Your ship has come in. Congratulations, You're rich.
• 0:04
The price of gold, the price of silver have skyrocketed.
• 0:09
We know the fundamental reasons why it finally has happened.
• 0:14
But the big question is, are you prepared?
• 0:18
It's fun to dream. It's fun to think, oh, the price
• 0:21
of silver is going to go to the moon.
• 0:23
The price of gold will take off. Are you prepared for the
• 0:28
emotions you'll face, the decisions you'll have to make if
• 0:32
and when it does happen? And doesn't it feel like right
• 0:36
now we're on the precipice of it happening?
• 0:40
We have a confluence of factors occurring right before our very
• 0:44
eyes. They could soon result in
• 0:47
skyrocketing prices for gold and silver.
• 0:50
But you need to be prepared, because it's fun to dream.
• 0:55
It's fun to think about it happening.
• 0:57
But when it actually does, you could be faced with some very
• 1:00
difficult decisions. In this video Basement Dwellers,
• 1:04
we're going to talk about some strategies, some things to
• 1:08
consider when the price of gold and silver skyrocket.
• 1:12
Anyone who tells you there's a secret formula.
• 1:15
How much gold and silver you should own, when you should buy,
• 1:19
When you should sell? Nobody knows exactly for sure,
• 1:22
but there are some key components we can look at
• 1:25
strategies so that you can have a plan to be prepared when the
• 1:30
prices do take off. But first, let's say thank you
• 1:33
to channel sponsor Pinbex Pi MB EX.

• 2:08
America and growing presence in West Africa.
• 2:13
Isn't this why you own precious metals To be prepared.
• 2:17
So wouldn't it be wise to be prepared in terms of what you
• 2:22
will do when the prices do explode?
• 2:25
And why would we think they would explode?
• 2:27
Well let's take a quick look at history.
• 2:29
We know all Fiat paper, Unicorn fart dust, currencies eventually
• 2:35
go to 0. So to think that we couldn't see
• 2:39
10,020 thousand, heck even $1,000,000 for the price of an
• 2:44
ounce of gold is not out of the question.
• 2:48
And if we look at countries in the past who've had currency
• 2:51
crisis, Zimbabwe, Argentina, Germany, not that long ago, we
• 2:57
can see that these types of price moves can come to
• 3:01
fruition. But the key is you want to make
• 3:04
sure you're prepared so that you can capitalize if and when this
• 3:10
does occur. And the first thing you might
• 3:13
want to consider has nothing to do with precious metals.
• 3:16
To be prepared, you want to make sure you have a strong network
• 3:20
of people around you. Community, friends, family, Co
• 3:26
workers. You want to make sure you have
• 3:28
food secured for yourself, shelter, safety as well.
• 3:32
While precious metals can help facilitate a lot of these
• 3:36
things, you need to make sure those primary needs are in place
• 3:41
first. Get to know your neighbors.
• 3:43
Get to know a local food source. Make sure you have your primary
• 3:47
needs taken care of Now. Again, having some gold and
• 3:51
silver on hand will get you a long way in securing a lot of
• 3:56
your primary needs if we get into a very hairy situation.
• 4:01
But even if it's not a hairy situation, an apocalypse type
• 4:06
situation, which I don't think is really all that likely to
• 4:10
happen, you want to be prepared for what you'll do again when
• 4:14
the prices of the metals go up so that you can capitalize.
• 4:19
It'll be a very emotional experience for you, and anyone
• 4:24
who's ever invested in assets knows that making decisions
• 4:29
based on emotion usually doesn't work out that well.
• 4:34
So now the price of silver and gold have skyrocketed.
• 4:38
There's two key fundamental factors that I think you will
• 4:41
benefit from considering if and when this does happen.
• 4:46
First, you may want to consider trading some of your metals.
• 4:50
If we get into a bubble situation where silver really
• 4:54
takes off, there's a mania. Same thing with gold.
• 4:58
You will want to consider trading some of your metals for
• 5:01
real assets. Other real assets, things like
• 5:05
land, things like maybe rental properties, maybe even stocks in
• 5:11
companies that own real assets, companies that own timberland.
• 5:16
All types of things are out there that you can look at where
• 5:20
you may have a window of opportunity at very favorable
• 5:24
exchange rates to change some of your precious metals into real
• 5:30
hard assets. I wouldn't recommend converting
• 5:34
metals into paper, right, Fiat, maybe CBD, CS if that comes
• 5:39
along, but I would recommend converting into real assets.
• 5:44
The other big key for you to remember is don't do it all at
• 5:48
once, or at least consider that all or nothing type decisions
• 5:53
can sometimes work out in your favor, but often times work out
• 5:58
against you. Who hasn't sold a stock?
• 6:01
Who hasn't sold some gold or silver only to watch the price
• 6:05
continue to go up and up and up Look likely as you acquired
• 6:11
whatever silver or gold precious metals you own.
• 6:14
You did it over time. You bought it at a number of
• 6:18
different price points. I would advise against getting
• 6:22
out all at once as well. And like I said, make sure when
• 6:27
you do that you're trading for more real assets.
• 6:32
You'll also want to keep a close eye on the gold to silver ratio.
• 6:36
Look, we know recently it's been super high, 8590 ounces of
• 6:42
silver to get one ounce of gold. Depending on your allocation
• 6:47
between silver and gold, If that ratio comes back closer to more
• 6:52
historic levels or if it goes even lower, if we get a mania in
• 6:58
a bubble in the silver market and with maybe 20 ounces of
• 7:03
silver, 15 ounces of silver you can convert to gold, you'll want
• 7:08
to keep an eye on that as well. Probably that's the most
• 7:12
favorable trade to make between real assets, right?
• 7:16
We talked about trading silver and gold for things like land,
• 7:20
oil, real estate. But if you can trade amongst the
• 7:25
metals at very favorable gold to silver ratio levels, you could
• 7:31
likely come out way, way ahead. The key here is to keep an eye
• 7:36
on relative values. If you use your house, for
• 7:40
example, maybe your home would cost you the equivalent of
• 7:44
10,000 ounces of silver right now.
• 7:49
If we get into a situation where a similar home to where you live
• 7:53
right now could be acquired for 1000 oz 500 oz, we've we've even
• 7:59
heard of homes selling for 100 oz at times in history.
• 8:05
That might be a good time to consider converting some metal
• 8:09
  into, again, residential real estate.
• 8:12
The key is to have a plan. Don't just dream about prices,
• 8:18
about values going way, way up, but have a plan in terms of what
• 8:24
you will do if and when we get to that date.
• 8:28
Hey, thank you for joining me here in the basement.
