if you practice something
• 7:39
Speaker 1: multiple times and for years, you're going to get good
• 7:43
Speaker 1: at that. And that's what you've done once you realize
• 7:46
Speaker 1: that you had a gift because you were in a
• 7:47
  Speaker 1: completely different career.
• 7:49
  Speaker 2: Yes I was.
• 7:49
Speaker 5: I was a teacher. Yeah, school English teacher.
• 7:51
Speaker 1: And high school English teacher. And how did you know
• 7:54
Speaker 1: that's something that you needed to head in a different direction.
• 7:58
Speaker 5: Yeah, I had no intention of leaving teaching. I actually
• 8:01
Speaker 5: loved it. I just felt so connected to all the students.
• 8:04
Speaker 5: I felt so fulfilled by it. It was just the
• 8:06
Speaker 5: most loving environment. I got to talk about literature and
• 8:09
Speaker 5: like inner struggles and outer struggles and inner victories and
• 8:12
Speaker 5: outer ones and all of that. Right, and this ability
• 8:16
Speaker 5: that I had just got so pronounced. After I had
• 8:19
Speaker 5: my first daughter, and I just started volunteering for an
• 8:23
Speaker 5: organization called Forever Family Foundation in secret, right, and I
• 8:26
Speaker 5: would just try and help people in grief, and then
• 8:29
Speaker 5: I volunteered to do a certain evening event and people
• 8:32
Speaker 5: from my school found out about it and we're like,
• 8:34
Speaker 5: is this you? And my husband's like, you have to
• 8:36
Speaker 5: go tell the principle. You might need to stop doing this.
• 8:39
Speaker 5: So I did tell the principle, but she was super
• 8:40
Speaker 5: supportive and loving about it. And shortly after that, I
• 8:43
Speaker 5: went and I sat on my hall duty and I
• 8:45
Speaker 5: got this insane download from the universe. It was like
• 8:47
Speaker 5: a seven hour conversation that took place in a millisecond,
• 8:51
Speaker 5: and they said to me, you're going to be writing
• 8:53
Speaker 5: a book. You're going to go be a teacher of
• 8:55
Speaker 5: this in the world, You're going to go be a speaker.
• 8:56
Speaker 5: This is going to go on TV. And I thought like, whoa.
• 9:00
Speaker 5: So when I get downloads like that, it's not an ask,
• 9:02
  Speaker 5: it's not a question, it's not a discussion, it's an absolute.
• 9:06
Speaker 5: So I came home and I told my husband. I
• 9:07
Speaker 5: was like, I'm gonna be writing a book and I'm
• 9:09
Speaker 5: gonna doing this, and he knows enough about this where
• 9:12
Speaker 5: he's like, Okay, let's embrace that. And within twenty four
• 9:15
Speaker 5: hours everything started lining up where I had somebody offering
• 9:19
Speaker 5: to be my agent, somebody offering to help, like with
• 9:21
Speaker 5: the writing process. It was an amazing It was such
• 9:24
Speaker 5: a beautiful nod from the universe, and so I wrote
• 9:26
Speaker 5: my first book. I took a leave of absence from teaching,
• 9:29
Speaker 5: and the moment I hit send on my first book
• 9:32
Speaker 5: to my editor, which you know, to share an editor
• 9:35
Speaker 5: Julie Grouse. She's amazing Julie Grouse and now Whitney Frick.
• 9:41
Speaker 5: I thought, of whom are so amazing, right, they are
• 9:43
Speaker 5: incredible editors, incredible people. But I hit send and I
• 9:46
Speaker 5: got a download for Signs, my second book, right, and
• 9:49
Speaker 5: I thought, okay, wow. I asked for an extended leave
• 9:52
Speaker 5: of absence and they're like, nope, you need to come
• 9:55
Speaker 5: back or you need to resign. And I had no
• 9:58
Speaker 5: idea what to do. So I waited for what I
• 10:01
Speaker 5: call my knowing and it took a while, and one
• 10:04
Speaker 5: day about I say, I got that directive from my
• 10:08
Speaker 5: district in February. And in July, mid July that year,
• 10:12
Speaker 5: I woke up from just being asleep and I had
• 10:14
Speaker 5: absolute clarity that I was leaving teaching, and I was
• 10:18
Speaker 5: really sad and at the same time really happy. So
• 10:21
Speaker 5: I sent him my notice at that point, and that's
• 10:24
Speaker 5: my story. Like I trust my journey. I think teaching
• 10:27
Speaker 5: was such a beautiful career for me, but I think
• 10:30
Speaker 5: what I'm doing here, I'm still teaching, and this is
• 10:32
Speaker 5: my calling. And I think it's so important to go
• 10:35
Speaker 5: really quiet sometimes within yourselves and find out what your
• 10:39
Speaker 5: soul is tugging you, to find out what you're being
• 10:42
Speaker 5: guided to, because there are all different paths we can
• 10:45
Speaker 5: take care like what you were just talking about when
• 10:47
Speaker 5: you and Joe broke up and you took this beautiful
• 10:49
Speaker 5: high path, like your highest path possible, in being so
• 10:52
Speaker 5: light filled and just being so pure in your own
• 10:56
Speaker 5: way of being. What you did in that moment you
• 10:59
Speaker 5: modeled for countless other people how to be so grounded
• 11:03
Speaker 5: in your own light in the midst of.
• 11:04
Speaker 1: Us and to break up them and to be vulnerable
• 11:08
Speaker 1: when I was heartbroken, to be vulnerable and not try
• 11:11
Speaker 1: to pretend anything else other than the reality was going on,
• 11:14
Speaker 1: which is something that you know, if you hadn't said
• 11:16
Speaker 1: that to me, I would have just protected myself and
• 11:19
Speaker 1: not shared anything. You know I was, and I was like, oh, yes,
• 11:24
Speaker 1: and you are one of the only people that I
• 11:26
Speaker 1: can hear talk about the universe and not want to
• 11:28
Speaker 1: throw up because I understand what this book is, which
• 11:33
Speaker 1: is a beautiful recollection of so many people's stories and
• 11:37
Speaker 1: anecdotes about them receiving messages from people who they love
• 11:41
Speaker 1: that loss. But when you really tune in to you,
• 11:45
Speaker 1: what you taught me is that when you really tune
• 11:47
Speaker 1: in to the universe and really accept the fails or
• 11:52
Speaker 1: the misses without letting it knock you over and just go, well,
• 11:57
Speaker 1: that's not meant to be. Literally, it's it's not meant
• 12:00
Speaker 1: to be, and let it go, then everything starts coming
• 12:04
Speaker 1: together in a much more universal way. You see the
• 12:07
Speaker 1: sign You see the signs, you know, like when you
• 12:10
Speaker 1: accept and you move into acceptance of any situation, everything
• 12:14
Speaker 1: starts to become easier.
• 12:16
Speaker 5: It's so true when you surrender that. And I think
• 12:19
Speaker 5: things that don't work out for us are profound lessons too,
• 12:23
Speaker 5: and they they build us and they shift us and
• 12:25
Speaker 5: they create us. But I want to say, too, when
• 12:28
Speaker 5: you were so willing to show your authenticity and vulnerability
• 12:32
Speaker 5: to everybody you were guiding people, here's the thing. We
• 12:35
Speaker 5: are all intertwined, like all our lives matter and all
• 12:40
Speaker 5: affect one another, and so What a great platform that
• 12:44
Speaker 5: was for everybody to witness your grace, your power, your
• 12:47
Speaker 5: light because it informed them on their own journeys. Right, yeah,
• 12:50
  Speaker 5: so beautiful.
• 12:51
  Speaker 6: Yeah.
• 12:51
Speaker 1: And I remember the next day because I had done
• 12:53
Speaker 1: glennon Doyle's and Abby's podcast we could Do Hard Things,
• 12:57
Speaker 1: and I just let it rip on that and I
• 12:59
Speaker 1: woke up the next morning and there were literally four
• 13:02
Speaker 1: thousand dms from people, I believe it saying thank you
• 13:05
Speaker 1: so much for being honest about your breakup, thank you
• 13:07
Speaker 1: for being vulnerable, and that in itself. Reading all of
• 13:10
Speaker 1: those dms was just healed me, Like I was healed.
• 13:14
Speaker 1: I was like, oh, I just put out my honesty
• 13:17
Speaker 1: and I got back like a whole big hug from
• 13:20
Speaker 1: the universe. So I'm we're going to say universe a
• 13:22
Speaker 1: lot in this episode, you guys, so bear with us.
• 13:25
Speaker 1: And then I will say, you know, with all my
• 13:27
Speaker 1: house drama that I've talked about on this podcast and
• 13:30
Speaker 1: all that mess, I definitely have shifted out of that
• 13:32
Speaker 1: energy phase. I've now understood like I had to go
• 13:36
Speaker 1: to my Orca, I had to be alone, I had
• 13:38
Speaker 1: to not drink for a few weeks, eat healthy workouts.
• 13:41
Speaker 1: But when I called her, which was more than once
• 13:44
Speaker 1: about this house. I was like, Laura, what is the lesson?
• 13:48
Speaker 1: Why is this going on with so much money? So
• 13:51
  Speaker 1: I'm never I don't have a home. It's been four years.
• 13:54
  Speaker 5: It felt so.
• 13:55
Speaker 1: Taken advantage of. And what did you tell me? Every
• 13:58
Speaker 1: time I don't know what it is, you told me.
• 14:01
Speaker 5: That's funny. You told me for me, it comes through me.
• 14:04
Speaker 1: She said, this is me, She said repeatedly, this is
• 14:07
Speaker 1: not your lesson. This is someone, This is not your dharma.
• 14:12
Speaker 1: You're just here as a vessel. This is not your lesson.
• 14:14
Speaker 1: And I'm like as a vessel, and she said, because
• 14:17
Speaker 1: you a you can get through this. You can afford
• 14:20
Speaker 1: all of this, so it's better like it's happening to
• 14:23
Speaker 1: you because you can absorb it. And and it's not
• 14:26
Speaker 1: about you. It's about other people within this situation lessons.
• 14:29
Speaker 5: And what they were navigating or not doing a good
• 14:32
  Speaker 5: job navigating, right.
• 14:33
Speaker 1: And the first time I didn't hear you, I was like,
• 14:35
Speaker 1: that doesn't make any sense. And then the second time
• 14:37
Speaker 1: I did, because I was in my Orca and we
• 14:39
Speaker 1: spoke briefly will audio message back and forth, and she
• 14:42
Speaker 1: said it and it clicked because I was in a
• 14:44
Speaker 1: space to hear it where I was finally calm and relaxed,
• 14:48
Speaker 1: and I was like, this isn't the end of the world,
• 14:50
Speaker 1: you know. Okay, So I want to talk about one
• 14:53
Speaker 1: of the stories in your introduction, which is about a doctor,
• 14:56
Speaker 1: and so I want you to tell us this story
• 14:59
Speaker 1: the book with this beautiful universal connection between two souls.
• 15:04
Speaker 5: Yeah, so tell us the story. So the book opens
• 15:08
Speaker 5: with a really quick snapshot of two stories. It's like,
• 15:10
Speaker 5: I want to tell you two stories. The first is
• 15:13
Speaker 5: takes place in nineteen eighty one, and it's a doctor
• 15:16
Speaker 5: who has a premature little baby he's caring for, and
• 15:21
Speaker 5: there's a fifty to fifty chance this baby may survive.
• 15:23
Speaker 5: But this doctor is so committed he just stays overnight.
• 15:26
Speaker 5: He doesn't sleep, He's so focused on willing this little
• 15:31
Speaker 5: baby to live. And the baby does live. That's the
• 15:34
Speaker 5: first happy story. The second story takes place thirty years later,
• 15:38
Speaker 5: and there's a man driving an SUV down the highway
• 15:41
Speaker 5: in California and suddenly semi tractor truck comes out of
• 15:46
Speaker 5: nowhere slams into him his car. His SUV's pinned against
• 15:50
Speaker 5: the wall and it catches fire. He can't get out,
• 15:54
Speaker 5: but so luckily there are paramedics coming back from a
• 15:57
Speaker 5: call nearby, and they just happen to be there at
• 16:00
Speaker 5: the right time, and they extinguish the fire, they get
• 16:03
Speaker 5: the jaws of life, get him out, and the man lives.
• 16:06
Speaker 5: But the thing is, it's not two separate stories. It's
• 16:09
Speaker 5: the same one. Because the man in the suv is
• 16:12
Speaker 5: the doctor Michael Shannon, who had saved the premature baby's life,
• 16:16
Speaker 5: and the EMT who saves him is Chris Troki, the
• 16:20
Speaker 5: premature baby whose life he had saved thirty years before.
• 16:23
Speaker 5: And that is just a really quick snapshot of the
• 16:25
Speaker 5: magic that exists, the interconnectedness of all our lives, because
• 16:30
Speaker 5: if that's true for them, it's true for all of
• 16:32
Speaker 5: us that one just happens to be one we can
• 16:35
Speaker 5: look at and see really clearly in hindsight how profound
• 16:39
Speaker 5: those connections are. But I think for all of us,
• 16:43
Speaker 5: you know, the other side has told me that we
• 16:45
Speaker 5: all save other people's lives, and we're none the wiser
• 16:48
Speaker 5: until we cross one day do our life review and
• 16:50
Speaker 5: then we're like, oh my gosh, I did that. So
• 16:53
Speaker 5: our own view of our own lives and what we
• 16:56
Speaker 5: deem is success or failures of what we're really doing
• 16:58
Speaker 5: here is so my eyes, but it's so limited. We
• 17:01
Speaker 5: don't have the whole picture.
• 17:03
Speaker 1: And that's yes, that's something worth pausing on and highlighting,
• 17:07
Speaker 1: because we all get so caught up, especially in the
• 17:10
Speaker 1: society in which we live today. We get so caught
• 17:13
Speaker 1: up in the moment. I know I do. I'm so
• 17:15
Speaker 1: guilty of it, of getting small when I should be,
• 17:17
Speaker 1: you know, higher, Like I want to be the cloud.
• 17:19
Speaker 1: I don't want to be the storm. I want to
• 17:21
  Speaker 1: be the cloud.
• 17:21
Speaker 2: But no, that's grand, and.
• 17:24
Speaker 1: It's so important to remember, like everything does seem to
• 17:27
Speaker 1: work out, you know what I mean, Like for the
• 17:30
Speaker 1: most part, everything does seem to work out. And when
• 17:33
Speaker 1: you subscribe to this theory that she's talking about, like
• 17:36
Speaker 1: I love when you talk about life reviews in the
• 17:39
Speaker 1: afterlife and that there is an afterlife, and that when
• 17:42
Speaker 1: people send you messages like I remember asking you this
• 17:46
Speaker 1: question being confused, and I think from reading this book
• 17:49
Speaker 1: I figured it out if someone's in the afterlife, like
• 17:51
Speaker 1: if my mom is sending me oranges, which is my
• 17:53
Speaker 1: symbol with my mom. If my mom is sending me oranges,
• 17:57
Speaker 1: then is she also has she been reincarnate, because how
• 18:00
Speaker 1: did she have time to be in the afterlife? If
• 18:02
Speaker 1: she's in the if she's being you know, And then
• 18:04
Speaker 1: I'm like, well, wait, if we're believing in all of that,
• 18:06
Speaker 1: then people can be everywhere at the same time. That
• 18:09
Speaker 1: doesn't mean that she's not here. That just means she's
• 18:12
  Speaker 1: still with me.
• 18:12
Speaker 5: You got it, right, That's so true. And our concept
• 18:16
Speaker 5: here of time is so linear. It's like this canvas
• 18:18
Speaker 5: that moves forward. On the other side, time doesn't really exist,
• 18:21
Speaker 5: and our soul energy is always really there. We're never
• 18:24
Speaker 5: separate from each other, from those we love. This is
• 18:27
Speaker 5: more like a virtual reality we beam into. And these
• 18:29
Speaker 5: brains are really just like dunce caps, you know. They're
• 18:31
Speaker 5: not the source of our consciousness. They're like limiting our
• 18:35
Speaker 5: consciousness so that we can't remember all the truths that
• 18:38
  Speaker 5: we know.
• 18:39
Speaker 1: Yeah, and there's a section of the book where you
• 18:41
Speaker 1: talk about the Telepathy Tapes podcast that's about autistic children
• 18:45
Speaker 1: and how they have gifts they have, you know, some
• 18:48
Speaker 1: of their perceptions and their abilities are like if you
• 18:51
Speaker 1: can't speak, that would heighten the rest of your other senses,
• 18:54
Speaker 1: you know, theoretically, right, And I think that's kind of
• 18:57
Speaker 1: like in the chapter you talk about showing a number
• 19:00
Speaker 1: behind like is it a window or Yeah.
• 19:04
Speaker 5: What the research started with was doctor Diane Hennessy pal
• 19:07
Speaker 5: started researching autistic savants who seemingly could calculate like these
• 19:13
  Speaker 5: incredible digits.
• 19:14
  Speaker 2: Just like that.
• 19:15
Speaker 5: But in time, as she researched, she realized what was
• 19:17
Speaker 5: going on was that these children who were savants were
• 19:21
Speaker 5: actually telepathically seeing the number that their caregiver had on
• 19:26
Speaker 5: a calculator. They weren't calculating that they were reading the
• 19:29
Speaker 5: person's mind. And then that research led into understanding that
• 19:32
Speaker 5: these these children, many of who are nonverbal, so they're spellers,
• 19:36
Speaker 5: which means they use an alphabet board to communicate, or
• 19:38
Speaker 5: sometimes they type, or some can be verbal. They shared
• 19:41
Speaker 5: that not only are they telepathic with the people they love,
• 19:44
Speaker 5: like their mom, their dad, their teachers, but with each
• 19:47
Speaker 5: other and their mediums. So they're in communication with people
• 19:52
Speaker 5: who are no longer in a physical body and getting
• 19:54
Speaker 5: all sorts of messages at all times.
• 19:56
  Speaker 7: Right.
• 19:56
Speaker 1: So, like, even so in this study, and if you've
• 19:59
Speaker 1: ever listened to that podcast Telepathy Daves, have you, Yeah,
• 20:01
Speaker 1: I listened to a few episodes of that because it's
• 20:03
Speaker 1: like in the study, you could write down a number
• 20:05
Speaker 1: on a board, you cannot show the number, and just
• 20:08
Speaker 1: because the person is thinking that number and wrote it down,
• 20:11
Speaker 1: the kid can knows exactly what it is before it's
• 20:14
Speaker 1: even just because the thought is out there. So it's like,
• 20:18
Speaker 1: you know, I mean, what is that called?
• 20:20
Speaker 2: Are they like telematic yeah?
• 20:22
  Speaker 1: Right?
• 20:22
Speaker 2: Or topic yeah? And are they.
• 20:24
Speaker 5: Tapping into like universal intelligence? So it's interesting, like it
• 20:28
Speaker 5: seems to be that they know all sorts of things
• 20:32
Speaker 5: that they were never taught about history, they know great
• 20:35
Speaker 5: works of literature that they've never read. And what they've
• 20:38
Speaker 5: shared is that when they go to this place they
• 20:40
Speaker 5: call the hill, which is very similar to where I
• 20:42
Speaker 5: go when I read. And actually I did some work
• 20:45
Speaker 5: with one of the girls and she took me to
• 20:47
Speaker 5: the hill, which was fascinating. But there are people who
• 20:50
Speaker 5: lived here on earth who were great thought leaders or
• 20:53
Speaker 5: writers or change agents who are still so invested in
• 20:56
Speaker 5: our world, in helping us. And it's those people, and
• 20:59
Speaker 5: it's all that knowledge that exists and they can download
• 21:01
Speaker 5: in a millisecond. So it's fascinating. They know so much
• 21:05
Speaker 5: and they've experienced so much. They actually if they're let's
• 21:09
Speaker 5: say the girl that I've worked with, her name's Amelia.
• 21:12
Speaker 5: Her mom listened to signs on her earbuds like Amelia
• 21:16
Speaker 5: couldn't have hurt at all. And Amelia knew everything from
• 21:18
Speaker 5: the book and said she wanted to meet the cool
• 21:20
Speaker 5: book lady because she had heard all and felt my
• 21:24
Speaker 5: energy through the book. It's fascinating how these things unfold,
• 21:26
Speaker 5: and what it really shows is how interconnected we all
• 21:30
  Speaker 5: are all.
• 21:30
Speaker 1: The time, right, and maybe just can't see it, yeah,
• 21:33
Speaker 1: but it makes you want to hone those skills, yeah,
• 21:36
Speaker 1: like to really tune into other people, to know that
• 21:39
Speaker 1: even if you're having a thought, like if you're having
• 21:41
Speaker 1: a negative thought, that that affects the energy in the room.
• 21:45
  Speaker 5: You nailed it.
• 21:46
  Speaker 2: You nailed it.
• 21:47
Speaker 5: What I have come to understand from all the research
• 21:49
Speaker 5: I've done, and I do really deep dives on like
• 21:51
Speaker 5: quantum research and what this means and thoughts are energy
• 21:54
Speaker 5: their light energy, and every single thought we have either
• 21:58
Speaker 5: puts more light into the world or more darkness. It
• 22:01
Speaker 5: is an energy exchange, that's it. So what do we
• 22:03
Speaker 5: do when we have like negative thoughts too, because that's
• 22:06
Speaker 5: a very real state of being human. We catch ourselves.
• 22:09
Speaker 5: We recognize that we're having them, and we talk over
• 22:11
Speaker 5: them gently with positive thoughts. You know, if you wake
• 22:14
Speaker 5: up and you're like, today's gonna be the worst day,
• 22:16
Speaker 5: blah blah blah, you have to catch yourself and go like, actually, no,
• 22:19
Speaker 5: today and being alive here on Earth school is a gift.
• 22:21
Speaker 5: And I'm so excited to see what my team of
• 22:24
Speaker 5: Light unfolds for me, the people, the experiences, the situations
• 22:29
Speaker 5: that are going to be brought into my path. And
• 22:31
Speaker 5: I hope that I just keep my mind and heart
• 22:33
Speaker 5: open to recognize the spiritual gift in it. Yeah, that's
• 22:36
  Speaker 5: all you do.
• 22:37
Speaker 1: And a fun game also is when you have a
• 22:39
Speaker 1: negative thought is to like flip it upside down, like,
• 22:44
Speaker 1: oh god, I can't believe I have to go deal
• 22:46
Speaker 1: with this, and you're like, how fun is this going
• 22:48
Speaker 1: to be? You know, like you kind of play a
• 22:50
Speaker 1: game until you and then you're kind of amusing yourself.
• 22:53
  Speaker 1: You're like, Okay, let's see, I'm good.
• 22:54
Speaker 2: I can make out there.
• 22:56
Speaker 1: Yeah, what a fun adventure to go, you know, deal
• 22:58
Speaker 1: with my contractor again?
• 23:00
Speaker 5: Fun, Like, what a fun challenge?
• 23:02
Speaker 1: This is exciting. Maybe this will be our last meeting,
• 23:04
Speaker 1: you know, that that kind of attitude really does change
• 23:07
Speaker 1: the vibration. And when you talk about so Laura talks
• 23:10
Speaker 1: all the way, I mean she's just the term teams
• 23:13
Speaker 1: of light, Like we all have a team of light?
• 23:15
Speaker 1: Does everyone have a different Everyone obviously has a different
• 23:18
Speaker 1: team of light. Does anyone like any of these light
• 23:20
Speaker 1: workers work for multiple team I mean, I'm working on
• 23:23
  Speaker 1: multiple teams.
• 23:23
Speaker 5: It's so interesting Sometimes I suspect there are teams of
• 23:27
Speaker 5: light that have been brought here on earth and that
• 23:30
Speaker 5: our guides kind of work together and know each other
• 23:32
Speaker 5: because I've seen like collective energy is so much more
• 23:36
Speaker 5: powerful than individual So when we connect with others, that
• 23:39
Speaker 5: we come together in a cause or have an idea
• 23:41
Speaker 5: of like how we want to help others, and then
• 23:43
Speaker 5: we get other people on board. It's this expansive, expansive light.
• 23:46
Speaker 5: So everybody's team of light is three parts, right, The
• 23:49
Speaker 5: thing we all share is the God energy part. I
• 23:52
Speaker 5: see God as this force of just love and connection
• 23:56
Speaker 5: that's inherent in our beings and guiding us every single day.
• 24:00
Speaker 5: And the real lesson there is love like always default
• 24:03
Speaker 5: to love, right, and our true currency is forgiveness, gratitude, empathy, kindness,
• 24:08
Speaker 5: so if you're not exercising those things, you're not choosing
• 24:11
Speaker 5: your love path right, and you're distancing yourself a little bit.
• 24:14
Speaker 5: But the second and third part of everybody's teams a
• 24:16
Speaker 5: light are different. The second part is what I call
• 24:19
Speaker 5: spirit guides, what throughout time and history religions have called
• 24:22
Speaker 5: guardian angels. It's a concept of these advanced angelic beings
• 24:26
Speaker 5: who guide us, and we each have spirit guides. They're
• 24:28
Speaker 5: very unique to us. They're nobody we knew this lifetime.
• 24:31
Speaker 5: They're advanced angelic beings that our souls contracted with before
• 24:34
Speaker 5: we came here to Earth school to kind of guide
• 24:36
Speaker 5: us and lead us and you know, get us on
• 24:38
Speaker 5: our highest path. And I think some people have this
• 24:40
Speaker 5: really acute awareness, like they've done meditations or they've had
• 24:44
Speaker 5: dreams or visions and they're like, I know what my
• 24:45
Speaker 5: guide looks like and this is his name, And other
• 24:48
Speaker 5: people are like, yeah, I don't even know. I just
• 24:50
Speaker 5: kind of feel, you know, sometimes thoughts are put in
• 24:52
Speaker 5: my mind or I'm I have got feelings like that's
• 24:55
Speaker 5: how your team of light's going to communicate. And then
• 24:57
Speaker 5: the third part is anybody who loved who's crossed includ
• 25:00
Speaker 5: pets and also including ancestors that are in your lineage
• 25:03
Speaker 5: who you might not have met. They are all loving you,
• 25:07
Speaker 5: guiding you, invested in your journey. It's really beautiful.
• 25:10
Speaker 1: So what about the people that are households? Seriously? Like,
• 25:14
Speaker 1: what about terrible people?
• 25:15
  Speaker 7: Yeah?
• 25:16
Speaker 2: Right, well, so let's put.
• 25:17
Speaker 5: Them in two different categories. Because there's like the a
• 25:19
Speaker 5: whole people who are just like not getting their lessons,
• 25:22
Speaker 5: making everybody's life annoying, right, being really stubborn and stuck.
• 25:25
Speaker 5: And then there are people who come and do like
• 25:27
Speaker 5: really dark evil things. And like usually the people who
• 25:30
Speaker 5: come and do really dark, terrible things, there's one thing
• 25:33
Speaker 5: they have in common, and it's a misunderstanding of what
• 25:36
Speaker 5: true power is. Right, Because what the other side has
• 25:38
Speaker 5: taught me is what true power is. It's not about
• 25:41
Speaker 5: having power over somebody, manipulating people, making people bow down
• 25:46
Speaker 5: to you, being like, look what I have and you don't.
• 25:49
Speaker 5: I control this. It's not about control, It's not about
• 25:51
Speaker 5: any of that. True power is finding the gifts you
• 25:54
Speaker 5: came here with, Right, we each have this like light
• 25:56
Speaker 5: and gift within us, honoring them, sharing them with others
• 26:00
Speaker 5: to help elevate others to find their gifts and share them.
• 26:03
Speaker 5: So there's this ripple effect, this domino effect of light
• 26:06
Speaker 5: in the world, and true power is learning that all
• 26:09
Speaker 5: ships rise with the tide. It's learning that what we're
• 26:12
Speaker 5: really here for is to be empathetic to one another.
• 26:16
Speaker 5: Is what happens to one person happens to you. Because
• 26:18
Speaker 5: when you leave here and you're not in a physical body,
• 26:21
Speaker 5: you download everybody else's experiences instantly. We all do become
• 26:25
Speaker 5: one in this kind of greater consciousness, so you can
• 26:28
Speaker 5: understand and feel something that someone else went through their
• 26:31
Speaker 5: entire life. So I think that we need to really
• 26:35
Speaker 5: understand the difference between those two forms of power. So
• 26:38
Speaker 5: now let's back it up. What happens to the relatives
• 26:41
Speaker 5: who's just made your life really hard? You know, was
• 26:43
Speaker 5: very judgmental, and now is on the other side, that
• 26:46
Speaker 5: person does a life review, and I can tell you
• 26:48
Speaker 5: from all these readings I've done, they will show up
• 26:51
Speaker 5: immediately and ask for you to forgive them because that's
• 26:54
Speaker 5: part of their soul path. There is always accountability on
• 26:57
Speaker 5: the other side. When we do our life review, it
• 27:00
Speaker 5: doesn't take place in real time, right, it's instant, and
• 27:04
Speaker 5: in that instant we relive everything, not just from our
• 27:06
Speaker 5: own perspective, but from the people we were interacting with
• 27:09
Speaker 5: and how we made them feel. We also understand like
• 27:12
Speaker 5: how we affected others, what our energy on earth here
• 27:15
Speaker 5: did the light it left, how it's still you know,
• 27:19
Speaker 5: playing out in the world's beautiful and so there's accountability
• 27:22
Speaker 5: that happens. So I'm not saying that when you cross
• 27:25
Speaker 5: the other side you have to spend time with the relatives,
• 27:27
Speaker 5: who is awful, right, But I am saying that they're
• 27:30
Speaker 5: going to greet you and say that they're sorry, and
• 27:32
Speaker 5: then maybe they'll be in a different you know, apartment level.
• 27:35
Speaker 5: You know, it might be in the guess.
• 27:38
Speaker 1: But like someone like Donald Trump who comes in and
• 27:40
Speaker 1: just creates havoc, pain, hurt, what what Obviously that person
• 27:45
Speaker 1: is missing any sort of in touch, you know, like
• 27:48
  Speaker 1: spiritual side.
• 27:49
Speaker 5: There's no spirituality there? But what why?
• 27:52
Speaker 1: Why do we have to deal with it?
• 27:55
Speaker 5: So I want to I want to let's talk about
• 27:57
Speaker 5: like what we're really saying is like, what is the
• 27:59
  Speaker 5: role of villain?
• 28:01
  Speaker 7: What is that?
• 28:02
Speaker 5: So let's talk about Disney movies. Let's roll it back
• 28:04
Speaker 5: a little. Did you see Disney movies when you were little?
• 28:07
Speaker 2: Right, let's talk about like.
• 28:11
Speaker 5: What is it like one hundred and one Dalmatians. My
• 28:13
Speaker 5: kids love that movie, and there is such a villain
• 28:16
Speaker 5: in that movie, and it's Cruella de Villa, and she
• 28:18
Speaker 5: literally wants to skin these little puppies. I mean, you
• 28:20
Speaker 5: don't get darker than that in life, right, So when
• 28:24
Speaker 5: children are watching it, when I'm watching it when my
• 28:26
Speaker 5: kids were young, Like, what am I learning from the
• 28:28
Speaker 5: role of the villain. What do we derive from that? Well,
• 28:32
Speaker 5: it's a call to action in our hearts and in
• 28:35
Speaker 5: our minds and in our energy. It's about standing up
• 28:38
Speaker 5: for the voiceless. It's about finding that you do care
• 28:42
Speaker 5: and that you're willing to stand up for somebody else,
• 28:46
Speaker 5: not just focused on yourself. It's about being able to
• 28:50
Speaker 5: identify when somebody has a false sense of power or
• 28:55
Speaker 5: is disengaged from humanity, right. And I think that observation
• 29:00
Speaker 5: teaches us about who we are on the inside. It
• 29:03
Speaker 5: basically makes us accountable to ourselves.
• 29:07
Speaker 1: Because if we were all good, then there would be
• 29:08
Speaker 1: no contrasts. Listen, we wouldn't know what good it was.
• 29:11
Speaker 5: And we're all yeah, and we're also on different levels here, right,
• 29:14
Speaker 5: So some of us are teachers for each other. Some
• 29:16
Speaker 5: of us are healers for each other, and some of
• 29:18
Speaker 5: us are like raising our hands on the other side,
• 29:20
Speaker 5: being like I'll play the villain so that you can
• 29:22
Speaker 5: learn against me, you know, like Fred Rogers said, his
• 29:25
Speaker 5: mother used to always make mister Rogers. He said, his
• 29:27
Speaker 5: mother used to always say, when great tragedies happen, don't
• 29:29
Speaker 5: focus on the tragedy or what was done. Focus on
• 29:32
Speaker 5: the helpers that run in. And that's where the meaning
• 29:34
Speaker 5: of life is. That's why we're here to love one another,
• 29:37
Speaker 5: to make life better for each other, to support one another.
• 29:40
Speaker 5: And I think that we maybe have to give a
• 29:42
Speaker 5: little grace at times because people get very lost in
• 29:45
Speaker 5: the cacophony of what this materialistic world is telling them.
• 29:48
Speaker 5: Is success or power are those things, And it might
• 29:51
Speaker 5: take a little longer to unpack or on process my
• 29:54
Speaker 5: download right now for all of us, because times are
• 29:57
Speaker 5: very dark right now, and it can be really upset
• 30:00
Speaker 5: and discouraging, and it can make people feel so powerless
• 30:03
Speaker 5: to help others. Right what my guides told me, it's
• 30:06
Speaker 5: so important right now for us to all tend our
• 30:08
Speaker 5: own gardens and do like small acts of kindness however
• 30:13
Speaker 5: we can. And they reminded me of the butterfly effect,
• 30:15
Speaker 5: which is like we can do one little thing in
• 30:18
Speaker 5: the world and it can have the most profound ripple effects.
• 30:20
Speaker 5: And if you look at history in reverse, you can
• 30:23
Speaker 5: actually trace back, like major historical events to like one
• 30:26
Speaker 5: small decision somebody made somewhere, you know. And so I
• 30:30
Speaker 5: think that if we're all just focused on our own light,
• 30:33
Speaker 5: like we don't focus on the darkness, like don't stare
• 30:35
Speaker 5: into the abyss, we focus on whatever gifts we came
• 30:38
Speaker 5: here with. We focus on our light, and we focus
• 30:40
Speaker 5: with sharing it with others, we can bring about powerful
• 30:44
Speaker 5: change and transformation and ways we can't imagine, Like my
• 30:46
Speaker 5: guides told me, like smiling at somebody in a coffee
• 30:49
Speaker 5: shop on a Monday in New York could save somebody's
• 30:51
Speaker 5: life in Africa on a Friday. And that's mind boggling.
• 30:54
  Speaker 1: I love that.
• 30:55
Speaker 5: That's the chain of light and goodness.
• 30:56
Speaker 1: Yes, yeah, and to always choose that. And on that note,
• 30:59
Speaker 1: I just want to read it.
• 31:00
  Speaker 5: Little quote.
• 31:00
Speaker 1: This is from L. R. Nost. This is a quote
• 31:04
Speaker 1: in Laura's book Do not be dismayed by the brokenness
• 31:06
Speaker 1: of the world. All things break and all things can
• 31:09
Speaker 1: be mended, not with time, as they say, but with intention.
• 31:12
Speaker 1: So go love intentionally, extravagantly, unconditionally. The broken world waits
• 31:18
Speaker 1: in darkness for the light that is you, which says
• 31:21
Speaker 1: everything you just said, I mean, encapsulates it all, which
• 31:25
Speaker 1: is so true, because it's a great reminder not to
• 31:27
Speaker 1: just die in despair and not to ever give up,
• 31:32
Speaker 1: like we have a responsibility to shine brighter when the
• 31:35
  Speaker 1: things get darker.
• 31:37
Speaker 2: Yeah, you are the light.
• 31:38
Speaker 5: That's the message. We all have that light within.
• 31:41
Speaker 1: And with that, we're going to take a break and
• 31:43
Speaker 1: turn the lights back on and we will be right
• 31:45
Speaker 1: back with Laura Lynn Jackson. And we're back with Laura
• 31:52
Speaker 1: Lynn Jackson. Her new book is called Guided. Make sure
• 31:55
Speaker 1: you order a copy stock Actually, go support your local
• 31:58
Speaker 1: bookstores and go get a hard copy. Please, people, go
• 32:01
Speaker 1: into your bookstores and buy a book. It's called Guided,
• 32:04
Speaker 1: The Secret Path to an Illuminated Life, and it's filled
• 32:07
Speaker 1: with so many hopeful stories about if you are heartbroken
• 32:11
Speaker 1: and you are feeling lost and you've lost someone meaningful.
• 32:14
Speaker 1: It is filled with so much comfort about how to
• 32:18
Speaker 1: get in touch with your loved ones. And I know
• 32:20
Speaker 1: from experience it's worked for me a million times. I
• 32:22
Speaker 1: did it most recently in my Orca. I asked my
• 32:25
Speaker 1: mom to show me an orange out of place, and
• 32:28
Speaker 1: she and I went to tell this story already. I
• 32:32
Speaker 1: asked my mom to show me an orange out of place.
• 32:34
Speaker 1: And I had lost touch with my mom through this
• 32:36
Speaker 1: hell house fiasco and the stress of it all, plus
• 32:38
Speaker 1: my menopause. I found out I had no estrogen. A
• 32:40
Speaker 1: lot of things were happening, but I'm feeling much better,
• 32:43
Speaker 1: and I said, I'm so sorry for not being in touch.
• 32:46
Speaker 1: I said to my mom, I'm like, can you just
• 32:48
Speaker 1: show me an orange out of place? If it's you know,
• 32:52
Speaker 1: everything's okay and we're good and everything is starting the
• 32:55
Speaker 1: tides are changing for all of this negativity. And I
• 32:58
Speaker 1: went to this artist house to look at her like sculptures,
• 33:01
Speaker 1: and she had a huge painting of fruit and she's
• 33:04
Speaker 1: a sculptor, not a painter, and she goes, oh, this
• 33:07
Speaker 1: is the only She's like, this is the only time
• 33:08
Speaker 1: I've ever painted fruit. And guess what. All the fruit
• 33:11
Speaker 1: was there and then there was a huge orange out.
• 33:13
Speaker 1: I bet the orange had a bite out of it.
• 33:16
Speaker 1: And I was like, Oh, that's my mom being like Yeah,
• 33:20
Speaker 1: that's my mom calling me at four o'clock in the morning,
• 33:22
Speaker 1: going Hi, just checking in. So, yeah, so that was cute.
• 33:27
  Speaker 8: I love that.
• 33:27
  Speaker 5: That's so powerful.
• 33:29
Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, so you gave me that gift about that orange,
• 33:31
Speaker 1: So whenever I need an orange, I get one. But
• 33:34
Speaker 1: it can't be at a grocery store. So you have
• 33:36
Speaker 1: to choose like everyone, and this book really takes you
• 33:38
Speaker 1: through it. Like for every person, it's different. It's whatever
• 33:41
Speaker 1: it means something to you and the person you've lost.
• 33:43
Speaker 1: But there is such a comfort in knowing that the
• 33:45
Speaker 1: energy isn't gone, and it's not just make believe. It's scientific.
• 33:49
Speaker 1: It's scientific that energy doesn't die. It transfers, so it
• 33:53
Speaker 1: turns into something else. And they want to tell us
• 33:56
Speaker 1: they're okay, you know, they want to get in touch
• 33:59
Speaker 1: with us. So you have to be open the idea
• 34:02
Speaker 1: of it. Even my two sisters who were a little
• 34:04
Speaker 1: bit thought I was a little shady in the beginning.
• 34:06
Speaker 6: With all of this.
• 34:07
Speaker 1: Yeah, I've come around and they'd be like, I saw
• 34:09
Speaker 1: a mom today, you know, she's there was a hummingbird
• 34:12
Speaker 1: outside my window. Yeah.
• 34:14
Speaker 4: But it is so funny too, because there are a
• 34:16
Speaker 4: lot of stories in the book where you're talking about
• 34:17
Speaker 4: someone who asked for a sign and they get the sign,
• 34:19
Speaker 4: they like, can't be that, And then they get the
• 34:21
Speaker 4: same sign again and they're.
• 34:22
Speaker 2: Like, well maybe it's yes. And there's a third day.
• 34:26
  Speaker 1: Like I don't believe you. Now I need a dolphin
• 34:28
Speaker 1: jumping over a shark. You're like, what.
• 34:33
Speaker 2: Right, We're ready for callers? Yeah, I think so right.
• 34:37
Speaker 4: Their first caller today is Kayla, and she says, Dear Chelsea,
• 34:41
Speaker 4: I love listening to the podcast. I appreciate the guaranteed
• 34:44
Speaker 4: laughter and blunt honesty every week. A couple of years ago,
• 34:48
Speaker 4: I listened to the Finding Your Highest Path episode with
• 34:51
Speaker 4: Laureln Jackson, which led me to read her book Signs.
• 34:54
Speaker 4: Ever since I was young, I've always felt a spiritual
• 34:56
Speaker 4: connection with the world. I'm now thirty one years old.
• 34:59
Speaker 4: I lost my husband when I was twenty four, and
• 35:01
Speaker 4: I lost my daughter right after I turned twenty eight.
• 35:04
Speaker 2: Both of their deaths were very tragic.
• 35:06
Speaker 4: After my husband passed, I got signs from him all
• 35:09
Speaker 4: the time, but I never really knew if they were
• 35:11
Speaker 4: actual signs or just coincidences that I talked up to
• 35:14
  Speaker 4: being signs.
• 35:15
  Speaker 2: Once I read Laura's.
• 35:16
Speaker 4: Book, I knew I wasn't crazy anymore and the signs
• 35:18
Speaker 4: were real, But I still find myself being skeptical, especially
• 35:21
Speaker 4: because I don't feel like I get signs from my
• 35:23
Speaker 4: daughter like I do my husband. There were so many
• 35:25
Speaker 4: things left unsaid between my husband and I since he
• 35:27
Speaker 4: died unexpectedly. I feel the signs from him keep us connected,
• 35:31
Speaker 4: but it isn't always clear what he's trying to convey.
• 35:34
Speaker 4: My daughter was diagnosed with a neuromuscular disease three months
• 35:37
Speaker 4: after my husband passed. She lost her ability to talk
• 35:39
Speaker 4: right after he died, so there's a lot of things
• 35:42
Speaker 4: that went on said with her as well, so many
• 35:44
Speaker 4: things I wish I could talk to her about. I
• 35:46
Speaker 4: doubt myself as a mother fulfilling her needs. I worry
• 35:49
Speaker 4: she wasn't happy with the choices I made for her
• 35:51
Speaker 4: when she didn't have a voice. I find myself thinking
• 35:54
Speaker 4: maybe that's why I don't get signs from her. My
• 35:56
Speaker 4: heart is broken without her and without the signs from her.
• 35:59
Speaker 4: My husband and I have two kids together, so it's
• 36:01
Speaker 4: been me and my son trying to navigate this crazy
• 36:03
Speaker 4: life together. Life is beginning to have color again. I'm
• 36:06
Speaker 4: now engaged and have a healthy seven week old baby,
• 36:09
Speaker 4: but there are questions still left in answered. I still
• 36:12
Speaker 4: feel like a reading from someone like Laurlin Jackson could
• 36:14
Speaker 4: change my life and possibly make the connection between me
• 36:16
Speaker 4: and my daughter stronger. Or if not from her, how
• 36:18
Speaker 4: do I go about finding a psychic medium that's legit? Kayla?
• 36:22
Speaker 4: And we've got Kayla here?
• 36:24
Speaker 1: Hi, Kayla, Hello, hih you have Laurlyn Jackson right here.
• 36:32
Speaker 8: I know this is amazing.
• 36:33
Speaker 1: Oh look at you. You're so beautiful and vibrant, and
• 36:37
Speaker 1: congratulations on your new baby.
• 36:39
Speaker 8: Thank you so much.
• 36:41
Speaker 5: Okay could I jump in?
• 36:43
  Speaker 6: Yeah?
• 36:43
  Speaker 7: All right.
• 36:44
Speaker 5: So, first of all, it's so lovely to meet you.
• 36:46
Speaker 5: I'm so sorry for your physical losses of your husband
• 36:50
Speaker 5: and your daughter. I have so many things that I
• 36:52
Speaker 5: was getting as downloads as you were reading it. The
• 36:55
Speaker 5: first thing I want to say is you're carrying a
• 36:58
Speaker 5: lot of guilt that doesn't belong to you at all.
• 37:02
Speaker 5: So I want to tell you what I was feeling
• 37:04
Speaker 5: is as I was listening to your words, was that
• 37:08
Speaker 5: you were the most incredible, loving presence for your daughter
• 37:13
Speaker 5: while she was here on earth. I also want to
• 37:15
Speaker 5: tell you she chose you to be her mom and
• 37:18
Speaker 5: she knew, and you knew on a soul level before
• 37:20
Speaker 5: you agreed to this, that she would not be here long.
• 37:23
Speaker 5: But her lesson was one of love. And this is
• 37:26
Speaker 5: really important for you to hear, because for you to
• 37:29
Speaker 5: be still here on earth thinking that in any way
• 37:32
Speaker 5: you may have failed her is completely untrue. You taught
• 37:37
Speaker 5: her the exact lesson her soul needed to feel that
• 37:41
Speaker 5: unconditional love, and every choice you made for her care
• 37:46
Speaker 5: was made in love, and that is always the highest
• 37:50
Speaker 5: path and the right choice. So I think what's going
• 37:53
Speaker 5: on is, you know, this frontal lobe of our brain
• 37:55
Speaker 5: is where ninety eight percent of our brain with activity
• 37:57
Speaker 5: takes place during our daily activity, and it's very chattery
• 38:02
Speaker 5: and logical based, and it's also very mean, and it'll
• 38:06
Speaker 5: tell us lies about the narrative of our lives and
• 38:09
Speaker 5: what we've done. And I think yours has been telling you.
• 38:11
Speaker 5: It's been really nitpicking and saying you didn't do this right,
• 38:13
Speaker 5: you didn't do that right, rather than focusing on what
• 38:16
Speaker 5: a force of love you were and are for her.
• 38:19
Speaker 5: Because relationships do not end with bodily death, they actually
• 38:23
Speaker 5: get stronger. And I also have this sense, and this
• 38:26
Speaker 5: might sound a little odd, but I almost feel like
• 38:28
Speaker 5: your husband and she had this sort of soul contract
• 38:30
Speaker 5: that he would arrive there before she did and then
• 38:33
Speaker 5: greet her. And I think you've had that moment where
• 38:36
Speaker 5: that occurred to you, like almost in a spiritual sense,
• 38:39
Speaker 5: and then maybe you just dismissed it or pushed it away.
• 38:41
Speaker 5: But I think me saying that to you, you already
• 38:43
  Speaker 5: know that.
• 38:44
Speaker 2: The other thing I.
• 38:45
Speaker 5: Want to say is, you know I am never and
• 38:47
Speaker 5: a psychic medium is never your loved one's first choice.
• 38:51
Speaker 5: They'll come to us and through us because of their
• 38:53
Speaker 5: love for you, but it's never what they want. They
• 38:56
Speaker 5: want to talk directly to you every single day and
• 38:59
Speaker 5: get through to you every day, not like at a
• 39:01
Speaker 5: scheduled appointment that's taken this long and for the short
• 39:03
Speaker 5: amount of time. You know, think of it like if
• 39:05
Speaker 5: you were to go to lunch with your husband and
• 39:07
Speaker 5: your daughter right and you're sitting at a table and
• 39:10
Speaker 5: then I show up and I'm like, hey, guys, I'm here,
• 39:12
Speaker 5: and you can't talk to each other. You'd have to
• 39:14
Speaker 5: talk to me and I'll pass along the messages. That's
• 39:16
Speaker 5: what it's like. So for you to just open your
• 39:19
Speaker 5: mind and heart and recognize that you're already in direct
• 39:22
Speaker 5: communication with them, I think is everything. The tools are
• 39:25
Speaker 5: within you. You don't need anybody else to do this. That's
• 39:28
Speaker 5: where I think it's really important to get over two
• 39:32
Speaker 5: major obstacles when it comes to feeling our loved ones
• 39:35
Speaker 5: on the other side with us and getting their guidance
• 39:38
Speaker 5: and their inspiration, and getting the downloads for them from them,
• 39:41
Speaker 5: and seeing their presence in our lives. And the two
• 39:43
Speaker 5: obstacles are fear and doubt. So fear is the idea
• 39:47
Speaker 5: of like, first of all, I'm afraid I might not
• 39:49
Speaker 5: be able to do this, or I'm afraid these abilities
• 39:51
Speaker 5: might not exist because the materialistic paradigm we're raised in,
• 39:55
Speaker 5: if you can't see it, touch it, taste it, smell,
• 39:57
  Speaker 5: it's not real.
• 39:58
  Speaker 7: Right.
• 39:58
Speaker 5: But the truth is there's unseen energy all around us,
• 40:00
Speaker 5: and we are energy and energy and matter even Einstein's
• 40:03
Speaker 5: that are interchangeable. So the truth is unseen energy and
• 40:06
Speaker 5: energy in general is the only truth of our existence.
• 40:08
Speaker 5: We're not really solid beings. The chairs we're sitting on
• 40:10
Speaker 5: are not solid. We're just fast vibrating atoms made of
• 40:13
Speaker 5: light that appears solid. So when you understand that I
• 40:17
Speaker 5: think it's easier to conquer the fear of like this
• 40:19
Speaker 5: can't exist because it does. And then the doubt is
• 40:22
Speaker 5: the next thing, right, The doubt is when I get
• 40:24
Speaker 5: a sign, or when I think I feel my loved
• 40:27
Speaker 5: one around me, or when I've had a dream visitation,
• 40:30
Speaker 5: or when I have a knowing, or when a thought
• 40:32
Speaker 5: comes to me and I feel like it's from my
• 40:34
Speaker 5: daughter or my husband on the other side, How do
• 40:36
Speaker 5: I trust in it? Because you are locked in this
• 40:39
Speaker 5: frontal lobe which is based in logic, so it's always
• 40:42
Speaker 5: going to try and reject the spiritual experience and tell
• 40:45
  Speaker 5: you it's a coincidence. It's not. It's a sign. If
• 40:48
Speaker 5: you have that moment where you're like, I think this
• 40:51
Speaker 5: was a sign. I think this was a communication from
• 40:53
Speaker 5: the other side, it is. And you don't need validation
• 40:56
Speaker 5: from anybody for that, you know. My sense is that
• 40:59
Speaker 5: I feel your husband and daughter around you so much,
• 41:03
Speaker 5: and I even feel them like celebrating so beautifully this
• 41:07
Speaker 5: new path of life that you're on and that you
• 41:09
Speaker 5: were guided into this next experience that you're having in
• 41:14
Speaker 5: this most beautiful way. They want you healed, they want
• 41:16
Speaker 5: you whole, They want you engaged in life. They want
• 41:19
Speaker 5: you celebrating the force of love that you are in
• 41:21
Speaker 5: this world. You know, I think too. And this is
• 41:24
Speaker 5: going to sound a little funny, but somebody's going to
• 41:26
Speaker 5: be giving you flowers soon, like flowers, and it's really
• 41:29
Speaker 5: from them, and it hasn't happened yet, so wait and see.
• 41:33
Speaker 5: But when you get them, I think there might even
• 41:35
Speaker 5: be like more meaning in whatever the card says or
• 41:37
Speaker 5: whatever types of flowers these are. You're going to have
• 41:39
Speaker 5: to see, but you're going to understand how beloved and
• 41:42
Speaker 5: guided you are. They want you living the best version
• 41:45
Speaker 5: of your life. And what your husband on the other
• 41:48
Speaker 5: side is telling me is like you're teetering on like
• 41:51
Speaker 5: trusting that and diving into it. This is I feel
• 41:55
Speaker 5: like this phone call in this letter is that final
• 41:57
Speaker 5: moment where it's almost like releasing the helium balloon of
• 42:01
Speaker 5: the guilt or the grief for everything you've been holding
• 42:03
Speaker 5: on to into the air and knowing that that's what
• 42:07
Speaker 5: they want for you in the most beautiful path ahead.
• 42:11
Speaker 8: Okay, that is very, very refreshing to hear.
• 42:13
Speaker 3: Definitely, the guilt is part of, you know, what's been
• 42:19
Speaker 3: a major thing of what I'm feeling. So it's really
• 42:22
Speaker 3: refreshing to hear you say that, the fact that you
• 42:26
Speaker 3: know you hit it on the head with him being
• 42:30
Speaker 3: there before she was as soon as she got diagnosed,
• 42:35
Speaker 3: I felt like that was why that was kind of
• 42:38
Speaker 3: the reason why he passed away. He was meant to
• 42:40
Speaker 3: be there for her, which made me feel better when
• 42:44
Speaker 3: her time came, like her dad was there for her.
• 42:48
Speaker 5: I'm sorry interrupted, just telling me more while you're talking.
• 42:50
Speaker 5: I want to bring up two things around your daughter too,
• 42:52
Speaker 5: But like you still having your stuffed animal, and also
• 42:54
Speaker 5: have you been reading a book to your son? Did
• 42:56
Speaker 5: somebody just give you a book for your baby? Like
• 42:58
  Speaker 5: I'm seeing a children's book. This is why I'm asking.
• 43:01
Speaker 3: I did have someone that message me and ask if
• 43:04
Speaker 3: I had a book this morning.
• 43:06
Speaker 8: They messaged you Key said, do you have this book?
• 43:08
  Speaker 2: Okay?
• 43:09
Speaker 5: Do you have that book?
• 43:10
  Speaker 8: And not yet?
• 43:12
Speaker 5: Okay. When you get that book that they're going to
• 43:14
Speaker 5: send you, I want you to go to the last
• 43:16
Speaker 5: two pages of it. And I don't know what book
• 43:18
Speaker 5: this is or what it's going to say about your
• 43:20
Speaker 5: daughter's telling me there's a message from her to you
• 43:22
Speaker 5: in it, and I want.
• 43:23
Speaker 8: You to read it. Okay, and it will all make sense. Okay, awesome.
• 43:27
Speaker 1: And I want to just say something from listening to this, like,
• 43:31
Speaker 1: look at how many people got to get your love
• 43:34
  Speaker 1: in this lifetime.
• 43:35
Speaker 8: Yeah, if you look at.
• 43:37
Speaker 1: That, you got all of this love that you got
• 43:40
Speaker 1: to share around and it was all predestined. And your
• 43:43
Speaker 1: daughter knew that she was going to be there for
• 43:45
Speaker 1: a short time and she chose you. And now you
• 43:47
Speaker 1: have another son and you in addition to her, for
• 43:50
Speaker 1: some like you and you have a new husband, like
• 43:53
Speaker 1: this is you have a lot of love to give
• 43:55
Speaker 1: and that's what you're here to do.
• 43:58
Speaker 3: Yeah, that's definitely a better way of looking at it.
• 44:00
Speaker 3: That makes me feel a lot better.
• 44:03
Speaker 8: Thank you for that.
• 44:04
Speaker 5: I need to say one more thing because as you're
• 44:06
Speaker 5: saying this too, they love what you just said first
• 44:09
Speaker 5: of all, but they also said, please know that moving
• 44:12
Speaker 5: forward is not leaving us behind. We come with you.
• 44:16
Speaker 5: We're part of it all.
• 44:18
Speaker 8: Thank you so much. That's it.
• 44:19
  Speaker 2: Really.
• 44:20
Speaker 3: Like I said in my message, I knew that being
• 44:23
Speaker 3: able to just have that opening, that communication puts me
• 44:29
  Speaker 3: at ease.
• 44:30
Speaker 5: And you have that within yourself. And I also feel
• 44:33
Speaker 5: like sometimes you have this you feel them around you
• 44:36
Speaker 5: just feel them around, especially at night when you're going
• 44:39
Speaker 5: to sleep, they are right there with you. It's when
• 44:41
Speaker 5: you come kind of tune in the most of them.
• 44:42
Speaker 5: I mean, they're with you all the time, but that's
• 44:44
Speaker 5: when you feel them a lot and they love that.
• 44:47
Speaker 1: No, thank you and way to keep it together during
• 44:51
Speaker 1: this phone call, Kayla, because I'm a mess over there
• 44:53
  Speaker 1: and you're.
• 44:54
Speaker 5: A force of life. Yes, and goodness and love.
• 44:56
Speaker 1: We're sending you lots and lots of love.
• 44:58
Speaker 2: Thank you for calling in, Kayla.
• 45:00
Speaker 8: Yes, thank you so much. You guys have a great day.
• 45:03
Speaker 5: Thanks you too, Laura.
• 45:05
Speaker 2: How do you not just like cry all of the time?
• 45:08
Speaker 5: You know, it's such an excellent question, right, especially when
• 45:10
Speaker 5: it comes to children on the other side. So for me,
• 45:12
Speaker 5: the experience, it's so hard to describe, but it's all love.
• 45:17
Speaker 5: I feel no sense of loss because I know the
• 45:20
  Speaker 5: person's not physically here, and I know there's been a
• 45:22
Speaker 5: physical loss, but they're so alive and vibrant. It's never
• 45:25
Speaker 5: a question for me. It's the most beautiful truth. And
• 45:28
Speaker 5: I can feel like their personality, their energy, their love
• 45:31
Speaker 5: that comes through me to the person here. So I
• 45:34
Speaker 5: can't be sad when I'm feeling so much love.
• 45:38
Speaker 1: That's a nice way to look at it and think
• 45:40
Speaker 1: about it. Yeah, yeah, because we always think of loss, loss, loss, grief,
• 45:45
Speaker 1: and like instead of grief is love.
• 45:47
Speaker 4: Yeah, And you know, just to reiterate what you've said, like,
• 45:51
Speaker 4: you don't need a medium. You can have these conversations.
• 45:54
Speaker 4: But I will also say my sister she several years
• 45:57
Speaker 4: ago actually after the call we had with you, she
• 46:00
Speaker 4: went and found someone else from the Forever Family Foundation
• 46:02
Speaker 4: where everybody's been vetted and they have all, you know,
• 46:05
Speaker 4: really wonderful people working with them, and she actually had
• 46:08
Speaker 4: a reading with one of them, and it was it
• 46:11
Speaker 4: was one of those things we were talking about before
• 46:12
Speaker 4: Chelsea got here, of like it's not it wasn't necessarily
• 46:15
Speaker 4: about her, but it was about all these people around her,
• 46:17
Speaker 4: and she had messages for like so many people in
• 46:20
  Speaker 4: her life.
• 46:20
Speaker 2: It was very interesting. Yeah, there are a few things
• 46:23
Speaker 2: for her, but yeah.
• 46:24
Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't want to ever discredit a mediumship session.
• 46:27
Speaker 5: I know how sacred is for me when I do it.
• 46:29
Speaker 5: It's just so beautiful to be part of. I just
• 46:31
Speaker 5: want everybody to know they don't need.
• 46:33
Speaker 2: It, right, right, you don't need it. You can you know,
• 46:35
  Speaker 2: talk to.
• 46:35
Speaker 5: Somebody, your anti business model, like nobody needs me.
• 46:38
Speaker 1: You got this well.
• 46:40
Speaker 4: Our next color is Jessica, and she says, Dear Chelsea,
• 46:45
Speaker 4: my mom passed away last year from stage four breast cancer.
• 46:48
Speaker 4: We put each other through a lot of trauma over
• 46:50
Speaker 4: my lifetime. My daughter and I lived with her for
• 46:52
Speaker 4: fiveish years, most of my kid's life, and we weren't
• 46:55
Speaker 4: in a good place when she died. Additionally, I had
• 46:58
Speaker 4: a serious fight with my younger so after our mom
• 47:00
Speaker 4: passed away, she and I haven't spoken since December. I
• 47:03
Speaker 4: think because of things she said to me, So I'm
• 47:05
Speaker 4: having some tough feelings around that. My daughter was initially
• 47:08
Speaker 4: acting out after my mom died, and while that's lessened,
• 47:11
Speaker 4: she misses Grandma a lot. Obviously, I have a lot
• 47:14
Speaker 4: of complicated feelings about my mom, and it's hard to
• 47:17
Speaker 4: know how to help her. I don't have a desire
• 47:19
Speaker 4: to talk about my mom, and when she has big
• 47:21
Speaker 4: emotions about Grandma, I freeze up and don't know how
• 47:23
Speaker 4: to react. I'm usually really good about helping her through
• 47:26
Speaker 4: big emotions, but anything to do with my mom is
• 47:28
Speaker 4: incredibly difficult for me. All in all, I can't manage
• 47:32
Speaker 4: the conflicting feelings of relief and guilt I've been dealing
• 47:34
Speaker 4: with the last year. I know Chelsea has a lot
• 47:37
Speaker 4: of advice on grief and caring for family. I feel
• 47:39
Speaker 4: like I should have been more gracious with my mom
• 47:41
Speaker 4: and sister, and if I stop to think about it,
• 47:44
Speaker 4: it tears me up. I have been holding off on
• 47:47
Speaker 4: submitting because it means I have to talk about it,
• 47:49
Speaker 4: but I feel like the universe is telling me to
• 47:51
Speaker 4: get over it and try.
• 47:52
Speaker 2: Thanks so much, Jessica.
• 47:54
Speaker 7: Hi, Jessica, Hi, how are you.
• 47:58
Speaker 1: We're good and you're stuck. You have a blockage. Yeah,
• 48:04
Speaker 1: Laura's gonna help you out.
• 48:05
Speaker 7: My internet or my actual want.
• 48:07
Speaker 1: You know you have a blockage my internet? I was
• 48:11
Speaker 1: so blockage. We're gonna unblock you.
• 48:13
  Speaker 8: Well.
• 48:13
Speaker 5: First, I want to compliment you because by writing in,
• 48:17
Speaker 5: that means you're ready to heal. And what I know
• 48:20
Speaker 5: about our time here on earth is that the highest
• 48:23
Speaker 5: path we can find is forgiveness, empathy, and healing. And
• 48:28
Speaker 5: I truly feel that your mom kind of nudged you
• 48:32
Speaker 5: to write in and do this because she is ready
• 48:35
Speaker 5: to apologize and to thank you. I think when she
• 48:39
Speaker 5: was here. This is how I'm getting it. She wasn't
• 48:41
Speaker 5: good at that stuff. She was good at demanding stuff
• 48:43
Speaker 5: and criticizing and you know, expecting. It's almost like a
• 48:46
Speaker 5: sense of entitlement. And I will tell you when she
• 48:48
Speaker 5: crossed and did her life review, it was a it
• 48:51
Speaker 5: was a lot to take in for her. But I
• 48:54
Speaker 5: will tell you I don't have the sense that when
• 48:56
Speaker 5: she was here, and this is how she's giving it
• 48:58
Speaker 5: to me, it's like she didn't know. She didn't do
• 49:01
Speaker 5: it maliciously or on purpose, she was just unevolved and
• 49:05
Speaker 5: that the fact that she wasn't evolved led her to
• 49:09
Speaker 5: be cruel at times. She wants you to know she
• 49:13
Speaker 5: sees you fully now and she celebrates you. She's asking
• 49:17
Speaker 5: for your forgiveness, and she says you don't have to
• 49:21
Speaker 5: give it right now in front of everybody, but she's
• 49:24
Speaker 5: asking for it. She understands that she should have been
• 49:28
Speaker 5: the mother and she should have shown up for you emotionally,
• 49:31
Speaker 5: and that instead she put you in that role. She
• 49:34
Speaker 5: also wants me to tell you she's learning from you
• 49:38
Speaker 5: so much about what it means to be a mother
• 49:41
Speaker 5: by watching how you mother. She's kind of funny when
• 49:44
Speaker 5: it comes to the thing with your sister because she's like, ah,
• 49:47
Speaker 5: you're both wrong. It's almost like, you know, like to
• 49:52
Speaker 5: not get too caught up in that it'll work itself out.
• 49:56
Speaker 5: There's a lot of valid feelings you have, and I
• 49:59
Speaker 5: think that when or here on earth, the way you know,
• 50:01
Speaker 5: you and your sister are right now, you can kind
• 50:03
Speaker 5: of get stuck a little bit and it can be
• 50:05
Speaker 5: hard to see the bigger picture, to see what's really
• 50:08
Speaker 5: going on. And I have a sense like in time
• 50:09
Speaker 5: that's going to work itself out. But she is asking
• 50:12
Speaker 5: you to This is the way I would like to
• 50:14
Speaker 5: phrase it, default to love. And she says that's actually
• 50:18
Speaker 5: how you are in life. You always default to love.
• 50:21
Speaker 5: You try and act tough on the outside, but you
• 50:23
Speaker 5: always default to love, and you do kind things. Do
• 50:25
Speaker 5: animals tend to really like you, by the way, like
• 50:28
Speaker 5: the animals come up to you?
• 50:29
Speaker 1: Or yes, yeah yeah.
• 50:32
Speaker 6: In fact, we're living with my dad now and one
• 50:35
Speaker 6: of their dogs like hates me and I cannot exchange it.
• 50:40
Speaker 5: Yeah, you know, it's so funny because I think too,
• 50:42
Speaker 5: I want to give you a little you know, puzzle
• 50:44
Speaker 5: piece here animals see spirit okay, And I think your
• 50:48
Speaker 5: mom's literally been like walking by you this whole time,
• 50:52
Speaker 5: and I don't think it's you that the dog's reacting to.
• 50:56
Speaker 5: I think the dog's like, wait a minute, what is
• 50:57
Speaker 5: going on here? So that could be part of it.
• 51:00
Speaker 5: But I feel like your light is very bright and
• 51:02
Speaker 5: other people see it even though you try to hide it,
• 51:05
Speaker 5: and I think you've had to guard it, especially in
• 51:07
Speaker 5: the past with your relationship with your mom, because she
• 51:09
Speaker 5: didn't honor it in the right ways, and what was
• 51:11
Speaker 5: making you vulnerable and beautiful almost became a perceived weakness
• 51:16
Speaker 5: because she wouldn't honor it and she would kind of
• 51:19
Speaker 5: take advantage at times, not necessarily on purpose, but just
• 51:22
Speaker 5: because of how she was. She is thanking you for
• 51:25
Speaker 5: all you did for her and the ways you cared
• 51:27
Speaker 5: for her, especially at the end, in spite of how
• 51:30
Speaker 5: she acted. And do we lose her. I don't want
• 51:36
Speaker 5: to say anything to interrupt the flow of energy, but
• 51:39
Speaker 5: I also feel something.
• 51:42
Speaker 1: I can feel what you're talking about, like I can
• 51:45
Speaker 1: feel her mom's energy.
• 51:46
Speaker 5: Yes, okay, you need to talk about this well.
• 51:48
Speaker 1: I mean, I've just everything you're saying. Oh hey, we
• 51:51
  Speaker 1: had you, Jessica.
• 51:53
Speaker 7: I'm so sorry. It's okay to move to a different place.
• 51:56
Speaker 7: I have not had an issue with my video here.
• 52:00
Speaker 5: That's your mother does. Like, yeah, but Chelsea, share what
• 52:05
  Speaker 5: you just said.
• 52:06
Speaker 1: I just when you were coming in and out, Jessica, like,
• 52:09
Speaker 1: I what Laura is saying, like I could right before
• 52:13
Speaker 1: she said everything, Like I could just feel your mother
• 52:15
Speaker 1: swoop in, like her energy swooping in, saying like I'm
• 52:19
Speaker 1: here to talk to you now, like I have my
• 52:21
Speaker 1: opportunity and I'm gonna say everything that I want to
• 52:24
Speaker 1: say to you, Like I could feel her energy and
• 52:27
  Speaker 1: it was strong.
• 52:29
Speaker 5: Yeah, she is strong, and I want to tell you
• 52:31
Speaker 5: what I was getting to that she said to validate
• 52:34
Speaker 5: all this for you so that you know this really
• 52:36
Speaker 5: is her and she's apologizing. Right, She's going to send
• 52:38
Speaker 5: you two signs and you sound a little like unrelated,
• 52:40
Speaker 5: but this time'm getting it. She showed me a blue
• 52:42
Speaker 5: butterfly and a chicken. I don't know how those are
• 52:45
Speaker 5: going to come to you, but when you see them,
• 52:48
Speaker 5: and I don't think they have any meaning to you
• 52:49
Speaker 5: right now, let me be clear, they just sound wacky.
• 52:52
Speaker 5: But when you get them, you're gonna know this is her.
• 52:54
Speaker 5: I feel like she's got a little sense of humor
• 52:56
Speaker 5: about it. Too, So you'll have to see how that
• 52:57
Speaker 5: plays out in your life. But please, no, open your
• 53:00
Speaker 5: mind and heart to be looking for those signs. And
• 53:03
Speaker 5: she said, in the brief time that we got disconnected,
• 53:05
Speaker 5: you've already forgiven her.
• 53:07
Speaker 8: Okay, have you that?
• 53:10
Speaker 6: Nope, maybe you're not not appear not in your head.
• 53:16
Speaker 5: I'm not talking about your head. I'm talking about your
• 53:18
Speaker 5: heart and soul. Okay, your head's going to take a
• 53:20
Speaker 5: while to catch up with it, like the monkey mind.
• 53:22
Speaker 5: That chatter is like the logical part. You're going to
• 53:24
Speaker 5: take a while to unpack that. But what I know
• 53:27
Speaker 5: just happened because she told me, is that healing just
• 53:29
Speaker 5: took place. So in your heart, in that soul energy,
• 53:34
Speaker 5: you've forgiven her, even though logically now you're going to
• 53:37
Speaker 5: work it out for a while.
• 53:39
Speaker 4: Laura, can you talk a little bit about how sometimes
• 53:41
Speaker 4: our relationships with people who have passed can improve even
• 53:45
  Speaker 4: care absolutely?
• 53:46
Speaker 5: You know, because I think when people who were stuck
• 53:49
Speaker 5: in beliefs are limited or unevolved while they were here,
• 53:53
Speaker 5: cross and do a life review and take accountability, it
• 53:56
Speaker 5: changes our relationships dramatically. We now can have these stronger
• 54:01
Speaker 5: and beautiful relationships with people we love, and they can
• 54:05
Speaker 5: show up for us in ways that they couldn't when
• 54:07
Speaker 5: they were here, and they do, and they will look
• 54:09
Speaker 5: at that the see and.
• 54:11
Speaker 1: The one that doesn't like you dog just came up
• 54:15
  Speaker 1: to her.
• 54:15
  Speaker 8: Look at that.
• 54:18
Speaker 1: Yeah sweet, but oh that's sweet though. That was nice timing.
• 54:25
Speaker 6: Well, so you couldn't see the min pen has been
• 54:27
Speaker 6: at my hand looking me this whole time since I've
• 54:30
  Speaker 6: been out here.
• 54:30
Speaker 5: So yeah, is that the one that was being cranky
• 54:33
  Speaker 5: before because.
• 54:35
Speaker 7: She came out and looked at me and ran back
• 54:36
  Speaker 7: in time.
• 54:40
Speaker 1: Well, I would I would use this as your door
• 54:42
Speaker 1: opening to heal the relationship with your mother. This is
• 54:45
Speaker 1: the first step in your healing process.
• 54:48
Speaker 5: And I think this stuff with your sister will work out.
• 54:50
Speaker 5: I see like a two month period and then like
• 54:52
Speaker 5: this real beautiful doorway for forgiveness and and I don't
• 54:56
Speaker 5: feel like it's necessarily going to get worked out completely
• 54:59
Speaker 5: in terms of like my version your version, but just
• 55:02
Speaker 5: like okay, it's almost like we have to agree to disagree,
• 55:06
Speaker 5: but we know is there as this underground river of
• 55:08
Speaker 5: love and I love you even if we don't see
• 55:11
  Speaker 5: eye to eye.
• 55:11
Speaker 6: I have actually tested her a couple of times and
• 55:14
Speaker 6: she did my birthday. Was thought we could go, and
• 55:17
Speaker 6: she did text me on my birthday, which was big
• 55:20
Speaker 6: because it's been almost a year.
• 55:22
  Speaker 5: That's beautiful.
• 55:23
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 55:24
Speaker 6: And then I was invited by her while I was
• 55:27
Speaker 6: waiting for you guys to am memorial thing for my
• 55:31
  Speaker 6: mom on Facebook.
• 55:33
Speaker 5: Oh that's so beautiful. I feel like writing it and
• 55:35
Speaker 5: doing this letter opened the door for all of that, right,
• 55:38
Speaker 5: it was your energy that opened that.
• 55:40
  Speaker 7: Well.
• 55:40
Speaker 6: Yeah, And I think because my call originally was supposed
• 55:43
Speaker 6: to be two days before or after my mom the
• 55:47
Speaker 6: first anniversary of my mom passing, and it didn't work out.
• 55:50
Speaker 6: And I think maybe, like you were saying, I just
• 55:53
Speaker 6: both it ready for that at that time. Actually, and
• 55:58
Speaker 6: everything you set up top's just like everything I wish
• 56:02
  Speaker 6: would have.
• 56:02
Speaker 5: Said, she is saying it now. She just didn't have
• 56:06
  Speaker 5: the ability to.
• 56:07
Speaker 2: Say it because she didn't see it that right.
• 56:11
Speaker 7: No, No, that's yeah.
• 56:14
Speaker 5: But she loves you so much.
• 56:16
Speaker 7: Oh, I feel that.
• 56:18
Speaker 6: I guess, of course, part of what makes it so hard.
• 56:23
Speaker 6: And I had kind of forgiven her a lot of
• 56:25
Speaker 6: the stuff from when I was a kid before she passed,
• 56:28
Speaker 6: because especially after being a mom, I understand like you
• 56:34
Speaker 6: are just doing your best, and she didn't have the
• 56:36
Speaker 6: tools that I have now, so she.
• 56:40
Speaker 7: Didn't really know any differently.
• 56:43
Speaker 6: But then just the last few years where she passed
• 56:46
  Speaker 6: were so bad.
• 56:48
  Speaker 7: So it is.
• 56:52
Speaker 6: Really I'm forgeting to know that I will get to
• 56:55
Speaker 6: a place where I can really forget pursuit.
• 56:57
Speaker 1: Yeah, you will. You're gonna get there.
• 56:59
Speaker 5: You're on your way.
• 57:00
Speaker 1: We're all witnessing it.
• 57:02
Speaker 2: Yeah, thank you for sharing this.
• 57:04
Speaker 5: She also says, right about it, that's going to help.
• 57:07
Speaker 5: And then she also said she's going to give you
• 57:09
Speaker 5: a win somehow, Like I feel like a scratch off
• 57:11
Speaker 5: lottery ticket. You're gonna win, and it might be funny
• 57:13
Speaker 5: because it might only be ten dollars, but like she's like,
• 57:15
Speaker 5: that's the best I can do right now.
• 57:17
Speaker 2: But just be ready for that too.
• 57:18
Speaker 5: I feel like she's going to try and pay you
• 57:20
Speaker 5: back energetically in the most beautiful ways. So just be
• 57:23
Speaker 5: open to some magical, beautiful things happening to you and
• 57:27
  Speaker 5: for you.
• 57:29
Speaker 7: Oh, I could sure you the win.
• 57:31
Speaker 1: Yeah, you're going to get away. The tide is changing.
• 57:34
Speaker 1: You're going to get a win.
• 57:35
Speaker 6: And it makes sense that she would want me to
• 57:37
Speaker 6: write about it. She's journaled every single day.
• 57:39
  Speaker 5: There you go.
• 57:40
  Speaker 7: I can remember.
• 57:41
Speaker 5: Oh, I love it. She get ready, you know. I
• 57:47
Speaker 5: think sometimes when we write, too, we open the doorway
• 57:50
Speaker 5: to a conversation with the other side. And you might
• 57:53
Speaker 5: find as you write, you might feel her presence more strongly,
• 57:55
Speaker 5: and you might like hear thoughts come to you that
• 57:57
Speaker 5: are really from her, like asking for more forgiveness or
• 58:01
Speaker 5: telling you how much she loves you. I think that
• 58:04
Speaker 5: she wants to be present for that healing journey and
• 58:07
  Speaker 5: help you heal.
• 58:09
  Speaker 7: Boy.
• 58:11
Speaker 1: Thank you, well, thank you for thank you for calling in.
• 58:14
Speaker 1: We are so happy that you did.
• 58:17
Speaker 7: I am too. Listen, work of artic I couldn't imagine.
• 58:22
Speaker 2: I'm so glad you so much love. Follow up with
• 58:25
Speaker 2: us when you see your blue butterfly and your chicken.
• 58:27
Speaker 5: Okay, yes, seriously follow this scotch. Maybe it'll be more.
• 58:34
Speaker 1: Watch it will be sixty grand like what mom?
• 58:41
  Speaker 6: Right?
• 58:42
  Speaker 8: Awesome?
• 58:43
Speaker 1: Thanks love it, Thanks Jessica, thank you, thank you all.
• 58:49
Speaker 1: That was so moving, so moving.
• 58:53
Speaker 2: Yeah, do we have energy in time for one more?
• 58:55
Speaker 1: What what do you Okay? Should we take a break
• 58:58
Speaker 1: and come back and we'll do one more? Oh, take
• 59:00
  Speaker 1: a quick break?
• 59:01
Speaker 9: Yeah, and we're back with Laura La and Jackson, and
• 59:08
Speaker 9: we're going to do one more caller because we can't
• 59:09
Speaker 9: let you leave without spreading.
• 59:11
Speaker 2: More than exactly it's so exciting.
• 59:13
Speaker 4: Yes, and actually this caller is two colors, so we
• 59:17
Speaker 4: should have Sarah and Pat on the oh together.
• 59:19
  Speaker 7: Yeah.
• 59:19
Speaker 4: So this is a little bit of couples counseling with Chelsea.
• 59:23
Speaker 4: But so Sarah and Pat say, dear Chelsea. My husband
• 59:27
Speaker 4: Pat is the youngest of four brothers, or so we
• 59:29
Speaker 4: thought up until about five years ago. After the birth
• 59:32
Speaker 4: of our second son, my husband's whole family came to visit.
• 59:35
Speaker 4: During that trip, my mother in law revealed that she
• 59:37
Speaker 4: had become pregnant at.
• 59:38
Speaker 2: The age of fifteen.
• 59:40
Speaker 4: She was sent to a Catholic home for unwed mothers,
• 59:42
Speaker 4: and her son was adopted after birth. She had apparently
• 59:45
Speaker 4: never planned on sharing this news until my husband bought
• 59:48
Speaker 4: an ancestry DNA test. Long story short, it was not
• 59:51
Speaker 4: an open adoption, and she has not had much contact with.
• 59:54
Speaker 2: Her first child. My husband and his brothers all took
• 59:57
Speaker 2: this news in their own way.
• 59:58
Speaker 4: Some grieved somewhere angry, but my husband Pat has been
• 1:00:02
Speaker 4: determined to find his now oldest brother, but he's not
• 1:00:05
Speaker 4: had much luck. The person we believe could be his
• 1:00:08
Speaker 4: brother does not seem to want to be contacted and
• 1:00:10
Speaker 4: has no interest in meeting Pat, his brothers, or his mom.
• 1:00:13
Speaker 4: Pat can't seem to let this go and feels like
• 1:00:15
Speaker 4: he needs closure, which I do understand. What would you do?
• 1:00:18
Speaker 4: Family is very important to us both, and we know
• 1:00:20
Speaker 4: it is to you as well, Chelsea. Would you let
• 1:00:23
Speaker 4: this go and hope that one day his brother will
• 1:00:24
Speaker 4: change his mind? Or do we continue our search and
• 1:00:27
Speaker 4: try to get creative and exhaust all resources. I value
• 1:00:30
Speaker 4: your opinion and I'm hoping we can find peace whatever
• 1:00:33
Speaker 4: the outcome may be. Sarah and Pat I got the
• 1:00:36
  Speaker 4: hair with us.
• 1:00:36
Speaker 1: Hi guys, Hello, Hi, this is our special guest, Laura
• 1:00:41
  Speaker 1: Lyn Jackson.
• 1:00:43
  Speaker 6: Hi.
• 1:00:43
Speaker 8: Hi, it's nice to meet you all.
• 1:00:45
Speaker 5: Thank you for having us.
• 1:00:46
Speaker 1: Oh? Absolutely absolutely? Okay, Laura, what do you think right
• 1:00:50
Speaker 1: off the bat about this?
• 1:00:52
  Speaker 6: So?
• 1:00:52
Speaker 5: I just want to say, I think always being guided
• 1:00:55
Speaker 5: by love is the highest path to take, and I
• 1:00:57
Speaker 5: think that is your impetus, that is your drive, that
• 1:01:00
Speaker 5: is what is making you want so badly to meet
• 1:01:04
Speaker 5: this brother. Is this love you already have in your
• 1:01:07
Speaker 5: heart having not even met him yet. That said, I
• 1:01:11
Speaker 5: do think that there are free will choices here on
• 1:01:14
Speaker 5: Earth really are very powerful, and I think possibly the
• 1:01:19
Speaker 5: highest path to take would be to set the intention
• 1:01:23
Speaker 5: with the universe, with the powers that be, that your
• 1:01:28
Speaker 5: heart would love to connect with your brother, and then
• 1:01:32
  Speaker 5: surrender it.
• 1:01:33
Speaker 2: Because there's a magic that goes.
• 1:01:35
Speaker 5: On behind the scenes, in unseen energy streams, in ways
• 1:01:38
Speaker 5: that we can't fathom, but we need to trust in.
• 1:01:43
Speaker 5: I would say that it might be a process for
• 1:01:47
Speaker 5: the brother who maybe has oustrated his life a certain
• 1:01:51
Speaker 5: way and guarded his heart a certain way, that he
• 1:01:55
Speaker 5: may know the doors there and not be ready to
• 1:01:57
Speaker 5: open it today. But if you just give some time
• 1:02:01
Speaker 5: and space out of the blue a year and two
• 1:02:04
Speaker 5: months from now, you might get a phone call, you
• 1:02:07
Speaker 5: might get an email, you might get a letter, and
• 1:02:10
Speaker 5: what a beautiful moment that would be. So I think,
• 1:02:13
Speaker 5: set your intention, leave that door open, and know you're
• 1:02:15
Speaker 5: coming from the most pure place, but also understand that
• 1:02:20
Speaker 5: his free will might need a little time to make
• 1:02:23
Speaker 5: a decision to be that vulnerable, because that's really what
• 1:02:26
Speaker 5: I see this as about for him is vulnerability, you know,
• 1:02:29
Speaker 5: And it's I think what your knowledge, your heart is
• 1:02:33
Speaker 5: telling you is like, yes, there's a risk here, but
• 1:02:35
Speaker 5: it's going to be so rewarding and so loving when
• 1:02:38
Speaker 5: we meet. And his energy is saying, I don't know
• 1:02:40
Speaker 5: that I'm ready to take that risk. I'm still guarded
• 1:02:43
Speaker 5: or I'm not sure I want to meet this family
• 1:02:46
Speaker 5: that I'm not part of or haven't been part of yet.
• 1:02:49
Speaker 5: But I think it's so beautiful the intention you're setting.
• 1:02:52
Speaker 5: And I think it's so beautiful how as a couple
• 1:02:55
Speaker 5: you're supporting each other in that and there's so much
• 1:02:58
Speaker 5: love between you, so much kindness and genuine like rooting
• 1:03:03
Speaker 5: for the other person to be healed and be whole
• 1:03:07
Speaker 5: and you know, experience love and all the dimensions. Yeah, oh,
• 1:03:11
Speaker 5: thank you, thank you so much as we speak. That's
• 1:03:14
Speaker 5: what do you think?
• 1:03:15
Speaker 1: I agree with everything that Laurel and Jackson said, dudo,
• 1:03:19
Speaker 1: because I think it's so important to put out that vibe,
• 1:03:22
Speaker 1: to put out the intention to always lead with love
• 1:03:25
Speaker 1: every time you think about him, to let him know,
• 1:03:28
Speaker 1: like like just think about communicating with someone telepathically, like
• 1:03:32
Speaker 1: choose to believe that that's true, and like I love
• 1:03:35
Speaker 1: you and I'm ready whatever you are. And as long
• 1:03:38
Speaker 1: as that message is out there, I do think that
• 1:03:40
Speaker 1: you will hear from him at some point during your.
• 1:03:42
Speaker 4: Life, and you can also focus on the excitement and
• 1:03:45
Speaker 4: the happiness that you'll feel when and if he does
• 1:03:47
Speaker 4: reach out. Like, focusing on those emotions I think can
• 1:03:50
Speaker 4: help bring them to fruition.
• 1:03:52
Speaker 2: This is you know, our timelines are so different.
• 1:03:55
Speaker 4: Like my dad was in sort of a similar situation
• 1:03:58
  Speaker 4: as your brother.
• 1:03:59
Speaker 2: He found out that the person.
• 1:04:01
Speaker 4: He thought was his dad was not his biological father.
• 1:04:04
Speaker 4: And he found this out when he was in his twenties.
• 1:04:06
Speaker 4: My parents were already married, and the moment my dad
• 1:04:09
Speaker 4: had the realization, he didn't even tell my mom for
• 1:04:12
Speaker 4: a full year because he just needed to digest it
• 1:04:15
Speaker 4: and sort of sit with it. And then it wasn't
• 1:04:17
Speaker 4: for several more years until he met his whole family.
• 1:04:21
Speaker 4: And then he walks into this family reunion and he's like, oh,
• 1:04:24
Speaker 4: I thought it was just like a special individual snowflake,
• 1:04:26
Speaker 4: But like I look exactly like that person, but with
• 1:04:29
Speaker 4: a different hair color, and I hold my coffee mug
• 1:04:31
Speaker 4: the same as this person. And so you know, he
• 1:04:34
Speaker 4: might just be on a little bit of a different
• 1:04:35
Speaker 4: timeline than you. But if you focus on those like
• 1:04:38
Speaker 4: feelings of excitement and happiness. I think that's what he'll
• 1:04:42
Speaker 4: be feeling from you.
• 1:04:43
  Speaker 8: Yeah.
• 1:04:43
Speaker 7: I love that, and that's definitely where we're coming from.
• 1:04:45
Speaker 8: So keep putting it out there.
• 1:04:48
  Speaker 5: I love that.
• 1:04:48
Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, yeah, you're welcome. Thank you guys for calling
• 1:04:51

• 1:05:17

• 1:05:21
Speaker 1: things about the things that they can't see that you
• 1:05:24
Speaker 1: are in tune with and attuned to. So thank you.
