- 0:00You ready? For what?
- 0:04Nothing like this is not how we're starting.
- 0:06It. Oh, yeah.
- 0:08I thought you had something like planned.
- 0:10You were preparing me like, Are you ready for this 'cause I'm
- 0:12about to do it like it's, I'm about to pull the trigger.
- 0:15Here it comes. OK, Yeah, we can start.
- 0:18Yeah. Yeah, I want you to know because
- 0:21you've probably seen Out of the Past.
- 0:24This would be episode 6 out of five of the six podcasts we
- 0:28recorded. Not a podcast, by the way.
- 0:30I have been wearing a black shirt and you might be thinking,
- 0:34is that his only black shirt? No, I actually got a deal on
- 0:38these black shirts. Yeah, I got eight.
- 0:42OK, $30. And I'm starting to realize why
- 0:47I'm running out of black shirts like a cartoon character cuz
- 0:50they shrink so fast. If I were to stand up, dude, I I
- 0:56would, I would look like a belly dancer and it wouldn't be good.
- 0:58No, no. Do you have a problem with
- 1:01shrinking things 'cause like I, all of my stuff shrinks forever.
- 1:04Like it keeps shrinking no matter what I do to try and
- 1:06prevent it, yeah. Yeah, I feel like it's trying to
- 1:10make me feel worse about myself and it's succeeding.
- 1:14All of the things it. Works every time.
- 1:16I feel like a piece of shit every time I put clothes back on
- 1:19after they come out of the the dryer.
- 1:21Yeah, it makes me feel really bad.
- 1:24Maybe it should make me feel bad.
- 1:25Maybe this is motivation that I need, but I would prefer if my
- 1:29clothes that I bought in certain sizes remained the same.
- 1:32I agree, but that that's just not how it works.
- 1:34You got to you got to hang dry it though.
- 1:36If you you got to be that guy that hang dry your stuff.
- 1:39I'm not ever going to be that person.
- 1:41I'm just going to buy eight more shirts, just not at a discount.
- 1:47Yeah, you do wear a lot of black shirts and it makes.
- 1:50It's it's. Thumbnail work real tough for
- 1:53me. You're.
- 1:54Welcome. Look, I have other shirts and I
- 1:58it's not even something I tried to do where like I always wear a
- 2:02black shirt. It's just I get on my shirt for
- 2:05the day. And statistically speaking, if I
- 2:07have 15 shirts and over half of them are black shirts, that's
- 2:11what I'm going to wear for that day.
- 2:13No, I get that. Yeah, I I got to buy new ones.
- 2:16Maybe I'll go with a different color.
- 2:17I'm willing to take suggestions. How about a dark blue?
- 2:20How about a Navy? A dark Navy.
- 2:22Blue. Not from you, not from you.
- 2:23I get that from other people. I get that.
- 2:27No, I you shouldn't. You shouldn't take advice for me
- 2:29or suggestions for me. I've only.
- 2:31Known you for 14 years of my life, I'm the.
- 2:34Last guy that should be giving you any advice or yeah you
- 2:37shouldn't listen to me. Exactly, although I will ask
- 2:39your advice on this. I was just talking to ASAP
- 2:41before and when I were working on a little something.
- 2:44Yeah, we we're working on a band name.
- 2:47We have a few suggestions. What do you mean a band?
- 2:50Name. Just, you know, band names in
- 2:52general that like people might, you know, want to use maybe
- 2:56they'll pay royalties for the name type of thing.
- 2:58So I'm going to run a a a couple paths.
- 3:01You I want to see what you think of these.
- 3:04So first up we got truck stop orgasm.
- 3:07OK, that's not going to. Work well.
- 3:09Why is that not going to? Work.
- 3:10It has orgasm in the name that's going to.
- 3:13That's a lot of brand deals out the window immediately.
- 3:15People aren't going to pay for that.
- 3:17There's like, there's sex on fire, that's a band.
- 3:21Right. Yeah, and and there's there's
- 3:23bands like 5 Finger Death Punch that's not like brand friendly.
- 3:26People want to work with them all the time.
- 3:28That's so different, though. That's five finger death punch
- 3:31is not a that's that's dude that yeah, yeah, sure you could you
- 3:35could argue fist. Yeah, violence.
- 3:37Dude, violence. OK, violence is whatever.
- 3:40People pay for violence like they they don't care that
- 3:42violence is there. There's Counter Strike
- 3:44tournaments, there's Valor and Turners, there's death in those
- 3:47games and stuff, you know, like that doesn't.
- 3:48Yeah, but no. One No one believes them.
- 3:50No one believes the the cartoon characters 'cause they spawn in
- 3:53the next round. No one is sitting there worrying
- 3:55about losing the. Plot here, Let's back up.
- 3:57OK, you said orgasm in the name and.
- 3:59That's like, that's more intimate orgasm, yeah.
- 4:02That that's more intimate. Out of 10, if you had to write
- 4:06the name, where would that land? OK, can can I ask this question?
- 4:10What kind of band is this? Is it a rock band?
- 4:13Metal like EDM? Like what are we?
- 4:15Well. I I want you to take a shot in
- 4:18the dark. What does it sound like?
- 4:19I feel like you know it. It sounds like a it's like a
- 4:23punk band. How do you truck stop orgasm?
- 4:26OK, but punk band, I, I, I don't think of punk bands when I think
- 4:30of truck stops. Is the problem there?
- 4:33They they don't, they're looking mesh together.
- 4:36They're looking, they're looking for like that grungy feeling,
- 4:39you know what I mean? Truck stop org think about like
- 4:42this truck stop orgasm. Like look at that.
- 4:45There's like a little spice you put on the end of it, dude.
- 4:47People would be like DSODSO. People are like like freaking
- 4:51out dude. When you said that just now, it
- 4:53sounded like when you get a kill streak on Halo and you just say
- 4:57truck step orgasm. Yeah, dude, that was cool.
- 5:01Yeah, dude, yeah. And then try it with the name.
- 5:04Yeah, what Truck. Truck stop orgasm.
- 5:07Dude, yes, it's exactly it's the same.
- 5:10Thing, it's starting to come up in your mind, at least for some
- 5:13reasons. Yeah, not for the band reason,
- 5:15it completely defeats that that approach, but I like it for
- 5:18that. I like it for Halo.
- 5:20Look, that sounds nice. I'll.
- 5:21Take it So Jake really wanted me to run this one by you, you
- 5:25know, 8 set. He he said he's been saving this
- 5:28one daylight boner. What do you think of that one?
- 5:32Why are all of these sex related?
- 5:34What what like. OK, that's not like it's not
- 5:39strictly sex related. Daylight boner.
- 5:42OK, he's been workshopping this one for a while.
- 5:44He says he's been holding it, you know, for a rainy day.
- 5:48It's a rainy day. So what do you think of Daylight
- 5:50Boner? That that sounds like getting
- 5:55what? What is it?
- 5:57He's going to go to jail. You're going to go If you're
- 6:00talking about a boner in broad daylight, OK, Because that's
- 6:02what the band is implying there. Daylight boner Not good.
- 6:06All right, so you're probably not going to like Unreasonably
- 6:08Long Foot then, is the last band name.
- 6:11I mean, at least it's not something to do with the orgasm
- 6:15or boner. It's like, OK, yeah, people with
- 6:17foot fetishes or whatever, but that's not, I mean, that's just
- 6:22a goofy thing in general. I mean, I get that, but.
- 6:27It's it doesn't roll off the tongue at all.
- 6:29Also let me say that. Well, yeah.
- 6:32So here's the thing. I I think you're looking at the
- 6:35other two band names, you know, with with a little bit of like
- 6:39you're looking at it through the the wrong lens.
- 6:41Like it's you got to look at it like it's art.
- 6:44You know what I mean? I am you, you, you.
- 6:46So you, you hear truck stop orgasm and you're thinking, you
- 6:52know, that's disgusting, that's sexual.
- 6:53Cause to me, like I, I hear, I hear a classic coming out of the
- 6:57woods. I, I hear something that is way
- 7:00worse but sounds the same if you're listening to it on your
- 7:05iPod, driving really quickly on the highway of like My Chemical
- 7:10Romance, something like a like Welcome to the Black Parade,
- 7:13Truck Stop orgasm. They're making something way
- 7:16worse than that. But they're they're definitely
- 7:18making three albums. People are buying them.
- 7:21We don't know why no one admits that they're a fan.
- 7:25The craziest part is like when you were describing that you
- 7:27sent me back in time to like the early 2000s because you said
- 7:31iPod, and then My Chemical Romance, which was like, whoa,
- 7:35we're here now. We have just time travelled.
- 7:37So is this supposed to have already happened?
- 7:39Like this is this band should have already.
- 7:42That's a problem. They are.
- 7:44They only appeal to people that have iPods.
- 7:47OK, that's AI, don't know how many many people that is, that's
- 7:51not. Many these days.
- 7:52Are relics those are relics nowadays I.
- 7:56Think they're like, they're all like, you know, filling up a
- 7:58landfill real nice right now. IPods.
- 8:01Yeah, iPods. Yeah, landfills and drawers that
- 8:05you haven't opened in 15. Years you're gonna find it.
- 8:08It can be like, this is gonna be worth the money one day.
- 8:10I'll come to find out it's not going to be worth money one day.
- 8:13You know, like a Pokémon card. I had iPod like I had an iPod at
- 8:17one point. I know for a fact I would not
- 8:19have ever tossed it in the trash can.
- 8:21It's somewhere. It has to be somewhere.
- 8:24Like there's no way I wouldn't have thrown it away.
- 8:25I I have like 2 iPods and I if you put a gun to my head and
- 8:32said find it within the next 30 minutes I would tell you to pull
- 8:34the trigger right then and there.
- 8:36It's never being found. Damn.
- 8:39Yeah, I know I have too, though from different points in my
- 8:43childhood. Jeez, dude.
- 8:47OK, all right. Do you need?
- 8:48Do you have more band names or or can I get onto this next
- 8:51thing? From the Wall friends, no, if
- 8:53you don't like any of the band names, that's fine.
- 8:55Maybe people in the comments section will like comment and
- 8:58subscribe and say that they love Truck Stop Orgasm and they get
- 9:03what I'm going for with that or Jake's name.
- 9:05Daylight boner, you know, and. I'm a big TSO fan, man.
- 9:10The TSO TSO. Oh God.
- 9:13Can't get enough of TSO. Yeah, yeah.
- 9:15That's the branding. Sucks but I'm into.
- 9:18It love their posters though. Good God they really nailed the
- 9:21designs. Yeah, now you know exactly
- 9:23what's going to be on that poster.
- 9:25Yeah. Dude, Speaking of which, we are
- 9:27designed for this. It was created like after we had
- 9:30recorded the last episode. So we, because in that last
- 9:33episode we were like, OK, yeah, we'll probably have something by
- 9:36the time this is up. And we didn't, we did.
- 9:39And we did. We did.
- 9:41My friend Laser Laser Lord, he is he he's going to, he just
- 9:46graduated school for graphic design.
- 9:49You can tell. You can tell because it looks
- 9:51good. It looks really good, you have.
- 9:53Like a lot of nice ones too. Like a lot of surprisingly nice
- 9:57ones. Actually, not even it's only
- 9:59surprising to me because I was like, wait, you already got this
- 10:02done with someone and like it looks really good.
- 10:05Like I I didn't expect that many high quality designs that quick.
- 10:09I'm not going to sit here and glaze him.
- 10:10I don't know this guy. You you might know him for for a
- 10:13long time. I'm not going to glaze him like
- 10:14that, but he did do a good job. He did do a good job.
- 10:17Yeah, he's really good at bricks.
- 10:20It was very apparent that he knew the layout of bricks, the
- 10:23way that they're supposed to be spaced and stacked on top of
- 10:26each other. I did have to call him out for
- 10:28one. There was a version of the
- 10:30bricks that definitely looked like there was a Dick going
- 10:34inside of the bricks based on the shape he used.
- 10:38And I said, look, if you send that to me, people are never
- 10:41going to let that down. It's going to be like how Star
- 10:44Forge and people say like, Oh yeah, that's that's a Dick for
- 10:48the logo. We would forever have a Dick in
- 10:50our logo if I had like said, yeah, that's a great thing that
- 10:53you just sent me so. I guess that's not a bad thing
- 10:56though. Oh wait, I think I know what
- 10:57you're talking about. It's like like the with the
- 11:00balls. With balls, right, It's, yeah.
- 11:04It's on the side going in, yeah. Yeah, there it is.
- 11:07Yeah, it's pretty apparent. Once you see it, you can't, you
- 11:09can't Unsee it anymore. So I'm glad we don't have that
- 11:12going for us because. Or we could look there's always
- 11:14time to change our logo. We could change it back.
- 11:16We could make an alternate logo for the sake of like merchant
- 11:19stuff. Like the Dick, the Dick Brick,
- 11:21we could call it. Oh, oh, it's kind of nice,
- 11:24right? Yeah, yeah, the Dick Brick line.
- 11:27Yeah. Yeah, dude.
- 11:29Dude are we going to do merch or should we just do merch for us
- 11:32like you and me only? You know what?
- 11:34I. Think we'll care about merch?
- 11:35I'll I'm going to wear the shirts.
- 11:37I'm going to buy 100 of them. Yeah, I think me and you will
- 11:39get the shirts, We'll wear them and then we'll see if anyone
- 11:43else is like, yeah, I see myself wearing that.
- 11:45Yeah. And then I don't think anyone
- 11:47will I don't I. Don't know, man.
- 11:49I don't know. I don't.
- 11:50I don't get people anymore. I don't get them.
- 11:53We're Speaking of not getting these guys.
- 11:55OK, This was a thought that I had that really needs to be
- 11:57addressed because this is, you know, this is a new audience
- 12:00here. You know, we got them.
- 12:02And so we created this channel and we, we started sending
- 12:05people here, right? And I, I started thinking to
- 12:07myself, you know, these guys are kind of slutty.
- 12:10These guys, they were so fucking easy, dude.
- 12:15They did not make us work for this at all.
- 12:18You know, normally we have to beg.
- 12:19We gotta, we, we gotta beg them. We gotta put out consistent
- 12:22content for months to get their subscription.
- 12:24These guys, they saw a new channel made, right?
- 12:27Yeah. They subscribed instantly, they
- 12:29didn't even care, but they just gave themselves to us.
- 12:32I will. Say very cool of you guys, but
- 12:36there's only as of right now a little bit less than 4.6 K.
- 12:40That's not something I would say people are being that slutty
- 12:44for. I would say, yeah, that's true.
- 12:46I would say that they are being a little bit of a tease though.
- 12:50Like that. Really.
- 12:50Like a little bit of a flirt, yeah.
- 12:52Like they were flirting with the idea of this channel.
- 12:56But we can agree that like all those guys coming in saying like
- 12:59sub 100 club, sub one, I got here at six, I was a 62nd
- 13:03subscriber. Like those guys are whores,
- 13:06right? Like those guys we can, yeah.
- 13:07But. You know, kind of like, like
- 13:10whores that you like you like that you, you, you visit them
- 13:14often. If this if they were in a
- 13:16brothel in the 1800s, dude, you're going them, you know them
- 13:20by name. You're like, you're like, how
- 13:22are the kids? Yeah, we need them.
- 13:24We need them. I'm just pointing out the
- 13:25obvious, making sure that they understand that they know what
- 13:28they're signing up themselves for.
- 13:30You know, I like them. I like them.
- 13:33Yeah, I do too, every time. Someone subscribes, I go thanks,
- 13:36I say thank you. Out loud, right?
- 13:38I say thank you out loud, but you know, it's just people don't
- 13:44subscribe. I don't look at it.
- 13:46So because like I know if I look at it and like 300 people
- 13:50subscribe, I'm stuck there for like the next probably like 5
- 13:54minutes or so. Yeah, everything in your life
- 13:57gets delayed, like your baby doesn't get to eat on time, does
- 14:00not get. To eat on time.
- 14:01Wife doesn't seem to understand it yet.
- 14:03I'm going to stay firm on this. She's going to have to
- 14:05understand that. Yeah, I mean, she needs to, you
- 14:09know, this, this is, it's not paying the bills yet.
- 14:13It's actually making us $0.00 as of right now, but it will cost,
- 14:16it's actually costing us quite a bit of money to do this.
- 14:19But you know what? We're in it for the love of the
- 14:20game for now, not forever. We will not be in this for the
- 14:24love of the game forever, but this will be weekly.
- 14:26By the way, we haven't said that this is.
- 14:28Are we not? We have not said that yet, no.
- 14:31This is weekly. This is weekly.
- 14:33It is actually penciled in. We've got our editor, Ginge,
- 14:37We've got us. We've got the set up perfect.
- 14:39It's going to be weekly, every, every Friday.
- 14:42I I'm thinking every Friday, every.
- 14:43Friday, I like that every Friday, are we going to have
- 14:46like a a set time like a a Friday, a Friday at like 3:00 PM
- 14:50or something? Maybe, yeah, maybe.
- 14:54Maybe like a? We should have a very set
- 14:57schedule with this. Yeah, maybe 12:00 PM Pacific,
- 14:593:00 PM Eastern. Maybe I like that.
- 15:01Yeah, Yeah, that's real nice. I know.
- 15:04Some people aren't going to be too happy because people want to
- 15:06listen to it in the morning when they're, you know, because we
- 15:08have a lot of truckers here already.
- 15:10I can feel it. That's why you might have a
- 15:13little bit of offended audience at that name that you were
- 15:17throwing around earlier. No dude, if anything they would
- 15:19they would know exactly what I'm talking about with truck stop
- 15:22orgasm and. Why don't you call it the the
- 15:24Glory Hold Truckers or something?
- 15:26The Glory Hold truckers. Yeah, if you're going to get
- 15:29crazy. Take that's taking them down.
- 15:31All right. You think so that how is that?
- 15:33That's not we're not going back to this.
- 15:35There's no way we're going back to this.
- 15:36You brought it up. I'm just saying I'm going to
- 15:38stick up for them. They they love truck stop
- 15:41orgasm. I think that's like the main
- 15:45point, like audience of that band.
- 15:46But we don't got to get bogged down by the details.
- 15:49No, we don't. We shouldn't I, I think first
- 15:52time we used that first time I used that collaborators thing
- 15:57where it's like the someone uploads and then, you know, it's
- 16:00like you're, I did it with my second channel.
- 16:02So that like you did with yours, the people got to see in their
- 16:05sub box. I'm thinking we do that a couple
- 16:07more times and then and then we just fuck off with that.
- 16:11Like we don't. Yeah, I think so too.
- 16:13Yeah. Just a couple more times to
- 16:15really let them know that we are talking to each other and you
- 16:18can listen through your wall right now for the next hour and
- 16:21change. Yeah, definitely.
- 16:24You can do that. It's not even a question.
- 16:26Oh, Speaking of of listening and the ways you can listen, dude,
- 16:32Apple, what is with what is wrong with them?
- 16:35The Apple podcast, dude. Didn't work.
- 16:39Did not work. OK, look, there's some people
- 16:42here who have, look, I, I mean, they're probably not even
- 16:45listening anymore because it's not an Apple podcast.
- 16:47So sorry, but it's impossible for anybody to post their
- 16:52podcast to Apple right now. They have made it actually
- 16:55impossible to log on with an existing Apple account or a new
- 17:00one entirely. We both tried with two different
- 17:03accounts, did we not? Like we both.
- 17:04Yeah. And we could both not get into
- 17:08the Apple Podcast connect thing. It just gives you an error or
- 17:11like a login loop, it doesn't let you do shit.
- 17:14So I have no way of of posting it up because they've made it
- 17:18impossible. Unless someone in this audience,
- 17:22they're like, I only listened to an Apple podcast because I work
- 17:26at Apple. If you work at Apple and you're
- 17:28able to make this work, Yeah, you.
- 17:31You let us know. You let us know we're going to
- 17:34make something happen, yeah. And we, because as of right now,
- 17:38I mean, my hands are tied and I, I've tried to press the contact
- 17:41page and, you know, they do the greatest thing ever is when you
- 17:44press contact, it just brings you to a, a, a frequently asked
- 17:48questions thing, which I get, you know, they probably have a
- 17:50lot of stupid questions coming in.
- 17:52This one's not stupid, though. It's a very real.
- 17:56Yeah. Why are you not letting me post
- 17:58a podcast making everybody money?
- 18:00Like what? What is going on there?
- 18:01You get literally advertisers, you know, that's they're losing
- 18:05money by not letting us do it. That's true, which sucks for
- 18:08them, but you know, what are you going to do?
- 18:11Nothing. As of right now you can listen
- 18:13to it on Spotify though. Yeah, Spotify, and there's a few
- 18:17other ones that I posted it to that I don't even remember the
- 18:19name of, but there's like some people like their little niche
- 18:24podcast. Yeah, like they use Michael,
- 18:26Michael Phi and and stuff like that.
- 18:27Yeah. Yeah, exactly, dude.
- 18:29Yeah, whatever that one is. It's very real, yeah.
- 18:31So it's not on us on someone else this time.
- 18:35This is not on us. I've tried being incredibly
- 18:37responsible about this. This is the most organized I've
- 18:40ever been with anything in a long time.
- 18:42I think. Yeah, Like it's it's been nice
- 18:45for me to practice this. I miss this makes it gives me
- 18:49nostalgia, being disorganized. I've not organized like this in
- 18:53forever. Just having your shit together
- 18:56makes you nostalgic. Yeah, 'cause it's been so long.
- 18:59It reminds me of the old me. I haven't seen him in a while.
- 19:05Here's a secret. My wife is organized enough for
- 19:08both of us so I don't got to worry about anything.
- 19:11Yeah, see, it's me that has to be organized for the both of.
- 19:14Us, the two of you. Oh yeah, Button's really kind of
- 19:18a piece of crap when it comes to the organization.
- 19:20Yeah, she's getting a lot better.
- 19:23Yeah, but both of us were pretty helpless for a while.
- 19:26Yeah, I mean. I think, I think you just need
- 19:28to start with some sort of like a three strike rule with her,
- 19:33you think and you can participate too.
- 19:35No, yeah. No, I know because.
- 19:37Are we talking like hitting or what's going on?
- 19:38No. No, definitely not.
- 19:40That's that's terrible. All right, I'm talking.
- 19:42I'm talking like something that's like a punishment.
- 19:45She knows she's being punished, but it's not too cruel anything,
- 19:49you know what I mean? So I I think like, you know,
- 19:52nothing happens for strike one or two, right?
- 19:54But it's it's like a warning. It's like like you do not want
- 19:58strike. Great.
- 19:58Like a little like that Like. No, no, no, not.
- 20:01Nothing like that. We're not.
- 20:02We're not. About that, we're not about
- 20:04that. Trying to trying to understand.
- 20:06Yeah, so like, like, let's say you go downstairs.
- 20:09Strike one now. Oh, guess who didn't clean up
- 20:13after dinner? You know, that's strike one.
- 20:16Strike two, guess who? You know, I I did the laundry.
- 20:18Guess who didn't fold it? That's straight, too.
- 20:20Yeah. She does something like, you
- 20:21know, guess who didn't get the mail and, you know, left their
- 20:24mailbox all dirty. Strike three.
- 20:25You make her sleep outside for a month.
- 20:29You and you, you do it in the nicest way possible.
- 20:32You set up a bed. You give her extra blankets.
- 20:35It gets cold at night sometimes. And.
- 20:37You get, you give her a fan, you can automatic timer.
- 20:41It goes on at like, you know, 6:00 or 7:00 AM that it just
- 20:44wakes her up, you know, beautiful rest.
- 20:46And you know, it's like, look, she learned a lesson, but you
- 20:50didn't treat her poorly in the process.
- 20:53You know what I mean? No, you're very gentle about it.
- 20:56Yeah, you were gentle about it. You were giving her a nice kick
- 20:58in the pants of like, look, sweetheart, this is because I
- 21:01love you. Yeah.
- 21:02You got to sleep outside for a month and a half.
- 21:04You had three strikes. That's the rule.
- 21:06Dude, that could work. That could work big time it.
- 21:10Could work and it would work, and I feel as though if she
- 21:14understood the consequences beforehand, she would maybe get
- 21:18one strike before she realizes that you're there to play ball.
- 21:22No. You you can make it.
- 21:25You can make it so even too, like, you can be like, look,
- 21:28sweetheart, I'm a part of this, all right?
- 21:30Yeah, Three strikes and then I have to make dinner for the day.
- 21:33Like I, I don't want to do that, but I will, you know, something
- 21:38like that. It's important to participate in
- 21:40that so you're not a hypocrite. Otherwise, yeah, Otherwise she's
- 21:43not going to think it's fair, you know?
- 21:46But like 03 strikes, I'm out. You got to fold my laundry.
- 21:50That sucks for me. I don't like the way you fold my
- 21:52laundry. Something like that, something
- 21:54like you know even both, both of you are evenly.
- 21:58Punished I I like that. That's a good system.
- 22:01I think it could work. I'm going to try it.
- 22:03I might start her out on strike two though.
- 22:06Well, you, you, you got to do what you got to do, you know?
- 22:10It's fine dude. And and you, you can be fun
- 22:12about it. You can be like, we're going to
- 22:13explain the rules as we go. She doesn't know.
- 22:16She doesn't know against her strikes.
- 22:19That could work out really well for all of us.
- 22:21That might be nice. That might be sweet.
- 22:23She would appreciate it. It's fun, quirky activity.
- 22:26You know when you look up, you ever look up on Google like fun
- 22:29date ideas for couples? This could be like a a fun
- 22:33system for couples. Yeah.
- 22:35With 100%. Effectively like a a reliability
- 22:38system. Yes, yes, reliability.
- 22:43It's not the that's not the word.
- 22:44I'm you're taking. Is it reliability?
- 22:50No taking. She, she will be.
- 22:53Responsibility Account. Holding yourself accountable.
- 22:56Accountability. Accountability system.
- 22:59Yeah, yeah, hold yourself accountable by sleeping on the
- 23:03rocks, outside, on a bed, on a bed.
- 23:05On a bed. A bed on top of the rocks.
- 23:07There's a lot of layers in between.
- 23:09It's basically comfortable. It is absolutely.
- 23:14Comfortable. Well, I know it's crazy, dude.
- 23:17What? You know there's people that
- 23:18just do that for fun. It's called camping.
- 23:20That's so stupid, by the way. Let me just say that.
- 23:23Do you like camping? Have you ever enjoyed camping
- 23:25before? I was a Boy Scout and yeah, and
- 23:30I hated it and I hated it. I, I, I slept in a 10/1 time in
- 23:34the woods and I don't even fully remember it, by the way, I don't
- 23:39even fully remember it. I just remember being really
- 23:44upset about having to sleep in the woods.
- 23:48Wait, so Boy Scouts, you slept once in the woods?
- 23:51Yeah, it it might it it might not have even been for Boy
- 23:54Scouts. It's not like my family likes
- 23:56camping, so I don't know. I remember, I, I remember
- 23:59sleeping in a tent approximately once in my life and I don't even
- 24:02remember when. I just like when I think back, I
- 24:05just have, there's a tent and I'm in it and I'm sleeping.
- 24:09That's all I remember. No, I get that.
- 24:11I just, I, I figured that like Boy Scouts, you had to camp all
- 24:14the time. Like it was like a a monthly
- 24:16mission that you had to go be with nature or something.
- 24:20What is that? I thought Boy Scouts were like,
- 24:22like the Bear Grylls guy, Like they're surviving from nothing.
- 24:26Like you can do anything that you want to do because you're so
- 24:28familiar with the way that the forest works.
- 24:30Oh dude, the Boy Scouts exist so they can sell some fucking
- 24:33garbage chocolate. The parents that are going to
- 24:36feel guilted into buying it because they want their son to
- 24:39go on the Boy Scouts trip to Hershey Park or something.
- 24:42Yeah, did you ever sell those chocolates in school, by the
- 24:45way? Yes, and it didn't work.
- 24:48And then I found out that my dad's like, I'm going to take it
- 24:52to work and I'm. I'll sell it for you, don't
- 24:54worry. And he gets home.
- 24:57He's like, you know, good news. I sold all of it.
- 24:59I'm so, you know, I was so happy about it.
- 25:01I like randomly remembered that, like, you know, when I was like
- 25:0527 or something and I was like, Oh yeah, like that's crazy.
- 25:09By the way, that bunch of people like bought the chocolate for
- 25:11you. He's like, no, no one wanted to
- 25:13buy it. It was crap.
- 25:14So I just bought all of it for. You.
- 25:16Oh my God, That's pretty nice of him though, yeah.
- 25:19That was pretty cool of him. That's a pretty cool dad move.
- 25:21Yeah, Yeah, it. Was like $200 worth of chocolate
- 25:25too. It was nice.
- 25:27It was not cheap dude. Man, they, they would like, I
- 25:30remember they would hold some pretty intense competitions
- 25:34because it was in elementary school.
- 25:35That was the last time they were doing that.
- 25:37And they would hold like, like the incentives to sell those
- 25:40things was crazy. Like they would give you some
- 25:43crazy prizes like iPods and shit.
- 25:45Like they were, they would go nuts.
- 25:48And I don't even know why we sold them.
- 25:50I don't know. I don't know why we were selling
- 25:52them. The Girl Scouts got cookies.
- 25:54People actually like the Girl Scout cookies.
- 25:57They're good. If if you go for this chocolate,
- 26:00it's like, I don't. It just wasn't good.
- 26:03No, it's like it was like like this thick and it was like not
- 26:07like not in a good way. And it wasn't like creamy and it
- 26:10was like, there's like different flavors, you know, like I kind
- 26:12of just have a lot of sugar in my mouth right now and I don't
- 26:15like it. Yeah, and it it was like you
- 26:18could see the dread in parents eyes when they saw that box
- 26:21being pulled out like. Because because you're the
- 26:23asshole if you say no. Yeah.
- 26:25And for the. Record.
- 26:27I will. I have no problem saying no to a
- 26:31very upset young, young child who was trying to sell me on
- 26:36anything that isn't Girl Scout cookies.
- 26:38I will buy Girl Scout cookies because I will eat those.
- 26:41You're not ripping me off with some chocolate.
- 26:43It's probably like $8 a bar these days.
- 26:45Dude. It was like 2 or whatever, Like
- 26:47maybe 3 back then. Really.
- 26:49Yeah. Oh, yeah.
- 26:50It, it wasn't that expensive. But like, dude, Girl Scout
- 26:52cookies now, I think they're like like 6 bucks at least a
- 26:56box. And I think it's even more than
- 26:58that. I do think it's more than that.
- 27:00Yeah, yeah, those, those, those weren't good.
- 27:04I I don't even remember their taste, which says a lot.
- 27:07I feel like you'd remember them if they were even remotely OK,
- 27:11but yeah, I don't remember them. That's they're not even worth
- 27:15talking about anymore. Yeah, they're coming off.
- 27:18There's there's two things, though.
- 27:19I I remember about being the Boy Scouts.
- 27:21I remember the race car Derby and I did so horribly with it.
- 27:27What is the race car Derby? So it was like they, they gave
- 27:31you like these little like wooden cars or whatever and you
- 27:33had to like carve it out and like, like make it like as
- 27:37aerodynamic as possible. I think they like put like a
- 27:39little engine in it too. And it's like we went from like
- 27:42one side to the other. I was in like fucking 4th grade.
- 27:45There's no way in hell I was figuring that shit out.
- 27:47You have no idea how that works. I don't even know.
- 27:51I don't think I got last 'cause I didn't wasn't traumatized by
- 27:54it, but I didn't, I remember to think it like being really in
- 27:57the middle of the pack and being like, I'm OK with this.
- 28:00And then like look, looking back and being like, what were you
- 28:02expecting me to do? When you expect is this like
- 28:04some sort of like like government trick to like see who
- 28:08has like an engineering mind at a.
- 28:10Young age that might have been. It's not me.
- 28:11It's not me. I was not that.
- 28:13And then I remember a trip to Washington, DC, and we were in
- 28:17the Mall at, like, I don't know, it was like 8:00 at night or
- 28:22something. And this one guy in, like, my
- 28:26dad, like, went with me to this field trip.
- 28:28It was like, like, you know, parent and son type of thing.
- 28:32And some guy pulled me into his store.
- 28:35And it was like, you want to take a picture with the
- 28:37president, don't you? And I was like, yeah.
- 28:40And he took me in and come to think of it, like, it's just my
- 28:43memory. My dad was probably like right
- 28:45behind. Realistically, he's like, you
- 28:46want to take a picture with the president?
- 28:48And then he does the worst. He takes a picture, does the
- 28:51worst Photoshop job of all time and charges my dad 35 bucks for
- 28:55it. What?
- 28:56And and this was back in like, what?
- 28:59Like I don't even know like 2004 or something.
- 29:01This was in a shop in a mall. Yeah, and it, it was me shaking
- 29:06hands with, with George Bush. And it's like, and I'm at his
- 29:12level. It it's like I at this point,
- 29:15I'm in 4th grade. I'm probably like 3 feet tall.
- 29:19There's no way I'm eye level with George Bush shaking his
- 29:21hand. There's no way George Bush is
- 29:23meeting a a 1/4 grader and shaking his hand for any reason.
- 29:27And he doesn't want to either. Let's make that.
- 29:29No, he doesn't want to. You've ripped my dad off good
- 29:32dude. The Boy Scouts ripped my dad off
- 29:33like crazy. Wait, that was the Boy Scout guy
- 29:36that. Was the Boy Scout No, no, no.
- 29:38So I'm saying because the the garbage ass chocolate that was
- 29:43the Boy Scouts and then that happened on the Boy Scouts trip.
- 29:46OK, So it was unrelated to the the unrelated jobs of the Boy
- 29:50Scouts, that was just. Yeah, imagine that.
- 29:53The Boy Scout guys ripping you off.
- 29:54I mean, they're they're they're ripping you off for other
- 29:56things, though. You have to pay to get badges,
- 29:58I'm pretty sure. Like go light a fire in the
- 30:01woods and pay me 100 bucks and I'll give you a patch.
- 30:04Yeah. And it works.
- 30:06Dude did. You ever go to like a summer
- 30:07camp? All the time.
- 30:10Really. All the time.
- 30:11Damn dude, I was sometimes I. Was just talking about this the
- 30:15other day. I, I don't remember who with,
- 30:17but like the, the vivid thing I remember it'd be like you play
- 30:21outside, it's like baseball or whatever and then you go and
- 30:24you, you have like your little $2.00 and you decide which two
- 30:27snacks to buy. I always bought Swedish Fish.
- 30:30Shit fucking ruled. But I I visited again after
- 30:33Swedish Fish. Dude gets caught in your teeth
- 30:35and everything growing up. Kind of like you don't care
- 30:37about that shit when you're a kid, but like growing up that's
- 30:39just sucks getting stuck in your teeth.
- 30:41Like like, you know that like that feeling.
- 30:43It's like there's like a lot of different candy I just can't
- 30:47enjoy anymore as an. Adult I I never liked Swedish
- 30:50Fish, like not even once. It's never happened that, but
- 30:54that that's what you think of when you think of summer camp.
- 30:57That was like the the thing that stayed with you.
- 30:59I guess, yeah. That's crazy interesting.
- 31:02I never went to like a summer camp.
- 31:04It's like I I never went to a summer camp anywhere that you
- 31:07like, stayed the night or anything.
- 31:08Oh, no, I didn't stay the night. It was like a day.
- 31:11It was like a day. Like I went every day to it.
- 31:13OK, yeah, I never had that, dude.
- 31:15Like every time I hear it's hot in my room, every time.
- 31:19I don't edit that out. Leave it in.
- 31:24Dude, every time I would go to wait.
- 31:28What am I saying? Every time I hear people talking
- 31:29about summer camp, they're always like, oh, I went away to
- 31:33summer camp in middle school or high school or whatever, and
- 31:36like, that was the first time. Like I got kissed.
- 31:39That was like my first. Everyone says.
- 31:41That everyone says that all the time.
- 31:44And then like, here I am. Like my parents never sent me.
- 31:46I was like, I didn't get kissed until I was like 19 or
- 31:49something. Dude, damn.
- 31:51Maybe 18, maybe it might have been 18 or 19, but it, it was a
- 31:54while, it took a long time. I had to be a legal adult.
- 31:58I had to be able to be enlisted and and and drafted and and go,
- 32:04you know, fight in in the war somewhere anymore back.
- 32:09Then I don't. Know what?
- 32:10I don't know what would have been going on back then.
- 32:12Maybe Iraq or whatever. There was something going on for
- 32:14sure. I could I could have done that
- 32:17without having kissed anyone first.
- 32:18That's fucking cool of you honestly.
- 32:21Like no. It's not cool.
- 32:22That's very lame. That's very lame.
- 32:26And I, I, I feel as though I would have any, any woman that
- 32:31that showed me like looked my way.
- 32:34I would have been like, you know, down bad or back then.
- 32:39Damn. Yeah, but thankfully I didn't go
- 32:42to the Army too much of a little baby.
- 32:44And then like basically around like like right before going
- 32:49away to college, that's when like I got my first girlfriend,
- 32:53you know, and it was like bad. Not, I'm not saying the
- 32:58relationship, I'm not, I'm not gonna, I won't talk about it
- 33:02either way. I'm just saying I did not know
- 33:05what I was doing, dude. Well.
- 33:06No one knows what they're doing, I.
- 33:08Know, but like I look bad like oh dude there, there's some real
- 33:11cringe shit. Oh yeah, everyone, everyone's
- 33:13got some real cringe shit in their like first relationships
- 33:16too. They're all, we're all dip
- 33:18shits, dude. We're we're.
- 33:19It's so embarrassing thinking back to it.
- 33:21Look, Long story short, she basically likes this type of
- 33:25candy and she's like, I really like eating this type of candy.
- 33:29It was, it was a garbage candy, by the way.
- 33:31I won't go into it, but I was like, I really like eating this
- 33:34type of candy after, you know, doing it basically.
- 33:40And I was like, OK, so then gave her the worst time of her life.
- 33:46Was very disappointed with me. And then I look at her and was
- 33:49like, do you want to go get that candy?
- 33:51Because that was my way of asking.
- 33:52Was it good? After she had like she had
- 33:55visible disappointment on her face and I was like, do you want
- 34:00to get it? Did I do good?
- 34:02I did not do good. I was.
- 34:03I was. So she said no.
- 34:05She said no, she does not want to go get it.
- 34:07Yeah, she made me feel very bad about it.
- 34:09Yeah, that sucks. Yeah.
- 34:11Yeah, that was very. First girlfriend vibes, yeah.
- 34:15Yeah. No, I, I, I was, I was
- 34:16basically, I had no idea what I was doing for like my first
- 34:20girlfriend was like a a whole year.
- 34:22And then after that my, my mom for like the longest time, dude
- 34:26kept telling me like, look, all you have to do if you want was
- 34:30women's attention. You got to just put your hair up
- 34:33like this. Yeah.
- 34:34And I was like, Mom, I don't want to look like Guy Fieri
- 34:38because I thought she was talking about like, like.
- 34:40Spiking. Yeah, like doing everything.
- 34:42I thought that's what she was talking about.
- 34:44Like there's no way in hell that's what I'm doing, mom.
- 34:47Like. That's going to look like all of
- 34:48it. Yeah, so stupid people are going
- 34:51to hate me. And she was telling me for
- 34:53years, for years, dude. And like at this point in time,
- 34:57like, you know, my girlfriend at the time and I already broke up.
- 35:01I I was going to the gym for like a long time.
- 35:04I was on a bulk. And then I was like, you know
- 35:06what, mom? Like I'm going off to college.
- 35:09Screw it, I, I will, I will try out this hairstyle and I'm also
- 35:14going to like go on a cut too. Like I'm going to slim down all
- 35:18the weight, whatever. And then I, I did it.
- 35:22I finally like put my hair up and then like girls like started
- 35:26to like look at me and I was like, what's wrong with me?
- 35:30Like do I have something like, do I look like shit 'cause like
- 35:34I, I had literally no idea what I was doing.
- 35:36And I basically what my mom said to me when I was like 13
- 35:40perfectly summarizes how I was back then, basically that I was
- 35:48a little boy in a big boy's body because I had a growth spurt
- 35:51very early on. I had a growth spurt very early
- 35:56on. Oh.
- 35:57God. And she's like, people are going
- 35:59to be scared, Honey, you're like 5 foot 8 at this point, you
- 36:05know, because I was growing quick, you know, still, I had to
- 36:08grow all the way up to 6/4. She was like, people don't know
- 36:11that. Like, you know, you're still a
- 36:13little boy. So that that's basically how I
- 36:17felt like when I was like 19, dude, like 1819, like I was
- 36:22finally like I broke up with my first girlfriend or whatever,
- 36:25and now people started noticing me.
- 36:28I'm like, Oh, people don't take up a yeah, what?
- 36:32What's your like once you hit like that 16 plus mark, the the
- 36:36tallness becomes like a buff. Like it's it's not, it's no
- 36:39longer a weird thing. No one's talking about how like
- 36:42you're taller than anyone else, like, but the girls kind of look
- 36:45at you like they they give you a little A+ stat immediately
- 36:49because of your height. Oh, absolutely.
- 36:51Yeah. Like not all girls, don't get me
- 36:53wrong, but like there are a lot of girls that see height and
- 36:57then they look this sort of thing.
- 36:59So 'cause like I have always had the short debuff, you know what
- 37:03I mean? Been like.
- 37:05You got to be real funny. 5758, I had to be funny.
- 37:08It doesn't matter if I had the greatest face on the planet, you
- 37:12know? 5758 it could get a little, get
- 37:15a little rough. It got a little rough sometimes,
- 37:17you know, a lot of insecurities growing up.
- 37:20They're all gone now. My wife is.
- 37:22All of them all are gone. Not all the insecurities, but
- 37:25the height. One, not all of.
- 37:27Them Jesus dude, I I wish I wish I was like that confident.
- 37:31To be fair, they're it's part of the reason why they're gone is
- 37:34because you married your wife who is a foot shorter than you.
- 37:38She's like 4-11. Yeah, it's awesome.
- 37:40Yeah, it's so cool. Dude, when I stand next to her I
- 37:43feel like I'm hanging out with a child.
- 37:45Yeah, yeah. No, people think she's a child
- 37:48sometimes. No, and she's not.
- 37:50She's. She's older than me, yeah.
- 37:51No, she's older than you. Yeah.
- 37:53Oh, damn. So she's she's running the
- 37:56cradle in a way then. Yeah, yeah.
- 37:58No, I'm, I'm saying that. I'm saying I got to, I got to
- 38:02turn the brightness down. Yeah, dude, turn the brightness
- 38:05down. Get that?
- 38:06I'm saying that and like I'm saying that in a way like it's,
- 38:13it's a crazy contrast dude. Like this is basically her and I
- 38:17standing next to each. Other no, it is.
- 38:19It's like that. Yeah, it looks ridiculous.
- 38:22Yeah, like, like I remember when I like came out to like visit
- 38:26you guys, I was like going to get like a souvenir for my wife.
- 38:30And now Flutton was like, oh, like I'll come with you.
- 38:34And like we were walking like to this place and it was like,
- 38:38like, like loud out like a bunch of people out and everything.
- 38:41She was telling me something and I couldn't hear her.
- 38:44So I made her repeat herself 2 times.
- 38:46I had to do this. Yeah, yeah.
- 38:50She. She.
- 38:51She talks about that all the time.
- 38:53She's like, man, I have to like yell up to Kevin.
- 38:57I'm like, yeah, I know. He's a very.
- 39:01Sorry, guy, he's. A very tall guy.
- 39:03You got to. Yeah, you're short, he's tall.
- 39:05You got to yell up to him so you can hear what you're saying.
- 39:08Yeah, 'cause you, you don't have to yell down to her because
- 39:13people can hear you across A room.
- 39:15Like unfortunately I'm very loud, dude.
- 39:17Yeah, your voice carries. Yeah, it carries.
- 39:21Dude, I've been recognized just off of my voice, by the way.
- 39:24Oh, yeah. Because just because people have
- 39:26said I have a distinctive voice and because, like you say, it
- 39:30carries. And like, my wife came from like
- 39:32a very quiet family. So she's like, you were so loud.
- 39:35She got used to it by now. So loud.
- 39:38It's so funny. Like you go to my like my
- 39:40parents and they're like, you know, he is the quiet one in the
- 39:44family. Like, yeah, it's true.
- 39:45Everyone in like my whole family, I am the quiet one.
- 39:48Yeah, dude, I remember at when we were at your wedding, like
- 39:50the dinner, like before the the wedding, your whole table was
- 39:55louder than you somehow, which I was mind blown.
- 39:58And then I remembered I'm like, Oh my God, this is what my
- 40:00Jersey side of the family is like.
- 40:03Like this is this got to be like an East Coast thing where
- 40:05everyone in the East Coast, especially Jersey, they just
- 40:08they got to be the loudest ones in.
- 40:11In. New York.
- 40:12Yep. And I remember my grandmother
- 40:14used to say that she's like, we have to be the loudest, like in
- 40:17the restaurant. And she was only half joking
- 40:20about it, like she really meant that.
- 40:23She was about as serious as a heart attack, my friend.
- 40:25Yeah, dude, it was, it was, it was loud.
- 40:29It was always loud with them. And no, it's just very.
- 40:32Loud. Is that why you're on the other
- 40:33side of the country? I didn't have a choice.
- 40:36But yes, I did come back here voluntarily at some point.
- 40:39Voluntarily, not because of the loudness, but it.
- 40:42Just didn't help. It just did not help their case.
- 40:44No, I didn't. No, definitely not.
- 40:47I understand that. Yeah, I don't mind loudness
- 40:50sometimes. But when I get to the point
- 40:52where I have to yell like I got, I got to really start yelling
- 40:55and my voice, it starts losing its its actual tone.
- 41:00You could hear it going away because of how loud I have to
- 41:03talk. Then I I stop enjoying it.
- 41:05I'm like, we should really go somewhere.
- 41:06Else I understand that. I totally understand that.
- 41:08Believe it or not, even though I have a loud ass voice that's
- 41:11also like when I get like that too, I'm like, dude, I'm done.
- 41:15Like I don't, I don't wanna. And like here's the thing.
- 41:17I don't even try to be loud like this.
- 41:19Like I, no, I, I think if I, I think this is technically where
- 41:24a lot of people talk like right here, like, but this, this is
- 41:29not, this is not natural to me. This, this feels as though I'm
- 41:33sitting here like, like I'm talking to a child that just did
- 41:35something wrong. I'm getting down on their level.
- 41:37I'm being like, look, buddy, you can't be flipping off, you know
- 41:41your teachers. You can't be throwing chairs at
- 41:43them. Like I'm trying to reason with
- 41:45you. I'm trying to like get on your
- 41:46level. That's just, that's just like
- 41:49too quiet for me. This is where I'm normally at.
- 41:52Yeah, no, I get that. I don't know if people have ever
- 41:54noticed that if I like just, you know, like Pandora's box, I just
- 41:57opened it. I, I, I, if I, if I'm talking
- 42:00quietly, it's because I'm forcing it.
- 42:03This is this is like my my normal voice but like like
- 42:07normal voice level too. Speaking of your voice, there
- 42:11was someone. I don't remember if it was on
- 42:13the the the part on this channel or the other one, but they're
- 42:16like, yeah, Jimmy, you should talk more.
- 42:18Kevin's voice is annoying. And I'm like.
- 42:20Why are you here then? I'm like, here's The thing is,
- 42:24is this is the whole thing. There's no more.
- 42:27There's nothing else that's going to happen other than this
- 42:30right now. Like it's it's you talk, then me
- 42:33talk and then we, we continue that forever.
- 42:37Like that's, that's what it is, that's.
- 42:40The idea? That's the entire idea.
- 42:42So that guy really needs to evaluate what he's trying to do.
- 42:47Look, I apologize, but you probably should not be watching
- 42:50this then. You can't be watching.
- 42:52This I am the other half of the wall friends.
- 42:55I'm wall friend #2. OK, let's clarify that for a
- 42:58second. OK, 'cause I need to talk about
- 43:00this too, because Speaking of wolf friends, the name.
- 43:02OK, they are. Wolf friends, I guess.
- 43:04They are the wolf friends. OK, savvy lobster 3412 OK, he
- 43:08was the one who initially said wolf friends with no space,
- 43:11right. He was saying something along
- 43:14the lines in a in the comment of our last video saying that, you
- 43:19know, this name is creepy because we need space between US
- 43:22and the audience for like the parasocial stuff.
- 43:24And, and let me remind you this, this name is his name.
- 43:28We we took it just added a little bit of a spice to it with
- 43:32a space. This is his thing that he
- 43:34thought of telling us that it's parasocial.
- 43:37And first and foremost, we didn't, we did create the space.
- 43:41OK, That is the space wall Friends has a space.
- 43:45Second of all, it's ironic. The wall is the space.
- 43:47The wall is the space. It's ironic.
- 43:50We're not happy about this. OK, let me make that very
- 43:52crystal clear. We're we've never been
- 43:55comfortable and fine with people listening to our conversation in
- 43:58the wall, but that's why we sarcastically named them our
- 44:02wall friends because I guess they're here.
- 44:06They're our friends. They're our wall friends.
- 44:07Wall friends is ironic. OK, it's I just need to say
- 44:12that, but I don't want there's no parasocial relationship here.
- 44:16OK, We're not they're not our real friends.
- 44:18They're our wall friends. They're not something that we
- 44:20invited. Can we agree on that please?
- 44:23Yeah, just like the bees that were in my wall technically were
- 44:27the wall friends. But if anything, I I feel as
- 44:30though just to kind of piggyback off of it, you guys can consider
- 44:33yourself to be a hive of currently about four 4600 bees
- 44:38living in my wall. You guys can think of yourselves
- 44:42like the bees in the wall. Yeah, and you know, that's the
- 44:45the hive will grow if you let it.
- 44:48I think we should let the hive grow.
- 44:49It could grow. Yeah, We can let it grow.
- 44:52And if we need to get a thicker wall, we'll get a thicker wall.
- 44:55It's not a big deal. That's just the way it it is
- 44:58right now. But it's fine.
- 45:01Oh, I dude, I forgot about this. This was actually really
- 45:03devastating for me the other day.
- 45:05So it was Mother's Day last Sunday, I think, Yeah.
- 45:10That's right. And I, I went to dinner with my
- 45:14mom and her mom, you know, Flynn was there, my stepdad was there
- 45:18and his mom. So we went to this restaurant.
- 45:21It was a steakhouse. You know, I, I, they give
- 45:23everyone iced water. If you go to a steakhouse,
- 45:25they're giving everyone iced water every time without, you
- 45:27don't have to ask for it. So this particular 1, you know,
- 45:32steakhouses, I think they look down on straws.
- 45:35OK. They don't like straws because
- 45:37they're not fancy. The plastic straws don't fit the
- 45:40fancy steakhouse aesthetic, which is OK, whatever.
- 45:43I sip my water that has ice in it.
- 45:46So, you know, it kind of looks like little icy.
- 45:49You know what ice looks like, right?
- 45:51You've seen it before. I've seen ice, yeah.
- 45:53All right, so it's, it's water with ice at the top.
- 45:55So I go and, you know, drink it. And sometimes the ice gets in
- 45:57your mouth. You know you, you have the ice.
- 45:59It's in your mouth now. Very familiar experience.
- 46:02Yes, so I had that happen to me and I noticed after I swallow
- 46:09that there's still a a piece of something like under my lip and
- 46:13I'm like, oh, is it? I was like, that's not that's
- 46:16not ice. That's I pull it out and there's
- 46:20a piece of glass from the the the cup and I looked down and
- 46:25there's a chip in the cup and so.
- 46:28Sounds like free steaks right there.
- 46:31You'd think, right? You'd think, because I'm sitting
- 46:34there thinking, OK, I don't know if I just swallowed glass or
- 46:39not, because if you swallow any glass of any size, that's scary
- 46:43as hell. That's a serious problem.
- 46:46So I, we call the waiter over and we show him this, you know,
- 46:50we put the glass on a plate, show him the cup, say, hey, this
- 46:54just was in my mouth. This I from the water cup.
- 46:58And so the manager comes over and he gives me his card and
- 47:01he's like, look, dude, like if anything, you know, if you
- 47:03start, like if anything goes wrong, like you're feeling sick
- 47:08or anything like that, just please like let me know, you
- 47:11know, blah, blah, blah. And so I'm just like, these
- 47:13motherfuckers better put a a mouth in glass discount on the
- 47:17check or absolutely what the hell, They didn't.
- 47:20There was nothing. We got a free dessert.
- 47:23We got a free dessert. OK, well, OK, but.
- 47:26Here's The thing is, the free dessert wasn't because of the
- 47:29glass, it was because it took so long to get our food out.
- 47:32That's. It wasn't even related, dude.
- 47:34It wasn't even related to that. Wow.
- 47:38I had to. And the whole time I'm sitting
- 47:40there freaking out, wondering if I swallowed a piece of glass or
- 47:44not, waiting to feel like a a stabbing in my stomach.
- 47:48I'm like sweating sitting down in this booth in this dark
- 47:52steakhouse, waiting to feel agony.
- 47:55And I'm like just wondering when it's going to come in.
- 47:57Every little like every little twinge I feel in my body, I'm
- 48:01like, I'm, I'm dying. I got to go to the hospital
- 48:03right now. Like that's crazy.
- 48:04I just swallowed glass, dude. Luckily I'm fine.
- 48:07I don't think I swallowed a glass.
- 48:08And if I did, it was small enough to the point where I just
- 48:12didn't feel. It kind of passed through.
- 48:14It was probably just chipped off, but that being said that
- 48:18glass to me would be tasting like A at least one free steak.
- 48:23That's what I would dude. That's crazy.
- 48:26If I wasn't like internally freaking out, I would have said
- 48:30something, but I was just like you.
- 48:32Could have made us go home. You could have made us scene
- 48:35dude and no and no one would have blamed you.
- 48:37Dude if the table next to me got that glass or something like who
- 48:41knows what would have happened like screaming yelling they
- 48:43would have ruined the dinners for everyone and then they would
- 48:46have gotten sued. They would have gotten sued
- 48:49because they got glass in their their.
- 48:51Mouths. No, no, no, no.
- 48:53The building, the restaurant, the restaurant would get.
- 48:57Sued because they fed someone glass.
- 48:59Yes they would. You could.
- 49:01Sue someone that they accidentally put glass in their
- 49:03mouth? Yeah, yeah.
- 49:06Thrown all our patrons dinner here you you're going to court
- 49:10yeah it's not yeah they. Wouldn't do that, I don't think.
- 49:13No. But you know, part of me was
- 49:15kind of thinking like, OK, look, if I do suffer something from
- 49:19this, if I feel my stomach getting stabbed inside and I
- 49:24need to go to the hospital, I might think about taking some
- 49:27action. I I.
- 49:28I am. I feel like I, I might have like
- 49:31if it came to that, I would you if you drank water from a glass
- 49:35at a restaurant like and then it and then it injured you heavily.
- 49:40If you're fucking me up with some glass and I'm like sitting
- 49:44there like I'm in the worst pain ever, yeah, I don't think I'm
- 49:48thinking about that in the moment.
- 49:49But after I'm thinking, I'm thinking like, I got to go back
- 49:53there and be like, where's your manager?
- 49:56I, I, I would, I would get, I'd get bitchy at the very least.
- 50:00At the very least I'd get real bitchy.
- 50:01But that being said, I mean, I guess it depends on how much it
- 50:06fucked you up, you know? Yeah, they're paying at least
- 50:09for the hospital bill. Oh yeah, absolutely.
- 50:13Yeah, that's crazy. Yeah.
- 50:15Which I think. Especially if it's like,
- 50:18especially if it's like a big sort of chain, you know what I
- 50:22mean? Yeah.
- 50:23Yeah, they they want that to go away real quiet.
- 50:26Yeah, yeah, I was. I wasn't too happy about that.
- 50:30Maybe it was. Kind of gave me a vicious amount
- 50:34of anxiety that night of wondering because we were
- 50:37looking it up and it's like, yeah, you'll know.
- 50:39You're in the clear from, you know, one to three days.
- 50:41And I'm like, you got to be shitting me.
- 50:43I'm not going to freak out for three days, dude.
- 50:45I just. Love that, but it just gives you
- 50:46the broadest possible thing. It's like, yeah, I, I was like
- 50:51trying to clean up like a bunch of weeds the other day.
- 50:53And I was like, oh, that that could be like Poison Ivy type of
- 50:57thing. Because like, I cleaned it all
- 50:59up and it's like, Oh yeah. Like if you were exposed even
- 51:04for 5 minutes, you know, you could have spread it big time.
- 51:08So here's the thing. You got to wait until at least a
- 51:12couple hours, if not the end of the day.
- 51:14You'll know by 72 hours if you're good.
- 51:17Like it just kept getting bigger and bigger.
- 51:19It's like, OK, yeah, dude, dude, they, they love that 72 hours
- 51:24safe answer on anything. Yeah, it's very safe to answer
- 51:28that. It's like, yo, no, we said we
- 51:30told you 72 hours. Yeah, you can't say nothing to
- 51:33us. One guy's going to have it
- 51:34happen on that 73rd hour and then that website's going to get
- 51:37sued. And I hope it does.
- 51:39You hope it does. After all they've done, I hope
- 51:41it does. That website, this unnamed
- 51:43website that's full of a piece of shit.
- 51:47You never swallowed glass, right?
- 51:50Think about that dude. I, I've I've had well look, I've
- 51:56had some pretty terrible things get swallowed without me wanting
- 52:02to to do it. Look, I, I, I I'm gonna put like
- 52:07this. I'm gonna put like this.
- 52:09I, I have a a fake tooth back here.
- 52:13That tooth had to come out either through like oral surgery
- 52:18and then get replaced. Yeah, or it had to fall out
- 52:22naturally. OK.
- 52:25I was a stupid 18 year old. Lot of lot of lot of bad things
- 52:29I was doing when I was 18 and. Terrible year for you.
- 52:31Terrible. Terrible year for me.
- 52:34It rotted out of my head. What?
- 52:38The tooth rotted out of my head. What does that mean?
- 52:40It rotted out of your head. I feel like it's very OK.
- 52:42So I'm going to be very explicitly clear.
- 52:44I'm not going to linger. On it too much.
- 52:46It's not in your head, it's in your mouth.
- 52:48So what does that mean? OK, your mouth is on your head,
- 52:51so tech it. It rotted out of my mouth, out
- 52:54of my head. She's out of your mouth.
- 52:55Yeah, I don't think you need. To OK, it's a more dramatic way
- 52:58of saying it. All right, you're going to call
- 53:00me on the way. That's not a.
- 53:02Dramatic way of saying it? That's just a confusing way of
- 53:05putting it, no? People understand.
- 53:07People understand what I'm. Crazy.
- 53:08That's so much more severe. I feel like if it comes out of
- 53:11your head, that's death. All right, now, look, maybe I'm
- 53:15being too dramatic in One Direction.
- 53:16I think you're being too dramatic in the other.
- 53:18If a tooth comes out of your head, you're not.
- 53:20It's not because you just died, all right?
- 53:23I just I think it's. My mouth are you happy?
- 53:25It slowly it slowly start chipping out of my mouth.
- 53:28See what you're trying to say? All.
- 53:30Right. Look, I know what you're saying.
- 53:31I know you're saying that like, OK, your head, your here's your
- 53:35mouth and it's there. But when I think of head, I've
- 53:39never ever thought about my mouth with that word.
- 53:42I've never associated my mouth anything really below my eyes to
- 53:47my head. So it sounds like it's mainly a
- 53:49you problem. Is it though?
- 53:51Is that really it? Yeah, maybe.
- 53:53It could be. I'm not a scientist.
- 53:55I don't know what's going on. Maybe this is like, like, you
- 53:59know, in your region of the world that it's a, it's a taboo.
- 54:04It's a weird thing, but in my region people will be saying
- 54:07shit like that all the time. Yeah, this is a West Coast thing
- 54:10we don't consider. Mouth.
- 54:11We don't consider the mouth apart of the head over here.
- 54:14That's weird for me. It's like the pop.
- 54:16It's like a pop versus soda thing.
- 54:18Mouth is. Everything from here up is the
- 54:21head and this is just the weird part you don't talk about.
- 54:25Yeah, we try and we try and forget.
- 54:27That's there if we can. If we can, we don't like that.
- 54:30So to answer your question, I've swallowed teeth, I've swallowed
- 54:33metal before. I've definitely had some sort
- 54:35of. So you swallowed the tooth?
- 54:38Yes, but you said it came out of your head.
- 54:41Yeah, slowly, bit by bit. Dude, you are really messing
- 54:45this story up for yourself. I'm not, I'm not.
- 54:48I'm gonna okay, I'm trying to, oh man, I'm trying to dance
- 54:52around a little bit because I'm not trying to like be gross
- 54:54about it, but you've basically forced my hand here.
- 54:59I was chewing gum. I had a root canal and I was
- 55:03chewing gum and then the gum got hard.
- 55:08And then I wondered, why is this hard?
- 55:10I take the gum out. There's a part of my tooth I'm
- 55:13like, Oh my God, that's disgusting.
- 55:17And then I continue to do nothing about it.
- 55:19And then other times I would be eating and I saw I swallowed
- 55:23something hard and I was like, that was probably the tooth
- 55:24again. And my mom kept telling me, you
- 55:28got to go and get this tooth, you know, get that removed and
- 55:33yet another tooth put in. But the problem was the only
- 55:36solution that my insurance was offering was that they would
- 55:40bridge it. They wouldn't pay for a like a
- 55:44fake tooth going in. They would bridge it, which like
- 55:47like maybe I'm misunderstanding this, but it's basically you
- 55:49kill like if, if this tooth is the one that's causing the
- 55:54problem and this tooth is fine, you kill this tooth in addition
- 55:58to this tooth being already dead.
- 56:00And then you tie them together basically.
- 56:03And so you're like, you guys are going to be buddies.
- 56:05You're going to be fine. You bridge the 2 teeth together.
- 56:09And so basically the only solution I had was because I
- 56:14didn't have money back then, was you can bridge this tooth and
- 56:18kill another one of your teeth and then you'll have no problems
- 56:22anymore. But I'm like I don't want to
- 56:24kill another tooth in the process.
- 56:27I mean, at that point just get a new mouth like it's.
- 56:29Just yeah, no, just buy a mouth, the mouth market.
- 56:32Start over from from scratch. There's no way that you need to
- 56:35be doing that. So instead of instead of that,
- 56:39by the way, I decided that I would push it off.
- 56:42I literally, you know, that whole thing where you're like,
- 56:44I'm going to let my older self deal with this, you know, that
- 56:47whole, that whole like train of thought.
- 56:49I do, yeah. I, I've never let myself do that
- 56:52to myself again after that because you eventually become
- 56:55that older self and you're like, I hate that little guy.
- 56:57I'm going to beat the shit out of him.
- 56:58Because I did do that. And then I maybe when I was
- 57:04about like 24, like 5-6 years later, whatever it is, all my
- 57:07teeth were shifting and I was starting to have a, a real
- 57:10problem And I needed to get Invisalign to shift everything
- 57:16back because but if I didn't do anything, my teeth were going to
- 57:19just keep shifting forward and forward and forward.
- 57:22And it was going to be like all like fucked up.
- 57:23Like my teeth were eventually going to be like this.
- 57:26Well, I mean, the bottom row would have been fine, but the
- 57:28top would have been like this. So it wouldn't have connected,
- 57:31you know, supposed to connect like this.
- 57:33It would, it would have connected like that.
- 57:34Now it would have looked all effed up.
- 57:36And I was like, I'm not going to do that.
- 57:38Like I'm going to go and do it. So instead of killing one tooth,
- 57:43I decided that it would be smarter if I sat there in pain
- 57:47for six years, occasionally eating teeth, and then
- 57:51painstakingly go through getting Invisalign, having my teeth
- 57:56shift over the course, shift back over the course of two
- 57:59years, then getting a cap put in.
- 58:05Where the hell? It's like basically you have to
- 58:07kill the root. And then like having a basically
- 58:09I turned one surgery into 5 surgeries after it was all said
- 58:13and done and it cost me a lot of money.
- 58:16That insurance. Did not cover and the Long story
- 58:21short, if you ever get the the feeling that I should let my
- 58:26later self deal with it, do not listen to that urge because you
- 58:30are going to hate yourself. You're going to do one of these,
- 58:32you know, paint yourself like like to punish yourself.
- 58:35You're going to punish yourself in some way if it's not the
- 58:37massive amount of pain you put yourself through, which I did
- 58:40meddle in teeth to answer your question.
- 58:43Yeah, you're supposed to do the opposite, actually.
- 58:45Like you're supposed to think, oh, future me is going to love
- 58:48me right now for this decision I'm going to make.
- 58:50Like you supposed to no one. Thinks like that though.
- 58:52No one thinks like that but. You are supposed to, but you're
- 58:54supposed to. I never think like that either.
- 58:57I I try. I try and live in the present.
- 58:59Want to know the only people that think that that way?
- 59:02Youtubers. They're correct, maybe.
- 59:05Like the Youtubers that make those like Here's how to improve
- 59:08your life with all these steps. I'm about to tell you 5
- 59:11different ways. Yes, I'm talking about people
- 59:14that work out though. Those people are like I I love
- 59:19myself to the point that I want my future self to be happy.
- 59:23No one else is thinking that they want their future self to
- 59:25be happy. Yeah.
- 59:26Do we like that, that that they do that, or are we upset that
- 59:29they are like that? So do we like or are we mad at
- 59:34people for improving their own health?
- 59:37I'm going to say we are pissed about that.
- 59:39OK. I was going to, I was going to
- 59:40ask because you know, the way you kind of put it, you're like,
- 59:43you know, that's those are people that work out and I'm
- 59:46like we're so we're we're upset at that.
- 59:49Like we're. That that being said.
- 59:51Those are our enemies now. I I no.
- 59:54I I've recently started working out again, but not nothing
- 59:57serious. OK, thank God because I was
- 59:59going to start getting real mad at you for being you.
- 1:00:02Yeah, yeah. No, it's nothing serious.
- 1:00:04You can't, you can be a little pissed at me.
- 1:00:06You you can have like a little bit of resentment, but nothing
- 1:00:08crazy like like you can let it fester for a while and and make
- 1:00:11it out to be a a way bigger deal than it is.
- 1:00:13You can do that. I'll calm down for for the
- 1:00:15moment. Yeah, yeah, let it.
- 1:00:17Let it simmer over the course of multiple weeks.
- 1:00:19OK, I will. Yeah, but I will say, dude, as
- 1:00:23someone that's worked out on and off for most of his life, it
- 1:00:28fucking sucks because it's like it's it does make you feel
- 1:00:32better, dude. Once you do it for a while it
- 1:00:34does. But it's like, yeah, it's like
- 1:00:36who has time in the fucking day to do it?
- 1:00:38Like if you, if you have time to do it.
- 1:00:40And don't get me wrong, you always do you realistically.
- 1:00:44Always. Do.
- 1:00:44Have you have an hour to figure something out in?
- 1:00:47In the day you do, yeah. But but then there's the other
- 1:00:51part of it where it's like you, you have to, you're like, I'm
- 1:00:54not going to go to the gym and then eat like crap all this time
- 1:00:57because it's like, you know, why am I eating like crap?
- 1:00:59I'm working out for no reason. So then you have to eat healthy.
- 1:01:01So you got to commit to, you know, basically being a lot
- 1:01:05better to yourself. It's a big commitment.
- 1:01:08And it's like, it's so good for you to do.
- 1:01:09But making that, like, initial leap is like the hardest thing,
- 1:01:13dude. Oh, yeah.
- 1:01:15Like pulling teeth. You don't want to do it.
- 1:01:17No, but. You got it.
- 1:01:18Sometimes a lot of. Maybe we should have named it
- 1:01:20Whale Mouth. We're talking a lot mouths
- 1:01:22today. No, we're not.
- 1:01:23A whale. We're not talking about a whale
- 1:01:24mouth though. Yeah, no, we're actually done
- 1:01:27talking about teeth now. OK, yeah, it's not even going to
- 1:01:30be brought up ever again, not even not for today.
- 1:01:34So something terrible happens. Maybe we should have named this
- 1:01:36one. Fuck my slug life though.
- 1:01:37You're right, you know. Yeah, I think that was that was
- 1:01:41a really nice name. I was really excited about fuck
- 1:01:44my slug life. And I know people are really
- 1:01:45upset that we didn't go with that, but I feel like that's,
- 1:01:47that's going to be something that, you know, the, the current
- 1:01:50audience carries with them from now on, they're going to
- 1:01:53remember fuck my slug life and it it's going to be a, a, a, a
- 1:01:56knowledge database that only they have together.
- 1:02:00It's a bond that they were here for so.
- 1:02:03You're the it's kind. Of nice.
- 1:02:05Yeah, that's kind of nice. That being said, you're not
- 1:02:07allowed to name a channel. Fuck my slug life.
- 1:02:09They don't let you do that on YouTube.
- 1:02:11Yeah, that's going to end. It's terribly.
- 1:02:13It's very. Bad.
- 1:02:14It's very bad for the the algorithm and for the fact that
- 1:02:18you can't physically name anything.
- 1:02:20Fuck my slug life. Yeah, and don't get me.
- 1:02:24Wrong. If this was a different type of
- 1:02:26world we were living in, we'd go right for it.
- 1:02:29But you got to blame the platform.
- 1:02:31Not even a question. We'd go right for it.
- 1:02:33Go right for it so fast. Yeah.
- 1:02:35There'll be a nice close knit community that knows of FM SL.
- 1:02:40FM S. L they'll they'll call it the
- 1:02:42other little code name for it. Speaking of the our our first
- 1:02:47episode, which you brought up at the beginning of this, it's been
- 1:02:53an hour actually. Yeah, that one guy saying that
- 1:02:56it's only in the last five episodes.
- 1:02:58Like dude, even if we hate each other by episode 7, we're
- 1:03:03squeezing out at least 5 episodes.
- 1:03:06We're we're going, we're going to episode 6.
- 1:03:09Well, technically like, like we're going 6 episodes for me
- 1:03:11until like episode 11 and there's nothing you can do to
- 1:03:16stop us. And if we dissolve after that,
- 1:03:17we we had the last laugh. Yeah, even if it means we hate
- 1:03:21each other by the end of it. Yeah, no, that guy really
- 1:03:23screwed himself by saying that. I, I think people really
- 1:03:27underestimate that the taunts like the the taunts they have
- 1:03:31and the effect that they have on people and how horribly it can
- 1:03:35come back and bite them because I have screenshots saved of
- 1:03:39people saying certain things. And you're waiting to do the
- 1:03:41things I'm waiting. To do the thing, yeah, I'm
- 1:03:43waiting to do the thing because it feels nice.
- 1:03:46Because, you know, there's not, there's not many people that can
- 1:03:48like that, that get handed that to them.
- 1:03:50Like, you know, if I wasn't doing YouTube or anything like
- 1:03:53that, no one's going to be coming up to me at my office job
- 1:03:56saying you're not going to do this, you little bitch.
- 1:03:59Like no one, no one's going to be saying any this.
- 1:04:01I'm in the only position that gets told stuff like that.
- 1:04:04So I'm going. To embrace it feel just like
- 1:04:07kind of like a little rude about something.
- 1:04:09I'm not saying he was, for the record, that that guy, he he
- 1:04:12said it. Yeah.
- 1:04:13He no, he said it respectfully. I was cool with that.
- 1:04:16But he did say it respectfully, and that's what made it worse, I
- 1:04:18think, for me, yeah. Well, here's the thing dude,
- 1:04:22because you know, you may realize this, you may not
- 1:04:25realize this when you say something like that.
- 1:04:28If that, if that YouTube is committed, you are helping them
- 1:04:32narratively build something up. And in a way you're helping
- 1:04:36them, but you're also screwing yourself.
- 1:04:39Yeah, because it's going to come back and bite you on the ass
- 1:04:43because that episode 11 rolls around.
- 1:04:47That screenshot's the first thing it gets fucking talked
- 1:04:50about. Oh my God, dude, we're going to
- 1:04:52literally put it on screen and it's just going to stay there
- 1:04:54for an indefinite amount of time.
- 1:04:56Like, we're not going to even talk about when it's going to go
- 1:04:58away. Yeah, I'm so excited for it.
- 1:05:01And, and, and just to let you know, the amount of planning and
- 1:05:04organizing that has gone into this for a weekly schedule, you
- 1:05:10like you said, even if we fucking hate each other five
- 1:05:12weeks from now, dude, we are doing this every week.
- 1:05:14It does not matter. We are, we are here to stay.
- 1:05:18We're committed. No, this is happening, all
- 1:05:20right. It's, you know, I would maybe be
- 1:05:24like, you know, if I was still doing the editing, you know, I'd
- 1:05:27be like, Oh well, you know, it'll take a while, but we'll
- 1:05:30get it out. But no dude, now that we're set,
- 1:05:35dumbass episode. 11 Here we come.
- 1:05:38Episode 11 might as well be coming out now like it's it's
- 1:05:41all right. Just consider it out like it's
- 1:05:43that's so easy to get to dude. Sometimes I'll see I'll see
- 1:05:46podcast started and they'll label it like episode 001
- 1:05:52implying. They're going 100.
- 1:05:54That they're going at least 100. Well, like, oh damn dude, that's
- 1:05:58so much pressure like that's crazy.
- 1:06:01That's a crazy thing to do. Like that's a.
- 1:06:03Wild thing to do. Yeah, like even if you record
- 1:06:06weekly, that's, I mean that's almost two years worth if you do
- 1:06:09one a week. That's crazy to do.
- 1:06:12God, yeah, that's. Over 2 years, yeah, you gotta.
- 1:06:17Give people credit. You know, they're making it to
- 1:06:18episode 3 and they're burning it out bright and fast.
- 1:06:21But you know, if you see 001 in anything, you know that shit
- 1:06:26does not have a a long life, shelf life at all.
- 1:06:31That that shit is crashing and burning real quick.
- 1:06:36Yeah. The, the way you have to do that
- 1:06:37though, is you have to go once you hit 100, then you go back
- 1:06:41and start editing them to say 001 to show how cool you are.
- 1:06:45They like you people think that you committed that long, but
- 1:06:47like you actually went back as soon as you accomplished it.
- 1:06:50And then like when, when we hit 100, I'll go back and change it
- 1:06:55to 001. It'll be cool.
- 1:06:57Here's here's the thing. Yeah, we will.
- 1:07:01Definitely I'll, I, I have 100 episodes in me.
- 1:07:04I have probably have more, but people got to subscribe and like
- 1:07:10and comment on this. Otherwise we're not talking to
- 1:07:13our fucking selves. OK?
- 1:07:17That's all I'm saying. If, if people are eventually
- 1:07:20like these guys fucking suck, then I'll be like, word, we're
- 1:07:26out. Thanks.
- 1:07:27Thanks for listening to us for a minute.
- 1:07:29How many people have to say that before we stop forever like the
- 1:07:32majority of them? Well, I I'm saying look every
- 1:07:35single video can have and this is not something I'm saying to
- 1:07:38do. No, if if I'm saying to do
- 1:07:41anything, I'm saying tell me what color shirt I need to buy
- 1:07:43next. I'll buy you 8 of them.
- 1:07:45That's what I really want. I'm going to be reading every
- 1:07:47comment looking for those shirt color suggestions, maybe even
- 1:07:50good deals. All right, maybe this is where
- 1:07:53I'm going to start doing my couponing.
- 1:07:55Maybe you guys will help me figure all that out, but I just
- 1:07:58totally derailed. Dude, well I'm glad you did
- 1:08:01because that just reminded me this could be the first time
- 1:08:04where we do like an opposite sponsor where everyone else
- 1:08:07comes with to us with their codes and we fucking we go out
- 1:08:11shopping dude. Yes, that's a good idea.
- 1:08:13I did remember though guys. Take it.
- 1:08:16Get going. What were you to say?
- 1:08:18No, you're going to make me forget again.
- 1:08:20No, no, no. You got to get on it.
- 1:08:22Oh, I got to get on it. Basically, you're voting with
- 1:08:24your view is what I'm trying to say.
- 1:08:26Doesn't matter if you guys are sitting there and saying doesn't
- 1:08:29matter how much I love you guys, I also hate you or something
- 1:08:31like that. But you're voting with your
- 1:08:34view. So you're watching if you're
- 1:08:37watching and you're with. Your with your watch time too
- 1:08:40even if you don't like listening just put it to 1%.
- 1:08:43Just leave it on for a little bit.
- 1:08:45Yeah. Yeah, that's important.
- 1:08:46How many people listen to this while driving?
- 1:08:49At least one person, right? Statistically speaking, one.
- 1:08:52Person. Oh yeah, this is that's, that's
- 1:08:55gonna be a there's gonna be a chunk of an audience doing that
- 1:08:58for sure. A chunk, yeah.
- 1:09:00People drive places, man. People.
- 1:09:01Fucking. Drive.
- 1:09:02Yeah, that was like my favorite thing to do.
- 1:09:04I I used to listen to a a hockey podcast called Spit and
- 1:09:07Chiclets. It's still going but when I was
- 1:09:09in college and I'd I'd have to drive.
- 1:09:13Podcast Name of the world's ticklets.
- 1:09:15Yeah, dude is a good ones Good. It's like we can't go back to
- 1:09:19teeth, but that's exactly what that means.
- 1:09:23You had a long drive too. You had a long.
- 1:09:26Drive. Oh my God, the the drive from
- 1:09:29the university to the hockey rink.
- 1:09:31Sometimes it was 50 minutes if we were going to one of the
- 1:09:35rinks and the other one it was it was 70 minutes.
- 1:09:39I was like, what the fuck? So I would listen to a whole
- 1:09:42podcast episode like halfway done with it there and halfway
- 1:09:46back and every every time I drive.
- 1:09:49So it's podcasts are great to listen to while you're driving,
- 1:09:51but I think there's a lot of people that are listening while
- 1:09:54they're driving. A lot of truckers.
- 1:09:56Lots of truckers, yeah. Dude, when they they're stopping
- 1:10:00at that truck stop for that perfect orgasm too, Dude, it's
- 1:10:03it's growing on you. I knew it.
- 1:10:05I knew it was growing on you. Dude, it's not growing on me.
- 1:10:08It's just how the world works, all right?
- 1:10:09It's very different. This is the truck.
- 1:10:11Stop orgasm dude, people love that.
- 1:10:13Dude, there's going. To be one guy asking to rename
- 1:10:16this the truck stop orgasm and I'm he's going to have my vote.
- 1:10:19You might not have your vote. You know, it's got to be
- 1:10:21unanimous, but I'm just saying, you know, I, I like, I like that
- 1:10:25name. It's supposed to be a band name,
- 1:10:26but it's supposed to. Yeah, also, I, I guess we never
- 1:10:31really talked about this, but I think there might be some people
- 1:10:34coming here listening and thinking that, you know, we're
- 1:10:37about to talk about a bunch of Runescape stuff which an hour
- 1:10:40and 10 minutes or so into this. I hope they've realized by now
- 1:10:44that no, we're not. No, look, we are serious about
- 1:10:49this. This, this is just you guys
- 1:10:51listening to a conversation that would be happening if it wasn't
- 1:10:54recorded. I'm not kidding.
- 1:10:56That's just what. It's ironically true.
- 1:10:59Yeah, I know. So if if Runescape happens,
- 1:11:01that's the. Premise for this, by the way,
- 1:11:03when when he and I were talking at like Jag X were like, dude,
- 1:11:08we would basically like if we were to ever do something like
- 1:11:10that, like we would just talk how we're normally talking,
- 1:11:14yeah. 'Cause there were so many times
- 1:11:16that just over the years that I was like, dude, this
- 1:11:20conversation is so funny. We should like people would love
- 1:11:24listening to this, Like people wait to hear our voices on our
- 1:11:28videos. But we should do that like we
- 1:11:31should do. We should record ourselves just
- 1:11:33talking and see what happens and we.
- 1:11:34Do a long time. Yeah, I tried.
- 1:11:37I tried for a long time. Kept saying no dude for like a
- 1:11:40long time. It was falling on deaf ears.
- 1:11:43And then he said it again and I was like, I, I don't know why,
- 1:11:48dude, maybe this is a lesson, You know, if someone says no 75
- 1:11:54times, keep asking. They'll eventually say.
- 1:11:56That 76 is coming up. 76 is. Coming up, it's.
- 1:12:00A golden number. Dude, I I was just talking to
- 1:12:03Jake too, before this, and I think it'd be perfect to have
- 1:12:06him on as well. Oh yeah, Like he he because he
- 1:12:10also said he would do it. Oh yeah, and and you.
- 1:12:14Know what I'm going to say to him?
- 1:12:15I'm going to say don't even think about wearing a snap back
- 1:12:18on camera you piece of shit. Because every time he came on
- 1:12:21camera for anything he used to just put his webcam on.
- 1:12:24He used to just put his webcam on in discord and make all of us
- 1:12:28look at him for some reason. I don't know what that was
- 1:12:30about, but he'd always be wearing his hat.
- 1:12:33He. Doesn't do wear hats anymore
- 1:12:35like like he he has. He has a hat that just says
- 1:12:37space on it. He's one of those guys.
- 1:12:40I like I like the hat a lot. I like the hair on.
- 1:12:42I wear hats inside too, but only because it blocks this light
- 1:12:45sometimes when I'm like when I'm streaming or something.
- 1:12:49Some people look good in hats. You know, I'm going to go ahead
- 1:12:52and say I don't know if I would classify him as looking good in
- 1:12:57a hat, but he doesn't look bad in a hat.
- 1:12:58You would definitely look good in a hat.
- 1:13:00Thank you. Thank.
- 1:13:01You my wife looks good in hat too.
- 1:13:02I do not dude. Like you don't think so?
- 1:13:04No, I, I think. You can look good in a in a dad
- 1:13:06hat, I think. I think you felt that.
- 1:13:08Yeah, I think so, yeah. I I think you just you wear the
- 1:13:12wrong hat. We got to spin up this merch and
- 1:13:15it's. Just for.
- 1:13:15You and me. It's not for anyone else.
- 1:13:17Yeah. Funny enough.
- 1:13:18I'm not kidding dude. I want 8 wall for a wall friend
- 1:13:21shirts and then a wall friend's hat.
- 1:13:23And I'm going to try wearing that hat one day, and we're
- 1:13:26going to get the crowd's consensus.
- 1:13:28OK on it. Yeah.
- 1:13:29Again, this is not some soft launch for a merch for everyone.
- 1:13:34I'm being serious. I only want for me and him.
- 1:13:36Yeah, no, this is yeah, Don't get your hopes up.
- 1:13:38Like, this is our thing. Stay out of it, OK?
- 1:13:41We're not going to spring this on people.
- 1:13:43And it's a podcast. People know it's coming.
- 1:13:45It's not a podcast. Shut up.
- 1:13:47Cut that out, Ginge, and cut back here.
- 1:13:55It's, you know, when two people talk and they're in the, you
- 1:14:00know, in a call and they start posting it, You know, sometimes
- 1:14:03these calls, they could become premium, you know, there's some
- 1:14:06premium access and oh. You're going there.
- 1:14:09Yeah, and it's it's going to happen eventually.
- 1:14:13I'm not going to say when, but. There's been a lot of plans.
- 1:14:18I will save my getting kicked out of high school.
- 1:14:22Well suspended not kicked out was never kicked out My my
- 1:14:26suspended from high school stories for that I guess I'm I
- 1:14:30have multiple. What a what a marketing pitch,
- 1:14:34guys, if you want to hear how I got kicked out of high school.
- 1:14:37Not a little care, no, I will talk.
- 1:14:39I'll just talk about that next time.
- 1:14:40Realistically, because like I, I do, I do think eventually
- 1:14:44people, people would if I, if I tell the story, because I told
- 1:14:49you multiple times that story. I.
- 1:14:51Don't remember. You don't remember.
- 1:14:53You're going to learn it again one day.
- 1:14:54It again? Yeah, I'll learn it again.
- 1:14:56You're going to learn it for free just like everyone else.
- 1:15:00OK, good. No, but I do want to eventually
- 1:15:05start up a little some little little Patreon action.
- 1:15:10That would like the discord and everything and just like we can
- 1:15:13kind of get topics. I do like the idea of having a
- 1:15:16discord for us and that's where you know, we get you know, ask
- 1:15:21you guys what you want us to talk about because here's the
- 1:15:24thing we're not above talking about Runescape.
- 1:15:27Obviously we both do it for a living, but when we're playing
- 1:15:32Runescape, we're not talking about it.
- 1:15:34That's all I'm. Saying yeah, no, I I like
- 1:15:37talking about current, current events of Runescape when it's
- 1:15:41happening, but it's. True.
- 1:15:43But like, yeah, dude, I, I can only take so much Runescape.
- 1:15:45I can't just talk about it all the time.
- 1:15:47I'll go crazy, you know I. Can, but I I also don't need to.
- 1:15:52No, realistically if it's, but if it's all because OK, let me
- 1:15:57let me put it this way, OK, My Runescape videos and the scripts
- 1:16:03I'm doing is especially right now is so in depth.
- 1:16:07There's so much research about lore and looking at the books
- 1:16:11and getting citations. I don't want to talk about it
- 1:16:14more than I have to right now because I will go crazy.
- 1:16:16OK. As of right now, that's valid.
- 1:16:18Yeah, that's that's valid. Two months ago, sure dude.
- 1:16:21I'll I'll have many conversations about it, but.
- 1:16:23Right now I'll make your way background.
- 1:16:25I'm. Going to balance it right now.
- 1:16:26Yeah, yeah. Did Jake show you the website?
- 1:16:31He's made for that, by the way. No, I want to go do that.
- 1:16:34Check this out I'll I'll link it too so people can look just oh
- 1:16:38just type in your browser, do OSRS dot place and now search
- 1:16:42any word in there and it will pop up all of the dialogue in
- 1:16:47the game whether it's in a book or from an.
- 1:16:49MP searching Jim Wait, Jake made this?
- 1:16:52Yes, this is for surviving Gillenor.
- 1:16:55He made a website that you can search up any word and it will
- 1:16:59show anytime that word pops up in any dialogue, whether it's a
- 1:17:02book or an NPC talking. It's awesome.
- 1:17:04Jake is our smartest friend and it's not even close.
- 1:17:06It's not even close. He should be a billionaire, but
- 1:17:08he's going to stay not a billionaire.
- 1:17:10Be goodie, but that guy I've not heard from in a minute.
- 1:17:14So Jake has been promoted. That guy's missing, probably.
- 1:17:19I don't know what happened to him.
- 1:17:20I'm kind of worried. That's that's just true.
- 1:17:26Yeah, anyone here is from I think.
- 1:17:27He's fine. He's he's just taking a hiatus
- 1:17:30or whatever, but look at the very off chance, on the very,
- 1:17:34very off chance he listens to this dude come back.
- 1:17:38Yeah, dude, we you, you got to say something.
- 1:17:40Yeah, we miss you. That's all.
- 1:17:42Dude, this is crazy. I'm going to type the word
- 1:17:43penis. Oh, he's tried that, Yeah.
- 1:17:46So human, get back to the slave pens.
- 1:17:49Very. Close, yeah.
- 1:17:50So it's a it's a fuzzy search. So if you if you type in penis
- 1:17:53like pens will, it's close. Yeah.
- 1:17:56Did he put the syntax on there yet of like the let me see he
- 1:18:02was working on like making it so.
- 1:18:05Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. So if you press the question
- 1:18:07mark, that's new. If you press the question mark
- 1:18:09next to the search, it'll tell you how to get the exact phrase,
- 1:18:13so you put it in quotes to make sure that it's the exact thing.
- 1:18:17Oh, this website's cool. Yeah, it's going to be awesome
- 1:18:21for people to like, look into the lure.
- 1:18:23You just fit your shit out. Surprisingly dude this was like
- 1:18:27a 10 hour project for him. Like this was not.
- 1:18:30That that just that's not like surprising.
- 1:18:33Yeah, I'm gonna I'm gonna just search nuts.
- 1:18:36Lot, a lot of dialogue talking about nuts.
- 1:18:39Yeah, there's a. Ton of nut talk in Runescape,
- 1:18:41Actually, yeah. Wow, that's great dude.
- 1:18:44Yeah, no, this is a game changer.
- 1:18:46This is an actual game changer for the series because this is
- 1:18:48like it shows all of the the books too, like all of the books
- 1:18:52that you find in random bookcases and like in the in the
- 1:18:55PRIFF library that you'd never go and just go look at really.
- 1:18:59Like I didn't go back in the library after Song of the elves.
- 1:19:02I don't even know how to get back there right now.
- 1:19:03Like I I've never been in there afterwards so.
- 1:19:07You can go back. You just go talk to Michael
- 1:19:09Mcfucknuts, I think, or something and you get Michael.
- 1:19:12Mcfucknuts But I didn't have any reason to talk to him after the
- 1:19:14quest, so like I. Get that?
- 1:19:16Yeah. So I've never been there.
- 1:19:18Dude this is a cool fucking website.
- 1:19:20That's. What I'm saying dude, I got the
- 1:19:21domain like OSRS dot place is pretty sick right?
- 1:19:24Like that's a cool one. Great fucking domain and dude.
- 1:19:26And then it links directly to the fucking wiki page.
- 1:19:31Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, it'll do it.
- 1:19:32It'll take you to the to the transcript.
- 1:19:34That's. How he made it he.
- 1:19:35Just he, I think he called it scraped, scraping it.
- 1:19:39I don't know. Yeah.
- 1:19:40No, he definitely just, he had to scrape it for that.
- 1:19:42Yeah, yeah, there's a 116,381 OS Rs dialogue boxes.
- 1:19:48That's cool as fuck. He said that he was also gonna
- 1:19:52add like he was thinking initially he was gonna add the
- 1:19:54examine text to it too, but he said that that made it like
- 1:19:58800,000 fucking like entries and it slowed it down.
- 1:20:02I'm like, dude, don't do examine text.
- 1:20:04Like don't. We don't need that.
- 1:20:05Don't worry. About it extra work yeah dude,
- 1:20:08that's I love all the random websites that have been popping
- 1:20:11up for for Runescape. I will say dude, like like there
- 1:20:14there's like a bunch of different like games.
- 1:20:15There's like the the music game where you like find it randomly
- 1:20:18in game. I like the like the guess where
- 1:20:22people are. I forget always artists, yes,
- 1:20:25Sir. And there's like the NPC guests.
- 1:20:27There's so many good ones dude. Like you you, you.
- 1:20:31You won't find this shit in World of Warcraft bro, Like no.
- 1:20:33Dude, this much? No, no, those guys.
- 1:20:36They're too busy worrying about parses or whatever that means.
- 1:20:40Parses. Yeah, I don't know.
- 1:20:43It's something I think that's like measuring how good you are
- 1:20:46during a raid. Pretty sure it is what that
- 1:20:48means. Said anything to me and I
- 1:20:49wouldn't have been able to relate so it's OK.
- 1:20:51Purses. Purses is the same thing.
- 1:20:53Same shit about it, yeah. Same shit dude.
- 1:20:55Who's going to be our first guest on this podcast?
- 1:20:58I don't know someone that doesn't like us.
- 1:21:00Really. So you want to make someone
- 1:21:02that's immediately combatant towards us?
- 1:21:04You want to make them? Well, they might not even want
- 1:21:07to. Come on.
- 1:21:08If that's that'd be the. That's the fun part for us
- 1:21:10though, is just convincing them. The first first case, I guess
- 1:21:13you want to give us a headache and try to get someone that
- 1:21:16doesn't want to come on. Yeah, I want to.
- 1:21:17I want to make us feel bad about ourselves, make them say some
- 1:21:21terrible shit to us beforehand. We'll figure it out.
- 1:21:24We'll figure out who we want. What you want on And let's be
- 1:21:27real, it has to be a Runescape player.
- 1:21:29Does it? No, OK, it doesn't.
- 1:21:32We don't even talk about Runescape.
- 1:21:33But that being said, some of that realistically that's our in
- 1:21:36is that someone that does play Runescape and play, oh, I know
- 1:21:42these two people. Yeah.
- 1:21:45Or you can just go for the gold. Let's just like, see if like
- 1:21:47Barack Obama wants to join. Barack Obama might join us.
- 1:21:50Yeah, he's, he's a very controversial guy, though.
- 1:21:53Like he's really, he says a lot of stuff that goes against
- 1:21:57YouTube terms of service, I heard.
- 1:21:59Yeah, every time there's a reason he doesn't go on podcast
- 1:22:02is because he just he loses his filter every time he he goes on.
- 1:22:04Really. Oh, dude, it's bad.
- 1:22:06Yeah, yeah, really nice tweets. He makes some great tweets.
- 1:22:11But dude, I've heard some horror stories about the things he says
- 1:22:15into a microphone, man. Like he just now that he's not
- 1:22:18president, like he just lets it loose, let's it fly.
- 1:22:21Dude, he's got all the passes. He thinks like it's crazy.
- 1:22:24You. Think you know a guy I guess
- 1:22:26but. Yeah, that's, I don't know, man.
- 1:22:28He he can air, he can air out all the beef if he wants to.
- 1:22:32Come on the wall, friends. He is more.
- 1:22:35Than more than welcome to join us as as one of our first guests
- 1:22:38I do think people would enjoy listening to Jake though yeah I
- 1:22:41think I think people like this cool Jake yeah say.
- 1:22:45Yeah, Jake, I foresee him becoming I feel like every like
- 1:22:51big, not that this is a podcast, but when I see a podcast,
- 1:22:56there's always like a guy in the corner somewhere like that.
- 1:22:59They cut to like once every episode, like saying something
- 1:23:02he. Could be the.
- 1:23:03Corner guy. Yeah, dude, we could say
- 1:23:06something to him and then he just sits there like he doesn't
- 1:23:08do anything. But we acknowledge that he's
- 1:23:10there for a second. Yeah, he could be that guy.
- 1:23:13We'll call him Jake. Me.
- 1:23:14Yeah, we don't have to call him Jake.
- 1:23:15Me. Really.
- 1:23:18Yeah, I think probably this Jake's good.
- 1:23:19I would love that as a corner guy.
- 1:23:21Unfair. Well, no, he's not getting paid.
- 1:23:22No, we're paid, so we're. Really not.
- 1:23:26Actually, no, it's yeah, no, we cannot get paid.
- 1:23:28Costing us money and it's probably going to for a bit.
- 1:23:31Yeah, yeah, we're, we're in the red.
- 1:23:33Everybody you've really. Got you've got to subscribe
- 1:23:35you've. Got to subscribe to us man.
- 1:23:37You got it. Please God, you guys are doing
- 1:23:40this to us. This this painful thing you're
- 1:23:42doing? Listening through the wall.
- 1:23:45And we're paying the price for it.
- 1:23:47Like, what is that? That's crazy.
- 1:23:52No one does that except for us. Except for us.
- 1:23:56OK I I will say this though, if there is a runescape topic you
- 1:24:00do want us to discuss and get really hyper specific about no
- 1:24:03fucking PvP. Yeah, we're.
- 1:24:06Talking about that. Here.
- 1:24:07Alright. No, no, no one wants to talk.
- 1:24:09About no one wants to talk about that.
- 1:24:11If I can get real hyper specific about other shit though alright.
- 1:24:15Like like Jimmy'z already made a whole video on towns he'd live
- 1:24:18in. I'm willing to get very hyper
- 1:24:20specific about some shit. I will listen to to the comments
- 1:24:24on that if you guys have something.
- 1:24:26I've asked you guys to comment four different types of things.
- 1:24:28You guys, you're welcome to to have four different types of
- 1:24:30comments if you want. I'm completely OK with that.
- 1:24:33I will read all of them. Yeah, you can.
- 1:24:34You can comment four times. There's nothing against that.
- 1:24:37Maybe space them out a little bit so that YouTube doesn't
- 1:24:40think you're a bot, which you might be, I don't know.
- 1:24:44You're welcome. To watch too, though, it's fine.
- 1:24:46Oh, people were really impressed with us not knowing about bees
- 1:24:49and Hornets and Wasps. Dude, I actually brought that up
- 1:24:52to my wife, Yeah, the other day. What did she say?
- 1:24:54Did she say no? I knew that and I was like,
- 1:24:56there's no way you knew that. And she was like, I only knew
- 1:24:58that because I had like a whole like lesson on it.
- 1:25:03Oh, OK, That's not fair though. Yeah, that's not fair.
- 1:25:07That doesn't count. Yeah, no, she got paid to learn
- 1:25:10that. There's a guy, I'm not going to
- 1:25:12name him. He knows who he is.
- 1:25:14Dude. He comments like 4 times on
- 1:25:16every single one of my second channel videos and every comment
- 1:25:20he makes is just being a little bit disappointed in me just a
- 1:25:23little bit. It's something that I'm doing
- 1:25:26wrong. It's not my dad for a fact, I
- 1:25:28know that, but he could he. This guy has been around for a
- 1:25:33long time. He's been, he's on the VOD
- 1:25:36channel, he's over on on my second channel and now he's over
- 1:25:38here and every time he comments as he listens and he finds
- 1:25:44something that he doesn't like every time and he is always
- 1:25:49back. Always back every time.
- 1:25:52I don't know if he's enjoying his time here.
- 1:25:53I can't tell. I don't know.
- 1:25:57I'll, I'll give him, I'll give him credit, though.
- 1:26:00You know what? Like he's still showing up for
- 1:26:02you. He's.
- 1:26:03Showing up and I. Appreciate that.
- 1:26:04That's the guy. Look, there's people in life
- 1:26:07that you want in your corner, even if it's uncomfortable.
- 1:26:11Yeah, no, people. That are going to call you on
- 1:26:12your shit. That's that guy.
- 1:26:15OK, but to be fair, only about like 20% of the things he calls
- 1:26:18out are even reasonable in the 1st place.
- 1:26:20I disagree with what he's saying a lot.
- 1:26:22I'll say that I'm not afraid to say that I, I'll, I'll stand my
- 1:26:25ground, OK, I, I say a lot of things and if I, if I need to
- 1:26:30take them back, you're going to have to pry it out of me.
- 1:26:32I'm really bad at taking things back.
- 1:26:35No, not really, but it depends. I'll I'll stand my ground.
- 1:26:40I'm not scared. I'm not scared.
- 1:26:42I. I'll definitely take something
- 1:26:44back if I didn't know anything about.
- 1:26:46It yeah, if I don't know anything about it, but if it's
- 1:26:48my opinion about something, unless, unless I'm learning all
- 1:26:51this new crazy information that wasn't really publicly available
- 1:26:55or something, then yeah, I'll, I'll take that back.
- 1:26:58So you're saying your opinions have weight to them because
- 1:27:00you're actually thinking about what you're saying.
- 1:27:02Yeah, usually I try, I try to think.
- 1:27:06I don't think you're doing a good enough job.
- 1:27:07You didn't convince me of that until now.
- 1:27:10Also what is this guy talking about Tiny Rick he said Love you
- 1:27:12both but Kev calling himself out is so real and appreciated.
- 1:27:15The personal growth is great. Guys, what is what?
- 1:27:18Did I say? I don't know.
- 1:27:20What did you what did you call yourself out on?
- 1:27:22Did you even mean to if you did? I don't know what he's.
- 1:27:25Look here, here's this time I'm going to answer this question
- 1:27:29for you, OK? For the past five months, yeah.
- 1:27:35Or so of my life. Yeah.
- 1:27:37My wife has sworn that she has told me things and I say I, I
- 1:27:42always respond saying you did not say that to me.
- 1:27:45And after about 30 seconds, I'm convincing.
- 1:27:48I'm like, you actually did say that to me.
- 1:27:50I my memory's shot right now. Yes, this is what happens when
- 1:27:56you don't sleep that much. My memory.
- 1:27:59Is shot. Yeah, the kid thing I forgot.
- 1:28:02So look, if I had a personal growth moment, that's great.
- 1:28:07Here's the thing. I I carry lessons with me even
- 1:28:11if I forget how I learned that lesson.
- 1:28:14Like if, if I like if I jam my finger in a door, you know, And
- 1:28:22because I'm sure we've all done that when we were kids.
- 1:28:24I don't remember the last time I did, but I will not put my
- 1:28:27finger in that door. So if I have personal growth, I
- 1:28:30might not remember why I had that personal growth, but I I
- 1:28:33still carry that with me. Don't miss your comment.
- 1:28:36Thank. Thank you for for acknowledging
- 1:28:38that. Yeah, you're a good guy, is what
- 1:28:40he's basically saying. Yeah, I appreciate that.
- 1:28:43I'll take that compliment. Thank you.
- 1:28:45Yeah, I I like people that realize that people can grow,
- 1:28:47you know? Yeah, I think, I think there's a
- 1:28:49lot of people that, you know, think that there's no going,
- 1:28:52there's no changing. So there's no you are the same
- 1:28:56person. You're the.
- 1:28:58Exact same person at 17 and at 32 exactly.
- 1:29:02Yeah, no, yeah, you've that 18 year old version of you.
- 1:29:06He's still there. He's he's still.
- 1:29:09Not listening to his mom. Does not know how to talk to
- 1:29:12women. Does not listen to his mom.
- 1:29:13He's he's not great. He's not a great guy, not.
- 1:29:16A great guy, dude and. Here he is not not reformed,
- 1:29:20just right there. Right here.
- 1:29:23Oh, there was a lot. I forgot about the moose talk.
- 1:29:26Dude, we talked a lot about that moose for a long time.
- 1:29:30I'm not going to go back to it. I'm not going to continue
- 1:29:32talking about it. Do you have a new one for us or
- 1:29:34a new scenario? Yeah.
- 1:29:36Did you think about that? You said you were.
- 1:29:37Going to I I do have a new scenario, but it's not no like I
- 1:29:41I tried it out and Jake right before and he's like, that's
- 1:29:44really bad dude. Don't bring that up.
- 1:29:45Did he give you an alternative he usually has?
- 1:29:47One I didn't like his either. This is how he came to truck
- 1:29:50stop orgasm, he said. Like if you think about like
- 1:29:54you're driving a truck and the brakes cut out and you're going
- 1:29:57downhill. And I was like, yeah.
- 1:29:59And then what? He was like, work from there.
- 1:30:00I'm like, there's nothing to work with.
- 1:30:03What am I? What am I doing?
- 1:30:05What am I putting Jimmy in? What sort of situation am I
- 1:30:07putting him in? I'm just basically killing him
- 1:30:10in the situation. I.
- 1:30:13Guess what? Would you OK, fine here?
- 1:30:16If you're in a truck and it's going to crash into something,
- 1:30:19you'll be fine. But it's crashing into one
- 1:30:21thing, the other thing, or both things go down.
- 1:30:24You'd rather rather crash into, let's say, a school.
- 1:30:29Are you doing a trolley situation right now?
- 1:30:31Yeah. Are you doing a trolley lever
- 1:30:34problem? But.
- 1:30:35This is truck without brakes. Look, I will come back with the
- 1:30:43strongest possible situation maybe, but are you crashing into
- 1:30:48the school or are you crashing into the hospital?
- 1:30:50I I have an I have an answer for this.
- 1:30:52This is a terrible one. This is awful.
- 1:30:54But go ahead, go give your answer.
- 1:30:56No, you have to give your answer first.
- 1:30:58I'm not going to let you. I'm not going to.
- 1:31:00Answer that's a terrible one. It's just terrible. 2 terrible
- 1:31:03things happening. The first one that you gave was
- 1:31:05a survival thing. Whether I would do it or not
- 1:31:08like that, that's a that's a cool one to like put myself in
- 1:31:12that position of like you get a really nice reward if you try
- 1:31:16this out, but you could die. This one's like who who you
- 1:31:19killing that doesn't deserve it. This is Jake scenario though.
- 1:31:23I I told you it wasn't. This is terrible.
- 1:31:25This isn't good. It wasn't.
- 1:31:26Good. Well, can you give yours at
- 1:31:28least? What was the one that he didn't
- 1:31:29like of yours? Not it's, it's not.
- 1:31:33He really. He really?
- 1:31:34Made me see it wasn't good. Dude.
- 1:31:36It was. It was a crock of shit, I'm
- 1:31:38willing to admit that. Here's the thing, the.
- 1:31:40Answer to this question though, at the very least is you crash
- 1:31:44into the school. Here's why you crash into the
- 1:31:45school. If it's summer, automatically no
- 1:31:47one's there. If it is any time past 3:00 PM,
- 1:31:52basically no one's there. All right, so at at worst,
- 1:31:56you're just you're just destroying a first grade grade
- 1:31:59classroom. Like maybe, maybe they just have
- 1:32:01to all scooch in, you know, and be in one first grade classroom.
- 1:32:05Dude, now that you're close to the camera, you got some nice
- 1:32:08skin. You got some shiny.
- 1:32:09Fucking real shiny. When I get close.
- 1:32:12Yeah, dude, you got a nice one. I'm going.
- 1:32:14I'm back here. I'm fine.
- 1:32:15Yeah, dude, I I've been getting real tanned by accident.
- 1:32:19How are? You getting tanned by accident
- 1:32:21just. Going for walks with my wife
- 1:32:22every day. My baby.
- 1:32:25And like I just. Dude, I told, I told Flynn that
- 1:32:28you, you, you do 7500 steps every day and she's like, how's
- 1:32:33he do that? And I'm like, well, he walks.
- 1:32:35She's like, yeah, but but how? What do you mean how he walks
- 1:32:40in? Yeah, his.
- 1:32:42Legs you just start and then you don't stop until you hit the
- 1:32:44number. Yeah.
- 1:32:44And then she made like a growling sound, like she was
- 1:32:47upset at that, like as as if that like pissed her off that
- 1:32:49you walked to get the steps. And I was like, I don't know
- 1:32:51what you were expecting him to do.
- 1:32:53I I do the easiest version of it, you just.
- 1:32:56Walk. I think it was the 45 minutes to
- 1:32:59an hour part that really threw her off, that she didn't.
- 1:33:01She did not like that part, Yeah.
- 1:33:03No to be fair, like it's really good for your brain though like
- 1:33:08to just being out for like an hour like it clears your head in
- 1:33:12the best way possible. Yeah, if we're at the point over
- 1:33:15here, though, where if we want to walk, we have to start waking
- 1:33:18up so early to do it because once it hits like 8:30 AM, Oh my
- 1:33:22God, dude, it's it's nauseating to go outside.
- 1:33:26Like it's actually messed up. Yeah, Is not.
- 1:33:29Get a walking pad dude, those are great.
- 1:33:31Yeah, I yeah, She was talking about one of those because I
- 1:33:34remember your little wife had had that going on.
- 1:33:37That's right. Yeah, I remember Facetiming you
- 1:33:39guys. She was on it.
- 1:33:41I moved it. I I could have shown you, could
- 1:33:44have shown you me walking on a pad that no one would have cared
- 1:33:46about. But no, it's gone.
- 1:33:48Dude, I really like this comment from Z Mac X he goes best of
- 1:33:51luck to you both. The podcast Nisha is a dog eat
- 1:33:53dog world out there. Really, I'm like, I don't, I
- 1:33:58mean podcasts. Tearing each other down.
- 1:34:00I, I I. I would have thought that it was
- 1:34:02not really like that. Like I, I, I feel like what's
- 1:34:04there to really, you know, compete with, like, I mean.
- 1:34:10Other people talking, I guess I don't.
- 1:34:12Know yeah like getting guests on like I.
- 1:34:16I don't know if look, if look here's here's if we get into a
- 1:34:21scuffle with another podcast, which we're not one.
- 1:34:24So that's weird. That's already a point against
- 1:34:28them. Then you guys are kind of
- 1:34:31obligated to jump in for us because you're the ones causing
- 1:34:35this. So don't.
- 1:34:38Organize, don't pre organize. I hate mom.
- 1:34:42Oh. We don't do that.
- 1:34:44Well, we don't have a destination for them.
- 1:34:46So it's, I mean, we'll just load them up and we'll send them out
- 1:34:49what we need to. Oh my God.
- 1:34:51Yeah, it's fine, dude. Just get them.
- 1:34:53Get them ready. You know, you got to train your
- 1:34:55soldiers before sending them off to war, you know what I mean?
- 1:34:59It's fine. Look, I I do not want anyone
- 1:35:01shitting on other people and we don't.
- 1:35:04Have anyone for you to shit on? OK, it's fine.
- 1:35:07All right. And we'll never true it's it's.
- 1:35:10Look, you want to shit on something, go shit on the the
- 1:35:12concept of empty calories. Dude, Go, go, go get fucking mad
- 1:35:16at Kellogg's. Dude, look at all their cereal
- 1:35:18that the things like corn is supposed to have fiber.
- 1:35:20They remove the fiber out of all their cereal.
- 1:35:23So you're eating empty calories for a while.
- 1:35:25For a while. Oh, they brought it back though.
- 1:35:28No, they didn't bring it back. So why'd you say for a while
- 1:35:31that implies it's not like that anymore?
- 1:35:33No it this has been going on for a while.
- 1:35:36Oh like it's been like this is so stupid dude I hate English
- 1:35:40sometimes it's so confusing. No, no, we don't.
- 1:35:43We don't get the point across when people are trying to.
- 1:35:45Learn language. Yeah, yeah.
- 1:35:47Also, a lot of people are really, you know, they're
- 1:35:49scratching their heads. The fact that on our page, our
- 1:35:54YouTube channel page, in the playlists, one of the playlists
- 1:35:58is named like it's it's labeled as a podcast on there, which
- 1:36:03look, I don't have control of what that says.
- 1:36:06That's not me doing that. It's not an admission.
- 1:36:09It's not me, you know, letting you guys win here.
- 1:36:13That's just what it does. It just puts it like that.
- 1:36:15I just don't think I can do about it.
- 1:36:17I can't relabel a whole system that's just stop getting excited
- 1:36:21over things that aren't real. It's.
- 1:36:22Weird dude. Oh look at that, we rolled up
- 1:36:24the 4.6 case subscribers. I want to see at least a million
- 1:36:29from this one. If we don't hit a million by
- 1:36:32next Friday, I'm pissed off. I will be mad.
- 1:36:36That's all I'm gonna say. Yeah, I will come up with a
- 1:36:40scenario for you next time. Probably.
- 1:36:43You should. Probably come up with a with a,
- 1:36:44a multitude of them. Like just constantly be
- 1:36:46brainstorming this like like rewire your brain to.
- 1:36:49Constantly be I've had a busy ass week.
- 1:36:51I, dude, normally, normally I'm, I'm listening off some fucking
- 1:36:55bullshit scenario every day and I could just be writing it down
- 1:36:58then, but I, I have not been doing that in a minute.
- 1:37:04But look, I, I'll, I'll start the machine up again and I'm
- 1:37:07gonna, I'm gonna just keep putting you in some fucking life
- 1:37:10or death situations for some good amount of money, like
- 1:37:13$50,000 at the very least. And we're gonna get one person
- 1:37:17and 1 lucky person in the audience will get to pay that
- 1:37:20that fee to you. Yeah, also that guy that
- 1:37:24somewhat named our our podcast, he's not getting the $0.38
- 1:37:29'cause he left that that very hateful filled comment.
- 1:37:32About. About parasocial, so he's kind
- 1:37:37of maybe we'll give that $0.38 away to someone else that.
- 1:37:41'D be great. Maybe not guaranteed.
- 1:37:44Subscribe dude, look, here's my closing thought.
- 1:37:47Have you ever thought to yourself, if a million people
- 1:37:53give me $1.00, I will have $1,000,000 and then I'm willing
- 1:37:58to do that for five more people. So we make 6 people and, and
- 1:38:02then the changes keeps going. I, I paid $5 out of out of, you
- 1:38:07know that chain. I gave 55 people $1.00 each.
- 1:38:12Like we, we could make millionaires overnight, right?
- 1:38:16Like have you ever thought about that scenario of like?
- 1:38:18I've definitely thought about the like one person giving a
- 1:38:21dollar because that's what, that's what Wikipedia does
- 1:38:23sometimes. They're like, if everyone just
- 1:38:25gave us this amount of money, we'd have this much and we could
- 1:38:28be awesome. It's like, dude, what?
- 1:38:30Yeah, we we got a Wikipedia people.
- 1:38:32Yeah, that that doesn't work anymore.
- 1:38:34Dude. There's no way they're getting
- 1:38:35money from people that way are. They maybe they.
- 1:38:38Are. Maybe they are.
- 1:38:40I don't know, I I'm sorry Wikipedia, I've never donated.
- 1:38:43No and I. You seem to be fine.
- 1:38:45They they've donated to other things, other good causes.
- 1:38:49Yeah. Not.
- 1:38:50Reading high quality information in a very easily to digest
- 1:38:53format. I I have not read the actual
- 1:38:55real life wiki in a while, but I I've read the Runescape one all
- 1:38:59the time. I'll give them my dollar, dude.
- 1:39:01I'll give them my dollar. They're.
- 1:39:04The wiki team is fucking goaded the the OSRS wiki team.
- 1:39:07They are the fucking best. Dude, yeah, there's, there's no
- 1:39:09one even close like I, I always get, I always get shocked when I
- 1:39:13see another game's wiki and it's like, it's it's 1% of the
- 1:39:18quality, like the OSRS one. It's crazy.
- 1:39:21Yeah, All right. Well, I guess we shouldn't
- 1:39:25linger around too long. Yeah, everyone, let's consider
- 1:39:30this whole dollar theory, guys. We can make a lot of people
- 1:39:33happy here. Yeah, let's what are we, what,
- 1:39:37what do we want them to do for that exactly?
- 1:39:39Like we just pick like a bunch of like, I don't know, like 20
- 1:39:43random people out of a million just, you know, like, and here's
- 1:39:49the thing, I basically just invented the lottery with this,
- 1:39:52OK? Because let's say you pay $20
- 1:39:57and now you have a 20 and a million shot to win that, to win
- 1:40:01$1,000,000, OK. And so $20 million enters. 20
- 1:40:06happy contestants leave. I guess I just invented the
- 1:40:09lottery again. Yeah, that is the lottery.
- 1:40:11Yeah, everyone. It's gambling.
- 1:40:12You're inventing gambling. Don't gamble.
- 1:40:14Thanks for watching guys. We'll see you next week.
- 1:40:16Yeah, see you later. Everyone.
- 1:40:17Don't gamble. This isn't going to happen.
- 1:40:20The lottery already exists and we're not endorsing it.
- 1:40:22Thanks for watching and listening.
- 1:40:24Bye.
