- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:04Epstein Chronicles. For over a decade, Virginia Roberts was pleading
- 0:11with the authorities in the UK to take action against
- 0:15Prince Andrew, and for years she was ignored time and
- 0:19time again. And I can't help but ask myself if
- 0:23things would have been different, if all these people who
- 0:25say they care now would have cared back then. And
- 0:29then from there, I asked myself, would Virginia still be
- 0:32with us if the authorities in the UK and the
- 0:36United States took what she said more seriously? And I
- 0:40think it's safe to say that the answer to that
- 0:42question is yes. Well, now, after over a decade, the
- 0:48UK is sending a team of detectives to the United
- 0:51States to talk to Virginia's family about her allegations against
- 0:56Prince Andrew. And look, I'm not very confident that anything's
- 1:01going to come of it, as far as anything tangible,
- 1:04but at least it's a step in the right direction.
- 1:06At least the UK authorities are sending people over to
- 1:09speak with Virginia's family. You would think that the FBI
- 1:13would want to do that too. You would think that
- 1:16every organization in America that's investigating this would want to
- 1:21speak with Virginia's family. Now, look the evidence that they
- 1:25could provide, if any, is going to be secondhand and hearsay.
- 1:30And I'm not going to bullshit you and tell you
- 1:32that you know that's going to end up with Andrew
- 1:34going to prison. But I feel like it's another brick
- 1:38in the road. And I think there's a lot of
- 1:40people out there that don't understand how cases are built.
- 1:44They're built on circumstantial evidence. That's what the foundation is.
- 1:48And while one piece of that circumstantial evidence on its
- 1:51own might not mean much, when you put it all together,
- 1:55it tells a whole different story. And I think that
- 1:59is something that I really learned covering the Brian Kolberger trial.
- 2:04I mean, talk about twists and turns. I don't think
- 2:07there's a more complex case that's made its way through
- 2:10the system in the last ten or twenty years. I
- 2:13mean we're talking about every challenge you can possibly imagine
- 2:17was thrown at the prosecution, and the hoops they had
- 2:21to jump through to make sure that Brian Colberger's right
- 2:24to a fair trial was respected was insane. And now
- 2:29there's a new report out that it costs the taxpayers
- 2:32of Idaho eight million dollars eight million dollars for that
- 2:37scumbag just to plead guilty. And look, we all knew
- 2:41he was guilty right once we started getting the information.
- 2:44Who was relatively obvious. But my point is this stuff
- 2:47is complicated, and if you're going to build a case
- 2:50against somebody, you have to start with circumstantial evidence. That's
- 2:53how it goes. So today we have an article from
- 2:56the Sun and let's see what they have to say
- 2:58about the detectives from the u UK coming over to
- 3:01America to speak with Virginia's family and the headline andy
- 3:07probe Andrew detective to fly to the US to interview
- 3:10Virginia Roberts family over her sex allegations against the prince.
- 3:15This article was authored by Sam Creed. Thames Valley police
- 3:21officers will reportedly fly to the US to speak with
- 3:24Virginia's relatives over her sexual assault allegations against the ex prince.
- 3:29And look, I'm trying not to get too agitated by this,
- 3:33but if these people would have carried this much when
- 3:35Virginia was around, things could have been a lot different.
- 3:38And I can tell you for a fact, that this
- 3:40kind of shit weighed on Virginia, the fact that people
- 3:43didn't listen in the UK, the fact that Andrew was
- 3:46continuously protected. It weighed on her, and I think it
- 3:50would weigh on anybody. Imagine being on the battlefield basically
- 3:54alone against Jeffrey Epstein's people. That's what it was like
- 3:58when Virginia first came out. Nobody really knew what Epstein
- 4:02was up to. Then Virginia shows up and blows the
- 4:05lid off of everything, and for quite some time she
- 4:09was on her own. She didn't have people backing her up. Instead,
- 4:13she was being attacked continuously and NonStop. And unfortunately, even
- 4:19though she's not with us anymore, there's still people out
- 4:21there that do it. And it's mind boggling to me,
- 4:24like Virginia's the bad guy here, like she did something wrong.
- 4:31The ex Duke was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in
- 4:34public office at his Sandringham home on his sixty sixth
- 4:37birthday in February. Andrew was later released under investigation, but
- 4:42cops say they have widened their inquiry into his ten
- 4:46years as UK Trade Envoy, and that's just how it
- 4:48goes any investigation for any crime. They look at you
- 4:52for everything. So say you get hit with a felony
- 4:55for I don't know, insert crime here, They're gonna look
- 4:59at everything. The're gonna look at your bank records, They're
- 5:01gonna look at your taxes, They're gonna look at everything.
- 5:05And if they can find a way to smack you
- 5:07in the face with the legal hammer, get ready, you're
- 5:10about to get cracked. In May, TVP detectives confirmed that
- 5:15they were probing claims of sexual misconduct allegedly carried out
- 5:18by the outcast Royal. I mean, I know I've said
- 5:22it about forty five billion times, but imagine being the
- 5:26son of Queen Elizabeth and fucking it up this bad yo,
- 5:31I would be living the life like you wouldn't believe.
- 5:34I'd be everywhere, I'd be doing all kinds of good deeds.
- 5:38Is there a leper colony for me to go visit?
- 5:40Where can I go? Who can I help? How do
- 5:42I harness this great privilege to help other people? I'm
- 5:47the fucking Prince of England. But no, it has to
- 5:50be a whole other thing, right, it has to be
- 5:52how can I get more? How can I benefit from this?
- 5:57Not about the people of the UK, not about his mom,
- 6:01about himself. And that's what Andrew's always been about himself.
- 6:05And he's always behaved the way he behaves because there's
- 6:08never been any kind of punishment, no life lessons. I
- 6:13know the vast majority of us out there, if we
- 6:15went around our lives growing up the way Andrew did,
- 6:19we'd be walking around with fat lips and black eyes.
- 6:23But Prince Andrew, because he's a queen's son, Bah, he
- 6:27can say and do whatever he wants. Well, I'm here
- 6:30to tell you, my brother, you cannot That fucking ship
- 6:33is sailed, and that bill that you've been avoiding, that
- 6:38shit is coming due. And it's understood that officers are
- 6:44now set to speak with Sky and Amanda Roberts, Virginia's
- 6:48brother and sister in law, the Times reports, And that's
- 6:51good they should have to say. Virginia's family, her brother
- 6:54and sister especially, should have a lot to say about
- 6:58what's going on. And I think that they can provide
- 7:01some context about certain issues with Virginia. So it's a
- 7:05good idea for the authorities to talk to them. Police
- 7:09had previously urged alleged victims and survivors of Andrew's pale
- 7:13Jeffrey Epstein to talk to them. Virginia was a key
- 7:16figure in the downfall of the Pedal financier, who died
- 7:20in prison in twenty nineteen. She later sued Andrew in
- 7:24twenty twenty one, claiming she was forced to have sex
- 7:27with him on three occasions when she was a teen. Well, yeah,
- 7:31because it's true. It's a fact. I believe my friend Virginia,
- 7:35and I don't believe the jerkofs in the media who
- 7:38said it was a lie. You know, there's people out there.
- 7:42You got people like Lady vig Taria Hovey and anybody
- 7:46associated with her. All those people, they can all eat
- 7:51a big fat bag of stinky dicks. Because guess what,
- 7:55you bunch of scumbags, you were wrong. Virginia was telling
- 8:01the truth. And you're a boy, Hansy Andy, the Joe
- 8:05Exotic of the Windsor family. Well, he's everything Virginia told
- 8:10us he was. She later sued Andrew in twenty twenty one,
- 8:15claiming she was forced to have sex with him on
- 8:18three occasions when she was a teen. Andrew went on
- 8:21to pay his accuser, who claimed he had never met
- 8:24and estimated twelve million pounds in an out of court
- 8:27settlement and not really an out of court settlement. They
- 8:30went to court, Andrew took a look at discovery, and
- 8:34his lawyer, Andrew Brettler, one of the best to do it, said, look, Bud,
- 8:39you have no case. You need to plead, You need
- 8:42to come to the table, and you need to find
- 8:45a settlement because if you go to trial and a
- 8:48jury sees this, you are cooked. And not only are
- 8:51you cooked civilly, You're probably going to go to prison.
- 8:55Now I'm paraphrasing because I wasn't in the room, but
- 8:58I'm guessing that's the way the conversation went with Andrew Butler,
- 9:02and who the hell is settling with somebody for twelve
- 9:05million pounds if you've never even met them? Please miss
- 9:10me With all of that, The former Duke of York
- 9:14denied any wrongdoing in relation to miss Roberts or Epstein.
- 9:18Following Andrew's arrest, Virginia's emotional brother Sky Roberts and Danielle
- 9:23Wilson said their broken hearts are lifted. They said, out
- 9:27last today, our broken hearts have been lifted at the
- 9:29news that no one is above the law, not even
- 9:32Royalty on behalf of our sister Virginia Roberts. We extend
- 9:37our gratitude to the UK Thames Police for their investigation
- 9:41and the arrest of Andrew mount Vaan Winsor. And look,
- 9:45I'll be the first to tell you I was shocked
- 9:47as fuck when they arrested Prince Andrew. I didn't expect it, sorry,
- 9:51never expected it, and now that they did, it's a
- 9:56game changer because once you're on that ledge, doesn't take
- 10:00much for the authorities to push your ass off. And
- 10:03my friends, he is dangerously close to the edge. He
- 10:09was never a prince for survivors everywhere. Virginia did this
- 10:12for you. Cops are also assessing claims of fraud, corruption,
- 10:17bullying and perverting justice in relation to his stint as
- 10:21Trade Envoy from two thousand and one to twenty eleven.
- 10:25Officers are in contact with the Royal Household and the
- 10:28government's Business and Trade Department. Thames Valley Assistant Chief Constable
- 10:33Oliver Wright said he really hoped alleged victims would come forward.
- 10:37Mister Wright said there's a number of aspects of allegedmist
- 10:40conduct that the investigation is examining. We are speaking to
- 10:44a range of witnesses and want anyone with information to
- 10:47get in touch with us. More than three million documents
- 10:51and videos relating to Epstein have been released by the
- 10:53US Justice Department since December. The files appeared to show
- 10:58Andrew passing on details related to royal visits and investment
- 11:01opportunity briefings. Well yeah, that's what he was doing, and
- 11:05god knows what else. Who knows what this guy was
- 11:09doing to gain profit. UK police forces are said to
- 11:14be in touch with US authorities to obtain original material.
- 11:18The Widen police probe is examining other potential aspects of
- 11:21misconduct in public office, which carries a maximum life sentence.
- 11:26Well it should, like for real, I mean, the British
- 11:30people haven't suffered enough indignity, they haven't suffered enough embarrassment
- 11:34at the hands of Prince Andrew. Now they have to
- 11:36get robbed on top of it. Sounds like a shitty
- 11:39deal to me. So I hope these investigators find enough
- 11:43information that leads to more problems for Andrew. And I
- 11:47say that because, in my opinion, if anybody deserves to
- 11:50be left without a chair at the end of the song,
- 11:53it's certainly the Joe exotic of the Windsor family. All
- 11:59the information that goes with this episode can be found
- 12:02in the description box.
