- 0:00[SPEAKER_02]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_02]: Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_02]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_02]: 1.4 million.
- 0:24[SPEAKER_02]: That's the number of migrants projected to lose some form of federally supported health coverage under President Trump's landmark, Big Beautiful Bill, and as of October 1st, the first major cutoff has officially begun.
- 0:38[SPEAKER_02]: Stick to me the very end of this video because we're going to see exactly how the era of using the American welfare state as the world's emergency room is officially coming to an end and it's happening right now brought to you by the one and only Donald J. Trump.
- 0:55[SPEAKER_02]: Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, your patron professor celebrating yet another glorious day in the Trumpian golden age that you made possible back in November of 2024.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_02]: So if you're on a front row, see it on how you continue to change the world in ways you've never even imagined, make sure to smack that bell and subscribe button.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_02]: The Trump administration has done it again.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_02]: They are fundamentally transforming the relationship between immigration, citizenship, and the American taxpayer.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_02]: As of October 1st, section 71, 109 of Trump's one big beautiful bill.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_02]: Officially restricts federal Medicaid and chip funding to American citizens and nationals and lawful permanent residents, otherwise known as Green Cart Holders.
- 1:41[SPEAKER_02]: That the basic migrant categories of refugees and the siles and parolees will without another qualifying status no longer be eligible for federally funded Medicaid.
- 1:52[SPEAKER_02]: Now notice what the media often leaves buried here.
- 1:56[SPEAKER_02]: We're not talking about citizens.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_02]: We're not talking about merely illegal aliens who are already generally barred from ordinary federal Medicaid.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_02]: We're talking about legally present foreigners who previous law placed inside the benefit system.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_02]: Trump is drawn a very strict line here.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_02]: You can come to our country for certain legitimate reasons.
- 2:20[SPEAKER_02]: No question, but permission to remain does not automatically mean that you're entitled to a claim on the American taxpayer.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_02]: There are exceptions, of course, like emergency Medicaid, yeah, that's still in place, participating states can retain federally supported coverage for lawfully residing children and pregnant women.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_02]: States can also spend their own money on additional programs, but as far as Washington is concerned as far as our
- 2:48[SPEAKER_02]: federal tax dollars are concerned.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_02]: They will no longer subsidize full benefits for migrants outside of permanent residents and green card holders.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_02]: And the numbers are frankly staggering here in Illinois alone, roughly 9,300 non-citizens lost Medicaid coverage at the end of September, more than 40% of them living in Cook County, where Chicago is.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_02]: Nationally, the Congressional Budget Office projects that the immigration-related health restrictions will leave 1.4 million immigrants uninsured by 2034, including losses across Medicaid, and CHIP, Obamacare Marketplace Plans, and Medicare.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_02]: Of course, the left-wing activists disguised as journalists in the legacy media haven't wasted a second to exploit the supposed
- 3:43[SPEAKER_01]: We have been told that we come from one of their restricted countries and that's why it's taking so long for the application to be processed.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_00]: Meaning, without that green card, there's nothing they can do.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_01]: When we came to the United States, we came to get a quality life, a peaceful life without wars without suffering.
- 4:06[SPEAKER_01]: However, this decision is absolutely demonstrating to us.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, I'm fortunate for stories like that.
- 4:16[SPEAKER_02]: The world is just moving in a different direction.
- 4:19[SPEAKER_02]: The old liberal globalist order that advocated both open borders and a generous wealth-air state for all is over.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, literally everywhere, even in Europe, as we'll see in a moment.
- 4:33[SPEAKER_02]: In fact, things are getting even stricter.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_02]: There's a second hammer coming down called the public charge rule.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_02]: This took effect back on September 18th, Department of Homeland Security rescinded the Biden Administration's 2022 regulation, which had restricted immigration officers from accurately judging whether an applicant was likely to become a welfare dependent, dependent on government assistance in determining whether they should be allowed in.
- 5:04[SPEAKER_02]: So the new framework,
- 5:06[SPEAKER_02]: restores broader discretion to consider the totality of an applicant's circumstances and reasserts the historic principle that immigrants should be self-reliant and that welfare benefits should not become an incentive for immigration to our country.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_02]: Now, of course, immigration officers examine the total picture, finances, health, age, family, education, skills,
- 5:30[SPEAKER_02]: But the government is now required to ask can this applicant provide for himself or will this tax payer or will the U.S. taxpayer become a sponsor of this migrant and if the answer is the latter, the application is denied now.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_02]: you combine that with that public charge crackdown with the Medicaid restrictions, and the larger picture begins to become very clear.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_02]: This is an immigration system centered on reciprocity, contribution, and national membership, not the globalist assumption that reaching American soil somehow creates a claim on the U.S. taxpayer.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_02]: and it's not just President Trump the United States that are doing this.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_02]: These restrictions are now being enforced literally all over the world, wait until you see this.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_02]: But first, you know, with all of the attention that gold has been getting lately, there's one question I think people should be asking a lot more often.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_02]: And then it's not, you know, where's gold could it go next?
- 6:34[SPEAKER_02]: It's this, what exactly am I buying?
- 6:38[SPEAKER_02]: Because here's the thing.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_02]: Buying physical gold isn't as simple as looking up the spot price and riding a check.
- 6:46[SPEAKER_02]: What are you actually paying for?
- 6:48[SPEAKER_02]: What's the difference between the price you pay and what your medals could be sold for?
- 6:54[SPEAKER_02]: What's melt value?
- 6:56[SPEAKER_02]: What's buyback value?
- 6:58[SPEAKER_02]: Why might the value on a custodian statement be different from a dealer who would actually pay you?
- 7:05[SPEAKER_02]: And here's a big one.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_02]: If you bought your metals today and wanted to sell them tomorrow, what would actually happen?
- 7:12[SPEAKER_02]: Gang, these are the questions you want answered before you buy.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_02]: Not after.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_02]: And this is something I really like about Augusta Precious metals.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_02]: actually answer them.
- 7:22[SPEAKER_02]: Augusta has an experienced education team that'll sit down with you one-on-one in an educational web conference and walk you through how all of this works.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_02]: You can ask them about pricing.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_02]: You can ask about buyback.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_02]: You can ask why different metals are valued differently.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_02]: You can ask how a gold IRA works.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_02]: You can ask what happens when the day comes that you actually want to sell your metals.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_02]: transparency is key in this day and age, especially when we're talking about your retirement savings.
- 7:52[SPEAKER_02]: And that's what separates Augusta for me.
- 7:54[SPEAKER_02]: They don't rely on free silver gimmicks.
- 7:57[SPEAKER_02]: They don't press you into making a decision.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_02]: They don't run a commission sales floor where somebody's incentive is to get you to buy their educators.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_02]: Their job is to give you the information answer your questions.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_02]: and make sure you understand.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_02]: And then you get to decide if this is right for you.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_02]: That's the way it should be.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_02]: I've gone through the process myself.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_02]: These guys are the real deal.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_02]: Go to turlybyesgold.com or text turly to 35052 that's 35052 to get a guest as golden silver info kit and learn more.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_02]: Because when it comes to buying gold, don't wait until after you
- 8:36[SPEAKER_02]: you bought to start asking questions no before you buy click on that link below right now.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_02]: There is actually a technical name for what we're talking about here.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_02]: It's called Welfare Chauvinism, and let the academic language confuse it there.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_02]: Welfare Chauvinism, it means supporting a strong safety net while reserving it primarily for a nation's citizens, its contributors, or legally recognized members of the national community.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_02]: It divides deserving insiders,
- 9:07[SPEAKER_02]: from less entitled outsiders.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_02]: And this is absolutely sweeping across Europe.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_02]: Populous parties recognized early on a contradiction that the liberal globalist establishment refused to confront.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_02]: You cannot promise an ever-expanding welfare state alongside an effectively unlimited pool of beneficiaries.
- 9:33[SPEAKER_02]: You cannot have both open borders and a generous welfare state.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_02]: That's a completely unsustainable demand.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_02]: We certainly can have open borders.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_02]: We can have a generous immigration system, but then we're going to have to have a very restrictive welfare system since we simply can afford our taxpayers paying for the food and the health care of the entire world.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_02]: We can have a generous welfare state taking care of every need of every person in the country, but then what?
- 10:03[SPEAKER_02]: we're going to have to have very strict border control.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to have to restrict who can be allowed in this country.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_02]: You cannot have both open borders and a wide open generous welfare state.
- 10:15[SPEAKER_02]: That's absolutely unsustainable.
- 10:17[SPEAKER_02]: And we first started to see the sentiment on of welfare show venism in Europe starting in the early 2010s with the
- 10:24[SPEAKER_02]: rise of the populist parties all over the continent frances national rally they were national front back then uh... the sweet and democrats uh... the true things party austria's freedom party delay party in Italy
- 10:38[SPEAKER_02]: led by Mateo Savini, they were huge in pushing welfare showvonism in Italy, that welfare is only for citizens, not from migrants.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_02]: That was a major part, that played a major part in their rise as a major political party in Italy.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_02]: Germany's AFD is now the most popular party in all of Germany.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_02]: They're one of the most vocal advocates for welfare showvonism.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_02]: They increasingly defend pensions.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_02]: health care, family benefits, but only for German citizens, all the while demanding tighter eligibility for newcomers.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_02]: But here's where it gets truly fascinating, because this phenomenon is no longer confined solely to the populist right.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_02]: So going back to Germany there, they're far left populist party Delinca, which actually literally means the left, Delinca.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_02]: They combine left-wing economics with culturally conservative and restrictive immigration policies.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_02]: So Delinca's every bit as welfare showveness is the populist right AFD.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_02]: In other words, at least in Europe, when it comes to this notion that welfare benefits belong to citizens alone, the old left versus right map is collapsing.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_02]: The new divide is actually between globalists who treat wealth, there's a universal claim and national populace who see it as a covenant among citizens and contributors.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_02]: And that's precisely why Trump's policy is so politically powerful in our own country.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_02]: doesn't simply cut spending.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_02]: It links border security to social solidarity.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_02]: It says the welfare state survives only when citizens believe it serves those who built it, paid into it, and belong to the political community responsible for sustaining it.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_02]: And that really is the real issue.
- 12:29[SPEAKER_02]: If citizenship gives you no greater claim on your own country than someone who just arrived, then citizenship means nothing at all.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_02]: Trump is restoring that distinction.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_02]: And with it, the principle that America's generosity belongs first and foremost to its own people.
- 12:49[SPEAKER_02]: Before you go, let me say this.
- 12:51[SPEAKER_02]: Patriots around the country are winning right now, but you won't see it on the evening news.
